I have used GHP for both repairs at my house and recently for a kitchen remodel, they did all the new plumbing, we moved it from one side of the kitchen to the other. New drains, vents, gas lines, etc. The guys are very professional and work diligently. Greg came over a few times to oversee the work and ensure it was done correctly. One of the gas lines was just a few inches high, I noticed this when putting my sub floor down, I called, and somebody was here in 30 minutes and it was fixed in another 15 minutes.

We had an issue with out water heater and needed it replaced ASAP. I called Hansen Heating Plumbing Company and was able to schedule an appointment immediately to have a technician to come to the house.  The phone receptionist was very friendly and willing to help with my request. Joe is great!!! Very reliable and does an excellent job. He has fixed toilets, drains, a garbage disposal and installed a new toilet for us. I will never use anyone else and have recommended him to family and friends.

Derek was such a pleasure to work with. I had called about our shower not draining and he came out within a couple of hours of the call. When he was here I asked him about our sink & disposal too--both of which he fixed on the spot. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their prices are incredibly reasonable compared to many other places.

We had a very good experience with Tim and team. Had a pipe burst a couple evenings before Christmas. Got a human on the phone right away (despite being off-hours) and set up something for the next morning. They called twice to let me know how long it would take to get here and that they were on the say.  Quick, solid, straightforward and reasonable price. Very clear explanation of what they were going to do and why. Would use again.

After moving into our new (to us) home, our new neighbor stopped by to let us know we were spilling sewage into their side yard.

Phil came out and spent a few hours trying to clear the line, but ultimately couldn't get through the blockage.

He did, however, make it far enough to determine it was the city's problem to resolve.  He then coordinated with the city inspector to come out and confirm this and get us on the city's schedule to resolve the problem.

All this while my wife and I were in Japan.

Adalberto did a great job. Found our leaking problem and pointed out that our shower drained wasn't connected properly. He explained what needed to be done clearly and kept us informed throughout the repairs. He was also open to feedback on what we needed/preferred. Will be keeping his contact information handy.

We're having plumbing issues and Brandon and team were super responsive in asking questions beforehand to understand the problem and providing guidance before they could get here. Also we were able to be scheduled quickly to resolve the issue, gave us detailed explanation of the issue and what our next steps should be.

Grant, at Preferred Plumbing quickly responded to our call, satisfying both my wife and myself. They were prompt, considerate and clean,placing disposable booties over their shoes before entering.  The job was done to our complete satisfaction.

Awesome. Called Todd at 8:15, problem solved by 11:00 am. Pricing was beyond fair and the response time was unheard of. A few unexpected valves needed to be replaced and he did not gouge on that either. Highly recommend.

I hired them for a drain install, dishwasher hookup, and disposal installation. They were exceptionally professional, and definitely the best contractors I used during this entire kitchen renovation. They arrived on time, were professional and uniformed, friendly, and did the job for the price quoted with no nonsense. Their price was in line with other quotes I received, but the customer service was absolutely top-notch. I was truly impressed and wish I had more jobs to hire them for!

Excellent service! Right on time. He evaluated our plumbing needs and communicated well. Everything was fixed to our satisfaction and the charge was reasonable. Areas were left clean.

This company charged me $700 for an initial visit that did not fix the problem, broke the angle valve that shuts off the water to the toilet, charged me $440 for the fix they created BEFORE doing the work, and then cancelled 15 minutes before the appointment after I had scheduled a water shutoff for the building.  They refused to refund me the full amount for the work they didn't do yet, AND charged me a cancellation fee when it's their technician that didn't show up.  There are a lot of options out there, don't waste your time or money
