Needed an electrician to install a Tesla Wall Charger. Edge Electric provided a quick and fair estimate. Great work. Would recommend.

Let me start by saying Manny knows what he is doing, very reasonable  pricing (price to win business) and professional in all aspects.
I was looking for someone to install a charging point for EV and did not know where to begin. Stumble upon Yelp and requested a quote. Didn't realize that the request went to at least 8 companies (kudos to Yelp for this feature!). Received quote ranging from 200-2000. You guess it right; Manny came back with the lowest quote and offer a no-fee-onsite-estimate. Came out on time as promised and he had my business in less than 15 min. Took ~2 hours to install a new point and cleaned the garage after work. New point works!  I'm a happy customer. He will be my go-to person for any electrical work in future.

On time and provided quality work.  My only issue is the service call rate of $149... My fault.  I should have asked when I called.  Overall, good experience.

Had a couple of outlets and an A/C unit go out. Brad was able to come by  right away and after a short time had both the outlets and the A/C working again. Brad was extremely friendly and easy to work with. He even called the A/C repairman scheduled to come out later to let him know the unit was working now. His charge was extremely reasonable and probably saved us a fortune had we called an unscrupulous A/C repairman to look at the unit first.

We needed some major electrical work done to our house that had been vacant for a while and was wired incorrectly.  We found Monte's company, Greenbolt Electric on the internet and he came by quickly and gave us an honest assessment of the work that needed to be done.  He completed all of the work correctly, promptly and up to code.  It was no small task and everything is working great!  
Being a contractor myself, I am very picky about how any work is done and how a company does business, Greenbolt Electric did not disappoint.  I will definitely use them for any future electrical work I need done and I would and will recommend him to anyone!  Plus...he's just a really nice guy :)

The ace team did a fantastic job installing two pendants over our kitchen island. They showed up on time and got the job done much quicker than I was expecting. The team at ace are true professionals who know their craft well. Highly recommend and will be calling them again for any electric work.

What a find! We were nervous to seek out an electrician for a quirky circuit that kept tripping in our house.  Took a chance and called Bob Stolle - we were not disappointed! Bob knows his stuff and took the time to explain the situation and offer options.  Turns out our circuit just needed to be replaced and it hasn't tripped again since. I learned a lot about how our house is wired and code requirements from him.  We will definitely use his services again!

Arrived earlier than scheduled time and completed work as discussed. Great to work with!

We bought a new house not too long ago and wanted to make a few updates to it before moving in. Alex was referred to us and I'm so glad he was part of our updates! He came in, listened to what we wanted, then gave us amazing advice on how to accomplish our ideas! His pricing is fair, he gets things finished fast, and he's just an all-around pleasant guy to work with (which isn't a requirement but is nice to have!). He offered his thoughts when asked and his advice was always on point. I couldn't be happier with how things turned out! I will definitely be calling Ameritech Electric for any additional projects in the future we have!

Fantastic response time and quality work!  I had a return phone call within the hour of my first call and an appointment for an estimate within 2 days!  The electrician arrived promptly for the estimate, which we felt was reasonable enough that I didn't bother getting any other quotes.  He and his assistant also arrived  promptly for our installation appointment and the work was done neatly and completed in a timely manner.  They provided helpful suggestions related to the job, and even gave us a referral for Richardson's Lighting, who offered us a discounted price on all light fixtures we purchased.  We were extremely pleased and would not hesitate to call Allgood again.  What a different experience we had with them vs. the experience we had with their competitor.  That company wasted a month of our time and wouldn't even return our phone calls so the opportunity to work with Allgood, a company who actually believes in customer service, was a rare find these days.  We had a great experience with Allgood and highly recommend them.

Had Johnny and his partner at my house today to do copper pigtails on my aluminum wiring. Guys did an outstanding job, worked clean a efficient, backed all their work up, and were friendly. Glad to finally have my go to electrician after several tries. Highly recommended.

