This guy came out quickly on a Saturday which was great.    He needed to fix a leak and a clog.   Right after he left, I realized the sink was still clogged.  He came out again and tried, very unsuccessfully to fix it........

Right at this moment, I have another plumber at my sink redoing his ENTIRE job.  Once this new guy was able to unclog the sink and turn the water back on, he noticed a leak underneath.   Midas didn't even fix that properly.  What a joke - thanks Midas, not only did I have to pay two plumbers but I haven't been able to do my dishes in 9 days.  Awesome.

Los Altos water company informed us that we have a leak, they gave us those pills that you can check the toilets leak and we did, and toilets were fine. we call Fantastic Plumber for help. and Jaime the owner of the company checked every areas in our house using process of elimination and he worked tirelessly to find the leak and he did not gave up and finally he found the source of the leak which was beyond routine thinking, he really went out of his way to locate the leak and what a relief it was.  When problem is not routine and is beyond the normal situation Jaime's talent in solving the problem is absolutely fantastic and that put an end to our mystery leak.
We really appreciate all his talent and helps we got. Jaime has been taking car of our homes in Los Alto and San Francisco  and our income property.
Jaime have been helping us for over fifteen years and his work is without any complication and we must say that not only he does great work he is really a nice man.

Evan came out late Saturday afternoon to take care of our kitchen sink clogging issue. He is very experienced and knows the root cause right away. He ran a 50 ft cable to clear out the grease throughout the plumbing system which solves the problem. I would definitely recommend his service.

I called this company to replace a sink that had been damaged. Nothing wrong with the plumbing of the sink, but it had a crack in the bowl and we wanted a new one. The quote was $220 for the replacement of the sink and I was okay with that price. The guy gets here tells me I need to replace the faucet as well. I thought the price of a new faucet should be no more than 100 because its just a pedestal sink replacement. I get the bill at the end and it is more than $700. The guy just said he had to get the sink at 'the supply warehouse' and it was going to be a premium charge. Also charged for two other parts that he said I needed, but I had no plumbing problems with the sink beforehand. Never going to call this scam company again

Our main line was clogged on a Sunday and literally within 40 minutes from when I called to schedule the appointment, our lines were cleared. Nery was our technician and he got here fast and got everything done quickly.  He was also friendly and nice to work with.

John is by far the best plumber I know! He's knowledgeable, professional, detail-oriented and courteous, and his work is always of top quality. 5 years ago he installed my water filtration system and replaced my kitchen faucet; today they still work like new. Recently he did an excellent job replacing a bunch of 16-yr-old cartridges for Hansgrohe faucets and showers for me. Due to the handles' old age (and possibly inexperience of the contractor who installed them) some of the handles were already fused to the old cartridges and were extremely difficult to take apart. John figured out workable solutions, helped me find the parts, fixed them in a timely manner, and showed me how to prevent the same problem from happening again in the future! If you need a proficient and honest plumber/handyman then I strongly recommend Mr. John Wakefield!

Just wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with Plumbtree, my tenants called me in a panic explaining there was water everywhere throughout the kitchen, (I live out of state and my tenants needed help sooner than later) after calling Plumbtree I was alerted via text that my technician Anthony was in route, no more than 20 minutes after his arrival, I received a call from Anthony with an explanation as to what was happening,  he even texted me photos, when I asked, how much will this cost to fix? his response was well, there are a few different ways we can go about it, and proceeded to explain different remedy options, he then emailed me a breakdown of all of the options, I really appreciate him giving me options rather than telling me what NEEDS to be done, I never once felt as if I was being upsold, let me be clear, Plumbtree is no budget plumbing company, I'm confident I could have had this work done less expensive by many other companies, I did however, decide to go with Plumbtree, it's clear they very much care about their customers, and that they hold themselves to very high standards, I own other rental homes throughout the S Bay Area, and while I hope to not need their services again anytime soon, I won't hesitate to use them again, thank you Plumbtree for the excellent service

Jeremy and his team responded  quickly to my request for leak detection in my back yard irrigation system. Jeremy and his team found a leak that we had been looking for for 5 days. We had dug up multiple sprinkler lines , replaced valves and the problem persisted.

