We were in desperate need of a plumber and was so appreciative of the service we received.  Jeff came out promptly and took care of the problem at hand.  He has come back for other projects and once again, shows up on time and fixed the problem immediately. Great service!

I loved this company's honesty. I really didn't need a new ejector pump just a rod out. We had the new Zoeller pump installed anyway.  The one replaced was going on 18 years.  From the installer of the pump to the rod out guy all were professional and courteous.

Honest and fair priced. Great communication and execution. Darron was on time and called ahead. His explanation of the potential issue was accurate. Once I agreed to have him do the work on my sewer he had the village and Julie out within an hour. Located the problem, carefully dig in and located the line, repaired and replaced with a new clean out and completed the job within 6 hours. Pretty amazing work.  Highly recommended.

Juan and team did an amazing job hooking up our clawfoot tub. I thought I could remove the old drain and do it myself, hours later, sweaty and frustrated I threw in the towel and emailed Go Rooter. They responded in 10 mins. They were here within hours and the job was done in no time. I should have called them first.

The price was right, the work was perfect. Juan even called me back a few days later to make sure there were no leaks and I was happy. Couldn't have been more satisfied.

A few months ago we called Kevin Rebouche when our water heater broke, and he came within two hours (and we don't live close by). He replaced the water heater and did an excellent job.
We just called again because our kitchen faucet was leaking, he came again immediately, and upon inspecting the faucet he informed us that since we had a Moen faucet and they come with a lifetime warranty we could get it replaced for free. I called and I got a new faucet from Moen, saving us close to $500.00 dollars!
His charge was very reasonable. Very nice  and honest man.

Dunbar's is great! Happy to find a great, reliable southside plumber. I called them this morning around 9am, and Angelo Dunbar himself came out within an hour. We had a leak from our tub that was causing water to drip into the ceiling of the room below. Angelo gave me an estimate, then ran out for parts. He returned only 3 hours later, ready to fix it! Turned out to be a bad gasket seal on the overflow valve, which he replaced easily. He also tightened up the nuts around the base of our drain, keeping it from draining while my kids are in the tub. To top it off, he and his assistant cleaned up the drywall mess they had to cut through to fix the problem. Excellent service! Everything taken care of the day I called! Thanks, Angelo!

Don responded to a call for an ejector pump issue. He came out a few days later as scheduled, texted me to let me know his arrival time, and replaced our pump quickly and got everything working again. We've had him out to unclog a kitchen sink line, and recently he installed a backup sump pump for us. At each visit he lets me know when he's coming and shows up on time. His prices are fair, his communication is great, and he is a really nice guy. I'm not looking forward to our next plumbing issue, but when it happens, I've got Don on speed dial.

Joe from Boss Plumbing was incredible to work with and very responsive. He was able to provide an accurate estimate of what I needed done and within a couple hours he was at my house working on the job. He called and texted me a couple times to keep my in the loop of everything and was incredibly helpful and very friendly. Highly recommend.

Recently I had a sewage plump failure, and I needed a sewage professional to fix my problem. Through Home Advisor I acquired Flo-Maxx Sewer and Plumbing, their staff and technicians are were attentive and courteous to all my questions and concerns. They provided a technician (Martin) that same day. One major priority for me is the professionalism technicians display as they are performing the job, needless to say they exceeded my expectations replacing the pump. I highly recommend this company and I'm definitely calling them again if needed.

Ralph recently handles two jobs for me at a rental unit in the city.  He did a great job, showed up on time and communicated the issues to me.  Couldn't ask for anything more and will definitely use Ralph again in the future.

Victor is amazing to work with. We had never used his services, but at 10pm on a Sunday night, he took our call and came out to our house to investigate. It ended up that a sewage pipe in our yard draining from the house had broken, and Victor worked tirelessly the next week to fix it. After knocking on the neighbors doors to introduce himself and get their permission to drive between our homes to the backyard (the most amazing thoughtfulness ever), he carefully and safely maneuvered his heavy machinery to our backyard, taking care not to damage the property and to preserve our fence. Similarly, when he was done, he removed everything with the utmost professionalism. His pricing was very reasonable and he was thorough, hard working and professional. Highly recommended!

