They responded really quickly with an estimate and a visit.  The price was good.  When the leak got worse, they were willing to send someone on the weekend, a couple of days before schedule.  Unfortunately the leak hadn't been completely resolved but they came out again the next day and fixed it without further charge.

I wish I could comment on the work that Diamondback Plumbing did for me, but I can't because a technician never actually showed up.  I scheduled an appointment, and I received a call from the dispatcher (who was very nice, for the record) at roughly 3pm stating that my technician was planning on getting to me in about half an hour, but that he was coming from a bit of a ways away and might not have accounted for traffic.  I completely understood that, and I'd set aside my entire evening just in case he was running late or had a lengthy job to do.

It's now five hours later, and not only has a technician not come out, but no one called me to let me know that my appointment was being abandoned.  I ended up calling in and speaking with the evening dispatcher (who, again, was incredibly nice), and she told me that I'd be getting a call in the morning to reschedule an appointment.

Frankly, I don't want to use the services that Diamondback has to offer at this point, because I don't feel like potentially wasting another day sitting at home (not to mention cancelling plans that I can't reschedule) because my technician bailed on me.  However, since my property management apparently has some sort of ridiculous arrangement with them, it looks like I'm stuck waiting around for who knows how long until someone actually keeps the appointment.

Friendly staff and quick response time and fairly priced. Needed to have two leaks repaired and they were able to get it done the same day

The worst experience ever. Save yourself the headache and call someone else. This company is so poor with professionalism and customer service it isn't worth my time to write all the details of what we experienced. Call a company who cares about their customers enough to communicate with them.  They will leave you hanging...and never apologize...and then...justify everything.

Had my Garbage Disposal rust out and start leaking water out the bottom while washing dishes from breakfast. Sent out a request for quotes through yelp and Flush King got back to me in 5 minuets and offered a competitve quote and siad a te3chnician could be at my hosue in 60 min. We eneded up waiting about an hour and a half but Larry arrived ready to help. He diagnosed the issue and the likely cause of it and offered us an upgrade to a stainless steel disposal so we wouldnt have to deal with rust again. I agreed to the upgrade form their stnadard unit and he went to work. About 30 min later Larry was done and he hauled away all the garbage. Very polite and courtious.

The estimate for the repairs was definitely the least expensive and so much better than a competitor. The work was completed satisfactorily and the technician explained everything thoroughly. The only complaint I had was they failed to communicate with me when the technician was going to be late, I had to contact them after 4 hours to determine when repairs would be started. He didn't show up during the 2 hour window given to me, and had to be rescheduled for the next day. I did receive a minimal discount for the inconvenience. I would recommend Bumble bee plumbing to others.

Great service; fair prices, courteous service man (Michael).  He did a great job, cleaned up after himself. friendly and looked for a discount for me in replacing faucet.  No one really likes to have to call a service person; but I actually enjoyed having him in my home.

Have 3 toilets, all of them having issues. We had Decio Arnot at the house. He was quick, professional, courteous, and got the job done.

Great communication and service from Elite Rooter. Alex and Chris quickly diagnosed and fixed my drain issue and provided and invoice and feedback. I know who I'm contacting when I need a plumber. Also contacted this company through Yelp and received a quicker than expected reply. 5 stars, nicely done.

Dave did a great job of replacing our old, cracked, leaking disposer. He tested the new system a number of times and discovered a leak, which he repaired. He kept testing and looking to make sure that everything was in perfect condition before he left, even carefully removing overflow putty that I couldn't see until he cleaned it out. I was so pleased with his excellent work and friendly manner, explaining what he was doing at each step. If we have any future plumbing needs, I will gladly call Somers Plumbing to take care of us. Element plumbing came out after hours and on short notice when our tankless water heater stopped working. Micheal took the required parts with him, ordered all the warranty replacement parts for us, then came back to repair everything. Incredible service, and knowledgeable people. Would recommend them to anyone

The original company that was supposed to follow up at my mom's house once my husband opened up the wall for a leak was unable to come until Tuesday. Being a Friday it was just too long to wait as the leak ended up being active unless the main was off.

