Found this company on Yelp. Giovanni and Nick fixed a leaking pipe in our crawl space. When I called, they noted a $95 diagnostic fee and said they were unavailable until the next day.  The next morning they scheduled me for the afternoon and came on time.  Both were professional and friendly (even with my old dog), and showed me video of the pipe spluttering water. It was very helpful to see the problem! Issue resolved, and they showed me other potential problems. I can't confirm how good the pricing was since I didn't compare,  but my previous plumber was not even willing to go into the crawlspace! Thank you SJMD

Shockingly expensive quote. As part of a quote for work on a washing machine drain in the garage, they quoted $950.00 for a plumbing repair that would take 1 hour, maybe 2 max, with parts of less than $30.00. And $350.00 for a sheet rock repair that would be about 1 foot square and not require texturing, with parts of less than $10.00.

EJ Plumbing estimate $1,300.00.

Another plumber estimate $600.00.

I had the main sewer pipe clogged. Other plumber struggled for four hours with 100' snake. These guys showed up with 200' snake connected to power washer. Kind of cool water jet. Clog cleared in 12 minutes.

He then put a camera and traced the line to the property line. Quoted me in adding a clean out so next time City will come and clear it.

Great service from Michael! He recommended ways to fix my garbage disposal before coming out. Giving me free advice that might have meant I wouldn't have had to pay him to come out. I will definitely be using him again, he's honest and does good work.

If there are more  stars I can give, I'll have no hesitation to give Khoa.  After one year, I didn't imagine I'll need to call Khoa again, especially at this time of the pandemic.  I have leaking problem with the shutoff valve that Khoa helped to replace a year ago and that's only what I thought.  I asked Khoa on Yelp and he was as responsive as ever and replied me quickly to understand the problem.  He came to my house the next day to look and find out that it was not the problem of the shutoff valve but it's the other valve for my water filter system that caused the leaking.  He patiently explained to me the design problem of the valve and advised me to buy another one.  He also helped to uninstall the water filter valve and splitter and attached back the pipe...all for free.  Khoa take pride of his work and I admire his  professionalism.  I really appreciate his visit and have no hesitation to recommend him.  Thanks Khoa!

We had a pleasant experience with Local Rooter & Plumbing.  Our toilet was clogged and draining slowly.  The usual DIY remedies didn't work so we decided to call in the professionals. I used Yelp to contact them and got a prompt reply. It wasn't an emergency so I scheduled an appointment for the following day.  They came by and resolved our clog in a short amount of time.  No complaints here.

Old cast iron pipes were running slow and sometimes backing up.
Todd and his guy answered the Yelp request in a few minutes, showed up with the water jet and fixed the issue fast

Handy Plumbing Man was excellent! I highly recommend them. They deserve their 5 star rating. They were available within a day of when I first called them. Miguel was professional and very, very good. He fixed everything right away. He provided a quote before starting and the price at the end was exactly what he quoted. Very happy with their service.

1) The whole service was a rip off.
     a) The disposal that costs $75, I was charged $250
     b) The blockage at my sink that was easily fixable, I was charged $250
I was told that I got the best deal in town.. lol

2) After writing the review, he called me trying to intimidate me on the phone about the not so positive review I wrote for him. I told him that it is my right to write my independent opinion on Yelp. No wonder how there are so many positive reviews of this company - otherwise he will intimidate you

