It took over two hours but we resolved several problems that have been bugging me for years in this vintage apartment.

1. They were able to come right away on a Saturday!
2. They unclogged a completely clogged kitchen sink and replaced a rotting drain.
3. Determined that garbage disposal and ancient plumbing do not mix, advised we not use it.
4. Cleaned trap in bathroom sink that is slow to drain.
5. Identified hole in hose for dishwasher drain (need to schedule that repair).
6. Identified problem with low pressure in hot water supply in the other bathroom sink; need to shut off building water to fix, will submit to co-op board (collective problem, not just mine).

The plumbers were friendly and polite throughout, explaining everything to me. Outstanding service.

I was very happy with their installation of my Rheem hybrid heat pump water heater. It was kind of complicated and I was having a hard time finding someone to install it. They did it quickly and at a good price. Thanks again.

Well, I read all these great reviews but unfortunately, I had a very different experience with Mo's work. He was hired to switch out an over the sink bathroom light. The job took less than 20 minutes and he charged $230.00, I felt it was a lot high for 20 mins of work, but I agreed. Anyway, he didn't center the light over the sink, and I was very unhappy with the result and let him know it. He got very defensive telling me that it was impossible to center the light over the sink, without moving the electrical box housing the wires, this would entail him putting a hole in the wall, patching the wall and that would cost an additional $180.00 to do and he didn't have the time that day and would have to come back when he was in the area. That brings the cost now to install to $410.00! I was so upset that after he left, with my mother's help, I removed the light from the wall and located the electrical box behind the fixture. I found that all I had to do was remove the 3 anchoring screws on the holding plate, move the holding plate over an inch to be centered over the sink, reinstall the screws in new hole, then rehang the light, to center over the sink.
The next day, though he told me that he rarely comes to my area, he wanted to come by and center the light, and make that easy $180.00. I told him I no thanks and goodbye.  I don't like feeling that I was taken advantage of, but I was.

We had a bad situation in our crawlspace with water escaping from a blown check valve. A&T came out within the hour to stop the water and replace the sump pump that was old. The line was also rodded out. The work was done timely, efficiently and professionally. We are happy with the service and highly recommend to others. Also, the company is very knowledgeable in mold and offers corrective remediation solutions.

They are hands down the best.

All I can say is, if you are looking for a amazing reliable plumbing service you can't go wrong them. They were extremely professional. I was trying to figure out the issue with my plumber for years. Other plumbers could not figure it out. Only seemed like that they were only interested in making a quick buck. But A Solution came out figure out my issue explained everything to me and if I had any questions they answered them. Very cost effective and efficient. You can't go wring with A Solution. I have never written a review before but joined Yelp just to write one for Dominick.  I had a clogged toilet that I had tried augering and plungering but nothing worked.  He provided a pretty clear cost estimate over the phone, but when he came over he used a diagnostic trick to identify a cheaper way to fix the problem, and in the end he charged less than the lower end of the range he had quoted.  Other plumbers I talked to took a look and didn't even bother using creative problem solving to find a solution, and they quoted triple what Dominick charged.  I will never use any other plumber, ever, as long as I live in Chicago.

Great guys, provided a fair assessment, were thorough.

HOA asked us to have plumbing inspected for leaks. Di Foggio tech arrived promptly at the appointed time and made a thorough inspection. Provided a write up as requested by the HOA. I was very satisfied.

I called Szabo plumbing for a clog in my master bath. 2 plumbers came out and in fixing the clog released water into my foyer. They cut a hole in my ceiling and left me with it. I spoke with many people at Szabo plumbing including Kevin, who promised a repair. A drywaller called twice and didn't show up both times. Calling Szabo again didn't get any results, so I was left to hire someone to repair my ceiling.

I have been dealing with 4S plumbing for few years, every time they provide excellent service that make me come back.

Two days ago we had problem with bathtub faucet leaking issue, I called 4S, they sent great plumber, Marcus, he is so professional and very nice guy, he diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly with very competitive price.

Definitely will keep working with 4S plumbing and I believe they are providing the best plumbing service in Chicago.