I'm so glad I found bullseye leak detection. Will definitely use them again if we have any leak problems in the future.

UPDATE:  Shibli is an honest, hard working professional.  The only reason I knocked off a star is because he installed my parent's Rhino Water Conditioner, it leaked, and then he came and fixed it for a FEE.  I would hope that if he stood by his work and if something he installed leaked within a MONTH, he would come and fix it without a fee.  I didin't agree with that but I wasn't about to let my parents flood their garage.

Tony's was quick & efficient with my clogged sink. The nice fellow that helped me was both friendly & talkative with me. I've used them twice now & they are not overly expensive. I would recommend them to anyone

We had our water heater go out and I got a few folks who called to give us quotes. Henry the owner called and walked me through what the work entailed. Not only did he explain the work but also explained the value of getting it inspected. He was able to get me up to speed with what I should expect from any plumbers who would come out and things required to meet code. This helped gauge if the other companies where doing the right thing or where just doing a quick job. Swapping a water heater can be cheap, but doing it right and getting it up to code is important because I don't want reoccurring issues.

While HR Silicon Valley wasn't the cheapest, they were also not the most expensive. The difference in the level of work was clear though. Henry has a high standard and the fact that getting things up to code + inspection is the start made me feel like they were the right company.

Abel came out and was extremely professional. He was able to show up to the job early which was great. He explained what the course of action was and after agreeing, he got to work. Our setup was particularly difficult but Abel got everything setup and up to code. A few days later he was present to get his work signed off by an inspector. I look forward to calling HR Silicon Valley Plumbers in the future.

This is the third time we've called Marti's, and we couldn't be more pleased. For the job today, we had the recirculating pump on the water heater replaced, one toilet fixed, and a new garbage disposal installed. All the plumbers from Marti's have been excellent.  Today, we lucked out and the owner, Victor Martinez, did the work for us. He was very knowledgeable, and explained each job, and the costs, ahead.  He got the needed parts quickly, and completed the work efficiently and cheerfully.  Also, he cleaned up carefully.

I bought a house with leaks under 2 bath tubs and 1 shower stall according to the house inspector.  I didn't have much luck getting people to come fix it (everyone seems to be busy recently).  Bernard was able to squeeze me in on a relatively short notice but he had to reschedule once since he was too busy.  Once he got here he started assessing the situation.  He communicated very well.  He finished the job on time, fixed all the leaks and also reset the loose toilet in the master bedroom for me.  And the price was reasonable, right around his original estimate. I am very satisfied as a customer and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

This is the service you should call first!  I called them because, after another plumber had been here just a few months prior, we had a leak in the upstairs shower - it was bad!  Khan arrived very promptly with his assistant, took a look, and then offered to fix it right there and then.  Wouldn't you know it?  There were other issues.  He took a look and told me up-front why the last repair was no good.  This time, It got done right.  It was major work, and it took hours, but I've now got something I didn't have with regards to this issue - peace of mind!  If I had called this service months ago, I would have saved a ton of time, money and hassles.

I live in a condo. Had what I thought would be a straight forward plumbing issue...a clogged kitchen drain. Come to find out the clog was almost 30 feet deep. Chris came to the rescue. Had a crack in our sewer line inside a slab foundation. Was not looking forward to jackhammering out the floor so decided to try a cure in pipe liner solution. Felipe and crew at TrenchFree gave us a good quote and we're out the next day to fix the line. They came when they said they would and finished when they said they would. Repair looks great and they even restored the landscaping back the way it was before they started. Very happy with their work!

Abel was very professional, punctual and explained the entire process of having my bathroom shower remodeled very clearly. Unfortunately due to other circumstances I was not able to move forward with the job but would definitely recommend Best Bay Plumbing for the way they run the business!

I have hired Bayshore Plumbers before, and again, I am very happy with the work they have done for me.  Several years ago, they installed my tankless water heater.  Recently, they replaced the sewer line for the house.  It was a huge task, but it is now done and I have much greater peace of mind.  Thank you, Christian and Bayshore!
