Reggie came over within the hour after our chat and was incredibly friendly. What I thought would be a major issue turned out to be an easy fix. Reggie insisted on not charging me!! Definitely, he's our go to electrician in the future!

Followed through in a timely and efficient manner and cleaned up afterwards. I would hire again.

I was had such a dilemma: washing machine and dryer delivery was on its way and Moser Electric were very accommodating. The process was easy, the quote was reasonable and the work impeccable. I would definitely recommend this company.

After a number of discussions about the work we needed done installing a new 220V line, we agreed to move forward with Fortech. Thomas and Teddy came by the next day to start the project. Although they ran into more issues getting the work done than had been anticipated, the price did not change, and they stayed into the evening to make sure the job was done in a single day. Overall very happy with the work. I would say that they could have been better about wearing masks when indoors, but then again I didn't bring it up with them while they were here.

Raul helped us renovate a commercial property and was very polite. The quote was fair and him and his team completed it in a timely manner. I am excited to work with them again in the future!

Joe and his sons are excellent people to work with.  Trustworthy, fair, high quality and fast.  We will work with them again for sure.

Pellegrino is honest and extremely competent.  I had called him out as a second opinion for an electrician who recommended 2,500 dollars of work. He came out to look at a switchbox that I was concerned about, took his time examining it, and with explaining what was and wasn't an issue and that I really didn't have a problem. 2 years later- no electrical issues whatsoever. He even turned down any money for his time. There's a few times where you are just surprised at someone's professionalism. I'm disappointed that I've taken this long to write him a review and will definitely go to him for any electrical work I have.

I had several contractors quote the work but I chose Austin because they were the most professional and reasonably priced. They showed up on time, cleaned up when they left and did a great job. I would highly recommend this electrician.

Brian is the most responsive electrician I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He gets back to you immediately, and his work is of the highest quality.

ELECTRIC ISSUES!
With specific electric outage switch issues throughout the new (but dated) place (ie kitchen, dining room and bedrooms).
I thought I was being Punk'd - I haven't even unpacked!

BASED ON A REFERRAL
Called HIGGINS ELECTRIC - I spoke to Theresa (so nice and solution-oriented), who put me at ease and ultimately dispatched some of their best electricians, Krista and Bob!

Krista and Bob both came (after confirming every step of the way via text or call/ their arrival, next steps etc)... masked, helpful, kind, friendly- PROFESSIONAL -- straight to the point.  Like CSI-Where's this issue!? What did you experience, etc They both went to their detective work. Very thorough, asking questions and checking outlets and overhead wiring, panels, etc.

THE SOLVE/RESOLUTION
HIGGINS ELECTRIC TEAM soon identified a a random switch outlet in the condo that was rigged to control all those rooms (who knew?)
HIGGINS ELECTRIC TEAM soon updated my outdated electric wiring: replacing my kitchen ballast and switch; swapped out my dining room fixture; and updated the master bed room light/ceiling fan with LED/remote control fixture!

THE SWEET SPOT
From being so very upset, frustrated and despondent about the electricity in my 1st new place, I was immediately transformed  to a place of THANKS AND APPRECIATION above and beyond! and loving the fabulous and functional updates!

Steve has done a number of projects at my house: from electrical repairs, recessed lighting installation, and the installation of a backup generator for when the power goes out.  Electrical Solutions is one of the best contractors I've ever worked with.  They always return my calls and they do what they say they are going to do.  The work is top-notch and the prices are very reasonable.

I loved that they were really polite and attentive when I called. When Jorge showed up to my home he promptly fixed my heater and assured me everything was going to be working. Which is has been ! I'm more than happy with his service and with what McAllister has to offer. Will definitely recommend.

Exceeded my expectations.  Installed a new 2story chandelier within a week of the estimate.

Asked us to prepay $1,000 for a simple problem. I can't believe how badly these people take advantage. It's so unethical. Rude, unfriendly, and bad business practices. Edited to add that they just called me back from a blocked number being super shady and rude immediately after i posed this review ! The guy refused to tell me his name but still wanted to come out. What? Stay away from this company.

I am currently in the process of selling my house and the inspector gave me a list of several electrical items that needed to be fixed. Everyone at Wes Carver was very nice and the technician very knowledgeable. What I want people to be aware of is the pricing. I'm sure for big jobs or all encompassing jobs the pricing is competitive, however, I would not recommend this company for the type of work I had done. I had to have three outlets replaced, two dead fuses put into empty slots and a bonded wire clamped to my water meter. All total about 90 minutes to do. My bill was over $600 and I supplied the outlets or it would have been close to $800. Each outlet cost me $85 and each fuse cost me $85. That is $85*5 plus $153 for a piece of wire and two clamps. I am not an expert but that seems a bit extreme. Admittedly I could have said no but I am under a time crunch and with the pandemic I wanted to minimize the traffic in my house. I have nothing bad to say about the staff just the pricing for smaller jobs.

I hired them to do an emergency service call for an outlet that was repeatedly tripping. After reading their poor reviews online, I decided to cancel the service visit. Unfortunately (and perhaps suspiciously) they still showed up, so I decided to hire them.  

They charged $225 for the service call which included no work (one worker came).  They then convinced me to pay them $675 to do about 45 minutes of testing. They did not identify the problem.

In retrospect, they vastly over charged me ($900 whereas $300 would have been more fair).  I only agreed to it under pressure as I was concerned about potential fire risk. They could have easily alleviated this risk by telling me that the outlet was GFCI, but chose not to provide any advice in favor of promoting their overpaid service.

While their overcharging was legal, I would recommend never hiring them.
