We had a reoccurring issue with sewage leaking from our drain stack onto the sidewalk near our house. Previously, two different plumbers worked on the problem--the first at a very hefty sum. Jeff of Apex, came out to give us estimate. After thoroughly inspecting the problem, answering my numerous questions and giving me a logical explanation of the problem--I decided Jeff was the guy for the job! He located the root of the problem to a drain pipe in the basement. He rodded it and replaced its outdated seal. I really must highlight my appreciation for Jeff's patience in answering my questions, and educating me about the problem while maintaining his professionalism. If necessary, I'll definitely use Apex again!

Victor came over last minute to fix an outdoor leak we had during the bitter cold. He clearly and honestly explained the problem to us, then, he went to two different stores to get the correct part so he could get it fixed that night. We never felt like we were being overcharged and he was professional, courteous and very responsive. We will certainly call him again with any other plumbing issues!

Ive had two really good experience and one really bad one. I wish I could recommend this company but they didn't follow up with me when I expressed my displeasure with one of their fixers. Instead of admitting that the job was more than he could handle or discuss what part he could help with, he suggested that I didn't know what I wanted and that the discussion made him uncomfortable. I felt insulted and I'm still a bit angry about how the company handled this situation. I'm not sure the fixer knew what he was doing. He looked a little confused.
It might be this one employee is the problem but unfortunately the customer service person I communicated with said he would call me to discuss and he never did. Still waiting. Still fuming.

Eric did a fantastic job.  Made it out the next day just before the holiday weekend when I needed him. Pricing was fair and even when stores were closed early for the holiday he was able to make it happen. Highly recommend.

Bathtub was slow to drain and needed to be cleaned out. I completed the Yelp ''Request a Quote and waited. All Rooter was not the first to respond to my Yelp request for an estimate but because of their positive reviews I waited a few hours - and they responded. My first impression was skeptical. My appointment time came and went and I did not hear from anyone. I sent a message via Yelp and received a prompt reply. Bert arrived, polite and professional. He evaluated the situation and quoted a price I thought was too high. We discussed the work and agreed on a price. Work was completed quickly and cleanly. Two days later the sink drain in the same bathroom became slow to drain. I left a message for Bert, who responded promptly, showed up later that day and cleared the sink drain.
After a slow start, All Rooter came through and proved the reason for their positive reviews. I've given 4 stars rather than 5 due to the initial lack of response (I had to contact them to find out if they were going to show up) and high estimate.
I recommend Bert and his team and will definitely call All Rooter again when I need a plumber.

I bought a home last month, and moved in 14 days ago. 2 days ago, I called a big name plumbing company to fix whatever was causing my toilet and shower tub to both be clogged. 24 hours later, after 2 visits and two guys had come and gone, I was in a queue for a 3rd to come out. I called Kevin and canceled the other guys.

Chris was sent and arrived within an hour, and after I told him what I had learned from the other guys, he got to work. He stayed until the sun went down, and with the help of another plumber, Cody, they had everything flowing before they left. They were professional, fast, intelligent, and prepared. What a big name company couldn't fix in 24 hours, these guys finished in under 4, and at a fair price. For a new home owner, this was a hugely stressful experience, which was made so much easier thanks to these guys. They also helped me understand how my new house works, what to look out for, and how to prevent things like these in the future (Even though this issue existed under the radar long before I moved in).

One more shout out to Chris & Cody - these guys made lifers out of us.

I would highly recommend Plumbing Pros and Gary is simply the best! .  We went with Plumbing Pros this time around based on the Yelp reviews and indeed they do deserve these positive reviews.  Gary did a great job and he was quite knowledgeable about the issue we had and how to fix it.

Our problem was with our sump pump running continuously and making loud noise. We called Plumbing Pros right away and they were very responsive. They set up a day and time to come and Gary came on time and went to work straight away. He looked at our Sump pump, did some tests and told me what exactly the issue was and the new parts the sump pump needed to run more efficiently.  He gave me a quote and honestly, it was a reasonable quote compared to others.

