Eric was quick to arrive on Friday afternoon to assess our situation. We had a leak coming from our wash room area and it was coming from the cement slab floor. He recommend we find a leak detection specialist, informed us of what to expect from the other company, then went as far as to help us find someone to come to our house that same day.

Eric is very professional, young (don't let that fool you), he has solid/strong business knowledge of the trade and is very thorough. He communicates wonderfully, works quickly and cleanly. He went in the area where the leak detection company said the problem was (Company name is Bullseye leak detection) and they were 100% accurate. Eric broke the cement slab nicely, quickly seen the problem, fixed the leak beautifully and made sure that he finished the job on Saturday so my family could return home with running water!

The owner called us back each evening to make sure we were pleased with the work and I can't rave enough of how professional and courteous both companies were to our family during this emergency. I would highly recommend both Midas and Bullseye Leak detection companies to friends and family.

Super fast response.  Office staff responded very quickly to my voicemail. Followed up with a phone call to say that their technician was on his way.  They did not charge emergency pricing.  Eduardo was our technician he was thorough, knowledgeable, capable, professional.  Highly recommend for quality and customer service.

This company is not closed. My septic system sie-rhombus control box alarm lights up, I found this Able online, called and explained the case, asked if they fix this thing, followed by email with pictures, lady said they will review and call back, they did not. Closed at 430PM, no answering service. I called next day, they said they do and scheduled next morning, said will call me to confirm, but never did, I had to chase after them.

Plumber showed up on schedule, for $98, he said they are not electricians, I need to call an electrician. Didn't I asked that in advance and sent all the pictures?  why didn't they just tell me they don't fix septic sie-rhombus control box over the phone? why do they need me to pay them $98 to sent a very capable plumber to tell me I should call an electrician?

The ladies answering phone are nice but they repeatedly don't call back as promised.  The plumber is super nice, spent an hour running up and down to tell me again at the end of 1 hour that I should call an electrician, as he said at the beginning. and I got some mud or some black stuff on carpet from his shoes to clean up.

Nice people, and my $98 waste is not that big a deal, I really don't want to post negative on Yelp! but it is the truth.  You should be careful dealing with them.

Both showers and toilets clogged Tim came out and took care of the problem in a speedy professional manner and at an affordable price. Very happy with their service.

John is by far the best plumber I know! He's knowledgeable, professional, detail-oriented and courteous, and his work is always of top quality. 5 years ago he installed my water filtration system and replaced my kitchen faucet; today they still work like new. Recently he did an excellent job replacing a bunch of 16-yr-old cartridges for Hansgrohe faucets and showers for me. Due to the handles' old age (and possibly inexperience of the contractor who installed them) some of the handles were already fused to the old cartridges and were extremely difficult to take apart. John figured out workable solutions, helped me find the parts, fixed them in a timely manner, and showed me how to prevent the same problem from happening again in the future! If you need a proficient and honest plumber/handyman then I strongly recommend Mr. John Wakefield!

My kitchen sink was plugged up and I needed help today.  I called Plumbtree and was assisted by one of the best customer service reps I have ever interacted with, Ann.  She was very friendly, courteous, professional, and followed up quickly and efficiently, in setting up an appointment within a couple of hours of my call.  The techs that came to my house, Anthony and Juan, were right on time. They texted when they were on their way, made a quick analysis of the situation, and following a communication during which I was encouraged to ask questions and know what I was getting for the service, I agreed, and they went to work.  My problem was resolved!  Great interactions, great service, and NO paperwork -- they have the contracts, etc on paper and I was e-mailed the contract and information.  I would highly recommend this company and the techs that provided the service!  I will absolutely call on this company again if the need arises!   Great service!

Jeremy showed up COVID safe. He was diligent in finding the leak in our water line. It required a second visit to pin it down. I recommend this business.

Found Quality Plus on Yelp. After I replaced washer and dryer, the water supply valves behind w/d started to leak. At a time when all good plumbers were busy for weeks, Shibli agreed to come next morning. He was on time, quick to diagnose and sincere in working to fix the problem. After he fixed the w/d valves, I showed him a few other minor plumbing issues that I was having and he fixed all of them for a very reasonable price. He is the first one in my list of plumbers (I have a list, as plumbers are busy and never available when you need them :))next time I need one now.

Tony is AWESOME!
Tony was busy last week, so I had a handyman waste my 3 day long weekend in unsuccessfully trying to unblock my kitchen drain.
I decided to call Tony again, and this pleasant guy showed up next day on time and fixed my problem in less than 15 minutes. I was so happy with the professionalism, service, and cost that I did not even ask Tony to apply any coupon. Tony also offered me a guarantee and said he will come and unblock again if things get blocked in 30 days or a little bit more also.
Credit card payment was easy... he brings a square reader!
From now on, I will solely rely on Tony for all my plumbing issues at my home and in my rental unit!

They were very prompt and responsive. Got us out of trouble on the long weekend. Good skilled team. Solved my problem, but I think the prices were very high like 100% higher than my other regular plumbing companies. The bigger job was not on long weekend. e.g. the regular rate for snaking a drain is 2X the price of other rooters charging on a regular business day.

I'd recommend him for the job if you're willing to pay the extra $$ for (hopefully) peace of mind.

We had to get a spigot removed and capped, then a new one installed about 25 feet away from there. These guys answered the phone (which seems to be rare with many contractors) and were great to talk to. They were also available same day to get the work done and the price seemed acceptable. The work was done well and I have no complaints! Their number is definitely saved in my cellphone!

I scheduled TrenchFree on short notice to evaluate a prospective home purchase. It was an old home where the clay sewer is nearing the end of its useful life (50+ years), and we were concerned about whether we would be hit with a big repair cost in the near future. The technician (Carlos) came out on time (early, actually), called me immediately after the visit to clearly explain what he found - some roots in the line, but nothing critical requiring immediate service - and provided the very honest assessment that no work was needed right away, unless a problem arose. I hope to never need their service, but if I do need sewer work, they'll be at the top of my list. Appreciate the quick turnaround, professionalism, and honesty.

Abel and his crew were able to help us when we found huge pipe leak under our house. They quickly cleaned out the debris/sewage and showed us the problem (our old pipes) he was able to give us a quote on the spot and was able to come the next day to fix everything. They're fantastic to work with and I will definitely keep them in mind for our future plumbing projects

My gardener accidentally damaged a cooper pipe while doing yard work. I found Mike on nextdoor.com and decided to contact him given the excellent recommendations from the neighbors. He responded to my voicemail promptly and was able to come out before the day ends to repair the pipe.  I'm very satisfied with the work he did and would contact him him again for all future plumbing needs!

My water heater broke and I needed another one, little streams of water were going though my garage.  I was able to get Baldo out the same day to provide me a quote for a tank and tankless version.  Unfortunately the price for a tankless one was over 4x the cost of a tank because of gas, electrical, and venting issues--so I guess I stay with a tank.  The price seemed competitive (a little under $1700 for a 48 gal Rheem, minus the $100 Yelp discount, thank you) and he was able to return two days later to install it.  Because it was installed by a authorized Rheem tech the 6 year warranty is extended by two years.
