Top Hat was wonderful. I had a collection of small fixes that needed to be made, including fixing a broken drain, a few bad pop up mechanisms on sink plungers and a bad shower device. I had called another MH area plumber and never heard back. So, I left a message for Russ while he was on vacation, and he called me the morning he returned to the office. We set up an appointment, and he was on time and very affordable. He listened to my concerns and talked me through how each of the mechanisms worked. Because he had all the equipment on hand that day, he was able to get the work done in a few hours. It was a big checkmark off of my to do list. I would definitely call Top Hat again.

Excellent service! I can't' thank Talal and Moe enough for their responsive and professional competency. I called Expert Plumbing on a Wednesday morning before work about our leaking water heater. Talal called me back within 15 minutes and was able to stop by soon after to assess our situation. We had an old propane water heater located precariously in the attic. Talal walked me through all the options and estimated costs. We knew it was going to be a big project because we wanted to eliminate the attic option and install a new water heater into an outside workshop shed. Talal was able to schedule it for the very next day so we wouldn't have to be without hot water for very long. I was very grateful to not only have hot water but to get a new water heater installed a safe location by Thursday night. I will definitely call them again!

My bathtub wouldn't drain and the toilet was filling up! I called Victor and he was able to come within minutes. In less than two hours I had a clean tub and running toilet. He was prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. If I have any problems in the future I know who to call.

Like a good neighbor, I was helping someone in my court with her tenant. They called the city and she had 5 days to complete the work. I desperately went to Yelp and submitted a quote and Mr. Reliable Plumbing & Heating called me within 15 minutes of requesting the quote. They quickly scheduled Bruce and within an hour he was at the property to inspect the work.

Bruce was honest and told us the leaks were minor and assured us he could complete all the work within 2 days. He regrouted the tub, fixed a broken valve, and repaired a leaky sink. They filed the needed permits if needed with the City. After the repairs were completed the tenant damaged them. Bruce went out again at no cost to ensure the repairs were completed before the City inspection.

They charged us $60 to inspect the repairs but overall they were competitive with the market and quick and efficient. Leaks are stressful, but they don't have to be with the right help.

our sump pump failed during a storm.  Scott sent a crew over that day.  our pump was located under the house in crawl space.  John crawled through the mud and 2 inches of water to replace the pump.  He was covered from head to toe in mud.  That is responsiveness, effIciency, and a willingness to do what it takes to complete a job.

Highly recommend. We got 2 jobs done by Joksan, he know work very well and do neatly. He response quickly and very reasonable price.

We had used Barnett before to replace our water heater- about 8 years ago, maybe more- and then this weekend it started thumping and leaking.  It was pretty terrifying so we shut it down and had nothing but cold water (brrrr).  I left a message on Sunday, and figured I'd need to call them when they opened on Tuesday (Monday being a holiday) and they called me before I called them first thing on Tuesday!  A very nice person came out, gave us an estimate and did the work that day!  I am so happy.  Everyone in my family is so happy.  It wasn't cheap but it was great service.

They might have been good plumber, but I didn't get that far to find out. Called the first time and was put on hold for over 10 minutes so I hung up. Called again a couple hours later and was also asked to hold. I stayed on for 5 minutes before I gave up and moved on to the next plumber. It's too bad that they are either too busy to care or don't hire enough help to streamline their incoming calls better.

Very impressed with the service I received from IRBIS. I contacted them on a Friday, and they were able to get an appointment for me on the following Monday morning. The technician was prompt, solved the problem with my wall heater quickly, took the time to explain what was happening and what to do next, and was on his way. The pricing was reasonable, I signed up for the annual maintenance plan since it wound up being cheaper since they drop the initial fee.

Also appreciate that their Instagram game is on point.

