I had a leaking toilet that needed to be fixed immediately. I called Drain-eez and Pat was out to my place in about an hour. He did a really nice job fixing my toilet. He took the time to explain to me what the problem was and answered all my questions. He does good work at a reasonable price. I recommend Drain-Eez for your plumbing needs.

We decided to upgrade to a tankless water heater last year and shopped around for good plumbers.  Mac was by far the most responsive and most reasonably priced.  He was very knowledgeable and professional, showed up on time, and he even came back 6 months later and showed me how to flush out the unit.  We highly recommend Mac!

WOW - these guys are great! They came out in October to unclog my tub and the price was reasonable and the rep was very helpful and friendly. I called back yesterday because my tub was draining slow again, and I got an appointment for the next day. Two reps came out and found that the problem was easily fixable and showed me how to do it myself if it happens again. These guys are honest and are really looking out for the customer. I always assume I'm going to get ripped off by any type of service rep, but I really trust Rocket Plumbing. I highly recommend them!!

Put simply, they were great. The tech didn't have the replacement parts on his truck. He kept me informed as to when he would be back. He was in constant communication with me. Overall, good experience.

Jose the owner of windy city plumbing is great..knowledgable, polite and he responded well to all my questions..on job day, his plumber was getting late do he texted us infroming that..work done efficiently..again there was more work in bathroom so we called them again and second experience was great as well..after job, next day we made payment through card over the phone to Myra the front office staff who is very sweet and efficient in her work..she sent me e receipt on my mail address..overall I had very good experience with windy city plumbing and in future If I have something, will surely contact them again..thanks Jose !!

I had Eugene come out an install an ice line for my fridge. I had incorrectly informed the team when they were quoting the job that the valve needed to connect the line was there. When Eugene came out he saw that he needed to go out a buy the piece I needed to get the job done correctly. He worked with integrity and I wasn't charged extra for his time buying the necessary part due my error. I felt their prices were reasonable, plumbing is never cheap, but I felt the price was fair. I would definitely recommend Eugene and First Chicago Plumbing.

I have been far from the most active member of the Yelp community.  But today I had the pleasure of connecting with Kevin at Sound Plumbing and felt moved to say a few kind words.  As most of you know, it's generally miserable to deal with contractors when things go wrong in your home.  You don't know where to start, you don't know who to trust, and you feel like everyone is giving you bad information.  We had some pretty bad water coming from around the shower and had Kevin take a look.  Kevin helped get to the bottom of the issue, and quickly identified the 'real' problem, even if it wasn't a problem that resulted in much (or even any) plumbing work for him personally.  I'm appreciative for people like Kevin that have such professionalism.  And while I hope for no future plumbing issues that require his services, if they do arrive I know where to go.

Jesus arrived right on time, was very professional and respectful of our place, and did the job right and on budget. Highly recommended!

Called to have my sewer camera scoped just to prevent a problem. They scheduled the appointment promptly. Mt service rep was Augie. He did a great job. Courteous, efficient. He explained the video to me.

My wife's bathroom sink was clogged and not draining properly. I called Midwest Hydro to setup and appointment and they responded immediately. Danny and Jose showed up, took apart the bottom parts of the sink and showed me what the culprit of the clog was. They removed and cleaned all parts and fixed the sink in a matter of minutes. They cleaned their work area thoroughly and were out in less than an hour. Danny and Jose were both professional and personable in their job, and I would highly recommend this company and this tandem of Danny & Jose without hesitation. Great job and great people.

** I'd also like to add that this company provides a 30-day warranty with their work. I doubt that I'll need to use it, but it's very comforting that it is available in the event of need. **

Just had a water heater installed.  Unless it doesn't work right, this is a great company.  Good prices, friendly and fast!  I can't wait to take a hot shower!  Adam was great!!

Very quick to respond and we're able to get someone to my house on the same day within hours. Anel was very friendly and approachable with a few electrical questions we had.

ABV was great. They were assigned to my home warranty case for two leaky shower faucets. A previous plumber was afraid to even touch the faucets because the handles would not come off easily. ABV took on the challenge and both faucets are fixed. There was a 3rd faucet that would not get hot but was not covered under the home warranty they fixed that as well while they were here for a very small fee. If I ever need a plumber again I will tell my home warranty I want them to send these guys.

I did the Yelp thing where they send out requests for quotes to a few vendors and Mike replied right away, and once I had a chance to call him he was able to get to my place about an hour later and fix my kitchen water pressure and connect the water line to my refrigerator. Mike was cool and personable and obviously good at what he does, and the price was fair and in line with a couple other guesstimates I had looked at. A good experience overall and I will call him first next time I need a plumber.

Juan is the consummate professional. He was the quickest to respond to my request for a plumber to fix my leaky / noisy toilet that I had tried everything under the sun to fix myself. Alas, he was able to diagnose the issue via text with some photos and truly went out of his way to source the parts needed from a specific dealer before arriving. He is friendly, clear about cost, and timely - and gets the job done efficiently and with the utmost professionalism. Came over promptly same-day for a non-emergency job; pointed out some corroded pipes he noticed further down the wall while in the process of fixing what we called him about... and fixed it all for a totally reasonable price. Super friendly and professional, would call again.
