Just had Jeff replace two hot water tanks.  Here was great and he was also the best price.

Everything we have had done has had to be replaced or corrected at least once and sometimes multiple times. I called regarding a sump pump and they replaced it, but the check valve began leaking and spraying water. They replaced the valve, but the same thing happened within a year. Then I was told it was a batch of bad valves and they replaced the last one for free which fixed it.

The other ejector pump rocked the whole house every time it shut down. The plumber changed the check valve and attached all kinds of hangers to the framing. After a short time it continued and I called them back and they made some adjustments that helped but did not eliminate the problem. Recently I've had to spend more time at home due to a knee replacement and noticed the problem get worse. I called them back again and they said it was likely the same issue with a batch of bad check valves.

They replaced it and then handed us a bill for $120. We asked why and the plumber said the work was done to long ago and we should have called earlier. We had someone out for this issue three separate times. Seems that if the problem was caused by a batch of bad parts then they should have replaced it for free.

Takes too many trips to do simple repairs and you end up paying more in the end because you have to pay for their mistakes. Won't be going back.

Flush helped me out of a real bind. I had a sewer pipe that had separated causing a back-up of sludge into my home. I had a nationally known plumbing company come out to rout the line on a Sunday, and they found the problem. They also quoted me significantly more than I was comfortable to spend.

I called Flush and they came out within 24 hours to assess and quote. Darren is as straightforward as it comes. He laid it out plainly, showed me the camera feed and easily explained what it would take to do the job. Beware plumbers who charge a camera fee just for a quote.

When it came to fixing the pipe, he did all the work himself with the assistance of a small crew, and got it done same day. I cannot more highly recommend his services. I never felt like he was trying to pull a fast one or that there were sudden extra fees that popped up.

Great guy, great company. All around great service.

After waiting a full day for another company to even respond to give an estimate for a malfunctioning water heater, Juan from Go-Rooter came out within 25 minutes. Then came back the next day to complete the work and did a great job. Price may be a bit on the higher side, but with an issue like this (being without hot water for 2 full days), the timely service and quality was definitely worth it for me. I think I've found a new local plumbing company I can trust, contact them with confidence.

Our home had a few little problems with random rust issues and broken parts, as well as dripping issues, so we called Roc's and they were able to come next day (today)! The plumber Gino was very nice and efficient and he did a wonderful job fixing and replacing broken and rusted parts in our two upstairs faucets and one downstairs faucet, and well as our outside hose. He finished 4 jobs in an hour and it was apparent he knee exactly the problem and what he was doing in every situation. We wanted a new faucet in our kitchen, and he had the exact one we were thinking in his truck.

Gino was clean and respectful, and he made sure that he put on his shoe covers every time he came into the house. I highly recommend this company, and my family will use this company for any future plumbing issues. Thank you!

I choose my businesses mostly based on yelp reviews from real customers. I am so glad I listened to the reviews and went with Kevin at Specialty Plumbing Co. He's probably the most honest and helpful person I have ever hired for a job. He didn't try to up sell me and explained in full detailed every part of the job he was doing and answered even a few questions about other issues I had not related to the job. Pricing was very reasonable compared to others. I am very pleased with the job he did and asked him if he could come help at my parents house as well. Would definitely hire again.

Dunbar and his crew are INCREDIBLE!!! He is prompt and very professional. As a female, it can be difficult working with contractors who try to take advantage of you. Dunbar and his staff were uniformed, professional and CLEAN! My laundry sink was backing up and pushing water back into the washing machine. Dunbar and his crew came through the entrance closest to the basement (I appreciated that because I'm crazy about shoes on my hardwood floors) and before they went any further, they all put booties over their shoes. This was also greatly appreciated because I have light colored carpet in my basement. Once Dunbar figured out the issue with the sink, he laid throws down from my back door, down the basement stairs, the basement carpet all the way to the laundry room before he went to get the rodder so he wouldn't dirty/contaminate the carpet. He blew the lines out and covered himself while he did that so if anything splashed up from the sink, it wouldn't be all over the walls and floor. The sink was still draining slower than either of us liked so he rodded the line. One of the pipes were old, I'm sure it's been there since the house was built, and he replaced that pipe to prevent any future problems. Once everything was done, I sent the washing machine through a rinse cycle to see how quickly the water was draining from the sink and to make sure it was no longer backing up into the machine. Dunbar was patient, answered alllll my questions, wiped the sink down and swept the floors before he left. They even picked up the heavy rodder vs slamming the thing stair by stair up and down my basement. Prices definitely can't be beat and for the work he did and how he went above and beyond, no plumbers crack showing, no odors, booties, throw covers for floors, clean up, and NOBODY asked can I use your bathroom- I will be using Dunbar and his team for any plumbing issue I run into.

