Performance Pro Plumbers were great!! My sump pump went out, they came out the next morning and put in a new one, and adjusted the float and positioning of my backup pump to make it operate more efficiently.

Paul was great. Picked up right away and was able to come out quickly on our time schedule. He diagnosed the problem, explained our options and fixed the issue with the drain pump in a thorough and efficient manner. He was up-front about costs, which were very reasonable. He also gave us some free advice on another issue I had him look at. Full endorsement -- highly recommend Paul! Will use him for future plumbing needs.

Robert and his team are the best! Answers the phone when I call and they are really efficient and professional. These guys know their stuff. Also very reasonable with the prices.

My bathtub faucet broke while i was giving my daughter a bath and the water wouldn't stop coming out. I called Rescue Plumbing and within 15 minutes, Dax got back to me and told me he would be on his way. A short time later he arrived and immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem by replacing the cartridge and repairing the faucet. I really appreciated the amazing responsiveness and efficiency during a stressful time.

Positive experience, was able to call Ray during an emergency at 11pm (I live in Mokena) he came right out fixed the problem. Very nice and didn't charge a fortune. Will  definitely  use again.

We had a technician from Advantage Plumbing come to our home yesterday to diagnose an issue with our master bathroom toilet (as well as to check on two other plumbing issues in our home while he was here).  The tech was Harry Potts and he was very knowledgeable and respectful.  He was able to quickly and specifically assess and address the issues. I would definitely call Advantage Plumbing in the future (if and) when another problem arises.

Also the women who answered the call line (Cynthia -and on a later call- possibly Kim) were very congenial and professional.  I had called 2 other plumbing companies prior to contacting Advantage Plumbing.  Advantage was the first to not only respond to my call but to commit to sending out a tech. within a few hours.  Definitely a 5-Star company and team!

Martin's and the DPS team have been out to my house on a few occasions and have been helpful, knowledgeable, and patient as they help fix my issues. They are my go-to plumbers!

I would like to highly recommend this company. I needed someone to help moving a gas line in a kitchen remodel and also help find and fix a leak in our home. From the first call you are treated with courtesy and from there on the process is very transparent. Mark was easy to talk to and send two great guys to work in my home. Very respectful gentleman, after they were done they left the area clean and neat. Very reasonable priced too. They are on my speed dial now!

Quick and responsive and reliable. They fixed only what was needed to be fixed very honest business.

I called several plumbers on a Saturday due to a clogged sewer line. Few even called me back. Greg called right away and was over within a half hour. Greg couldn't have been nicer. Great job. Reasonable price.

They were available to work quickly, and did good work. David was patient and explained not only what the issues with my plumbing were, but how they were caused.

All in all I felt like they took good care of me.

Work done was replacing a pip with a root rupturing it, cleaning a grease trap, and replacing a toilet seal.

They worked with financing partners that allowed for flexible terms that worked for me.

We had a gas leak that was found by Nicor and we were able to get an appointment the next morning with RMO Plumbing. Ralph came out to fix the gas leak in addition to leaks from our water heater. He was on time and knowledgeable. After he left, we realized the gas was still leaking. We called Mike back and Ralph came out within a few hours to fix the issue. Despite the small problem, we would use them again. Friendly and fair priced.

Always good service and fair prices.  But then again, we have been customers for only about 30 years.  ; )

I had an appointment for vent cleaning that they missed entirely the first time. I was schedule for between 8 am and 10 am. By 10:30 no one even called. I called the main offices and told them that no one showed up. After being on hold about 15 minutes, she said she'd have the guy who was supposed to come out call directly. It was about 11 when I got a call explaining that he accidentally skipped us on his list.

So, I called the main offices to reschedule and was offered a 60 dollar discount. I rescheduled for the next weekend. This window was from 10 am to 3 pm. How could they possibly miss a 5 hour window, right? Well, at about 2:30 pm I get a call saying they're going to be late and wouldn't arrive until around 4 pm. I decided to cancel. So, 8 hours of waiting and I never got my ducts cleaned. After reading some of their reviews though, it sounds like a dodged a bullet.

Not only would I not recommend them, but I'll be telling this story for a long time whenever the Four Seasons name comes up.

Poor parts, poor workmanship and high cost.  One-star review is fitting.

Where to even begin.....

We hired Tim Shey, the owner, to do some plumbing work. Initially he came off as being a normal tradesmen... His bedside manor was a little abrasive but not so bad that I didn't think to not use him.

Well, I wish I would have cut ties the moment I picked up on that abrasiveness b/c my experience with him turned out to be an absolute nightmare. My experience with him was absolutely abusive and for no reason. For a long time i asked myself what I did to deserve him being so rude and disrespectful and then I finally realized that I did nothing at all to deserve the treatment bestowed upon us.

On top of the abuse, here I am, months later and i've had issue after issue with the plumbing. Very basic things were missed. Most recently, we had to hire a plumber to come out to fix one of the toilets he installed. Lord knows how long it's been leaking but I happed to notice one day that water was leaking out the back every time the toilet was flushed. It turns out that he didn't install it correctly as the top wasn't tighten to the base. The damage this has caused ....... I wonder if he did it purposely? I really do.... We also have had issues with every faucet he installed. Every single one had to be reinstalled. Additionally, one of the shower heads was leaking . That was another plumber visit. I keep going on and on with the issues but I'm sure you get the point.

This was not my personal experience but I spoke to another person who hired him who needed an additional week to pay him for his services and instead of waiting, he went to her home, pushed himself through her door and ripped out all of her plumbing so that she couldn't access any water! Who does that!

Please note that this was my personal experience with Tim. I'll never understand why I didn't just ask him to leave my condo the minute he was disrespectful.
