Just got the water heater and water softener installed. We are very happy with the fantastic jobs Giovanni did. Not only replacing the old water heater, but he also fixed all the details that don't look proper in his profession. Our water softener was well installed and the work looks very nice without redundant pipeline.

Giovanni provided us competitive quote, and he is honest, professional and easy to get along with. He does not force us to make decisions and explain his suggestions patiently. Drain and Main is our plumber this time and will definitely be our plumber in the future.

I am not a successful adult.

What comes with being a successful adult means being able to troubleshoot simple issues such as your home's water heater turning off.

After our water heater turned off, my mom and I had no idea what to do next. Since we didn't want to take the chance and ruin things even more, we decided to call Trieu. Trieu and his coworker (employee?) were able to come over the next day to see what the issue was.

Turns out, it was a simple issue and fix. Trieu explained to us what happened, some tips, and told us how to contact the water tank's company if we had any further issues (if the tank itself ends up being an issue in the future).

What stood out was Trieu showing my family and I how to fix this issue and what to look for. I feel like other people would have just fixed it and left us for chumps waiting for us to call again and be charged. Definitely a 5 star service!

We had just moved into our house and were at the part where we discover what is wrong. Mike was able to get on site quickly and help us to alleviate our problems. All the work was completed quickly with pictures taken in the invoice. Sometimes it's helpful to know what was done a few years from now. He is also good at explaining issues. I highly recommend Mike and supporting local businesses.

Thank you for coming out so quickly on such short notice to clear our clogs in our drain line Khoa. He did a detailed triage of the problem, figured out the most likely point of clog, gave us a detailed explanation and helped hydro jet and show us on camera tree roots which were the reason for the clog. He was very patient on a Sunday night and helped hydro jet twice to unclog as much as possible. Highly appreciate his effort !

Another stellar job by Khoa and his crew. He helped install a 2-way sewer cleanout on our property which we needed badly to clear out roots that had clawed into the pipes and would potentially cause clogs repeatedly. Did the whole job in a methodical and clean manner while giving us the breakdown in detail. Put the soil and excavated lawn back neatly as well! Snaked all the roots out and showed us with his camera clean drains lines for the whole property going both ways inside the property and to the city access line.  We can poop in peace now, thanks Khoa!

David is the guy worth more than 5 stars! He's very helpful and professional. I screwed up my bathroom pipe when I tried to change the cartridge. I talked to couple of different plumbers and only David offered the solution without need to knock out the bathroom tile. And he worked very carefully to deliver the nice job. I'm very impressed by his work and very satisfied. Whenever it involves with water pipe it can raise big problem if not fixed right. David makes my mind peaceful and I totally trust him by the work presented.

Later on he also helped me change my main shut off pipe with pressure regulator. Again he delivered very detailed and nice job. I'm glad I find the right person at the first place.

In addition to the nice work, David is a very genuine and trustful person. He would never lie to you or trying to rip you off. The quality of his work and effort he put into it is worth every penny you pay. He knows what he's doing and always explains whatever question you ask him in detail. You don't need to worry about anything when you have him work on your issue.

With employee like David, no wonder local rooter got so high rating.

Came in to find the toilet hadn't flushed completely. Needless to say, we had a backup at the sidewalk. Had this problem years ago so I bought my own Roto. Got 25' out and it wouldn't budge.  Looked up a plumber on Yelp and found Drain Rooter Service.  Good reviews.  Called and picked up in two rings.  Said he'd be here in 2 hours.  Was here in an hour.  Super nice, super clean, asked me questions which I was able to answer. He knew exactly what was causing the problem.  Gave me a quote and ten minutes later the drain is clear.  Cleaned up and left without a trace.  

I'd highly recommend this company.

They came right on time. Inspected sewer line and provided my options about fixing/replacing sewer line. Would call them again if needed.

