Pat and Jeff were amazing. We called on Saturday for a non emergency repair. They showed up on Monday morning and the work was done fast and professional. I would highly highly recommend these guys. We have a plumber for good now!

We needed our water heater replaced after flooding in the area. Jim was not only super responsive, but flexible with timing + cost. He matched and then beat competing quotes, and moved jobs around to get out to us faster than anticipated. Obviously these are crucial elements to consider when in need of water heater replacement. I would 100% recommend them for any water heater needs!

I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. I've dealt with plumbers who are good at their work, but bad at communicating, and others that communicate well but don't do the job very effectively.  Scott is the best of both worlds.  He sent me several texts over the course of 24 hours updating his status and ETA.  That's a real comfort when you need the plumber there right away.  Highly recommended.

My husband and I used Rocket Plumbing for an issue we were having with our shower.  The tech was super helpful trying to point us in the right direction in terms of what pieces to get from the manufacturer.  We had a few communication issues with the manufacturer but after a few trips over, Rocket Plumbing was able to fix our problem at a pretty reasonable cost.  I would definitely use them again.

First time dealing with sink pipes and corrosion.  I found this company on Yelp and I spoke with 4 companies total.  Thomas picked up my call, looked at my photos, and shared his recommendations.  He was transparent, explained the reasoning for his recommendations, and worked with me on my requests.  Same day...David and William came out for the service.  They inspected all of my sink pipes, shared their observations, and worked on what needed to be replaced.  The three gentlemen answered all of my questions.

Joseph is AWESOME. When you call, he answers in person instead of deferring to an answering service. I had an emergency and he was at my house within 2 hours. He does great work at a VERY REASONABLE PRICE. He was in and out in less than 2 hours and that included a trip to Home Depot for parts. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I hired Sound for two jobs--one doing some small repairs on sinks and toilets, and another installing a new faucet on my kitchen sink. The booking process was quick and easy, and the plumbers who came out were efficient, friendly, and knowledgable. I will definitely work with them again!

They arrived as promised for a simple drain clean out and quoted a flat fee of $500.  We showed them the door they came in.  What a rip off.

Unprofessional, sloppy, unreliable.  They were not able to perform the jobs they came to do, were late, overcharged us by 20 minutes, and when they were told we were still having problems with what they were supposed to have fixed, they told us it had nothing to do with them and did not try to make it right.  Really makes you wonder where all of these 5 stars reviews came from...

What you NEED to know is in the last paragraph. TL;DR: This is the best home services experience I've ever had in my life.

We had a clogged toilet at 3 a.m. after hosting a  New Year's Eve party at our new home. Not the ideal way to kick off 2020. Using a plunger, we were able to get the water to flush very slowly and figured we got rid of the clog.

2 days later, the toilet still wasn't working. I requested a quote on Yelp, and Mike responded within minutes. Not only was the price competitive, but Mike offered to give me free advice on how to fix the problem myself in the event that it could save me time and money.

After trying all the conventional methods (plunger, auger) to no avail, I called Mike again to schedule service. He sent Danny who was at the house within 15 minutes. Danny was incredibly polite and thorough moving from auger to removing the toilet. Having tried all standard methods, Danny let us know that he would have to bring in the power rodder and that Mike was on his way to help out. Danny laid tarp along house to wheel in the huge machine, and Mike tried to think of other ways to solve this not-so-typical issue.

They ended up going to our crawlspace and rodding the pipes through there. I'll spare the details, but after a couple hours, the problem was fixed. Danny and Mike cleaned up the bathroom and closet with crawlspace access. And the toilet flushes like new.

I can't speak highly enough of this experience. We couldn't have asked for better service and, quite frankly, didn't know home services of this caliber existed. I would never hesitate to recommend giving these gentlemen a call, even for free advice. They'll be my go-to for any future plumbing issues (knock on wood), as well as if anyone ever asks if we know a good plumber. Mike giving us a discount for finding them through Yelp was a much-appreciated bonus.

Adam was called to our condo to fix what the gas company was calling a leak in the line. He pressure tested the line and there was nothing in the line itself that was leaking.  The leak was traced back to the furnace. He came back over later that evening to replace the lines and re-seal everything in and around the furnace connectors. Would highly recommend; professional, courteous, and completed the job all within a day.

Darrell and Enis did a great job installing two light fans on 15ft ceilings, two pendent lights over our kitchen peninsular and a new outlet for the washer. Enis was very polite, hardworking and particular. He did a fantastic job. We just went through a condo remodel, hiring painters, cabinet installers, countertops, plumbers and floorers. Sims and Sons were the only team to execute perfectly with no problems.

These guys work hard and deserve the business. I referred Darrell before the job had even started because I was so impressed. My one piece of feedback would be to provide a written estimate as well as voice, just to detail what was included. That being said, Darrell was super understanding and we sorted it out. A minor detail which would not stop me using you guys again in a heartbeat.

Hristo from ABV plumbing showed up on time as promised. He had a mask and a pair of bootie to cover his shoes. We weren't able to use the kitchen sink for exactly 1 week which was so inconvenient. He worked so hard to open the drain that the previous company couldn't resolve. He used a 50 ft cable to open the drain. He was so patient and kept cool the whole time. I'm so happy that we now have a working kitchen sink again. I woupd strongly recommend using them again. Thank you so much. Great job Hristo!!!

Dimitry was super responsive and reached out within 15 minutes of the request. He gave me the price of the job ​over text vs other plumbers i reached out to and they had to come out and quote the job. Dimitry was able to provide me with insurance and plumbers license very fast also as this was a requirement from my HOA. On day of repair Lenny showed up and was ready to go. He had all the materials and knew what needed to be done. After the job he cleaned everything up and confirmed everything was operational before heading out.

About as honest and straightforward as it gets.  Great guy and even better plumber!  He explained everything that was going to be done, was flexible around our schedule and most importantly fixed the issue we were having.  I'm glad to find a go to plumber we can depend on with fair and transparent pricing.

Noel is friendly, professional, and great at his work. I called at 6pm with a leaking bathtub drain, he was at my condo within an hour, and had the problem identified and fixed within 45 minutes.  He explained everything he was doing and clearly showed me the problem and the solution. All for a very reasonable price, especially considering it was after normal business hours. I will absolutely call him for all my plumbing needs from now on. Great experience.
