I had been calling a number of plumbers for an emergency repair, and Apex was the only one that even picked up the phone - even at places that advertised 24-hour service. I had a leak from a first-floor unit into the basement. Aidan came out in about 30 minutes and was able to find the problem in a galvanized, 90-year-old riser and replace it in about four hours. Because I had been calling plumbers since the night before, I was truly impressed with the service. Low key, nice, professional, everything you want in a plumber.

Victor was really great. We called him about backed up pipe at my mom's house and he was there in no time, even with the snowfall starting last week. I requested quotes from a few places on yelp to replace a gfi outlet in the kitchen and Fixer's estimate was the most reasonable and they were available the soonest which was very much appreciated. The tech arrived on time and was able to complete the job with no issues.

All the communications happens quickly thru txt which was also nice.

Eric did a fantastic job.  Made it out the next day just before the holiday weekend when I needed him. Pricing was fair and even when stores were closed early for the holiday he was able to make it happen. Highly recommend.

It was the typical emergency. Out of the blue late on a Saturday night, both of our toilets wouldn't flush. Emergency!

Not being mechanically inclined or knowing anything about plumbing, I went to Yelp to start getting some estimates and see who might be available on a Sunday. Sadly it wasn't very many companies.

But Bert at All Rooter came through and was at our house the next afternoon. Our water pump had died and needed replacing. He spent the next few hours going down to the South Side to get the part that he needed, came back and was done within 30 minutes. He also helped with some other minor issues we were having with our bathroom and kitchen sinks.

Bert was amazingly informative and professional and I would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs. He was very fair and reasonably priced and he's now my go-to guy if I ever need a plumber again. Thanks Bert!

From the time I called to when they arrived it was under 2 hours.  Both plumbers were fast, courteous and professional. It's hard to find people you trust these days. Gary is a very responsive and responsible professional. We left him a voicemail regarding our flooded basement and he called back within 20 mins. He then arrived our house at Westchester 15 mins later. Identified the issue right away and provided a fair quote. Finished the job within 30 mins and then our problem was solved. We were impressed by his efficiency and honesty. Great guy to work with.

Sent a request through Yelp at 11am in the morning and Jesse was out later that evening. Had a wire that was not connected from a previous electricians job and that electrician would not have been able to come back for a few days. 24/7 was able to come out the same day and got everything taken care of. Great service and fair pricing. They're definitely now my first call if I have any issues that they're able to take care of.

Adam was very respectful in working with my elderly mother. He explained everything to her. The crew was responsive. They came out within a couple of hours of the original call. A secondary crew needed to be called in. They arrived within an hour and the job was finished by early afternoon.

Have used this company before once for non emergent maintenance after a recommendation from a relative. They came today to replace my dying sump pump after my emergency call...looking to avoid a flood!!! Very helpful and informative.......really appreciated their working me in today as I know they are very busy. Would highly recommend...very competitive pricing, knowledgeable and very responsive!

My 21 year old hot water heater died and after some research I reached out to Rooter Plumbing.  Alex (the owner) responded immediately and 2 days later (he actually offered to come the next day but i was out of town) he was at my house with the new heater.  Arrived on time and worked efficiently and left the place spotless.  I had a few questions and reached out to Alex again and he was so responsive!  Great service, friendly and most importantly, trustworthy.  I will definitely be using them again!

Hi, my name is Ericka Matthews. Chicago Experts Sewer did dothe work. However, I still have the sewer smell in my house. The area 3 employees dug the hole in September 2022. The dirt ​is still on top of the other dirt which mean, it's still a huge whole in my yard that need to be filled with the dirt the 3 dug up. The 3 also cut some of the concrete to dig a whole. The manager came out and told me it's not their responsibility to put the dirt back down in the whole or lay the concrete down that they cut. So, I'm highly upset with this company. If any1 had this problem with them. Let's get together hire a lawyer and sue the company. Here are pictures of my front yard.

Early Sunday morning my only toilet would not flush.  It's almost impossible to find a plumber on Sunday.  If you do, they charge outrageous fees.  Luckily
I came across the Good Guys.  Dominick came right out & quickly found out it was not an easy fix since it is an old house with very old pipes. The next day a he came out  & started the project.  Later the rest of the crew came out to help.  They worked all day & night finishing the major job.  They did a great clean up & was very fair & reasonable.  They worked very hard on an extremely tough job in a limited space.  If you want a job well done at a fair price, I extremely recommend the Good Guys.

This is about a loan they pushed on me two years ago, GreenSky. This is my fault: I should have paid it off while it was interest-free. However, the terms of that loan are so bad that minimum payments have increased my debt instead of decreasing it. They should never work with this service; it's predatory. What if I had no money and could not repay this loan in time, but the company pressured me to do this? This is how you trick people into massive debt.

Called them on Monday. Tell them that I'm getting water in my basement and sumps don't seem to be working. Guy says he can come over Tuesday and takes my address.  Tells me that he goes to church on next block. Tuesday -  no call no show.  Wednesday call to reschedule. No answer. No returned call. Same thing on Wednesday. Thursday - worst rain ever. Basement smells like sewage. Shameful business practice.
