We were in desperate need of a plumber and was so appreciative of the service we received.  Jeff came out promptly and took care of the problem at hand.  He has come back for other projects and once again, shows up on time and fixed the problem immediately. Great service!

Had toilets replaced. Received a quote for the job. Person performing work had to purchase toilets at Menards. I received call because - was supposed to be beige. They didn't have it so I ok'd the white. Was supposed to get the oval seats. Received round seats. Toilets were installed and those removed were left for my trash pick up. Because there was a couple days in between they were left in my living room. Guy came back with a helper to haul them to the curb. It was raining. He came in to my home without shoe coverings tracking who know what on my carpet and stairs. The assistant wore shoe coverings. Prior to install he informs me he forgot to charge me for the toilets which added an additional $900.00 to my bill. Not a great experience. From now on I will ask if price quoted included all necessary job material.

I made the mistake of paying at the time of service.  I have made 2 phone calls and messaged them multiple times.  I was told the video was accidentally deleted.  I asked if they could provide another camera inspection free of charge since it was their fault for deleting the video.  I was told I would have to pay again.ed to watch the video again later to double check to make sure I wasn't missing the clean out before we spent several thousand dollars to dig up the yard. I asked at the time of service that the video be emailed to be afterward and they wrote down my email.

After waiting a full day for another company to even respond to give an estimate for a malfunctioning water heater, Juan from Go-Rooter came out within 25 minutes. Then came back the next day to complete the work and did a great job. Price may be a bit on the higher side, but with an issue like this (being without hot water for 2 full days), the timely service and quality was definitely worth it for me. I think I've found a new local plumbing company I can trust, contact them with confidence.

I called Roc's Plumbing the day before Easter in need of emergency service. No one else was willing to come out but, Rocco (the owner ) spoke with me and ended up calling a couple of his workers to see if he could get anyone out to me. Within an hour he had a plumber at my house. Not only did they come out promptly but the plumber that came out, Michael, was very professional, knowledgeable, and left my basement almost cleaner than he found it. The prices were reasonable as well. I will not be using any other plumber from now on!

When my water heater sprang a leak last week, disappointment set in as I contemplated the inconvenience of having to endure several days of cold showers until the cylindrical beast could be replaced.  I contacted Kevin Rebouche at Specialty Plumbing at about 9:00 a.m. on the day I discovered the leak, and by 2:00 p.m. that day a shiny new 50-gallon model was installed and the beast was gone.

I will not hesitate to use Specialty Plumbing for future plumbing projects. You should do the same. They were highly-capable, responsive and professional.

We have some leaky pipes in our basement so I called Dunbar's to come out and take a look. They said they would be at my location between 9:30-10:30am the following day. They never showed up and never called. I phoned them that afternoon and left a message and never received a return call.

Avoid this company.

Don has serviced my house for two separate projects over the last year and we've been nothing but pleased with his work.  The first was a remodel project in which we had extensive plumbing done to move the laundry room from the basement to the first floor.  He provided a detailed quote up front and stuck with it.  He showed up to work on time each day and even worked when we were without power during a large storm.

The second time was today when I called up due to a clogged sewer line.  He came out within hours and had everything wrapped up before 1pm.  He explained everything that needed to be done and never tried to oversell or upsell anything.  

Very trustworthy and dependable.  Highly recommended.

Joe is the ultimate professional. Diagnosed the problem right away and was able to fix it quickly. I've had him over multiple times and he's always delivered. There are no hidden costs or up charges or I'd recommend you have this done too.  It's rare that you find this kind of honesty.

Great communication from company about time and arrival of Konstantin. Konstantin was early and efficient. Cleaned up perfectly and very professional.  I will be using this company for all plumbing needs and confidently refer to friends  A++++

The team did an excellent job, when I first met Robert, he was every knowledgeable and engaging, he took pictures and brought his supervisor Joe,  they made up a plan becouse the work that needed to be done was behind a vent, which ment coming back a couple of days later which i understood, when they came on Friday Joe and the rest of the team came an was here for an hour work was done. Joe was able to answer questions pertaining to the job and future jobs. I am very happy with the results and will be keeping their number in my book. Thanks Guys

Ralph recently handles two jobs for me at a rental unit in the city.  He did a great job, showed up on time and communicated the issues to me.  Couldn't ask for anything more and will definitely use Ralph again in the future.

Victor just replaced out sump pump and once again did a wonderful job.  We have used him for 15 years. The quality of his work is excellent and he is very honest and straightforward.   This is the person you want for an emergency or otherwise.

Paul and his crew were quick, clean and reasonably priced.  I really have had bad experiences with plumbers, usually they're condescending and aggressive. Never have I experienced that with the two times I've had to use Glennon plumbing in these very old house of mine.  Seriously use them, the best!  Thanks Paul!!

Good plumber.  Honest, knowledgeable. Installed sump pump and installed an electronic gas control on my water heater.

Pete is a very knowledgeable plumber.  He is straightforward with the scope of the work and pricing and a very fair person to work with.  I appreciate his craftsmanship and use him whenever I have the need for a plumber.

We had a job to install some toilets and add a waterline for a humidifier. Matt and Brandon did a wonderful job installing them with ease and cleanliness. We did not have to worry about laying down clothes even. They were well prepared and timely to get the job done. I would definitely recommend A&D for anyone with a plumbing need. Thanks to Debbie for working with us on scheduling due to some hiccups we had on deliveries. You guys are great! Keep up the good work!
