I've used Hannah's plumbing several times over the past six years for a variety of jobs.  Everything from installing a toilet, to repairing/replacing leaking pipes, to rodding our main sewer line.  I have been completely satisfied with every job.  Their staff is friendly, professional and competent, and most importantly does the job right the first time.  

Hannah's price is reasonable, but not the cheapest you'll find.  For sewer rodding, I could have saved $50 going with another local company, but they averaged a 1.5-star yelp rating.  To me it's worth the extra $50 to have peace of mind and the job done right.

In sum, use these guys.  You won't be disappointed.  And also check their website, where they periodically post coupons.

If you're looking for a local plumber, these are the guys to go to. Reasonably priced, very honest, good workmanship. I was able to call them to install our water heater and the next day they were at our house, and after a couple hours, all done! These guys are definitely in my contacts for future work!

I looked into several different plumbers. Some charge to just come to your house and then they also charge for a 'diagnosis'. Murphy's does not do either. Very knowledgeable and honest. Did two different jobs for me and I am very happy with both. I wanted to find someone in Roselle as that is where I live and I like to support my community. We had an issue with out water heater and needed it replaced ASAP. I called Hansen Heating Plumbing Company and was able to schedule an appointment immediately to have a technician to come to the house.  The phone receptionist was very friendly and willing to help with my request. Customer service is top notch, the technician was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Hansen Heating Plumbing for your services, you will not be disappointed.

Joe came out to my house 2 weeks after my husband passed away.  He was reliable, kind and very professional!  He left me feeling like I could totally trust and count on him. Today I called Joe again and he was quick to respond, came to my house and took care of the problem. I will tell all my friends and anyone looking for the best plumber out there.

Came by and fixed my nasty clogged toilet super quick, and it was after a 5 on a Friday. Would call back again for sure (hopefully I don't have to but good to know I can get a problem fixed quick)!

Terry and his team took care of us last weekend with basement water issues.  They were prompt and professional and explained the issues with detail and thought.  I really appreciate their work and intend to use them in the future as needed.

After much difficulty getting companies to return calls, come out for an estimate, then give me an estimate I returned to Yelp looking for someone to repair/replace our catch basin and found Lncoln.

 We had two companies come out.  The first estimate was $12,000 from a chain type company. (14,000 if I used their financing.)  They insisted on replacing the PVC pipes found in the drains and replacing them as well as taking care of the catch basin.  They also gave a hard sell and warned that my foundation could be damaged from rain water.  The second company gave a verbal estimate of about $6,000 but never got back to me with an official estimate even after I called back.  They were going to replace the basin.  

Left a message for Lincoln.  They returned my call the same day and set up a morning appointment for the following day. The dispatcher was friendly.  Phil and his co-worker arrived a bit early, which I love.  Said since only rain water went in the catch basin it could be repaired.  He was able to start work then and there.  There was no mention of the PVC pipe as the drains and the basin were two different issues and he didn't try to convince me to get new drains.  In addition to cleaning out mud in the bottom of the basin, they repaired it, rodded the main pipe and replaced a piece of that, and replaced the lip.  The total charge was $800.

They were efficient and no-nonsense which I appreciate.  I would go to them anytime I needing plumbing/sewer work.

I'm always concerned repair people will take financial advantage because they can. That's not this company at all. They were honest to the point that my estimate went down not up. Grant was by far the most responsive plumber that we called. He called back immediately on a Sunday night. He was able to replace a water heater, fix a toilet and look at a leaky sink all for a reasonable price. The sink needed a special part and he went the extra mile to get the part and come back on another day. He is very knowledgeable, attentive and spent extra time pointing out additional things that we should consider in the future that the previous home owners had done incorrectly. I recommend Preferred Professional Plumbing to my neighbors and even asked for extra business cards to help spread the word. A+ all around.

Sewer problem in the house.  Called H20 Plumbing and they actually answer the phone!  Very nice service to schedule a visit.  Arrived on time and did a great job, then gave me a summary of what was wrong.

I had called 3 other plumbers prior to H20, none answered the phone and none called back.

H2O is who I will call next time.

My bathtub was draining very slowly.  I went on Angi f/k/a Angie's List for plumber recommendations.  Magic Men Service had great reviews so I chose them as the company I would use.  Mike called me promptly and told me he could have someone stop by in a half hour.  Willie arrived within that time frame, assessed the problem, and rodded out my bathtub drain.  Willie was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.  I would highly recommend him.  The reason I didn't give Magic Men Service 5 stars is because I thought the price they charged was a bit high.  I would consider using them in the future.

On a Friday evening they were responsive and gave us a fair quote. American Sewer arrived within the quoted time and quickly replaced the sump pump at a fair and reasonable rate. Ver kind! Will use again!

Great job repairing our water heater connection.  He cut and installed a new hot connection and did it on time and with a reasonable price.  I will call him again in the future.

Had them out for a simple valve replacement. They were quick and got the work done the same day, that's the reason for 3 stars. Otherwise, I was quoted $400 for a job that should cost half that. Literally replacing a single valve that took less than 2 hours counting from walking through the door to leaving. The technician quoting the work said he couldn't do anything about the price. When I called the head office they said the same thing so I accepted it because I was already out $50 and had wasted time just to have him come out. If they had fixed pricing like this, I should have been quoted it over the phone before they came. After weeks of trying to speak to a manager, I finally spoke to someone and was told the price was non-negotiable and since I had agreed at the time, that was that. They even have a special offer on their webpage with no restrictions, but he refused to honor that comparing plumbing services to buying a cheeseburger.  So here's your warning, expect to pay a lot for a little and make sure you mention the special offer up front.
