They were great! I needed my garbage disposal repaired. They talked me through a few solutions over the phone to see if I could fix it myself and when it turned out it needed physical service they fixed it in a flash! Thanks so much!

I spoke with Matt on the phone, and after sending a few pictures, he did his best to walk me through some quick fixes on our water heater that was not lighting. When that didn't work, he sent an employee out the next day to take a look. He was able to get the tank started very quickly and showed me a few trouble shoots if it were to happen in the future. Both guys were very friendly, professional, and helpful. We will keep them at the top of our list!

Finally found a plumbing company I can rely on !! Highly recommend ! Fredi was very helpful and honest. He walked me through every step of the way and educated me since I have absolutely NO IDEA about plumbing. He truly went above and beyond. I'll request Fredi specifically in the future.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. I needed to replace a garbage disposal and a couple connecting pipes under my sink in the kitchen.  Great experience with Scott across the board:  high quality, careful and very quick service (e.g., took probably only an hour all-in because Scott was efficient), competitive pricing, great responsiveness and easy communication via texts, flexible scheduling, efficient and accurate estimate with a breakdown of input costs, proper safety precautions during the pandemic (e.g., mask, social distancing), cleanliness (cleaning during and after the project being done).  Scott was a good professional when discussing repair options (e.g., he shared his professional opinion but wasn't pushing a particular solution) and very detail oriented (e.g., Scott even installed the new pipes so that they consume less space under the sink than before).

Highly recommended.  I will reach out to Scott for any plumbing issues going forward.

Saw the good reviews so I called when pipe froze. They Were too overwhelmed to get it done quick, but owner called to explain snowmageddeon personally.  Although I wasn't able to experience the job this time I will def be using them when in need something because of their focus in customer service, and when Chicago is not experiencing a quasi Armageddon.

We had water coming through our living room from a second floor bathroom on Saturday afternoon. We called several plumbers who promised to call back and never did. Chicago Sewer and Drain answered the phone and scheduled to have someone come out within a couple of hours. David arrived early, figured out the problem and took care of it. They were very professional and we'll be using them in the future. Highly recommend.

Jose and his crew are the greatest, honest and give attention to detail. I just moved into my home and had plumbing issues. He fixed them all and I will definitely rehire him to complete my laundry room.

I had a backed up kitchen sink. I called and got an appointment for for 2 hours later. The dispatcher provided a clear price quote. Diego arrived on time, assessed the blockage, and completed his work quickly. We haven't had any trouble since. Fast response, simple pricing, and great work! I will call them again if I have any plumbing trouble.

Called green tech to put a hot water tank  in came the same day within 2 hrs  plumbers clean very respectful  and the price was cheaper  than most of the rest thank you Kevin and green tech will be recommending  you to everyone

Very professional, Came on time,  explained what they were doing , good covid precautions with masks and shoe covers, and even came back to finish a job properly before charging us the final bill.  One less star only because it was a little hard coordinating the first visit with them, with 1-2 missed initial visits.

Adam came out today to hook up my sink and install a new faucet. He did a great job and got everything hooked up and running perfectly. Great service, would definitely recommend this company and his work.

I can't say enough about the service I received from ABV!  My hot water heater went out - other plumbers were giving me dates a week or more away!  Not sure how we would have showered - it's 10° outside and I think our water was even colder!  Talked with them last night and they were out here by 8:30am!  Did great work and I am looking forward to a nice hot shower

Very easy to deal with.  I requested maintenance on my tankless water heater.  Transparent with the pricing.  Came out the next day and was on time.  Did the job and was seamless.  Showed me pictures of the before and after.  Have nothing bad to say.

I don't write too many reviews but finding a good plumber you can use for life is impossible so I felt I should post this.  I have gone through a half dozen and I'm happy to say I finally found the Company I can count on and use as long as I live in Chicago land!   Recommended by a friend, I have used Five Plumbing on several occasions and all of the anxiety is out the window.  I would trust these guys to do work when I'm not there, it is done right the first time, everything is explained to you, they are realistic about what can and can't be done, and their prices are competitive.  I have gone the 'cheap' route several times and it does not work.  I have the 'redo' bills and water damage to prove it.  Stop reading, call them if you need some work done.
