These guys are awesome! Giovanni explained the issues my old water heater had and the leaks on surrounding pipes. Gave me the cost up front. Did the work to replace quickly and really clean. I asked if I should get a water softener and without hesitation he said no since I still have old galvanized in the wall and that it would be a waste at this point and descaling could lead to more leaks in the old pipe. Not a lot of folks that will turn down easy money. A+

We had a main line backup. Two plumbers had already been to look at it, but one didn't have the right equipment, and the other wanted to jump straight to replacement instead of running a snake. I wanted to get a second opinion, and was very happy to have found EJ Plumbing. They came out the next day, and the estimate was less than half of what the other plumber had provided! The entire process was surprisingly easy. Will definitely call these guys the next time I need a plumber!

They replaced a shut off valve, installed a new hot water faucet and flushed my water heater.  The issue was fixed completely and I am very satisfied.

Michael was great! He answered the call right away and we Face timed the leak in my sprinkler system so he knew what the problem was even before getting here. It was Saturday at 2pm and, and he was willing to come over after his 2 major projects before me, around 5-7pm. He arrived around 5 and was friendly, COVID safe and worked hard to help stop the leak. He also did not what was needed for the fix, but told us exactly what to buy and do the next day so as not to have another house call. It worked out great. I would definitely call him again if needed.

He and his helper fixed my plumbing issue a couple weeks ago.

After the work was done, in a couple of days, he followed up with me about the result, if things are working as expected. I only got back to him today because I was too busy. I mentioned to him that, at that time, some of the food deposits were left in my backyard. He got back to me very quickly and offered an apology. He offered to come at 5 pm to clean everything up. I was away from my computer, so I didn't reply.

About half an hour later, I heard the doorbell rang. It was him, standing outside. I said it is OK to come at another time, given all the rain, traffic and stuff. He said he didn't know about the issue and it should never have happened. He then went straight to work.

It is on this day, FEB 2nd, 2019, A GREAT PERSON, OFFERED SINCERE APOLOGY ON A TRIVIAL MATTER, PICKED UP EVERY SINGLE FOOD DEPOSIT LEFT IN MY BACKYARD LEFT BY HIS HELPER, IN A HEAVY RAIN; REFUSED TO TAKE ANY MONEY EVEN THOUGH I INSISTED. HE CHECKED THE SITE TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING LOOKS PERFECT, SAID HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ME AND LEFT WITH THE STINKY GARBAGE IN HIS HANDS.

I was left thinking what greatness is really all about and told my wife about the story. We both were deeply humbled. We have been living in a big world where such integrity and sincerity as Khoa's is not too common.

Khoa helps people with their plumbing issues, but he could be trusted to yield the best results in any other work. I would not hesitate to hire him again and to recommend him to everyone I know.

David is the guy worth more than 5 stars! He's very helpful and professional. I screwed up my bathroom pipe when I tried to change the cartridge. I talked to couple of different plumbers and only David offered the solution without need to knock out the bathroom tile. And he worked very carefully to deliver the nice job. I'm very impressed by his work and very satisfied. Whenever it involves with water pipe it can raise big problem if not fixed right. David makes my mind peaceful and I totally trust him by the work presented.

Later on he also helped me change my main shut off pipe with pressure regulator. Again he delivered very detailed and nice job. I'm glad I find the right person at the first place.

In addition to the nice work, David is a very genuine and trustful person. He would never lie to you or trying to rip you off. The quality of his work and effort he put into it is worth every penny you pay. He knows what he's doing and always explains whatever question you ask him in detail. You don't need to worry about anything when you have him work on your issue.

Todd did a great job! He responded to my quote request within a few minutes, came out to give me an estimate in the morning, then came back in the afternoon to complete the job which turned out to be more complicated than either of us expected but he made sure that everything was working the way it should before he left. I highly recommend his services!

