Luke and his team were very professional and experienced with our bathroom remodels. I felt the price quoted was competitive and they were able to stay on schedule to the best of their ability. Tintas just completed a remodel of our master bedroom. We purchased the house in Arizona Traditions in 2003 and we decided the bathroom needed updating.  We installed a walk in tub and glass enclosed shower, a granite vanity with vessel sinks and new lighting.  Bill and his crew were very professional and the result was an absolutely gorgeous bathroom.

Alex was extremely friendly and professional. The roofing crew were clean and courteous. I love my new roof! We've had several compliments from neighbors!

Ruben is such a great guy! We had a big repair needed for our Air Conditioner, and it was late at night, and he was able to come and help us and fixed the AC with like 1 hour notice. He saved the day!! It was super hot that night (it was this past Thursday night) and he was able to get the AC back and running. So we were able to survive the Phoenix heat!  Thanks Ruben. My older home needed some cosmetic and structural updates, and Jesus was able to provide what I was looking for, while also providing helpful suggestions and direction for the project. He and his crew did excellent work at an affordable price. I will 100% be using them for my next project.

Allure Bath & Kitchen remodeled both of the bathrooms in our vacation home.  John was extremely easy to work with.  We trusted them to come in and out of our home while we were not present.  The bathrooms exceeded our expectations and are spectacular.  Everything we agreed to was completed in a timely and professional manner.  I would definitely have them back again

The craftsmen were fantastic, such beautiful work and very pleasant to work with. But the fact that it took 3 months to get two small bathrooms done(vanity and tile showers) was rediculous! Communication with the management was poor. But I must say the finished project is beautiful .

****SLIMY, LYING, ZERO INTEGRITY**** DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
Joe, the GC/owner, lied repeatedly throughout the project. He does NOT ever accept any responsibility for his severe inability to communicate with his sub's, us, and his vendor's about the project details. Expect to foreman your own job if you want it done right. MY husband was the foreman from start to finish. Every single sub contractor that came over, every single time never had any direction or idea what to do.
Rather than having integrity and doing what's ethical when mistakes were made *THERE WERE ALOT* by taking responsibility for them, Joe instead placed the blame on me and my husband. EVERY SINGLE TIME. The project went 2.5 months over due date. He continued to give excuses from being too busy to handle the load, to having medical issues, to finally him blaming Covid for the delay.
The final outcome is acceptable, only because my husband spent the time during work giving direction to the sub contractor's and away from work to be home to QC the sub contracto'r work. It's concerning to think how bad it could've been because Joe doesn't have any method for managing his jobs, communicating effectively with anyone, and he doesn't utilize any quality guidelines.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Contacted them initially by phone and they told me I had to submit a quote form to get an estimate, they wouldn't go over anything with me over the phone. So, I then submitted the generic quote form on their website, asking about having a couple different jobs estimated out for me. They responded by a short email saying simply and quite rudely that my price range would be a waste of their time. It forces you to select one of the offered price ranges on the quote form, so I selected one. I had meant the price range for one of the jobs, not for all of the jobs mentioned in the comments. Instead of asking me any more questions to get more specifics they simply responded to the quote form by saying I wouldn't be worth their time. NICE. Just some advice, pick the highest price range option on the quote form if you want them to actually respond to your inquiry.

Exceptional response time, he came out right away and did an on site review. His pricing is really fair and there isn't any hidden fees. This company is very honest and works fast to get things done. Very happy with my barbecue grill, very up to date with modern styles!

We have  a BEAUTIFUL new kitchen thanks to Bob at B&J Tile! He and his designer (I think her name was Sylvia) did an amazing job helping us  design and complete our dream kitchen under a very short timeline and within budget. Bob was great about getting problems solved, very knowledgeable in all areas including plumbing, electric and, of course, tiling :) ...
I ended up being home one of the days that Bob was working on the finishing touches and he was great company. While he tiled, I painted cabinets.
This is a small family owned business that he TRULEY takes pride in and it shows.

We had a master shower with old glass blocks that had water damage between the blocks that was an eye sore we could do nothing about. Steve and Shelia were able to give us some great ideas to address the problem and we now have a beautiful perfect shower. I especially appreciate their robust planning process that ensures everything is well thought through, the cost, schedule, and risk were well understood before we got started. Luckily everything went as planned and there were no surprises. We love the new shower and the treatment on the glass has helped ensure no hard water spots!
On schedule, on budget and no surprises makes this team a dream to work with.

Came out later than appointment time and was promised a quote in a few days. I even followed up and never heard back. I couldn't imagine working with them on a project.

August 24,2019 Signed SW Restoration contract and cut a sizable deposit check for a bathroom remodel project that Was to start 8 weeks later. With a completion date of November 8th (guaranteed with $500 credit if not completed on time-per contract)Not hearing form Jerry, I reached out to him shortly before agreed to start date. It was then I was informed Jerry was pushing back start date another 7 weeks. Waiting nearly 3 months to get a project started was too much for me to accept, so I let him know I needed to go with another contractor and needed my deposit returned. That was 2 1/2weeks ago and I'll I'm getting is excuses, about why I don't have my money. Horrible experience!

I'm pleased to report, Jerry came through on his promise to refund my deposit. I felt it important I update my previous post, with this new information. Jerry is a man of his word! Not something you can say about all contractors.

The consultant was polite, however not amazingly helpful. We told her several times we needed insight for design and she just basically kept showing us everything they offer. Not to mention the price was completely obtuse. I did gain a slight amount of insight into our potential design based upon samples. If you happen to be able to afford beyond super expensive, then this may be the place for you. After 4.5 hours, totally disappointed in the experience the company so boldly emphasizes. I can get an amazing g experience for 1/3 of the quote and still have a luxury bathroom per two other reputable companies.

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.

I hired Wendler Construction to renovate my home, he in turn hired D and J Construction to frame parts of the original house, an 800 sqft addition and garage.  They did a horrible job... they used 2x4's when the plans called for 2x6's, used wrong footings on the front wall of the house, used wrong calculations on the truss fabrication thus not allowing enough room for the hvac duct work, and had to reframe interior walls and a new skylight, which they did wrong resulting in having to purchase a custom skylight.  Wendler Construction's lack of experience, skill, and ability to manage my renovation, caused over 5 months of delays and tens of thousands of dollars in additional costs.  And then halfway thru the project, right after Christmas break, Wendler Construction quit on me.  After almost a year in construction, I am still finding mistakes made under Wendler Construction's management.  I would not recommend them.
