We had a leak and got an appointment for the next day! They asked if we could do it earlier, but I didn't get home from work any earlier.  I realized 5 minutes later that someone would be home earlier and I immediately called back to let them know they could come earlier.  Because he was really hoping to get where the leak was before it got hot, so he asked me to let him know if I get home any earlier, so I did (in less than 5 minutes). The day of appointment my wife was waiting around for them to come at the earlier time and they hadn't arrived so I called them to find out why.  The receptionist said that they never confirmed the earlier time.  Even though they had asked me to do it earlier 5 minutes before I called them back!  I asked her why we didn't at least get a courtesy call to let us know it was still at the original time so we wouldn't be waiting around! She said again that they didn't confirm the new time so there was no need!  I told her we would use someone else next time.  They didn't even show up at all after that!!

I could not ask for a better job well done. the men that came out and worked on my plumbing were very personable yet professional. Armando kept me informed 100 percent the whole time the work was being done I could not have asked for a better company

Representives of Oak Plumbing have come to my house 3 times recently.  Jovan came to assess the situation (needing a new Ice Maker Box for a new-ish fridge) and then Travis came twice.  Once to install the Ice Maker Box and then to return, when it wasn't making ice.

Compliments all around.  Turns out, it's not that easy to install an Ice Maker Box as it involves all the house pipes and takes a skilled plumber to do it.

The staff (I've met a few of them recently) at Oak Plumbing is the very best.  Amy on the phone is so friendly and efficient.  I went to their office and met Matt to tell him how much I appreciate the customer service I got from both Jovan and Travis on site and Amy in the office.  

Having Travis in my house, to do the work, was a joy.  He is so friendly and conversational --- plus he does great work and explains exactly what he's doing, as he works.  His second stop at my house was because my fridge wasn't making ice.  His previous work was perfect, he re-checked it and analyzed the problem.  Water filter needed replacing.

This company is Diamond Certified so I trust them.  Their customer service and follow-through is the best I've ever experienced in living in my house for decades and hiring numerous contractors.

Dmitri is a highly skilled professional. He is an honest person, and know quite a few different trades, including plumbing, fence, wall, gutter, epoxy, electricals, and many more.

I hired him doing many different jobs after purchasing an old property. He is smart enough to figure out things.

Most importantly, he is a hard worker and trust worthy.

My kitchen and laundry room drains plugged up late on Thanksgiving Day. My hubby called Van early the next day, and he was at my house working the problem within 30 minutes. The problem turned out to be a long-building clog in the sewer line under our house. It did take some time to remove the clog, but he did it and at a very reasonable cost.

We've also used Van in the past for less urgent problems, and he's always solved the problem in a reasonable time at a more than reasonable cost. Van is now our go-to guy for plumbing issues. Good man.

We hired OC Plumbing for a small kitchen project (old water line and drain cap + new ice maker line). The appointment was easy to schedule and Diego did really great job in our house.

Will definitely hire them again for my upcoming projects.

Woke up after Christmas to see that our water heater was leaking all over the garage. Called Bailey Plumbing and had someone at my house in 30 minutes. Got my water heater replaced along with piping and no hassle. Thank you to Elijah for your expertise and help.

Kenny was recommended to me by a building inspector.  Who better to give me a recommendation?  My toilet clogged up and I called Kenny.  They were quick and at that point the price was right.  A month later the toilet clogged up again late at night and of course I called Kenny.  I freaked when the bath tub backed up with sewage.  He was busy, but sent someone with in an hour.  We found out the reason of the toilet clogging.  My mom was using baby wipes and flushing them down.  We had to pay for overtime because it was so late in the evening, but still I felt it was worth it.  Needless to say, my mom can't have any more baby wipes.  My water heater needed to be replaced and my mother wanted a tankless.  We have a large soaker tub that she likes to use and my water tank doesn't work for the soaker tub.  We were flexible since my water heater still worked.  I got three bids for the tankless and Kenny was the only one who gave me an estimate via email (I showed him plans of my home with the gas line on it).  I like that since I didn't have to take off work (his bid was the best too).  He and several others of his employees came out to install the tankless water heater the following week.  We were without water for only a couple of hours.  They installed a new dedicated gas line and relocated to new water heater to a better and safer location.  Once they were done, they cleaned up after themselves and took my old water heater too.  My mother tested the endless supply of hot water the follow day and she loves it.  But dumpy me forgot to tell them our fireplace is gas, so the pilot light to the fireplace went out too.  I called Kenny and he sent one of his guys within an hour and he got the fireplace running too.  You can't go wrong using Kenny Rogers Plumbing.  Any time someone asks me, for a name of a plumber, I will be giving them Kenny's name and number.  I keep his number in my emergency people to call, because if he can't get there, he probably will know someone who can.  Thanks Kenny.

Axel responded to my request for bids on replacing my sewer lateral, was responsive and helped me understand the differences between options. D&Ws TrenchFree technology was what fit my situation best. They completed the job quickly, barely disrupted our yard and garden and came at a good price. I'd recommend them for anybody.

I have called on Joseph several times for his plumbing expertise. Each time he has been on time, professional, reasonably priced, and very competent! I would recommend him to anyone with plumbing problems without any reservation!

While cleaning morning of Christmas Eve to prepare our house for a family gathering later, our main toilet ended up getting clogged.

Luckily we had a 2nd bathroom & most importantly had Chris come out to fix it for us! We were so thankful it was done within the same day since we had very low expectations to begin with but we were so pleased with their service. Would highly recommend to anyone needing help!

So my water heater went out recently and I contacted the plumber my landlord suggested.  Unfortunately they could not come to my house for a week- I have 4 dirty kids and really need hot water so I called Aptos plumbing and they came out the next day!  
The tech seemed to know what he was doing and he replaced a part (which often go out on water heaters) that same day.  I am kinda handy but since I rent, I have to go through pros for work like this.  I felt that I was treated fairly, with an accurate diagnosis of the issue and not well, we are gonna have to order a bunch of parts and hope it fixes it kind of situation.

Plumbing Care did a fantastic job for me.  I called around 2:30 on a Saturday and the technician arrived by 4:00 and fixed the leak by 6:00.  The job involved a main water pipe to the house that was leaking underground.  The technician was a certified plumber, was very efficient,  explained what he was doing, and had a great attitude about doing a job outside in the heat late on a Saturday!  I will call Plumbing Care for all my future plumbing needs.

Our garbage disposal stop working. Wally came for a quick consultation for me about how to work with manufacturer to get a replacement unit. After the replacement from manufacturer came, Wally came in early morning and start the work right away. He explained every step he did in detail. The job was done nicely. I would recommend Wally to my own friends.

Rene showed up ahead of schedule and cleared the leak within 15 minutes. He also answered all my questions and stuck around for a test of the drain clean. Magnificent Plumbing and Rooter was the first of three companies that provided a human on the other side of the phone with the ability to schedule for the day of the call to fix the non-working plumbing. I highly recommend this business!
