Superior Plumbing and Drains

We live in an older home that has had plumbing issues since we moved in 20 years ago. Numerous plumbers came to our home and did something, but it didn't solve the leakage problem under our master bath and laundry room. Superior Plumbing came and completely replumbed our home and were quick to address any issues we had. They are a great company and did a fantastic job.

My schedule service hasn't even been completed yet. Someone is scheduled to come out tomorrow for a plumbing installation, but so far, the phone calls, follow up in the courtesy of the staff has been amazing.

Didn't do anything but glance at our septic tank and says yes it needs pumping.Never touched anything but he possibly didn't want to get dirt on his uniform or something????Charged is $49.50 for advice that wasn't even the main issue or problem.I honestly wouldn't call losing that much money or  bad advice *Superior* but hey I guess at the end of the day gas would actually be that expensive soo there it is!We won't use them again but they could be a more Superior pluming and drain specialist to another customer but not us 5***** stars down on this company and their  bad advice.To expensive

Our home still had the original hot water heater and it's getting to be close to 25 years old. Time for a replacement and I want to go tankless. Mrs. K. did the shopping around and called three plumbers for estimates. Superior responded, provided a written quote (not an estimate, a quote!) and also offered to do some kitchen sink repair that we needed. They were not the cheapest but they had the best reviews here and on other sites.

The technicians who arrived on time and practiced the appropriate COVID protocols with masks on the entire time. They took care of cutting out our old water heater (bye, friend!), running all the new pipes and hooking up our new tankless heater outside the house.  It took them all day and afterwards, we've got limitless hot water!

There was one problem and when we called the technician, he was immediately back to us to repair it. They had neglected to reconnect the gas pipe to our gas fireplace. A small oopsie and it was resolved relatively quickly with a sincere apology for the trouble,

The new unit looks great and it works great. I am extremely pleased and posting this five star review.

A trusted friend recommended I call Superior Plumbing and Drains LLC-Monroe about a leak in my home's waterline. I spoke to Christa who was obviously quite busy, but also patient and understanding as she assured me someone would be there tomorrow. The next morning Derek came and thoroughly assessed the situation outside with the leaking waterline and inside with other problems he saw to which he also attended. Derek's kind and trustworthy manner immediately made me less anxious about the situation, as he sensibly explained everything he thought should be done and why. He is very conscientious about his work. Then he called the office for the cost of the work that would be done. The  next day Derek laid the new PEX waterline, accompanied by Jim who brought the trencher to dig the ditch in my front yard, tearing through the thick remaining roots of the maple tree I recently had cut down and its stump ground. Both men are very knowledgeable and exacting. I'm happy to say that when they finished the water worked properly. The next day Zach came and filled the ditch, put down seed, and covered the area with straw. The employees at Superior Plumbing and Drains LLC-Monroe are easy to work with and the company's prices are reasonable.

Shane came out on time today and fixed the toilet that was running.  I had had nothing but good experiences from this company and I would recommend.

My water bill tripled in a month so I knew something was wrong. Tim and his crew came in and diagnosed the problem in only a few minutes. They had everything fixed within a day. Great business with an honest owner!

My online repair request was responded to immediately.  Scheduled on the Monday following that weekend I submitted it.  Tech was prompt, courteous, and quick.  Cost on the disposal/install was a bit of a sticker shock, but since it was all so convenient and professional, I agreed to it willingly.  Would use them again.

I have nothing but good things to say about the company and their employees that came to work at my home. Decent, honest, and fair pricing. Their quote was accurate and they negotiated changes fairly.

I hate to write negative reviews but I'm still shocked that the owner I just spoke with by phone was so condescending, arrogant, and downright rude to a potential new customer.

This review is from our experience receiving an on-site quote from this company and follow up phone conversation, not any work as we will not be hiring them.

We discovered plumbing issues in our recently purchased home and called a few plumbers to come out for quotes, including Superior. The ladies who answer the phone are sweet as can be. The technician provided 3 quotes to break out the work, each of which was 2x higher than the next closest estimate I received. Immediately after they left city workers arrived to mark our lawn for gas/power lines, without our consent or acknowledgement. I called and they apologized that they had a mixup and called in the wrong address to be marked. To remedy the error and as a sign of good faith for future business I asked for our $45 consultation check to be destroyed and not cashed and I was told it would be destroyed.

