Best plumbing company in Morgan Hill. Had a tub fill valve problem today which required turning off the water to the house. Called Frank's Plumbing and a plumber was here within 30 minutes and took care of the problem. Water back on. Wife happy! If you need an awesome local plumber, call Frank's Plumbing. They have been my go to plumber since moving to Morgan Hill over 40 years ago. They never fail to satisfy.

Our toilet in the ADU did not flush. Awais came to us very quickly to help diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, our toilet was not an easy fix. Awais used two sewer snake machines, still couldn't solve the issue. He was very responsive, patient, and hard-working! It turned out to be a sewage pump problem. He came back for another trip just to test the pump and take down the part information. The price is reasonable. The only thing I wish could be better is more transparency in the labor and parts. Awais is a plumber who will not leave the problem unsolved, even it is a complicated situation. I will definitely rehire him next time! Thank you, Avais!

Another plumber in Vallejo told me that was my problem was a waste water line leak and he would have to jack hammer up my slab foundation and replace the waste water line, he told me there was no need to waste my money on leak detection Well I called Oak Plumbing and they sent  Matt and Demarus to my rental house to verify a waste line leak. They came with video line detection equipment and quickly found there was no leak!! They correctly identified the problem as a lack of a clean out in the line. They were able to install a clean out then and there saved me thousands of dollars in the initial repair plus the savings of lost rents I would have incurred in tearing up my slab and then having to replace the flooring in most of the house.    They were pleasant, professional and thorough.  Matt sat down with me and explained exactly what I needed and why. He gave me several different options to chose from (none of which involved ripping up my slab foundation) I am so glad I called Oak Plumbing they will be my go to plumbers for my rental property from now on!!

Dimitrii came out to replace 4 faucets: 1 in our kitchen and 3 in two of our bathrooms. At the last minute I got a garbage disposal and asked if he could replace it too in the same visit and he did. The kitchen project was completed quickly. The bathroom project came with a surprise of a very old valves that could barely turn to shut the water off. One of the valve's handle broke off and I panicked. Dimitrii took care of it on a spot and replaced the broken valves and completed faucets installation. All of that at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely contact Dimitrii in the future for other projects around the house.

We experienced a leaky water heater emergency over the weekend flooding our garage.  Plumbing companies advertise 24 hour emergency service, only Simm's Plumbing responded quickly & efficiently.  They even offered service when we had committed to another company.
 
All Valley Plumbing claims 24 hour service, no response after 6 calls. We were even willing to pay additional fees for weekend or quicker service. All Valley Plumbing scheduled our installation appointment for 5 days later.  We had already been out of hot water for 2 days. Consequently, no hot water for 7 days caused us to cancel. Steer away and don't waste your time with All Valley Plumbing. They misrepresent and are outrageously unresponsive.
 
Steve Simm's saved the day! He came out to verify our installation that morning and Mike professionally installed the new water heater that afternoon.  So many plumbing companies taught 24 service we only found one that delivered.

Mr Van Lee did a great job repairing leaks in my two bathrooms. He is very prompt and does high quality of work. Previously, he had Installed a water softener at my home too. I highly recommend using his services.

I had a kitchen sink issue and ended up having to buy a replacement faucet, the guy at OC was great and installed it without any problems. At first I wanted to only repair what was already installed in my kitchen, however the previous installation from 4 years ago was poorly done and needed to be changed. So under the recommendation of OC it was better to get the faucet replaced and it didn't cost too much for it to be done. No more leaks! I would recommend OC for house needs, the response is fast, less than 24 hours from when the problem first occurred and the repair was done.  Locally owned and operated is always preferred too!

We hired Bailey to do a complete re-pipe of our drain system, which was very old and cast-iron.

Joe and his crew were very professional and handled everything in a most timely manner, from first contact to the piping, to finishing up the cosmetic aspects. The work was all well-done, and permitted. I literally had to do nothing, Joe and his crew took care of everything. The pricing was reasonable as well.

