I couldn't be happier with All Star Plumbing.  They were able to help me out in a crunch at a very competitive price point.  Service was exemplary.  I have had some serious issues finding good plumbers... but this crew I called in the morning - just happened to be in the neighborhood and was able to provide a quote - pick up new water heater, and install all in the same day.  I was more than pleased.  And received a call the next day to make sure everything worked ok.  Family run business that has become our go to plumber going forward.  Thanks All Star!

Could not be any happier with the experience that we had with Mo! We just bought a home and had a number of projects that we needed completed, and Mo was on time for the appointment and had all of the tools necessary for everything needed. He also wore his mask the entire time, was thorough, professional, and one of the nicest people we've met!

We had a really hard time finding someone to come out and help with the projects in our new home (new toilet installation, switching out the washer and drier, caulking several areas, and fixing a few minor issues). Larger companies rescheduled on us twice, so we decided to go with Mo and I'm extremely happy with did.

We have used Moody Plumbing a few times now and we are very happy with their service. They're extremely responsive, we have always gotten them out to do a repair quickly. They are also very efficient and have always fixed our problem quickly.

All I can say is, if you are looking for a amazing reliable plumbing service you can't go wrong them. They were extremely professional. I was trying to figure out the issue with my plumber for years. Other plumbers could not figure it out. Only seemed like that they were only interested in making a quick buck. But A Solution came out figure out my issue explained everything to me and if I had any questions they answered them. Very cost effective and efficient. You can't go wring with A Solution. Scott came out to fix a leaky kitchen faucet. He was very pleasant, got right to work and gave me some great tips on Moen's lifetime guarantee on parts, which it turned out I didn't need. He was here and done in about 10 minutes and refused to charge me. I am a new, but now loyal, customer!! Thank you so much!

He was right on time the day of the work in our condo bldg.  He installed a new bath sink faucet and shower head that we had purchased. We also needed new shut off valves that he ran out to the hardware store because we didn't know what size we needed.. He did a great job and was pleasant to work with. Very happy we hired him.

Highly recommend for plumbing needs! Oscar came out to fix an issue with our dishwasher and garage disposal. He was responsive, punctual, and was able to fix the issue quickly. Would absolutely use these services again!

The preferred plumbing van was dangerously tailgating me today and when I called to complain about it I got the driver who blamed me for driving by looking in my rearview mirror. He's a menace to the road.

My sewage pump was continuously running and not shutting off so I called Sinks-N-Sumps at 10:30pm because I was worried it would fail overnight. I spoke with Dominick who asked me a series of questions and had me send a picture of my pump. We spent about 30 minutes on the phone trying to debug the problem and applying simple solutions, but nothing worked. We concluded that the pump was too old and needed to be replaced so I made an appointment for the next day (Christmas Eve). The next day Dominick and Alonzo worked tirelessly for five hours to replace my pump. Several issues cropped up due to how the original builder installed the pump, but Dominick kept me informed throughout the process while educating me on how everything worked. What I appreciated most, is that there were several times when the pump was in a good-enough state and they could have left to enjoy their Christmas Eve but instead they made sure things were working perfectly before they left. I can't thank them enough for the work they put into replacing my pump and I will definitely be using them again in the future for any plumbing problems.

We had a leak and these guys were so immediately responsive and communicative and they were able to fix our issue so quickly. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

We had Patrick and his guys do a major concrete, trench drain replacement job for our condo association.  Patrick was able to secure premium materials at an excellent price and get the job done under budget.

In my experience the worst part about working with contractors is reliable estimates and timeliness. Patrick showed up when he said he would, he got the job done in the time he said he would, and he did it all under budget.

The work he and his crew did is perfect and we couldn't be happier.

We will all be recommending these guys as our primary sewer and plumbing resource from now on.

Noe is very professional. Price is very reasonable. He fixed the water pressure of my showers both bathrooms and they work great now. He also installed a bidet spray on my toilet - all within an hour. I will definitely be using him in the future. Thanks Affordable Plumbing!

I called for a simple job at 11AM on a weekday. They secretary stated they can come out immediately but they are charging overtime, you know time and a half. Would you still like our service. NO Ma'am. SCAM! SCUM! RIPOFF! STAY AWAY!

