I would not call Top hat plumbing ever again or recommend him to anyone. Our 2 year old water heater was making noise, First he was 1 hour and 45 minutes late to the job without calling then he came to replace a little part that we already had, after spending an hour or so on it he said that he can't fix it and we owe him $225 for labor!!!! After my husband talked to him, he reduced it to $150. This is a joke! I understand if he asked for $50 or something for his time but $150??!!!

Expert Plumbing was responsive and communicated well. The technician did a good job fixing up our sink drain which had become a persistent problem.

Great, fast service for a Friday night! He knew exactly what to do and had the problem fixed within an hour!

I had an emergency situation where I had to shut off my water and when I tried to turn it back on, no water was coming. I reached out to Pro Roto and they responded right away. Juan G asked me to describe the issue and to send a photo. He spotted the problem and described how to go about fixing it myself. This all happened in about five minutes through text messages. When it was finished, I asked what I owed and he just said he was glad to help (no charge). Even though the issue was addressed quickly, it would have been completely reasonable to charge for the time, or to ask for a review, but he didn't do either. I was very impressed and will definitely look to Pro Roto again for future needs.

We recently moved into a new place a couple of months ago, and have had a constant issue with our tub not draining properly. We've gone through bottles of drainer but it didn't help. Erasmo came to our home today and got to work. He was successfully able to find the cause of our problem! The previous owners let plastic bands and a plastic spoon go down the drain!! Extremely thankful to Erasmo for getting the job done quick and thoroughly!!

My family is new to the Bay Area and we recently bought a house in the East Bay. Being new to the area, we did not have anyone to ask for a recommendation when we needed a plumber, so I came on Yelp and found Lett's Plumbing.  
I found this company to be very helpful and professional from setting up an appointment with Mary, to having the work done by Steve.

I needed the water line from my new refrigerator hooked up and a new toilet installed.  Mary quoted me the price per hour and explained there may be additional charges if parts are needed as well.  Steve called me before the appointment to advise that he was on the way and when he got to my home was very friendly but utterly professional.  It was clear that he knew exactly what was needed - even though the installation for the toilet we purchased was not typical and set about getting the job done efficiently and very, very cleanly.  He was extremely respectful of my home and considered that it was raining that day, to extra care not to track any dirt or water into my home.

I would not hesitate to recommend Lett's to anyone in need of plumbing services, and now consider them my go-to plumber.

I used Daniel from Mr Reliable to change a water heater at my house in Mt View. He installed a new tankless water heater which is working much better than my old one. Daniel was great, he quoted for the equipment and work. Even though it took him several hours more than planned to complete the job, he respected the quote for the work and did not try to charge extra. The workmanship was of top notch quality and I could not be happier with the results. Will use him again when needed.

Needed a plumber for a variety of plumbing needs around the house.  Called a few and was not impressed.  Called Tom's and Scott, got an answer on the second ring, an understanding of the scope of my needs and a plumber out at an agreed time.  Now the pricing.  I was expecting the typical service charges and add on's  Nope, nada, zilch.  So it was straight  hourly rate plus any parts.  Cody showed up on time, covered the punch list, noticed a potential problem and we spoke and I agreed it needed his attention.  At the end, it was as stated.  Hourly, no BS no add on's.  I was impressed with the quality, efficiency and pricing to get this done.  No hesitation in using them again or giving them a shout out with my friends etc.

I needed my gas water heater to be replaced. Joksan quickly provided a quote based on the pictures I sent. He showed up for the appointment to do the job. Active, proactive, friendly and professional are the qualities coming to my mind. He did a great job without gimmicks and left on-time leaving a clean place. My next plumbing jobs will probably go to Joksan!!

Barnett is our go-to for any water related items at our home.  We had to have some home work done and Matt/Alberto did a great job diagnosing and then fixing the problem.

