Paul responded very quickly to my request - even late on a Saturday night!! He was able to come straight away early on Monday morning. Him and his son were very professional and were able to resolve our problem quickly! Their rates are very very fair and we will definitely be reaching out to Paul for our future electrical work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. I even had a follow up call that was quickly answered. Kelly was quick with the booking and explanation of needed repairs and Charles came in and checked our outlet and replaced as needed. One of the best contractors I've ever worked with. Came out and provided an estimate for my job. Prices were easily as competitive as others. Scheduled a day, they showed up on time, reviewed the work to be done, and got to it. Professional and considerate, they completed everything requested in a timely fashion and made every effort to keep everything as clean as possible. Like they were never there. I would highly recommend anyone needing any electrical work done to give James a call.

Lucky us, our AC went out on the first two hot days of May :( After the AC repairman visited determined the issue was at the breaker, a friend referred me to Brad. I called him at the end of the day, he was able to come the very next morning 8a! Brad and his apprentice arrived a few minutes early and promptly inspected the AC unit which led him quickly to the breaker panel. He identified a bad breaker switch for the AC and replaced it - a simple $10 part and we were good to go! No upsell or fancy talk I've gotten from other various vendors in the past, just quick, simple, honest and professional service! Asked for some ballpark discussion about changing our kitchen and living room with canned lights, he provided recommendation and competitive estimate for the future job. We will absolutely be calling Brad again in the future! Thank you -

Fantastic!!!! Monty came last week to connect a smoke detector that apparently hasn't been connected since we built the house in 1999. He spent the time to actually solve our problem. A wire had been cut and was buried in the insulation. A different company told us the problem wasn't fixable :(  Also, his rate was more than reasonable. We will definitely call Monty for our next electrical issue.

Once again, contacted Carl who gave the best quote out of 3 other reputable competitors.  His son and grandson came over and installed new recessed lighting (8), installed ceiling fan and kitchen light fixture in less than 3 hours!  He was very informative and kept us informed throughout the entire process and when encountered with a potential issue, they had an immediate answer to the problem.  I will certainly use Carl and his son for outside lighting work in the future.

1904 Electric & Solar installed a manual transfer switch for me. The company was competent, explained the process, and did a very professional job. Furthermore, the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend 1904 Electric & Solar and if I need additional electric work, I will go back to them.

Our 4th project with DMC Electric. Even though we have scheduled conflicts at times, he still manages to do a great job. Highly recommend.

Alex did a bang up job in my house. He works very fast and did all of my electric work to code. I had a lot of questions and he took his time to answer them and even teach me some of what he was doing. not to mention he was affordable! I'll use him for all future electric work, my best experience with an electrician in austin.

Allgood installed my generator lockout switch and did so at a reasonable price. They also installed a 240 inlet box for my welder early on and did so without overcharging me.  Would I use them again, yes.

Johnny answered the phone the first time I called. He was able to give me an estimate based on a photo and the details I shared. He scheduled the service within three days. He called before he arrived and was on time. The job turned out to be a little more complicated than we expected but he came up with a solution. He is friendly, professional, and does quality work that I felt like I could trust. I would definitely call him again. Thanks, Johnny!

This electrician came here on a holiday just to make sure we are safe.  He was friendly and he showed us the problems.  He did a great job.  We found him in line and called because he had great reviews.  I am so glad we found him. He is awesome.

I count on Fox Service for AC, heating and plumbing for my home as well as one rental property.  They are always on time, prompt and help me out so much.  Today technician Shawn came out, gave me an estimate to replace a dead water heater and had it all in by 5 p.m.  He was so nice and so amazing.  This review is totally unsolicited.  I just needed to send him a huge shout out.

I'm not sure what happened since my first review, but my opinion of this business has totally changed. It seems like they have too much business and not enough staff to handle the workload.

The owner, Mr. Duhon, personally came out to give me an estimate. He didn't write anything down so I wondered how he was going to remember everything in order to give me an accurate estimate of the work to be done. I was expecting to receive the estimate either that night or the next day. A few days went by and then a week and still nothing. I sent him a message asking for the estimate since I had already contacted another electrician for an estimate as well. Mr. Duhon advised me that he would have the estimate for me by the next day. Well, that was about two weeks ago and I never received it. What a waste of my time. Needless to say, I went with Max Electric for my several thousand dollars' worth of electrical work.

This company has no clue what they are doing. Dealing with the owner seems to be more of a challenge also (Rick). They do not seem to want to honor their work from hanging light fixtures to outlets. They like to charge for simple things rather than honoring their work. Don't worry though estimates are FREE!!

Great work, excellent communication (before, during, and after work), attentive, clean, and fair-priced. They installed floodlights and ran a dimmer switch for me and I'll surely utilize their service in the future.

Dropped off a small meat slicer to test the electro-motor. Took a week to test and charged $113 just to test the motor. The whole slicer costs $350. Never advised there is a fee or the amount for testing. Motor was good, relay was bad, they did not have the relay. DISSAPPOINTED! and needless to say not going back, nor will recommend them.

Had these guys out to install 2 220 outlets for a new machine I purchased. Didn't quote me but, I asked one of the guys less than 30 mins of completion and he said around $350 and I told him that someone else was legit for it, when it was time to pay, the cost jumped to $520.

Be warned, get a true hard quote from these guys, and also make sure you have a trash can or they'll just throw their trash on the floor or in any container that resembles a trash can.

WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.....

He may not be a human calculator, but I work hard for what I have and this company took me for a fool and charged me $170 more than what they should've!
