Perfect Service: $150, as promised, quickly done, Drain cleared.  Though scheduled for Thursday, called Wednesday as they had a cancellation and were able to do the job a day earlier.  Definitely recommend.

Absolutely wonderful plumbing company and wonderful man that came out to help me when my water heater went out.

I had a main sewer line plug and had Roto Rooter come out.  Tech ran the tool until he hit an obstacle which he told me was either pipe offset problem or a giant root. He gave up stating that the line was flowing and he could notbguarantee the job. $425.00. He recommended a video follow-up $165.00.
Plugged again. Called Trieu who promptly showed up. He gave me a $150.00 quote and went to work. He pulled out a foot and a half root configuration and assured me that the line was open. He then video checked the sewer line. He assessed the main line as being perfect. The city hookup had a small offset. Trieu gave me a wealth of information to help me address this problem. Great human being and I highly recommend him.

This is a review for Mike helping to fix the connection from dishwasher to our garbage disposal. Turned out the previous installer didn't do things properly, and he even helped fixing things that (yet) another provider failed to do well. Highly recommend Mike, and we are very happy with the result.

Khoa is a great and honest person. Unlike some other plumbers he does not cook up extra work or tries to sell you an expensive service. He unclogged my drain in a commercial building in 15 minutes. His van and equipments are clean and professionally kept. I certainly will recommend him to all my friends. Thank you Khoa

Khoa saved my butt again in a different situation. Two months ago I had my commercial building roof recoated. The roofers blew the debris into my drain and when the rain came last week our office got literally flooded. I contacted Khoa but he was all booked. He called me back when he was available and cleared my drain in 15 mins. Thanks again Khoa

Excellent service! They picked up the phone the very first time I called them and came up the very same day. They showed up ahead of time and since I was not yet home, even waited for 10-15minutes till I showed up. Quickly assessed the situation and did the job. On top of it, they  made some recommendations on how to make my water heater last longer. I have their number saved with me.

My kitchen sink is clogged and the faucet in my master bedroom sink vibrates with a deafening sound when the hot water is turned on.  I called Todd and he came out immediately to check.  Tu the technician changed the garbage disposal, and the clogging in the kitchen sink was resolved. Tu then went into the crawl space in the foundation to check the vibration issue, suspecting the vibration could be water pepes that were not properly joined.   He spent a long time trying to figure out the issue, and did every remedy he could think of.  The problem persisted.  Tu suspected the water pipes enclosed between the walls might be casuing the vibration, but that could mean breaking the walls to reach the problem area.  Tu apologized profusely for charging me labor for the problem he did not fix, though I assured him it was fair to charge me for his time.

The story did not end here.  Tu left, and to my surprise, he returned.  He was not giving up.  This time he tested a valve under the bathroom sink.  When  he turned the knob tight,  the vibration and horrifying sound stopped magically.  He even spent more time running the dishwasher to make sure the kitchen sink was draining properly.

I am very impressed with the timely response, courtesy and professionalism of Todd and his team.  This 5 star rating is well deserved.

This review is a week overdue, but I've been out of town. I've found my plumbing company for life, but honestly my experience with this company did not start off so well. A technician came to our house to look at a leaky toilet and a hot water dispenser that also leaked. We were told that the flush valve needed to be replaced and parts would need to be ordered. After the parts came, a different technician came and looked at the toilet -- we were given a different prognosis that it was just a bad handle and flapper that needed to be replaced.

As you can imagine, I was confused and a little upset and really didn't know what to think. The technician replaced everything and said we were going to be charged a lot more than I would've expected for replacing a flapper and handle.

When I called the main office to complain, the Owner contacted me and immediately took responsibility. As soon as he saw my phone #, he remembered that he forgot to put the notes about the ordered part into the system. He insisted on making things right and had another technician come over and put in the right parts. They even replaced the toilet seat which we had wrongly thought had been damaged by the 2nd technician, when in turned out that it was just normal wear/tear.

Every business is going to make its share of mistakes. But how the business accepts responsibility and addresses its mistakes is what really matters. You can tell from all the 5 star reviews that Handy Plumbing Man has a lot of satisfied customers. Count me among one of the many.

