The owner of the company, Pat, answered the phone after hours and provided me helpful advice over the phone.  Due to the repair, a visit was needed and Pat worked with me on a time that was convenient for both of us.  He arrived on time, performed the work professionally, went to get a replacement part and even offered some free plumbing advice.  I will definitely call on Drain-EEZ again when I need my next repair.

This is the only company I will deal with moving forward. For starters: the quality of work and customer service is SUPERB. Mac is amazing and clearly an expert in every way. He takes pride in his work and wants to make sure you are taken care of and everything is done the right way. Initially, we exchanged some text messages and pictures to show him my issues, I felt like I was contacting my neighbor to get some help, he was so kind and very patient with me! You can tell he isn't trying to upsell you, or put you through the ringer (lets face it who can last very long with no hot water??).

I have had different water issues over the years and Fasterplumbing247 is the only one I have really trusted and felt really good about. I contacted him around 1pm on a Monday, by 8pm that SAME NIGHT he dropped off my new water heater and some stuff to protect my stairs so he could get started working first thing in the morning. Less than 24 hrs from my first phone call to him and I had a new water heater and ejector pump installed. AMAZING.

I also had some larger companies come by to look at my water heaters/give estimates and they all were going to charge me significantly more money for similar work, but not necessarily the same quality units. Mac uses only top line units - I got a Rheem water heater and a Zoller (sp?) ejector pump. He also included a drip tray and pipe to my drain for no charge - where with the other companies were trying to upsell me to a package that included it. The other large companies were trying to tell me they add in a 6 year warranty as if that was additional, Mac said all good quality units include a 6 year warranty already - just another example of why I trust him for not trying to upcharge me on things.

He is not just a great plumber but a really great human. We traded stories about our kids, he was very COVID aware and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done.

TLDR; If you have ANY plumbing issues, Javier & Jonathan at Rescue Plumbing is there to fix them for the long run.

Wow! I cannot get over how Javier and Jonathan's knowledge of plumbing and frozen pipes, circumvented our 150 year old 2 flat from having all busted pipes to just 4 lousy pipes. After the negative temps hit Chicago right before Xmas 2022, December 23rd, our water completely froze. Javier and team came out that same day and immediately worked in negative temps to try and thaw the lines. I have never seen such determination. He ended up shutting the water completely off to prevent the pipes from bursting when they would start to thaw. He returned December 28th, when the temps rose and thoroughly checked all pipes to ensure that they weren't leaking. We had 4 burst and both Javier and Johnathan worked quickly to find, stop, and fix the pipes. Minimal damage to both units and fixed within a couple hours. They took their time and left the house making sure that everything was working. I cannot get over the professionalism and support that Javier and Jonathan plus the rest of the Rescue Plumber staff shared with us during the holidays and one of the coldest weeks so far in Chicago.

Scott responded right away, was very easy to work with, solved the problem and charged a very reasonable rate.

I've dealt with plumbers who are good at their work, but bad at communicating, and others that communicate well but don't do the job very effectively.  Scott is the best of both worlds.  He sent me several texts over the course of 24 hours updating his status and ETA.  That's a real comfort when you need the plumber there right away.  Highly recommended.

I called Rocket to come look at our hot water heater. They were out quickly, took a look at it and told us it needed to be replaced. They gave us an estimate which ended up being exactly as quoted. They ended up running out to pick up the new water heater, brought it back and installed it within two hours. They showed me the damaged water heater and it definitely needed to be replaced. They cleaned everything up and took away the old water heater away. I was incredibly happy.

We did have one issue, which we ended up resolving amicably. When the guys were replacing the old heater, they shut off the main gas line. After installing the new one, they forgot to turn the gas back on so we couldn't get the furnace to work when it got cold. I called an HVAC guy, not realizing that it might have something to do the plumbing work we had done earlier. I ended up having to pay just to have the gas line tuned back on. When I messaged Brian via Yelp, he got back to me quickly, apologized for the mistake and helped pay the HVAC bill, which I appreciated.

My wife has a condo that is having plumbing issues right now and we're planning on calling Rocket in the morning. Their work is great and so is their customer service.

Thomas came out to handle a last-minute issue in a rental of mine. He arrived early, was efficient, did the diagnostic work quickly and began work immediately. His price was competitive and overall it was a really good experience, which is very important when one calls an emergency plumber! I will definitely use Chicago Sewer and Drain Professionals again!

I needed a new kitchen faucet installed after my original faucet got a leak. I had already bought a faucet with the touch feature. The team came in and quickly were able to remove my old faucet, and install the new one. Windy City Plumbing did a great job and I am so happy with my new faucet!

