JSR Plumbing has been a lifesaver.  Jeff has come over on a couple of occasions now to fix things from our interior water pipes and extractor pump.  He's fast to respond, reliable and reasonably priced.

Called for a plumber this morning and they sent a very competent, honest plumber that fixed my backed up drain.  He didn't try to oversell me and explained exactly what it was that he was doing.  Could not ask for better service!  Thank you!

These guys seem to thrive on your hardship. Don't go with them if it's not an emergency. I called for a routine maintenance job and was asked if it needed immediate service. I told the lady I didn't, but when Darron got back to me, he asked again. I was quoted almost double the average going rate. I decided to go with them regardless as I had a small extra job I wanted them to do and I wanted it done right. The reviews were all so positive! A week or two went past before I was ready for them, and when I called again, I was asked another time if it was an emergency. Once I did schedule it, on the day of the work I received a call asking once again if I had an emergency!!
When they came, it seemed painful for them to talk to me; didn't want anything but the bare minimum, and no feedback, even when asked. Granted, they did do the maintenance job, but when it came to the extra job we had discussed over the phone......

They said they had difficulty opening the pipes and would have to come back another time. Never heard from them again. Left messages with Darron, called the main number again, nothing.

When it comes down to it, if you don't have an emergency that they can charge a fortune for, they are not interested.

I rarely write reviews but Juan and his team needed an immediate 5 star review because of how great they were. They arrived 30 mins earlier than the anticipated arrival time, diagnosed the problem quickly, were transparent and very reasonable about pricing, but more importantly they cleared a blockage from our condo building that two other plumbing services were unable to clear so quickly. I will definitely be using their services again.

Had mike come to my house to give me a quote. I was re-piping the entire basement, adding a tub, walk in shower, toilet, new tankless heater, adding a line for my sprinkler system and much more so this was a big job. It's been over a month and never got a call or email with the estimate price. Wasted my time.

Kevin came out this afternoon to look at a toilet problem. Here in less than an hour and was totally upfront with me regarding my issues. Will definitely keep them in mind going forward.

We have some leaky pipes in our basement so I called Dunbar's to come out and take a look. They said they would be at my location between 9:30-10:30am the following day. They never showed up and never called. I phoned them that afternoon and left a message and never received a return call.

Avoid this company.

Excellent! Don is honest, timely, and fair-priced. He responded quickly to my inquiry, provided me a fair quote, was able to come out same-day, and even arrived right on time!  He is experienced knowledgeable. I had an outdoor faucet explode when I used it for the first time in spring. He replaced the faucet, cleaned up after he was finished, and even replaced my soaked insulation and patched the drywall. I didn't expect that! I've read most plumbers refer you to someone else to repair walls. I am very happy with his work and will definitely enlist his services in the future.

We engaged BOSS Plumbing to do some work on adding a toilet in our basement bathroom. I can't say enough positive things about our experience. They were extremely responsive, prompt, courteous, personable, efficient, and careful about maintaining the condition of the bathroom. They were willing to sign a liability waiver. They thoroughly cleaned up following their work. And they even went above-and-beyond by coming back later, at no additional charge, to ensure that everything was working perfectly. It's a father and son team who are absolutely stellar in their work and reliability. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

I had them out today to resolve a slow draining toilet. 2 guys came to the door - neither one was wearing a mask. Ugh. I asked them if they had masks. They went back to their truck and found a couple. I don't understand why it's not standard procedure. My wife and kids are home. These guys are coming from one job site to another. I just want to be safe.

The work itself was fine. They resolved the issue very quickly. I just feel like service providers who are going from home to home to home should be more careful. Just my 2c.

This company wasted a good 3 hours out my day. I spoke with the manager the day before and he gave us worst case best case scenarios to our sewer problem. We had our main sewer line rodded out twice before and each time would provide a temporary fix and later start backing up again. They explained the only way to locate the problem was to do a camera inspection. Once they did that they would be able to tell us exactly where and what the problem was. We went ahead and paid the money for the camera inspection but the camera wouldnt go past 30 ft. They end up just putting a device on a rod and seeing how far it went and marking lines on our ground. Then they said it would be 4500 dollars to dig up and replace the line. I asked how do you know the line needs to be replaced? His answer was because the rod stopped here. How stupid does that sound. Just because the rod stopped there doesn't mean the pipes need to be replaced at that location. The truth is without the camera inspection they are just as clueless as we were. To try to charge someone 4500.00 for a process of elimination is crazy. I would never do business with them again nor do i recommend anyone els doing business with them period. You are a professional and if you cant tell me what the problem is why would i pay you for your services. Thats like calling a cable repair guy and after he gets done, him saying you have a problem with your cable service. Are you retarded? I knew that before i called you. You are suppose to be telling me what the problem is not that i definitely have a sewer problem.

Can't thank Above the Rest Plumbing enough for fixing our emergency plumbing issue. They came out on a Saturday didn't charge me for the visit came back Sunday morning and with in few hours the issue was fixed. They do great work, honest, dependable, and efficient. I can't recommend them enough.

Victor just replaced out sump pump and once again did a wonderful job.  We have used him for 15 years. The quality of his work is excellent and he is very honest and straightforward.   This is the person you want for an emergency or otherwise.

I was out of town on business when my main sump pump failed during rain and snow melt. My back up took over. The back up alarm went off which alerted my wife that there was an issue.  When she called me it was midnight. I called 3 plumbers all of which were less than interested in my business. I found New Century on  line, called, and Kevin answered right away. We scheduled the repair, he kept me up to date via text knowing I was out of town and had his guy get there pronto. When I got home, everything was done, dry, clean, and all at a great price!!!!

Had a toilet clog came out rodded it-Keith did an excellent job, even  helped me with my master sink in my bedroom.  Great plumbers would recommended them to family and friends.

Pete is a very knowledgeable plumber.  He is straightforward with the scope of the work and pricing and a very fair person to work with.  I appreciate his craftsmanship and use him whenever I have the need for a plumber.

I recommended this company to my mom who was having an issue with her toilet based on positive reviews. She said the gentlemen who came out were more than nice and did the job quickly and professionally.
