Called Russ on Monday to fix a leaky pipe in my attic. He came out the very next day & had me back up & running within an hour. Thank you Russ for your quick response, for showing up when you said you were going to & for helping me get the water back on for my family. Next time we have a plumbing problem, I will call you first!! Thank you!!!

I am a tenant and our landlords live over the hill, so finding a plumber that was reasonably priced was important to them and I was concerned with getting my backed up main line taken care of ASAP. He satisfied both of our needs and we were told by our landlords for any future issues to call him. I was very impressed with his knowledge, speediness and great communication. He was very respectful of the landlord/tenant relationship and was very clear with everyone involved.

These guys are awesome! I called around and around this morning to get someone out to unclog a toilet (hopefully today). On my initial call to these guys, they said they could get someone out late afternoon and I said thanks, but I'm hoping for something sooner than that. I'm gonna keep calling around.

A while later, they called me back and said they'd send someone now if I still needed it.

Two guys showed super fast and were in and out quickly with no mess. Very polite - fantastic customer service and a VERY reasonable price. Thanks guys!!

Usually I only give a 5 to a biz I've used more than once. But, PR saved my fanny (in more ways than one) yesterday.  Coming home from the SFO, I discovered the guest bath toilet was close to overflowing.  Clearing it with a plunger didn't work.

Enter PR and their 30 minute response ad.  I called, they were professional, courteous and gave me a window for a service call.
They came right on time, called first (as advertised!) and explained what needed to be done, the probable cost, and options.

Faster than a speeding auger, the blockage was cleared and life flowed smoothly again.  My thanks to the tech, Leo M, who was so careful to keep the floors clean, to explain everything carefully and to work so quickly!

I'd call them again for sure.

We had a clog in our sewer line, they gave a time the same afternoon and showed up on time, took care of the clog quickly and were great to work with.

Easter Sunday.....everything backs up.  My daughter in law tells me use Letts they are honest and easy to work with.

10 minutes after I put the phone down he is on the job (he did happen to be nearby) in 30 minutes everything is working perfectly.

Cannot recommend them enough.  Very honest, none of that well you will need our jet water service crap.

If I could give this company 10 stars, I definitely would.  They know what they're doing in both the plumbing and HVAC areas.  The guys are friendly and all are willing to take the time to explain whatever is going on.  We used them for a major HVAC overhaul, as well as some shower pan replacement and re-caulking.  Both jobs were done carefully and on time.  And when a small event occurred with the HVAC system, Anthony came right out to take care of the problem.  On a Saturday!  I wish all of my contractor experiences were as good as this one has been!

We've had Tom and Scott work on a variety of items including a tankless water heater and a storm pimp. Different Oliver's each time but great responsive service each time.

I hired Joksan to replace a vertical surface-mounted kitchen faucet that was rusted out and falling apart. He answered quickly, gave me an fair estimate, and completed the work within a week. Highly recommended.

The toilet in my guest bedroom either would not refill or it wouldn't stop running.
Matt, the technician with 22 years experience, replaced a part and adjusted the toilet so it would flush and refill properly.
He explained what he did and even showed me how to make adjustments in the future, if needed.
And I called Barnett Plumbing this morning and someone was at my house by 12:30 pm.
Matt wore a face mask and booties over his shoes. Very professional and considerate.

My home has those old wall heaters installed and as I was doing some deep cleaning I could see the dust build up on them. I then asked my dad when was the last time he had them cleaned out and he had no idea! So of course I Google how often they should be cleaned and of course I was shocked to see they should be serviced every one to two years  I get on Yelp do some searching, get some quotes and I chose to go with IRBIS. I spoke with Brian he gave a me a quote and breakdown of the work and got me scheduled me the next day. I had a tech by the name of Andres come over to do the service. While he was cleaning out my dirty old heaters he asked why we didn't have AC. Of course we explained we didn't want to pay the central AC price so we just used the mini portable AC's. He then informed us that they do ductless ac units. They keep the house cool, help with dust AND don't cost as WE WERE SHOCKED and excited  so of course we inquire and get a quote and get booked right away. Fast forward to today, I have two small ductless ac units in my home keeping my living room, dining room, kitchen and bedroom at a crisp 65 degrees while it's 83 outside. Don't suffer this year! Call them! Anyways, Josh and his team Marcos, George and Eddie did an awesome job! The unit placements looks great, they tore out my old wall heaters ( I didn't get the holes patched but they do offer the service), they also make sure to protect your floors since they will be walking in and out. All around the company is very professional, friendly and the quality of work was great. Thanks guys! I won't suffer the heat this summer!