I had Eugene come out an install an ice line for my fridge. I had incorrectly informed the team when they were quoting the job that the valve needed to connect the line was there. When Eugene came out he saw that he needed to go out a buy the piece I needed to get the job done correctly. He worked with integrity and I wasn't charged extra for his time buying the necessary part due my error. I felt their prices were reasonable, plumbing is never cheap, but I felt the price was fair. I would definitely recommend Eugene and First Chicago Plumbing.

Yelp was right again!!!  I read the reviews and really preferred someone in the hood.   I saw the positive reviews for Kevin and gave him a call.  When I called, he was driving.  He went out of his way to pull over to listen to my issue and make plans to come and look at my plumbing problem.  We planned for the next day as my issues was a slow leak and not an emergency.  He was great to talk with, did not make me feel rushed, listened to my issues and graciously offered to come and look at the problem.
He showed up on time and, in fact, he was here early.  He looked at the problem, identified the unique challenges of the tight space he had to work in.  Before he got deep into the repair, we discussed an estimated price, barring any majors issues.  He performed the work and actually went so far as to make an added enhancement. (My copper pipe was touching a galvanized metal air duct.  He fixed the leak and also rerouted the pipe about 2 inches so it would no longer touch the duct and potentially corrode the less noble metal.)  The repair went as planned and the cost was what he originally quoted, with no surprises.  He supplied the parts and did a very neat and clean job on the solder joints.  In fact, his work looks MUCH better than the original developer's work.  
Ultimately, the price was very fair and I cannot be more happy with the job Kevin performed.  I would HIGHLY recommend him to others looking for the right person for the job at a fair price.

Honest and responsible professional. You can trust Jesus. He paid us a house call after we had a frozen pipe. I was out of town and my wife had to deal with it with two little kids.. He had advised us to run the dryer and put space heaters in the laundry room to thaw the washer line and it worked but only after he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would and found the pipe to have thawed. HE DIDNT CHARGE ANYTHING FOR THE HOUSE CALL!

We just bought a house and on our first night living there discovered that we had a massive leak from the upstairs bathroom into our basement bedroom closet. Not good news. We called a couple of plumbing companies in the area and nobody was able to come look at it in a timely manner. Then we called Green Tech. They were able to schedule an early morning visit that following day. Dan showed up on time even with the snow that was falling. He immediately located the problem and was able to fix the leak right then. He also answered all of my fiancé's questions regarding a weird plumbing set up in the basement, Gotta love old houses. All in all the service was courteous, efficient and professional. We are definitely keeping them in mind for our future plumbing needs.

Daryl is an expert in his craft.  We needed a dishwasher removed, a new dishwasher installed, and a garbage disposal installed.

No joke, within an hour of first talking to Daryl on the phone, he was in our home inspecting what type of work would be needed....on a Saturday!  Daryl happened to be in our area eating lunch and took time away from his family to inspect our situation.

Daryl provided clear and concise information regarding the type of work needed and how it should be done.

Fast forward to Monday morning.  Work was underway at 8am sharp.  So, a little less than 48 hours after my initial call he's in our kitchen working.

Here's how Daryl helped us:
-Was able to remove old dishwasher without needing to cut into floor
-Clean re-wiring of dishwasher connections
-Clean re-arranging of plumbing to accommodate garbage disposal and improve efficiency
-Added outlets and switches for easy use of dishwasher and disposal

Daryl even installed a light fixture for us free of charge when we asked his advice about it, and installed a dimmer.

Great guy, great work, do yourself a favor and put Sims and Sons on speed dial.  Honest appraisals and fair prices.  Couldn't be more impressed with this company.

Needed a ball valve installed on the water main in my basement. Service was fast and well done. Would use CJ plumbing again.

We love Mike The Plumber and highly recommend him.  He just assisted us with two small plumbing problems at our new house in Rogers Park.  He was so pleasant to work with, fixed the issues quickly, fixed a few other issues in the process, recommended some changes, and was so reasonable in his price.   He also loves dogs, and took time to pet and play with our two pups in the back yard.  Mike is now our go to plumber, and I suspect our pups will be trying to clog our pipes so that Mike gets a call to come back.

We had a leaking garbage disposal that we found out about on a Friday night. Juan came out the very next day and replaced it for me at a very reasonable price. He also fixed a p trap that was about to leak with some spare parts that he had in his truck.

On top of that he also gave me some great advice on some other plumbing projects that I'm working on.

I had 4 plumbing issues going on and called Noel based on his stellar Yelp reviews.  I wasn't disappointed!  He is friendly, thorough, punctual and knows his pipes.  Rarely does one find a professional, competent and nice service person like Noel these days.
