I hired Greg Hanna Plumbing about 2 months ago for a new hot water heater and to redo the mess of plumbing for our laundry tub and the hot/cold hook-ups for the clothes washer.  GHP  were easy to communicate with and someone answered the phone when I called, the 2 technicians that came out for the install were professional and very knowledgeable, they were offering a good price and were quick to come out and install the new water heater.  We are very pleased with everything and would not hesitate to use GHP again for any plumbing needs.

UPDATE 12/21:  Hired Greg Hannah Plumbing again this time to install a new garbage disposal and to redo the mess of leaky drainage pipes under the kitchen sink. They came over when scheduled, did the work in a timely and professional manner and now we have a functioning garbage disposal.  Very pleased!  Thanks GHP

Our refrigerator went out, and before store would deliver, we needed a shut-off valve for the ice maker. Called the Schmitz Bros. He arrived that day, installed the shut-off valve and promised to come back to attach line to the new refrig. He was prompt, courteous and extremely competent. Price was fair. Highly recommend this plummer! I will continue to use him whenever I need a good plummer.

I looked into several different plumbers. Some charge to just come to your house and then they also charge for a 'diagnosis'. Murphy's does not do either. Very knowledgeable and honest. Did two different jobs for me and I am very happy with both. I wanted to find someone in Roselle as that is where I live and I like to support my community. Great guys, give them a call when you have any issues. Dan and Mark!! You'll be impressed.

The most unreliable service I've ever dealt with. Promised one thing and got another. Sure, they got the job done on their THIRD time at my house, but I was originally promised the 1st. The prices are OUTRAGEOUS!

Joe is reliable, courteous and does a very thorough job. He follows through and makes sure the job is complete. I have used Joe a number of times on a purchase we did on a foreclosure. I have been impressed with him on every job he has done for us.

Came by and fixed my nasty clogged toilet super quick, and it was after a 5 on a Friday. Would call back again for sure (hopefully I don't have to but good to know I can get a problem fixed quick)!

My basement began backing up with sewage with even a small amount of rain. The smell was rancid, and after Shopvacing it up twice in ONE week we Yelped for plumbers in the area. We originally had someone from Oak Park come out and tell us it wasn't the pipes, that we had to install a back water valve which would run us at least $3000. I called Terry's on Mother's Day night at 9pm, and he answered the phone. He would have come out that night, but I insisted we would live through the weekend. He said he'd come by on Monday. He was prompt and came with help. They rodded out the pipes, and sewer, pulling out a beer bottle, and huge tree roots! They worked tirelessly for 4 hours, and stayed at the quoted price (very reasonable). I would recommend these guys to anyone! And will be keeping his number in my phone for future plumbing needs. Our basement kept flooding.  This company solved the problem.  They know what they're doing.  I don't have a single complaint and I would recommend them without reservation to anyone.

They move a gas line for me. Great work. Very efficient and professional. Would gladly hire them again.

I cannot begin to express how happy I am with the service I received from this company. They were on time, professional and thorough. I'm always concerned repair people will take financial advantage because they can. That's not this company at all. They were honest to the point that my estimate went down not up. Called Grant and his team Saturday afternoon at like 4:30PM after another plumbing company stood us up 2 days in a row.
Grant and his partner showed up within an hour (seriously, on a Saturday afternoon)!! I was ecstatic.
They diagnosed the issue quickly and were ready to repair the issue right away, but we wouldn't be home for the whole time they needed to fix the issue. But they're coming back Monday to fix the issue for us!
I'll update again once the work is complete, but I'm seriously so impressed with their responsiveness and transparency of the issue.

I had a blockage in a 120 foot long pipe that ran from my sump pump to the sewer.  I received 3 quotes and H2O offered the best price.  Todd and his team showed up right on time for our scheduled appointment.  They rodded the full length of the pipe to remove the blockage and then ran a camera through the pipe to show that it was completely clear.  They were very professional and friendly.  No surprises on the bill.  I'd definitely call H20 again and recommend them for your plumbing needs.

A big ZERO.  They charged me $900 to to fix a leak in my bathroom in December. The link was never fixed. I scheduled another appointment in March and they were a no-show. Someone showed up the next day claiming to work for this company and brought no supplies with him.  He said a quote would be delivered. Never received the quote. Honest to God the person I let in not my home could have been a criminal. I contact the company and was told I did not contact them within 90 days of the original service and as a result there is nothing they can do.  Hmmm. Contact the company in March is within 90 days. Shame on you Magic Men.  What a complete disaster.  I will file a complaint with the BBB but do not think this company is accredited.

I am extremely happy with this company's service and plumbers. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Jason responds to any question/request in a prompt and efficient manner. He def goes above and beyond.

I had a water heater issue, ejector pump valve change and needed to install new shower/tub piping. Joe and Neil were prompt and finished the job very professionally. Joe is very reasonably priced and he finished the job quickly. I would recommend him to anyone. Very polite and informative. He also found a busted copper pipe going to my outside hose!  That would've cost me $$$$ in the spring when I turned on the water. Wasn't part of the original plan, but he didn't make it seem like a big deal and fixed it for me. Great honest people, would use them for anything Plumbing-related from now on.

This company charged me $700 for an initial visit that did not fix the problem, broke the angle valve that shuts off the water to the toilet, charged me $440 for the fix they created BEFORE doing the work, and then cancelled 15 minutes before the appointment after I had scheduled a water shutoff for the building.  They refused to refund me the full amount for the work they didn't do yet, AND charged me a cancellation fee when it's their technician that didn't show up.  There are a lot of options out there, don't waste your time or money
