Bathtub was not draining on Friday night, Called them on Saturday @ 7 AM, by 8 they showed up and fixed the problem PRONTO. Good service , and would use them again!

Jan is great.  He gave me good quotes for a lot of different jobs in our new (old) house, started to work right away, and did a very good job with our complicated system. Jan is friendly, knowledgable, easy to work with.  He's a very hard worker, and dedicated to doing the job right.  He runs a tidy ship too... never left a mess at the end of each day.  The overhead sewage  project in our basement is truly a work of art.  I am really glad to know that I no longer ever have to to wonder who to hire for any plumbing jobs, Jan is the man!

Victor was outstanding. He was quick to respond, incredibly courteous and professional and provided exemplary service. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the clogged kitchen drain line, was frank with the condition of our pipes and recommendations should we encounter future issues. I appreciate the honesty and the fact that there was no attempt to upsell. His communication is the best I've ever seen from a contractor. If we have any future plumbing needs, this will be our first and only call. Thanks again, Victor!

Issue with fixer is that schedulers and concierge have no idea how long tasks take. My fixer scheduled for 3:30 came at 7:00.  They cannot actually give you an accurate time.

Unfortunately the problem with smoke detector was not fixed. Simple issue of battery replacement was too high to reach. He left and one hour later beeping started again. Disappointing experience. So after $94, I have to hire an actual electrician.

Drain works was great and responsive. They got back to me quickly and had the work completed within the week. Eric was very helpful

Bert is really a great and knowledgeable guy - fixed my clogged tub drain in no time! And was sooo patient with all the questions I asked! Also gave me great tips on keeping the drain clear. Thank you so much Bert!!

Ryan did a great job--professional and explained everything I had questions about.  I'm not sure if I would use the company again because the cost of replacing and installing a water heater was well over $1,000 and they have no payment plan.  If you can't pay by cash or check, you are charged a 3% fee for using credit cards.  That was not mentioned when I asked about using a credit card when I called in for an appointment.  Everything else was fine--very good, in fact, but I might have looked elsewhere if I had known about the credit card charge.  I have limited resources and that pretty much wiped out Christmas money for me.

After getting a handful of quotes to install two bathroom faucets, I decided to hire Plumbing Pros. Gary's quote was the most reasonable. Not only did he do an awesome job, he was very professional & on time; not to mention answered all my questions. When I needed a kitchen drain cleared, I contacted Arco and got a quick response with an estimate.  Jason showed up when promised, was very professional, respectful of my property, took care of the problem, and cleaned up after. I would call them again when needed.

He also took time to review and understand the project needs before beginning any work. I had a clogged underground downspout drain in La Grange area.  Just noticed it during installation of new gutters, replacing probably 40 year old gutters.  Rooter showed up within an hour for a free estimate.  He got hands on and showed me how extremely jam packed it was with dirt and roots.  It had probably been that way for years and years.

He offered a few solutions and was honest about the probability of it being a total loss anyway after trying those solutions, needing to dig up and replace the pipe.  In the end, I think I'm going to avoid it altogether and go with a normal above ground downspout solution.  

Rooter has fast, reliable, honest service.  I'm going to call them again the next time I need a plumber.

I am currently going through an inspection process to purchase a property so I was looking for JUST a quote on how much it would cost for them to come out to do a sewer scope through the toilet. Within 12 hours, I received 4 phone call from Chicago Sewer Experts (all different people trying to push me to get me on the schedule AFTER specifying that I just want a quote for the sewer scope). Haven't worked with them yet, but I shouldn't been called that many times being asked the same questions.

We have a boiler system to heat our water and the first floor of our home. We contacted them over the weekend to fix a gas leak that was found by our gas company on the boiler. After multiple texts and reaching out for more communication, they got the part and replaced it after 36-48 hours. They left and my husband presumed everything was working. When the water wasn't hot and the heater was still not working another 36 hours later they came back again, didn't even take off the door of the boiler to see what I was explaining the problem was (the burner was not turning on) and didn't believe me when I explained how our system worked. I paid 500 dollars for a 55 dollar part and a boiler left without working. Would never recommend. Shared this with the people who recommended them and they'll also stop using them. Honesty instead of charging us money for a system they didn't get would've been better.

I had service on 11/29 . Antonio was the worker who contacted me. I was quoted $700.00 to replace a shower cartridge which I thought was too much but I was away from home and wanted my shower working. I agreed because I was 43 miles away working. I was then told the entire shower valve would have to be replaced and the risers would be replaced also. I requested ball valves to be install for shutoffs. I was quoted $2699 which I thought was way too much but the risers would be replaced and I was away from home. I agreed to the price. I was told later that the risers couldn't be replaced because went too far down the wall. A new shower valve and trim kit were installed. I was told the job was done and provided payment over the phone job unseen because I was still working. When I got home and inspected the job, I saw a huge hole in the closet where the access to the pipes was visible. There was minimal cooper replacement of the plumbing. Approximately 2-3 feet of work leaving most of the existing galvanized pipe untouched. No shut off ball valves were install as discussed, which was possible. Other galvanized sections that could have been replaced were not. With the Moen shower valve and trim kit and fittings, I couldn't see more than $500 in parts and that is being generous. I was never given a downgraded price for the downgraded work preformed. I feel I was taken very much advantaged of with the price charged for the work performed. A few days latter I received a text message from Lexus requesting a review of Martin D. who I didn't know. I called to discuss the matter and talked with Jake the manager. He said usually a job of replacing a shower valve was only $1350.00 and he would have to look into the work. I told Jake that I'm planning to leave my experience on Yelp but I thought I would contact him first for some sort of resolution to the experience. Jake or Goode plumbing never responded

We were referred to Walter from another plumber who was unable to pick up our job, and I'm glad we were. The basement in our condo building was flooding, and Walter and his crew were quick to respond and were more than thorough in determining the cause. Our line was holding water, and no amount of rodding or jetting was clearing it. He knew there was either some sludge blockage or dip in the line, and he suspected the latter. He also looked at the fire hydrant in front of our building and determined when it had been installed - turns out the hydrant was installed around the time that flooding became an issue in our basement. That told Walter that the city likely had messed up our sewer line somehow when they installed the hydrant, and if he could prove it to the city, the city would fix it for free. Thanks to Walter's experience with the City of Chicago, 311, and the Private Drain Program, he knew the steps we had to go through to get the city involved, and he knew of another plumber with special equipment powerful enough to clear the line - all of which would need to be present at the same time at our building to look at the line. Walter orchestrated this himself.

Long story short, the city came out, the line was cleared, the city inspector saw the dip was the city's fault, and they are now scheduled to come out and fix our sewer line. And after paying Walter for several trips out to rod and jet the line that was still holding water at that point, Walter gave us that final jetting with the special equipment that cleared the line for free.

Highly recommended, trustworthy, and hard-working. Call this man.
