Lou came out and inspected a few of our drains, toilets and one leaky faucet. He was very informative and made sure that we purchased the right products. He could have just installed the faucet we bought, but felt bad and said we needed something better. He didn't stand to make any money off of the deal, but he did make sure that we trust him to do the work. We will use his recommendations and get the right products...and then make sure we let Drain-EEZ take care of the rest.

The owner is a good guy, and genuinely seems to care about customer satisfaction. Those two things mean more to a consumer than most businesses know.

The job was to rod(?) out the a/c drain that he educated me on stating that the dust and debris comes from furnaces A coil and Jay also gave me an idea to remedy the issue for future prevention! My residential building had a clogged kitchen drain line that was causing water to pool back up in my sink. The first plumber I had out claimed that there was no way to get a rodder where it needed to go to clear the clog. So obviously I needed a second opinion, and I am extremely thankful I got connected with Adam at Captain Rooter! Adam and his team came out for an initial consultation within 12 hours of me reaching out. Adam gave me a detailed analysis and breakdown of my options - they were going to try rodding through some other access points, or they were going to need to escalate to hydrojetting. What most impressed me is that when Adam and his team came back the next day, they were prepared for either option - basically, he was going to make sure my problem was solved by the end of the day. And they did exactly that, just in time for us to host Christmas dinner. There are a bunch of plumbers out there, but if you are looking for a no BS / super quick resolution to your plumbing issue, look no further than Captain Rooter, and ask if Adam is available.

Our shower handle broke around 10 PM on a Sunday and Darrell and his colleague came promptly that evening to help us shut off the water and identify the parts we needed to replace the handle. The following morning he retrieved the parts around 7 AM and then came to our place to replace our handle around 8:30 AM. After Darrell left, I noticed the water temp was opposite of what was indicated on the shower handle. I felt bad that I had to call Darrell back, but he had no hesitations coming back to fix it. Since his services about nearly a month ago, the shower handle has been functioning perfectly with no issues so far. I appreciated his quality and prompt customer service.

Toilet was leaking in my en suite and I wanted to take care of it ASAP before it caused damage downstairs. I reached out to CJ Plumbing and they got back to me within 10 minutes. We scheduled a date and the plumber whose name I didn't catch came in masked up and put shoe covers on which I really appreciated. He replaced the wax seal and I swear he left my bathroom cleaner then he found it. Everything looked so sparkly lol. Will definitely use this company again should I need the wax seal replaced in my other bathroom. Thank you!

I did the Yelp thing where they send out requests for quotes to a few vendors and Mike replied right away, and once I had a chance to call him he was able to get to my place about an hour later and fix my kitchen water pressure and connect the water line to my refrigerator. Mike was cool and personable and obviously good at what he does, and the price was fair and in line with a couple other guesstimates I had looked at. A good experience overall and I will call him first next time I need a plumber.

Juan and his coworker stopped by today. Really nice guy and gave a lot of tips and insights on top of fixing our drain. And very reasonably priced. We'll definitely call back again.
