It took over two hours but we resolved several problems that have been bugging me for years in this vintage apartment.

1. They were able to come right away on a Saturday!
2. They unclogged a completely clogged kitchen sink and replaced a rotting drain.
3. Determined that garbage disposal and ancient plumbing do not mix, advised we not use it.
4. Cleaned trap in bathroom sink that is slow to drain.
5. Identified hole in hose for dishwasher drain (need to schedule that repair).
6. Identified problem with low pressure in hot water supply in the other bathroom sink; need to shut off building water to fix, will submit to co-op board (collective problem, not just mine).

The plumbers were friendly and polite throughout, explaining everything to me. Outstanding service.

I was very happy with their installation of my Rheem hybrid heat pump water heater. It was kind of complicated and I was having a hard time finding someone to install it. They did it quickly and at a good price. Thanks again.

We had a bad situation in our crawlspace with water escaping from a blown check valve. A&T came out within the hour to stop the water and replace the sump pump that was old. The line was also rodded out. The work was done timely, efficiently and professionally. We are happy with the service and highly recommend to others. Also, the company is very knowledgeable in mold and offers corrective remediation solutions.

As someone new to the area in need of a plumber, I did what I normally do when looking for information - I turned to Yelp. Great reviews always get my attention and Moody had them. So I called and left a message. Joe was quick to respond, had me take a few photos of the plumbing under the kitchen sink and email them so he could give me a quote for the garbage disposal installation.

He responded with an estimate that was significantly lower than another I had received, and we got it scheduled. Martin showed up at 7:30 AM, right on time, put his shoe covers on and got right to work. He was pleasant, efficient, and made sure everything was working properly and without leaks. And when he finished he gave me the invoice and it was $100 less than the estimate! When does that ever happen? That's the way to earn repeat business! I'll certainly keep Moody Plumbing in my approved contractors file.

Very responsive and reliable. A pipe bursted. Multiple plumbers either never called us back or confirmed an appointment and then never show up. Trent and Mr Rivera were fast and efficient. They came out in the middle of the night. They made the process so easy and got it fixed in no time. I would definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

We have used Reeg plumbing for over 20 years. Recently we needed to replace washers in powder room bathroom.  When you call to leave a message,  1st question is always are you a customer presently
When plumber came he did not have the part.  part was ordered and 2 weeks later was installed.  When I received invoice there was a charge for initial visit and subsequent installation visit. It cost over $300 to replace washer.  When I questioned the charge, I was told I got a break, and the 'old poor me about hard it is staying in business.'  The plumber was in my home for less than half an hour-not my fault he did not have part and had to return.  Very disappointed and very expensive

He was right on time the day of the work in our condo bldg.  He installed a new bath sink faucet and shower head that we had purchased. We also needed new shut off valves that he ran out to the hardware store because we didn't know what size we needed.. He did a great job and was pleasant to work with. Very happy we hired him.

I made a request on Yelp for quotes, they responded within minutes and we're here the same day to fix my drain. The estimate was accurate and they had everything fixed in less than half an hour. Highly recommend them! Very friendly and professional A+++

The preferred plumbing van was dangerously tailgating me today and when I called to complain about it I got the driver who blamed me for driving by looking in my rearview mirror. He's a menace to the road.

So, this review isn't so much for the job that was done, because I ended up getting scheduled with my building's maintenance man instead, but I felt compelled to leave a comment on the customer service alone. I was mid-anxiety attack when I called Dominic about my leaky toilet and though he was unable to fit me in on that same day, he had me send him a picture of what I was looking at and then talked me through how to temporarily stop the leak. Which temporarily stopped my anxiety. And probably saved my floor and the ceiling of the person below me. For that alone, much gratitude!

Edited to add: and then came the plot twist: Dominick IS in fact my building's plumber!

So now I can speak on his service, which was quick and thorough. With great personality to boot! Aside from that time I spent almost 12 hours on 5-hour train ride (don't ask), I've never been so happy to see my toilet. All is well once again!

Patrick and his team are dependable and professional! They have the latest tools in the industry to get the job done right and effective! It was fun watching them work. I learned things and had them back for repeat service. They did 2 sewer scope inspections for me, rotted out my sewer line and made great recommendations for remedies with our making me feel pressured.

I recommend this company for ease of scheduling,  reasonable fees and efficient service.  Anthony was on time, clean, polite and efficient. We couldn't replicate a leak I was chasing, but he went over & above in fixing a sink problem not in the original request.

My second floor bathroom shower valve was leaking after twenty years of wear and tear. Jason and his partner David were very knowledgeable and professional in in assessing what the job would require to sucessfully complete the repair or replacement of the valve.
Jason determined that the delta cartridge would only require replacement not the valve itself. The job was performed in a professional and timely manner! Thank you Anderson plumbing as a prevouis quote from another company would  have cost me $1,900 to replace a valve that wasn't necessary.

Right away plumbing and hvac are the best,  I have used them few times for my clogged toilet and heating they are the best fast, clean and very professiona I highly recommend them.

  I needed a kitchen sink, dishwasher, and fridge all hooked up as well as some old waterlines replaced. Joe and Lucas came out and did a great job. Everything was left clean, no leaking, no mess, and a fair price for a perfect job. These guys are professional, on time, communicative, and handled everything above and beyond expectations. Most importantly: The wife was happy to see everything finished up. Great job on the whole install. Five stars all around. I've lived in many houses & have  had to deal with many plumbers. This particular company however is quite unique &special.Not only are they fairly priced, flexible, & reliable;they are incredibly We'll managed. What I mean by this is that the owner of the company often deals with you personally. You don't have to go through layers of people to get some  thing done. Bill the owner, Actually Calls customers back himself He is very responsive and available.If you have a problem during the day you can text him and he'll get back to you. If it's after hours & you have anything from a plumbing crisis to an EXTRA You've requested you can usually find him working late at the office taking care of details .He has  diligent employees from the skilled workers to the support staff reflecting what the company  prioritizes from the top down..You'll  often be dealing with Bill rather than  him being called in if something goes awry He's truly caring and very hands-on which only servers  to make his customers feel
