Best Plumbing Services in San Jose, CA

On time, super fast, polite, professional.  Will call them again for drain clogging, and maybe more should I decide to replace a section of pipe that is troubling us.

Update: After posting a complaint, EJ Plumbing Followed up immediately and waived their fee and sent their Tech, Luis to save the Day. Luis was great, helpful and fixed the issue in 8 minutes.

It was an improper install by EJ Plumbing done back in April that was the issue.

I hope the phone/text customer service end with your new hire is improves, and can be more understanding and would give a customer the benefit of doubt if they're calling with a service issue that was done by EJ Plubming--you need to stand by your work.  It was upsetting to called a liar by your company rep...that can cost companies customers.  

As a repeat customer, I loved the service and professionalism demonstrated by your techs and staff time and time again, but after this experience with your First Point of Contact Staff Member--I don't think I would use you guys again.

They do not stand by their own work--think twice about hiring them and inspect their work throughly before they leave.  Had a disposal replacement from them back in April and only found out 8 months later that the bypass drain was no installed correctly and there was a quarter inch Gap between the connector and the drain pipe.  This would cause food and water to occasionally leak onto the floor pan when the disposal was turned on.

-Talking to another plumber, turns out EJ did not install this correctly and used the wrong drainage pipe connection (they needed to use a longer one and not a shorter one--which is obvious to the plumber on his assesment).  

I contacted EJ Plumbing and was told that I am 90 days past and warranty and that it would be a $150 charge to fix their improper install.  I told them that this was an improper install and was still told that if I want them out to fix it I would be charged $150.  They will not stand by the work they have done, which is a shame.

Not a great way to treat a repeat customer--I will never use them again and will let my HOA know of the issues I've had with EJ Plumbing and to not recommend them to others in this area.

Hire them at your own risk.

Came on-time, fixed my clogged toilet quickly and changed my sink drain as well. No complaints.

Today morning 06/03 I called Khoa for help in unclogging the kitchen sink, he immediately responded and given appointment. Khoa showed up on time and did excellent job to unclog and he is true professional.the amazing thing after fixing the issue he went a head and cleaned the work area. Explain the problem and guided me on how to avoid such problem in future. I am really happy with his services and I highly recommend him. Thanks a lot Khoa for your help really appreciate it.

These guys were awesome! Called at 12:30am when our water heater burst and they were the only ones that picked up. They came through the next day to replace the heater and repair pipes. They took the time to explain different options and solutions and walk us through the process which was definitely nerve racking. Very friendly team that thinks quick and knows how to respond to emergencies in a calm efficient manner. Would definitely recommend them and now have their number locked in my phone. I am very thankful for Todd's responsiveness and professionalism. I called on an evening, he came right away and unclogged my kitchen drain. He was here until after sundown. I didn't expect anyone to solve my problem so quickly.

Marco and his guys came out to my house again and fixed my issues again. His quick responses and great prices are why I keep going back to him! He is highly recommended.

We had a leaking pipe, which needed to be replaced. We also had them change our outdoor water pipes  and put in new valves. Great job, courteous, punctual. Maybe a little too much charge for the second job. You know how it is, when they are already here, you don't want to deal with another pro, so you end up paying more for the second job.....

Marlon was amazing! I needed help replacing my garbage disposal and I didn't want to bother looking at videos and doing it myself. So I looked for a plumber on Yelp and found Integrity Plumbing. I connected and communicated via Yelp with Marlon from start to finish. He was very responsive and he even sent me links to purchase the garbage disposal. When I finally received my part, I reached out to Marlon and he arrived within 30 mins.  He was very efficient and friendly. The entire process was simple and not stressful. Thank you, Marlon!

We had a minor emergency around 2pm and these guys got someone on-site by 5:30pm while everyone else I called could do something next week sometime at best. I called them, texted some pictures to dispatch, and Alex showed up a few hours later with all the necessary parts and quickly fixed everything. And then showed up the next morning to fix one minor thing he couldn't get fixed the previous evening.

Always Rescue was able to take care of our clogged sink and pinpoint the cause of the problem we were having with a toilet.  We will definitely keep their contact details for future plumbing issues.

Steve was able to help on short notice and fix our broken garbage disposal. He was very professional, wore a mask, and was thorough in his work. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

We were really struggling with sewer problems and completely clogged sewage lines. Multiple plumbers couldn't easily detect what was going on. I got referral for Steven from a friend and he said he'll come clean it. No work no pay.

He came within 2 hours, ran snake and hydrolic cleaning and cleaned up once. He then ran a camera through the line and figured that a tree root had displaced the pipes beneath the tree. He asked me to get permission for property line clean out, and gave a very competitive quote.

He then came and did the entire thing (cutting the tree, digging 10ft hole, replacing pipes, and fixing the stuff) in a day. He followed up punctually with the inspectors and got inspection done in a few days and then covered the hole.

He also did a 2 way clean out next to our house for minimal charge.  

Steven was a savior in this dreadful situation. So thankful we found him. 5 stars to city of sewer.

Edward brainstormed with me about a reoccurring leak problem I was having and tried to find a more permanent solution. The previous plumber I had hired was making a short-term fix every time my faucet started leaking. I was happy to pay a little more for a longer-term solution, and Edward's guy did a fantastic job! Very happy.

Don't mistake friendliness for great service.

When we were renting, our landlord used these guys and the plumber that came out seemed nice enough. Since we weren't paying, what did it matter?

Boy, is it a different story when you foot the bill.

1. Quoted us over $6k to replace a bit of galvanized pipe and a water heater. We had another company come out and did everything for less than $2k, including an upgraded Rheem water heater.
2. To give you an idea of their prices, $300 to replace a shower cartridge (part is anywhere between $20-50 and takes 15 minutes) and $200 to replace a shower diverter (again, part is $20-50 and is a 5 minute job).
3. When we called them to do some warranty work, they came out and claimed it wasn't covered by the warranty and because they were able to clean out the offending part, they didn't have to charge us. Only $200 for the house call. WHAT?!?

Sure, they send you a text to let you know they're on their way and can use an app to email you a quote, but if you end up getting ripped off in the end, is it all worth it?

Our water heater was broken and they came on time and made sure it won't leak anymore. They are very quick and know their job very well. We will keep them as our go-to plumber. They also checked our faucet which was having some issues. Thank you so much for coming quickly and saving us from water damages.

The sump pump in the basement stopped working, and we needed a plumber in a hurry to restore our ability to do laundry.  All Go was an excellent experience.  Communication was fast and via text.  The quote came quickly.  Scheduling was easy. When an earlier day opened up, it was offered.  Sat slots are available.   The repairman showed up on time.  The work was done right and quickly.  Two thumbs up.

Hello this is Martha and Crystal.  We woke up one morning and found our water heater had shut off.  We called AAA plumbing who was out the same morning.  Edmund showed up and got it started again within minutes.  He checked the water heater and said it was ok and did not need replacement.  AAA Affordable Plumbing is honest and professional.

Edward answered my call in and showed up within 90 min.   Assessed the issues and in short order had the main line cleared out.  Charged a fair $225.00 for the call.    No more stuck toilets and showers in the house, yeah!   Peace in the house.
