Jim is a true gentleman and wonderful businessman! When we had a leak in our hot water heater he came to fix the problem and gave us time to decide on whether or not to replace the heater. He never pushed a replacement and was upfront about our options. Frank's plumbing is the only plumber you need!

We got a clogged kitchen sink and could not do any dishes. So the next morning I called around to various local companies to have them clean out our clogged sewer line. Awais was the only one that could come out that day to take care of our problem. He kept me informed of his arrival time as he had other appointments that morning. He showed up, took off his shoes before entering our home, checked out the situation and immediately went to work. His first attempt was just short, as in his tool was too short. He called his assistant who showed up within minutes with a rooter that could cleanout the line for about 50 feet. Took care of the problem. They did a very good job of making sure they did not make a mess and were out of there within an hour. Real reasonable cost and a 30 day warranty to make sure that took care of our problem. Happy returning customer. This time Matt helped us replace our kitchen faucet and valves. Super responsive and offered flexible schedule to accommodate our needs. Will definitely get back again when we have other plumbing needs in the future.

Don't do it.  WAY overpriced.  Thankfully, we only got estimates from them.  They charged more than any other business just for the estimate alone, much less the proposed work.  One company charged $400 for the same estimate including a video inspection and toilet removal/reset for which Oak Plumbing charged $644.  However, the less expensive company gave us a copy of the video inspection.  Oak Plumbing did not.  Had they known their market they would have known that we would need a copy of the video inspection to apply for a grant for the work through our local Sewer District.  

Oak Plumbing's estimates (which were so riddled with misspellings that it took several re-reads in parts to decipher what they were trying to say) did not include obtaining permits as well as other services which were all covered by the business chosen by us to do the work. The company we did choose came in at a whopping $19,000 less to do the work!  And it was beautifully done.

Dmitrii responded very quickly to my Yelp request, then came out early the next morning and fixed a bunch of broken closet door tracks and some broken toilet paper holders, also took down some wasp nests and changed outdoor lightbulbs for me. He was fast and has a sweet and courteous disposition. He also charged a very reasonable hourly rate. I would easily hire him again the next time I have issues in need of fixing!

Being relatively new to the peninsula, when our drains were starting to become problematic, we asked around to other locals for recommendations.  One name consistently came back - Steve Simms in Pescadero.

We called his office and arranged a service call. The serviceman was prompt and did a wonderful job on our drain in less than an hour.

We've found our local plumber and highly recommend him.

I had an obnoxiously rude experience with these folks. I called up on the number listed on Yelp and I spoke to a pleasant lady who took down my details and said one of their technicians would get back to me. Promptly, I get a call back from a person called Chu Van who said it'd coat me $95 to repair one clogged toilet. He said he can be at my place in 15 minutes. After I hung up, I realized that I hadn't confirmed if $95 includes everything, so I called him back and asked the same. Also, I enquired if $95 is a fixed price to which Mr. Van took great offense and he hung up on me. I tried calling him back and he wouldn't pick up the call. Assuming there has been some misunderstanding and to give the benefit of the doubt to Mr.Van, my wife called back on the number listed on Yelp. She explained what transpired with Mr.Van and was told to expect a call back. Within a minute, Mr.Van calls back on my wife's number and very rudely replies to her saying that he has an appointment available for tomorrow morning at 9am but he wouldn't be helping her. She was taken aback by what he said. So, Mr.Van called us back just to convey that he won't help us. This is just pure spitefulness and we definitely don't deserve this sort of discourteous and nasty behavior. I have no idea of the kind of service they offer but if their social skills are anything to go by, I would never approach them.

OC Plumbing replaced our water heater.  They were very quick to respond, knowledgeable, and very helpful.  The water heater they installed was a high grade water heater and the install looks outstanding.  I hate to say we blanked that we had home owner's insurance.  Since they already worked with the insurance company I was able to have insurance pay for the replacement.  I am happy they mentioned that.  They seemed like a solid outfit and I'd use them again.

Bailey's and especially David was fantastic in my project.   We ran in to issues with the city, but he was professional and available.   In the end they went above and beyond to get my project done.  I highly recommend using them!!!

