Fantastic, honest, reliable.  Pat was on time (early actually) to the job and when the problem reoccurred (no fault of his) he was back to fix it no charge, no complaints.  I hope I don't need a plumber again but if I do, Pat's the guy.

Mac's customer service, price and promptness are top notch! Our WH went out on a Friday, called Mac Sat AM, he was here (with a new tank and all the needed accessories) within 2 hours! Swap out was quick and painless. Overall, I couldn't have expected more. The price was better than other box store quotes. Thanks Mac!

Receptionist was very responsive & helpful, hence the additional star for what would've otherwise been a 1-star review. I was quoted a 2 hour timeframe the same day for an in-person consultation. The 2 plumbers who came arrived early. Wore masks, booties, etc. I wanted to like the company but the plumber quoted me on average 5x more than the other 2 companies who came out shortly thereafter for a wax ring change. Compare quotes before choosing them!!

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. Scott removed my 2 old faucets, kitchen and bathroom, yesterday and installed new faucets, shutoff valves, and waterlines. He did a highly professional job. He was on time and courteous. I am thoroughly impressed. He is a rare find nowadays. I recommend him highly.

We recently moved into a new home (new to us) and have had a number of plumbing issues.  Sam from Rocket has been great - he is extremely knowledgeable and is quick to tell you when he doesn't think additional work is necessary, which is refreshing.  The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is that Rocket is so busy that it is sometimes difficult to get them on short notice.

We had a nasty problem with our plumbing. Apparently, when the house was built 77 years ago, there was a problem with the pipes underneath our basement floor, which came to a head and caused drainage problems in our basement bathroom. Two different handymen were unable to unclog the pipe, so we called in this company. They were incredibly patient and professional, moving from a simple fix to more complicated, and finally doing the necessary work of digging into the basement floor. Throughout this whole effort, they were extremely courteous, concerned about bringing dirt into the house, and communicated with us regularly about the progress of this project. I highly recommend them. And, they like brownies.

Kevin and his team are fantastic! We have had a couple of leaks corrected and a water heater installed and they are always prompt, courteous, and are very competent at their craft. I can be somewhat neurotic about our house and appreciate that Kevin is willing to help out and give tips to make sure things are maintained correctly and always willing to answer my questions.

Jesus was able to handle the broken pipe for our kitchen sink. He was quick in ascertaining what parts were needed and once his assistant returned with a part, Jesus completed the job within 2 hours.

Actually it was not a crack in our chimney as I told you repeatedly. It just had to be sealed where the water heater is attached to the ceiling. Green Tech Plumbing fixed it yesterday. If you don't know how to properly install a hot water heater, I suggest you learn. As far as ever contacting you again for services, don't worry.

VERY Happy!!  Dmitri showed  up on time wore a mask, took off his shoes at the door and went right to work.  He did a great job installing my new faucet and even disconnected my sprayer and suggested a soap dispenser I could install - I couldn't be happier!

Highly recommend Mike! He was great at communication, texted updates & arrived when he said he was going to. Wore a mask the entire time. We had a laundry list of issues - leaking faucet, replacement of shut off valves, wax ring replacement on one of our toilets, etc. He had a cancellation & was able to come back & take care of all our issues the same day. He also fixed minor things we didn't think to ask about (& he didn't charge extra for these fixes) - fixed water pressure, secured a wiggly knob on our sink, etc. He did the work quickly & left our place tidy & clean. Our water heater stopped working about two weeks ago.  Since that time, we've tried several of the different large plumbing services who were providing large estimates without even looking at my issues.  For me, the very last straw was when I called one of the services I used at the very start of my issues.  The new technician explained to me that the technician that the firm sent out the first time didn't do the work correctly but he (from the same exact company) would fix me right up for an additional $4,000.

It was at this point that I knew I needed to try a very different approach.  I opened Yelp and placed a query for a plumber.  Juan from A&Y plumbing and Sewer Services responded to my query.  Let me just say that if you are a homeowner in need for quality work by someone who not only explains to you what needs to be done but also treats you with respect - this is the  company for you.  I have noticed in previous projects at my home that some of this large plumbing services assume that if you are calling them, you are so desperate to end your problem you will pay any ridiculous cost.  I've owned my home over twenty years.  I have at least a couple of instances where I knew I overpaid for subpar work and I was determined that I would be treated fairly in the effort.  With Juan I felt in my gut that he would be trust worthy because he started out with let me see if this can be fixed and if not, we can discuss other options.  This was In stark contrast to the other service where the gentleman immediately told me, this isn't something you repair, it is something you replace!.  He hadn't even come to my home yet.

In short, Juan was able to fix it.  He then walked me through the process he followed to trouble shoot the issue and correct the problem.  I have an advanced degree in information technology so root cause analysis is something I truly appreciate!  It doesn't mean i expected to walk away knowing how to troubleshoot this issue myself but for someone to just give me the respect of fully explaining what was happening and why we needed to fix/replace things.

For me, during a time when I felt like other services were treating me horribly - it was absolutely refreshing to be treated with kindness and respect. The cherry on the cake was that Juan's cost was reasonable and his work was awesome!  This was one of those times where I very gladly paid his fee and I am already referring him to my friends and family.   This is company is definitely a keeper for me!!

Noel was hired to fix a clogged bath drain a couple of weeks back - and he fixed everything perfectly.  

He met our tenants at our rental property and fixed the drain so it's working seamlessly.  His receipt was very thorough detailing the steps he'd taken in fixing the clogged drain; he also included recommendations for the future.

He was incredibly kind, friendly and very timely (even available on Saturday).
