We came back from vacation to discover a leak in in our kitchen. I had called around to a few plumbers and all provided high quotes and could not make it out for a couple of days. When I talked to Sam he said to send him a picture for a better idea. 30 minutes later I got a call that said they had wrapped up a call in our area early and could swing by to take a look. Within 15 minutes they had the leak under control and  were on their way to another job.
They were quick, professional, and incredibly accommodating to our schedule. By far some of the best service we have ever received. They are our go to plumber from this point on, and we will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family.

Less than a year and we've called EJ Plumbing 3 separate times!!! They're the best!

We had family and friends over for the 4th. We're having a great time and getting ready for fireworks. Someone noticed early in the evening that one of our toilets was not draining. My husband tried plunging for almost 20 mins. I came to check what was taking so long and noticed that the tub was backing up. I checked all drains (toilets/sinks/showers) all but our kitchen was backing up with nasty sewage. I called the City in a panic and asked that they come snake the clean out. They arrived an hr or so later and said that the problem clean out was ours not the City maintained one. He suggested that we call a plumber. I messaged EJ and they arrived the very next morning (AFTER A HOLIDAY!). I believe his name is Mel, came out and showed us that the City in fact was wrong and the City clean out was completely backed up. Rather than deal with them, We had Mel take care of it. He was so polite and very efficient. He instructed us that if this should ever happen again, to wait and watch the clean outs before calling them and spending money that the City should be eating.

Our guest bath sink had been draining slow. It progressively got worse to the point where we would had to wait for it to drain overnight. So I tried to fix it myself and cleaned out the p-trap. No luck. Called EJ and they responded same day as usual. Since this wasn't an emergency, I scheduled a week out. A gal from their office called to let me know when the plumber was on his way. Hunter came out and did a bang up job! I always ask a lot of questions and Hunter was able to answer all of them. He did his best to work with our aging parts. But in the end, the clog is gone and the sink is draining.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & CALL EJ PLUMBING!!! As a former property manager and someone who works in a facilities and maintenance field, these guys are professional and trustworthy.

Our kitchen drainage broke down. We called Trieu and he arrived on time to inspect the situation. He also gave us a quote and helped us close the loop with warranty company. I highly recommend him.

Michael was great! He came out to our house and before he even knocked on the door, he had gloves and a mask on and then put on booties to come in the house. He knows his way around everything plumbing. Even though he was working on a brand of kitchen faucet he hasn't worked on before (hard to believe), he was able to find the problem quickly and fix it. He even had enough spare parts in his van to fix a problem we didn't realize we had (legit problem, nothing he created like some other plumbers).

Thank you for coming out so quickly on such short notice to clear our clogs in our drain line Khoa. He did a detailed triage of the problem, figured out the most likely point of clog, gave us a detailed explanation and helped hydro jet and show us on camera tree roots which were the reason for the clog. He was very patient on a Sunday night and helped hydro jet twice to unclog as much as possible. Highly appreciate his effort !

Another stellar job by Khoa and his crew. He helped install a 2-way sewer cleanout on our property which we needed badly to clear out roots that had clawed into the pipes and would potentially cause clogs repeatedly. Did the whole job in a methodical and clean manner while giving us the breakdown in detail. Put the soil and excavated lawn back neatly as well! Snaked all the roots out and showed us with his camera clean drains lines for the whole property going both ways inside the property and to the city access line.  We can poop in peace now, thanks Khoa!

Super fast service. Friendly and professional. Called them on a Saturday for a clogged toilet and they arrived to clear the line in in about 30 minutes. Todd was great! Highly recommend them.

My water heater has issue and Marvin come for the rescue. He explain to me what the problem is and he sent me the estimate to resolve this issue. I have the hot water now.

Had a 15 year old water heater at the end of it's life, and J&K came out to take a look the same day I called. They were prompt, professional, and clearly explained the options available to me. I had a new water heater installed the very next day at a competitive price.  I'm a relatively new homeowner, and this was my first time using J&K Plumbing.  I'll definitely keep them in mind for my future plumbing needs.

An honest plumber! Great experience, tried to fix an old water shut-off valve, but realized that pipe was damaged and needed to be replaced. Marlon showed up only 30min after I called and not only fixed that valve, but also another one and did a free inspection of all other related plumbing projects we did before. Overall an extremely pleasent experience, given the nightmare of a plumbing issue in your house. While hoping not to need his services anytime soon, I know exactly whom to call next time. Thank you.

