Based on Yelp reviews I called Drain-EEZ regarding a drain leak in my 2 flat apartment building.  I knew I had a pretty big problem because I had attempted to do a patch repair a couple years prior rather than doing a replacement which I knew would be necessary.  Pat and his brother came out almost immediately on a Saturday and quickly diagnosed the problem.  They gave me an estimate to repair and did all of the work the next day.  They came in under budget and ended up charging me less than the original estimate.

It has been a couple weeks and everything looks like it is holding up.  I would definitely use Drain-EEz again if I have any future issues.

Mac arrived on schedule, efficiently changed out a potentially dangerous water heater, charged me a great price that included a nice discount despite coming out on a Sunday morning on short notice. I'd give him 6 stars if I could.

I have had Rescue Plumbing come out twice, once just yesterday in kind of an emergency situation. Both times they were professional, got the job done quickly and were very thorough in their explanation. I would highly recommend.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Definitely took the customer service to another level with that. Plus, the 10% coupon helped..

Scott is professional, shows up when he says he will and is very reasonable and expert. There was one time that he could not fix the problem and he did not charge me. (Not because he wasn't skilled, but it was a larger building issue, not an individual plumbing issue).

Had two different service calls and each time the crew arrived fairly quickly and was both friendly and helpful.  They took the time to explain what they were going.  The larger of the two calls was to address an improperly installed toliet (from my contractor)... they were able to make the repair and then explain to me the things to keep an eye out.  

Definitely would call them again.

Very responsive, I reached out late at night and they came first thing the following morning. Pricing was very reasonable.

I needed the flap replaced on my toilet, a u-joint replaced (i bought a new one), a minor leak in my faucet, and a weight installed on my kitchen sink sprayer.  I sent photos because they wouldn't give estimate without photos.  How do I take a picture of the flap inside my toilet tank?  The estimate for ONE visit was over $800.  Really????  No thanks.

My situation changed from a leaky faucet to a failed sump pump. AP Construction (APC) contacted me and came out the next morning. After a quick tour of the house, they quoted me a price. The got the parts and began the repairs, and in no time things were looking good. Then APC found an additional problem and made arrangements for a referral and those men came out shortly and they then solved that problem (unknown to me) as well.

Through all the ups and downs, things were explained to me and I was asked to participate in the process - they explained everything and why they were recommending things. I found APC to be very professional, courteous and respectful to my needs and would encourage that you ask them to look at your plumbing problem and offer their advice - a second opinion that might save you some aggravation.

Their fee was reasonable, the workmanship was top notch and I not be looking for another plumber as they are now my first call...

I had several Plumbing Companies look at and bid on my project; completion of a custom shower so installation of the trim and fixtures. It was however a complex custom shower including steam, a ceiling rain shower unit, body spays and more. During the bid process I encountered indifferent, snarky and demeaning plumbers who were not even familiar with the new/ current fixtures. Not Kevin and company, they are current, up to date and knew exactly what to do. Kevin took on the challenge with out blinking and was genuinely and sincerely interested in the challenging job and making us thrilled with the results. The attention to detail and the quality of work delivered was exceptional. When they saw a potential problem they figured out a way to move past it quickly. They were transparent about cost, arrived on time and were a most excellent value based on some of the bids I recieved. Don't trust your home to some out dated, snarky, indifferent plumbing company, no need to call anyone else.

Mr. Jesus and his worker are prompt, friendly and provide a fine service at a great price! I've used him to drain my basement and today stop my running toilet. I'll be using him for my future plumbing needs!

Had a clogged sewer line, backing up into the house on a Friday afternoon, called several local Park Ridge Plumbers, no one could handle for 24-48 hours.  I called Greentech, Kevin answered, and came over at 5pm and did the job, great customer service skills, I will use him again!

This was the 3rd plumbing company to come to our house in 24 hours to address some awful backup in our basement. They totally saved the day and got us flowing properly again. Will definitely recommend and be our first call in the future. Thanks, Mike!

They were responsive and arrived in time but did not practice any social distancing, no mask and left place dirty.  Also, 4% for using a credit card - you know that's against visa and Mastercard guidelines.  If you don't want to take cards then don't but don't pass the fee to a customer - part of doing business !!!

