Pat is great! Came to replace two toilets that i bought from Home Depot. First was fine. Second was found to have a broken base. I had not inspected it when I bought it. Pat said he would return and replace it for me but was too booked. I got it replaced and we thought we inspected it the second time but when Pat arrived, he found a hairline crack in the tank. This time he took it back himself and installed the replacement so i would not be left toiletless upstairs. Three cheers and many stars for Pat. Zero stars for Home Depot which must play demolition derrby with their toilets.

Where do I even begin?!? I got a call from my tenant on Christmas Day (Sunday, 12/25) letting me know the water heater was not working - the pilot light would not stay lit. I found FastPlumbing247 via Google on my way to the unit early Monday morning. Mac was very nice and helpful on the phone. Once I checked out the water heater with my own handyman (my dad) and he could not fix it, we called Mac again to get an estimate for FastPlumbing to come look at the water heater as well as the cost to have the whole thing replaced. Again, he was very helpful on the phone. My husband and I had already filed a claim with our home warranty company and someone was scheduled to take a look at it Tuesday morning so we did not move forward with FastPlumbing on Monday. I had a terrible feeling the water heater was not going to be fixed in a timely manner by the contractor sent out by the home warranty company, and boy, was I right.

The other company said there was a part that needed to be ordered to fix it, that they would overnight it, and fix it Wednesday when it came in. A few hours later we found out the part would not be in for 1-2 days, which was completely unacceptable as they had said it would be overnighted AND it was the middle of winter with no hot water in the unit. I immediately called Mac and asked if he would be able to check out the heater and replace it the same day if it came down to it. He said he could have his guys over there in less than an hour and that they would be able to replace it right away.

Turns out the first company diagnosed the issue incorrectly (and therefore ordered the wrong part turning this into an even bigger problem). Because of the urgency of the matter, the fact that the heater was 10 years old, and getting the part to fix it would only be a bandaid and cost almost half the amount of a new one with installation, we opted for a brand new heater.

Within 2.5 hours, FastPlumbing got to the unit, put the valve on the heater back together (because the previous guy had left it apart), diagnosed the issue, talked to us on the phone twice, left to purchase a new water heater, and installed it. I could not believe how fast and easy it was! They were quick, efficient, professional, friendly, and did not charge a cent over the quoted price. We were not there, but our tenants were very pleased with the in-person service as were we with customer service over the phone.

I would HIGHLY recommend FastPlumbing247 for any water heater repairs or replacement! I'd also like to point out that the quote we received when we called Monday, 12/26 was the same as the next day, despite it being a holiday (Christmas Day observed). Just want to give a big 'thank you' to Mac and his team for making the whole process quick and painless!

After 4 separate plumbers came to my property to find a leak that ruined three rooms in my condo, Dex and Sam were the only plumbers to successfully come fix it. They easily found the problem in a short amount of time, after hours, and fixed it immediately. Couldn't have asked for a better experience with them and I hopefully will never have a water problem again, but if I do, I will be calling them.

This was one of 4 companies I contacted for estimate to perform under kitchen sink plumbing replacement. They were very prompt in answering my questions and providing an estimate.
It's almost funny how many plumbing companies play games and act like they are doing you a favor by taking your hundreds(thousands?) of dollars for a job they do in mere minutes, not this company. I felt like a valued customer the whole time. Work was performed professionally and promptly at the time he said he would show up (one other company showed up an hour after the 3 hour window HE scheduled to perform estimate, I of course decided not to use them even though the estimate was slightly below Rocket)

Thomas and his crew cleared out our main line for a third of the cost that other plumbers were quoting. Instead of installing a new clean out like other plumbers suggested, he figured out how to clear roots using the catch basin.

02/20/2023 10:56 AM Just spoke with a guy who took my phone call. Reached out to use company for businesses. Rushed me during my explanation will take business elsewhere.

