John just replaced our kitchen sink. He was prompt, honest, reasonably priced and polite. And he cleaned up after his work.

Work was not completed, tech needed, more experience,  called CH Service. He finished  the job in hr .  Will not be calling them again

We had a problem with our septic tank and made calls to find a company to repair it.  Able Septic Tank Service said that they were experts in septic systems.  They sent two different plumbers and charged me a few hundred dollars.  I had the affected area dug up and called them back.  They told me that I needed a concrete distribution box and promised to give me a price estimate but never called me back.  I am very glad, because it turns out that concrete distribution boxes are the old way that nobody uses anymore.  In addition, their two experts and the supervisor did not even recognize my broken part; they kept looking at it and wondering what it was.  It turned out to be a diversion valve.  Later, I found professionals who really knew septic systems; they all told me that the broken part was a diversion valve and all said that a distribution box would have been the wrong solution.  The owner of Able seemed like an honest man and the people who came did not seem dishonest either; however, I don't believe they knew residential septic systems at all.  They money I spent on them was a complete waste.  Able may be good at something else, but certainly not residential septic systems.  If you have a residential septic tank problem, find someone who really knows.  One of the best septic tank experts in the Bay Area is Pat Dempsey.  He is incredibly knowledgeable.  He gave me accurate information and did not charge me a penny.

I called the company and told them I needed a bathroom sink unplugged, a toilet handle fixed, and the shower drain unplugged. I was told each item would be billed individually and the first hour was $88. Each task after that would be $70. That sounded odd to me, so I told them I just wanted the bathroom sink unplugged. The plumber arrived and did park on the street as I had requested. He refused to take off his boots to protect my hardwood floors. He said barefoot plumbing was dangerous and his boots were clean. He looked at the pipe, said he would have to cut it and put on a part since the company that repiped our home had not left him any other choice. He went out to the truck, got out some equipment and I stopped him at the door. I asked him to explain what he had to do and he sort of did. By this point, I was not getting a good feeling at all about this job, so I told him I wanted to get a second opinion. I offered to pay the $88 since he had come out to the job, but he said he would not take my money. He said $88 was a deal, he was the best plumber around, and they would not be coming back in the future. That is fine with me because I will not call them again since he was so rude and disrespectful!

We had a few backflow toilets at our school site and needed to snake. The facility is very old, but they managed to troubleshoot the problem and snaked two holes and found the culprit. Very professional and on-time. They also gave me a few tips on replacing old caps instead of using the ancient ones for easier maintenance. Highly recommended.

Left a phone message to John this early morning for toilet water tank problem, he returned my phone less than 30 minutes. John gave me his pricing in details and showed up in the afternoon as promised. After his diagnosis , he went to Home Depot for the right part, the problem was fixed right away, and the fee is very reasonable. John is a very skillful with good experience and honest man. I will keep him on list whenever I need any plumbing services. Also, I definitely will recommend him all my relatives and friends for his super quality service. Thank you, John!

Axel and Edgar did excellent work fixing my leaking sink as well as broken water pipe.  They were swift, friendly, and professional; they took time to explain the problem (and solution) and educate me a bit about proper preventative maintenance for my sink pipes/valves.  I highly recommend this service.

I found Jeremy a pleasure to work with. I called Bullseye at noon, spoke to Jeremy about my need for leak detection and repair on my pool. Lucky for me, he had a cancellation and said he could be out in 45 minutes. Over the phone, he explained his charges and the process he would work through to detect the leak. He came to my home and found the leak within 30 minutes. Using dye, he was able to show me the leak, and it was very obvious it existed. He offered quotes for a temporary fix and a permanent fix. I opted for the temporary fix which he was able to complete on the spot. He was very clear in communicating he couldn't promise how long the temp fix would last, but I decided to go with it since my husband wasn't home and I felt the permanent fix was a discussion we needed to have. When I relayed this to Jeremy, he was very understanding, and I felt absolutely no pressure from him to book a repair date. I absolutely hate a hard sell, so I appreciated this about his manner. I will definitely call Jeremy when we are ready for the permanent fix. His quote for the job (considering what needs to be done) sounded very reasonable. Thank you, Jeremy!

No hot water for 2 days, called PG&E and then had technician come out but they said there was an issue with the water tank and I need to call a plumber, ugh. I found Quality Plumbing on Yelp and left a voice message the next morning. Robert called me back within 2 hours and we booked an appointment to have someone come the next day to look at our water heater. Shibli got our water heater fixed and back running within the hour, very professional and quick. Day 4, we finally have hot water again! Very happy with the service, quality of work and would definitely recommend these guys, they're awesome!

Installed s water pressure regulator by Tony. Gave me a simpler solution which saved me more than $100. There is a whistling sound from the regulator, they came back promptly and adjusted the pressure to tune out the noise. Great work and service!

After dealing with a lot of nonsense from a couple other plumbers who surprisingly had good reviews on yelp, I contacted these guys.  Their response timing is excellent.  Henry showed up and what was more impressive than his knowledge an attitude was his cleanliness and organizational skills.  I am not a plumber nor do I know much about plumbing, but I'm a pretty good judge of character and as soon as this guy stepped out of his van I could tell he knows what he's doing.  He fixed a couple leaks and on a Sunday messaged me to drop off an extra part for me.  Highly recommended.

Steve answered the phone promptly after hours. They were able to come out the next day. I showed them the leak under the house and they were able to fix it within a couple of hours. I was a bit disappointed that they couldn't identify the pipe diameters by sight. He didn't have the repair materials, but they arrived fairly quickly. The cost was a bit on the high side, but still fair. I'd rather pay a bit more for quality work and quick response.

Similar to other reviews, I have a Rheem water heater from Home Depot and the pilot went out.  Rheem submitted the service request to Noah's Plumbing and Bernard contacted me even before the part arrived.  Absolutely Great! service and a person you feel is honest, trustworthy and professional.  I will keep his business card handy for any future needs.   Thanks Bernard!

Our toilet was leaking at 12:30 am and we found Mario.  He showed up promptly, repaired the toilet, and had a wonderful attitude.   Subsequently, we hired him for other plumbing tasks: changing a facet, repairing a pop-up, installing a new garbage disposal, and replacing a pressure regulator.  Mario shows up on time, with a positive attitude and most importantly, does quality to work for a fair price. I now know who to call for future plumbing needs.

Fremont plumbing does great work. I needed my front yard shut off valve and hose/sprinkler connections replaced, all old, probably since the house was built in 1962. The team came out on the scheduled day and replaced all the pipe and fittings in no time, making it good as new.

There was a lot of rust from the old piping that was stirred awake during the work (which is normal) and it caused some pressure issues with my master bathroom faucet, which is closest to the outside water line. When told of this issue, the crew happily cleaned out the interior water line into the faucet and it was soon flowing normally again.

Lastly, Fremont Plumbing Connection only serves the Tri-City area because of the worsening freeway traffic, so good for us that live in these areas!

Super happy with Chris' service! He fixed my leaking toilet and installed a bidet. Very reasonable rate, plus he was early. I know who I'm going to call next time I have a plumbing problem.

Excellent service! I worked with Jose and Carlos on my disgusting sewage problem. They gave me good advice and once the city approved the permit, the work got started quickly. Have you ever had a construction project that cane under budget? I had my first experience of that, and probably my last, with TrenchFree! Whoop!!!

Abel and his crew did a great job of installing a water softener, fixing leaks in the toilet and drain replacement in the crawl space. They were professional, thorough and very responsive.

Mike picked up the phone and walked me through how to mitigate (turn everything off) the damage!
