Giovanni is _amazing_.  Professional, timely, reasonable but most importantly highly competent.  I called him second time because of a different drain (I live in a 3-storey town home).  I wish we had more service providers like him in other areas of our life.

We decided to try a new plumbing company to fix our leaky master bathroom faucet. Initially, EJ seemed on the pricier side because they charge $150 just to come out to diagnose the issue. However, they had great availability and were very prompt in showing up to do the job.

We ended up having to replace both master bathroom faucets, but the company lets you apply the $150 from the initial visit against your final bill. Add in another 10% off coupon and the price was no problem! They also had the job done in no time. I would definitely call this company again for any plumbing needs since they are quick, professional, and on time.

Outstanding job and workmanship. Handy Rooter & Plumbing was very quick to respond to our water emergency, they completed the work ahead of schedule, they were very knowledgeable about the technology and the local neighborhood. Our hot water tank started leaking over the weekend, by Monday night they had finished repairs, replacing our old gas-powered hot water heater and tank with a new tankless system. Trieu was able to order parts quickly, he came out a day earlier than scheduled. He upgraded our water system to a tankless water heating system that works better than the original. Trieu was very responsive over the weekend (by phone and through text messages), answering questions and explaining different options. He let us know about water issues in our local neighborhood and suggested some further upgrades that we may do in the future. Outstanding service, knowledge, and workmanship. I would highly recommend this company.

In typical husbandly fashion, when mine contacted the plumber, he did not communicate all the issues of our 2 problem toilets.
With only a partial solution, we went out of town, and when we returned, you know it was the wife who got the job done. ;)
I reached out and within 90 minutes, Michael returned to complete what had been omitted by my partner, and priced very fairly- even with the exorbitant price of gas these days.
Now to explain to our landlord why this professional had to make TWO visits....

Khoa was responsive and honest from the get go. I called Khoa for a second opinion because another plumber I had called to clear out a clog recommended i replace my drain pipes to permanently remove an object that was causing an 80% clog... which was going to cost several thousands of dollars (the pipes are old and probably have a few years left in them). When Khoa came out to check out the issue he said he could replace the section of the drain pipe that had the clog which costed only a fraction and was able to complete the job the next day. It was very refreshing to find an honest person who won't just try to take your money. I would 100% recommend Khoa and his team and they will be the first people I call if I have any future plumbing needs.

Had a clog with our shower and called Local Rooter and Plumbing on a Saturday morning and David came in about 2 hours.  He also helped and identified broken garbage disposal issues and changed to a new one.  The price is very reasonable with no extra week end charges.  Definitely highly recommended.

Our water heater broke down on a Friday morning. As we enter the weekend I'm calling and emailing a bunch of providers but Marco responds the fastest. He identified the problem and came over after picking the parts form San Jose, when this wasn't enough, drove to Hayward to pick additional parts and all this to make sure we'll have hot water over the weekend. I can't recommend enough his professionalism and good heart. Thanks Marco.

1) The whole service was a rip off.
     a) The disposal that costs $75, I was charged $250
     b) The blockage at my sink that was easily fixable, I was charged $250
I was told that I got the best deal in town.. lol

2) After writing the review, he called me trying to intimidate me on the phone about the not so positive review I wrote for him. I told him that it is my right to write my independent opinion on Yelp. No wonder how there are so many positive reviews of this company - otherwise he will intimidate you

Marlon and crew are great! Quick to respond, always on time and reasonably priced! For whatever reason I have had a few plumbing issues lately and he gets right here and takes care of it! If you have any plumbing needs you should call him!

Really appreciate the quick response and great quote from Ben. In general, I would highly recommend people taking vendors who can give you quote based on pictures. That's not just a display of pure confidence and also usually such quotes are way cheaper. I got in-person quote from someone who quote me $1200 to replace a gate valve with a ball one. And another $700 for a regulator. 2 quotes I got from vendors on yelp who give quotes based on pictures are around 300-400.

My drain plugged up and I knew it was probably around the kitchen area. I reached out on Yelp (casted a net) to see who would reply. Most wanted to schedule an appointment for an estimate but ARP immediately went to work and was able to send someone right away, worked out the price ahead of time and his worker arrived with quality tools to do the job (auto snake, camera, hydro jet).  I hope I don't need to deal with this again for many years (grease build up).

My kitchen sink was backing up causing it to flood onto the floor. I used Yelp to get quotes from multiple plumbers and Khuong was the fastest to respond and came out the very next day to look at the pipes. He saw it was classic old iron pipes where there should be plastic instead. He offered a quick quote an quick come out the next day. He also repaired my slow drain showers where it was old iron as well.
He was super personable, humble, friendly and patient in answering all questions. He was willing to to do a smaller job than what he recommended so that it would fix the problems and would be less cost.

I have used King Kong Plumbing for multiple projects in the last few weeks. The first project was for a toilet replacement and a garbage disposal replacement. They came on time, were very professional and cleaned up after themselves when the work was done. Everything has worked great, and we are very happy with the results.

The next project was to fix a leak on some copper pipes for our water heater. They came out the next day and was able to complete the job within an hour. They were on time and did a great job. I will use them again for any other plumbing project, which comes up.

Once again Eddie came to our rescue with fixing our sink/main drain line problem. Called him up and without hesitation he fit me in his schedule on extreme short notice. Nothing short of the name #1 Honest Plumber.

Shout out to crown plumbing and especially our plumber Luis Perez!! My bracelet slipped down the bathroom sink at 6pm on a Tuesday and crown plumbing had someone here within an hour. Luis wore a mask and was efficient. He was able to take apart the plumbing in 2 minutes and found my beloved bracelet. Thank you Luis and crown plumbing!!! Great customer service even after hours

Great service, with immediate availability! I had a bathtub drain that was backing up, so I look for a rooter service in Yelp, without much hope to find someone that would be available anytime soon. When I called All Go Plumbing, not only they were very helpful, but confirmed they could be at my home in less than 2 hours! When the crew arrived, they were all very professional, removing their shoes and wearing masks without me asking. The service was done in less than 30 minutes and everything was left clean. I would definitively recommend All Go Plumbing service for any emergency plumbing or draining issue.

I had a stopped up bathroom sink and called AAA Affordable Plumbing.  Khan came during the half-hour time interval he promised.  That was the first, but not the only, good thing about their service.  
He took a look at the stopped up drain, ran some water, and told me it was all the gunk which had collected near the lip of the drain.  He asked for a pair of tweezers and promptly cleaned it all out in two minutes.  Then he wished me a good day and left without charging me a dime.   If only everyone would give such superlative service like this!

Two for two.  Ed responded to my call and came the next morning to fix a leaky shower valve. It's been several years since I've seen him, but he is still the honest, professional, and above all competent contractor.  My shower was diagnosed and fixed quickly, and he even adjusted the psi from my outside sprinklers as a precaution.  His price is fair & competitive, so I tipped him - because he is worth it.  They don't make many good contractors like this any more.  He's like some best kept secret that I still want to keep.  Ok, Yelp.  This is me giving back to you since you helped me find him in the first place.
