Don't use these guys if you have a sprinkler system, or care about responsive customer service.
Despite assurances during scheduling that any cut sprinkler lines would be left above ground, and even reminding the crew on the day of the job, this simply didn't happen. They re-buried every line that they broke, and did not even bother to mark all of the lines that were cut.
What should have been a 60-90 minute sprinkler repair instead took 3-1/2 hours, costing me hundreds of extra dollars.
When I emailed the address on their website (
[email protected]), it failed and was returned Undeliverable. I then emailed Jake and Coal directly - the two people I was in contact with before the job - but still got no reply.
All this, and I'm STILL waiting to receive the DVD of the initial scope. I called in before the job to ask about it, and I was assured it would be sent. Three weeks later, still nothing.
I feel like I was lied to regarding my sprinkler system and the DVD. Dig Boss should step up and at least acknowledge that they did not deliver the services they promised. At least an apology would have been nice considering the hundreds of extra $$ they cost me, but since they have my money already, they just ignored me instead.
Avoid using this company if you care about vendors keeping their word... especially if you have a sprinkler system!
