Victor from EJ Plumbing came out to fix our garbage disposal. I was prepared to pay for a new one plus installation. He used a tool to troubleshoot and sure enough worked! Left me the tool for future use if needed. Would highly recommend EJ Plumbing. Honest, prompt service!

I had my house fixed twice by contractors and one ran away from the shower project. 2nd contractor fixed it and it broke again after 3 months.  Trieu came to the rescue, I was originally not plan to get it fix because of a minor faucet handle problem.  Until the shower handle came off causing the water valve runs none stop.  Trieu came to my house that same day (as I was desperately begging him to rescue in the last minute).
He arrive within an hour after I called, and gave me an estimate, and he could left the situation as it (the main water valve has turn off by me because the water kept on running).  But he actually went a step further, open up that shower's handle facade and turn off the water valve in that bathroom for me, so I can use water through out my house except the broken shower (he understands customer situation).  Not only that he gave me a quote way less than other companies I have called a week prior to this incident to get a quote (he could have charge me higher because this is last minute and emergency request, that both he and I know that I can't find that many company come out the same day for me), but he also promise to get it fix for me the same day.
Trieu knows what he is doing, he explained to me what caused the problem and how he fixed the problem.  Although the price for getting this shower's handle is costly but I truly see it is worth every penny.

We have an old outdoor faucet that was dripping. My husband tried to fix himself but the rusted hose Bibb wouldn't budge. I requested quote and Mike responded quickly with a quote.  He arrived the same day and in less than 20 mins, he took off the old and replaced with a new one. We are happy no more bucket collecting the water. It was $175 which I thought was fair. We are new to the area and glad that we can trust Affordable with future plumbing needs.

My kitchen sink somehow backfills into a sink in garage. I tried to contact a home warranty company but they never responded my calls. So I decided to try Yelp.

First, Khoa responded quickly over Yelp messages, and asked follow up questions. Then he quickly gave quotes with options. Almost all other companies demanded me to call them during business hours or asked to do an on-site estimate. One or two other companies gave quote without asking questions but their quotes were quite higher.

Then Khoa gave me half an hour window for his arrival of service. Other companies usually do one hour. If you go through home warranty, it's 4 hour window.

Khoa was punctual and arrived right on time. He inspected the site and told me exactly what is happening, the drainage main line is clogged and the garage sink is lower than kitchen sink so water backfills into garage sink. He offered me the exact options and prices he quoted over Yelp messages.

When he's cleaning the drainage line, he answered all my questions, and always with a smile! He explained what he's doing, and did his work quickly and thoroughly. He even cleaned the food debris left in the garage sink afterwards. Then he offered a three-month warranty, but assuring me the drain pipe will be good for a long time to come.

As you can tell from the details, Khoa does all the small things to make customer's life easier. He is responsive, punctual, knows his job, offers the best price, answers all questions, and finally just a really nice person. He will definitely be my go-to plumber from now on. Highly recommend.

David came out within 2 hour of my calling about a backed up kitchen and laundry room, hydro-jetted from the roof, and had things running again in about another hour. - 3 hours from call to flush.  He provided options and costs, and made a recommendation that made sense without any pressure (unintended pun).  His work was clean, and he left the place in great shape at the agreed-upon price.  Highly recommended.

Will definitely use them again if I ever have any issues! They came out within a couple hours to check a leak under my house. Then, a few hours later a crew came out and replaced a portion of the pipe. The whole process was smooth and headache free!

We experienced cross over issue with the tankless water heater.  Upon replacing all the cartridges in 3 separate shower valves, the problem did not go away.  We listed the project in Yelp and Marlon responded with great enthusiasm.  He suggested our circular pump might cause the problem.  The manual operating the pump is not ideal as the solenoid does not respond as fast.  We restored timer control of the valve, then the problem seems to go away.  Marlon is a thorough person.  He followed up our problem and did not charge any house visit.  I would recommend him for any complex plumbing or water heater issues.  He is seasoned and knowledgeable.

I urgently needed to resolve a water pressure issue. I was most impressed when accommodating my request at odd hours. The tech was polite and professional. I will definetly use their services again. Thank you Bekhruz!!!

Not sure if it can get better than this.  They were ready to go out to my home within 2 hours of calling them to fix a water heater which stopped working on Friday night.  

Their price was cheaper than the other nearest quote by $500!  They were clean, professional and were able to communicate well in English.  Their price was more than fair and I would use them again without thinking twice.

Did great, fast work on a sewer cleanout. He arrived at our house an hour after I called him. Arrived earlier than he promised. Did water blasting both directions (in and out) for the same price as snaking. Neat and courteous. Would hire again.

I was looking for a plumber as my sewage line was broken. King Kong was ready to serve and they sent a crew in less than an hour on a holiday.  After various investigations, they identified the problem area.  Work started in two days after the holiday.  On the day of work, two crews came and worked for over six hours.  The job was no small potato as the sewage pipe was a big cobweb of roots from trees!  They got the repair done and also had the plants restored in the damaged area.  Everybody was happy!  Thanks for the hard work and fast service!

Ed is my hero. He stands by his company name and growing reputation. I had worst experience with one company (E.R.) I found here on Yelp but I didn't review much, until thing got worse and needed to look for another contractor to complete the undone job by the previous plumber. If you happens to read this review, save yourself sometimes getting quote from other plumbers, just call Ed and trust me, he's the right guy to do sewer related job. I would have saved $3K if I started the contract with him, however, for all expenses, I still save $1K by not continuing with the previous plumber.

Ed is HONEST, knowledgeable, easy to work with, punctual, and get things done on schedule as he commits.

I would have given him 10 starts if I can.

I've noticed some plumbing issues in the past - such as pipes rattling when water dispenses from the refrigerator. I called Crown Plumbing and they were able to schedule an appointment. Shane came out and installed a water hammer arrester. He also noticed that the street water main to my home had a water pressure of 100. This should normally be at or below 60, per Shane. This was repaired and now the water pressure is contained - hopefully preventing any damage to the water pipes.

He was so polite, very informative and fixed our issue with explaining the process as he worked so we knew what he was doing.
We felt the cost of fixing the problem was fair because it was late in the day and his response was so quick.

I only have the best to say about Kiet from All Go Plumbing. I had been struggling with a toilet in my basement unit for several days and had three plumbers out to try to diagnose and fix the problem before calling All Go. I wish I had called All Go Plumbing first! None of the other plumbers were able to figure out what the issue was (but I did still have to pay for some of their attempted repairs).

All Go was incredibly thorough when trying to find the problem. He walked me through everything he did to diagnose and answered all the questions I had. He managed to find a sump pump that had died that I had no idea existed and was causing the problem. Needless to say, I had him back the next day to fix it and he did without any issue. He performed all the work at very reasonable rates and stuck to his quotes.

Kiet has my full trust and confidence as a plumber and I highly recommend him. I will be coming back to him with all of my future plumbing needs.
