Spoke to Jim about installing a water softener in my home. He came by and gave a very reasonable quote (and was very personable) so I decided to move forward. On the day of the installation, he and his son Jimmy came by to game plan the install and Jim left to let Jimmy do the work, and I must say, the workmanship was fantastic. When I came back down ~3 hours later after the job was done, everything was clean and tidy, and the pipes looked very organized.

Unfortunately, I came to Frank's because Pro's Plumbing ghosted me after coming to my home to give me a quote, but fortunately I now have a trusted plumber in the area.

Frank's has been responsive, respectful, and reasonable, and I definitely have a trusted plumber in Morgan Hill.

Our toilet and bathtub/shower was clogged on CHRISTMAS morning! I tried to call so many plumbing companies but most were closed... I contacted Abdul and he was able to come and solve the issue within an hour. He was very fast, efficient and friendly as well. Will definitely reach out to him for plumbing services in the future. The only reason Oak Plumbing is receiving two stars is because both plumbers that were assigned to us over the course of two weeks (for a few VERY basic projects) were courteous, positive, and generally respectful of us and our home. It's unbelievably amazing that the other reviews are positive, folks. Sit back - and ENJOY!

The first plumber assigned to us talked a really big game about how good he was and that he was studying for his Master Plumber exam in December. Well, he needs to keep studying. While I recognize everyone has a bad day, he had a bad two weeks until we had to call Oak to fire him and replace him with another plumber. We needed him to replace a shower cartridge, two sink pop-ups, a shower door seal/weather strip, some sink basin caulking, and flush our tankless water heater (routine maintenance). Over the course of two separate home visits, he was ONLY able to successfully and efficiently accomplish caulking of sink basins and fix a slow drip in our laundry room sink.

He claimed he wanted to do everything in one day, so he wanted to return in two days time. In the meantime, rather than trying to decipher what brand sink faucets we had, he encouraged us to simply replace them with new faucets. He said refurbishing existing faucets can be more expensive than simply buying new ones. We believed him. Well, if he actually would have attempted to decipher what brand they were (Rohl - VERY EXPENSIVE), he would know they are over $500 faucets and getting new parts would be significantly less expensive than buying new, similar faucets to match our bathroom. Not to mention, Rohl has a lifetime warranty on parts. After five minutes of online research, we called Rohl. They apologized to us and sent us three sets of brand new cartridges free of charge (one for each of our three-piece, widespread faucets).

When he FINALLY came back for the second visit (four hours late, even though Dispatch told me he would only be two hours late), he also realized he had the wrong shower cartridge and the wrong shower door weather strip. Wouldn't you want to take measurements or pictures ahead of time?

He attempted to fix one pop-up system but they actually got worse!! The plungers wouldn't open or shut. Shouldn't a plumber test them first? He got grease and crud on his hands and dusted them off in our Master toilet - and didn't even flush!

Once we fired him, I was told I'd get a call from the Operations Supervisor, Ariel, the following Monday. I never heard from him, so I called Oak on Tuesday demanding a call-back within two hours. He finally called and didn't even apologize. He told me he was going to assign a Master Plumber to the job and that he would show up at 8AM on Thursday. At 8:56AM, Ariel finally called me saying the plumber couldn't come for personal reasons, but that he would DEFINITELY be there Friday.

On Friday, a completely different plumber showed up and Ariel never even bothered to tell me it was going to be a different plumber. It turns out, Andrew is the only employee we worked with who actually shouldn't be fired.

Once the job was finally completed, I was called to collect payment without even getting an invoice, which I then had to request. Except when I called them back, their VOICEMAIL BOX IS FULL - and they didn't even know it! The invoice included a line item for a $49 evaluation fee, which clearly indicated was to be waived if Oak Plumbing won the job - which they did. So...I had to remind them to take that off the bill.

The attention to detail, communication among employees at all levels, general competency, and customer service is EXTREMELY POOR. In fact, on their corporate business card is a nice little catchphrase: Bringing customer service back to plumbing.  WHAT A JOKE!!

They also wanted to charge almost $300 to snake a bathroom sink - so we had our handyman do it for $60! LOL. Our handyman also laughed when we told him what Oak charged us for pop-up replacements =(

NEVER HIRE OAK PLUMBING.

Dmitrii responded very quickly to my Yelp request, then came out early the next morning and fixed a bunch of broken closet door tracks and some broken toilet paper holders, also took down some wasp nests and changed outdoor lightbulbs for me. He was fast and has a sweet and courteous disposition. He also charged a very reasonable hourly rate. I would easily hire him again the next time I have issues in need of fixing!

Absolutely horrendous . The despath guy yelled at me on the phone.... literally yelled at me because i asked why how much he will take since he demanded x amount without even coming to the see the problem.  Never will recommend him .

Got a clogged kitchen sink, and failed with another plumbing company even with snake, twice.
As I hesitated to break the wall and replace the pipe, I decided to try my luck with OC on the second day. Alex came to rescue and got it unclogged with just another snake!
During the way he also noticed my faucet was leaking, and suggested a replacement. Fair price so I gave it a go.
As Alex was pulled to another site, Diego came to replace the faucet half an hour later. We got a 1/2 inch water pipe so they had to get a converter for 3/8 inch. Long story short, got shiny new faucet working quite fast.

