Luke and his team were very professional and experienced with our bathroom remodels. I felt the price quoted was competitive and they were able to stay on schedule to the best of their ability. I was happy with our finished product and all aspects of my project were completed to my liking. I highly recommend Dwell House for your remodeling needs.

I would not recommend Tintas Granite and flooring. Bill, the owner, came to our home to measure and install a 36 x 25 granite countertop with an 8 backsplash for a new cabinet we had ordered for our kitchen. We wanted a granite that would be similar to our existing in color and tone and an edge that would match our existing. We understood that the granite would not be a match due to the fact that our existing granite was 20 years old. That is not the problem. The edge is the problem thin, cheap looking, and does not match our existing edge. WE PAID $890.00 FOR THIS CHEAP looking job. So Bill comes to my home to see my complaint and says that I ordered the wrong thickness for that edge. I chose 3 mm thickness, and it should have been 2 mm. AS the customer, I do not know the outcome of 3mm vs. 2mm. Bill knew I was putting my trust in the professional I thought he was. Bill was at my home and saw my existing edge. Bill (being the pro) should have told me and I would have chosen something else. I wish Bill would have directed me to the 2mm. So Bill says he'll redu the job with 2 mm for an additional $750.00. What do you think? The lighter, thin top is the new one from Tintas.  It does not look finished. Waste of money.

It's very hard to find reliable people for what many may refer to as a small job. Finally I found a company that does a great job for large and small jobs around the house. I would highly recommend Ruben and B4 and After Home Repair for home projects or repairs.

We renovated both of our bathrooms. John, the owner, was professional all the way even though things took a little longer due to Covid-19. Our bathrooms look amazing and the work done by Allure has increased the value of our home tremendously and has added to the comfort we feel living in our home. If you're thinking about remodeling reach out to John you won't regret it.

We had their sales/estimator come out to give a quote. He didn't seem terribly knowledgeable, understand professional boundaries, or have listening skills. I had to endure long personal stories that veered way off the path. The quote came back quick which was understandable since there wasn't much detail. I emailed back for additional info but never heard back. It's probably just as well.

And I now have the handles that I ordered. Vanity looks so much better and David did a great job, cleaned up any mess from drilling new holes . I'm now happy and thank David and Joe for completing the job as ordered.

We wanted to do a kitchen remodel in our townhouse that involved removing two walls. In addition to the kitchen remodel we had a atrium removed, enlarged the utility room, added shelves and tile all floors. We also had the bathtub removed in the guest bathroom and they built us a beautiful tiled walk in shower like they did in our master bath.
Janson the owner of BBG worked direct with us and had so many suggestions which helped us very much when we didn't know what would be best.
This was a very positive experience from start to finish. When they left each night they totally cleaned the work area. (Better then I would have done myself). They were polite, prompt, kept us informed of the schedule and any changes that needed to be made.
We found their work to be outstanding so much that we had them remodel our master bath recently.
Lisa in the office was a joy to work with and always answered our questions and relayed information to us almost daily.

There were a couple very positive things that came out of this.

Enrique responded rapidly and was able to help me upon short notice. The work he did exceeded my expectations. I am very satisfied with the physical nature of the work he did.

However, his payment structure and lack of payment system is quite bothersome. There was no clarity as to how I should structure payment so I had to be the one to suggest how to proceed with payment. He suggested I pay through Western Union which is something I've yet to be asked.

After completing the job, he then proceeded to pester me for payments even though I was busy completing my own work during the weekend. Without even letting 24 hours pass, he was contacting my friend, who was helping me, trying to follow up for payment. I thought I had made a payment within that time frame, but in my business, the transaction was not confirmed via PayPal.

Within 36 hours of the completion of the job, he sent me a lien notice stating that he would charge an extra $400 on the job. Note that this all took place over the weekend when most people are not conducting financial transactions.

The lack of professionalism and the ambiguity of the contract services need to remedied. I am a specific situation since I am remote and not located physically in Arizona. Those who choose to contract in person will likely not have to deal with such circumstances. However, those not located physically in Arizona need to be aware. My intention had never been to not pay for services and to be treated as such within less than 36 hours is completely unprofessional

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I ordered tile my wife and finally agreed on, we were told by  the man working ( MIKE ) that it  was in stock and he would call when it was ready to be picked up from the store in a few days - after three weeks of calling off and on it was finally in and ready to be picked up! My wife went to get it and ..... it was the wrong tile???? he ended up telling her the factory sent the wrong stuff - to make a long story short Mike lied to us repeadedly trying to cover his mistakes. We still have not received our tile and have tried to just get our money refunded so we may go purchase new tile, but he said there would be a restocking fee - we didnt change our minds on the tile or try to return it for no good reason - he order the wrong tile and that was 8 weeks ago...... what horrible customer service by an arrogant employee!!

I recently had a major problem with my home; termites had eaten away the wood floor in almost every room.  I put repairs off as long as possible, as well as other areas (pool, outdoor paving, painting, plumbing, lighting, furniture movers, audio/visual, carpentry) that were too long neglected.  I came across Homework Remodels and gave Steve a call.  We talked about what I needed done in general and then Sheila became involved.  This woman is amazing.  She knows pretty much everything about anything involving remodeling.  If she doesn't know something, she'll find out for you.  After lots of careful planning, searching for the right subcontractors, and scheduling, the project began.  Now I've done enough of this kind of work around my home to know it never goes as smoothly as you hope it would, but this ten-week job (just as projected) went better than I thought it could.  Jim, the project manager, deals with all the subcontractors so the client doesn't have to.  He knows if something can be done, so he doesn't accept any excuses, and makes sure it is done right.  In the end, everything is completed down to the last detail.  I highly recommend this great group of knowledgeable and professional people.

Amazing remodeling job on my kitchen. It gave the house a refreshing look and they are reasonable and have awesome ways of suggesting creative solutions and providing the client with Ultimate 5 stars design work. Love love love this company

Jerry is golden. He delivered and installed a beautiful shower door when previous contractors couldn't even get the door made. The entire process took approximately 1 week. Would hire him anytime and will.

The consultant started out very nice and then became very pushy with propaganda videos and would not give us a itemized breakdown of the renovations. When the quote did present it was over double our budget (which she didn't even ask about) and she immediately started pushing for a down payment and credit checks. When we asked for some time to go over numbers she became very nasty and dismissive with us and packed her stuff so quickly it was uncomfortable. There is no way it should cost over $20,000 for a fiberglass tub, vanity, and vinyl flooring.

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.

I hired Wendler Construction to renovate my home, he in turn hired D and J Construction to frame parts of the original house, an 800 sqft addition and garage.  They did a horrible job... they used 2x4's when the plans called for 2x6's, used wrong footings on the front wall of the house, used wrong calculations on the truss fabrication thus not allowing enough room for the hvac duct work, and had to reframe interior walls and a new skylight, which they did wrong resulting in having to purchase a custom skylight.  Wendler Construction's lack of experience, skill, and ability to manage my renovation, caused over 5 months of delays and tens of thousands of dollars in additional costs.  And then halfway thru the project, right after Christmas break, Wendler Construction quit on me.  After almost a year in construction, I am still finding mistakes made under Wendler Construction's management.  I would not recommend them.