Joe just left after clearing up my drainage system. We had the following related issues in our kitchen sink:
1. The water would drain very slowly
2. When too much water accumulated in the sink, running the garbage disposer would push water back in the other sink and out the air gap.
3. When using the dishwasher a lot of water would back up in the sink.
We had tried the following :
1. Drano Max Gel and other such stuff
2. Baking Soda + Vinegar
3. Coke ( yes....its an unadvertised use case for the drink:) )
4. We called a handyman who snaked the drain upto 5 feet.
None of the above worked.
Called Joe this morning. He gave me a time slot of 12-3. Showed up around 1 and straightaway got to work. He had to snake more than 40 feet to reach the main pipe but it seems a lot of grease/clogs got cleared. He checked every thing thorougly and made sure all the systems were working properly and there were no leaks. He also cleaned up before leaving.
Thanks to him i have a working kitchen again...!!!
All in all very good and professional service.(though just a tiny little bit on the costly side)
I would call him again if needed and would surely recommend him for plumbing services.

We were hearing bubbling sounds from our kitchen sink over the past couple of days while using various bathroom fixtures and started to panic imagining the worst possible sewage problems conceivable. Reached out to Marlon and a bunch of other plumbers in my area with a detailed description of the problem but Marlon was the only one who provided some feedback about what it could be and a prompt response by showing up over the weekend.

Marlon did an excellent job diagnosing a blockage due to tree roots in our sewage line connecting to the city mains and helped clear multiple clogs systematically all the way to the mains while walking us through the whole process with a drain snake camera. He was patient and helped answer our numerous naive questions in detail, doing a stellar job for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend him for any plumbing tasks !

Called United Plumbing twice for two different issues, one was our water valve being stuck which they replaced and another was our sink backup which involved redoing the piping under our sink. They were very responsive when I called and were able to get a technician to our home very soon both times. They communicated via text and call when they were arriving. The plumbers were efficient, and their fixes seem to be quality and well done. I enjoyed working with United Plumbing.

They charged me 350$ for a simple sprinkler installation which still has leaks that I wanted to get fixed. They were responsive and offered to do the job, but poor execution and super expensive.

Steve is a really good, licensed plumber who works hard for his people and is very fast. I used him to help step in on a remodel when my hired general contractor had a plumbing sub who had failed out. It was important to me to get the job done quickly and on time as we had a baby on the way and were up against the clock and Steve delivered really well. I highly recommend him and I plan to use him again on my net bathroom remodel.

Steven and his team were great! They change our home pipes to copper piping all the way to the main water line at a very reasonable/affordable price and finished earlier than scheduled (all within a day). They did exactly everything we asked them to do.  They also raised our water heater up from the floor so that it's up to code; installed a water softener; added a waterline for the refrigerator; and added an outside waterline in the backyard.  Given the quote he gave us, we didn't mind buying a few, small items like the cover for waterline for the refrigerator and the pedestal for the water heater.

Steven was so easy to work with.  He came on time and finished earlier than expected.  He also updated us with pictures as they work.  He communicated and clarified with us when needed (which we really like to avoid any miscommunication which is not uncommon in contractors we've worked with in the past).

They really care about their work. They even put the grass back in its original place after replacing the outside line in front of the house! :)

Eddie is honest!  He tried to talk me thru fixing my kitchen disposal over the phone for free.  He then told me the tool I needed to buy at Home Depot to fix it for $6.  Then, since he was not far away,  he agreed to stop by and had in working again in 2 minutes.  He was out the door without asking for a dime before I knew it.  I had to chase after him to give him $20 for his trouble and I still feel like I cheated him.

Our main sewer was backed up. Came out same day and able to fix the issue. Professional, informative and thorough...

Called Friday evening and They we're out early Saturday to make significant repair and restore water.

There is no job too small or too big for Khan.  I had an old toilet valve that needed to be replaced.  Made an appointment.  He showed up diagnosed the problem and quickly replaced the valve.  No more leaking toilet valve.  This is the fifth time I have hired him.  You never know whether your next plumbing job is going to be big or small but its good to have a reliable plumber you can always go to.

We have lived with a horrible working shower/tub for 8 years and never too the time to take care of it. I finally called Drain Masters and they were at my house withing 2 hours and assessed the problem.
The work that needed to be done needed some more time and they were able to schedule me an appointment the very next day. He explained the work to be done and gave a fair estimate.
The work was done with no problems and our shower valve was replaced and fixed. The drywall that was removed was replaced and I have no complaints about the work done.
The technician was friendly and communicative and worked clean and quietly.
