Went to franks for tub valve which was leaking.Removed part to be replaced.Replaced part and still was leaking.Went back to franks and was told by the owner that we needed another part to fix leak.Never was told of that possibility.Frank was very condescending and told my friend who was trying to be assured that this was the part and told if he tore the package he would own it.He also mentioned a plumber would always replace both.Franks is a local store with much higher prices,does not accept credit cards and does not have the courtesy
To be helpful to his customers.Never returning to franks again.Franks should close his doors to the public and sell wholesale only.

Awais took up the job on a saturday evening and completed the small job of installing a shutter valve to my refrigerator hook up in a professional manner. Above all, he was courteous and earnest.

Prompt response!!  Matt is the first one responding to my quote request among the other three.  He replied within 2 minutes after I requested a quote for our toilet !  Impressive!!  He came the next day afternoon, found the problem and fixed it.  He's a nice guy.  I would recommend him !

5 stars for many reasons. Travis was my technician who serviced my plumbing issues. He was respectful, listened, knowledgeable and truly went beyond. He noticed that my plumbing with galvanized and copper pipe mix, could be a potential issue, as well as suggested to look into my water pressure as well. I'm a new home owner and I really appreciated the extra feedback.
He also wrote a report up, so that I may pursue potential repairs now with my insurance company to avoid bigger issues in the future.

Dmitri is a highly skilled professional. He is an honest person, and know quite a few different trades, including plumbing, fence, wall, gutter, epoxy, electricals, and many more.

I hired him doing many different jobs after purchasing an old property. He is smart enough to figure out things.

Most importantly, he is a hard worker and trust worthy.

Called mid-day about a sewage pump that wasn't working. The woman I spoke with (Shelly?) was very knowledgeable and helpful. Had the tech at our house the next day exactly as promised. The pump was repaired with no problems since. Will definitely call them again for any plumbing related problem.

I used this company a few weeks ago to install a 2nd clean out,as the city of Sunnyvale will no longer go on my property to clean out roots that clog the water for draining out,they did a great job‼ fast,clean &ion time. The longest part was getting the city to inspect the work &approve. I have used van several times for other plumbing jobs he did excellent at as well. Tim&van both work together very well. Timeliness:  I called after hours (after 6pm) and while I reached an answering machine or service for other companies, OC Plumbing picked up the phone to assist me.  They gave me a one hour time frame (7-8pm) for that same evening and sure enough, they arrived just after 7.

Professionalism: They quickly identified the problem and fixed it for me.

Personal Service: Not only did they fix the problem, they stayed to answer my questions and help assist with a phone call to the water company which was part of the underlying problem.  

I highly recommend OC Plumbing to get the job done quickly, thoroughly and and a very fair price!

Bailey plumbing installed a tankless water heater which they had with them, probably it didn't work previously for someone & they dumped it on me and now it's not working, so they bought from PNE supplier who in turn bought from Navien, originally I believe PNE rejected to take it back, so they dumped it on me saying it's new and works great, it is under warranty but to make it work with Navien support, this Bailey will again charge for their time, for all the work they do, they desperately keep looking to charge hefty on the customers irrespective of whether they help the customer or screw up the work, the guy David never responds on time when things fail, he doesn't care about customer satisfaction, and the owners of the company will come to talk to you in huge anger if you pin point their foul work, perhaps when things doesn't work that David guy will immediately go on a vacation so that he can totally avoid you.
For every dam thing they will try to charge you in thousands, they are 5 to 10 times more expensive than others, just avoid these guys forever, and wait until you find someone modest.

Thank you Kenny Rogers Plumbing! We recieved the BEST service from them. When our sink becamed clogged and would not drain, I called several plumbers who could not be at my house until a later time. I had to be somewhere and was in a hurry but needed the problem fixed. After calling Kenny Rogers Plumbing, he showed up in a short time and fixed the problem.  Not only was he fast and reliable, but also polite and genuinely happy to help me. I was able to be on time to my apt. I strongly recommend his services.

I hired Royal plumbing to redo the entire plumbing at my house in San Francisco. The work has recently been completed. Over the past few months that I've been working with this team, I've seen nothing but a professional team that delivers high quality. The team is always responsive and available to answer my questions and address any concerns.

The scope included redoing the entire plumbing, installing water heater as well as the plumbing fixtures. They not only did a great job at the rough plumbing part and schedule/passed all inspections on time but also did a great job installing all my finishes.

