Pat was great! From my initial call, all communications with him were on point and very professional. I called Pat for a drainage issue in my kitchen, and given that his quote came out in-line with a few other quotes I'd received, I took advantage of the positive reviews I'd seen on Yelp. He got to work quickly, was efficient, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He also gave me advice/tips on how to proactively avoid the problem as well. Absolutely would recommend and will use Drain-EEZ for future plumbing issues.

This is the only company I will deal with moving forward. For starters: the quality of work and customer service is SUPERB. Mac is amazing and clearly an expert in every way. He takes pride in his work and wants to make sure you are taken care of and everything is done the right way. Initially, we exchanged some text messages and pictures to show him my issues, I felt like I was contacting my neighbor to get some help, he was so kind and very patient with me! You can tell he isn't trying to upsell you, or put you through the ringer (lets face it who can last very long with no hot water??).

I have had different water issues over the years and Fasterplumbing247 is the only one I have really trusted and felt really good about. I contacted him around 1pm on a Monday, by 8pm that SAME NIGHT he dropped off my new water heater and some stuff to protect my stairs so he could get started working first thing in the morning. Less than 24 hrs from my first phone call to him and I had a new water heater and ejector pump installed. AMAZING.

I also had some larger companies come by to look at my water heaters/give estimates and they all were going to charge me significantly more money for similar work, but not necessarily the same quality units. Mac uses only top line units - I got a Rheem water heater and a Zoller (sp?) ejector pump. He also included a drip tray and pipe to my drain for no charge - where with the other companies were trying to upsell me to a package that included it. The other large companies were trying to tell me they add in a 6 year warranty as if that was additional, Mac said all good quality units include a 6 year warranty already - just another example of why I trust him for not trying to upcharge me on things.

He is not just a great plumber but a really great human. We traded stories about our kids, he was very COVID aware and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done.

Called these folks to re connect our utility sink in the basement and fix a broken pipe. We worked with Vincent and he was really nice, gave us a competitive quote, and walked us through what he would do to fix our issue. He was such a pleasure to work with that we asked him back for help on a few other issues we'd come across as new home owners. I really appreciate when people who know their craft well take the time to explain what they're doing. We will definitely be calling Vincent back when we're ready to put in our bathroom downstairs.

Responsive and gave us honest recommendations to fix issue compared to another company which we got a quote for 4x the amount we ended up spending.

Fast, easy and informative. I called at 9am and Danny was calling to confirm I was home by 11am. He did an assessment and then went to get the parts. He explained everything really clearly and then installed the news ones. All done within the space of 3-4 hours. Superb!!

I set up an appointment with them and they never showed up or called. When I called them 2 hours later asking if they were still coming, they said that the plumber got caught up in another project and wouldn't be able to come until the next day. I had taken the day off work for this appointment and was very disappointed in their disrespect of my time.

Vasyl from First Chicago Plumbing was just here and was great. Very professional, and remedied our toilet issue quickly and without issue.

Kevin has done 2 repairs for me over the past year and they were both great experiences. He's very professional, reasonable and helpful. The most recent repair got a little complicated due to my building's water pump system. He came in the next day after the repair was completed to help us figure out the water pump - something that my own building maintenance man was unhelpful with. Now, not only is my bathtub faucet working, our building's water pressure is amazing. Very happy.

Jesus is the man.  Fast, flexible, and reliable.  When we received an unusually high water bill, and then a letter from the City of Chicago stating that it had come to their attention that our water meter was running continuously, I reached out to multiple outfits looking for help tracking down the culprit.  All of them were highly reviewed, but Jesus was the first and only one of the bunch to pick up the phone without directing me to an answering service or scheduling a follow up call.  In one call we were able to diagnose and come up with a game plan, and then schedule service within the week.  When I finally did get calls back from other highly rated outfits, all I got was hemming and hawing about what it possibly could be, and that it would be a while before anyone could come out.  
Jesus came out directly, assessed the situation, and determined that we had (2) running toilets and explained that this can be very costly but that this was an easy fix.  He fixed them fast and was on his way, all the while displaying the utmost knowledge and professionalism.  I can't say enough good things about Jesus & Co.  
J Sewer & Drain Plumbing are professional, courteous, priced right, and just plain awesome.  I will be using them for all jobs big and small moving forward. A++

These guys are super professional and know their stuff. Had to call them on a Sunday (of course) for a backed up sewage line. Kevin responded right away and let me know that it would be extra due to the weekend, but hey, when you've got sewage backing up into your house, you really don't sweat the small stuff. A couple of other places I tried to contact never responded or said they couldn't get someone over until the next day. Kevin had a guy onsite in no time, who cleared the immediate blockage (roots growing in sewage line in less than two year old house, who'd of thunk it?) and I scheduled them to come back out on the following Wednesday to do a more thorough cleaning with a larger cutter (guy on Sunday only had a small one). Long story short, it wasn't cheap but both guys that came out were very polite and professional and they even gave me a USB with video of the sewage line so I can see that it was cleaned thoroughly. They even pointed out some potential future trouble spots to keep an eye on. Safe to safe, if I need plumbing services in the future (hopefully not soon, and especially not on a weekend), I'll be calling these guys.

Toilet backed up on a Sunday and I needed it  fixed the same day. Adam from Captain Rooter called me soon after my inquiry and explained what he thinks the issue is and how it would be resolved.

He texted me when he was 5 minutes away and arrived at the time he said he would. He came in with another nice fellow and they got right to work.

They got the toilet working perfectly again, triple checked to make sure the issue was resolved, cleaned up after themselves and thanked me for the business. This is what great service looks like, huge thank you to Adam and team for turning my messy ordeal into a pleasant experience!

We needed to get some plumbing and electrical work done on our condo before moving out. We wanted to make sure we used a locally owned business. Sims and Sons did a wonderful job! They knew what they were doing, repaired everything we asked them too and even went out of their way to help with a last minute request. We would not change the experience, we would recommend them and would use them again with any plumbing or electrical issues!
