Another great job by Giovani today!  He replaced our leaky 1962 bathtub spout and faucet with a great modern fixture.  That's a job that requires cutting into the tile and putting a  plate over the opening and can end up really ugly, but he  is fussy and particular in the best ways and made it look as good as it could.  He even got us a spout with a handheld shower diverter that will make a big difference helping our sons with special needs in the bath.

He's professional, meticulous, and just a really nice guy.  We will be calling him again soon for our bnext project.

EJ Plumber came on time and stated all the options for my toilet installation. He clearly communicated the pricing and expectations so there was no surprise. He kept the area very clean and did not take too long. Overall happy with the service and his professionalism. Even took out all the cardboard packaging to the recycling in the back. If I ever have a plumbing issue I will not hesitate to contact EJ Plumbing.

I've used Handy Rooter 2x now over the last 6 months.  We needed help installing a new faucet and Trieu's (owner) quote was the most reasonable.  He was able to complete the job promptly and professionally.  I just reached out to Handy Rooter this morning for a clogged sink and he was able to get someone out this evening working around our schedule!  Again professional, reliable and honest prices!  This is definitely our go to for all plumbing needs.

I had a toilet that needed a new wax ring on it because it leaked when you flushed it.  It was a difficult job because it was a heavy one piece toilet.  Mike did a great job and was able to replace the wax ring.  He put toilet paper in the toilet and flushed it a few times to make sure there were no leaks.

I liked that Mike responded to my text messages quickly when I initially contacted him.  He asked me a few questions, asked me to send him a picture of the toilet and then gave me a quote on the phone.  

While he was here, he also took care of a couple of additional smaller items.  He is honest and reliable and I will be call him for other plumbing needs in the future.

Khoa responded promptly to our request; he engaged continuously to clarify the plumbing issue that we were dealing with and the level of urgency. He then came on the same day, at the time agreed and solved our problem. He worked cleanly, brought the necessary tools and finished the job within half an hour or less. His presence was discreet, professional and mindful. He even were shoe covers. We will call him for any plumbing needs we have and we highly recommend his services.

I found this company via Yelp.  Thank you Yelpers.  Duy, the owner asked for a description of my plumbing problem and diagnosed it right away.  He quoted a $125 price for doing an auger job and said if it didn't work, there would be no charge.  He gave an estimated 1-2 time frame in which he would be by.  He came over 1 1/2 hours later on a Saturday night.  He ended up having to take apart the plumbing, quoting $225. He has a lot of integrity and knows what he is doing.  He was very low key and didn't get frustrated or annoyed that the job was taking so long.  You will not regret using his services.  I met one of his other employees, who stopped by to drop off a part.  He had the same demeanor as Duy.  And I did not have to ask them to take off their shoes before coming in to the house.  

Prior to calling Duy, I called Roto-Rooter, they quoted $250/hour with a one hour minimum.  Can you imagine if I used them?  3 hours * $250 =$750.

Quick to respond, communicative, and courteous. He stuck to his quote even though he had to make alterations to the plumbing in addition to drain cleaning. Great service.

Marvin and Carlos are fantastic from the beginning to the end. Marvin explained everything when he gave me the estimate. They sent the quote to me very quickly and the work is scheduled the following day after I approved the estimate. Their price is very reasonable. Great quality work! Had our kitchen faucet leaking and needed a quick replacement.   We called J&K plumbing from a recommendation and someone immediately answered and was very helpful, gave us a quote for service on the spot and was able to come out the same day.   Literally an hour later he was in our house working.  The service was fast and the new faucet's working perfectly.  Couldn't be more happy with them and will use for services in the future.

Wow, this company is amazing! My tenants let me know there was water heater leak around 7pm so I jumped on Yelp to look up plumbers. I read the reviews on Integrity Plumbing & Drain Service and gave the company a call instead of requesting a quote...and the owner of the company...picked...up... the...phone! I explained my situation and sent him a picture. He instructed me to turn off the water heater and that he would stop by in the morning on his way to a scheduled job to find out what he would need, get it ordered and then return in the early evening to get my water heater up and running. What customer service! The job was done quickly, professionally and I couldn't have asked for the whole experience to go any smoother! I gave this company's information to my stepmom and a friend too, that's how impressed I was by Marlon and his company.

This plumbing company is very professional and reliable. We hired them to do a big project to change the sewer and water pipe with city permit. They did a very fast and professional job and passed the city permit in one time. During the cooperation, they were very responsive, open-mind, easy-going, and hard-working which earns all my team's respect. I would highly recommend this company, especially when you need to do big project!

