We were looking to replace outside wiring for our backyard lights. Stefan was very responsive via the Yelp website and over the phone. We had been in contact on a Tuesday, and he was able to come that following Saturday (he was available to come sooner, but Saturday worked better for my schedule). He was able to provide an estimate over the phone after I sent him a couple photos explaining what would need to be done. Very knowledgeable and thorough. We had decided on a 10AM start time, and he actually arrived a few minutes earlier! He arrived wearing a mask, which is much appreciated during this time. He was very communicative and professional the whole time. Our setup is very old and had never been serviced, therefore hadn't been working for a number of years. Stefan was able to install/update new wiring and lights and everything works perfectly! He also followed-up a few days later to make sure everything was working ok, which again is much appreciated! Would definitely recommend him and will call him for any future projects!

Darrell was absolutely fantastic . I called him late at night, not knowing if I had a real electrical emergency. He came the next morning and took care of the problem right away. He was very professional and explained the work that he was doing. I would not hesitate to recommend him for all your electrical needs.

They were great! I asked for an early appointment and they scheduled me for 7 am....guess what? They were actually there at 7 - none of these 5 hour windows I hate so much. The technicians were very polite, very professional.  And, they were done quickly - I actually made it to work on time! The price was more than fair, and I'm thrilled to have my power back. Had a great experience with Ted wiring and installing two new ceiling fans. We needed to install the fans in rooms which did not have an electrical box in the ceiling. Ted came fully prepared on time and got the job done.  Ted explained what he was going to do and made it happen.  Will definitely call again when the next project comes around.

My electrician from Highlights showed up 31 minutes after I called them and was nothing but professional and friendly! He wore a mask and booties the whole time so it felt very COVID safe.

He was quick to diagnosis the problem with my smart switches and come up with a solution and even went above and beyond to recommend to me the brand of switch he prefers and showed me the exact Amazon page to purchase from.

All around good experience and I will definitely call on them again!

We are in the process of tearing down a house we recently purchased, and hired Rogelio at Alex Electrical to cut the main electrical line from the pole to the house, as well as remove the cable lines, the electric meter, and the electric box in the house. Rogelio was extremely knowledgeable, very responsive, professional, and got the job done in less time than the estimate. I continued to use Kinetic for a slew of electrical projects around my home until I moved June 2016. The projects included several repairs, the replacement of numerous lighting fixtures, and the installation of an electric baseboard heater in a finished basement. I am sure the total spent far exceeded several $k, and I am sure I got great value for my $$.

During the course of my time working with Kinetic, I met several of his crew members and came to trust each and everyone of them. But no matter what, Ted, the owner, always answered the phone, returned calls promptly, scheduled all projects, and dropped by the house often to inspect work. I will miss the reliability and craftsmanship of Kinetic. I wish them the best.

Could not recommend a better electrician!

I had a desire to install ceiling recessed lights and ceiling fans in a few rooms for some time. After doing some research on Yelp, I found Tom and gave him a call. We were able to set up a in-person consultation soon after, where he walked me through the options for recessed LED lights (4in vs 6in) and spacing of said lights. We agreed on an overall plan and start date.

During the project, Tom and his men were timely, clean, and very efficient in their work. They carefully calculated and marked out the placement of the lights and fan on the ceiling in each room for my approval before starting to cut into the drywall. In the end, they had to cut into a surprisingly small amount of the drywall to put everything together. In the two places in each room that they did have to open up the wall, they carefully replaced the drywall, saving me from having to make any large patches before repainting.

I wanted to use a particular smart dimming switch (Brilliant), but it was backordered and did not arrive in time. Tom hooked up everything using temporary switches and came back later to finish the job once they arrived.

Overall, I would definitely use Tom and his men again! I have a couple other projects around the house I've been thinking of (electric car charger, exterior light, replacing track lighting with more recessed lights, etc.) and plan to use Tom for these projects in the future!

Ted changed out fixtures throughout our house, including a difficult chandelier in our dining room. He also fixed a hot outlet and looked at our garage electrical. He was on time, fairly priced, and did great work. We'll be using him again.

Alex did a great job replacing a broken switch. He responded quickly to my initial request and was fast in communicating throughout the scheduling process. We are very happy with the quality of work.
We'll likely have to have most of our old wiring replaced and are looking forward to have Alex and his team back. Seems to be a newer company, and I'm glad we took a chance on them.

Two Fixers, Ishmael and Toufit, came in, did a walk through then got to work.  Minor plumbing repairs, little things like adjusting leveler on wire shelving, inserting weather stripping around a/c unit, filling a hole in baseboard.  Their attention to detail made the final results look good and work properly. Big thing was spraying in foam insulation. I had safety concerns about this and there was a snag but the Fixers figured out a workaround that got the job done in an acceptable manner.  Good job on clean up - a real plus.  I've had other Fixers who were not as good.
Loss of a star? I made lots of changes from initial scope of work and the various concierges did not keep up very well.  However they  were very understanding about my building's rules for having paperwork on file - we got it done, finally.  Definitely plan to use again.
