We found some water on living room wood floor several times during this month, but don't know where it comes from. I called Mr. Giovani White for an inspection. Giovani takes over an hour to give our house an thorough inspection, going into both crawl space and attic. He also found a lot of area in our crawl space with wet soil.   Giovani explained everything to us patiently, not like those annoying salesman style only want business want you, but standing as the owner the house. We are so comfortable with him, and will definitely recommend him if you have any plumbing issues.

Trieu was very responsive for our unexpected washing machine water pipe issues. I provided photos for initial consult, and he was able to come over and diagnose and resolve the issue efficiently, professionally and safely. Looking forward to working with him for the next projects.

Michael was extremely helpful in saving me time and money. I contacted him regarding a toilet issue and he provided some helpful suggestions and to contact him if I was unable to figure it out before he even came out. He is super responsive and is knowledgeable.

Others would insist on coming out and then if they have to order parts, it would be another service fee to come back a second time after diagnosing the issue.

Messaged my issue (toilet made weird noises and water sounded like it was continually running) to few plumbing services in area and Capitol Plumbing responded promptly and conveniently. Requested picture, sent, and gave well priced quote, done. No consultation mess or initial fee that a few other service companies requested. Came by house quickly as scheduled and fixed issue. Professional, reliable, and friendly, even said hello and interacted with my 3 year old. Kind of regret not paying more given how great they were.

Will definitely contact them again should I need anything else plumbing related!

Drilled a hole into a steel gas line and needed fixing fast. To make matters worse, it was in 1 y/o daughter's room and we did not want to have a bunch of sheet rock exposed while she slept in there for too long. I spoke to probably about 10 different plumbers and decided to stick with Duy after he was very responsive and willing to come the next day. Here is a list of things that I really appreciated about him:
-did not want to give me an early quote, wanted to first make sure exactly what he was dealing with by seeing it in person
-the inspection was free, felt no pressure to hire him for the job
-the estimate he gave me was higher than a couple other guys, and he encouraged me to maybe check back in with them to see if they'd be willing to do it for cheaper without any hard feelings.
-didn't mind me on the phone with PG&E for about 15 min. as he waited to hear if I was willing to hire him. Very patient.
-offered to patch up the sheet rock for us. We probably could have done it ourselves, but given we needed this done fast, it was very generous and helpful
-took shoes off when coming in, cleaned up after themselves, careful around the house. This was really really appreciated. Just gave you the impression that they're really good people and are mindful of the customer.

I would recommend Duy and Ricky in a heartbeat, if they're the ones coming to work for you, you're in good hands.

We had a leak on the main water. We requested quotes from many businesses, and Todd was not only the first to answer, but also showed up in one hour. He explained that, to avoid future issues, I should replace the main line with copper, to which I agreed. Next day, he was here and installed the new copper pipe. Asked me to check the service before closing the trench. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service.

Responsive, fast, knowledgeable and fair, i.e., exactly what you want from a quality plumber or any other tradesman.

Javed is so professional and honest. We made appointment at 9:30 am for cleansing drain, but he comes 15 mins earlier before the appointment time. Working ON TIME!!Very good!
He fix the clogged drain professional and rapidly, and he also said he won't charge me any money if he can't fix it well before he started to clean the clogged drain.  Very HONEST business owner.

I needed my pressure regulator replaced. Integrity Plumbing responded promptly and did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I will use them again.

Fixed my water heater. Replied quicky over yelp. Gave an accurate estimate and great service.

Our dishwasher was leaking and Always Rescue plumbing was able to send a technician out quickly and helped in diagnosing the problem.

I called Steve at 4:14pm with a stuck drain, and he drove away before 6pm, leaving me with a bathtub (and kitchen sink) draining better than it ever had before.  My house was built in 1947, and it is a bit funky.  It took some extra work to get this done, and he did it without a complaint.

Steve fiddled with the tub (and reassured me that I wasn't imagining the stuck stopper that prevented getting a snake through there) and fiddled with the kitchen drain and wound up on the roof trying to hydro-jet the drain through the vents.  When that didn't work, he snaked everything from under the kitchen sink.

He was cheerful and friendly and polite throughout, and wore a mask (COVID times, you know) and was just a pleasure to deal with.  And, did I mention that he showed up in around an hour?

King Kong plumbing got back to me immediately and offered to come by the next day. After a few mins discussing the issue work was completed within an hour. They replaced my sump pump without issue. Definitely recommend!!

Cleaned the drain- it needed it. But they also found and fixed the root cause of the problem- a toilet seal that was broken in the other bathroom down the hall!  It had been slow leaking/ accumulating sewage.  So gross and unsanitary.  They cleaned and sanitized the area and reseated the toilet.  Immediately after they left no more smell.  We are all quite literally breathing a sigh of relief and so happy that the smell is gone.  THANK YOU!

Our water heater was broken and they came on time and made sure it won't leak anymore. They are very quick and know their job very well. We will keep them as our go-to plumber. The two brothers did a fantastic job that ended up taking all day. Kiet is a busy guy. He could have passed on our job. But he is a man of his word. And they showed up just a few days after I called which is unheard of these days. Also the brothers are very conscientious. So much so, that when they left, all we had to do was wipe down the case and we were scooping ice cream just minutes later. In addition to all that, we trust Kiet and his team. This is the second time All Go has come through for us. We highly recommend them.
