JDog was a true Godsend. On the heels of a terrible moving experience, I called JDog to help me reassemble some furniture. Buck was so accommodating, he moved some things around on the schedule and had a guy at my apartment in a half hour! In 90 minutes, Matt assembled my son's bed (a loft with a slide-not easy!), our king size platform bed frame and hung a huge mirror. He was polite but got the job done swiftly and professionally. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Happy to support our servicemen and women!

My mom recommended Mike for some work I needed done on my home because he had done a bunch of stuff at her house in Wilmington. She was very pleased with her experience, so she called to see if he was licensed in PA and willing to come to the Prospect Park area (he is/was).

He arrived with an assistant and completed the following work in about 2 hours:

- Installed a 220 volt outlet for my dryer
- Installed a dimmer switch in my living room
- Installed a fan with a light attached to it in my master bedroom
- Installed a light in my attic (with a chain pull and also a light switch)
- Removed the old wired doorbell

He was professional and cleaned up after himself. 5 stars for a job well done!

Excellent service. My garage door opener was going crazy.  Eric, the service man, was clear in his explanation of the problem and efficient in installing a new one. This company was recommended and they replaced an old system in 2007 and now I am ready for more years to come.  Nice people to work with in your home.

Good communication. Fast and clean work. I had a new circuit installed. It was easy. He also let me know a break for some unmarked outlets.

Very affordable, hardworking, skilled and very professional contractors! These guys tackled not only a water damaged drywall repair/replacement job in the kitchen but also solved a major plumbing problem in an upstairs bathroom that a reputable plumber completely missed. They cut through the ceiling to get to the root of the leak issue, removed bad pipes from behind the ceramic tub, installed all new PVC pipes behind and underneath the bathtub, and also installed new fixtures, a new waste drain and overflow sysyems before closing everything up with new drywall, tiles and/or a fresh coat of paint. They did a fantastic job at a price that will beat any competitor! I highly recommend Mike and John for any job that requires a competent, experienced contractor!

Amazing service!! They had installed my ceiling fan in the past for a great price and great service. Today on a Sunday I called and by talking to Jeremy on the phone figured out the issue with the electric to my heating. He could have come over and charged me to do the easy fix but instead figured it out over the phone. The issue was also important because I have a baby in the house and it's winter and Jeremy was very sympathetic to my plea for help. This place is great and I can't imagine using anyone else.

We had Lightsource install an attic fan for us almost 8 yrs ago. It has a lifetime warranty stated on our invoice. It is no longer working, so I called them.  It has been 3 weeks & I still don't know if he ordered the parts from the mfg like he said he would.  I have called & texted & he won't respond.  Beware if they do work for you & you have a problem. We'll never do business with them again.  I ended up doing his job, & called the mfg myself.  I guess I should've done it 3 weeks ago.  It would be fixed by now. I'll have someone else install it.

I have called and worked with this company three times now and each time they are extremely professional, do a wonderful job, and charge a fair price. The last time they installed the receptacle a few inches too high for my new stove to fit. I called and they gladly came back the next morning and moved it for me without making a fuss. I would highly recommend working with them for projects large and small. They showed equal attentiveness and professionalism no matter how small the project was. A wonderful experience!!!

I owned my home for several years and had no ceiling light in my living room. My home was over 100 years old, so it was originally gas lighting. Manny placed 6 recessed lights in my living room ceiling and included a dimmer switch! Then he installed baseboard electric heaters in every room including my living room. He did an excellent job and I was very happy.

After I called for a quote, Josh came out promptly, to confer and measure, and to explain options and related costs. I received a competitively priced project quote within 24 hours and we scheduled the job for a mutually convenient date. We are all set for installation this coming Friday. I am very pleased with Josh's responsiveness to my questions and anticipate a job well done.

This is an update to my previous review. Dan the owner responded to my first comment with true sincerity. We spoke on the phone and apparently there was a miscommunication. Dan offered a fair refund which I accepted. 5 stars now because anyone who is as dedicated as Dan of Farryn electric, to customer satisfaction is a 5 star company IMO! For future electric needs I will be calling Farryn.

This electrical contractor is nothing more than a used car salesman ,his expertise is in selling you the job!
He has no follow thru no concept of customer service
Not even sure he 's an Electrican. Do yourself a favor find an electrician that understands his follow thru and job completion is as important as his sales pitch.

Neil, the RMV electrician just installed a complete home surge protection on my house. The power in my neighborhood goes off a couple of times per year, and I needed to protect all of my electrical devices. Neil was knowledgeable and friendly. This was my second time hiring the company.

Although I'm pleased with the work that was done, I am much less impressed with the commitment of Pop's to follow up.
When Bob came out to service my backup generator, he did a very effective and thorough job of maintaining the system and providing me with extensive insight on the shortcomings of the installation which he hand-wrote on the invoice. He admitted that his handwriting wasn't the best and that he would email me a printed version.
The service date was 9/30/21. I have yet to receive that email. I called Bob and left a callback message. That call has not been returned.
Great work. Lousy customer service/follow-up.

I never got service, after having made two appointments. I had to call them to confirm the time, only to find out they weren't coming!  The second time I waited 5 hours, and finally I
called them to find out they got busy in the office and forgot to call me.  This is no way to run
a business!
