Definitely, I had a lot of problems with my plumbing, they came out almost immediately after calling several different companies say they could not come out for 4 to 5 business days I found them on yelp and they resolve my problem

My water heater burst in the middle of the night and these guys took care of in the next morning. Incredibly fast and answered all my questions.

Thanks to Rescue Plumbing and Dex for coming so quickly and rodding our main sewer line. He saved our place from flooding. Not only did he help with the Sewer line but he gave great advice about toilets. He even cleaned up after he was finished.

They were respectful and did a great job fory Granny. I'll call you guys anytime.

I had a variety of plumbing issues on a condo I purchased. Scott was great, he was quickly able to diagnose the problems. After he knew what components were needed, he quickly ran to the local hardware store, came back with what he needed. He was thorough in addressing the problems and didn't leave until he was satisfied things were working properly. I highly recommend him, and will absolutely use him for any future issues.

i have had a few issues to have fixed and rocket plumbing has done a great job. last week byron spent a good 6 hours putting in a new water heater. it took longer then usual because of how old my valves werebut managed to get it fixed.

today byron was to come and fix more valves under my sink but got tied up which is a complete hassle for me. i lie in a condo complex and have to give the management 48 hours notice to get the water turned off....byron was able to get bryan  to take his place which helped me greatly....and bryan was able to complete the task by my condo associations time frame.

will use rocket again!

I (weirdly and accidentally!) got a  spray bottle stuck in my toilet pipes, and it was super clogged. First Chicago Plumbing was FANTASTIC! Raudel arrived exactly on time, and he was friendly and super resourceful -- had to try a whole bunch of different things to get that dang bottle out, and he was professional and communicative throughout. It was all reasonably priced too, considering he literally UNINSTALLED and REINSTALLED the toilet?! I absolutely recommend these guys (and Raudel specifically!). Lifesavers.

I should have reviewed this a long time ago - my disposal started leaking under my sink...I posted on yelp for quotes or people that would be interested in my neighborhood for this small job.  I got a few responses but Sound got back to me right away and was able to come the next day. He offered to bring a comparable disposal or if I opted to get my own he would install.  I let him do it all.  Not only did he come and do the work fast and efficient - he also fixed the pressure on my sink that has boggled my mind since I've lived here.  Great guy - highly recommended.

While I have never done a yelp review before, I was so unbelievably impressed with the level of service I received from Green Tech that I felt this was necessary. From the moment I called Kevin I knew I was in good hands. He was able to schedule me in for the next day, which was great. Dan arrived on time the following morning. He quickly fixed all of our issues for a reasonable price. When something else came up later in the day he came back to ensure everything was working properly. He explained what was wrong with our current plumbing situation and kept us informed of what he was doing to fix it. I could not have been more pleased with the level of service I received from Dan and Kevin. I would definitely recommend these guys!

Contacted Midwest Hydro Jetting for advice, after hiring another company whose hydro jetting machine was underpowered, and unable to clear a blockage in my sewer line.This company recommended that I spend several thousand dollars to install a clean out, which I realised may or may not solve the problem, given that the location of the blockage was towards the back of the building. Midwest recommended trying to rod out the line first, before resorting to having them hydro jet, or install a clean out I appreciated all the advice, and how they were trying to save me unnecessary additional expense.

So, we live in an old bungalow. We purchased a new range for our kitchen - it was delivered, and beautiful, and basically sat in the middle of the room - ok, I may be exaggerating a bit - but it did stick out a good 4 from the wall. The gas pipe coming up through the floor was to blame. Ugh. We called our usual plumber, they took a week to come out to tell us it would be super expensive, they would have to come back a week later to do it, it would take all day, and they would have to go through the exterior bricks of the house.

I felt like this seemed off. After a quick yelp search, I found Captain Rooter, a phone call, a knock on our door the next morning, an estimate of LESS THAN HALF and the job DONE in less than two hours - gas pipe moved over, no disruption to exterior bricks, and oven range in place snug against the wall. So happy.

Asked Darrell to come out and give me an estimate on a  line I needed for my  dryer. He came out gave a  great price and installed it that same saturday   Couldn't have askEd for a better service.

I called because we have a spigot on the front of the house that has just a trickle of water.  A spigot, you know, that connects to a pipe in your house through a wall, that you connect your garden house to.  I wanted it evaluated so that I can use it water the front yard, but more importantly to make sure a leak wasn't causing the lack of water pressure.  The woman I spoke to originally said they only do indoor plumbing.  Huh?  Did she think we had a clog in our outhouse? I explained the plumbing for all of this is indoors, and runs through the wall for use with a garden hose. Come on, every house has these.  She said she'd talk to the plumber, and then called back to say the manager said they don't do that kind of work. They don't evaluate pipes with limited flow that may possibly be caused by a  leak.  Good to know. Guess they'd be called a boutique shop, with such limited service.  Or just a really bad plumbing service.

We had a pipe leaking for days in a very tight space. Once we identified the leak, most plumbers stated they couldn't come out for days. CJ Plumbing was able to come out almost immediately and fix the problem despite the small space, I was worried they would have to cut into the drywall. I would highly recommend!

Mike is awesome! What started out as a simple kitchen drain rodding, turned into an angioplasty of about an 18 section of drain pipe due to excessive amount of grease build up. Then, in spite of the drain pressure build-up exploding sludge all over him, he held his composure and cleaned everything up. Very professional with a great work ethic. Mike is now my new go-to plumber.

Juan and his colleague went above and beyond on a service call! I needed a toilet installed in my elderly parents bathroom. Juan assisted me through the purchasing process, advised me on how to measure for proper fitting, evaluated pictures I sent, and answered many questions. He was reasonably priced and offered to come out the next day.

Because we weren't sure if an elongated toilet would work in this small space, I purchased two. Juan installed the base of the elongated so my parents could actually see how it fit. We went with the round toilet and Juan also took the time to install safety rails on it and advised my parents not to use as a support bar to get in the shower.

Lastly, any business owner who actually takes the time to reply to his customer's reviews, shows how he cares about them. We'll have Juan back for another project for sure! As others mentioned, they came in mask ready and were incredibly polite, efficient, and cleaned up. Thank you!
