Friendly, fast and very knowledgeable.  We needed a handyman to come and re-attach our stove hood that fell off the wall the previous night.  Andrew was here the next morning and fixed it better than before.  Would definitely use him again.

The services provided by Welter Home Services were excellent. The work consisted of cleaning baseboard radiators, which hadn't been cleaned in years, and then doing the plastering and painting that was damaged by taking the radiators apart. The worker was prompt, professional, and friendly. He discussed his approach, and used the paint we had rather than have us buy more. Everything was done extremely well and we enjoyed having him here. We've used Welter Home Services a number of times and will certainly use them again when projects are beyond our skill levels!

I hired them to repair a frozen pipe in my sprinkler system. They did the job and after they were done they told me about something else that needed to be done - replace the reduced pressure zone device, which made the repair the just did unnecessary, as the pipe would be replaced with the new RPC. I would rather have made the decision to do the replacement and avoid paying $200 for nothing.

Gary came out in a pinch to take a look at a couple of leaks for me, was on time, professional, thorough and fair. Would definitely use again

Great job replacing the cartridge in my shower to rectify water temp change. Also ran to the store to get me a proper knob which was contributing to the problem. The other two companies I called were going to charge me extra to identify the type of faucet I had (because there was no inscription). The woman on the phone had me text a photo to one of the plumbers on staff. Total cost: $275. Smart company you can trust. Go with these folks.

Why only four stars? Because they were not easy to find! For businesses that do such good work and employee good staff, they need to be well-known! Hopefully this will help to increase their name, fame and add to their bottom line. Excellent price, kept the appointment; did the job, was careful to do clean and neat work; and respected my property during ingress and egress.

We hired these plumbers to do a whole house re- piping. If you need that job done, call these people.  They are a job-done option: they will pull down walls, replace plumbing,  and put the walls back up. (huge because getting contracters to put up drywall after the fact would be difficult).

It was a big job and they made it very easy. We got multiple estimates and the price was fair. The owner has a straightforward, serious, honest manner, the type you would trust to babysit your kids. We were very comfortable spending money with this company and are happy with the results.

Kennedy has helped me out in many situations. All of their people are knowledgeable, thorough, polite and professional. After they leave, I always have that comfortable feeling that the job was done correctly.

The absolute best people to call for any plumbing problems. They are quick, efficient and friendly. They are also a family run business that will not price gouge you. They are knowledgeable and clean up after they are done. They have done a very large job and a couple small jobs for us and each time we have been completely satisfied. I don't like bog box stores. Roaming the aisles for hours trying to find the one employee that is both present and in possession of a brain. I like finding the good supply houses and dealing with them. My last job was a replacement of an ejector pump at my dad's house. Not a rosey job by any stretch of the imagination, but it's the sort of thing that is nice when you get it done. When I walked into Harlem Plumbing I made it clear. I don't want lousy china crap that breaks in three days. The folks behind the counter knew precisely what I was talking about. They did a fantastic job. I had my list, I knew what I needed, I knew the calculations, head loss, applicable codes....but they were ready to help and had some great advice and stories. In modern times, the word expert is now exclusively used to describe talking idiots on TV, I must say that the folks at harlem plumbing are master tradesmen (and women?). They also have a good throughflow of top notch local plumbers. There was nothing intimidating or condescending about the interaction. the folks were prompt, professional, friendly. Where the smart one at the big box store watches a 30 minute youtube video as training, these folks had been in the trade all of their lives. I left absolutely certain that I had the right stuff and the job would be done right. I can't say that for the happy, shiny, lucky, golden store brands at the big box stores. That experience is more along the lines of god, I hope this crap works. Harlem Plumbing is a solid local supply house with great people. I can't say it enough. Rock on Harlem Plumbing! Please don't stop or sell out to the corporate pukes. The service you provide is much needed and appreciated.

I am very thankful and grateful to Vilano plumbing, we had a situation where another contractor started the work and could not pass the city inspection, Vilano was highly recommended to me by a friend, so he came out and explained what was wrong, very knowledgeable, better than the inspector, he had to redo almost entire job but we passed inspection on the first time the inspector came back.

Thiesse Plumbing is the real deal!  They get how to do business and do it right..  We used them last year for rodding out our basement to the street to excellent results. This after making the mistake of calling giant Roto-Rooter! If you're looking for the best no nonsense, honest, knowledgable, and customer service plumbing company- call Thiesse!  Will definitely use them again should the need occur.

My family has a couple of old brick buildings , we been doing business with South Chicago  Plumbing , since 1976. Great knowledge, very friendly, and most of all a great inventory of parts and supply for older buildings . They have the parts and supply that you cannot find any where around Chicago.  They recommend other shops if they don't have the parts. Now that's true business !!!
