I called Fastplumbing247 Water Heater Repair to replace my 19-year-old water heater.  They exceeded my expectations in every way.  They responded to my request within an hour and scheduled the work for the next day.  Jimmy quickly and accurately pointed out the work to be done and completed it in just a couple of hours.  He was knowledgeable,  courteous, and clean. I asked for estimates from several other companies before deciding to use Fastplumbing and received some suspect responses.  I am completely confident I chose the right company and highly recommend Fastblumbing247.

Vincent and Lobo were extremely polite and fixed everything quickly. I really appreciate how quickly they were able to come out, it's nice to have emergency plumbing services when needed.

Edited just to add that they fixed my toilet within about 20 minutes. The valve and flapper needed to be replaced and they had the items on hand to do so. They also replace the water pipe hooking to the tank.

They were respectful and did a great job fory Granny. I'll call you guys anytime.

Could not have asked for a better experience, especially for my first time needing a plumber in a high rise. Scotty was able to come out within 24 hours of the first call, and not only fixed our clogged sink but also gave us a few tips on other things around the sink that could be improved and even helped us do it right then and there. He was in and out, very nice, and charged a better rate than some of the other plumbers I talked to. Great experience and will use again for all plumbing issues!

We had a major water leakage from the condo unit above in the middle of the night and I am so glad we called Rocket.  They call back first thing in the morning- so prompt- and always were helpful that day.  They ended up coming out three times to help solve our problems (each a different issue) and each time they were timely and professional. Sam, our plumber, was so helpful throughout this entire process.  He always explained the situation very carefully and openly with us so we felt comfortable moving forward and understood what was happening.  He was always prompt and did his best to fit us into his day to make sure our job got done ASAP.  We will definitely be using Rocket again!

Thomas came out to handle a last-minute issue in a rental of mine. He arrived early, was efficient, did the diagnostic work quickly and began work immediately. His price was competitive and overall it was a really good experience, which is very important when one calls an emergency plumber! I will definitely use Chicago Sewer and Drain Professionals again!

To end on a positive, Jose from Windy City texted me that he was sorry for the late proposal, as well as posted on Yelp.  I did appreciate his reaching out to apologize. Thank you!  Everyone deserves a second chance, but for the huge cost savings alone, I would pass on your company now that I found a highly-rated, quick response plumbing service who does good work for much less. I'm sorry.

On time. Got done what I needed done fast and everything looks great. I will certainly be hiring them again for any plumbing needs that arise.

I just had the best experience working with Kevin from Sound Plumbing. Due to a leak and some minimal water damage, I needed both my bathroom toilet and sink replaced. Kevin was prompt in returning my call, coming in for an estimate and getting the work done in a jiffy. His work is top notch. Last but not least - Kevin's prices are beyond reasonable. I can't wait to have a friend who needs a plumber so I can send him their way!

Where to begin... yesterday I called up Green Tech Plumbing because of a leaking valve in the crawlspace of my home. Now, normally something like this would be super easy to fix (just tighten the nut) BUT I was nervous to do it myself because I have no idea where the main water shut off is. My house is old, I'd had other plumbers not be able to figure it out, so I thought one just wasn't installed. Anyway, I called and spoke with Kevin, explaining my problems and we talked through the problems and what the solutions would be. He gave me a quote over the phone but said that he would have his guy (who wound up being Tim) look for the water shut off before installing a new one. By the by, my home is old so it is completely possible for there to not be a water shut off valve other than what the water company uses (in case you guys think I'm nuts). Oh, and Kevin said that it would take 3-4 hours to do and would cost $500 - $600. I agreed and we set an appointment for the next day (the leak was just dripping so not an emergency).

Cut to today, Kevin calls to make sure I'm home and tells me that Tim is on his way. Now, I really appreciate this because there is nothing worse than having some strange man show up at your house and you not know who he is or what he's doing. Anyway, about 10 minutes later Tim shows up. I show him to the crawlspace an reiterate the problem. Tim was down there for less than 2 minutes and found the leak, assessed the fix, and found the water shut off. 2 minutes. I was shocked because I had a couple contractors and a plumber not be able to find it! Anyway, I asked Tim to show me exactly where it is and if we could double check that it's the shut off for my entire home. He was super patient and showed me the valve and waited for me to double check all the sinks and tubs. Sure enough, he was right and that was the water shut off. Tim even showed me how to tighten the nut and explained that it's common for a leak of that nature just due to turning the handle on and off. So yeah, I was stoked with all that and the best part? When I asked how much I owed, he laughed and said he didn't do any work so it was free of charge. I mean, I insisted on paying him and he said it was fine and to have a great day! So not only did I get great service from the moment I called and spoke with Kevin. But then Tim shows up and is patient and allows me to follow him around to see what he's doing and to make sure I understand my own house. But no charge?! Wow.

