Did a great job responding to an emergency with my main water line coming into the house. There was a leak and he was able to fix it with no issues. Very professional.

Trieu was very nice and friendly. He came to unclog a bathtub drain. He explained everything that is going in and what he did. Also, he wouldn't have charged a fee unless there is an actual issue.  I definitely would reecommend him to my friends and family.

Kept changing my appointments. Since after talking to this company first time, I had canceled the other guy, I kept accepting all appointment changes. Obviously  customers time is not valuable for this company. However, the replacement work of garbage disposal was done very well and maintained cleanliness.

Second time we've used them and both time were great experiences. They're prompt, affordable and do quality work. Most recent professional was Tai Nguyen who did a quick job on our bathtub. He explained the issue, did the work quickly and cleaned up before leaving. Will definitely use again and recommend to our neighbors.

Todd was amazing! He responded to my request for a quote in record time. We talked by phone and he was pretty sure what the problem was. He arrived when he said he would and was very professional. Unfortunately we couldn't replicate the flooding problem we had called him for. After Todd worked on it for at least 15 minutes he was pretty sure our own attempts had fixed it. He ended up not charging us anything for his time nor travel. And this was the day after Christmas too! We couldn't have been more appreciative. If we ever have plumbing problems again we will for sure call Todd! A great professional and decent person too, you don't always find people like that in business these days.

Marco and his team are excellent. I was looking for someone can help me to flush my water heater. He shows up on time and get the job done. I will call him every year to maintain my tankless water heater for my house.   thank you Marco for your good work!!!!!!!

great service! quoted, scheduled and repaired the leaky faucet within ~6 hours. They had compatible faucets I could choose from so that really sped things up instead of going to buy one myself or order one online.

They know very little about tankless water heaters . Advised to flush it to fix the issue. The real contractor told me that they should have investigated the issue first before flushing . As of course flushing did not fix anything - was a total waste of money

Called Steve with a problem on a Sunday afternoon. He came over within an hour and fixed it right away. Very professional and honest pricing.

Working with Eddie has been great.  We needed to replace our sewer pipes and Eddie was professional and patient and walked us through the whole process.  Midway through the process, our main water line broke which had nothing to do with the sewer pipe replacement, though we didn't know it at the time.  Still Eddie came out and diagnosed the problem and helped us contact the city to get it fixed.  Finally, he came out to finish the job on XMas eve because that was the only day where there as a 6 hour window without rain because he needed to repave some concrete.  He did all this while remaining cheerful, professional, and informative.  Highly recommended.

We had a broken sewer line to the curb.  This was a major undertaking and Manny and his crew were the consummate professionals.   They were knowledgeable and courteous.  Manny took care of all the permits and paperwork and was immediately responsive any time I called him.  The work was completed on time and the cleanup was very well done.  I have not come across a more professional team.  Highly recommended.  Thanks Crown Plumbing!!

We are remodeling our restroom and ran into a few issues installing a new toilet etc. We were able to secure an appointment right away. Communication was quick and easy. The two gents that came to install our toilet and fix a leaky pipe, were super sufficient, timely and polite. Definitely recommend them for all your plumbing services.

Needed one side of kitchen sink to be unclogged where garbage disposal no longer worked.  Khan was able to give estimated cost for unclogging or replacement of garbage disposal over the phone and confirm via text.  He responds to text within reasonable time frame.  Appt was made for 2 days later for Sat afternoon.  

Unfortunately, on Sat I found out that he forgot to put my appt in his calendar after I texted him to ask him approximately what time within the 1 hr range he was coming.  He said he would try to come 2 hrs after my appt time.  After I requested that he try to come earlier he did come 1 hr and 15 min after my appt time.  Garbage disposal was replaced with a new one by his worker.  During the process to confirm that new disposal is working his worker found water leakage on the left side of sink.  Fortunately, Khan was able to find the right part in his truck and his worker was able replace.  Thankfully,  all in all this only took 30 minutes.

After the initial hiccup everything else went smoothly so I would say my experience was in general positive and I would call him again if needed.

I have to say - you really don't realize how vital clear drains are until you have just moved into a new house (so counter and floor space is at a premium due to boxes!everywhere) and you can't run the dishwasher or even do the dishes by hand.  Hell, I even had to take my pot of boiling water and colander out to the garden in order to drain our spaghetti!  Nightmare!

So yah .. we had a clogged drain that wouldn't clear - even when we put a 30' snake put down it.  So I checked Yelp, saw the reviews for these guys, and gave 'em a call.  Score another one for the Yelp community in terms of not leading me astray!

We got it scheduled, they arrived when they said they would, work was done quickly and efficiently including installing a proper set of drainpipes under the kitchen sink (what was there was definitely cobbled together by someone not sure what they were doing).  

And now our sink drains, our dishes are done, and all (ALL!) we have to do is get boxes unpacked in hopes of seeing the floors once again!
