Checked yelp and saw good ratings for this company. I called and James was out to fix our issue in an hour, just as promised. He was friendly, straightforward and worked quickly to get our house flowing again. If I have future issues I'll definitely call James again. Plumbers are super heroes!

When I first met with Chuck, I was very happy to discover what an easy person he was to talk to and discuss options for my two big projects.  One was re-hanging a very heavy door and one was creating and installing a mantle for my living room.  He worked very hard to create exactly what I was looking for.  Chuck is easy to communicate with, polite, straightforward, knowledgeable, and honest.  I also had a few smaller things that needed taking care of and Chuck took care of these very professionally.  Every part of Chuck's work is very well done.
If you want an honest, experienced, and really down to earth nice man to work with, contact Chuck.  The best way to get him is by text.  I would absolutely recommend Chuck without hesitation.

Long story short - I needed some work done Bellows sent a technician - Dave Andrews. Not only was Bellows prompt to get the service scheduled - Dave was personable, answered all of my gazillion questions (poor guy probably felt like he walked into a vortex and couldn't get out) worked efficiently then took the initiative to explain what he had repaired and why. I have had other technicians from Bellows but Dave exhibited confidence, patience and did a superior job - thanks again!

My wife and I had a unique situation. Long story short, around mid-December our lovely grandson clogged our toilet flushing one of her massage rocks down it. Yep! Lol (but keep the estimated date locked in.)

Anyway, we contacted two well known plumbing companies that advertise in this area (that shall remain nameless) and contacted our Home Warranty company. The companies we contacted were uncomfortably slow in responses and solutions. It was the holiday season, so we understood. Our home warranty company sent a servicer out from a third company pretty quickly. The downside is he came out just to inform us that he couldn't fix it. And that cost us $75.

So by mid January one of the companies stopped returning our calls, and we were still stuck with this problem. All quotes we received from plumbers required replacing the entire toilet. Although we didn't think the entire toilet needed to be replaced, we were just about ready to give in when my wife reached out to these guys.

The NEXT DAY, they came and retrieved the massage rock. No replacement toilet needed. Our toilet is fixed. Costed is HALF of what we were quoted from other companies. Contact these guys. Super professional. They'll get the job done.

I usually don't want to waste time to post on yelp. Just check others reviews. This time I think have to write something about This great guy's service.
Here is my story: big customized house, long 200 ft pipe to the tank, from clean-out port.
Thursday I found black water coming out of clean-out, called some plumbing company and individual contractors, most of them dont have time since I can only be home after 5pm. There is only one company came, called $15 xxx,  this time the contractor said he can't move the machine over the 1 foot retaining wall. I offered help, he said he has to call another contractor, that will create double labor charge. I have to let him go.

then  I called Trieu. he came in 30 mins, he got the same problem, can't move the machine in. the machine is about 400-500lb. But Trieu find a smart way to put the machine in without damage the wall.
Before he start, he stated all the charges, if the snake wont work, what he will use and how much it will cost. tell the truth, not expensive at all.$99 for the snake, $250 for the hydro jet.  I used over 20 plumbers in recent 20 years in Bayarea, I know the price.
The 100 feet snake din't work, then we switched to 200 feet hydro jet, disappointingly not working again. I was giving up.  but Trieu re-arrange the truck again, moving it closer to the clean out, about 3 feet more closer. this time it worked! it was the other end of the pipe got blocked, it was in the tank, wrongly designed.

Trieu only charged $250 for the total. it was about 3 hours!

This guy really has a can-do attitude. always think on the clients' side.

Some other plumbers, when you talk to them, you will know what they want is easy job, $30 mins work, take money and go.
I said to Trieu at the last, I learnt from him a lot today, not the plumbing skill, but also the hard working attitude.
Don't think some job is not worth your time and efforts, you will gain what you paid. even though when you have a lot of clients and reputation someday in yelp, keep the good work and good attitude, you will be finally successful. This is to encourage me myself as well.

I phoned Marquez today regarding a replacement to my laundry faucets.  Paul came in about 1/2 hour, changed those, and did an additional job for me too. He was quick and is wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend Marquez. Have used them for years.

Fernando, Bulmaro, and Julio were the contractors that helped prepare my condo to be move-in ready and they did an amazing job.  They repainted the walls, repaired everything that needed to be repaired, and stained the kitchen cabinets at just the right color, which was difficult to do given its incredibly specific coloring.  They were kind, friendly, considerate, efficient, and got the job done sooner than I was expecting.  I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Very polite. Niko came on-time and completed the task smoothly. There was an unexpected issue occurred after the first job done, and when I contacted him, he said the will come and re-check it in the evening on next day. He came on time the next day and fixed the issue. Very responsible.

Dan is indeed the man! Diagnosed and fixed a broken shutoff valve under my sink that caused my faucet to misbehave, then diagnosed and cleared a drainage clog in my basement. Excellent service, very high quality of work.

My old faucets were almost destroyed, and I ordered new ones for both bathrooms. In the morning I called Fuse, in the evening I already had new faucets. Also, the guys Kirill and Stephen cleared the blockage in the toilet bowl, absolutely free of charge.

It looks they want bigger jobs only. For my small plumbing work they did replay by email that they are booked and have no time to do it. However I told them it is not emergency and I expected (if they are busy) message that they can do it in 2 months (or whenever they are not  fully booked), but not to simple reject job.

He definitely gets the job done. Sent a Yelp help for a damage garage and he reached out very fast. Next day he took a look at it gave me a price and did the job. He knows what his doing and he is super fast and reliable. Will definitely use him again ...

Great service, fast, excellent pricing.  I have to say it feels nice to trust a plumbing company, because so many of them seem like they are just trying to get a bunch of money out of you...

Undermount bathroom sinks may be beautiful, but should it ever need replacing, good luck finding someone willing to take this on.  When a heavy liquid soap dispenser fell into the sink, it punched a hole right through the bowl.  But it was a nightmare getting anyone to be willing to undertake this repair.  Even the original contractor who installed it wouldn't do it.  I called multiple contractors and plumbers all who either said they don't do undermount replacements because it was too difficult and they didn't want the liability for replacing the countertop should it get damaged in the process, or who let me send them photos of the damage and the underside then promptly blew me off, never returning my calls.  Then, using Nextdoor for my neighborhood, I sent out an S.O.S for this problem.  Emil, the owner of the business, emailed me then called me.  He came over either that day but no later than the day after and looked at the problem, and said, yes it is a difficult job but, he could do this.  I was amazed given the responses or more accurately, lack of responses I received from other  plumbers in the area, including one I had used before to fix a minor problem.  Once I got the replacement sink which took 3 weeks, we set a day and time and Emil and his co-worker came right on time.   It took them both about an hour and 45 minutes to complete the job.  But once it was finished, it was immaculately done, looked brand new (which technically it was) but more importantly, no leaks, no damage to the travertine countertop and they cleaned up and left absolutely no mess.  Emil also told me there was a 1 year warranty with this job and should something go wrong he would fix it.   What I really appreciated was his willingness to wait for my sink to come, and his flexibility in scheduling my job. He immediately responded to questions and updates I gave him either via email or text. I certainly see why he's earned all 5 star reviews from other folks.  I highly recommend Emil should you need a plumber.

Fantastic service, very friendly and professional. They are always on time and very efficient with their repairs. I've had them out multiple times and they've been consistently great.