I am doing a total bath/laundry room reno that involves adding multiple sinks, adding light fixtures, moving all conduit and plumbing in a wall, moving outlets, new shower valve, new washer pan, dryer outlet, etc.  First, the company's website asks you to fill out a form describing your job, then just tells you to call their number to describe it again and schedule an estimate, which seemed like a waste of time.  But I called, and Darrell told me he'd get in touch with me Thursday to schedule a visit on Friday.  Finally at 9:30pm on Thursday he told me he'd be there between 2:30-3:30 on Friday.  Friday I took time off work and waited, finally texting him at 3:48 to ask if he was still coming.  He responded that he was on the way.  At 4:28 I asked for an ETA, and he told me he was behind and no longer coming, and when he'd said he was on the way he'd thought I was someone else.  After taking time off work and waiting two hours, I was pretty upset, but still politely told him that I would've appreciated a heads up earlier that he wasn't coming instead of making me sit there waiting for two hours.  Obviously if I hadn't texted him he had no intention of ever reaching out to me to let me know, and he has absolutely zero regard for a potential customer's time.  But instead of being apologetic, he was demeaning and insulting, saying I can send you a $5 Starbucks card as an apology.  Comes across as *extremely* childish and unprofessional, when you have blown someone off, wasted their time, and cost them money taking time off work, to dismissively offer them $5.  I would even understand if I was wasting his time asking for a light bulb to be changed, but this was a relatively big job.  My architect told me some contractors are sexist and probably treated me that disrespectfully because I'm a woman, but it's also possible Darrell is just that rude to everyone.  Based on his reviews that seem to be mostly about changing light fixtures or fixing leaks, I also wonder if his team is just not equipped for a job of this size so he blew it off, but it also would have been polite to simply say that up front instead of scheduling a consult he had no intention of showing up for.

Definitely not someone I would trust to show up for a job, do it competently, or treat me and my home with respect.

(And just in case he attempts to claim the offer of a $5 Starbucks card was not an insult but an attempt at a sincere apology and simply the best he can afford, he obviously never sent one, lol.)

Edit in response to his reply:  1) Weird that you claim a total remodel is small for you but all your reviews are for replacing light fixtures. 2) Yes we all have bad days, but it still takes under a minute to let a customer know you are having a bad day and won't make it. We could've rescheduled if you'd had the respect to do that. Please explain why you made no effort to notify me.
3) Congratulations on your binders full of women; like I said, I'm also totally open to the possibility you're rude to all genders. That was just my architect's guess.  4) You have all of my contact information, I gave three days before leaving a review, and you still have not reached out to apologize or send any of these cheap regifted gift cards you keep promising, so do not publicly pretend the offer is sincere.  5) How is it odd to let you know blowing me off had actual consequences for me, and a heads up would've been nice?

ABV plumbing did a great job. I needed a plumber they quoted a good price and Ivo came at the time that they said they would. He was very efficient and did a great job and was done in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again.

My kitchen garbage disposal clogged and backed up last Friday, so I needed an emergency visit. My regular plumber couldn't get here until Tuesday of this week so I called CJ Plumbing based on these positive reviews. Dmitry answered the call and agreed to get someone over to my house right away.  Lenny was in the area and arrived in about 15 minutes which was amazing!   He is very personable (had no problem wearing a mask and booties), took apart the drain pipe to clear the clog, and put everything back together quickly and correctly.  I so appreciate the quick response, and Dmitry texted on Saturday to make sure everything went well. I would call CJ again without hesitation.  Thanks Dmitry and Lenny!

We love Mike The Plumber and highly recommend him.  He just assisted us with two small plumbing problems at our new house in Rogers Park.  He was so pleasant to work with, fixed the issues quickly, fixed a few other issues in the process, recommended some changes, and was so reasonable in his price.   He also loves dogs, and took time to pet and play with our two pups in the back yard.  Mike is now our go to plumber, and I suspect our pups will be trying to clog our pipes so that Mike gets a call to come back.

A friend tried to help us fix a water filter issue and inadvertently caused a leak that made the kitchen unusable so we needed to call a plumber as an emergency that could be dealt with immediately. Juan & coworker assessed what was needed and were able to do a repair quickly and at reasonable price. While they were fixing it they noticed a problem with dishwasher hook up done by prior owners likely as a DIY job as it was done incorrectly (hazard). They went to buy a part, and came back and did that in the same visit. 100% recommend.

We live in a one bathroom condo and the toilet stopped working on a Saturday evening. He came out quickly, did the job, charged a fair price and even gave us some extra advice. Very friendly, polite and helpful.
