This is a company that really cares about true customer service and doing the best thing for the customer. Pat was outstanding to work with. I would use Drain-EEZ again in a heartbeat.

Incredibly unprofessional.  We called to have our water heater inspected.  He said that it needed to be replaced.  He said he could do it right then and quoted us a number.

He was very pushy about just getting it done.  We pulled up a few water heaters online to further understand what we were buying (this is our first water heater replacement!) and he was not interested in helping us understand the product he would be installing.  

We asked for 20 minute to read water heater reviews ( he only uses one type) and make sure we were getting the best deal.  He said this was fine and he would be back in an hour.  After about 15 minutes we called him back to go forward and he didn't get back to us for 45 minutes.  He then told us it was too late and he could no longer install the heater today.  Overall it was a really strange experience and I would not recommend their service.

Needing a plumber urgently on a weekend, not to mention the weekend before Christmas, is incredibly stressful and not ideal for anyone. Vincent and his partner arrived super quickly, we're incredibly considerate, and got everything resolved and we're out in no time at all. The service was fantastic and while I hope to not have to call again, Vincent and Rescue Plumbing will be my first call if I am ever needing plumbing services.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Definitely took the customer service to another level with that. Plus, the 10% coupon helped..

Called on a Friday to have my hot water heater replaced.  It wasn't broken but was out of warranty and inefficient.  Was quoted the same day and scheduled  for the following Wednesday.  The guys showed up on time and completed the work within a couple of hours.  Price was fair and included haul away.  Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience with Thomas. On time, professional, diagnosed the problem, and fair in price. He is very good at what he does and gave us photos every step of the way. Could not give a higher recommendation. Had a plumber I loved that moved away this year and I'm thrilled I have found another. Good people, trustworthy and good at what they do. Three different plumbers inspected my brand new commercial grade hot water heater, and could not keep it running. I found Windy City Plumbing via Yelp and left a message at around midnight with their answering service.  The next morning Jose called and made an appointment for early AM.  Chris to the rescue! Chris was so smart, so informed, so able to communicate and fix the problem.  The damper on the hot water heater wasn't set correctly.  Chris reset the damper, and to insure that the machine was fixed, he stayed and prompted the heater to cycle three times before he left.  Fast, professional, and affordable.

Our experience with First Chicago Plumbing was excellent, and we'll be using them for future projects. We were remodeling out bathroom and needed a new tub installed. Eugene quickly responded to my request for a quote and was able to provide his quote using photos and product specs which made the process easier during a pandemic. During demo, we were surprised to find some unexpected pipes in a wall that needed to be moved to fit our new tub. Eugene was responsive and discussed the issue with us over the phone on the weekend which we incredibly appreciated. He and his team came prepared the next day for both the installation and the adjustment of the pipe issue. They got our new tub up to the third floor safely, installed it perfectly, gave us helpful advice and moved the pipes as expected to make our new tub fit. Everything has worked smoothly since their installation and we're thankful to them for making this process easy.

They've handled a few plumbing emergencies over the years. They are dependable, honest, and fairly priced.

They supplied the initial repair quote via text message and promised they would email additional repair quotes, but despite multiple phone calls they never responded with a quote. They were only willing to have someone come out to evaluate in person if we were going to pay for the repair in the same visit. This made it difficult for our HOA, which needs to collect 2-3 quotes first before committing to a company - at least for the first time our HOA is working with a given company. Communication was great at first, but then I didn't hear anything, and that was frustrating.

Called Green Tech 1st because of the recommendations from this website and I wasn't disappointed. First off, Nick from Green Tech was right on time for our appointment. He was very knowledgeable, very professional and an asset to your staff. He had replaced a broken hot water dispenser in the kitchen with a new one. You can bet that I will be using this company for all my plumbing needs from now on!

They were WONDERFUL! Super communicative over Yelp and the phone; fixed our kitchen sink drain VERY quickly after another company came and failed (and tried to get me to do all sorts of extra other work); were super neat, conscientious, and careful; and were lovely to work with. We're asking them to do other work for us, too. As they walked around looking at our house to help do the estimates, they advised us on different approaches to save money and for better effect. Really loved this company.

Previously I wanted to install a ejector pump with a check valve. They quoted $5000. This was after them visiting my property and assessing the situation. On the day of the job they said that they wont be to install the pumps and charged me $4700 just for the check valve. Of course only having the check valve didn't solve the issue. And I again flew all the was from San Francisco to meet these guys to come up with a better solution. They said that installing a lift station will solve the problem. And it has been 3 weeks and i am yet to receive a quote or a start date for the work. Wasted $4700 and flight tickets. Very unprofessional behavior. Now they are not responsive at all. Never trust these guys!

Just Amazing, I forgot one name but Anel and his boss were simply amazing! they came in were quick, professional and got the job done! Couldn't have asked for more especially with other companies I had encountered already.

Highly recommend ABV. Had a toilet leaking at the floor & needed a new flange. Ivo came out next day & replaced it. The toilet looked like a new install when he finished & he cleaned up the workspace so that you wouldn't have known he was there. I was so impressed, I had him come back a few days later to change the old components inside two toilet tanks with new ones. He also replaced the kitchen faucet with a new one. I like that when I call, someone always answers the phone & that I can have a plumber at the house the next day who does good work.

Great service, quality and price! We had an emergency sewer back up and needed to replace 8ft of cracked clay pipe. Called CJ Plumbing late on Tuesday, the week of Thanksgiving,  and he had Tylers Underground come out the next morning and replace everything for a great price. He checked in throughout the day to make sure things were going well and I was happy. Then on top of all of that he had a plumber come out within 15 minutes to help us with a completely separate issue. Highly recommend CJ Plumbing.

Spoke with Mike over the phone and he gave me some DIY advice on some of the trouble I had with my old faucet. Though, I didn't feel comfortable changing the faucet myself as the pipes I had were old, I decided to have him come over and do it. During the process, I was able to watch and he answered all the questions I had about what he was doing and he answered all the general plumbing questions I had. I would highly recommend him as he's very knowledgable and patient.

Hired to replace a kitchen faucet.  Very professional, responsive, etc. and reasonable price.

Noel was hired to fix a clogged bath drain a couple of weeks back - and he fixed everything perfectly.  

He met our tenants at our rental property and fixed the drain so it's working seamlessly.  His receipt was very thorough detailing the steps he'd taken in fixing the clogged drain; he also included recommendations for the future.

He was incredibly kind, friendly and very timely (even available on Saturday).
