Our hot water heater had an end of life event at 5am.  We called several places around 7:30 and Geoff responded quickly.  He was at our house around 10:30.  Was amazingly able to find a replacement 75 gallon tank and had old removed and new installed by 4pm.  Really good guy, and knows what he's doing top to bottom.  Great communication and would absolutely recommend using Apex and Geoff for all your plumbing needs.

I had my faucet replaced, and a valve replaced under the faucet.

Jan was great at explaining the problem and service, despite not having seen the faucet. I explained the issue and he knew what to do and recommend.   The team showed up at 8:00 AM, wore masks, were very friendly and got to work.  They finished the job quickly and efficiently, and stayed within the scope and quote price.  They even insisted on cleaning up even though I said it didn't matter and they didn't need to.

Victor came over last minute to fix an outdoor leak we had during the bitter cold. He clearly and honestly explained the problem to us, then, he went to two different stores to get the correct part so he could get it fixed that night. We never felt like we were being overcharged and he was professional, courteous and very responsive. We will certainly call him again with any other plumbing issues!

The Fixer sent Jeff to look at and assess replacement of an access door in my condo.Once there, I asked him to assemble a box spring and hang my TV . I was out of town when the work was performed. Jeff came as promised and contacted me. He was a clear communicator, accessed the price and completed the job. He texted the finish photos.
They have a user friendly web sight where you can see the details of your job and pay your Bill. They charge 119. Per hour. If you have them out only to assess the job, it is 119. If you use them , the money goes towards completion of the job.
I would definitely use them again, prompt, friendly and professional.

Thank you bert, non flushing toilet , I thought it needed auger , I tried and failed . Bert came out and fixed the ejector pump in basement. I'm very happy with response time , results , and cost . He's a Professional and I will call him again for any future plumbing issues

Ryan did a great job--professional and explained everything I had questions about.  I'm not sure if I would use the company again because the cost of replacing and installing a water heater was well over $1,000 and they have no payment plan.  If you can't pay by cash or check, you are charged a 3% fee for using credit cards.  That was not mentioned when I asked about using a credit card when I called in for an appointment.  Everything else was fine--very good, in fact, but I might have looked elsewhere if I had known about the credit card charge.  I have limited resources and that pretty much wiped out Christmas money for me.

Yelp reviewers were spot on with the great reviews. We needed a kitchen faucet replaced. Gary helped me make a decision on selection over the phone. Rick was right on time and made sure we understood charges before he started. He explained the process, showed us how the faucet works and what to look for if there are any problems. Gary called me later to make sure we were satisfied.

Sent a request through Yelp at 11am in the morning and Jesse was out later that evening. Had a wire that was not connected from a previous electricians job and that electrician would not have been able to come back for a few days. 24/7 was able to come out the same day and got everything taken care of. Great service and fair pricing. They're definitely now my first call if I have any issues that they're able to take care of.

The service guy Brandon was very professional and friendly, cleaned up after job was completed.rating is a 7.all work done well I had frozen pipes that bursted.

We used Arco when we had an issue in our upstairs shower that was leaking into the ceiling downstairs.  Jason came out and he was very professional and upfront with what needed to be done.  In addition to the shower, Jason was able to fix a leaky shower head in the basement as well as a leaky outdoor faucet.  I will be using Arco again if necessary and I would highly recommend them for their honesty and affordability.

Had a problematic front door that wouldn't close properly.  Tim picked up the phone right away - and just happened to be in the neighborhood.  Stopped by and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes.  Rates were very reasonable and I would definitely recommend him as he will now be our one stop shop going forward when needing a friendly neighborhood handyman!  Thanks again!

I had a clogged underground downspout drain in La Grange area.  Just noticed it during installation of new gutters, replacing probably 40 year old gutters.  Rooter showed up within an hour for a free estimate.  He got hands on and showed me how extremely jam packed it was with dirt and roots.  It had probably been that way for years and years.

He offered a few solutions and was honest about the probability of it being a total loss anyway after trying those solutions, needing to dig up and replace the pipe.  In the end, I think I'm going to avoid it altogether and go with a normal above ground downspout solution.  

Rooter has fast, reliable, honest service.  I'm going to call them again the next time I need a plumber.

After a minor overflow caused by torrential rains we had some water seep in through our drains leaving minimal, but standing water. I was away on business and found this team through YELP. They responded instantly, despite the majority of the city having flooded.

Robert arrived, explained honestly that outside of a flood prevention system, this was likely to be an issue. But in his inspection noticed that our pumps were clogged as well as our catch basin, which was severely backed up. We were informed that, clearing these may have helped prevent the water seepage but wouldn't guarantee it. However I knew these systems needed to be cleaned and maintained and he offered to help us on the spot. I appreciate honestly. They're also very confident and knowledgeable about what to do and expect.

This is a team I will call for any plumbing needs in the future. Knowing I can ask a question, get an honest answer, and the work done is peace of mind not always available.

Early Sunday morning my only toilet would not flush.  It's almost impossible to find a plumber on Sunday.  If you do, they charge outrageous fees.  Luckily
I came across the Good Guys.  Dominick came right out & quickly found out it was not an easy fix since it is an old house with very old pipes. The next day a he came out  & started the project.  Later the rest of the crew came out to help.  They worked all day & night finishing the major job.  They did a great clean up & was very fair & reasonable.  They worked very hard on an extremely tough job in a limited space.  If you want a job well done at a fair price, I extremely recommend the Good Guys.

Unfortunately, we needed to replace our water heater AND repair our furnace in the span of 10 days! However, Goode made the process as painless as possible. My favorite thing about Goode so far is the consistency of the technicians - everyone is polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Across the board! They answered our questions thoroughly, leaving us feeling confident that we're getting great service and our money is well spent. For plumbing and HVAC issues in the future, our first call will definitely be Goode.

I would never use Walter for a large job.  He ended collecting over $30,000 in prepayment for a job I've been trying to get him to complete for 6 1/2 months now...

If you're foolish enough to trust this man with money, make sure you have everything in writing including firm prices, timelines, and consequences or be prepared for heartache.

He just sent me an invoice 7 months after starting the job with drastically different prices than what was agreed to ahead of time.  It looks like I have to take him to court.  Apparently, I'm not the first customer that's had to pursue legal recourse against Walter.

He will try and take advantage of you if you trust him.  Make sure everything is explicitly stated and written down or be prepared to have Walter Zuniga and Zuniga Plumbing exploit you.

*Edit:  Walter, your invoice that you provided 6 1/2 months after starting inflated prices nowhere near to what we agreed to and conveniently removed the water service, which was the first item paid for.  I also have acknowledgment from you regarding the water service that you aren't trying to complete, obviously.  Quotes from other plumbers will shed light on what you're attempting to do, which is rob myself and my fiance.  Dont worry, you'll have your turn to explain.
