Had a second great experience with Andrew this week. He helped us fix a fussy toilet gasket very quickly at a reasonable cost.

Absolutely DO NOT USE this company. I'm currently looking into legal options to get my money back from Andrew. Here's the story:

Met with Andrew twice in early November to walk him through a number of things I was looking to get done to an old house I purchased. Moving water/drains, hot water heater, gas, etc. Andrew seemed like a great guy at the time, down to earth, confident he could get all the work done in a timely manner. I've never misread someone so badly.

I sent Andrew half the total cost of the project on November 13th for materials and to get started on the work, with the rest to be paid upon completion of the work. He said he'd be getting started that weekend on the project. Instead, it turned out to be one excuse after another about why he never showed up when promised to do the work. He became increasingly difficult to get a hold of. He stopped answering my phone calls, always promised via text to call me back later, and never did. This continued for two months until early January. In order to get a hold of him, I had to call from google voice numbers he didn't have.

On Friday, January 10th, I finally got a hold of someone (I believe his wife) and told them I did NOT want him performing any work and asked for my money back. I was told he would return the materials the following Monday (Jan 13th) and would get a refund a few days later. That turned into no later than Wednesday (Jan 22nd). It's now Jan 31st, I still don't have the money returned to me, hence the legal action against Andrew.

To sum it all up, Andrew repeatedly lied to me about starting work, calling me back, his plumbing license (it's expired), pulling permits for the job, sending me any kind of documentation, and now he's literally stolen my money. Do business with this man at your own risk.

Absolutely worst experience ever. Andrew came out to fix my hot water heater on the 20th of September. Total charge for the hot water heater was $1195. He left the old hot water heater in my attic because he was alone that day and needed help to take it out.

After having to call them from my google voice number to answer (which was extremely shady in its own right) I finally got him to come back out and at that time asked him when someone would be coming to inspect. He said pulling a permit is not a problem. I'll handle it soon.

And it is easy to pull a permit if you're a licensed plumber, BUT ANDREW IS NOT.

So he tells me his license had expired, and he was going to get everything fixed and that I'd get my permit. But even after multiple heated calls, that day never came.

Eventually, by October 20th, I had to get another plumbing service, Legacy Plumbing, to come look at the hot water heater. At first glance, their plumber told me that the work would have never passed inspection anyway.  So, I gladly paid them about $550 dollars to fix the work. 2 days later, I had the inspector in my house and we had passed inspection.

I disputed charges from Planet Earth Plumbing with my CC company and I'm filing a complaint with the Texas State Board of Plumbing.

The first time Outstanding service - walked in assessed the issue reviewed the work with me- provided the price and got to work on my blockage!! fixed the issue of without an problem in a timely fast

Called the back for a second time to use them -received multiple texts from no pick up on my call never came to the appt. when I did get the call connected - called them back left several messages to correct still nothing. Had to go with someone else to fit the issues

Getting my water heater inspected again tomorrow. Hopefully I pass ... no thanks to Planet Earth Plumbing. Andrew is still not pulling permits or getting city inspections-- probably because he's not a licensed plumber as of Nov. 18, 2019.

Nothing to see here; just another satisfied customer following a string of many other satisfied customers.

What really seems to set Planet Earth Plumbing apart is its owner, Andrew, and his desire to do right by his customers. He clearly enjoys what he does and is very good at it, but more importantly, keeps sight of who he is doing it for. Some professionals tend to focus exclusively on the issue at hand - e.g. I am here to fix your leak - but it's clear that Andrew treats his business as so much more than that and is here not only to fix a leak, but to solve a problem for a person and make sure they understand and are satisfied with the solution and how it was provided.

Having written many hundreds of reviews, I would put Andrew near the very top of my list. If there were a 6th star available, I would reserve it for a very select number of companies, and Planet Earth Plumbing would be one of them.

We had hired Planet Earth Plumbing previously to repair a faulty exterior faucet. They arrived within hours and did a great job of replacing the faucet.

When it came time to replace our leaking kitchen sink faucet with a new Moen faucet, Andrew's company (Planet Earth Plumbing) was our first choice.

We called to make an appointment and left a message. No one responded so we called again the next day. Jessica answered the phone and made our appointment.

The first appointment was for 1 PM on a Monday. They failed to show up. The second appointment was for the next day between 7 AM and 9 AM. They failed to show up. Both times, when we again called the business, Jessica said they were busy with another urgent project.

The next appointment was for Wednesday of the same week. Andrew and his assistant came to our house around 11 AM. He said the new faucet needed different connections.  Andrew said he would go to the plumbing supply store and return to replace our faucet.

We waited several hours and finally called the business. Jessica said they had to go to several places to get the parts they needed.

I will give you a discount for all the times we have failed to come to your home said Jessica. We replied We just want the job done.

They never came back. They never contacted us again.
I don't know why Andrew failed to return to do the job.

In my opinion, Planet Earth Plumbing needs to be more honest and reliable with their customers. If they are not interested in a job, please state this upfront so customers are not left waiting for days for Planet Earth Plumbing to do a project.

We hired another company who had no problem replacing our kitchen sink faucet without any problems or drama.

Andrew and his crew are great. They are very helpful and were able to fix our leak properly. The leak was in the front yard. They were transparent in the execution. Kept us informed at nearly every step of the way; which is really appreciated.

This company is very trustworthy and honest. I'm really glad we had them come to our aid. Highly recommend.

I initially liked Andrew & had good rapport with him & his prices were good. However, twice he's had deaths in family and didn't communicate with us to cancel OR reschedule after they returned to work. I gave them benefit of the doubt  as i know they're a family business and gave him one more chance. Said he'd come by in 2 days and do the work with his weekend assistant. He didn't show, hasn't called or responded to my messages asking what happened. Poor business sense and horrible communications w customer!!! Do NOT USE THEM if you actually want any work done!

The times I am speaking of were NOT cancelled by me. Yes, I had to cancel a couple of times but I DID CONTACT YOU IN ADVANCE to do so. ODD THAT YOU CAN RESPOND TO YELP IMMEDIATELY BUT NOT TO THE CUSTOMER ASKING WHY YOU DIDNT SHOW UP, not once, but 3 times....?!

Andrew came out again today to install a new dishwasher and flush out a hot water heater.  We need some more work to restore hot water pressure in the master bedroom, and will call him to come back to take care of that soon.

Andrew continues to provide the best imaginable service and value, just incredible, like no service person I've ever worked with.  Sometimes, life gives you gems, and Andrew is truly one of those.

What a great experience.

Got a bid for the repair job - replacing a broken outside faucet - and booked them for the repair.   They showed up, made the repair and then charged me exactly what they had quoted.  Doesn't get much smoother than that.  I've definitely found my new plumber!

