I recently had a water heater go out at midnight on Friday night (great timing). Water was all over the basement floor so I was in a panic. I did not have a regular plumber so I contacted some big box stores from their websites and left messages for some local plumbers. The big box stores had an installation partner contact me with complete packages which seemed to be over priced and taking advantage of your situation. Some plumbers wanted to charge time and a half because it was Saturday. Greg from Greg Hannah's called me back in a few minutes, quoted a lower price than the big box stores and said he could have someone out within the hour.  The installer was Mike who did a great job and cleaned up the area. The price charged was exactly what was quoted. By noon Saturday I had hot water and less stress. I will be contacting Greg Hannah's for any future plumbing needs.

Quality and HONESTY - wow - Had them replace a sink in my old house and I did much of the prep work myself, they did the plumbing work and went well beyond what we discussed to have the job done properly but kept to their original estimate.

Had a friend refer Murphy Plumbing to me and I'm so glad he did. More than fair price, very knowledgeable and friendly service! I will definitely refer them to family and friends.

The most unreliable service I've ever dealt with. Promised one thing and got another. Sure, they got the job done on their THIRD time at my house, but I was originally promised the 1st. The prices are OUTRAGEOUS!

Joe is great!!! Very reliable and does an excellent job. He has fixed toilets, drains, a garbage disposal and installed a new toilet for us. I will never use anyone else and have recommended him to family and friends.

Derek was such a pleasure to work with. I had called about our shower not draining and he came out within a couple of hours of the call. When he was here I asked him about our sink & disposal too--both of which he fixed on the spot. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their prices are incredibly reasonable compared to many other places.

I called Terry to schedule just a routine check up on hour home. Hadnt had it done in a few years. He was willing to come out that same day if needed. I was not home and scheduled it for the next day. Service was prompt, professional and reliable. A team came out and they were great. The service call did not take too long. They rodded the pipes, cleared line from catch basin out to the street. Checked our flood system. Unclogged our utility drain and then even cleared shower drains and checked bathrooms. They were reasonable and I will not hesitate to use them again.

Courteous office staff who immediately got someone to follow up with me when she found up they hadn't returned my call from yesterday.  Phil the owner explained that catch basins for single family homes don't have to be pumped out.  Just need to scoop clean the sediment and solids out and rod the line every 2-3 years.  PHIL and his assistant were able to do this afternoon for $225.  Another bigger sewer plumbing outfit told me I had to have my catch basin pumped and rodded and quoted me $950.  I appreciate Phil's honesty and affordable capable response.  I will definitely be calling Lincoln Sewer again to take care of my catch basin.

Adalberto did a great job. Found our leaking problem and pointed out that our shower drained wasn't connected properly. He explained what needed to be done clearly and kept us informed throughout the repairs. He was also open to feedback on what we needed/preferred. Will be keeping his contact information handy.

I needed my toilet serviced due to constant running water. Amazingly, Brandon was able to make it out same day! He assessed the issue, knew the root of the problem, bought the part that needed replacement and fixed it in no time. I appreciated the prompt response and quick resolution. I fully recommend and I'll be reaching out to them for future plumbing needs.

I had an issue with my kitchen faucet that popped up on Saturday, so I contacted Grant for an estimate Saturday night. He responded in about 3 minutes, and was able to come Sunday morning to fix my issue. He was very knowledgeable about the different brands of faucets (knew exactly what was wrong with my Grohe faucet based on issues he's seen in the past), inspected everything in my home and replaced a couple water shutoff valves. His prices were fair, and the service and quality were excellent. I would definitely recommend Grant to others.

I had a blockage in a 120 foot long pipe that ran from my sump pump to the sewer.  I received 3 quotes and H2O offered the best price.  Todd and his team showed up right on time for our scheduled appointment.  They rodded the full length of the pipe to remove the blockage and then ran a camera through the pipe to show that it was completely clear.  They were very professional and friendly.  No surprises on the bill.  I'd definitely call H20 again and recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Mike and his team were great. Had a leak the building engineer couldn't find, called multiple plumbers and none responded as quickly as Mike. Came same day with estimate, him and his crew arrived 10 minutes early the next morning and got right to work. Explained what they were doing and did just a wonderful job. Couldn't possibly be happier with Magic Men Service and while I hope to never need the services again, if I do, they'll be first call I make. My roommate is a property manger and asked to add them to his companies list of they reach out to!

I had the bathroom faucets replaced in all of the bedrooms in my home. Jason couldn't have been more informative and helpful throughout this entire install. Jason's prices were fair and his work was flawless. I look forward  to using Jason again for all  of my plumbing needs!

Professional from start to finish.  I called and spoke to Veronica to schedule the appointment.  She was very polite.  Joe was prompt and equally as polite when he arrived.  He replaced my water heater the same day at a very good price.  He was fast, too.  I will definitely call them again for any of my plumbing issues!  Thank you for the wonderful service!

I had a broken city sewer line. I was told they would do all the work to get this fixed as soon possible. I was the one who had to contact the city to insure the issue was fixed in a timely manner. I was not contacted when service appointments where made. My contact info was not updated after multiple requests. After canceling an appointment due to a funeral via the text message which indicated I could reply to. They showed up anyway. When I told the technician they where not to be on the property because I was not home. They still went ahead and worked on the property. They did not fill the hole correctly and laid cement when it was too cold to do so. The hole was caved in and cement cracked by the next morning. When they where done the technician then called me to demand payment after being told he was not to work on the property. He was told
To just finish the job regardless by his management. When setting up appointment to correct the issue, and having to cancel due to rain and freezing temperatures I was given a hard time and they tired to tell me I could not reschedule the appointment for work on my property. On the day of the appointment it was once again raining they went ahead and laid concrete. Due to the rain the top layer washed off which means it's going to eventually collapse again. And I will have to fix the patch.

I would never use this company again. It was a pain, and they have horrible customer service.

Edit: I forgot to add they showed multiple unprepared for the appointment. Lacking the correct equipment. Or not knowing what was to be done on that day.
