Had a great experience with Top Hat Plumbing today!  Russ arrived and assessed my long list of miscellaneous repairs that needed attention. My list included such things as a clog, installing faucets and a sink, fixing leaking outdoor faucets and water heater, and taking care of a problem toilet and shower (I am not known for taking care of things right away :)).  He gave me a fair price ahead of time and knocked it all out in an efficient manner.  Thanks Top Hat!!

Don't hesitate to make Expert Plumbing your first call. Called them to assist my 86 year old mother with her water heater problem since I was not in the area on a holiday weekend. They called back immediately and made time for her that afternoon, after calling three other companies who would not be available for three more days. They were prompt, helpful and compassionate with her and she tells me that they know their stuff and will now be her go to plumber! There is a reason these guys get five stars. Make them your first call!

Gary and Oscar were fantastic!! I had a small leak in the ceiling that we didn't know where it was coming from. They investigated the leak free of charge and found the issue. I would definitely recommend them. They were on time, kind and courteous. If I ever have any plumbing issues in the future, they will be my first call

Victor was very rude over the phone and never showed up. He argued with us about how he wants to receive a text and about whether 7:30 pm was too late to arrive. Then he told us that he doesn't need our business. We've never had someone argue with us before when we were a potential client. That was just a strange waste of time!

They were very responsive to my request on 4th of July weekend. No extra charges to come out on 4th of July and most importantly they were available. Honest estimate that was competitive and same information that other companies provided
Job was done in under 2 hours and our issue was resolved. The owner personally came out to do the job and he is a very professional, nice, honest businessman.

This is the 2nd time we have used Creativity Plumbing and I am happy to give Joksan 5 stars. In the past we had him replace 3 outside hose bibs, install a filtered water faucet, and replace a Moen bathroom sink brass cartridge holder fitting. This time we needed him to replace a leaking kitchen faucet. Joksan responded quickly and was able to schedule an appointment 2 mornings later. He texted us that he was on his way 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment, and arrived right on time. That is rare these days! He put on protective booties and got to work. I had a complete replacement faucet, and thought that we might reuse the old deck plate. Joksan suggested that he replace it, and scraped and sanded away the old plumber's putty and applied new putty.

The job took more than 1 1/2 hours, and Joksan replaced the 2 feed lines since he said that they were not reusable. We were extremely happy with his work and pricing, and he spent extra time advising us about a toilet that is not flushing well. He recommended some replacement brands and told us what measurement is needed for a new toilet (namely a 12 offset- measured as the distance from the back wall to the center of a hold-down bolt.)

We will buy a replacement, and definitely have Joksan do the replacement work. He charges $175 for installation, $50 to haul away an old toilet, and an extra $125 if the old shutoff valve does not shut off properly and needs replacing. (That is the case with ours).

Had a water heater leak on me last week. Found Blossom Valley Plumbing on yelp and let me just tell you, these guys are great people and very professional. They were really flexible with my schedule and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended for all my future plumbing needs. Great company

We had a good experience with this company. Our furnace stopped working and these guys provided a quote for repair and completed the task on time. You can tell these guys care about their customers. Please keep up the good work. We will definitely recommend them to our friends.

72 Degrees Cooper Brothers (another excellent company) recommended MTZ to take a look at a gas pipe problem.

Hector picked up the phone right away, was very nice, ask some questions, then sent Tim to my house the same day!

Tim came out, remediated the gas pressure problem, looked around, found some other issues, took some pictures, and talked about some things to look out for in the future.  Tim will get some quotes for us, and we'll use MTZ when the time comes.

I was hesitant to write this review, because it feels like I stumbled on a secret that I want to keep for myself.

Anar was very quick and responsive. He was reasonable priced and did a great job. He did need to go get some things at Home Depot,  it came back quickly and let me know exactly what he was doing. He also cleaned up the area and it was a really efficient and well done job. We'll be using him again the future.

Matt was awesome. I had two plumbers from two different other services come out to take a look at my nightmare of a shower, since the shower faucets were blowing out of the wall any time I turned them on. Nobody had any idea of what was going on, until Matt came by!

Matt worked around my super sporadic schedule and made sure to come out promptly. Excellent customer service. Very friendly and understanding of my frustration with my problem. After he immediately got to work, he knew exactly what the problem was and drove to Home Depot to get the part(s) he needed immediately! Half an hour later, I had brand new shower handles that actually stuck to the wall when i showered :) Definitely would use him/Henthorn plumbing again if any type of plumbing issue ever arises! Thank you Matt!

Phil is awesome!  He always shows up when he says he will.  He is very honest, courteous and does excellent work.  On every job Phil has done for us, he has done it with obvious pride in his workmanship. He is suprisingly reasonable for the quality of work he does.  If he doesn't know something, he says so instead of giving out bad information & then does his research in a very timely manner and comes up with creative solutions.  When he needs to bring other workers to help with a job, they are just as nice and professional as he is.   He is also an excellent leak finder!! :)!

Several switches around our house went out at the same time, and we weren't sure what the issue was. Thankfully, Andrew and his partner were responsive and had very fair price compared to others on Yelp. AY EMP diagnosed the problem very quickly, went to get necessary parts, and fixed our electrical problem under two hours. They were efficient, and pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend and call them for any future issues.

Great customer service and response. We had a leak in the garage - old PVC pipe which provided irrigation on the outside (which is critical to some plantings we have on the west side yard). Called on Saturday and they came out on Sunday.  Chris G scoped out the situation and gave us a very reasonable quote within 2 days. We wanted to convert the pipe to copper. We scheduled the repair/replacement, and Chris G, again (one of their master plumbers) did an excellent job. Knowledgeable and happy to share all information we needed to know. I'll definitely call them for plumbing help in the future!

This review is long overdue. As properly manager of a couple of residential apartment buildings in SF, Joel is my go to for all plumbing needs. He's dependable and great with tenants. Most recently, water heater unexpectedly went out and he arrived promptly and took care of replacement quickly. Thanks Joel!!!
