Just had Jeff replace two hot water tanks.  Here was great and he was also the best price.

Very responsive.   I called and a real person actually answered.  They scheduled quickly and came out when they said they would.  Two guys fixed my toilet in under 20 minutes.  They were super nice.

I called a plumber from schaumburg to come to my schaumburg home because the basement shower was backing up when a toilet was flushed.WRONG! He came out and told me that the pipe in the cleanout was broken, which it was. He then called his boss for an estimate. He tells me i would need a permit,have julie called and excavate the area for 3,800 dollars.WRONG! I figured to ease my mind, I would call a company from another town to justify the cost. I came across Flash plumbing by chance (reviews).Darren came out, he also stated the pipe was broken and could fix the problem for 2,200 dollars. no julie, or permit. I was a little worried at first thinking they may say this is wrong and this is wrong and up the price.WRONG! job well done for agreed on price. for anybody going to any company other than Flash, you guessed it, you would be WRONG!

Completely flawless service today-- called first thing, got someone out within the hour. Diagnosed the problem and called me with diagnosis within 30
Minutes of arriving! And they even helped my tenant identify the inflow so that we could have water temporarily stopped while we sorted the rest of it out, which actually turned out to be a problem with the fridge and not the plumbing! Would gladly recommend any day!

I recently needed a plumber in an emergency as I had a water leak and was about to show my home to a potential buyer. I was given Roccos name by a mutual friend. After a call to Rocco,  he sent a plumber to my home within an hour. Michael was very professional explained the problem , fixed it and was out the door in 45 minutes. Total professionals from start to finish .  I have used numerous companies in the past with my homes but Rocs just went above and beyond to help  at a stressful time, and my home is outside of the area he normally serves . Dunbar and his crew are INCREDIBLE!!! He is prompt and very professional. As a female, it can be difficult working with contractors who try to take advantage of you. Dunbar and his staff were uniformed, professional and CLEAN! My laundry sink was backing up and pushing water back into the washing machine. Dunbar and his crew came through the entrance closest to the basement (I appreciated that because I'm crazy about shoes on my hardwood floors) and before they went any further, they all put booties over their shoes. This was also greatly appreciated because I have light colored carpet in my basement. Once Dunbar figured out the issue with the sink, he laid throws down from my back door, down the basement stairs, the basement carpet all the way to the laundry room before he went to get the rodder so he wouldn't dirty/contaminate the carpet. He blew the lines out and covered himself while he did that so if anything splashed up from the sink, it wouldn't be all over the walls and floor. The sink was still draining slower than either of us liked so he rodded the line. One of the pipes were old, I'm sure it's been there since the house was built, and he replaced that pipe to prevent any future problems. Once everything was done, I sent the washing machine through a rinse cycle to see how quickly the water was draining from the sink and to make sure it was no longer backing up into the machine. Dunbar was patient, answered alllll my questions, wiped the sink down and swept the floors before he left. They even picked up the heavy rodder vs slamming the thing stair by stair up and down my basement. Prices definitely can't be beat and for the work he did and how he went above and beyond, no plumbers crack showing, no odors, booties, throw covers for floors, clean up, and NOBODY asked can I use your bathroom- I will be using Dunbar and his team for any plumbing issue I run into.

We had a water issue with our upstairs bath tub that was leaking into our ceiling, and Boss Plumbing arrived a few hours after I called. They were able to fix the problem quickly and were very friendly. I would definitely recommend!

Had Mike out from Flo-Maxx to clean out two different bathrooms, one had to be rodded from the toilet and the other the bathtub. He and his partner were fast, kept everything nice and clean-showed me what they were doing and what was going on inside the pipes. Would definitely recommend them a thousand times over!

Can't thank Above the Rest Plumbing enough for fixing our emergency plumbing issue. They came out on a Saturday didn't charge me for the visit came back Sunday morning and with in few hours the issue was fixed. They do great work, honest, dependable, and efficient. I can't recommend them enough.

He replaced our leaking water heater with what seems like a nice unit a couple months ago. His price was very competitive. Still getting hot water, no complaints!

Update to the review and thanks to Bill for reaching out. After communication issues (wrong email address I understand), my husband got a revised quite back from Good and we agreed to go with them. Their plumber, Paul, was prompt and did both items we asked in the time allotted. We have only been in the house a week (part of the reason for delayed review update) but all is working well. We will definitely be using Good again for our plumbing needs!

We were recommended by a friend who had used them for years. We had frozen pipes as a result of the Polar Vortex. He was very knowledgeable, reliable and friendly and extremely patient as he tried to solve the problem. He spent several hours at our home. We felt he was honest with us and that is a rare find in today's world.

Pete is a very knowledgeable plumber.  He is straightforward with the scope of the work and pricing and a very fair person to work with.  I appreciate his craftsmanship and use him whenever I have the need for a plumber.

Debbie was super helpful and very friendly.  They were also very accommodating.  In addition to showing up in a timely manner, but also provided a very good estimate and in addition, gave a very good discount on their services.  Highly recommended and if I do have any future plumbing issues, they will be the first that I will call.
