As I read about on a few other reviews, I can attest that Drain-EEZ Plumbing (especially Pat) was absolutely amazing to work with.  I called with what I thought was a broken garbage disposal and asked him to come take a look.  Pat insisted that he wanted to save me money and would walk me through fixing the problem myself over the phone.  I was excited to tackle the problem myself and quickly ran out to Home Depot to buy the wrench he said I would need.  Once I returned, Pat got right back on the phone with me and listed to the disposal several times as I worked on fixes.  Unfortunately for me, the problem turned out to actually be badly clogged and rusted pipes (not the disposal).  Pat ended up coming out and doing the work we needed on the pipes and was sure to apply a discount for being referred by Yelp.  He even fixed an upstairs bathroom sink before leaving as well.  I'll definitely be referring Pat at Drain-EEZ Plumbing to everyone I know!!

I called Mac at 7:30 a.m. in the morning about a leaky hot water heater that was not producing any hot water.  By 10:30 a.m. the same day, I had a brand new hot water heater installed.  Fast, friendly, competent service.  Highly recommend.

I interviewed 5 plumbers before deciding to work with Kevin on our kitchen remodel and updates to two bathrooms. Kevin is fantastic. He's meticulous, taking care not only to get things done right but also to make his work look beautiful. That's no easy feat in a vintage building with old pipes, but he managed to do it. I have already recommended him to our neighbors.

I called Jesus because the ground around my catch basin was sinking. He came out to give me an estimate the next morning and finished the job the next day. While rodding the sewer lines, he discovered a broken pipe in front of the house. He returned within a few days to fix the pipes in the front. These were two major jobs which required digging 5-7 feet to replace the pipes. Jesus and his crew worked tirelessly for over 10 hours for each job. I am very satisfied with his work. His rates are very reasonable and he is very reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I highly recommend J Sewer and Drain Plumbing.

Amazing professional and friendly service. Eric came out and took care of our shower valve issue, as well as fixing a couple things in the other bathroom. Very neat and clean service, did not leave a mess at all. Even took his shoes off right away and played with our excited puppy. This is a company you can trust.

My toilet had been leaking every time I flushed it; going onto the bathroom floor.  Stopped using it for a month, since I was busy traveling back and forth from Chicago to Detroit to help out my father, who was in the hospital for over a month.  

Captain Rooter sent out a great service technician in Adam A.  He did a tremendous job in quickly analyzing the situation and applying a fix to the problem.  He worked fast and was clear in his explanations.  I would highly recommend Adam, if you call Captain Rooter.  

He even threw in a free part he happened to have to help with the cost.   He was friendly and efficient.  He provided info on home owners insurance and recommended a good company too.  Overall a great job!!  I'm very relieved to have this taken care of.

I told Darrell I was working from home and had to be on a con call. He said they would text me when they got there which they did. The guys waited patiently as I wrapped up. I pointed out the areas while Darrell was on the phone and they confirmed the price before proceeding. The guys wore masks, asked questions, gave explanations and worked quickly. Wow.  5 stars from nearly 50 reviews!  After meeting Noel for the first time yesterday, I understand why.  Extremely knowledgeable and couldn't ask for a nicer more trustworthy person. We had a leak under our kitchen sink.  Noel diagnosed the problem quickly and had us up and running in about an hour.  He even followed up the next day with a text to make sure we were able to return the problem faucet.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
