My 20-year-old water heater was dead on a Friday morning and I was referred to Mac. I called him in the afternoon and described my situation on the phone. Mac gave me a quote right then (a price nobody can beat) and squeezed me in for an appointment first thing the next morning.

Mac and his assistant Chris showed up right on time and started rolling right away. Within an hour, a brand new water heater is standing in the utility closet already. They cleaned up after their work really well too. Mac also showed me everything I need to know and to do. We are able to enjoy hot shower again!

Wow! These guys are amazing! My washing machine pipes were totally frozen on a Sunday afternoon. I called them and the came in 20 min and got right to work with a fancy electric pipe warmer and quickly thawed my pipes. They were very professional and wore booties to keep my  house clean and even cleared my floor drain and filled the trap before leaving a set of hoses for me to keep the water dripping so the pipes won't freeze again. Great guys! Highly recommended. Will definitely keep their number handy.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. Highly recommend Scotty - he was very responsive to emails and it was easy to schedule an appointment, although I caught him during a busy period.  He was prompt to the appointment, even gave me a call when he was 30 mins away.  His plumbing work was good as was the pricing. While my issue was relatively minor in scope, I would trust him for any job.

Will be using him again and highly recommend his services, although I hope I don't have to anytime soon!  Knock on wood....

Had them changed my inject pump last fall. But something went wrong two month later, they came back the second day and redone the work for free. The working team is great.

The most horrible thing that has ever happened to me was my kitchen sink becoming clogged. I didn't even know that was a thing that could happen since I have a garbage disposal and am very careful what I put in there!
Anyways, I tried the Yelp app feature of asking for estimates from different plumbing places, and first Chicago was the only one that responded with an actual dollar amount estimate right away.

They fixed the problem for the amount of money they estimated. I will definitely use them for my future plumbing needs.

I will say, they changed our appt time the day of because the plumber had to bump is to see an emergency. Of course, if I have an emergency in the future I would be happy if they came to keep first so I get it. But, if you are a person that is very impatient or anal about time you have to consider that.

Kevin did a great job replacing some pipes in our basement. He was very cool and gave us a good price and I'll recommend him to anyone!

Jonathan is one plumbing guy you can trust and one of the few out there you can refer to friends and family for his reliability, honesty and integrity.
Pre-pandemic and post pandemic, it has been very challenging to find trustworthy contractors, plumbers, workers who charge reasonably & finish work on time, plus know what they are doing.
Good to know there are still some out there like Jonathan we can rely on.

I had a couple problems with my kitchen sink and a leaking garbage disposal. I asked for a quote via yelp and 5 other local companies were sent a quote request by yelp. Green Tech responded right away with a price. All the other companies prices were either extremely unreasonable or the other companies would show up very late or cancel on me for their free estimates that they wouldn't do over the yelp app.

I called Green Tech to set up an appointment and they were able to set up an appointment with me that day and within a couple hours.

My plumbers name was Kyle. He was extremely professional, knew exactly what he needed to do and seemed to be very knowledgeable. He was quick, clean, and extremely quiet. Kyle was so quiet in fact my 2 year old son napped the entire time he was here cutting and replacing pipes with his saws and wrenches. Kyle cleaned up after himself and gave me a full explanation of what he did, and gave me a couple pointers about my old garbage disposal.

Not only was Green Tech's estimate the best price out of the 6 companies contacted the final bill actually came under their estimated price. 5 star review. I've put a lot of work and money into my
Fixer upper house and this one small fix has been one of my best experiences. No joke. Thank you Green Tech and thank you Kyle.

Adam came out today to hook up my sink and install a new faucet. He did a great job and got everything hooked up and running perfectly. Great service, would definitely recommend this company and his work.

Mike fixed our ancient tub faucet. He has lots of parts that fix old and new plumbing fixtures. Mike turned off the hot water, so he could determine that the hot water faucet was the faucet that needed repair. Mike has good detective skills. We will hire him again.

We had an issue turning on our pilot light in our hot water heater and A&Y came out that afternoon. It turned out that we were actually doing it wrong (whoops!) but they were super helpful and informative and walked me through the steps of turning it on correctly. I really appreciated how quick they were to come help out and they were incredibly prompt and kind. Thank you!
