Giovanni and Sam are amazing!  I called 2 other plumbers who got great reviews on Yelp first. One had a full voicemail box and instructed me to text. I did and got no response. The other couldn't come until tomorrow and refused to give me a quote over the phone. Giovanni answered the phone immediately and asked a lot of questions and answered all of my (many) questions. He gave me various options with exact quotes and came over within an hour of me calling him. Most plumbers do not go on roofs, but I don't have a main cleanout, so he did the work from the roof. The job was done in under 20 minutes, everything is unclogged, and he even spent time with me afterward talking about other potential problems and educating me about my house and its plumbing. As a single mom who just bought my first house, it was such a pleasure dealing with nice, professional guys who took the time to explain everything. I will definitely be calling them again!

PS. after looking over all the other reviews and seeing that every single customer has given him 5 stars (which might make me wonder when viewing another business), I just want to mention that no, we're not paid to write these reviews :). Giovanni and Sam are the real deal. Use them the next time you have a problem!

We had a fabulous plumber come to our facility's rescue and I can't remember his name!! I will comment when I remember his name but he was scheduled to help unclog out toilet but ended up fixing our faucets and leaking sinks! He was so sweet to our clients and signed our HIPPAA compliance agreement happily. Thank you for everything and we will be requesting him! Our facility is a home in Menlo Park and he came by last week. I will update with his name.

Khoa saved my ass again!

When my tenant told me that the ceiling of the garage is leaking, my head exploded since it's raining these days and if the leaking was caused because of the roofing it would be a huge problem. Khoa came within one hour after I called him. And figured out the problem immediately. After replacing the drainage pipe embedded in the ceiling, the leaking problem was solved!

I've used local rooter for a number of locations and they have always been able to complete the job in a timely manner and with a high level of professionalism. Duy and his team have always been extremely pleasant to work with. Initially I worked with him and his team years ago when I needed a clean out installed, hired them back to fix a collapsed pipe and at my new home have hired them to install fixtures and fix the water softener. Never an issue on any of the jobs.  Would highly recommend Duy and his team to anyone who needs a plumbing job and an honest recommendation.

Todd did a great job! He responded to my quote request within a few minutes, came out to give me an estimate in the morning, then came back in the afternoon to complete the job which turned out to be more complicated than either of us expected but he made sure that everything was working the way it should before he left. I highly recommend his services!

Our issues started in the late evening with a sewer backup. Marco came out on time (in an hour-ish), and spent a few hours trying to clear the line, but ultimately our 1930's system was too old to service (no clean outs). Marco recommended installing a two-way clean out, which we did. After he cleared the line and showed us the images of the poor condition pipe (roots, cracks, flat sections), he recommended we replace it. He was very low pressure, and gave us time to get quotes, and was fair on the price. We went with his company, and they started right away after getting city permit.

After the sewer work started, they uncovered our water main, which was in poor condition. Marco was very honest that we did not need to replace it right away, but would at some point, and left the decision to us. We decided to replace the main as well, and were so glad we did. Once the old pipe was out, we saw how disgusting and clogged the water pipe was. After getting city permits, they started on the water main. Overall, the team was here about three weeks (off and on as needed) for a replacement of the sewer line, water main, and installed an earthquake shutoff for the gas (we had this on our to-do list).

Overall, Marco is extremely efficient and honest. He was transparent with the severity of every repair, passed city inspection on all work very quickly without issue, and followed up to address a few minor touch ups. His team works really hard, and does quality work, which is worth every cent.

Great plumber and very reasonably priced as well.  Saved us by his plumbing expertise in repairing the broken flange on our downstairs toilet and replacing the wax seal. Marlon's expertise saved us from replacing the flange, which would have required tearing up our concrete slab floor and tile.  We highly recommend his service for any of your plumbing projects.

Our main line is clogged again from tree roots. We called around for tree root specialists, but no one was willing to snake from the roof due to risks and liability. So we called back Local Local who has become our go-go plumber. He responded quickly, worked fast, and at the lowest price of all the quotes (in part because of previous jobs).

Plumbing is one of those issues you don't expect to deal with and when you have an issue not only is it stressful to have to deal with the inconvenience, but the stress of finding a reliable plumber one who can be trusted and not try to rip you off is just as big a nuisance.

I was extremely blessed/fortunate to come across steven and King Kong plumbing. I've been going to him and his guys for years, and they are so quick, efficient, RESPECTFUL, but they are very relationally strong meaning they do what they say they will, no hassle, they don't talk your ear off- or make crap up. They do what u ask and clean after themselves, are very polite and hard working.

I know them by there names and Forgot the name of the company because they are so cool and reliable but I had to leave A review after all the help they have done. From small issues - clogged drain, a leak, a backup , a major piping issue they are helping me with- they can do it all. I've compared prices from big name:market companies and will never go to them again. Some guys charge to give u damn estimate - but not King Kong plumbing- King Kong plumbing l has the best price in San Jose and these guys get in- get out- and do a great job.

Can't say enough positive things, and truly hope if anyone is stressed looking for plumbing help- give these guys your business and you won't regret it.

Crown had the best reviews so we called them to come unclog our toilet. For $375 each sink (2) I choose to check around & was so glad I came across a very reasonable place. I would not call them again, couldn't even do it that day to fix our sink as advertised. Hubby & My opinion only.

Called them twice and both time they were very professional and helpful, and provided all the possibilities and recommendations I needed for the job to be done well. Their work was super clean and high quality. I didn't have to clear the area after them. I positively recommend them for anyone who needs help with plumbing.

Kiet was great. He responded quickly, was able to give an accurate estimate over chat, and promptly arrived next day to install a gas line for laundry hook up. No nonsense and didn't try to upsell like some previous experiences. I will be using him going forward.

No one plans for their water heater to break. It just does and then you start worrying about where to find help and how long it will take to get warm water running again. We quickly searched on yelp for a reliable plumber to help us over the weekend. Like advertised on Yelp, AD was extremely responsive when we contacted him. We exchanged text conversations about the issue and he was fortunately able to come to my house within 30 minutes on a Saturday.

His team came with the necessary equipment and respecting that we wanted to communicate with masks on. They came in a timely manner, fixed my issue within an hour, and it has been working well with no issues since. Payment was exchanged then and there. I am satisfied with the job.

Hired Drain Masters to do a couple odd jobs around our new house, fixing misinstalled drains, water line to the fridge, etc.  Prices were reasonable and work was done quickly and outcome was great.
