We were in need of some custom feature wall work as well as designing a wood frame for a ceiling beam. JT was absolutely amazing and even helped us with the design. The craftsmanship was perfect and prices are very reasonable. Definitely a rare find in my experience for the Austin area.

JT and Laurie are consummate professionals and truly care about the quality of work and making the customer a priority. We will definitely be using them for more projects around the house!!

The ABSOLUTE BEST electricians anywhere. Clift is the owner. He got me back up and running after two other companies couldn't figure out what was wrong. Then another time he sent his guys over and they were so polite, fast, tidy, and fixed all my wonky outlets. I can't say enough about this company. He jumped to help my neighbors  who I was scared for during the ice storm. After the power was restored, her living room electric was blown. He worked many hours getting her up and going.
This company has been around a long time...well established with the old timers around Pflugerville...that says a lot.

Mr.  Ward gave me an honest quote.  I had gotten quotes from at least 5 different electricians.  He came on time and got the work done in a few hours.  I paid exactly what he quoted me.  He is professional and works honestly and patiently.  I would recommend him to anyone!!!

I wanted electricity run out from my electric box  to a shed on the other side of my property. I got several bids; the Cross Texas's bid landed right in the middle. I chose Cross Texas because Ronnie, the owner, seemed knowledgeable and honest and his price was very reasonable especially considering that the guys who came in a bit lower didn't strike me as professionals. Well, I am very pleased with my choice. Cross Texas got the job done fast and professionally. Ronnie took care to involve me in the process to make sure he completed the job as I wanted it. There were no surprises and communication before and during the job was excellent. I would recommend Cross Texas Electric without any reservations.

Awesome company! I was updating my light switches to rocker switches and discovered that back in the day, the builder ran 2 wires to one screw. When I was trying to remove the switches, I ended up breaking a wire and decided it was probably much safer to call a professional than continue and potentially mess up everything even more. I messaged through Yelp at 11pm and Mark responded promptly and said he would reach out the next day to let me know about their availability. Mark kept me updated and he and his associate were able to come out and fix my booboo as well as rewire it correctly. Since I plan on updating the rest of the switches in my home, he patiently listened and answered my questions when I asked about some YouTube videos about pigtailing since I was sure most of the switches were probably wired with the 2 wires on 1 screw. Overall a really great experience and would highly recommend these guys to anyone seeking honest, great electricians! These guys will be my go-to for any of my future electrical needs.

Worked with Kenneth at Varnell Electric on some home improvement projects and he not only does great work but he worked with us to get the most out of his service call. Made suggestions, provided coaching, worked very well with my Wife, and actually saved us money on items we thought we needed and didn't. I'm writing this review 02/21/21.
Many of us are in terrible situations right now. Broken pipes, no water, no available appointments for plumbing and many other unfortunate things.
Lewis just repaired my water pipe. Our family was without water for many days. When water was on my water pipe showed a bad leak. I was frantically looking for a plumber. Lewis has taken my phone call at once.
I believe he was sent for my family's rescue by  an angel.
My family is so grateful for repairs done by him. I would give 10 stars for his plumbing service, care and help. He has not hesitated to take my job request
at difficult times when plumbing companies are overwhelmed by requests and telephone calls for help. God bless him for his big heart, knowledge of his job and willingness to help.

AJ and Carrie were both just great to work with! They were always easy to get in touch with, were friendly and professional, and got the wiring all set up for our new hot tub. The work they did looks great, and after several months of service, has been trouble-free. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Don, owner, with Alum Creek Electric. We were having trouble with our electric turning off & on...tripping the main breaker. I found Don's company through the Nextdoor App. I called him after hours and he was here within an hour. Don checked all of our breaker boxes and was able to detect the problem. Once the repairs were done, he even gave us some tips on a future update that the property will need. We are going to stay warm tonight thanks to Don!

Steve and his assistant have done great work both times they have worked for us: replacing all of our switches and outlets to deal with aluminum wiring, and fixing some weird wiring with our AC system. He takes plenty of time to answer questions on the phone and in person, and is very professional and friendly. We will definitely call him next time we need help.

Our house went dark .
we called around  for a electrician only  one responded  that  they could do it that day
within the hour the technican arrived  after checking everything  out he told us it was a  blown breaker  .fixed in minutes  with a new part from  lows .
he was on his way to a conferance when we called and as he solved  the problem in a matter of minutes he said there will be *** no charge ***
not many bisiness  give you a free ride expecially  in a emergency situation  like that

I found Mike Gingolaski, owner & operator of Superior Electrical Services from a friend's recommendation. I had a Ring doorbell installed by someone else and it didn't work. I contacted Mike, we set an appointment to have him check it out. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and completed the repair. The transformer and doorbell itself was fried by the incorrect installation. He replaced both the doorbell and transformer and installed a brand new Ring doorbell for a reasonable price and I am thrilled. First to have my Ring working like it should and second, because he showed up, climbed in the attic, had all of the parts needed and rocked it. Then my husband who is a model train enthusiast needed a light fixture setup over his newly constructed table. Mike came out and quoted a great option but it was more than we wished to spend. My husband and Mike discussed several options in the following week and came up with the solution that fit the budget. The large train table was already in place and couldn't be moved, so he hung LED lights on the ceiling on the outside area of the table. He had to work on a ladder doing overhead drilling and such. Mike handled it with ease and in a timely manner for an affordable price. We highly recommend this local business and the owner who is bonded and insured. He's very quick to respond to texts, phone calls, etc. His work area is cleaned up when he's through and he handles himself in a professional yet friendly manner. If you need an electrician, call Mike. He provided outstanding customer and professional service and we will contact him any time we need an electrician.

Just like the average ratings here...5-STAR without question.  Christian is a good guy, good communicator and GOOD EDUCATOR!  He solved an issue with a circuit that stopped working (because of something I did as a homeowner...)  Not only did he fix the issue, he taught me a couple of new techniques for wiring in case I had the same issue with another part of my house in the future.

Christian called the night before to confirm the appointment.  He called prior to the appointment stating he was running a little late...he texted to say he was near the home prior to arrival.  Love the communication alone!

Wish he would have more reviews from people that use him because good people deserve good reviews (especially when it is hard to find good, honest tradesmen sometimes).

Great service. Professional electricians who clearly explained the issue and options. Showed up as planned ready to perform the work. Even came with insurance and license information already packaged and ready to submit to my board. Highly recommended.

We had a tricky job because of our roofline and location on the breaker box on an existing home.  We needed a plug changed to 330v service for a new double oven that was being installed.  Robert came out to evaluate the work needed and explained that it would be tough to give us a firm estimate.  So what he did was give us best case scenario and worse case and let us make the decision.  We appreciated his candor and honesty and authorized them to do the work.  Robert and his helper, were prompt, efficient and tidy.  Best of all he was able to get the job done within the best case scenario.  I highly recommend this company.

I contacted Brian to bid on an electrical job recently. Brian was easy to get a hold of, returned calls promptly, and provided my requested quote and information in a fast and efficient manner.  
While I ended up choosing another contractor for the job due to their proximity to the service location, I would not hesitate in utilizing Brian's services in the future if I have additional electrical contracting needs.
