Had such a great experience! My neighbor told me that this was an honest company which was perfect because another company tried to sell me a huge fix for a small problem. Greg came in and explained what he would have to do. Made an appointment time for the following week to do the job. Showed up as promised and the two workers did the fixing of the problem in my kitchen sink. The house is old and there was a grease pit some place on my property. Since I didn't know where the workers closed the pipe and made a new route for the sink to drain into the sewer. It took as long as predicted and it was even less than the estimated cost. So perfect! Everything was cleaned before the workers left. Everything was professionally completed. Thanks!! I will definitely use this company if anything ever needs more plumbing fixes.

Quality and HONESTY - wow - Had them replace a sink in my old house and I did much of the prep work myself, they did the plumbing work and went well beyond what we discussed to have the job done properly but kept to their original estimate.

Great local plumbing company. Second time I have used their service. The technicians were delayed at a previous call and still were able to get out on a Friday night to do non emergency work for me. Very professional, honest and reasonably priced. There was no pushing of additional work or products like other companies do. They repaired my garbage disposal and installed a new faucet for me and were in and out in less than an hour. I will definitely recommend them family and friends.

Joe came out to my house 2 weeks after my husband passed away.  He was reliable, kind and very professional!  He left me feeling like I could totally trust and count on him. Today I called Joe again and he was quick to respond, came to my house and took care of the problem. I will tell all my friends and anyone looking for the best plumber out there.

Came by and fixed my nasty clogged toilet super quick, and it was after a 5 on a Friday. Would call back again for sure (hopefully I don't have to but good to know I can get a problem fixed quick)!

My basement began backing up with sewage with even a small amount of rain. The smell was rancid, and after Shopvacing it up twice in ONE week we Yelped for plumbers in the area. We originally had someone from Oak Park come out and tell us it wasn't the pipes, that we had to install a back water valve which would run us at least $3000. I called Terry's on Mother's Day night at 9pm, and he answered the phone. He would have come out that night, but I insisted we would live through the weekend. He said he'd come by on Monday. He was prompt and came with help. They rodded out the pipes, and sewer, pulling out a beer bottle, and huge tree roots! They worked tirelessly for 4 hours, and stayed at the quoted price (very reasonable). I would recommend these guys to anyone! And will be keeping his number in my phone for future plumbing needs. I was off the Friday before Labor Day, 9/2 and finally got around to calling some local companies, to support neighborhood businesses when I can.  I needed floor drains replaced in my basement stairwell and on the inside of the basement.  I was flooding because the water had no where to go.   I first called Goode Plumbing and they wanted $60. up front payment for an estimate.  I asked why they would charge for that and Mike, I think was his name, explained that they would apply it as a credit against the charges for the work done.  I explained to him that the point of an estimate is to see who offers the best service and price.  I told him I would not consider paying for an estimate and being out $60 if I did not use them. It is about my income, not theirs.  

I then called Lincoln and spoke to Janet.  My first question was if they charge for estimates. They do not.  Good start.  I explained what I needed. She said she had to make a call to see if someone could come out that day to take a look.  She said she would call me and let me know. She called back in about 5 minutes to let me know someone would be out by 3:30-4:00.  We set that up.  She called me around three to let me know they could be there a little earlier if that was alright, about 3:15. Tom, I think that was his name, and another guy showed up and checked the catch basin first to make sure it was functioning properly. they then determined that both drains would need to be rebuilt.  He quoted me, what I thought was a reasonable price for both drains.
I said yes and he called his work crew while at my house and was able to confirm they would be out at 8 AM next morning to do the work.   They arrived on time and immediately started work.  They had to remove the old drain pipes, which they showed me, were completely clogged with about 94 years worth of stuff.  They quickly installed the new pipes and drains and even patched the stairwell wall with the concrete used to set the drains.  Job done by 11:15 AM.  They explained on how long it would take for everything to set.  I was very satisfied with the work, they cleaned everything up after done.  So far, no flooding issues.  I would definitely recommend this company.

My hero's! These guys showed up within an hour of me calling in the middle of what I know has been a very busy week of pipes bursting. They told me they were working until late in the night to try to get to everyone. They were honest, reasonably priced, and fast. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a plumber on a Saturday for about 4 hrs. I had a problem
that resulted in me shutting the water off in the whole house.  My 2yr. old grandson was visiting from Nashville, so that just made it even more urgent.
Brandon was so sincere in helping me out while no one was available. I'm not sure how I would have managed if he didn't call back & come out.
Emergencies are so unexpected, even though I really didn't have the funds, it was worth me using the money I had for another bill.
I am so thankful for Jireh Plumbing & Brandon, saved the day.

Grant responded quickly to our plumbing request and worked very efficiently!  We appreciated how straight forward and transparent he was in handing our pipe issues.

I don't usually write reviews, but I had to say something about the exceptional service we received yesterday from H20. We had a clogged clean out drain issue which was causing some mild flooding in our garage. We called H20 in the morning and they arrived promptly with several workers. They identified the issue within literally minutes, and fixed the problem within a few hours. We are so grateful for H20 and that they were there when we needed them!

Called them about a leaky sink & they were extremely quick and reliable! Definitely going to give them a call anytime I have any problems EVER! *well.. hopefully I won't have another plumbing problem.. but you get what I mean

Excellent company!  I can't say enough great things about this company.  We have used them twice, both times it was urgent.  Jason Hedges was out here almost immediately.  The work was completed in a timely manner, clean, efficiently.  Both times the work fixed the problems with no recurring problems.

My dear husband had been working on unclogging our kitchen sink for over 24 hours, almost non-stop. Natural methods, Draino, sulfuric acid and an auger, to no avail. He was adamant that I not call a plumber, but went with my first mind and decided to call Allison plumbing based on reviews. Had to leave a message, but received a call back in a timely manner. Joe came out earlier than planned and after about 15-20 minutes with a longer auger, the clog was cleared.   The price was exceptionally reasonable, and he gave my husband a military discount. He was very friendly.  After he cleaned up and went to his truck, he brought back our receipt. We also had a waterline that had cracked to our fridge, we just mentioned the issue, for an estimate and he went back to his truck, grabbed his tools and began fixing it. Once completed, I asked how much extra, and he gave me a price (equal to the cost of the parts, I knew as I had priced doing it myself), but said it would be free of charge as a welcome to the neighborhood. I gave him the extra anyway, as the service was great and the price was right. Hopefully I won't need to call again, but if I do, would definitely use again. I highly recommend.

Kyle R is the worst customer service agent they possibly have. He was rude and had no idea what he was talking about. I had service for about 25 minutes and he claims the plumbers were here for three hours. Then he said they charge for three hours. He's not really sure what they're doing. However they were here for a short time and charged me $2400. I would never recommend this company for anything ever. They are criminals.
