Luke and his team were very professional and experienced with our bathroom remodels. I felt the price quoted was competitive and they were able to stay on schedule to the best of their ability. I was happy with our finished product and all aspects of my project were completed to my liking. I highly recommend Dwell House for your remodeling needs.

James is very personable & professional.  He does great work in a timely manner.

Completely unhappy with the job!  We could not get straight answers to resolve our problems from the owner on down.  You may be tempted by the price and showroom, but your job will not be completed satisfactorily!

As an interior designer, I'm extremely particular on the trade professionals I work with. I've used Karla on 3 different remodel projects. She and her team are absolutely amazing! I can't say enough about how professional she is. She is extremely knowledgeable, has a high attention to detail, her prices are extremely competitive, and is reliable and trustworthy. Love supporting local businesses. We had no hot water. Explained the situation and He was able to schedule the next day. The heating elements were replaced and we had hot!! Thank you again for the awesome job. Look forward using B4 and After for future jobs!! Highly recommend!!

Jesus was great! Work was done on time and for the agreed amount. Couldn't ask for better. He even stuck it out through a bit of nonsense with the neighbor about the block wall/fence location. Would highly recommend!

The craftsmen were fantastic, such beautiful work and very pleasant to work with. But the fact that it took 3 months to get two small bathrooms done(vanity and tile showers) was rediculous! Communication with the management was poor. But I must say the finished project is beautiful .

I called Built By Grace in July 2016 and Bill came out to do a number of projects we needed done. He was timely, professional,a perfectionist and my wife and I couldn't be happier. We will be calling back as we still need somethings done in our house. Highly recommend!!

There were a couple very positive things that came out of this.

Enrique responded rapidly and was able to help me upon short notice. The work he did exceeded my expectations. I am very satisfied with the physical nature of the work he did.

However, his payment structure and lack of payment system is quite bothersome. There was no clarity as to how I should structure payment so I had to be the one to suggest how to proceed with payment. He suggested I pay through Western Union which is something I've yet to be asked.

After completing the job, he then proceeded to pester me for payments even though I was busy completing my own work during the weekend. Without even letting 24 hours pass, he was contacting my friend, who was helping me, trying to follow up for payment. I thought I had made a payment within that time frame, but in my business, the transaction was not confirmed via PayPal.

Within 36 hours of the completion of the job, he sent me a lien notice stating that he would charge an extra $400 on the job. Note that this all took place over the weekend when most people are not conducting financial transactions.

The lack of professionalism and the ambiguity of the contract services need to remedied. I am a specific situation since I am remote and not located physically in Arizona. Those who choose to contract in person will likely not have to deal with such circumstances. However, those not located physically in Arizona need to be aware. My intention had never been to not pay for services and to be treated as such within less than 36 hours is completely unprofessional

We have  a BEAUTIFUL new kitchen thanks to Bob at B&J Tile! He and his designer (I think her name was Sylvia) did an amazing job helping us  design and complete our dream kitchen under a very short timeline and within budget. Bob was great about getting problems solved, very knowledgeable in all areas including plumbing, electric and, of course, tiling :) ...
I ended up being home one of the days that Bob was working on the finishing touches and he was great company. While he tiled, I painted cabinets.
This is a small family owned business that he TRULEY takes pride in and it shows.

I have worked with Homework's several times. Steve and his crew do an excellent job! Aaron the project manager has amazing attention to detail, and the designers are phenomenal. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a bathroom remodel, to a full house renovation! I will guarantee when the job is complete you that you couldn't be happier with the results. Oron and his crew completed a window replacement/stucco repair project on my home. They were subbed by Andersen. It took a few days because of the large amount of work that had to be done, and it came out great. Oron was attentive throughout the project to ensure my satisfaction, held to his schedule, and made sure it was done to his requirements.

August 24,2019 Signed SW Restoration contract and cut a sizable deposit check for a bathroom remodel project that Was to start 8 weeks later. With a completion date of November 8th (guaranteed with $500 credit if not completed on time-per contract)Not hearing form Jerry, I reached out to him shortly before agreed to start date. It was then I was informed Jerry was pushing back start date another 7 weeks. Waiting nearly 3 months to get a project started was too much for me to accept, so I let him know I needed to go with another contractor and needed my deposit returned. That was 2 1/2weeks ago and I'll I'm getting is excuses, about why I don't have my money. Horrible experience!

I'm pleased to report, Jerry came through on his promise to refund my deposit. I felt it important I update my previous post, with this new information. Jerry is a man of his word! Not something you can say about all contractors.

Just to let you know how incredibly frustrated I was with this rep Lani. I would give this a zero star if I could. Lani called only 20 minutes before the scheduled 2:00 PM appointment saying she will be late and asked to reschedule.  So I agreed to see her at 3pm instead.  At 3:11pm she called again saying she just finished her morning appointment and can she come now or reschedule.  I asked how soon she could be here and she said 17 minutes. So I agreed. Lani showed up at 3:30pm with more bad news. Now she wanted to reschedule because her iPad was at 1% and she couldn't do her presentation.  I was beyond frustrated and at that point I opened my front door and told her to leave immediately.  What professional would not even have a charger and cable with them?? On top of it she knew she was not going to have enough battery life left when she called me the very 1st time at 1:40pm. I am so appalled and will never deal with your company.  How disrespectful.. she completely wasted my Sunday.

BEWARE: I hired David with Mohave Leveling to level an addition on my mobile home and add additional supports underneath. He requested a deposit of 20% for materials which is always a risk but I proceeded and sent the deposit. Once he received  the deposit He immediately disappeared, would not respond to countless calls and texts. At the time of this review he has still not responded or made it right, if he does I will edit this review

I hired Wendler Construction to renovate my home, he in turn hired D and J Construction to frame parts of the original house, an 800 sqft addition and garage.  They did a horrible job... they used 2x4's when the plans called for 2x6's, used wrong footings on the front wall of the house, used wrong calculations on the truss fabrication thus not allowing enough room for the hvac duct work, and had to reframe interior walls and a new skylight, which they did wrong resulting in having to purchase a custom skylight.  Wendler Construction's lack of experience, skill, and ability to manage my renovation, caused over 5 months of delays and tens of thousands of dollars in additional costs.  And then halfway thru the project, right after Christmas break, Wendler Construction quit on me.  After almost a year in construction, I am still finding mistakes made under Wendler Construction's management.  I would not recommend them.