Steve is the best! I have used him for several years, and he is always timely, efficient, and reasonably priced. He is a pleasure to work with and goes above and beyond providing excellent service. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

We did a renovation of our upstairs bathroom and needed a plumber to do the finishing touches such as: reinstalling our toilet, reinstalling our vanity sinks' p-traps, putting the shower faucet trim over our already installed valve, and also installing our rain shower. Ty and Hoang were sensational. They arrived promptly on time. They got right to work very seriously and professionally making sure at all times that we were pleased with their performance. They ran into a couple of equipment glitches that was not their fault (but rather it was ours) in terms of us not having the right materials on hand, but they were able to save the day by going into their truck and getting the materials needed for the correct resolution of the job. When they completed the job that we had originally requested, we asked them if we could pay extra to have our downstairs toilet's fill valve and flapper replaced because it had been running occasionally during both the day and night and obviously needed a fix. When I
inquired how much extra they would charge us for this additional  work, they replied that  it was FREE!... Who the hell says THAT these days??
In summary, Ty and Hoang were great. The price and quality of their job performance was excellent and therefore I highly recommend King Kong Plumbing and would never hesitate to use them again for any and all of my future plumbing needs. I suggest that all readers of this review do likewise!

Our main sewer line was clogged, and Eddy was available immediately, and charged honest price. He not only cleared the clog, but also gave suggestions on avoiding it in the future. Great thing about Eddy is he's truly honest about the job. I never paid any plumber this low, in 12 years of managing my property.

We used Crown Plumbing to re-do our main sewer line a while back and to install a water softener more recently. The company does solid work and their service is really good. We only had good experiences with the people they sent to do the jobs. We definitely recommend.

Our neighbor downstairs was complaining that water was leaking to his garage while we were using the shower upstairs. It's a tricky issue, as we did not see any leak in our bathroom, but we thought something was wrong, maybe the pipes burst inside the wall ?! We called around couple places, and Right Plumbing was the most responsive and came with the most reasonable quote to investigate into the problem.

Ed first came and had to cut open a small area of the garage ceiling of our neighbor, and confirmed the shower in our upstairs unit was causing the leak. As we did not see any leak in the bathroom, he suggested ways to fix the problem by cutting open the wall behind the bathroom so he could see the pipes and fix the problem from the back. This was before the Christmas holidays, and we told Ed we would call him back in the New Year to fix the problem as we would be away for the holidays.

When we contacted Ed in the New Year, he remembered us and the exact issue, and we were able to set up an appointment the very next day. He did cut open a hole in the wall from the back of the shower, which is actually the wall inside the closet in the bedroom. But the problem was trickier than we thought. The pipes were in good condition and showed no leak, and Ed patiently traced the source and finally figured out there are multiple areas of the leak, from the shower spout and the shower head, as well as the shower wall where the caulking had worn off. He then went to Home Depot to get the new parts, and also re-do the caulking around the tub, and confirmed there's no more leak. All these took the entire afternoon, but Ed still charged us the initial estimate despite the problem being more complicated than initially thought, and he also had to buy additional parts.

And he asked us to wait till the caulking dry out the next day before using the shower, and to double check for leaks before asking him to return to patch the wall. And thankfully we don't see any more leaks, but there are some water dripping from the spout when we used the shower head. Ed came with the tools and materials to patch up the wall, he kept saying he's only an expert in plumbing but not the wall repair, but we think he did an excellent job. As this is the wall inside the closet, we did not bother to re-paint it. Ed also fixed the dripping from the spout problem for us.

We will definitely be using Ed for any future plumbing needs, hard to find anyone who's so friendly as well as thorough in the work.

Great experience with Khan, replacing a broken water heater on the same day. He stopped by within an hour of me calling, diagnosed the issue, and in the afternoon, problem solved with a new one.

Showed up quickly on a Saturday and unblocked a plugged up toilet that I couldn't get to budge after a lot of trying.  He spent 5 minutes on it and charged $125 which is twice what I expected a high fee to be.  My bad for not getting a quote over the phone, but I was lulled into a false sense of security by the other glowing reviews.  I hate to stick them with only one star but I live on SSDI and I'm sensitive to being gouged by contractors.  If you're only interested in quick service and price is not an issue then these guys will probably be good for you.  Otherwise, make a few calls and get a rough estimate and their minimum charge for showing up,
By the way, he told me that they charge per job so if I asked him to look at another leaky toilet that would have been a separate $125 charge.