Working at San Francisco is not easy as it has its own code and regulations. Royal plumbing offered a great price and completed the job without and issues at reasonable time. They showed up on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) when needed and proved that they truly care about their customers. I highly recommend them.

This review is to help future customers as well as the business owner of Miracle Plumbing to perhaps rethink your service offering.  I called Miracle Plumbing because they are one of the local Pros recommended by Rheem.  I was told that there would be a fee for someone to come over to check the problem.  I agreed but didn't ask how much.  Well, two gentlemen came in the time slot promised, very professional, but that would be $198 later.  I didn't know why they needed 2 persons to diagnose a problem that I have already described in detail on the phone (I'm an engineer by trade, so I know what I am talking about.  This is an intermittent problem, so I tried many things and gave them all the details).  But it turned out, these gentlemen were not Rheem experts.  First they offered to replace the water heater, a $2500 water heater less than 2 years old.  When I asked is it paid for by Rheem, the answer was that it was gonna be out of my pocket.  Next, all they did was calling Rheem technical support to describe to Rheem what I described to MP.  Then there were two possible causes, which I asked what would they do first and how do they test it because it is intermittent.  They said they can try one at a time or do both, because Rheem would send both parts.  They can't even tell me the costs, had to wait for the office to send official quotes.  Well, it would be $500+ for one, and $300+ for the other, so it would be $1100 total for labor and I still don't know how they would be able to test or even guarantee that they fix the problem for good.  Needless to say, I didn't call them back, still have the parts in my hand, but no instructions how to install.  Which brings up the next point, do not buy Rheem, they don't have technical support for owners (the phone # on the heater rings forever with no one asnwering, the one on the website kept asking you to call back because they have some issues), the link for user manual is broken, so they are forcing owners going through these supposedly Pros who are not pros and only interested in gauging.  Now, MP might be real pros in installing new one or fix real plumbing problems, but as for fixing water heater issues (igniter, temp control, etc...), don't waste your time and money.

January 2020 more than 4 months after a second job for Davila Plumbing Company in September 2019, we received a credit card charge of $191.47. No heads up courtesy call. Even after we asked about, no explanation why they waited so long to charge the credit card. Only that we owe it. Now we have to try to remember 4 months ago and prove we don't owe it? What professional does that?

They have issues over there if it takes 4 month to submit a credit card charge. We will no longer recommend them nor do business with Davila Pluming Company.

Love the idea of the free estimate and fast response but $285 for a leak detection fee (which would go toward the repair) could have been discussed over the phone prior to coming out. Waste of my time and theirs. They may be great workers but the fee makes me uncomfortable - I find this a poor business practice. Like bait and switch plumbing. Once they're there - and you're in a pinch - you book. *sigh* onwards.

They snaked our sewer from House to city pipe, about 30 feet. The cement pipes fill with roots and sewage backs up into the house. It only drained for 3 days. The guy who came would not come back out. He charged $250.
We got Triton Plumbing to redo for $145, the owner will guarantee for 30 days

Super happy with the professional installation, knowledgeable personnel, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Bruce was very helpful and never rushed. Not the least expensive bid, but was the most comprehensive and explained. That's why I went with them. I had a new water heater and water softener installed and I'm excited to see how they perform. I will check back in after I see these two appliances in action. Thank you Aptos plumbing for being customer friendly. I recommend them.

I've used Plumbing care for my home and my invest property and they have always been very responsive and they do good solid professional work. I've used them to fix a kitchen plumbing problem, to install a new kitchen sink, and recently to replace an aging water heater. Will continue to use them!

We usually have another plumbing service we've used for years but they were not  able to come out for 3 days to fix the problem we faced.  So saw this business on yelp and called Wally.  Wally came out the next day (it was not a dire emergency so we were ok w/ next day) with his coworker and took care of the problem at a reasonable price.

Very good customer service and I was impressed by the professionalism.  Will use this business for my plumbing needs in the future.

Our kitchen sink was backing up and leaking. It was also effecting our laundry room sink. I called to see if someone could come out at around 4pm and they showed up 4:15pm! They were able to identify the problems within a few minutes of being there. Apparently the plumbing company I had used previously 2 years ago when I installed a new garbage disposal didn't do a great job tightening the brackets and they had all rusted which was causing the leak. The crew also cleaned the clogged drains for me to ensure proper water flow and replaced the bracket on my garbage disposal and tightened all the screws. I also had them look at my toilets and they made some recommendations free of charge on some simple fixes we could do on our own to save us some money. Highly recommend this company!
