I highly recommend Paul. He was prompt and professional and more importantly, he was able to troubleshoot and diagnose a problem where others had failed. We had a bad GFCI circuit with a lost connection somewhere in the house that nobody else had been able to find. He was able to track it down and get us fixed up. Thanks Paul!

Great work done by these guys. They quickly scheduled me and offered a realistic estimate. Once they got here they quickly (less than a minute) found the issue and corrected it even after another contractor had assured me there was a greater problem taking place. My issue is fully resolved and I am totally satisfied with the work.

Lucky us, our AC went out on the first two hot days of May :( After the AC repairman visited determined the issue was at the breaker, a friend referred me to Brad. I called him at the end of the day, he was able to come the very next morning 8a! Brad and his apprentice arrived a few minutes early and promptly inspected the AC unit which led him quickly to the breaker panel. He identified a bad breaker switch for the AC and replaced it - a simple $10 part and we were good to go! No upsell or fancy talk I've gotten from other various vendors in the past, just quick, simple, honest and professional service! Asked for some ballpark discussion about changing our kitchen and living room with canned lights, he provided recommendation and competitive estimate for the future job. We will absolutely be calling Brad again in the future! Thank you -

Fantastic!!!! Monty came last week to connect a smoke detector that apparently hasn't been connected since we built the house in 1999. He spent the time to actually solve our problem. A wire had been cut and was buried in the insulation. A different company told us the problem wasn't fixable :(  Also, his rate was more than reasonable. We will definitely call Monty for our next electrical issue.

Carl does a great job and takes his time to do it. Had him replace an outdoor breaker for a furnace and give some pointers on a few upcoming projects. He is courteous, returns calls, and communicates well.

My husband and I had a great experience with Bob. I called him regarding a faulty GFCI outlet. He came out the same day and replaced the outlet. We could not figure out who to call to look at our electric fireplace, so we asked him to take a look at it. He threw in some extra work and got it going for us! Very nice guy and a fair price.

Extremely knowledgeable and very reliable. They fixed a problem with my outdoor lighting that 2 other electricians weren't able to fix. Changed out my smoke detectors and waiting to make sure there was no chirping before they left. I was very happy with Allgood and would definitely recommend.

Their rates are completely comparable to other places here in town the difference is that you can text the owner and get things done, quickly and efficiently! My 18-year-old HVAC system died last Wednesday. Fox had been fixing it piecemeal over the last 4 years and, I being a 77-year-old senior, needed that cooling. Fox dispatched Darren, who offered to do another piecemeal fix or replace the system. I was given the option and chose to replace it. The only problem was that they couldn't do the install until Saturday. Darren contacted Cary and together they came up with a plan to keep me cool until Sat. To my mind, that is superior customer service. But, I have always enjoyed great service from Fox. I always subscribe to their annual inspection plan which helps me keep the system running at its best and offers a discount. The two installers, Bryant and Juan were friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and efficient, completing the job in about 5 hours. They would be welcome here anytime. I am very pleased with the whole experience, and highly recommend Fox and their entire team. Mariah, the admin lady whom I contacted was, likewise, cheerful, considerate, and kind. A real asset to the Fox service organization. I make this recommendation freely, without fear or favor.

Poor communication and follow up.
I had to chase them for a quote and follow up again and again. Perhaps business is so good that service doesn't matter. Big thumbs down!!!
If you have a small project, find someone who cares. They want to present themselves as the local Austin guy- sorry that isn't this company. Move on

This company has no clue what they are doing. Dealing with the owner seems to be more of a challenge also (Rick). They do not seem to want to honor their work from hanging light fixtures to outlets. They like to charge for simple things rather than honoring their work. Don't worry though estimates are FREE!!

Outstanding!  The guys (Josh and Eric) are the best!  We've had them out at our newly built home to do some additional electrical and add some plugs for my outdoor frig, for my TV on the wall and much more.  They've done a great job, we had them come back to do other electrical things.  I really didn't want my husband to continue getting shocked by live wires  anymore.  Over the years we've tried to find reputable electricians - none of them were consistent or did half as good of a job like Josh and Eric!  They know there stuff very well and explain everything!  I highly recommend this team!

Dropped off a small meat slicer to test the electro-motor. Took a week to test and charged $113 just to test the motor. The whole slicer costs $350. Never advised there is a fee or the amount for testing. Motor was good, relay was bad, they did not have the relay. DISSAPPOINTED! and needless to say not going back, nor will recommend them.

These guys were AWESOME!  Fast, efficient, and fairly priced.  My husband is a Project Manager for a General Contractor, so when it comes to companies like this he is insanely picky. We've already had them out to our house twice and will not hesitate to have them back should the need arise.  Thanks again, Startech!!
