Drain-EEZ did some work for me a few months ago (finally getting around to writing this), and very impressed with both their overall service and their pricing, which was very reasonable.  Lou was my assigned plumber, and he was very knowledgable and professional with the three issues he fixed.  He even took the time to explain everything in layman's term.  I highly recommend Drain-EEZ.

I was referred by a friend who has an old building with lots of problems and emergencies and not a lot of money to fix all of them at once.  Scott has always been able to come through for her to fix the problem correctly and at a fair price so I called him to help me move my drain and prepare for a new vanity to be installed.

I have had a similar and positive experience as well.  He quoted the hourly up front, but doesn't pad it charging your for every dang second and then rounding up as he takes 20 minutes to write an invoice. ( I've used many great plumbing services who gouge so much in this way, even though they are good at what they do I avoid using them when I can because I am always left feeling a bit like I just got mugged in an alley). I don't get that with Scott:  He's upfront, responsive, on time, efficient, friendly, fair and knows what he's doing. How rare is that?  He doesn't cut corners either.   I want the problem corrected, not patched.

He's coming back tomorrow to finish up and I'll post an update and maybe even a photo....stay tuned.....

I was pretty concerned when my water heater stopped working and the control showed that it was locked up due to detecting gas fumes...  not because there was a chance of a gas leak, but rather because more than half the water heaters in my building had been replaced with similar problems.  These replacements happened right before owners were moving in and the builder came across this error and couldn't unlock the heaters.  A slight glimmer of hope was the folks the builder had subcontracted didn't seem like the most competent in the world.  

So with a potential water heater replacement in the back of my mind, I called Rocket.  I spoke to them first thing in the morning, but they were busy and couldn't send anyone over until 1pm the next day.  Bummer.  However, I was called the next morning and they were ahead of schedule, so Tony, the repairman, dropped by before 11am.  He seemed pretty familiar with the type of unit and explained some of the common issues.  Turns out painting can cause the heaters to lock up, so that was probably the issue that happened to the builder as they put the finishing touches on the new condos.  After going through a series of unsuccessful attempts to jump start the heater (such as unplugging the control panel and sensor) Tony called the manufacturer who had him unattached the fan and try to to reassemble the top portion of the unit.  No luck.  He then spoke to the manufacturer again and they decided to try to reboot the whole unit.  This time it worked.  Boom!  

Tony was super nice, helpful and explained everything that he was doing, so if anything else happened I had a frame of reference.  Only cost $75 and nothing blew up, so I was pretty stoked.  Also, a tip offered was refused even after I offered it twice.  

All around fast, great service provided by super nice people.  Rocket is now my go to plumber for any issues that arise in the future.

Thomas and Tuffy were WONDERFUL!! We have an old house that had lots of roots in the drain and they worked and got all of them out! We can now wash clothes and wash dishes, thank you for that! Would call you guys in a minute for whatever problem we have!

Great small business that gave exceptional service.  I live in a hundred year old house and had a simple problem, once they fixed that problem, they discovered a bigger problem waiting to happen.  They went to the hardware store, did what they could, told me they had a major job the next day (a Friday) and would try to be back tomorrow to take care of everything.  I was a little nervous when it was 4:00pm on Friday and I hadn't heard, but sure enough they showed up again and were able to get everything fixed.  I waited 3 weeks to write this email and have had zero problems with the work completed.

These guys are legit! We were experiencing issues after a remodel where we weren't getting any cold water. Kevin and his team were very thorough and was able to locate the issue. Unfortunately we had to cut some walls and break down some tile, but Kevin was able to fix it in little time. I would certainly recommend Sound Plumbing! Called this company for a sewer scope on a property I'm purchasing. He said he would be able to come today and to just text him the address of the property. I did so right after we got off the phone, no response.

I'd venture to say this company is not too reliable.

GT has become our go to plumbing and they are always courteous and clean. Just in the last couple weeks we have a leaky shower, new sump pump and laundry sink installed. All done right the first time. They are responsive and work with your schedule.

Responsive, knowledgeable, honest and just generally good guys.  Now if only I could find an HVAC company that was anywhere near as good as my new plumbers!

I called Captain Rooter this morning and had someone out within a few hours within the time frame I told them I was available in. Adam A. was my technician and he was great! Found the problem quickly and made sure I was comfortable with what he needed to do to fix my issue.

Will call again and ask for Adam for any future plumbing issues.

Our toilet was backing up.  To add to that, every time we used water anywhere in the house, it caused that same toilet to back up.  It was a mess!  Hristo came by, removed the toilet, and brought in a machine to snake the pipe.  He then put in a new toilet.  Hristo was very professional, good sense of humor, and got the job done quickly.  It was a messy job and I never heard Hristo complain.  I would highly recommend Hristo's company for any plumbing job.  Thank you again, Hristo!

Super thrilled with this service! Lenny was fabulous, super quick, and effective at diagnosing and treating all of the complicated issues with our ~80 year old bathroom toilet, sink, and tub. He knew just what to do to make things work smoothly again. I also appreciated that he was very careful with covid precautions (mask, booties) and respectful throughout. I would absolutely rehire for any future plumbing needs. An easy 5 stars from me!

I had a rocky toilet that was supposedly fixed by Chicagoland Handyman in June of 2022, but five months later the rocking was back. I searched for a plumber to fix this unsteady toilet once and for all. I called Mike the Plumber. He was able to come out the next day and was able to to stabilize my toilet. Mike the Plumber was very nice as he explained what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it. He said if the rocking comes back (which it won't) he will tend to it. I will definitely call Mike the Plumber for any future plumbing issues in my old building. Thank you Mike!

I had Juan and his team to replace a kitchen sink for us. The team was the best. Juan and the team did an excellent job, and they were really fast and made everything look really nice. And they cleaned up everything after they finished. I would definitely recommend him if you need to hire someone for sink installation, the price was reasonable among all others that I requested. I would recommend him to my friends and families as well!

Noel was great. We were in a bit of an urgent situation and Noel was punctual, calm, professional and able to meet our unique needs whereby he needed to complete tasks at different times during the day due to other work we had being done.
