Mac is truly a good man. He was honest, transparent, and really helped us out with our water tank. We were being overcharged for an old, over-sized tank, and Mac leveled with us on what would get the job done. This will save us a ton of $$ over the long run on electric bills. On top of that, he was a positive and upbeat guy which just made him enjoyable to work with. I would highly recommend Mac and Fast Plumbing!

I had a variety of plumbing issues on a condo I purchased. Scott was great, he was quickly able to diagnose the problems. After he knew what components were needed, he quickly ran to the local hardware store, came back with what he needed. He was thorough in addressing the problems and didn't leave until he was satisfied things were working properly. I highly recommend him, and will absolutely use him for any future issues.

I will never use this company again. I was quoted a $25 fee to come out and find what the problem is but I later find out it end up costing $300 for them to come out and just leave. They call me the next day saying it's going to cost another 400 to do another check. And then they will go from there on what it would cost to fix it they are a total rip off at this business they had a good customer service but, I would not recommend them to anyone due to them being such a high price. They arrived 3 hours late! I took off the day of work and they called and told me they were running 30 minutes late when I actually it was an hour 2 hours. They still never fixed my problem its been 5 days now. He actually just looked left called back and said he was busy and he'll call me. They never did and I am honestly going to post them to the Better Business Bureau for false information about the price. Do not go here unless you want to spend a large amount of money for nothing!!!

I had a sewage backup in my basement.
I called in the morning and thankfully they had an opening.  They got to working right away. A responsive and respectable team.  
They explained all the issues and found one I will need to address at some point in the future.

Had a great experience with Sound Plumbing today - after trying to fix a clogged sink all week, we finally gave in and called in the professionals.  They were on time, very nice, kept the space clean (& even folded the towels we had laid down on the floor earlier in the week when the sink was leaking!) and affordable.  I'll definitely be calling Sound Plumbing for our any future repairs we may need.

The guys were friendly and informative. They also were more than kind to my curious 4 year old that wanted to know exactly what they were doing. They gave advice and suggestions. They seemed trustworthy and not just out to scam you for more money which is really appreciated. It's more important than ever with costs of things going up. I know it's a necessary thing to have done but it's refreshing to know that they informed me how to keep this from being a yearly thing or a major undertaking/large repair job. Thank you!

I had a clogged sump pump that needed attention. I called one highly rated company who told me that it could not be repaired but that I would instead need a new $2700 Zolar pump job. I'm glad that I called Captain for a second opinion. Andrew came out and quickly assessed the situation, fixed the problem and only charged me $250!!! He was honest and never up sold me. Many companies take advantage of single women but Andrew did not. I will forever be a loyal customer as a result. Thanks Andrew, you're awesome!!

I needed help fast with an electrical shortage that had half the outlets in my house not working. Darrell was able to come the next day and it took him all of five minutes to fix the problem. Real nice and honest electrician. I had a light switch in my kitchen go out the next day and I sent Darrell a message and he responded within 5 minutes to see what the problem was exactly, but I was able to fix it myself. His service is fantastic.I will for sure give him a call for future electrical and plumbing problems, highly recommend to anyone.

Hristo from ABV plumbing showed up on time as promised. He had a mask and a pair of bootie to cover his shoes. We weren't able to use the kitchen sink for exactly 1 week which was so inconvenient. He worked so hard to open the drain that the previous company couldn't resolve. He used a 50 ft cable to open the drain. He was so patient and kept cool the whole time. I'm so happy that we now have a working kitchen sink again. I woupd strongly recommend using them again. Thank you so much. Great job Hristo!!!

Extremely poor communication. Dmitry wanted to handle everything through text (which is completely fine) and I sent him all the details and pictures I could. He said he was good with the info I sent but his estimate on the work was very vague so I asked for clarity and didn't get any. I then asked if he could email the details and proposal to me, he said Saturday which was 4 days away. i understand he probably has other jobs so I waited.
On Sunday still nothing...followed up saying I want to move forward with the work based on the initial estimate but just need the detailed quote to make sure...he asked for home address and that was it. Monday I follow up again and then said he will send out a proposal once I confirm I am interested in scheduling and it still wouldn't get sent out for another day.
As you can see how frustrating the communication has been. Maybe he does good work once you get ahold of him and seems fairly priced as I compared to other plumbers but if you don't get a quote in a couple days after providing the scope of the job, just move on if you're hoping for something sooner than later
*response: again the issue is poor communication. I did tell Dmitry I was looking for service immediately and it took a week for them to tell me they are 4 weeks out. They did not offer in person, only a follow up call that was not even needed. Screenshot of that conversation is below.

Juan came out because one of the toilets in my home kept running. The water kept running. Juan replaced the fill valve, flapper and supply line. He even looked at the walk in tub/shower drain in the same bathroom. He told me he can fix it and it won't leak he gave me a price. He told me if he can't fix it he there would be no charge. He tried to fix it but he checked and it still leaked after he fixed what he fixed. That was no charge. The toilet he fixed it and I am very satisfied with the work Juan did and the price was very reasonable.

Noel is my go-to for any plumbing needs.  He is easy to communicate with,  quickly responds and is always on time.  He is diligent and is good at explaining things to me so I understand.  Highly recommend!