Did a good job repairing a water line leak under my drive way.
Charged me reasonably and got the job done quickly.

Payment was easy and they left a detailed invoice of the charges.

My neighbor who owns several rental homes on the street was impressed so much that he got their information to use for his homes too.

Andrew and Taylor were super. They were the first to respond to my request for a new hot water heater and gave me a decent and honest quote. I went with them immediately and their recommendation for what type of hot water heater. Their office person also gave me some great information. I highly recommend them and I now have more space in my garage once they took out my 19 yr old water heater. I am so happy.

Just met with Andrew--the owner of Planet Earth Plumbing--for free in-home estimate and couldn't be more pleased with the person and the outcome. Andrew did a thorough assessment--Yeah! Don't need a new water heater!!!--and took his time educating me about some plumbing fundamentals as a new homeowner. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and did not try to up-sell me. He even shared pointers about how I could save more money on a few DIY hacks. All for FREE.

I knew things were off to a good start when he was responsive to my texts about making the initial appointment. We engaged in a very insightful dialogue about a Rheem vs Bradford White showdown. And it was eye-opening to see the 30% cost differential he was quoting for a new water heater vs other local competitors. They were all in the $1500 range and he was less than $1000. I asked why the big disparity and he said (this is a direct quote from his text):

I'm an honest guy that's not out to tear peoples heads off. I want you to call me again and your family and friends and neighbors as well.

Well, that I certainly will Andrew.  I have met my plumber for life!

We just bought an older home in Allen that needed a new gas pipe installed for the wood burning fireplace.  I reached out to several plumbers for estimates and PEP was the first to respond along with the most reasonable estimate.  Andrew was on time and did a great job.  While he was there, he agreed to look at a few toilet issues which he quickly fixed.    

Not even 2 weeks later, my kitchen sink backed up and couldn't get it to drain.  Andrew came out on a few days notice and snaked out a huge grease stoppage in the line.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the jobs done and the prices charged. I'll definitely use Planet Earth for any future plumbing issues!

They did an awesome job and gave us a really good price. We had a pipe start leaking over our water heater. I contacted them through Yelp late in the evening, and they were able to come by the next day. They cut off the old pieces of copper, brass, and plastic pipe, and installed a flexible metal pipe. All in about 15 minutes. They made it look easy!

They were quick with the job and knowledgable. They were very friendly and easy to talk to. And the price was unbeatable. For a plumber to have all of those qualities is very rare.

These guys have a high Yelp rating for a reason. And now I also highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber. Andrew is running a business that goes above and beyond, and I don't say that lightly. Thank you guys for the incredible service!

I'm updating again so everyone can see my respond to Andrew who lies a lot (sorry Andrew but you do and Ill bet you weren't expecting me to check your response)--HEY called you today about the part you stole and you didn't answer that's weird huh?

The counter install people didn't break anything because the new plumber we got just hooked up new water hoses from the valves to the faucet and they work just fine.

Also, I was saying I would have LOVED to pay the full price at $75 each if it had meant you would actually get it done. Had I actually paid you something maybe you would have been held a little more accountable.

You took the piece of the faucet that connects the faucet head to the handles (where the hoses hook up) to get a washer because you said it was missing. I've returned every single phone call, and had to baby sit you to schedule something and come by again. You came out four times (1. when the counter people were installing 2. Initial estimate of the 3 faucets 3. You put in the faucet handles---and not very good they were all loose 4. You came by for the last time to tell me the valves needed to be completely redone (which they don't))

PEOPLE PLEASE STAY AWAY: If this is how you treat your extended family, no one should want to be a part of it.

I've uploaded a picture of my cell phone log so you can see that I called on 7/27....that's July 27th. So my bad, it took 6 weeks for me to fire you and 6 weeks for you to not do any work and take off with our faucet piece.

I had some septic work done by Andrew after 3 other companies could not fix the problem. They were fast, very fair priced, and the work was outstanding. No issues since.
Recently, I thought I needed some other plumbing work done inside the house. After talking to Andrew, I realized I could easily fix the problems, at no cost.
Other companies would have come out and charged me for this.
I have found them to be very honest, professional, and reasonably priced.
Would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are awesome! After the blizzard companies were asking $500-$2000 just to show up and give me a quote. A friend recommended me to Planet Earth Plumbing. Not only did they not price gouge me, they gave me a quote for FREE! I had already spent hundreds of dollars just to get quotes.  Andrew and another young man came out and gave me a quote that was about $5000 less than the other companies that came out. They did an absolutely amazing job! I recommended them to family and friends  every since. Everyone has been incredibly happy with them.  Andrew even connected my grandmother with an AC guy that saved her thousands on new AC system. I can't say enough. It's nice to finally find repair guys that aren't trying to bankrupt you and high quality work.

He took off with my shower part and has not returned calls/messages.  It has now been 3 months without use of that shower.  Please give me my part back or return to finish the job, this is the worst experience I have ever had with a vendor and simply unprofessional.

I wanted to like Andrew and Planet Earth Plumbing, I really did. But it's been nothing short of a horrendous nightmare.

My parents found a leak from the gas line, gas was shut off on Dec 27, 2018 not to be turned on again until repairs and city inspection were made. We called Planet Earth Plumbing Dec 28, 2018, they came out immediately, gave us an incredible estimate (2,260) 1/3 of what other companies were quoting us. Andrew and his team seemed extremely down to earth (perhaps the reason for their name) and not out to gouge every last cent from their customers so my parents and I happily agreed. They came out and did all the repairs and finished sometime around Jan 4, 2019. All the repairs looked fine, it was all going smoothly until after they received final payment on the 4th (which they were extremely prompt calling me at 8:29 pm and again at 8:48 pm the same night) and needed to contact the city to get an inspection. Then came absolute radio silence. Absolutely zero communication on the progress of obtaining the inspection. Every time there was communication, it was initiated by me wondering What in the world is going on?!? Followed by dates and promises that never fell through. Even if the reasons they gave were legit, all that we wanted was open communication. My parents and I would have been understanding and we would have made accommodations. But no, we were left totally in the dark believing in the words they promised and my parents suffered because of it. Finally after two weeks, the inspection was made and gas was turned on Jan 17, 2019. That's THREE WEEKS my parents (who do not speak english and are 70 and 62) suffered in the dead of winter where temperatures dropped regularly into the 30's. It was so cold they needed multiple comforters to try and make it through the night. They didn't deserve that kind of treatment, no one does. Unfulfilled promises, complete lack of communication, and what seems to be just an absence of respect and care after payment is how I would summarize this experience from a company that I really wanted to like. As of today, the hole they dug up in the backyard to replace the pipeline still sits, unfilled. They said they would fill it the week of 21st-25th, today is the 26th.

