After looking for a Plumber on Nextdoor and verifying on Yelp, I contacted John. He was polite and did respond to my initial emails. He called me back to verify the pictures I sent on the faucets to be replaced. He did a great job even though he ran into a minor issue where a tile was blocking him the access. He managed to get the faucets installed.
He also came back the next day to fix the ring on one of our bedroom toilet where the ring was gone bad and had to be replaced. At the same we replaced the toilet plungers. Overall he did an excellent job.
Based on my previous experience on plumbing costs I have paid to other plumbers, John was competitive but was on higher side. He did give me a discount. Thanks John.

Eduardo came and solved the nightmare we're having with a leak from our kitchen ceiling. He diagnosed it's coming from our second floor toilet. After a little over one hour, he replaced an old wax seal and problem solved.

I've been a customer of Fifteen Dollar Sewer and Drain for years. We've always had prompt, polite service up until last Friday.

Called Friday afternoon for sewer drain clean out service around 3:30pm, and was told they'd be able to send someone, but we'd have to paid off hours fees. We were fine with this.  7:30pm rolls around, and we called back and they stated person would be out, they just didn't know when.  We explained lighting on that side of the house is terrible, and offered dispatch to cancel and just put us in the morning schedule instead.  Dispatcher had the plumber call us, we re-stated lighting option were limited, so the plumber decided to re-schedule us for the morning.  Dispatcher called us a few minutes later and stated the plumber would be at our house between 8-10am following morning.

No call, no show the following morning.  Problem seemed to have resolved itself, so we let it go.

Monday rolls around, and the line is backed up again, so I called back. Dispatcher was rude and stated we cancelled the appointment on Saturday, argued with me about that, then stated plumber will be there between 10am and 2pm. Again NO CALL, NO SHOW.

$15 Dollar has lost a customer over this.  Your dispatcher is not a very nice person, and your service now SUCKS.  How hard is it to be polite? How hard is it for the dispatcher to call and state honestly that you guys are experiencing some scheduling problems or state what the issue is and try to fix it so you don't lose a customer that's been using your services for YEARS?

I am so grateful to Plumbing Connection. They went above and beyond by really helping me in a pinch. Very honest and hard working. Highly recommended

John is a great guy. Hard working and knows his stuff. He fixed my difficult to work on sink to wall drain pipe that had disintegrated. I had expected to pay much more.

first let me start by saying that I am a plumber. I recently moved out of state and away from my family. My mom called me the other day saying that she had some plumbing issues. I called Plumbtree plumbing. I called and was greated by a friendly voice. I explained my moms situation, and gave them all the information. Shortly after tbey arrived at my moms the technician called me to go over what was happening and what needed to be done. (Really appreciated him going the extra mile).  After he was done and left my mom called me and let me know how appreciative she was and how much she loved the service. i will definitely refer them to family members.

The owner Jeremy is dishonest and irresponsible. I called for the service in August and Jeremy charged comparable fee as the other well known underground detection service such as American Leak Detection. Jeremy hired an unlicensed handyman to do the work while he was not present on site while his handyman was doing the work. After 3-4 months, the plumbing patch/repair broke and we experienced the same underground leak. Jeremy refused to standby his work. So another licensed plumbing service came and opened the leak area. They found the second leak was caused by the repair Jeremy's unlicensed handyman did in August and it was poorly done with cheap plastic materials for the sprinklers instead of the appropriate stronger and more sturdy materials needed to patch and seal the underground pipe leak. Jeremy is not a licensed plumber himself. Therefore, he does not have the knowledge and experience as he should. He refused to be responsible for his handyman's poor job but he was the one who hired him, brought him in to do the job and collected the fee for the entire job !

Ramez was great! I called in the morning for a clogged toilet and tub, and he came in a few hours (even earlier than promised!). He also tried to save me money by letting me know the city might be able to take care of the problem for free. When they weren't able to, he was able to come back and fix the problem within an hour or so. Great work!

Tony is AWESOME!
Tony was busy last week, so I had a handyman waste my 3 day long weekend in unsuccessfully trying to unblock my kitchen drain.
I decided to call Tony again, and this pleasant guy showed up next day on time and fixed my problem in less than 15 minutes. I was so happy with the professionalism, service, and cost that I did not even ask Tony to apply any coupon. Tony also offered me a guarantee and said he will come and unblock again if things get blocked in 30 days or a little bit more also.
Credit card payment was easy... he brings a square reader!
From now on, I will solely rely on Tony for all my plumbing issues at my home and in my rental unit!

