AAA City Plumbing

I made my appointment about a week in advance, then, two days before, I had to adjust the appointment day. They were very accommodating and rescheduled for my next available time. The day of the appointment, I was called around 8:15 to confirm that a technician would arrive between 9 and 10 am. Frank arrived in the promised window of time.
I explained briefly, that I'd like to create a half bath in an existing closet. Within minutes, Frank took all of the current plumbing into consideration and was able to quote the project. Luckily, the closet is in a very central location and neighbors and kitchen and master bath.
My parents have used AAA City Plumbing several times, so I know they do great work. I will still do a little research and estimate gathering prior to selecting a contractor, but overall, pleased with the initial experience.

10-7-22. Toilets plugged up and would not drain. seemed like a septic tank issue. Chris Vitari and a helper came out, located the tank, found a problem with a blocked baffle, cleared it and pumped the tank. Quick response time, diagnosis and partial solution. Suggested cleaning the inside pipes, via the clean out. Had the technician Shane come out and clean the pipes. Like a Roto Rooter on steroids. Seemed to do the job. Again, fast and accurate diagnosis and fix. This is the best plumbing business I have dealt with in my time in Rock Hill area. Not cheap but no surprises.

This company is nothing short of shady,  replaced septic pump $3800 .. pump costs $800-900, what a ripoff!
told me my float was bad a year after replacement, got a second opinion they advised my septic was working perfectly
stay far away from these dishonest people
zero starts is what I award them, shame on them

Great customer service. We had an emergency at 10 pm and Frankie came out was very friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. Fixed our problem!!!

Highly recommend!!  They were on time and friendly. I though I was just getting an estimate, but they fixed it the morning they came and it cost much less than 2 other companies who came out.

They were nice and got the job done without much trouble in a timely fashion. So yes I would recommend AAA City plumbing for any of your issues with your plumbing.

I would be very cautious of this company. My entire house is gas, from the grill to the hot water heater and my heating system. They came out to quote an 8 foot line so I could have a gas stove in my kitchen and it was $3600. This would work 2021.  York natural gas said they could do it for $600.

Had two toilets installed in my home that is a fairly new construction. I called AAA very pleasant to speak with and schedule a time for a quote
I explained it's 2 new toilets I purchased at lowes to replace the two that were put I when I built the home 6 years ago. Just wanted nicer adult size toilets no issues with others advised no pipe, drainage issues etc.
still insisted on making a visit just for a quote. $100 but if I hired them this would be used towards the install. I agreed.  Came out quoted 600 which was outrageous since it took him less than 30 minutes to install these new seats that were already sitting there waiting on him. But whatever I agreed to pay and I did. Less than a month one of the toilets started to pull from the floor. I called back and he came tightened and said all good. Well not good it did it again so i tightened it and then 2 months later my husband tightened it and still coming loose.
I then called back to AAA so find out the installer no longer was there and they seen the work orders for me but said they need to send out an installer for another quote....I flipped they were charging for another quote to fix what they had never fixed the first times.
The owner resolved and sent a competent installer to fix the issue. Not other problems. It would have been nice if the office could have made the continued service to go smoother

I would like to give the highest accolades to AAA City Plumbing in Rock Hill, SC. epecially to Parrish. She has bern nothing but professional throughout my entire plumbing repair! I feel very confident that I am a priority with this compsny and will always call them to take care of my plumbing needs. Bravo to the owner for having the best staff in the office and working as service techs!

Needed a toilet replaced late on Friday afternoon. Customer service was fast and courteous. Highly recommend. Joe did a great job on the install.

We called at 9:30 am for service on Saturday June 1st.  They kept calling to let us know the service tech was running late.  He didn't show up until 10:30pm.  That's 13 hours later.  He said he was really tired and asked if he could just cap the leak off and call it good.  Five minutes later he was done and charged me $200.00.

He also gave me an estimate to re-plumb my entire home due to faulty fittings.  He quoted me $9,100.00.   Thank fully I got a second opinion.  The job is done at $5,600.00.  

This vendor needs to learn about customer service and fair pricing practices.  Good luck to you if you need a plumber!

I called on a Thursday when my water heater went out. They scheduled a tech to go out to my house the following day. They gave me a quote for a new water heater and installation and had it installed the same day customer service by the tech was great.

I had a water leak, a 3/4 inch nipple had rusted through.  I oked them to go ahead and change the gate valve with a ball valve.  Good was quality work in less than an hour.  The price for one hour of work and 30 dollars in parts. 469 dollars.   VERY expensive in my opinion. If you don't mind overpaying great company to call.   I will not use them again.

I used AAA city Plumbing to repair a faulty shower on/off valve. Waide and Joe who was in training took care of the situation in a timely manner. My Shower on/off valve work great. It was a little on the pricey side for the work done but  I was pleased with the service. I would recommend there service. Thanks Waide and Joe.

Nobody shows up.
You have to call them to find out why you're standing there waiting.

If you want to make an appointment, work your whole family's morning around the probability of having no water until your leak is repaired and end up getting totally blown off on your only day off work you can be there to meet a plumber, enjoy that.

Won't call again even if I wake up swimming.

What kind of business can't maintain a schedule and make phone calls if there are changes?
Normally not one that survives.

I also work in service, but I show up, or I make my new arrangements AFTER standing appointments.

AAA City Plumbing is wonderful! They have a great group of employees. Everyone is always very nice and knowledgeable.

I called and they came out the same day to Concord.  They were very respectful towards me. Checked over everything just in case it good have been something else.  Started the work the following day. I was very happy with finishing product and would recommend them to anyone.

I contacted AAA Plumbing because my AC company found a rusted out drain line under my house and it was causing my crawl space to stay flooded. The AC company took pictures and showed me the leak. This company came to my home and informed me that they found it and it would be $650 to repair. I told them to fix it. The plumber spent 30 to 45 minutes under the house and was done. I gladly paid the $650 because I thought the repair was done! I went to work and returned home 6 hours later only to find my crawlspace flooded again. The same problem! I contacted AAA, in which I was informed that they were closed and the work done 6 hours ago had nothing to do with my flooding. They sent the after hours technician around 5:30 pm and he refused to even look under the house and repair the problem. His first comments to me were We want to go home to our families and I want to get paid. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! The after hours guy was super rude and obnoxious! He got in his truck and left, leaving my crawlspace flooded and water continuing to flow from the Real Leak. Some guy contacted me claiming to be the owner, apologizing for his technicians behavior. He claimed he would have a truck at my home, the first thing in the morning. The same guy from the original REPAIR went under the home and said it would be another $7500 to fix the Original Leak. I contacted their office for financial information, but my wife said to get a second quote, in which I did!  The second company comes and goes straight to the leak and repairs it. If you can avoid it, PLEASE DO NOT UTILIZE THIS COMPANY! It is a MONEY PIT looking to take your hard earned cash! Full Spectrum Plumbing Services (803) 366-1200 did the second repair! They were courteous, on time and reasonably priced! they actually fixed what they were called for! AAA Plumbing is the worst company in Rock Hill! Their customer service is horrific and pray you don't get the guy that Wants to get paid and Wants to go home to his family! I got taken to the bank for $650 by AAA Plumbing! Thomas B.

Excellent!  Shawn is an awesome plumber.  He came in and immediately went to work trying to figure out the weird sound coming from the pipes in my house.  He figured out the problem and fixed it very quickly.  If you need a skilled and professional plumber, Shawn, is the best!