I might recommend them for small repairs because their prices are unmatched. But beware of larger, longer projects that require open communication, they seem to drop the ball heavily on that.

Andrew was a great guy. Upfront from the beginning of the repair. In fact the repair turned out to be quite a bit more than expected but that wasn't an issue for Andrew. He walked us through the entire process of the repair and was very helpful. Very thankful we found him. Will definitely use them again for all of my plumbing repairs.

These guys were great the first time i used them. They were absolutely awesome that first time.

The second time ? not so much. I had a 4:30 appt on Friday so i took a 1/2 day at work off  to accommodate that appt and they no-showed. I didnt get an update till 9pm !! that they wouldnt show until the next day. (i was a little frustrated about the lack of communication. but i understood the other job took longer than expected). I was then scheduled for an appt from 7-9am the next day.. at 8:17am i got a message he was heading out from Irving (sat morning). - all good still..  at 9:32 i got another message almost there. getting gas.  (it doesn't take over an hour to go from irving to allen.. i drive to southlake from allen every weekday in rush hour and thats an hour).. by 10am. they were still a no show..
missing their appt window again by at least over an hour. So I cancelled the appt and will call others to come out. - my weekend time is valuable to me and my family too.. so was my 1/2 day off from work that i missed..

unfortunately things didn't work out so well our second visit. Back to the phones to find a plumber..

You know when you advertise a 10 minute response time you should honor it. I filled out an online request over 24 hours ago and never from them. Correction - the owner said he replied to the online yelp request within the time frame but to Yelp - I never came back to the computer because I was expecting a call from them. That is the reason I left my phone number.
Maybe we both learned something here?

I am in the process of purchasing a home & needed a plumber to perform a hydrostatic test. I requested a quote & Andrew responded quickly. He was able to make it to our prospective home & do the test. He's answered ALL of my questions, even when I had questionable service from another plumber. Andrew's experience has made me incredibly confident in PEP & I will definitely be a repeat customer. Seriously, this is one of the good guys!

Absolutely amazing!  Michael and his team arrived within 2 hours to take a look at our water heater, gave us a quick diagnosis, and a great deal on an AO Smith ProLine commercial grade water heater.  The quoted price was also considerably less than other local plumbers.  My wife said that he was respectful, kind, and honest....highly recommend!

This started out like how a 5 star review would go, unfortunately it took a very bad turn. Andrew came out to view out home and give us a quote, he showed up on time and was very personable while still being professional. We agreed on a price and set a date for the next Saturday for him to come out and install or whole home filter. I called the Friday before (note that I called to confirm and did not receive a call) but was informed that he would have to reschedule due to an emergency. I totally understood and we agreed to re-book 2 weeks later. Again I called the Friday before (also note that I called) to be informed that they could not make the appointment due to Andrew getting his wisdom teeth pulled.... I don't understand why Jamie (who usually answers the phone) would book an appointment knowing Andrew is having an operation the day before.

I chose to give Planet Earth one more chance, solely on our first interaction, called and booked to have the filter installed this morning. I again called yesterday to confirm, left a message and never got a call back. I texted yesterday and never got a response back. Low and behold, no one showed up today to complete the job.

Either Planet Earth is so flush with customers that they don't care about making appointments or they just don't care. I am so frustrated with this whole experience and hope that this review saves others from the same troubles and let downs I went through.

Andrew is great. I'd give them a 6/5 if possible. We had a bathtub drain slowly plug up over 6 years since a renovation. Andrew came out and ran a power snake but didn't help. They checked the crawl space and found the renovation plumber had the new PVC running uphill, so it slowly filled with sand etc and plugged. It was late in the day and didn't have the supplies so arranged another day to repair it. They cut a cast drain pipe, repaired PVC and gave a 10 year warranty. It should work fine forever.

Andrew made 2 trips, 3 guys, nearly 6 hours of time here, the price was excellent. Everyone left their shoes outside, cleaned up everything, and were great to work with.

I called the renovation plumber who said they have a 1 year warranty..... Even for mistakes they make!

The bottom line I highly recommend Andrew to everyone.

The first time we used this company they were great .. the second time we scheduled an estimate to get a gas line installed for a new cook top as we wanted to switch from electric to gas.  They came out and gave an estimate, so we scheduled to do the work on a Friday.. I did some demo on our pantry wall so the gas line could be run and removed the old cook top.. I took off work Friday and they had to cancel, they rescheduled for Saturday which we had plans but we moved them around because we wanted the cook top.. Saturday came and they had to reschedule again.  So we rescheduled for Monday after I got off work .. they were a no show and no call .. I had to find a diff plumber to do the work .. also I had gave them $300 up front to buy supplies .. and had to ask a week later for my money back instead of them giving it back on their own .. they did refund my money promptly so I give them credit for that .. I would not bother contacting this company .. this is not how business should be done.

They came out to fix my broken toilet but didn't even fix the issue! The toilet worked for literally the day they fixed it and went back to normal the next day. I called them again to come back out and the guy didn't show. They should've re-fixed it for free since they didn't the first time. Anyway, I ended up calling Michael Hairston and we discovered that Planet Earth uses very poor quality materials. Super happy I went with Michael and now my toilet woes are gone!

*** UPDATE: I never said I was scheduled a long time ago as the business owner makes it seem in his reply.. I specifically told him I was scheduled a while ago in response to a private message as in a couple months or few months ago (he said his last toilet appointment was September 26 and I told him that makes sense because I was scheduled a while ago, as in just because my review is in December doesn't mean my appointment wasn't around or before Sept. 26). About the materials, I would think if this business used high quality parts that my toilet wouldn't have broken the next day! Clearly the high quality parts didn't fix the issue..

I don't often give reviews but these guys are seriously levels above plumbers I've used in the past. I had a water line break a few inches in the slab and had multiple plumbers come out to give quotes. Not only was planet earth plumbing fair in pricing, there was no up-selling. They were  extremely professional and kept me up to date on the progress.  After finishing they checked everything in the house to make sure all was good, have some advice on small repairs that I could do myself and not have to call them and cleaned up everything.

Seriously, if you want an honest and fair plumber, give these guys a call.

great experience! I had one of the emergency situation in the evening. The water came out from the shower and water flow are very slow with bubbling sounds in the sinks and toilet. I sent my quote and got the response really quick. He sent me messages and instructed me how to stop the water flow into our bedroom. Next day he called me ahead and showed up in the morning during our Scheduled period. All issues fixed in 1 hour. I really appreciate it.

