I never thought I'd find an electrician I could rate five stars! After trying numerous electricians who would never return my call and one who quoted me an outrageous price for the work, I finally got a rave recommendation from a coworker for Sam Van Horn. He and his in-laws had both had wonderful experiences with them, really going above and beyond with service.

Sam was responsive, honest and provided a quote thousands below the competition. He and his crew arrived on time, paid attention to details and were just outstandingly helpful. Can't recommend them enough.

I just called these guys into the electrician it sounded like a simple fix so he walked me through how to make the repair for free. You can't do much better than that for dealing with honest people, I was so impressed

can't say enough good things about Marella electric. we've had them out a few times since we moved into our new home - once to install a light and rewire our electrical panel, once to shut off and remove wires before a renovation, and most recently to address some faulty switches and flickering lights (as well as do a couple of other projects). each time they have been great to work with - thorough, detailed, and all around good people.

Jay is a Master Electrician who did a major job in my old house which is always a big challenge.  He replaced an outside line leading into the house as well as the circuit breaker box. He also identified the problem that led up to water running down that line and into the box.  He completed the work in the estimated time frame, completely to my satisfaction, and at an unbeatable price.  He also works with his own carpenter who does excellent work, and that is a big plus for the customer.  He is very trustworthy and professional.  I highly recommend Skrocki Contracting.

Adam is nothing short of outstanding.  His prices, craftsmanship, work and availability is second to none.  He will square you away.  If you are a veteran like me I highly recommend you give him a call for any of your electrical needs.  I am absolutely going to use Hummingbird for every electrical job that is required in my home.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!  Having several small electrical projects we wanted completed before the holidays, I contacted several of the same old same electricians in the area. As expected, I got the same old same responses, over pricing and even ignored calls.  I reached out to a company I never used before.... GreekTek - and the response was immediate!  The quote was professional, fair in price and our repairs were completed quickly! George and John are a great team. Alex is a terrific electrician.  I found him via Yelp several years ago, when I was looking for someone who would replace knob and tube wiring in our 1920s house.  Many electricians will only do the job if the house is empty, and a lot of them knock (as I know from other people's experiences) large holes in the walls to do it.  Alex rewired our whole place in five days _with us in it_, working around all our furniture and making exactly one small hole in the plaster above a door, which he then repaired for me.  He is meticulous, patient, unflappable (even he found, rather to my alarm, some DIY wiring wood-glued together behind a light fixture in the bathroom), and exceptionally good at his job.  His rates are reasonable, he always provides a written estimate (though at this point I trust him implicitly to be fair), and has never gone over-budget.  He's also great when it comes to cooperating with other contractors.  We just had AC installed a few weeks ago, and Alex was called in to run the electrics for the new units.  He put in a long day, working cordially with a team of unfamiliar guys, and the job was, as usual, perfect.

Larry came and installed 9 outlets in our home. He also installed 1 ceiling mounted light. I highly recommend him. His pricing is fair and reasonable and he is exceptionally courteous, and conscious of timeliness and cleanliness.

We received friendly, prompt, professional, and courteous service from the owner in less than 24 hours, after he spent a full day working another job down the shore. He quickly identified the issue and fixed it for a very reasonable rate. We now have a new electrician for all our needs. Recommend very highly!

Over 2 weeks ago I submitted a request for a line to be rerun for my Tesla wall connector as the original electrician used NM-B line and it needed to be swapped with THHN line.  I sent pictures of the setup as requested the same day of the call and was told that they would schedule an estimator to come out.  After this initial contact and text I've been ghosted by this company.  If this is the business practice I guarantee I'll never ever use them and absolutely will warn all away from them.

I left a message with the answering service and never heard from the electrician.
