It was my first time using Giovanni and I am never going to call another plumber again!
My valve had a leak and of course I was freaking out due to having a tight budget and not much knowledge on what to do or who to call.
I called my friend and she recommended San Jose Drain and Main.
Immediately Giovanni was able to give me a reasonable price and find all the parts to fix my water meter all the same day! What a relief! He was very professional and knowledgable.
I highly recommend Giovanni if you want efficiency!

Twice I called them so far for a garbage disposal issue we were facing. They do accommodate urgent requests. Calls route through a call center who always pick your phone and direct it to the location. Janice scheduled my appointments and if there is an early time slots open up they do call to inform to get them in. Victor came in to help us with the issue.
Good diagnosis and informed us what caused the issue, provided some tips for long lasting.
Second time we had the same issue with garbage disposal, Janice helped us again in the same manner, victor came in again . But this time, the service was ever better as he did show us how to fix it and options if we want to replace it and offered to do it at a reasonable price as well. As he came in within 2 weeks for the same issue, he just charged half of what it actually costs.

Mr. Trieu replaced my hot water heater, main water shut off valve, and a leaking valve under the kitchen sink. The work was done in a very quick, efficient, and professional manner. Throughout the job Mr. Trieu was able to answer all of my questions and was educating me on plumbing tips. Very solid work, good pricing, highly recommended. Had a leaky faucet, turned out had to replace the shut-off valves also.  Mike was very responsive and fixed the problem quickly.  Reasonably priced.

Khoa was really amazing - we had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday morning and he came over within the hour and was incredibly honest and professional. He fixed the issue very quickly and gave his professional opinion on updates we need to make to help avoid this issue in the future (without any pressure). We felt that we were in extremely good hands, and are really appreciative for him! I would not hesitate to call him for any plumbing issue we may face in the future.

Called them on a Sunday at 9:15am and talked to someone directly. Scheduled an appointment at 11am same day and they showed up just before the agreed upon time. Our shower drain got badly clogged. I contacted DRS via Yelp on the evening and they came the next morning. Thu thoroughly diagnosed and fixed our problem. He also explained clearly to me what the problem was. Totally recommend their service!

When I was looking for a plumber, I searched Yelp and called the first 5 - 10 contractors that came up. Marco clearly stood out from the rest so I went with him and I'm glad I did.

Here's what makes Marco different than the other plumbers I called:

1. Marco was the ONLY plumber to give me final, exact pricing over the phone. Every other plumber had ambiguous pricing that included minimum fees, hourly fees, and equipment fees. I had no idea if the job would be $100 or $1,000 with the other plumbers.

2. Marco was the ONLY plumber that gave me free advice to fix the issue myself. He mentioned that my particular issue could potentially be resolved for free with the city without paying a plumber.

3. Marco had a higher level of professionalism than the other contractors. We communicated many times over the phone and text messages. Marco was always professional and kept his word when it came to coming on time and calling me back.

4. Marco did the work himself. He was the guy I worked with starting from the very first phone call. I didn't have to worry about talking to a good person on the phone only to have a completely different person show up at my door.

5. Marco backed up his work. He mentioned if there are clogs again the next few weeks, he'll come by and fix it for free.

BTW he fixed everything very quickly and without a hitch. I appreciated that the explained the problem to me and how he fixed it. He even fixed a separate issue for us afterwards.

Jared is very personable and a good plumber. Takes time to discuss options on work that needs to be done. We have used his services a number of times and have been pleased with the results. When the job is complete he always leaves the site in a clean working order.

They were easy to work with, did a great job and were less expensive than the other quotes. The person who came was wonderful, he came on time, explained the process, had everything he needed and was in and out quickly. Very satisfied!

Great service and reasonable price. I would definitely use 5 star plumbing again. I was not in a rush but they came out the following day to install a new toilet. Arrived near the beginning of the window they gave me and everything went smoothly. The plumber was very professional.