During the cold weather we had a pipe burst. While they were very busy due to the high volume of pipe bursts in the city, they were extremely late in making our appointment. We weren't given an estimate to fix the issue and instead were sent a $400 bill to stop the leak. What we late learned was that the plumber didn't even re attach the pipes so that we could use our washer and dryer. Net net, we had a late plumber, a $400 charge to stop a leak and not even fix it.

Not recommended until your issue is not urgent and you receive a firm quote beforehand.

Jesus is extremely professional and replies promptly. He replaced a malfunctioning sump pump for me and had the most reasonable prices of the 10+ plumbers that I called. He took the time to explain everything to me as he did his work. I will 100% call Jesus with any future plumbing needs.

Woke up on a Friday morning to semi warm shower and figured the pilot light was out on the hot water heater.  Finished with my shower and upon going to the basement to inspect I was treated to water jetting out of my hot water heater.  I called Green Tech and talked to someone extremely helpful and ready to divert someone over to my house asap.  I didn't relish the idea of taking time off from work for a long process off replacing the heater.  To my happiness, they were able to send someone out first thing on Saturday morning.  Awesome!!

Luckily, it was discovered that the problem was just a simple crack in the outer faucet.  No new heater needed.  No con, no up-selling, just professional work that saved the day.

After contacting several other companies which either went ghost on us or gave insanely high quotes, Mike replied so quickly with a reasonable quote- much lower than any others in the area. He offered to send a professional to our home the next business day and they were right on time. Daniel was quick, informative and he fixed the problem immediately, and I ended up having to pay less than expected which was great. I will definitely be calling them again in the future should I have any other plumbing issues!

I had the best experience with this company! I'm new to home ownership and had a big wonky project to complete in an old wonky house and Andrew really showed up for the job. He was informative and personable, really went above and beyond. Can I tell you -- I was actually kinda sad when the project was over, it was nice having such an expert and team player in the house!! Don't hesitate, no need to shop around, this is your guy!

Sims and Sons came to give a quote for installing a chandelier in the dining room and ended up getting straight to work upon arrival. It took three guys about two hours to get it hooked up. They mounted it flawlessly and added extra anchors to ensure it's security -- it is 51lbs. Outstanding and professional. I will definitely use this company for future work.

I recently purchase a new toilet. Although, I have installed dozens of toilets in my lifetime, I recently met my match, with this new purchase. It was heavier than most other models and the bolt holes are hidden from view.  I called ABV plumbing after several attempts at installing it myself. My level of frustration, prior to calling, was off the charts.

The gentlemen from ABV was able to come out within hours.  He took a look at the toilet and my current plumbing. He then immediately went to work. He was courteous and was vigilant about any covid concerns. He even donned protective shoe covers.

He needed to sweat some copper fittings and add a new valve. This was done in under 10 minutes. He then prepared the toilet for install. His associate came and together they lifted the 118 pound toilet onto the bolts in one shot. I would have been jealous if not for the fact that I was so relieved to see this done so swiftly.

The toilet and surrounding area were then wiped clean. I took 59 minutes from start to finish. This would be impressive for even the simplest toilet installs.

I found ABV by using Yelp. I seriously expected him to say the job was too difficult. I am very happy to say I am wrong.

We had CJ plumbing come out to add an additional hose bib and separate all other hose bibs on a designated line. We also had them install a vanity and toilet in our powder room. The work that was done was exceptional, and exactly what we asked for. They were very communicative throughout the whole process and worked with us to come out with a quote that was fair. I would definitely recommend them for any other projects and will be using them again for our plumbing needs. A+ company.

I highly recommend Mike! He came out yesterday to assess and fix a leaky pipe and he was honest and kind and straightforward. He did the work the same day and charged a fair price and worked efficiently. We will definitely be a customer of his in the future!

Our ejector pump broke.  They had someone out immediately, gave us a fair price, were clean and efficient.  Can't ask for more!

He asks questions before hand to get a good idea of what the problem is and come with what he needs, He explains what he finds each step and lets you know what he needs to do. He tests his work before saying it is fixed and cleans up after. Not only is he a great plumber, he is a very nice guy. I highly recommend Noel.