I just can't say enough about how good my experience was - I'm the kind of guy who doesn't at my age want to chase my tail around, and you'll get none of that here in my view. I would do business with Joe Bailey again in an instant. He's an excellent communicator, excellent plumber, and I couldn't help but notice how well his crew all got along. These folks enjoy working together, and it shows in their attitude, and in the finished product. I can't help but be pleased with the work, and doing business with such a straightforward and honest guy.

Kenny Rogers Plumbing is finishing a commercial retail space for Porcelanosa. Their work has been first class. Kenny has had his crew there on short notice, early morning and basically whenever we needed them. They also were able to assist some of our clients who's pkumber couldn't get the job done. When the property manager started using Davila's Plumbing, repairs were actually made, not fumbled. Luis is so eager to please in scheduling that he'll offer to come later at night than I feel comfortable requesting, when it's a non-emergency item. Luis says that the PM contract gives him a lot of work and keeps them very busy--and I'm thinking that the gist of most of these reviews is that he's going to have to hire more staff!

Our just-fixed problem is our tub/shower: very slow drain (in spite of hair removal from the drain itself as well as the drain cover, and several applications of drain cleaner) to the point where one showers in standing water, and there is never a funnel in the water outside the drain. Lots of sludge from soap left behind, as well; and the spigots & diverter were very difficult to turn off. Imagine, it takes both wet hands to turn each knob. Same for dry hands.

Sergio found a definite obstruction a few bends down, and did what he could to clear it. It is so lovely to have shower water that drains properly! He even cleaned up some of the scum.

We ourselves hired Davila for what we thought was a leak in the washing machine, but he discovered that it was something more properly handled by the property management, and let them know.

We wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. All his staff are pleasant, willing to explain as much as you want to know about your particular reason for calling them. It's my belief, from seeing several of his staff, that everyone is bilingual Spanish/English--so are the staff at my ophthalmologist--which is very valuable. The truck has a message about beating other estimates up to 15%, so if you think you're being taken by other plumbers, call Luis.

Now if only the PM could find a replacement for the current maintenance & repair firm, on the order of Davila Plumbing, I would be overjoyed.

I would hire them again in a minute. Very professional. Worked through a challenging issue. Gave me great options and advice. The work was quality.

What a rip off.   Con men.   Told me pipes under house are all rusted when a real plumber came and looked, all copper plumbing.  had called for blocked toilet, they ended up taking off the toilet and putting a new one on cause they couldn't clear it unless they did ... $1,050 later and a couple weeks later blocked again.  There should be a law about this kind of business cheat.

It was 8 at night. Bruce is still working.  He was professional, hardworking and amazing. I'm very impressed with his knowledge, attitude and work ethics.  I am very happy with his service and feel confidence that he will take good care of people.  He has been a plummer since he was 14!   Wow!  A trooper!  Great guy!  I feel blessed to find him.  Thank you for your great service!

My bathroom tub faucet was leaking. Call them late Thursday afternoon and was able to get an appointment for early Friday. There was a text confirmation of the appointment! Dimitry texted before coming and arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the leak. He was very polite and I'm super happy with the service and will use Plumbing Care again.

Requested quotes of fixing garbage disposal from 5 plumbers. I went with Save Plumbing after his quickest response among all. Reached within 20 mins, gave me free consultation and estimates. We agreed on the quote and he started working right away. Wally is knowledgeable, friendly and a genuine guy, prices are reasonable. There were few issues during the jobwork but he handled them smoothly and patiently. He keeps his customers well informed about preventative measures. Highly recommend his services.

Magnificent Plumbing is 100% MAGNIFICENT! Called Monday and they were able to come out on Wednesday the same week to inspect, test, and replace our PRV (pressure regulator valve). Our water pressure wasn't even 30%. ‍
I received quotes from other plumbers that were 50% - 75% more and they wouldn't be able to come check it out until the following week. Sergio is honest and does detailed work. He also fixed our hall toilet issue for a nominal fee.
