Great experience over all.  Requested information via Yelp and heard back inside of an hour.  Had an appointment scheduled for same week.  

Antonio and his associate just came out and pulled multiple small toys out of  our drain and was able to get our bathtub drain (which had virtually zero drainage abilities) draining as if it were brand new - despite the roadblocks as snaking our drain is not an option because we live in a home built in the 1940s with a drum trap.  

Pricing was fair and presented up front with an explanation of the services to be provided before any actual work was done.

Would highly recommend!

Fantastic people and work. Had a drain installed into my basement floor. Responded quick, quick appraisal, quick appointment, worked quick, very friendly, great pricing. Felt like a person and not just a dollar sign.

Paul was friendly, knowledgeable and installs quality products.  Pricing is fair and he was responsive.  I particularly like he's from the western suburbs, as I always try to support local businesses.

I had multiple plumbing issues and Pete and Noah were great. They gave me an honest evaluation of the problems and were upfront about the solutions and the cost of repairs.  They did a good job repairing my kitchen faucet and bathroom sink drain and supplied me with an estimate for the larger repairs.   I really appreciated that they were on-time and available right away, I highly recommend these guys - thank you!!

Dominik was amazing.  He was extremely responsive and got us our back up system within a day.  He also takes the time to answer questions and help you from a preventative stand point so you are prepared in case of emergency.  He will be our go to for all sump pump and ejector pump related questions and services.

Pete just finished our bathroom remodel and had to relocate the drain along with moving water lines. He did a phenomenal job and I would highly recommend him to anyone else. Thanks again Pete! Hopefully my wife doesn't have any more projects for you

Positive experience, was able to call Ray during an emergency at 11pm (I live in Mokena) he came right out fixed the problem. Very nice and didn't charge a fortune. Will  definitely  use again.

Nothing like calling this place at 9:00pm on a Sunday night with no heat and having them be able to come out by 10:15pm- that's what you call good service. The guy on the phone was extremely helpful and did everything he could to get somehow out to us. The guy who came to fix the heat was extremely pleasant, knowledgable and professional. We could not have been happier and would recommend this company 101%!

Drain and plumbing services has provided numerous services for me in the recent months including repairing a burst pipe, scoping our sewer line, rodding out our sewer line, and repairing a sump pump malfunction to name a few. I have been very impressed with their quick communication via the yelp app along with quickly scheduling their services. Austin assisted with a number of these fixes and was extremely diligent and helpful along with Mike on some other recent fixes. I will continue to work with them and would recommend drain and plumbing to others as well.

MD Plumbing is my new go-to for any and all plumbing issues.  Scheduling was easy, Mark was on-time and professional, rates were reasonable, he resolved all my leaks that day, and he even gave me advice on my dishwasher which saved me a costly service call!

I called several plumbers on a Saturday due to a clogged sewer line. Few even called me back. Greg called right away and was over within a half hour. Greg couldn't have been nicer. Great job. Reasonable price.

They were available to work quickly, and did good work. David was patient and explained not only what the issues with my plumbing were, but how they were caused.

All in all I felt like they took good care of me.

Work done was replacing a pip with a root rupturing it, cleaning a grease trap, and replacing a toilet seal.

They worked with financing partners that allowed for flexible terms that worked for me.

Needed someone to install a new kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. Mikey was very professional and knowledgeable. You can tell he pays attention to detail and wants the customer to be happy with his work! Extremely satisfied how it turned out.  Highly recommend.

We live in an older home built in the forties. There are few people familiar with some of the older homes in Hinsdale and the piping. We reached out to Soltwich and they were responsive, affordable and helpful. We definitely recommend their services.

PLEASE READ Buyer beware DON'T ever use Four Seasons for anything in your home they SUCK and people need to know.
They are 4 to 5 times more than any other company and they should be ashamed and embarrassed to even be in business the only reason they are the largest company in the Midwest is because they are over priced and cheat there customers. Don't be fooled by all there fancy trucks on the road it's all smoke and mirrors to fool you into thinking they do good work and have fair prices THEY DON'T. Get several estimates 2 or 3 you will be very surprised how much they were cheating you the only reason I called them was because I thought they stood behind there work but I was surprised they DON'T all they care about is the $85 trip charge it's the first thing they say on the phone and the first thing the technician said when they come to your house. They wanted to charge me $497 for a leaky PVC pipe elbow and tell me it would take 3 to 4 hours to fix and they still had to go to Home Depot and get the parts what do they have on those fancy trucks. If I was a employee of Four Seasons and had to lie like that on a daily basis I would be sick to my stomach all the time do your self a favor and quit you would feel better because the only person getting rich is the owner of the company. What ever happened to being fair honest and doing the right thing. DON'T SUPPORT you will thank me later. Just because most people pay and don't complain doesn't mean it's ok to do as a owner of a company taking advantage of people when they need a service isn't right more people should stand up when something is wrong and say something. Be a smart home owner and stay away from Four Seasons DON'T use them ever you will thank me later.

Poor parts, poor workmanship and high cost.  One-star review is fitting.

Dishonest company.  I have eight furnaces for my building and they solicited me for a tune-up and turned off the tenant heat, demanding money to turn it back on BEWARE!!