Wanted to take a minute and give a shout out to this hometown company! You will not be disappointed in the responsiveness of this company or their work. Their rates are completely comparable to other places here in town the difference is that you can text the owner and get things done, quickly and efficiently! We have used them twice for jobs at our business and plan to use them soon for some work at our home. Consider Josh Pucek if you want to shop local and be pleased with your end product!

We have a home warranty company service contract, that wasn't doing the job to fix our plumbing repair.  After two visits, they still didn't replace the stop angles in the upstairs bathroom.   Then, our downstairs powder room started leaking water.  So, seeing all the great reviews on Fox, I decided they'd be worth the price.  But, nope.

Fox service guy #1 was nice, timely, professional.  However, he didn't seem to know the problem with the downstairs bathroom.  He ended up searching the house to find other problems that he could charge me to fix, HVAC in the attic, upstairs bathroom, etc.  He would've charged about $365 to fix the upstairs stop angles.  So, I decided to call our home warranty company for a third time for that.

Fox service guy #1 finally said downstairs problem was due to plastic pipe inside of the pipe was too high, and cut it down, but, did so crooked. $73. for service call and free repair.

After FSG #1 left, the toilet started running.  So, we called Fox out again.  Fox Service Guy #2 wanted to replace the guts of the toilet for $175.00.  He did a huge sales song and dance, trying to even charge us more to put in a whole new toilet, wanted to charge us another service call fee, etc.  

Then, he finally said, my manager will kill me for saying this, but, you can buy a rubber flap for $10. at Home Depot, which should fix the problem.  It's actually less than $10.00 at Home Depot.

We called our home warranty company back.  This time, they assigned M1 to the job.  For the same $65., no new charge, M1 worked to fix both bathrooms.  They replaced the 5 stop angles, and put in a new flap in the downstairs bathroom.  

The problem though is that the downstairs toilet still runs and leaks.  So, we're calling M1 out again.

Long story short, I guess every place, depends on the individual contractor who comes out.  Fox probably has great service people.  But, it seems like they're also trained to do a lot of up selling and are expensive.  If they were able to diagnose and fix the problem, it would have been worth it to us.  However, they didn't seem to know the problem either.  Although, they were very polite, and timely.

Update to my previous review.

After my initial difficulty in connecting with Duhon was sorted out, we set a firm date to get things done. Their crew of three showed up at 9:00 AM and were through with everything before noon. I have lights at my side door for the first time in ten years, I have a place to plug in the electric mower and power tools that's outside the house, and my bathroom has an electric outlet for the first time in its life. The crew cleaned up after themselves well, so I didn't have to spend an hour sweeping and vacuuming debris. The final invoice hasn't arrived yet, but the prices given in the estimate were fair enough.

I'm still holding back a star because of the initial communications thing, but I'm well pleased in the end and I'd use Duhon again.

Called to make appointment as several of our sockets weren't working.  I tried all suggestions online to fix myself to no avail.  Instead of Lightning Electrical coming to the house, they spent 15 minutes on the phone having us troubleshoot, and their suggestions worked!  This saved us money.  I appreciate them very much and will now call them when I have another electrical issue.  Thanks very much!

Late Friday night, our home A/C stops cooling. Outside condenser unit not working.

A bit of investigation leads to a bad capacitor. Not difficult to replace oneself if done carefully. However...

Every A/C company I could find open on Saturday morning told me they would not sell me the inexpensive part. Said I had to pay for service call and installation, who knows when on one of the hottest weekends of the year.

A/C repair is an utter racket - I get the restrictions on refrigerant, it's a chemical - but a simple mechanical part, of which you have hundreds in stock? Give me a break.

Took the part to Hamilton, they had a perfect replacement at a reasonable price. If anyone else finds themselves in need of this common repair and part, go to Hamilton Electric Works before you pay the A/C extortion fees.

These guys are like finding a great friend.  They are courteous, responsive and devoted to doing the job right.  My wife and I had the guys come over when we bought our foreclosure deal and needed some projects done immediately.  They were affordable, polite and just all around nice and friendly.  I highly recommend them and wish more folks would review them and post here because they deserve 5 stars all the time.
