Jeff did the work for my new master bathroom it turned out great.  Since then he has done multiple jobs for us always on time and a good value.  Jeff knows a lot about construction and home remodeling so his advice is always appreciated with good ideas for the average DIY guy

These guys are great! My wife noticed we had no hot water while I was at work. We had concerns about finding someone Friday afternoon, the day before Christmas eve. I found these guys on yelp.They had great reviews. So I called them. They were at our home in about 2 hrs. My wife met them because I couldn't leave work. She said when they came they were very nice and polite. They were very professional and explained everything to her. Well, our hot water heater was leaking inside and dripping on the pilot.
So being the Friday before Christmas we scheduled our new hot water heater for the following Monday.
We were able to have hot water over the weekend,  because they showed us how to light the pilot. They also said if we can get it lit over the holiday, call them and they'd come out.
Well we had our new water heater put in this morning and we couldn't be more pleased. John and Cody were very nice, professional and efficient. Just like my wife said. So going forward, this our new plumber.
Would I recommend these guys? ABSOLUTELY!

Company responded timely to our emergency call on Sunday regarding blocked sewer.
The crew worked outside the next day under extremely adverse conditions and freezing temperature.
They excavated the sewer line by hand, found the problem with penetrating roots and fixed it within 2 days.
We are so grateful.

These guys are literally life saviors. A few days ago, I smelled gas coming out of the connection with my cooktop but I couldn't detect a leak. So I reached out to another company and they came and said nothing was wrong even though it was stated they could smell gas. So I then reached out to my gas company and they sent someone who pointed out a few different leaks in my pipe. I then frantically tried to find someone who could come out the same day to address. I made a call to Go Rooter and within 3 hours, a technician was out to my house and fixed my issue. I'm so thankful for the quick work. The technician took the time to explain what he did which I appreciated. I will definitely be keeping this company in mind in the future!

I had a problem with a very slow kitchen sink drain that I thought I solved with Draino til I looked in the basement and saw that sludge had backed-up from the washing machine drain pipe.  Called ROC's to make an appt and due to a cancellation plumbing tech George was here in short order.  He identified the trouble, rodded the line and checked and double checked that everything was in working order.  George is very professional and knowledgeable. Made my day that my problem was solved so quickly.  Plus their pricing is more than fair.  I highly recommend ROC's!

Kevin really came to the rescue when I was out of hot water for days. He showed up in an HOUR when others said they were too busy to come out. He came, accessed the problem, restarted the hot water heater for me, waited to make sure it was still running over time, and the issue was fixed.

I can't thank him enough for his time and excellent service. I recommend Kevin and will definitely be calling him in the future!!

I hired Dunbar's to install a new water heater.  They did a good job.  A year later, I was smelling sewer gas and called Dunbar.  They came over within an hour, told me the only problem was that I needed to clean out my catch-basin.  They said they could do it for me for $300 or he could show me how to do it myself.  I also had him look at my shower drain, which was clogged.  He instructed me how to clean this out as well.  I tried to pay them for their time, but they refused.   I guess I'll be calling Dunbar the next time I need plumbing work done.

Have used a few other plumbers and their work was fine but their communication was never very good, so this morning when my water heater went out, I decided to use Yelp. Saw Excellent Plumbing, read their reviews and decided to give them a try. I messaged them for a quote and heard back from Gino within ten minutes. He set up an appointment for that afternoon and although they did have to change the time of the appointment once, I appreciated the fact that they kept me informed through phone calls and texts. The work was done quickly, professionally and the communication was excellent. Will definitely use them again.

Our technician, Martin F., was great! My family and I had been dealing with a kitchen sink that would not drain for quite some time now, and had literally been draining it ourselves with a bucket and dumping the water into the toilet every time we washed dishes. We tried everything from plungers to Drano to using a drain snake and everything in between until we finally gave in and decided to call a professional. Our appointment/arrival window was from 10AM - 12PM but Martin arrived between 5-10 minutes before 10AM which we definitely appreciated! He was very friendly, willing to answer any questions we had, and got right to work to assess the situation. He set clear expectations about all the possible outcomes as well as what it everything would cost and gained our consent before starting the work. At the first attempt to rod the line it did not seem to work and the sink still would not drain properly, but he did not give up there. Instead of just telling us we may need to have the kitchen re-piped, he did his best to find out why it didn't work. Turns out it was just because of the way our house is, and the set up of such older pipes, the rod was going upward towards the roof vent instead of downward. Martin then tried it again but this time guiding the rod the best he could in the opposite direction (down). I am grateful to say that he was successful in clearing the line and our sink now drains the way it should! Very happy with the level of service we received and the cost was reasonable. Ralph recently handles two jobs for me at a rental unit in the city.  He did a great job, showed up on time and communicated the issues to me.  Couldn't ask for anything more and will definitely use Ralph again in the future.

