Awesome customer service, timely and professional.  We had a serious back-up in our old plumbing - kitchen/bathtub connection. Mel went to our crawl space to check out the piping situation, diagnosed the problem, gave us a few options and snaked the clog in no time (not an easy area to maneuver the snake properly with the old plumbing as we have the same problems in the past). Yay! Everything is flowing again. Will definitely use EJ Plumbing again.

Trieu is amazing. I used him before when he was with CK Plumming and I saved his number. He came out on a Sunday afternoon and fixed my toilet leak with in minutes. He is an honest hard working man I will definitely recommend him to everyone for all there Plumming needs!!!

Mike responded quickly, reviewed photos and gave a reasonable estimate, scheduled the job. I need a tool was not immediately available so he came back to finish the job. Faucet is working great now.

We're in the middle of installing our new kitchen. We took out the old sink and noticed a puddle and a pinhole leak. The owner tried to help walk me through how to fix it. I had a great experience with him, but I was a little in over my head. A few days later, we noticed that the hot water heater wasn't working, so we called back.  The owner sent David out to our house to fix the hot water shut off valve. He did a great job-especially in the 100 degree weather! We were so impressed with David's professionalism and efficiency.  He also did a clean job and was very organized.  We will call this company anytime we need a plumber and recommend this company to our friends and family. Todd answered my initial phone call, and was at my door shortly thereafter to clear a clogged shower drain. What he quoted on the phone was what he charged - which was very reasonable! He was respectful, efficient, and even removed his shoes prior to entering our home without being promoted. I'll absolutely use him again whenever needed.

Marvin and Christian came out to move a water line to a new fridge and fix some piping under the crawlspace. Quoted on Friday and did the work Monday morning. They did great work, communicated well, and were efficient and fast. Nothing but great things to say about them and the work. Good experience...definitely would recommend them.

They did a good job but I think they were a bit expensive.  However, they showed up on time the next day.

Marlon did an excellent job replacing my Kitchen sink faucet today.  Old one was original 23 year old faucet and he had to work very hard to remove (cut off) the old one.  Very prompt and diligent.  Recommend highly!

Steve responded to my request looking to fix a dripping sink faucet. He was friendly, professional, and quoted me a reasonable price. I decided to move forward with his service and figuring out next steps was easy -- he provided guidance on what kind of replacement parts I needed to procure, and set up a time to return to do the repair a couple days after.

He arrived on time with another person to help him, and I watched while they worked -- they were quick, clean, organized, and efficient. Clearly knew what they were doing, and it confirmed that this repair was out of my wheelhouse (or any DIY video I found on YouTube).

We had a drainage issue with out laundry and kitchen pipes.  Eddie was able to come out quickly and fix the problem!  He was very nice, quick to respond, and also was careful to wear a mask the entire time. Now our sinks drain better than ever. We are so grateful that this issue was fixed quickly, carefully, and at a great price.

Very pleasant experience from start to finish.  I needed a shutoff valve replaced for a refrigerator before a new refrigerator was being delivered.  They were able to come out within 2 hours of when I called them and the plumber was courteous and thorough.  I will definitely consider them for any future plumbing needs.

I called Safety Plumbing Services because I had a leak in the kitchen sink and they came out on a short notice and fixed the issue efficiently. Our water pipe broke outside of the Veterinary clinic I manage. They were very quick to respond and the tech Thanh was quick and efficient with our repair! Overall great experience, we will use them in the future hopefully not too soon!

I received an abnormally high water bill and it seemed that I have had some serious water leaks since March, but had no idea if somewhere inside the house or somewhere along the outside water pipes, due to my main house side water valve was old (35+ years, gate valve) and not being able to be fully closed.

Step1: I called Mr. Khan to help replace the house-side main water valve with a new ball valve. Khan's brother Eddie came with another guy, arrived on time on June 15, and did the work. Job well done and very professional. At this moment, we came to know the leak (or leaks) were outside the house, somewhere either from the street water meter to my newly replaced ball valve, or from the street meter to another sprinkler valve. Yep, you guessed right, some previous owner of my house installed a far-away sprinkler valve and the line was before the house-side master valve, which's not desired.

Step2: Per suggestion from Eddie, I called American Leak Detection Easy Bay. Luis came on June 16, and spent about an hour and a half to find the approximate spot of the leak. Technology (gas pressuring) was amazing and Job well done as well. Based on the detected location, it was a possible leak in the main water pipe joint. Not sure it was a standalone extension joint or a T-joint with the sprinkler line.

Step3: I called Mr. Khan again. The team came on time on June 19, and spent more than 5 hours, dug out the dirt, found the PVC main water line and the leak spot (which was a PVC extension joint), also found the T-joint with the sprinkler line. They replaced the main water line with a copper pipe and installed a ball valve right before the joint to the sprinkler water line. Super hard work, but job SUPER WELL DONE.

Step4: I called ACWD and they gracefully issued me a leak adjustment credit to help cover some of my water loss. Great company too.

Overall, this had been my biggest worry of the year, and I was well taken care of. Plus, Mr. Khan has given me a 5-year warrantee on the job. I can sleep well now.
