I called EEZ plumbing to make an appointment to install a garbage disposal. I explained that the one I had was not working and that I had another one for him to install. He told me he would give me the fix to get my existing unit up and running. He explained what I needed to do. I did exactly as I was told and it fixed the problem. He obviously could've made an appointment and installed the new unit, instead he told me how to fix my existing one. What an unbelievably kind gesture. This is the type of people we need to do business with. People that are honest and want to help people. I will use him for any plumbing needs I will ever need in the future. Thanks again Drain-EEZ!!

Scott is professional, shows up when he says he will and is very reasonable and expert. There was one time that he could not fix the problem and he did not charge me. (Not because he wasn't skilled, but it was a larger building issue, not an individual plumbing issue).

I called and spoke with a woman on the phone that told me that it would cost $25 for them to give me a quote and then they will give me an estimate based on that I could proceed or not. This sounded very reasonable to me. They could not fit me in that day and the earliest available time was Friday, the next day at 4pm. I did get a call from Sam saying that he was running late and wouldn't be there until 4:30pm, but he didn't arrive until about 5:30pm as he was finishing another job and was tied up in traffic. The girl living in the unit below rushed to be home at 4pm so that we could look into this water leak issue. I explained to him that I thought that the tub was the issue since both times the leak occurred was when there was a bath taken. I did open up the valve myself and tightened up the screws prior to him arriving in an attempt to see or fix the problem on my own. He explained the potential issue and had said that he would caulk the tub and that it would cost $167. He ran a diagnostic test where we had the water filled a quarter of the way and then let it drain and checked to see if it was leaking down to the unit below and it didn't. Then we filled the tub up 80-90% full over 75% coverage of the valve and then let it drain even and that still didn't cause any leaks to the unit below. So, Sam offers me an apprenticeship position since I probably fixed my own problem. Obviously, he's very personable and has a sense of humor. I guess my problem here lies with $167 bill with no plumbing work actually being done. If anyone else can attest to this being fair or what the competitor price would be, I'd surely like to know. He did explain that the $25 is for the cost of driving over even decided that we didn't want any work done or cancelled but it still doesn't really make sense to me since it wasn't the understanding I had when I spoke with the woman on the phone the day before. There was no explanation by anyone that the cost to run a diagnostic test (in the case running and draining water) was also the same as caulking getting done. If this was the cost then I feel like I should have at least had an opportunity to call other companies for a comparison or price quote to have the same assessment done at a price that I would know about in advance.

I called Chicago Sewer and Drain Profesional because I had sewer backing up in my basement.  They came out the same day and solve the problem.   Very friendly and professional people.

Kevin and his guys are too notch . We had to have our tankless water heater replaced only after 4 years . My Husband did all the research and coordinating . Kevin gave us several options to choose from . We were done dealing with the tankless water heater from hell, quietside!! We found out this brand should have never been installed in our climate. The final bill was lower than we thought it would be. Kevin is very reasonable . We will continue to go to him for all future plumbing needs.

Diego was polite, professional, and gave me helpful advice to avoid toliet clogging issues going forward. He was efficient and effective! No complaints! : )

The Green Tech guys are great. A technician came out to install a new toilet, re-set a second toilet, and install new hardware on the third. All very necessary work, quickly and efficiently done, followed by careful clean-up, and removal of the old broken toilet. They are all working beautifully now. An excellent company!

Had a kitchen sink clog well past the P-trap that I spent hours trying to fix myself with several trips to the hardware store.  Danny and Alex came out the next day and fixed it without an issue.  Very friendly people and did a great job, cleaned up the water and junk that came out of the pipes so I didn't have to ruin my towels doing it myself.  Also very reasonably priced compared to other quotes.

Recently bought a condo and needed electrical work done in multiple rooms. Reached out to Sims and Sons and immediately heard back from Darrell. He gave us a call right away and arranged for Enis to drop in to bid out the work. Just a few days later Enis was back and got everything done in a day! We needed switches relocated, additional outlets added, sconces removed and he got it all done with minimal cuts in the drywall.  He explained everything well and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly!

Our kitchen sink got clogged again I called Chris my go to person. He is able to schedule me within 2 days not right away but no big deal we just need to figure out how to function with clogged sink. Ivo his associates came and tried everything but without a success. Recommend to replace the pipes (just the kitchen). I agreed and able to schedule it the following day. Ivo ( not sure if I  spelled his name correctly) did a wonderful job. I felt sorry for him because of the time and effort he made. Our pipes are fully clogged with you don't want to know,
it's completely blocked. Very nice person. I am just hoping that I will not see him again for good reason. Anybody who has plumbing issues please call them... Thanks a lot Ivo....

Lenny did a fantastic job disconnecting our old sink and faucet prior to the installation of new countertops (and saving us tons of trouble by anticipating a potential problem and fixing it) and then connecting a new sink and a new faucet afterwards, plus a new and larger garbage disposal. We went from two drains to one drain, and we thought the spawould be a bit tight, but Lenny rearranged everything beautifully. Top service, courteous, flexible and efficient. We also got extra help from Dimitry on the phone. Highly recommended.

I am very happy that I called Mike the Plumber! I had a clogged bathtub, and Mike fixed my bathtub problem quickly with same-day service.  I moved into my vintage condo recently, and Mike answered my questions and explained how the plumbing in my older unit works.  He is coming back to fix a radiator next week. Mike is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and takes a lot of care in his work. I highly recommend Mike and will hire him again!

A few weeks ago my sump pump gave us issues and A&Y plumbing was quick to respond. They came by the next day and were able to fix my problem within a few hours. They also provided me options with different types of solutions based on my budget. This made me feel great about the solution and provided me peace of mind that I was getting a good deal.
