The best thing about Pat is he quotes by the job ahead of time, not by hours worked.  Pat fixed our garbage disposal and unclogged bathtubs.  I am not going to write anymore now because tonight I will get a good night's sleep finally.  If you want to know more about Drain-EEEZ, just read the rest of their reviews, they are all true.

Sucks dealing with a broken water heater. But Mac came even earlier than promised and kept it real throughout the process. And he lives up to his company's name. Never saw anyone replace a water heater so fast. Knew exactly what he was doing.

Toilet clogged late night and Dex came very fast. Fast and efficient, fair price for emergency after hours. So reliable, I love the fact that I can call someone after hours and they come and fix without gauging.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Definitely took the customer service to another level with that. Plus, the 10% coupon helped..

Great, responsive service. Scott was also able to loop in a unexpectedly required at the last min to get the job done. Would recommend for sure.

Garbage disposal went bust - Rocket Plumbing was easy to schedule the work, and Anthony did a great job with the repair. He also provided feedback on basic usage of the disposal for future use. I plan to use them again in the future.

Highly recommend Eugene and his crew! He was able to provide a rough estimate from photos due to covid. Great communication throughout the project. They replaced old plumbing and installed a new bathtub and then the final trim in for the shower/bath parts. Friendly and kept our place clean.

Kevin fixed our plumbing problem however the reasons for my 3 star rating are the following:

1. he was almost an hour late and he told us he'll be late 5 mins before the scheduled time.
2. he ended up charging us way more than his initial quote. Granted that his initial diagnosis was wrong, we ended up not having a choice since he was already there. He said the parts were more expensive, etc.
3. we referred him to other people and I think since he felt we were already committed,  he wouldnt schedule an early appointment any more so my neighbors ended up waiting a week.
4. Our trusted plumber costs almost 100% less than him. The reason why we hired him was because it was an emergency and we wanted the job done ASAP and our plumber couldn't do it ASAP. As an example, our plumber charged us $80 to replace our toilet. When we asked Kevin, he quoted us $150 AND if there are any complications in changing the toilet, it might be more.
5. he didn't give us a receipt. He said he'll email it to us but he didn't even get our email address!!!

I had to use them a second time for something and they were really good, able to come out quickly and very customer friendly, all the while explaining exactly what needed to be done.  I won't hesitate to use them again at all.

Seriously...Kevin and his crew are top notch. Not only in the work they do, but the follow up customer service and honest quotes. While I use Yelp for reviews, I never leave one...EVER. I feel compelled(I was not paid for this review) to speak out. I had Green Tech come out the first time for an emergency. We had just purchased a home, and of course within 8 weeks we had a flood in our basement. Kevin had someone out promptly and it was repaired quickly. The 2nd time was to rod out the main sewer line. This time I decided to shop my service, and we ended up having Green Tech handle the job. Once again, it was done promptly and Tim was great to work with. The pricing was on point. Kevin did give a higher estimate, but he did say it would most likely be cheaper. He wanted to give an honest estimate in a worst case scenerio. He refused to do a bait and switch and he personally followed up once the job was complete. Quality work and honesty in this line of business is usually difficult to find. The reviews he gets are definately true, and I feel lucky to have found this company.

So far so good. The crew were very responsive,  came the next day, and helped us clear out some slow drains and a backed up line

We had to have a gas leak repaired and used Captain rooter first the first time. Adam helped diagnose and fix the problem. He went out of his way to make sure everything was done correctly and answer all of our questions. He also made a few other recommendations and finished up the work quickly. Everything came with a warranty, which added additional comfort.

My husband and I found this company on Yelp after an unexpected power outage in our master bedroom. We were very impressed that Darrel answered the phone at midnight on a weekend and came over himself the following morning. He was able to take care of the issue quickly and explain why it had happened in a way a lay person could understand.

We unfortunately had a similar outage a few weeks later in the same room (unrelated- lucky us!). We texted Darrel and he immediately responded to help diagnose the issue via text. He got us set up with a service call the next day from Enis. Darrel knew all the right questions to ask was able to narrow down the issue via some pictures. Enis then came over and replaced our outside GFCI outlet which had gotten moisture into it. During both service calls the men wore booties and masks and were polite and informative. We obviously weren't thrilled these issues occurred back to back, but felt very comfortable that Darrel and his team were trustworthy and extremely competent. We also appreciated the follow up call from Darrel to make sure we were completely satisfied with our service.

We would be happy to recommend their service and would definitely use them again in the future for any other electrical needs!

The project was not a simple plumbing repair; a cold water line beneath a small area of our garage floor had burst before we purchased our home and washing the car and watering a portion of our lawn was challenging.  Only two of the four contractors came-out to even look at the project.  
After a little emailing back and forth I had a cost estimate (reasonable) and scheduled date.  The two plumbers showed up on time and completed the project in half a day; their work was excellent.  They cleaned-up fairly well, but their shoe covers were a little dirty and have to hire someone else to repair the concrete floor.  That's why I rated them a four instead of a five.  While they didn't have as many reviews as others, I won't let that be the deciding factor.  I'd recommend them...

I called them after multiple pipes had frozen, thawed, and burst in our home. They got back to us right away and helped us the following morning. Dmitry methodically figured out each issue, checked in to explain what was happening, fixed the issue, and got us back on our feet in a day. And did so with care to preserve as much of our fixtures and bathroom as possible. An honest, responsive plumbing company we will be sure to call the next time we have an issue.

I am very happy that I called Mike the Plumber! I had a clogged bathtub, and Mike fixed my bathtub problem quickly with same-day service.  I moved into my vintage condo recently, and Mike answered my questions and explained how the plumbing in my older unit works.  He is coming back to fix a radiator next week. Mike is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and takes a lot of care in his work. I highly recommend Mike and will hire him again!

Juan replaced my 75-gallon water heater. It was a more complex job than initially thought, as it required numerous adjustments to existing gas and water pipes to accommodate the new unit (of a different brand), but Juan was patient and thorough to make sure the job was done right (despite the extra time commitment required). This was the third large plumbing job that I've hired Juan to tackle. I always find him to be extremely responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and more affordable than others. He takes tremendous pride in his work and never looks for the easy shortcut, which is why I continue to make him my first/only call when a plumbing issue arises. You won't regret doing the same.

Mr. Noel is an independent plumber. He works for himself so he has total control of his schedule. He tells you exactly when he is available (not a ridiculous two hours window). and shows up on time. He does not charge an exorbitant fee like others do.  What a pleasure to do business with him!