After getting a few quotes to fix my water heater, I decided to go with Planet Earth Plumbing for three main reasons: very quick response to my quote on Yelp, very good reviews and very reasonable price - and I couldn't be happier! Andrew came over to reinstall a toilet. He worked fast and even gave me a better deal than I was originally quoted for because the work turned out to be simple. I've had to deal with so many contractors in the last few months, and many of them didn't turn out to be honest people. Made an appt with Andrew to fix a leak in my kitchen and replace a faucet. He had to cancel our first appointment to take care of family, but made an appt to come back the following morning.
He was on time, replaced some rubber rings for me (instead of replacing the shut-off valves) to stop the leak, and offered to put my faucet in for free because he had to cancel on me the day before.
He also told me which part to buy to fix a leak I have in my yard, and how to do it. Another company gave me a $250 estimate to replace a part I bought on Amazon for $17.
I estimate he saved us almost $350 for the plumbing jobs I had almost hired another company to do.
We will definitely use this company again.

I hate to write bad reviews and bring somebody down but thanks to this plumbing company , my job has been left undone for the last month and 10 days.
Andrew has cancelled/ rescheduled/ not shown up exactly 6 times since we started trying to work with him.
We were extremely accommodating as the excuses included being sick/ breaking his hand/ car break down etc but finally realized that they were just extremely unprofessional and had a problem showing up to work...I had a simple job - 40 days and a slew of ph calls/ text messages later- its still undone...... we politely told him that we didn't need his services anymore.

They called me at 8am the morning of my appointment I had scheduled, I didn't answer the phone because I was asleep, so they give no other opportunity and just cancel my appointment. I was never told that if I didn't answer a single random phone call the morning of my appointment then it would be cancelled. What kind of business does that? I call back when I wake up and some lady just tells me sorry you didn't answer the phone so you're going to have to reschedule. Next available is 3 days from now. What a joke. Yesterday when I got out of the shower there was water all over the bathroom floor and bedroom when I got done.  After finally drying up all the water that had gone everywhere I needed to find help with the problem (open up yelp app, search plumbers).  Unfortunately it was the weekend and getting a hold of a plumber was difficult.  NOT with Andrew and Planet Earth Plumbing.  I called and left a message and received a prompt return (I called around 9 am on a Sunday morning) Just getting in touch with someone was a big relief after trying a couple other plumbers.

Andrew was able to get out there the same day and they do not charge any type of service fee
for it being the weekend/outside of business hours.  He was prompt, friendly and figured out the problem was a backup in the main line very quickly.  Within less than an hour he had the problem fixed.  I would also be surprised if his prices could be beat.  Incredibly affordable!!!!!

I used Yelp to find Planet Earth plumbing and other than the one user who clearly signed up for yelp to post what appeared to be an off based review (you know who you are) I agree with all the other positive reviews.

I found them on Yelp after being lied to about same day installation at Home Depot.

Andrew answered my call and made I made an appt. to have a new water heater  installed. Planet Earth's service is most excellent. Appointment was on time. George was polite and knowledgeable. Andre dropped by to bring the heater. They gave us a better one than he quoted yet didn't charge us extra. I'll be calling them for other plumbing services in the near future.

Today was our third time to use Planet Earth.  They are consistently responsive, reliable, and honest.  The first time, they replaced an old upstairs (attic) hot water heater that we were concerned about due to age.  That was quite a task!  

The second time, they did a difficult repair in the wall behind our washing machine.  Home warranty co. was doing a lot of excuse-making (and wouldn't cover much of the cost...typical), so we called Planet Earth instead.  They came out quickly and again worked hard, in a tight space, to get the job done well.  Plus, they charged much less than we were quoted by the warranty co.  

Today, we discovered that our old downstairs hot water heater had gone out before we had a chance to replace it (which we have been meaning to do).  We called Planet Earth without even bothering to call home warranty co. (which we plan to cancel).  They rearranged their afternoon schedule (which involved rescheduling an appointment for an estimate, AFTER discussing with that person first) so that they could come today.  We now have hot water again!  

They are our go-to plumbing company.  Highly recommend!!

Great service and very fair pricing. This is the type company I like to do business with. I had a water heater problem and they responded within hours. I didn't feel like they took advantage of me what so ever on the price and was assured if there were any issues in the future to just give them a call and they would take care of them.

Jorge explained the issue and told me what needed to be done. He suggested the best solution and told me what it would cost. He replaced both water heaters and we were back up and running in less than 4 hours. Very professional and courteous employee. When he was finished with the work, Jorge left the area cleaner than it was before.

Andrew, you have hard working, professional, and courteous employee in Jorge. I will call again when I have my next plumbing issue.

Great price!!! Great service!!!! First two plumbers I called couldn't come until after 5:00 and both had $220 hourly rates with one hour minimum. I called Planet Earth next. Family run business and owner Andrew was at my house lickety split!! He charges a flat rate for labor of $75. He boasts no after-hours charges and availability any day, any time. He was done in 15 minutes and even saved me from a house fire by catching a terrible fire hazard. He can take credit card payments by phone and is happy to communicate with landlords, spouses, or whoever might want an explanation of the service he provided. SUPPORT THIS GUY!!! HE'S WORTH IT! I tried to hook up my washer and broke a pipe. Really frustrated.  Called a few plumbers and no one would be able to come until afternoon of the next day. Called Andrew at almost 11:00 PM. He was probably sleeping and  didn't answer. But he called back and left a voice message and a text around midnight, offering help if still needed.

We then had a short call about the issue and he came the next day at 7:30 AM. Totally saved my ass!

He even drove to home depot and lowes to get replacement parts when he saw that mine were not the right ones. That's how you do business. I rarely see people as helpful as Andrew these days. Pretty sure shortly everyone in Plano would ask him to work on plumbing issues.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The owner, Andrew, was quick to respond to our calls/texts. He arrived exactly on time and was the only plumbing company to return my call within the hour! Andrew stopped our hot water heater from leaking on Saturday and returned on Monday to replace the unit. He was quick, friendly, honest and priced competitively. Andrew seemed very nice at first and agreed to do the plumbing job at my house renovation.  When he came back to start the job I saw the look on his face that this is a big job. I didn't think much of it and left to buy faucets at home depot. When I came back he was not there. He just disappeared and never returned any of my phone call.  What started as a nice first meeting turned into very unpleasant finish.  For couple days I thought he might be coming back the next day to start the job, I didn't know that he just decided to ditch me.  The office lady stopped returning my emails as well.  They could have just told me , it's too big of a job and I would have understood, or asked for more money.  But to simply disappear like that is extremely unprofessional.  My remodel got delayed by 1 week due to this negligence.

Horrible customer service experience this week. Remember - the expectation is that you're at their disposal and need to be glued to your phone throughout the appointment window; the fact that an appointment was made, a week plus ahead of timer hat they have rescheduled once already, has no bearing on whether they'll actually show up. The excuse is that you didn't pick up our call and he's now out of the area - all before the appointment window is actually over.

I'm very disappointed to receive this customer service in spite of being a repeat customer...

