Called Kevin at 8:00 AM on Monday and Jon was out by 11:00 AM the same day to convert a laundry box to a pantry sink rough in.  Jon was fantastic, he is a stickler for detail and personable to boot.

Flush your money down the drain. I had flush come out to fix a faucet in my bathtub. They took the faucet out and left to go to Home Depot for the part. In the meantime the pressure from the fixture being off had water going up the pipe and and dribbling over and draining into my basement ceiling. I noticed the huge puddle on the couch and floor a minute before they came back. Their answer - I don't know why that would happen.  Seriously I've got water running out of my light fixture just below where you are working and you don't know why?

Turns out he also had the wrong part and had to go some where else for it.  Then I catch the helper complaining that the water was all over the junk in the basement. Excuse me but the junk was my sons stuff and he had just moved home from college and had dumped it in the basement . And besides you don't call a customers possessions junk.

My husband and I had to run a dehumidifier for days after this incident.

No apology or explanation what so ever from FLUSH!

My building had an emergency with our water pressure basically exploding.  Go-Rooter came out quickly and the serviceman Jose was very honest in his assessment and quick with there work.  They went above and beyond to check with everyone in the building.  Great job, very much appreciated!!

I hired Roc's to work on an overhead sewer conversion and kitchen remodel. Not only is Rocco great to work with, but his staff is completely thorough and professional. My basement no longer floods and the kitchen works great. Rocco worked within my budget to get me the job I wanted.

I called Specialty Plumbing for a leak in my bathroom that was going down to my first floor.  Tile had to be ripped out and the plumber, Kevin, told me he was not sure if the part needed to be replaced or not so I decided to just order a new part so the tile could be ripped out and the faucet fixed all in the same day.  My brother came over later that day and ended up fixing the problem without the new faucet.  I called Kevin back to see how much I owed him and he said, Nothing.  I am so used to dishonest plumbers that I would recommend this company because they are nice and honest.  He was at my home for at least an hour helping me order a new faucet, etc.  Kevin was highly recommended and although I did not use him to fix the problem I know he is honest and will recommend him and use him next time I need a plumber.

Called Dunbar on Sunday and said they would arrive at my building between 8:30 and 9 Monday. Was outside shoveling during that time period and he said he called 3 times. Never had a missed phoned call never saw his van. Called him 30 minutes after the scheduled window and told me he would have someone there in next 30 minutes and no one arrived or called.

Had emergency on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. Joe came out right away, diagnosed the issue and remedied it. Highly recommend Boss for any plumbing need.

Found these guys through the Yelp app.  Very responsive.   Had an appointment set up to replace my water heater and of the three estimates they were the lowest price (all three quoted the same unit).   They came within minutes of the appointment time and were in and out within an hour.   Will definitely be my first call when we need more plumbing work.

Extremely satisfied with the work Martin Provided. His honest opinion saved me a couple hounded dollars.

Ralph recently handles two jobs for me at a rental unit in the city.  He did a great job, showed up on time and communicated the issues to me.  Couldn't ask for anything more and will definitely use Ralph again in the future.

Brandon came with a co-worker (sorry, I did not get his name) to install the new Water Heater. They had to use serious know how to drain the defunct 50 gallon capacity tank and get the new one in place. We needed a mega-long hose to route to the laundry room which was the nearest viable drain.  And how to get that beast aka 75 Gallon capacity water heater, up and down 100+ year old stair cases? From the side door up some steps, and more perilously, down a very narrow and close, plaster sculpted, basement staircase.  Measurements were taken and evaluated. Brandon took off the door to the basement. Ahead of the task, it was  recommended I remove several ornaments and wall art to avoid damage. So thoughtful. This event spurred me to remove a radiator cover to allow a couple more open inches. In doing so, I discovered ancient dust and hidden mystery wire from a non-operational doorbell wire for which I had been searching for 7 years!  *Maybe warranting a future Yelp* post about a doorbell restorer? *  
Part 2)
Eureka! (pardon the water displacement reference) We have sanity. We have an energy efficient and volume appropriate capacity water heater for our home. The older one was too small for the house and by that inadequacy put a strain on many systems and cost us more on energy.

Victor also gave me a reference for a carpet/flooding person who is helping with the damp carpet. There was no true flooding, thankfully. As of today, he is scheduled to come tomorrow afternoon and address the situation, but over the phone today, he recommended that I rent a flood fan from Buttrey, so I could being the dying out. I have done that. More to Yelp* about...

I called to see how soon I could have someone out to inspect an issue with our plumbing. The crew arrived within 30 minutes and they were able to resolve the issue in no time!

So professional so quick and so affordable. Bill sent someone immediately to my condo. Joseph was so kind and he cleaned up after. Was so impressed by their professionalism. Highly recommend.

Pete is a very knowledgeable plumber.  He is straightforward with the scope of the work and pricing and a very fair person to work with.  I appreciate his craftsmanship and use him whenever I have the need for a plumber.

Great professional service. Scheduled an appointment thru yelp to fix the loud noise coming from shower faucet. Matt immediately identified it as air in the pipe and fixed it and didn't even charge me for it. Now I know where I am going for all my future plumbing issues/tasks. I highly recommend them.
