This is the best plumber in the San Jose area. Believe it or not, our home had a fully clogged sink, and 5 different plumbers couldn't solve it.  Two of them suggested advanced techniques that need to remove the wall and would cost 3000 dollars, and one of them just give us a $950 quote. We kept finding new plumbers and this man is like a hero, he comes in and solve the issues in 40min. Very reasonable price and very nice working attitude. Definitely recommend San Jose Drain and Main!!

Alex came right on time ( how nice when they said the plumber would be there at a certain time, and they actually show-up as promised, right on time! I have not had that experience with the last few plumbers I've had in the past ) and Alex got our bathtub leak fixed...replaced and tested the two valve stems and made sure that there were no leaks...

Alex was courteous, polite, well-spoken, professional, fastidious in keeping things clean (even wore coverings over his shoes when entering the home) and best of all --- Alex was very good at answering all my nit-picky questions about the installation, how the parts work, and explaining the causes of the leak and how important is was to adjust the valve stems carefully to ensure that the new valve stems did not leak, etc., and he also pointed out what to watch for, going forward...so I felt more informed about things by the end of his visit...

He made sure to test and re-test to make sure everything worked properly before finishing up...(and he didn't mind me watching over his shoulder....he wanted customers to feel confident in the repairs and testing)

Being a first time home owner we were referred to Handy Rooter & Plumbing to help when our sewer line backed up. Everyone we had called told us they couldn't come for a week. Trieu was able to come that day when he heard how frantic we were about our issue.
He has now come for a few other items we wanted his opinion on and he was great! I won't be going to a different business. They are our guys. You're in good hands.

I had an issue with a leaking kitchen faucet.  I contacted Affordable Plumbing Services after business hours.  Michael was very quick to respond and was able to make an appointment the next morning.  He showed up on time and was very friendly.  He assessed the issue quickly and gave a detailed description on how to resolve it.  He was very thorough and I was very satisfied with the work.  Highly recommended!

I have found my go to plumber!!! Capitol plumbing is responsive, hard working, HONEST, reasonably priced, friendly, explains the process excellently, and just downright great. After having a few bad experiences with other plumbers, Capitol has restored my faith that there are a few honest plumbers out there. They created a much needed sewer clean out access and cleared out my sewer lines. They also explained what is the city's responsibility vs. mine.  Thank you Capitol Plumbing for your services!!! I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing any plumbing services!

Pricy. The guy came to fix a leak in kitchen. After he did the job, asked him if there is a warranty, he said they don't give any warranty on any job. Charged a lot for a 30 minute job. After I posted this review, the owner saw this and called me that they do give warranties. Came to the house and gave me a month warranty for the job. With much apology he said that he will tell his employees that they give work warranties.

Service is always timely, affordable, and executed to perfection. Dedication to the art is why this is always my to-go plumber.

Quick response for a backed up shower and toilet. They initially thought they had to dig up the yard, but when the full crew arrived they found the main sewer clean out, and finished the job quickly.

My water heater  pipe broke and water was leaking all over the place. I called Other plumbing services around 12pm all of them said soonest they can come after 5pm and than I called Joe from J&K plumbing and he got here in less than 20 minutes!! What an amazing service and great response time. I would highly recommend Joe and J&K plumbing to everyone. They are reliable, friendly and quick. Thank Joe for helping me with my water heater today!

I highly recommend Marlon for plumbing issues! We were in a bind because a different plumbing company flaked out on us, so I called Marlon and he came over right away. He was dependable and knowledgeable, was able to resolve our issue, and gave us lots of information to ensure we understood the situation. We'll definitely use his services again!

We had an emergency plumbing issue with our kitchen sink having a major leak. When I called United Plumbing, they scheduled a visit within the hour! Alex arrived promptly and took care of the problem for us. He figured out that the issue was with the faucet and made a trip to Home Depot to buy a replacement faucet. His work was thorough and tidy. I would recommend United plumbing for all your plumbing issues!

We had a small leak in a FlowTite (push/pull) valve in our toilet. Daniel responded quickly and quoted a reasonable price. He sent his guy the same day who did a great job.

Steve answers the phone while many plumber's don't. When we bought our home 10 years ago I had the whole house repiped with copper. When we had a problem I couldn't reach anyone. Steve came to my rescue. My neighbor needed a plumber right away. Within the hour Steve was there and fixing the leaks. If you need a honest, professional and great priced plumber call Steve.

I had the mens of city of sewer come down to my house to fix the problems that needed to be fix and I have to say they have excellent customer service and they take their jobs seriously. They are very careful of what they do and after the job is done they would clean up their mess. I had other company come down before and they don't do a good job. But anyways, I highly recommend them to everyone.  Contact them for plumbing service.

Ed is the man!  He is super reliable and friendly.  I used him twice for help with my plumbing issues, and he would come as soon as he possibly can.  and does an amazing job for a great price.  I highly recommend him as your go to plumber.

Hope others had a better experience.
We couldn't get the pilot light on following instructions. So Crown came out and tried starting the pilot for 5 seconds NOT following the directions and then told us we needed a new heater for about $3500.
It cost us $227 just to look at it and tell us that.
I then called ANOTHER plumber who knows Whirlpool heaters (A). He came and looked at it and just hit a simple reset both I and Crown overlooked. He didn't even ask for money, but we paid him anyway.

We run into sudden and very complicated failures with toilet water running due to a broken part, incoming water switch for toilet not working and the main water switch not working that were just identified after the running water. We called Right Plumbing Services and Eddie answered the call right away and promised to be on site within 30 mins. Eddie came in time and fixed all issues. We are happy with Eddie's job and would use Right Plumbing Services again for future issue.

Service call 3/23/22 and completed SAME DAY! All Go is quick to answer, reasonably priced, kind, and professional.

I am incredibly grateful for the expertise of these professional, kind, and all around wonderful souls who came out to our home to replace our water heater. From the initial call to get a service call to the completion of the work was about 2 hours total. We were so thankful for the expedited service to get our hot water up and running the same day. All Go Plumbing came highly recommended by our family members who have also experienced their great service.

With 2 little ones at home our routine was hardly interrupted while the work was completed and the kindness was absolutely stellar. We were quoted what the job would cost and that's exactly what was on the bill. Communication was excellent! They are fast and precise!

Ed scheduled a time with me, willing to work around my schedule to come out and install a Pelican Saltless, whole house water filtration system with UV filtration. He warned me ahead of time that he will be turning the water off for 4-6 hours for installation. He even has my outside hose filtered so I can wash my cars with filtered water, spotless! Very professional, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and showed me the answers to any concerns I had.
