I have used Wayne over the years. He does most of the work himself and handles the job from start to finish. We have had him replace faucets, rod sewers, re-pipe, and layout new bathrooms. The work is done right and the prices are fair. I would not hesitate to hire this company again. Good work at a fair price.

I have used Stefl Plumbing for several years now for my home and rental property.  I gave them a five-star review in Feb 2019, but want to give another quick review based on today's visit.  During two days of heavy rains our sump pump went out.  I called Stefl at 9:30 a.m. and they had a plumber here at 10:00 a.m.  New pump installed in about 30 minutes.  As usual, a terrific job. Very responsive.  Very pleasant - both office staff and plumbers.  Reliable - always show up when they say they will.  High quality work.  Very efficient and neat.  Highly recommend.

Just completed my second job KBN Homes, planning a third. Skill set allows for completion of a variety of repairs at reasonable prices.  Having one person to contact on all repairs reduces the annoying search cost of matching repair with vendor.  Solid recommendation.

To simply put it, Travis was a wonderful, accommodating professional that provided top notch service. Had to call them out late on a Sunday night for an emergency leak.  They came out quickly, assessed the situation and shut off the leak within minutes.  They provided all the equipment necessary, they would not even use our buckets or rags!!  The charges were fair for an emergency call even on a Sunday.  They even contacted me the next day to make sure the problem was solved.  Clean and professional.

Augustine responded very quickly when my in-laws were having issues with an upstairs toilet.  He came out same day and when it turned to be a simple issue, he didn't charge a service visit fee and showed them how to fix it and maintain it.  They really appreciated his honesty because they are retired and on a fixed income.  Thank you!

Tom was great we had our two sump pumps go out and he installed our spare sump pump in just a little while for an excellent price. I will definitely use Tom again. He has been one of the most responsive and excellent contractors I have hired on Thumbtack! Definitely call Tom!

Whiting Plumbing does quality work for a reasonable price!  They don't advertise too much so you must have been referred to them by family or friends.  Lane is knowledgeable and prompt!  We've used Whiting Plumbing to re-pipe our old house with new copper pipes, put in a new higher toilet, unclog and put a new wax ring on our upstairs toilet, and complete the plumbing when we installed a new tub!  He also installed a new wash tub and faucet in the basement and installed a new faucet in the kitchen!  I feel Lane is honest and reliable.  I would recommend Whiting Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumbing problem solved!

It's difficult to find a qualified, honest plumber. But, now that has changed! We had a slow running laundry tub drain.  After getting to response from the big rooting companies, we found Chalmers with good Yelp reviews. I submitted a quote request and heard back within minutes.  So far, so good!

He indicated he could come out at anytime without any overtime fees. Since this was not an emergency, we agreed on a mid afternoon appointment, which was the same day of the request.  

He arrived and immediately tackled the problem.  Routed the slow moving drain.  Fixed it with no issues.  We had him then look at a couple of other minor things. Fixed those and provided good recommendations on what to do with an intermittent dripping kitchen faucet.

Now, here's the main thing that differentiates Chalmers from other plumbers I have used. His estimate was fair and he stuck to it. And, he charged a nominal amount to look at the other things we asked him to resolve.

Chalmers has earned us as a loyal customer. Thank you for the best plumbing service ever!  If anyone is reading this review and is looking for an honest, fair and qualified plumber, look no further!

Great company to work with. I called a few places for a quote to install a new sink and faucet in my kitchen. They were the most detailed over the phone in regards to what needed to be done/changed and also the most competitive in pricing. I booked them over the phone easily and they were on time for our scheduled appointment.

They were thorough and knowledgeable. My daughter (4 years old) was interested in what they were doing and they humored her and explained to her what they were doing nicely and in a way that engaged her.

I felt comfortable with them in my home since they were respectful of their surroundings. They used shoe covers and made sure to clean up any mess they made in the process.

I would definitely hire them in the future and would recommend them to anyone needing a plumber for their home.

I'm not sure if they have a receptionist as both times I spoke with the plumber over the phone. One thing I would suggest is for them to call the day prior to confirm appointments. I feel this is the norm especially if I made the appointment a few days/week in advance. I was a little nervous my appointment was forgotten so I called the day of my appointment and they assured me I was on the schedule.

