If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!! Rob and Nick worked so hard to make sure our pipes were cleared, even though we had hidden lines....Quality work gentlemen, the Stifter family is one of fans for sure!!!

Called Flush based on the recommendations on Yelp, and was not disappointed. Darron and his helper arrived on time to replace an old sump pump quickly and efficiently. Price was competitive. I would call Flush again for any plumbing needs.

We had frozen pipes from the Polar Vortex and it turned out to be a nightmare, as we also discovered the wrong size pipes were run through out the lower level apartment, so there was no water to the 2nd floor apartment as well. Juan and Ivan came out the same we called. They started the next day. They ran new water lines from the main line and we just can't say enough about they're professionalism and excellent quality workmanship. We will definitely call them again if we ever have any plumbing problems. We highly recommend Go-Rooter!

5 Star for sure.
This company is so knowledgeable that whatever plumbing issue you have, they will have the solution. I've had an issue at my home for so many years that never got resolved by other plumbers. The previous plumbers would always talk in circles. Roc's Plumbing was the only company able to resolve this ongoing issue that lasted for years. I was sorry that I hadn't called them way earlier then I did. I guess it was the bright red vans that caught my eye. I have to say that not only are they knowledgeable, but also very efficient. Since I needed to pass a village inspection I contacted them to come out again. They knew exactly what needed to be done and took care of it quickly. I'm not really one to write a review, so the fact that I'm writing this one speaks volumes' for this company. Thank you Roc's Plumbing!!!!

I called Kevin last night and he came out the next day. Did a great job. Helped me trouble shoot a very tricky leak and fixed it for a very fair price. I'd recommend him 100% if your looking for an honest fair plumber

Excellent service on Hyde Park, where it is often hard to get trades people to accept jobs. Fixed leaking sinks in bathroom and kitchen. I am out of town and have a tenant. He called them ASAP and showed up promptly. Texted me pictures of the work in progress with estimate. Quality work. Fair price. Courteous and polite. Will definitely use again if needed. A gem.

Don has serviced my house for two separate projects over the last year and we've been nothing but pleased with his work. The first was a remodel project in which we had extensive plumbing done to move the laundry room from the basement to the first floor. He provided a detailed quote up front and stuck with it. He showed up to work on time each day and even worked when we were without power during a large storm.
The second time was today when I called up due to a clogged sewer line. He came out within hours and had everything wrapped up before 1pm. He explained everything that needed to be done and never tried to oversell or upsell anything.
Very trustworthy and dependable. Highly recommended.

I am relatively new to the area and asked my neighbor for a referral for a good (and reliable) plumber. She recommended Joe and gave him a heads up that I would be contacting him. I texted Joe, and he was here within hours to fix my non-urgent issue. He was very professional.
It is often a challenge to find a reliable contractor for those issues that I cannot fix on my own- I will definitely call Joe the next time I need a plumber (hopefully that won't be too soon!)

Had an excellent plumbing experience when Gino came to fix our broken water heater this week. We called in the morning and said he was on an all day job, but still made time for us. He came at about 5:30pm and stayed until nearly 8-it must have been a horribly long day for him. He not only replaced the water, but also identified and 2 frozen valves in the water line. He was kind, curious and always wore a mask.

We have been using Hinsdale Plumbing Services for years. We always thought Victor and his team to be knowledgable, courteous, and honest. However, it wasn't until we purchased a new home and had an emergency sewer problem where we experienced exactly how dedicated and professional they were. Our emergency left us waterless. Victor stopped everything for 5 days; working tirelessly until the issue was completely resolved. He took on the role of general contractor, digging up our yard and removing a truckload of concrete, and completely installing a new sewer line. We don't know what we would have done without him. We are truly grateful for his help; fixing the complete disaster left behind from another plumber. I wouldn't dare trust anyone else.

