Russ did an awesome job fixing a leak in our ceiling coming from the upstairs bathroom.

He was very professional, on time and able to fix our leak in the same visit as providing us a quote. Would definitely recommend his work.

The owner of the company responded to our phone call promptly, knew exactly what we needed, made an appointment not far out from our initial call, confirmed the appointment the day before, came to our house on time (we were at work and left the key and the house was left in perfect condition) and completed a heck of a lot of great work for a reasonable price just when he said it would be done. What a breath of fresh air after numerous plumbers including corporate companies either flaked on us, or tried to overcharge for some other more simple projects. I thought we would never find anyone honest or reliable. Well, we have found all that and more. You have earned our business for life. I would totally recommend this company! Don't go anywhere to find any other plumber if you have an emergency. I called around 5:30 pm today due to an emergency problem. Most plumber would be off by that time. And if you go online to look for a plumber.. Sometimes it's not easy, they may not even respond ASAP.
My emergency: Refrigerator ice maker machine pipe leak. So the water was all over the kitchen floor. Basically my kitchen floor was flooded.  I call the company and all he asked was my problem and location. And within 2 hours. The company send tony to my house and fix the problem!

Tony was very knowledge and nice. The work that he did was shut off the mainline and cut off the broken pipe and reconnected the pipe to the frig. It's not too hard. Most handy man could probably do it. But to me it's something that I would not have knowledge with. So tony was perfect and honest!

As for price wise. I think it's on the higher end due to they are 24/7. T

But I would totally want them to come back again for my next job.

I called my plumber from the past (Dave's Plumbing) and when he didn't return my two calls, I  found Isahak of Pro Roto. I'm SO glad I found him! From now on, Pro Roto is my plumber of choice.

Our home had original plumbing from the 1940's and over the past week everything began backing up. We knew it was time to upgrade but were in denial.  Isahak had an HONEST conversation about our options, and gave us a generous discount knowing this was going to cost significantly more than snaking a pipe.  

Isahak was attentive, professional, and timely. From the moment I called him, the entire job (assessment to completion) took less than 30 hours. His crew, which consists of his father and a few employees are so wonderful. They were all courteous, cautious, and cleaned up their work areas well.

I've used Happy Rooter 3 times in the last 4 years. They always arrive within the hour. It's awesome not to have to waste away the day waiting for a plumber that never arrives, which is what we used to do before we found Happy Rooter. I cannot recommend them enough. Five stars.

For several years I have called Letts plumbing for various problems with my house and my rental.  I would not call anyone else!  From the first minute they answer the phone you know that they value customer service and will do anything to accommodate you.  Every person they send is professional and knowledgeable.  In addition to the expertise, most of the employees have worked for the company for a long time and are happy, paid well and have medical benefits for themselves and their family (this means a lot to me).  The cost is fair and reasonable. This is an outstanding company.

Wonderful, friendly service! We have been using Scott's Plumbing for years and have never been disappointed. They have been especially good at diagnosing mysterious leaks and finding the sources of the problems. They are also leave the workplace clean. We have no reservations of any sort about this company.

This was the 3rd time we have used Creativity Plumbing, and Joksan again did top-notch work. Today's job involved  installing a Kohler Transpose  skirted toilet which I had picked up at Lowes. This model, like other Kohler skirted models, uses Kohler's non standard ReadyLock system for installation.

Our old toilet had grout around its base, and Joksan carefully removed the grout and later caulked all around the base of the new toilet. We also had him replace the old builder-grade shutoff valve, which was on its last legs.

I paid Koksan to dispose of our old Kohler toilet, and I was very happy when he volunteered to also take away the large cardboard box from the new toilet.  This saved me from having to go at the box with a box cutter and cut it up into small pieces as required by our Sunnyvale garbage unit.

We purchased a new washer from a local big box store. They delivered the washer but would not try to install due to the age of he hot/cold valves. Ron installed new hot/cold valves for our new washing machine for a very reasonable price. He even moved the washer into position and hooked it up - so I didn't have to deal with big box retailer to finish the install. We always request Ron - he's the best!

I had a water heater leak on a Friday. Called my normal plumber but he was not able to respond due to a health issue. I was referred to Blossom Valley Plumbing by a friend and they responded right away. George replaced the old water heater within a couple of hours. He cleaned up the job site as if there hadn't been any work done. Wonderful response and service.

When asking for a quote, they were the only company who gave me possible reasons for my dryer breaking and provided me with a quote for the whole job (not just the diagnostic fee). Ryan fixed my dryer and did a great job. Not only is my dryer working, he somehow made it less loud. He called me thirty minutes before he came, was very professional, and quick at fixing the damage. Would recommend him to anyone who needs an appliance fix. Thanks!

I've used Smart Plumbers for years! Most recently they installed two new toilets  for my new home. I ordered the new toilets at Home Depot, Smart Plumbers picked them up for me and installed them. Leo did a phenomenal job yesterday at our place in Duboce Triangle.  What started off as a simple change of a shut-off valve behind our fridge turned into an almost half-day job as he had to explore the crazy plumbing set-up of our 120 year old house and a century's worth of renovations and changes.  Two previous companies had come out and, without really trying to dig into what was wrong, was unable to effectively diagnose the problem or propose solutions - one even wanted to charge significantly more than Ace just to 'try a few things and see if they work' with no guarantee of success (having seen the final solution - they would not have solved the problem).
