Geoff was awesome! Remely professional, efficient, and very considerate and helpful. He kept on his mask, put on covers for his shoes, moved quickly and explained everything to me on a basic level. He did everything efficiently and they have reasonable rates. They came promptly after my service call was made yesterday and work with me to get this done quickly.

I have used Apex for big projects as well as for small projects and I highly recommend this company. He also has a great demeanor and spent a few moments to talk to my toddler who kept asking him questions! Ask for Geoff!

Reached out to Jan via Yelp for an estimate, which was exactly what I was charged.  George came out to the house the next day (10 minutes early) was able to fix the problem (backed up bathroom sink and faucet install) in record time.  He was cool and professional and even gave me some advice, which is always appreciated when owning a 100 year old bungalow.  Extremely happy with the service I received and will definitely be calling Vanguard and George back the next time I need some skilled help.

I've been using Vic and his guys for going on ten years , victor is probably they best sewer and water plumber there is , and an even better service provider, never met a harder working well rounded genuine human in my life , there really isn't anything he can do, he is a hard person to come by in the plumbing and service industry , his integrity, honesty , fairness in price , and always there for his clients no matter what, he has been my go to guy for ten years and man am I glad I found him you will be to take my word on that!

I've used Fixer to work on a couple of things around my house and they've been fine with basic handyman work. However, my most recent experience has been a nightmare that I have to share with the community.

I had a porch swing that needed to be rehung. I asked before booking Fixer if this was within their scope and they said that it was. The handyman they sent was clearly in over his head, unable to complete the task, and actually ended up causing damage to my porch roof. When I asked Fixer to evaluate the damage and work on a solution, they sent another handyman out to simply rehang the swing instead of evaluating the damage caused by the previous staff member.

After I sent Fixer photos of the damage, they insisted that the damage was already there or caused by someone else and not their employee. This is a common tactic from companies that frankly aren't trustworthy and I was surprised they responded this way. As a return customer, I was disappointed by the lack of accountability from Fixer. Unfortunately, when something goes wrong with their work, Fixer will refuse to take responsibility and leave you holding the bag for repairing damage their employees caused. Please look for other handyman services and avoid this company.

Eric is the best. It's so hard to find honest and knowledgeable people and we are lucky to have found him. Eric came out when our basement was flooded and within 2 hours of our call have the drain opened and the water gone on a SATURDAY! If you need a plumber look no further he's your guy!

Thank you bert, non flushing toilet , I thought it needed auger , I tried and failed . Bert came out and fixed the ejector pump in basement. I'm very happy with response time , results , and cost . He's a Professional and I will call him again for any future plumbing issues

Very honest plumber. He came over and we just needed something tightened and he charged us nothing. This is the second time we've called him and we find him to be a very fair and honest person.

Used this company again. We called Friday night and someone was able to come out Saturday morning. Highly recommend.

Found Plumbing Pros through the stellar reviews here on Yelp and all the 5-star reviews on here are pretty much spot on!  Gary & his team were very responsive and quick to return my call after I initially called him to fix a leaky faucet.  We communicated back and forth via phone and texts and Gary was able to give me a price quote (very reasonable price) and on their schedule as soon as I got him the necessary information.  When the appointment time came, Gary was on time, extremely professional and friendly, and just as important, he was able to fix our faucet.  I would definitely recommend Gary to anyone and won't hesitate to contact Plumbing Pros in the future!

Two problem with my past experience with the company
1. The estimates they quoted are so much higher than others.
2. The business owner is not open for price negotiation and seems very inpatient.

The good part is the technician Jose explains things in great details and is very patient when answering questions.

Our old water softener failed after so many years. We called different contractors and Arco was able to come out soon and at a reasonable price. They replaced the water softener and left our home clean too. Thank you. If we have other issues with our plumbing, we will be back for sure.

Tim was easy to book, professional. prompt and friendly. Not only did he expertly repair a range of broken items, but I had the most delightful conversation with him. I will definitely be booking him for more tasks in the upcoming months.

I had a clogged underground downspout drain in La Grange area.  Just noticed it during installation of new gutters, replacing probably 40 year old gutters.  Rooter showed up within an hour for a free estimate.  He got hands on and showed me how extremely jam packed it was with dirt and roots.  It had probably been that way for years and years.

He offered a few solutions and was honest about the probability of it being a total loss anyway after trying those solutions, needing to dig up and replace the pipe.  In the end, I think I'm going to avoid it altogether and go with a normal above ground downspout solution.  

Rooter has fast, reliable, honest service.  I'm going to call them again the next time I need a plumber.

I had two loose toilets and thought I needed new wax rings for both. Brian and his partner arrived on time, assessed the repairs, and told me that both needed a simple tightening. I was so impressed with their honesty and professionalism. In light of how quick the repair was, Brian even asked if there were any other issues I wanted them to look at so that I would get more value for the money. However, their honesty and professionalism is worth every penny! They will be my go-to plumber.

Had a clog in the house main plumbing line , had a different plumber come out to Rod the line . The next 2 days , the problem was worse .

So I called a new plumber (Ray, with emergency plumbers ) , he came out on that weekend day. Was very responsive , nice , did rodding again but farther out to sewer , fixed the blockage . Thanks ray

Hands down THE worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Had an issue with the work that was done, called 3 times to speak with someone and kept getting pushed off. Our business used to refer them tons of clients but I will be sure to deter clients from using them at all costs.

I hired Zuniga plumbing in a frantic panic after the previous plumber I hired went A-wall!  Walter was knowledgeable, provided detailed explanations on why problem areas occurred, and provided solutions at reasonable prices.  Most importantly, he is licensed and insured for a large re-piping job he was hired for.  I cannot thank him enough for the work he has completed and the hole he got me out of.  We signed a contract for the work within a few day and he was able to start the work right away and was always easily accessible by phone or text.  I would recommend Zuniga Plumbing for the simple fact that communication was always clear, transparent, and prices were reasonable.  

The plumbing jobs included a full re-piping of a 100 year old building and bathroom renovation.  The work only took about 2 weeks give or take and he was able to complete a second job for me within the same month.
