Matt (Abdul) came over in the early morning to help us on Father's Day. We discovered we had no hot water the afternoon before. He replaced the thermocouple in our water heater in 30 minutes. He's very responsive, courteous, skillful, and honest. We highly recommend him. When we need a new water heater, we'll definitely give him a call. Making an appointment was easy - most times an actual person answers the phone.
Tech Travis was able to track and resolve issue. Travis follows all protocols and explains everything throughly.

Stanislov and Dmitri came to check the washing machine inlet valves after Best Buy reported that they were leaking and they wouldn't install the washing machine. It turns out there was nothing wrong with the valves. It was just water pressure pushing water out after tap is closed. They helped install the washing machine as well. Now I need to get my refund from Best Buy.

We live on a well here on the coast and the filter tank's piping broke off because it was too old. All of a sudden, we were without water and had to call a plumber. We called Simm's Plumbing, a local business and they came within a few hours to do the repair.
Mike came and put new copper piping on the tank and restored our well within the hour.

I can't recommend them enough for being available when needed, coming on time, doing an excellent job and at a reasonable price. They will be our only go-to plumbers from now on.

Our shower started to clog at 8PM on a Friday night. Of course it would, right? This is one of the few plumbers who will answer the call at this time, and the dispatch had Van call back right away. It was an issue with the whole house backing up, and we were willing to wait until the morning and he came first thing and unclogged the sewer.

He also has technology that can send a camera through to see the source of a problem, which can be very useful if a clog reoccurs. Altogether, a very good experience with a nice guy and his crew, and prompt service. Thank you Van!

Excellent diagnosis and gave me all options for my main line water sewer blockage. Finally, I chose to use the 100 feet snake and the problem is fixed now. I will definitely be calling OC Plumbing for my next plumbing needs!

After deciding to stop trying to locate Nick at Clarity Plumbing, (after a few no call no show situations and an incomplete job of fixing my water heater), I decided to call Kenny back as promised  if I couldn't get Nick to finish the job here....Kenny showed up and showed me things around my property that I didn't know about....new house for me so he gave me tips and tricks to make my future easier around this property. Drain and water have been a life saver for me. I got an appointment the next day , Axel and crew came over , ran the video line , explained everything to me , did a temporary fix and gave a competitive quote compared to others. After I signed with them , they  exactly stuck to the timeline, took care of permits and inspection and did their work extremely professionally. While I hope I don't run into too many drainage issues  , they will be my go-to guys and highly recommend them.for everyone!

Late in the evening, to my horror and disgust, I found water backing up and flooding our downstairs shower stall. I managed to clear the water with a dry/wet vac and anxiously waited  until the next morning to call Miracle Plumbing. Judy picked up the phone and immediately she understood the urgency of the situation. By 11 am Phil and Aaron showed up, ran a camera probe through the sewer line and found the obstruction at the city side of the line. Unfortunately a property line sewer clean out port was not visible, which Phil assumed that it may not even exist.  Right then Phil drew up an estimate which involved digging a 6' deep hole down to the sewer line and installing a clean out/access vertical pipe. As one can imagine this was a humongous job costing several thousand dollars, which I had no choice but spend to get the situation resolved. The rest of the day was spent getting clearances from various utility companies that it was fine to excavate around the vicinity of the sewer line. The next day Chris showed up with a backhoe, dug down to the sewer line, and to our relief discovered that a clean out pipe actually existed but protruding only a few feet up, or roughly 2 -3 feet below the ground surface.  Chris was able to open the pipe, ran a cable through and, bingo, cleared the blockage right then. This save me quite a bit of money because all Chris had to do was affixed an extension and add a 'christy' box at the surface to facilitate cleaning in the future. Thanks to Miracle Plumbing, particularly to Chris for resolving an urgent issue so quickly and efficiently. From now on I'll only call Miracle Plumbing to address any plumbing related issues.

Long story below. Short story is that their plumber failed to properly install a toilet. We now have close to $10k in damages and these plumbers will not admit fault or help with damages. Unethical and incompetent.

A plumber failed to install a toilet. The flush water had been leaking above my kitchen ceiling for months. We noticed water damage and the same plumber came over to take a look. He blamed the manufacturer of the toilet. We replaced the tank but not the bowl. It leaked for several more months. The ceiling caved in and fecal and urine water splashed all over kitchen. There was extensive mold. Remediation experts ran dehumidifiers and air filters to dry it all out and used chemicals to disinfect. Contractors redid the sheetrock, insulation, cabinets, lighting, paint, etc. 2.5 months later we are close to $10k in costs not including having to eat out and the electricity costs of running industrial equipment 24/7 for weeks. Maybe they have done good work for others but this is an disastrous failure.

I've worked with Aaron and crew a couple of times on my total bathroom remodel, including replacing all the 75 year old cast iron drain pipes in the house and setting the new toilet flange.  Aaron is great to work with, professional, accommodating, flexible, fairly priced and 100% dedicated to customer satisfaction.  I will definitely call Aaron next time I have a plumbing issue and highly recommend him to anyone with any plumbing problems, big or small, that need solving.

What started out as a simple DIY toilet job that I tried ended up being a disaster that required water main shut off on a Saturday night. My wife is sick so hotel is not really an option. I called 7 emergency plumbers and got 4 promises to call back but only Plumbing Care did. Steve is very courteous on the phone and seems friendly and caring. He sent Anatoliy and Mario (awesome name for plumber) who were prompt, professional, courteous (brought their own shoe covers), clear with the generous estimate, kept house clean, explained things well, and were quite friendly who really went above and beyond. The fees were very reasonable for an emergency plumbing call as well! I wish I can give 6 stars, bravo Plumbing Care!
