When I discovered that my hot water heater was leaking and flooding the garage, it was a Sunday evening. A bit panicked, I looked for a plumber on Yelp, as I have never needed one before. I noticed Top Hat was local and very highly rated. Fortunately, they were able to come right over, diagnose the problem, and replace the hot water heater in a very timely manner. Also, they went above and beyond by vacuuming up some water and explaining everything they did, as well as how to manage the new hot water heater. I feel completely confident recommending Top Hat to anyone who is in need of a plumber! Thanks Guys!

Had a leak in my ceiling on a Saturday. I opened up the ceiling myself and saw that the copper pipe was dripping. I quickly yelped for a plumber 24 hours and Steve was one of the first results. I took a chance and called him. He told me to text him the pic and he quickly gave me an estimate and said he could be over in 45 minutes. He showed up on time and got to work. It took a little longer than expected but he made sure everything was fixed and did quality work. Paid with venmo the original estimate and he went on his way. Has a 30 day warranty which is good to know. I appreciate him coming out immediately and saving me from my situation on a Saturday night at 8pm! Great 24/7 plumber.

ProRoto replaced our sewer lateral line.  We knew it would be a big job, and were a bit worried.  But Isaac, Leo and crew explained everything, managed the permit/city inspection, installed the line, completely cleaned up the work site.  No hassles.  Professional, on time, polite crew.  Fair price.  I wouldn't waste time calling anybody else for any future plumbing needs.

One of our toilets backed up and there was no explanation. When I opened the cleanout in front of the house out came icky water all backed up - our main sewer line was backed up and after normal business hours.  Victor's guy Juan came out within two hours and cleared the clog with a plumber's snake but also ran into an obstruction in the pipe that he couldn't clear. The next morning they discovered using a camera that not only was there a clog but dirt in the line (not okay in a sewer line) from some sort of break in the main line under our driveway!

What we'd hoped would be a quick fix turned out much pricier--a trenchless install of 20 ft of new pipe underneath my driveway--but these guys were honest and open the whole process and helped me find the least invasive option! Ands completed all of that in less than 24 hours from my first phone call!

I normally never give reviews on Yelp, but I had such a fantastic experience with Letts Plumbing that I felt compelled to hop on and write a review. I own a first floor apartment with people above me and a shared wall. I noticed a small leak from my bathroom ceiling a couple months ago. The owner above me had a plumber come out because I thought it was an issue with his apartment. The plumber did his inspection but said he did not find anything and the conclusion was that the bathtub or toilet must have overflowed and caused some water to leak through. The leak had stopped, so I didn't think anything of it but fast forward to now a couple months later and I have more water leaking.

This time I gave Letts a call and they had some technicians out the next day. Tim and Dustin did an awesome job. They did an initial inspection of my apartment, as well as the apartment above me and the one we share a wall with. When they didn't see any noticeable issues they proceeded to the next thing that they thought might be causing the problem. They kept going until they finally found the source of the leak. Throughout the whole process they did a terrific job of keeping me informed and explaining to me what they were doing and what was causing the leak once they found it. I really appreciated the effort they put into finding the problem. They seemed to really know their stuff and did a great job in what I thought was a complicated issue that involved multiple living spaces. I did not meet Shane but in my opinion he's doing a great job of hiring the right people.

If I could give this company 10 stars, I definitely would.  They know what they're doing in both the plumbing and HVAC areas.  The guys are friendly and all are willing to take the time to explain whatever is going on.  We used them for a major HVAC overhaul, as well as some shower pan replacement and re-caulking.  Both jobs were done carefully and on time.  And when a small event occurred with the HVAC system, Anthony came right out to take care of the problem.  On a Saturday!  I wish all of my contractor experiences were as good as this one has been!

Such an amazing company! I wish more companies prided themselves on a good work ethic like they do. Thank you for coming in and doing your job right and at competitive prices. I plan to refer you to all my friends and family for their plumbing needs. Thanks again guys!!!

I hired Joksan to replace a vertical surface-mounted kitchen faucet that was rusted out and falling apart. He answered quickly, gave me an fair estimate, and completed the work within a week. Highly recommended.

I wanted to say a special thank you to Seth, Alberto, and Brandon. My fiancé and I checked 4 places to match water heater prices, Barnett Plumbing was very attentive to understand our needs. They were not pushy or salesy either, they were inclined to safety and being completely transparent about what was necessary in our water heater installment.
They were on time, and even helped us with additional plumbing that we had to get fixed.

