Pat and Jeff are plumbing gods.  After I did something really stupid...too stupid to mention here...Pat and Jeff came in a relieved a lot of stress with professionalism and humor.  If you need a plumber who's honest and gives it to you straight, look no further.  One of the biggest fears as a homeowner is not getting stiffed by plumbers, electricians, etc. because after 1 minute they know if you know anything about their craft and can take advantage.  Not these plumbers.  Great guys.  Thanks Pat and Jeff, you guys are fantastic, but I hope I don't see you again.  I mean that in the highest respect.

We were in need of a water heater replacement urgently and reached out to FastPlumbing247 based on their Yelp reviews. Mac (the owner) responded right away and was willing to come the same day to replace the heater. We scheduled for the next day and they came right on time on a Sunday morning. Mac and Adam installed the heater in no time and did a clean and quality job. They were very professional and easy to work with. They was very careful taking the 75 gallon giant heater up and down  our tight staircase. Price was also good, especially for the quality of work being done on a weekend. Highly recommended! Five Stars.

Rescue Plumbing to the rescue again! We have had Victor and his helpers out to our house twice this month to take care of a leak under our sink and a new faucet install. Both times, the guys were amazing. They explained the issues thoroughly, went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of, and gave us excellent advice about things we can do moving forward. They were super quick & efficient and even friendly with our kids. What a joy it is to FINALLY find plumbers we can trust and who are so responsive. Thanks again, Rescue Plumbers!

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search & found fast response from Discount Plumbing. I requested a quote on yelp and they responded within minutes & they said a technician can come out & gives me a FREE quote with no obligation. They arrived in minutes and my toilet soon was able to flushing like it was brand new! I appreciate them walking in with booties and walking me through the whole process & answering my questions. Scott is a tremendous find! Plumbers can be so expensive and many are kind of unreliable, but Scott is responsive, a great communicator and, most importantly, a very skilled plumber. He fixed our non-working shower in under an hour at a very reasonable price. He's also very friendly--we really enjoyed talking to him and our dog adored him. Highly recommended!

I worked with Rocket Plumbing on fixing a leaky external water spigot that had ruptured in the winter.  From start to finish I had a great experience with Rocket Pluming.  With starting a conversation online with Yelp, to a call to diagnose job and discussing a repair estimate, to scheduling an appointment.

Their staff was on-time to the appointment, friendly, and able to perform the job in the time they estimates and were very tidy.  Additionally their plumbing solution helped mitigate this issue from happening again.

They were very responsive and came to fix our bathroom sink within a couple days of reaching out. (Probably would've come sooner but I wasn't available) They arrived on time and were very efficient with their work. Dan was super friendly and walked me through everything he did. Highly recommend them!

Windy City Plumbing is the only company I use. Jose and his crew have done nothing but go above and beyond for me. I've had them rod out my sewer line several times, they always come the day I call, their prices are beyond reasonable, and the crew is nothing but respectful and polite. I recommend them to all of my neighbors and friends in the area.

I had to add this. A coworker and I were talking about who we use for work around our homes and got into an argument over who the best plumbers were. Turns out we both use Windy City. There's no one better around. They're reliable and go out of their way to follow up and make sure you get the best service.

Awesome experience with Kevin and Mario! My hot water heater went out and I called a few plumbers, having to leave voicemails for each.  Called Sound Plumbing and Kevin answered the phone, asked me some questions and was able to diagnose the issue. He came out within a few hours, cleaned the flame sensor and the water heater started working again.

Unfortunately, it went out again after an hour, so the next morning he sent Mario who wound up calling GE tech support to determine what to do.  I was able to order the part and Kevin instructed me on how to install it myself.  It has been several days and it's still running, but when it's time to replace, I will definitely call Kevin.

I just finished with Diego and he was a pleasure to work with and responsive to questions. The drain issues were resolved and he explained all the issues. Thanks guys

We had a clogged bathroom sink that needed fixing, and we needed it fixed as quickly as possible. We tried unclogging it ourselves with a plunger, but that didn't work, so we decided to call in a plumber.
Looking over the reviews on Yelp, there were a few services we were considering. Ultimately, we decided to go with Green Tech Plumbing due to how quickly they respond to inquiries about estimates, their reasonable prices, and how quickly they were able to send a plumber out to our home.
Once one of the plumbers, Tim, arrived, he was able to unclog our sink and get all its parts working correctly again quickly and efficiently.
In all, we were very impressed with the service and professionalism of this company!