A gentleman came on the phone and asked what was going on so I tried to explain but to no avail. I have zero tolerance for any business whose owner or employee raises their voice to me and speaks over me when I'm trying to voice my concern, and trying to sort out the mixup. It's a shame because the two technicians who arrived were very courteous and polite, though they pushed hard for the highest quote that another plumber said was unnecessary work at this time. (Later confirmed he was the owner.)

This single experience unfortunately lost this company our business and likely the business of our network.

GREAT, HONEST, HARDWORKING, SUPERIOR! Over the past 3 years we have had issues with our main sewer line and worked to treat the roots. Unfortunately this year (2018) the main line hit the wall and was time to replace! Not to mention it completely clogged.  I got about 8 quotes.. I was amazing that some of the companies wanted just a text and picture of the area and they would come back with a high $$ quote... I asked how they arrived at that.. these companies said oh we use google maps and your picture to quote. Not the team from Superior Plumbing.  Mike with SP came out Day one, we discussed the real issues and formulated a good plan to fix it.  They wrote me a quote on the spot which was not only completely fair but would solve the main drain line completely by installing a new one.  Keep in mind, I have a family and let me say with a main line sewer line.. time is ticking... the household can't flush, no laundry, dishes, showers.. so you want to go quickly on projects like this but also get a fair price. That was definitely the case with Superior.  They were able to come out next day and start... installed brand new sewer line with extra clean outs and solved other issues as well, found additional cracks with the end of the sewer line and repaired on the spot. Overall an AMAZING INSTALL JOB and completely fixed the sewer line! Overall SUPER FRIENDLY TEAM, FAIR PRICES, GREAT CRAFTSMANSHIP (they know their trade) and SUPER NICE (Southern Hospitality) which is what I like the most. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I will be having them back soon for a Water Heater install soon.  THANK YOU SUPERIOR!! KEEP UP THE AWESOME WORK!!

Vinnie from Superior Plumbing did an excellent job putting in sewer and water lines to my accessory building. Put everything back to the way it was including fixing the driveway.  Highly recommend.

I was referred by my realtor when we needed plumbing service. We just bought a house and turns out that the pipe under the master bath toilet was cracked and tree roots were growing there! Mike Buckley was assigned as our technician and he was just AWESOME. He was always on time, very pleasant to work with and did a great job fixing the problem without delay. I would say the service fee was very reasonable and I would definitely call superior Plumbing and drains if I ever need plumbing service again. A+++

SUPERIOR PLUMBING TO THE RESCUE!!!!  Another company left me with a Natural Gas Water Heater in pieces for weeks. I called SUPERIOR PLUMBING and they came right out and told me the problem and fixed it the very next day!  Thank you LORD for SUPERIOR PLUMBING.  They know their business and gave me fast, friendly service at an affordable price.  I've already given their name to several other people.  Don't wait on other companies to show up.  Call the BEST,  SUPERIOR PLUMBING.

We have had to call Superior Plumbing and Drains twice in the past year. About a year ago they put in a new sewer pipe for us and this time installed a new water line and water heater. Both times they have been extremely helpful and very quick to get on the job. We got estimates from other companies and both times SPD was the best value. Both time they provided us with a ton of information about the issue and explained exactly what needed to be done to correct it. The consultation Tim provided the first time around to help us work with the home insurance company was invaluable, and helped us save a ton of money.
Justin was the tech who helped us out this time. He gave us a great price to do both the water main and the water heater. They stayed and worked past sunset and didn't leave until the job was done so that we could have water at our house. Will definitely call them again in the future (hopefully not any time soon).

Outlook on Superior Plumbing from a Former employee- Tim has a great work ethic and provides an exceptional product and strives to give outstanding customer service. He makes sure customer satisfaction, and quality work is first over everything. Tim runs a tight ship and makes sure his employees share and uphold the same values, goals, high standard he has set for his company. Superior is definitely a 5 star company and definite recommend

I was extremely pleased with Justin, the service tech from Superior Plumbing. He done a great job for me, was very polite and friendly. This was my first experience with Superior Plumbing, but definitely will not be my last. Highly recommend this company.