Had a water heater leak on me last week. Found Blossom Valley Plumbing on yelp and let me just tell you, these guys are great people and very professional. They were really flexible with my schedule and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended for all my future plumbing needs. Great company

IRBIS HVAC was by far the most professional HVAC installation service I have used! Chris, who came to provide the free estimate was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and honest about whether I needed a replacement or had more life in my 20+ year old HVAC! He let me make the decision on it and just gave me the facts. IRBIS uses very advanced front end IT systems to generate and provide online estimates (5 options provided to me right during the estimate visit!). After that scheduling them is easy once you accept any of the estimates. Travis, the Tech lead came with his Team for the install and did it exceptionally & very professionally. The install was done in a day (even though the estimate was given for 3 days max.). IRBIS assigned a full Team to support the Project - a PM, a Finance person, an Office Manager, a member to obtain the Permit even! All interactions via email and phone were promptly responded back, leading upto to install.

I would recommend IRBIS to any friend or Family in a heartbeat! And to add to it all, their pricing is extremely competitive (best among the ones I researched!!). And to close, they definitely were very Covid conscious through it all! Kudos to IRBIS & Team!

Tim is a reliable, responsible and knowledgeable person.  He helped me to install a tankless Waterheater a few days ago.  He provided me with multiple solutions, and I made my choice after his first on site visit.  
He came in on time and also kept my place clean.  
He would make sure everything was good before he left my house.

We bought a replacement kitchen sink faucet which I knew I could install by myself.

What I wasn't counting on was being defeated by *removing the old rusted-on faucet*

Having sufficiently destroyed the old faucet such that it couldn't be put back together, I was in a hurry. So I texted Anar at about 10pm last night.

After a brief exchange - including me sending him pictures - He committed to showing up this morning to make quick work of it.

He was a little late, but got right to work. Wore a mask, warned us of some incoming loud noise, and finished up removing the old faucet quickly.

We'll call him again for future handyman needs.

Matt Henthorn is such a nice gentleman. I am writing this review because I was in the Home Depot today very frustrated trying to locate things for a sink repair. He could tell that I was struggling and he asked me if he could be of help and proceeded to help me solve my problem.
I was with a handyman or I would've hired Matt to help me with the job I was working on. But I asked for his name so that I could call him for my next home repair. It is so seldom these days that a person would volunteer to help you. Everyone is always so busy with their own tasks.
I wasn't surprised when I saw all the fives in his reviews, he is just a great guy. The next time I need a plumbing repair I will definitely call Matt!!!

I wanted to give a review even though we haven't had a chance to work with Garrison Plumbing. Today, a Sunday, I asked for a quote for a water heater replacement. Even though they were closed, I got email and texts asking for info to prepare a quote. I was really surprised! Later this evening I got a text back asking for our location to get someone out asap Monday for a quote. We had already found a plumber so unfortunately this time we will miss out on working with Garrison Plumbing, but I am so impressed with the professionalism and for getting back to us on their day off that I had to give them a 5 star review. That's service!

Responsive, quality work and we'll priced. The follow up to ensure all is well has been second to none. Customer satisfaction has been a high priority.

We called Smart Plumbers in and they arrived on time and Richard Ross was the technician that came out. Very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I give five star rating to him for explaining in detail what the problem had been and how to stop the problem happening again.  I would recommend this company and especially Richard.   Thanks

I had the misfortune of buying a home with a nonfunctional main sewer line.  Shortly after moving in, I was greeted by a massive sewage spill in the back yard (BTW always get a sewer inspection before buying property in SF!!!).  Ace Plumbing came to the rescue.  Jonathon, Joe and Fidel arrived quickly to the scene.  They tried whole-heartedly at first to minimize cost in fixing the problem. However, after failed snake and hydro-jetter procedures, a video inspection showed that the sewer line needed to be replaced.  Ace Plumbing used a trench-less sewer system in order to save the garden in the back of the house.  I can't say this was cheap, but after looking on-line and calling other plumbers, I can say that their prices beat the competition.  Most importantly, Jonathon, the owner, and Joe were extremely fair and professional people who explained the situation every step of the way and stuck to the initial estimate.  Jonathon even agreed to split the total bill over three months!  They finished the job in a little over a week and left the backyard in great condition.  

I agree that no one wants to call a plumber, but if you're forced to, I highly recommend Ace Plumbing.   Now all I need is a good lawyer to go after the people who sold me the house.
