My sister and I are upgrading the bathrooms in our condo. Some of the things we're doing are raising the showerhead and installing a rough-in so that we may use one lever to control both hot and cold water. After we tore out the existing tile and drywall, we had Lou come out to make the necessary adjustments. We found a random valve behind the master bathroom shower that didn't belong there and removed it. After doing so, that night we realized that it was for our ice maker in the kitchen. Needless to say both Lou and Pat came back out within the next 48 hours to take a look and fix it.

Thanks to them, the plumbing is now up to code and we don't have to worry about an incorrectly installed copper pipe leaking and bursting, causing thousands of dollars in damage. These guys are not only SUPER nice but honest and worth every penny. We're already planning on having them help again with the guest bathroom. Thanks Lou and Pat!!!

This company and the entire team are amazing!  Good and easy communication via phone and text to get a quote and diagnose problems, fast response, and great work.  Showed up quickly, did great work, explained everything, and followed-up later that evening to make sure everything was working smoothly.

My hot water heater was dying, is in a tight space in my condo, and I live on the top floor of a walk-up.  Fastplumbing247 was the only plumber that detailed what and how they would install the new water heater and gave me a reasonable and fair quote.  Because of the location of my water heater, other plumbers said no, quoted 2x-3x more than Fastplumbing247, or tried to upsell me on a tankless water heater.  There were also some pipe and valve issues with my previous tank (which were already discussed prior to me hiring them because of their great communication).  Jim and Sean did a great job fixing those problems for future, easier use and retrofitting the new tank.

Can't be happier with their service!  Would definitely recommend!

A helpful visit from Pete and Noah at Rescue Plumbing! They assured me that everything was fine from a plumbing perspective and we likely needed an appliance repair person to take a look at our dishwasher. No charge for the visit, and I'll definitely be calling them for any plumbing issues in the future.

I had a variety of plumbing issues on a condo I purchased. Scott was great, he was quickly able to diagnose the problems. After he knew what components were needed, he quickly ran to the local hardware store, came back with what he needed. He was thorough in addressing the problems and didn't leave until he was satisfied things were working properly. I highly recommend him, and will absolutely use him for any future issues.

We were thoroughly satisfied with the service and work completed by Rocket Plumbing.  They came out for a free evaluation and estimate.  Customer service called me back quickly after I made a same-day appointment to let me know that there was a technician down the street and could see me earlier than scheduled.  Anthony quickly evaluated the issue (leaking gas pipes to the water heater) and identified solutions that pricing quickly.  The work was completed quickly, but not hurriedly and Anthony provided an explanation of what he was doing and why he was doing it.  Additionally, Rocket provides a 90-day parts and labor warranty if I have any other issues.  I'll definitely call Rocket in the future if I have plumbing-related issues.

Jose and his guys were so easy to work with. Our main line pipe was broken and causing our kitchen sink to back up.  They were able to find the issue and solve it. They were friendly and professional and their work was very clean. They went above and beyond what was expected. I hired First Chicago Plumbing to replace 4 tank hot water heaters in my 4-flat.  Their rate was much more reasonable than the others I contacted and the work appears to be well done.

Kevin and Sound Plumbing are a major find.

Kevin was referred to me by Ed of Red Electric.  Kevin repaired and replaced a lot of gas pipes at my home.  He is honest, responsive, smart, skilled, friendly and fair.  He also looked at redoing a bathroom, and had a lot of smart recommendations.  I highly recommend Kevin and his company.

Wax ring looked like it was failing and I live in a vintage condo on the third floor. Called up J Sewer in the middle of a Saturday with lousy weather. They were able to get someone here in three hours.

Plumber was great. He was friendly and professional. He replaced the ring and left everything cleaner than when he walked in. It was our only toilet and we really appreciated the quick service. Would use again and would recommend.

Fast knowledgable service and new water heaters quickly installed.  Would have liked installer to notice that a new valve was needed, but that was not what he was there for.

The team from Midwest Hydro Jetting showed up to my house fast to help clear the line to my basement. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly, and literally saved my basement from flooding. After the line was clear the team took the time to clean up standing water in my basement. The pricing was fair and the extra time the team took to show me what was happening and how to prevent it in the future was outstanding. It took me years to find a company I can trust in my home and I'll never call another.

I called this morning around 7:30 to service a leaky toilet that was making
a mess, and Adam Avizius showed up by 9:30 to fix it. He and his teammate Andy were in and out in under 30 minutes. They were professional and clean and fast. What more can you ask for!? It wasn't the cheapest, but I didn't have time to get a bunch more quotes and I doubt other companies would have been much cheaper.

Sims & Sons removed track lighting and installed can lighting in our West Town living/dining room in April 2021. They did an outstanding job. Darrell walked me through the project in a patient and helpful way, suggesting layouts for the lights and answering any questions I had. His team, Enos and Arel (apologies for any misspellings), worked efficiently and with great care for our home. I give Sims & Sons my highest endorsement.

Our bathroom sink became completely clogged on a Saturday morning. It's the only upstairs bathroom in our home and needless to say - a nightmare when unusable. I called Hristo at ABV and he was able to come out and clear the drain in a matter of hours. He also repaired a leaky drain in another washroom. Price was very reasonable with excellent customer service. Highly recommend ABV!!

About as honest and straightforward as it gets.  Great guy and even better plumber!  He explained everything that was going to be done, was flexible around our schedule and most importantly fixed the issue we were having.  I'm glad to find a go to plumber we can depend on with fair and transparent pricing.

These guys are what customer service should be. In Chicago right now it's colder than a polar bear's a**. My water heater decided to not stay lit so I can have hot water during the coldest days. I have American Home Shield, but they haven't scheduled my service within 24hours so that will be a different review. However, I sent a message on Yelp and this was the second company to respond. I didn't like the first company's set up. I hate paying for people to just come out so I went with this company. There wasn't a negative review to be found, and I can see why. They are quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. It's hard to find good help. I will use them again; hopefully no time soon, and recommend them as well. When I like you, I'll support your business. Wow.  5 stars from nearly 50 reviews!  After meeting Noel for the first time yesterday, I understand why.  Extremely knowledgeable and couldn't ask for a nicer more trustworthy person. We had a leak under our kitchen sink.  Noel diagnosed the problem quickly and had us up and running in about an hour.  He even followed up the next day with a text to make sure we were able to return the problem faucet.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
