After multiple phone messages back and forth, Russ and I got to schedule a time that was convenient for me. Although he ran a few minutes late, which was ok with me, he kindly called me ahead of time and let me know he was running late. You can't blame a plumber running late cause he never really knows the difficulties and problems associated with customers plumbing projects. Nonetheless, Russ showed up, friendly and courteous, and after describing and showing him my issue, he offered a very in-expensive and quick solution. He gave me a quote right there on the spot and thirty minutes later, my problem was fixed. I was so worried I was going to have to rip out my whole fiberglass shower costing at least 10K. But Russ help me solve that problem with an alternative solution!

We have a very complicated central home heating system which is tied in with our hot water heater.  Basically, the hot water heater heats the coils in our central heating system in the house.  Sounds neat, ha?  Nope, it's not.  When the hot water heater goes out so does the house heating system.  And to top things off, the company that made these systems is no longer in business.  So it is virtually impossible to find a replacement water heater.  Well, I'm so glad I called Talal with Expert Plumbing.

Talal found a water heater that was compatible with our system and installed it within a  day of calling him.  He is by far the best plumber I have ever experienced.  He doesn't make promises he can't keep, he shows up when he says he is going to and he is very courteous, something I have found lacking in many service industries in Santa Cruz.  The work was top-notch.  Very nice welds, quality materials, and no mess to clean up afterwords.

The day after we installed the system I noticed that the house heater wasn't working as well as it had prior to installing the system.  Well, I called Talal and he was here within 20 minutes!  As it turned out, there was no problem with the system.  It was just a setting issue.  Regardless, Talal spent half an hour at my house examining the system and then showing me how to dial in the heating controls.  

The next day, Talal called to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction.  It is rare to get that kind of service.

I am glad we found a plumber we can truly trust in Santa Cruz.  Support a local small business and give Talal a call when you have a plumbing issue.  He will not let you down.

Did the job, unplugged our bath sink.  Less than 30 minutes,  came an hour late, left a mess on the wall that came off the snake,  charged $275!!! I've never paid that much ever!!
There are so many plumbers.  Better, conscientious and cheaper!!

Once again, this company came through for me.  I'm a property manager and it's really important that I have service people who can support me when something comes up.  Last Saturday, a tenant's water heater was acting up.  I called Pro Roto and, understandably, they were busy and couldn't promise they'd be able to get anyone out before a couple of days.  As I was talking on the phone with my back up plumber, Pro Roto (Isaac) called me back and said he had a technician that would be able to help me within two hours.  The technician arrived as planned, quickly took care of the problem, and my tenant was, one again, amazed by the quality of my service people.  Yay!

I was very happy with Happy Rooter!  Victor answered the phone quickly & fulfilled his promise to get back to me with an ETA within minutes.  His Technician Richard arrived in 20 minutes, quickly determined the problem under our leaking kitchen sink, gave us a quote, went out to buy the parts & came back and competently fixed the leak.  He also took the initiative to unclog the faucet head & tighten its handle. Workmanship is also under 30 day warranty. We were very satisfied!  Thank you Happy Rooter!

We had a major leak over the Fourth of July. I so appreciate Letts performing a review and inspection of our entire property. The leak turned out to be a broken sprinkler pipe in an area no one would think to look.

Having turned off our entire water supply, after they found the leak and isolated the pipe, they restarted and purged our tankless water heater and recirculating pump. This is some thing I would've never thought to do it made all the difference.

Let's is unbelievably responsive, Being available 24 x 7. I'm totally impressed with their service, trustworthiness, and value.

We have found our new plumber!  Our sump pump went out and our prior plumber said they were booked for the week.  I contacted Mr. Reliable and Carla gave us tremendous service.  She carefully took note of our issues, recognizing the urgency, and got us on the schedule that afternoon for Tony.  Tony came at the promised time and figured out that we needed a new sump pump (actually, an ejector pump) and went out and found the right pump later that afternoon.  He recognized that, without the ejector pump, the downstairs toilets would not flush.  He called and set up a time to install it the next day.  He brought plastic sheets to protect the floor (it was a very messy job) and got everything working again.  Spectacular service from Carla and Tony.

Had a rusty galvanized supply pipe which was very very set in place. Phillip came by within a couple hours and fixed everything. Fast, friendly, not sure what else you could ask for. Highly recommended!

Our kitchen faucet broke and we were able to schedule with Barnett to come out the next day and fix it. Our technician Matt was great! He was friendly and professional and was more than eager to help us decide on the right faucet. Matt was in and out but very thorough.

Mark and his team rock. We've had Doug do several fixes in our home and George, Frank, and Juan flawlessly installed a water heater.

Did a great job installing the heating and AC. It took about two days to finish. It works great .

My new favorite, go-to plumber! Hector came out on a Sunday night for an urgent issue and he got us back in business in no time. He answered all my questions, explained everything he wanted to do, and got it fixed quickly. Bonus that he is a friendly, professional, polite dude who really cares about providing great customer service. Highly recommended.

Great service and very courteous.  Hired to replace shower faucet, paint vents on the rooftop, paint a bedroom and power wash the back yard. I was surprised when he said he could take care of all on the same day. He also completed lots of other small jobs like changing a screen and changing two door locks without charging me for his labor; just the price of parts and materials he purchased.

He's an honest person and his price is very reasonable. He is courteous, works hard and efficiently, and cleans up after the work is done. He goes above and beyond to help with some minor fixes.

Matt was called when our water heater failed. He asked me a few questions on the phone and then asked me to send him a picture of the info label on the side of the water heater. He knew what was wrong, got the serial number off of the label and showed up on time with the right part.

He had the water heater running in less than 30 minutes, cleaned up the area, and was on his way.  I was very impressed.

He's polite, showed up on time, and very professional. I asked for his card and will use him again. I highly recommend Matt.

I just want to say how happy I am with the great service Garrison Plumbing has done. Byron and Enrique came out to put fixtures in my bathroom and did such a great job. We had a few things installed for our new home - new Toto toilets, shower valve, bathtub faucet, kitchen faucet. They came in person for an estimate. Communication was very prompt and courteous. All items were professionally installed and even went beyond expectation. Date of completion were a bit delayed but were due to the missing part problems and were solved soon after we got the replacement parts. Overall very pleased with the service done and will definitely recommend.

I called them today for a clogged pipe. Min and his helper arrived on time, they were very efficient and professional and they cleaned everything afterwards. The price was higher than I expected but there is a 90 day warranty. I will definitely call them again.

Kyle from Ace Plumbing did a great job replacing my garbage disposal. Showed up promptly, stuck to the original quote and got the job done quickly and with good quality.
