Paul is very professional and knowledgeable with what he is doing. First visit he fixed a lot of the wiring around the house. I then needed my landscaping lights to work since they were not working when I bought the house. Paul came in, was able to determine the root cause within a matter of minutes. Ordered some parts and was back the following week. Now my home looks all nice and pretty at night. While he was here. I pointed out one of my ceiling fans that was newly installed a couple of months ago. It suddenly stopped working properly months went by and it wouldn't spin in multiple speeds. It will only stay in one slow speed. He took the ceiling fan apart and was able to find the problem. The previous electrician didn't wired it the correct way and Paul was able to get it back to work as it should. I highly recommend Paul for any electrical need.

I was looking for an electrician to come fix an outlet that had stopped working for the above the range microwave. Apparently the breaker kept flipping and to my surprise I had a second breaker box outside. It was a quick fix to resolve the issue. Electrician warned that it might happen again and if so we would need to replace the breaker. Sure enough it did. We attempted to watch a YouTube video and do it ourselves, but quickly backed out and called M-1 to come back out a second time. They had it replaced in no time. They were professional and easy to do business with. I'll definitely be using them again when I have future electrical needs.

Cox Electric has installed additional outlets and switches in my kitchen so that I could add under cabinet mounted lighting. They also added everything that was needed for me to mount a light over my sink. Their work was extremely well done and I could not be more pleased.

I originally found them when Suddenlink told me it was not possible to put a cable outlet on a wall on my second story master bedroom. Cox came out and had it done in 15 minutes - NO JOKE!!

Their pricing is extremely affordable and competative. I've had both James and Doug do work at my house and they were both professional, courteous and did great work.

Lucky us, our AC went out on the first two hot days of May :( After the AC repairman visited determined the issue was at the breaker, a friend referred me to Brad. I called him at the end of the day, he was able to come the very next morning 8a! Brad and his apprentice arrived a few minutes early and promptly inspected the AC unit which led him quickly to the breaker panel. He identified a bad breaker switch for the AC and replaced it - a simple $10 part and we were good to go! No upsell or fancy talk I've gotten from other various vendors in the past, just quick, simple, honest and professional service! Asked for some ballpark discussion about changing our kitchen and living room with canned lights, he provided recommendation and competitive estimate for the future job. We will absolutely be calling Brad again in the future! Thank you -

This business is absolutely one of the most genuine and pleasant ones I've hired. They hung two outdoor fans and replace three outdoor wall lamps in front with some I had ordered online . It's veteran run and the prices are extremely competitive. They do great work but most importantly they show up on time and don't make excuses like other companies I've worked with . Mr. Stolle is fabulous.  I had just moved into a new home and had numerous things I wanted and needed done.  He came at the time agreed upon, followed up with questions about each job I needed done and even agreed to take on two other jobs for me.  He was here all day and took down 4 fixtures and replaced them with ceiling fans.  He installed a new motion detector, changed out the cord of my dryer, and fixed my electrical panel that had not been installed properly which was pointed out by the home inspector.  He got all of this done and charged me fairly.  I will definitely use him again.

Our house was too dark. Allgood solved the problem by replacing existing can lights with LED cans and adding additional ones. They also added controls for our ceiling fans. They arrived as scheduled, worked diligently and were professional throughout. We are thrilled with the final product and have already arranged for additional work to be done. First I don't know anything about a/c units, what the parts are called or what they do. I just want to turn the a/c on and for it to work. I

Our fist visit to fix the a/c the guy used foul language and tracked mud in my house. Oh all he did was charge me $600.00 and it still was not fixed. He just did a temp job, because while I'm not sure..  Then the second visit was even better. We had a 8 o'clock meeting, they showed up at 9. They left hand prints and damaged the wood by the unit. I was also told that we should avoid doing anything in the backyard because that is where the unit is. Really ????  Guess the backyards are not for the kids.

Then they charged my debit card and then my AMX for the same charge. When I called my rep, all I got was a voicemail. Then when I questioned the double charge I was told oh we charged it by mistake, but would not help me getting my money back. They then decided they were done.  I am still trying to get my money back, and if you like me, I need every penny I make. And this mistake  has costed me money and time.   Really Fox Service..... Not rock stars more like scam stars.......  ;( I guess I should hope the fixes were done right. The tech was on the phone with his boss asking how do I do this more then he was off.

Excellent service!!! We called this morning to schedule service. Damian came this afternoon (same day!) and fixed the problem in nothing flat!  We couldn't be happier with Duhon. They will be our first choice next time we need electrical service.

I have worked with Krista, Rick and Howard on multiple occasions.  On separate occasions, they installed a generator hookup/transfer switch on my house, moved buried electrical and have come out to fix warrantee work (same day!).  I really like working with these guys and they do good work for a fair price.

I work for an AC company and was in dire need of a certain evap motor I couldn't find anywhere and Charlie helped me out immensely! He was very knowledgeable, quick, and they had exactly what I needed. I had an outdoor lighting issue...basically they quit working.  I googled electricians and found Startech Electric. They came out the next day and let me know it was a minor issue.  They fixed it for a very reasonable fee.  I would highly recommend them.