This was our second time using Blossom Valley Plumbing. I sort of remember the first time our water heater went out some seven years ago (just longer than the length of the manufacturer's warranty, of course), and they did a good job so we called them again.

The installation went great. Price was as quoted over the phone and reasonable. I'm happy with the size and brand of heater they chose for us. The plumber was quick, courteous, and did a good job of cleaning up and hauling away the old heater. But-- he was 50 minutes late. He said he got stuck in another city about 20 miles north of us.

It seems to me that if you know it takes 30 minutes to drive where you're going, and you're stuck and not leaving anytime soon, it doesn't take much in the cellphone era to call and say, Hi, I'm going to be 45 minutes to an hour late.

So, minus one star for that. But next time I need a water heater (not for another seven years, hopefully), I'll definitely call Blossom Valley Plumbing.

Had a kitchen faucet replaced. Skylar was a fantastic, he was very professional and walked me through the entire process. Would definitely work with IRBIS again for any future plumbing needs.

Hector of MTZ plumbing came out on short notice to fix a bathtub drain flange that had rusted some resisting removal.  Somehow in the process the underside flange nut stuck to the flange rather than the drain pipe causing the problem.   Hector quickly crawled right under, removed the flange nut and installed the new flange.  It was a quick fix for him so he didn't even allow me to pay him.    Not sure what else you can ask in a plumber - would definitely call again and highly recommend.  Note that I had called a different plumber who was booked for many days out so they recommended Hector.

One gets quite suspicious when one sees a website or restaurant or professional service with 5 Stars especially on this website which is known for its shall we say spurious reviews.  

But Anar is just about amazing. We wanted to upgrade our bathrooms and Anar was responsive in putting together a competitive bid to do the electrical, plumbing, and painting work.

We checked with a few other companies and they said they could not do some of the shower and tile plumbing changes that we wanted. Gave us excuses, claimed it could not be done, said that it would require a complete bathroom tile change ...yadi yada.  But Anar is Mr. Fix and he and his team were able to take care of replacing our old showerheads and faucets and replacing the tile.  I would bet that someone who did not know we got the work done would say that it does not look like a patch job. Just impressive and amazing.  So thanks, Amar and team!!

Finally, Amar is courteous, works hard and efficiently, and cleans up after the work is done. He goes above and beyond to help with some minor fixes.

Look at the other reviews. We cannot all be making it up.

Matt was called when our water heater failed. He asked me a few questions on the phone and then asked me to send him a picture of the info label on the side of the water heater. He knew what was wrong, got the serial number off of the label and showed up on time with the right part.

He had the water heater running in less than 30 minutes, cleaned up the area, and was on his way.  I was very impressed.

He's polite, showed up on time, and very professional. I asked for his card and will use him again. I highly recommend Matt.

Highly recommend Phillip and his team. I have a rural mountain property with outdated plumbing, and had a major leak. It was very challenging to locate the leak, then to access the space, and Phillip went above and beyond to fix it. Additionally, it was a messy (and rancid smelling) job, and Phillip was so careful to keep everything clean! I was so impressed.

I scheduled with Shanna easily through a call and text confirmation, then Phillip and his team members came the very next day! Not only was the price very reasonable, but my work was done quick and accurately! Due to Covid, they followed all guidelines - mask, distancing, etc. I felt safe and trusted this wonderful plumbing service with my home.

Reasonably priced, pleasant, polite. Andrew called ahead as promised, arrive on time and was through in evaluating and resolving our plumbing problem.

Min was very friendly and quick and solved our issue as good as we could have asked for. During a frustrating time he was very calm and we felt confidence our plumbing issue would be fixed with such a wonderful professional working on the job.

Needed a new water heater.  Carlos showed up, gave me a very reasonable estimate, and were back with the tank in a few minutes.  They finished about an hour later, cleaned up nicely after themselves (I'm always baffled how that doesn't occur to some contractors), gave me a rundown of features and maintenance, and hauled the old one away.  A little later in the day, I noticed that my water flow in the kitchen was pretty weak, so I texted Carlos, and he told me exactly what to do.  Fixed it up better than ever.  That kind of service is hard to come by, and so these folks get my highest rating and then some.  Thank you, Ace Plumbing!!
