Top Hat was prompt in returning my call, came out the same day, provided a quote, did the work cleanly and efficiently.  Very pleased with the whole experience and I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.  Top notch guys!

I called Talal based on a recommendation from a friend. I am a new homeowner and my tenant's sink was leaking, so I really wanted a quality plumber who would be honest with me. That's what I got! He showed me where the problems were, explained options, and stayed within his estimate. He showed up on time despite my remote location, and was respectful of my tenant's space. The job looks beautiful, and there are no more leaks. Talal is a kindly, honest, energetic person (who is also an EMT); I will call him again! (But hopefully not too soon.) Thanks Talal! :)

Placed a call about my bathroom backing up, and after the call going to VM I quickly received a call back.  I told him what was going on and was told someone would be out in 45 mins.  Around 30 mins later a person strolls up to the door, doesn't knock, ring the bell or say hi.  I wouldn't have known he was even there if I hadn't been in the living room.
I show him to the loo and a second person walks up and I show him back too.  They stand there five seconds then ask if I own or rent, and if the owner approves of his being there.  Once he learns I'm renting he starts saying that our pipes are connected to our neighbors' line and says that it's gonna be a big job, there's no clean out accessible and he needs to look at my neighbors' lines.  Mind you, they haven't even looked at the sink, toilet or the shower;  I then tell them that my neighbor isn't home but if you want to go to her side of the duplex, fine.  
They return after one minute, and he tells me they talked to my neighbor.  She wasn't even home, so who the hell did he talk to?!  
Then he says it's gonna be a huge job that'll need permits and they'll have to dig up concrete blah blah blah.  I said nope, thanks anyways.
The only good thing about this guy is that they came quick and I didn't get charged for the nothing they did.

Pro Roto is the best plumbing company I've ever dealt with. They were able to come out same day, we're on time and got the job done right. We had a toilet backing up into the shower and bath. They clogged the drain and after they were done, cleaned the shower, tub and toilet! I've never seen a company do that before. I've always been the one cleaning up. What's not to like?

Had a problem with our drainage system. It had failed due to a faulty repair by another plumbing company done years earlier. Called a number of plumbers who could not do the work but they all recommended Letts. They were right with their recommendation. Letts did a great job. Adam and his helper Mikey came out and evaluated the situation. The anticipated work was larger then expected and would take a day and a half to finish. This was a half day longer than expected and the work would have to be rescheduled because of the additional effort. We were very disappointed but authorized the work to start that day. Adam need additional supplies and left to get them. Upon his return he said he thought he could reduce the work by taking a different approach. He was able to make the complete repair that afternoon. Adam and his helper were excellent and did the job in less time and less money. Would highly recommend Letts.

I would recommend this plumbing  company to everyone that needs plumbing work done from the smallest job to the largest job. They were quick to respond to me and Tony the plumber was cordial and informed me step by step on everything that he was doing. Great job Tony!

For the individual homeowner, this is a wonderful outfit to take care of your plumbing problems, upgrades and remodels.  We've lived in our Cupertino home for nearly 40 years and had used Monta Vista Plumbing until the owner retired and closed the business.  For years we searched for a good neighborhood service.  Recently, our main water line sprung a leak and we needed something more than a drain unclogged.  We contacted Tom's on the recommendation of a friend.  We were so pleased with the service and price they provided in running a new main line to the house that we immediately asked them to repair a number of other irksome plumbing problems.  They are now our go-to plumbing service.

Joksan did a variety of repairs for me, some of which were difficult to figure out and solve:
- found issues regarding the discharge for a tankless water heater
- service and flush out tankless
- fix clog issues in shower and sink
- replace several valves

His price was reasonable, he was reliable, did an excellent job, and kept his word.  He is a skilled plumber - knowledgeable and smart. I will be using him for all my plumbing needs.

Today, after doing significant research, I chose this great company to install a new water heater. I've used their services 2 other times to deal with toilet issues and their service and excellent work has been spot on all 3 times.

Today Rob did the work and, besides being a great guy, he is knowledgeable, efficient, great at his job, and fast. On top of that, he was helpful (moved a couple things for me and rolled up my garden hose), explained things very well, cleaned up afterwards and generally made getting a new water heater actually a pleasant experience!

Also, kudos to the business owner, Phil. He was willing to work with me resulting in a win/win for us both. Not only did I get a very fair price, the job was started within minutes of us coming to an agreement so that his employee was utilized and I got what I needed early in the day.

The bottom line is, if you want excellent work done by a dependable company at a fair price along with peace of mind, hire Barnett Plumbing. (No, I don't work in advertising, I'm just really happy with these guys!)

Legit.  Mark and his guy came over to fix 5 problems including a clogged dishwasher port, couple of slow drains, a leaky faucet stem, and a shower pressure balancing valve problem.

They were on time.  They got straight to the point.

The great thing is that they thought they needed two parts (1 for shower and 1 for faucet), they were able to diagnose and fix it without having to replace the part.  Score.

They were both super courteous and local SJ folks - they are invested in their company and do not want to risk it due to bad reviews.

Great job and will be hiring them to install a whole house filter (which Mark gave me some really good advice and consulting on which system to go with, what to look for, and good brands to check out.)

My heater went out on New Year's Day but they were still responsive and at my house by the next morning! Fixed the issue quickly and thoroughly and charged a very reasonable rate.

We saw some water on our kitchen counter dripping through the cabinets. Suspected it was a leak from the bathroom above. MTZ Plumbing responded immediately to our ask for a quote and sent out a technician for free! The technician said they could not service the request since we had cabinets and there is no access to the pipes. He was kind enough to recommend someone else who could help us and also checked our neighbors home to make sure there aren't any leaks there. I really appreciate their promptness and honestly.

Very responsive and trust worthy . He completed 4-5 tasks of replacing doors and draperies .

Matt did an outstanding job of installing a kitchen sink for us. We originally called for help connecting the pipes & my husband was going to install the sink but happily Matt did the whole thing for an reasonable price. It took a little longer than anticipated but he did not cut corners and we are very pleased with the results. Highly recommend him & his company.

Great response time.  I needed help on a Sunday with hot water line break.  Garrison and Team found the break and repaired the copper piping very quickly.  Saved my Sunday!

Andrew came to the rescue on a hot day he repaired my AC. I truly appreciate his transparency. He was the only one out of five vendors that told me upfront the cost of Freon and his fee. My repair request was incorrect. With that said he figured out the issue and charged me a fair price. If you want someone trustworthy with experience, I highly recommend AY EMP. Great customer service and response. We had a leak in the garage - old PVC pipe which provided irrigation on the outside (which is critical to some plantings we have on the west side yard). Called on Saturday and they came out on Sunday.  Chris G scoped out the situation and gave us a very reasonable quote within 2 days. We wanted to convert the pipe to copper. We scheduled the repair/replacement, and Chris G, again (one of their master plumbers) did an excellent job. Knowledgeable and happy to share all information we needed to know. I'll definitely call them for plumbing help in the future!

Not sure where all the intense one star reviews on the same day are coming from. I use them for the restaurant I work at and they do well. Seems fishy.

Had a valve break on our toilet which needed a special part. Initial tech that came out wasn't very helpful but Sean searched local vendors to find the special order piece and ran it over to us before service. We have a small space with high-volume (400+ people per day) and only two restrooms so having one out of use is not an option. Communication was quick and easy and they were able to get it done before it became a larger issue. What more can you ask?
