Our kitchen sink was clogged and also the garbage disposal broken. Joverre did an amazing job and going and getting the garbage disposal and also fixed the clog. He was amazing. Also I called up Sam many times to verify when he was coming but Sam was very patient with me. I will surely call them for alL my plumbing needs. ThanK you !!!

After being told by another plumbing firm we need to to replace the sewer lines in the front yard, Justin from EJ Plumbing came out, cleared the line to the street and all drains are now clear.  Justin was great to work with.  He will now be the only plumber we call.

I contacted Handy R&P because they had great reviews. Well, here is one more. I was having a problem with odor emanating from our utility sink that is connected to the same drain as our washer. The plumber,Vu, came to our house exactly when he had told us he would. He told us what the problem was and how to fix it easily. He did not want to take any money for his service because he felt he hadn't really done a repair. Now, when have you ever had a repair man refuse to take money. I will definitely use them again. Finding a skilled professional you can trust is like gold. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

In typical husbandly fashion, when mine contacted the plumber, he did not communicate all the issues of our 2 problem toilets.
With only a partial solution, we went out of town, and when we returned, you know it was the wife who got the job done. ;)
I reached out and within 90 minutes, Michael returned to complete what had been omitted by my partner, and priced very fairly- even with the exorbitant price of gas these days.
Now to explain to our landlord why this professional had to make TWO visits....

Khoa was really amazing - we had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday morning and he came over within the hour and was incredibly honest and professional. He fixed the issue very quickly and gave his professional opinion on updates we need to make to help avoid this issue in the future (without any pressure). We felt that we were in extremely good hands, and are really appreciative for him! I would not hesitate to call him for any plumbing issue we may face in the future.

Had a Blocked Main Sewer Line. Called Todd and I kid you not, he happened to be in the area and was at my house within 15 minutes. Fortunately I had a clean-out installed at the front of the house several years back. Todd was able to eliminate the blockage. From the time I called Todd to the time he left as all of 50 minutes. He was also very cognoscente to be clean and clean up after. That's some Awesome service!!!

I had replaced our filtered water dispenser, and somehow clogged up our main faucet. I looked at my scraped knuckles and I asked myself if I really wanted to make three more trips to the hardware store. I remembered that Yelp has plumbers up front, so I searched for the closest 5 star plumber.

Handy Plumbing Man stood out with it's awkward English and 5 stars, so I asked them for a time they could come. The replies were immediate, and we schedule an appointment for within 48 hours.

Ismail came with a mask on (I learned later he's vaccinated), and I have to admit I was a little concerned because he doesn't speak English well. But, my Spanglish is okay and Google Translate works well. That and he's clearly very intelligent.  It took a couple of minutes to confirm the faucet was toast and he said he'd run to Home Depot if I bought it.  I bought the faucet online and he was there and back in less than an hour, and he had the faucet installed in about a half hour. Very clean install, no mistakes, no rework, and no leaks.  All of this was done before lunch.

Language issues aside, and they really weren't a problem, it was the most efficient install I've seen in quite some time.

Got quote the same day and replaced my water heater within an hour. Wish I had done this earlier instead of waiting for my warranty company that took 4 days and still did not even send anyone for estimate.

Needed to replace a defective burner on our water heater.  Marlon G., the owner submitted a competitive bid and he also called the manufacturer regarding the warranty on my behalf and found that the part is still covered and thus saving the cost of the part. Marlon did a great job replacing the part and now it's working as it should. I highly recommend Marlon and his company for any future projects.

After  the text message for 30 minutes. Sam has arranged on site visiting.  Alex come  on time. He did excellent job. He carefully reviewed  my toilet clogging. Other plumbers suggest to replace my ToTo toilet, he unmount the toilet and clean my sewer line for 75 ft long. He also clear my  kitchen sink clogging which is a separate sewer exit. He did job clean and precise know what he is doing.  United plumbing charge  me very reasonable price. I am happy with the work they did. Thanks.  Jeffrey

My sink started backing up which I thought was my annual problem where my tree trunk roots needed to be removed.  It was not.  It was worse!  My entire sewer line needed to be replaced.  Wow!  Wtf was I going to do.  I had to bite the bullet!  Long story short, ARP set me up with a reasonable rate and had the job done within a day and a half!  The pipes were disgusting.  The main sewer line was so clogged, you could barely fit a finger in the only hole left in the pipe.  The rest were just as bad and old and corroded.  They were like busy bees.  Very professional,  courteous, considerate and didn't waste any time!  From the owner, Daniel, to the accounting staff, this company's work ethic and professionalism was incredible!  Thank you all at ARP!!!!

To me, the important thing about a plumber is reliability. I went through a few plumbing companies before I found Crown. Crown Plumbing has been servicing my income-producing brownstone in Manhattan for many years. We're not one of their bigger clients, not by a long shot. But they treat us as if we were. They fix any issues with heating or leaks the day I call in. They check our boilers at the start of the winter. For some reason one of our boiler's pilot fails every couple of years. Aware of this, they always have thermocouples in the truck in preparation. We came home and found that our water heater was leaking. We were very concerned about water damage. We looked on Yelp and found Mr. Khan of AAA Affordable Plumbing & Water Heater Service.  It was nearly 6 pm. We asked for a quote and he messaged us almost instantly.  He said he could be here in 45 minutes but arrived within 30 minutes. He not only professionally replaced our water heater, but fixed our pipes from the furnace. He also installed a pan and connected a drainage system. When he was done, he left everything clean and neat. He is very professional and friendly.  We truly appreciated the quality service.  We highly recommend!!!

They saved me! My tenants pipe behind the water heater broke and flooded the house. They were prompt in simply booking an estimate and when they were $400 cheaper than the plumber who was there 10 minutes earlier I decided to go with them. They spent quality time on the repair that took hours to complete same day. No small talk, just got to work, which I appreciated when I was stressed beyond belief.  The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they included some drywall which wasn't included in the quote that they mentioned at the end, but it wasn't too much more. Honestly, I'm pretty sure the job cost more than what I was charged but I'm unemployed and I pleaded for help, seeing that everyone else quoted much higher. I'm thankful that they rescued me and when I have a problem next time I know who I'm calling!