Don is great!  Our company was having an issue with brown water and he came out, diagnosed the problem and recommended a solution at a very reasonable price. I will be keeping his name in my phone for home plumbing issues because he is so honest and fair.

I would like to add, I called for multiple bids and he is the ONLY plumber in Warrenville that even bothered to call back. He came out that day and fixed the problem right away. We couldn't be happier.

I had gas leaking from a toilet that needed to get fixed. We called several plumbers but Boss Plumbing was the only one who answered. Joe showed up on time the following day to fix another plumbers mess. He showed up on time, addressed the problem and told me what it would cost. They are more than fair with the price and meticulous with the repair and clean up. All in all we are more than happy with their service. Boss Plumbing will be the company we call on in the future. If you are looking for a local plumber who is passionate about his business and his customers Boss Plumbing is the obvious go to. I highly recommend their services.

woke up Saturday morning to my drains not working. I reached out to Gino at Excellent plumbing. He was quick to respond and was at my house a few hours later. took care of my issues and gave me a few options to help it from happening again. charged me less than the original quote what more could you ask for. definitely going to keep his number for any future plumbing issues

Ralph recently handles two jobs for me at a rental unit in the city.  He did a great job, showed up on time and communicated the issues to me.  Couldn't ask for anything more and will definitely use Ralph again in the future.

Addendum to my earlier post- I received a call from Victor today. He apologized for the unforeseen delays. HP was able to come out and fix several small issues quickly and efficiently. Appreciate the call and the quality service!

I called to see how soon I could have someone out to inspect an issue with our plumbing. The crew arrived within 30 minutes and they were able to resolve the issue in no time!

My water heater started to leak and needed to be replaced.  Based on Lowes recommendation, I originally tried to get another company to perform the installation.  They botched the job, and I ended up contacting Bill at Good Plumbing.  He was very responsive and helpful.  Bill had a plumber at my home the following day to replace the heater.

These guys did a great job.  I live in a very old building, and the water heater had been retrofitted into a tight closet right next to my furnace.  It was a difficult job, made worse by the old and problematic plumbing in my building.

They did a great job on the initial install, but had to come back the following day to complete the job.  The job couldn't be completed on the first day because of leaky valves in the building plumbing.  Despite the job being more difficult than anticipated, they did a great job finishing the work.  Highly recommended.

Called this plumber to rod my sewers.  He was there on time.  He found out that my sewers had never been rodded.  He spent an hour and a half doing the work because of all the roots that had accumulated over 70 years.  He then told me that the circumstances of this job were such that the town of Lombard would pay.  So he charged me nothing.  I also asked about having some other work done.  He explained to me why it was not needed and sure enough he was correct.  I also referred him to a friend.  He did an outstanding job for him too at a great price.  This place and the owner are top notch and I will never call any other plumber.  Strongly recommended!

Pete is a very knowledgeable plumber.  He is straightforward with the scope of the work and pricing and a very fair person to work with.  I appreciate his craftsmanship and use him whenever I have the need for a plumber.

This company;s expertise, customer service, and prices are outstanding.

I called them due to an emergency leak, along with another company in the area.  The other company happened to call back first (5 minutes sooner) so I went with them.  When I told A&D my decision and why, the gal on the phone told me what the approximate charge should be and wishes us well - no pressure and very friendly.

When the other company came out their estimate was 300% over A&D's - felt like they felt they had us trapped and were taking advantage.  I called back A&D (kept the water turned off) and they came out the next day and charged as they quoted - also did some estimates on other considerations for some of our old plumbing and took the time to explain each recommendation to us.

We'll use this company for all our future plumbing needs and gladly pass their cards to our neighbors.
