Excellent service today with my clogged kitchen sink, they were in and out in 30 minutes. The two gentlemen were kind and considerate, very nice people. Woman who schedules was professional and very nice. Will definitely contact this company for service in the future if needed.

These guys are true professionals!  I called/texted and received a reply quickly and offered a competitive quote and even offered same day service if I needed which I didn't but it was a nice option. The crew showed up on time on the scheduled day, was super friendly, knowledgeable and completed the job timely. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone in Chicago. I had them install a new water heater.

I called rescue plumbing at 7pm not expecting a call back. They answered and immediately sent someone to help me, as my hot water was not working. Dex and his assistant arrived, and they immediately told me my water heater was too old and not working. They told me I would have to replace it, and I assumed they would have to come back, but Dex told me they could take care of it that night itself. They went back to their office, got the new heater, and installed it that night, and were done in less than 2 hours. They also wore covers on their shoes and put protection on the hardwood floors so as to not get anything dirty or damaged. They did amazing work, and were very quick, friendly, and professional, and I had hot water immediately. Thank you Rescue Plumbing and Dex!

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. We were struggling with really low hot water pressure in our 2nd floor shower.  Anthony was amazing!  He assessed the situation and talked us through multiple options so that we could find a solution that best fit our priorities and budget. Anthony worked efficiently and completed the job quicker than expected.  That is despite the age of our plumbing and Oak Park home which, we imagine, caused some challenges. Pricing is honest and upfront. Very satisfied!  We are coming back to Rocket and looking forward to a shower!

Chris and Julio came out today and unclogged a kitchen sink and our sewer within an hour. They were prompt, courteous, didn't make me feel like a helpless homeowner (which I totally am), and solved a problem that has existed for a long time.  Great work, and great people!  Highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the fast response time and honest opinion of First Chicago Plumbing.  I am currently selling a property and the buyer asked to have the rusted gas pipe to the grill outside replaced per the inspection.  I contacted First Chicago Plumbing for an estimate and they got back to me within an hour to schedule an appointment that afternoon! Unlike some other companies I contacted, they did not charge to come out and look at the issue to provide an estimate which I appreciated. Upon looking at the pipe, our plumber, Eugene, stated that the rust was purely cosmetic and was not impacting the functionality (no gas leaks or weak spots); it was just normal for a pipe being outside.  He recommended leaving it alone because the new pipe would rust in a year again anyway and there was nothing wrong with it. I asked for a write up of his recommendation that I could provide to the buyer and he promptly got it to me the same day.

While I did not have any work done, I will definitely contact them in the future for any plumbing needs as I appreciated their honesty and was more than happy with the estimate they provided if, in fact, the pipe were to be replaced.

I interviewed 5 plumbers before deciding to work with Kevin on our kitchen remodel and updates to two bathrooms. Kevin is fantastic. He's meticulous, taking care not only to get things done right but also to make his work look beautiful. That's no easy feat in a vintage building with old pipes, but he managed to do it. I have already recommended him to our neighbors.

My overall experience with Jesus was great.  He fixed our small plumbing problems and educated me along the way.  He was prompt, fair and communication was clear.  I will definitely call Jesus for any future needs.

After getting water in my basement last spring I asked three different plumbing companies to come out and give me their thoughts on a solution. The first two just tried the easy fix of routing out the drain pipe to the sumpump and left within an hour. When the next heavy rain came we got water again. I called Green Tech Plumbing and Kevin came out. He said, if this was my house. this is what I would do. I took his suggestion of putting in a new pipe underground and adding a new sumpump in my basement. Problem solved!!! Haven't had a drop of water in my basement since. This has been the best home improvement money I have spent yet! Since then Green Tech has been my first call for a backed up toilet and a clogged sink. I have their number on my fridge for any plumbing issues in the future! I would highly recommend them,

I had a great experience with Sims and Sons. Scheduling was quick and easy. They showed up to provide an estimate within days and the work was done shortly after that.  Dino and Eli were wonderful! They showed up right on time, were so efficient doing their work and even made a special trip to the store when we needed matching light switches. They were friendly, kind and very knowledgeable. I will definitely reach out the next time I need an electrician.

I called because we have a spigot on the front of the house that has just a trickle of water.  A spigot, you know, that connects to a pipe in your house through a wall, that you connect your garden house to.  I wanted it evaluated so that I can use it water the front yard, but more importantly to make sure a leak wasn't causing the lack of water pressure.  The woman I spoke to originally said they only do indoor plumbing.  Huh?  Did she think we had a clog in our outhouse? I explained the plumbing for all of this is indoors, and runs through the wall for use with a garden hose. Come on, every house has these.  She said she'd talk to the plumber, and then called back to say the manager said they don't do that kind of work. They don't evaluate pipes with limited flow that may possibly be caused by a  leak.  Good to know. Guess they'd be called a boutique shop, with such limited service.  Or just a really bad plumbing service.

My parents are elderly and have a hard time keeping up with their house. I was visiting from out of state last week and noticed that their bathtub drain wasn't working. I did a little research and knew it would be an involved process, and worried that they might be taken advantage of.  After reading some online reviews, I called CJ Plumbing. They asked a bunch of questions and had me send photos before providing an estimate, and were in close contact as we scheduled the work. Lenny came out exactly on time and was so efficient that they charged less than we expected! That's a first, and it gives me peace of mind to know they have a trustworthy plumber.
