I needed a pre-purchased battery backup sump pump installed in our new home and Paul had this installed in a timely manner. He even fished out a few frogs that somehow got down in the well (which I never would have guessed could make their way down there)!

Overall, Paul was very personable and even followed up with an unrelated smart home question I had the next day via text message. That's great service!

Keith came out from Forte Plumbing to replace our old sump pump and replaced the broken valve as well. He did a good job and would highly recommend this company if you have any problems with your sump pumps.

They weren't cheap, but I believe they are worth it.

I called them Saturday morning and scheduled me for the afternoon. They called me and told me they were running late and gave me an updated time. I called back to see what was happening and they told me they guy was on the way. 5 minutes later a very professional plumber arrived,

He took a look at the problem and gave me the Best Solution and a less expensive solution. I chose the best and he finished up in about 1 1/2 hours.

I love the fact they wear the little booties to keep your floor clean. He gave me some advice about some other items will eventually need attention and told me how to get the city to address some of them.

Overall, I'd highly recommend them. I wish they were a bit less expensive, but I consider it good value for money. I'd give them five stars otherwise.

We had slow drain of bathtub problem. And I called them up. The lady who took my call was nice and friendly. And the plumber came out to fix the clog issue. I really appreciated.  But the water leaking started after the fixing. And the leakage went down to first floor aparment ceiling. Now we have to spend extra to fixing ceiling downstairs for the neighbour am not sure if plumber did some to cause the leaking, or another new problem. But it didn't happen until plumber came for the clog issue. So I have to call them again to come out find out what cause the leakage. Hope it is not their fault. The plumber will come today which is Thursday. And I will keep post the real cause of leaking. That is my experience with this company. This is my first time experience with them. I can give rating now. I have to wait to see the real cause of leaking , and then I can rate.

We had kitchen sink leakage so I called MD Plumbing before 9am. Marc answered the call and took down my number and address. He promised to call back with 30 minutes once he checks his appointment schedule for the day so he can firm with me the actual time for the repair.

I got a call from his assistant Kim little bit after half an hour. Kim told me that Marc can stop by between 11-11:30. So I gave the address again and other instructions.

By 12pm, my leakage is fixed and the cost is very reasonable.

Everything everyone else said is true!  Mom's sewer was chock full of roots, causing a terrible backup in her bathroom.  He arrived within a half hour and had the problem resolved quickly for a more than fair price.  Why is it the people you don't want to have to deal with are always the kind of people you want to deal with all the time?!?  Thanks, Greg!

They were great! I had a gas leak and needed a plumber to fix right away to turn my gas back on. They even gave me an estimate and fixed my pipes in 1 morning. The work was great quality as well.

They send what is supposedly a licensed union plumber who should know what he's doing.  He installs a new hot water heater and vents it only to the chimney, not to the liner in the chimney.  That's mistake #1.  Plus the flue slope is incorrect and can lead to gases not exiting properly (mistake #2).  I'll throw both these into Mistake #3:  He told me he cannot see well. (Thanks for sendinig over a plumber with vision issues, that instills confidence!). And, rather than putting his tools down on the painted basement floor, he drops them, which left a number of scratch marks on the floor.  Will never call them again. Their hold music should be Send in the Clowns.

I decided to use Four Seasons to install a new air conditioning unit as Costco had a special rebate on purchase and installation if I went with this company. Couldn't beat the deal. Everything went smoothly and the sales reps were very nice. On the day of installation it had appeared that the installer was having a great deal of difficulty installing the new electrical line. The installation took about 12 hours and he had worked on installing about a 25 foot run of exterior electrical conduit about eight hours. No problem. It got installed. The only other issue is that they forgot to bring the new thermostat I purchased and had to come out the next day to install it. Unfortunately that installer forgot to bring it too but they did send somebody out from their company with the correct one and he came back and installed it later in the afternoon. Still, no biggy. Then came time for the inspection that is required in Des Plaines. Failed inspection on seven issues (see photo). This was on May 28, 2021. I contacted customer service but was unable to speak to anybody (you are constantly sent to voicemail when you call) and left a message. I also sent an email with a PDF of the inspection report to their customer service department with no response or call back. I called again the next week and left another message and still no call back. At that point I decided to call back one more time and left a message threatening to leave a very negative review on the web and with Costco as I'm certain they don't want companies representing them like this. I got a callback the next day. Imagine that! She took my information and I emailed the inspection report again to customer service. I received a call a week later from a guy who said that they would come over and clean up the stain??? I told him the stain they left on my driveway (a different problem I was willing to overlook) was not the issue and explained the real problem. He seemed confused and told me he would get back to me ASAP. It's been 4 days and crickets. No resolution to this problem as of the date of this posting. My only expectation is that they acknowledge and remediate the problems identified in the inspection. Nothing more. I know that this is a busy time of season but I would expect that they would put this high on the priority list to correct as it involves electrical installation errors. At this point I could never recommend this company. It appears that they have installers that may not be up to the task of installing electrical runs and their customer service has proven to be extremely lacking. Next stop, Costco customer service.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, for anything!!!  Charges $125 to walk in your door, whether you hire him or not.  Was told on phone when I made the appointment, if I hired them the $125. would be waived.  I assumed that meant deducted from bill.  NO... it did not!!!   I found Ed the Plumber information in our church bulletin and expected them to be trustworthy, honest and reasonable.  Quote was $498.00 to replace my kitchen faucet (which I purchased separately).  Since I choose NOT to hire them I had to pay the $125. !!  

Next day I hired someone else and paid $175.00 TOTAL for this simple job.

This guy is a thief and using the church bulletin to rake in the $$$. I had to ask about the parishioner discount and then ask for senior discount, which only reduce the quote to $438.00.  Ridiculous, definitely out for the bucks and not to earn a good reputation.

Where to even begin.....

We hired Tim Shey, the owner, to do some plumbing work. Initially he came off as being a normal tradesmen... His bedside manor was a little abrasive but not so bad that I didn't think to not use him.

Well, I wish I would have cut ties the moment I picked up on that abrasiveness b/c my experience with him turned out to be an absolute nightmare. My experience with him was absolutely abusive and for no reason. For a long time i asked myself what I did to deserve him being so rude and disrespectful and then I finally realized that I did nothing at all to deserve the treatment bestowed upon us.

On top of the abuse, here I am, months later and i've had issue after issue with the plumbing. Very basic things were missed. Most recently, we had to hire a plumber to come out to fix one of the toilets he installed. Lord knows how long it's been leaking but I happed to notice one day that water was leaking out the back every time the toilet was flushed. It turns out that he didn't install it correctly as the top wasn't tighten to the base. The damage this has caused ....... I wonder if he did it purposely? I really do.... We also have had issues with every faucet he installed. Every single one had to be reinstalled. Additionally, one of the shower heads was leaking . That was another plumber visit. I keep going on and on with the issues but I'm sure you get the point.

This was not my personal experience but I spoke to another person who hired him who needed an additional week to pay him for his services and instead of waiting, he went to her home, pushed himself through her door and ripped out all of her plumbing so that she couldn't access any water! Who does that!

Please note that this was my personal experience with Tim. I'll never understand why I didn't just ask him to leave my condo the minute he was disrespectful.
