Jeff did the work for my new master bathroom it turned out great.  Since then he has done multiple jobs for us always on time and a good value.  Jeff knows a lot about construction and home remodeling so his advice is always appreciated with good ideas for the average DIY guy

Called at 2:30 pm for an emergency repair.  Logan and John arrived at 3:00 pm and quickly assessed and repaired the problem.  They were great!  If you are in need of an excellent plumbing company with reasonable rates, Kevin Szabo should be your choice.  I would highly recommend them!

Darron is a plumbing rock star!  My main drain has been the bane of my existence with 2 sewer backups in the past 2 months.  I've been working my way through plumbers until I found Flush Plumbing & Sewer.  Darron showed up on time, ran a camera in the drain, found yet another clog, rodded it out, then ran the camera in again and found a broken pipe--the source of the headaches.  He's the 1st one to do this out of 3 plumbers!  He's now working with the city to get the repair done.  This business is honest, to the point and VERY affordable compared to other other gangsters that took me for a ride.  Look no further.  You're in great hands with Flush Plumbing & Sewer!

Last Saturday morning I discovered a leak under my kitchen sink. There was a hole in the garbage disposal. I called Juan and he was at my home in approximately an hour to provide a quote. He was able to complete the job the same day. He's very professional and efficient.

I had a problem with a very slow kitchen sink drain that I thought I solved with Draino til I looked in the basement and saw that sludge had backed-up from the washing machine drain pipe.  Called ROC's to make an appt and due to a cancellation plumbing tech George was here in short order.  He identified the trouble, rodded the line and checked and double checked that everything was in working order.  George is very professional and knowledgeable. Made my day that my problem was solved so quickly.  Plus their pricing is more than fair.  I highly recommend ROC's!

I called Kevin last night and he came out the next day. Did a great job. Helped me trouble shoot a very tricky leak and fixed it for a very fair price. I'd recommend him 100% if your looking for an honest fair plumber

Dunbar and his crew are INCREDIBLE!!! He is prompt and very professional. As a female, it can be difficult working with contractors who try to take advantage of you. Dunbar and his staff were uniformed, professional and CLEAN! My laundry sink was backing up and pushing water back into the washing machine. Dunbar and his crew came through the entrance closest to the basement (I appreciated that because I'm crazy about shoes on my hardwood floors) and before they went any further, they all put booties over their shoes. This was also greatly appreciated because I have light colored carpet in my basement. Once Dunbar figured out the issue with the sink, he laid throws down from my back door, down the basement stairs, the basement carpet all the way to the laundry room before he went to get the rodder so he wouldn't dirty/contaminate the carpet. He blew the lines out and covered himself while he did that so if anything splashed up from the sink, it wouldn't be all over the walls and floor. The sink was still draining slower than either of us liked so he rodded the line. One of the pipes were old, I'm sure it's been there since the house was built, and he replaced that pipe to prevent any future problems. Once everything was done, I sent the washing machine through a rinse cycle to see how quickly the water was draining from the sink and to make sure it was no longer backing up into the machine. Dunbar was patient, answered alllll my questions, wiped the sink down and swept the floors before he left. They even picked up the heavy rodder vs slamming the thing stair by stair up and down my basement. Prices definitely can't be beat and for the work he did and how he went above and beyond, no plumbers crack showing, no odors, booties, throw covers for floors, clean up, and NOBODY asked can I use your bathroom- I will be using Dunbar and his team for any plumbing issue I run into.

I had low water pressure and connected with Don on Yelp. He came out at the agreed time checked a few things and provided me advice on getting the problem corrected. He removed an old water filter and suggested I call the city first and he be happy to come back if that didn't solve the problem. I offered to pay him and he refused payment but asked to keep him in mind for future work. Don, you'll be the plumber we call.

A couple months after we moved in to our first home we walked into a terrible sewage smell. Following the smell we realized it was coming from a drain in the basement. As first time home owners we had no idea what to do. We called Boss Plumbing and Joe told us that we just needed to add some water. Sure enough the smell went away and we realized too much water was evaporated allowing gases to creep in. We were so thankful for an honest opinion who was not interested in taking our money by something he knew we could fix on our own. A couple months later we had problems with the sump pump. We knew exactly who to call and give our business to. Joe came out the same day, replaced our sump pump with a much stronger one and unclogged a sink. The sink was quite the job as it was a bad clog and a pedestal sink, but Joe and Carlos, Joe's colleague, had no issues. Tonight, we heard our backup battery go off and noticed that the sump pump was not ejecting. We have had two days of major rain and were worried that we would have flooding if we couldn't figure out the issue. We called Joe at Boss at 9:00 p.m. thinking we would just be leaving a voicemail to call us in the morning. Joe immediately answered and came right over to check things out. We assured him we could wait and did not want to interrupt his night, but he was adamant that he wanted to make sure everything was okay. The problem ended up being a minor issue of power cords. He fixed this and would not accept any payment for coming out so late on such short notice. We cannot say enough how great Joe and Boss Plumbing are. They are efficient, responsive, professional and friendly. Don't waste any time calling any other plumbers - Joe and his team will be honest and truly are the best team to fix your plumbing problems. We are so thankful to have a reliable company so close to us -- they will forever remain our go to guys!