Had a kitchen sink clog well past the P-trap that I spent hours trying to fix myself with several trips to the hardware store.  Danny and Alex came out the next day and fixed it without an issue.  Very friendly people and did a great job, cleaned up the water and junk that came out of the pipes so I didn't have to ruin my towels doing it myself.  Also very reasonably priced compared to other quotes.

Thanks again!  You'll have my business again next time (hopefully won't need a next time though!)

I brought these guys in for a second opinion on a job to clear a slow drain in an upstairs bathroom. The tech that came out was pretty condescending.  He didn't clear the drain, which was not his fault, but he gave us an estimate 2.5 times higher than the first company we brought in, AND after he did whatever it was he did, we have standing, rusty water in our bathtub where we we had none before. The attached picture was taken 8 hours after he left. The drain used to run slow. Now it's completely stopped up and a total mess.  On top of that, his high written estimate was $200 more than the verbal one he gave me a few minutes earlier. May have been a mistake but certainly left a bad taste in my mouth.

Update - now the sink is backing up into the tub. Never did that until these guys came to our house

Update 2 - we had another plumber come out. He fixed it. Said it was tough but not impossible and the resolution that Captain Rooter suggested (over 3k) was completely unnecessary.

Amazing customer service!  I contacted them about a circuit breaker issue at 4:45, had a quote by 5:25, and Darrell (the owner) was out to fix my electrical issue by 6:15.  Very knowledgeable and efficient, and was able to get me back up and running quickly.  Highly recommend this family run business.

Great professional service and a job well done. Dmitry from CJ Plumbing arrived on time and had all the parts that were necessary to fix my leaky, drippy bathtub faucet and my non stop running toilet. I just moved into an old house and it's such a relief to find a good repair person who gets the job done right. They are a little pricey 250/hr but worth it. I would definitely call them again if needed.

I just got a condo and bought it knowing the master bath did not have a working toilet, no water in the tank even with the valve turned on. I sent out the general yelp estimate search and Mike gave me a call back right away. I told him the issue and he was able to come out same day. He got my toilet working fast and helped me with my new shower head. The price was great and will definitely be calling him when i need things done in the future.

It is hard to find words adequate enough to describe how truly awesome Juan is. I hired him to install a new toilet in my home. I had seen the wonderful reviews about him here on Yelp, and that made my decision much easier. Juan utterly exceeded everything I was anticipating. He was very responsive and communicative. He showed up on time, and even waited patiently outside when I was delayed answering the door. His son was with him, and was such a kind and proficient helper. They both had masks on the entire time they were on and in my property. I had bought this house earlier this year, and the old toilet was an utter mess. It had obviously not been maintained for years, and the wax ring had likely completely deteriorated. Needless to say, it was a very messy removal. However, Juan and his son very carefully removed the toilet, bagged it up, and then took it outside and into my trash bin. They then carefully cleaned the entire surface of the floor underneath the toilet before installing my new one. The installation was not straightforward because the plumbing under the toilet was slightly askew, and also about 1/2 too close to the wall. Juan explained the situation to me, and gave me some options. We came to an agreement, and things went perfectly. He also went above and beyond to ensure that the new wax seal under the new toilet was as tight and leakproof as possible. They also cleaned up another area of my bathroom floor where foam spray had fallen a couple of weeks earlier, and had left some very resistent residue on the floor surface. I was not looking forward to having to try to remove that residue myself, and then lo and behold, Juan and his son just removed it for me. Juan is the type of contractor that you will wish you could hire to do all of the work in your house. He is a true diamond in the rough -- an extraordinary contractor and an extraordinary man. Highest praise possible!

Sometimes the third time is the charm. We had an insidious leak from our upstairs bathroom to our main floor.  We had two other resources come out and no one could figure it out. I saw Noel's sterling Yelp reviews and decided to give him a try.

First, he asked me specific questions on the phone, giving me some possibilities and also providing me with a strong comfort level. There was no hard sell; he told me it was fine if I wanted a few days to think it over. I hired him on the spot and once here, he diagnosed the problem with lightning speed -- it was a tub/pipe issue from our guest bathroom. Noel needed to open the ceiling and cleaned up the entire mess before he left.  His price was reasonable, considering the time and effort he put in.

I'm in awe of Noel!  Everything you read here on Yelp is absolutely true. I will be recommending him to friends and to the entire Yelp community.  He is an absolute gem!
