We were in the process of moving so our schedule was less flexible than normal and Russ was willing to work with us on a time to work up an estimate.  The job was to install a larger gas line to the back unit of a duplex and add some branches for new and future gas appliances.  When here to make up the estimate he was great at brainstorming to determine the best route for the pipe to fit our budget and also make the finished job look great.  The bid was absolutely fair and he never asked for more. He always started on time, put in a full day and cleaned up.  He originally stated that he would be done by Friday and ended up being done on early Wednesday afternoon.  We have had no issues with the work and would absolutely call Russ again.

Late Friday night (11:30pm), we found out that our main sewer line front the house to the street was clogged. I called 24hr Drain Pro Plumbing. They said they would be out to my house in 45 minutes. They were here in less then 30 minutes. I think it was Steve who cleared the sewer line within minutes. I used 24hr Drain Pro Plumbing in the past. They have been very professional and easy to work with, especially for coming out late at night. I will call them in the future when I need a drain or any plumbing problem solved.

Oscar came to help out with the clogged shower. He is a great professional and very knowledgeable. I would hire him the next time around.

While clearing my downspouts, I discovered my front underground drainage pipe was clogged. Called Victor up and told him my non emergency problem. I schedule an appointment, which was a breeze using both voice and text communication. His plumber show up on time and we both together to solve the issue. We are now ready for the rainy season. Ive never met a plumber that i was more pleased with then Patrick of Letts plumbing. He was fast, friendly, knowledgable and left the work area so clean, you would never know he was there. Would definetly use again.

Called this morning and left a message for service. They called me back within an hour with a time window. Kurt showed up within the time window and did an excellent job fixing our sink backup issue. He was really a class act.

Not that anyone hopes for plumbing problems to happen but if/when they do again I will gladly use Tom and Scotts as well as refer them to anyone having plumbing issues.

I needed my gas water heater to be replaced. Joksan quickly provided a quote based on the pictures I sent. He showed up for the appointment to do the job. Active, proactive, friendly and professional are the qualities coming to my mind. He did a great job without gimmicks and left on-time leaving a clean place. My next plumbing jobs will probably go to Joksan!!

We noticed a leak in our 2nd Floor ceiling underneath the Master Bathroom Shower that bubbled up and caused water to drip down onto our stairs. I called in and made a same-day appointment with a 2-5pm window (which would have began about an hour after I called). Alberto was assigned and showed up promptly at 2pm. He diagnosed the problem relatively quickly as a leak around our shower drain. He told us what needed to be done for repairs and was able to start right away and finished the repairs by 4pm. So what could have been a major headache and inconvenience was diagnosed and solved within 4 hours of us discovering the problem. Would use again if we have other plumbing related needs.

One of my colleagues recommended Blossom Valley Plumbing, so I called them recently to schedule an appointment to replace a toilet in my house. The lady who attended the call wrote down my cell phone and she said she'll have someone call me back to schedule a time.

Within a few hours, I got a call from Mike and had him come over to my house within the next day or two. He was prompt on time, very friendly and very courteous. He first came in to see what needed to be done, and then got his tools and started working on replacing the toilet. The job was done within an hour, made the payment, and he gave me an invoice and left.

I highly recommend Mike for your plumbing services. His hourly rate is reasonable, he is friendly and does a great job.

Kenny came in to do our AC maintenance. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and did a great job cleaning up our old and neglected AC unit. Really happy with the service and will not hesitate to hire them again for future jobs.

I would use this company again based on our most recent experience last week. We were in a rush to fix a few items before our newborn arrived - water-damaged baseboard in children's bathroom, a broken bottle-trap bathroom drain that allowed sewer smell to get into house and a big hole left by an incorrectly installed dryer box. Anar contacted me and gave me a quote on site to fix all of the above in addition to installing five smart switches, adjusting a sagging door, repairing house trims damaged by birds and installing bird deterrents. I took a chance on this company despite it not having many reviews because we needed to get things done and I was not disappointed. The team finished the work on time as promised. What set the company apart is Anar's committment to get things done correctly. He and his crew went to several places in order to find the right bottle trap parts to fit under our tight sink space to maintain the look of modern plumbing. After finding out a tiny piece less than 0.5 inches of baseboard was missed during repair and knowing our need to get the bathroom ready, Anar even came to our house after finishing his other work for that day to get our baseboard all fixed, although it was already 10pm. I will definitely call this company again when I need handyman service again.

Matt's services deserved 5 solid stars.  I had Matt over couple times to fix different plumbing problems; he replaced a drippy faucet, fixed a leaky toilet, and installed a new water heater so far.  I will not hesitate to call Matt again when needed because
- He was prompt with appointments, arrived as he said and finished right on schedule
- He was very experienced and highly skilled, all the leaks were fixed plus the plumbing configurations were simplified after Matt's done, no more miss-matched extension pipes
- His gave better quotes than many other plumbers I called and provided quality work
- He was patient on the phone and over email to answer all my questions
- He made sure his works were what I wanted

Highly recommend Phillip and his team. I have a rural mountain property with outdated plumbing, and had a major leak. It was very challenging to locate the leak, then to access the space, and Phillip went above and beyond to fix it. Additionally, it was a messy (and rancid smelling) job, and Phillip was so careful to keep everything clean! I was so impressed.

I had an old AC unit, and it finally died.  I had several quotes done, and AY EMP was the quickest to respond, was thorough in discovery, gave the best quote, and surprised me by upgrading my original quoted unit at no additional charge.  The team was polite and you almost barely knew they were here.  I am so pleased with Andrew and the team, and they let me know they perform a wide variety of services.  This was such a good experience, I plan to work with them on future projects.

Prompt! great service from Min! even came prepared with pads to protect the floor. Two toilet valves replaced and emergency stop valves. The toilet is rebuilt! Min is informative and very knowledgeable with his life time of experience. I won't be calling anyone else for plumbing needs!

We had one of the flex pipes between our water heater and the water lines leaking.  We originally had another  plumber come out and try to replace it, but the water line had rusted solidly to the water heater.  So we had no choice but to replace the whole water heater, they said.  That would have been a $1,600 cost for a $15 dollar water line, so I tried to get it losened myself the rest of the day.  The next day I had to give up and called the plumber back.  Since they could not come come out to put a new water heater in that day, they suggested Ace Plumbing & Rotor.  
They had one of their guys (Fidel) out aboout 2 hours later to make a quote.  Rather than taking the suggested path of replacing the whole water heater, Fidel asked if I minded he took another shot at the corroded lines.  He hand some out-of-the-box ideas he wante dto try.
Luckily for us Fidel was able to losen the line and save us a whole water heater replacement.  During teh whole process he was very clear in what he was planning to do and what he hoped to realize.  Needless to say this kind man is my plumbing hero now.
