We were in the process of moving so our schedule was less flexible than normal and Russ was willing to work with us on a time to work up an estimate.  The job was to install a larger gas line to the back unit of a duplex and add some branches for new and future gas appliances.  When here to make up the estimate he was great at brainstorming to determine the best route for the pipe to fit our budget and also make the finished job look great.  The bid was absolutely fair and he never asked for more. He always started on time, put in a full day and cleaned up.  He originally stated that he would be done by Friday and ended up being done on early Wednesday afternoon.  We have had no issues with the work and would absolutely call Russ again.

Best customer service experience I've had in a long time.   Talal was helpful on the phone when scheduling the appointment, taking the time to assess my problem and letting me know how to be prepared for the appointment.  Mo came out here and explained everything to me in a way that was clear and understandable- I have a whole new appreciation for my garbage disposal and dishwasher, thanks to the education he provided.  He was courteous, thorough, outstanding.  When I needed a follow up visit on an tangentially related issue, they didn't even charge me for the 75 minutes they spent addressing it.  Thank you, Mo and Talal.

Had an issue where something was clogging the toilet. He came out quick, fixed the problem, and was friendly. What else would you want from a Yelp plumber?

I highly recommend Pro Roto (especially Jose and Rego).  When I called, regardless day or evening, there is always someone picking up the call.  If you leave a message, they will immediately call you back.  Although it took more than one visit, they were determined to fix the problem!

I was very happy with Happy Rooter!  Victor answered the phone quickly & fulfilled his promise to get back to me with an ETA within minutes.  His Technician Richard arrived in 20 minutes, quickly determined the problem under our leaking kitchen sink, gave us a quote, went out to buy the parts & came back and competently fixed the leak.  He also took the initiative to unclog the faucet head & tighten its handle. Called at 8:00 AM on a Monday; they were out by 10:00; difficult sewer blockage but it was cleared by noon.  Great service.

I used Mr. Reliable Plumbing to replace a water heater and I was most happy with the work that was done.  Isaac is the Plumber who came to my house.  He was efficient, thorough and even cleaned up after himself.

Our kitchen faucet broke and we were able to schedule with Barnett to come out the next day and fix it. Our technician Matt was great! He was friendly and professional and was more than eager to help us decide on the right faucet. Matt was in and out but very thorough.

Legit.  Mark and his guy came over to fix 5 problems including a clogged dishwasher port, couple of slow drains, a leaky faucet stem, and a shower pressure balancing valve problem.

They were on time.  They got straight to the point.

The great thing is that they thought they needed two parts (1 for shower and 1 for faucet), they were able to diagnose and fix it without having to replace the part.  Score.

They were both super courteous and local SJ folks - they are invested in their company and do not want to risk it due to bad reviews.

Great job and will be hiring them to install a whole house filter (which Mark gave me some really good advice and consulting on which system to go with, what to look for, and good brands to check out.)

I was doing the dishes and my sink started bubbling up through the disposal :(  We live in an old cottage in mountain view and have had a couple plumbing issues since we got here in September '14.  After the last fiasco (and bill...430 dollars!) we were dreading calling a plumber again.  My uncle-in-law said that we should call Matt this time and we are so glad we did.  He was friendly, professional, a heck of a lot less expensive than the previous guy and he did more.  We will definitely be calling him again if we have any other plumbing issues.  Thanks Matt!

Great service. Able to come on short notice and get the work done quickly. Installed an on-demand hot water heater and it looks and works great.

Andrew came to the rescue on a hot day he repaired my AC. I truly appreciate his transparency. He was the only one out of five vendors that told me upfront the cost of Freon and his fee. My repair request was incorrect. With that said he figured out the issue and charged me a fair price. If you want someone trustworthy with experience, I highly recommend AY EMP. We got help from Min after our pipes literally fell off under our sink and flooded our kitchen. To make matters worse, it was Thanksgiving day and we had family coming to our house for the first time in just a couple hours.

Min was able to come 30 mins earlier than he originally said, explained the problem (poor work from a contactor we had used), and how he would fix it before he started. It was also very assuring that he had a 1 year warranty. He also helped explain how to fix our cabinets with all the water damage!

Overall an awesome job in a really tight pinch, he really saved our day!
