Established in 2012.
Magnify Electric is a family owned electrical contractor dedicated to providing professional, safe and quality work at a reasonable price. With 15 years of industry experience, our mission was to start an electrical business that served our clients well, empowered our employees, and above all else gave back and served the community that we love. We have been blessed, and it is our hope to be a blessing to others. Magnify Electric was formed in 2012 by James Dougherty, a licensed master electrician with over 15 years experience in the electrical trade as a hands-on field technician and project supervisor. James started Magnify Electric to allow the direct control of quality and leadership in providing excellent service to our customers. James did some work for us in a condo we purchased that that was built in 1973. He updated some wiring, put in electrical switches, installed several GFI etc.

He also installed two chandeliers, one being high up in a two story hallway. He showed up on time, kept a clean work environment, and left the job site in perfect condition.

His price was also very reasonable. I have refereed him and will continue to do so.

They did a great job with my EV charger install. They were quick, honest, fairly priced, and did great work. They installed 2 outlets that required drilling a hole through an exterior wall. The work was done professionally and it looks great.

Couldn't be happier with the professionalism of Tom and his partner. Very fair pricing & honest estimate. They installed four sconces on walls that weren't already wired fir sconces. They were careful not to damage newly painted walls. I will not hesitate to call them again for all our electrical needs. Well done!

Tom finished his previous job early and text if it would be okay to come early. I text back it would. He showed up, went over the issue, troubleshooted it, and left in under an hour. Very competent and thorough. Will definitely use again for any future electrical issues.

These guys are punctual, responsive, knowledgeable, personable, and went the extra mile when, through no fault of their own, I needed them to come out twice after the initial service to fix an issue that came up after they did a perfect job. Highly recommend.
