We've used Affordable Home Improvements twice for a patio & garage light installation and then for flooring to be replaced from termite damage.  Both times communication & service were excellent with extremely reasonable pricing.

Will continue to use them in the future for all our home improvements!

We had our kitchen remodel done except cabinets, they where in great shape for being 18 years old, so trying to match everything to move smoothly was fun, but not easy. Our granite counter tops Granite-Desert Canyon was amazing chose although it got lots of comments about how much movement was in it. The prep that Tim did was stellar, and finish work looks great. The cut of the granite pattern was so carefully thought out. Tec Top installed the counter top in the kitchen, both bathrooms. WOW just watching them was fun, they are professional, careful and made sure we where happy.

Tim it was such pleasure working with you and your team. Cannot thank you enough helping make this remodel actually enjoyable, and just a BEAUTIFUL KITCHEN, MASTERBATH AND POWDER ROOM!!!

Amazing customer service! I was having trouble installing a ceiling fan on my own, and I called them up to have them come out for service. Instead the man I spoke with recognized that I was very close to finishing and just talked me through the rest of the install over the phone. I was very surprised. This type of service is hard to find and very appreciated. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. I will definitely use them again on any future home renovations.

The KRB team was fantastic to work with! They are a property managers dream! From start to finish they took care of the repairs, landscaping, as well as the cleaning. If you want your project drawn out over a long period of time. If you want poor workmanship. If you want a person to show you pictures of what caused damage into your condo, then tell the HOA something completely different so he's not responsible. Well, then this is your guy. Our Condo flooded, and this came out and was completely unprofessional. Was on his phone, didn't try to fix the problem, and while he was in our home he called his friend who was close by an off duty security guard to come over, and talked to him outside of our house, talking loud and cussing. The next day he showed up and showed my wife pictures of a broken sprinkler caught in a lateral pipe and said that is what causes black water to come up through our kitchen sink and flood our home. He is the person responsible for the damage, so of course he said it was roots that cause the blockage. Not a single one of my neighbors in our Condo community approves of the work he does, if it weren't for a power hungry board member, this guy wouldn't even be allowed on our property. This guy, is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and is about to be sued by people at our property. Please stay away.

MBMR Restoration and Painting did a fantastic job with painting, new carpet, and more! I will hire them again, without hesitation! They are hardworking, professional and easy to work with. You will not be disappointed!

Recently moved into a new house, and had a long list of projects to do.  Working with Travis was one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor.  He is easy-going, knowledgeable, professional, and takes pride in his work.  He was sometimes more punctual than I was (!) and communicated with me really well throughout the process.  I had several bids for the work, and Travis's rates are absolutely fair.  Thank you, Travis, for making my move-in as easy as possible.  I'm keeping a running list of projects for him in the future!

We just went through a very difficult, long drawn out remodel.  The brightest spot of this whole process was working with Affinity Kitchens.  I am not compelled to write very many reviews, but the service, attention to detail, craftsmanship, and follow-up by Affinity Kitchens was over the top!!  Beth Martinec was a our salesperson/advisor and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful and most accommodating as we worked through all the renovation issues.  If we were to move and/or build again, Affinity would be my go to company and hopefully Beth will still be with them. Just wanted to give them a shout out and say THANK YOU for your patience and true concern that we were happy customers.

They did a fantastic job on our kitchen, did everything except the cabinets and countertop which they coordinated with the other vendors.  The job included taking down a load bearing wall. They were great to work with, on time, very knowledgeable  and professional. I highly recommend them for any project - large or small!

I asked for a free in home estimate. About 3 hours before the scheduled appointment,  I was contacted and asked if my husband would be home. I said no that I would be in charge of the bath remodel and review with him later. I was told that I would only give my husband the price, not review the product. Was told they would not come over unless both of us present. I said other companies would - response was only reputable companies operate as they do. New Bath was argumentative, spoke over me, refused to budge. I reiterated that I had other reputable companies including one the owner previously worked for (Rebath) offer an estimate without husband present. Classy Kitchen, XLT were 2 others who were quite gracious.
I really thought we had moved out of the 50's a long time ago. I am quite capable of making decisions on my own. Would not recommend.

We love our new Master Bathroom! AZ New Bath was great to work with! Evelyn kept in contact with us throughout the process. We got our estimate in late April, demo started in late June and we were completely finished by July!

We hired them to do a few changes in our backyard. Remove old rock and replace with new as well as install a few mini palms and install a paver path along the side of the house and install new sod. At first they only had one person working on it so project ended up taking longer than expected. During install they tried dumping old rock into neighbors side which also had rock of a different color. I had to tell them to remove them and dispose of them like we had agreed. Then they did not level ground before laying down sod. All sprinklers are at different height with giant holes around each head where soil was dug up by them and not put back. Paver path is completely uneven and water line that they ran to mini palms was less than a foot deep and is now leaking and they refuse to make any repairs. Stay away from this company. Will also be reporting them to BBB.
