I had a very quick response when i called Drain-EEZ - They assigned Lou Agosto to us and he showed up promptly within the time period described to me one day later.

Lou very clearly described the problem with my tenants toilet leak. He had photos on his mobile of every problem he encountered due to the previous, and very poorly done, installation. He documented every fix that he implemented and walked me through exactly what he had done and why. In addition the steps were all explicitly documented on the bill for my records.

He finished the work quickly, the price of which seemed very normal to me - and after the installation was done, he took a little extra personal time to generally discuss water quality in the city of Chicago and steps that any responsible home owner should take to protect themselves from waterborne pollutants (important when you own a hundred year old building)

Lou was knowledgable and a pleasure to talk to - I had a great experience. I will be calling these guys again for my next plumbing need.

This review is much over due, sorry Mac, got a little busy.  But my water heater was starting to falter and my wife having to cold showers in the morning was the final straw.  Mac came over and took a look and showed me that my water heater was starting to leak and could bust at any time.  Boy i'm glad I called.  Mac gave me a great price and the service is solid.  Its been 5 months now and the water heater is going strong with no issues.  Mac is a great guy who is straight forward and honest.  That I will definitely be calling him for any future plumbing needs.  Thanks again and if your looking for a good plumber you can't go wrong with Fastplumbing247

I had a variety of plumbing issues on a condo I purchased. Scott was great, he was quickly able to diagnose the problems. After he knew what components were needed, he quickly ran to the local hardware store, came back with what he needed. He was thorough in addressing the problems and didn't leave until he was satisfied things were working properly. I highly recommend him, and will absolutely use him for any future issues.

I used them once before and I liked them.  However, this company has become a little pricey.  

I just replaced a bathroom faucet at work for $450.  The labor cost is $260 for 1 hour of work.

Two days later, I need to replace a faucet at home.  I used an Evanston company. The cost is only $253.

I voiced my concern and the company's owner called me to resolve the issue.  Price was adjusted down.  So, I think this company does care a lot about what it does.

Will echo all the other Yelpers here. WCP has been great. We're a condo association housed in a vintage building. So, there are issues with pipes. WCP and Jose have been great in helping with our plumbing needs. Responsive and fair pricing. Jose explains what needs to be done in layman's terms. He's thorough and professional. Gathered 4 different quotes to have a water line and spigot run from my roof deck to our nearest bathroom(~12 ft).  First Chicago Plumbing was the cheapest quote we received, with the next closest quote over twice the amount of First Chicago's.  Moved forward with First Chicago Plumbing to perform the work, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Not only were they the price leader, but their quality of work was/is impeccable. Additionally, the two plumbers that performed the work were friendly and engaging - a delight to work with overall. Having been 9 months since install, the spigot and bib have held up very well through the rough Chicago winter, and I have no doubts First Chicago Plumbing will be my go-to plumbing contractor moving forward.

Awesome experience with Kevin and Mario! My hot water heater went out and I called a few plumbers, having to leave voicemails for each.  Called Sound Plumbing and Kevin answered the phone, asked me some questions and was able to diagnose the issue. He came out within a few hours, cleaned the flame sensor and the water heater started working again.

Unfortunately, it went out again after an hour, so the next morning he sent Mario who wound up calling GE tech support to determine what to do.  I was able to order the part and Kevin instructed me on how to install it myself.  It has been several days and it's still running, but when it's time to replace, I will definitely call Kevin.