I had a  Insinkerator Badger 5 1/2 HP Heavy Duty Motor garbage disposal that no longer worked -  it just hummed. I have manually cleaned it out and started it with the fix it tools but that no longer worked. All sink connections were good so I just needed to replace garbage disposal with same model that I purchased at Dale Hardware in Fremont, Ca. Also, my wife was freaking out without garbage disposal so getting it replaced ASAP was important, along with overall cost to perform the job.
I posted a bid for Pros and we selected Integrity Plumbing and Drain Services to do the job. I was impressed by their website which pictured
so many complex jobs they had completed. We were impressed by their quick response, their availability to come early Monday morning and reasonable price.
We were contacted by plumber Marlon Gomez. He arrived early as promised. He was very conscientious in following COVID-19 health and safety guidelines. He was very professional, personable, courteous and kept me informed of what he was doing. He even made a special trip to Home Depot to obtain electrical connections not included with my purchased garbage disposal. What a relief . He removed old disposal, completed installing new disposal and cleaned everything up. He even gave me advice on a leak outside my home. Tremendous job performed by Marlon. Sunday afternoon. The last thing you need is your kitchen sink deciding today is the day to get clogged. After some basic home troubleshooting, we decided it was time to call in the professionals.

United Plumbing was not only super prompt with their response but also incredibly diligent in helping us resolving the issue. They could have stopped once the clog was cleared but they figured that it was worth their extra effort to check our drain vent in case it was also part of the cause of the issue.

Turns out it was and the extra effort made a huge difference.

Would highly recommend them!

My kitchen is clogged and I need it to be unclogged as soon as possible.
Other Plumber are not available and most of them either schedule to be next day, charge diagnostic fee, or price just too high of a range. Always Rescue comes out, check on the issue and fix it within 45 minutes. (longer than expected because its was a weird clogged lol).

Overall, happy with the service and the price is right :).

Steve has helped me twice with plumbing issues. The first time, I needed to repair main water pipe that was being bent by an overgrown tree. He was one of the first quotes to respond back to me via text, and came almost immediately to do an estimate. His price was fair, and he was honest, so I decided to go ahead with him. He did the work in about half a day, and sent me the photos of his progress of his work throughout the day as it is a rental property. He cleaned up very nicely afterwards, my tenants were very pleased and even asked for his contact.

Then on Super Bowl Sunday, we came home from a trip to a busted pipe near our water heater. I immediately called Steve, and he responded back in less than 15 minutes again, even though he was at his own Super Bowl event. He was able to come promptly and quoted us a fair price to fix our hot water line in the next two hours! Now that's prompt efficient service!

The only thing to mention is that Steve is not licensed, but he is responsive, does do great honest work at a very reasonable price.

Just used Crown to replace toilet  .

Crown gave me solid quote & Total Info over the Phone.

Their guy, Sal,  came on Time, installed a new top end Kohler... And used waterproof bags  to haul away old toilet , etc.

-- His installation of new toilet was perfect,  He also showed me the interior of the tank & explained how it worked.

He then cleaned up the floor , completely.

He had the hand held credit card  thing  & we paid the quoted amount.

I don't usually post reviews on yelp. But I would like to share my recent experience.

Out of blue, the water heater in my garage started to have some burning plastic smell. It was from a pump sitting outside the tank. Knowing nothing about plumbing, I started calling numbers on yelp. To my surprise, Khan returned my call within 10 minutes ( note it was a Friday evening and was his day off). After talking to me and reviewing couple pictures I sent, Khan told me it's the circulation pump and as long as I unplug the overheated pump, I should be safe and be able to use hot water still. And he will come over and take a look on that Sunday.

On Sunday, Khan came over and examined the water heater unit and the pump. Since my water heater is still in good shape, he suggested me to replace the pump when the water heater itself is being replaced.

I appreciate Khan's professionalism. He could have told me to replace the pump right away and made some quick bucks. But instead, he suggested me going with the option which financially makes more sense. Also, he made the trip to my home to make sure his assessment over the phone is correct and there's no other safety concerns with the water heater. Oh did I mention he didn't charge me for all the services?

When I saw the multitude of 5-Star reviews Drain Masters had received on Yelp, I decided to give these guys a job of fixing a leaking kitchen sink.
While the plumber showed up on time and  workmanship seems fine, I feel the $158.00 charged to replace a gasket and locknut assembly was just far too steep.

Seeing that the entire repair process took only 15 minutes, one might think that my inquiry about including snaking out the line for that price might have made it a more equitable deal.
No, that would be extra.
