Top Hat was wonderful. I had a collection of small fixes that needed to be made, including fixing a broken drain, a few bad pop up mechanisms on sink plungers and a bad shower device. I had called another MH area plumber and never heard back. So, I left a message for Russ while he was on vacation, and he called me the morning he returned to the office. We set up an appointment, and he was on time and very affordable. He listened to my concerns and talked me through how each of the mechanisms worked. Because he had all the equipment on hand that day, he was able to get the work done in a few hours. It was a big checkmark off of my to do list. I would definitely call Top Hat again.

They are extremely professional and courteous as well as very competent. I had a disagreement with the price I was charged and appreciated their willingness to work with me on the price.

James completed a trenchless lateral sewer pipe replacement, and installed a city cleanout at my home. Before coming, we spoke on the phone and I provided details, which James was able to clearly understand and provide an estimate for. Coming on site, he was able to confirm the estimate, and quickly began work. James did excellent work, and made sure that any interruptions in water were given in advance, and made sure our water was functional by the end of the day.

James also provided photos and a live camera shot to show the new pipe once installation was finished. He ran into some unexpected issues, but stayed true to the original estimate and completed the job without adding any additional cost.

I would highly recommend James at 24hr Drain Pro. He is honest, reliable, and a very knowledgable professional.

My husband and I just had our first experience with Pro Roto and we are so pleased we found these guys. We had an after hours water leak in our office and Pro Roto was able to come out quickly and explain our options. The serviceman was very professional and most importantly honest. No price gauging which is so comforting in a time of crisis!

We had a semi-emergency situation where water was leaking from our recessed light. It was coming from the bathtub upstairs. It was a Saturday night so I panicked, Yelped it and found Happy Rooter. They answered the phone right away and Richard was at our house 30 minutes later. He was friendly and explained everything to us as he worked. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The price seemed reasonable as well. I will be calling them for all of my plumbing needs!

Sheldon Clemons from Lett's Plumbing is conscientious, professional, timely and very personable.  He resolved our faucet problem quickly.  I will call Lett's plumbing again when issues arise.

I had a kitchen sink clog, (give 2 star not 1 star because the technician was professional and friendly), I ended up paying $150 but left with exactly the same clog problem before he came. They presented a rate sheet that starts at $246 with no mentioning of relevant issues but emphasis on warranty period. My understanding was that, the quote was based on in person inspection, that was how much I needed to pay to resolve the problem. Then at the end,  I was told it it actually costs $360+ to resolve, plus, I needed to schedule another appointment since the technician did not have the tool. If I quit, then I owe $150. Called customer service, no further reply to further discuss my concern. I will not use their service again because it is so confusing how they do business. The right way should be, having a better inspection and inform customer the potential higher cost when quoting the price.

Melissa returned my phone call today Dec 30th at 8:15 am. Scott was here by 9:00 am. Fixed the toilet in under an hour. I could not be more pleased.  Good plumbers are hard to find. Scott is a great plumber. My dear neighbor told me to call this company and I am very thankful that I did.

I had a clogged bathroom sink.  Joksan provided a competitive quote, committed to a time for the next day ( it was not urgent for me), showed up on time and did a quality job.

He kept me informed of the progress and got it done efficiently.

Huge thanks to Matt from Barnett Plumbing for correcting our water pressure issues. After listening to my explanation and asking a few questions, he diagnosed the problem as not enough pressure coming through the pipes. He zeroed in on the fix and started making adjustments.

The adjustments did the trick and now we have the optimal water pressure in all faucets and showers throughout the house. He and I did several tests to make sure the pressure did not drop when multiple faucets or showers were turned on simultaneously. Matt took his time and assured me that he wanted to make sure I was happy with the results. I can definitively say the answer is Yes!

He was kind of enough to look into a couple issues with our outdoor hose bibs and suggest how to correct the issues there.

This was a great experience and I highly recommend Matt and Barnett Plumbing.

Thank you IRBIS HVAC! Our furnace stopped working in the middle of winter and IRBIS team responded quickly to our inquiry through Yelp. Vadim came out the next day to provide an estimate and was flexible to help us get an estimate we were comfortable with, and installation was scheduled for the next day!! The project manager Ryan called and confirmed the installation and everything went great! David Tran and Sergei arrived early the next morning, wearing masks and shoe covers, and they were very efficient and clean. Heater works great! Thank you again!

