Called Drain-EEZ for a toilet repair.  The came out quickly and repaired it in no time.  Spoke with Pat who was professional and took care of it right away.  I will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues in the future.  Highly recommend!

My water heater failed less than 24 hours before our family (with a one year old) was due to leave on a week long vacation.  I started to call down the list of 10+ water heater repair outfits with no luck until Mac answered my call.  He said his day was booked solid but would try and double-time a few appointments to fit us in.  I was skeptical but hopeful.  He ended up calling me less than 6 hours after my initial call to let me know he was on his way over with a new water heater.  He installed the tank quickly and professionally same-day and ensured we were satisfied with the work.  

Fast forward a week and we return home from vacation to find the new tank isn't working and we again have no hot water.  A quick call to Mac who patiently spent 30 minutes troubleshooting over the phone and diagnosed the issue as a manufacturers defect.  He was back onsite the next morning to fix the tank and we've had zero issues since.  This is the first Yelp review I've submitted and solely because I can't say enough good things about the experience.

We've had two plumbing emergencies in the last several years and both times Rescue Plumbing resolved the issue within hours. This time we called RP after noticing a leak under the kitchen sink. Javier and Reny showed up same day, identified the issue within minutes and had the issue fully resolved within the hour. They couldn't have been nicer, fully explained the issue, were super efficient, and their pricing was both reasonable and transparent. These guys are the best.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Definitely took the customer service to another level with that. Plus, the 10% coupon helped..

I am a bit late in writing this review but I wanted to make sure I took the time to do so. I was very happy with the service I received from Rocket Plumbing. My home is an old one and so are the pipes. The kitchen pipes were leaking quite badly but I did not want a major repair as I am working on re-doing the entire kitchen within the year. Tony gave me some great advice on what I can do. The work was done well and with no mess left behind. The pipes did get loose a few weeks later but when I called to report the issue Tony was back at 8am the next morning to tighten them again (at no additional cost).I would certainly call Rocket Plumbing again.

The condo building I live in had a serious sewer backup issue that impacted two garden level units.  We called around to a few places, and Thomas was quick to respond to the initial request.  We spoke one evening, and he was out out the next morning (with a couple of employees) to diagnose and provide solutions for the issue.  We did our due diligence by getting estimates from a few other vendors, but went with Chicago Sewer and Drain Professionals as they provided the most comprehensive fix, with plenty of details on the process.  Thomas was also very patient with the many questions we had.

As the company name says, they really are 'professional'.  Everyone was polite, and focused on their work.  The job was done within the expected timeframe and for the amount quoted. Chicago Sewer and Drain Professionals got the things done for a great price, and I highly recommend them.

Need more details?  Here's an example:  When getting a quote from another plumbing company, I described what Thomas and his team did to diagnose the problem.  The rep for the other company looked at me and said, Oh...they (referring to Chicago Sewer and Drain Professionals) were using some of the best equipment possible.  I don't even have that sort of stuff on my truck.  If that's what they found, then that really is the issue.  It helped our HOA make our decision on who to go with, and we are all very happy with the results.

I highly recommend Windy City Plumbing. 10/10! A+. 5 stars!  I have never once been disappointed in their service over the past 10+ years. I've used them from everything from fixing the toilet, installing sinks and facets, connecting washer/dryer, and most recently installing water-heater tank. From odds and ends to large projects, I have been fully satisfied with Windy City Plumbing.

Jose and his crew are always cordial, professional, and smart.  Jose gives great guidance that makes it easy to decide on what needs done in my home.  He uses easy language that I am able to understand the problem and options for solutions. He also spots things that might not be up to code (such as my new furnace wasn't hooked up properly), which I am grateful for. I feel confident in their work. Additionally, they are always on time (within the time range that was given to me) - amazing.  I have never been disappointed in their service and their work.

I am glad that Jose and his team are being extra safe during covid. Due to compromised immune system in the household, it is important for guests/workers visiting to wear masks. They did so without complaining and that made me feel secure.

On top of this, his office staff (Myra in particular) is so friendly and efficient.  I appreciate the text communication to arrange appointments and finalize details.  They always seem time to squeeze me in if it is an urgent need.  I feel valued as a customer.

Outstanding service! They called to let me know when they would arrive, they were neat and professional, provide helpful recommendations for avoiding future service issues, they unclogged the drain thoroughly at the price quoted the previous day and then installed a new utility sink for me for a very reasonable price - this was outside of the original service request, but they went the extra mile to help me. I have no hesitation in recommending and/or calling them for service again.

I used Sound Plumbing to inspect the plumbing at a property I was buying. They did a thorough job, scoped the sewer with a camera and checked all the accessible pipes and insured me everything was in good shape. I would use them again.

