I had a dripping bathtub faucet and wanted to try a local plumber; preferably someone located in Elmhurst, Illinois. Although there were only a few reviews for JSR Plumbing Company, all of them were good. Thus, I called on Friday afternoon and spoke to the owner Jeff. He was very polite and asked me to text a photo of the dripping faucet which I did. After exchanging a few texts, he was able to accommodate me by coming over on a Sunday afternoon to fix the faucet. He was professional and efficient. I will definitely call Jeff the next time I need a plumber.

Jon and Jeff were outstanding; personable and knowledgeable. Needed to have a kitchen faucet installed. Jon was able to solve the problem of a misaligned center opening, quickly and efficiently completing the installation. Meanwhile, Jeff made repairs on our toilets and both addressed several other punch list issues with positive results. We were completely satisfied with their work and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Also, fairly priced.

Installed outside sewer clean out. Fast, professional, reasonable and fair price. My house was built in the 60's and did not have a sewer clean out and therefore could not be rodded. Tree roots got into my sewer line and caused my crawl space to back up with water. With in minutes of calling Flush on Sunday evening they returned my call and were out first thing Monday morning at 8:00am. They even called 15 minutes before arriving to tell me they were on their way. The scope of work included find sewer outside house, dig down and install outside clean up. Power rod sewer line in both directions and camera sewer after for inspection $2,800. 5 year guarantee on material and labor. 1 year guarantee on rodding. After ABC plumbing failed to show up after we waited all day and then told us we would have to pay a premium for emergency service since it was now after a after 6:00pm  we called Flush. ABC plumbing also quoted us $4,270 to complete the job during non premium hours. Flush quoted $2,800 for the same job and guaranteed their work for 5 years versus ABC only guaranteed parts and labor for 3 years. ABC did not guarantee their rodding for 1 year either. My whole experience with ABC was miserable and they were over priced. My experience with Flush was exceptional. Thank you Flush.

I'm a billboard at this point, but Juan is the only plumber I will go to as long as he is around. He gives me honest advice and tells me what I need to do and what I could do. He also stands by his work completely and if something doesn't work after he leaves, he comes back to make sure it is done right. Do not hesitate to call them

I would Highly recommend Roc's Plumbing!! 5 stars isn't enough.  They are professional, reasonable, and very clean work.  They treat you not just like a client .  Sharon. And Mike  helped me out with a major plumbing problem I had with another company.  I needed help during a week where we got a bad storm and there was a lot of flooding and they were very busy and were able to squeeze me in.  They will work with you. They do a wonderful job!  If you look you will see they are very recommended.  They take there time not rushed.  Very honest company !! Kevin came out this afternoon to look at a toilet problem. Here in less than an hour and was totally upfront with me regarding my issues. Will definitely keep them in mind going forward.

When my husband left on a 3 week business trip, I jokingly said I hope nothing breaks while you're gone. Five days later the sump pump goes out ...after asking if anyone I know can recommend a plumber...I hopped on yelp and found Dunbar Plumbing...I called them Monday at 7:30, my sumo pump was installed and I was back in business by 10:45!! Mr. Dunbar explained what I needed, sent pictures, and even offered to send me an estimate for replacing my water heater...I am beyond happy!!! I will recommend them to anybody who asks!! THANK YOU SO MUCH for getting us up and running so quickly!!!

Showed up on time.  Knew the unit I purchased (from Lowe's) wouldn't fit before even opening the box.  While Don & his assistant remove my old water heater, I ran to a plumbing supply store to get a model that would work (I have a small utility closet in my garage, so space is very tight, but Lowe's didn't sell any models thinner than the one I bought.  Paid quoted price, which was about 25% below what Lowe's installation would have cost.

I can not say enough good things about Joe and his company.  We have been using him for years and sadly more recently after a kitchen flood, not his fault.  He quickly came to our aid and provided feedback that allowed us to identify what the builder's plumber had done wrong.  Since then he has been our go to guy for any issue big or small.  He is not only an excellent plumber, but a wonderful human being that is a joy to be a around.

Water heater broke down and these guys were very responsive and offered the best price and gave labor warranty. Professional and cleaned up the mess. 'Excellent' is no joke :)

This company wasted a good 3 hours out my day. I spoke with the manager the day before and he gave us worst case best case scenarios to our sewer problem. We had our main sewer line rodded out twice before and each time would provide a temporary fix and later start backing up again. They explained the only way to locate the problem was to do a camera inspection. Once they did that they would be able to tell us exactly where and what the problem was. We went ahead and paid the money for the camera inspection but the camera wouldnt go past 30 ft. They end up just putting a device on a rod and seeing how far it went and marking lines on our ground. Then they said it would be 4500 dollars to dig up and replace the line. I asked how do you know the line needs to be replaced? His answer was because the rod stopped here. How stupid does that sound. Just because the rod stopped there doesn't mean the pipes need to be replaced at that location. The truth is without the camera inspection they are just as clueless as we were. To try to charge someone 4500.00 for a process of elimination is crazy. I would never do business with them again nor do i recommend anyone els doing business with them period. You are a professional and if you cant tell me what the problem is why would i pay you for your services. Thats like calling a cable repair guy and after he gets done, him saying you have a problem with your cable service. Are you retarded? I knew that before i called you. You are suppose to be telling me what the problem is not that i definitely have a sewer problem.

Ralph recently handles two jobs for me at a rental unit in the city.  He did a great job, showed up on time and communicated the issues to me.  Couldn't ask for anything more and will definitely use Ralph again in the future.

I called the company three times today and waited all day for them to come I was assured by the person on the phone that they were coming. now that it is 5:15 pm they tell me they don't come out to Lemont. A lot of good that does me as water is leakIng  all over my kitchen. Great communication on their part. I would never ever  recommend them.

Paul and his wife Ann came through in the clutch again!  This is the 3rd time we have used them and we could not be happier.  My wife and I noticed that a floor drain was backed up in our furnace room.  I contacted them late in the afternoon on a Wednesday.  They were out at my house at 8:30 in the morning the following day taking care of the problem.  Fast, courteous, reasonably priced and professional as can be is the way that Glennon does business.  I wish I could have given them a 10 star review.

I can't say enough good stuff about Good Plumbing.  They are very professional, courteous and skilled.  

They came out the same day and Jan my plumber went above and beyond the call of duty.  He backed me up when it turned out that I had a defective sink.  It was a slight imperfection in the porcelin not noticable until you tried to put in the drain pipe.  I called the store I bought it from and Jan explained the problem.  

The store owner drove out with a new sink.  After a somewhat heated debate between the two about whether there was a defect, Jan took the time to fit the drain pipe and fitting onto both sinks to show the store owner the slight tilt in the drain pipe when fitted into the current sink.

Looks like I'll just be adding another 5 star review to the long list.

Very honest group. Pricing is great when compared to other options. Courteous and talks to you in a language you can understand when trying to educate you on what is going on / what they plan to do to solve your problems.

Pete is a very knowledgeable plumber.  He is straightforward with the scope of the work and pricing and a very fair person to work with.  I appreciate his craftsmanship and use him whenever I have the need for a plumber.

I used A&D last year for a leaky outdoor faucet, which they replaced and I had them do 2 for a little more.  No issues

This year my toilet was old and running all day.  The valve didn't turn properly.  

Very fair price and came out within 48 hours.  The plumber wore a mask, put down tarps on the carpet when walking and took the old toilet at the end.  

He even consulted us on some advice for no charge.  

Will use again.
