The old outside spigot was corroded from rust.  The worn out valve created a high pitch whistle noise when the timer turns on for the drip system due to fast water flowing through a narrow restriction.  I could identify the problem but we could not replace the valve ourselves.  Called SJ Drain and Main and they changed the whole spigot with proper tools and strength.  Fast service and reasonably priced.

I called these guys to get a commercial water heater fixed and Daniel was SO fantastic and helpful! He asked to see photos of the tank and told me it was still under warranty - we had no idea. I was really happy to be dealing with such a standup guy! I am sure there would be so many other companies that would have gladly not told me we were under warranty and done the work to make some cash. Thank you EJ Plumbing!!

I had an issue with my kitchen/washing machine line, and the whole thing needed to be replaced after leaking copious amounts of water into my crawlspace. When I first contacted Mike, I didn't know what the issue was; I just knew there was a smell of sewage. It impressed me that Mike was up front about the fact it can be hard sometimes to figure out what's causing smells. I asked him to go ahead and come, and he did the same day. He immediately found the source of the problem.

It's hard to speak on whether Affordable Plumbing Services is, indeed, affordable, because I didn't get multiple quotes. This felt like something I needed to get fixed ASAP, so I skipped my due diligence and hired the first person that came out. All said and done, it cost $2900 to replace my old galvanized kitchen line. Getting the water cleared out from the crawlspace will have to be done by another company, so that will be a separate cost.

Chris who came out was extremely friendly and polite. He wore shoe protectors in the house, was careful not to let our cats outside, and was very communicative. He took pictures both before the work and after, so I could see the pipes that got replaced. His workspace was clean, and he got it all done in a few hours.

I would call this company again if I have more plumbing issues in the future, and I recommend them!

We recently hired Kim Vo to install a 40 gallon water softener for us.  We found him through Yelp and was glad we made the decision to work with him.  

We wanted the interior and exterior water to be separated so that only the inside of the house gets the soft water and the water outside of the house remains untouched.  Kim visually and physically assessed the existing pipes and told us that he suspects the current setup would allow for it.  He crawled underneath the crawlspace to make sure his suspicions were correct.  Sure enough, he was right.  

We were fortunate that we didn't have to reconfigure the pipes, which would have increased the costs and the completion time.  Kim proceeded with the installation, which includes adding a shutoff value and drain pipe and setting up and configuring the unit.  When he was done, I inspected his work and tested the water softener.  The installation was fine and everything worked flawlessly.  I was really impressed by the quality of his work and the pride he had in it.  

Overall, we had a great experience working with Kim.  We find him to be friendly, professional, trustworthy and reliable.  We can count on him to produce quality work at a competitive price, and plan to use him again in the future for all of our plumbing needs.

Within 2 hours of requesting a quote on Yelp, Todd and his crew were at my door to provide an estimate.  Todd was so quick that by time he arrived I had only received one other quote and was in touch with 2 other companies.  Since Todd's quote sounded fair (and echoed other Yelp reviews that his rate was reasonable) I decided stop looking any further and gave him the go-ahead to clean out my backed-up main line.  I couldn't be happier with that decision.  He and his colleague worked very efficiently, were done within 10 minutes, and cleaned up the area when they were done.   I would definitely recommend Todd to anyone in need of rooter service.

You twisted many facts , I never said shut up, besides my husband goes to bed at 9:30pm prompt. You never  quoted for $1950, You kept saying the price was $2150, and 10 year warranty. Here you misstated the fact. because the warranty was 6 years only, or with $200 you can extended to 12 years. But you said the warranty was 10 years( far from 6 years) and with $600 I can extended to 12 years. These are the fact you told me the night  of 8/12. I don't need to argue with you. The fact is fact. one needn't cry over spill water. You did try to help me, but your price was too high.

My experience with Integrity far exceeded my expectations. Marlon was super knowledgeable, experienced, friendly, and solved my problem efficiently. Excellent customer service and professional staff. Appointment was scheduled for the next morning and their team member Eric arrived exactly at scheduled time (8AM). He did his work fast and professionally. The problem was solved. I would highly recommend their services to everyone.

Quick and responsive, did a nice job on the fix and after shopping around, was the better cost for the solution they provided on a rusted outdoor water line that required some paver and pipe re-work. Required some sodering, which burned the PVC pipe near it and left some handprints/dirt on the wall near it so it doesn't look as good as it could have turned out, but still happy with the overall fix and worth 4.5 stars out of 5.

needed someone to help unclog a toliet that is used as a primary bathroom in an all female household. Thankfully I was blessed with this kind gentleman. He arrived with a mask and gloves on during this time.  I really appreciated that and how quickly the work was done. I highly reccommend his servuces to anyone that needs a little extra help. My Repipe quote for 4 bed, 2 full bath, 2000 sq ft home was a whooping $20,000. That was 8,000 above Repipe Specialist and Advanced Repipe Specialist (both $12,000). I called to discuss the quote and offer an opportunity to adjust the quote but the service rep said it's not worth our time. James Arguelles 5853 Cohasset Way, San Jose CA 95123. Be very careful as it's clear they are price gauging in tough economy. Good luck against competitors at those rates.

1.18.21 Update - Owner called me after the post and offered an apology for the poor experience. I accepted his apology. He explained his reasons they are $8000 more than the quotes from Repipe Specialist and Advanced Repipe Specialist. The cost per hour for his workers is more than competitors and his tools are better. That said the reality is from a customer standpoint the two competitor companies have good reviews and quoted the same job. I have since selected Repipe Specialist who outsource to a local outfit and the experience has been good.

In my opinon it will be hard for diligent customers to agree to pay a cost nearly 2x for the same work due to a business model with higher overhead.

The silver lining here is the owner did call me back and explained his reasons. I will let the Yelp customers agree or disagree if they want to pay the additional cost passed on by the owner. I opted out. Honesty does count for something and I wish the owner and his company good luck.

Such a nice people and their customer service is excellent we called them today for our toilet repair they were in my house in less than an hour.. he quickly noticed the problem..compared to all other places there prices are completely low and reasonable...we are facing the water leaking problem from long time and we tried so many plumber and none of them have cleared the issue but these people are awesome at their work..very friendly and best work they have done.

I highly recommd this place  and i really appreciate their work..

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I called for a simple service which probably would not have taken a long time at all. Since it was so easy, I believe that's the reason they were willing to come... Until he found out that I lived in a condo building. At that point, he rejected my business and told me to call someone else! Wow! They should probably state that they don't like to do business with condos on their website so people don't bother to call them.

Don't believe their website either when they say they are open 24-7. I called last night and didn't get a call back until the morning after. How does a business claim to be open 24-7? False advertising.

Good thing I didn't hire them because he was going to charge me $125 for something so simple!!!
