I had Ryan from Kevin Szabo Plumbing out today to look at a low hot water pressure issue at my kitchen sink. Ryan immediately looked at several things under the kitchen sink. He replaced a fitting that should not have been put on in the first place, flush the lines several times, and my water pressure is 100% better. Ryan was great and knew exactly what to do. In the future I will certainly request Ryan in the future. Great Job!

I couldn't be happier. I called in the morning and the woman answering the phone was courteous and asked me a few questions about my problem. I got a call back from Darren within 30 minutes. I got lucky he happened to be in my area so he came within an hour. He took care of the problem and we discussed some other possible work that needed to be done and he quoted me prices for each thing. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I will be calling to schedule the work shortly. Very pleased!

Very happy with my experience! They came the same day and at the time they said they would. Juan was friendly, professional, quoted me a price ahead of time and unclogged my toilet quickly ( a friend's kid had dropped a metal lid in there and I just couldn't reach it). And he was sweet to my cat even when she tried to get in his bag :). Will definitely use again.

We had heavy rain on Thursday . We called the following morning. Roc's Plumbing returned our call promptly and promised someone would call when they were on their way. We had someone out a couple hours later.
George is a professional, working quickly and efficiently.
I would recommend Roc's Plumbing, Prompt, Professional, Efficient in our Neighborhood.

We contacted Specialty because of the excellent reviews and we were not disappointed. Kevin was able to come out and replace our sump pump seamlessly. Very nice guy, prompt and fair prices. We will save Kevin's number anytime we need a plumber and will refer him to our friends. Thanks again!

Angelo is the best plumber I have ever worked with. He came right on time with his crew, diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it on the same day for a reasonable price. My issue was a leaking pipe on the ceiling and it was very difficult to access. He managed to replace the pipe without the need for cutting the HVAC pipe as some other plumbers suggested. I recommend him to everyone.

Don is great! He is honest and professional, informative, on time and friendly. Today I called regarding a past due backflow sprinkler test, and he was able to accommodate us the same day. He also fixed a broken outside spigot pipe for us as well. Competitive pricing. Definitely would recommend.

We have nothing but good things to say about Boss Plumbing! Had Boss out to clear tree roots from our sewer drainage pipe and the two workers that came were extremely neat and professional. They explained the process and began work quickly. The job ended up being bigger than we originally thought and Joe worked with us to understand the issues and help us find the best solution. We never felt rushed into a decision and Joe explained everything extremely well. He changed his crews plans immediately to help us first thing the next day and was mindful of our young child to help us quickly resolve our issue.
Boss Plumbing worked very hard with very fair rates. You can tell that the owner is passionate about his customers and will do what is right by them. I have and will recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good plumber!

Gino was quick to respond and patient with all my questions. He came by to look at some old plumbing issues our home has, which we discovered when we moved in. His visit was quick, concise and we're now just waiting for an estimate.
Thanks Gino!

Our walkway is sinking so we know we have a broken pipe somewhere. They arrived on time, stuck the camera down not even 30 feet, charged us 260 but couldn't tell us anything. Told us to rod it out first and they'll be back while trying to charge us an additional 760.00 to have the pipes power jet it out..I don't think so. Why charge us and you couldn't complete the service, and he and my husband had words and they only discounted 30.00 off the total price of 260.00. So we decided to have it rodded out and called them back and they claimed they still couldn't push the camera through and asked for the 30.00 back. WTH!!! while once again trying to push the power jetting of the pipe for 760.00. I DON'T THINK SO....I will not refer them nor will I pay for their services.

Part 1)
Brandon came with a co-worker (sorry, I did not get his name) to install the new Water Heater. They had to use serious know how to drain the defunct 50 gallon capacity tank and get the new one in place. We needed a mega-long hose to route to the laundry room which was the nearest viable drain. And how to get that beast aka 75 Gallon capacity water heater, up and down 100+ year old stair cases? From the side door up some steps, and more perilously, down a very narrow and close, plaster sculpted, basement staircase. Measurements were taken and evaluated. Brandon took off the door to the basement. Ahead of the task, it was recommended I remove several ornaments and wall art to avoid damage. So thoughtful. This event spurred me to remove a radiator cover to allow a couple more open inches. In doing so, I discovered ancient dust and hidden mystery wire from a non-operational doorbell wire for which I had been searching for 7 years! *Maybe warranting a future Yelp* post about a doorbell restorer? *
Part 2)
Eureka! (pardon the water displacement reference) We have sanity. We have an energy efficient and volume appropriate capacity water heater for our home. The older one was too small for the house and by that inadequacy put a strain on many systems and cost us more on energy.
Victor also gave me a reference for a carpet/flooding person who is helping with the damp carpet. There was no true flooding, thankfully. As of today, he is scheduled to come tomorrow afternoon and address the situation, but over the phone today, he recommended that I rent a flood fan from Buttrey, so I could being the dying out. I have done that. More to Yelp* about...

Hot water heater went out. Called countless plumbers and attempted to fix myself. Glennon was recommended by the guys at Ace hardware. Got back to me immediately. After three days without hot water, grateful they were able to come out same day. Staff was friendly, job was done right. Appreciate their attention to detail.

I did Accounting Services as an independent contractor with Good Plumbing, Inc. The owner, Brian McMahon, refused to pay 4 past-due invoices dating back to 02/2009. I made many attempts to contact him about this matter, most of which were ignored. He only responded twice, stating that he would pay the due amount, however he never followed through. The work was done correctly, on time & in good faith, but as of this writing they are still unpaid. It has become apparent that he never intended to pay me for my Accounting Services from the start.
Beware of this company. Good Plumbing, Inc. is now operating at 800 Roosevelt Road Bldg. B Suite 318, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137.

This company is fantastic. We had a sewer back up and had a local plumber come out. Their solution was to jackhammer the floor and re-do everything for about $5,000. That didn't sound right to me, so my contractor put me in touch with All Plumbing. They came out and did an excellent job, without tearing up our floor and for a fraction of the cost. Best call I have made.

Pete is a very knowledgeable plumber. He is straightforward with the scope of the work and pricing and a very fair person to work with. I appreciate his craftsmanship and use him whenever I have the need for a plumber.

I called this company 3 times a day for 3 days straight and I received no response. I can be swimming in my basement and this plumbing company could not help. Do not waste your time!!!
