Geoff was awesome! Remely professional, efficient, and very considerate and helpful. He kept on his mask, put on covers for his shoes, moved quickly and explained everything to me on a basic level. He did everything efficiently and they have reasonable rates. They came promptly after my service call was made yesterday and work with me to get this done quickly.

I have used Apex for big projects as well as for small projects and I highly recommend this company. He also has a great demeanor and spent a few moments to talk to my toddler who kept asking him questions! Ask for Geoff!

So, my problem was a burst pipe on a day (1/10) when everyone in the world had a burst pipe so that is a consideration.  We were borderline desperate and they responded within 10 hours.
These guys were amazing.  They came earlier than they had expected (in a good way!), they were super fast, they were polite and considerate and they worked in the rain in 34 degree weather to fix the problem.  For all of those things, they deserve 5 stars.  I really can't say enough about how much I liked these guys.
However, it was not cheap because it's an emergency situation, you pay emergency rates (they were at my house for less than hour and it was well over $400 cash only- I had someone else come out a different time who spent several hours at night and it was only $350- so be aware of that (maybe ask what the hourly rate is ahead of time).
When they were done, they explained to me that they were plumbers and they don't fix up the insulation, wall and siding and that would be my responsibility which totally makes sense so be prepared to do that yourself or have another person ready to do that as well.
I was very upset by the rate they charged and said so in my original review. Jan followed up with me to resolve the issue.  He obviously cares a lot about his business and wants his customers to be happy so he offered to give me some money back or do some other work for me in the future to make up for what I thought was gouging.  I told him to contact me in spring once his business slowed down so he could come out and fix some other things. So I altered my review to reflect that promise. However, he never followed up with me. It's understandable, out of sight, out of mind.

I've hired some Plummer's since I've own a house , but none is as hard working as Vic, first he clean the slowly draining tub  , and next day he replace my heavy 60 year old concrete laundry tub in my basement and hook up new water lines n drain ,  excellent work Vic and thank you , I would recommend him to friends n relatives that needs plumbing service , god bless .

I scheduled an appointment with Fixer for 4 pm on a Friday. I had to leave work early and drive through Friday traffic to make it on time. At 4:15 I contacted fixer and asked where my fixer was? They apologized and said that my fixer wasn't coming but that they could send another fixer at 5:30. I agreed, but had other errands to run in the meantime which meant I had to hustle through Friday traffic yet again to make it on time for the 5:30 appointment. I got there on time for 5:30.
At about 5:45 I contacted fixer and asked where my fixer was. Fixer told me, for the second time in the same day, that my fixer wasn't coming. Fixer then had the audacity to ask me if I would like to reschedule. This company is completely unreliable and unprofessional.

Drain works was great and responsive. They got back to me quickly and had the work completed within the week. Eric was very helpful

All Rooter is definitely our new plumber! We thought we had a cracked pipe after the polar vortex freeze. All Rooter was able to get us an appointment within a couple of days. It turned out that pipe wasn't cracked and the plumber was able to help us figure out why we had a minor flood. It turned out that no plumbing work was necessary and they charged us accordingly. We definitely will call them again if we need plumbing work in the future.

I had a small plumbing job, to fix a leaking sink drain in my kitchen.  I called Kevin Szabo, jr plumbing and they had a guy come out in 2 days. Joe was great, explaining exactly what was needed.  He fixed the drain in under an hour!  Joe was friendly and knowledgeable. And the price was reasonable.  I highly recommend Kevin Szabo Jr Plumbing.

Amazing! I sought out a plumber via Yelp, sent a message to a few companies & Gary was one of the first responders. He was so polite & extremely accommodating! Did the work, the communication was amazing. I am happy with my selection & will pass along the good business information. Thanks Gary.

Sent a request through Yelp at 11am in the morning and Jesse was out later that evening. Had a wire that was not connected from a previous electricians job and that electrician would not have been able to come back for a few days. 24/7 was able to come out the same day and got everything taken care of. Great service and fair pricing. They're definitely now my first call if I have any issues that they're able to take care of.