Jesus responded to my request for a sewer clean out right away and was the best price so far. He showed up on time the day we scheduled and was very professional. He pointed out some corrosion the city had with their sewers and suggested we report it so that it doesn't affect our system. We will call him again for next years cleanout.

ok, so here is the fine print:
I've been smelling a sewage smell on my 1st floor, coming from my bathroom for the last few years. It comes and goes and when it goes it leaves long enough for me to forget about it. Just recently it came back and is stronger than ever, so much so that I can smell it moving throughout my home. I have a family plumber I've been using since the '90s and I'm big on small business so as usual I called and got my home rodded. Since purchasing my home in 2014 I get an annual rodding done since I can't watch what my company and children flush down the drain.

Wanting to get a 2nd opinion I googled and came up with Mr. Rooter, sent a message on their website, and set up a date and time for them to come to consult. I took off work since they told me it was a window from 12-3 pm. To make a long story short, I work overnight and was asleep when they called me at 8 am the day of to tell me they would arrive at 12. Since I missed the called they canceled my appointment. I was upset when I woke up at 11 am to get this voicemail. I took to google again, I had no patience nor desire to deal with this (Plus they told me since I lived on the south side I needed to pay $90 extra for the plumber to come south).

Google lead me to MHJSS. I read reviews and called. I can't remember who I spoke with but the guy was professional and gave me confidence that I'd found the right company.

About an hour later, Danny called me to say he was on his way. (Quick appointment, same day, no BS). He arrived on time with his partner Jose. They asked the perfect questions and before I could explain everything, they knew what needed to be done and starting accessing. Danny took his time and explained EVERYTHING so that I could understand all about my plumbing issues. He showed me things I didn't expect to see since my family plumber does frequent work at my home. I was able to get a Hydro Jetting and he immediately told me why we could smell the sewage in the house.

Being a novice to this entire industry, Danny and Jose made sure I knew what was going on, why, and how it can be fixed. They took their time, did things correctly, cleaned up behind themselves, and did so in a professional and safe manner. They worked great as a team and even better as plumbers. I felt like I'd know them personally before today since they were so personable. I wasn't rushed, I wasn't pitched a sales pitch, and I was comfortable with them in my home.

Bigger name companies need to take notes from these guys. I hope nothing about their process changes because from now on I will be using MHJSS for all my plumbing needs and will continue to refer them to everyone I know, as a matter of fact, my neighbor will be using them soon for his multiunit apartment building (I gave him MHJSS phone number, LOL).

We needed a new box installed in our bathroom to accommodate a new vanity light. Darrell was responsive to our request and spent ample time walking us through his proposal and estimate via phone.

Within a few days, Enis came out to do the work (in a mask and gloves, which was much appreciated). Enis worked tirelessly to install the new box and move an existing outlet to a more ideal placement, checking in along the way to ensure placements were to our liking before moving ahead. Darrell checked in via video call to ensure we were happy with the progress of Enis's work, which was a nice touch.

We're very happy with our new vanity light and switch, and I would not hesitate to call Sims and Sons for any future needs.

I called because we have a spigot on the front of the house that has just a trickle of water.  A spigot, you know, that connects to a pipe in your house through a wall, that you connect your garden house to.  I wanted it evaluated so that I can use it water the front yard, but more importantly to make sure a leak wasn't causing the lack of water pressure.  The woman I spoke to originally said they only do indoor plumbing.  Huh?  Did she think we had a clog in our outhouse? I explained the plumbing for all of this is indoors, and runs through the wall for use with a garden hose. Come on, every house has these.  She said she'd talk to the plumber, and then called back to say the manager said they don't do that kind of work. They don't evaluate pipes with limited flow that may possibly be caused by a  leak.  Good to know. Guess they'd be called a boutique shop, with such limited service.  Or just a really bad plumbing service.

Great service! Would do 4.5 stars if that was an option because the plumber was 2 hours late but he was in and out quickly and was honest about what needed to be done by him and what we could save money on doing it ourselves. Love that they are open on Saturdays to answer calls. We've scheduled them twice, once during our home inspection and this time when we closed on our house and both times were Saturdays. Nice to not have to wait until Monday to get them scheduled!

Spoke with Mike over the phone and he gave me some DIY advice on some of the trouble I had with my old faucet. Though, I didn't feel comfortable changing the faucet myself as the pipes I had were old, I decided to have him come over and do it. During the process, I was able to watch and he answered all the questions I had about what he was doing and he answered all the general plumbing questions I had. I would highly recommend him as he's very knowledgable and patient.

Juan is very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. He fixed the noisy running toilet and replace kitchen faucet for me. He can response quickly with quote based on pictures and videos, and take care of everything. Highly recommended!

I used Noel for a few different services over the past few weeks and his response, honesty and overall professionalism was impressive.  an awkward water heater removal and installation plus some minor plumbing related questions were answered with honest advice given.  He will be our go to guy for a long time.
