Russ installed a Pentair Fleck 5600 SXT water softening system for me in my garage (new construction home). He also set up a custom harnessing system to keep my tank secured. He was on time, communicative, efficient, and installed the system with great attention to detail and quality.  He cleaned up and was easy to work with. I was very satisfied with Russ's service and will be using him again for some other plumbing projects that I have planned.

We had a rather major water leak in bathroom plumbing and called one of the larger plumbing companies who told us it would be sometime around noon or a little after that they could come out (we called at 10am).  By 4PM, and after calling 3 times and being told they were busy but would come out.....we decided to check online and found Expert Plumbing.  When we called at 4:10PM Talal (the owner) said he was working about 20 minutes away but since it sounded like we had  a real emergency he would come right over....which he did.   He was so incredibly nice and concerned with helping us.....VERY professional and very respectful of our home (putting on booties to protect our floors).  
Talal was very knowledgeable and immediately fixed our problem and offered suggestions on how to avoid this happening again.  We had him check a few other small issues ....which he did very willingly even though it was getting to be after 5PM by then.  
We have never dealt with such a knowledgeable, kind,  clean, friendly and considerate plumber...very concerned if we were satisfied and happy with his work.

We have a sewer problem suddenly. Steve showed up in 30 min and, after a couple hours of effort, got us straightened out.  He was prompt, friendly, informative and very competent.   Spectacular service.

We accidentally drilled into the water pipe when mounting tv onto the wall, and water suddenly bursted out. Pro Roto answered our phone in midnight and came over the next day. Thank you very much for saving our day!

I am a General Contractor in Campbell. I had a pipe blockage at my residence several months back and needed a rooter service. I have called the big rooter companies in the past only to get billed in the $500 to $1,000.00 dollar range for the service. Which consisted of only a couple hours of work. I had no idea that this could happen.

So when my drain clogged at my home, I went onto Yelp and looked over the rooter reviews and Happy Rooter  seemed to stand out as a good choice. I was hesitant at first but here is what happened,

I called on Saturday around noon and Victor was at my house within a couple hours (I could not meet him until then). He was efficient, priced totally fair and did really good work. Drains have been fine ever since.

Since then he has replaced my water heater at my home and a toilet at my church.

I can not recommend him highly enough.

These guys did a great job. My plumbing started leaking right at the house main valve, which wouldn't shut off, so water was spraying everywhere. They came by within half an hour and had everything fixed in one hour, at a very reasonable price.

This company has been professional, reasonable, and knowledgeable.  They fixed the plumbing on our tub, tore out the old tub and replaced the tub and surrounding.  They did some maintenance on our OLD HVAC and installed new ducts. Also, they repaired some damage repairs under a sink and installed a new sink and faucet.

Our shower wasn't getting hot water for more than a few minutes, and Kurt came by to check out the problem.  He immediately saw that something funky was going on with our water heater, and when he received the necessary parts, came back with Scott to finish things.  I will call these guys for my plumbing issues as long as I'm in the area- they were courteous, called about their progress, and even called a week later to see that we were happy with the job.  Great people to work with!  

**Some reviews have mentioned that they didn't hear back in a timely way during evenings or weekends; I'm fairly certain their voice mail message explicitly states that they do not do emergency work.  They were very prompt during their normal business hours.**

We used Creativity Plumbing services for inspection of a major leak in the bathroom pipeline. Jokson was very quick to respond - he thoroughly inspected the issue and found the root cause. He was very patient, professional and knowledgeable in his work.  He took his time to also patiently walk through the steps to fix this and also looked at other plumbing issues we had in the house and gave us a reasonable quote. We are planning to use this services for this and going forward.

Was replacing a 75 g water heater with 50 g tank. As per internet, should take 4 hours, which at 200/hr should be 800 labor, tank around 800, misc other stuff I expected to pay 1800 to 2000. Final bids: independent plumber 1900, Fast (installing Home Depot tank) 4500, Barnetts 3300.

Rep was quick to come out for a quote (independent plumber did take more patience in order to get the bid) and did acknowledge they would cost a little more given that they have a full-fledged business that is responsive and can respond quickly for follow-ups. That being said, he first suggested we could buy a tank and exchange it for a hybrid next year when rebates became available, then retracted the offer, saying that program had ended. Then he contradicted himself a few times during the quote process (the leak could be handled in a few weeks, but later he said should be handled in a few hours; the standard tank replacement should be $2500, which became $3300 when he produced the written quote because it would require some work getting it down a 4 inch stair; if we went hybrid, it would save 50%, which became 80% later in the conversation, none of which comports with what I've read about hybrid tanks).

I'm not sure why installing a tank isn't just cost of the tank, materials and 4 hours worth of work when there is nothing complicated at hand. Hopefully mine was an isolated experience.

I had to do some handyman work at my condo.  I reached out and he responded quickly. He came out, gave me a quote and we started the work.  He and his team worked hard and mostly importantly, followed up on all items that were not to my satisfaction and resolved those items as well.

Very handy and work hard. The precious investigator assigned by American warranty told me there is a gas leakage. However it is not the case. Techs from AY EMP found the key reason that is there was something blocking in the gas pipeline. They finally fix the problem. Very nice work.

I have never had to call a plumber before, but would definitely call Smart Plumbers & Rooters again if I had to.  Richard, the plumber,  arrived early (imagine that!), was very knowledgeable, and to top it off--extremely courteous and personable. He finished the job quickly and efficiently and I couldn't have been happier with the experience.

We had a great experience with Kenner, who replaced our water heater quickly and efficiently. He is extremely nice and even texted with us multiple times on a Sunday to get everything prepared for our installation appointment.

We had purchased our previous heater with Ace and called them up when it started leaking (after 10 years). Kenner came out and talked with us, explaining the options and answering our questions.

He arrived on time for the installation with another very nice worker named Oscar. They removed the old heater, cleaned up the entire area and installed the new unit. It's been a week now and everything is working well.
