We had a great experience with Top Hat and Russ. My mother had a leak in her back yard under the sidewalk that was tied into main water service which cut off all water to the house. Russ responded within 2 hours and had the repair complete by 5:00 PM.
Very professional, fairly priced, honest and explained options to my 88 year old mother that she could understand. Russ removed concrete so cleanly we were able to reinsert flag of concrete saving her money.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TOP HAT PLUMBING FOR ANY PLUMBING NEEDS.

I could not have had a better experience . I called yesterday when it seemed like my hot water heater was tapping like a snare drum. This started after the city of Santa Cruz replaced a water pipe down the block. Called Expert Plumbing yesterday ,and a real person came on the phone right away. We scheduled todays visit ,and Maurice was here  in the first 5 minutes  of a 2 hour window. He diagnosed the problem as air trapped in the lines ,and since there had been no maintenance check of the water heater in over 7 years  ,he flushed  the water heater  out removing all of the trapped air and sediment  ,and now the water heater works like a charm. Couldn't be happier  with this fast and very efficient job.  Great work . Thank you again. !

I have a one bathroom condo.  Both the shower and toilet would not drain. I called on a Sunday and spoke with Steve.  I asked if someone could come out Monday, and he said yes.
Javier came by within the window quoted by Steve.  He was both friendly and proficient.  My bathroom is now in perfect working order.  
The only complaint, if you can even call it that, was that Javier was out of business cards.
Great service and reasonable prices.

Last week I had Pro Roto come out for what I thought was an emergent plumbing fix having just had a catastrophic mini flood when my sub-contractor sawed into one of our main kitchen lines - we had what I thought was just a quick patch job done at the time of the accident.  Obviously I know nothing about plumbing - and I called several plumbing companies asking for someone to do a real fix - Marco Acosta of pro-Roto called back and agreed to meet me early before normal working hours and save the day.  He was timely, professional and HONEST!  
After taking a look at the situation Marco could have pretty much told me anything and I would've signed on the dotted line- but alas HE TOLD ME ALL WAS GOOD AND DIDNT EVEN charge for the call.  PRO ROTO AND MARCO saved the day!!! And made my day

Adam came by and diagnosed our issue within 15 minutes of arriving. We had water beneath our floor boards, so he looked down into the crawl space. It wasn't a plumbing issue, rather a leaking condenser unit on my HVAC! Fortunately, it was caught in time to not cause any serious damage. We had just moved into our home, and found out from a failed appliance installation that our plumbing was all 1960s era and needed replacement. Mr Reliable responded quickly to my inquiry here, and check out my problem that day. This ended up being a large job: replace all the galvanized corroded steel with new copper. I also had them install a garage sink, water filter, hot water re-circulator, and new faucets. Art gave me a cost estimate prior to the work and didn't change the price once we agreed on the work. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient.
This was a big job, and took a couple weeks to finish. But each night the crew cleaned up their dust and made sure we had at least one bathroom working while the project was in-progress. They laid out cloth on the walkways and covered their boots when they were inside. They locked up my garage when they left each day. Little things, but it shows professionalism and attention to detail.
I had another home repair issue (AC wasn't working).  I called Art because he showed me his company gets the job done promptly, and done right the first time.

Phillip gave us perfect service. He knew more about my shower valve system than Google, or the local specialty hardware store. Best of all, he left the site exactly like he found it. Definitely calling Tom's & Scott's again.

Replacing a water heater isn't one of those things you ever dream about doing to your home but is inevitable if you stay long enough. However, with that being said, we were very pleased with the customer service that was extended to us.
The technicians were polite and professional.
Brandon and Rob worked well together and thoroughly explained the new unit. These guys were super efficient. After they completed the installation both cleaned up and left our premises clean and orderly.

Found them on yelp with great reviews. I called and received a call back from Mark within 30 min. We had 3-4 issues but one was a slow leak. During this crazy winter of rain they were crazy busy but he said can't have a leak. I'll send someone out first thing in the morning o fix the leak and we'll come back in less than a week to fix all the other issues. Once Doug arrived and evaluated the drip problem he was the most diligent and persistent person I've met in a long time. He wasn't happy with the way something was working and was determined to get the right parts to make it completely right. Thank you Doug and Mark at Blossom Valley Plumbing. We'll call you again in a heartbeat with our plumbing issues.

I had an amazing experience with IRBIS, they were able to get me an appointment within 2 hours late in the day. They used very good notification system and were very quick to respond to my texts. The best of all was their nice tech Tim who took care of the heater short circuit problem in no time and was reasonable with the repair cost. I highly recommend IRBIS and will come back for their service.

Anar, from Mr Fix came over on short notice to fix a shade in my balcony. He took all measures of protecting everyone during this pandemic by wearing a mask and proper cleaning. He completed the task in no time and had all the required tools to do the job faster. He even went ahead and fixed an optional see et of hooks below the shade to ensure it does not flutter in windy days. Overall I am very impressed with the meticulous work that Anar did and he charges were very very reasonable. Highly recommended!!!  Thank you Anar, you rock!

Matt did the plumbing on a complete house remodel for us. Matt was the best and easiest to work with of all the contractors we used. Not only is he knowledgable and capable in his trade, he is very responsive and dependable. He takes his commitments very seriously and is a great communicator.

I just want to say how happy I am with the great service Garrison Plumbing has done. Byron and Enrique came out to put fixtures in my bathroom and did such a great job. Jose Salinas did an awesome job today when our plumbing backed up and then evolved into additional issues.  Not unusual in an older home with older plumbing.  Jose took his time. He was respectful of our personal space and our Sunday morning.  He explained the issues.  He took care of business and cleaned up the work space.  And by the way, he arrived within 30 min of me calling in for help!  Smart Plumbers have never let us down!

I called this company to make an appointment and use their services at the rates offered on Craigslist. The technician this company sent to my house gave me a very high estimate, totally different from what the company published on Craigslist. I mentioned it to him and he said that another plumbing company is posting these ads under their name? WTF I have never heard anything like that in my life.

It does not take much to realize that this company is running a bait and switch campaign on Craigslist; if they are so needy to increase the business they should look for a more efficient way to bring in clients; packing Craigslist with fliers and then blaming a competitor is JUST PLAYING WITH THE COMPANY'S REPUTATION.

You can keep taking chances and you may get one or two clients out of this dishonest campaign but do not expect the rating of your company to increase...at least my one star review will not contribute to this cause.
