Yet another 5 Star review but well deserved! My parents had a corroded shower valve that needed replacing. After texting a few photos to Sam, he replied with a quote and was able to send someone out the same day! Giovani arrived at the scheduled time and in a few hours made the repair.  Price was as promised. As he was leaving my parents asked him to take a look at the kitchen sink which had a leak and he even fixed that free of charge, even at the end of a long day! I'm in the real estate business and have used countless plumbers over the years but these guys are top notch! Will not hesitate to reach out to them again!

It took them 27 minutes to snake my kitchen drain and I was charged $295. That's an hourly rate of $660.

Trieu replaced the shower controls with a replacement unit I purchased.   He was punctual, explained the work that needed to be done and successfully did the work for the labor costs he quoted.  I'm very pleased with the results.  I'd gladly call him in the future.

Michael has come to the rescue twice for us in the last couple of years. He is highly responsive and knowledgeable.  He offered us the best solution both times that other companies were not even willing to entertain. He saved us thousands and most importantly fixed the problems. Thanks Michael!

First, let me say I wasn't looking specifically for these guys. I had clicked on another highly reviewed company and I used the yelp get a quote feature. And that yelp quote feature led me to these guys. (PS: the get a quote feature is bomb dignity!!!)

So I had a backed up kitchen sink. I tried all of the normal things to try an unclog it. I even tried to snake it for what felt like two hours. No luck.

I hop on yelp and find one guy with a picture of a low price on his page. I call them and he said because my kitchen isn't on the first floor, it'll be x dollars more.

That number more than I thought was fair, so I continued on. I then say the get a quote feature on another page and decided to try it.

Within minutes, I was contacted by about 10 companies, included by these guys.

Communication was quick while these guys were not the absolute cheapest, I trusted them the most. And they were one of the cheaper options.

I was given a window for when they would arrive. And exactly at the beginning of the window, Khoa arrived. The first thing I noticed was his blanket which he would lay on the ground to help protect the floor. Next he put on booties over his work shoes.

He came upstairs and immediately got to work. His first attempt at snaking the drain, all the way down to 20' didn't work. And his second attempt, down to 25' almost didn't either, until all of a sudden, a whoosh of water and the sink is draining as fast as I've ever seen it drain.

I feel like he spent way more time than he had planned, and he stuck to his word and charged me exactly what he quoted me over the yelp message.

I signed the work order which doubles as my receipt and he told me that there was a 30 day guarantee. WHAT!!! 30 day GUARANTEE!!! I was blown away. How are you going to offer a guarantee on something like a drain that I can screw up and block up again. Regardless, I was already planning on giving him 5 stars, but this just solidified my impression of him.

The next day, Khoa messages me and asked if the sink was still draining. Seriously, this is top notch service.

It's been about a week and the sink is doing great!

I will absolutely call them again if we ever have any plumbing issues.

I texted Todd yesterday afternoon due to a leak we had in our kitchen sink and we also wanted to replace our faucet. Todd came out the next morning first thing to determine the scope of the work and give us a quote. One of his friendly staff came out an hour later and fixed the problem and installed the new faucet.

Really friendly, extremely quick turnaround, and a very reasonable quote.

My shower was not turning off, and water was leaking from the shower head.  I called Handy Plumbing Man, and Angela answered....she was very helpful and scheduled Marvin Gonzalez to come out the next morning.  Marvin called before arriving with Luigi and was able to diagnose and fix the problem with my shower quickly and efficiently.  They were very respectful and wore shoe covers, and cleaned up completely.  He explained everything to me and my shower handle works like new...even better!  I highly recommend Marvin and Handy Plumbing man

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. Other 1-star reviews are saying truth about how this company always over-complicate the issues and try to charge more. It was just a small water line leak in the backyard. They quoted as $450 to find the leak and find it, while we already show them the leaking part. At the beginning they agreed with $200. However when they fix the issue, they asked $300 + tips! You need to be tough on their offer and tell them there's only so much you can give

Steven was very responsive to answering questions. I had a running toilet issue for a dual flush toilet. Not easy to fix. I send a request to ask quota and service. Steven responded in 10min and fix the issue in the same day !

A sub-contractor working on the house recommended Ed to us.  He did not disappoint.

The back portion of the house was backed up and we needed it cleaned out ASAP.  Ed was in Fremont working on a job and informed us he would come that day to clear up the clog.  The job he was at took longer than anticipated, but Ed showed up after normal working hours and got the job done.  Even gave a discount on the work.

Thanks for the service. They installed a gas line for my new gas stove. They patiently to explain every detail of the gas line BTU requirement by going through the code book with me. They showed up with face mask and be on time too. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Do you live in a 1960s-era Fremont ranch style home? Have the galvanized drain pipes under your house failed yet? Because they will, and if you're as unlucky as us, they'll leak kitchen sink and clothes washer drain water into your crawl space for weeks before being discovered.

Lucky for us, once we got the crawl space dewatered (see separate Yelp review), Kahn came out the next day, figured out the scope, gave us a reasonable price, and has his crew out that afternoon to do the work. and make it so we could use our sink and washer again. Fast, professional work done on the same day? Can't beat that!

While trying to do some plumbing work myself I found that the values under my kitchen sink were leaking.  I know enough about plumbing to know that I don't want to tackle this.  I called Drain Masters and they came out as scheduled, did the work quickly and charged what I thought was a fair price.

I would call them again anytime.
