Called performance pro plumbing in November to put in a new shower valve and showerhead and spout.  They were near my home.  They were all booked for December but this was great because the demo and tiling could not be done till January.  Arrived early and finished quickly to put in the valve.  Came back to install the shower head and spout after the tiling.  There price was fair.  I would hire them again if I was in need of other plumbing issues

The best service hands down!  He answers his phone and shows up when he says! He charges a fair price and is honest as they come. He does all my plumbing work and there is no need for anyone else.

We had a garbage disposal that went out and a Bidet that needed to be installed. The person on the phone was very nice and it was easy to schedule and appointment.  They scheduled a free estimate, arrived on time, and were very professional.  Logan and his partner Dennis inspected the items I had called and provided what I thought was a quick and fair estimate.  I decided to have them do the work and they started immediately.  They wrapped up the jobs quickly, professionally, and with no mess.  Overall it was a very easy experience thanks to Logan's clear and professional explanation and execution of the work required.

One of the first people to respond to me when we realized our basement was beginning to flood... despite having a system that worked, we felt that replacing the 20 year old system full of little issues would be the smart thing to do.

Dominick was friendly, professional, informative, and communicative. We are happy with how everything looks, the quality of the products installed, and having peace of mind knowing that it was done right this time.

I must say that after I submitted my project request in Yelp, Peter contacted me within 15 minutes and scheduled same day plumbing work with me.  1-1/2 hours later, he said he can stop by now if I like, of which I said of course.  Very personable, reliable and easy to talk.  After he finished installing my faucet and garbage disposal unit, he showed me how to use them.  You think it's easy to understand how they work but with so many new innovations going on in this world, he wanted to make sure I understand how they work.

I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs and I will be using him next Spring to install my tankless water heater.

We have been using Ray as our plumber for 15 years. He's gotten us through some nasty plumbing problems. He's quick to respond to calls. His work is dependable. His prices are reasonable. But today, he earned a permanent place in my heart: he hooked up an icemaker for me!! I love ice in my drinks and hate making it in ice trays. Now, I won't have to thanks to Ray.

I needed a couple of water heaters replaced and piping changed to be more practical. Advantage showed up when they said they would, were better priced than the apples to apples competition, and provided great service. How many contractors would actually move your things and then place them  back the same way it was? I haven't found many if any. These guys pay attention to detail and left the basement cleaner than it was.  A+++ would use again.

Martin came out to look a a couple of problem faucets and to give an estimate on installing a whole home water filtration system. He very nicely explained why my faucets are not only not broken but working properly and he took the time to explain why. He then gave great advice on a whole home water filtration system, being for my hone the types they install don't make sense. He referred me to an alternate vendor explaining why it would be better for my particular homem All of this was free of charge! I will gladly have Drain and Plumbing Services back again for my future plumbing needs.

Marc arrived soon after to fix the problem. He showed up on time and solved the problem in a very efficient manner. It didn't take him long he seemed to be very knowledgeable and equipped for the job. It was my first time using a plumber in a long time. I had both bath tubs back up in my rental unit in Aurora, IL. I had two plumbers, including Courtest Plumbing, and a drain cleaning company try to rod out the line all to no avail. Mike, with Courtesy, told me they would have to remove the tub and tub surround panels and jack hammer the slab underneath to get at the plugged up line. Mike and his partner were very knowledgeable about the situation, they were courteous, and I decided to go with them because of Courtesy's 40 years experience in the plumbing business. They did exactly as they said they would do and found 40 years of hair plugging the line up. They removed the plugged up galvanized pipe and replaced it with PVC pipe and re-cemented the hole where they excavated in the slab.
They were prompt, they were neat and clean, and they did exactly what had to be done. I will , definitely, use Courtesy plumbing in the future for any of my future plumbing needs.

Had water backup into the basement and needed a plumber quickly.  Looked online for a good plumber as I don't have a regular plumber.  Saw reviews for Greg, the sewer guy, quick response, fixed the problem and was a nice person to deal with so that's who I chose to call.  He did return my call immediately, gave me a two hour arrival time, he immediately identified the problem and fixed it.  The outside catch basin needed rodding out. He even rinsed down the basement.  Would call him again and highly recommend him.

They were great! I had a gas leak and needed a plumber to fix right away to turn my gas back on. They even gave me an estimate and fixed my pipes in 1 morning. The work was great quality as well.