Andrew, I like the work that you do and how knowledgeable you are, but you have to fix your scheduling system to continue receiving good reviews in the future.

Andrew was definitely a nice guy to speak with, but my overall experience with Planet Earth Plumbing was horrible.
I have a house pending sale and needs to have the hot shower fixed in one of the bathrooms. I contacted Andrew online and scheduled for an appointment to fix the shower cartridge on 8/24. Andrew showed up that day and upon inspecting the faucet, told me he needs a special tool to do the work. He left and promised to get back with me that day. I waited whole day at the old house and did not hear anything back. I called in to check on the status next day and was told by the receptionist lady that the 'special tool' was on order and they will schedule me for the following Friday (8/31) to get it fixed. Coming 8/31, I took a day off work waiting for Andrew to come and was notified in the afternoon by a text that Andrew was out of town. At that time I have a final house inspection lined up the next day and a broken shower still not fixed. With Labor Day long weekend coming up, I have to spend extra $$ and effort to find another plumbing company to request for an 'emergency fix' to get everything fixed.  I waited 2 full weeks for Planet Earth Plumbing and they let me down.

Kyle Wade came out to my house and did the line camera that had been recommended by Planet Earth Plumbing.  I texted and email request to provide a quote but no response from the company at all.   We wasted time and money and no result to get a quote or help to fix the broken pipes.  We so made and very disappointed with the level of customer service.  We lost the trust and would never want to use Planet Earth Plumbing, therefore we give 1 star since we can't give a zero.

Andrew was excellent. We recently called him after a really bad experience with another company. He came over and checked out our sewer leak (already identified by previous company), explained his proposed solution (without talking down to us!) and gave us a quote that was a quarter of the cost of the competition (we had already received several bids). I really appreciated that his quote came in the form of a not to exceed $x amount of money. It really eased our fears that he only gave us a low quote up front only to find more problems to hike up the cost. In the end they had to dig farther than planned and even had to re-level a tunnel, but the bill came in exactly as quoted. They were done in 3 days and filled everything back in beautifully, even adding some of the extra dirt around the sides of our foundation for us. So happy to have found an honest, capable plumber - thanks Andrew!

Andrew is the best.  I requested a quote online and received one back within 10 minutes.  Then, he came onsite to look at the job and confirmed that his quote was accurate.  

The water heater that was replaced was in the attic of a 3-story town home.  He completed the job in around 3 hours and installed a Floodstop device to reduce the risk of flooding if the unit ever leaks.

Excellent communication, great prices and outstanding service.  Will definitely use him again for future needs.

He came over and checked out our sewer leak (already identified by previous company), explained his proposed solution (without talking down to us!) and gave us a quote that was a quarter of the cost of the competition (we had already received several bids). I really appreciated that his quote came in the form of a not to exceed $x amount of money. It really eased our fears that he only gave us a low quote up front only to find more problems to hike up the cost. In the end they had to dig farther than planned and even had to re-level a tunnel, but the bill came in exactly as quoted. They were done in 3 days and filled everything back in beautifully, even adding some of the extra dirt around the sides of our foundation for us. So happy to have found an honest, capable plumber - thanks Andrew!

Andrew is the best.  I requested a quote online and received one back within 10 minutes.  Then, he came onsite to look at the job and confirmed that his quote was accurate.  

The water heater that was replaced was in the attic of a 3-story town home.  He completed the job in around 3 hours and installed a Floodstop device to reduce the risk of flooding if the unit ever leaks.

Excellent communication, great prices and outstanding service.  Will definitely use him again for future needs.

Great honest company , dealt with Andrew , he came on Sunday within 10 minutes and charged $20 because it was just a switch that needed to be turned on. We had Dallas plumbing ( the biggest rip off company , hate the fact I paid so much money to them over the years , they nickel and dime you for everything) quote us $250 just to come out on Sunday.  I wish I knew about Andrew and his company sooner , can't recommend enough. Call him you will not be disappointed.

I have always struck out in the past when it came to plumbers. All the minor jobs turned major and whether it was with a nationally known brand or a company with a hundred years experience it never was good .
This time was totally different. After 4 plumbers never even returned calls I decided to check Yelp and that was where I found Andrew and Planet Earth Plumbing. What a difference . Not only was I contacted right away but I had an appointment at a time that worked for me the next morning . Pleasant surprise number two was the way he talked to me. Not down to me but to me. After showing him the mess in my house with two tubs full of dirt and a toilet that had emptied it's clean water all over the floor I thought I would be in a hammering of a price. Surprise number three was in fifteen minutes my drains were clear my washing machine able to drain full loads while everything else was turned on also. BIG SURPRISE 4 was the cost. I don't want to feel like I am bragging but most plumbers knocking at your door would already have charged you more than Andrew. Super job , super reasonable and definitely number one on my list of plumbers. Give him a ring you won't regret it

I have had bad experiences with the plumbers in the past. And You by far surpassed my expectations. He was honest, personable and reasonably priced. He even connected me with a friend of his who is helping me with some contract work for my sheetrock project. She does not bill by the hour Kama he simply quoted me a flat rate to do the job. He paid attention to detail and really helped us out. If I ever have another plumbing issue, he will be the first person I call.

Very unprofessional.  Andrew came out and gave me an estimate on the job.  He seemed super nice but then didn't hear back from him for 3 weeks which then I had to e-mail him and wonder if we are still good to go.  Andrew said he had a family issue which I totally understand but still haven't heard back from Andrew for another 3 weeks and it is obvious from other reviews that he has done other work for other people.  I guess I'm chopped liver to him.  I apologize that my job is not worth your time.  Time to find myself a new plumber.

I am one month out from first contact and plumber coming out to fix my bathroom sink. It is a Home Warranty Contract job. He took my co pay and left saying they would get approval and be back with the faucet. I have called many times to voice mail or to be told I need to talk to a different person that is not available. No return phone calls from THAT person. I have had Home Warranty call them 3 times. They tell me Jessica will be calling me right back. 5 days later no phone call. When I have a plumbing job that is not on my warranty, I will not call them. I am passing this on to my realtor about Planet Earth Plumbing and Home Warranty.

I read all of the 5 star reviews and I really wanted to add to them, however, after my experience, I cannot. Here is my story...
My first communication was a voice mail on Andrews phone followed by a text message. Andrew finally called back. He seemed sincere over the phone and said his scheduler would be calling me that day. Well, she called the next day. Okay not a big deal. So then I told her I wanted to schedule the appointment to have someone run a camera into the sewer line, she tells me that she'll have to get back with me.  Not sure why she couldn't schedule it at that point. Three days later I still didn't hear anything from the scheduler. I finally text Andrew to ask if he were still interested in the job or I could call someone else. Andrew text back and said he will call me back as soon as he got back to the office. It is now four days later and I'm still waiting on his call... no thank you, Andrew. I guess the guys has too much work. You would think he would man up and tell me rather than string me along.  Oh well,  I guess that's why we have yelp, to let the world know. I'm moving on.