I've used Bailey Plumbing to replace a hot water heater, snake a main line, and now to install a gas line to the fireplace. They are experts in their field, work wonderfully as a team, and are very clean and respectful. Joe explained the scope of each job clearly and offered fair and reasonable prices. Don't disappoint yourself with any lesser service. I will not trust any of my plumbing projects with anyone else. I highly recommend this business and wish them continued success.

I've been using Kenny Rogers Plumbing for quite a long time now and have had good experiences with every plumbing job they've done for my home or business.  Although I've used their plumbers at home, mostly I've needed them for my business, since I've got a commercial property with a number of bathrooms, kitchen, and so on.  I cannot afford to have down time with the plumbing at my business, so if I have a plumbing issue, I call Kenny Rogers Plumbing right away.

They are knowledgeable, capable, give accurate quotes on projects, arrive on time, and their work is impeccable.  I highly recommend Kenny Rogers Plumbing for residential and commercial plumbing needs.  I have found over the years that it is better for me to hire the best, get the plumbing problem taken care of correctly, for the right price, and get on with my business.  Whether it is just a broken toilet or I need a new sink or shower, I know I can count on them to keep my business operating.  Previous to working with Kenny Rogers Plumbing I tried hiring other plumbers years ago and wound up in a mess, so I always call Kenny now.  He and his crew are the best plumbers in the area, as far as I'm concerned.

Axel responded to my request for bids on replacing my sewer lateral, was responsive and helped me understand the differences between options. D&Ws TrenchFree technology was what fit my situation best. They completed the job quickly, barely disrupted our yard and garden and came at a good price. I'd recommend them for anybody.

Fred and Joseph from royal plumbing are going to be my go to resource for all my plumbing needs. On Friday evening I noticed a leak near the wall that's adjacent to washing machine. Joseph picked up call on Saturday morning at 7 and sent Fred in couple of hours. Fred got to work and explained what he was going to do to figure out the leak. After he figured out multiple leaks he installed new p-traps. However, Saturday night when my wife ran the kitchen sink drain the sewer water overflowed from washing machine drain pipe and our p-trap in the kitchen sink also broke. It was a night mare and I immediately called Fred and he mentioned he will
Come out first thing Sunday morning since his tools were already locked. He came on time Sunday morning with Joseph and figured there was also a clog. He and Joseph then helped remove the clog and got everything again. Their pricing was reasonable and more importantly their honesty and not try to rip me off. They told me what needs to be fixed and what can wait. I will be hiring them for my next plumbing jobs as well. Overall honest, prompt and really 2 amazing individuals with lot of plumbing expertise and they are licensed too!

Miracle Plumber, specifically Chris, was amazing. They not only came out and solved my problem but they were honest and trustworthy. They took time to educate me on how to prevent further issues so I won't have to call them again. Highly recommend!

After another company (initials: MC) cancelled on me less than an hour before my scheduled appt, I got Luis from Davila on the line. He called me back within a few minutes and said his guy, Josh, could be here in 45 min to an hour. Josh checked out the job (install new faucet), talked a little about the connection (made for a mobile home), and advised but didn't insist on replacing them. He had the parts on his truck to update the under-sink connections. He found another issue along the way that he suggested fixing. Thoroughly explained everything, polite, mindful of tracking anything in on his boots. He again explained everything he had done after he was finished. Thanks, Josh, for a job well done! Awesome SAME DAY service!  Professional and reasonable in cost.  Took care of two blocked toilets that has been an angst for all of us in the household.  Thank you guys - I will definitely call you if we need any other plumbing work.

My faucets has low pressure and they sent Brian out to diagnose FREE of charge. He even cleaned the faucet heads without a charge (gave him a tip) and was very knowledgeable, respectful and good at his work. I have tried so many plumbers and never had such a good experience! Highly recommend.

Horrible customer service. Reached out to get a quote and never head back from them. Reached out again about a month later and was provided with a very high quote. When I asked for only partial services to be completed they denied and said it was a waste of time for them and they weren't interested in working with us. Would not recommend this company at all.

I'd recommend finding a better plumber if you're reading this.

Do not hesitate to do business with Plumbing Care Inc! I had an urgent issue with a broken toilet at my home. I called late at night, crossing my fingers that the repair would be possible immediately as I have 2 children and only 1 toilet. Martin came out, quickly fixed the problem and didn't charge me extra for the inconvenience of an after-hours call. This type of professionalism and integrity is hard to come by this day in age. I had questions about other issues in my home and he was incredibly knowledgeable, well-rounded and fair in his pricing. I will never call anybody else.

Wally was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He accommodated us in very short notice and got a blockage cleared under the sink. I would definitely call save plumbing again for any plumbing issues.

Rene was awesome. We had a clog in our line for our toilets. Rene came early on a Saturday and got the clog out in no time.  He was super friendly and did a great job. The cost was super reasonable as well. If I ever have any more issues I would definitely call Rene first. Thanks Rene!
