I'm so happy I found Drain-eez on yelp. They definitely deserve the positive reviews.

Within 5 minutes of submitting an inquiry, I received a call. Katrina was so kind and explained what she thought the issue may be with my cold water. Later that day we chatted more and her husband helped me trouble shoot the issue and solve without him even coming out or requesting a fee.  This is a stark contrast to some other companies I called, where they immediately quoted a price and without asking any questions about the issue.  I will undoubtedly use Draineez again and recommend them to all my friends!

I called Mac on July 3rd. He reminded me I was under warranty, and advised I call for the part to save myself a couple hundred dollars. I thanked him, did exactly that, and called him again the day the part arrived. It took him all of 10 minutes to get my heater back up and running. The holiday delayed shipment of the replacement part, but Mac was there the next day after I received the part. On top of all of that, he was perfectly happy to indulge my overly affectionate dog. =)

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. We noticed water leaking from our garbage disposal on Sunday evening and contacted Scott based on his Yelp reviews. He responded quickly and made time for us with short notice. He asked great questions and for pics of the sink ahead of time so he was prepared with all the replacement parts right away. He was fast, professional and gave great recommendations for improving the safety of the wiring to our disposal. I'm so glad we hired him, Scott will definitely be our go-to for any future needs!

Brian was fantastic!  He was here right on time (maybe a minute or two beforehand), jumped into the problem, was up front about capabilities and resolved our issue quickly while educating us on ways to prevent future problems.  He's a nice guy, is passionate about his business and is honest - hard to find these days!

Courteous, responsive, timely and quick. They cleared a persistent clog in the kitchen. They rodded deep through the pipe and had it perfectly flowing in a short time. Cost was fair to have my kitchen back in order. If you want to get your issue repaired fast call these guys!

Promptly set up appointment to install garbage disposal. My mistake though, because I did not already have it purchased. Jose's crew were polite and recommended brands for me to buy. They came later and installed it well.

Messaged about 6 highly rated plumbers on a Sunday night for an abrupt shower drain blockage and Jesus responded very quickly and could come first thing Monday morning. He had the drain rodded and cleared within an hour. He also had to maneuver around our vanity that the drawer wouldn't come out of-making the job much more difficult for him. He got the job done though without breaking my vanity and I will definitely use him again!!

Amazing professional and friendly service. Eric came out and took care of our shower valve issue, as well as fixing a couple things in the other bathroom. Very neat and clean service, did not leave a mess at all. Even took his shoes off right away and played with our excited puppy. This is a company you can trust.

Danny is a true asset to this company. He was at our place for a good 3 hours cleaning our sewer line. He started with the most cost-efficient alternative of power rodding, which is also more conservative for older pipes.  This was sufficient in order to be able to scope the line and inspect for possible issues. He showed me on the spot that the line itself was unbroken, luckily! Because of this experience with MHJSS,  I am in the process of hiring them for another project, and will use them to inspect my next residence, hopefully soon. Thank you Mike and Danny!

We had an emergency pipe break in our basement and water started spewing everywhere. Our water shut off wasn't working, so I frantically searched the internet for plumbers who could be there quickly. We had a plumber from another company come first and he said he had no idea how to fix the problem (thanks) and left. Next, we called these guys who were here in under an hour. LIFESAVERS!

It turned out that our b-box (city line shut off valve) was super old and messed up and that was preventing us from turning off water to the home. The team worked late that night and were here at 9 am the next two mornings to help us resolve the issue really quickly and run new piping from the curbside into our home.

Adam specifically went above and beyond, checking in with us frequently to keep us updated on costs, ETAs of when the team would be here, and more. He explained the whole project start to finish. Thank you so much, Adam!!

Our window ac cools the whole first floor of our 1920's Bungalow. During those early hot days in June our ac kept tripping the breaker if I set it any lower than 74. My mom is in her late 80's and is a cancer patient. Her room was 84 degrees! Not safe at all for her and I feared she'd get dehydrated. I saw Sims and Sons had 5 stars and honestly I was skeptical. Is this company really that good? Yup, it is! I called close to 5:00 on a Friday and got a message so I hung up thinking they were closed for the weekend. Maybe 10 minutes later Darrell Sims called me back apologizing for missing my call! I explained my situation and per his request sent photos of my electrical panel while we talked. He diagnosed over the phone that I needed a sub panel so the ac would be on its own breaker and quoted me a fair price. He was honest, personable and empathetic to my concerns about my mom including her high risk for covid. He assured me he'd send vaccinated guys which was exactly what I needed. Sunday night he texted me the guys would be at my house Monday morning! The guys (Anel, Delvin, Christian and Graham) were courteous and really hard workers. They hustled and got a sub panel added, grounded the house, added a new outlet and repaired an outlet that had sunk into the wall (that was outside of the initial scope but they added it without batting an eye.) The guys also wore the N95 masks I supplied without a single complaint. It was the best possible scenario I could have hoped for. As a person who has immunocompromised family members, having strangers in my home during this pandemic is really scary. Sims and Sons made me feel like family was in my home helping me take care of my mom and taking steps to make sure she's comfortable. I'm really grateful to Darrell and his guys for being so responsive and doing everything they said they would! Darrell is a great guy and he's running a great business!

Requested quotes through Yelp for a toilet install on Sunday night. ABV was the first to respond and had the best price. They showed up at 10 am the next morning and professionally installed the toilet and took away the old one. Couldn't be happier!

We bought a house, and within a week of moving in everything turned to sh*t (literally, in some parts of the house). I called a bunch of other places, and CJ Plumbing was the only one who could make it out quickly. They were responsive over the phone and via text.

Then, when something that should've been simple got much more complicated due to the age of our home (we had a bad main valve), they stayed until the problem was fixed. All this, and at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend this company.

I have a tenant in Rogers Park and needed someone who would be able to go to the tenant and take care of a clogged sink. (I do not live near enough to be able to head over on short notice myself.) Mike responded to my request almost immediately, we talked on the phone and I provided him with all the information I thought would be helpful. He gave me a very reasonable quote and was able to schedule an appointment with my tenant and handle everything that needed to be done. The job was not too small for him! So grateful that he was able to come out and handle this for me and quickly! My tenant said that Mike was an awesome dude and everything is now running smoothly. We both greatly appreciate his service!

Juan and his coworker stopped by today. Really nice guy and gave a lot of tips and insights on top of fixing our drain. And very reasonably priced. We'll definitely call back again.

I am so excited to finally have a plumber I trust in Chicago. I was having drainage issues in a bathroom: toilet flushed fine, but the other pipes in the bathroom were gurgling every time I flushed. And there was an awful sewer smell coming in. After researching on my own, it appeared there could be a major issue with the plumbing vents. I called a few places who were going to charge 300+ to come out and look at it. After calling Noel, he immediately asked: how often do you use the shower in there? I said never. He said the u pipe under the shower drain likely dried out which was why the water swishing sound was happening in the drain. He had me run the shower for 30 seconds. It was a miracle - that simple suggestion fixed it! No more smell, no more gurgling. He also took time over the phone to explain the plumbing setup to me (I like learning these things). I am happy i finally gotta guy for my future plumbing issues in Chicago as Noel was a good samaritan today and fixed a problem over the phone others were going to charge out the ass for. Thanks Noel!
