We had NYTech replace our furnace last year.  I am very happy with it to this day.  They appear to sell quality equipment.  They are very professional and courteous and take the time to explain everything.  The installation included 2 free maintenance check-ups.  They are not the cheapest company for sure, but sometimes you get what you pay for.  Their service and professionalism have earned my repeat business.

These guys were great! Zack was on time and kept me informed of the costs all along. When the problem turned out to be more serious than I thought it might, he explained the problem and gave me the parts so I could see for myself. He was professional, efficient, and pleasant. I would definitely call these guys again if I have any plumbing problems.

Rogelio is the absolute best! He and his partner came in to fix a leak under my sink. When the replacement started leaking too (no fault of his) he immediately ran to Home Depot to get us another. Made things super easy and very attentive. Highly recommend!

Nothing like your AC giving out during the hottest time of the year. I turned to Yelp to find someone that could come out and help quickly. Tyler was so fast at responding to my request and making it out to our home.

He arrived on time and diagnosed our problem right away. He thankfully had the part we needed with him so was able to get everything up and running very fast. He answered all of my questions and provided some other helpful HVAC-related tips to keep our family cool.

He charged a fee for a service call but said that it's good for the next year whether we need more AC or furnace help. While I hope we don't run into any more troubles, I definitely wouldn't hesitate to give him a call and recommend him to others in the area.

Friendly, on time, and affordable. I needed some plumbing work done on the home I recently purchased. I was told the price would be $92 per hour for any work done, and give an a quote for two hours plus parts. I got charged $270 for two hours of labor and parts for fixing a leaky drain, installing a new kitchen faucet, and water line to a refrigerator. I find for the time and labor that being fair and right on par of what being promised. I would recommend Nance Plumbing to anyone and use them again for any of my plumbing needs.

We have been using Sky Country Pump since we moved into our home in the early 80's.
Whatever  water delivery problems we have had ( we have a holding tank for our water) they have always been  there as soon as we have needed them and they fix the problem  every time.. They have shown me how to check the pump air pressure so I could solve little annoying problems  myself but if I needed them...they were  there to help.
If you ever need  a  Hero or two... this is the company you need to contact.
When we first moved here there were so many new things to learn about ( I was a city girl ) and I always teased I would write a book, How to survive your first year in the Mountains well if that book was ever written  Sky Country Pump would be listed in the Help section.

When my 12 year old Rheem started dripping from the safety valve, I took a chance on Todd's and I was not disappointed. It was a Monday, and Todd scheduled me that same day.  Todd and Jason were both very knowledgable and professional, answering all my questions. They were tidy cleaned up everything quickly. and And they quoted a reasonable price.  The install was better than the original. I highly recommend them.

It seems they are understaffed and not good at managing their schedule more than 24 hours in advance...

After seeing all the great Yelp reviews and a recommendation by a neighbor, I was eager to have Sunshine do my fall furnace tune up.  When I called to set up an appointment, they got me on the calendar for 3 weeks out... Not ideal but I was willing to wait and it allowed me to change my schedule around so I could be there for the appointment.  The day before my appointment at 4:30 in the afternoon, they called and said the technician set to come to my appointment was tied up, and wouldn't be able to make my appointment. I asked when my appointment could be re-scheduled for and they said the earliest they were able to get me on the schedule would be for another two weeks.

If they foresaw they wouldn't be able to make my appointment, I would have appreciated they give me more than a half day notice (so I can re-arrange my schedule). Also, after waiting for my initial appointment for 3 weeks, its unacceptable that I would  be rescheduled and have to wait another two weeks, due to no fault of my own.

I used these guys for maintenance about 3 years in a row and never had any problems. This last time however they couldn't seem to get it together and missed several appointments, then stopped calling entirely. I called Payless Rooter and they had a tech at my house to root the main line in A few hours. I will never use Drain Genius again.

Patriot pros is a great company. Truly caring about their customers and community. I always recommend them to anyone needing help.

The only reason for one star is I am not sure how to do negative stars. My husband has dementia so when we had an electrical issue I needed to call someone as he couldn't anymore. A nice man came out and did decent work for a decent price.

Little did I know it was a ploy to get my sister and I to trust them. We are two little old ladies taking care of my husband and I wish I had read these reviews about how they prey on seniors first.

We had a small furnace problem. The guy said we needed a new motor, which I now doubt. It was quite expensive and he talked us into a plan for extra where we would get discounts and free furnace inspections.

I stupidly called them when we had an out door faucet start to leak. This guy gave us a long song and dance about how he was going to have to run new pipe and was very involved. I was somewhat skeptical but it is an old house and we have run into things like this before when my husband could do all the work. He was done in a half an hour, just replacing the faucet and wanted $500.I knew then we had been cheated.

We still had a  free inspection. I called them. First they tried to tell me it would cost. I said no, check your records. I told my sister there would be an expensive problem. Of course I was told we had a gas leak and it all had to be redone and it would cost almost $700. I told the guy to leave and called another company. I paid for an inspection and nothing was wrong. Where I was told was a leak hadn't even been tested. It was still covered with dust and when the new guy did the bubble test, nothing. He had already done a meter test. Nothing.

I called and raised a fuss. They gave me money back and made me sign a waiver I wouldn't sue them. But I can give them a bad review.

I found them on Tom Martino's list with great reviews. I wrote Tom Martino and said what had happened. They never returned my message.

I needed a new furnace - at every point, receiving the bid, office staff, installation team - was very professional and did a wonderful job.  They exceeded my expectations!

WARNING! EVERYTHING THIS MAN SAID IS A LIE!!!! STAY FAR AWAY.  STOLE 11,000 for a Rough in.  READ response from the owner with caution.  permit with the city was FRAUDULENT! (Pulled on a random name not his own, actually under an expired license) OWNERS HAVE HAD SOOOOOO MANY WORKMANSHIP ISSUES WITH THE PLUMBING SINCE HE LEFT THE SITE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

I feel so awful for the people he's currently working for based on recent pix.  He'll take all you're money & never come back to the job site. Give it just a year or two and your plumbing will start to blow! We offered legal assistance for him to work out his employee Dave stealing $7000 of our project monies.  He disappeared after that so we think he was in on a scam of some sort!  He pulled a Fake permit (in his Daddy's name) for our job took $11000.00 & never finished the job!  Jeremy Carter cannot be trusted in the plumbing industry.

Do not use this company! owner is not a master plumber and pays a master plumber for the use of his license.  He does not pull permits and cuts corners,  His 1 year warrantyis as good is as his word which is not worth the paper its written on. Michael Beadle lies and states hes been in combat and portrays himself out to be a former soldier but has no military background whatsoever. Please do not fall for his lies,