We had a sewer line blockage last year and we got always rescue to come fix it with a permit. The owner said he would take care of the entire permit process and we had to pay extra for it, which is fine because we wanted to have it inspected and signed off by the city. After the job was done, the city inspector came to visit at the scheduled time and these guys were a no show. The inspector came to our door and these guys weren't reachable. The inspector left and the inspection Was rescheduled. The subsequent time the inspector came and signed off on the work done till that point. The guys came and wrapped up the work and left but little did we know that another final inspection was required and despite taking our money always rescue plumbing didn't complete the final inspection. Fast forward 6 months later, we started another project and when the contractor went in for a permit, the city said that the sewer permit process was not complete and was never scheduled. At this point the guys from always rescue plumbing were super non responsive. They refused to follow up with the city and gave excuses that they weren't able to reach the city, when every time I called them I was able to get a hold of them. I followed up with the city and The city inspector told me that the city is very strict about these things and the valve was not properly installed as per the city guidelines that was provided to these guys. And I had to relay information over to these guys every single time I spoke to the city. Finally Daniel from always rescue plumbing came over. Scheduled time was between 8-9am but he showed up much later at around 11am. I showed him the document from the city showing him how the valve needs to be installed and what he had done to correct it wouldn't work again. This is where things get worse. He gets super defensive and starts talking really rudely and asks my husband to fix it instead and he says that whatever I ask for is all made up and the city inspector is not going to have any problems. His demeanor was really aggressive as well when I was just patiently asking him to correct the valve as per what was present in the city document. He also said it was my job to check with the city and follow up the last time around to make sure the permit was complete to which I told him that I paid him extra for the permit process so I didn't have to deal with it myself. He finally made some modifications said that's all he could do and stormed off. Who ever is hiring this company, yes the pricing is good, however don't count on these guys to finish up completely. And when you have to get it done with a permit don't count on these guys completing it either. Once you've paid them in full they will wash their hands off and move any incomplete work items as your responsibility and pretend like it wasn't their problem.

Great plumber! I originally worked w/ him as a tech for another plumbing co. He was so good that when he started his own business I continued to call on him.

Awesome work ethic, wants to make sure the job is done right. If there are any issues, he doesn't hesitate to come to your aid. I worked with him on several issues at home and he's always been super professional, gets the issue resolved quickly, and his prices are very reasonable. A huge plus, he's flexible with scheduling and doesn't gorge you when issue occurs after hours. Finally a honest plumber!

I had to switch out my kitchen faucet and Steven was fast to respond. He was able to send someone out within an hour and the installation took about 45 minutes.

I didn't like the placement of the handle so Steven sent someone the next day to fix it.

Prices are reasonable and job was done well. Would recommend!

Over the 23 years we have lived in this house, we have worked with a number of plumbers. Many were decent and fair and some were just out to get as much money as they could. Eddie at #1 Honest Plumber is in a class by himself.

When we had a blockage in our laundry drain in the garage, I called Eddie first thing in the morning. I'm not one to get five or six estimates because that has never really worked for me in the past. Something like plumbing depends on the situation; not all blockages are the same and not all situations are the same so it really boils down to whether or not the plumber is honest and has your best interest at heart. Based on the careful perusal of many reviews, I decided my best bet was to go with Eddie.

I was not disappointed.

Several years ago, I had this drain unplugged. Itseemed OK at the time, but was never really draining quickly. I now realize that there was a deeper problem that the first plumber did not fix.

Dominic from Crown Plumbing was fantastic at installing my toilet and valve in the bathroom. He was punctual and courteous and completed the job in no time. I would definitely recommend Crown.

What a life saver!  We had an issue with our hot water valve in the shower. For some reason it would not turn off no matter how hard we tried.
We called at 5:45pm and a wonderful gentleman named Kiet was here within 45min.

Kiet was very knowledgeable and explained all of our options with our outdated valves.  He had us back up and running within an hour.

Would definitely recommend to anyone with any plumbing needs.  Again, they saved us... I provide care for my 97 year old grandfather and was worried on how I would manage the night with hot water running all night long and all the issues that cause later with the hot water heater etc.... We had called 3 other mobile plumbers but none had any availability for tonight.

We needed a life saver and AllGo and Kiet really saved us tonight.

Khan is great. My property is an old house, it has various plumbing issues, each time I called, he is responsive and fast. Recently he replaced two toilets and one vanity, they did excellent work. I used to be a builder and relied on my old connections, I was hesitant to use other subs in the past. But my guys were not good in timing, also not responsive. Now I am 100% Yelp believer, and Khan is my go to plumber in Fremont. For this property, I bought vanity online from Amazon, free shipped to the house, also bought two toilets online from homedepot, my tenants picked them up from the store, so I did not have to drive 45min there. This saved me plenty of time. I switched into new online way of managing my rental property and maintenance. Khan's company is part of my function. He is excellent in communication, would always call to discuss about the issue first before going to the site. I would give him 10 out of 10. No brainer. Thank you khan and Yelp for making my life a lot easier! I love the online way for managing my rental properties now.

I dropped the drain snake into second floor shower drain. Called in Drain Master. I thought this is gonna be a big project. Dave came and tried to help me to fish out the lost snake with his own snake. It wasn't successful as expected. But he did help me locate where the lost snake is and suggest a DIY approach. There is no push for doing any fix with them. Just pure honesty and intention to offer the help. He didn't charge me either for his effort.  Five stars for the integrity and honesty that are rarely seen nowadays.