Alex fixed our shower handle.  It was not obvious to me what the problem was but it turns out to be a simple fix.  Alex was capable and very honest.  The charge was reasonable.  I recommend them.

Anar responded quickly via Yelp, and he came the same afternoon.  I had a leaking garbage disposal, so he helped install a new one. Very courteous, and wore a mask the whole time. Timely communication through text before he came, and very reasonable pricing which he quoted beforehand. I'll call Mr Fix next time for sure.

Called Matt for a third time when my kitchen sink was draining very slowly.  This seems to happen every 7 to 8 years and so I figured I was due for a snake cleanout.  He ran the snake for 90' with no change in slow drain.  It ended up being a partially clogged 20-year-old garbage disposal.  Fortunately Matt had a replacement in his truck and competed the 90' snake cleanout and disposal replacement with a 1 hour labor fee.  Everything is great now and I'm once again pleased with his service and attention to detail.  As need for plumbers are, I am hopeful that I will not soon need his services, but I would certainly select him again.

I wanted to give a review even though we haven't had a chance to work with Garrison Plumbing. Today, a Sunday, I asked for a quote for a water heater replacement. Even though they were closed, I got email and texts asking for info to prepare a quote. I was really surprised! Later this evening I got a text back asking for our location to get someone out asap Monday for a quote. We had already found a plumber so unfortunately this time we will miss out on working with Garrison Plumbing, but I am so impressed with the professionalism and for getting back to us on their day off that I had to give them a 5 star review. That's service!

Andrew and his crew came by promptly and fix my bathroom sink issue. Highly professional and recommended.

I used their service once back in May 2019. Since then, I keep receiving their promotion letters.
I called several times, asked to be taken off their mailing list. Every time I was told: I will let the owner know.
But the promotion letter keeps coming. It is very annoying that you keep receiving unwanted mail.
I don't know what else can I do to make this stop......

There comes a time in every single, successful, independent girl's life that she dreads: the time, where after denouncing the need for having a man around, she needs a man around!

I came home one day to find my shower drain eclipsed by 2 of standing water with mucky grossness mixed in. After a moment of hand-wringing and WHY don't I have a boyfriend or some loser who is in love with me to fix this shit for me?!?!?! I first decided to (wo)man up and try to fix it myself. I stood there scooping out the muck, plunging the drain like a pro, scooping more muck. I busted out my trusty iPhone which told me I should try putting Dawn dish soap down the drain and pouring boiling water after. I went back to the bathroom to try that, but by this time the drain had refilled to 4 of thicker muckier blacker standing water.

F this!! I said as I succumbed to the need to call a plumber. I first called RotoRooter (at around 7 PM) and the conversation went like this.

Me: Hi I have a clogged shower drain.
Lady: Okay, is this an emergency?
Me: Umm I guess not but I'd like to shower.
Lady: Well we can send someone but it'll be emergency hour pricing.
Me: Uh... how much more is that than regular?
Lady: I don't know you'd have to ask the plumbers.
Me: Okay, can I talk to one?
Lady: No they left, it's after hours.
Me: ...
Me: Okay, can I make an appointment for first thing tomorrow then?
Lady: No, you have to call back at 8 AM and see who's available.
Me: Okay, great, thanks!
*clicks*

WHAAA?! Yeah right! Hell no! Too much hassle and annoying clueless lady. So I went on Yelp and I saw the great reviews for Ace. I called up, and explained the situation. Sean was very nice and explained the after hours pricing would be only $20-30 more than regular, so I went for it. Joe came within 20 minutes, checked out my drain, knew exactly what was going on, and was in and out in about 10 minutes. He was very professional. What more can you ask for! Btw, he charged $145 for the service. And he even laughed courteously when I told him about my feeble attempts to unclog the drain myself.