Good old fashioned service. I had a rental which had a hot water tank leak. Rafael Arceo was my contact person for the job. They communicated with me as I located a hot water tank with a 12 year warranty and then I purchased another 5 year warranty on top of that from Home Depot. The hot water tank was delivered within 24 hours to the rental and Rafael made sure it was installed within 4 hours of the delivery.
All through the process, he checked in, asked for a picture of the old water heater and location. Our water heater was in the garage and not in the middle of the house, which would be tougher to install.
Communication via text and email was clear and concise. There was no misunderstanding as I had questions as to hauling away the old tank and whether they had new water tank fittings. HD shipped them from a different city versus where the water heater came from. At the end it all worked out and the new water fittings arrived via federal express.
I would use their services again. Once they saw the photos and the location of the water tank they gave me a very reasonable, accurate quote for the R&R of the water tank. Very pleased with their follow up.
The billing was just as easy, I used my credit card through their secure application.

Joe came through for us again! He's always responsive, honest, and does great work. This time I needed his help because I tried to do some DIY work on the kitchen sink to clear a clog. I forgot to take a picture of how all the pipes were connected and could not get it back together. He came over in less than 24 hours, put everything back together and didn't ask for a penny. I had a  Insinkerator Badger 5 1/2 HP Heavy Duty Motor garbage disposal that no longer worked -  it just hummed. I have manually cleaned it out and started it with the fix it tools but that no longer worked. All sink connections were good so I just needed to replace garbage disposal with same model that I purchased at Dale Hardware in Fremont, Ca. Also, my wife was freaking out without garbage disposal so getting it replaced ASAP was important, along with overall cost to perform the job.
I posted a bid for Pros and we selected Integrity Plumbing and Drain Services to do the job. I was impressed by their website which pictured

We were contacted by plumber Marlon Gomez. He arrived early as promised. He was very conscientious in following COVID-19 health and safety guidelines. He even made a special trip to Home Depot to obtain electrical connections not included with my purchased garbage disposal. What a relief . He removed old disposal, completed installing new disposal and cleaned everything up. He even gave me advice on a leak outside my home. Tremendous job performed by Marlon. We had a small leak in a FlowTite (push/pull) valve in our toilet. Daniel responded quickly and quoted a reasonable price. He sent his guy the same day who did a great job.

I called about ten other plumbers, but I am glad that I went with Steve. Not a lot of places were open on a Sunday, but I had a leak underneath my kitchen sink so I needed it fixed right away. He was very fair on pricing while other companies on here are out to scam you for the same type of work he did for me. When he arrived, he knew exactly what to replace and started working immediately. He also gave me advise on other areas of my sink that will need to be replaced later, which were great tips. It was a small job, so he was done within an hour. It definitely would've taken me longer if I had done it myself, so great turnaround time. It's been about 24 hours and all the work he did is holding up with no more leaks. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and have other projects that I will contact him about later. If you decide to go through with this, just know that will be dealing with someone who is professional, courteous, and capable! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We run into sudden and very complicated failures with toilet water running due to a broken part, incoming water switch for toilet not working and the main water switch not working that were just identified after the running water. We called Right Plumbing Services and Eddie answered the call right away and promised to be on site within 30 mins. Eddie came in time and fixed all issues. We are happy with Eddie's job and would use Right Plumbing Services again for future issue.

I needed someone to fix something I broke on my mom's toilet. AAA Affordable Plumbing is open on a Sunday. Told me to take a picture of the problem. Sent someone over within an hour from Union City to San Jose. Also had a problem with the drainage on the kitchen sink. They fixed both problems in less than 30 minutes. WOW!!!! Not only was I satisfied with the work, but also the cost of there service. I recommend this company to anyone that's looking for plumbing needs for the house.

Guests dumped food and mayonnaise down our drain during a house party, kitchen sink backed up.  Tried snaking it myself, and Drano, to no avail.  Gave these guys a call the next morning at 8AM, they were there by 8:25, found the outside cleanout, snaked it all the way to the sewage line, done by 8:45.  Gladly paid $125 for the speed and professionalism.
