Will definitely use Russ again for any plumbing issues. He was running a bit behind the day he came but called and I was running behind too so it was perfect. My home had been having ridiculous amounts of hard water deposits clogging up my fixtures and damaging faucets and several appliances. I have a water softener, a whole house filter, and the water heater was still new. Russ determined that my recirculating pump was causing what would be normal hard water particulate to bounce around and get sent to my fixtures. He also realized that the valve I should be using to flush my water heater did not have the correct valve, so previous flush attempts did nothing. He quickly replaced the crazy valve and taught me how to flush the water heater. The ginormous balls of hard water that came out were just wild. It looked like giant cat litter pieces. We are now on a regular flush schedule and the recirculating pump is on a timer. Things are much better now. I can't remember exactly what I paid but I know it was extremely reasonable and he will be my first call for any plumbing needs.

The pipes underneath the sink started to leak.  Aaron showed us that the PVC pipes and gasket were old and needed replacing.  He replaced them and cleaned up underneath the sink all within an hour.  Not only that he was very friendly and expertly answered all the questions we had.  Thank you.

Finally - a plumbing service that is prompt, professional and does quality work.  These guys were great.  

I just called them to deal with a leaky stop valve and faucet.  I took it as far as I was able before calling a plumber.  Had called another (nationally known) plumbing service that charged me $150 for 20 mins work and then didn't even fix the problem.  

Then I called 24Hr Drain Pro.  They were able to send someone in 25 mins (weekday). They assessed the problem and provided a solution and estimate.  I had them go ahead.  The fix required opening a wall, re-piping and replacing stop valves.  It was made more complicated by some expensive tile work near the valves.  The plumbers worked carefully without damaging the tile - even though it would take them longer to do so.  They completed the job (took a while due to tight space and pipe re-routing that was needed) and then thoroughly cleaned up after themselves.

Wish I had called these guys first.  I won't hesitate to use them for any future plumbing jobs.

My husband and I just had our first experience with Pro Roto and we are so pleased we found these guys. We had an after hours water leak in our office and Pro Roto was able to come out quickly and explain our options. The serviceman was very professional and most importantly honest. No price gauging which is so comforting in a time of crisis!

I had a great experience with Happy Rooter. Victor came by the day I called to check out the problem, then Richard came the next day the replaced the toilet parts. He did a great job! I would use Happy Rooter again.

We had sewage backing up into our tub on a Saturday evening around 6:00 PM and we called Letts Plumbing. A few minutes later Fred called us back. He was very busy with other emergency calls but offered to come over when he was finished around 11:00 PM. We decided to wait until Sunday morning and not use any plumbing. He showed up right on time and cleared the clog quickly with a very powerful industrial snake he wheeled in. He showed my son and me everything he was doing with detailed explanations. He is a very friendly guy and a great plumber. I enthusiastically recommend Letts Plumbing and Fred VanWey.

Carla was totally friendly,  and has awesome customer service skills..Unfortunately due to my property management company that I lease from they didn't use this company.

Scott's plumbing is great! I've been using Scott ever since he was starting out working for Tom. This family run business is honest and dependable.  You can count on them!

I contacted them for a small but unusual job, to install a bidet seat in a shade where i couldn't quite do it on my own - plus a couple of other small tasks.  They responded quickly, were able to provide a quote based on pictures i took, and have me an estimate led than half that of others that i spoke with. They scheduled to come the next day. Noe was nice, professional, and let me know early on that or was going to be a much bigger job than i thought - he had to remove the toilet entirely to install the seat! But he honored the original, low estimate anyway - i didn't even have to negotiate. The job obviously took a little longer than he said it would but he finished it at the end of a long day, without complaint. And when he reinstalled the toilet, it actually looked like a better job than the contractor who did it originally. I will gladly hire these guys again in future.

Wanted to replace our gas water heater with a new heat pump water heater.  They provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision, and they were the lowest price and took care of all the rebates.  Within a few days, they had scheduled a technician (Alex C.) to come over for the installation.  It was estimated to be a two day job, but Alex worked late to get it done in one day!

The other half attempted a DIY on a minor toilet leak and ended up flooding our bathroom floor. I called this place to have someone come as soon as possible, and after dealing with a dispatcher/middleman, an employee was able to respond after an hour.
The employee did not have any identifying uniform besides a box of tools, but was courteous and upfront about our problem. Apparently, the valves should have been tighter and definitely should have been sealed prior to turning the water back on. This was an easy fix, about ten minutes, but still amounted to $80 despite him conferring with the business owner about the easiness of the repair. Much like other service professions, there is a flat per hour, minimum one hour rate, so that suck--but my auto mechanic will charge only half an hour if it a service takes less than half an hour.
Anyhow, the leak wasn't entirely repaired when the plumber left since drops of water were still leaking from the water supply tube to the toilet. With the $80 diagnosis, my boyfriend was able to repair the leak himself, and follow-up calls to the business for service were disregarded.
I'm calling someone else for our garbage disposal replacement.
Just okay. If we didn't have such an emergency, I probably would've gone with a different plumbing company, but BVP was able to respond quickly.

Wadim did a great job and he was persistent to resolve the issue and made multiple visit before the actual issue was diagnosed. Our AC unit is working with out any issues. They are prompt and stay on schedule.

Great service from beginning to end. Quick response via Yelp, they were able to come out same day, very professional and courteous. Safe with masks and distance, wore covers for boots in the house. Explained the problem clearly and charged as per the quote we approved. Would recommend to others!

I messed up my shower valve pretty good on a Sunday.  Garrison picked up the phone and told me how to temporarily fix the problem so I could turn the water back on to the house.  Then his crew came by the following week to straighten it all out. Super.

These guys do great, reliable work. I needed a 240V outlet installed in my garage so I could charge my EV and the process could not have gone more smoothly. I had an idea where to put the outlet but they came up with a better solution, even though it was more work for them - which they didn't charge me extra for. That is what I call quality service. They were in and out and even called a few days later to make sure everything was working properly. The quality of their work is first-rate and if I ever need *any* electrical work done to my home, these guys will be my first call. Highly recommend.

Mustafa helped us change out a busted pipe in our bathroom about two weeks ago. It was a real problem for us - we had an old plastic pipe, which Mustafa let us know, and it was spilling water out with every use of the sink. Thank you Ace, and thank you Mustafa, for your help.
