I've used Hannah's plumbing several times over the past six years for a variety of jobs.  Everything from installing a toilet, to repairing/replacing leaking pipes, to rodding our main sewer line.  I have been completely satisfied with every job.  Their staff is friendly, professional and competent, and most importantly does the job right the first time.  

Hannah's price is reasonable, but not the cheapest you'll find.  For sewer rodding, I could have saved $50 going with another local company, but they averaged a 1.5-star yelp rating.  To me it's worth the extra $50 to have peace of mind and the job done right.

In sum, use these guys.  You won't be disappointed.  And also check their website, where they periodically post coupons.

You can't do better than these guys. My elderly parents have been long time customers. With the recent severe cold they had frozen pipes. Despite a crazy schedule, he fit them in and spent 2 hours to fix the problem.

We had an issue with out water heater and needed it replaced ASAP. I called Hansen Heating Plumbing Company and was able to schedule an appointment immediately to have a technician to come to the house.  The phone receptionist was very friendly and willing to help with my request. Customer service is top notch, the technician was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Hansen Heating Plumbing for your services, you will not be disappointed.

Joe is great!!! Very reliable and does an excellent job. He has fixed toilets, drains, a garbage disposal and installed a new toilet for us. I will never use anyone else and have recommended him to family and friends.

Came by and fixed my nasty clogged toilet super quick, and it was after a 5 on a Friday. Would call back again for sure (hopefully I don't have to but good to know I can get a problem fixed quick)!

We called Terry's plumbing on a Saturday when a second floor pipe broke and water cascaded into our living room - and of course then we had house guests with no water. Within two hours we had Mark and Ivan - who worked for two hours locating and repairing the pipe, which was behind a wall. They were professional, friendly, cleaned up afterwards perfectly, and the cost was reasonable. While they were there they also took care of our catch basin and gently reminded us not to wait for 10 years next time.  Their service was excellent and when needed we will call them again. As many Oak Park plumbers were unavailable on the weekend this was a very, very welcome service.

I am perplexed because I used this service once before and I don't recall any problems. Perhaps ownership or management has changed.  I needed service for a plugged kitchen sink.  They sent 2 workers who were unable to solve the problem; the office told me later that they aren't licensed plumbers.  I asked if someone more qualified could come take a look.  After a couple more phone calls Robert finally called; he didn't sound very interested but said he would come out this morning between 9:30 and 10.  I said I would call the tenant and make sure he could be there then, and would get back to him.  I was able to confirm the tenant's availability and within minutes of my conversation with Robert I both texted and called him to let him know, but he didn't respond.  He didn't show up this morning, nor did he call.  I realize it is a Sunday and a holiday weekend, but not showing up without notice or explanation is totally unprofessional.

Very easy to schedule and work with - appreciated the quick responses! Will definitely hire again if I need a plumber.

I cannot begin to express how happy I am with the service I received from this company. They were on time, professional and thorough. I'm always concerned repair people will take financial advantage because they can. That's not this company at all. They were honest to the point that my estimate went down not up. I had an issue with my kitchen faucet that popped up on Saturday, so I contacted Grant for an estimate Saturday night. He responded in about 3 minutes, and was able to come Sunday morning to fix my issue. He was very knowledgeable about the different brands of faucets (knew exactly what was wrong with my Grohe faucet based on issues he's seen in the past), inspected everything in my home and replaced a couple water shutoff valves. His prices were fair, and the service and quality were excellent. I would definitely recommend Grant to others.

This is our 2nd time working with Magic Men and it definitely won't be our last. We had a new water heater installed today and it was a great experience. They are extremely responsive, professional, and overall pleasant people.  My search is finally over.

Kyle R is the worst customer service agent they possibly have. He was rude and had no idea what he was talking about. I had service for about 25 minutes and he claims the plumbers were here for three hours. Then he said they charge for three hours. He's not really sure what they're doing. However they were here for a short time and charged me $2400. I would never recommend this company for anything ever. They are criminals.
