Pat was quick to respond after I contacted Drain-EEZ over a weekend to unclog a drain in a bathtub in a condo I had just purchased in a short sale. He also helped repair a leak from the toilet, which saved me the cost of replacing the toilet.

Mac is a true professional. He responded right away to my inquiry and was very easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable and provides great service. Thanks to Rescue Plumbing and Dex for coming so quickly and rodding our main sewer line. He saved our place from flooding. Not only did he help with the Sewer line but he gave great advice about toilets. He even cleaned up after he was finished.

These guys rock! With this being the first winter in our new house we've had two occasions to call Rocket Plumbing for water emergencies. Thankfully they were there to help on extremely short notice.

Call #1 (later Dec 2013): leaky outside faucet that we couldn't fix on our own (although we sure tried). After a lot of recon work we decided it was best to call in the professionals before the cold weather set in later that night. Tony came by and helped us get squared away with a dedicated shut-off valve inside the house to be used during the winter. Obviously this should have been done when they rehabbed the whole house 10 years ago, but now we had peace of mind that it's done right.

Call #2 (early Jan 2014): like almost everyone else in the Chicago area the -40 wind temps did a number on us and burst the pipe leading to the OTHER outside faucet. Unfortunately it burst inside the wall of our lower floor and flooded 1/2 of that level. Called the guys at Rocket, they said they had a waiting list longer than you'd believe but since I was a repeat customer they would try to fit me in as they had a guy right in my neighborhood. A few hours later Marlon was at the door and basically did the same thing that was done for the other pipe; put a dedicated shut-off valve inside. Otherwise there was no way to turn off the water to that faucet without turning off the water to the whole house.

On both occasions the gentlemen were very professional, courteous, detailed, and even explained why things happened and how it all should have been done right the first time. I can't say enough for how helpful Rocket was during both of our semi-emergencies; I'll definitely use them again if I have any more plumbing needs (fingers x-ed that this is it for a while though).

Now I'm off to line up restoration guys... the insurance company is going to love this!

Thomas and Tuffy were WONDERFUL!! We have an old house that had lots of roots in the drain and they worked and got all of them out! We can now wash clothes and wash dishes, thank you for that! Would call you guys in a minute for whatever problem we have!

Jose is a pro. Extremely accommodating and professional - he doesnt waste any time  offering solutions that clearly wont work. We were desperate as we had a dishwasher that was leaking on our neighbors ceiling[+ without dishwasher!]

We then had another issue shortly afterwards and yet again Jose did his upmost to accommodate and went above and beyond to fix the issue [pipes not to code] and ran into other problems [stud walls] +over time wise but stayed to ensure he finished the job.
Windy City is reasonable price wise and v fair. His side kick Brian is extremely amusing and like Jose extremely efficient - I would have no hesitation in recommending Jose and Windy City Plumbing and using them [hopefully not!] in the future.

I have used these guys three separate times  (including 2 emergency plumbing issues) and they have been fantastic.  Each time I have called and left a message, heard back immediately and someone has arrived at our door step within the hour.  Guys are friendly, knowledgable and reasonably priced.  Very trust worthy.   They have fixed a toilet that had been leaking water all over the floor, replaced a kitchen faucet, repaired a running toilet and a shower handle.  We haven't had any problems since.

I was really impressed with the service provided by Jesus. I received an immediate response for a quote which was fair and accurate. He repaired my kitchen drain sink Monday morning after requesting quote on Sunday. It was refreshing dealing with a honest and skilled professional! Will definitely use him again for all of my plumbing needs.

My husband and I woke up this morning to a hot water pressure drop followed by no hot water.  I immediately yelped highly rated companies in the area and saw Green Tech had an outstanding reputation.  I sent a quote at close to 6:30 am, even before the office was open.  Not more than 5 minutes later, I received an email reply from Kevin, who asked for more details and we quickly emailed back and forth through some initial understanding of the issue.  After just having gone through a polar vortex, the Chicago area has been in significant plumbing distress, and despite the very busy schedule already in place, Kevin made sure to call me back with potential availability in appointments.  Right on time, he assured me that someone could come by in the afternoon.  Erik was extremely professional and friendly.  He walked me through my tankless water heater flush and helped me learn more about the unit itself and what caused the issue. Loved that they showed up on time, with face mask and shoe covers. They were extremely clean when rotting. They fixed the backup I was having.  A few days later I contact them again because I was having a small leak where they rotted and they came back to fix it. Highly recommend them and will be using them again for any plumbing issues.

Adam was great. Good at communicating his schedule. He found the issue (that a different company missed) and fixed it in an afternoon.

I had such a wonderful experience working with Darrell. He was very flexible in scheduling our appointment around our schedule. He arrived promptly and wore a mask. He efficiently diagnosed the electrical issues we were facing and explained the issues and the fix very thoroughly and clearly!

He was also able to resolve the issue on the spot! He offered great recommendations for other items we could do around the house to be more energy efficient in the future. We will definitely be calling Darrell again for future work and highly recommend him!

We love Mike The Plumber and highly recommend him.  He just assisted us with two small plumbing problems at our new house in Rogers Park.  He was so pleasant to work with, fixed the issues quickly, fixed a few other issues in the process, recommended some changes, and was so reasonable in his price.   He also loves dogs, and took time to pet and play with our two pups in the back yard.  Mike is now our go to plumber, and I suspect our pups will be trying to clog our pipes so that Mike gets a call to come back.
