We had an amazing experience with San Jose Drain and Main. We reached out to them in the morning and we had Giovani at our house within few hours. They were fast on figuring out the issue and even quicker to fix it. They were clean and knew what they were doing. Giovani was supper helpful; he even saw a leak under my bathroom sick and fixed that as well. They will be our to go business whenever we have any pluming issues. Highly recommended. Victor came by less than an hour after I called them for a majorly clogged sink from previous occupants. He was very fast, polite and respectful and fixed a clog that had been building up for months really quickly. They were a pleasure to work with and I will be using them again soon for any future plumbing issues.

Very fast reply with quote text for next day appointment. Trieu came with his crew and solved our problems from replacing the rubber gasket in the tub to hydro pumping the kitchen sink pipe. He explained everything with a video and gave us the quite before providing the service. Will definitely call him for all of our plumbing services.

Mike was great! We needed to get a water pressure regulator installed and he was able to come out, give us a quote, and return to do the work within a few days. Joe help me with my leaked shower faucet. Very knowledgeable guy. He came and replaced next day after I contacted with estimates. Replaced all broken parts within estimated cost. Very clean job. I like the work so also ask to replace my water heater. Highly recommended plumber.

Day before New Year's Eve and my toilet is clogged and overflowing. So gross. I looked on Yelp and found this place. Called and talked to Marlon and he was able to come by within 1-2 hours and fix my issue! He and his employee snaked my toilet and figured out the issue and I was back in business in about 15 mins. So grateful he was able to come by on such short notice, I don't know what I would've done. He charged a very reasonable price of $135 and accepts cash/check. It's a cringey/embarrassing situation and both guys were super friendly and professional, will definitely use these guys again in the future!

Came on time and work done quickly in less than an hour for replacement of garbage disposal. Told me how to keep the issue with the garbage disposal from reoccurring.

Had called them to address the issue with the dishwasher (was not draining). I had told him that the very likely issue is clogging, since the dishwasher is new. The guy came and inspected (for 10 mins) and declared there is no clogging and dishwasher is broken (charged 80 dollars). Called the extended warranty guy. He found the same exact problem (clogging) as I had mentioned and fixed the problem. Doesn't look like a competent service to me.

Steve was the first to anwer my search for a plumber on Yelp.  He showed up on time for an estimate and his estimate was very reasonable (compared to previous work on the same project).  He was willing to fix the problem by the correct but more complicated solution instead of doing a temporary job.  Steve was very friendly and kept his mask on at all times.  Definitely will keep his business card for the next plumbing job.

City of Sewer just completed a job at my mothers home in West San Jose.  Their estimate came in at just over 5k, another company wanted 17k for the same work.  I watched them work, 5 guys came and replaced the sewer line from the house out under the driveway and lawn,  to the sidewalk/street.  They kept the yard clean and were professional.  Nothing sketchy about the company, a rarity these days.

Ed's the guy plumbers recommend that don't do emergency drain services and use themselves. That's how we heard about Ed, we've lived here a long time and so asked around. It wasn't through yelp. The people we grew up with and went into contracting would recommend someone and Ed's name would come up a lot. Ed's constantly wearing a phone earpiece so he can take calls if possible while on the job. I only know of one other contractor that does that. He uses heavy duty equipment that makes other 'rooters' stuff look weak. Above and beyond, courteous, fast, complete yet cheap, and GUARANTEED, all describe Ed's work.

Used them last week when I noticed the ceiling in garage leaking. They came out that day and after the plumber(forgot his name) did a few tests quickly determined it was the seal around toliet was leaking. Sealed it and ran some tests, no leaks! The plumber was super nice and spent a great deal of time to determine the problem.Will use Crown again!

I want to thank the Safety Plumbing services specially from Edris and Mesbah both of them are very nice, friendly, hardworking and generous guys. They came on time and fixed the main water leaks outside of my house. The rate was reasonable and very fair than any other plumbing services. I definitely call them again.

The pipe near the water pressure regulator on the outside of our house was slowly leaking water. I got several recommendations from my coworker for a great plumbing company. I chose AAA Plumbing because I read the Impressive 5 stars Yelp reviews ----- more than 700 reviews! I called them immediately and Khan answered the phone. He is exactly what I expected -- honest, competent and considerate. Needless to say I am very happy with Khan's work.  There is no more leaks. One more thing, now the water pressure from the faucets in the house is perfect. Thank you Khan!

Had them come out to fix a clogged shower drain. When they came out, they unclogged it and left. However, they broke the shower drain cover and didn't tell me about it. I called them and they came back and re-attached it with silicon, which didn't even work through one shower the following day. I called them again, and they came back and put REGULAR drywall screws in the drain, which held the cover in place but started to rust within a few days. Less than a month later, those have fallen apart, and a call back to them resulted in we're not responsible for things that break when we access your drain pipe.

So, now I need to call an actual reputable plumber instead of these shysters to get this fixed correctly...a problem that they cause and won't fix.
