JSR Plumbing has been a lifesaver.  Jeff has come over on a couple of occasions now to fix things from our interior water pipes and extractor pump.  He's fast to respond, reliable and reasonably priced.

Installed outside sewer clean out. Fast, professional, reasonable and fair price. My house was built in the 60's and did not have a sewer clean out and therefore could not be rodded. Tree roots got into my sewer line and caused my crawl space to back up with water. With in minutes of calling Flush on Sunday evening they returned my call and were out first thing Monday morning at 8:00am. They even called 15 minutes before arriving to tell me they were on their way. The scope of work included find sewer outside house, dig down and install outside clean up. Power rod sewer line in both directions and camera sewer after for inspection $2,800. 5 year guarantee on material and labor. 1 year guarantee on rodding. After ABC plumbing failed to show up after we waited all day and then told us we would have to pay a premium for emergency service since it was now after a after 6:00pm  we called Flush. ABC plumbing also quoted us $4,270 to complete the job during non premium hours. Flush quoted $2,800 for the same job and guaranteed their work for 5 years versus ABC only guaranteed parts and labor for 3 years. ABC did not guarantee their rodding for 1 year either. My whole experience with ABC was miserable and they were over priced. My experience with Flush was exceptional. Thank you Flush.

If you have any other plumber on your phone go ahead and delete it... I've been using a neighborhood plumber who I now know was a rip off cuz of the service Go Rooter gives... These guys came out and didn't leave until they knew what the problem was and fixed it... They explained what was happening and solved a really big problem for me, oh and yes best price... they don't just rod ur sewers, they do it over and over until the line is 100% clear and clean.... I will never call anyone else..... GREAT JOB BOYS!!!!!!

I called Kevin to change 2 tub/shower cartridges for me  and I couldn't be happier with his work. He arrived exactly when he said he would and did great work and was an all around pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend him to anyone!

Dunbar's, Mr. Dunbar replaced a toilet flange and shut-off connection for my bathroom toilet. He responded to my call within thirty minutes and was at my father's  home within the hour time frame.

Mr. Dunbar called me upon arriving and assessed the problem and provided photos from start to finish.His price was fair and I was pleased with his work and professionalism. He also travels throughout the the city.

A friend recommended Boss Plumbing.  I called and Joe and his crew were there the next day to put in a water line for the refrigerator and to unclog a drain line damaged by a contractor.  It turned out that the contractor installed many things incorrectly.  A few weeks later I discovered that the contractor (long gone now) had attached PVC piping over the end of a rusted pipe.  A new contractor had a plumber who came out and said he could fix the problem.  When I questioned him about who would actually do the work, he told me that his crew.  I questioned again to discover that no plumber would be on the crew!  I texted Joe because I felt uneasy.  Joe was there at 8 the next morning with his crew of plumbers (!) and solved the problem.  Boss Plumbing and Joe are my go-to to resolve plumbing problems.  Professional, conscientious, efficient!

Our hot water heaters went out on a Friday. Gino showed up the next day and replaced both heaters with a good brand for a reasonable price. I recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs. Thanks Gino.

This company wasted a good 3 hours out my day. I spoke with the manager the day before and he gave us worst case best case scenarios to our sewer problem. We had our main sewer line rodded out twice before and each time would provide a temporary fix and later start backing up again. They explained the only way to locate the problem was to do a camera inspection. Once they did that they would be able to tell us exactly where and what the problem was. We went ahead and paid the money for the camera inspection but the camera wouldnt go past 30 ft. They end up just putting a device on a rod and seeing how far it went and marking lines on our ground. Then they said it would be 4500 dollars to dig up and replace the line. I asked how do you know the line needs to be replaced? His answer was because the rod stopped here. How stupid does that sound. Just because the rod stopped there doesn't mean the pipes need to be replaced at that location. The truth is without the camera inspection they are just as clueless as we were. To try to charge someone 4500.00 for a process of elimination is crazy. I would never do business with them again nor do i recommend anyone els doing business with them period. You are a professional and if you cant tell me what the problem is why would i pay you for your services. Thats like calling a cable repair guy and after he gets done, him saying you have a problem with your cable service. Are you retarded? I knew that before i called you. You are suppose to be telling me what the problem is not that i definitely have a sewer problem.

Ralph recently handles two jobs for me at a rental unit in the city.  He did a great job, showed up on time and communicated the issues to me.  Couldn't ask for anything more and will definitely use Ralph again in the future.

Victor came to out Home in the middle of the night. 1:00am. I mean who does that and still carries the most positive attitude possible. In a word.....amazing. He was a true professional and did one amazing job fixing all of our issues. This is the first review I've ever done but I can assure you hiring Victor would be the smartest move you could ever make no matter what the time. I would recommend him to the highest degree possible. You are a breath of fresh air In the service industry!  Thanks again!!!!

Paul and his wife Ann came through in the clutch again!  This is the 3rd time we have used them and we could not be happier.  My wife and I noticed that a floor drain was backed up in our furnace room.  I contacted them late in the afternoon on a Wednesday.  They were out at my house at 8:30 in the morning the following day taking care of the problem.  Fast, courteous, reasonably priced and professional as can be is the way that Glennon does business.  I wish I could have given them a 10 star review.

Subsequently received a follow-up call from the owner who was concerned and seemed very on top of things. Although it was just a leaky faucet, their estimate is likely in line with most plumbing services. I didn't use them but was impressed with the customer service follow up.

Just had then out to rot out the tub and fix the water pipe that goes outside for the spicket. I was told probably around $400 for everything.  Turns out the tub was older and had a clean out trap so didn't have to rot. Final bill for everything was $250. Very honest and prompt service.  Would recommend.

Pete is a very knowledgeable plumber.  He is straightforward with the scope of the work and pricing and a very fair person to work with.  I appreciate his craftsmanship and use him whenever I have the need for a plumber.

Debbie received our request for a quote and promptly responded. She was also very nice and thorough. So fantastic on that end. Then Matt and (sorry can't remember 2nd guy's name) came out and did an absolutely fantastic job. You know good work when you see it, so look at he pics I attach to this review. The cost was very reasonable. I picked these guys because of all the very positive detailed reviews I found on Yelp. Now I see exactly what they meant. We will be using them for all our plumbing and related services needs. Also, I believe this is a locally family owned business. The quality and dedication definitely reflect that. Ok not sure what else I can say, they are awesome.
