ATEC did an amazing job! We asked them to replace several light fixtures inside and out and they were not only on time, they arrived early. I found them to be very professional and competitively priced. The quality of the work was top-notch and Paul is what I would call a straight shooter. I would recommend Paul without hesitation and plan to contact him for all our electrical needs in the future.

I called three different electricians and couldn't get a hold of anyone. When I called Edge, I was connected with Kelly. After I explained the problem I was having, Kelly quickly identified the issue and walked me through how to fix it myself, no appointment necessary. I was looking for an electrician to come fix an outlet that had stopped working for the above the range microwave. Apparently the breaker kept flipping and to my surprise I had a second breaker box outside. It was a quick fix to resolve the issue. Electrician warned that it might happen again and if so we would need to replace the breaker. Sure enough it did. We attempted to watch a YouTube video and do it ourselves, but quickly backed out and called M-1 to come back out a second time. They had it replaced in no time. They were professional and easy to do business with. I'll definitely be using them again when I have future electrical needs.

We had a power outage at our business recently and we found Brad online.  It was early in the morning and he was the only electrician we could find that answered the phone.  He was out within 20 minutes and determined the issues within a few minutes.  Without his help we would have been down longer.  We have been needing an electrician for some time and after this quick response I think we have found one.  Brad was very professional and nice to work with.  He charged us what I thought was very fair and honest.

I have had the pleasure of using this company twice now and I can say they are fantastic!!!!  Monte was very quick to come to my rescue and fix my issue not once but twice and both times neither were his problem!!!  I would highly recommend him and his company.

We just had Carl's team come out to our house to install two bathroom exhaust fans. They were incredibly helpful, on time and pleasant to work with. They were able to squeeze in an additional ask from us as well as answered all of my questions. I cannot recommend this company enough and love knowing a good electrician to refer my friends and family to and use again in the future!

We recently moved to San Antonio from Chicago- we have had a TERRIBLE time with getting help with our projects around the house.  Electricians were the worst at showing up!  Thank goodness for Allgood!  From the moment I first called in and spoke with Troy, I knew I could depend on this company!!  Very professional and on time!  Our electrician, Jose, was extremely professional and helpful.  He got our job done right!  They are not the lowest cost in town, but they are also definitely not the highest.  I believe charge was very fair and cost was worth it to have piece of mind that the job was done in a timely manner and it was done correctly.  Thank you Allgood- your reliability is greatly appreciated!!!

Twice I have used these guys.  Spoke to Johnny explained my problem. My Ring door bell video not workin.  Spent hours with Ring.  They told me to replace my transformer which I did not know existed.  After weeks of speaking to handy man guys who told me it was a two hour job I called Cedar  park electric.  Johnny gave me an appointment the next day.  David came over and replaced my door chime and transformer .  One hour.  It all works perfect.  Ring connected by itself.  Now I have a door bell with video again.  Feel really happy.  Thank you Cedar Park Electric.

What a great company! We needed electric installed on a large garage we built at our home, and chose this company because of their website; how professional it was, their emphasis on excellent work that is not farmed out to other people , not to mention their emphasis on family values. True, a company can say anything and end up being horrible, but in this case, we are so happy we chose them for this project. Owner Josh inspired confidence by arriving when he said he would, communicating along the way, and ensuring we were on the same page with our expectations. His employees showed up on time both mornings of the project and never stopped working until quitting time. They were quick, thorough, detail oriented, super nice and helpful. Pricing was fair, and when you factor in not having a single glitch and not having to micromanage the work, it's almost a bargain. We would use this company for any future electrical project and refer them to anyone needing electrical work.

I have been using Fox for air conditioning and plumbing repairs since 1994. They show up on time, the people they send are knowledegable, informative, polite and efficient. On 11-10-15 you sent Shawn Dunlap, who repaired the broken copper pipe and replaced the outside hose bib. Mr. Dunlap explained what he was going to do and why and completed the job in a timely manner. I have referred friends and neighbors to Fox with confidence and they have confirmed my expectations for quality work.

Poor communication and follow up.
I had to chase them for a quote and follow up again and again. Perhaps business is so good that service doesn't matter. Big thumbs down!!!
If you have a small project, find someone who cares. They want to present themselves as the local Austin guy- sorry that isn't this company. Move on

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Every job I have done with them (3 total) has been top notch. First job I did I got three different quotes, their prices were competitive and they took the extra effort to suggest an even better way to do the work and improve upon my vision. Always professional, show up on time, respectful of my property. On jobs 2 and 3 I didn't even get multiple quotes because they do such a great job of being honest with their work and the costs involved. Example: on my 3rd job most recently, Rick suggested a different style of wiring and a way to consolidate my needs which resulted in me saving $2,000. I ended up with a better setup and it saved me money while I still got top quality work. I'm not saying they will always be lowest cost, remember you get what you pay for, I'm saying they will help you get more bang for your buck by being extremely knowledgeable. Call them.

Guys did an amazing job installing our 5 fans. Ran into a hiccup due to our switch upstairs but were able to run to Home Depot and solve super quickly! Great work and we are very satisfied!!!

Needed a simple part for a fan motor and I guess the guy was having a bad day or he's always a jerk because I was very passive aggressively insulted. I figured you didn't know what you were doing was his second line.  I just had to check my notes on the part number is all. So not only will I not be back but I won't allow any of my employees to be back.  I'll agree somebody doesn't know what they are doing.

I wanted to give a shout-out to StarTech Electric. A few days ago I used Startech to add a 60amp breaker box in preparation for some new pool equipment. They had previously given me an estimate for the work (no charge for the estimate). It was a pricey job as expected, but when they actually got into the garage attic to begin the work, they discovered untapped electrical resources. Bottom line, they did a great job (thanks Ian and Trevor) and charged me considerably less than I was originally quoted due to decreased labor and materials. That is honesty!
