Was 8pm and I'd just gotten home from work. Had water streaming out of the booster pump in the basement. Called Pat @Drain-eez. He told me they were full up with orders. But he spent a good 20 minutes on the phone with me walking me through how to disable it and which valve did what. And in the end, informed me of the cost of replacing the pump.  After a moment of sticker shock, he let me know that I could probably coast on city pressure. He was right. He's saved my evening and my money. So, the least I could do was leave a positive Yelp review. I've actually relied on Drain-eez in the past (to more than satisfactory results) and was startled to find I hadn't yet left one. So, this is actually overdue.

What a great company!  I have never had such a positive experience as I did working with Mac's team at Fastplumbing 247.

We had a 16+ year old water heater and noticed that the efficiency had gone way down. I called Mac (he immediately picked up), and he provided an estimate within minutes based on information related to our plumbing and hot water needs. The technician came by as scheduled (no waiting, and a heads up when he was near). He looked at the set up and described exactly what the work would encompass (it including cutting out and replacing 2 PVC plumbing pipes). I expected that all of the work (draining and removal of the old tank and installation of the new one + the extra plumbing work) would take many hours and maybe even bleed into the next day. Boy, was I wrong. The technician had everything done in less than 2 hours (and that included hauling away the old tank)! He even made sure that the area in front of the maintenance closet was completely clean, dry, and clear of debris before leaving. This was some of the best service I have ever had, and I would recommend Fastplumbing 247 to ANYONE who needs or think they need plumbing assistance. The heater works wonderfully, and I also appreciated how the technician explained how the heater works and made sure that I had no additional questions before leaving-it was all about customer service and making me feel good about the experience. In that regard, Fastplumbing really delivered!

I called on a Sunday for an issue with my leaky sink, they said they could have someone out within a few hours - impressive!

I was able to wait a day and scheduled a time.  Pete Ismail showed up within that window, identified the problem, and had it fixed in under an hour.  He explained what the problem was and showed me where the leak originated.

He also politely pointed out a safety issue with my garbage disposal that was within a few issues of the leak.  So glad he did!!

He was very professional and knowledgeable and was clearly willing to go the extra mile if need be.  I highly recommend!!

We had a bad leak on a water pipe. It needed replacing. I called at 8 they were here by 845. I had an appt but told them I would be back Got back at 10 and they were gone Had finished the job and left the invoice at the door They did not even call or hassle me about coming back to pay them before. Great Job.  My next door neighbor has also used them

Thomas and Tuffy were WONDERFUL!! We have an old house that had lots of roots in the drain and they worked and got all of them out! We can now wash clothes and wash dishes, thank you for that! Would call you guys in a minute for whatever problem we have!

excellent customer service, great work. i hired them through thumbtack to install an outdoor faucet for a garden hose and they were fantastic. efficient, tidy, and very fair. i will definitely hire them again to install a new hot water heater and for any other plumbing work.

Kevin is great! We have hired him for several plumbing jobs inside and outside of our house. He does not cut corners, but is very reasonable. I would highly recommend him and his crew.

I called last minute during the weekend with a bad and difficult kitchen sink clogged problem, they sent a technician to my apartment in an hour and also found a broken pipe and replaced it.

I'm not saying anything that others haven't already said, but even after ascertaining that I live in an area of the city that Green Tech doesn't service, Kevin spent a significant amount of time with me on the phone helping me understand the pros and cons of different sewage back up prevention solutions. And later, after I'd talked to some other people who do service my area, he helped to clarify and translate what they told me. I'm just bummed I can't give him my business.

Danny and Jose were AMAZING! Anytime you call a plumber, especially ones you have not worked with before for a problem beyond your control is scary at best. They were prompt, friendly, kind and informative. They explained the situation immediately and set the expectations. They located the issue and resolved the situation explaining as they went for me to follow and understand. They were incredibly tidy, helped clean up once they were finished.  They nailed it in the 2 hour timeframe they needed to remove the obstruction. I can't thank Danny and Jose enough! Midwest Hydro Jetting will be my go to solution for all my future plumbing needs!

Joel and his team at Captain rooter did an amazing job and their pricing was the most competitive. Our sewer main collapsed and was partially broken for the condo building and they were able to come out and dig it up, completely replace it, pull permits, and redo the cement on top all in about a day and a half. Although this was not an emergency job, they worked really quickly and were easy to communicate with and really straightforward. I highly recommend working with them because they're in Chicago and very responsive and competitive on price, but high in quality.

I had Sims and Sons install a dedicated outlet for my house. They performed excellent work. I was able to get on their schedule quickly. Their technician (Enis) arrived promptly, wore shoe covers in the house, and did a great job with the installation. They left the house clean. I'm very happy with their service.

Katy and Ivo were great to work with.  On time arrival for the job.  Fast and efficient work!  A leaking wax seal on the toilet was diagnosed and repaired, and the bathroom was cleaned and dried, in less than an hour.  We are very pleased to have found ABV Plumbing!

The owner Dmitri was quick to get ahold of me to schedule a same-day service for my kitchen and bathroom sink that had some clogging issues. Lenny then showed up within a couple hours and was very helpful when it came to explaining everything. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the professional service and reasonable pricing.

Had a backed up ejector pump that was causing backups in the furnace runoff...Juan contacted me immediately and first of the projects I set out to bid and happy to see he was highly recommended...he came out in less than 12 hours and was able to address the issue and took great care of installing a new pump that should last much longer than the cheap plastic one that failed.  Really happy with the outcome and no more issues

I have used Noel and Five Plumbing for jobs large and small, and he is simply the best. Workmanship is A+ and he couldn't be a nicer guy. Even during Covid, all precautions with masks and distancing were done spot-on. Highly recommend.
