Just had Jeff replace two hot water tanks.  Here was great and he was also the best price.

I had called Szabo Plumbing to repair a leaky toilet wax ring on a tenants apartment and was quoted $275, which I considered fair, considering a licensed plumber and fully stocked truck would have to drive there and do the repair. What I didn't consider fair was when the shut off valve didn't work, they charged me an additional $200 to put a new one on. Now I understand if I called them out for just that repair, $200 may be reasonable, but they were already on site for the other repair.
Not to mention they never contacted for any additional approval prior to replacing it, just a text message from the plumber onsite stating the new total would be $475.
I contacted Wade, to discuss the upcharge and was told I actually recieved a discount as they normally charge $250.00 per valve, but he would talk to Kevin himself and see if anything could be done.
As I was away on vacation, I told him I would contact him in A week when we returned.....well, called him twice since returning, NO CALL BACKS.
I decided to check my Credit card, and now see, they not only charged me the $475, plus an additional $14.75, not sure for what reason, as I never received an itemized invoice e-mailed as promised.
I've always considered them fair in past work they had done for me, but as of now, have lost confidence in Szabo Plumbing and will no longer use them, nor recemmend them to friends and family

UPDATE: Upon  Kevin being made aware of this situation , he personnally reached out to me, apologized for the error, and made things right. I will continue to recemmend them and use them as a first choice for my future plumbing needs.
It just shows he is truely compassionate about customer satisfaction, THANK YOU AGAIN KEVIN FOR TAKING TIME OUT OF YOUR BUSY DAY TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.

I called twice to get somebody to come out and give us an estimate. I never got a call back.
My first call was on Mother's Day Sunday, so I can understand If I didn't get an immediate call back. But I called again the next day and never got a call back from a technician.

These guys are fabulous! I had a toilet emergency at our business location and gave them a call since they were close by. They were here within 15 minutes and fixed the problem fast. Professional, friendly and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend these guys and will be using them again in the future if need be.

Called Roc's Plumbing to see if they could replace my old green toilet's chain and flapper. Roc said it would be about $125 and they would replace the assembly. So Michael comes out and looks at the toilet and says right away he recommends replacing the toilet. He never even tried to flush the toilet to see what was working and what wasn't!! He says that he could replace the parts, but then something else could go wrong, just so I know. I asked if he felt comfortable doing the job and again he pushed for the new toilet. I remarked that was not an option, I just wanted the chain and flapper replaced. He continued to state that something could go wrong, like the toilet leaking. I stated that people replace this all the time, and don't rip out the whole toilet for $25 in parts! He asks if I want it fixed, and I replied that it doesn't seem like you can do the job. I called Roc and told him what happened. He said he would talk to Michael to see what kind of toilet I had. I waited over an hour and finally called Roc back again, and he said oh I have been busy and was going to call you back and states that Michael preferred to replace the toilet because they can't guarantee everything will go ok to repair it. Said thanks for not getting back to me, on top of your lousy repairman.
There are plenty of plumbers out there looking to repair instead of covering their butt and going with replacing something that the customer doesn't want or can't afford!!!

I cannot recommend Kevin and Specialty Plumbing enough. I recently had my water heater fail and Kevin was able to replace it the same day. Very professional and also fixed a problem I had with a 2nd floor shower while he was there. Excellent work!

I contacted Dunbar Plumbing they came out the next day and fixed my water spigot and they were quick and cleaned up after themselves.  The price was good and I will use again hopefully nothing soon but yes check them out.

Had 2 toilet repairs and one outside faucet replacement due to frozen pipe issue this past winter.  Neat and efficient service, fair and accurate pricing, pointed out possible future problems with suggestions on how to minimize/ prevent going forward. Soon after moving into a new townhouse I needed a new hot water heater. My realtor recommended Boss Plumbing Corp. I contacted the owner Joe Cohen for an estimate. He responded promptly and installed a new water heater. I was so impressed with the quality of his work, his great attitude, and reasonable pricing, that I had him do some additional work replacing outdoor waters pickets and some water lines. A few years later I developed a leak in the master bedroom shower. The water was pouring into the unfinished basement. I called Joe and he came out the same day to take a look. He fixed the leak in minutes. When I asked him what I owe him he said nothing. What plumber does that? I would enthusiastically recommend Boss Plumbing Corp to everyone interested in quality work from a quality man.

Our main sewage line backed up and created quite a large amount of water in our basement. Within an hour of calling, Gino had managed to find time for him and another guy to come out and fix the problem. It took a couple hours, but they did a great job and got the water to go back down the drain. It turns out we had tree roots. By the way, this was all done around 7 PM on a weeknight. I would highly recommend Gino and the company Excellent Plumbing.

Martin was excellent!! He was very knowledgeable and honest. He fixed the problem and cleaned everything out. Needless to say I won't be using flushable wipes again. If I have too, I will definitely use their services in the future

Can't thank Above the Rest Plumbing enough for fixing our emergency plumbing issue. They came out on a Saturday didn't charge me for the visit came back Sunday morning and with in few hours the issue was fixed. They do great work, honest, dependable, and efficient. I can't recommend them enough.

Had two slow draining sinks and a washing machine that had water that trickled in. Joseph was courteous and creative in solving all of my problems. I couldn't use the online Yelp coupon but he offered me a discount for paying part in cash. I appreciated his thoroughness and polite attitude. And I get a future discount on his services. All in all a positive experience.

We had sewage backing up into our basement after heavy rains. Recently, our connection to the sewer was clogged and it shut down our ability to use water inside the home. We had two other plumbers come out and suggest $2,500 - $4,500 worth of work to solve the issue.  Last, I called ALL PLUMBING & SEWER SERVICES and left a message.  Sue called me back right away. Keith and Collin were at my home to diagnose the problem within 2 hours. They returned the next day at noon, installed an access valve on the main stack, rodded the outflow clog, extracted our non working garbage disposal, installed new piping, cleared a bathroom sink drain, and repaired a toilet seat in two hours flat. And they did it for LESS THAN HALF of the two previous estimates.  The staff provided basic education on the problem and even made recommendations on how to maintain the health of our plumbing so we don't have continued issued. I will continue using these guys, and I definitely would recommend them!!

Pete is a very knowledgeable plumber.  He is straightforward with the scope of the work and pricing and a very fair person to work with.  I appreciate his craftsmanship and use him whenever I have the need for a plumber.

What a welcome relief to find a reliable plumber with reasonable prices.  Tony and Brandon came right on time and took care to lay out tarp from the doorway to my kitchen sink.   They quickly and courteously addressed my initial plumbing problem and I then had them fix a nuisance problem with my outside spigot.  They also took time to explain, in detail, all the questions I had about our basement plumbing, i.e. ejector pump, sump pump, etc.  I am very pleased with their work and fair prices.  It's clear that they are committed to building long-term relationships with their customers  and I am confident I will be one of them!
