Luke and his team were very professional and experienced with our bathroom remodels. I felt the price quoted was competitive and they were able to stay on schedule to the best of their ability. I contacted KC Krew to roof a new addition to my home and possibly re-roof my entire home.  I met with Karla and Alex and they were very professional, respectful and understanding of me as a homeowner who had a very bad experience with a general contractor.   They provided me with a great quote and I ended up hiring them.  Alex's crew showed up on time and did a significant amount of work the first day removing the old shingles and prepping for the new ones.  They finished the next day and I am very pleased with the quality of their work in addition to cleaning up all of the roofing debris.  Not that I will be needing a new roof anytime soon, but I'd call them back up in a heartbeat and I will recommend them to my friends.  Thank you Karla and Alex!

Ruben is such a great guy! We had a big repair needed for our Air Conditioner, and it was late at night, and he was able to come and help us and fixed the AC with like 1 hour notice. He saved the day!! It was super hot that night (it was this past Thursday night) and he was able to get the AC back and running. So we were able to survive the Phoenix heat!  Thanks Ruben. Two no show appointments. First scheduled consultation was not communicated to the actual consulting personal and was missed. Second scheduled appointment no show and no contact.

The craftsmen were fantastic, such beautiful work and very pleasant to work with. But the fact that it took 3 months to get two small bathrooms done(vanity and tile showers) was rediculous! Communication with the management was poor. But I must say the finished project is beautiful .

ABA just completed two bathrooms in my home. The workmanship was quality but it took a long time to get some products. All workers that came to our home were pleasant and accommodating to our wishes. We recommend this company.

Giving this company this rating since one of the trucks (with a male driver) tried to run me + kids off the on ramp to the 101, rather than let us on. Not exactly the kind of company I'd welcome into my home.

We had a master shower with old glass blocks that had water damage between the blocks that was an eye sore we could do nothing about. Steve and Shelia were able to give us some great ideas to address the problem and we now have a beautiful perfect shower. I especially appreciate their robust planning process that ensures everything is well thought through, the cost, schedule, and risk were well understood before we got started. Luckily everything went as planned and there were no surprises. We love the new shower and the treatment on the glass has helped ensure no hard water spots!
On schedule, on budget and no surprises makes this team a dream to work with.

Oron and his crew completed a window replacement/stucco repair project on my home. They were subbed by Andersen. It took a few days because of the large amount of work that had to be done, and it came out great. Oron was attentive throughout the project to ensure my satisfaction, held to his schedule, and made sure it was done to his requirements.

We hired Jerry to redo our guest shower, fireplace and master shower and tub. After he did our master shower and tub we decided to go with a different company for our fireplace and guest bath. A job that should take 2 weeks top took him over 1 month to complete. Even still there are touch up items he didn't even finish. He was full of excuses through our the entire job. He had 2 months between hiring him and starting the job and when he started he didn't have any supplies for the job. I would have thought he would have been prepared. Instead he demoed our bathroom left it for a week and after a week came back and started doing some of the job.  We were disappointed he did not work on our job everyday. Everything he ordered was wrong or wasn't even ordered. We were delayed because he never ordered the tile for our shower. He blamed the tile shop saying they never processed the order. He blamed all the wrong ordered items on the company he ordered from...build.com. If build.com sent the wrong items on 3 separate orders I wouldn't be using build.com anymore and if it is a pattern for build.com to send the wrong items I'm sure they wouldn't be in business anymore. He also ordered the wrong size glass for the shower...again blamed the glass company. All of his mistakes delayed the job usually by a week. Our final product was nice but not great. We hired a different company for our guest bath and fireplace and wow their tile job was better, they were timely and I was thankful they fixed a few tile pieces and finish work from Jerry's guys. Jerry is a nice guy but I would not recommend him to do any construction work for you.

The consultant was polite, however not amazingly helpful. We told her several times we needed insight for design and she just basically kept showing us everything they offer. Not to mention the price was completely obtuse. I did gain a slight amount of insight into our potential design based upon samples. If you happen to be able to afford beyond super expensive, then this may be the place for you. After 4.5 hours, totally disappointed in the experience the company so boldly emphasizes. I can get an amazing g experience for 1/3 of the quote and still have a luxury bathroom per two other reputable companies.

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.

I hired Wendler Construction to renovate my home, he in turn hired D and J Construction to frame parts of the original house, an 800 sqft addition and garage.  They did a horrible job... they used 2x4's when the plans called for 2x6's, used wrong footings on the front wall of the house, used wrong calculations on the truss fabrication thus not allowing enough room for the hvac duct work, and had to reframe interior walls and a new skylight, which they did wrong resulting in having to purchase a custom skylight.  Wendler Construction's lack of experience, skill, and ability to manage my renovation, caused over 5 months of delays and tens of thousands of dollars in additional costs.  And then halfway thru the project, right after Christmas break, Wendler Construction quit on me.  After almost a year in construction, I am still finding mistakes made under Wendler Construction's management.  I would not recommend them.
