Russ did an awesome job fixing a leak in our ceiling coming from the upstairs bathroom.

He was very professional, on time and able to fix our leak in the same visit as providing us a quote. Would definitely recommend his work.

We just moved into a home with a 20-year-old water heater. I called Expert Plumbing and Talal got right back to me. His brother Moe stopped by that afternoon. They had a customer cancel for an install the next day and they scheduled us for installation. Moe explained the options. A 40-gallon conventional tank was the best solution for us. Moe returned the next day, removed the old heater and installed the new one. He arrived right on time and completed the job in 1 1/2 hours. The old water heater was not up to code, e.g. no pan under the heater, as well as some bad connections.

Their customer service, knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. They are a small family-owned business and you can tell they care about their customers. We will certainly use them for future plumbing work.

We have used 24 Hr Draino Pro plumbing for four times in the past.

Our sewer drainage clogged up  big time and Our place was flooded  with water. I called them for the ungent service. He came within a hour and fixed the problem.

He is reliable and knowledgeable. He responses promptly and arrives on time. I will use their service again.

Gary and Oscar were fantastic!! I had a small leak in the ceiling that we didn't know where it was coming from. They investigated the leak free of charge and found the issue. I would definitely recommend them. They were on time, kind and courteous. If I ever have any plumbing issues in the future, they will be my first call

I had a main line clog which is something I'd never experienced in this 60+ year old home before.  Victor came out and we looked all around the house for a clean out and found none.  He said he could snake the drain from the roof (through the roof vent) for $250 with no assurance (or warranty) that the problem wouldn't reoccur.  He suggested that a two way clean out, at ground level, to ensure that any future blockages could be resolved much more cheaply and quickly was another option.  Also, he would warrant against any reoccurring clogs for 90 days and the two way clean out for a year.  He said that he'd normally charge $1200 but would do it for $1000 as we both didn't want him to have to go up onto my old cedar shingle roof!  Additionally, my next door neighbor had had to do the same and ended up paying more because he tried the roof method before having a clean out installed.  

I went with the two way clean out option and he called his workers to come out immediately to get to work on it.  While waiting for them to arrive, Victor went under my house to see where the main line went.  To both of our surprise, it didn't run near the water or gas lines (as it does frequently), but rather about forty feet from them.  Luckily, the line ran under an open space so my lawn and plants weren't torn up.  

The workers not only found the line quickly, but were able to clean out the lines in both directions and get the new two way clean out installed in only a couple of hours.  Even though the sewer was all cast iron to the street which is harder to work than the typical terracotta that is used between the house and the street.  I mentioned that my tub always drained slower than I thought it should and they snaked out the secondary line from the tub for no additional charge.  It now drains more quickly than it ever has in my experience - Yea!.  No more main line clog - double Yea!

All of the work was done with excellent quality, efficiency, promptness, and Victor's two workers were friendly to boot (totally worth the extra $40 I tipped them).  I definitely will recommend Victor and his Happy Rooter crew.

I had letts come do some plumbing work at my house. They sent out Tim Givens. He's the golden boy of plumbing. He's amazing he has really good solutions to plumbing problems. He went above and beyond and was very efficient and quick. He turned my plumbing into a piece of art. He also suggested that I put in a whole house water filter. I did not think I needed it but after seeing what the filter look like after I am thankful that I listen to him.

Art and his crew installed a natural gas line and an electrical line to my backyard and then connected all my appliances.  I am very happy with the results. My overhead heater had a defective part and Art stepped in to work with the vendor and get the part replaced under warranty.  He is the consummate professional and made sure the entire project was completed to my satisfaction.

We have used Scott's Plumbing for over 4 years and have always been impressed.  Professional, on-time and they get the job done right the first time!  Highly recommend!

Joksan helped to clean the clogged main pipe to the sewerage and installed a n access port. He is very responsible and also keeps his word.

We had used Barnett before to replace our water heater- about 8 years ago, maybe more- and then this weekend it started thumping and leaking.  It was pretty terrifying so we shut it down and had nothing but cold water (brrrr).  I left a message on Sunday, and figured I'd need to call them when they opened on Tuesday (Monday being a holiday) and they called me before I called them first thing on Tuesday!  A very nice person came out, gave us an estimate and did the work that day!  I am so happy.  Everyone in my family is so happy.  It wasn't cheap but it was great service.

They might have been good plumber, but I didn't get that far to find out. Called the first time and was put on hold for over 10 minutes so I hung up. Called again a couple hours later and was also asked to hold. I stayed on for 5 minutes before I gave up and moved on to the next plumber. It's too bad that they are either too busy to care or don't hire enough help to streamline their incoming calls better.

Our furnace started working intermittently. We called a few companies to get quotes. Irbis was professional and responded quickly. However, they tried to sell us a new furnace for $8K by demonstrating something faulty with a so-called test.

The company that we originally purchased the furnace from was also able to come and give their estimate. They showed us the furnace was still good, and that we only needed to use thinner filter material to ease the airflow and load on the unit. Naturally, we gave that a try and it worked. It has been 5 months now through a very cold winter and the original furnace is still performing without a hitch.

It turns out that whatever test the Irbis serviceman did was really bogus. Be wary of unnecessary purchase recommendations from this company!

If I could give more stars I would. Fantastic! Hector was terrific. This is the 2nd job I've had him work on, Tim helped with the harder job today and they worked great together. Professional, detail oriented and friendly as well.

Anar did an awesome job repairing some dry wall (approx 10 sq-ft).  He got the job done quickly, cleaned up very well, and was very responsive.  I will definitely hire him again for more jobs in the future!

My kitchen drain became plugged with no advance warning. I called Matt the next morning, and he and Eli came out on short notice. Everything has been running fine since their visit. The price was very reasonable, and I appreciated the prompt service. I would definitely call them again, and am happy to recommend them.

We've been working with Phil at Garrison Plumbing for many years.  In addition to service and remodel plumbing they do new Septic Construction.  Phil has engineers that he works with that can handle everything from the design, permitting and final construction of the Septic system.  They also do the new gray water and sophisticated high level filtering systems.  Unfortunately, they don't do Septic tank pumping.
 I highly recommend you call Phil.  He does a professional job at a fair price and stands behind his work.

Very handy and work hard. The precious investigator assigned by American warranty told me there is a gas leakage. However it is not the case. Techs from AY EMP found the key reason that is there was something blocking in the gas pipeline. They finally fix the problem. Very nice work.

If there was a way for NO STARS I WOULD GLADLY DO THAT.

BOTTOM LINE.  DO NOT USE THEM!

I called these guys to fix a main line block. They do not keep up their appointment window which is over 2 hours.  An unmotivated, lackadaisical employee showed up an hour after the appointment window who first suggested that this was a problem with the city sewer line with just superficial analysis.

We called the city and the cleared the line and then there was still sewer backing up. So we called these guys again. They didn't keep up their appointment on the day we requested and they had an appointment 2 days later. The same character who did the initial analysis showed up again and sure enough did his useless job and went out.
We are still stuck with a backed up sewer. I am going with a different plumber this time!

The company's name is ironic because there is nothing SMART about their service.

I looked at the other review about the people who have posted positive reviews here. I'm shocked and surprised!!

Awkward chatty guy, late without communicating about it, poor interpersonal skills made it difficult navigating getting permission from the HoA to do a water shutoff, etc, etc, find a different plumber!