Our sink was plugged up and it was taking my husband over four days to fix. I decided to go through yelp and found this plumbing agency. Called Sunday night after 3 days of intermittent leaking under my sink.
Called handyman, came & inspected, couldn't find the leak, then another plumber on Saturday who couldn't find the leak, this after 2 mornings finding water all over the floor, and even the wooden floor panels buckling up from all the water !
Franco came out early Monday morning even though Mario said they were heavily booked (now I know why) , found the leak where the faucet handle is connected to the sink, was very courteous, professional and fair, explained it all to me (being in a wheelchair) and was gone within the hour.
Will use your services in the future for sure !

Khan and Leo are reliable, efficient, transparent and will go above and beyond to solve your problem.

I have a dishwasher needs to be connected, however the air gap was covered by the faucet due to a mistake made couple years ago. So instead of replacing the old faucet with the new one, Khan and Leo simply connected the dishwasher pipe to the disposal to bypass the air gap. Water flows from dishwasher and go into the disposal directly. A much efficient and simply solution!

I've known Khan for couple years and he has always been very responsive and efficient in getting the job done, regardless of the job size.  I've experienced being turned down by couple other contractors due to job size or potential complications, but never by Khan and Leo.

First time posting a review on Yelp. I wanted to leave a review for Chris, who did an amazing job installing a new garbage disposal. I got a quote from Chris who provided a fair price. Chris was very responsive and easy setting up an appointment. We had scheduled a 4pm appointment since he had a previous job lined up the next day. He finished early from his previous job and told me, he was available to come early. Chris showed up with a face mask and shoe booties. He completed the job pretty fast. I would definitely recommend Chris. He was very reliable and did an awesome.

TrenchFree came in this morning to re-pipe the main water line from the meter to the outside of the house. They used the trenchfree technique, which was fast and clean - no dig up a big trench. The staff was a good team-work. They knew what they were doing. They started at 8:30 am. and completed the work by noon. The clean-up after work was excellent.

I highly recommend TrenchFree (JD Plumbing). Juan, the owner, is prompt, courtesy, and professional. The staff is well-trained, polite, and considered on maintaining high quality work. I got much more than I had expected.

My main water pipe was broken, so I need to repipe the water line from the city's meter to my house. I started with the other old-name plumbing company with a result of big disappointment!

I searched the Internet and found TrenchFree aka JD Plumbing. Had no idea about TrenchFree, but started reading the reviews. Juan called me within about 15 minutes of my search. With his sound courtesy, eagerly to work, and sincerely, I decided to meet with him at my house. He was there in half an hour as he said he would. He explained to me in sufficient details on how he would re-pipe, the product used, the technique, timeline (in one day!), and price. Within about 15 minutes talking to him, I had pretty good idea how I could expect on this re-piping job. After we parted, Juan email me an invoice describing the procedure and material in details, including a price, of course, which was very reasonable!

At the beginning, I was hesitate a bit though because I had never heard about TrenchFree technique and how people did the re-pipe without digging a trench. I did some research on the Internet about trenchfree technique and the material used - HDPE pipe. Got quite good idea!

Getting so fade up with that big, old-named company, I cancelled that company and contacted TrenchFree to take the re-piping job. It was my best decision this week, and today when TrenchFree came in and completed the job professionally and beautifully, it was one of the best days in my life. I was so happy and highly satisfied with TrenchFree' s work.

Found Pure Plumbing Solutions on yelp. We needed to replace a cartridge of a faucet. It is a small but tricky job because most faucets are stuck with years old deposits and calcium. So it is hard to remove without damaging. Contacted other plumbers and they refused to do it , they only replace the whole faucet.

Contacted Mike at Pure Plumbing and he  was willing to come work on it the next day and the price qouted was  reasonable.

On the day of appointment Mike was running late but he messaged me letting me know the new time which was appreciated.

They came with masks and shoe covers on and were very respectful to the property. They were able to fix my problem efficiently without damaging the faucet or making a mess.

They accept all multiple modern  mobile  payments and emailed me an official receipt.

My overall impression is very positive.  Will give them a call for future work.

I've never written a Yelp review before but the Bayshore Plumbers were fantastic to deal with. We needed our whole house tankless water heater replaced. Some of the work was tricky because the unit also powers the HVAC system. Juan gave us a complete and competitive quote, the work was done promptly and professionally. We had a very good experience with this family owned honest business.  I'd highly recommend.
