Top Hat was wonderful. I had a collection of small fixes that needed to be made, including fixing a broken drain, a few bad pop up mechanisms on sink plungers and a bad shower device. I had called another MH area plumber and never heard back. So, I left a message for Russ while he was on vacation, and he called me the morning he returned to the office. We set up an appointment, and he was on time and very affordable. He listened to my concerns and talked me through how each of the mechanisms worked. Because he had all the equipment on hand that day, he was able to get the work done in a few hours. It was a big checkmark off of my to do list. I would definitely call Top Hat again.

I cannot begin to express how professional and talented these people are.  I am very picky and want everything in my house to be done perfectly.
Talal and Moe are polite and explain everything that they do.  They go into any details and explain what they are doing if you want.  I had them repair a hot water dispenser under my sink. They said that the reason it leaked was probably because of my water pressure . They told me that the water pressure in my house was too high.  So I asked them to replace that as well.  I believe you get what you pay for.  I am happy I went with them!

I called him several times, and he was so good every time.  He came up quickly even though it was a weekend and did a tremendous job.  He knew what to do and did it so well.

I would like to praise Oscar and Alejandro, these guys were awesome!!!. Had an issue that another company could not take care of or fix after the fact. They did the first time!!

From the call to work being done and Completed. Oscar and Alejandro came over and  were quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. Oscar was very helpful in helping me understand the issues and clearly suggested what should be done in the near future. Seemed like we have been using them for years and really being the firs time. I called Happy Rooter Sunday morning and Victor picked up the phone. In 15-20 minutes he was at my place fixing the clogged pipe far under the house. In next 30 min the problem as fixed. I got advices how to avoid clogging plus 30 days warranty. Excellent!

Top notch service. Knowledgeable, reliable, and excellent customer service. Lindsay the phone receptionist was very responsive to my yelp quote request, and called me back the same day, and knew exactly what needed to be replaced.  She also gave me an estimate that was spot on.  Tim, the technician, was very knowledgeable, and knew even what tools/parts to bring, and fixed our water heater efficiently and kept me informed the whole way through.

We had just moved into our home, and found out from a failed appliance installation that our plumbing was all 1960s era and needed replacement. Mr Reliable responded quickly to my inquiry here, and check out my problem that day. This ended up being a large job: replace all the galvanized corroded steel with new copper. I also had them install a garage sink, water filter, hot water re-circulator, and new faucets. Art gave me a cost estimate prior to the work and didn't change the price once we agreed on the work. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient.
This was a big job, and took a couple weeks to finish. But each night the crew cleaned up their dust and made sure we had at least one bathroom working while the project was in-progress. They laid out cloth on the walkways and covered their boots when they were inside. They locked up my garage when they left each day. Little things, but it shows professionalism and attention to detail.
I had another home repair issue (AC wasn't working).  I called Art because he showed me his company gets the job done promptly, and done right the first time.

I have been using Tom and Scott's plumbing for over 10 years. Pat who works in the office is always helpful and friendly. The owner Scott has been amazing! He is such a nice guy. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job.

My kitchen sink is clogged quite deeply after living there for 6 years. Joksan did a great job using a long drain snake to clear the clog, explained to me what happened, thoroughly tested and cleaned up all the grease from the drain snake. Highly recommended.

Matt T arrived early, was friendly and was respectful of my home. He was able to quickly identify the cause of the leak. I appreciate his honesty and the guidance provided on how best to resolve. This is the reason we always contact Barnett Plumbing for assistance when we have plumbing/water heater problems. Thank you Matt!

I had their service for my rental property last week.  The response time was fast and service was excellent.  Notification was sent to both email and text.  I was very happy thus I asked them to come to my house to change filter today.  It turned out the filter was not too dirty and didn't need to be replaced.  Ryan was very honest and polite and only charged a minimum fee.  Very happy customers!

Hector  was absolutely amazing! He was very professional in his service and provided me tips/advice on other parts of the house as he noticed issues. A few things I appreciated about his service:
1. Clear notice of expected time of arrival.
2. Came prepared to minimize mess (i.e floor mat, buckets etc.) and cleaned up afterwards. Other plumbers that I've used before never did this and used up my supplies at home.
3. Explained issues clearly and his plan of actions PRIOR to starting the job. He also provided estimated time to complete the job which was accurate.  
4. Very reasonable cost compared to 2 other quotes I received.

Overall, I was VERY satisfied with the service I received and will definitely be a returning customer for any future plumbing issues. Thank you for your professionalism.

They answered my Yelp request with a fair quote and came the same day and did the job. For the second summer in a row, we got an ant infestation in the bathroom due to cracks in the caulking. They came, fixed the outside wall, the inside wall, and also did the shower in the other bathroom, all in under two hours. Very pleased. Thanks again!

Matt came recommended by a family member of mine.  He is a super nice guy, explains things well, and is very trustworthy.  His prices are super reasonable, and he even fixed a random broken part on my toilet for free!  I highly recommend him - great guy.

We had an emergency situation when the local water department showed up unexpectedly and informed us that we had a leak out at the meter box (our problem, not theirs- isn't that always what they say?). Sure enough, water was pouring out into the street. After turning the water off, we were stuck with trying to find an emergency plumber to fix the mess. Three phone calls later, we found Garrison Plumbing, and Byron and Enrique showed up. They fixed the valve quickly and efficiently, and were totally professional. Would definitely recommend them!

Our kitchen faucet started with a drip which over time stopped working altogether. We had no water coming out of the faucet. We sent out a Yelp request pretty late on Sunday night, and got a response from Andrew within minutes. He came over the next day, checked the problem and told us we need a new faucet and gave us a quote for the job. He came the next day and got the new faucet installed with no hassle. Will definitely call them for any future plumbing issues.

We contacted the owner with an issue that we had with a repair.  The owner personally came out to evaluate the situation..  He offered to not only fix the problem at no cost but to prevent it from happening again which was not his fault.  They spent a good 4 hours repairing what caused the problem in the first place AT NO COST TO US.  Now I am not saying this would happen to you, but it shows that the owner will stand behind his service and more to keep us happy.   Always ask for Alex as he a true (but very modest) professional!

I asked Ace to do an estimate of a drain in the concrete subfloor of my outdoor patio. When they arrived they half listened to what I was asking for then suggested a much more involved way of doing it. This was fine, and to be expected, but I already knew what I wanted based on my finances.They then forgot to send the estimate so I called, which is also okay, things happen. But when the estimate arrived, the employees had completely ignored my request, saying on the estimate that Customer asked me to just install a pipe but we can't do what is not right, quoting an almost $4000 job, instead of the $700 or so work I was asking for. Ace's response felt not just slimy, but also patently disrespectful. I can only surmise that these employees thought that an older woman didn't know what she was talking about.  Rest assured, I knew my options: two other plumbers and a carpenter had all discussed the drainage situation with me. I'm not someone who is easily offended or bothered but this angered me. I was very disappointed in Ace since it has otherwise received good reviews on Yelp.
