I found Mark back in 2007.  I called 10 electricians to come do some work at my 100 year old electrical nightmare of a house in Wheaton.  He was the only one that wasn't scared off by the spaghetti factory of wiring that has plagued the house over the years.  Little by little we have been slowly correcting and upgrading the house.  I also use him for my house as well as my other rental property in Glen Ellyn too.  Honest and easy to work with.

Eugene is great! Came in replaced the exhaust fan in my bathroom!  Very responsible and easy to work with.  Have another project I'm going to hire him for!

I used Pure Voltage to convert my electrical panel from fuses to circuit breakers, and to upgrade the electrical outlets in my home.  It was a big job, as it entailed relocating the electric meter and setting up new wiring.  They did an excellent and efficient job.  They were professional and personable, totally responsive to any concerns that I had. It was a pleasure to work with them and I would highly recommend their services.

Argen did an excellent job scraping and painting my exterior window trim.  The language barrier was a bit of a challenge at first.  (I thought the paint and supplies were included as they were in other estimates I received.  That was my fault for not asking, and it cost me.)  Once he was on the job and we switched to communicating strictly by text, there were no issues.  He has a great translator app.  Besides doing a great job, he alerted me to a potential future issue without upselling the job at hand.  He was very pleasant, polite and respectful at all times

Greg did a great job and his pricing was very fair!  We had several problems with our deck outlets and lights and he was able to explain and fix everything in 2 hours.  In addition, he showed me how to repair the same things he repaired and what to get at home depot so I would save money in the future.  In addition, he provided tips on how to maintain my outdoor outlets and light fixtures.  We have a lot of projects and upgrades inside our house and our first impression could not have been better.  I think we found our electrician for our unit and our entire 5 unit building! We felt lucky to find him on Yelp! We will definitely recommend Greg to all our friends and family.

This electrical service company has extremely poor customer service. I DO NOT recommend proceeding with them.

They're technician cancelled the appointment and no accommodation was made in the service fee charge for a rescheduled appointment.

Their company was able to inconvenience me so I was without air conditioning and did not believe any accommodation should be made.