They charged $350 for less than an hour of work to replace my hot and cold water valves that connect to clothes washer. This includes the guy driving to Home Depot to get the valves. This is just costs of labor. The parts were an additional costs  So basic it was like &350 for 20 minutes labor of plumber.

I changed this review after management reached out to me as I had given it one star. They reached out to me leaving phone messages and by text. They asked how they could make this right and I indicated a refund of $100 would be fair to both of us as that would be $250 for a minimum one hour labor  they said I should have reached out to them but I thought Ben owned the business because he's the one who answers the phone, sets the price and sends the plumber. At least we both agreed I was over charged. I did not have any issues with the work itself. I had used them 2 times prior and had a fair prie but they sad they increased their prices as they have grown.

Helped us out in a jam. Really appreciated their reasonable rates and fast service. They did a great job too.

Received very prompt response to request for estimate.  Preliminary estimate for work site-unseen was substantially less than a few others I had received so decided to have him come and see it.   Steve showed up promptly the next morning, confirmed the quote and took care of a very clogged sink in our company warehouse.  Very happy - even gave him a tip because his pricing was so fair.

Fast to respond, on time and great value. Really appreciate city of sewer helping out with my broken water heater quickly. I can easily recommend them.

Last night after dinner as we rinsed the dishes in the kitchen sink, to my dismay when I turned on the InSinkErator, water bubbled up out of the drain in both sinks. It took a long time to drain away. :-( We tipped 2 bottles of drain cleaner down the drain and waited an hour but it didn't fix it.

So this morning about 11 a.m. I phoned Eddie at #1 Honest Plumber, because he cleared our drains a few years back.  Eddie immediately answered the phone (no voice mail system, which is great!) and was very clear, upbeat, articulate and friendly.  He told me he'd send Simon and Angel sometime between 2pm and 4pm.  They arrived at 1 pm (an hour earlier than estimated, which is much better than 2 hours later, which has happened with other vendors in the past). They had the whole thing analyzed, fixed and tested in under 30 minutes.  They were professional, polite and approachable, they both wore masks and kept their distance.  The whole thing, start-to-finish, was a very positive experience.  I heartily recommend Eddie and his lads, we've had great experiences twice with them now.

Also: at the moment Ed is offering a special of $99 for this type of drain unclogging.  So that strengthens my recommendation.

I think this is going to be my go to plumber from now on.  I used to use a licensed plumber that had his own business, but really was a 2-3 man shop, so quality was great but response slow.  In those cases, I'd always go to larger 'franchise' plumbers and they were ok.

I tried Crown and as a bigger plumber shop, they are super responsive and the quality of the work and the professionalism of the person they sent was great!  Easily could tell that his skill and knowledge was higher than some of the other bigger plumbing companies out there.

I recently purchased a home and had an issue with my front yard water closing valve.  

So I reached out and called All Go Plumbing and Rooter, in which I was able to quickly set an appointment.  Kiet arrived the next day on time to access the problem and fix the issue.  Thereafter, he also gave me a full inspection of my house to see if there were any additional plumbing issues.  Kiet is incredibly professional, friendly and kind. We will request him for all of our work going forward.

Khan responded to my plea of help on a holiday promptly, efficiently, and without the extra holiday charge - a true professional.  He was thorough in his work and cleaned up all evidence of my water heater disaster.  You can rest assured that you will be getting a fair price for superb service.  Khan's a kheeper!

For 2 long years I have been fighting against the power of nature, a 50ft redwood and a 30ft oak tree. Clay pipes were the standard for sewage lines up to 100 years ago. while these have proved sturdy all the way back to the days of the Roman Empire, they have not held up well to earthquakes and ROOTS. Given the severe root infestation of our line (between our house and sidewalk ~45 feet) , I have used a friend of the family to snake our line about every 3 months for the past 2 years.

I have finally decided to replace the entire 45 foot line using a trenchless technology (H&H Company review coming shortly) with a Polyethylene pipe, with one-week left before the project kicks off, of course the line backs up again. My plumbing source was not available, so I gave Drain Master a shot. Edward Sylvester is the sole proprietor of Drain Master and does all the work with one apprentice. He gave me a $125 quote over the phone (which is very reasonable considering the length of the line and the slope of the incline to the house), he came promptly as promised and cleaned-out the line within 15 minutes and the final bill came out less than the phone quote.
