Super prompt response to my quote request. They had a quality Rheem unit in stock (others had quoted 2-3 weeks to order). Install was great. they worked a 75 gallon tank up and out a large basement flight of steps without any damage. Great job protecting floors and surfaces. The install was solid and so far so good on tank operations. Spotless clean up afterwards.

Thank you to Rescue Plumbing quick service, and especially to Pete and Noah for their professional communication, clean and timely service.  I appreciate the phone call 20 minutes prior to their arrival to let me know they were about to arrive.  Pete and Noah were able to quickly install our RO filter system for under the kitchen sink, and replace a leaky faucet hose.  There was a minor product leak (not purchased from them) that they were able to find and fix it.  I will defiantly call and ask for them again.  Thank you!

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. I was referred by a friend who has an old building with lots of problems and emergencies and not a lot of money to fix all of them at once.  Scott has always been able to come through for her to fix the problem correctly and at a fair price so I called him to help me move my drain and prepare for a new vanity to be installed.

I have had a similar and positive experience as well.  He quoted the hourly up front, but doesn't pad it charging your for every dang second and then rounding up as he takes 20 minutes to write an invoice. ( I've used many great plumbing services who gouge so much in this way, even though they are good at what they do I avoid using them when I can because I am always left feeling a bit like I just got mugged in an alley). I don't get that with Scott:  He's upfront, responsive, on time, efficient, friendly, fair and knows what he's doing. How rare is that?  He doesn't cut corners either.   I want the problem corrected, not patched.

He's coming back tomorrow to finish up and I'll post an update and maybe even a photo....stay tuned.....

I'll give these guys 5 stars even though it seems like they are on the more expensive side (not that I've really compared their prices to anyone else's). We've had Brian and now Ben come out to fix issues at multiple locations and have been very happy with the results and service. This time around, we called on a Saturday afternoon and got a Sunday morning appointment with Ben (on a holiday weekend no less). I met him up at the unit; he was a few minutes early, which was great. Not only did he know what he was talking about but he was also friendly and polite, had good communication skills, and ultimately fixed all 3 problems the same day (after going to multiple hardware stores to get parts). All together, 3 relatively minor issues (sink leaking underneath, tub faucet not working properly, low water pressure in tub/shower) were repaired for about $500, including hardware/parts. Overall, I was very happy with everything.

Fast, reliable, and stellar service. Would definitely work with them again and would highly recommend if you are in need of plumbing services

Fantastic work from Team Windy City.  After spending 4 hours on Saturday and 8 hours on Sunday with half a dozen trips to Home Depot to rent equipment (half of the things we brought back to the house were broken so it wasn't entirely our fault) we were at a loss on how to unclog our tub.  I called around Monday to make an appt for Tuesday and contacted someone other than Windy City to make the actual appt.  They called and said they wouldn't be at our house until 11:30 but right at 10am someone rang my door saying they were the plumber.  It was Jose's guys.

After explaining the situation at the door they said I could pay the same price now or at 11:30 if I wanted.  I agreed to have them take a look and from doorstep to fully repaired and cleaned up (the even sprayed and toweled up the mess in the tub) they were finished in 15 minutes.  He said I was paying for an hour so they helped me with some sink traps and gave recommendations.

Pro: Fast, efficient, almost psychic service with a smile and very helpful, also the cheapest of the places I quoted.

Con: Now my feet are cold when showering due to not sitting in 6 inches of water.

I had an issue with low water pressure in my high rise unit. I called Eugene for service. He came the next morning and fixed the problem quickly. He took the time to clean out the part that had a blockage instead of just replacing it which saved me money. Eugene is fast, professional and reliable. Thanks Eugene!

Our sink backed up in the middle of COVID lock down - these guys came quick, well prepared and got everything working well! They were dressed in protective gear, and had us open doors / gates for an easy, no-contact fix! Thanks gentlemen -will be calling you for our next plumbing needs!

I contacted Green Tech for a kitchen faucet installation. Kevin responded promptly, gave a very reasonable quote, was easy to communicate with, had a great sense of humor, and dispatched someone out to my house right away. Sean showed up right on time, was very polite, got right to work, finished replacing faucet, filtered water and two other small fixtures in a little over an hour. We were so happy with the beautiful outcome, workmanship, professionalism, and reliability.

