I had water backing up into my toilet and bathtub at 8AM and knew that whatever was happening was beyond my plumbing skill. Reviewed Yelp for plumbers in the area and began calling around. Two of the other plumbing companies would only send technicians out (there is a difference between a technician and plumber, make sure you get a plumber), and they would not be able to come until later that afternoon. I left a message with Drain-EEZ and received a call-back within 15 minutes. Explaining my problem, Pat said he would have Lou come out by 11AM. Lou arrived promptly and proceeded to diagnose my problem. My ejector pump had failed and after reviewing options I followed Lou's recommendation to replace the pump and clean out the pump pit. Lou was great! He answered my myriad of questions regarding what he was doing in laymen terms so that I could understand. He also provided a lot of helpful maintenance advice to prevent various plumbing issues in the future. Pat and Lou were prompt, helpful, courteous, and I got a good price. If I have any plumbing problems in the future, I will be calling Drain-EEZ.

Way Beyond Excellent Service!

I used Fast Plumbing 24/7 to install a water heater last month.  It was the first time I used them.  They did a great job, showed up on time, provided the unit described, cleaned up after they were done...all good.  But that's just the beginning of the story, what they did next is AMAZING!

I needed to pay $345 to another company with a similar name and accidentally Zelled the money to FastPlumbing.  As soon as I hit 'send' I knew what I had done wrong...I texted Jim to explain my mistake and he immediately replied, I was shocked!  He said he would return the mistaken payment as soon as he got back to his office.  He asked me to send my phone number via text as a reminder.  In haste, I sent the wrong number and he sent the money to a complete stranger.  When I reached out and explained my second mistake he contacted the stranger, who surprisingly returned the money to him, and he promptly returned my original payment.

Other than thinking I should return to the old days of writing checks (haha) my faith in humanity has been restored.  I truly appreciate Jim going well beyond the call of duty proving they are not only a great company but great people!

After 4 separate plumbers came to my property to find a leak that ruined three rooms in my condo, Dex and Sam were the only plumbers to successfully come fix it. They easily found the problem in a short amount of time, after hours, and fixed it immediately. Couldn't have asked for a better experience with them and I hopefully will never have a water problem again, but if I do, I will be calling them.

Scott is a tremendous find! Plumbers can be so expensive and many are kind of unreliable, but Scott is responsive, a great communicator and, most importantly, a very skilled plumber. He fixed our non-working shower in under an hour at a very reasonable price. He's also very friendly--we really enjoyed talking to him and our dog adored him. Highly recommended!

Fantastic! Came on time, very nice. I called them in b/c my house inspector reported that the toilet base was loose. However, Ben took a careful look and saw that nothing was really loose or out of order. I appreciate the honesty!!

Had a repair done a few weeks ago where the old pipe was corroded. They came out on time and got a tough repair done, as the plumbing hardware is extremely old (100 yr old bldg).

They gave me a quote via Yelp, and were very responsive to questions. They arrived on the scheduled day on time, did the work (replacing a sewage ejector pump), were professional, and had a much better price than the other 2 quotes I received. I will use them again.

I had a great experience using First Chicago Plumbing.  Their prices are reasonable.  They texted me throughout the process, showing me pictures of the problem.  And payment was super easy (quick pay).  Will definitely use them again.

Sound Plumbing sent someone within hours of our request for service. Mitch was able to get our problem resolved quickly and efficiently. He was also very knowledgeable and didn't mind me asking a lot of questions. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Very responsive. It's unfortunate we couldn't use them, but Jesus and his team are very helpful and patient to go through all my questions. We are outside of Chicago and it'll be a few extra steps for them to get a permit to work on my sewer issue.

Awesome. Just moved to the area and was in need to some plumbing fixes. They fixed the kitchen leak we were having as well as some garbage disposal issues. They fixed a bunch of other leaks as well. I will definitely be having them back when we replace our kitchen sink. Very responsive and quick!! And they love dogs! :)

Over the weekend, we experienced some grey water backing up in our utility room. We determined that the culprit was likely a backup originating from the kitchen sink/drain. We called Midwest Hydro Jetting yesterday (Sunday) and was able to quickly get an appointment for this morning. They even called us shortly afterward to let us know that we could move up the appointment time if we wanted to, which we appreciated.

Mike and Danny showed up promptly at 9am and they quickly got to work determining the source of the issue. They confirmed that line from the kitchen sink need to be rodded (as well as a pipe down in the utility room). Throughout the process, they were very communicative and explained every step. They answered every question we had and were done within 45 minutes.

Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of their work and would gladly hire them again if the need arises.

My water heater stopped working on Sunday, and my landlord requested service from Adam the same day. He was able to come by 4 pm the next day and installed a new water heater for me. Though there were some delays he and his associate were very considerate of my time and made sure to get all the components working again. I appreciate their help with this very time sensitive matter.

Darrell did a great job and his assistants were good additions to his team. We had a challenging electrical problem to fix and Darrell was resourceful and determined to fix it. And, he did it! The price was right and he was responsive, punctual and professional. Look forward to having them back again in the future!

Excellent service. Plumber went to store to pick up new kitchen faucet and installed after diagnosing issue. Can't imagine better service.  Will call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Poor communication also. Dimitri said he'd think about it, when I proposed a resolution where they paid for part and I'd pay for part of it. Then ghosted me. Also was very aggressive and mocking on the phone. Not someone you want to do business with.

About as honest and straightforward as it gets.  Great guy and even better plumber!  He explained everything that was going to be done, was flexible around our schedule and most importantly fixed the issue we were having.  I'm glad to find a go to plumber we can depend on with fair and transparent pricing.

Juan was very personable, knowledgeable and eager to help. What struck me from the beggining was his transperancy. He gave me a quick quote for labor, and stuck to the price something that is a bit rare with contractors if I am honest. My water heater was too old to service( rusted out anode rod) but I feel confident in that I now have a great plumber to call when issues come up. Thanks!!!
