First of all, I don't even know why people rated this company 4/5 stars! Last week, I called the owner, Manny, and told him our plumbing issue. He told me he didn't know his schedule and I was asked to leave my number with him so his manager would call me. I waited, no reply. A few day past, I thought I would give them another chance since they were so high rated......Again, Manny answered the phone and the same conversation was repeated. He told me leave my number so his manager would give me a call. So I told him straight up that that's what he told me last week. He said, well, let's do that again! No apology and didn't even sound like he cared about my job!! Where the customer service!? Whoever is saying they have good service is either lying or something else!

Very reliable and efficient!!!!! Trieu will be my go to from now on if we have a problem in our house. I called yesterday because we have a leak that needs an immediate intervention. Trieu came in less than 20 min of calling unlike other plumbers' response will get back to you. He came to see the problem FREE of Charge and gave us an estimate right there and then.  Fix the problem less than 24 hours!!!! Treated our home like it was his. Explained the problem well since I don't know anything about plumbing. Trieu did a great job and very easy to talk to!! Thank you so much! See pictures below

I highly recommend Mike and will use him for my future plumbing needs.  He arrived on time, completed the repairs to the toilet quickly, and for the agreed upon price.  Mike is very friendly and personable and is also a teacher, as he explained the problem with the toilet and the repairs to it.

Messaged my issue (toilet made weird noises and water sounded like it was continually running) to few plumbing services in area and Capitol Plumbing responded promptly and conveniently. Requested picture, sent, and gave well priced quote, done. No consultation mess or initial fee that a few other service companies requested. Came by house quickly as scheduled and fixed issue. Professional, reliable, and friendly, even said hello and interacted with my 3 year old. Kind of regret not paying more given how great they were.

Will definitely contact them again should I need anything else plumbing related!

Johnny came out to service our sewer line back up on a Sunday morning. Water was running out of toilet and shower drain. I called several plumbers and got a range of $275 per hour to per job rate from Local Rooter and Plumbers. Johnny was courteous and patient in explaining our problem. He systematically narrowed down to two major problems, main sewer line within house running to street was clogged and there was a leak in the toilet wax seal, leaking into crawl space.  He took pictures of the leak to show us. He suggested using hydro water to unclogged sewer line which is suppose to be less damaging to pipes than router. It did the job quickly.  He showed us on the front yard cleanout water was running freely again. For the toilet leak, He took out the toilet and replace with double wax ring. Johnny was very neat and cleaned up after himself. We also had him changed out two fill valve for our Toto toilets. Everything works great!  Thank you Johnny and Local Rooter and Plumbers

I called Drain Rooter Service based on a Nextdoor recommendation because I had a kitchen sink clog. Tu answered the phone right away, said he would be right over, I texted my address, he came and used this industrial snake on the pipe and fixed the drain. Very professional, took off his shoes, wore a mask, and got the job done quickly. Great service!

Highly recommend them! Our garage flooded during a heavy storm 2 months ago. We live in the hills so the water drainage is complicated. We realized one of our major underground storm drain pipes was blocked, and we've known for years that another section of pipe was blocked. We hired Handy Plumbing Man and 2 others to come look at the situation (including using a sewer inspection camera) and give us quotes. We negotiated a couple of details with Handy Plumbing Man and then hired them because they seemed professional and had the lowest cost quote. They were here for a total of 3 days. It was a big job, doing a trenchless replacement of a total of about 50 feet of storm drain pipe. They had to dig two holes, including one through the concrete on our driveway. After replacing the pipes they filled everything in and repaired the rebar and poured new concrete to fill the hole in the driveway. We had another big storm last week and it's all working as expected, a LOT of water was pouring out of the newly-repaired pipe. The crew were friendly and professional and clearly experienced. The only small glitch was one crew leaving mid-day one day, and we didn't hear anything for more than 24 hours. I called and emailed them asking what's going on. It turned out they had an emergency on a job where their equipment got stuck and it took a day to get it un-stuck. They should have called to let us know what was going on, of course, but our job foreman forgot in the scramble to deal with the emergency. That's not good, but then the owner of the company called and apologized profusely, said that the foreman should have called us and that wasn't acceptable. He was sincere, and it seemed like a real emergency - so given how good they were in every other way, we didn't think not calling us for a day was bad enough to deduct a star.

At first my kitchen sink got stuck then my laundry filled up the sing in the garage. I tried plunger and drain-o but nothing worked and I had to call a plumber.

Joe came over within 15 minutes on a Sunday morning and used a snake through the access pipe on the roof to unblock everything. Took maybe 30 minutes and everything runs fine again. Turns out there were roots growing into the sewer pipe.

Joe is very professional, quick and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

If I could give Abram and his company more stars I would! I had a gas leak of all the things in my new place I got and dealing with mt home warranty and PG&E, Crown Plumbing helped me so much and quickly. I was supported in dealing with this process with my home warranty and steps needed by them to potentially cover this. Abram was kind, patient and responsive. His company got the work done fast thankfully since I couldn't stay at my home. His team of guys led by Moises were super friendly, communicative and fast but thorough. They did a lot of work in a short time, and the install was clean and looks really nice. They took care of my water heater while at, without long waits to get a new one to install and brought things up to code. I had plumbing issues with a clogged drain about two weeks ago. I called Right plumbing services and they came out even though it was on a weekend. They fixed the clogged drain, cleaned up everything and were very helpful.
Today I had another clogged drain issue and they were able to come this evening and fix the drain. They were very professional, explaining the process and what needed to be done. They were very neat, cleaning the area and they were quick to analyze the problem and fix it. I was very happy with the outcome and with their work.

Khan did a great job on replacing my water heater. Very satisfied. He explained the entire process and challenges of my water heater. The water heater he replaced was a Bradford white 50 gal power vent short has water heater. The price was very reasonable. These guys are professionals.

His price was very reasonable and he came in on the low end--$125 total for unclogging our drain.

The work is warrantied--any problem within 6 days and he re-snakes my drains for no charge.
