Sam and Jovarre came over even sooner than the time promised.  They cleared the drain in record time and installed my beautiful new Kitchen faucet.  This company is the real deal.  Sam and Jovarre worked fast and efficiently and made it clear to us that customer satisfaction is very important to them.  Thanks Giovani for employing such qualified and dedicated technicians.

It is true that is difficult to find good, hardworking, and honest people these days.  I am lucky to have found this plumbing service company and I'm glad that they came to address our needs.

Their pricing was fair and justified. They were extremely responsive to all of my communications. Even the owner got involved when needed to facilitate.

On the day of the work, they started early and on time. Their team was organized and had a plan. They also made sure to keep the area clean. Not only did they do a very good job with the piping, they also took care of the finer details.

We would definitely hire them again for the next project without question.

Our sink was backed up and Michael did a great job of addressing it. He came right on schedule and  explained to me what the issue was and also gave advise and tips to prevent a recurrence. He got the job done quickly and made sure the issue was addressed before leaving.

I'm not one to write many reviews, but I felt like I had to as I was very impressed with Khoa's work and professionalism.  I called him last Saturday at 8:30am and he was at the house within an hour even though I didn't have an appointment.  We had a blockage somewhere down the the line for half of the house (kitchen/laundry).  He asked me a few questions over the phone before arriving and gave me a quote.  I had already attempted to snake the drain a few times, but couldn't get to the blockage.  Khoa arrived and attempted to unclog the line but it wasn't working.  So he had to go on top of the roof (as we do not have a clean out) and unclogged it from above.  He didn't charge me anymore than what he originally quoted.  In the past we had called a plumber and they charged us double because they had to go onto the roof.  Khoa did not try to upsell me (as the other plumber did) and instead gave me great advice on how to maintain clear lines.  I was impressed meeting an actual honest plumber!  I will be recommending him to anyone I know that needs a great plumber.

Unfortunately it seems as soon as I posted this very positive review we received poor service actually no service. Between my husband and myself we tried contacting them for help 3-4 times between messages and calls but didnt get any response. Bums me out because I like supporting the small shops and we liked the service we had received.

Super happy with this service! Our plumbing backed up and I was in need of help. Todd answered my call right away and was at my house in about 15 mins! He was super nice, friendly, had his mask on and was able to clear the back up quickly. I would definitely use this service again.

Great service yesterday morning in San Mateo. Met J.R. who was friendly, efficient, and explained the problem to me clearly.

Brand new water heater installed in an hour from start to finish. Old one hauled away, everything clean and new. These guys did a fabulous job. Will definitely call them again if I need any plumbing work done.

I posted a wanted help via Yelp to fix an error in water heater. It's a 6/7 year old Rheem Water heater. Marlon reached out to me via Yelp, explain what to expect and his fees structure.

He came by the following day, quickly asses the problem (the PG&E person gave the wrong assessment) and started calling his supplier for parts. He went to pick up his parts, come back, and 10 minutes later, we have hot water!

I would recommend him 150% because :
1. I appreciate his approach, he came to assess the problem instead of just telling me that I need a new water heater (almost all the other guy did this)
2. He is thorough! He can just reset the error code in the water heater but he doesn't do it because he doesn't want the tank to blow up later because the problem persist (it was an error code on flame vapor sensor)

Job well done! I'm definitely going to call

Very happy with my service. Reached out one evening via Yelp for a quote to replace my water heater (labor only). Pavrik responded quickly and with a competitive quote. They were out the next day and the job was done flawlessly.

2 weeks later and no issues with work so far. Den was professional and explained what he was doing very well. I would recommend these guys and will definitely reach out when I need plumbing repairs again.

Made a request for new toilet installation. Daniel, the owner, was very responsive and was ready to come out the following day. 2 days later we set an appointment and the tech, Hugo, finished the job in an hour. Have had no problems with the installation and job was cleanly done. Would not hesitate to use them again for future needs.

We would very highly recommend Steve Khuong Sy and his Local Local Plumbing. We had an emergency on a Friday evening and Steve came right out and did what he could and returned on Saturday to get materials and finish the job. He was super conscientious and pleasant. He really went out of his way and his bill was reasonable. We would certainly use Steve's service again.

Steven was great!  I asked for help with a leak.  He was the first to respond and came within about an hour or so and immediately identified the source.  I really appreciated his quick and thorough response.   I know he saved me a lot of money in the future.  Thanks!

Eddie just finished the work of clearing roots from my main sewer pipe after my toilet stopped draining. Huge roots! Will probably need much larger work of replacing the pipe; not the first time I have such problem, and definitely not the last if I don't do anything. Eddie was very responsive late in the evening and early in the morning, came on-time, explained the problem, had the job done. I very much recommend him!

Overpriced and would not recommend.  Here is my experience:
Had them come out to snake a slow moving drain through the back clean-out around a year ago ($275).  They said it didn't look like roots or other items, just a regular clog.

4-5 months later water slows again, bring them out another time.  I asked them when scheduling to do more diagnostics to see if its roots, etc.  Guy was supposed to call when he came by to discuss what he is seeing.  He just showed up, snaked, & left without calling.  I am the owner and dont live in the area.  I just get a text that job is done now pay $275 again.

6 or so months after that, slow drain again.  I say I want a camera/diagnostics to see what is going on.  They say they have to hydrojet the line first and then will camera, which is $750.  Seems expensive but say fine.  They show up and say there is something wrong with my cleanout and I need a new cleanout, which is an additional $1,400.  Total is now $2,050.  

In a timing bind so I go along with it.  They start digging out the cleanout area, etc.  Later after the job is done they call and say that a new cleanout wasnt needed, once they dug it out (maybe 3x4x2 ft hole) they could figure out how to get the pressure hose in.  I would just need to pay for the 1 hr of digging.  Seemed reasonable at first glance.  

End result: dug around the back cleanout that was only 2 ft deep, hydroflushed the line, camera'd.  Price $750 + $450 to dig the hole (and not filling it back in), so $1,200.   Pretty steap for digging a hole.  This is all on security cameras and was for 3 hours worth of work, including setup & cleanup.  Their day also included a 2.25 hr lunch, another hour where they packed up and left then came back, etc.  

Then their assessment was that my main sewer line is bad and needs replacement.  They give me a quote for that which was $18,000.  Complained about the $1,200 and they said too bad, workers were there for 6 hrs.  Maybe they didnt think I could see that only half that was actually working?  So $400 per hour, including digging a hole.  

Afterwards got work done from other licensed, insured, 5st yelp plumbers and did the following:
- replace sewer main for $6k including permits (Crown quote $18k)
- replace/improve back cleanout for $400.  (Crown quote $1,400)
- Hydrojetting quoted at two other places for $300-$400.  (Crown $750).

I had a leak under the kitchen sink and a faulty faucet. They came the same day, fixed the problem and installed the new faucet, quickly, efficiently and they were very professional and courteous. It was a relief finding them and I am very happy with their work. Thank you very much to Mesbah and Edie.

Super excited that I found a great plumber. Very professional, prompt, text his eta, and completed a leaking valve job in record time. Kiet noted a couple other areas I should keep an eye on. His price was very reasonable and he is my go to guy from now on. Highly recommend this company!!

Our water heater broke down during Thanksgiving week and we realized it only later in the day. Khan was very accommodating and took a late evening appointment on a day with very bad weather. They're extremely efficient, patient and completely deserve their 5 star ratings here.

Today 03/15 came home to my toilet leaking... Called Drain Masters and less then an hour came and fixed! Highly recommend and about the price it's plumbing and plumbing = expensive (nature of the beast people)
