We would recommend FIVE40 Remodeling.  We contracted Shannon and his team for a carport-to-garage conversion at our house in Tempe.  The end result was fantastic, as Shannon's team executed our vision for the new garage while adding suggestions and touches that we would not have thought of.  His crew was always on-time, respectful, courteous, and always left the job site clean and secure.  Shannon was very responsive, especially when the project was off-track to start, and was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process.  Very easy to work with.  Our job was completed on budget and beyond expectation, and we are really happen with the outcome.

BEST IN CLASS!!! I want to write this review before I forget, because the valley needs to know EXACTLY where to go for the best service and installation of granite/ quartz/ marble counter tops. I've put off this project in my home for years- one, because I had a few estimates in the past and didn't feel comfortable, the other reason is sheer laziness. I finally decided to research on yelp/ other social media review sites for reviews of counter top installation companies around the area and came across Mirage. I called BJ, he called me back within a few hours and we setup a free estimate. I want to mention when BJ (or any of the crew) set a scheduled appointment, they are ALWAYS on time... if not earlier and will give a courtesy text that they are on their way. BJ came and performed the estimate, gave me a ZERO hassle price breakdown, laid out the pros/ cons of the type of material I wanted for my counter tops, and a location (Aracruz) to choose my slab. I was also offered a free undermount sink (which is gorgeous!) This was a completely different experience than I had with previous estimators, as every price they quoted for labor/ plumbing would vary. The next 2 days, I went and chose my slab at Aracruz, and notified BJ. He promptly responded, came over to take measurements, I paid my deposit (price of the slab), and scheduled an install date. There was about a 3 week period from the time of the estimate to install, and BJ actually requested to come take a few more measurements to be accurate. In this scenario, other companies would have just guessed, but BJ wanted to ensure everything was perfect. I literally had my counter tops installed a few hours ago, and Daniel and Sergio completed about 30 minutes ago. Again, they showed up right on time (very punctual), were polite, efficient, QUICK (~2 hours total), cleaned up any mess, answered any questions I had- and were extremely friendly. I was also gifted a beautiful matching quartz cutting board- LOVE IT! I cannot express how great my experience was with Mirage, start to finish... it was a completely painless process! I will be referring this company to all my friends/ family, and will use this company moving forward with any counter top renovation needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Prompt each day to start worked and was finished as promised!! High quality materials used and fantastic expertise in remodeling!  After receiving 3 bids for the same work, even though DJ.S were the higher of the other two!!  We paid for what we got, which was exactly what was done and done in a very professional manner. Will use for any future remodels as they are excellent in their profession!!  Would suggest you do is well as this guy just knows his business and performs it Well!

Brad has done 2 projects for us, he built a Casita on our residential property.  We had been working with another contractor that had drug their feet and Brad and his team came in and got the job done quickly, during the beginning of the COVID issue.  He really came through for us.
The second was a commercial project, he remodeled our office, at our business in Chandler.  We had a quick deadline to get it done and they did an amazing job, excellent price and it was done on time.

Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion.  Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.  
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room, replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener.  They did another phenomenal job.
I've recommended Brian to a number of my clients and colleagues who have all been pleased with his performance.

I've been meaning to write this for a while. Chuck (William Ahl) is as good as they come. We had moved into our home last year and it had a large load bearing wall that we needed removed that was adjoining a sunken in living room. Chuck was the first contractor that was able to tell us right away what the scope of the project was going to be and how he would get it done. From the onset, he was always very professional. He kept good records, always showed up on time, and was very pleasant to be around (we had to live in our home during the construction). It was a big job but him and his right hand man Evan did a fantastic job and it turned out beautifully. A few more things I appreciated where Chuck took the extra step: 1. He always cleaned up after every day as much as he could. We were still living in our home and we appreciated that everything was kept as neat as possible especially since we have little kids. 2. He does not ever compromise safety. He will always do the job right the first time even if it means more work. We have peaked ceilings and he took the time to put up temporary supports while putting up the new beam. 3. He prides himself on his work. He won't cut corners. He has a high standard for himself and will make sure whatever project he's doing will be done right every time. In addition to our load bearing wall Chuck also made us a beautiful custom chimney cap, filled an old doggie door, and took out some really big columns. Our new great room is now complete and absolutely beautiful! I definitely hope to use Chuck again for future projects and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to start a small or large project. He is licensed and insured so he can do anything!

We hired VAM Construction and Remodeling to close in a drywall entertainment.  Their estimate was 42% lower than the highest bid.  The project included closing in the entertainment center, removing an old TV from a different wall, patching and painting that wall, installing an electric fireplace, and hanging a Frame TV.  VAM arrived as scheduled.  They began work on the Monday before Thanksgiving (11/21/22) and it was completed on Tuesday, 11/30/22.  VAM employees were friendly, competent, and asked questions to ensure the project met expectations. The wall looks better than I imagined. I'm so happy I chose VAM and will call them for our next project.  THANK YOU!

Worked with Ryan for scheduling and Mike for the work. I had a back door installation I needed done and they did an awesome job! Their pricing was extremely competitive and Ryan and Mike were both extremely responsive. Due to my house being totally uneven, the installation took much longer than anticipated. Ryan and Mike made sure to still do a great job and ended up coming back the next day to finish the job and get all the finishes done. I really appreciate the responsiveness and that they did whatever it took to get the job done, even with a smaller job in a crazy market where contractors are a hot commodity. Will definitely be using them again for future projects.

Have known the owner for a while, but this was the first time I've actually used his business for handyman services.  The project was a dishwasher installation (remove old, install new).  It was completed without a hitch!  Eddie was on time, did an excellent job, verified everything was OK, and cleaned up afterward.

Jerry repaired drywall, installed baseboards and photosensor recently.  He responded my requests quickly and arrived to the site on time.  In addition, He completed repairs in a short period of time and did an excellent job!
