Couldn't be happier with the results FIVE40 provided on a replacement of my homes front facade. This was a difficult project and a number of other companies claimed they would not do this work. FIVE40 came through and did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. It was done correctly the first time with no issues. I would 100% recommend these guys and will be using them again!

Mirage Marble & Granite was excellent to work with, they  installed quartz counters in two bathrooms and installed  kitchen countertops for us and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. They made the whole process so easy and quick. From the ease of obtaining a quote, to choosing my quartz, to obtaining measurements to the installation. The whole team is very friendly and detail oriented. They were also able to install so quickly. Great friendly efficient. I will definitely reach out again for another project.

DJ is absolutely amazing!!! He is very professional, organized, up front about all the costs and very efficient. From start to finish, it was very smooth and stress free. I was very impressed with how everything was presented to me, and even more impressed with his efficiency. I had a major kitchen remodel completed in less than 30 days. DJ and his wife Nancy are very nice people and easy to work with. Makes me so happy I found them. They took all the time to answer any questions and made any edits to the original drawing as needed. Brad has done 2 projects for us, he built a Casita on our residential property.  We had been working with another contractor that had drug their feet and Brad and his team came in and got the job done quickly, during the beginning of the COVID issue.  He really came through for us.
The second was a commercial project, he remodeled our office, at our business in Chandler.  We had a quick deadline to get it done and they did an amazing job, excellent price and it was done on time.

Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion.  Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.  
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room, replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener.  They did another phenomenal job.

He kept us updated throughout the project of where things stood with payments and adjustments, and to this day I marvel at the work he did at the price we paid, especially in light of the quotes we were given by other contractors. I had a crack in my porcelain sink, and after repair, you cannot see any signs of the crack, beautiful work!!!

Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Have known the owner for a while, but this was the first time I've actually used his business for handyman services.  The project was a dishwasher installation (remove old, install new).  It was completed without a hitch!  Eddie was on time, did an excellent job, verified everything was OK, and cleaned up afterward.

Please do not hesitate to use this company!

Does not service casa grande area although it is advertised on the range on Yelp. Only the valley.

Jerry repaired drywall, installed baseboards and photosensor recently.  He responded my requests quickly and arrived to the site on time.  In addition, He completed repairs in a short period of time and did an excellent job!