Thank you Hector, Tim, and Manuel! Hector is a class-act. He explained the fact I would need to re-pipe my gas line If I wanted to have adequate pressure for a tankless water heater. It was an easy choice to go for the standard 40gal tank to avoid a very costly job and longer durability. Hector and his team worked quickly and courteously provided status throughout.  I also went with his recommendation to replace the on/off valve for the water coming into my home. We have much better water pressure as a result. Thanks for the quality work and I will recommend.

A rat had climbed onto our Directv cable and chewed through the hole for the cable going into second floor attic.  It had gotten into the house (rat is now gone).
It was too high for me to replace the screen.  They came right out and replaced the damaged screen with a double screen.  Directv came out and replaced with wireless receiver after they took pictures of our cable inside the screen showing it was chewed through.  Professional all the way.

I did my tankless unit research after considering Noritz, Rinnai and Navien brands for a tankless water heater. Based on 98% efficiency, primary and secondary heat exchangers being all stainless steel, internal recirculation pump to reduce cold water sandwich effect and Navien being based in Irvine, CA (overnight parts) vs being located on east coast if I ever needed a part under warranty, selected them as the tankless supplier

Then began the licensed plumber research and arduous quote process, after evaluating a number of plumbers who came out but some never quoted: Payless Water Heaters, BG Plumbing, Freitas Plumbing, Counsil Plumbing, Cool's Custom, On Demand Water Heaters (never quoted after viewing project), Just Tankless (never quoted or responded after viewing project), and many others selected Henthorn Plumbing.

Most plumbers for tankless install will aim to bill you for the job for worst case scenario which equates to $300 per hour if you do the math (for two day install) this is to protect them just in case problems arise so you will see quotes vary largely from $3.8K-5K-10K.  I specifically wanted a plumber that would charge time + materials and stay on target vs charge for the worse case and Matt Henthorn was the plumber that could do exactly what I wanted and he stayed on target with install in 2 days as estimated.

Project was to run a dedicated 35ft x 1 galvanized steel gas line from meter mounted to strut, strapped every 7' with sediment trap, pressure tested prior to connection to Navien NPE-210A tankless water heater installed over plywood (brace sheet rock) meeting manufacturer clearance requirements, 2 schedule 40 PVC intake and exhaust vents separated 12, removed old washer stand-pipe, installed new PVC standpipe, sanitary tee, cleanout, new laundry box with water hammer suppressors, condensate neutralizer and scale inhibitor along with service valves, new gas dryer hookup and flex, install new brass hose bib.  Also installed a new figure 5, sanitary tee to support both new future laundry vanity sink and existing bathroom sink. I patched the sheetrock myself so he could finish the install.

Matt completed full install in 2 days, everything worked as it should, now have endless hot water, I will call him back to finish vanity sink hookup once I have it and countertop installed. His time and labor quote was very competitive and no corners were cut from project scope that I drafted.

Matt demonstrated journeyman qualities of integrity, honesty, cool head - nothing seem to phase him if complications arose, he is CA C36 licensed, bonded with workers compensation (he had one helper to help with gas line cutting and bracing) and does all work according to city code. He is also personable, positive attitude involves you in the decision making process and options.

I am wholeheartedly recommending him for your tankless water heater, gas line, water hookup, drain and any other plumbing needs. 5 stars

Phil has helped us several times. Installing new toilets, troubleshooting sink leaks, etc. He is totally honest, competent, fair priced and persistant. We recommend him without hesitation.

We had an issue with the power outlet for the refrigerator. AY EMP was very accommodative in scheduling the work and they were systematic and patient to find what the issue was. Will definitely be using their services again.

Called the (650) 967-2288 asking for a plumber.  Told the woman it wasn't urgent.  Arranged one for today between 1-3.  Called at 3:15 to see where the plumber was and the same woman told me I called and cancelled.  I told her I never cancelled and that I had been sitting here waiting and she hung up on me.  I called back and some guy answered and was really kind of a dick and got short with me because this woman was in his ear.  I've used them many times in the past.  Will never use them again.

Oliver was great! He arrived on time and was able to quickly fix our clogged sink faucet. Very friendly and efficient.