I hit Yelp again and Sound Plumbing was thr first company that I called that could make it before then. Dylan showed up the same day, but didn't have the parts to fix until Tuesday as thr parts stores would be closed for the holiday weekend and he was booked for Monday, He was able to stop the water from leaking where the main could be on which bought us some time. He was professional, super polite. Great guy. I would recommend!

100% would recommend. I noticed an outside leak this morning, called 100% Plumbing, and they fix it. This all occurred within 2 hours - talk about service! Eden was the technician that came out. He took the time to answer my questions, was polite, and worked efficiently. Thank you!

Their prices are great. Quality of work great. I really appreciated Ramesh, who came out. He was down to earth and made me feel like he gave a dam and wasn't out to just take my money. Thanks so much!  When we are ready for a water softener you'll hear from us no question. They also have a shorter time frame for arrival then most which is also nice.

I used Option One in the past to replace a water heater and had a good experience. More recently they came out to investigate a clogged line and went above and beyond. They found a mistake another plumbing company had made who replaced all the pipes in my yard. The plumber, Robert, was so helpful he even spoke to the other company about their mistake for me. He was very honest about everything and responsive whenever I had a question or needed help. I would highly recommend this company to anyone having plumbing issues.

I usually don't write reviews on Yelp, but I was so unhappy with the customer service. We were told that someone would come between 11am-1pm to fix our AC unit. My sister had to go to work at 12, so I stayed home to wait for someone over. Then at 9:26, I get a call saying that they were running late and that they were going to come around noon. Then at 2, she calls and says that he was running late and that he was going to get food before coming over. He doesn't get here until 3:13. I have to leave the house by 3:30 to get to work. This whole time I'm waiting in a 93 degree house. I then called my sister who spoke to someone over the phone about the situation because I had to leave in 15 minutes. The woman whom we both spoke on the phone with was completely rude to the both of us. We both felt that she gave us attitude when we did nothing wrong; it was their fault. She told us that we weren't the only ones with a broken AC and they were trying to get to everyone. I do not understand how someone can be so late to an appointment; their company specializes in this type of work. If they knew the technician coming to our house was running late, they should have sent someone else within the time frame they have given us. I then I had to leave for work and the technician said that he could work on the AC unit without me their and I could lock up the house and leave. I did not want to risk coming home after work to a hot house, so my sister had to leave work and come home and make sure everything was fixed okay.

The technician fixed our AC unit and now it works fine. But the customer service was completely awful. Since we rent the home we live in, our landlord was the one who called the company and set everything up. If something were to go wrong with our house again, I would ask our landlord to use different company. I do not want to deal with this again.

I know this company has great reviews, in fact, I specifically asked my home warranty to assign them because of that,  but I had a really bad experience with them and I felt like they totally wasted my time and were dishonest. This review is based solely on my phone calls and service call to my house.   They did not actually fix my plumbing problem.  

I have Old Republic Home Warranty and this is the company that was assigned from my home owners insurance.   I made arrangements to work from home and set up an appointment for Monday, to which they cancelled, last minute, saying that the home warranty company cancelled the work order.  When I called the home warranty  company they told me King's Plumbing canceled the call because they were to busy to take it. I called the company back and reported this to which they denied it being true and rescheduled.  I then planned a second day to work from home to have them come out again. We were set for an afternoon appointment block to which they showed up in the morning unscheduled.  The plumber looked at my issue and told me they can fix it the following week.  Never, mentioning they were not willing to fix my issue bc they were to busy.   

After they left, I then received a call from the home warranty company telling me that Kings Plumbing denied service because they were to busy. When I called Kings, the gentlemen on the phone, did in fact confirm,  they are not accepting the job because they are to busy and short staffed.  The entire interaction was just weird.  I felt like they were not honest with their intentions and wasted my time, forcing me to work from home on two different days when they were not in a position to take the job to start with as they are over worked and short staffed.  I know have to stay at home a 3rd day for a new company to come out and give me an estimate.
