I called this company at 6pm on a Saturday after it became very obvious that we had a sewage line clog. Jeff answered and asked all the right questions. Less than an hour later, he was at the house with all the right equipment. He fixed the problem, gave me a few helpful tips, cleaned up and was on his way without a single word about purchasing more services.

I have used big plumbing companies in the past and was tired of being overcharged for mediocre service and constantly solicited. (If you offer me a service plan I am immediately skeptical). Jeff knows his stuff and he respects your house and you as a customer.

Some examples: I wanted to learn about our plumbing system and he was willing to let me watch him work and ask questions. He wore protective shoe covers and was very neat while working. He knocked before re-entering and was even willing to wash down our patio after a tiny bit of waste water spilled.

I am not sure if his pricing is competitive, but he did quote a price before knowing our address (up-charging for higher-end zip codes is an issue in Dallas) and he stuck to the quoted price even though it took more than an hour to fix.

He will now be our go-to for plumbing and I would highly recommend you give him a call!

I chose this business because of its five star rating on Yelp and Jeff, the owner, definitely lived up to my  five star expectation. When I called, he answered the phone right away, offered me a same day appointment (which I couldn't even do myself), and when he arrived equipped with mask and booties, he figured out in no time why the water in one of my bathrooms wasn't getting hot. He had the right tools to get the job done - without having to tear up the tiles on the shower wall. No more cold showers in the secondary bathroom, yay! Will definitely call Jeff again if any other issues come up!

My family has worked with Jeff and his team for our plumbing needs for over 10 years. He has a family owned business and take pride in his work as he is truly apart of our community. While living in a historical 1923 Craftsman style home near the Bishop Arts district he knew the unique needs and challenges of older homes. I had a slow water leak in a drain pipe. I called Anchor and he was on site in 2 hours and had the leak fixed within an hour. He explained charges before starting the job and clearly answered all of my questions. This is my friendly plumber of choice in Oak Cliff.

Anchor plumbing was great - came by on very short notice with no up charge or fees.  Price was exactly to the penny as quoted on the phone.  He even did a few extras.  Highly recommend!
