I lost all my faith in Connell Plumbing. We have used him for several years. And was always happy But lately he has been no help at all. When I thought a pipe was leaking form my dish water, his assistant came over told me that it was not the pipe. He told me that it was the casket and that my dish washer was old and it needed to be replaced. He refused to fix  it. Guess what , all it needed was a rubber casket. We have another person fix it. And no problems or leaks since  This was early this year.

Now the last straw is we need our sump pump cleaned out and a new pump replaced. I explained the problem. First I was first given a quote on a price of $,600.00 . Then Wayne kept insisting that it was our sewer back up system that was causing the problem. Perma Seal already checked out and it is working just fine. I told Wayne this but he said it is not the reason my pump is not working. I'm not STUPID. I ran the water in the sink and I saw how the pump (he sold us) is not working at all. And my Sump Pump pit is full of mud. When I told him this, all of a sudden he said he dose not clean out sump
pumps or replace the other pump (which  I also got from when my basement flooded prior to my correcting the problem ).

I will get another plumber and NEVER USE CONNELL PLUMBING AGAIN IF I CAN HELP IT!!!

My mother lives in Oak Park IL and I recently relocated to Indiana.  I worry about her and I am very concerned about her well being.  In the past, I was always there to help her with whatever problems she had with the upkeep of her home.  Now, I feel pretty helpless in that area.  My mother has been having plumbing problems as of late, and Tim Stefl was recommended to me by a close friend.  I can only say, that I am extremely happy with the service they have provided to my mom!  They come whenever she calls them and always provide great, friendly service at a very reasonable price!  I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs quality service at a fair price!

Brandon did a terrific job rebuilding our main staircase, as well as installing our new kitchen cabinets. He's always prompt and communicates regularly when we have questions. I highly recommend working with him!

Our ejector pump malfunctioned. We reached out to D and L, Travis was very responsive. Travis came out and was able to replace the separate float switch without having to replace the pump. This saved us hundreds of dollars. His work was excellent and the pricing was very fair. We would definitely use D and L again.

I highly recommend Stephens Plumbing.  They fixed a badly clogged sink and basement line.  Chip was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, explained things,  and did not try to sell me on additional work.  I had a different company out the day before who had quoted $639 for the same work Stephens Plumbing did for $320 - need I say more?

Contacted Gus for a leaking sink in the kitchen and he was there within 20min and took care of the issue. Extremely satisfied with his reliability and his decent prices! Will definitely recommend!

Tom was great we had our two sump pumps go out and he installed our spare sump pump in just a little while for an excellent price. I will definitely use Tom again. He has been one of the most responsive and excellent contractors I have hired on Thumbtack! Definitely call Tom!

Lane will never know how grateful I am for his prompt and courteous service.  I was in such a bind, but he came over at 6:00 pm and shut off the water to my refrigerator.  I am forever in his debt.

The water service line to our was broken outside the foundation and leaking in to the basement.  Chalmers reacted quickly and under terrible weather conditions excavated 6' below grade to find and repair leak.  It was reassuring that they understood my concern and treated the repair as an emergency.  
I would highly recommend Chalmers for all your plumbing requirements.  Don't waste your time calling everyone you find in your google search.  Just call Chalmers and just watch them make it happen.

I don't usually write reviews, either positive or negative.  But Paul, David and the guys at Heritage Plumbing absolutely went above and beyond for us!  When they learned that we were without hot water since early in the week because we were working with a home warranty company, they really helped us out!  Rather than asking me to schedule a convenient time the following week, they said they'd have someone there in a few minutes to get started.  They weren't kidding - within 30 minutes from our first call, they were at the house and 2 hours later, we had our new heater installed and we were up and running!
These guys have helped us a few times over the years, and each time they are more than fair, honest, and easy to work with!  If you have a plumbing problem, Heritage Plumbing is the company to call!

I recommend Arrow Plumbing for any Home plumbing issue or problem you have.  They replaced my Hot Water Heater/Tank and did exactly what they said they'd do, very professional and friendly.  I didn't compare their prices, but plumbing is serious and you get what you paid for, so don't skimp on that stuff.  Review after review on Yelp is a lotta 'they were the cheapest, and really screwed it up.'  Thumbs up high for Arrow.

They did some sump pump and septic repairs for me. Pricing was good and they were very responsive and reliable. I'd definitely recommend them.

This is the first time using this company and the service was great!!  Called in the  morning and Mr. Travis was here by early afternoon. He is professional and knowledgeable.  If you're in need of quality plumbing services at a fair price, he's your man.  Would definitely call again.

Bought a washing machine as it was being installed the pipe broke, call karl and he was there within 30 minutes and within a hour everything was fixed  he is very professional and polite. Will definity us again

Firstly was glad to get an emergency appointment within an hour of calling them for my flooded kitchen sink . Secondly they were utmost professionals . Came with masks and booties . Performed the work quickly and cleaned everything up as to how it was earlier . Explained whatever they did and took pictures of the work . They were very reasonable on the prices they charged me . Especially if you compare them with the other plumbing complies in the market they are very reasonable labor. They also gave me a 10% off on the first visit . Will surely use them and refer them in the future .

I would like to point out that the owner's comments below are entirely false. I wrote this review the day of the service call because I was so frustrated. A refund was not offered to my LANDLORD (not girlfriend, don't know where that came from.) until she submitted to them a receipt from the other plumbing company that came out to fix the problem, several days later. There was no issue with faulty equipment. As I explained below, the plumber diagnosed the clog incorrectly and then rodded incorrectly, then ripped me off when I tried to use a coupon, simple as that.

We recently used J. Blanton for a disposal repair. We were told it can't be repaired, it had to be replaced. The price was incredibly high. I paid it because I didn't get a quote. My bad.

Got a quote at that time to replace two failing wall valves to a 1/4 turn valve for a toilets. I was told it would be more cost effective to do all the valves in the condo. One quote was around $800 for 2 valves or  $1970 for all remaining 9 valves.

We waited over a year to do the job because of the price. When we called back to ask if the quote was still good, they said no, that they needed another plumber to come out and look at it. So this young man showed up, he had such a bad attitude, asking us why he was there if we already had a quote, I immediately asked him to leave. He got the hint that he was being unprofessional and he straightened up real quick and offered to do the quote.

Same quote came back to us. I wasn't comfortable with the price or the guy with the bad attitude. We checked another plumber our building uses. Glad I did!

He just did the two failing valves for $275, FOR BOTH VALVES! Was super cool, in and out in under 40min. (Try Moody plumbing instead!)
