I called them for advice since I had to use the plumber my condo association contracted. Not only were the people at Drain-EEZ 100% right about the issue (the other plumbers that showed up were not at first and they wouldn't listen to me), the people at Drain-EEZ were incredibly nice and helpful. Seriously the best human beings who talked to me multiple times on the phone, and they didn't have to. Knowledgeable, kind, and honest get my business any day. Contact them!

I had a great experience with fastplumbing247...Mac responded to my call very promptly, even thought it was a Sunday AND Father's Day!  Came out within an hour, diagnosed the problem and installed a new water heater that afternoon. He is knowledgeable, no nonsense, and very entertaining but most of all he took the time to answer all my questions, took care not to damage my floors or walls when replacing the water heater and gave lots of tips on how to avoid issues in the future!  As a new home owner, my first and only will be to Mac whenever I need a plumber!

We had a leaky faucet and purchased a new one from Home Depot.  Unfortunately, with the lime deposits inside the old fixture, we were unable to replace ourselves.  So, had to reach out for professional help and I knew calling a plumber is not the most economical thing to do, but when your back is against the wall, what else can you do?

We called Rocket Plumbing based upon the stellar Yelp reviews.  They followed up and set the appointment.  So far, so good.

The plumber shows up early for the appointment and that was great!!  We agreed on the price and he installed our faucet from Home Depot.

Here's where the story takes a bad turn.  The faucet had a problem with the cold water knob and even after exchanging the knob, the problem persisted.  So new faucet, no leak, but bad cold water knob.  Through the wonders of social media, the owner reaches out to me THAT night to see what he can do to make the situation right.

After a great phone conversation, we agreed that we should get a faucet from him and that they will get it installed for us.

The fact that Brian cares enough about his professional reputation and wanting to do the right thing, he earns 5 stars from me.  So, looking forward to getting my new, new bathroom faucet installed.  Thank you Rocket Plumbing!!!

Very responsive, I reached out late at night and they came first thing the following morning. Pricing was very reasonable.

Jose and his guys were so easy to work with. Our main line pipe was broken and causing our kitchen sink to back up.  They were able to find the issue and solve it. They were friendly and professional and their work was very clean. They went above and beyond what was expected. I've worked with Sound Plumbing on a number of occasions and have had nothing but positive experiences. Their 5 stars are well deserved. Everyone I've interacted with has been professional, courteous and most importantly competent. They're efficient while still taking the time to explain what they're doing and why.  The pricing was competitive when I first hired them to replace a hot water heater and it's refreshing to have someone I can rely on whenever a plumbing issues arises. I cannot recommend Sound Plumbing enough. If everyone operated like they do, we wouldn't need to depend on Yelp to find good help.

We are very pleased with their work. They were prompt and knowledgeable and made sure to leave a clean worksite.  They were also reasonably priced.

They were responsive and arrived in time but did not practice any social distancing, no mask and left place dirty.  Also, 4% for using a credit card - you know that's against visa and Mastercard guidelines.  If you don't want to take cards then don't but don't pass the fee to a customer - part of doing business !!!

These guys were amazing. I think we've found our go-to electricians for the foreseeable future. We had 5 outlets installed throughout our house and one additional line off the circuit breaker. They were reasonably priced, but more importantly, honest and didn't try to pad the bill. Darrell walked through the project with me and broke down some alternatives that could save some money... simple things like, putting the outlets in different locations to cut down on the drywall cost.

Chris was prompt and patient to identify and address all of our plumbing issues. The first plumber we used did nothing to resolve the problem, but Chris took the time to make sure his solutions addressed all issues thoroughly. I would definitely recommend!

VERY Happy!!  Dmitri showed  up on time wore a mask, took off his shoes at the door and went right to work.  He did a great job installing my new faucet and even disconnected my sprayer and suggested a soap dispenser I could install - I couldn't be happier!

Highly recommend Mike! He was great at communication, texted updates & arrived when he said he was going to. Wore a mask the entire time. We had a laundry list of issues - leaking faucet, replacement of shut off valves, wax ring replacement on one of our toilets, etc. He had a cancellation & was able to come back & take care of all our issues the same day. He also fixed minor things we didn't think to ask about (& he didn't charge extra for these fixes) - fixed water pressure, secured a wiggly knob on our sink, etc. He did the work quickly & left our place tidy & clean. So happy we found Mike!

I was having issues with maintaining hot water in my condo unit.  After reaching out to numerous plumbers and receiving a variety of pricing I decided to hold my hopes up in Juan at A&Y Plumbing and I am glad I did.  Juan and his son Andy were couteous and knowledgeable. What i liked about Juan was that he stuck with his original quote even though the job took longer than expected due to piping issues. How often does that happen?  Most contractors I have dealt with in the past always tried to upsell and you end up arguing with them and who needs that stress?  Not me, thats for sure but Juan was so easy going he made the whole process painless.  After job was finished he explained thoroughly exactly what the job entailed.  Another thumbs up for Juan.  So in summation, I Would definitely RECOMMEND A&Y Plumbing services to anyone who wants an easygoing process, knowledgeable employees and work finished beyond compare.  As Juan said before he left.  I want to make sure everything is done right and my customers are my top priority.  No lie there
