Top of the line service from Giovanni, like always!! We have used San Jose Drain and Main on a few occasions now, and we are never disappointed with their service, availability, knowledge, and most importantly their work. We recently had an issue with a supposed leak in our bathroom, so we gave them a call and they were able to give us a two hour window, the same day! Not only that, but they were actually early in arriving, and had our issue resolved in about 30 minutes.

On top of fixing the actual issue, he was able to show and explain in detailed fashion what we could do to avoid any further occurrences, and gave us a detailed report we could share with our HOA should they have any further questions.

I can't recommend these guys enough, and I have no doubts that if you give them a shot, they will be your go-to plumbers for life, as I know they are for us!

We had a backed up sewer and I called EJ Plumbing and they had a very quick response time. Chris F. came out and was very professional and helpful.  He was super persistent in finding the source of the problem and quickly fixed it.

My toilet wouldn't flush so I sent Trieu a text. (He came to my house a little over a year ago and I was happy with his service so I saved his number). Within a few hours, he stopped by, very punctual. He chose the most economical route to fix the issue (snaking through the sink) rather than pressuring me into a complicated fix (removing the toilet) which I appreciate because he's helping the client as opposed to trying to give an expensive estimate. His price was fair. He's very nice and thorough. I would definitely refer him to others.

Mike was great to work with and got the issue with my water heater resolved. He moved a few things around to get my problem fixed as soon as possible and now I have hot water again. Highly recommended!

Wanted $800 to replace a water heater, minus the actual water heater. Wanted $1200+ to replace and provide materials.
When my husband called to confirm, the price mysteriously jumped to $850.
After we went back and forth on quotes, with these guys and another company (who quoted $250 for labor same day install), we let this guy know - and his response was immediately low cost, low quality and then he quickly said he'd no longer be available to do the work, even if we wanted him to.
We ended up having the other guys pick up the water heater we bought from Lowe's and install it for $250, same day.
These guys are gouging people simply because they can. Here's a friendly tip - integrity goes a long way when running your own business.

Our toilet was flooding and shower was flooding. We tried to do it ourselves, but that wasn't helping. We had to call drain rooter service. I'm so glad we came across this one and the owner named Thai. He was awesome and very welcoming. He snaked our toilet/shower and did a jet cleaning from the roof and he also was able to help me with problems with my toilet on how it was taking about 2 minutes to after flushing for the water to fill the tank to be able to flush again.  Thai also guided me on changing the tank filter and valve. Such an awesome company and guy to help me out and also help me save money. If anyone ever needs a plumber, this is the company to call for any of your plumbing problems, I know I will  thank you for your service Thai. From kenry and Christine

Marco is honest, reliable and cares. His goal in life is to help others and it shows.
Ok, now for how he helped me. I had a clog that needed clearing in my main which was causing sewage to backup into all my showers, toilets... a MAJOR problem. Marco was the first to answer my cry for help. Marco showed up at 11PM at night less than an hour after my cry for help. And he worked into the next day to clear the clog and make sure all was good. He's so knowledgable about all plumbing, we'll be asking for more of his help going forward. Really the best. He's also a dedicated father to 5 kids. How can you not love the guy. He works so hard for his family and to help others! THANK YOU!

I highly recommend 5 Star Plumbing. Den was able to come to our house and fix our clogged kitchen/ washing machine pipes in the late evening. They provided great communication and an unbeatable price.

Had called them to address the issue with the dishwasher (was not draining). I had told him that the very likely issue is clogging, since the dishwasher is new. The guy came and inspected (for 10 mins) and declared there is no clogging and dishwasher is broken (charged 80 dollars). Called the extended warranty guy. He found the same exact problem (clogging) as I had mentioned and fixed the problem. Doesn't look like a competent service to me.

We came home with our main sewage line clogged and spewing all over our lawn. I was so embarrassed to call someone but knew I had to get a professional in. Steve came first thing in the morning and cleared our problem and was absolutely amazing. He told me the reason for the clog (tree roots) and guided me on the best way to fix our problem in the future. Will definitely be keeping him as our plumber and will be using him in the future once we're ready to change out our drain pipes. I cannot thank you enough for helping us out on this emergency!

They fixed my kitchen sink blockage. Very professional and no spillover over diet water on the floor. He was considerate to accommodate emergency appointment early morning. Very reliable and value for money.

Eddie and his team is great. When my bathroom backed up, I have tried to call a couple of plumbers, some come with extremely high quote without even try to help with the situation first, some simply can't help us because our house has no Clean out.  Eddie was very responsive, he come the next morning to get us out of the emergency state. He snaked the pipe, gave us couple of options to long term fix the problem as our house is the older home without the clean out. His price is reasonable, he and crew come on time as they promised, they did a professional and clean job. He even cleaned our kitchen line for free. Despite COVID and the city clerk was very hard to reach, Eddie and team still managed to finished job the day before Thanksgiving so we can have our home back to order for the holidays.  I am very happy that I found my go to guy for plumbing job (hopefully I never needed it now Eddie fixed the problem).

We had a leak inside a wall of our property.  Found Crown Plumbing on Yelp and called them up. Receptionist was very friendly and upfront about pricing. Pablo arrived a few hours later. Pablo was well dressed and his work was very clean. Van was very clean too. Pablo was very friendly as well. I would highly recommend them!

We run into sudden and very complicated failures with toilet water running due to a broken part, incoming water switch for toilet not working and the main water switch not working that were just identified after the running water. We called Right Plumbing Services and Eddie answered the call right away and promised to be on site within 30 mins. Eddie came in time and fixed all issues. We are happy with Eddie's job and would use Right Plumbing Services again for future issue.

Kiet and Tahn where great to work with! They called prior to confirm their arrival and where on time. They helped with unclogging our bathroom and washer pipes. Kiet was very knowledgeable about what was going with the situation explained exactly what he thought was going on and answered my questions.

We've been using Khan for years for all our plumbing needs.  He keeps this old house in good shape.  Always on time, friendly and great service.

I called Drain Masters after trying to tackle the issue myself, but to no avail I was not able to correct it. I called on Friday morning, received a quote of $125 over the phone and received same day service. I was told service time would be between 2-3 and he showed up at 2:00PM - nice!

Service was thorough, friendly, and relatively quick. Within 30 minutes my washing machine was back to washing clothes and my dishwasher washing dishes! Yay for our household!

I would call them again in a heartbeat.