After 7.5 years with my old gas water heater, I noticed one morning the hot water wasn't getting hot.  I discovered that my water heater was leaking.  I called my plumber to get a quote and time he could replace it.  He told me approx $1400 to buy and install a new water heater.  Yikes!  I then asked how much just for an install and he quoted $600.  Ok, so I'll buy my own water heater for him to install.  I purchased a new water heater at Lowes for around $500 with a 9 yr warranty.  Signage at the store said Lowes for around $250 could do a same day install if purchased before noon.  I got excited for no reason because after going the process of booking an appointment, I discovered the final price would be....wait for it....yep, $500.  Plus, they couldn't install until the following week.  
Ok, lets take a look at yelp to see if I can find a reasonable plumber who will install the water heater.  I'm glad I found Planet Earth Plumbing.  I was swayed by their reviews and ratings.  I called and spoke with the receptionist and Andrew quickly called back.  He was not able to do it on the day I called (Saturday), but would do it the next day Sunday!  Plus his quote was around $250!  With permission, he came out earlier than the appointed time.  He told me he could do the job for around $200!!  Here's the part that impressed me.  The new water heater was missing the necessary nipples to connect to my lines.  No problem, Andrew drove to my neighborhood Carrollton  Lowes and picked up the parts.  When he presented me with my bill, guess how much he charged?? Yep, the original $200 bucks.  He didn't try to squeeze in a trip charge or parts charge.
 I'm happy with the work and service Planet Earth provided.  I would recommend him especially for gas water heater replacements.  Keep up the good work!!

Andrew has been very responsive to our questions and requests all along. Recently, we contacted Andrew to get our water heater replaced. Andrew responded immediately with a reasonable quote. He did a great job with the installation and replacement. He even helped us save more money by identifying few pipes that do not need to be replaced. He's a very honest and detailed guy. We noticed a slight gas leak this week and contacted Andrew again on Saturday night. Andrew responded immediately and came to our house immediately on Sunday morning. He checked every pipe around the water heater and also helped us check the furnace! I would highly recommend him to anyone who's looking for a trustworthy and detailed plumbing company.

We have used them twice and both times were horrible (we accidentally called them the second time forgetting our experience from a couple years earlier).  This time, Andrew put in a new toilet for us and then it leaked.  When we called to have him fix his shoddy work, they told us to turn off the water and they would come in a week.  He never showed up for our appointment window.  We called again and he said he would be there first thing the next day and again he didn't show. This is a such a great company. Our hot water heater broke in one of our rental properties. We called and the communication was quick and great. They schedule an appointment by a couple of days so they could check the warranty. They wanted to make sure we were not paying for more than we need to. Then the plumber (Andrew) contacted us and asked to check a few things by ourselves in order to see if it was a quick fix that he wouldn't even need to come out for. They used every opportunity to get us the best deal they could find. They had excellent customer service and great communication!!! I would recommend them to anyone who needs work in the area.

On Friday 7/31 my kitchen sink became clogged.... I tried to take care of the clog myself but was unsuccessful.  I called my landlord and he tried to snake the clog.. But he was unsuccessful. My landlord told me to wait until he finds a plumber....  Uh.....no.... I needed the clog fixed now! The next morning I searched for plumbers that were close to me and I was directed to plumbers on the yelp app... I found Andrew's business and read his reviews.... I was very impressed. I called Andrew yesterday at 8am and left a message. Andrew called me back within 30 minutes and told me that he would be there by 10am..  Andrew arrived BEFORE the promised time and he quickly resolved my issue. We recently bought our house and there were a few plumbing jobs that we needed to get done around the house.

I had a broken valve at my tub and couldn't turn the water on until it was fixed. I sent a yelp message in the middle of the night and Andrew got back to me that morning saying that he could come first thing in the morning the next day. He came to my house on time and said that he couldn't fix it until the tiles around the valve were removed (he would have fixed it right away if my fireplace wasn't in the way), so he got his friend to come by a few hours later to remove the tiles. Before he left, I told him that I had a class to go to at 6 and it'd be great if he could finish by 5:30, he was very accommodating and said that if he had to move other appointments around he would since they weren't as urgent as mine.

He came back soon after his friend left and fixed the valve quickly for me, allowing us to turn the water back on without it spraying everywhere in the tub.

After that, I told him about how the drain for our washing machine was clogging up. He fixed it right away and it hasn't been clogged since.

He did all of this within a span of two hours!!

The next day, his friend came back to re-tile, re-grout, and put the trim back on our tub.

I found that the cost of fixing my valve and unclogging my drain to be very reasonable, fair, and worth the amount of time, energy, and effort Andrew had put into it. And if you want to know my opinion about the cost of re-grouting and re-tiling my tub, I also found that to be reasonable and fair (it looked beautiful (compared to our old, moldy grout lol)).

All-in-all, Andrew is a nice and clean guy who'll get the job done quickly and correctly. I highly recommend him and would use his services again. Also his friend's. Both Andrew and his friend took their shoes off as they came in and cleaned up after themselves when they were done.

He is just different from salesperson-technician business model where salesperson know nothing but quote an extremely high price. He knows stuff and gives reasonable price. I needed a plumber to install a dishwasher because the Home Depot guy refused to do so saying that the water valve was corroded and needed to be replaced first.

My water heater decided to stop working late afternoon/early evening this past Saturday. I started looking for recommendations on yelp and on the  Nextdoor app. I called a couple of the big name multiple commercial advertising on TV plumbing companies before I found Planet Earth Plumbing. To this day, I have not heard back from either of the two big name plumbing companies. I called Planet Earth Plumbing and Andrew text back asking if it was OK if he called me back because he was tied up. I just started communicating with him via text. Andrew came out the next morning just to fix a piece of the heater so I could at least get water into the house, and use our toilets. He came back out on Monday morning once he was able to find the heater that I needed. Once he arrived, he was all business. He and his partner took the old unit out, put the new one in and even cleaned up in no time at all. Andrew was extremely friendly, explained to me what he was doing. Andrew was a bit late on Monday, to no fault of his own. He had someone from his office reach out and let me know that he was running late and would be here by a certain time. Andrew was extremely honest and very fair priced. I would call Planet Earth Plumbing back out for any plumbing issues I may have. Hopefully not any time soon, but in case I do have issues, I will know who to go to.

