I absolutely love these guys. I have been using them for several years. The have competitive rates and are always professional and timely.

I called at noon Saturday, he said he would be there between 1 and 2 - he was there at 1:30. We had a major back-up, Steve tried roof cleanout, warned that it might not work and said it would cost 450, it did not work, so he had to go get a helper to dig up our lawn , install clean out. Took about 6 hours. He applied the 450 to the 1730 price. He is honest, and the lawn was left clean and neat, with the grass put back in place. He even gave my mom a senior discount when she asked. We are very pleased with his work!

Marco from Pro Roto was incredibly and helpful and generous with his time when I called him with a backed up shower drain that two different technicians from Roto-Rooter were unable to fix.  Marco came over today and had great advice for us on how to fix the problem on our own. He didn't even charge us for his visit and assessment. I will absolutely call Pro-Roto again when I have future plumbing concerns! Thanks!

Victor at Happy Rooter has helped us out several times.  He is timely, curious, professional, and provides great service.  He is an expert at what he does and is very reasonable.  Forget calling those huge rooter companies.

LETTS PLUMBING WAS GREAT!

I came home from vacation to a broken toilet. Not only that, it was 8:00 p.m. on a Saturday night. I tried to fix the damn thing myself and flooded the bathroom. I then called Letts and they came out within an hour. Sheldon was polite, professional, on time and most important, he fixed the problem!!! Thank you so much Letts Plumbing, the least I can do is give you and specifically Sheldon, a great review on yelp!

We had a backed up sink and Daniel was there  within a couple hours. We priced around and their rates were excellent! About $75-100 less than some others we called for quotes. He was thorough and friendly! Gave us some suggestions on work to do for the future to avoid similar situations but no pressure by any means! We would definitely use them again.

our sump pump failed during a storm.  Scott sent a crew over that day.  our pump was located under the house in crawl space.  John crawled through the mud and 2 inches of water to replace the pump.  He was covered from head to toe in mud.  That is responsiveness, effIciency, and a willingness to do what it takes to complete a job.

Installed my kitchen faucet I bought to be compatible with my countertop dishwasher. Courteous, knowledgeable and made sure everything was set up. I'd definitely recommend Joksan

Late review but had a technician come out to look at a few items.  They provided an estimate for my bath/shower project but shared that I might be able to fix it myself if I'm handy and told me the other two projects weren't necessary and shared easy fixes.  

I ended up being able to fix my bath/shower myself but almost made things worse.  It took an entire day for me to replace the positemp water valve.  After the time and stress, I wished I would have just gave Barnett the business.  Will definitely give them my business next time.

I called because my water heater is well over 10 years old and I felt it needed to be changed.  A group arrived from Blossom Valley Plumbing and carefully inspected the water heater.  I was pleasantly surprised to find that they felt it was a high quality unit that they felt was superior to the current heaters on the market.  Their advice was to hold off on changing it.
WOW - I DIDN'T EXPECT THIS AND WAS TOTALLY IMPRESSED THAT THEY RECOMMENDED THAT NO WORK BE DONE.

Another 5 star rating for IRBIS.   During the recent heatwave, the A/C decided to stop working. I called on a Friday and was able to get an appointment on Monday.

The service tech was prompt and professional.  After diagnosing the issue, they were able to fix it on the stop.

I previously purchased their maintenance program and have been very satisfied with their professionalism and quality of work.

Very professional team. I got a response literally in 5 min. On Sunday afternoon. Unbelievable. They came with mask. Understand the issue very quickly and fix it right away. Strongly recommend it!!!

This guy (along with his trusty sidekick):
-Showed up when he said he would
-Was chill & pleasant both on the phone and in person
-Solved our plumbing problem promptly
-And for a reasonable rate -- $125/hour, with no extra $50-70 BS surcharge for the simple act of climbing on the roof, unlike two other places I called (He-Man and Kratzer Plumbing)

My one beef is he failed to return a follow-up call.  But otherwise, so far so good...

My house in Spring Lakes  (Scotts Valley, CA ) was not able to pass the PG&E gas pressure test so the gas company turned off my gas service.  Phillip set up an appointment to send out Byron and Enrique.  They were able to quickly find the sources of the gas leaks and give me an estimate to correct the problems.  They had the problem fixed in about 4 hours and restored my gas service and hot water.  They showed up on time and wore shoe covers when ever they needed to enter the house.  The price was very fair for the amount of work that they needed to do.  I would recommend them to any of my friends and neighbors!

Andrew and his dad came out to replace our kitchen faucet. They arrived on time and did the work very professionally. The hard water had corroded some of the plastic and the work took longer than anticipated but they did it with patience and attention to detail. I will be using their services again.

I called Smart Plumbers and Rooters because I needed the pipes under my new kitchen sink to be refitted. Smart Plumbers employees are friendly and scheduling an appointment was quick and simple.  Joel and Jose were very helpful and knowledgeable.  The work was completed quickly and efficiently.  I would recommend Smart Plumbers and Rooters to anyone who needs any type of plumbing service.

I've used Ace plumbing multiple times throughout the years and always found them to be quick to respond and reliable. Just recently I called them about an issue I was having that was causing a loud noise in my pipes. I had spoken to numerous other people prior to this and no one knew how to fix it. Leo was the technician who came and he was able to fix the issue; he even was very responsive taking my texts and phone call after he completed the job as I had some follow-up questions.
