We had an emergency (leak) and they came out same day 2 hours after I called. The techs were courteous and knowledgeable. Price was fair. They finished up in an hour and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend!

Vanguard and Jan was awesome.  First thing, they ask you to send a photo of the problem (in our case, a leaky faucet), which is very smart because then they are reasonably prepared to fix the issue quickly.  (The last company we called, being paid by the hour, spent most of the time screwing around and chatting and I paid hundreds of dollars just to diagnose the problem).  When Vanguard came, they were very polite, looked at the problem and diagnosed the hose being cracked.  He called for an estimate to fix the part and one to replace the entire faucet.  We chose to fix it, Jan went and bought the part, came right back and installed it.  He was cheap, quick, did great work (the new hose works perfectly) and very very nice.  I highly recommend Vanguard.

Victor is a true professional. Came out to look at an issue at my family members house that other plumbers did not want to touch. This is a multiple family home so it was a longer process to diagnose the problem. Victor and his partner Eric were great and efficient and came out the next day to complete the job. Turns out the home had the original rusty pipes that had been poorly installed and the access area was very difficult to get into and reline but they did it and I found their cost to be competitive. So glad I found this company and will be sure to use them again if needed. Highly recommend.

I've used Fixer on 3 different occasions, all for faucet replacement. As far as the work itself, top notch - well worth leaving a tip. HOWEVER, read carefully their pricing protocol and figure the cost of any non-repair expenses before having them do the work. On my last repair I was charged over $25 to cover a 5x8 hole with a 18x24 panel board - they said the material cost them $21 to purchase, plus 20% upcharge (They didn't charge me the $50 purchasing fee, which would have the deal breaker going forward). Well, I got on the Home Depot website afterward, and that board was indeed listed at $21 - FOR A 4'X8' SHEET! My guy comes in the door with just a portion of that sheet and cut that down for my job. So, does Fixer charge the next customer $21+ for the portion that got put back in the truck? So, use your scratchpad before calling.

He was helpful in giving me a free estimate. He recommended a small DIY fix and did not charge me anything.

I've had work done with another plumbing company and was happy with their work. But I'm a small business owner myself...and I liked that when I called All Rooter and left a message...Bert was the one who called me back. Bert was the one to came to give an estimate and he was the one who came to do the work. Of all plumbers I've had come through my basement...he showed the most care and put in the most thought into his assessment of my problem.

I would not hesitate to call him up and have him give a quote.

From the time I called to when they arrived it was under 2 hours.  Both plumbers were fast, courteous and professional. It's hard to find people you trust these days. Make Gary your go-to guy.  My hot water heater kicked the bucket on a Friday afternoon.  I called him, he did a virtual consult through text pictures, and came out the next morning with a new (hard to find) water heater and installed it.   He even came over Friday night to empty my other tank just in case it started to leak.  He was quick, competitively priced, knowledgeable, and reliable.  Highly recommend!

We switched our kitchen sink and I needed to move the drain, install garbage disposal, and install new kitchen faucet.  I received a couple of quotes which were around the same price.  I talked to Andrew H. and felt like he was the best option.  He explained least case, min case and best case options and why and let me choose what worked for me.  He had an open dialogue before, during and after the project.  He was careful and thorough and extremely knowledgeable.  I will be requesting Andrew for all future plumbing work!!  Great experience!!

Can't recommend these folks highly enough. They have worked on a variety of projects for us, big stuff and small, and in every case they have been responsive, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and a joy to deal with. It starts at the top, with Peter. He listens carefully to our description of the problem and is thoughtful in his reply. Same goes for the guys who come out do the work. I think their prices are fair and because they have so earned our trust, I actually feel like we're getting more than our money's worth.

My 21 year old hot water heater died and after some research I reached out to Rooter Plumbing.  Alex (the owner) responded immediately and 2 days later (he actually offered to come the next day but i was out of town) he was at my house with the new heater.  Arrived on time and worked efficiently and left the place spotless.  I had a few questions and reached out to Alex again and he was so responsive!  Great service, friendly and most importantly, trustworthy.  I will definitely be using them again!

Called to set up a time for plumber to come out- he said he would be at my place the next day between 9am-11am... Time goes by- it's 11:30am.. I text... no response!!! I called.. no answer!! I left a VM.. never got a call back!! Horrible responsiveness and customer Service!! Not sure how they have so many good reviews!  Maybe this was an off day but damn!!!

I called Goode plumbing for a second opinion when another plumber threw a HUGE estimate at me to fix a single pipe.

I've been around the block enough to know that shopping solely on price with contractors is a bad idea. You can save money here and there but if you're after nickels and dimes you're just doing yourself a disservice as a customer.

But boy was I relieved when Goode's estimate for the same work was less than half of the other company's price! The plumber on site was clear to me about what was wrong and why, and how the fix would be done. He was also familiar with the type of material in the building and was honest with me about options to go above and beyond vs just do what needs to be done to get a confident fix.

They did the work, at less than half what the other company said it'd cost, and my leak is gone. I'll come back to them for any big job I need.

This is my second time using this plumbing company and they did a good job replacing my hot water tank. Walter along with his helper, Ray Ray, were careful not to cause any damage to my floors when they removed the old tank. Also, his price was very reasonable too. I'm happy with the quality of the work.