I decided to play a little Yelp Roulette, and submitted a request for plumbing services to contact me. The idea being that the first one to contact me wins. Hector at MTZ contacted me right away, and told me someone could be there later in the morning.

Tim shows up in a mask, and put on two footies before entering the house. I explain to him that I have a leaking faucet in one bathroom, and possible a 2nd leak in another bathroom. He goes in to take a look, and 10 minutes later, shows me the problems in the 2 sinks. He tells me he'll be back in a few minutes with a quote. When he comes back, he shows me 4 different quotes of what he can do, ranked from highest priced to lowest. I opt for something in the middle.

He goes out to get some parts, and from the time he arrives, until the time he leaves, he has taken only about 2 hours.

I asked him about how long he has been working at MTZ, and he told me that the company is brand new, opening up at the beginning of the year. That explains the low count of reviews, but the 5-star rating (as of today) is true.

The professionalism and service was awesome! Highly recommend!

Our counter top in master bathroom needed to be replaced, promptly responded to quote request,  neat job,  cleaned up after the work. No complaints and very reliable. Will definitely call him back for other tasks.

The owner of the company, Matt Henthorn, has been a class act from day 1 since we received a referral to him.  Always making sure the job is done and doing quality work in which you can tell he is trained in.  If you want a solid, dependable plumbing professional for years to come - he's your man.

Highly recommend Phillip and his team. I have a rural mountain property with outdated plumbing, and had a major leak. It was very challenging to locate the leak, then to access the space, and Phillip went above and beyond to fix it. Additionally, it was a messy (and rancid smelling) job, and Phillip was so careful to keep everything clean! I was so impressed.

I scheduled with Shanna easily through a call and text confirmation, then Phillip and his team members came the very next day! Not only was the price very reasonable, but my work was done quick and accurately! Due to Covid, they followed all guidelines - mask, distancing, etc. I felt safe and trusted this wonderful plumbing service with my home.

I am so unhappy with your recommendation of Smart Plumbers, Inc. after trusting your company over the years.

How dare you recommend a company that has such incompetent, rude and unprofessional employees as those at Smart Plumbers, Inc.  One business owner to another, this was a very bad choice.  

I made an appointment for Saturday at 10:00 a.m. and after 10 phone calls to the office the driver finally showed up at 11:30 a.m.  

When we made the appointment we expressed that we had renters in the property and they only had a certain window that they were able to let the plumber in.  

We called at 10:32 a.m. to the office and Shaina  stated that she would contact the driver and call us back.  At  10:47 we called Shaina back and she said the driver had been stuck in an accident, not in it, but was on his way.  

We called again at 11:10 and Shaina told us that he was 2 minutes away.  At 11:21 we called and Shaina shared the driver's GPS location in a play by play sort of way.  Basically from what I gathered, the driver was too incompetent to even find the address.

When he finally arrived, we expressed our anger at his lateness.  He said, I just started my shift!  Do you want my service?  My husband said At this point NO!  We are done!

The driver was extremely rude and disrespectful.  This is a company that is supposed to provide a service to customers in need.  This guy didn't care at  all!

We waited in the car in front of our rental property waiting to meet the plumber so as to not inconvenience our renters and instead, We were more than inconvenienced.  Our TIME is worth just as much as anyone else's.  Plumbers and other Service companies charge for their time on the Job, and travel time.   Well, our time should be charged at $300.00 an hour too, in our professions.  How dare you waste our time as DIAMOND CERTIFIED!

This review will be posted on YELP and sent to the owner of the company.  Oh by the way, the owner, Mr. Jin Lee, was on the phone when I called to register my complaint and now it is 6:30p.m. on Saturday night and I still have not heard from him.  That is very poor customer service.  Especially for a so called DIAMOND CERTIFIED COMPANY.  I have done a lot of research on how a company gets their rating and this company should not be anywhere in this rating system.  No matter how much they pay you to be on your website and for your service.  Money can't buy QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We will never use a Diamond Certified Company again.  Seems, our own research is better in quality customer service.

I want to make sure I add to the 5 star reviews here.  Had an issue with my water heater and APR came out immediately to assess and fix the situation.  Sean was extremely courteous and professional and was very fair with the price.  I couldn't be happier!
