The frigid temps caused the pipes in the laundry room to freeze along with the drain that removes the water from the washing machine.   After trying to solve the problem on our own and were unsuccessful, I called Jeff at JSR Plumbing and he saved the day!  He took the time to Facetime with me and assess the problem prior to coming to our home.  We had some success, but asked him to come and check it out first hand.  Jeff was able to show us what was going on and fix the situation. Being a first time home owner and not being too savvy on plumbing issues, Jeff was patient and answered all our questions.  We highly recommend JSR Plumbing if you are looking for an honest, reliable plumber.

After Friday's storms my sump pump failed. Kevin's team answered the phone. Arrived early and replaced it in under a hour. No pump could have been a disaster. Thanks for the great work.

I had a clogged pipe that was causing water to back up.  Called Darren and within an hour he was out and was able to fix everything quickly and was very reasonable.  Would recommend Flush to anyone looking for any plumbing and sewer needs.

Juan and crew did and awesome job!  Impressive to see how much new technology they had at their disposal to help solve things quickly here.  This would have been a much harder job for most people.  They also got the job done at the price they quoted before arriving.

Roc's plumbing has been the most reliable and cost efficient plumber out there. He either answers or calls right away. Very knowledgeable and just a trustworthy company. I would never recommend anyone else. I will never use anyone else. I had a back up valve replaced two pumps put in and he walked me through every step of the way. Sending pictures via text to keep me updated on the work. Kept the front of my house clean while he was installing everything. Very very professional.

We had a leaking faucet in our tub, not even five years after we completely redid the bathroom.

We also had no plumber, we've never really needed one in Frankfort. I went on Yelp and found this establishment.

They were just what you wanted; they replied quickly, came exactly at the promised time, fixed everything, cleaned up, explained it all to me and left.

We are not only drip free but he blew out the line so the water is running like never before. That was a great gesture and shows that he understands the awful water we have.

Dunbar's, Mr. Dunbar replaced a toilet flange and shut-off connection for my bathroom toilet. He responded to my call within thirty minutes and was at my father's  home within the hour time frame.

Mr. Dunbar called me upon arriving and assessed the problem and provided photos from start to finish.His price was fair and I was pleased with his work and professionalism. He also travels throughout the the city.

I had low water pressure and connected with Don on Yelp. He came out at the agreed time checked a few things and provided me advice on getting the problem corrected. He removed an old water filter and suggested I call the city first and he be happy to come back if that didn't solve the problem. I offered to pay him and he refused payment but asked to keep him in mind for future work. Don, you'll be the plumber we call.

I called and spoke with Joe regarding a problem I was having with a kitchen sink drain.   While he was not able to make it, Carlos was at my house within a few hours.  Very professional, friendly, answered all my questions and did a great job. The problem was solved in about 45 minutes. Carlos was very careful to not leave any mess.  Great customer service!!

I was referred to Excellent plumbing by one of my girlfriends, so ofcourse I checked them out on yelp, when requesting a quote, out of the 3 plumbing companies that Yelp sent a message out to, this company replied back so fast! Gino was so awesome and accommodating for my needs for his plumbing services. He arranged his schedule and came out the same day!! He was very professional and contacted me ahead of time as to his projected ETA to my home would be. Once he arrived, he and his partner were in and out under an hour!! (I had a clogged kitchen sink with a garbage disposal that stopped working). I highly recommend Excellent Plumbing to anyone! I'd definitely call them back again for any plumbing needs I may have in the future! Side note- I liked how there was no paper/clipboard work, it was all done on his smart phone and he emailed the invoice to me right away. Can't thank Above the Rest Plumbing enough for fixing our emergency plumbing issue. They came out on a Saturday didn't charge me for the visit came back Sunday morning and with in few hours the issue was fixed. They do great work, honest, dependable, and efficient. I can't recommend them enough.

Called this company when our garbage disposal started backing up. Brendan came out very quickly and could not have been nicer or more thorough. Even took the initiative to clean out my kitchen faucet to make it run better. Will definitely use them again!

These guys did all my plumbing in my room addition back in 2003. They were very good in getting done on time. I had a minor leak in the bubble tub but they came out and fixed it within 24 hrs. I would use them again.

I had a kitchen drain pipe that was leaking and am unable to use my sink.  I called A&D based on these Yelp reviews.  They were very helpful & even told me what questions to ask other plumbers.  I had received other quotes & they even offered to go over my quote to make sure it was correct.  I needed the job done as soon as possible & unfortunately, A & D would not be able to get me in until a little over a week later.  I would love to use them!  If I ever have a plumbing need again, I will be calling them.  Thanks for your professionalism!
