We have used Frank's Plumbing since 1976, and have been extremely pleased with their knowledge and service. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough.

I can't  say enough positive things about Simms Plumbing.  They are professional, efficient, prompt, courteous and meticulous, They installed a dishwasher for me recently, Eduardo, was the technician, and he did a fabulous job and was thorough, neat, and obviously took pride in his work.  I could not be happier with their scheduling and service and highly recommend Simms Plumbing!

My husband found them through recommendations from Nextdoor.com. He called them at about 2pm and Tim showed up within an hour as promised .... on a Sunday. Cleared out our kitchen sink drain within 30 mins. He was prompt, courteous and professional. And they warranty their work for 30 days.

OC Plumbing was great! Fixed our problem right away.

They were also reliable, showed up when they said they would and provided text updates on ETA (no more waiting around 4 hours for a plumber to show up!).

My son flushed a toy down the toilet and it caused a clog. I requested a quote from a couple businesses and Bailey Plumbing was quick to respond with a great price. They were available when I needed to schedule. Communication was awesome with reminder texts and a text when they were on the way. Plumber did an awesome job and was honest about what may need to happen. Luckily he was able to push the toy through and checked multiple times to make sure everything was good before leaving. I highly recommend this company. Very punctual, honest, and priced right. Thanks so much for the help!!!

Contacted Kenny on a recommendation from a friend that had work done.  I had 2 bids out for replacing the main sewer line from the house to the city connection (street).  Kenny came out same day, reviewed the layout, suggested a much less intrusive way to accomplish the task, and his bid was 40% lower than others (a big deal when your talking thousands for a sewer line)! Other bids included tearing up 15 feet of aggregate walkway and pipe bursting.  Kenny explained the good and bad about these options, and laid out a plan, that did no concrete, plant, or sprinkler damage. Truly awesome when you think about the tight spaces. Kenny left to check another job and said he call that night with timing and the final price.  He called on time and we agreed on the price.
Kenny's crew showed up at 8am the next day and started to set up, and his foreman explained everything to me in real terms.  They had already conducted a city survey and all was marked and good to go.
All in all these guys are professional, timely, and left nothing to clean up.  Very please and highly recommend for a tough job like sewer systems, but also his crew is top of the line when it comes to standard house plumbing.  Not sure how he does it, but  he explains the most cost effective way to get the job done and you feel good about  your decision to call him.

Axel responded to my request for bids on replacing my sewer lateral, was responsive and helped me understand the differences between options. D&Ws TrenchFree technology was what fit my situation best. They completed the job quickly, barely disrupted our yard and garden and came at a good price. I'd recommend them for anybody.

My husband and I woke up this morning and found our 18-year old water heater leaking.  We freaked out because we had never had this problem in the past.  We located Miracle Plumbing in San Jose, CA through web searches and great reviews.  Our initial call for help was met with a very congenial and sympathetic receptionist.  She assured us that help would arrive soon and it did.  Today, a technician named Chris spent effective time with my wife and I, explaining the issues and risks at hand.  We were provided with a variety of fix-it options, benefits, associated costs, and qualifying discounts.  We did not feel rushed or pushed in the whole process.  To expedite the repair process, Chris' manager provided assistance so that we could complete everything by today.  They both worked diligently, effectively and in a professional manner.  Our kudos to Miracle Plumbing in San Jose for MAKING OUR DAY TODAY!!!

The plumbing guys is awesome and highly recommended. We need to replace new toilets. Aaron responded my inquiry within an hour and scheduled a technician on the same day.

Our technician-Cesar is the best. He called us before our schedule time to confirm. He helped us bought new toilets and installed them perfectly.
After installation, he make sure there is no leakage and wiped the wet floor. He is very honest and told us there is one year warranty if anything goes wrong. I will definitely keep call the plumbing guy for any future needs.

Ruben's team at Alert Plumbing has just helped us on re-piping the cold and hot water line, and they changed a new sewer line for us as well. They are very professional and nice to work with. Ruben also helped us found the two blockages between the drain in our house and the city's, and replaced a new one for us. They completed this big project for us timely with 35-year warranty. If some thing happens, Ruben promised me they would come and fix it within 2 days. They have done a great job. I really appreciate it!

Bruce and his team were very responsive and ready to work. We had decreased hot water pressure throughout the house with our galvanized pipes. He suggested we replace a few connections and that should fix it, which it turned out not to solve the issue. He then suggested to replace all the old pipes under the house, which in fact solved the problem. Way more costly than anticipated, but it is what it is. Where my experience went south was when he called to tell me that one of the pipes going to the bathroom had broken in their repair and they would have to replace it in with new pipe. I OK'd the fix (not sure what caused the break), but did not discuss the repercussions of the repair. Instead of cutting a workable hole in the wall-paper (old and not easily replaced) and drywall that could be patched back, they left a hack-job hole and is going to cost close to $800 of repairs. (drywall and new wallpaper since the old one cant be patched). They cut a 6x12 hole and there was no consideration for the patch work, only to get their job done.

I would say, at best, be very careful about the level of difficulty required by your plumbing need before considering this company.  I used them for two different services at two different times and they were performed by two different technicians (not sure whether or not they were even plumbers).  The first was a simple need to disconnect plumbing and a garbage disposal and replaced shut off valves.  This time, the technician was prompt, seemed knowledgeable, performed the each of the tasks competently and correctly and even took the time to point out ant explain a potential safety issue related to my main water shut off area.  I was so impressed that I contacted the company to provide positive feedback.  If I was rating this experience only, and had not had the next horrible service described below, I would give 5 stars.  

However, now fast forward to the next service which turned out to be a disaster.  A different technician was dispatched.  This time the technician was supposed to install a brand new drop in sink and reconnect the plumbing and garbage disposal.

The outcome was horrible.  After having to contact a supervisor to get instructions on installing the sink (that probably should have been my first clue but I thought installing a drop in sink should have been a fairly uncomplicated job for a plumbing company)  not only did the guy improperly install the sink - left a huge mess of silicone all around the lip of the brand new sink which also caused silicone residue to be left on the brand new granite countertops, but he also scratched the brand new sink.  When I told him I believed he was supposed to remove the excess silicone, he argued that his method was proper.  

He left a mess of plumbers putty visible all around the new garbage disposal drain and scratched the brand  new sink.  I learned about the scratched sink after he left because he left standing water in the bottom of the sink which disguised the scratches on the bottom of the sink.

After he left I was baffled by his leaving the water in the sink.  When I dried the water from the bottom I discovered the scratches.  He had taken his after photos with the water left in the bottom of the sink, apparently so he could deny having damaged the sink.  It was a brand new sink, fresh out of the box when he installed it.  After the installation the sink was scratched.  

I immediately contacted the company to complain about the issues.  They informed me that they would take no steps to remedy any of the issues but would not charge for the services performed.  

So, my best advice is, before using this company, ask enough questions to be sure the technicians they dispatch have the knowledge, experience and skill necessary to properly complete the job.

This review is well overdue! I have used Renee a total of 4 times and tonight he blew me away. I called him at 5:30 pm on the night before thanksgiving. I had no hot water to bathe my 3 kids or cook dinner tomorrow night. He told me to send him pics, he had the part and he would be there in an hour. One hour later at 715pm my problems are solved. I don't know if he is the cheapest as I don't call anybody else anymore but I do know he is the most efficient and service oriented. Kudos Renee! Happy Thanksgiving!
