I definitely recommend this business. We had an annoying clogging issue with the utility sink in our basement. After trying a few things on our own, we gave up. I don't have a go-to plumber so I went on Yelp, looked for a few local plumbers with a high number of reviews and a 4.5+ star rating. I sent a detailed description and requested quotes from a few businesses and got a response back, probably within 20 minutes, with a quote that included a Yelp discount.

I called for an appointment. At first, they didn't have anything soon enough, got a call back after they got a cancelation and Pat & Jeff were at the house within a day and a half. Since we have a very old house, the work ended up being more complicated than expected; however, the price didn't jump as dramatically as I was afraid of and the work still only took about an hour. Also, the pipes are better configured for the future and they explained EVERYTHING that they did and showed me the parts they replaced. I may know little about plumbing but I know my way around Google so I appreciated that they took the time to explain the work to me.

The work also comes with a 90-day guarantee. Good work, fast and at a reasonable price is not that easy to find. Glad I have a go-to plumbing company now. Thank you :)

I contacted Mac after getting recommended to him at 8:00pm. Loved that he answered his phone and immediately tried to trouble shoot my  lack of hot water problem.  He came over the next morning, got right to work and found the problem quickly.  I had water in the bottom of the hot water heater  which I knew meant a new one was needed.  2 1/2 hours later I was back up and running. Mac has a good attitude, likes what he does and had a god work ethic.  He stands by his work and I would definitely use him again.  I thought I screwed something up, called him 2 days later and he offered to stop by immediately.  I did screw it up and he continued to give great service. To sum it up.  Good service by a well prepared knowledgeable plumber that has a good attitude and seems to care about his customers and reputation!  I was also told by someone I trust that his price was fair.  I would definitely recommend MAC at Fastplumbing 247

Called yesterday early afternoon to schedule an appointment to have a new bathroom vanity installed and a new faucet in a second bathroom.  They were able to send Pete and Noah out that same afternoon to do the work.  The pair were very pleasant, did a great job of explaining any issues they encountered and what it was going to cost to do the jobs and were neat.  Great experience with a plumber and will use them again when we need a plumber.

They were respectful and did a great job fory Granny. I'll call you guys anytime.

Scott is professional, shows up when he says he will and is very reasonable and expert. There was one time that he could not fix the problem and he did not charge me. (Not because he wasn't skilled, but it was a larger building issue, not an individual plumbing issue).

I called to complain about a broken garbage disposal.  Very easy to work with over the phone while trying to troubleshoot and schedule an appointment.  Brandon, showed up ON TIME, was very polite, and answered ALL of my questions.  He quickly diagnosed my issue and did not try to sell me more than needed.  

For any future plumbing issues, I would use Rocket Plumbing again!

Fantastic experience with Thomas. On time, professional, diagnosed the problem, and fair in price. He is very good at what he does and gave us photos every step of the way. Could not give a higher recommendation. Had a plumber I loved that moved away this year and I'm thrilled I have found another. Good people, trustworthy and good at what they do. Cleaned up when done too, beautifully.

Jose is a pro. Extremely accommodating and professional - he doesnt waste any time  offering solutions that clearly wont work. We were desperate as we had a dishwasher that was leaking on our neighbors ceiling[+ without dishwasher!]
He helped solve this issue within the time he had quoted [after appearing on time downtown]
We then had another issue shortly afterwards and yet again Jose did his upmost to accommodate and went above and beyond to fix the issue [pipes not to code] and ran into other problems [stud walls] +over time wise but stayed to ensure he finished the job.
Windy City is reasonable price wise and v fair. His side kick Brian is extremely amusing and like Jose extremely efficient - I would have no hesitation in recommending Jose and Windy City Plumbing and using them [hopefully not!] in the future.

First Chicago Plumbing was very responsive to my communications via text and email regarding a quotation and very accommodating with scheduling an appointment. The initial quotation was in-line with other vendors, but was made easier with the good dialog and communication from Eugene. For the appointment, he arrived promptly, masked, performed the work as expected, and was very good about answering all of my questions and follow-up items. Will be reaching out to them for future work.

Its hard to find a great plumber - after being ghosted by the first, the second was clueless and left me with zero confidence, sound plumbing was my third attempt to get my water heater leak fixed. I was hopeful based on the previous reviews. The company were amazing! Quick, responsive and reasonably priced. The gentleman who arrived was polite, courteous and professional but most of all he knew what he was talking about. He resolved my issue quickly and didn't try to sell me on a solution I didn't need (unlike the other company). Highly recommend and will for sure use again!

Great company: responsive, expert, strong problem solving, excellent equipment. In this case, Jesus hydrojetted my sewer line and there were so many roots that it took him several hours. He also fixed a shower handle and advised on several other questions. After all that, he still only charged me his basic quote. Good people!

Mike Smith from Green Tech Plumbing came in after I fired another local plumber who did a job and charged me $600, didn't fix the original reason I called.  They told me I needed another $700 worth of work to completely fix it.  Instead I cancelled their services and called Green Tech Plumbing.  Mike reviewed the situation tightened the garbage disposal under my sink and charged me $80.  They are honest and competent and the only plumbers I will call in the future.

10 out of 5 stars. I have literally, LITERALLY nothing but good things to say. Danny and Jose Knocked It Out Of The Park. Mark, the boss/guy my husband spoke to on the phone also made an instantly good impression.

Adam came in and was very professional, reliable and quick. He was able to tackle a huge problem without complaining. He even made sure that all was clean when he was completed!!!

The service was wonderful however I was over charged for services that were not needed. I knew what the issue was, and they still chose to look at my tub last which was the cause of the power surge. I was charged for the opening and closing of 7 outlets that had nothing to do with the issue when the smoke came out of the tub. At the end of the day, my tub is disconnected, my circuit breakers  (that had unknown water damage) was replaced, and 7!!!receptacles and trim plates were taken off and put back on.

*I did update this review from a 3 to a 5 because they did reach out to me and adjust the over charge. They truly are a great company.

Our toilet was backing up.  To add to that, every time we used water anywhere in the house, it caused that same toilet to back up.  It was a mess!  Hristo came by, removed the toilet, and brought in a machine to snake the pipe.  He then put in a new toilet.  Hristo was very professional, good sense of humor, and got the job done quickly.  It was a messy job and I never heard Hristo complain.  I would highly recommend Hristo's company for any plumbing job.  Thank you again, Hristo!

Needed a ball valve installed on the water main in my basement. Service was fast and well done. Would use CJ plumbing again.

We love Mike The Plumber and highly recommend him.  He just assisted us with two small plumbing problems at our new house in Rogers Park.  He was so pleasant to work with, fixed the issues quickly, fixed a few other issues in the process, recommended some changes, and was so reasonable in his price.   He also loves dogs, and took time to pet and play with our two pups in the back yard.  Mike is now our go to plumber, and I suspect our pups will be trying to clog our pipes so that Mike gets a call to come back.
