Pat was quick to respond after I contacted Drain-EEZ over a weekend to unclog a drain in a bathtub in a condo I had just purchased in a short sale. He also helped repair a leak from the toilet, which saved me the cost of replacing the toilet.

Couldn't be happier with the service we received from Mac and his team. I called them late afternoon when I discovered my hot water heater had blown and they came out that evening to drain the tank. The next morning they installed the new unit.  They are very extremely responsive and customer-focused, highly recommended!

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. I was replacing a ceiling fan in my kitchen and discovered a live gas line in my ceiling (a holdover from gas lamps; my house was built in 1913). Jake and Tyler were able to come out a few days after the estimate, disconnect the gaslight lines, reroute the good lines, and vacuum the gas out of the old ones - all done quickly, and at a decent price. Great work and a great timeline. They started at 8 AM and were done by 10:30. Would definitely recommend and would call Rocket again. Thanks, guys!

I had water backing up in my basement in Pilsen area and needed help quickly. I put a request on Yelp that sent to 7 different companies and these guys responded under 2 minutes it was crazy fast. David came out the next day and had to trouble shoot a few things because I have an odd setup in my basement. He figured it out fairly quickly after some conversation with his manager and they ended up having to hydrojet my pipes because we use too many flushable wipes. (Ladies and gentlemen learn from us those wipes are NOT flushable. Well they flush they just don't break up as easily as toilet paper) I really appreciated the fact that David took the time to explain that to us. We aren't plumbers and just go about our days. He sees this Sh!+ (pun intended) on a daily basis so to hear what caused the issue has already changed our bad habits. David fixed the issue and even came back the next day with his manager to make sure it was all good for us. I will use Chicago Sewer and Drain Professionals again. Hopefully not too soon but will recommend to family and friends.

Another HuGE note here is I have had plumbing issues in the past because I had a bad contractor so had to have things rechecked and redone the right way. In the past I have always felt bamboozled or swindled by having to purchase something more or felt as though the issue was bigger then it really was and therefore cost more money then originally quoted. I can tell you I didn't feel taken advantage of Infact I felt the price was extremely fair here for how quickly they responded and had my issue rectified.

These guys totally saved the day again. I bought a cheap IKEA vanity and sink but Kevin made it all work. He also helped be get a great deal in an awesome new faucet. He had to move some pipes around but made everything work thus saving me a lot of money ! Very professional and would use again.

Danny and Jose were AMAZING! Anytime you call a plumber, especially ones you have not worked with before for a problem beyond your control is scary at best. They were prompt, friendly, kind and informative. They explained the situation immediately and set the expectations. They located the issue and resolved the situation explaining as they went for me to follow and understand. They were incredibly tidy, helped clean up once they were finished.  They nailed it in the 2 hour timeframe they needed to remove the obstruction. I can't thank Danny and Jose enough! Midwest Hydro Jetting will be my go to solution for all my future plumbing needs!

I had an initial good interaction with Captain Rooter (see first review, which also came with a discount). They replaced the pipes under a kitchen sink that they said were installed wrong. About a year later, the pipes they installed came apart at one of the seals, causing water damage. They came out and fixed their old work then routed the line. A few months later (and almost $1,000 in), the same seal has broken again, causing more water damage. I called Captain Rooter again, and they said they'd call back about getting it fixed. They never called back. After working with another plumber, they said that Captain Rooter had actually installed it wrong and that why it kept coming apart.

Had an electrical/ejector pump issue.  Came out and fixed my problem and has been working great since.  I requested they wear masks and they complied no problem!  Other people that came up gave us a hard time or didn't wear masks...they respected the request the whole time.

Really great work. Quickly installed a new outdoor faucet. Very happy with the results.

We bought a house, and within a week of moving in everything turned to sh*t (literally, in some parts of the house). I called a bunch of other places, and CJ Plumbing was the only one who could make it out quickly. They were responsive over the phone and via text.

Then, when something that should've been simple got much more complicated due to the age of our home (we had a bad main valve), they stayed until the problem was fixed. All this, and at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend this company.

Highly recommend Mike! He was great at communication, texted updates & arrived when he said he was going to. Wore a mask the entire time. We had a laundry list of issues - leaking faucet, replacement of shut off valves, wax ring replacement on one of our toilets, etc. He had a cancellation & was able to come back & take care of all our issues the same day. He also fixed minor things we didn't think to ask about (& he didn't charge extra for these fixes) - fixed water pressure, secured a wiggly knob on our sink, etc. He did the work quickly & left our place tidy & clean. So happy we found Mike!

I had a leak in my water heater and put a request on Yelp for a plumber. Juan was the first to respond and gave me a quote over the phone. 30 minutes later, he was at my house doing a hands-on inspection. He came back the next morning with a new water heater. He noticed that some of the pipes attached to the old heater were out of code, so he replaced them at the original price he quoted over the phone, even though the job took much longer than expected.
he noticed a small gas leak coming out of the area where the gas shutoff valve was and he replaced that as well. There was an extra charge, but I was happy to pay it.
I was very impressed with Juan's responsiveness, professionalism and price. I feel like I got more than what was expected for a lot less than I expected to pay. I highly recommend A & Y Plumbing

I called to schedule some minor plumbing work (I thought), and Noel called right back. He was able to estimate the cost over the phone but mentioned that the cost could go up a little if there was not a separate water shut-off for the appliance I was removing. (I had a water fountain in my Laundry Room that the previous owner put in as a joke). Sure enough, no separate water shut-off and Noel needed to get some extra parts. There was an additional $40 charge. Noel did an exceptional job!! I will call him again.
