We had to move our toilet approximately 6 inches on a concrete floor. Russ provided a timely quote for this difficult job, was communicative during the work (as it took several visits due to having to jackhammer concrete), and delivered a quality job. I would use Russ again!

This has to be the best experience with a plumber/water heater company over the years.  Our water heater went out and within a few hours of my call - they sent out a customer service rep to trouble shoot and provide a quote for a replacement heater.  While at the house they contacted a technician; who picked up the necessary parts/water heater and arrived at our home within an hour.  The service was professional, quality work.  Would highly recommend them if you need a new water heater - we also intend to use Expert Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

Got a response message and a call from Isaac within minutes. While he couldn't help me with my particular issue he referred me to somebody who was great and able to help me with my hydronic heating system. Our 12-year-old water heater stopped heating and we couldn't get the pilot light to stay on. We first contacted a different plumbing company that quoted us extremely high prices for repairs that may or may work, wouldn't itemize the parts vs. labor costs, and proposed a shockingly high price for replacement (over $4K). Letts came to the rescue! Within an hour and a half, Mike showed up with a new water heater and had it up and running in very little time. He was courteous, careful, neat, accommodating with questions, and had great attention to detail. This was a particularly bad time for our water heater to die, but Letts had us squared away in a matter of hours.  I can't recommend Letts (and Mike!) highly enough.

We had a situation where our HVAC unit located in our ceiling was not draining properly.  It was draining via the overflow pipe come out of the ceiling of our first floor bathroom, which is directly above the sink.  Before contacting Mr. Reliable, we had several contractors come out and look at it, but none of them had any idea how to fix it.  

Art came out right on time and within just a few minutes he had diagnosed the problem.  He found the clog that was backing up the primary line and flushed it out.  He also did some preventive work to make sure there were no other obstructions in the line.  

We were really frustrated with this issue of our HVAC not draining properly.  We had to deal with it for several months.  We're both thrilled and relieved that Art was able to quickly remedy the situation.

My dilemma was to either buy a new dryer or have a gas line installed.  Tom and Scotts plumbing assured me that their option would be a better one and less costly than buying a new Dryer.  
My mistake was in not getting a formal/written quote, i trusted their input, based on all the good reviews. But  I now know why there are a few negative reviews about price.  if they see an opportunity they'll take it.  in hind site, i wish I'd bought a new washer and dryer set, instead of having a gas line installed, it would've saved me a lot of money.

joksan is a very knowledgable plumber and he is very polite , corteous and professional. i had a backed up sink and the garbage disposal wasnt working. he was very upfront with what had to be done and the charges that would be applied. i had done some price checking with other companies and his pricing seemed to be the most reasonable. it ended up being a celery stalk stuck in the waste arm which he was able to take out eventually. he was quick effecient and  i felt like i got the best deal in town with the nicest and most honest plumber. ill defenitley call creative plumbing and ask for joksan again . thank you joksan !!

Late review but had a technician come out to look at a few items.  They provided an estimate for my bath/shower project but shared that I might be able to fix it myself if I'm handy and told me the other two projects weren't necessary and shared easy fixes.  

I ended up being able to fix my bath/shower myself but almost made things worse.  It took an entire day for me to replace the positemp water valve.  After the time and stress, I wished I would have just gave Barnett the business.  Will definitely give them my business next time.

Called three days running for plumbing service.  The receptionist was GREAT, and the plumber never returned my calls. What's the point of having a plumber who doesn't even have the common courtesy to return calls?

My furnace stopped working, I called three vendors. Ray came and evaluated the furnace and recommended a Carrier brand replacement at a reasonable price. Irbis was communicative throughout the process, they assigned a project manager. The crew Josh and Eddie came on the specified date and completed the work. They were experienced and expertly installed the furnace, wiring and ductwork. They tested the equipment and cleaned up the place. Highly recommend them  if you want a Carrier authorized dealer installation.

Hector is great. My kitchen sink was clogged. I scheduled appointment with MTZ Plumbing at the midnight and I received response at 5am on last Sunday. And Hector gave me available time between10am-12am, which I accpeted. He showed up on time, started work quickly. The problem was not as simple as I expected. It was not the p-trap but somewhere deep in the pipe collapsed (under the concrete slab). Hector tried small snake and bigger snake, and later used a sewer camera to show me the problem.
In the whole process, Hector is professional, polite and super helpful! I would highly recommend Hector and MTZ Plumbing.

My door hinges broke off due to weather. Door was completely opened and I tried fixing it but it was not shutting. Extremely shitting situation due to weather!! I reached out and Anar came over at 9:30PM! He was able to complete this job within 30 minutes in this weather! Amazing service and extremely friendly. Also offered additional help fix  my front door! Definitely recommend using Anar! For someone to come and help me in the middle of the night I can't thank him enough! Will be using him for other jobs as well!

We had a back up of our sink drain. They came first thing the next morning and cleared it out. They even helped to diagnose my issue is old pipes. Now I know and will use them to change out the pipes.

Great service. Able to come on short notice and get the work done quickly. Installed an on-demand hot water heater and it looks and works great.

A water inlet into our house developed a pretty nasty leak and just like that we had to look for plumbing services that could come fix the issue for us quickly. I found AY EMP and requested for a quote, they were very timely in their response, and offered to come take a look the next day.

When they showed up, I had some concerns for our water filtration system, and they offered to replace it the very next day, and quoted a reasonable price for the replacement and installing a pre filter and a water softener. They showed up promptly the next day at the agreed upon time and did the work with utmost professionalism. They were respectful of the property and in fact left it in a cleaner state than what it had been when they arrived!

They were very thorough and got the job done the same day even though it was past sunset(and chilly outside) and they had to make a trip to the hardware store in the middle of the job(because a part did not contain all the components). They explained how to perform routine maintenance on the new system, and cleaned up the work area after they were done.

I am very impressed with AY EMP and will be calling them for any other plumbing, or electrical work around the house!

Fast, excellent service and very courteous staff. Min went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction, including explaining what he was doing during various stages of the job. Arrived when promised and finished the work in a timely manner.
