Two weeks ago I called Drain EEZ to fix a toilet that was flushing slow. The service was great. Lou diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it right away. He explained the issue and offered some tips on how to prevent the problem from reoccurring. I will call Drain EEZ again whenever I am in need of a plumber.

This company is top-notch. We reached out to Mac late morning on a Friday, and he and his team were there same-day to take out our tank and replace it with a new one. You don't realize how necessary hot water is until you no longer have it!

Not only was the workmanship five star, Mac is a GOOD GUY. Fair pricing, quality work and just a kind individual. He even told us that he provides the kind honest, quality service that he hopes other people provide to his adult children. Look no further!

Rescue Plumbing is literally the best plumbing company that I've worked with during the last 15 years. We have had many water issues in our condo in Chicago. We recently remodeled one of our bathrooms, as well, and had difficulty with Rocket Plumbing. The original plumbers changed the quote, changed what they did, and were trying to re-charge for something we had already paid for.

Loga and Djenkis were so professional from Rescue plumbing and really saved us! Loga itemized each job and walked me through the individual work and separate costs. He did several requests that the other plumbers said they couldn't do or tried to double the price. Loga and Djenkis arrived at noon, assessed the different jobs, gave me a quote, and did the multiple jobs on the same day. The prior company had stretched the jobs out over weeks.

First and foremost, Loga and Djenkis were so kind and professional. They were considerate and did what they said they were going to do. Not only did they do the jobs in one day, but they did OUTSTANDING work. We are so thrilled with the installations and the plumbing work. Everything works better, the water pressure has improved, and the quality is aesthetically beautiful! I will definitely use Rescue Plumbing for all future jobs and I'm recommending them to all neighbors and co-workers. I would highly recommend them and the price was more reasonable!

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Definitely took the customer service to another level with that. Plus, the 10% coupon helped..

I had couple of issues at my place from shower not working to kitchen sink.  I was looking for a plumber who was reliable and did a good job after having some bad experiences in the past with the quality and reliability.  Scott was recommended by a friend.  He called me prior to his appointment to let me know that he is running 30 minutes late and he did get at my place on time.  He was able to get all the job done within few hours. Now I can enjoy my shower again!!

Old building, old pipes and the one draining my kitchen sink developed a hole. Recommended by FIXER - another great company -- Rocket responded to my call within minutes and Eric B was soon on his way, arriving well within an hour of my initial call. After checking things out, Eric gave me his estimate and it's associated costs. He completed the pipe replacement quickly and was gone. Eric was polite, thorough, and conscientious, and I've no complaints.
Should I ever find myself in need of a plumber, I'll call Rocket Plumbing and hope Eric B is available.

Efficient workers and great people. To cut a long story short, i had to have Windy City Plumbing return to my house 3 times before they could complete the job all because of issues they had found along the way with our pipes. They were very informative and explained everything they did before they did it so that i was fully aware. Thank you!

Avoid these guys.  Came in to fix my toilets which were running.  They replaced 2 flappers and gaskets for $450.  This would have been fine if everything worked.  But hours later the toilet was still running.  

He came back and eventually fixed it.  But then after 1-2 days a terrible sewer smell came from the toilet.  We've never had anything like this.  

When I asked them to come back for the sewer smell, we made an appointment and then they cancelled on me last minute.  

So out $450, new problem, and not reliable about appointments.

Not a good plumber.  Look elsewhere.

Sound Plumbing did a fantastic job replacing a toilet. They worked around my schedule. Mitch was fantastic and extremely professional. When I ordered the incorrect toilet he went back across town to get the correct one and didn't even charge me double for the extra delivery. Will be using Sound Plumbing for all future projects.

The J Sewer crew was responsive, quick, and reliable. Jesus diagnosed a faulty installation for our sink disposal and quickly installed it correctly. I'm recommending them to all my neighbors and I'm looking forward to calling them for all my future plumbing issues.

My 97 year old mother-in-law was given an outrageous estimate to repair or replace her 65 year old bathroom sink from another plumbing company.  I contacted Kevin at Green Tech and found out that he is familiar with her classic Crane sink.  On their first visit, it was determined that the repair parts for that sink would be very expensive, and a replacement sink was suggested.  Kevin went above and beyond to find a sink/faucet combination that complimented her 1950's motive.  He worked with my mother-in-law to keep the price within her budget.  The installer did a very professional job.  My mother-in-law is very pleased with how closely the sink matches the other bathroom fixtures.

It is very refreshing to find a plumbing company that does not take advantage of the elderly.

After contacting several other companies which either went ghost on us or gave insanely high quotes, Mike replied so quickly with a reasonable quote- much lower than any others in the area. He offered to send a professional to our home the next business day and they were right on time. Daniel was quick, informative and he fixed the problem immediately, and I ended up having to pay less than expected which was great. I will definitely be calling them again in the future should I have any other plumbing issues!

We had to have a gas leak repaired and used Captain rooter first the first time. Adam helped diagnose and fix the problem. He went out of his way to make sure everything was done correctly and answer all of our questions. He also made a few other recommendations and finished up the work quickly. Everything came with a warranty, which added additional comfort.

I was so impressed with the service that I received from Sims and Sons - I will never use another electrician. They came out the exact same day to fix one of the switches on our electrical box. He took his shoes off at the door, he wore his mask the entire time, and he even gave me a lot of useful information about our electrical system. I told him that our inspector told us to upgrade our electrical box and asked for his opinion. He told me it wasn't necessary - and I appreciated the honesty! I would completely trust Sims and Sons to help me with any electrical projects in the future.

Chris was prompt and patient to identify and address all of our plumbing issues. The first plumber we used did nothing to resolve the problem, but Chris took the time to make sure his solutions addressed all issues thoroughly. I would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience and result. They aren't cheap at 250 for first hour and 185 for additional hours, but the work was excellent and for a licensed plumber you probably won't get cheaper. They were very responsive, scheduled me right away, and followed up to ensure I was satisfied.

Highly recommend Mike! He was great at communication, texted updates & arrived when he said he was going to. Wore a mask the entire time. We had a laundry list of issues - leaking faucet, replacement of shut off valves, wax ring replacement on one of our toilets, etc. He had a cancellation & was able to come back & take care of all our issues the same day. He also fixed minor things we didn't think to ask about (& he didn't charge extra for these fixes) - fixed water pressure, secured a wiggly knob on our sink, etc. He did the work quickly & left our place tidy & clean. So happy we found Mike!

Juan was a pleasure to deal with!  Knew he was going be late for my appointment and called me 10 minutes ahead of time to apologize for the delay and make sure it was still ok for him to come out.  Then did the job quickly and explained what he had to do as he did it!  Then charged less then half of other quotes I received!  Would highly recommend Juan for all your plumbing needs!

Just a note to say that my neighbours called me recently for a recommendation for a plumber, and I was pleased to give them Noel Heneghan's number. I have use Noel's services four times in recent years and have always been delighted with the quality and value of service he provides.
