Established in 1984.
Started out in AZ. as a carpentry subcontractor and became a general contractor building custom homes and doing remodeling and commercial tenant improvements.

Mark started in the construction business in FL as an apprentice in the carpenter's union 1972.
He worked as a journeyman carpenter in TX on high rise buildings hanging wall board in 1978.
He started up Circumspect Builders and got his first construction license  in 1984 doing mostly commercial carpentry work in AZ.
