I lost all my faith in Connell Plumbing. We have used him for several years. And was always happy But lately he has been no help at all. When I thought a pipe was leaking form my dish water, his assistant came over told me that it was not the pipe. He told me that it was the casket and that my dish washer was old and it needed to be replaced. He refused to fix  it. Guess what , all it needed was a rubber casket. We have another person fix it. And no problems or leaks since  This was early this year.

Now the last straw is we need our sump pump cleaned out and a new pump replaced. I explained the problem. First I was first given a quote on a price of $,600.00 . Then Wayne kept insisting that it was our sewer back up system that was causing the problem. Perma Seal already checked out and it is working just fine. I told Wayne this but he said it is not the reason my pump is not working. I'm not STUPID. I ran the water in the sink and I saw how the pump (he sold us) is not working at all. And my Sump Pump pit is full of mud. When I told him this, all of a sudden he said he dose not clean out sump
pumps or replace the other pump (which  I also got from when my basement flooded prior to my correcting the problem ).

I will get another plumber and NEVER USE CONNELL PLUMBING AGAIN IF I CAN HELP IT!!!

Travis and D&L are superb.  We had quick communication and a painless scheduling process all through Yelp messaging.  Travis was very patient and helpful in answering questions.  He expertly installed a new sump pump and also did a fresh install of a backup sump and battery backup.  He uses only top quality products that far exceed the quality of what other companies were quoting me.  His price is also very fair - particularly for the high-end product he installed.  While he was there, I also asked him to adjust the thermostatic mixing valve on a Grohe shower, which he was able to do quickly and at no additional charge.  In short, I would highly recommend you get a quote from Travis/D&L Sewer for any plumbing need.  This is a family owned business that values customer service at a fair price.  Glad to have a plumber I trust!

The posters who commented on the front desk woman were spot on. Nothing has changed in that dept. She is rude, dismissive, talks over you and generally acts like you're annoying her and she's doing you a big favor to even take your call. Her personality is somewhere between disgruntled lunch lady and tow truck company receptionist. Must be a relative of the owner. Anyone else would have been bounced ages ago. That coupled with the fact I couldn't get a call back about scheduling an install because they just plain forgot about me made me take my business where it may be appreciated. I figured if this is the type of service I could expect when trying to give them my money how are they going to act if there is an issue?

Reliable service, very professional, and fast. I called OLP because I had something urgent and he said no problem. Very happy I went with this company. My problem was fixed so fast and the price was reasonable. Will be using this company for any plumbing issues in the future and recommending to friends/ family. Thank you Augustine!

Tom and his guy Mike are awesome! Same day service with great affordable prices. Came after hours without the expense. Even without the after hours where less expensive then the 'big' companies. Didn't walk away from crawling under my deck to get into the crawl space. I needed my main sewer line rodded out where the only clean out as I know was present and these guy did it without hesitation. Gave great suggestions to prevent tree roots from reoccurring. I've saved them in my contacts and plan on using them and telling friends/family about them for any future needs. If I could give 10 stars I would. You guys are welcome back for a brew anytime. A few years ago we were struck by lightening... It blew out electricity and some of our plumbing... Lane owner of Whiting Plumbing, came to the rescue and repaired what needed to be repaired... He was so pleasant and did take such PRIDE IN HIS WORK we decided to upgrade our old plumbing... He made us feel very comfortable and we felt the estimate was pretty REASONABLE for the amount of work that we chose to have done... He returns calls promptly... He has been on time for any appointment made... AND he stands behind his work... Very knowledgeable in his field... VERY PLEASED... * * *

This is the first time using this company and the service was great!!  Called in the  morning and Mr. Travis was here by early afternoon. He is professional and knowledgeable.  If you're in need of quality plumbing services at a fair price, he's your man.  Would definitely call again.

I used Karl Meyer recently after calling a couple plumbers I normally use and chose Karl because he's responsive, diligent, got the work done.  Wasn't a small endeavor, replaced 18-20' of cast iron pipe from a home built in the 1950's ranch.  I knew it would be around $1,800 - $2,000 with all the labor (6 hrs and two guys) and they actually came in under the estimate ($1,700).  Did a professional job and got it done.  What more you want in a plumber?

Had an emergency plumbing problem in our building where water was spraying everywhere! At midnight, a plumber from J. Blanton came out and got it to stop. The next day they were back with a crew to make a repair and there was barely any down time with the water shut off. 5/5 recommend.
