We had a fabulous experience with this company. Our ejection pump broke, leaving sewage backing up in our basement. They came almost immediately, assessed and correctly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed quickly that day. They were careful to avoid leaving a mess in the house and gave us advice on getting the smell and preceding mess out of there. I would highly recommend them for their diligent, professional, prompt work.

This is the absolute best place to call for anything to do with water heaters. Our water heater's pilot wouldn't stay lit so we called to get a quick inspection to what would probably be an easy part swap. On the phone, Mac was knowledgeable and asked for a few quick pictures. After seeing the model and everything, an appointment was made for early the next morning and he arrived on time. Once he came, he was very conscientious of cleanliness, and wore a mask. Upon a quick inspection found that the whole underside of the tank was leaking and we needed a full replacement. Under normal circumstances this would be terrible, but Mac walked me through the why and best options with no up selling or pressure in making me feel like anything fishy was going on. Within 2hrs he had left to get the new heater, removed the old one, installed the new one, and even helped clean the utility room so everything was clean behind the tough to get to spots of the utility closet. His quote and final price were the same and very reasonable. His attitude, professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail and cleanliness were 100% perfect and everything is working perfectly after install. He even checked back in with us later to make sure everything was good and we were happy with the abundance of hot water. There is no one else to call, only Mac!

We installed a water heater the other day and didn't have hot water. Vincent came over on a Sunday during the bears game and got it working! Vincent deserves a nice warm lunch!

Scotty did an outstanding job. He was very easy to communicate with when it came time to schedule the visit. He was prepared and he was on time (in fact he was even early for the follow up visit). He did a good job and explained things very clearly. The prices were very fair and more clearly communicated than other local plumbers we spoke with for our sink issue.

Absolutely great service and wonderful plumbers! Our neighbors had a little disposal backup that caused flooding in our kitchen and Rocket Plumbing came to the rescue within in an hour to unclog the blockage and give us a little plumbing education. We had an emergency where our pump for our basement toilet stopped working. They responded right away, gave us a quote and came the same day, a Sunday. They replaced our pump quickly with no surprise charges. They practiced social distance and wore masks. Very pleased and would use them again. They install quality pumps too, no cheapies.

Windy City Plumbing went above and beyond to fix another plumber's major mistake.  The owner and his employees communicated every step of the way, were extremely courteous and were easy to work with.  Being such a large project, the owner broke down each step and checked in with me daily to ensure that I was satisfied with how the work was progressing.  

Windy City Plumbing's pricing is fair and accurate.  Prior to calling Windy City Plumbing, I found out the hard way that plumbing pricing estimates can vary widely.  The quality of the work speaks for itself and is well worth every penny.  They are the only plumbing company I will ever call as long as I am living in the area.

We had a persistent sewer gas issue in our house for a long period over the winter. It was an awful experience that leaked raw sewer smells into the basement, which was subsequently vented into the whole house through the central air system. We were unable to escape outside due to covid and cold, and it led to a miserable wintertime. I would not wish that on anybody.

We had multiple other companies out to try and address the issue, and nobody seemed to offer much help.

We had Eugene and his team out many times to try and address the root cause, and found a whole host of issues, probably caused by the interior drain tile installation (Reliable Basement).

Eugene and team were professional, on-time, patient, and dogged about trying to find the root case. We ultimately found issues with cracked pipes along the drain tile system, a crack in the floor drain, as well as a collapsed pipe on the city side. All of which was difficult to diagnose due to our house being quite old.

I cannot speak highly enough about First Chicago Plumbing, and would never hesitate to get their assistance.

Very impressed with the high level of professionalism and the end product. Both Kevin and Moe were willing to work during the middle of the night to get the job done. Kevin also maintained an open line of communication with the flooring guy who also was sharing the work on the project. The cliché that its hard to find good help is notwithstanding with Sound Plumbing - my staff & I are delighted with the high quality and craftsmanship.

Very pleased with Midwest Hydro Jetting and Sewers service. I had reached out to them due to my toliet backing up in my basement. Right off the bat I appreciated the cleanliness with wearing booties before even setting foot in my home which was very nice.Danny came in removed the entire toliet and rodded our line. After 2 hours of fighting with it he managed to pull a massive pile of feminine wipes! Informing my wife and I that no wipes or pads are toilet friendly.Overall I was very pleased with their service and definitely would recommend them again. 10/10

I had a really bad kitchen sink clog that I tried snaking it myself with no luck.  Was referred to Mike, called and left a message, and had a return call within 30 minutes.  Mike juggled his schedule to come by same day and had my problem fixed in short order.  Highly recommend calling Mike when you have a need.

Juan was a pleasure to deal with!  Knew he was going be late for my appointment and called me 10 minutes ahead of time to apologize for the delay and make sure it was still ok for him to come out.  Then did the job quickly and explained what he had to do as he did it!  Then charged less then half of other quotes I received!  Would highly recommend Juan for all your plumbing needs!

Noel is wonderful! Came out on short notice and helped with a garbage disposal emergency. So happy to now have a go-to plumber for all our plumbing needs.
