Established in 1980.
We are family owned and operated, Steve & Kathy Goodrich (owners) formed Lake Norman Plumbing Company in 1995. At Lake Norman Plumbing, we offer quality workmanship and a professional job from start to finish. It is our mission to provide every customer with the best possible plumbing experience before, during and after the project is complete. We understand the stress sometimes involved when you need a licensed plumber for an emergency, so we operate on a fast response time to alleviate your plumbing issue ASAP. Keeping you informed is the key to successful plumbing, it makes no difference whether this is the first time you've worked with us or the 10th and you will be comfortable with all aspects of the job and working with us. Our 35+ years of experience affords us an extensive range of services for both residential and commercial clients. We have had a water heater and water softener put in by Lake Norman Plumbing and they did a great job. They came on time, cleaned up well and completed the job in the estimated time. The guys doing the work were pleasant and well-spoken. Steve, the owner, is a great guy and we would recommend them.

Called them to fix knocking in my pipes. Showed up quick (which is rare these days). They replaced a PRV valve, didn't fix it. They replaced a shower valve, didn't fix it. Told me These things are tricky, could be anywhere. Gave me the bill, which I paid. I think of them every day when my pipes knock. Nice guys, not good plumbers. At least not in this case.

Just plain great plumbers. Do exactly what they say they'll do for what they say it will cost. NO Bull. My water heater finally died after 15 years. Called a couple other places that were either too busy or thought my situation could get them a ridiculous price. Steve answered the phone personally. Asked a few simple questions, guided me to find any info he needed to make a recommendation, gave me a bottom line price, had his guys there same day, hot water by dinner. On Time, On Budget. You could not ask for any better.