Paul and his crew were quick, clean and reasonably priced. I really have had bad experiences with plumbers, usually they're condescending and aggressive. Never have I experienced that with the two times I've had to use Glennon plumbing in these very old house of mine. Seriously use them, the best! Thanks Paul!!

this company is also Four Season Sewer and Plumbing. They answer the phone with Sewer and Plumbing because there are multiple companies. I needed my water tank replaced, it was leaking, so I didn't want a service assessment fee, when the plumber needed to bring the replacement tank. I did research on various models and determined a Rheem was better than a Bradford White which plumbers prefer to install. When I called Four Seasons on a weekend which William aka Bill was off, the guy answering set up an appointment, yet failed to show. The owner, WIlliam, apologized, offered me a discount of $50. My gut told me to avoid them, so I chose Good Plumbing instead. The plumber was Dominick. Will get back to this whole Four Season/Good Plumbing thing.
Dominick came with a Rheem tank, drained the old tank, there was water on the floor, running to other parts of my basement which he wasn't concerned about. I wet vac'ed the water. He didn't say he was going to get that, so I assume he would have left the water. There was a problem with the Rheem, the ignition wire was faulty. Dominick did call the Rheem customer service line, Rheem was going to Fed Ex the wire overnight and have one of their technicians install for free. Dominick told me he would have to charge if I wanted him to do it, but it was a simple thing that the Rheem people couldn't mess up. This was on a Monday around 5 pm, so I hoped the wire would get to me Tuesday, then the technician the same day, so I would only be overnight without hot water. I wasn't angry or yelling. Dominick informed me this wasn't his fault and I was the one who chose to go with the Rheem and if I went with the Bradford White, he could have gone to the plumber supply store and get the replacement piece and I would have hot water.
My toilet was running, so I figured he would make an adjustment and fix it. He replaced the whole flushing mechanism, but gave me a discount. When he gave me the paperwork/bill, the invoice has both Four Seasons Sewer and Plumbing and Good Plumbing on it. Dominick explained how WIlliam bought out Good Plumbing and kept the number, I mentioned my experience with Four Season, and Dominick said the situation sounded familiar, I bet he was the one who took my call and blew me off. So I used the company my gut told me not to. I paid $1150 for the tank exchange. This was consistent with other estimates I got from plumbers on yelp. Home Depot sold the tank for $386 plus tax. that is $764 for labor.
It turned out the wire didn't leave the Rheem factory until 2:30 pm Tuesday, the regular shipment time, Fed Ex did their part and I had the wire on Wednesday. The Rheem technicians were busy and would not be able to install it until sometime Thursday. This was too long of a wait. I gave a good amount to Good plumbing, seeing this was going to take much longer than I thought, I was hoping they would install this wire without additional charges. I talked to WIlliam/Bill, who directed right back to Dominick. He said this wasn't my fault, and I wanted the Rheem, as if this was my fault. I wasn't as pleasant as I was two days prior. He wanted $99 to come back and install the wire. Still negotiating, he would be in the area, so reduced the charge to $49. The water heater works. Now I paid $1200.
My toilet still runs. This isn't something they could say it was my fault. When I talked to Bill/William, I said maybe the mechanism needs an adjustment, not it was installed wrong. He told me it would be a $35 service fee to adjust it. I am reviewing their invoice. It does not have anywhere on it that their work is guaranteed. It says all materials are guaranteed to be as specified.
This isn't what you want in a contractor. They are nickel and diming here, missing appointments, leaving areas messy, no guarantee for labor. You tube doesn't have any videos to help me fix my toilet with this flapper less mechanism, but I ask at the hardware store.
Try someone else on this list. If they answer the phone, Sewer and Plumbing or anything other than the name of the company, you shouldn't use that company. Good luck

I had a Moen shower cartridge that broke off inside the valve. Came looking on yelp for a plumber to help get it out. Called several plumbers, but Debbie at A&D was willing to give an approx quote. Matt and Brandon came out on time and were able to get the old one out and put in the new one. Honestly they saved us from having to replace the whole valve which would have meant tearing up the tile. These guys are a local, family owned company and I'm glad to have given them my business. Thank you!
