Thank you so much to EJ Plumbing and Chris F. for helping me with my terrible kitchen sink clog (in a townhouse too, trust me that is a big factor). They were able to get me an appointment within a business day and got Chris out to see if he can fix the issue. He had a great mentality and didn't give up. He made sure the sink was draining and was very thorough in making sure everything was in working order. He was very knowledgeable and helped me realize the other plumbers I've called regarding the same issue just didn't do as good of a job as Chris did.

Kitchen pipe was backed up and the first plumber opened the cap from the exterior of the house. The pipe/cap broke because it was badly eroded.  First plumber unblocked the pipe but water was then leaking from the exterior of the house. He said it costs $3xx to get a specialist to look at all the pipes in the crawlspace and to take pictures.  I then found Khoa through fb recommendations, read the reviews here and decided to go with him after the initial consult. For sure he didn't fail us! I called him in the morning and he came to provide a consult few hrs later. He came on time, spent 1.5 hrs in examining all the pipes, took pictures and videos and explaining to me what work is needed at 0 costs.  He was patient and sincere. He responded to our texts promptly.  On the two days of work, he arrived earlier than promised. He protected all the floorings and corners of the walls from the entrance door to the crawlspace. He walked slowly every time when he came out from the crawlspace so to minimize the dust spreading all over the house. He replaced our kitchen and laundry pipes as well as created a two way clean out. All in all, our pipes are fixed and we are happy customers.

Duy was super helpful and came right on time on the same day I called to look at a leak situation. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. Definitely give him a call for your plumbing issues and he will take care of you--my dog thought he was great too!

ok job - but other rooters charge $85-$115.  This guy charged $350!  Memo to self - get a quote before you bring in a gouger.

We had a broken tankless water heater and Marlon Gomez from Integrity came out the very next morning with a new tankless solution to our problems. He is competent, experienced, honest and easy to work with. I thought I knew quite a bit about tankless water heaters having had one for over ten years until I met him. He knows a lot about them and that was very reassuring. He will be our plumber for everything else in our house from now on.

I'm a  little late on this but,  Hugo did a great job.  This is my third time at needing a professional to get me out of trouble with my wife.  I used to do all this type stuff myself but I'm getting too old and these guys all get the job done and for a lot less than I expected to pay.  Hoping to not have any more emergencies but I know who to call if I have one.

Local Local Plumbing is five stars. We had a total back up of our plumbing, we had someone come out to snake the main clean out with no success. Steve from Local Local Plumbing responded to my Yelp inquiry within mins and was at my house in less then a hour. He was able to hydrojet our line, after a lot of hard work and having to go over 100 ft in. We finally figured out, with the help of his camera, it is a problem with roots blocking our pipes. He suggested we install a city clean out and gave us a quote to install it.
I will definitely use Local Local Plumbing again!

Steven was our savior this evening!! Our sink was backed up and flooding the garage. I put in a request on Yelp, and he contacted me right away. Showed up within 15 minutes and got right to work. Fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. He was clean, used all covid protocols, and even removed his shoes before coming into our house. I would definitely recommend him and will be using him again if we ever get in a jam!! Thanks, Steven!!

I had a sewer backup from shower/bathtub and called them. They came on time and the work (power snake from roof) was really smooth and great. Cost was also reasonable. I would recommend as they are #1!

I phoned six plumbers before I arrived at Crown Plumbing. Each one who had no time for the job would recommend another. Crown was the only one who would come out! A pipe had broken and I had to turn the water off. I had no water and faced up to two weeks or more before I could get an appointment (the worst cases). Crown came out at the end of the day (I was at my wit's end in finding a plumber) and did the job. The technician who came was Luis Perez. He knew what he was doing, was very polite and efficient. The price was fair.  I will use them again. It is very difficult to get a plumber right now - they are all busy with construction jobs that have been deferred because of the pandemic.

Our neighbor downstairs was complaining that water was leaking to his garage while we were using the shower upstairs. It's a tricky issue, as we did not see any leak in our bathroom, but we thought something was wrong, maybe the pipes burst inside the wall ?! We called around couple places, and Right Plumbing was the most responsive and came with the most reasonable quote to investigate into the problem.

Ed first came and had to cut open a small area of the garage ceiling of our neighbor, and confirmed the shower in our upstairs unit was causing the leak. As we did not see any leak in the bathroom, he suggested ways to fix the problem by cutting open the wall behind the bathroom so he could see the pipes and fix the problem from the back. This was before the Christmas holidays, and we told Ed we would call him back in the New Year to fix the problem as we would be away for the holidays.

When we contacted Ed in the New Year, he remembered us and the exact issue, and we were able to set up an appointment the very next day. He did cut open a hole in the wall from the back of the shower, which is actually the wall inside the closet in the bedroom. But the problem was trickier than we thought. The pipes were in good condition and showed no leak, and Ed patiently traced the source and finally figured out there are multiple areas of the leak, from the shower spout and the shower head, as well as the shower wall where the caulking had worn off. He then went to Home Depot to get the new parts, and also re-do the caulking around the tub, and confirmed there's no more leak. All these took the entire afternoon, but Ed still charged us the initial estimate despite the problem being more complicated than initially thought, and he also had to buy additional parts.

And he asked us to wait till the caulking dry out the next day before using the shower, and to double check for leaks before asking him to return to patch the wall. And thankfully we don't see any more leaks, but there are some water dripping from the spout when we used the shower head. Ed came with the tools and materials to patch up the wall, he kept saying he's only an expert in plumbing but not the wall repair, but we think he did an excellent job. As this is the wall inside the closet, we did not bother to re-paint it. Ed also fixed the dripping from the spout problem for us.

We will definitely be using Ed for any future plumbing needs, hard to find anyone who's so friendly as well as thorough in the work.

What a life saver!  We had an issue with our hot water valve in the shower. For some reason it would not turn off no matter how hard we tried.
We called at 5:45pm and a wonderful gentleman named Kiet was here within 45min.

Kiet was very knowledgeable and explained all of our options with our outdated valves.  He had us back up and running within an hour.

Would definitely recommend to anyone with any plumbing needs.  Again, they saved us... I provide care for my 97 year old grandfather and was worried on how I would manage the night with hot water running all night long and all the issues that cause later with the hot water heater etc.... We had called 3 other mobile plumbers but none had any availability for tonight.

Khan replaced the pipe of my outside bathroom. It was a tough task, and Khan and his team did a wonderful job!
