Chuck was the 3rd plumber I called for an estimate to remove a cap from my front sewer. I was 15 minutes late to my appointment- by God's grace, when I arrived Chuck had already pulled the cap out the sewer- no digging required as the prior estimates had quoted$$$ (I was sooo full of joy- the other 2 well known plumbers in Berwyn were obviously trying to take advantage of my circumstance) Chuck was honest, reasonable, and knowledgeable. And when he put the snake in the sewer it was evident that the plumber who supposedly roded my main line (approximately 1 month ago) deceived me by stating that he had rodded my main line from the catch basin to the street. Chuck pulled wipes and roots, not to mention other junk-  Chuck conducted Hydro Jetting and I was very satisfied with his work (Thanking God). The jetting even assisted with clearing of the backed up junk in my catch basin, which had been cleaned a month ago and now had filled up with junk due to the poor rodding from the prior plumber (a month ago). I appreciate Chucks integrity and hope that he is a blessing to others as he was to me. I definitely recommend him...6 thumbs up!

Yep, good as it gets. Reliable's been around for a long time -- their dad started the business and now two brothers carry on the tradition. Josh quoted a price to us for finally resolving our sump pump/gutter problem. He ran into a problem because of tree roots gone wild in the parkway -- making the job more labor intensive than he thought. Didn't make any difference. He was prompt, courteous and, like the company name says, reliable. We couldn't be more pleased.

While he worked around rain days, our hot water tank bit the dust. We called Josh and four hours later we had a new hot water tank at a very reasonable price.

This is an honest company with hard-working diligent owners you can trust. Reliable Plumbing is our Plumber for Life. You won't be disappointed.

Asked for a quote to rod out the main sewer line...a project they did less than two years ago. At that time it was an emergency as everything was backing up into our shower. It was super expensive for the emergency call, so this time we were being proactive and wanted it done before it HAD to be done. They had all the info they needed to give us a non-emergency quote but kept emailing saying they needed more info. We went with another service after getting two instant quotes through Yelp at a significantly lower rate. The other service did a fantastic job. Sorry PR Plumbing....you lost a customer.

Wonderful service! Called in an emergency when my basement was flooded due to sump pump failure.  Crew was here in less than 20 minutes and in and out with a new sump pump replaced in under an hour. Incredibly friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and will use again.

We need someone to install new hot water heater, also replace  & install new ejector pump.

Husband decided to call 3 companies I vetted from my research. I used yelp, BBB & Angie's list. And yes, talked to friends.

I read reviews obviously b/c  it's important it be done right by an HONEST, professional, certainly competent, plumber but also we know it will be considerable cost given all that needs doing, and need to be prudent & smart about our choice.

Woman answer the phoned save us a quote of $850 to install hot water heater, $200 more than ANY other company (almost 300 more than one of them). When questioned, said that seems high compared to other plumbers & asked for her just to be sure & check, she said she would, someone would be back in touch.
No, no one was.

Next when asked about injector pump (yes, I stupidly insisted he call the next day, something HAD to be wrong given the volume of good..UM FAKE...reviews)-- he was then quoted $820 by same lady.
Still highest quote there as well. No surprise of course.

Now THAT ran $275 to $130 dollars above qualified --VERY highly regarded by all 3 checks!-- competition.
OH and let's be clear, those calls asking someone to get back to us.
Not one time done. Every other plumber great, just as expected.

These guys gotta NOT just be awful, but add in, their customer serivce, ignoring messages & promises to return calls, is unacceptable. They are nearby & I prefer using local companies, and I take all my research seriously so now I see it's not always reliable.

I will probably be hiring plumbers not too far away, but truly, heed my experience with them & know they obviously DO NOT CARE about customers.   BEWARE. There is NO way these reviews are all honest, absolutely NO way. Or we experienced an aberration that makes no sense & no, I do NOT think so.

So in the end, glad they opted to ignore us.
Their pricing is laughable but surely no more than they must be overall.

I scheduled a Fall checkup with OneStop Pro today, and couldn't be happier. Compared with other furnace services I've used in the past, OneStop Pro was by far the best. The technician was very professional and thorough, explaining everything along the way. The $99 service included checks on our Radon system, electrical, water as well as the furnace & Humidifier checkup. This included many other items than our previous service looked at for the same price. A nice touch was the technician adding tags on all of our Water and Gas shut off valves so we can find them easier in an emergency. The tech also advised and educated me on some other items that I was not aware of, so that I can be prepared if they occur in the future. I highly recommend this service!

I decided to open a yelp account because of the service I just received in the form of a telephone consultation I had with Charlie. I think others can benefit fromngreat services like the ones he's willing to offer.

He's accessible, calls back quickly, and extremely knowledgeable. We had our hot water heater suddenly shutdown, I reset it and then called Charlie. Although I simply had to wait for the many gallons to heat from ice cold to hot, Charlie walked me through a number of things to also check as well as when to potentially get a new H2O heater. For now, we dodged a bullet, but I appreciated his willingness to help and will contact him for any future HVAC, plumbing, and sewage issues. Thank you, Charlie. You're one of a kind!

Our water heater stopped working on a Saturday morning. After making a few calls, we were lucky enough to connect with Carmen and Melissa LaCassa from LaCassa Plumbing. Within three hours of our initial call, our new water heater was fully installed and working perfectly! Carmen could not have been any nicer - he was neat and clean, and his work was meticulously completed. His price was better than any other quote we received, including those from the big box stores (and they would not have installed until the next Monday unless we wanted to pay an additional huge emergency fee). LaCassa Plumbing is fantastic - can't recommend them highly enough!

They were absolutely fantastic! Sam replaced the garbage disposal quickly and really well. Very professional right from the appointment reservation till the work was complete and the price was good too.

Over Memorial Day weekend I had one of my tenants call me early in the morning to inform me that they were not getting any hot water. Sure enough when I got to my building the water tank in the basement was leaking water all over the place. I tried calling several plumbing companies but no one would answer their phones, if they answered their phone they did not have anyone available to come replace the water tank that day. They would say that I'd have to wait until Tuesday.  I call my Realtor to see if he could refer me to a plumber. He suggested that I call Chicago land Quality Plumbing he said he had used them in the past & refers, Chicago land Quality Plumbing to his clients whenever they have a plumbing issue. I called Chicago land quality Plumbing. I spoke with Ed. He had someone available to stop by within the hour. They came by replaced the water tank & hauled away the old one. They were very professional, clean, & the price was very reasonable. I thought it was going to cost me an arm & a leg because of the holiday weekend. Chicago land Quality Plumbing saved my weekend. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing issue. Great company!!!!

Nick was GREAT! I contacted him with 3 small jobs around the house, told him what I needed & he contacted me back right away and was at my house the next day & finished everything in 1/2 hour.
I would recommend Nick to anyone, and already have!!

The pricing is confusing. I was charged an $89 fee to show up which I understood as what would typically be the diagnostic fee and then $125/hr. The guy was here for 20 min, could not actually do the repair, and needed to go do research to see if the parts were available to do the work and I am left with a $214 bill. As an architect who works with construction people on a daily bases, this is not how I have ever seen someone do business. I would say to make sure that they have the capability to do the job and get everything in writing beforehand.

Another great experience with M&R.  First, let me start by saying these guys pick up the phone.   When I had HVAC problems, I couldn't get anyone to show up or answer the phone.  So, it's good to have responsive service people.  

Art W. was great.    He showed up on time and even called ahead with an ETA.   He knew what he was doing and didn't charge us an arm and a leg for service.   Will definitely use them again.    I wish I could get HVAC guys that were this responsive and reliable.