After the work was completed, Gary walked with me and explained in details the work that he did. Very thorough! Gary was just great to work with! I will definitely recommend Plumbing Pros to all. Just very happy with their work.

They are the best! I sent a request through Yelp for a non-emergency furnace repair and had someone out the next day.

The technician assessed the situation and found that the 2 furnace repair techs that I had out had misdiagnosed the issue! The other techs said I needed a grounding wire from my breaker box to the furnace. However, the tech from 24/7 saw that I just needed to replace the sensors for $300. He fixed the problem quickly while explaining everything to me in great detail. He saved me at least $1000.

They are lifesavers. Will definitely keep them on the top of my list for future repairs!

Before I called Adam I first called rooter router and the guy came and said he cannot open the dum trap because something might get in his eye- and left- please do not use rooter Router - complete garbage!!

I called Adam and he immediately can out and cleaned out my drain in 15 minutes- did an remarkably job!!!!

I am a first time homebuyer and became distressed when I stopped at the house the Monday before moving in to find no hot water. On Thursday, my dad and I tried to troubleshoot it when some basic knowledge but then I had to reach out to plumbers on Yelp. Arco was one of the few to have prompt replies ... they then sent a guy at the end of the day to inspect/diagnose the problem the same day i first talked to them on the phone.

They then scheduled for Monday 8am, which was impressive as I did stress I was moving in that day and would love to have hot water by Wednesday. The problem was fixed (a valve replaced and new piping out in) within an hour of his arrival and I'm all set up with nice, hot water! Thank you so much for your help!

Charges a rate higher than that of a licensed plumber.    i didn't want to take the chance

I had a clogged underground downspout drain in La Grange area.  Just noticed it during installation of new gutters, replacing probably 40 year old gutters.  Rooter showed up within an hour for a free estimate.  He got hands on and showed me how extremely jam packed it was with dirt and roots.  It had probably been that way for years and years.

He offered a few solutions and was honest about the probability of it being a total loss anyway after trying those solutions, needing to dig up and replace the pipe.  In the end, I think I'm going to avoid it altogether and go with a normal above ground downspout solution.  

Rooter has fast, reliable, honest service.  I'm going to call them again the next time I need a plumber.

Chicago Sewer Experts are the real deal. They are very professional and knowledgeable about determining what the problem is. Ricky and Daniel both were both working on my sewer and completed it in a timely manner and made sure it was working properly. They accept zelle , which made it easy to pay and now we're happy campers. Thanks Ricky & Daniel .

Early Sunday morning my only toilet would not flush.  It's almost impossible to find a plumber on Sunday.  If you do, they charge outrageous fees.  Luckily
I came across the Good Guys.  Dominick came right out & quickly found out it was not an easy fix since it is an old house with very old pipes. The next day a he came out  & started the project.  Later the rest of the crew came out to help.  They worked all day & night finishing the major job.  They did a great clean up & was very fair & reasonable.  They worked very hard on an extremely tough job in a limited space.  If you want a job well done at a fair price, I extremely recommend the Good Guys.

I called Goode plumbing for a second opinion when another plumber threw a HUGE estimate at me to fix a single pipe.

I've been around the block enough to know that shopping solely on price with contractors is a bad idea. You can save money here and there but if you're after nickels and dimes you're just doing yourself a disservice as a customer.

But boy was I relieved when Goode's estimate for the same work was less than half of the other company's price! The plumber on site was clear to me about what was wrong and why, and how the fix would be done. He was also familiar with the type of material in the building and was honest with me about options to go above and beyond vs just do what needs to be done to get a confident fix.

They did the work, at less than half what the other company said it'd cost, and my leak is gone. I'll come back to them for any big job I need.

David and his crew were great the team fixed my hot water leak in a matter of two hours they were very polite and knowledgeable. Yes I would refer them to others
