Had an issue with my kitchen sink/dishwasher called on Saturday and had an appointment for first thing Monday.  Lou came out and fixed the issue with no problem, told me what he was doing every step of the way, and gave me tips on how to prevent it from happening again.  Would definitely recommend them again.

My hot water heater was acting crazy last evening. Mac answered his cell right away and he and his crew came right out in an hour as promised. He knew exactly what was wrong within 5 minutes and in less than an hour he had the 15 year old tank out and a new tank installed and he even upgraded my gas line.  His invoice was exactly what he quoted and very reasonable in my opinion.  I really appreciated his fast service, and how he took care to protect my wood floors, walls and doors.  I can definitely recommend Fastplumbing247!

Javier can promptly and explained what needed to be done. He was informative and efficient. He did fantastic work and I will request Javier for other jobs I need done around the house. Had Javier back to work on three more issues at my house. Once again, he worked efficiently and in timely manor. He explained to me along the each thing he was doing. I have more things to do and I will have Javier each and every time.

Jose is very knowedable and professional. He installed a new dishwasher and hooked up a new faucet, the drain, and water after a new counter installation. The counter installers did not finish 'til 7pm on a Friday night, but Jose did not want me to be w/o plumbing in my kitchen, so I was really pleased that he was able to accomodate my needs on a holiday weekend. Additionally, he was able to open my bathroom drain after 2 others had failed.

Customer service recurrently first to respond and communicate with me via easiest method email phone text etc. Billing was a snap! Fast secure and safe via check or Chase Quick Pay with Visa or Mastercard (wouldn't accept Amex no complaints here as most in the industry charge the consumer a 3 pct swipe fee or offer cash discount, no haggling here. Sure I could have attempted to fix this broken toilet myself but when you are entertaining there's no time for discrepancies. Eugene and Atanas are the two most courteous I've met. Believe me even I would have pause over this small job due to odd birthday costumes etc. Lol. I suggest they offer a area for later follow up review with gratuity. Granted this job wasn't huge but I do firmly believe in gratuity if a jobs done above and beyond expectations and earlier than promised! I literally pulled up when they arrived on time they were done an hour earlier! That's critical to me having dealt with runaround etc. Again, if you want diy or cheap then go do it. If you want a firm solid number that doesn't have surprises, this is IT! THEY SAVED THE DAY!

Immediate, responsive and highly responsible! Thank you to Kevin and his team to come out today with a leaked pipe from the two flat. Kevin was the only person in this 10 Yelp list of plumbers in the area to pick up the phone and come out within 30minutes of helping to fix the leaking problem! The job was well done, neat, careful, this is an old building and he knew how to manage the job! He gave me an estimate of low to high and it came under! Quick in texting and was able to pay through quick pay with bank! 21st century plumbers! Highly recommend and already now our plumber!

We had water backing up in the drain in our basement laundry room.  I asked J. Sewer for a quote after 9pm, and they responded overnight that they could come by between 8 and 9 the next morning.  They were on time and quickly found that there was a blockage in the line running to where our ejector pump is - huge tree roots growing into it.  They gave a reasonable cost (maybe a tad high) to get rid of all the roots and clean the pump. We said fine and they finished it quickly. They then tested the water running in the downstairs bathroom and wash machine, and said that they would have to route (sorry if that's spelled wrong) out the pipe if it still didn't drain, which would be an additional charge.  I was getting worried with the extra cost, but the guys spent the time needed, running the entire wash cycle to make sure it was draining.  Finding everything working properly, they cleaned up and were finished without charging the extra amount. Considering how worried we were, working with J. Sewer was great. They were responsive, explained everything they were doing and did not perform unnecessary work to charge extra.  I would use them again.

Kitchen leak, called Green Tech.  Dan arrived within the hour, fixed it quickly and painlessly for very fair price.  Great guy, great company.  Would recommend their services.  Keeping their number forever :)

Contacted Midwest Hydro Jetting for advice, after hiring another company whose hydro jetting machine was underpowered, and unable to clear a blockage in my sewer line.This company recommended that I spend several thousand dollars to install a clean out, which I realised may or may not solve the problem, given that the location of the blockage was towards the back of the building. Midwest recommended trying to rod out the line first, before resorting to having them hydro jet, or install a clean out I appreciated all the advice, and how they were trying to save me unnecessary additional expense.

I rarely need plumbing services. These guys got out on a Sunday and did a phenomenal job. Quick fix quick diagnosis. Awesome job!

Had a great experience with Sims and Sons. My power was out after a tree fell on the power line, and damaged part of the structure that secures the line to the house. Darrell replaced the weather head and talked to ComED for me to expedite getting the lines reconnected to the poles in the alley.

ABV was great. They were assigned to my home warranty case for two leaky shower faucets. A previous plumber was afraid to even touch the faucets because the handles would not come off easily. ABV took on the challenge and both faucets are fixed. There was a 3rd faucet that would not get hot but was not covered under the home warranty they fixed that as well while they were here for a very small fee. If I ever need a plumber again I will tell my home warranty I want them to send these guys.

I highly recommend CJ Plumbing. They are extremely responsive, thorough and attentive.  I recently had a sump pump replaced by them and I could not have asked for better workmanship, care and follow up. I will be using CJ Plumbing for ALL plumbing needs, moving forward.

Juan and company were great. Contacted them using Yelp and he was out here the next day with a free estimate. He was able to start immediately which was also helpful and unexpected.
They fixed a severely clogged sink. Some copper water piping replacement that was showing signs of corrosion. Inspected what I thought was a severe leak that only turned out to be a slow leaking outdoor faucet. Even took the time to give me a helpful tutorial on adjusting the water level for my sump pump.
Keeping his info handy for our future needs. Would highly recommend.

Sometimes the third time is the charm. We had an insidious leak from our upstairs bathroom to our main floor.  We had two other resources come out and no one could figure it out. I saw Noel's sterling Yelp reviews and decided to give him a try.

First, he asked me specific questions on the phone, giving me some possibilities and also providing me with a strong comfort level. There was no hard sell; he told me it was fine if I wanted a few days to think it over. I hired him on the spot and once here, he diagnosed the problem with lightning speed -- it was a tub/pipe issue from our guest bathroom. Noel needed to open the ceiling and cleaned up the entire mess before he left.  His price was reasonable, considering the time and effort he put in.

I'm in awe of Noel!  Everything you read here on Yelp is absolutely true. I will be recommending him to friends and to the entire Yelp community.  He is an absolute gem!
