We were unfortunately out of the service area, but Pat responded quickly even on a Sunday and was more than willing to try and help with our plumbing issue over the phone with photos!

Mac is absolutely phenomenal!

I called him this past Saturday around 7:00 PM and he was at our condo within the hour with all the parts and tools needed to install a new hot water tank.

Mac is professional, knowledgeable, extremely fast and the friendliest person I've ever had the pleasure to work with. His prices are beyond fair and he truly cares about the customer.

I cannot express how thankful I am for his service on such short notice. I'm so glad I called him and would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.

Our ejector pump failed and Rescue Plumbing saved the day! Pete and Victor came quickly, diagnosed the problem, provided all of the materials we needed for our insurance and had everything fixed in no time. I would definitely recommend them.

Scott is professional, shows up when he says he will and is very reasonable and expert. There was one time that he could not fix the problem and he did not charge me. (Not because he wasn't skilled, but it was a larger building issue, not an individual plumbing issue).

Danny installed a water heater and replaced the gas lines going to my furnace. Danny is excellent!!! He was so helpful from the initial quote, giving good advice for my situation, and quickly resolving the issues in my house as temperatures were beginning to drop. Highly recommend!

Thomas and crew came out on short notice and gave me a very reasonable quote. I had already received two other quotes and went with Thomas. They took care of a sewage backup that day and were kind enough to come back out a few days later to flush one more time. I would definitely use Chicago Sewer and Drain Professionals again and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Windy City Plumbing is the only company I use. Jose and his crew have done nothing but go above and beyond for me. I've had them rod out my sewer line several times, they always come the day I call, their prices are beyond reasonable, and the crew is nothing but respectful and polite. I recommend them to all of my neighbors and friends in the area.

I had to add this. A coworker and I were talking about who we use for work around our homes and got into an argument over who the best plumbers were. Turns out we both use Windy City. There's no one better around. They're reliable and go out of their way to follow up and make sure you get the best service.

AP Construction is a great small business to support. They not only were incredibly flexible and willing to work around the crazy schedule of all the other contractors I had in my condo for my rehab overhaul, but they were communicative throughout the entire process and checked in with me several days after they had made repair work to my kitchen sink. I really appreciate their availability and the professionalism they approached my job with. Thanks AP you are fabulous!

Did a fair job on some simple plumbing repairs. Way too expensive though. You can find just as good of plumbers elsewhere for cheaper, which is my plan. They did make mistakes on some very simple stuff. If I didn't catch it, they would have had to come back out again. Also, didn't have a simple part (a cartridge) for fixing a leak from sink. Not sure if it's common not to have parts like that readily available but would seem smart to do so. Thus, had to make time for plumbers to come out twice and their hours are very limited. They don't work after 4:00 PM or weekends. Doesn't fit my schedule too well. Must say workers and appointment scheduler were all very polite, pleasant, and attentive.

When I needed a plumber I went straight to Yelp. I noticed that Jesus was close in my area, responds to quotes quickly and had a fantastic rating. After speaking to him I was confident he'd be the right person for the job. Jesus does quality work. He is professional and polite. If I need a plumber in Chicago again I'll be sure to call him!

Within less than a minute of submitting a request through Yelp online, Kevin called to tell me that I'm not in his service area -- BUT proceeded to ask me to identify the problem and then gave me proposed solutions, a general quote, and a referral over the phone.  This just doesn't happen typically.  From the high customer service level and in-depth analysis of the problem, I'm convinced from a 5-minute phone call that this is a company to call for your plumbing needs.  Maybe I should move to Park Ridge!

After contacting several other companies which either went ghost on us or gave insanely high quotes, Mike replied so quickly with a reasonable quote- much lower than any others in the area. He offered to send a professional to our home the next business day and they were right on time. Daniel was quick, informative and he fixed the problem immediately, and I ended up having to pay less than expected which was great. I will definitely be calling them again in the future should I have any other plumbing issues!

We had a distressing evening full of gas leaks and a late night shut off by People's Gas. Captain Rooter was the first emergency 24/7 plumbing provider to return our call.  Adam was an exceptional resource and help on a difficult project. He and his colleague David assessed, provided a price upfront, pressure tested before and after the work, and labored diligently for three hours to complete the job. People's Gas came and verified a job well done and our gas was reconnected less than 24 hours after the turn off. We really appreciated Adam's resourcefulness and creativity and would absolutely recommend him for future work.

Darrell and his team were great! Excellent work, accurate quote, and very communicative. Also loved the guy Darrell recommended, Mario, to come do the drywall patch up afterwards. Matched the paint perfectly--everything looks flawless. They even came out the day of the big snowstorm so that we could stay on our moving timeline. Price was very reasonable. We will be calling Sims and Sons for all future projects!

Hristo was great! He responded so quickly. He gave a competitive price. He even had to go to his store and come back for a specific part to fix our weird sink problem. He also wore a mask and booties the whole time. Will definitely use ABV plumbing in the future!

After purchasing a home last year, we experienced a number of plumbing issues due to the previous owner being neglectful and/or just doing poor quality plumbing work. So, when we needed to install a new sink, I called CJ Plumbing & Heating and not only did they diagnose a number of plumbing issues that weren't up to code, they spotted some red flags that would eventually fail and leave us with serious flooding issues.

Through several visits, the team at CJ, especially Lenny, helped us install the sink, reroute the dishwasher drain to the main line rather than the garbage disposal, install two new shutoff valves (we live in an old house and we only had one valve that didn't shut off all the way), fix the b-box so we could actually shut water off to the house from the street (we previously weren't able to), reroute the drains from our upstairs bathroom that were installed incorrectly (which caused a terrible smell to build up in the bathroom over time), and cleared a blockage between the house and main sewer line that was causing water to pour back into the basement when it rained hard.

Obviously, this laundry list of repairs added up to quite a lot of money, but the team at CJ Plumbing helped us out by working with our home warranty company and by providing us with a few discounts on labor/equipment that made the cost much more manageable.

Next time you need a plumber, please don't try to tackle the issue yourself or have a family friend try to do the repair. Call a licensed professional at CJ Plumbing so you know that the job is done right the first time!

Came over promptly same-day for a non-emergency job; pointed out some corroded pipes he noticed further down the wall while in the process of fixing what we called him about... and fixed it all for a totally reasonable price. Super friendly and professional, would call again.