Used them twice to take care the clogged main sewer lines in two different buildings. Kevin (tech) was very professional, explained in details every step of their work (how and why), clean, very reasonable price.  Highly recommend.

Can't thank Above the Rest Plumbing enough for fixing our emergency plumbing issue. They came out on a Saturday didn't charge me for the visit came back Sunday morning and with in few hours the issue was fixed. They do great work, honest, dependable, and efficient. I can't recommend them enough.

These guys are reasonable and kicked arse on a weekend no less! top guys seem really experienced and knowledgeable. so far so good!

I called to see how soon I could have someone out to inspect an issue with our plumbing. The crew arrived within 30 minutes and they were able to resolve the issue in no time!

The estimate went great, it was pretty clear that [name removed] knew what he was talking about and we thought the price they gave us was fair.

Unfortunately everything turned sour when beginning the actual work. The main problem was TERRIBLE communication. We arranged an appointment to meet the actual plumber on the first day of the work, along with the building maintenance people. [name removed] called 10 minutes before the appointment to let us know that they did not think they needed to be there to meet us (the appt. had been talked about on 3 different occasions). We had driven 45 minutes (we had not moved into our apt. yet) and taken time off of work for this appointment.

Everything kept getting worse and worse. Since the meeting was canceled, we were not able to meet with the plumber before he began the work, and consequently the job was done wrong and our shut off valves were put in the wrong spots (behind future appliances). We were on a tight schedule and had to shut off water for the entire building to start the work, so there was no way to have the valves moved the next day. Now if we need to use our emergency shut off valves we will have to pull out our dishwasher from under the counter to access them.

We explained the technicalities of the job repeatedly (and provided scaled drawings) but were not listened to. Eventually a very bad situation arose when the work was not finished on time and we were not told - they knew the electricians were supposed to start the next day but did not feel it was their responsibility to tell us. Delays happen very frequently with contractors, and we did not mind that the work took longer than estimated, but what was a big problem for us was the way [name removed] talked to us and told us we were crazy to think they would contact us and that we should have a general contractor for the job. My father and step father are architects, and my husband has worked in this field as well - it is obviously unreasonable to think you would need to hire a general contractor for a small kitchen job in a condo building. I doubt all you other Yelpers had GC's for your small jobs, right?

The next day I called to check on the status of the job, since [name removed] made it clear that we needed to chase them down if we wanted to know what was happening, and the conversation did not go well at all causing a very stressful scene.

We really wanted to just stop working with them and forbid them to come to our apartment again but being desperate (and not wanting to be homeless) we had to bite the bullet and let the plumber finish the job.

Both [name removed] and the actual plumber [name removed] were decent to deal with, and we wish we had only dealt with them but unfortunately our experience with Good Plumbing was very stressful and insulting. [name removed] kept criticizing how we were handling our apartment remodel and mentioning they do not like to deal with people who do not have general contractors. Yes this was our first home and it was very overwhelming, but the plumbing was a very small part of the work and it was by far the most unpleasant experience.

This could have been a very simple and pleasant job, and I wish we could leave the 5 stars that others are leaving. We don't think it is unreasonable to show up as scheduled and as discussed (especially when meeting the client, knowing they are going to be late to work for this meeting), and most importantly - let your customer know what is going on with the project!

The name Good Plumbing is actually not a bad description, because our plumber [name removed] actually did nice clean work (except for the initial problem with the valves, which was not totally his fault since he was told not to meet us). However, in a service industry this is one company that has ruined what could have been a good job with incredibly unprofessional customer service.

Had a toilet clog came out rodded it-Keith did an excellent job, even  helped me with my master sink in my bedroom.  Great plumbers would recommended them to family and friends.

Pete is a very knowledgeable plumber.  He is straightforward with the scope of the work and pricing and a very fair person to work with.  I appreciate his craftsmanship and use him whenever I have the need for a plumber.

My wife were in a bind with our hot water heater going out on a Saturday.  Debbie responded almost immediately. They came out on Monday morning replaced the tank for us.  Matt was great.  Top notch, very friendly, conscious of protecting flooring and very informative.  Would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!!!
