Found! A trustworthy plumber.  I found John at Midas on Yelp and it did not steer me wrong. I had several old, loose faucets and other work that needed to be done. John fixed what he could and replaced what was necessary. I am happy with his recommendations, the quality of work, and fair prices. I have bounced around between different plumbing companies in the past and I am happy to say that I think I have found my go to professional for this service.

Horrible customer service.  I had Eduardo come and check my toilet.  He was supposed to be at my house by 3 pm.  He did not show up until 6pm.  I let that one go.  He told me I needed new toilets.  I purchased 2 new toilets.  I called and set up an appointment that was convenient for them.  I let them pick the date and time.  Eduardo was supposed to be at my house between 2 and 3 p.m..  At 3:30 I called and said no one showed up.  The woman told me she would call Eduardo and call me right back.  At 4 p.m. I called her back and only got voice mail for the next 1/2 hour.  Finally I was able to talk to hear at 4:30 and told her to cancel my appointment.  Horrible,Horrible customer service.  Will not do business with them if this is the way they treat new customers.

when we had issues with our septic tank they were prompt in getting out to help even in the pouring rain. My 84-year-old grandmother couldn't remember where the septic tank was and they were able to find it in no time flat. I would definitely hire them again

We had a plumbing mishap on a Sunday morning, and within 40 minutes of our call to $15 Dollar Sewer and Drain, their plumber (Sergio) was in our home fixing the issue.

Sergio's dedication to customer service and knowledge really made the difference, and we would recommend this company and plumber to anyone.

We had a leaky drain and two different contractors wanted to redo the entire bathroom. But we wanted to check the plumbing. The owner mr. Israr Kahn responded to my yelp request right away. Set up a time to check . Found the reason for leak. Explained to me how it could be only the drain, fixed it the very next day ! Gave a professional bill with 6 months warranty for his work! Also looked into the crawl space to confirm that the fix worked ! Things can't be any more simpler !

Look no further...John is your guy.  Fast, efficient, polite and most importantly HONEST! Our toilet was backed up and he came right over to take care of it.  Unfortunately, our problem was quite complicated and although he was qualified to fix it he referred us to another business to save us money.  Who would do that????  Only an honest and trustworthy businessman.  I wish I had other things for him to do.  Whatever your problem, give him a call.  He deserves your business.

I had emergency repairs done today by Axel and am so happy! I set the appointment last night via several phone calls with Josh, who was very patient and helpful.
Poor Axel got completely drenched with water by my main valve shutoff blowup! He remained very nice and calm despite being dripping wet and having this experience for the first time. He completed the entire job (other repairs happened too) well, and thoroughly explained everything to me.
I so recommend this company and Axel specifically.

Came out on schedule, found and fixed the leak in about 30 minutes. Will definitely call again (but not too soon I hope). I will recomend him to my friends as well.

4.5 STARS -- on-time, honest, and reasonable pricing

first off, i'm always suspicious of 5 star ratings, so that's why I gave Quality Plus Plumbing  a 4, though if I could, i'd give 4.5. Shibli came on-time, completed the work and had very reasonable pricing so I would recommend him again.

Our shower was leaking because of a broken valve so I called Quality Plus Plumbing and they came within an hour, had a valve in his truck and fixed it within 30 minutes.  It didn't quite set correctly so it had a small drip that showed up about 15 minutes after he left, so I called Shilbli and he came back and made sure it was working correctly. As he turned off our water he noticed another leak that wasn't obvious but very problematic, and he fixed it for an affordable price.

I think he charges min $95 dollars to come out, but he seems like an honest man who definitely knows what he's doing.

The water line from the street to the house began leaking and created a swamp in our front yard.

I called Tony's Plumbing and they came out to inspect the problem. The quote they gave was really fair, and they were at my house when they said they would be at my house. Sort of amazing, really.

We planned to get the work done Thursday, but a time slot opened up on Wednesday. They called to say they were doing the work early. I was at work at the time and not sure what I was going to come home to.

I came home to a fixed water line, no swamp, and a minimal invasion to my lawn. So minimal, my husband didn't notice they had trenched - I'd say these guys are good. They also fixed the crazy arrangement of pipes for the sprinkler system the previous owner had done themselves - at no charge. The price they quoted was the price they charged.

