I had bought a new kitchen faucet that I was going to replace myself and then had second thoughts.  I decided to contact Drain-EEZ and they were terrific.  I work in healthcare and I am often not available.  Pat contacted me and I was able to set something up easily and quickly.  I was not able to be there the day of the appointment and had someone available to be there.  He reported that Pat and his son were awesome:  arrived on time, professional, knowledgeable, honest and worth the money.  I paid what he quoted and after he was done I realized that I am glad I had this taken care of instead of doing it myself.  We will be calling them for any future issues.  Thanks Drain EEZ and Pat!

My wife, infant son and I had just moved into a new construction single family home on a cold, snowy Friday afternoon.  And had family in town helping us with the move.  We noticed on Saturday morning that we couldn't get hot water, which obviously isn't a problem you expect to have when being the first residents of a newly constructed home.  We called the developer, who couldn't even get the plumber who installed all the plumbing in the house, or apparently any other plumber in the City of Chicago, to come out and figure out the problem.  So the construction manager for the developer came out to try and fix the hot water heater.  He wasn't having any luck, so he called the developer's plumber (who evidently was too busy snowmobiling to come out and fix the problem with the water heater he had just installed).  The plumber gave him instructions over the phone as to how to reset the motherboard.  These instructions didn't work, at all.  It's now around 6pm and still no hot water.  We took matters into our own hands and found Fast Plumbing 24-7 on Yelp.  Mac answered the phone right away -- and this was Saturday evening -- and after we explained the issue, he knew what the fix was right away.  He asked for the make and model of the water heater and, over the phone, calmly explained to me how to reset the motherboard and fire back up the pilot light.  It worked perfectly, and we finally had hot water.  Keep in mind that the plumber who actually installed the hot water heater was unable to help fix the issue over the phone, but Mac was able to do it with a 7 minute phone call without ever having seen the water heater.  Mac was a hero in my house that weekend.

The day after a huge rainstorm last month, we realized our sump pit was full of water, and mere inches from overflowing. I called Rescue Plumbing and they could be here that afternoon. Fred and Frank came out and were fantastic to work with. They first tested to make sure it wasn't a water pipe leak under the house, and then determined that there was a clogged sewer line. Our house didn't have sewer access so they were going to have to put that in under our front porch. The crew was able to start the next day and completed that portion of the job as well as getting the clog out. The following day, Fred and Frank installed a new sump pump since ours was at the end of its lifespan.

Everyone at Rescue Plumbing was super nice (especially in my stressed and anxious state), professional, and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend them and we'll definitely use them again as well.

They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. They responded to my message quickly. Once I was ready to make my appointment, it was easy and the time that I requested was available. There was an issue as far as meeting at the time that was selected but sometimes technology fails us and I wont fault them for that. Once the issue was brought to their attention, it was resolved right away. Dan came out and did a great job. He was thorough in his explanation of the issue as well as the solution and got it done it one visit. I would definitely recommend this company but would just suggest confirming your appointment time the day of.

I hired WCP to replace the tanks on two toilets in my condo and they were a great company to work with. Jose was great during the quote/booking process and his team was very polite, friendly, and efficient.  No issues.  The repairs ended up taking a lot less time than expected and Jose reduced my labor cost without me needing to ask, which I appreciated.  I would def us them again.

I work at a non profit art gallery in the river west area and had to finish installing an exhibit for an opening two weeks ago.  After arriving early in the AM to finish installing the show, I noticed that one of our toilets was not flushing.  In fact, it started overflowing into the bathroom.  I had too much on my plate and immediately knew I needed a plumber.  i called Sound Plumbing and talked to Kevin.  I was on the way to his next job and he said he'd be right over.  Kevin showed up less than 20 minutes later, snake in hand, and got right to work.  Within minutes, he cleared the obstruction and had the toilet working fine.  Problem solved.  Never before have i had such a professional and prompt response from someone in the trades.  I will definitely use Sound Plumbing the next time the need (and waters) arise.

Jesus came out a few times for some work that we needed done.  He's very professional, honest, licensed, and efficient.  I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

I've used various plumbers over the years but decided to call these guys based on their Yelp reviews.  I had water dripping through my basement ceiling from a pipe hidden  in the kitchen walls upstairs.  I called Greentech and talked to Kevin.  He sent out a great young plumber, Tim.  He arrived exactly on time, made some measurements, and determined where in the wall the leaking pipe was probably located.  He made a small 6x6 cut in the wallboard - and there was the dripping pipe.  He made the repair.  I had been envisioning a major disaster; instead the job was done in 45 minutes, at a very reasonable price.  From now on all my plumbing business goes to Greentech.  The 5-star reviews are well deserved.

After contacting several other companies which either went ghost on us or gave insanely high quotes, Mike replied so quickly with a reasonable quote- much lower than any others in the area. He offered to send a professional to our home the next business day and they were right on time. Daniel was quick, informative and he fixed the problem immediately, and I ended up having to pay less than expected which was great. I will definitely be calling them again in the future should I have any other plumbing issues!

Adam came in and was very professional, reliable and quick. He was able to tackle a huge problem without complaining. He even made sure that all was clean when he was completed!!!

Darrel responded to my estimate the same day and his workers Dino andEli did a great job on on my ceiling fan install and 3 outlet replacements. They arrived on time and couple hour later done. Everything

The plumber was on time, he was courteous and even covered his boots with booties so as not to track into our house. He took pictures of the work and showed it to me when the job was finished. The internet said the job would take a few hours, he was done in 40 minutes. He cleaned up nicely. You wouldn't even know he had been there.  
So far, the repair of our toilet has held up and I expect it will. Should we need a plumber again, ABV will be our first call.

Mike and his partner repaired the work done by two separate Angie's list plumbers (one sent to repair the errors of the first) who removed my outside faucet pipe through a wall behind a built-in television console, and then shoved it back through the bricks without any attachment, leaving leaking water inside my home.  The resulting water seepage into the cabinet was causing significant damage.  Mike responded to my urgent call, notified me he would have to cut inside the cabinet to fix the problem.  I agreed and he then made fine interior cuts that are not visible from outside the cabinet and are easily repairable inside.  In short order, he then replaced the pipe to perfection!  He also repaired the upstairs sink faucet the prior plumbers had left open pouring into the cabinet also!

I had Juan and his team to replace a kitchen sink for us. The team was the best. Juan and the team did an excellent job, and they were really fast and made everything look really nice. And they cleaned up everything after they finished. I would definitely recommend him if you need to hire someone for sink installation, the price was reasonable among all others that I requested. I would recommend him to my friends and families as well!

Wow.  5 stars from nearly 50 reviews!  After meeting Noel for the first time yesterday, I understand why.  Extremely knowledgeable and couldn't ask for a nicer more trustworthy person. We had a leak under our kitchen sink.  Noel diagnosed the problem quickly and had us up and running in about an hour.  He even followed up the next day with a text to make sure we were able to return the problem faucet.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
