Antonio from Zoom Drain installed a new toilet for me. He was very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. I would work with him again. Only negative was price was a bit high, but most plumbers are these days.

Called performance pro plumbing in November to put in a new shower valve and showerhead and spout. They were near my home. They were all booked for December but this was great because the demo and tiling could not be done till January. Arrived early and finished quickly to put in the valve. Came back to install the shower head and spout after the tiling. There price was fair. I would hire them again if I was in need of other plumbing issues

Paul the Plumber is great! Water heater went out yesterday called him this morning and new water heater already installed. Work took less than 30 minutes! Very honest, fair price, included warranty and clean up / disposal of old water heater. Just great service all around! I highly recommend his services!

Called to get a sewer cleaned out. They cancelled the first appointment and rescheduled for after the 4th of July which I was all good with. Then, on July 5th I received zero calls from them so I called in inquiring where they were. Talked to the owner and he tried to tell me next week and claimed it was a preventative measure that could keep being put off. I called another plumbing company and they are heading over as we speak and came in at a cheaper price! Do you research before you commit with a plumbing company!

Rick and Sam came out yesterday, and with ease fixed two major issues I was having for a fraction of the price a prominent competitor had quoted me! They were awesome, quick, explained everything well, did only what they needed to do and no more, and they gave me great advice to prevent future issues too! I highly recommend, they won a customer for life.

We purchased a fixer upper and just when we thought we were good, water came in. We needed a plumber ASAP and he showed up! Plumbing is just I e thing you never think about and just want to work all the time. They came in and did what plumbers do and had us up and running in no time. There isn't enough nice plumbers either. Peter was great at explaining things and my husband and I understood the cost before the job began. It's great to have the pipes in working order again.

We have been using Ray as our plumber for 15 years. He's gotten us through some nasty plumbing problems. He's quick to respond to calls. His work is dependable. His prices are reasonable. But today, he earned a permanent place in my heart: he hooked up an icemaker for me!! I love ice in my drinks and hate making it in ice trays. Now, I won't have to thanks to Ray.

I called Advantage after hours and received a call back first thing the next morning. Ben K came out that day to replace the leaking pipes under the kitchen sink & install a new faucet.
He also observed an outdated valve with potential to fail on our main shutoff. Working with the city's utility dept, Ben resolved that issue as well.
Ben is an experienced, personable, & respectful professional who performed quality work for us at the quoted price. We won't hesitate to call him / Advantage again when future plumbing issues arise.

Martin and Anna are the best! Moved into a new home that didn't have a back up sump pump. It was installed with ease, lots of explanation and care from the technician, and peace of mind for us.

Whom on god's earth would think wise to pay full price and be satisfied with the toil half done? I shall make this harrowing story short, I phoned this establishment to come to my abode just for an estimate. Instead of an estimate or even the agreement of compensation work commenced on my pipes. Feeling something was awry I asked the busy bee and that's where I learned that it will be $125 for the visit and 30 minutes of work. Alas it is too late to back out I thought as i found refuge in the fact that the work would be accomplished. To my dismay and halfway through the task the laborer packed up and made motions to leave. His reasoning: the job was going to require more time and possible destruction of what I called to have fixed. Good riddance to incompetence because after the paid laborers retreat I rolled up my sleeves and engaged my brain to finish the job that bested MD Plumbers. I accomplished this complex task that the trained pipesmith ran in 15 minutes and Home Depot trip. This was not a plumber who's number I'll shall be utilizing nor should you dear reader.

Our water heater went out and Nick was able to come out the same day and replace it... great service, good price and excellent communication. They also advocated on my behalf with the manufacturer on the possibility of a credit for the old WH. Several weeks later I had a question about the WH and they came right out, answered my questions and didn't charge a service fee. They've been wonderful to work with and are highly recommended.

Everything everyone else said is true! Mom's sewer was chock full of roots, causing a terrible backup in her bathroom. He arrived within a half hour and had the problem resolved quickly for a more than fair price. Why is it the people you don't want to have to deal with are always the kind of people you want to deal with all the time?!? Thanks, Greg!

They were great! I had a gas leak and needed a plumber to fix right away to turn my gas back on. They even gave me an estimate and fixed my pipes in 1 morning. The work was great quality as well.

Mike was prompt in responding back with an estimate and he showed up on time. He replaced the kitchen faucet and leaky bathroom showers with ease. His professionalism is greatly appreciated and I would strongly recommend him for any plumbing related work.

They send what is supposedly a licensed union plumber who should know what he's doing. He installs a new hot water heater and vents it only to the chimney, not to the liner in the chimney. That's mistake #1. Plus the flue slope is incorrect and can lead to gases not exiting properly (mistake #2). I'll throw both these into Mistake #3: He told me he cannot see well. (Thanks for sendinig over a plumber with vision issues, that instills confidence!). And, rather than putting his tools down on the painted basement floor, he drops them, which left a number of scratch marks on the floor. Will never call them again. Their hold music should be Send in the Clowns.

Will never call them again. Blower would not run on a HOT HOT sunday...called Four Seasons and had someone come out. The problem turned out to be the control board and I was told the part would be $1042....but I really should be thinking about getting a new furnace because of the age of the unit..its 19 years old. ( have never had an issue with it and take good care of it )...the tech says its up to us but if we are planning to move or anything the home inspector will definitely talk about the furnace and he could give me quotes on new ones etc etc. In the mean time he would call around to see about the part. No part available but did give me quotes on three different types of furnaces and just say the word and we can make this happen. Good thing i went online and looked at some reviews for four seasons before doing anything...I told him I would have to think about it and he left...I called a competitor from my father in laws suggestion and they came out...yes it was the control board..no he did not have the part, but could get it and install it next morning...the part is only around $225...best part is he jumped the connection and got me air for the night so we could sleep. I went online to check the prices of the control board part and the highest i saw was around $300...then went further and checked the quotes for the three different types of furnaces he gave me and all three were way more of every site i saw online installed too. No one likes being taken for a ride and no one likes the hard sell either. If you like to keep your hard earned money stay away from four seasons.

Poor parts, poor workmanship and high cost. One-star review is fitting.

Where to even begin.....
We hired Tim Shey, the owner, to do some plumbing work. Initially he came off as being a normal tradesmen... His bedside manor was a little abrasive but not so bad that I didn't think to not use him.
Well, I wish I would have cut ties the moment I picked up on that abrasiveness b/c my experience with him turned out to be an absolute nightmare. My experience with him was absolutely abusive and for no reason. For a long time i asked myself what I did to deserve him being so rude and disrespectful and then I finally realized that I did nothing at all to deserve the treatment bestowed upon us.
On top of the abuse, here I am, months later and i've had issue after issue with the plumbing. Very basic things were missed. Most recently, we had to hire a plumber to come out to fix one of the toilets he installed. Lord knows how long it's been leaking but I happed to notice one day that water was leaking out the back every time the toilet was flushed. It turns out that he didn't install it correctly as the top wasn't tighten to the base. The damage this has caused ....... I wonder if he did it purposely? I really do.... We also have had issues with every faucet he installed. Every single one had to be reinstalled. Additionally, one of the shower heads was leaking . That was another plumber visit. I keep going on and on with the issues but I'm sure you get the point.
This was not my personal experience but I spoke to another person who hired him who needed an additional week to pay him for his services and instead of waiting, he went to her home, pushed himself through her door and ripped out all of her plumbing so that she couldn't access any water! Who does that!
Please note that this was my personal experience with Tim. I'll never understand why I didn't just ask him to leave my condo the minute he was disrespectful.
