I was referred to Jeff at JSR plumbing by a well-respected plumbing distributor after having difficulty finding a good plumber. He is everything you want in a good plumber - professional, reliable, honest, and does quality work at a reasonable price. He is very knowledgeable around sump pumps and has been to my home on multiple occasions. I'd highly recommend you consider Jeff for your plumbing needs.

We've had two kinda rocky toilets for quite some time now. Called Kevin Szabo Plumbing and got a call right back and someone out to the house within days. Ryan was very polite and professional and did a great job. We are very happy with the work that was done and extremely happy to have some steady toilets!!!

Darron and team installed a new hot water heater. I would never use any other company than Flush. They are professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Called yesterday, installed today. Can't ask for better than that!!

If you have any other plumber on your phone go ahead and delete it... I've been using a neighborhood plumber who I now know was a rip off cuz of the service Go Rooter gives... These guys came out and didn't leave until they knew what the problem was and fixed it... They explained what was happening and solved a really big problem for me, oh and yes best price... they don't just rod ur sewers, they do it over and over until the line is 100% clear and clean.... I will never call anyone else..... GREAT JOB BOYS!!!!!!

I hired Roc's to work on an overhead sewer conversion and kitchen remodel. Not only is Rocco great to work with, but his staff is completely thorough and professional. My basement no longer floods and the kitchen works great. Rocco worked within my budget to get me the job I wanted.

I called Kevin last night and he came out the next day. Did a great job. Helped me trouble shoot a very tricky leak and fixed it for a very fair price. I'd recommend him 100% if your looking for an honest fair plumber

These gentlemen have been out to my building about 3 times now for various plumbing issues. Their prices are consistent and the work seems solid. I like having people from the neighborhood to work with and it helps that they do good work.

Very responsive to quote requests. I sent a quote request late at night and the owner responded very quickly and said he could be at my house the next morning!  And at a reasonable price.  Unfortunately or fortunately I managed to fix the issue myself shortly after making the appointment and had to cancel on him, but I will be saving his info for the future!

Two weeks after moving into my new place, I called Boss Plumbing to unclog a clogged kitchen sink and told Joe that I also wanted the sink replaced at a later date.  He said it would be $275 to unclog the drain.

Joe is a pleasant guy who talks fast, thinks fast and works fast.  The routing machine did not unclog the drain the first time, so he put on a cutter tip and tried again.  The clog was also unfazed by the cutter tip.  He headed into the garage, which sits directly under the kitchen in my town home.  As he started to assess where to open the ceiling, I said This is still $275 right?, he sort of laughed and said Yeah, right.  So, I assumed we'd be at least doubling that.  I should have stopped him at that point and said put it in writing Joe.  My bad, no lie.  I take full responsibility for not pushing the cost issue right there.

Joe cut a 7 foot long whole in the drywall of my garage ceiling, yanked out the insulation and replaced a 12 feet of PVC pipe that had apparently been improperly pitched when the place was built.  After he was done, and while he was working on the invoice, he got a phone call.  The woman caller cried poor as Joe put it, trying to talk him down on the price, but he was unmoved.  Told her if she could find someone else to do it for whatever price she was seeking, she should take it.

Joe handed me a bill for $1,950 and told me he was giving me a deal since he knew I would use him for the sink installation.  I was astounded at the 700% increase in cost, but remained cool.  Throughout the time Joe was working he talked at length about how crucial 5 star Yelp reviews are to his business.   Two grand won't put me out on the street or take food out of my mouth, but others may not be so fortunate.  So, get the cost up front.  He fixed the clog but shafted me on the cost with a big smile on his face the entire time.

Joe gets three stars.  He fixed the clog, which was why he was invited out.  No extra credit for doing what he was hired to do.  Rather than laughing at my joke about the cost, he should have stopped right there and given me a new figure.  That is how an honest man conducts his affairs.

Had a tub stoppage. I contacted on Yelp and they came the next morning. Incredibly communicative and friendly and helpful. Cleared the stoppage and we have not had a problem since. Thank you so much!!

Martin was excellent!! He was very knowledgeable and honest. He fixed the problem and cleaned everything out. Needless to say I won't be using flushable wipes again. If I have too, I will definitely use their services in the future

Ralph recently handles two jobs for me at a rental unit in the city.  He did a great job, showed up on time and communicated the issues to me.  Couldn't ask for anything more and will definitely use Ralph again in the future.

Called them on a Sunday - off a Google search and connected with Victor. Unlike the others, no evaluation or show-up fee. Brandon, from their team, came by within the hour evaluated the problem and remedied a problematic sump pump. Seasoned professionals, great service, will use again and recommend to others.

Great service! I sent them a message through yelp, and they got back to me very quickly. We ended up scheduling an appointment the very next morning and got my garbage disposal replaced within an hour and a half! I would highly recommend them.

Pete is a very knowledgeable plumber.  He is straightforward with the scope of the work and pricing and a very fair person to work with.  I appreciate his craftsmanship and use him whenever I have the need for a plumber.

Great customer service! Replied back with a quote within 20 min and came the next day on time. Charged us exactly what we where quoted and did a great job!
