Im a plumber in san jose and there is times when i need help from another plumber. I have built a great business relationship with Giovanni. Being that i have been in this line of work for many years, i can gauge another plumbers skill level easily. I have needed assistance on various plumbing jobs and Giovanni was readily available to help. I felt a good vibe from him and i trust In him to handle these jobs for our customers. He has a great work ethic and genuinely cares about the customers. I will continue to use Giovanni for his services because he gets the job done with a smile. EJ Plumbing did an excellent job replacing our leaking water heater. Daniel came on site and provided estimate and installation options. Shortly after, Sam arrived to replace the water heater. Excellent work with very fast time to completion. Very satisfied with the experience and work performed. Definitely recommend.

Our water pipeline is leaking at more than 100 Gallons/hour,  we didn't have water for the weekend. I called several plumbing services. Bu and Duc came very fast and did a thorough checking on the leaking and found out the entire pipeline need to be replaced. (more than 50 years old) They came on Monday morning and worked very hard for the whole day (dig though the drive way).  We got our water back!  As they also changed the water pressure regulator to a new one, we have much strong water than before now for the shower. Before they leave, they have did a good job cleanning everything also. We also got a 1-year warranty for the new pipeline. We would like to thank them for their awesome work!

We were having some issues with our master bathroom. Mike was very responsive and quick to repair the job. Highly recommend!

I am going to join the crowd of people who rated this company at 5 stars. Todd responded to my request for a quote within about 2 minutes after I posted it, came over about 15 minutes later to give the estimate, and soon thereafter my kitchen had a new faucet installed and two 24-years-old valves replaced. Reasonable price, too. I will definitely use Drain Rooter Service if I need plumbing repairs in the future.

Sunday morning - super responsive answer from Marco.  Described my problem, and he had one of his technician out the next morning.  Miguel gave me a few options and caveats.  Booties on boots, on time within the window - all professional service.  I'll be sure to reach out again for my plumbing needs.  I could tell they've run into my issue in the field because they described all the different outcomes and remedies.

Returned from a 4 day vacation to find condo filled with steam and hot water.  Called 2 plumbers, but no answer.  Finally called J&K Plumbing and they are my heroes! He tried to talk me through the process of shutting the water off, but I couldn't find the spigot for our unit.  He said to give him 15 minutes and he'd be right over.  He arrived within 10, had trouble finding the shut off, but found it, and the issue.  A burst hose under the sink that connects to the hot water and dishwasher.  They fixed it and were very nice and professional.  Now the landlord is taking care of the damage.  What a mess!  But, if you need an excellent plumber, please call these guys!  Thank you J&K Plumbing for coming right over!

Eddie at #1 Honest Plumber has been focused on the needs at my residence every time I have contacted him with a plumbing issue.  Last time we called I had an emergency with backed up shower and toilets.  He arrived a couple of hours once the call went out (even though he was very busy). Eddie was creative in his analysis with multiple plans to address the main line blocked issue. He saved the day and charged me a very reasonable rate. Not sure how these 5 stars review come from! Worse than substandard service. Dangerous incompetent service is what it is.

The guy installed a water heater, and it kept being  automatically shut down. They  refused to tender any services and follow-ups. We had to find a manufacture recommended contractor to check the unit.  It turns out the water heater WAS NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED. Because of the improper installation, the water heater keeps shutting down to protect us from the carbon monoxide leaking due to the bad installation.
The company was named Safety Plumbing and now changed name to Right Plumbing. Either way, the company was neither safe nor right for you.
We now have to spend another thousand of dollar to have the false installation corrected. Not to mention the risks we had been exposed to.
The terribly incompetent service was done in January of 2022.

Again, five stars for Kiet. On a weekday at 6 pm, I arrived home to find water flooding my side yard. I actually called several companies, none would come right away except for All Go Plumbing.

Kiet came right away. He fixed our leak and saved us so much money in terms of water usage penalty. He did excellent work for a reasonable fee, and he cleaned up everything perfectly.

Once again, AAA Affordable Plumbing to the rescue. The large tree in my front yard pushes its roots into the main sewer line and has to be snaked yearly to keep it clear - this year, due to the rain we had, it happened sooner than usual. I woke up on Thursday with no working toilets or showers. I called AAA in a panic, wanting to get this issue rectified before the three day weekend. Khan was wonderful and accommodating, per usual. Since I was working until late Thursday and they had snaked the same sewer line before, he volunteered to do it without entering the house or without myself present (and to process payment over the phone). I was beyond grateful. Once he reached the premises, he tried the exterior electrical outlet on my house - but it wasn't working, as I stupidly forgot to pay my PG&E bill and they had turned my power off. I expected him to throw up his hands and give up, but he instead went to my neighbor and asked to use their outlet. The line was snaked successfully - it had to be cabled FIVE times! - and I returned home Thursday night to working toilets and showers. I found AAA Affordable Plumbing through Yelp, and I have found them to be faster, more responsive, more accommodating and more affordable than Rota Rooter. I cannot thank them enough, nor praise them highly enough. I will definitely be calling on AAA Affordable Plumbing. Thank you again!

I had a main drain that was partially clogged (most likely sludge from a sagging pipe). I had another plumber come out who diagnosed the blockage as between the house and the street, but was unable to clear it. I called Drain Masters right afterward and they were able to come out the next morning. They quickly diagnosed there was a blockage under the house as well. After snaking for a bit they were able to clear both blockages. They also had a hydro jet in their van, just in case the snake wasn't able to clear the blockage.

They were quick, prompt and successful at fixing my plumbing problem. I will definitely call them first next time.