Andrew promptly returned a text from my husband about our clogged kitchen sink the Sunday after Christmas. On Tuesday my water heater broke and I was penciled in for a replacement for Friday. On Wednesday there was a water leak from the broken heater that was spilling into my garage. I was extremely concerned and I spoke with Jessica If there is a chance the staff can replace the unit early morning on Thursday. Andrew and his staff came 700am and replace the unit. They did an excellent job. His cost was reasonable and his service was A plus. After  repair,  I showed him a shower head that has not functioned probably in years. Planet Earth Plumbing is an awesome business. I've used their services before in the past for a toilet plumbing fix. They were on time, priced reasonably, and got the job done. This time though, had small issue with garbage disposal. Garbage disposal was humming, and then didn't turn on. Quickly and easily made arrangments for plumber to come out. But then Planet Earth called me and talked me through the problem. Turns out garbage disposal just needed to be reset! Now garbage disposal works! Super honest and helpful business. Will always use Planet Earth Plumbing for all plumbing issues in the future.

THE LAST HONEST PLUMBER!  Our water heater sprung a huge leak on Saturday morning.  We called around to find someone to replace the water heater and we're shocked with the range of prices.  One company came out (paid $35 for their visit) and gave us a $1800 quote to replace a simple water heater.  Called Andrew @ Planet Earth and he said he could replace the water heater that afternoon for 1/4 of the labor cost of everyone else I called.  As promised he came out on time and replaced the heater quickly.  He also discovered a corroded hose on the top of the water heater that he replaced.  Overall great experience and wouldn't trust anyone else!

Where do I start, City of Plano called stating that my water bill was high this month because the meter was showing 25 gal per minute, I said that is impossible because me and my husband are not home, she said well the meter reader is at your home now so I told her to keep him there while leaving work driving 70mph trying to make it home. The city said it's not their fault because it's on the opposite of the meter, then called my so called HOA, they said they only cover the sprinkler system, even though I thought they cover anything outside my townhome.

My father just received a liver transplant but is having major difficulties so please understand my stress level is intolerable. I set on the couch Friday 4/23/2015 and was just crying my eyes out because this was the wrong time to consider that I had a major leak and be told that it could be under the foundation /Concrete slab and we would be responsible for it.   Started to look online waiting for my husband to get home, everything showed closed at 5:00.  Continued to look and came pass Planet Earth Plumbing not expecting much, Andrew answered and he was so polite and calm, he stated that he was finishing a Job and happen to be close by and would make a stop on his way to his next appointment.

I said wow really thank you, still not thinking that he would come with much, literally too good to be true and way too easy.  To my surprise he showed up, me and my husband greeted him and we invited him in which Andrew appeared to be very hands on. He ran the faucets to listen to the drains, listened to the walls, checked the water heater and went to water meter to really begin assessing the problem.

Andrew began digging to see if he could alleviate the potential of assuming something was bigger than what it appeared and or sounded like. Andrew was very precise and accurate, he stated that our problem was not too far from the water meter and I thought definitely don't believe that at 25-30 GPM, lol.  Well to my surprise it certainly was, the water pipe had holes in it as if maintenance or ATT@T could have done something while putting in Uverse or replanting? Not sure but his crew fixed the leak and did not compromise on the parts. He actually had the supply store open to get the right fitting because they close at noon on Saturdays.

Andrew really cared about our situation and believe he charged us a fraction of the cost which was the best part!!  We definitely were blessed to find him and his crew. Thanks a million Planet Earth Plumbing!! B4 paying outrageous prices please don't cheat yourself call this company........ The clean up was pristine and the level of service was superior.

I will have to say it was the best experience I have had dealing with a plumber. I called for a kitchen line clean out, the water was backing up into the laundry room. I talked with Andrew around 9am and he said that he could be to my house after 5pm. He asked if I would text him my address and he would get to me after he finished some already scheduled work. At 5:15 I was about to look up his cell number when he called, I had forgotten to text him my address, he said he could be there in about twenty minutes. Once he got to my house him and Vernon were very professional and courteous. They took care of my problem, it took longer than any of us expected, the clog was fairly substantial. When I went to pay the bill, Andrew tried giving me a discount because I had rented a snake and cleaned out the main, the main wasn't the problem obviously and all I did was waste $65.00. I refused the discount due to the fact that they exceeded my expectations.

I have had extremely bad service from this plumbing company.  THey were assigned to me by the Home Warranty people to fix a water heater.  They were supposed to come on a Sunday and never showed up.  When called again, they came and said that a new water heater was necessary and they would contact the HWA right away and have it approved.  It has now been over 5 weeks and they still haven't fixed the water heater.  Plus, the HWA people said they never contacted them.  Plus, we had tried to call Andrew and Jessica over and over again and they never returned a call.  Obviously, they had no intention of fixing anything.  We have now gone to Lowe's.  Much better service.  More dependable and they even provided an estimate.  If you want something done on time and a phone call returned, don't use these guys.

**I just realized my review was not recommended..not sure why. I had originally written this back in July. **

We had just moved into our home and during the unpacking process, our daughter discovered the carpet in her closet was completely soaked. Since her closet was adjacent to the guest bathroom, we assumed the issue was a leak from the toilet since there was a crack along the base. This occurred during the weekend and we couldn't find a plumber willing to come out that wouldn't charge us a fortune for after hours service. I had called and left Andrew a message and he called back Sunday afternoon. He was able to come the next day and diagnose the problem. A new toilet was ordered and after he left we discovered that the leak wasn't from the toilet (as the valve had been turned off) but from one of the faucets. I immediately called Andrew back explaining the new problem. He said it wouldn't be a problem. He would check it out when he comes back to replace the toilet. Turns out, the leak was from a mis-aligned/broken joint in the pipe. Although a hole had to be cut out in the closet to reach the problem, we're glad Andrew was able to fix and resolve the problem fairly quickly. Hopefully we won't have too many plumbing issues in the future but if we should, we definitely know who to call - Andrew! Excellent service!!! Thanks Andrew!!!

Excellent in every way. Quick to respond, prices are GREAT, and Andrew is professional, friendly and efficient. No rip offs here. He is very fair and doesn't nickel and dime you.  He even came back a second time for free when I was unhappy with a drain I chose the first time, even though it was my fault!  There is nothing not to like and I won't use anyone else.  By the way, he also serves the Dallas area.

So, I woke this morning to fridge knocking like it needed a new water pump.  Google says I need a repair call.   Then I noticed the water supply was pulsing.   I texted Andy and cancelled the fridge repair call.    Over the next 30 minutes, Andy gave me direction over text.    Then we had a short call where he directed me to a bathroom and I found the toilet valve leaking.   So this morning, I've got to say, I know this is a one off where he had a moment to help, but holy cow what service.   I'm one grateful guy and I have a new plumber in my phone contacts.   Many many thanks Andy.

