I use Darron as part of my real estate business. I have him camera questionable if not even more conservative than that most single family home sales, buyers and sellers. It's an expensive thing to miss either way you look at it. I trust them, plus you can watch and see on a monitor for yourself.

I recently needed a plumber in an emergency as I had a water leak and was about to show my home to a potential buyer. I was given Roccos name by a mutual friend. After a call to Rocco,  he sent a plumber to my home within an hour. Michael was very professional explained the problem , fixed it and was out the door in 45 minutes. Total professionals from start to finish .  I have used numerous companies in the past with my homes but Rocs just went above and beyond to help  at a stressful time, and my home is outside of the area he normally serves . Dunbar's, Mr. Dunbar replaced a toilet flange and shut-off connection for my bathroom toilet. He responded to my call within thirty minutes and was at my father's  home within the hour time frame.

Mr. Dunbar called me upon arriving and assessed the problem and provided photos from start to finish.His price was fair and I was pleased with his work and professionalism. He also travels throughout the the city.

Solid local business.  I liked that a real person answered and he was able to give me competitive pricing.  I had called enough places to know what the going rate is.  I had 2 hose bibs on the outside of the house replaced because they were leaking. They were the original fixtures.  They are working beautifully and I don't expect any problems during the winter.  I will definitely call if I need future plumbing work.

Whenever I'm in need of any plumbing issues for the last 6 years I call Joe! He's amazing, knowledgeable, reliable, and best of all honest!! I wouldn't use anyone else! Always a pleasure to work with!

UPDATE - Gino and Excellent Plumbing were excellent once again this past week, coming to address the drain in our basement that had some water come up a few days later. He quickly identified the issue and fixed it the same day at no charge to ensure no water comes up again. Gino must have seen me in the window trying to calm our baby and was so thoughtful to call me to discuss what was going on from outside vs coming inside or having me go outside. This was so appreciated given COVID concerns and was above and beyond.

The service I received from beginning to end was excellent. I called 02/11/2020 requesting an estimate for sewer service. I spoke with Hazel whom was very customer friendly. We scheduled an estimate for the next day with a two hour window. I received a follow up call from Hazel informing me the technician was running late. I appreciated the call and that my time was valued. The technician Robert came, not only was he knowledgeable, he was friendly. I expressed to him I was very hesitant, due to being taken advantage of in the past. Robert was understanding and addressed all my concerns. A smoke test was suggested, let me just say this, this was the first company of the many I received quotes from that offered a diagnostic. The very next day Robert and Kevin came and performed the smoke test, we discovered that two toilets and a flow drain was where my problem was. The same day my toilets were properly sealed and secured and a follow up to work on the flow drain was scheduled for the following Monday. On Monday technician Jesus came, him along with another nice technician started on the sewer, we then found an even bigger issue. They got the owner Joe on the phone and we talked about options. The issue required the front yard to be dug up,  Joe worked on getting the needed permits and they started the very next day. The entire experience with the Flo Maxx family was exceptional. I want to thank all: Hazel, Robert, Kevin, Jesus, Joe, Thomas and the other two technicians, sorry I can't recall their names. I appreciate the excellent job and customer service. I recommend Flo Max for your plumbing and sewer needs.

Ralph recently handles two jobs for me at a rental unit in the city.  He did a great job, showed up on time and communicated the issues to me.  Couldn't ask for anything more and will definitely use Ralph again in the future.

Victor relight our pilot light on a water heater on a Sat for about 1/3 less than a local competitors after hours charges.

The competitor simply wanted to install a new heater based on symptoms I described over the phone and the water heater age. Victor repaired it quickly as promised- buying us some time to consider next steps.

So far so good!

Paul and his crew were quick, clean and reasonably priced.  I really have had bad experiences with plumbers, usually they're condescending and aggressive. Never have I experienced that with the two times I've had to use Glennon plumbing in these very old house of mine.  Seriously use them, the best!  Thanks Paul!!

I did Accounting Services as an independent contractor with Good Plumbing, Inc.  The owner, Brian McMahon, refused to pay 4 past-due invoices dating back to 02/2009.  I made many attempts to contact him about this matter, most of which were ignored.  He only responded twice, stating that he would pay the due amount, however he never followed through.  The work was done correctly, on time & in good faith, but as of this writing they are still unpaid.  It has become apparent that he never intended to pay me for my Accounting Services from the start.

Beware of  this company.  Good Plumbing, Inc. is now operating at 800 Roosevelt Road Bldg. B Suite 318, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137.

These guys are the best!!!!!!  I've had them out a couple times and they are always very friendly and very helpful. They are one of the most honest and professional plumbers in the area. They are my go to for plumbing needs!!!!

Pete is a very knowledgeable plumber.  He is straightforward with the scope of the work and pricing and a very fair person to work with.  I appreciate his craftsmanship and use him whenever I have the need for a plumber.

My wife were in a bind with our hot water heater going out on a Saturday.  Debbie responded almost immediately. They came out on Monday morning replaced the tank for us.  Matt was great.  Top notch, very friendly, conscious of protecting flooring and very informative.  Would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!!!
