I had a dripping bathtub faucet and wanted to try a local plumber; preferably someone located in Elmhurst, Illinois. Although there were only a few reviews for JSR Plumbing Company, all of them were good. Thus, I called on Friday afternoon and spoke to the owner Jeff. He was very polite and asked me to text a photo of the dripping faucet which I did. After exchanging a few texts, he was able to accommodate me by coming over on a Sunday afternoon to fix the faucet. He was professional and efficient. I will definitely call Jeff the next time I need a plumber.

Best experience!!! I had a crisis in my home and Go Rooter came to my home immediately and it was late at night. I received an excellent assessment of my home disaster and a very reasonable price.  My work was completed in one day!  And I had major damage from a water heater that flooded the upstairs and collapsed my kitchen ceiling downstairs big time.  I have never had work completed as stated by any contractor or worker.  I was skeptical of the time of completion but it was done as stated, in one day!!Go Rooter is a reliable business, not pushy or seeking to take advantage of people, especially with emergency situations.  The plumbers are certified the workers are very experienced, efficient and knowledgeable.  Thank you!! Roc's Plumbing & Sewer is great!  Rocco is great to deal with.  Calls are returned promptly and all questions are answered.  Honest and upfront about pricing.  The work performed by Gino and Pete was very professional and complete.  They left the area that they worked in better then they found it.  It's great to have a plumber that you can count on.  I would highly recommend Roc's.

We contacted Specialty because of the excellent reviews and we were not disappointed.  Kevin was able to come out and replace our sump pump seamlessly.  Very nice guy, prompt and fair prices.   We will save Kevin's number anytime we need a plumber and will refer him to our friends. Thanks again!

Hired a plumber from another company to replace a toilet base gasket, only to be scolded by telling I needed to replace the entire toilet. After declining and scheduling the repair serviced, they failed to show up.

I ended up calling Dunbar, and they were nice to accommodate me last minute. I appreciate they work evening hours, and were able to replace the gasket without up-selling  unnecessary services.

For the actual rendered service, they were able to go above and beyond. Not only did they replaced the gasket as requested, but also replaced the flapper to improve flushing. Overall excellent service at a fair price.

They do accept Venmo as a payment option, so that appeals greatly to us younger folks.

With not much experience with plumbers  I was hoping for honesty, quality and a fair price (as with all services). Mr. Mathieu responded to my quote request in less than 10 minutes, gave me a reasonable quote (not the cheapest and not the most expensive) and told me what time to expect him the next day. I think I should probably set my watch to him as he came by exactly when he said he would. He worked quickly, cleanly and took care of our issue before we could blink. He also came well under his initial quote.
This is a local business which I am always more inclined to support. Highly recommend D E Mathieu Plumbing.

Unbelievable, I had a couple of water leaks in my kitchen. I called mid morning and they were at my home in about 90 minutes. The leaks are fixed at a very reasonable price plus they cleaned up beautifully. I couldn't be happier.

Called them to come out and do a camera inspection. Tech was very helpful and knowledgeable. Made sure I knew all my problems and solutions. I would use them again.

Can't thank Above the Rest Plumbing enough for fixing our emergency plumbing issue. They came out on a Saturday didn't charge me for the visit came back Sunday morning and with in few hours the issue was fixed. They do great work, honest, dependable, and efficient. I can't recommend them enough.

Wonderful service!  We had a loose toilet that had been repaired by another plumbing company some time ago, but the problem happened again.  This time I called Hinsdale Plumbing, based on the Yelp reviews I read. Those reviews were spot on! Matt, Victor's (the owner) son came out that afternoon and surveyed the situation.  He was smart and tenacious, determined to fix the problem, emphasizing service and he did it at a very fair price.  If you're looking for responsible, respectful service, please give them a call.  A great example of a family that works to be proud of their product.

We called Good Plumbing a few days after moving in to our fixer upper bungalow when the water seemed to be trickling out of our shower.  I called early in the morning and received a phone call a few minutes later setting up an appointment for later in the day.  I told the man who took the call we found them on Yelp and a historic bungalow website and noticed they had a special for July.  I ran off  to work and my husband handled the appointment.
It turns our there wasn't much that the plumber could do expect blow some air in the pipe.  He took off the faucet and tried to move some of the gunk that seemed to be loose in the pipes which took about 20 min.  We now have just enough water for a shower. He told my husband that we would need to bust out the wall and replace the pipes for a true fix.  
We knew that eventually we would need to replace pipes and re-do most of the plumbing, so I understand that he was only able to band-aid the situation.
The cost for the 20 min appt was $245. That was without the Yelp discount of $47. I called two days later to explain the situation and ask about the discount (normally I'm not that cheap but felt that anything would make that $245 feel better) and he said he would check into it and send a check for the discount.  Then I never heard another word...no call back or check. Bummer.
I understand that plumbing may cost more than I expected, but I do expect a business to honor the discounts they place on Yelp or at least follow up with my questions.

I had the drain to my sink and garbage disposal back up on me over the weekend. I called All Plumbing & Sewer on Monday morning and they were at my door within an hour. These guys had the problem resolved within a half hour and now the drain runs great! Pricing was very reasonable and the service excellent. I highly recommend.

Pete is a very knowledgeable plumber.  He is straightforward with the scope of the work and pricing and a very fair person to work with.  I appreciate his craftsmanship and use him whenever I have the need for a plumber.

Great work by Matt and his team. Fixed our toilet at the quoted price and was in and out quickly. Very polite and on time. Use them for your next project, I know I will.