Planet Earth Plumbing did a great job and I highly recommend them.  I had a stoppage in the sewer line, but no clean-outs could be found.  After doing what the could to clean out the blockage from the roof air vent, they came back to install a clean out.  They were good to work with very fair with their pricing.  Will definitely use them again and will recommend to friends.

I am a fan! I had a new faucet that needed to be installed and I was scheduled very quickly. The price came back significantly lower than previous quotes and when The company had an emergency they called in advance to reschedule me. The new time worked great and they gave a discount for the inconvenience. Honest, fair and fast but great work!

Planet Earth provided plumbing repairs on two separate service calls.  They replaced a water heater and a leak around a bathroom sink.  Their repair rates are fair.  Jorge is courteous and cleaned up after making the repairs.  He thoroughly explained the repairs made.  I will continue to call them in the future.

Poor communication from the start! Had an appointment set for Monday and 30 min before my time window was over I still hadn't heard if someone was on the way so I decided to check in. I was told, Andrew won't make it today because he is still on another call. Can we reschedule for tomorrow? I took time out of my day off to sit around a wait and then to be told he wasn't going to even come and needed to reschedule for the next day when I am back at work aka I need to make other arrangements to have people be around the house. He comes and checks around outside and then proceeds to leave. I was not notified if the problem had been fixed or what the final verdict was so I proceeded to send a text to ask. No response! The next morning I called to follow up and I was placed on hold for about 9 min, but could hear everything going on in the background (unprofessional). I hung up and called again and the receptionist said she forgot I was on hold and then said, the ground was too wet and they would have to come back Friday (4 days after the initial appointment). So basically got moved to the back of the waiting list even though the job was not completed in the first place. I own a business, and this is not the way you treat your customers! I would never recommend this place! Call Orlando at Estrella plumbing for a quick response and great customer service with an affordable price!

Andrew went above and beyond!  Our house had one toilet that was not running properly and another that hadn't been running in months. I was able to schedule both, the consultation and appointment, without hassle.  Half of the household was still asleep during our appointment and he respectfully worked quietly to get the job done.  The service was exceptional and you can't beat the pricing! I cannot say enough good things about Andrew. My hot water heater needed a new Gas Control Valve/Thermostat. I called several Plumbers for estimates and you would not believe the estimates I got. Andrew was on the lower end and did a fantastic job. Very seldom do you run across a repair person these day you feel is totally honest and caring. Andrew is that kind of person and he will be my plumber for life.

Really great plumbers.  Had a sewer blockage.  When they came out the first time it turns out my plumbing was non-standard and they needed a special head to snake the blockage.  Came back the next day and fixed it with no extra charge.  Really great service and they took great care not to scratch my floors with equipment.  I will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I had clogged toilets and bathtubs. They were not just small problems. I had roots growing into the pipe and water was overflowing. I had called another plumber to come, he wanted $70 estimate and $500 minimum for work over Labor Day. I did research and found out he had many reviews about over charging which is what I don't want, so I found Andrew, which is such a blessing to our family. He had showed up first thing at 7ish at my home and started working for 3 hours. At the end he only billed me for$85 for all the hard work he has done. This guy is fair and honest. I had ended up paying him more because he deserves more. I can't say enough about how great they are. I have already recommended him to many friends of mine. If you are looking for an honest and quality plumber, call Andrew! He's an angel!

We had a few minor jobs - including installing a new toilet.  I had others plumbers who I used as needed, but we wanted to try a new company. Selected Planet Earth after reading reviews and speaking with them.  Did a great job for a reasonable price.  Technician arrived during the promised time period. Was very polite, professional and knowledgeable.   Even carted away the old materials.  Will definitely use this company again.

First of all. I do not write many reviews, but I felt this company really deserved it. Planet Earth Plumbing was recommended to me, and I cannot recommend them more highly to anyone with plumbing needs. They worked with my schedule and were right on time. Everything was completed with great care and Andrew made sure to answer all my questions. On top of all that there prices are Very Reasonable!! Will definitely use again when plumbing needs arise.

Contacted Andrew and what a relief and glad I found his contact information!  If you have concerns about a plumbing issue and unsure about cost and having it fixed in a timely manner, then I would definitely recommend him and you will be glad you called him versus other plumbing companies.  Average cost of plumbing challenges can vary, but knowing honesty, promptness from a Master plumber working for himself is always a great alternative to large companies gouging! - Called his number late last night around 11pm and did not leave a voice mail, but minutes later he called me back and we discussed the issue and planned for him to come by early morning.  He came right at 7am as he promised to handle a Kitchen sink issue that would have cost us double with other companies.  Thanks again Andrew!!!  I have your number saved in my contact list and will always keep you in mind first if anyone asks If I know of any good plumbers around.

Andrew at Planet Earth was excellent.  I called a few places to get a price on clearing a drain and running a camera down the line and they were the cheapest option.  When I scheduled the visit, Andrew got caught at another job and wouldn't be able to make it.  His office called to reschedule for the next business day, and because of the inconvenience, offered me a discount.  I was incredibly pleased with his professionalism, and expertise.  Would definitely recommend.

Friday night after hour hot water tank overflowed causing damage to ceiling.    Called Andrew and he was here within a short time to turn off valves and advise what would be done Saturday.  Promptly Saturday morning he returned with a new hot water heater and within a few hour we were in business.  Prompt, efficient and personable Master plumbler.  Great service!!  Will use if needed in future without hesitation.

We had clogged drain in our shower room. We tried a lot different methods but no luck happened. We called Planet Earth, Andrew is nice and give me the flat price on the phone. It was cheaper like $85 compare to maybe $120 to others. one of his man arrived and it took him around 30 mins to get my drain working again.  Price is reasonable and job is done! They do a lot water heater jobs, so I think I will call them again if I am going to move my water heater to garage.

I went through my home warranty company because I have a hot water heater issue where the pilot light won't stay on.  The request was sent to Planet Earth Plumbing on 7/9.  I was told I would recieve a call from them within 24-48 hours however I never received a call.  On Monday 7/13 I called Plant earth and was given an appt date of 7/15 from 8am-10am.  No one ever showed and I did not receive a call saying they would not be there.  When I called the office back the lady said that their Technician had been out all night working a gas leak and that was why he didnt show.  But I didnt get a phone call or any kind of contact that no one was coming.  I had my spouse stay home from work so they would be there to let them in the house.  I understand that things happen but the fact that no one cared enough to pick up a phone and let me know they weren't coming is unacceptable.  The contact for Planet Earth said they could reschedule but it wouldnt be until Monday July 20th.  That is just not acceptable.  I understand that HWA's are a pain for the vendors but If you dont like them DONT SIGN UP TO WORK WITH THEM. It would have been ok if I had recieved a call letting me know.....I understand things happen but not having the courtesy of letting the me know that no one was coming is horrible customer service.
