Jeff did the work for my new master bathroom it turned out great.  Since then he has done multiple jobs for us always on time and a good value.  Jeff knows a lot about construction and home remodeling so his advice is always appreciated with good ideas for the average DIY guy

These guys came out quickly and did a nice job on a toilet that was leaking. I'd definitely use them again if i had any problems. Pricing-wise, they were right in line with advise I got from another plumber I spoke with.

Kitchen sink clogged Sunday evening and I sent a note on Yelp to request an appointment.  Within an hour received a response and scheduled for Monday morning.  Flush crew arrived on time and fixed it right away.  Best customer service, price and of course the work!!

Of all the 24/7 plumber service reviews, Go-Rooter reviews convinced me.  To my disappointment, three hours later, I received a call back.

Polite answering service takes your information. Next, be prepared for the possibility of waiting three hours for a call back.

My problem was time sensitive: I called back twice. First time, just to get a sense of when someone would call me to explain the problem.  Second time to find out if they would be able to dispatch someone today (because if their swamped with work I need to find another company).

Answering service only forwards the message. 3 hours later I got a call but I had retained another company. Simply prepare for the possibility of a 3 hour wait for a call back.  Have a plan B.

My main sewer line was plugged with tree roots. Roc's crew was out the same day. they were able to rod out a small opening to get the sewer open, but had to come back to install a cleanout in my front lawn after the winter frost was gone.  They were prompt, courteous and very neat considering what they had to do (one worker did not want to track mud on my driveway).  I've used them before and will call them again.

We had to have a plumber come out to replace the silcock (faucet) in the back of the house due to a steady drip.

I called early this morning (Thursday) and explained the issue to Kevin and he said that he was booked for Friday, but this afternoon was open if that would work for my schedule.  

Once he arrived he was knowledgable and really nice.  Not only did he fix the issue, but solved it in such a way that he said I'd be able to take care if this issue ever came up again in the future!

We found Kevin to be honest and genuine and we are definitely keeping his number for future plumbing needs!!

Mr.Dunbar and his team came to Rod out my basement that had sitting water backed up. Making an appointment was easy. I was able to  schedule service the same day. He even called once he had arrived to my building! Friendly and professional customer service. He even gave us suggestions on how to prevent the problem in the future. I would use this service again.

Had 2 toilet repairs and one outside faucet replacement due to frozen pipe issue this past winter.  Neat and efficient service, fair and accurate pricing, pointed out possible future problems with suggestions on how to minimize/ prevent going forward. Used them twice.  Once for a drain block and once for a bad kitchen faucet that had to be replaced.  

Helped guide me in the right direction of a new faucet as well so that the process of the purchase wasn't overwhelming or one I'd later regret with a bad product.

Forget the fact that it was the day after Thanksgiving and my kitchen sink line was clogged, leaving me with the clean up after 30 people enjoyed the turkey.  After leaving messages with no less than 5 plumbers, I finally got a response from Excellent Plumbing.  But that's not why they got 5 stars.
On time- yes.  They gave me an hour window and they were here within a minute of the beginning of the window.  I understand that's not always possible when scheduling service work, but I love it when it happens.
Team Gino got right to work.  They were very careful not to add to my mess. They got my drain opened and then took the time to flush it.  While doing that, they noticed a few other minor issues, not related to the clog (tightening, etc...) that they promptly took care of.  I was advised of the cost to rod a kitchen drain before they started. (That's always a plus too.)
They are PROFESSIONALS that do the job completely and thoroughly!  I will use them again.

Martin was excellent!! He was very knowledgeable and honest. He fixed the problem and cleaned everything out. Needless to say I won't be using flushable wipes again. If I have too, I will definitely use their services in the future

Can't thank Above the Rest Plumbing enough for fixing our emergency plumbing issue. They came out on a Saturday didn't charge me for the visit came back Sunday morning and with in few hours the issue was fixed. They do great work, honest, dependable, and efficient. I can't recommend them enough.

Victor is the man! I had a hot water heater fail and I messed with it for 2 days before throwing in the towel and calling an expert (I'm a tinkerer enjoy trying to fix stuff). Victor arrived the same day and took logical steps to isolate and diagnose the problem. He's very good at what he does. I feel like many other hot water repair guys would have knocked around a bit and tried to sell me a new hot water heater. Victor truly wanted to avoid doing that. He figured out that the thermostat control module that I had already replaced on my own was a DOA part. He put in a new one and I was good to go. He saved me a ton of money, and I am greatly appreciative.

Hot water heater went out. Called countless plumbers and attempted to fix myself.  Glennon was recommended by the guys at Ace hardware. Got back to me immediately. After three days without hot water, grateful they were able to come out same day. Staff was friendly, job was done right. Appreciate their attention to detail.

I wanted to leave a 5 star rating as Good Plumbing INC because they turned a bad plumbing experience around quickly and provided me with a great service and fixed a broken water pipe in my home at 10:30pm!  

I was stood up by another plumbing company when i was in need of emergency service while other companies wouldn't provide service until the next business day.  I couldn't wait as I had water flooding my basement and Good Plumbing came to my rescue within 45 mins of my call!  Also want to mention the office personal was incredibly friendly and helpful with instructions on how to shut off the water in my home to prevent any further water damage.  

Good Plumbing showed up with all needed tools and materials to fix my broken water pipe and had it fixed in less than an hour.  Pricing was reasonable and I don't think I was charged the emergency service fees.  I truly stumbled upon a gem and will be sure to call Good Plumbing for my  future plumbing needs!

I have been using this company for over 15 years and they are fair, honest and prompt. I manage real estate so I need them several times a year and never had a complaint. They are licensed and insured and guarantee their work.

Pete is a very knowledgeable plumber.  He is straightforward with the scope of the work and pricing and a very fair person to work with.  I appreciate his craftsmanship and use him whenever I have the need for a plumber.

Very satisfied with work done.  Efficient and well done .  Would highly recommend.  Debbie in the office is great.
