I had an issue with my shower not having hot water for a few months now. The previous plumber changed something a year ago and when I called him back he told me I had to make some major replacement for the shower to work. I decided to google for a plumber in town and decided to call Frank's Plumbing and I am a glad I did. The few minutes after I called and left a message, Jim
the owner called me right back and offered to help me with the issue right away had he had someone come in that day. Jim came on Friday AM and within 15 mins he was done with fixing the hot water issue. It was effortless and he helped me save a lot of money too, also by suggesting me to call the manufacturer to get a replacement parts with no cost because he knows it is still under warranty. Jim could have just charged me for the parts too rather telling me to get the parts were covered under warranty. I am blessed to have met Jim. It is so important to have a good and honest plumber. I feel better now knowing that Frank's Plumbing is in town where I live. Thanks Jim for your help today.

This is a long over due review, but better late than never.  I needed to move my backyard faucet to meet a requirements from PG&E so it's not too close to the electrical panel.  The water pipe was located in a hard to get to spot, and Awais had to change out some of the old galvanized piping.  Awais provided me a fair estimate and completed a difficult job with quality and professionalism.   However, what impresses me more is that he stands behind his work, so even though there was a minor leak several months after the initial project he was willing to help me fix the problem free of charge.  If you are looking for a honest and professional plumber, Awais is your guy.

The water heater was not working at all. When Matt heard about that, he came here without any hesitation. He promised that we can have hot water today, then he made it! Our water heater is really old and hard to buy. It was noon, but he didn't have lunch. He drove an hour to a faraway place to buy the water heater. Then spent an hour to drove back just to get the correct water heater as soon as possible! I really appreciate him. Highly recommend!

Dimitrii and his crew installed LED ceiling lights for 4 bedrooms and the family room, as well as removed the popcorn ceiling and installed 6 ceiling fans. He was very reasonable in price, and most of all very courteous and hard working. He and his crew accommodated us and worked through long hours and weekend to get the job done to our satisfaction.  He even offered to paint 2 of the bedrooms and did a good job on that.
Since then we assigned him subsequent jobs of changing a corroded hot water pipe for our tankless water heater, as well as install 3 outdoor sockets in the frontyard, backyard and pool area. All of which were very satisfactorily done!
Extremely pleased with his service and would highly recommend. Very versatile and handy!

These guys (Elias especially) are the greatest!  Very knowledgeable, efficient, reasonably priced, and professional. Elias spent 45 minutes with me on the phone late on a Friday night to help me disengage a sprinkler that was out of control. He and his team are fantastic.

A few weeks ago my ex (of 7 years) called my cell and asked to come over right away.  

She had a sound of desperation in her voice and she didn't provide any details with her urgent call.

Like an optimistic chump I grabbed my car keys and headed to her place with a sense of optimism in my heart.

I arrived at her new furnished apartment with expectation of reconcile for the holidays.

Instead I met a pool of sewage that was coming up from her tub.

I quickly realized she viewed as a convenient handyman at her beckon call.

So what did I do first? I yelped Plumbing.

Kenny had an opening between work sites and he came over for a consolation.  

Kenny mentioned that the problem was a very simple and he can do right away.  His prices were very reasonable and I felt comfortable with dealing with him.  

I would highly recommend his service to anyone that is having plumbing issues.  His work is very impressive.

Axel responded to my request for bids on replacing my sewer lateral, was responsive and helped me understand the differences between options. D&Ws TrenchFree technology was what fit my situation best. They completed the job quickly, barely disrupted our yard and garden and came at a good price. I'd recommend them for anybody.

I have used them on two occasions, to replace a water heater and to fix a broken shower. In both cases they did a good job at a reasonable price. They are competent and honest. I recommend them.

Their yelp review was great thats why i gave them a call when our water heater broke. Phil and Chris are the one who fixed and replaced the pipe and repaired a water hook up. They were professional, yet friendly and knowledgable. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for doing great work!

I had Luis (licensed plumber and bonded) replace my main 33ft old rusted steel water line with 1 copper from street (water meter) to the house while I was having my driveway redone. He was courteous, professional and performed some real quality work. He consistently tested each solder joint with water pressure and completed it in under four hours.

I cannot say enough about the quality of the solder joints, he also hooked up a hose bib and connected pipes to my existing sprinkler system.

I have recommended Luis to my friends and co-workers for his professional, getting the job done right first time and competitive price. He is a licensed plumber.

Aaron was so informative and professional.  He communicated clearly as he worked through what needed to be done to fix what was going on with my dad's pipes. Alert Plumbing has done a number of jobs for me over the last few years and I cannot recommend them enough. Like many YELP reviews, this one is overdue. They always do exemplary work and go above and beyond to make sure their customer is happy. We recently had a non-plumbing job and Reuben helped organized someone else to come do the job for us and never asked for anything in return. He just wanted to make sure we were well taken care of. Their service and work is unmatched. 5-stars!

Super unexpected and positive experience with Aptos Plumbing! Thanks to Bruce! They were working at a residence on my street and I stopped by to ask questions about drainage. Bruce provided lots of valuable information and tips. No charge and was enthusiastic about it. I mentioned I was doing a DIY hack until my plumber could repair my shower next week (which included taking out a wall). Bruce offered to see if he can fix it WITHOUT taking out a wall. AND HE DID! Saved me hundreds of dollars! Even without this gesture, the information I got regarding my initial inquiry was above and beyond. I'm truly grateful for my experience today with Bruce and Aptos Plumbing! I highly recommend and will hit them up for any future plumbing needs!

Beware! Do not call this company unless you are prepared to work with fast, fair, reliable and honest professionals.  I called Pluming Care to assist with a leak in the shower of our 2nd floor bathroom. Plumbing Care showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem.  (A leaking tub spout).  Given that this is a fixture-type part, they didn't have the part with them.  They took the time to explain our options which included; 1)  Plumbing Care making a parts run to Home Depot on our behalf and make the repair,  or 2) returning tomorrow to give us time to go select the fixture ourselves, and then make the repair.  They also suggested option 2b) which was to make the repair ourselves.  They explained the process and gave me the confidence and encouragement to give it a shot.  

The kicker was that Plumbing Care did not charge me for a service call !  They explained it was covered under their Free Estimate policy.

Fast forward,,,, I went to Home Depot, purchased the parts and made the repair myself.  No more leak!  I'm not sure what this Company's angle is. An on-time service call, an honest professional diagnosis, and an unbiased outline of repair options, all at no cost?!?!?  What's your angle Plumbing Care?  At this rate, if you keep this up you will have a new plumbing customer for life!

Seriously thanks ever so much Plumbing Care, not only for your help today on my plumbing problem, but also for restoring my faith (at least in certain vocation professionals).  We are fighting with our Home Warranty company on an A/C problem.  (First American...THE WORST!!!)  Stay tuned for a separate review on that on-going saga.  Rest assured it will NOT be a 5-star review.

Wali is very helpful and your to go plumber. Our kitchen sink was leaking and he showed up within a few hours. Knows whats covered under insurance. Provided free consultation which is really great.

Guys did a great job.  We had our water main break and they had to jackhammer the concrete to get to the broken pipe, fix the break, refill the hole with dirt then reseal the concrete.  They did it all in one day and did a fantastic job.  They cleaned up every drop of dirt and left the location in pristine condition.
