Just had Jeff replace two hot water tanks.  Here was great and he was also the best price.

These guys are great! My wife noticed we had no hot water while I was at work. We had concerns about finding someone Friday afternoon, the day before Christmas eve. I found these guys on yelp.They had great reviews. So I called them. They were at our home in about 2 hrs. My wife met them because I couldn't leave work. She said when they came they were very nice and polite. They were very professional and explained everything to her. Well, our hot water heater was leaking inside and dripping on the pilot.
So being the Friday before Christmas we scheduled our new hot water heater for the following Monday.
We were able to have hot water over the weekend,  because they showed us how to light the pilot. They also said if we can get it lit over the holiday, call them and they'd come out.
Well we had our new water heater put in this morning and we couldn't be more pleased. John and Cody were very nice, professional and efficient. Just like my wife said. So going forward, this our new plumber.
Would I recommend these guys? ABSOLUTELY!

And Mike  helped me out with a major plumbing problem I had with another company.  I needed help during a week where we got a bad storm and there was a lot of flooding and they were very busy and were able to squeeze me in.  They will work with you. I choose my businesses mostly based on yelp reviews from real customers. I am so glad I listened to the reviews and went with Kevin at Specialty Plumbing Co. He's probably the most honest and helpful person I have ever hired for a job. He didn't try to up sell me and explained in full detailed every part of the job he was doing and answered even a few questions about other issues I had not related to the job. Pricing was very reasonable compared to others. I am very pleased with the job he did and asked him if he could come help at my parents house as well. Would definitely hire again.

Dunbar Plumbing is now my go-to company for all my plumbing needs! They were quick and very professional. I needed a new garbage disposal installed because my old was beyond repair. Thankfully when I called they were able to install my new one within less than a week. There pricing is in alignment with what most plumbers charge. Since I purchased my disposal they guaranteed the work for 30 days instead of them supplying the disposal themselves.

One of the most reliable and honest plumbers in the business! I reached out because my master bath water spout was dripping, which drove me nuts. I sent him a picture and he gave me a fair estimate. He was able to inspect it first hand and advised that I needed a new handle, which would take a couple weeks to order. The part came in last week, and would've had it installed last week but I was out of town. It was installed today in less than an hour. And no more dripping! I'll definitely reach out to him for future projects!

I would recommend this company to anyone I know, I called in the middle of a busy day and my problem was fixed about 2 hours later.  I will definitely be calling Joe for any plumbing problems I have in the future.

I highly recommend this company.  The plumbing service provided by Gino definitely matched the company 5 star rating.  Response to an emergency call at 9:30 pm was immediate.  Gino was on site within the hour.  My emergency was an intermittent failure of our main sump pump.  Gino recommended a few different options with things to consider that would fix the problem.  The estimate Gino provided over the phone is what I was charged.  I trust this company and appreciate Gino's professionalism.  Excellent Plumbing, Inc is now at the top of our list for any future plumbing service needs.

Called them to come out and do a camera inspection. Tech was very helpful and knowledgeable. Made sure I knew all my problems and solutions. I would use them again.

Ralph recently handles two jobs for me at a rental unit in the city.  He did a great job, showed up on time and communicated the issues to me.  Couldn't ask for anything more and will definitely use Ralph again in the future.

We have been using Hinsdale Plumbing Services for years. We always thought Victor and his team to be knowledgable, courteous, and honest.  However, it wasn't until we purchased a new home and had an emergency sewer problem where we experienced exactly how dedicated and professional they were. Our emergency left us waterless. Victor stopped everything for 5 days; working tirelessly until the issue was completely resolved. He took on the role of general contractor, digging up our yard and removing a truckload of concrete, and completely installing a new sewer line. We don't know what we would have done without him. We are truly grateful for his help; fixing the complete disaster left behind from another plumber. I wouldn't dare trust anyone else.

I had a bad sewer backup and got the number for Glennon Sewer from a trusted friend. I was so blown away! They scheduled an appointment quickly, assessed my issues and worked quickly and efficiently. Shaun and Luke explained what was needed, what would be done and gave me a thorough overview of their work. Price was fair, everything works and I'm so grateful that I called them.

Called the company regarding a broken water heater on SUNDAY morning, somebody showed up around noon, and replaced it with a new one before dinner time! The price is not on the low end, but definitely a very reasonable one.

Some miscommunication in the middle of the job but most of the issues worked out eventually. Hope they could improve to be more frank up front, so that next job (sure we will call them again) will go more smoothly.

Called this plumber to rod my sewers.  He was there on time.  He found out that my sewers had never been rodded.  He spent an hour and a half doing the work because of all the roots that had accumulated over 70 years.  He then told me that the circumstances of this job were such that the town of Lombard would pay.  So he charged me nothing.  I also asked about having some other work done.  He explained to me why it was not needed and sure enough he was correct.  I also referred him to a friend.  He did an outstanding job for him too at a great price.  This place and the owner are top notch and I will never call any other plumber.  Strongly recommended!

Pete is a very knowledgeable plumber.  He is straightforward with the scope of the work and pricing and a very fair person to work with.  I appreciate his craftsmanship and use him whenever I have the need for a plumber.
