I called Greg Hannah Plumbing last night after I returned home to find my hot water heater had been leaking and needed to be replaced. They were able to send someone within a few hours to fix the issue, and they were in and out in less than an hour! The individuals were extremely polite and super quick. I would STRONGLY recommend these guys for any plumbing issues!

Quality and HONESTY - wow - Had them replace a sink in my old house and I did much of the prep work myself, they did the plumbing work and went well beyond what we discussed to have the job done properly but kept to their original estimate.

Wonderful company! Responsive, professional, and a joy to deal with. As a landlord I have has to deal with a lot of repair companies. But this one was amazing. I had a plumbing problem at one of my rental properties a few months back and I called them got a appointment for the same day they had the problem fixed by the end of the day. They left the area cleaner than it was before the arrived. Great customer service! I would give them 100 stars if I could.

Joe is great!!! Very reliable and does an excellent job. He has fixed toilets, drains, a garbage disposal and installed a new toilet for us. I will never use anyone else and have recommended him to family and friends.

Derek was such a pleasure to work with. I had called about our shower not draining and he came out within a couple of hours of the call. When he was here I asked him about our sink & disposal too--both of which he fixed on the spot. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their prices are incredibly reasonable compared to many other places.

My basement began backing up with sewage with even a small amount of rain. The smell was rancid, and after Shopvacing it up twice in ONE week we Yelped for plumbers in the area. We originally had someone from Oak Park come out and tell us it wasn't the pipes, that we had to install a back water valve which would run us at least $3000. I called Terry's on Mother's Day night at 9pm, and he answered the phone. He would have come out that night, but I insisted we would live through the weekend. He said he'd come by on Monday. He was prompt and came with help. They rodded out the pipes, and sewer, pulling out a beer bottle, and huge tree roots! They worked tirelessly for 4 hours, and stayed at the quoted price (very reasonable). I would recommend these guys to anyone! And will be keeping his number in my phone for future plumbing needs. About a month ago, I had sewer repair work done by Lincoln. They broke through cement to remove an old clay exterior rain drain P-trap that had deteriorated, replaced a couple of sections of pipe, and then relaid the cement. They also rodded out to the street.

Whenever there was a heavy rain, flood water would come through the cracks in the cove where the basement wall meets the floor near the basement door leading to the exterior stair walkout. Lincoln correctly diagnosed the problem as a broken p-trap. Douglas came with one other person on time, efficiently broke through the cement landing and put in a new clay piece with a 2 foot extension. He showed me the old clay rain drain that they had removed - it was collapsed and completely plugged up with rocky clay, so it was no longer draining out to the catch basin. The house is 100 years old, and the pipe was no doubt original. They smoothly re-laid the cement at a pitch so that the water flowed toward the drain, and cleaned up afterward. No muss, no fuss; they were done in no time. They even rodded out to the street at no extra charge. The problem was fixed, and there has been no more basement flooding near the back door! Yeah!

Lincoln had been recommended to me by a neighbor. I got quotes from three sewer contractors, and Lincoln's was actually the lowest ($850.00). One of the companies I spoke to was not even interested in investigating the rain drain, but only wanted to sell me an interior drain system with a sump pump for $6,000. Problem was that the interior drains are no longer allowed in Oak Park. Well, we are happy that we got the problem fixed by honest, competent people. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would recommend their sewer service in a heartbeat.

Adalberto did a great job. Found our leaking problem and pointed out that our shower drained wasn't connected properly. He explained what needed to be done clearly and kept us informed throughout the repairs. He was also open to feedback on what we needed/preferred. Will be keeping his contact information handy.

I needed my toilet serviced due to constant running water. Amazingly, Brandon was able to make it out same day! He assessed the issue, knew the root of the problem, bought the part that needed replacement and fixed it in no time. I appreciated the prompt response and quick resolution. I fully recommend and I'll be reaching out to them for future plumbing needs.

Really helpful, efficient and friendly. Would definitely hire again. I had a running toilet and he replaced all parts as well as checked the whole water system in the house. Thx Grant.

Anyone who has had a sewer line issue knows how bad it is, ours was probably the worst case scenario and these guys did an amazing job.

I've been happy with Excel but I needed a warranty repair fix on my water heater and his offer was nearly half their rate.  He showed up on time, did all the work with his shoes off (thank you!) and did a fantastic job.

He spent the next half hour explaining a lot of my plumbing to me free of charge - even helped uncap a pipe I needed work on for additional HVAC work to proceed.  I am hiring him again in the spring for sump work.

I called Allison Plumbing and an hour later, Jim arrived.  He was nice, helpful and gave me some good advice.  His pricing was fair and I would't hesitate to call him again.

Kyle R is the worst customer service agent they possibly have. He was rude and had no idea what he was talking about. I had service for about 25 minutes and he claims the plumbers were here for three hours. Then he said they charge for three hours. He's not really sure what they're doing. However they were here for a short time and charged me $2400. I would never recommend this company for anything ever. They are criminals.
