Bathtub was not draining on Friday night, Called them on Saturday @ 7 AM, by 8 they showed up and fixed the problem PRONTO. Good service , and would use them again!

Victor (owner of Plumbing 123) was great!

My mom's house had a clogged drain line from the bathroom but the rest of the house's drains worked. I called several plumbers, described the situation,  and Victor gave me an estimate that was fair, stating I was 4th in line for the day should I accept.  I did accept.

He came before his estimated time and texted me to ask if that was OK.

He ran a camera up the drain line and showed me the roots that were causing the clog. He then cleared the clog with the machine that cuts the inside of the pipe clear and showed me the result by running the camera up the drain line again. My mom's clogged drain line problems were solved.

But Victor went above and beyond: He ran the camera towards the city's sewer line under the street (which had been draining well all along). He showed me a place where the main drain line had separated and one pipe had settled downward with respect to another, causing a narrowing of the sewer line. He suggested the city may own this part of the sewer line and that they need to fix it (rather than my mom having to hire a plumber).

I've kept Victor's number so I can call him next time my mom has a plumbing problem.

Fixer is a wonderful service. Seems to be a great company where the employees are treated well. Communication is excellent. Work is also excellent. I'm happy Jennifer is coming back soon. Highly recommended

If you have a serious plumbing issue go directly to a professional and skip Drain Works. Erik is a nice enough guy but his niceness could not overcome his lack of knowledge. Diagnosing my issue took him all day and he mentioned several times he'd rather be with his family instead out in the cold and I was out almost $1000 in the end (for his time!!!)with NO FIX!!. When I got a second opinion that company diagnosed and came up with a plan within 45 minutes without me telling them what the first opinion was. If you have a simple issue you might be fine as long as the older gentleman is with him. Otherwise BEWARE.
EDIT 3/10/22: Hi Karla thanks for your reply. You were not there so let me offer some clarification to what you're putting out to the public. The offer to put half my bill ($500) was toward a whopping $5000 of additional work. I did not trust Erik to do ANY more work on my house because each step that he took came with more and more costs. He started at $350 and we ended at $1000. He was too nervous about putting his very expensive camera down my basement toilet so he put it in my second floor toilet which of course came with an additional charge. Why more money to do the same thing? Then, when that did not work even though he told my boyfriend that he was certain it would work he decided to put it down my catch basin for another charge. Again, why more money on top of money to do the same thing? In the end when he was about to leave with no fix and my boyfriend and I were very upset he offered to put the $500 toward the $5000 estimated charges for pursing additional work. No way, no thank you. The professional plumber that came after Erik put the camera in the right place the first time without additional charges and it was fixed with no issues or comments that if his camera broke in my basement toilet I would be on the hook for it. I feel as though Erik should be contacting me with a $500 refund. Just want the public to be aware that serious plumbing issues should be looked at by someone with more experience. I see what great guys these are on Facebook, helping ppl out and funny posts, so a friend needed a plumber so I gave them the number for Szabo. Well it was the only place that could help her right away, they were fair, honest, and helped her out right away-

Gary replaced my two water heaters and made a number of water and gas piping improvements to allow me to move the location of the water heaters.  Gary provided a fair quote and the amount quoted is what I was asked to pay at the end of the day. Gary and his guys were knowledgeable and friendly, and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.  The night they finished the water heater installation, I noticed a leak at one of the connections to the water heater.  I texted Gary some pictures and videos of the issue around 10pm.  He called me back immediately and was at my house before midnight to fix the leak. I would definitely recommend Plumbing Pros for water heater replacements and other plumbing issues, as they do a good job and stand behind their work.

Pretty terrible experience. I had a backup in my basement so I called Captain rooter out. After walking around they told me they recommended to hydrojet the line to clear it and then stick a camera in the pipes to see what was going on.

Quoted me $1300 because there was no cleanout (WRONG). I showed them the cleanout and now the price became $900. They took a look into the cleanout and dropped their flashlight which became stuck as well. Refused to get it out and never responded again.

We converted our 2 water heaters into a tankless water heater. We got 2 estimates and went with the slightly lower one. Arco came and did the work in less than a full day's shift. A few days later we noticed a lot of condensation in our 1 basement wall and called them stating there's something going on..
it also happened to be an extremely cold December night. They came out the next day to check out what was going on. Found out the problem was something completely unrelated with our furnace causing the problem. Long story short, they showed us the problem, did a quick temporary fix and told us who to contact for a long term solution. They honestly could have told us, not our problem, because it was something the previous owner messed up that we hadn't noticed yet since buying 2 years ago. Such excellent service and decent folk. Highly recommend

Charges a rate higher than that of a licensed plumber.    i didn't want to take the chance

My 21 year old hot water heater died and after some research I reached out to Rooter Plumbing.  Alex (the owner) responded immediately and 2 days later (he actually offered to come the next day but i was out of town) he was at my house with the new heater.  Arrived on time and worked efficiently and left the place spotless.  I had a few questions and reached out to Alex again and he was so responsive!  Great service, friendly and most importantly, trustworthy.  I will definitely be using them again!

Where quick, and found issues didn't know we had, the gentleman were knowledgeable and professional. Resolved issues quickly and cleanly. Would recommend!!

Had a clog in the house main plumbing line , had a different plumber come out to Rod the line . The next 2 days , the problem was worse .

So I called a new plumber (Ray, with emergency plumbers ) , he came out on that weekend day. Was very responsive , nice , did rodding again but farther out to sewer , fixed the blockage . Thanks ray

Completely dissatisfied and disgusted with two recent jobs by Goode Plumbing, especially considering that I am a repeat customer (3 jobs in 2020-2021) who had a good experience with this company in the past.  Not only did they not do the job as outlined in the estimate/proposal (rebuild a vintage shower... in fact they did not rebuild anything), but even worse, now the shower is not functioning at all.  So, I paid $1,700 to have damage to my vintage shower that will now cost me at least $1,200 to fix (according to another plumber).  Not to mention that they kept my credit card on file without my authorization and charged the final payments without my authorization.  Also the scheduling and follow up from the office staff was pathetic.  One person seemed to know what was going on and another, completely clueless.  Will not work with this company in the future.

I was referred to Walter through my water tank repairman and was very happy with the service received. I had a very small issue (broken flapper) and he took his time to show me how to replace it myself next time. He also took a look over both toilets to check their general condition and give me some maintenance advice. Overall the $65 service fee was money well spent, and I'd be happy to call Walter again in the future with plumbing needs.
