Pat and Lou are awesome. We had new countertops installed and needed a plumber to reconnect our new faucet, sink, and garbage disposal.

From the beginning, it was easy to work with Pat. He is incredibly responsive (you can text with him) and he returns calls quickly.

Lou came by to do the work, was friendly and got everything working properly! After some discussions with Lou we decided we wanted to install a water filter so we scheduled another appointment for them to come back out!

I will definitely be calling them for all/any plumbing needs (only wish I found them sooner). Thanks!!

Jim immediately responded to my Yelp inquiry requesting that I call his cell, which I did. He requested a few photos of my water heater and promptly called me back with his plan and quote. My pilot light was not staying lit on my 17 year old tank, and he recommended replacing the unit which we agreed with. His quote was very reasonable and he serviced our 3rd level condo within 2 hours of my inquiry on a Friday holiday weekend. He communicated well, was timely and reliable and friendly. He finished in about an hour of his arrival. Would HIGHLY recommend his services.

Broken shower diverter - read the reviews on google that these guys are super honest and upfront. Couldn't agree more. Victor was so nice and tried all the low cost easy options first and foremost and actually fixed it on the spot! Communication was great, Victor is so nice too. He even gave me some great tips and recommendations if I have any future needs, tips and tricks to maximize the life of our plumbing, and did not try to sell me anything extra.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Scotty is definitely our new go-to plumber.  He's thorough, careful, knowledgable, and dependable.  He showed up smack on time, knew exactly what he was doing, passed muster with our building engineer, and did fantastic work.  What impressed me even more, though, is how careful he was with the work.  He knew about the unique problems presented by high-rise buildings.  He made sure that the fixtures we were buying were going to be safe to use with our water pressure.  He insisted on seeing the spec sheets and brought with him all the valves, hoses, and supplies that were correctly rated for our building.  In short, he prevented me from making a mess of things.  I can not recommend him too highly.

These guys saved the day. Mike and Jake came out the evening before Thanksgiving after we had been unable to use any water for 24 hours. As it turned out we had a huge plant growing in our ejector pump that stopped up the entire system. They identified the problem quickly and sorted it out in no time. I am very very thankful!

They are real professionals that have the latest equipment, experience, manpower. They are respectful of your property. I had a complicated situation with all these obstacles in one of my rentals. Just finished my appointment with First Chicago Plumbing, and after the disasters I have been dealing with from other contractors I've used, I felt compelled to leave this review on a business that does things right. Eugene was quick to respond and very professional over email. Scheduling an appointment was easy and they were able to make it out the same week.

Jorge and Sergio (I believe that was his name) were the ones on site. They were nice and explained everything to me. There was some work that was up in the air on whether it needed to be done, and ultimately they were able to get the job done without the additional work.

The biggest part of my work was correcting a disposal hook up my contractor horribly botched during my kitchen renovation. They were able to correct everything and hook it up correctly. It looks SO much better (see before and after pictures attached).

Everything was cleaned up and then tested in front of me to make sure it worked.

I thought the price was fair and very close to the quote I received. It's the city, so if you want good work you can't cheap out (as I've learned the hard way). Ultimately I was just happy to have actual licensed professionals who knew what they were doing.

I'll definitely use these guys again and keep them on my speed-dial for any future plumbing needs!

Kevin has done 2 repairs for me over the past year and they were both great experiences. He's very professional, reasonable and helpful. The most recent repair got a little complicated due to my building's water pump system. He came in the next day after the repair was completed to help us figure out the water pump - something that my own building maintenance man was unhelpful with. Now, not only is my bathtub faucet working, our building's water pressure is amazing. Very happy.

Jesus responded quickly with a quote and his availability.  He was quick and did a good job!  I'll use him again if needed!

We have had GT out a few times and they have always been amazing. Very transparent about the issue, pricing, etc. Definitely my first call when something goes wrong with my plumbing!

Excellent service all around!! They responded immediately to my request for a quote, gave me a reasonable range, and then stuck to it. On top of that, they were the friendliest guys and they provided top notch service. They took care to be tidy and made sure everything was in working order before the left. Cannot recommend them enough.

Mike and Adam were awesome. I called at 8am because my water heater wasn't working. They were out within an hour, but the water heater was past the point of repair. They removed the old unit and installed a new unit the same day. I was back up and running by 2pm... Amazing service!

Darrell and his team did a wonderful job!  We had some storm damage and Darrell was quick to respond to my questions and scheduled an apt to come out and review the damage.  After he saw, he wanted to get it fixed same day to ensure our AC was safe to use.  Him and his team showed up after hours, HUGE win in my book.  They were fast and well priced.  Thank you Sims and Sons!

Actually it was not a crack in our chimney as I told you repeatedly. It just had to be sealed where the water heater is attached to the ceiling. Green Tech Plumbing fixed it yesterday. If you don't know how to properly install a hot water heater, I suggest you learn. As far as ever contacting you again for services, don't worry.

I am revising my prior review after a prompt and very polite and well reasoned explanation ftom the owner of cj plumbing.

The gist is:

1.  They are extremely competent and pleasant to deal with.
2.  Discuss ahead of time the charges for every service

I just got a condo and bought it knowing the master bath did not have a working toilet, no water in the tank even with the valve turned on. I sent out the general yelp estimate search and Mike gave me a call back right away. I told him the issue and he was able to come out same day. He got my toilet working fast and helped me with my new shower head. The price was great and will definitely be calling him when i need things done in the future.

They were amazing and did a great job to fix my toilet issue. I can't recommend them enough. They explained the whole process and were so accommodating. Fantastic!

Noel came to my home quickly to examine a drainage problem. Unfortunately he did not have his rodder with him (it was not his fault as I had given him some bad information), so he could not assist me. But he was really gracious about it. Strikes me as a guy who works hard and charges a fair price.