Contacted Kenny on a recommendation from a friend that had work done.  I had 2 bids out for replacing the main sewer line from the house to the city connection (street).  Kenny came out same day, reviewed the layout, suggested a much less intrusive way to accomplish the task, and his bid was 40% lower than others (a big deal when your talking thousands for a sewer line)! Other bids included tearing up 15 feet of aggregate walkway and pipe bursting.  Kenny explained the good and bad about these options, and laid out a plan, that did no concrete, plant, or sprinkler damage. Truly awesome when you think about the tight spaces. Kenny left to check another job and said he call that night with timing and the final price.  He called on time and we agreed on the price.
Kenny's crew showed up at 8am the next day and started to set up, and his foreman explained everything to me in real terms.  They had already conducted a city survey and all was marked and good to go.
All in all these guys are professional, timely, and left nothing to clean up.  Very please and highly recommend for a tough job like sewer systems, but also his crew is top of the line when it comes to standard house plumbing.  Not sure how he does it, but  he explains the most cost effective way to get the job done and you feel good about  your decision to call him.

I found out that we had water leak when we got our water bill. I messaged Joseph and he was very quick in replying. He came the next day and was able to find two leaks and fixed them within few hours. Very professional. I've been very happy with all the work that he's done. Highly recommend.

Had these guys out for a $8500 job to change out sewer drain pipe plus a couple other related things.  When plumber started digging out the pipe, we found out one part of the quote was not necessary.  The plumber told me they took care of me on the quote, and I didn't check his numbers. After the job was done, I stupidly didn't look over the invoice carefully.  I checked the invoice the next day when I had some time and found I had still been charged $700 (down from the original $1200) for the part of the job that was already done when they got here and they literally had to do nothing for.  I called to ask a supervisor about this and he (Phil) told me I Should have negotiated on the spot.  Fair enough. Hopefully somebody else can learn from my mistake. When these guys say they took care of you they're still expecting you to negotiate in order to not pay for work you didn't get... I'm actually really happy with the quality of the work, but I feel like I got screwed on the pricing.

We called them on a saturday afternoon hoping for a monday appt. Luis said he was tied up but could he come in about 2 hours. Showed up exactly as promised, got right to work, came in $40 under estimate, pleasant, professional, definitely will use them again

Zero stars. My mom had her mobile home repiped. Switched from pex to copper. Now we get horrible water pressure and when you use more then one faucet or shower it changes the temp. We had them come back out to look at what is going on and they said the guys to did the work did the hole back of the mobile home in the wrong size pipe. They put half inch copper pipe when it was sapossed to be 3/4.
I cant believe these guys messed up like that.
They have horrible customer service skills and no communication skills at all. Worst Plumbing company ever. My mom regrets hiring them and is not happy or comfortable with the work.

Contacted the business in the late afternoon, a very kind woman answered, took my information and said she'd check to see if anyone of her techs were available.  She called back as promised within the hour and said that Brian would be out within the hour as well.  Brian was diligent, kind and knowledgeable.  His equipment failed him, and said he'd be back the next morning.  (Understandable).  He showed up the next morning, cleared the clogged drain, showed me the roots that were at the end of the snake.  And explained (which I already knew) of a house this old, that we're going to need a drain / sewer replaced sooner than later.  (I don't think I'm ever going to retire )  Nonetheless, service was excellent!!  Definitely will contact Alert Plumbing again.

Todd from Aptos Plumbing took my call after hours on a Friday. He was helpful troubleshooting my problem to the point that I could safely get through the night. He came over first thing Saturday morning and solved the problem quickly. As a bonus, he was super friendly and patient enough to explain everything he was doing to me. It is clear that he knows his stuff and he had actually researched the proprietary fittings used by a national water softener company (that refused to support their own problem). He used that information to make sure my problem was fixed. A great overall experience. Thanks

I noticed one day that there was water mark in the ceiling of our garage near the water heater. After some investigation I figured out that it was from one of the upstairs shower. When I called Plumbing Care I was really worried they will come out and take a look then tell me they need to rip apart my upstairs shower and I'd need to buy a new bathtub and replace all the tiles surrounding it. Instead, Boris came and tried a couple things and was able to identify the problem quickly and repaired the leak with minimal damage. Very happy with their service!

Wally is wonderful. Not only did he repair the faucet saving me money, he also repaired the leak under the sink and upgraded the valves so the water for sink and dishwasher could be turned off separately. He is polite, professional and friendly. Will be using him in the future for any plumbing issues.

Rene is the owner and does all of the work, so you know who you'll get. He did a 2 day job of replacing bad drain pipe for us. Hard worker who knows what he is doing.