Steve was great to work with. I sent him a message on yelp on thursday night and he responded within 15 minutes saying he could come by the next morning at 9am.  He arrived promptly at 9 and quickly diagnosed the issue.  He got his necessary materials and I had my issue fixed shortly after.  His prices are very reasonable and he is very knowledgeable.  I decided to have him back the next day to replace my kitchen faucet.  Again a reasonable price and in an out quickly.  I would highly recommend him to anyone.  He is going to be our families go to plumber for all our plumbing needs.

We had a clogged toilet for 2 days and the plunger we had did not unclog the toilet at all. We called this place in the morning and he responded very quickly and got in and out within 10 mins and got everything fixed for a fair price. He was very nice and extremely prompt. I highly recommend this place if you ever have any problems with your plumbing. I would definitely call him again if anything goes wrong.

I had the pleasure of speaking to Eddie on the phone a month ago.  I had to have a plumber to come out and increase the water pressure to our new home.  Eddie put me in touch with someone that does that type of plumbing.  We talked a bit and I asked him if he knew of a good electrician and he put me in touch with a great one!  He spent his time, which is invaluable, and didn't make a penny!  Thank you Eddie, your heart and giving attitude is 10 Star and I wish you success!  I hope to meet you sometime!

Updated - (changed to 3 star) - Got a call from owner who apologized and explained this is not usual and returned visit fee. Also offered to send some other technician and give discount if we wanted to continue work.
Original - Very expensive, unfriendly. We called them for leak under the kitchen sink. He was prompt but not helpful at all. Even found him arrogant to talk. Even though, we had planned to fix couple of things he mentioned, we just did not feel comfortable for him to do our work. I have feeling they like to do big jobs and not small home repairs. It would be good if they just said that.

Had a leaked in my water line and in desperate situation on a Sunday. Most of the plumbers needs a few days to stop but Ed and his partner is at my hse within 40 mins. They are responsive, professional and the cost was very reasonable.

Had a backed up Kitchen sink.  Called around and Kiet had a good price and good reviews here so I went with him.  He arrived promptly and did a great job.  The last guy that came out couldn't get the clean out drain open and gave up on it.  Kiet took the time to work on the cap and was able to get it open.  Snaked it a couple times and voila no more sink backup.  He even took a look under the house and answered a couple question.   I will definitely give him a call next time we need plumbing services.  I would be quick to recommend him to my friends.

This review is for replacing all the water pipes in my house from galvanized to copper.

I was remodeling my bathroom and all walls and floors were removed. Then I realized the water pipes going up to my shower valve are galvanize, and copper was only soldered to it near the top, which is a big no no, because you cannot connect copper to galvanize directly as two different metals will corrode and rust (need a brass connector to bridge two different metals). The minute I realized that, and also thinking that my other bathroom's shower has no pressure due to galvanize pipes rusting and had not been replaced, I called AAA Plumbing for a quote in the morning. Khan responded and gave me a quote. He said he can come by later today to take a look.

After he took a look at my bathroom and which areas are water pipes coming in, he gave me a quote. He actually told me he lives on another street where I live :) Before he left, we agreed on the price and he said he will probably start the project on the coming Saturday. On Friday, he texted me that he had the materials ready and a crew will come on Saturday morning before 9am.

The crew came by at 8:30am. There were about 8-10 people. His younger brother was part of the crew. They started putting cloth material over my wooden floor as a walkway so it does not scratch while carrying things back and forth from the garage to my bathrooms. Khan came by during the day to check on things.

The most impressive thing is that they do not need to tear down any walls to route the copper pipes throughout the house. My house has a crawl space underneath the house and it can be accessed through one of my bedrooms. It also helps that I already teared down the walls and floor in my other bathroom, so they can access it there too. They said they did not replace the pipe from the street meter to the front of house because that is PVC and not galvanize (no need to replace if there is nothing wrong with it). They also installed another main shutoff valve at the front of the house next to the garage so that I do not need to do it near the sidewalk area, which I think is an excellent idea. Another thing they did for me was they replaced the cartridge in my other bathroom, which was a freebie.

I was so impressed with their work. They cleaned up and finished everything by 3:30pm. They said the water may smell a little for 2-3 days because of all the soldering and copper. The smell went away afterward as they mentioned. The more you use the water, the faster the smell will go away because of the flushing of the pipes. There was so much water pressure coming out of my other bathroom shower that it is night and day. No more worries about rusty pipes as this will last for the next 30 years or more. Now I just need to finish remodeling my bathroom:)

I highly recommend AAA Plumbing. Khan and his crew was great to work with. I definitely will refer my brother in law to him in the future for water heater replacement.

Posting this review close to 2 months after service. We got leakage in Main Water Supply near the Meter when we were Out on Vacation. Edward was responsive and helped us to get this issue fixed coordinating on phone. Reliable and Trustable.
