Jeff did the work for my new master bathroom it turned out great.  Since then he has done multiple jobs for us always on time and a good value.  Jeff knows a lot about construction and home remodeling so his advice is always appreciated with good ideas for the average DIY guy

Last Saturday morning I discovered a leak under my kitchen sink. There was a hole in the garbage disposal. I called Juan and he was at my home in approximately an hour to provide a quote. He was able to complete the job the same day. He's very professional and efficient.

The water pressure from my mom's faucet in the bathtub was low so I asked a friend for a recommendation for a good plumber. I called and Rocco was very courteous and set up an appointment within a couple of days. On the day of the appointment he called to confirm and said he was sending his guy out. Mike called a few minutes later to get the address and arrived quickly. He was friendly, knowledgeable and kept the bathroom clean. His work was efficient and he explained thoroughly what the problem was. He also tidied up after he finished the job. Now the water pressure is back to normal. We will definitely call them again, though hopefully not anytime soon. Thank you Roc's!

Kevin came out this afternoon to look at a toilet problem. Here in less than an hour and was totally upfront with me regarding my issues. Will definitely keep them in mind going forward.

When my husband left on a 3 week business trip, I jokingly said I hope nothing breaks while you're gone. Five days later the sump pump goes out ...after asking if anyone I know can recommend a plumber...I hopped on yelp and found Dunbar Plumbing...I called them Monday at 7:30, my sumo pump was installed and I was back in business by 10:45!! Mr. Dunbar explained what I needed, sent pictures, and even offered to send me an estimate for replacing my water heater...I am beyond happy!!! I will recommend them to anybody who asks!! THANK YOU SO MUCH for getting us up and running so quickly!!!

Don was prompt, reliable and reasonably priced. As a new home owner in Chicago, he quickly diagnosed the issue in my basement and completed the pipe repair in less than 90 minutes. I highly recommend and will use him again.

A friend recommended that I call Joe.  He showed up right on time, fixed all three problems I had, and charged me far less than my previous plumber would have charged me.  He was pleasant and professional, and he worked swiftly to diagnose the problems.  He had the parts that he needed to fix all three issues I had.  He's the plumber who will definitely get a call the next time I have a plumbing problem.  You can't go wrong with this guy!

Unbelievable, I had a couple of water leaks in my kitchen. I called mid morning and they were at my home in about 90 minutes. The leaks are fixed at a very reasonable price plus they cleaned up beautifully. I couldn't be happier.

Had Mike out from Flo-Maxx to clean out two different bathrooms, one had to be rodded from the toilet and the other the bathtub. He and his partner were fast, kept everything nice and clean-showed me what they were doing and what was going on inside the pipes. Would definitely recommend them a thousand times over!

Ralph recently handles two jobs for me at a rental unit in the city.  He did a great job, showed up on time and communicated the issues to me.  Couldn't ask for anything more and will definitely use Ralph again in the future.

Brandon came with a co-worker (sorry, I did not get his name) to install the new Water Heater. They had to use serious know how to drain the defunct 50 gallon capacity tank and get the new one in place. We needed a mega-long hose to route to the laundry room which was the nearest viable drain.  And how to get that beast aka 75 Gallon capacity water heater, up and down 100+ year old stair cases? From the side door up some steps, and more perilously, down a very narrow and close, plaster sculpted, basement staircase.  Measurements were taken and evaluated. Brandon took off the door to the basement. Ahead of the task, it was  recommended I remove several ornaments and wall art to avoid damage. So thoughtful. This event spurred me to remove a radiator cover to allow a couple more open inches. In doing so, I discovered ancient dust and hidden mystery wire from a non-operational doorbell wire for which I had been searching for 7 years!  *Maybe warranting a future Yelp* post about a doorbell restorer? *  
Part 2)
Eureka! (pardon the water displacement reference) We have sanity. We have an energy efficient and volume appropriate capacity water heater for our home. The older one was too small for the house and by that inadequacy put a strain on many systems and cost us more on energy.

Victor also gave me a reference for a carpet/flooding person who is helping with the damp carpet. There was no true flooding, thankfully. As of today, he is scheduled to come tomorrow afternoon and address the situation, but over the phone today, he recommended that I rent a flood fan from Buttrey, so I could being the dying out. I have done that. More to Yelp* about...

Hot water heater went out. Called countless plumbers and attempted to fix myself.  Glennon was recommended by the guys at Ace hardware. Got back to me immediately. After three days without hot water, grateful they were able to come out same day. Staff was friendly, job was done right. Appreciate their attention to detail.

Subsequently received a follow-up call from the owner who was concerned and seemed very on top of things. Although it was just a leaky faucet, their estimate is likely in line with most plumbing services. I didn't use them but was impressed with the customer service follow up.

We were recommended by a friend who had used them for years. We had frozen pipes as a result of the Polar Vortex. He was very knowledgeable, reliable and friendly and extremely patient as he tried to solve the problem. He spent several hours at our home. We felt he was honest with us and that is a rare find in today's world.

Pete is a very knowledgeable plumber.  He is straightforward with the scope of the work and pricing and a very fair person to work with.  I appreciate his craftsmanship and use him whenever I have the need for a plumber.

What a welcome relief to find a reliable plumber with reasonable prices.  Tony and Brandon came right on time and took care to lay out tarp from the doorway to my kitchen sink.   They quickly and courteously addressed my initial plumbing problem and I then had them fix a nuisance problem with my outside spigot.  They also took time to explain, in detail, all the questions I had about our basement plumbing, i.e. ejector pump, sump pump, etc.  I am very pleased with their work and fair prices.  It's clear that they are committed to building long-term relationships with their customers  and I am confident I will be one of them!
