Called this company to come out to fix a drain pipe, as there was water in the basement.  The plumber routed the pipe, and even sent the camera down, but didn't see any blockage.  Ran water, and it was still backing up.  The guy said to 'watch' it.  An hour later, after running the shower, there was water all over again.  Called him back, and he said there was nothing he could do.  
Called a DIFFERENT company, who came out, and FIXED the problem, while the guy from Absolutely clear stood by and watched.  We had to pay over $200 to Absolutely Clear, and they did NOTHING to fix the problem.  Then had to pay another plumbing company to fix it.  Tried calling Absolutely Clear to see about getting some of our money back, and after talking to Diane, who said she would call me back, have not heard anything from them.  They won't even answer our calls now.  WHAT A RIP OFF!!  STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!  Not worth the time and hassle, especially since they can't do the job.  Save yourself some money, and call someone else.

Yep, good as it gets. Reliable's been around for a long time -- their dad started the business and now two brothers carry on the tradition. Josh quoted a price to us for finally resolving our sump pump/gutter problem. He ran into a problem because of tree roots gone wild in the parkway -- making the job more labor intensive than he thought. Didn't make any difference. He was prompt, courteous and, like the company name says, reliable. We couldn't be more pleased.

While he worked around rain days, our hot water tank bit the dust. We called Josh and four hours later we had a new hot water tank at a very reasonable price.

This is an honest company with hard-working diligent owners you can trust. Reliable Plumbing is our Plumber for Life. You won't be disappointed.

I had a few things I wanted to have looked at.  I hadn't used DRC before so I found them by searching Yelp, BBB, and Google reviews.  I am glad I found them!  Derek was very helpful and patient in explaining what I needed and didn't need to have done.  I decided to do some replacements anyway since the equipment was older.  He completed all work the same day (new water heater, new ejector pump, clear bathtub drain) and charged a fair price for the work done.  I would absolutely recommend him and will use him again if an issue pops up.

I can not say enough good things about Jason and the crew at Trojan Plumbing!!! My husband experienced a HUGE unexpected plumbing issue and didn't know where to begin.   We contacted Jason and he was at our residence within the hour to assess our problem!! Did I mention that this was on a weekend night?? They are prompt, professional, reasonably priced and courteous!! Jason always took the time to explain all the work being done so that we understood exactly what was being done.  They will work with your insurance company if necessary. I will recommend these guys to everyone!! Keep up the good work guys!!

Canceled first appointment at the last minute. Showed up the at the rescheduled  time and did a partial diagnostic. Didn't bother to check half of the outlets that weren't working. Hired another electrician who actually was able to diagnose and fix the problem. They did wear a mask so 1 additional star for that, but definitely not a company I'd do business with again.

EDIT/UPDATE: Business owner contacted me after posting this review and was willing to make an effort to improve my experience overall which was appreciated. By this point, the work was completed by someone else so it's difficult to comment on the quality of the work, but customer experience was improved.

I called Charlie this past Friday when my furnace stopped functioning and left a message for him on his cell phone. Shortly thereafter I received a call back and he was on site within a half hour. Unfortunately the age of my furnace caused a couple of issues, including sourcing the parts. Though one of the stores was closed by the time one of the issues became apparent, he promptly showed up first thing the next morning part in hand.  His customer service was exemplary and he addressed all my questions during the repair. Quality work at a reasonable price. Will be using him for all my plumbing and hvac repairs from now on.

I was so frustrated trying to call different plumbing companies that wouldn't return my calls and the one I did talk to, was so rude and bothered by me calling, I literally hung up and told the man I hope his day gets better. LaCassa plumbing returned my call in ten minutes and the girl was so accommodating with my busy schedule. Needless to say, they came out that very next morning to install a new water heater! The best part is that Carmen, the owner, is ridiculously tidy in his work and left the place looking better than he found it! He answered EVERY question I had and explained some things to me. He definitely doesn't BS you and is straight to the point. His pricing was very reasonable and I will continue to refer him to anyone I know that needs plumbing work!

Do yourself a favor and don't look anywhere else and use Jaryd from JC Plumbing! We were doing some work on our kitchen and found out really last minute (the week before Thanksgiving) that we needed some plumbing work done and I am so happy we went with JC Plumbing. Jaryd was on time, really reasonably priced and did a great job! We needed him to disconnect the plumbing on three sinks, install a a new sink and reconnect the plumbing on all three and adjust something else to get our garbage disposal to fit. I will use him for all of our plumbing needs going forward!

I would definitely recommend Chicago land quality plumbing without hesitation! Gerardo was professional and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and the reason he was doing it. He told me the price upfront before he began. I was texted a picture of him before he arrived so I would know who to expect. He was also safety conscious and he cleaned everything up beautifully. I truly appreciated his work. I will be using this company from now on.

Nick is great at what he does. He was easy to get in touch with and was at my house within a week. He completed all the electrical and plumbing projects I wanted done, and gave suggestions on the remainder of the work. He is even checking on parts for a broken screen door and gave me names of other contractors to contact if the project was not his specialty. He explained what went wrong on some items, so I got an education as well as things repaired or replaced. I will definitely be using his service again. Thanks.

Had my faucet fixed recently by them & was very satisfied. They're polite,  efficient, skillful, & knowledgeable handymen. 10/10 recommend!

Just moved into a house in Chicago  built in 1956...house has been vacant for years. Kitchen sink just stopped draining a week after we moved in.  Had someone come out yesterday who ran 30' of line through the kitchen sink drain and couldn't get through. He suggested cutting into the wall behind the sink ..we just finished remodeling the kitchen after 2 months..so that was a no.

We decided to get a 2nd opinion and called Mr Plumbing. The owner, Mark was great.  Asked a lot of questions so he had an idea what they were dealing with.  Kevin came out 1st thing the next morning and he was WONDERFUL.  He was able to rod the drain with no problem.  AND I think my kitchen floor was cleaner when he was done than before he started...very tidy work.  

We will be using mr plumbing for any and all future plumbing needs. Great work, guys
