I had been calling a number of plumbers for an emergency repair, and Apex was the only one that even picked up the phone - even at places that advertised 24-hour service. I had a leak from a first-floor unit into the basement. Aidan came out in about 30 minutes and was able to find the problem in a galvanized, 90-year-old riser and replace it in about four hours. Because I had been calling plumbers since the night before, I was truly impressed with the service. Low key, nice, professional, everything you want in a plumber.

Reached out to Jan via Yelp for an estimate, which was exactly what I was charged.  George came out to the house the next day (10 minutes early) was able to fix the problem (backed up bathroom sink and faucet install) in record time.  He was cool and professional and even gave me some advice, which is always appreciated when owning a 100 year old bungalow.  Extremely happy with the service I received and will definitely be calling Vanguard and George back the next time I need some skilled help.

Bert was great - I messaged on Yelp and received a response quickly. They offered a free estimate, and were available when I requested (I didn't have an emergency). Bert arrived well within the timeframe quoted, calling ahead of time as stated. I had a mysteriously backed up toilet, and Bert was able to fix very quickly after providing a free quote. I very much appreciated that Bert was not pushy at all when providing his quote and was more than happy to let me get additional quotes if I wanted. Thank you!!

Very honest plumber. He came over and we just needed something tightened and he charged us nothing. This is the second time we've called him and we find him to be a very fair and honest person.

Found on Yelp and the great past reviews - they are all spot on - I would give them more stars if I could! Gary was great, professional, got straight to diagnosing my water leaks which was my emergency call to him.  He found where they were comming from and was fast to fix - within 2 hrs he took care of leaks and also repaced one of my sump pumps that was not working properly.  I already scheduled a followup for some more work I need done that I was waiting to find the right company - I found the right company!.

Had a really great experience with 24/7. We had a (non emergency) shower cartridge change. They were super responsive to my quote request, gave us a very competitive rate, and came promptly on times they offered to come that same day.

We switched our kitchen sink and I needed to move the drain, install garbage disposal, and install new kitchen faucet.  I received a couple of quotes which were around the same price.  I talked to Andrew H. and felt like he was the best option.  He explained least case, min case and best case options and why and let me choose what worked for me.  He had an open dialogue before, during and after the project.  He was careful and thorough and extremely knowledgeable.  I will be requesting Andrew for all future plumbing work!!  Great experience!!

I had several issues all at once toilet stopped up hot water heater went out. Arco tech john came out to snake the toilet turns out nothing in the line.  I need a new toilet I ran to Home Depot to buy new toilet. they put in the new toilet and water heater on the same afternoon.  so awesome   would highly recommend. very professional and clean. I got tired of trying to have my contractors finish all the little details that are left after a remodel, so I looked for 'a handyman' to just be able to tie up all those details* I picked Tim because his location was close to me..Boy did I get lucky!!! Tim is on time, professional and very experienced, he thinks on his feet,comes up with creative solutions to details left by 'the other guy:(  Did wonderful work in a timely manner,Basically I gave him a punch list from leveling a floor to rehanging stainless shelves, that were not level..I have started my next punch list for him to take care of, I am thrilled to have found him and will be using his services for all my future handyman projects*

My 21 year old hot water heater died and after some research I reached out to Rooter Plumbing.  Alex (the owner) responded immediately and 2 days later (he actually offered to come the next day but i was out of town) he was at my house with the new heater.  Arrived on time and worked efficiently and left the place spotless.  I had a few questions and reached out to Alex again and he was so responsive!  Great service, friendly and most importantly, trustworthy.  I will definitely be using them again!

I am currently going through an inspection process to purchase a property so I was looking for JUST a quote on how much it would cost for them to come out to do a sewer scope through the toilet. Within 12 hours, I received 4 phone call from Chicago Sewer Experts (all different people trying to push me to get me on the schedule AFTER specifying that I just want a quote for the sewer scope). Haven't worked with them yet, but I shouldn't been called that many times being asked the same questions.

Early Sunday morning my only toilet would not flush.  It's almost impossible to find a plumber on Sunday.  If you do, they charge outrageous fees.  Luckily
I came across the Good Guys.  Dominick came right out & quickly found out it was not an easy fix since it is an old house with very old pipes. The next day a he came out  & started the project.  Later the rest of the crew came out to help.  They worked all day & night finishing the major job.  They did a great clean up & was very fair & reasonable.  They worked very hard on an extremely tough job in a limited space.  If you want a job well done at a fair price, I extremely recommend the Good Guys.

Unfortunately, we needed to replace our water heater AND repair our furnace in the span of 10 days! However, Goode made the process as painless as possible. My favorite thing about Goode so far is the consistency of the technicians - everyone is polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Across the board! They answered our questions thoroughly, leaving us feeling confident that we're getting great service and our money is well spent. For plumbing and HVAC issues in the future, our first call will definitely be Goode.

Walter was great with helping us with our water heater issue. He diagnosed the problem and helped us contact the manufacturer to get the part since our unit was still under warranty. Highly recommend!