Long story short, Village came out to look through the sewer line before they started a main sewer project next Spring, they could not see because our sewer line was full of water.  Went through Angie's list and found a highly rated plumbing company with good reviews and the cost was $99.  They came out, could not clear the clog, their camera was under water too and proceeded to provide us with an estimate to install a new cleanout outside my home at the cost of $4800 to $6800.  We had the line cleared about 2 years ago and there were no problems but we couldn't remember who we had come out so I went to Yelp.  Looked around and found that I could provide my situation and have multiple companies respond.  The most frequent questions and answers came from Kevin at Green Tech Plumbing Co. so I decided to look at their reviews on Yelp.  Not a bad one in the bunch and even the one, just one mind you, that was only one star Kevin responded as I would want any one to respond by taking ownership.  I talked to Kevin on the phone and he is as others have said, attentive, quick to respond and tells it like it is.  He said I was out of his area of service but if I wanted to pay the extra then he would send someone out.  He told me if he came out and could not clear the clog that he wouldn't charge me but wanted the opportunity to provide an estimate for the outside cleanout.  He said if he did come out it would be about $500.  Kevin sounded like he really knew his stuff so we agreed and made arrangements for him to come out today.  Dan and Nick were very professional.  They asked questions and I told them all of the above and they went to work.  They got the clog cleared as anticipated.  They put the camera in to show me and they could move the camera out all the way to the street connection to show that it was cleared.  Dan was very clear explaining everything he had done, showing me what was what on the camera view.  Showed me different areas of the sewer line so that I would know it was completely clear.  I am very pleased, very happy and would pay the extra for them to come out again if needed.  Thank you Dan, Nick and Kevin.

They were WONDERFUL! Super communicative over Yelp and the phone; fixed our kitchen sink drain VERY quickly after another company came and failed (and tried to get me to do all sorts of extra other work); were super neat, conscientious, and careful; and were lovely to work with. We're asking them to do other work for us, too. As they walked around looking at our house to help do the estimates, they advised us on different approaches to save money and for better effect. Really loved this company.

I needed help fixing a leaky pipe underneath my kitchen sink along with having my toilet replaced, and their plumber Manny came and provided friendly and helpful service. He made sure the work was to my satisfaction, and he took care of everything I needed.

It was 10 pm on a Tuesday night - in a deep freeze - when we realized our newly installed furnace had blown a power line in our home. We were without heat and had a huge fire hazard looming while our young daughter and two dogs were already fast asleep. Darrell and his team were at our home almost immediately and worked with the HVAC company who had just installed the unit to identify the source and configure a remedy. When a midnight run to Home Depot did not suffice, they worked until 2 a.m. making sure our family was safe to stay at home through the night until Home Depot opened again in the morning. They returned promptly and finished quickly, cleaning the entire work area before they left.

I needed a plumber at short notice. I did Yelp reviews and I found ABV. We worked out a time for us to meet. Chris was prompt and met me at the front door. He put on booties to keep the floor clean and started looking.  He found the problem quickly, went out for a part, was back soon. He finished up installation (including being nice about a propane torch smell) and cleaned up well. Price was good. We're going to start using him more for our work at home.

I called during a holiday weekend assuming they wouldn't get back to me until the following week, but I received a call back within an hour of me leaving a voicemail. From that point on, the whole process was just so effortless and efficient. Dmitry was super professional and told us exactly what the issue was and what we had to fix. The next day, someone came by, fixed everything up in 1 hour! I was so pleasantly surprised of how quickly everything was complete. Highly recommend Mike! He was great at communication, texted updates & arrived when he said he was going to. Wore a mask the entire time. We had a laundry list of issues - leaking faucet, replacement of shut off valves, wax ring replacement on one of our toilets, etc. He had a cancellation & was able to come back & take care of all our issues the same day. He also fixed minor things we didn't think to ask about (& he didn't charge extra for these fixes) - fixed water pressure, secured a wiggly knob on our sink, etc. He did the work quickly & left our place tidy & clean. So happy we found Mike!

Juan came out to replace a wax ring on a toilet. He quickly did the work and the toilet is now very secure. He was  friendly and able to do the work with a days notice. Reasonable price and very responsive. I would definitely use him again for any plumbing work I need done.

Noel is fantastic. He was very responsive and communicative before he even showed up to review the problem.He spent 11 hours dealing with some incredibly difficult roots that had grown into the pipe and stayed until 8:30pm knowing I couldn't stay home from work the next day. He fixed everything and after he was done cleaned everything up so you wouldn't even know he had been there!  You should absolutely use him for any plumbing needs!
