Our first experience with Russ was the water pressure regulator leaking the day before leaving on vacation two years ago. Russ and his son bailed us our so we could leave on time.  Since then Russ has just finished a second gas line for fireplace inserts.  The communication, efficiency, and quality of work were top notch.  We will be calling Top Hat for our future needs because of the honesty and pride in workmanship.

We're installing a wall mounted toilet and washlet and were told by the fixture store we purchased from the hose and electrical connection could be hidden.  Our contractor could not figure it out.  We could not figure it out. I called toto and Gaberit and they said yes, it can be done, your contractor should be able to do it.  

I called expert plumbing (I used them before and had great experience). They spent aHOURS researching and figured out that it could only be done with a SPECIFIC bowl and a SPECIFIC model of washlet, something the Santa Cruz retailer, online retailers, toto and Gebriet did not know or mention.

I decided not to change the items I had already purchased, and expert plumbers did not want to charge me for their time.

They've done great work when I did pay them (water heater install and maintenance issues) and went over a beyond when I did't purchase the service.

Absolutely rude! We have a plumbing emergency and called. He came and assessed the situation. We told him that since it's an older home we didn't have a clean out or vents on the roof. The last plumber just removed the toilet to get to the clog. He just didn't want to remove the toilet, he told us he wanted to fix our clean out situation. It's a plumbing emergency! We have a large family and a baby, so not being able to use water is not an option. We were willing to pay his high quote just to get the job done, but he refused when we didn't go with his idea. He wasted our time when we could have just called someone else. Do not do business with this company, there are better 24/7 plumbing services. In fact, we're using one now.

Victor very reliable and keep his promise. Glad to have him clean our drain. Our drain was greased up pretty bad. He came our first time, it worked well but after three weeks it gapped again. He came out the same day I called him and cleaned our drain at no charge as he said his warranty for one month.

(We had great success in the past with this Yelp service to find a local and qualified fireplace inspection and cleaning.  Letts Plumbing immediately got back to us. The beauty of their response was they actually understood our need, were exact in their quote, and were able to come to us within a couple of hours of contact. They got in touch by phone, no fussing, but direct. The tech was able to determine the cause and fixed it right away. The certified professionals were friendly, and great at their craft. Rates were very reasonable. Now that we've found Letts Plumbing, a family and locally owned business, they will be our first call for all our plumbing needs. The thoughts and words they share about the community in their business profile are heartfelt.

Like a good neighbor, I was helping someone in my court with her tenant. They called the city and she had 5 days to complete the work. I desperately went to Yelp and submitted a quote and Mr. Reliable Plumbing & Heating called me within 15 minutes of requesting the quote. They quickly scheduled Bruce and within an hour he was at the property to inspect the work.

Bruce was honest and told us the leaks were minor and assured us he could complete all the work within 2 days. He regrouted the tub, fixed a broken valve, and repaired a leaky sink. They filed the needed permits if needed with the City. After the repairs were completed the tenant damaged them. Bruce went out again at no cost to ensure the repairs were completed before the City inspection.

They charged us $60 to inspect the repairs but overall they were competitive with the market and quick and efficient. Leaks are stressful, but they don't have to be with the right help.

For the individual homeowner, this is a wonderful outfit to take care of your plumbing problems, upgrades and remodels.  We've lived in our Cupertino home for nearly 40 years and had used Monta Vista Plumbing until the owner retired and closed the business.  For years we searched for a good neighborhood service.  Recently, our main water line sprung a leak and we needed something more than a drain unclogged.  We contacted Tom's on the recommendation of a friend.  We were so pleased with the service and price they provided in running a new main line to the house that we immediately asked them to repair a number of other irksome plumbing problems.  They are now our go-to plumbing service.

I have never had a bad experience with their team. Matt came out today and took his time ensuring there wasn't an easier way to fix the problem. He spent extra time checking his work and when we determined the leak could not be fixed without further work he did a great job replacing our washer valves.
They are courteous, fair and go above and beyond to ensure their work is done well.
In addition to this with all that they have done for my home I've never had to call them back to fix anything they have done.

Wasn't getting enough power to my nest thermostat, so the heating wasn't working. Called IRBIS, and Francisco came home same day, diagnosed the problem, and came next day with the part, and fixed the problem. Very satisfied with the service, highly recommend the company and Francisco!!!

Hector was great!! Our home's kitchen sink suddenly clogged and we couldn't even do laundry during that time because water would gush out of the sink's drain. I called during late evening and MTZ Plumbing was very responsive to help arrange a time to fix our drain asap the next day. Hector was also on time and very detailed on explaining what service needs to be done in order to fix our problem. The price was reasonable since we needed replacements in the end and everything was fixed and working perfectly in less 2 hours upon his arrival. We had an emergency situation when the local water department showed up unexpectedly and informed us that we had a leak out at the meter box (our problem, not theirs- isn't that always what they say?). Sure enough, water was pouring out into the street. After turning the water off, we were stuck with trying to find an emergency plumber to fix the mess. Three phone calls later, we found Garrison Plumbing, and Byron and Enrique showed up. They fixed the valve quickly and efficiently, and were totally professional. Would definitely recommend them!