Funny story, this was our second go around with Kevin's crew. My husband had been procrastinating on replacing the plumbing fixtures for quite a while and was insistent on doing the work because he is handy and wanted to save the money. Eventually, keeping marital harmony in tact won and I contacted Green Tech. When my husband came home and saw the beautiful work that had been accomplished in a third of the time it would have taken him, he was so pleased.

As we talked about who I had hired, my husband remembered that when we had had an issue with our plumbing about 2 years ago, we had Green Tech out to rot out our lines. I had not even realized we'd used them before. For that previous job, we experienced the same reasonable price, quality workmanship, professionalism, and reliability. Not only that, but they gave us great advice about the toilet paper we were using and we have not had an issue with our plumbing since! This was big news because it was becoming a semi annual headache having to rot out our plumbing twice a year. This is such a wonderful example of above the bar integrity.

Here is my advice to other Yelpers-hire Green Tech-you won't be disappointed!

I've not had much luck with plumbers, until now. The sewer line was clogged   and soggy toilet paper started to back up into the basement. I searched on line for a plumber, and saw the great reviews for Midwest Hydro Jetting on Yelp. I called, spoke with Mike, and explained the problem. I  was hoping for a quick fix since I had family staying with me.  Of course he was familiar with this type of back up, and said it might be a day or so until someone could come out, but if the day's jobs were finished early, he would send someone. He also gave me a price range for the work that would probably be needed to be done, which was very reasonable.  Luckily the day's jobs ended early, and Dan arrived in the late afternoon. He knew exactly what to do, and power rodded the line until it ran clear. The cost was very reasonable and I was given a 30 day warranty.  Unfortunately, the line backed up again after a few weeks. Dan came back out, with Jose, and power rodded again, with a different head on the line. What came out of that line on the end of the rod head  was disgusting. He called it a 'mush ball', or something like that. It was a mass of toilet paper, wipes, and a small piece of plastic or cellophane, and had been about 75ft down the line. I previously instructed everyone to not dispose of wipes, flushable or otherwise, in the toilets. Of course it was group denial as to anyone doing so.  Anyway, the warranty was honored,    the line has stayed clear, and I have removed every package of wipes from the house that I could find. Besides being knowledgeable, professional, and very efficient, Dan is very personable too. Most people don't call a plumber until it's a dire necessity. They have the advantage, and some use that advantage to make more of the situation, and up the cost of repair.  This time it was a pleasure to finally find a company that did not do that. This old house will probably need a plumber again at sometime, and I would not hesitate to call them again if anything else 'comes up'.   I would highly recommend Midwest Hydro Jetting to anyone in need of great plumber services.

Andrew was an amazing contractor. He took the time to hear our service request and look at what was really needed to meet our needs as a restaurant business. During his review of the job site, he stated required code requirements and provided other suggestive services options.  Andrew provided professional service with quality work.

They came out with very limited notice and corrected repairs for me in a property I manage.  The used the lockbox and made it seamless.   Easy to communicate with.

Actually it was not a crack in our chimney as I told you repeatedly. It just had to be sealed where the water heater is attached to the ceiling. Green Tech Plumbing fixed it yesterday. If you don't know how to properly install a hot water heater, I suggest you learn. As far as ever contacting you again for services, don't worry.

We've used CJ Plumbing now for a hot water replacement, faucet replacement and addition of a pump for our hot water heater. Each time they have been easy to reach and schedule with. I appreciate that Dimitry is mindful to save trips and time by properly diagnosing the issue before starting the work. They've fixed our plumbing issues and will be our go-to in the future!

Mike and his partner repaired the work done by two separate Angie's list plumbers (one sent to repair the errors of the first) who removed my outside faucet pipe through a wall behind a built-in television console, and then shoved it back through the bricks without any attachment, leaving leaking water inside my home.  The resulting water seepage into the cabinet was causing significant damage.  Mike responded to my urgent call, notified me he would have to cut inside the cabinet to fix the problem.  I agreed and he then made fine interior cuts that are not visible from outside the cabinet and are easily repairable inside.  In short order, he then replaced the pipe to perfection!  He also repaired the upstairs sink faucet the prior plumbers had left open pouring into the cabinet also!

Had a slow drain issue and Juan was the only person that got back to me in a timely manner. Showed me where my issue is and made recommendations to avoid this issue again. Definetly recommend and I will be contacting Juan again for any future plumbing issues. Very professional with his work and takes time to figure out the real issue. I can't thank him and his apprentice enough. They were very respectful of property and wore mask due to covid. Again I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed and you will learn a thing or two. Highly satisfied customer.
