he postponed his non-urgent jobs and was able to fix it that same day.
(GE Warranty told me what part I needed and Home Depot helped me find it.)
Russ quickly verified the problem and gave me a fair estimate (they charge by the job not the hour).  They worked so effectively and efficiently while good-naturedly answering all my questions that the job was completed and cleaned up in no time!

Yesterday we called Talal about some leaking toilets.  I expected an appointment later in the week, but Talal rushed over from a long job so he could diagnose the problems.  When he finished his other job, he went for parts, came to our house, and within an hour all was well.  I was impressed that he worked so hard to fit our little problem into his schedule.  I would definitely call him again for any plumbing problem.

I called the office and got a plumber within 45 minutes.  The plumber fixed the sewage clogging issues the first time and had to return a few weeks later for the same issues.  The plumber resolved the issues on my side and discovered the city end of the pipe may have other issues, such as tree roots obstruction.  So I called Sunnyvale Utility office and got a plumber to come inspect its pipe.  It turned out my plumber was absolutely correct.  Problem solved!  Plus the person who answered my calls along with the plumber himself were so friendly and professional.

My washing machine started leaking a few days ago. I originally called a handyman thinking the washing machine was broken, but when he arrived he diagnosed it as an issue with a clogged pipe.

Pro Roto was contacted by my HOA today and they came within two hours which was great, as I was really dreading the idea of going without my laundry machine. Leo & Gary came and were so friendly and great - they explained what they were doing every step of the way. We have a stacked dryer/washer condo which can be a pain in the a** to move, but they were able to get behind there, unclog the pipe, and even helped me reattach our dryer vent (which we hadn't even realized had come undone).

Afterwards, they also wiped down the walls and floor (tons of dryer fluff everywhere since we don't know how long the dryer vent has been disconnected), which was so nice of them. Would definitely recommend reaching out to them if you need work done!

They were able to address the issue the same day on Saturday and quickly cleaned up the sewer line clog.

These guys came out after a water supply line got chopped by my hired laborer (he's a BEAST!) and they did a great job, charging a very reasonable price.

My HAV stopped cooling and it was refilled with coolant last year. It's an old unit and suspected a leak somewhere. I selected a few companies to get diagnostic done at reasonable cost through Yelp reviews. Some companies either kept guessing the issue, charge a lot more to have better diagnostic or recommend to get completely new system.
Only Art came in and really diagnosed the issue and he got it all fixed, refilled and thoroughly checked on a hot Saturday to ensure everything worked with no more leaks. Thank you Art. Highly recommended.

For the individual homeowner, this is a wonderful outfit to take care of your plumbing problems, upgrades and remodels.  We've lived in our Cupertino home for nearly 40 years and had used Monta Vista Plumbing until the owner retired and closed the business.  For years we searched for a good neighborhood service.  Recently, our main water line sprung a leak and we needed something more than a drain unclogged.  We contacted Tom's on the recommendation of a friend.  We were so pleased with the service and price they provided in running a new main line to the house that we immediately asked them to repair a number of other irksome plumbing problems.  They are now our go-to plumbing service.

It's a total waste of my entire afternoon. I got in touch with Joksan in the morning when he said he would be available at 4pm to inspect the toilet leak on my rental property. I made the trip to the rental at 4pm and waited for over 30 mins and he didn't show up. I tried calling multiple times there is no response. After I left the place, he got back to me saying his phone has died. Then we agreed to meet at 6:30pm on the same day. I again went to the rental at 6:30 and wait for him for another 30 mins. He didn't show up again. When I called him, he sounded like he has completely forgotten about this. I was so frustrated and disappointed. I don't know how he got those 9 good reviews. There are many other plumbing services in this area and I shouldn't have wasted my time with this one. If you can't meet the commitment, don't make the promise, just to save people's precious time!

Barnett Plumbing is top-notch and very dependable.  I've used their services various times and have never been disappointed.  Their plumbers are on-time, courteous, expert and work is done right.  Yesterday, Ron replaced my water heater and it was a tough job due to the location of it.  It took 4 hours but at the end, I have hot water again!!  If I need a plumber, I will call Barnett every time.  Thank you!

Had my kitchen faucet replaced. Mike and Doug were quick and courteous and even helped upgrade the angle valves. Would definitely use Blossom Valley Plumbing again.

They came out to do a dishwasher and air conditioner.  Parts were required, and the AC repair was more involved than originally thought.  Despite that, they fixed everything and cleaned up great.  The guys are personable and really do a great job.  Thank you!

Hector is great. Hector helped with my clogged kitchen drain on a weekend. Outstanding work and communication that far exceeded my expectations.

I hired Anar to fix 3 doors that weren't closing properly and to replace my sump pump hoses that had been damaged by rodents. He was very quick to respond and came over the same day to give me an estimate around 5pm. And I was surprised when he said he can take care of all of that the same day. He's an honest person and his charges are reasonable. I would hire him again for any of my future handyman needs.

I was doing the dishes and my sink started bubbling up through the disposal :(  We live in an old cottage in mountain view and have had a couple plumbing issues since we got here in September '14.  After the last fiasco (and bill...430 dollars!) we were dreading calling a plumber again.  My uncle-in-law said that we should call Matt this time and we are so glad we did.  He was friendly, professional, a heck of a lot less expensive than the previous guy and he did more.  We will definitely be calling him again if we have any other plumbing issues.  Thanks Matt!

Phil Garrison is a great guy, enjoyable to be around, busy but easy to work with. He has a team of fast, highly capable, and competent plumbers who can do excellent work when excellence is what you require. Personality was never an issue. Garrison Plumbing did extensive work at our property, renovating nearly our entire plumbing system. It took a couple of do-overs to get everything right and up to code, and it cost a few thousand more than we initially expected, but we ended up with an excellent plumbing system at a decent price. Garrison likes to work off of a fixed price contract, and will tailor that contract to cover precisely what you ask for. For remodels of older homes is not always easy, as you often don't know what you have until you open up a wall or floor. The key to a successful outcome with these guys is to know exactly what you want beforehand, and to carefully check the work at the end of each day to make sure you've gotten it. I would suggest that you provide Phil with as detailed a plumbing plan as possible, including the precise locations of all plumbing appliances and roof vents, with the types and sizes of all materials fully specified. If you want things built to code, get a permit. If you want a leak check, specify it in the contract. If you want copper instead of Pex in some locations, specify it. If you want something other than the minimum allowable slope on a sewer lateral, specify it. Otherwise, when the work is done under a fixed price contract, you may get an unpleasant surprise which may be very expensive to change, such as a toilet vent with 90 degree elbows below its spill line or a roof penetration through the flashing of a skylight. These guys typically work in 2's and are very expensive by the hour. When they know exactly what they're doing they're a great value. When they don't, they do it as cheaply as the contract allows. If you know what you're doing and you provide the guidance they need, they'll do a great job for you. I highly recommend them.
