My dishwasher was clogged, water started to overflow from its air gap. The issue was caused by both of clogged drain and dishwasher tubes. The plumber came and fixed both. $175 for unclogging drain as he promised in call and $25 for fixing dishwasher clogged tube. Total is $200, reasonable price, no extra charge. Like the service, fair price, honest and reliable.

Local Rooter & Plumbing was my 'go to' plumber for all my plumbing needs.  Recently had the team back to my home in Sunnyvale to replace my guest toilet fill valve, tank lever and the outside tank lever to flush the toilet.  In addition, I had a small leak in master bath toilet that was leaking water below the house - the strainer needed to be tightened - that is all.  

Entire job was completed in about 1.5 hours.  In addition, I was provided a 3 month warranty on the work.  All good.  However, final bill was an eye watering $600.00.  Very happy with the work but at this price level I will have to consider other plumbers.  Good luck with your plumber search.

Had a main drain clog and Todd came to the rescue. It was late in the evening and I was able to contract Todd, who's helped me out with many plumbing issues before. He made it out that night within 30 mins and was able to clear the main drain that night. He mentioned that there was most likely still issues so he ran a camera and sure enough we had some root issues. My house didn't have a clean out so he installed one the next day for me so future services will be much easier and save money. I didn't even have to be around. Very professional and fair pricing. I've shopped around and his pricing is very reasonable. He's my goto guy for plumbing and I highly recommend him.

Switched from traditional tank to a tankless. Marvin came for consultation first and patiently walk me through a different options in detail (I learned a lot!) and even recommended me to get competing bids. I eventually choose him for the price and the knowledge he has.
The work was done in a day n everything was properly strapped and insulated. Spent time to explain all the valves patiently to me when I asked. Let me record a video off him to replace the whole house water filter too - unscrew and screw back in front of me so I actually get it, instead of just give me a link to instructions or video and call it done.
When we found out there is some issue in my main bathroom that he did diagnosis and provided me solutions.
I like how Marvin was professional, knowledgeable, communicative, yet never pushy. Would recommend him and the company again!

1) The whole service was a rip off.
     a) The disposal that costs $75, I was charged $250
     b) The blockage at my sink that was easily fixable, I was charged $250
I was told that I got the best deal in town.. lol

2) After writing the review, he called me trying to intimidate me on the phone about the not so positive review I wrote for him. I told him that it is my right to write my independent opinion on Yelp. No wonder how there are so many positive reviews of this company - otherwise he will intimidate you

One day, we woke up with no hot water and flood in the garage. I called Marlon, as he helped us few months ago with the clogged pipe. I apologized, as it was early in the morning :) - he was quick, responsive, said no need to apologize and requested me to send him photos of my water heater. Water was leaking around the perimeter. He advised to turn off water for the heater until he comes. As soon as he finished his prior appointment - he came to our house, ran diagnostics (as we suspected, water heater broke) and recommended to replace the heater. We chose tankless version (thanks, Marlon, for recommending it); he and his helper Tony came the next day and took care of the installation, re-piping to outside of the house with copper pipes (we chose outside heater placement), testing everything out and - we had our hot water again! Now, with tankless heater, we never run out of hot water with our 3-bath house :) Overall, Marlon has been super-responsive, professional, honest, great in communication and walking us through the pricing and maintenance options for various heater models; he is also an optimistic and pleasant person to talk to :) I would highly recommend him and his service for any plumbing needs you may have.

my shower was not mixing hot and cold water properly. I hired 3 other plumbers before them. they all said they cannot find the cartridge for the shower and I need to replace the whole shower. This company was able to find a cartridge and save me a lot of money and hassles of breaking open a wall to replace whole shower

They have done a couple projects for us. Very fast to respond and can usually send someone out within a day, if not that day. Average prices, but friendly service. Hugo is very nice and explains this well. They are very knowledgeable and good at what they do. Highly recommend.

I called him for an emergency pipe repair. He was responded my call in timely manner and come by very quickly. He did fix the leak. I'll be calling him next time if I need any plumbing work. Highly recommend his services for everyone.

We had a leak inside a wall of our property.  Found Crown Plumbing on Yelp and called them up. Receptionist was very friendly and upfront about pricing. Pablo arrived a few hours later. Pablo was well dressed and his work was very clean. Van was very clean too. Pablo was very friendly as well. I would highly recommend them!

I am a Realtor who has been in the business for the past 15+ years.  I have used a lot of plumbers in my day and Bakhtiar Khan with AAA Affordable Plumbing did a great job!!   I had a sewer line back-up on one of my rental properties and they came to the property within hours of me calling them on a Friday afternoon.  They took care of the problem quickly and gave me some advice on how not to have the problem happen again.  They also charged me a very fair price.  I would use them again and would refer them to anyone looking for a great plumber.

We called Drain Masters yesterday because our drains were backing up and sludge was coming up out of the sink. They said they would be by within 90 minutes and actually got here in less than 30. Thanks for the fast response. Anyway, it is an old house and the sewer lines are not in the best of shape. Edward, the owner, was on the call and after some investigation, he gave it to us straight. We needed the sewer line snaked. Unfortunately, the clean out was not accessible due to some non permitted construction some time in the past so he would need to remove one of the toilets, snake the line, then reset the toilet. As an option, he said he would be able to cut through the exterior of the house in order to access the clean out. After snaking the sewer line, he would then add some additional length to the sewer line so that it extended to the exterior of the house. He would then restucco the wall so that it was good as new. Although more expensive, we opted for this option because it was a better long term solution.

Anyway, he got to work first with a 75 ft snake. Not long enough so he called in one of his workers with the big boy...the 175 ft snake. Bingo. After a couple of hours of hard work - success. He showed us what the problem was. Roots had grown into the sewer line and constricted the opening until water no longer was able to flow through the line. He patched things up as promised and now we are good as new.

Edward was polite, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to be around. I can't think that I have had a better, more positive experience.
