Almost new hot water tank not functioning for my tenant. I called Talal and he had Maurice out there in a few hours to fix the problem.  I very much appreciated their quick response time and working with my tenant.

Our kitchen sink clogged for couple of days. We tried everything we could to remove any dump in the pipes but did not work. Then Mr. Kim came in the early Friday morning, pumped twice with his giant pumping machine. Finally we were able to use our kitchen sink again. He is very professional and responsible. He also gave us helpful suggestions and 90 days guarantee. I highly recommended!

My water heater went out while I was traveling on the East Coast. My son called me and told me what happened. The next morning at 5:30am PT I called 4 different places to schedule a repair. I expected to get voicemail. For 3 of the 4 I was unable to leave a message. I was able to leave a message with Pro Roto and within 5 min Isaac called me back!

He assigned someone to go to my house that day. I explained that I needed a quote by 11am PT so I could decide before i got on my flight. They called me later and told me they would be at my house at 7:45am. They got back to me with a quote and fixed the water heater the same day.

I called Happy Rooter Sunday morning and Victor picked up the phone. In 15-20 minutes he was at my place fixing the clogged pipe far under the house. In next 30 min the problem as fixed. I got advices how to avoid clogging plus 30 days warranty. Excellent!

They came quickly, explained what was wrong and fixed it.  And they did it at about half the price of the other company (Leap Frog) who did it last time.    Your mileage may vary, but it worked out well for me.

Kitchen sink was leaking called at 2pm responded over yelp in minutes had someone out by 6pm the guy worked till 8pm as there was multiple leaks.

He got the new faucet installed that I had got from Home Depot. Turns out there was a problem with it, he came back the next day with a new head which fixed the problem didn't charge me for new head or for the extra visit.

It was about $200 to replace the bad plumbing under the sync and about $250 to replace a faucet. Not sure where that comes in price wise but service and friendliness is top notch, and the hardware has been in place for about a week now with no issues.

I had Kirk come out to fix a few things at my house. One of them he couldn't take care of because the toilet needed to be replaced, but I liked him and asked for a second opinion about my tub spout, which my contractor had poorly managed such that we were not going to be able to use the spout that matched our other fixtures. Two other plumbers had said they would have to tear out the back wall and repipe it from the back, but Kirk went out to his truck and made a pipe that fixed the issue. I might get a tattoo of his face on my left shoulder.

Kirk is my goto now, and damn it feels good to have a go-to plumber.

I contacted Joksan for a leak in my RO filter. I tried to fix the leak myself for an hour before I gave up and decided to call a plumber. It was Sunday and most plumbers were either charging a surcharge to come for a quote or did not have availability for several days.
Joksan saw the picture and video I sent, and immediately diagnosed the problem to be coming from inside the filter. In hindsight, any experienced plumber should be able to spot that. But apparently no one else did. Joksan's tip helped me to fix my RO filter over the Labor Day weekend, it saved me not only time but also money.
I will definitely call him back for anything plumbing related in my home.

Been using Barnett for 20 years, since moving to Pleasanton/Dublin.  No idea how their prices compare because I'd never go anywhere else for plumbing needs.   They let you know when they are nearby and always show up on time.  All of the plumbers I've dealt with from Barnett have been courteous, professional and transparent with pricing.   Matt from Barnett did a job at our house today and he even fixed another small leak while here.  Highly recommended!

We've been working with Mark and his guys for the last 4 years. They installed a whole house water purifying system for us, installed a tank less water heater and a re-circulation pump and a few other odds and ends jobs in our home. Irbis did an amazing job fixing our old AC. We moved into a new place and realized the first hot day that the AC was not working. Irbis replied promptly and sent someone the next day to check on the problem. Kenny was so professional and kind, changed our filter and thoroughly checked everything. He spent LOTS of time explaining how the systems worked and what our options were. We decided to go ahead with repairs and no one pressured us to replace our old system instead. Kenny was able to come back quickly and fix the system and we had our AC up and running within days of the initial call, just in time for the next heat wave. I will definitely recommend Irbis for any HVAC needs!

I asked for an in person quote for: 1) the plumbing in my master bath moved over by one foot for each  of my two sinks, 2) for new plumbing to be added in my garage for a utility sink, 3) the valve on one toilet replaced and 4) a drip in the shower repaired. I was quoted $7000!! My regular licensed plumber, which I have worked with for ten years, was out of town for a month and I didn't want to wait: he had quoted me $1200 for the same job. I've decided to wait. Make sure you get multiple bids before going with this company

The experience I had with Anar team is the best so far. They were very responsive. They came on the same day as I needed them to fix a number of stuff before our move. They did a wonderful job in a timely manner. I would definitely call them again in the future and highly recommend them to everyone.

Matt Henthorn was the 3rd highly rated plumber I called for an estimate. He was prompt and on time and professional. He gave me an overview before starting the job and an estimate on how much it might cost. I agreed and him and his apprentice (what I assumed the other gentlemen was) began working on the shower to diagnose the low water pressure issue. He replaced the shower valve with a new unit but the issue was still present. He then said the cause is most likely debris stuck between the pipe connecting from the shower handle and the tub spout. He said that he wanted to try to blow out the pipe with compressed air before going to another method. Him and his apprentice left to the hardware store to purchase materials to clear the clog. They were gone for what seemed to be forever. They finally came back and built a interesting contraption with pipes and hose fittings to their small compressor. They pretty much put it all together and filled it with 90 PSI. The air pressure shot out all the rust/gunk/debris from the tub spout pipe out through the open valve. They put it all back together and turn on the water. Problem solved with a couple hours or work Matt's ingenuity. The first plumber that gave me the quote I would almost want to say he tried to rip me off. I won't be using either of those services from the other plumbers going forward. I now have a go to honest plumber that I will be using in the future!

Background info:
The first highly rated on Yelp plumber tried to sell me a $$$$ entire house pipe replacement and a bathroom remodel to fix the low water pressure problem to only 1 shower. The 2nd plumber also highly rated on yelp that I had an appointment with earlier in the morning was a no show and no call.

He fixed our problem.
He showed up, reviewed the situation, and went through good trouble shooting techniques (which took some time) and was able to get the job done.
Above average communication skills - plain and simple with no BS.
He enlisted help from his colleagues, which were also good people and did good work.
He was empathetic to our situation, and gave it priority.
I would recommend him for further jobs.

We had an emergency, it's Saturday and the main drain near the street was clogged. It has happened before due to roots. Alex came out. Very Professional, very friendly, and thorough. I say the clog is near the street because we have to deal with this issue regularly on a house built in 1948. He came out and cleared it which was 65 feet from the clean out beside the house. After that he ran a camera and we got to finally SEE the issue (this is why they call themselves smart plumbers). With the new information I have I now can go to the city an request a clean out be placed at the iron to clay junction point where the roots have gotten in. Alex also said he will be happy to come out 1 extra time to clear this issue if needed since the city may take a while to fix the issue. Yes these guys are a little more pricey than the others but not that much and worth it. The prices are set BTW.

Want to give a shoutout to Kyle Kellum, he swiftly unclogged a faucet in one of my apartment restrooms. What is most amazing is that he was the 4th plumber that came to try to fix the issue. The first 3 plumbers spent hours trying to unclog the faucet and Kyle did it in 20 minutes. Just amazing!!
