I had a water back up in the kitchen sink and I was glad to call Midas Plumbing. John is the man.....he came and did the work in 45mins.
I am satisfied with his work. The price was not cheap but reasonable.
I would use his service again.

I was told by my property manager that I had a leak in water purification system under my sink at a rental in downtown San Jose.  The problem is... I live in Dallas!  So I called Fantastic Rooter and they were out there almost immediately!  I asked them to take the water purification system out.  There was also a water line connected to the fridge, so there was plenty of problem solving and parts that had to be created to make this work.  I could also pay electronically, which was incredibly convenient.  Also, the price was VERY reasonable.  This is the only plumber I will ever call.  I am almost looking forward to some plumbing issues, so I can call them! Thank you Brian and Jasmine!

Vincent climbed up on my roof in the high heat with this huge snake. He unplugged my toilet and bathtub. He explained that my pipes are uneven so you can't send the snake all the way. It is an older home. He was a very pleasant young man and very strong.

STAY AWAY! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.

This company is horrible!! I was initially quoted $88 for one hour service to clean the clog of  2 toilets and 2 shower tubs. A big chubby guy show up and told me he couldn't find the clean out so he had to find another guy to go to the roof. Therefore he had to charge me $176. I was in the state of emergency, so I agreed but he also confirmed the final charge would not go over $176. After they claimed the service was done, there still one toilet and shower tub were clogged..The other guy asked me to pay another $70 for shower tub and another $88 for toilet. He said he was only responsible for the main one. Because I had another worker waiting for my instruction at the same time, I decided to just pay and let them go. Just right on the moment he got my check, he handed me the worker order paper stated NO WARRANTY. I told him this is not right and demanded my money back. He said he could have the company owner billed you then shouted it will be a big law suit. Then he left. 5 min later he came back and shouted to me that he was sending police over.

If a company use threat or harassment to make homeowners afraid, we should put them out of business! There is law protecting consumers.

Its been a brilliant experience with Mr Khan. We had a nightmarish situation when one of our faucets gave way and water started gushing out. Called a different plumber and he said we would need to replace the entire water pipe. And the damage?? 1000 dollars.We then called Mr Khan, and he reviewed it and fixed this without breaking the wall and changing the whole pipe. He knew what to fix and is definitely reliable.

I would definitely recommend him and call him again for any plumbing issue!

These guys Rock!!!   We had a drain line that was driving us crazy it was so slow to drain and eventually became blocked.  Called them up and they were so great to work with in setting up an appointment especially after I messed up the first one we set up.  The technician (Anthony) called before coming over and was extremely courteous and got right to work.  He explained what he was doing and got right to work.  Stayed late to get the drain cleared and briefed us on what he did once done.  Billing was kick and easy and it was a great price for such a short notice call.  will definitely keep these guys number for any future work!!

Glad to have picked Jeremy for help.  He was professional, punctual and knowledgeable, professional and punctual.  He arrived promptly on promised time and gave me notice in advance of arrival, figured out where the leak was promptly once there.  At the end, he also helped me get a plumber contact to fix the leak on same day.   Thumbs up!!

AMAZING!!!  Really lucky to have found this company and Ramez.  He has been to our house twice now in last 2 months for varied services (installation of whole home water filtration system, repair of leaky pipes, tub/shower faucet installation and diagnosis and repair of some other issues).  He is a very nice and knowledgable plumber that always goes beyond what is needed -- while sticking to his original estimates -- to provide us with the best end product.  Great prices, super service, quick, punctual, and an all around great guy.  Definitely my first choice for all our plumbing needs!!  Thanks Ramez for all that you have done for us!

First time using these guys and they came quickly and when they said they would. They fixed my issues fast. I would definitely use them again. I wish they worked on Saturdays as I need them again today but OK, I understand.

We had our water heater go out and I got a few folks who called to give us quotes. Henry the owner called and walked me through what the work entailed. Not only did he explain the work but also explained the value of getting it inspected. He was able to get me up to speed with what I should expect from any plumbers who would come out and things required to meet code. This helped gauge if the other companies where doing the right thing or where just doing a quick job. Swapping a water heater can be cheap, but doing it right and getting it up to code is important because I don't want reoccurring issues.

While HR Silicon Valley wasn't the cheapest, they were also not the most expensive. The difference in the level of work was clear though. Henry has a high standard and the fact that getting things up to code + inspection is the start made me feel like they were the right company.

Abel came out and was extremely professional. He was able to show up to the job early which was great. He explained what the course of action was and after agreeing, he got to work. Our setup was particularly difficult but Abel got everything setup and up to code. A few days later he was present to get his work signed off by an inspector. I look forward to calling HR Silicon Valley Plumbers in the future.

Excellent service.  The plumber came out to check out a bad odor coming from our bathroom which I suspected was due to backup in our sewage pipe.  Turns out it was due to the fact that the sink and bathtub drains had dried up (we hadn't run the water in that bathroom in awhile) allowing sewer gas to accumulate.  It was a simple fix as long as your plumber is knowledgeable, which he was.  Just in case he did a few tests to make sure there were no blockages in the pipes.  After this he didn't even charge me for the diagnostics since he didn't have to use any parts, etc.  It was such a pleasant experience, hard to find.  Definitely using them again!

Signed up on yelp just to vote for Bernard.  Absolutely fantastic person and brutally honest.  There should be an extra star you can buy for a couple bucks on yelp, to vote for people like him.

Mario helped us with a big plumbing job for a new house. Before hiring him, we had many assessments and quotes for the same job and they all basically involved breaking our bathroom walls to fix plumbing! Mario was the only one to promise doing the fix with minimal destruction and he delivered! He and his team are professional and efficient. He finished the job on time and budget. No surprises.

Bottom line, if you need an experienced reliable plumber, hire Mario :)

Several years ago, I replaced lead water pipes for copper at my house in Fremont. When surveyed for price, these guys were the most affordable. Not just that the price was few thousand dollars less, but the job was done with supreme quality. Yesterday, my water heater broke, and today it got replaced for the new one with compatible pricing. These guys are good, on the clock, and provide good quality work.

Unlike your typical plumber, Chris came out and told me exactly what I needed rather than up selling me on things I don't need and got the job done in little to no time. Definitely using them again on my next plumbing issue.

I can't say enough about this company. We had to have a sewer line replaced. They showed up when they said, they were clean, professional. It is a horrible job and in the 90' heat, they never missed a beat. They handled ALL the inspections and the only hold up was on the inspectors. They explained everything, what they did, why and options. They cleaned up and repaired everything. We had a small leak in the sprinkler line that no one knew about, they were there the next day to fix it. Pipe had cracked back from where they were working and they fixed it!!!!!  These guys are great..Thank you Felipe Sanchez and your crew!!

Abel is very knowledgable and accommodating. He does a thorough and clean job. His staff is efficient and professional. They did a great job changing our softener and doing some of the crawl space plumbing.

My gardener accidentally damaged a cooper pipe while doing yard work. I found Mike on nextdoor.com and decided to contact him given the excellent recommendations from the neighbors. He responded to my voicemail promptly and was able to come out before the day ends to repair the pipe.  I'm very satisfied with the work he did and would contact him him again for all future plumbing needs!

Kudos to Bayshore Plumbers and Juan Vega in particular for responding quickly and competently to my  dead water heater. Not only did he respond quickly, he worked around my schedule (still completing the job by day's end), offered detailed instructions on how and when I should be draining my water heater and didn't make me feel like an idiot when I didn't know details of the type of water heater I had. Truly 5 star.