Really friendly guys, well spoken, clear about what they were going to do, did what they said they would do, and charged a good price for it all. I was so pleasantly surprised by the ease of the fix that we're going to use Tony and his crew any time we have plumbing issues. Great work all around.

Our sink was plugged up and it was taking my husband over four days to fix. I decided to go through yelp and found this plumbing agency. Tracey was awesome, personable, friendly, and knowledgeable and was able to get the job done in no time. We are extremely happy and will use them again! Thank you so much!!!

On Saturday, my upstairs toilet had overflowed or leaked and water had somehow flowed from there into a fluorescent light fixture in the kitchen downstairs. I didn't really understand what had happened and was happy that someone could come out so quickly on a Saturday. It was only 90 minutes from the time I called Rich till Dean came out. He was very professional and explained what he thought was the cause - the wax seal, primarily, but also poor condition of the fittings in the tank, fill valve/ball cock and flapper as well as the short pipe/valve coming out of the wall.  He explained it well and I did not feel upsold when I decided to get the toilet replaced at marginally more than the cost of repair. We even discussed the chemicals to get for removing the grout/caulking from the footprint of the existing toilets.

He called, as promised, on Monday with an update on the toilets that he'd ordered and called on Tuesday to offer an earlier appointment. He knew I was anxious to just get things done. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it an earlier appointment and we held off till Thursday.

On Thursday, he called ahead of arrival well within the promised window, and then showed up with Jean. The two of them worked quickly and cleanly. As they found problems like the flange being significantly lower than the floor surface, they alerted me and, again, informed me of options so I could decide what to do. When they were done, Dean walked me through the repair and was wiping things down for spots I didn't even notice.

I cannot say enough about how professional and conscientious Dean and Jean were, Barring any unforeseen problems, I'll be recommending Marti's Plumbing in the future.

Bernard fixed our water heater, arrived on time, fixed the problem, handled the warranty repair.  Perfect.

I live in a condo. Had what I thought would be a straight forward plumbing issue...a clogged kitchen drain. Come to find out the clog was almost 30 feet deep. Chris came to the rescue. This fairly straight forward job ended up being close to 3 hours long to resolve. He was persistent by resolving the issue and ensured that no leaked were evident after repairing pipes. Trenchfree completed my sewage connection with the city in Saratoga (trenchless way), demolished my septic tank, and kept my deck, landscape in the same perfect condition.  Their pricing is reasonable, and competitive.  From the first person I dealt with (Freddy) , to their work team, led by Carlos, each and every personnel was professional and knowledgeable in their position.  They were there to make sure each and every process were carried out correctly.  (Moving and re-planting trees, opening and putting back decks..etc)  I was present during several city inspector's visit, and was very satisfied with how proficient Carlos resolved issues with the inspectors.   This was a very big job for my property, and therefore I was very very tedious with my questions.  Carlos and Freddy were patient in answering my questions, made sure I was 100% satisfied and updated.   Project was finished by date promised.   Definitely recommend this company!

Our garbage disposal began leaking and within a days notice Abel was able to come out and assess the situation. Within less than 24 hrs we had it replaced and a functioning sink again. He understood the importance of the turnaround and helped get us back up and running. Great communication and quick, through work. Our kitchen sink had a major leak. I found a reference for Pure Plumbing Solutions on Nextoor in my neighborhood. I left a message with Mike, and he responded within 30 minutes or so. An hour later Nate was at the house diagnosing the problem. He explained everything to me, and he repaired our plumbing problem the same day. Overall, Nate was super professional and friendly. I will definitely give them a call next time our home needs service.

We woke up to a steady flow of water coming from the meter cavity in the front yard, called the water dept. to first assess, only to find the leak was coming from our pipe, not the water dept.  I found Bayshore Plumbers on yelp.  They were able to schedule me in later that day but said they would call if any cancellations came up.  They ended up coming earlier due to a cancellation.  Menny was our service man and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable.  He immediately started digging, found the leak, quoted us a price and finished the job.  Before he closed the cavity back up he showed me exactly what the problem was and why it happened!  I'm sure there are cheaper companies but I think there is something to be said about same-day service and service done right!  We will surely rely on Menny and Bayshore Plumbing in the future, no complaints here!
