I called Mac at 7:30 a.m. in the morning about a leaky hot water heater that was not producing any hot water.  By 10:30 a.m. the same day, I had a brand new hot water heater installed.  Fast, friendly, competent service.  Highly recommend.

I called on a Sunday at noon (phone call answered immediately) and someone (Ben) from Rescue was at my door 2 hours later. I had no hot water in my shower and it was first day in my brand new condo. Ben and his assistant quickly diagnosed the issue, drove to get the right part, came back and fixed the problem. I have hot water in my shower now! Ben is a pro. You could tell he had the situation under control he'd fix the issue. Not only did he fix the problem, he pointed out plumbing issues in my building and offered to come back and fix them. A+ all around for Ben and Rescue Plumbing.

Scotty's Plumbing must be on your go to list for plumbing service.  You will receive professional, friendly service with a contractor that actively communication with you.  Our issues were relatively minor.  A few photos shared with Scotty before his appointment allowed him to pre-diagnose the issue.  Pricing is more than fair.  Highly recommend Scotty!

They fixed most of the problem.  I asked Rocket over for 2 jobs.  First to fix a clogged drinking water filtration system and second to install a new kitchen faucet.  After lots of checking, the drinking water system still does not work.  They installed the new faucet with care and it looks and works great.
They came on time.  The plumber, Ben was patient and polite.

Thomas was very communicative, he came out to the property to provide a free quote, and he promptly sent the quote pdfs. I was disappointed after talking with another plumber at how Thomas seemed to be trying to up-charge us for repairs and procedures that were not necessary to fix our problem. I don't think I will reach out again to Thomas, despite his good communication, as trust was broken by the amount he was proposing charging.

For potential clients reading this review: A year passing since this quote was sent makes my review all the more relevant. We ended up having the check valve and sump pump replaced for $1300 total. Chicago Sewer & Drain quoted us $1100 for camera/hydrojetting the main sewer line, $1600 for an ejector pump replacement, $1200 for a sump pump replacement, and the check valve replacement would be included with other repairs. We had significant savings with the approach we took (over $2000), and everything works perfectly fine over a year later. This is why I characterized the quotes as upsell.

We had a great experience with First Chicago. We were having a pest problem with our sump and ejector pumps, but, being new homeowners, really had no idea what to do. I didn't even know what an ejector pump was! First Chicago was informative and responsive. I particularly appreciate their ability to answer questions over email, if it's difficult to talk on the phone during the day. They took the time to understand the problem and recommended a great course of action. They were also the lowest quote we got for these services. Highly recommend!

Sound Plumbing did a great job fixing my leaking and broken toilet. True professionals through and through, they explained every portion of the repair as they went through it and then told me how I can maintain quality of my pipes after they left. Excellent A+ service.

Like tons of homes in the city during the deep freeze, I had a water pipe freeze and burst. Plumbers were backed up and I was on about 5 wait lists. One company was scheduled to come out & never even showed or returned my calls. Jesus, on the other hand, was very professional. We set a time, he was there and prompt. He communicated what happened, how to solve it, and the costs before starting any work - plus his prices were reasonable. What sucks about working with many tradesmen is they either have horrible customer service skills, aren't reliable, or they're trying to gouge your pockets. The flooding and insurance claim stress is enough on it's own, thank god I dodged all of that foolishness with Jesus. If I have any plumbing issues in the future, he'll definitely be my go-to.

Simply the very best at what they do. Have used them for years. Any job big or small, they do it right the first time. Professional and fast. Extremely highly recommended. 10 stars!

Scheduled an appointment for today between 10 and 11. It is now 11:17 and I have not heard from anybody and I can't get a hold of anyone to tell me where the service technician is. I had to take the day off to be here. Very poor customer service.

We needed some work on our variable light switch that quick working in the bathroom. Darrell came right over and fixed the wiring very quickly. He also noted that one of the toggles wasn't working so he fixed that to. Very well trusted and knows his stuff!!

Reliable, fast and honest!  Gave me a very reasonable estimate, arrived on time and quickly replaced my bathtub spout.   I'm going to tell everyone about this business!

Good experience overall. Reached out on a Saturday, connected with Dmitri and received two quotes that were dependent on the root cause of the issue (slow draining water) and set up an appointment for the following Tuesday.

Lenny showed up and provided more details on the quotes and was off to work. Within a half hour he called me from my office and walked me through what he did, and showed me the draining issue had been fixed. Quick, reasonable and solid work all around.

Believe the 5 star reviews, Mike is awesome! It's so nice to have a plumber in my contacts who I not only know will do great work, but is also fair and 100% trustworthy. Mike is also super responsive, dependable, and takes great pride in his work. And to top it all off, we actually had a really fun day together when he came by! Great guy + great work = no brainer on reaching out to him for your plumbing needs.

Juan came out because one of the toilets in my home kept running. The water kept running. Juan replaced the fill valve, flapper and supply line. He even looked at the walk in tub/shower drain in the same bathroom. He told me he can fix it and it won't leak he gave me a price. He told me if he can't fix it he there would be no charge. He tried to fix it but he checked and it still leaked after he fixed what he fixed. That was no charge. The toilet he fixed it and I am very satisfied with the work Juan did and the price was very reasonable.

Super happy we worked with Noel. He came highly recommended from friends and was timely, professional, courteous, showed up on time, and left the job in a clean and tidy manner. Ultimately, he found our plumbing issue to be a two-man operation with specialized tools that he didn't have, so he was on the phone lining up companies he knew of and recommended, talking them through the issue, taking photos and videos and sharing and was forthright and honest about what needed to be done. His prices are absolutely reasonable and just a genuinely nice guy. He's now on speed dial as our plumber of choice for future needs.