Had water backing up due to a blockage in the main line.  Joseph came out and diagnosed and resolved the issue promptly.  They charge by the hour but in no way did they milk the clock and worked hard throughout the time.  I had called on Roto Rooter previously which was a huge mistake as they only cleared out the first five feet of piping.  Joseph was able to run close to 100' of line through my sewer to my sewer main and did it cheaper than Roto Rooter did for 5'.

The business owner is very clearly very knowledgeable
and skilled.

He performed several complex repairs in about 4 hours (this was next day!)

Cut into wall (necessary) and repiped an external spigot
Dismounted, cleaned under, and resealed and mounted a toilet
Repiped 2 sinks

My house's original piping is designed like a circus show and Jason really saved my Bacon!

I will be calling Southland Plumbing for my next plumbing project or emergency! I highly recommend them!

This is the first time using this company and the service was great!!  Called in the  morning and Mr. Travis was here by early afternoon. He is professional and knowledgeable.  If you're in need of quality plumbing services at a fair price, he's your man.  Would definitely call again.

I cannot say enough great things about Karl and his team. On a very cold holiday evening we suddenly found our kitchen sink to not be draining...at all. No amount of plunging or cleaning out the p-trap helped. Karl came over and discovered the problem was very deep within our old pipes and scheduled a day to have his crew come in, tear into a wall and get to the source of the issue.

When the guys came, they were incredibly courteous, friendly and hard-working. They spent a few very cold hours in our basement and crawlspace resolving the problem, putting in preventative clean-outs so we can avoid this mess the next time, and then educating me on some ways to help avoid our pipes freezing because they're in a very risky, poorly insulated spot in our house.

Their fee was very reasonable, I am incredibly grateful to have working kitchen and laundry sinks, and while I hope I don't need to call them again, I would happily do so for any future issues!

We would recommend Alex to anyone looking for plumbing services. We knew from out initial phone call and consultation with him that he was the right guy for the job. We had a full house Aquasana filtration system that needed to be installed as well as some help with a reverse osmosis system in our kitchen. We had him also come back to install our new kitchen sink as well. Alex walked us through step by step before and after. He was so knowledgable. He is punctual, respectful, courteous abs very hard working. We will definitely use him for all of our future plumbing needs! It's hard to find good , reliable people these days and Alex is it! Since Four Seasons won't call me back this is my only recourse I guess. I'd rather talk to them about the poor service I got but if they aren't interested, here ya go internet community.

I'll ignore the sewer water splatters on the wall and the poorly re mounted toilet, but I can't ignore the endless backups I've had since they cleaned my sewer lines four months ago. My receipt says the sewer was rodded to 90 ft. I just had it rodded and scoped again and guess what we found? A stuck rodding line at about 50 ft. After my basement flooded I was forced to dig up the sewer line and have it replaced. Quick math, how much roddjng line was left down there to pull out? Yep, 40 ft. So they either didn't actually rod past 50, or they left 40 there. The *quality* company I had dig my pipe up informed me the cable had probably been there less than 6 months. It's all adding up isn't it!

Thanks for the good times Paul. Your $500 service has cost me a week of cleaning wet carpet, fights with my spouse, scared kids, and $3500. Maybe you'll call me back now and at least recommend a sewer odor remover for my basement.

Discovered the problem moments before plumber (Justin or Jason?) arrived. Plastic tubing from my fridge ice maker sprung a leak just above floor boards before the tubing proceeded down to basement to connect to water valve.  Was immediately told entire valve needed replacement assuming he would not be able to unscrew the nut without even trying first.   Then was told cost to replace plastic tubing with copper tubing was $1,496 for the job.  When I said I can't afford $1500 copper tubing and asked if we couldn't just replace it with the same plastic tubing, he told me they don't carry plastic. (BTW 15 feet of copper tubing only costs $36 at the hardware store). He then proceeded to ask me how much I thought I should pay. Odd, right? When I said closer to $200, he laughed, turned around and walked out without so much as an explanation or a thank you for calling J Blanton.  I called my local hardware store and the helpful clerk explained how easy this was to fix.  I spent literally less than $5 on a coupling and fixed the leak in under 5 mins by myself with nothing but a pair of scissors.  Had the plumber explained this to me, I would be calling them in the future to replace my toilet that needs replacing, but I WILL NEVER CALL J.BLANTON AGAIN. No one wants to be taken advantage of and this plumber tried to pull a fast one.  What a rude jerk!
