Jeff did the work for my new master bathroom it turned out great.  Since then he has done multiple jobs for us always on time and a good value.  Jeff knows a lot about construction and home remodeling so his advice is always appreciated with good ideas for the average DIY guy

Flush plumbing came out today and were quick and efficient. The service technicians were able to locate our problem and cleared our sewage line that was blocked by tree roots. Will be using them annually for future maintenance and any other plumbing problems!

Came within time frame (it was an emergency call after 8pm) and was able to fix problem on the spot. Will use them again.

Apparently doesn't like to be bothered with additional questions or will not put a quote in writing after verbally providing quote over phone after sending pictures of current system.

I cannot recommend Kevin and Specialty Plumbing enough. I recently had my water heater fail and Kevin was able to replace it the same day. Very professional and also fixed a problem I had with a 2nd floor shower while he was there. Excellent work!

I woke up to a burst pipe and called at least a dozen plumbers. I got in touch with Mr. Dunbar, he gave me a two hour window and arrived on time. He quickly found the problem, gave me a price and repaired the pipe all in about 30 minutes. He and his associate were courteous, did a great job and told me what to do in the future. I'll definitely contact him for future work.

Very responsive and schedule site visit immediately. Took their time so I understood what was happening and the rates.... Extremely reasonable.

Replaced a spigot that had gone bad, he did a great job. Was very clean with cutting drywall so it wouldn't be more work later.

Their information is misleading.  I asked for an estimate and interest in looking at my water heater's pilot light.  He replied asking if I wanted to replace the water heater or fix it.  When I told him I wanted it fixed, he responded by saying Don't have any parts we don't repair it.  So while he's prompt in responding the Repair part of the ad not exactly accurate.

The team did an excellent job, when I first met Robert, he was every knowledgeable and engaging, he took pictures and brought his supervisor Joe,  they made up a plan becouse the work that needed to be done was behind a vent, which ment coming back a couple of days later which i understood, when they came on Friday Joe and the rest of the team came an was here for an hour work was done. Joe was able to answer questions pertaining to the job and future jobs. I am very happy with the results and will be keeping their number in my book. Thanks Guys

Ralph recently handles two jobs for me at a rental unit in the city.  He did a great job, showed up on time and communicated the issues to me.  Couldn't ask for anything more and will definitely use Ralph again in the future.

Addendum to my earlier post- I received a call from Victor today. He apologized for the unforeseen delays. HP was able to come out and fix several small issues quickly and efficiently. Appreciate the call and the quality service!

I called to see how soon I could have someone out to inspect an issue with our plumbing. The crew arrived within 30 minutes and they were able to resolve the issue in no time!

My husband and I had a new shower installed recently in our Chicago property. All was fine for awhile, then the shower head started leaking. It became a nuisance. we also noticed we were having trouble getting hot water. Time to call a plumber. We called Good Plumbing on recommendation from a friend. We called on a Wed. and they came out on Thurs. in a timely fashion.  A reasonable quote was given for the repairs. He replaced the mixing valve, put on a new nut on the shower head. Ever since, the shower has been working well. Good Plumbing seems to know what they are doing.

Just had then out to rot out the tub and fix the water pipe that goes outside for the spicket. I was told probably around $400 for everything.  Turns out the tub was older and had a clean out trap so didn't have to rot. Final bill for everything was $250. Very honest and prompt service.  Would recommend.

Pete is a very knowledgeable plumber.  He is straightforward with the scope of the work and pricing and a very fair person to work with.  I appreciate his craftsmanship and use him whenever I have the need for a plumber.

Great people, great work, very accommodating, reasonably priced.  I had a great experience with these guys and would definitely recommend them to family and friends and I will most definitely use them for any future plumbing.
