They came on time, were approachable and friendly, did all work efficiently They gave me their honest, no-pressure opinion of estimated work required to fix an ancient and dripping tub faucet, while also offered workable short term way to address the issue.

Great service! I had a hot water heater issue and I was I was contacted almost immediately by Jim who provided a simple fix and didn't try at all to upswell anything.  Will be 1st to call for next plumbing project.

I called rescue plumbing at 7pm not expecting a call back. They answered and immediately sent someone to help me, as my hot water was not working. Dex and his assistant arrived, and they immediately told me my water heater was too old and not working. They told me I would have to replace it, and I assumed they would have to come back, but Dex told me they could take care of it that night itself. They went back to their office, got the new heater, and installed it that night, and were done in less than 2 hours. They also wore covers on their shoes and put protection on the hardwood floors so as to not get anything dirty or damaged. They did amazing work, and were very quick, friendly, and professional, and I had hot water immediately. Thank you Rescue Plumbing and Dex!

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Definitely took the customer service to another level with that. Plus, the 10% coupon helped..

After posting the review below I was contacted by Kimberly and Brian (owner of Rocket). Both were concerned and apologetic. Kim explained that they went through a period when they had issues with their phones and this had caused consternation for many customers. They quickly provided the needed letter. It is clear that Brian takes pride in his company and strives to provide knowledgeable and excellent service. If I have plumbing issues again, my first call will be to Rocket. Rock on, Rocket!

I had originally posted a 5 star review of Rocket Plumbing but I deleted it due to lack of follow-up. I originally called Rocket to assess water damage in the bathroom of my condo after the maintenance staff kept saying it was caused by me showering. The Rocket employee (I really liked him so I won't give his name) took one look and stated the damage was definitely caused by water leaking from somewhere above my unit. He was damn good at his job and followed through by meeting with both my upstairs neighbor and the building engineer. The building engineer told both me and the Rocket employee that the water leak originated two floors above me and stated that they would take care of it. The employee rightly sensed that there might be trouble with the management office of my building and told me to let him know if there were any problems. The employee also did a good job of replacing the wax ring on the toilet. I called the employee and he did call back once but when I answered the call no one was there. Subsequent calls were not returned. The management office and maintenance staff are still being uncooperative and I really need a letter from the Rocket employee giving his professional opinion as to what caused the damage to my bathroom.

Chris and Sam stuck with a tough job of gaining access to rod out my sewer line through the catch basin in a 100 year old Oak Park house.  They tried two or three solutions before nailing it and running 60' of line to the street. (The lip to the sewer pipe is broken; it's 8 feet down inside a 2 foot hole; the geometry makes it very tricky to get the cutting blade in the line...)  I think I've had other companies give up and fake it, but I watched the Windy City team do it right. Thanks!

Jesus was very reliable and charged a reasonable price for the hard work he and his crew did at my house. He was faced with a very difficult challenge (poor location of the waste pit and (what we didn't know at the time was) a non-functional pump). He and his crew patiently addressed all the issues at our property. I will call him next time we have any plumbing needs!

Our sewer backed up and I was looking for a new plumber on the day after Christmas. I picked Green Tech based on my conversation with Kevin, the price quoted to rod out my line, and the 5 Star rating I saw on Yelp. The tech that came out was knowledgeable, professional, and ran a camera through the line after initially rodding it, rodded it again after seeing some more roots, then ran the camera through one more time to show me that the line was clear all the way to the main. Awesome service! Thanks to Kyle, the tech, and to Kevin. I hope we don't need you for a while, but when we do, I'll call Green Tech!

couldn't even get this guy to commit to go out there. he suggested i contact the original installer......duh, i did which is why i contacted them.  No one wants to work these days.

I was happy that they sent someone out the same day, but the purpose of the job wasn't addressed. I let Adam know that one of the owners was having an issue with their basement toilet. Adam had the main sewer hydro-jetted, but not the extension that goes to the bathroom with the issue. When the owners got back in town yesterday, they let me know that their problem still exists. Its exactly the same as it was. So while we likely needed the main sewer cleaned, if problem wasn't addressed, let alone resolved, why bother spending $745. I wish I had been told before, not after, that the line in question wasn't cleaned. It also puts me in an embarrassing situation for hiring them to do the job.

Loved that I could reach them first thing in the am.  Told them my problem and they went right out there and guess what?  There wasn't a problem at all.  They reassured me and just charged a fair service fee.  I'm thrilled that no work was needed.  I was out of town and they could have taken me to the cleaners.  But they didn't.  I own a townhouse in Chicago that I rent out and it was Sims to the rescue.  From now on, if I need any plumbing, electric, drywall, anything....they are my go to guys.  PERIOD.  I'm a divorced, single woman who knows NOTHING and they make me feel safe and taken care of.

I had a great experience and result. They aren't cheap at 250 for first hour and 185 for additional hours, but the work was excellent and for a licensed plumber you probably won't get cheaper. They were very responsive, scheduled me right away, and followed up to ensure I was satisfied.

I had a really bad kitchen sink clog that I tried snaking it myself with no luck.  Was referred to Mike, called and left a message, and had a return call within 30 minutes.  Mike juggled his schedule to come by same day and had my problem fixed in short order.  Highly recommend calling Mike when you have a need.

Our ejector pump broke.  They had someone out immediately, gave us a fair price, were clean and efficient.  Can't ask for more!