My toilet was leaking last week after a long 12 hour shift in the ER and I was so over it. I reached out to MIKE at RMO plumbing and he was able to give me a quote over the phone, and we scheduled a date for him to come out asap which I really appreciated. Mike came out and installed my new toilet and saved me some money by getting his hands dirty. Being a new home owner I was so worried but Mike made sure to take care of my needs and at a fair price. RMO plumbing definitely gained a forever customer.

I've used these folks for 20 plus years and have always found them to be prompt, thorough and knowledgeable. My house has the usual and unusual array of plumbing issues and the problems we've had were sometimes simple and occasionally complex. Things were always explained thoroughly and the work done promptly and well! My neighbor referred me to them and told me she'd used a variety of companies over the years and found these folks to be reliable and consistent! I agree with her wholeheartedly! We had our A/C go out on the hottest day of the summer.  We bought a couple of window units just so we would not be forced into any snap decisions.  We called 4 seasons, even after a terrible experience with them in 2013.  The appointment was after another company giving us their quote.  Kurt showed up on time and began by inspecting the current HVAC.  He then sat with us discussing the options as well as the past experience we had.  He was concerned with our past experience with 4 Seasons and wanted to make it right.  Kurt also made sure that anything that was indicated on the purchase order or his email was taken care of or to contact him directly.  We now had 3 quotes and we decided that the warranty and 5 years maintenance was the best deal for us.  We then set up a time for the work to be done.  Jaime and Oscar were the technicians that came in to do all the work.  They were very professional, courteous, and kept us informed of everything that was being done.  They got the A/C up and running, however they were not able to complete the Furnace and would have to come back the following week.  They cleaned up every scrap of paper and metal, which was very impressive since it was done in the dark.  Our overall experience with this process was pleasant and again great work by Jaime and Oscar.

Please beware they will charge you a arm and two legs!!!  My husband found Ed the Plumber information in our  church bulletin and expected them to be trustworthy, honest and resonable or simply industry service rate  ( which does not mean cheap), but no they are absolutely the worst wanted to  replace a toliet, they quoted me over 1,750.00!!   I asked what type of  toliet costs that much... he said a Gerber so I wanted to research it  I asked for a model number and was told I DON'T KNOW, the most expensive one I found was 389.99 so are they charging 1300.00 to install, hypothetically even if the toliet costed 750.00 are they charging 1000.00 to install??  Then he said if you purchase the toliet we will install for approximately 700.00!!! I also was going to get my tub caulked since they would already be here they quoted 385.00 for just around the tub!!! This company is the absolute worst type of ripoffs ever, they prey on parishioners seeing  their advertisement in the church bulletin and believe they are contacting a honest business, but the truth is Ed the Plumber is   just using a cheap form of advertisement with a very large potential customer base with a lot of word of mouth. I really wish I could give them a  -0 for a rating!!!

Where to even begin.....

We hired Tim Shey, the owner, to do some plumbing work. Initially he came off as being a normal tradesmen... His bedside manor was a little abrasive but not so bad that I didn't think to not use him.

Well, I wish I would have cut ties the moment I picked up on that abrasiveness b/c my experience with him turned out to be an absolute nightmare. My experience with him was absolutely abusive and for no reason. For a long time i asked myself what I did to deserve him being so rude and disrespectful and then I finally realized that I did nothing at all to deserve the treatment bestowed upon us.

On top of the abuse, here I am, months later and i've had issue after issue with the plumbing. Very basic things were missed. Most recently, we had to hire a plumber to come out to fix one of the toilets he installed. Lord knows how long it's been leaking but I happed to notice one day that water was leaking out the back every time the toilet was flushed. It turns out that he didn't install it correctly as the top wasn't tighten to the base. The damage this has caused ....... I wonder if he did it purposely? I really do.... We also have had issues with every faucet he installed. Every single one had to be reinstalled. Additionally, one of the shower heads was leaking . That was another plumber visit. I keep going on and on with the issues but I'm sure you get the point.

This was not my personal experience but I spoke to another person who hired him who needed an additional week to pay him for his services and instead of waiting, he went to her home, pushed himself through her door and ripped out all of her plumbing so that she couldn't access any water! Who does that!

Please note that this was my personal experience with Tim. I'll never understand why I didn't just ask him to leave my condo the minute he was disrespectful.
