Victor is excellent and professional! I had spoken to him a few months back but we never got connected to fix my bathtub drainage problem. The bathtub draining definitely needed work so I contacted Victor on Sunday and he came the next morning Monday to fix the drainage issue. Super reliable Plumber! I just used Fixer for the first time to have 6 new smoke detectors installed, 3 a/c window units installed as well as replacing a single-cylinder deadbolt.  When the workman, Joe, arrived and realized there would perhaps not be enough time to finish the job, he immediately found another worker, Michael, who arrived quickly.  They were both really professional, polite and efficient.  Much appreciated!

These guys were fantastic.  They scheduled quickly and where there the next morning.  Eric walked me through the issue and all steps of the project. The problem with fixed and our basement is DRY...  Hire with confidence.

All Rooter did a great job with all of our building's issues.  He determined we had serious roots in the pipe along with a pitched pipe.  His quote was very reasonable compared to his competitors.  They came on time to replace the pipe and showed me what was being replaced.  We had some issues on Sunday fairly last minute due to backlog and he came out to address them and did not charge extra.  The clean up of the job was significantly better than what I expected. I will always use them for our building going forward.

Had an appointment that was supposed to be between 11-1. It was about 1230 so I called to see what time they were going to arrive since I asked to give me a 30 min heads up. Apparently they had me down for 615-815. Since I didn't own the house and took an Uber there Kevin said he'd figure it out and call me back. He called back within 5 min and said he had someone coming immediately. John arrived within 30 min. He was very friendly and informative. He did the job pretty quickly (a camera sewer inspection) I also was able to use the coupon they offer on Yelp. Our quote was underestimated by $100 so the coupon definitely helped. Even though the appointment ran a little late it was immediately resolved. I'd definitely use them again and request John.

Had a really great experience with 24/7. We had a (non emergency) shower cartridge change. They were super responsive to my quote request, gave us a very competitive rate, and came promptly on times they offered to come that same day.

Can't recommend these folks highly enough. They have worked on a variety of projects for us, big stuff and small, and in every case they have been responsive, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and a joy to deal with. It starts at the top, with Peter. He listens carefully to our description of the problem and is thoughtful in his reply. Same goes for the guys who come out do the work. I think their prices are fair and because they have so earned our trust, I actually feel like we're getting more than our money's worth.

Had a problematic front door that wouldn't close properly.  Tim picked up the phone right away - and just happened to be in the neighborhood.  Stopped by and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes.  Rates were very reasonable and I would definitely recommend him as he will now be our one stop shop going forward when needing a friendly neighborhood handyman!  Thanks again!

I had a clogged underground downspout drain in La Grange area.  Just noticed it during installation of new gutters, replacing probably 40 year old gutters.  Rooter showed up within an hour for a free estimate.  He got hands on and showed me how extremely jam packed it was with dirt and roots.  It had probably been that way for years and years.

He offered a few solutions and was honest about the probability of it being a total loss anyway after trying those solutions, needing to dig up and replace the pipe.  In the end, I think I'm going to avoid it altogether and go with a normal above ground downspout solution.  

Rooter has fast, reliable, honest service.  I'm going to call them again the next time I need a plumber.

Where quick, and found issues didn't know we had, the gentleman were knowledgeable and professional. Resolved issues quickly and cleanly. Would recommend!!

Started out rocky but Dominic knew what he was doing! Very proficient and recognized the problem right away. He even was able to identify problems no one else recognized. He did an excellent job in no time.

This is about a loan they pushed on me two years ago, GreenSky. This is my fault: I should have paid it off while it was interest-free. However, the terms of that loan are so bad that minimum payments have increased my debt instead of decreasing it. They should never work with this service; it's predatory. What if I had no money and could not repay this loan in time, but the company pressured me to do this? This is how you trick people into massive debt.

Walter is awesome!!  I chose him as my plumber for my master bathroom renovation (it was a total gut job) because he came highly recommended by a contractor who works on our building.  He was one of two plumbers I got a quote from, and Walter's bid was more detailed AND less expensive!  I'm so glad I did.  I acted as my own general contractor for this project, so it was a complicated job to coordinate all the different contractors (plumber, electrician, stone/tile guy, drywall guy, carpenter, painter).  Walter was really easy for me to work with, a super-nice and fun guy to be around, was attentive to detail, and did a great job.  It is obvious the guy knows his stuff, and finally I can feel confident that I won't run into any more plumbing disasters (I was forced to redo my bathroom because of shoddy plumbing work by the developer).  He is not only my go-to guy for plumbing, but also our condo association's. (We needed him for some drainage work in our garage.)   I highly recommend him!!
