Plumber was very condescending over the phone and clearly did not want to take on the work. I was told that free estimates don't apply to condominium buildings. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and transparency with Apex.

Vanguard is like the Mayo Clinic of plumbing! For the second time they found the source of a problem nobody could pinpoint  (this time water on my neighbor's unit coming from mine). They spent hours carefully investigating until they found the problem and thought of a solution that didn't require me to re-do my entire bathroom like I was told previously to find the source of the leak. I truly appreciate their knowledge, love for the job and customer service. I wish I had more Vanguards in my life!

Victor was really great. We called him about backed up pipe at my mom's house and he was there in no time, even with the snowfall starting last week. He was really thorough and was really helpful at communicating what was going on to my mom. He fixed everything and did not leave any mess. Highly highly recommend these guys

I can't say enough about Bert and his staff. I had a plumbing issue in our condo that lasted for multiple months. Our building's kitchen line would become clogged and sewage water came up our sink because we were on the bottom floor. One plumbing service would resolve it by rodding the line, and the problem would return time after time. Finally, the other services gave up on it. One even had a warranty and had to refund us on it. They said they couldn't find the catch basin, they said the pipes were too narrow to put in a camera, there was too much risk to hydro jet it. Bert not only came up with answers, but he came up with ones that finally brought an end to our issue. There was even a point where we were discussing excavation, which would have brought him more money, but he wanted to try something different, which worked, and cost me a whole lot less. I'm grateful in many ways for the work he did.

Ryan did a great job--professional and explained everything I had questions about.  I'm not sure if I would use the company again because the cost of replacing and installing a water heater was well over $1,000 and they have no payment plan.  If you can't pay by cash or check, you are charged a 3% fee for using credit cards.  That was not mentioned when I asked about using a credit card when I called in for an appointment.  Everything else was fine--very good, in fact, but I might have looked elsewhere if I had known about the credit card charge.  I have limited resources and that pretty much wiped out Christmas money for me.

This is just crazy. So, the Gary messages me on yelp that they are busy for at least another week. I explain to him that we really need help this week since our construction is on hold. This guy drops everything and drives over to my place. Explains everything to me and why the previous quote I received from a different plumber was better and he could not do it any cheaper. He even talked to the city inspector and resolved an issue with the type of pipe we should be using. No charge whatsoever. We did not hire the company but was impressed nonetheless.

Had a really great experience with 24/7. We had a (non emergency) shower cartridge change. They were super responsive to my quote request, gave us a very competitive rate, and came promptly on times they offered to come that same day.

After having other several bad plumbing experiences, we've felt taken advantage of by other plumbers.  We're very happy with our experience with 24/7 and will gladly give them our business again.

We used Arco when we had an issue in our upstairs shower that was leaking into the ceiling downstairs.  Jason came out and he was very professional and upfront with what needed to be done.  In addition to the shower, Jason was able to fix a leaky shower head in the basement as well as a leaky outdoor faucet.  I will be using Arco again if necessary and I would highly recommend them for their honesty and affordability.

I got tired of trying to have my contractors finish all the little details that are left after a remodel, so I looked for 'a handyman' to just be able to tie up all those details* I picked Tim because his location was close to me..Boy did I get lucky!!! Tim is on time, professional and very experienced, he thinks on his feet,comes up with creative solutions to details left by 'the other guy:(  Did wonderful work in a timely manner,Basically I gave him a punch list from leveling a floor to rehanging stainless shelves, that were not level..I have started my next punch list for him to take care of, I am thrilled to have found him and will be using his services for all my future handyman projects*

My 21 year old hot water heater died and after some research I reached out to Rooter Plumbing.  Alex (the owner) responded immediately and 2 days later (he actually offered to come the next day but i was out of town) he was at my house with the new heater.  Arrived on time and worked efficiently and left the place spotless.  I had a few questions and reached out to Alex again and he was so responsive!  Great service, friendly and most importantly, trustworthy.  I will definitely be using them again!

I am currently going through an inspection process to purchase a property so I was looking for JUST a quote on how much it would cost for them to come out to do a sewer scope through the toilet. Within 12 hours, I received 4 phone call from Chicago Sewer Experts (all different people trying to push me to get me on the schedule AFTER specifying that I just want a quote for the sewer scope). Haven't worked with them yet, but I shouldn't been called that many times being asked the same questions.

We have a boiler system to heat our water and the first floor of our home. We contacted them over the weekend to fix a gas leak that was found by our gas company on the boiler. After multiple texts and reaching out for more communication, they got the part and replaced it after 36-48 hours. They left and my husband presumed everything was working. When the water wasn't hot and the heater was still not working another 36 hours later they came back again, didn't even take off the door of the boiler to see what I was explaining the problem was (the burner was not turning on) and didn't believe me when I explained how our system worked. I paid 500 dollars for a 55 dollar part and a boiler left without working. Would never recommend. Shared this with the people who recommended them and they'll also stop using them. Honesty instead of charging us money for a system they didn't get would've been better.

Unfortunately, we needed to replace our water heater AND repair our furnace in the span of 10 days! However, Goode made the process as painless as possible. My favorite thing about Goode so far is the consistency of the technicians - everyone is polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Across the board! They answered our questions thoroughly, leaving us feeling confident that we're getting great service and our money is well spent. For plumbing and HVAC issues in the future, our first call will definitely be Goode.

David and his crew were great the team fixed my hot water leak in a matter of two hours they were very polite and knowledgeable. Yes I would refer them to others