Highly recommend Andersen.  Guys were very professional, in addition to replacing my old water heaters, they corrected incorrect plumbing another company installed before we purchased the house.  Cleaned everything up as well.  Would definitely use them again.

Incompetence of this company and the unnecessary headache this cost me I felt compelled to warn others.

I wasn't getting enough hot water in my house so I called these guys to take a look. They did an inspection and told me nothing was wrong. In fact they pointed out an error on my part in how I was using the shower faucet. This cost me about $300 - a tad expensive but it was my fault so I didn't complain. Everything was working great again!

They then recommended I have someone clean/service my tankless water heater as it needs to be done annually. During that process they inexplicably disconnected the small (second) water heater I had downstairs. They said I didn't need it. I trusted they were the experts so agreed.

From that moment forward it was a disaster - the showers upstairs would run cold after two minutes. This issue didn't happen until AFTER they serviced the upstairs tank and disconnected the second tank. I called them back out. At the same time my furnace broke so I asked them to take a look at the furnace while they were here.

Tony said he figured out the issue the cold and hot water pipes were mixing. I asked if it could be anything to do with the previous gentleman messing with the other water tank and disconnecting something. He quickly shot me down that this wasn't related. He said we would need to rip up the ceilings and walls of my house to find the location of the mix and it would cost between $20k and $40k.  My home isn't even a year older btw.

The furnace he said we needed to order all these parts that were broken. Again the furnace isn't even a year old.

In the end I did what I should have done all along. I called another HVAC specialist and another plumber.

The 1st company told me immediately that it was a super easy fix for the heat. A spider crawled into the furnace and was disrupting the flame pattern. It took literally 10 mins to fix and cost $89. I asked him about the super expensive parts that Tony told me needed to be replaced. He just shook his head and laughed. He assured me NOTHING needed to be replaced - it's a brand new furnace.

Next the other plumbers came out. My instincts were right - during the servicing I had been sold the week before they had indeed opened a valve causing cold water from the kitchen to mix with the rest of the house.  Turns out I didn't need $40k worth of work - just five minutes and $129  for someone to fix what this company caused!!

This has been an absolutely disastrous encounter.  The people at the company were pleasant but completely and utterly incompetent. I am not posting this review to be nasty but simply to warn other unsuspecting customers to give these guys a miss.

** You charged me over $500 in total for the first two trips. It would be crazy to charge me the 3rd time considering you created the issue.

Secondly, as stated another company fixed the problem in 10 minutes and confirmed that it is was because of what you did. That hardly seems like bad plumbing to me.

Finally, the fact that you respond in a hostile way to your customers on a public forum doesn't reflect well on you. Just thank people for their feedback and try to do better. Feedback is a gift!!! **

We needed to get a toilet installed over the weekend and our usual plumber wasn't available on short notice so I called Kevin Szabo's plumbing and they were able to bring someone out the next day. I remember seeing a sponsored videos on Facebook of the owner eating at local south burbs restaurants lol

They were scheduled to come in later in the day but the plumbers called us ahead of time to try to come in earlier which I was totally OK with me. I'm just glad they communicated with us a couple of times instead of just showing up.

The plumbers were very respectful of our home, worked quickly and got our toilet installed. They even took down our old toilet which was nice of them since we live on the third floor.

I still like my usual plumber but if there's any short notice jobs that need to be done, I would totally call Kevin Szabo again.

I would like to say that 4S plumbing was great but unfortunately I was never contacted or serviced for my scheduled estimate. I reached out for a help with a project via Yelp on 3/8/2021. The response from 4S was timely and provided me with all the information necessary to schedule my estimate. It was recommended that I schedule my estimate by texting William/Bill for the quickest response.

I texted the number provided on 3/9/2021 and scheduled an estimate for my project with William/Bill for 3/10/2021 between 1pm and 3pm. It definitely was a quick and efficient way for scheduling a time that worked for both of us.

A little bit before 1pm on 3/10 I texted asking for him to let me know when he was en route to my location so I could crate my dog prior to his arrival. I never heard back. I never received a phone call or text. Heck, not when even an email which he had as he asked for it when I provided all of my contact information. Nothing. Zilch. Zero.

This is unfortunate and has lead me to be believe that I will most likely not be reaching out for 4S for an future plumbing needs.
