My husband found Mr Burris after a quick google search of African American plumbers. We called about 1pm that afternoon by 4pm Mr Burris was at our home. We have had a slow draining/clogged kitchen sink for over a month that my husband just could not get cleared. We called 2 other well known plumbing companies, they wanted to cut open our wall to clear the clog with a VERY expensive price tag.
Mr Burris was able to unclog the sink quickly and was able to tell my husband how to prevent this from happening again.
Timely service at a great price  from a man who is obviously very well skilled at what he does. Thank you Mr Burris we appreciate you.

Jake couldn't have been more kind and professional. He was at my house first thing on a Sunday morning. He identified the problems and was patient with us. He discovered our problems were a more severe than we all thought. He referred us to another company to handle our major repairs and even called to check in later on our progress. Although Jake wasn't able to to fix everything I couldn't be more impressed and I would use him again without question.

Great work, great price. Fixed a running toilet and a drain that had come loose from the bottom of a sink.

Excellent response time by Konstantin. Martin arrived on time to deal with drain backups in laundry and kitchen sinks. He identified the problem to be in the laundry area and quickly cleared it up. Martin was very personable and professional and the price was fair. I've been in my house for 30 years and have used many plumbers. I highly recommend Emergency Plumbing and will definitely call them next time!

Not an emergency, but noticed water was draining slowly in shower. Called Ace and had the guys out within 2 hours. Bobby called me and told me when they were on their way and there they were to save the day. Turned out to be some nasty hair clogs (my fault) but Mike and Mitch (I hope I remember the names right) took care of it all super fast, cleaned up after, and even made me feel better about the whole situation with some lighthearted jokes. Not everyone's experience would need/warrant that last part, but for me it made me feel better about clogging my pipes with chunks of hair and what not. Bobby called later to follow up, much appreciated.  
Bottom line, was it cheap? No, but plumbing hardly ever is and they are experts for a reason. We couldn't and wouldn't want to do it ourselves.
Was the crew responsive, effective, and fast? Absolutely.
Keeping their info in my phone for any issues in the future!

Charge me $380 Ron out the basement it only last for four months and I had the same problem came back out here I wanted to charge me another $250 do the same thing again  do not guarantee they work

Highly recommend this company. Prompt service, very reasonable estimate after receiving outrageous ones from another for unnecessary work! Yury was polite, a very hard worker, efficient, and made sure everything was working before he left. I will definitely use Excel in for my future needs.

These guys were great. They came the first time we called and unclogged a clogged toilet in about 15 minutes. I was a little leery that it was finished so quick and they assured me it came with 90 day guarantee. A week or two later I was right - and the toilet clogged up again- I called back and they promptly came out and after a bit more work the plumber unclogged it again - this time dislodging the detritus that was clogging the toilet.

All you want is honest good work- and these guys follow through!

Thompson is THE BEST.  I've had multiple issues with various plumbing issues and they have always been responsive and attentive to everything that needed to be done.  If you are looking for an honest and trustworthy plumber they are the ones to call

Had a great experience! I called Keeley's to come out and inspect the two pumps in our basement (ejector and sump pump). Joe and Tyler who did the consultation were very friendly, thorough and efficient, and clearly walked me through their recommendations. The next day I had a couple additional questions, particularly about the radon cover on our sump pump, and called their main line and spoke to Tim, who despite his busy day, took the time to chat and explain a few things in great detail. The next week Joe arrived to complete the work we'd agreed on. He efficiently and expertly installed new pumps, a new check valve (now quiet!), a battery backup, and even re-organized the discharge pipes into a cleaner simpler route. Definitely an improvement! He took great care in the house to wear boot covers, a mask, and left the basement clean as a whistle. He also answered all my many questions and curiosities very thoughtfully, which I appreciated, as I enjoy learning new things :) Would definitely work with Keeley's again and have already recommended them to a friend.

We called Body plumbing to repair one of our leaking backflow valves. He gave us good price on the repair and he even came twice to work on it after the first attempt did not come out right at no extra charge. His pricing however on testing was good but we found better so we will use another company for yearly testing. We will definitively call him again to get pricing in the future though.

Needed to find a new Backflow inspection company for our home - as our previous vendor chose to shoot up prices beyond our budget.
I was very pleased to have discovered Chicago Backflow.
People I dealt with like Nick, Tiffany, Jessica - and our technician Alan are all superb.  I get the sense this company must be managed very well, because everyone has a very nice attitude and exudes warmth.
Alan showed up right on time at 7am (even with snow falling) and was efficient and had a very kind demeanor.
Price was appropriate.

This guy was a lifesaver. One of our outdoor spigots caused a significant leak inside our wall which led to a decent amount of water damage. After getting all the drywall & insulation ripped out I set my sights on finding a plumber. After about 4-5 calls I realized it was going to be a near miracle to get anyone out within 24 hours. The next morning, my wife received a recommendation for Jon from a work collegue so I decided to give him a call. He was able to work me into his schedule the same day & not only replaced the spigot with a much better one, but also identified & repaired another leak in the piping. Before he left I asked him if he had time to replace our other spigot so we didn't run into this kind of disaster in the future. Since he was already here he took care of it in about 30 minutes. He was on time, efficient & friendly. I don't give a ton of recommendations, but I'd recommend Jon for sure.

Eric came out to give us an estimate. He showed up on time and was very informative. My husband and I felt very comfortable with him and knew he was the guy for our job. The pipe that led to our sump pump pit had collapsed and we needed a new pipe and trough drain put in. Eric's estimate was very reasonable so we went ahead and hired him. Eric and his crew worked diligently and finished the job in a few hours. The concrete work was wonderfully done and we no longer have any issues. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!

Ed, Daniel, & Marty are the best and most honest plumbers you will EVER find. They are highly educated and continually attend school to hone their craft and learn about the latest technology. They work quickly, efficiently, and are HONEST. They have done both major and minor plumbing work at my home, and walked me through all aspects of their work before and after the completion of their work. There is no need to look any further on Yelp for plumbers, hire All Suburban plumbing. Seriously-it's a no brainer!!!

Jay came out and cleared the supply line from my hot water pipe to the kitchen faucet.  I now have great pressure.  It took him about 10 minutes. Very professional.

A refreshing company to work with in Lincoln Square! The lady who answered my call couldn't have been nicer and is longtime Lincoln Square resident. She had a team at my house in literally two hours after my call. Tony and Alex came out to look at our bathroom drain that we were never able to figure out how to close. We thought it was not installed correctly and never closed it until a house guest forced it closed. In less than five minutes they figured out that it was a drain that you just pushed to open and close. They saved us a lot of money not having to tear apart our sink, we didn't get charged for the house call and they solved a four year mystery. It's so nice to have polite and honest people to do business with in my neighborhood.
