I contacted this plumber because of the great reviews on here and he's close by. He seemed really nice and told me to text him my information and he'd keep me updated on whether he could make it out to help us or not. I text him twice with no response. We waited on him all day to see if he'd at least say he wouldn't make it so we could call someone else. We didn't have any water by the end of the day and it got very frustrating. Now we had to call a plumber to come out in an emergency because this guy didn't even bother to let us know if he'd come. We trusted him bc of the reviews and didn't expect this. Now we're stuck paying extra emergency service fees for the weekend when we could've called someone else before our problem got worse. I didn't get a text until this morning so I know he was getting my messages. I would not use them or recommend. Very unprofessional.

Two star for promptness of service.  Darren came promptly but he quoted $465 to replace a main sump pump.  Now consider that decent sump pump can be purchased for $150 on Home Depot and installation usually takes less than an hours (that's how long it took for my friend of friend who came to install it).  His rate would be $300/hour and that seems high.  Our back up pump was functional but he scare my wife that if it rains, we're screwed.   Well, I ended up spending $350 including $85 charge by Darren.  Just watch out for such tactics.

Of all the 24/7 plumber service reviews, Go-Rooter reviews convinced me.  To my disappointment, three hours later, I received a call back.

Polite answering service takes your information. Next, be prepared for the possibility of waiting three hours for a call back.

My problem was time sensitive: I called back twice. First time, just to get a sense of when someone would call me to explain the problem.  Second time to find out if they would be able to dispatch someone today (because if their swamped with work I need to find another company).

Answering service only forwards the message. 3 hours later I got a call but I had retained another company. Simply prepare for the possibility of a 3 hour wait for a call back.  Have a plan B.

Finally a plumbing company you can trust.  From the moment I called everything was up front and the service call was exceptional.  Mike came out and explained everything and answered all our questions.  They were up front about pricing.  We had our drains rodded out and they gave advice and ideas for future improvements.  They were very clean and personable.  I am glad my family found a company we can trust.

A few months ago we called Kevin Rebouche when our water heater broke, and he came within two hours (and we don't live close by). He replaced the water heater and did an excellent job.
We just called again because our kitchen faucet was leaking, he came again immediately, and upon inspecting the faucet he informed us that since we had a Moen faucet and they come with a lifetime warranty we could get it replaced for free. I called and I got a new faucet from Moen, saving us close to $500.00 dollars!
His charge was very reasonable. Very nice  and honest man.

Dunbar Plumbing is now my go-to company for all my plumbing needs! They were quick and very professional. I needed a new garbage disposal installed because my old was beyond repair. Thankfully when I called they were able to install my new one within less than a week. There pricing is in alignment with what most plumbers charge. Since I purchased my disposal they guaranteed the work for 30 days instead of them supplying the disposal themselves.

We recently bought our first house and have had some questions on plumbing just to be prepared when we need to do things such as repairs or maintenance.  Don has been extremely responsive and helpful with a variety of questions and is always direct and to the point.  We will be planning to use him when we have future plumbing needs - we are very appreciative of the time he has spent helping us out.

I found Excellent Plumbing online after looking at several plumbers. The reviews were great. I called, explained my problem and an appointment was set up for the same day. Yuri arrived within the hour, took a look to see exactly what needed to be fixed. He knew immediately and in less than an hour everything was done...PERFECTLY!! After making several calls to my regular plumbing company for three days, getting no response, I needed help. I made an excellent choice in calling Excellent Plumbing. Asked Yuri about another job I would like to have done. I am so happy that could be fixed as well. It's hard to find anyone anymore that does so many things.

Our technician, Martin F., was great! My family and I had been dealing with a kitchen sink that would not drain for quite some time now, and had literally been draining it ourselves with a bucket and dumping the water into the toilet every time we washed dishes. We tried everything from plungers to Drano to using a drain snake and everything in between until we finally gave in and decided to call a professional. Our appointment/arrival window was from 10AM - 12PM but Martin arrived between 5-10 minutes before 10AM which we definitely appreciated! He was very friendly, willing to answer any questions we had, and got right to work to assess the situation. He set clear expectations about all the possible outcomes as well as what it everything would cost and gained our consent before starting the work. At the first attempt to rod the line it did not seem to work and the sink still would not drain properly, but he did not give up there. Instead of just telling us we may need to have the kitchen re-piped, he did his best to find out why it didn't work. Turns out it was just because of the way our house is, and the set up of such older pipes, the rod was going upward towards the roof vent instead of downward. Martin then tried it again but this time guiding the rod the best he could in the opposite direction (down). I am grateful to say that he was successful in clearing the line and our sink now drains the way it should! Very happy with the level of service we received and the cost was reasonable. Can't thank Above the Rest Plumbing enough for fixing our emergency plumbing issue. They came out on a Saturday didn't charge me for the visit came back Sunday morning and with in few hours the issue was fixed. They do great work, honest, dependable, and efficient. I can't recommend them enough.

Victor did it again!  We had an emergency after a big rain and he came out quickly after hours to help us out.  He is trustworthy, honest and knowledgeable.  He made a great referral to help when it turned out not to be a plumbing issue.

Called on a Tuesday for help with an obstructed bath tub drain.  Jim arrived on Wednesday within 15 minutes of the originally communicated time estimate.  Within 30 minutes, he had repaired the issue (using a vacuum, he removed the ball that my son had drained) and confirmed that the installed drain stopper was the wrong size/model.  He ordered a new one for us and returned the following Monday to install.  In total, we spent $320 on the parts & labor and Jim was in our home for about an hour total between the two visits.  While the price seems a bit steep, we were happy with the service, timeliness and responsiveness.  I would call them again should a plumbing need arise.

We had sewage backing up into our basement after heavy rains. Recently, our connection to the sewer was clogged and it shut down our ability to use water inside the home. We had two other plumbers come out and suggest $2,500 - $4,500 worth of work to solve the issue.  Last, I called ALL PLUMBING & SEWER SERVICES and left a message.  Sue called me back right away. Keith and Collin were at my home to diagnose the problem within 2 hours. They returned the next day at noon, installed an access valve on the main stack, rodded the outflow clog, extracted our non working garbage disposal, installed new piping, cleared a bathroom sink drain, and repaired a toilet seat in two hours flat. And they did it for LESS THAN HALF of the two previous estimates.  The staff provided basic education on the problem and even made recommendations on how to maintain the health of our plumbing so we don't have continued issued. I will continue using these guys, and I definitely would recommend them!!

Pete is a very knowledgeable plumber.  He is straightforward with the scope of the work and pricing and a very fair person to work with.  I appreciate his craftsmanship and use him whenever I have the need for a plumber.

Matt replaced a main water shut off valve at our house and was great. He showed up on time and his price was reasonable. We would definitely recommend him for any plumbing work.
