Very happy with ATEC.  Paul was super personable and didn't mind me watching over his shoulder.  Very experienced: new build, remodel, repair, commercial, inspection, he's done it all.  Paul talked me through everything he was doing and looking at which was very appreciated.  I feel lucky I called them. Had a couple of outlets and an A/C unit go out. Brad was able to come by  right away and after a short time had both the outlets and the A/C working again. Brad was extremely friendly and easy to work with. He even called the A/C repairman scheduled to come out later to let him know the unit was working now. His charge was extremely reasonable and probably saved us a fortune had we called an unscrupulous A/C repairman to look at the unit first.

Called Carl early Monday morning and asked for an afternoon appointment. Was very professional and said he wasn't certain he could make it out but would try. Around 3:30 he showed up, fixed my minor light switch issue and was done in about 20 minutes. Very professional, courteous, and affordable. This was a minor issue but I am certain that if anything major comes up Ace will be the first one I call.

Great service and price - installed a light in the laundry room and power outlet in upstairs room.

Alex did a bang up job in my house. He works very fast and did all of my electric work to code. I had a lot of questions and he took his time to answer them and even teach me some of what he was doing. not to mention he was affordable! I'll use him for all future electric work, my best experience with an electrician in austin.

Had an electrical issue at my home this time. The two techs they sent out were very nice and professional. I approved the work from the quote they emailed me. The techs were on time and did a great thorough job. Totally recommend them for the quality work and the great trustworthy quotes they provide. Their rates are completely comparable to other places here in town the difference is that you can text the owner and get things done, quickly and efficiently! Got a water heater inspection scheduled with them. Jason came over for the initial inspection to check things out. The water heater I had in my house had been unused for years due to the house being vacant before I had bought it. After about 5 minutes of having it on, he found that mineral deposits were burning in the heating element, causing the breaker to short.

Jason said he could come and fix it first thing tomorrow morning, and he wasn't kidding. Luckily I work from home, and I was able to let him into the garage to do his thing. I really appreciated the sense of urgency from him, as no hot water is something I would rather not have lingering...

Within a few hours, Jason installed a brand new water heater and a few extras to help with the longevity of the heater. While the price was a bit high, I knew it was not going to be a cheap fix. The efficiency of Jason made it more than worth it. I can take hot showers now. What a blessing.

Excellent service!!! We called this morning to schedule service. Damian came this afternoon (same day!) and fixed the problem in nothing flat!  We couldn't be happier with Duhon. They will be our first choice next time we need electrical service.

Wow Rick came on time for the appointment for the quote but really didn't want the job because it was a small job and I was going to provide some of the mistrals for the job to lower the cost but his bid was high for 2 circuits to be installed garage 240 Volt . One circuit was 30 amp and the other was going to be 50 amp . Well he showed up a 1.5 week later (first appointment canceled on his behalf ) His attitude was poor and really in a hurry to get a free lunch and instead of 50 amp he said that all I need was a 30 amp to support the mig welder I had right now !! Well what happen if I upgrade to bigger welder in the future ???? So he charged me for 50 amp service and installed wiring and breaker for 30 amps (Thanks for listing to what the customer wants ) I will not call Lightning electric again !!

Quick response, job done correctly, great communication, reasonable rate. They hung Christmas lights for us and they look fabulous.

Their specialty seems to be motors. I went in with a very old exhaust fan motor I needed replaced. They didnt have one exactly like it. So they took a similar one, cut the shaft to size, cut off mounting screws that would have been in the way, gave me a couple of wire connectors cause I said I didn't have Any. All for no extra cost. Can't beat that kind of service.

Startech electric just finished work on my house and I could not be more thrilled with their work and professionalism. If you want something done on time, at the quoted price, with a high level of professionalism, then this is the company to work with.
