Sam and Jovarre  came to Sunnyvale house to clean the hair clog on time and efficient.  Once again so happy for their service.

Great service - responsive, quick and quality.  I called in the morning, Jiro was there in a couple hours and fixed my sink draining / garbage disposal issue, while also providing helpful advice and tips.  Would definitely use these guys again!

Our sewer line clogged shortly after lunch, so I called Handy Rooter & Plumbing. They sent a plumber out a few hours later and unclogged the sewer for a very reasonable price. Very happy with their service.

Mike was very professional he managed to address the situation and find a solution to the problem with my leaky shower valve. I highly recommend him and his expertise. On time! Efficient! Will definitely use his service again and his price beat everyone else's.

Khoa and his team are simply amazing. Very knowledgeable, professional and thorough in his research. His objective was to get to the root of the problem and not just the easier (more expensive) route.

Unfortunately for us, we had a problem that was bigger than imagined but Khoa's approach was the most structured and least invasive.

Pricy. The guy came to fix a leak in kitchen. After he did the job, asked him if there is a warranty, he said they don't give any warranty on any job. Charged a lot for a 30 minute job. After I posted this review, the owner saw this and called me that they do give warranties. Came to the house and gave me a month warranty for the job. With much apology he said that he will tell his employees that they give work warranties.

Came on relatively short notice and rooted our main line.  Straightforward pricing and 30-day guarantee - no trip fee to be followed by [high] estimate as some others wanted.  Nice folk; very professional.  Drain Rooter Service will go into my contact list for future needs...

Marco and his team's commitment to making things right is outstanding! I needed an emergency new hot water heater, which he came and installed. The unit turned out to be a lemon though... his team came out that night when I found it wasn't operating correctly and addressed it. A few days later, again, the same issue, so he just went ahead and swapped it out for a new one. No ifs ands or buts.

Javed-Kullie was amazing. Not only did he answer my quote within 10 minutes he was able to come and save the day. The pipes under my sink were installed by the previous owner and not only were they old but totally corroded. A pipe had broken which caused water to go everywhere. When Javed-Kullie assessed the situation, he gave me options on what to do. We ended up having to replace all of the old plumbing as it crumbled in his hand while working on it. In the end he was able to take a bad situation and clean it up professionally.. just look at the pictures. I would super recommend J&K Plumbing.. quick, easy, affordable, and professional!

I had United install a new kitchen sink faucet and toilet. The tech did a great job. Quick and efficient. Careful attention to detail and, most important, no leaks. The only reason I didn't give them all 5 stars is that the tech spoke very little English and it was difficult to communicate with him. That said, I will hire them again.

Had always rescue plumbing come to unclog my girlfriends clogged sink. I snaked the drain with a 25' auger but was unable to clear the drain. I call and explained and had them come out. I was at work their first visit. The girlfriend and kids watched the crew. They left and did not fix the issue. They called and requested $250 for the there snake work that they said they did their best but I needed to replace the pipes for $1000. I paid them but when I got to my girlfriends house I noticed the drain was still clogged. I called several times and they agreed to come out to hydro jet the drain for another $400. The drain was better but clogged again the next week. I called at least 8 times and they wanted $1500 to replace the pipes. They finally agreed to come one final time to hrdrojet one more time. This time they actually clear the drain.  

Yes my drain now seems to work. But paid $650 and had to argue and have them come 3 times. They came but wanted me to pay $1500 because it was the only way to fix the problem. Turns out $250 hydro jet done right in the first place would have fixed the problem.

Received very prompt response to request for estimate.  Preliminary estimate for work site-unseen was substantially less than a few others I had received so decided to have him come and see it.   Steve showed up promptly the next morning, confirmed the quote and took care of a very clogged sink in our company warehouse.  Very happy - even gave him a tip because his pricing was so fair.

Steven was great!  I asked for help with a leak.  He was the first to respond and came within about an hour or so and immediately identified the source.  I really appreciated his quick and thorough response.   I know he saved me a lot of money in the future.  Thanks!

I never expected too much for the assigned work by my home warranty company- however- they are super professional and friendly and helpful and doing great job and helped me to fix the problem perfectly. Because they are so true so good, I am more than willing to share my experience: 1 Bo called me before he departed providing ETA; 2. He and Mike came with mask on and shoes covered- clean and considerate; 3. They inspected the problem and resolved the first one and also provided suggestion to avoid things happen again. 4 After fixing the first issue, Bo and Mike helped to replaced the tube and it was super fast! 5. after that they cleaned everything, 6 before they left they td me it was free ( $75 onetime services fee was charged in advance,only!) and said goodbye. very very friendly and helpful - 100% recommendation of Bo and Mike.

Such a nice people and their customer service is excellent we called them today for our toilet repair they were in my house in less than an hour.. he quickly noticed the problem..compared to all other places there prices are completely low and reasonable...we are facing the water leaking problem from long time and we tried so many plumber and none of them have cleared the issue but these people are awesome at their work..very friendly and best work they have done.

What a life saver!  We had an issue with our hot water valve in the shower. For some reason it would not turn off no matter how hard we tried.
We called at 5:45pm and a wonderful gentleman named Kiet was here within 45min.

Kiet was very knowledgeable and explained all of our options with our outdated valves.  He had us back up and running within an hour.

Would definitely recommend to anyone with any plumbing needs.  Again, they saved us... I provide care for my 97 year old grandfather and was worried on how I would manage the night with hot water running all night long and all the issues that cause later with the hot water heater etc.... We had called 3 other mobile plumbers but none had any availability for tonight.

We needed a life saver and AllGo and Kiet really saved us tonight.

I dropped the drain snake into second floor shower drain. Called in Drain Master. I thought this is gonna be a big project. Dave came and tried to help me to fish out the lost snake with his own snake. It wasn't successful as expected. But he did help me locate where the lost snake is and suggest a DIY approach. There is no push for doing any fix with them. Just pure honesty and intention to offer the help. He didn't charge me either for his effort.  Five stars for the integrity and honesty that are rarely seen nowadays.