We had a sump pump go out. I tried calling around but no one was answering calls or they would flake out.

After I talked to Victor, he had someone at our house in 15 minutes. They replaced the pump with an even better solution, and charged a reasonable rate.

I wish they provided other home services!

Paul and his wife Ann came through in the clutch again!  This is the 3rd time we have used them and we could not be happier.  My wife and I noticed that a floor drain was backed up in our furnace room.  I contacted them late in the afternoon on a Wednesday.  They were out at my house at 8:30 in the morning the following day taking care of the problem.  Fast, courteous, reasonably priced and professional as can be is the way that Glennon does business.  I wish I could have given them a 10 star review.

After calling a number of plumbing companies this morning to fix a severe clog and being told that they had no availability or that I would be placed on a waiting list due to the many frozen pipes because of the weather, Good Plumbing promised that they could assist in the afternoon. I called around 3 pm, and the owner of the company Bill, once again echoed that promise. I then called again at 5, 7, 8, and by 10 pm he gave me a final promise and a contact number for one of his plumbers. That plumber also promised to be at my place no later than 11 pm. It is 1 am and the plumber is still not here, after he supposedly left his last job (purportedly 10 min away from my place) an hour ago. I finally canceled the job after being told that he is 30 min away.

During this time I explained to Bill that had he simply informed me from the outset that he would place me on a waiting list (as other places did) but can't promise anything, I would have either moved on to another company or not held him accountable. Yet, he continued to make false assurances. And I fell for it (desperate times I suppose cause one to believe anything, even that the plumbing fairy exists). I have NEVER been misled like this for any services and I feel quite silly for believing that a plumber would actually come by midnight .

I suggest that Bill not promise customers services that his plumbers cannot provide when obviously aware of the time restraints and lacks the capacity to follow through. While Bill offered to give me a 40% discount, it's inconsequential.

I am left with a broken sink and unfortunately the apology is hollow as I did not set up any other appointment because I cannot afford to take another day off. This is service at its worst!

We had sewage backing up into our basement after heavy rains. Recently, our connection to the sewer was clogged and it shut down our ability to use water inside the home. We had two other plumbers come out and suggest $2,500 - $4,500 worth of work to solve the issue.  Last, I called ALL PLUMBING & SEWER SERVICES and left a message.  Sue called me back right away. Keith and Collin were at my home to diagnose the problem within 2 hours. They returned the next day at noon, installed an access valve on the main stack, rodded the outflow clog, extracted our non working garbage disposal, installed new piping, cleared a bathroom sink drain, and repaired a toilet seat in two hours flat. And they did it for LESS THAN HALF of the two previous estimates.  The staff provided basic education on the problem and even made recommendations on how to maintain the health of our plumbing so we don't have continued issued. I will continue using these guys, and I definitely would recommend them!!

Pete is a very knowledgeable plumber.  He is straightforward with the scope of the work and pricing and a very fair person to work with.  I appreciate his craftsmanship and use him whenever I have the need for a plumber.

Debbie received our request for a quote and promptly responded. She was also very nice and thorough. So fantastic on that end. Then Matt and (sorry can't remember 2nd guy's name) came out and did an absolutely fantastic job. You know good work when you see it, so look at he pics I attach to this review. The cost was very reasonable. I picked these guys because of all the very positive detailed reviews I found on Yelp. Now I see exactly what they meant. We will be using them for all our plumbing and related services needs. Also, I believe this is a locally family owned business. The quality and dedication definitely reflect that. Ok not sure what else I can say, they are awesome.  

12/9/16 - continued great service from some issues that popped up. This is a company you can trust and use for the long term.