Paul and his crew were quick, clean and reasonably priced.  I really have had bad experiences with plumbers, usually they're condescending and aggressive. Never have I experienced that with the two times I've had to use Glennon plumbing in these very old house of mine.  Seriously use them, the best!  Thanks Paul!!

I live in a newly constructed condo, but some of the contractors workmanship was shoddy. After only 6 months, the garbage disposal began leaking due to being installed improperly.  My sister called Good Plumbing after seeing some favorable recommendations from neighbors on the Nextdoor website.

She was told it would be $300 to remove the garbage disposal, reseal it and remount it. Not knowing any better she decided to go ahead with the job and Pete arrived a short time later that very same evening. He said he'd be in the area and could stop by on his way from another job.

Pete completed the job effectively, but his customer service left something to be desired. When he was done I asked him if there would be an additional charge in the event he had to come out again. He seemingly took this as a personal attack on his job performance and stated there would be no reason for him to come out again. I attempted again to get my original question answered, but he insisted it wouldn't be necessary. And when it came time to pay for the bill (via CC) he insisted on writing down my sister's full name, address, card number, zip code AND 3 digit security code on the back of the card. We both took issue with this for obvious reasons... it's simply not wise or safe to have that kind of information laying around on paper. Pete said it was GP policy to write down all that information and preceded to show us his clipboard containing a stack of customer receipts. All the receipts contained names, CC numbers, zip codes and security codes. I assume he was attempting to reassure us, but it did the exact opposite. I theorized if his truck was stolen then the thieves would have a field day charging up customer's credit cards. Pete balked at this suggestion stating that he'd never had a customer's information stolen in 35 years. And that previous customer's had charged upwards of 40k for certain jobs. As I said, Pete wasn't winning any customer service awards... Being dismissive of customer concerns isn't exactly the way to build rapport or loyalty. Also, it's 2021...there's no need for any service provider to be taking down customer's information.  Not when there are a plethora of payment apps available that safely process payments. My sister plans to cancel her credit card and request a new one once the charge for Good Plumbing is processed.  

Adding insult to injury, a couple of male friends told me later that we had been severely overcharged for the service provided. One friend said we'd been raped. Pete replaced the mounting bracket for the disposal which retails for about $20 because he said he didn't like the way our existing one looked. Then he sealed it with plumbers putty that costs about $5 at Home Depot. It maybe took him 15 minutes to do the job. I don't know what the average  cost is to fix a leaking garbage disposal, but I do know the Badger model I have retails for $110. So basically, I could've had two new ones for the price we paid. That didn't feel great, but you live and learn. Next time I'll use Task Rabbit and save a few bucks.

On a positive note, I appreciated Pete's prompt response... it wasn't an emergency, but the same day service was a plus. We called a few other places and was told it'd be anywhere from a few days to a week for someone to come out. Pete also wore a mask (properly) following Covid protocols. And so far his work has been solid. We haven't had any problems.

We had sewage backing up into our basement after heavy rains. Recently, our connection to the sewer was clogged and it shut down our ability to use water inside the home. We had two other plumbers come out and suggest $2,500 - $4,500 worth of work to solve the issue.  Last, I called ALL PLUMBING & SEWER SERVICES and left a message.  Sue called me back right away. Keith and Collin were at my home to diagnose the problem within 2 hours. They returned the next day at noon, installed an access valve on the main stack, rodded the outflow clog, extracted our non working garbage disposal, installed new piping, cleared a bathroom sink drain, and repaired a toilet seat in two hours flat. And they did it for LESS THAN HALF of the two previous estimates.  The staff provided basic education on the problem and even made recommendations on how to maintain the health of our plumbing so we don't have continued issued. I will continue using these guys, and I definitely would recommend them!!

Pete is a very knowledgeable plumber.  He is straightforward with the scope of the work and pricing and a very fair person to work with.  I appreciate his craftsmanship and use him whenever I have the need for a plumber.

I requested a quote on an issue with my toilet late Sunday night. I had a response from Mike first thing Monday morning. I agreed to the quote and Mike had a crew to my house early afternoon Tuesday! Matt and Brandon showed up and did a fantastic job fixing my issue! I love the professionalism, reliability, and expertise from start to finish from these guys! Give them a call! I know I'll call with further issues!