We switched our kitchen sink and I needed to move the drain, install garbage disposal, and install new kitchen faucet.  I received a couple of quotes which were around the same price.  I talked to Andrew H. and felt like he was the best option.  He explained least case, min case and best case options and why and let me choose what worked for me.  He had an open dialogue before, during and after the project.  He was careful and thorough and extremely knowledgeable.  I will be requesting Andrew for all future plumbing work!!  Great experience!!

Have used this company before once for non emergent maintenance after a recommendation from a relative. They came today to replace my dying sump pump after my emergency call...looking to avoid a flood!!! Very helpful and informative.......really appreciated their working me in today as I know they are very busy. Would highly recommend...very competitive pricing, knowledgeable and very responsive!

Tim was easy to book, professional. prompt and friendly. Not only did he expertly repair a range of broken items, but I had the most delightful conversation with him. I will definitely be booking him for more tasks in the upcoming months.

I had a clogged underground downspout drain in La Grange area.  Just noticed it during installation of new gutters, replacing probably 40 year old gutters.  Rooter showed up within an hour for a free estimate.  He got hands on and showed me how extremely jam packed it was with dirt and roots.  It had probably been that way for years and years.

He offered a few solutions and was honest about the probability of it being a total loss anyway after trying those solutions, needing to dig up and replace the pipe.  In the end, I think I'm going to avoid it altogether and go with a normal above ground downspout solution.  

Rooter has fast, reliable, honest service.  I'm going to call them again the next time I need a plumber.

Hi, my name is Ericka Matthews. Chicago Experts Sewer did dothe work. However, I still have the sewer smell in my house. The area 3 employees dug the hole in September 2022. The dirt ​is still on top of the other dirt which mean, it's still a huge whole in my yard that need to be filled with the dirt the 3 dug up. The 3 also cut some of the concrete to dig a whole. The manager came out and told me it's not their responsibility to put the dirt back down in the whole or lay the concrete down that they cut. So, I'm highly upset with this company. If any1 had this problem with them. Let's get together hire a lawyer and sue the company. Here are pictures of my front yard.

Absolutely not! We called them about the toilets being backed up. Ladies room and men's room. So 4 toilets and a urinal. Told them how many toilets and urinals we had and how it had to be rodded out 200ft.
 We were quoted over the phone $1745. After not having luck with another vendor, I went ahead and got these guys out.
 Dominic was the one that came out with two other people. Very friendly and approachable. No problems. Well I see the paper. There is an additional fee of $625 if it has to be hydro blasted. Ok I thought well hey if it has to be done so be it. So didn't question that. I was not happy that I was not told this over the phone as I'm using a company card and I needed approval.
 So I call right away to get the approval. Done. Final bill I see him add $325. I ask what is this for? He said because he had to service each toilet and urinal. Wtf! So I'm I like ok are you going to clean up the mess?? He says yes. So I. Have no problem with that either. However they mopped the dirty disgusting floors with MY mops and leave water all over our back room. Puddles. Also the toilets and walls covered in sewage. What happened to the cleaning ?? Wtf was the extra $325 for??
So, long story short, I feel as if I got taken by a local plumber. I should have just went with rotor rooter. I will NEVER recommend these guys. I was so impressed with the fast response and promises. But the promises were empty and the rodding of $1745 turned into $2695. If you want to get taken I guess choose these people. I will never use them. Yes I have had this problem in the past but the plumber I originally used wasn't available. I was actually going to use Good Guys in the future and recommend them but I can't. Not after what happened today.

This is about a loan they pushed on me two years ago, GreenSky. This is my fault: I should have paid it off while it was interest-free. However, the terms of that loan are so bad that minimum payments have increased my debt instead of decreasing it. They should never work with this service; it's predatory. What if I had no money and could not repay this loan in time, but the company pressured me to do this? This is how you trick people into massive debt.

1st let me say how detailed Walter was with informing me on what was wrong. He walked me through everything with such detail. He gave me his plan and the best most cost effective way to execute it. Him & his crew came the next day, on time ready to work and cleaned all areas they worked in. Throughout the repair he kept me informed on what was being done. He took before and after pictures and was extremely professional. I highly recommend and would definitely call him again if needed. Thanks so much!