All of that being said, I highly recommend Green Tech Plumbing. I will definitely be using them for all future plumbing projects.

Borderline scam company, interested in selling high priced services not fixing customer's problems.
Paid $425 for a service call they could not resolve. They tried the $1500 upsale for jetting service which was not required.
The next day I called Willies Drain cleaners who properly worked the tree root issue and pulled 6 clumps of roots out of the drain.
Fixed the problem Captain Rooter wouldn't and for $225.00.
Beware!! Not a good service. I gave one star since ZERO is not available.
Use a regular drain cleaning service before ever calling this bad company.

I had a great experience with Sims and Sons. Scheduling was quick and easy. They showed up to provide an estimate within days and the work was done shortly after that.  Dino and Eli were wonderful! They showed up right on time, were so efficient doing their work and even made a special trip to the store when we needed matching light switches. They were friendly, kind and very knowledgeable. I will definitely reach out the next time I need an electrician.

I like i got a Quote on Yelp instead of being told they cant give a price without someone coming to the house and then you are potentially wasting days and then you get a too high quote but feel pressured to go with them, so when i got a quote from ABV and thought it fair i made a appointment and they came the next day.

Extremely poor communication. Dmitry wanted to handle everything through text (which is completely fine) and I sent him all the details and pictures I could. He said he was good with the info I sent but his estimate on the work was very vague so I asked for clarity and didn't get any. I then asked if he could email the details and proposal to me, he said Saturday which was 4 days away. i understand he probably has other jobs so I waited.
On Sunday still nothing...followed up saying I want to move forward with the work based on the initial estimate but just need the detailed quote to make sure...he asked for home address and that was it. Monday I follow up again and then said he will send out a proposal once I confirm I am interested in scheduling and it still wouldn't get sent out for another day.
As you can see how frustrating the communication has been. Maybe he does good work once you get ahold of him and seems fairly priced as I compared to other plumbers but if you don't get a quote in a couple days after providing the scope of the job, just move on if you're hoping for something sooner than later
*response: again the issue is poor communication. I did tell Dmitry I was looking for service immediately and it took a week for them to tell me they are 4 weeks out. They did not offer in person, only a follow up call that was not even needed. Screenshot of that conversation is below.

Great, fast service from Mike the Plumber. He came on short notice to remove then reinstall my kitchen sink plumbing after I had some new counter tops installed. He even fixed my bathroom toilet (slow to fill up) and unclogged my bathroom sink.  The price was very reasonable and he performed everything very quickly. If I ever have any plumbing issues I will be sure to call Mike.

All the prior five stars reviews are correct. Juan and the gentleman that accompanied him did a fantastic job putting in a new toilet for me. Efficient, cleaned up everything afterwards, friendly, and most important...knowledgeable about plumbing. Extremely fair pricing. You get the sense he is a very honest individual and I sometimes get vibes from other professionals that they are trying to extract every dime they could from a job. I did not feel this at all with Juan. I didn't know anything about toilets and Juan spent time on the phone with me before I had even booked him for a job explaining details to look for that I wouldn't have known. Contacted him back once the toilet arrived and he promptly responded to my text with a day and time. Even took time after he finished the job to explain a separate issue I was having with one of my pipes regarding the washer (went down to the basement, etc.). I've stored his number in my phone and won't hesitate to call him back if any further plumbing issues should arise. He will be my go-to guy from here on out. 100% highly recommend.

I woke up at 5:00am to an exterior spigot which busted due to the cold weather.  Wouldn't you know it, it was on the morning before flying out for a long weekend get away.  Left a message for Five Plumbing LLC around 6:20am, and Noel got back to me in a jiff.  Maybe 30 minutes later at  most, what a relief!  I shut the water to the house, scheduled an appoint with Noel for 8:00am on the first morning upon my return.  Noel texted me the day before to confirm his visit.  He arrived on time, assessed the issue, fixed the problem and cleaned up afterwards.  What's not to love.  I'm having him come back to take care of a few other items once the weather warms up a bit.  Very nice guy too.   So happy to have found him.
