We were in need of a new ~420 SF Patio Cover for our backyard patio on our 1950s ranch-style house. We received several quotes and decided to hire FIVE40 Remodeling, and it was a great decision. Shannon and his team did an absolutely fantastic job. We had a rough design in mind already, and Shannon came in and executed it perfectly, at a very fair price, and in a timely fashion. Shannon worked with us throughout the project, helped us stay within our budget, and the finished result was above and beyond what we expected! The quality of work was top-notch, as was their professionalism, customer service and attention to detail. Shannon took into account the 1950s-era construction of our home, and made the new cover match that look, while still creating something that was unique and different. The cover certainly raised the value of our home, and created an exceptional backyard space for us to have ample shade and entertain. We absolutely love our backyard now! Bujor and his crew installed beautiful granite in my kitchen in December 2014.  They did an amazing job and their prices are very affordable.  I had some left over granite from my kitchen remodel and they came out in December 2015 (I don't know why I always start projects right  before the holidays!!! :) and gave me a  bid on installing granite in my hall bathroom.   Again, the same crew came out and did a very thorough job.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company!  I have a little granite left and look forward to Mirage Marble and Granite to install the rest of my slab in my master bathroom.

DJ and his team did an amazing job putting in new floor trim throughout our house! It made such a dramatic change to the flooring. He contacted us right away with a quote, had all the appropriate paperwork, communicated updates, and cleaned up after each day. We definitely would recommend DJ!

Brad has done 2 projects for us, he built a Casita on our residential property.  We had been working with another contractor that had drug their feet and Brad and his team came in and got the job done quickly, during the beginning of the COVID issue.  He really came through for us.
The second was a commercial project, he remodeled our office, at our business in Chandler.  We had a quick deadline to get it done and they did an amazing job, excellent price and it was done on time.

Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion.  Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.  
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room, replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener.  They did another phenomenal job.
I've recommended Brian to a number of my clients and colleagues who have all been pleased with his performance.

I hired W. C. Ahl to improve my kitchen lighting. They advised me on my options to get the best result for my project and provided very helpful suggestions. They already had kitchen lights much better than what I had found on my own. They came when they said and cleaned up afterward. They did a beautiful job, which comes with a lifetime guarantee. I am very pleased with the results. Even though this was a small project for a general contractor, they gave it their full attention. They came very highly recommended and now I would very highly recommend them as well.

Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

I've been using Eddy for the last few years and I highly recommend him.  He's worked on multiple projects big and small for me, with rental properties, selling a home and buying a new home that needed a lot of work, and I even flew him out to the east coast to work on a bathroom renovation at a vacation home.  He's very meticulous with his work and always makes sure you're happy with the results.  Very trustworthy and reasonable with his rates, much better than other handymen I have used before.

Jerry repaired drywall, installed baseboards and photosensor recently.  He responded my requests quickly and arrived to the site on time.  In addition, He completed repairs in a short period of time and did an excellent job!
