John answered the phone right away after a few rings.  Was here this afternoon to take care of my minor faucet leak.  I would recommend him highly.  He definitely knows what he's doing, came on time.  Is a no-frills professional, who doesn't charge expensive prices.  Gave me a reasonable quote, did the job in half an hour and gave me pointers on what to look for next time.  I would definitely use him again!  He's great!  Professional, cordial, considerate, patient...even in this hot weather!

We had an emergency with a water leak on a Saturday morning.  I called their place of business at 8:30am, fully expecting to leave a message since they don't open until 9am.  To my surprise, I got a live voice! He instructed me to turn the main water valve off and they were here within 1 hour.  They were extremely professional and fixed the leak right away.  If we should have any other plumbing issues, I will definitely be calling them back!

Evan of Able Underground went above and beyond to consider my indoor plumbing problem after addressing my outdoor drainage problem.  My shower wasn't working and two other plumbers told me I needed to order another cartridge and then call them.  They left without fixing it.  Within 3 minutes Evan had water flowing again, surprising us both, without changing out the cartridge.  He even got soaked by the shower and kept his good humor.  He also gave me guidance on reducing the plumbing problems throughout the house.  I really appreciated his persistence in resolving a problem others had passed over.

I had a clog problem in one of bathrooms.  Within an hour after my call, Benny came.  He was very meticulous and careful to evaluate the problem and finally discovered that I have a broken drain pipe at the crawl space.  He recommended me to replace the whole galvanized drain pipes as any snaking operation could exacerbate the clog problems.  I am in the process of doing so by soliciting  bids, including $15 Sewer & Drain.
Throughout the whole process, I was very impressed with Benny's thoroughness, not to speak that $15 Sewer& Drain did not even charge me a penny!

Great customer service (all professional with masks) as my water heater flame went out. They managed to get it back on again at no charge. Thank you so much! Will definitely consider Plumbing Connection once replacement is due!

John came over and fixed the leak under my kitchen sink. I located John on my iPhone Map App. I'm in Campbell so I chose him since he is located in Campbell and his rates are very reasonable! I highly recommend John if you have a plumbing problem!

Update! Turns out my water heater they recommended replacing finally gave out, not only were they quick to arrive, but they installed a highly rated Bradford white, on top of that they even cleaned up all the water that had leaked from my old one, it looks excellent and no longer are we getting rusty water through our showers and faucets, they handled the permit and inspection so we didn't have to deal with the city, we couldn't be more pleased, thank you again Plumbtree!

We used the service back in March for a major leakage . Jeremy came immediately the day I contacted him ! He tried to squeeze his lunch time and come to our house because he was in the area. I was glad that he made it. He found the leak in 45 mine after walking around house and yard inside and outside.
We fixed the leakage by hiring someone on our own . We did not use the one he recommended. But , it's still good to have his recommendation.
Later in May , we checked our water bill and it was 1500USD! Thank you Jeremy for helping us so that we were not paying even more !

I contacted him last week ( now it's June) since I lost the receipt he gave me 3 month ago and he answered my message and send the receipt back . I am very happy with the service and his attitude . I wish all the best to his honest and helpful business .

Ramez was excellent and helped with a sinking solution where there were tricky dimensions. Now only that, he helped cap off a pipe and install a gas burner, which I wasn't aware that he could do originally! All in all it was very professional work at a competitive price.

NEVER USE HR Silicon Valley Plumbers--they did a SMALL plumbing repair for me. I then had problems with my sewer line and asked them if they could repair it.  They returned and literally traumatized me.  The sewer line was in need of immediate repair, and I trusted them from the last small job they did earlier.  They shot water down the line, then used a camera to show me there was water in the line...I questioned them---Of course there's water, you just shot gallons of water into the sewer line.  They insisted the water was already there but wasn't able to show me proof when I asked for it (my insurance carrier told me, if your sewer line is under water and they used a camera, they should be able to show you proof).  I guess they figured they had a 'stupid, vulnerable customer'.  The camera and water they shot down the line was NEVER pre-approved or QUOTED.  What they did quote was an astronomical amount of money to repair the sewer line.  $50,000 to $60,000 and said, But it'll be just like having a new home We'll have to jack-hammer your patio and tear up the cement, dig up your backyard and dig up your floors in your house to get to the sewer line and replace it....I was traumatized!! and scared and literally trembling--my blood pressure was through the roof.  Then they shoved a piece of paper in my face saying I could get the charges financed.  Luckily, I had the wherewithal to call my son.  They feed him the same cock-and-bull story; he asked them a lot of details about the quote they gave me, said 'thank you we'll call you back if we decide to use you.'  We used another plumbing service with an impeccable reputation, that has done work in San Jose for more than 20 years.  The repair was less than $5,000, they located the damage to the sewer line in the front yard, and only excavated a six-foot hole in the front yard.  And guess what, there was NEVER any Standing Water in the line!!  
HR Silicon Valley Plumbers are SCHIESTERS who prey on vulnerable people in order to pump up their prices!!  Read their reviews CAREFULLY and Use them at your own risk!

Marty's has now saved us once.  

The first time when we had a leak in the master bath coming from the base of the toilet.  Was a major leak and required removal of the toilet.

No BS, fair price and quick work that day.  MUCH better than some of the other plumbers we've had out.  

Second time was from majorly shoddy work from Superior Plumbing.  We found out we had a $800 water bill and that there had been a leak where Superior did work.  Immediately called San Jose water to have them shut off water to the house from the street (was below main shut off line).

Ed from MArti's was here the next day and worked ALL DAY on one of the most difficult jobs I have ever seen.  I know, because I was there all day to try and help any way I could.  

What Superior couldn't do in weeks, Ed did in 1 day. Awesome job, thank you.

Franco fixed our plumbing problem and was very polite and professional.  I wouldn't hesitate to call him again when a need arises.

I called two other people prior to calling plumbing connection and the other two guys could not fix my leak in my salon. I spoke to BK and he said he would come right away. They fixed my problem now I'm back in business and am very pleased with their work. I will definitely be using plumbing connection for any future problems and refer them to anyone in need of plumbimg. kudos!

Our garbage disposal get clogged since yesterday morning and Chris came to fix within just 30 minutes! We are surprised with his expertise and efficiency. We will definitely ask for his help if we need any plumbing service next time.

Abel is the most honest one out there. Explained what we needed to do so he doesnt have to come back when out shower clogged. Also, he could've charged us all these extra fees like so many others wouldve but he didn't.

Also, hes willing to squeeze in a home visit on short notice if he can. he will work with you to make sure that you get the help you need as soon as possible.

Nate  showed up on time and cleaned out the water pan and ensured the shower  is draining. Gave me a tutorial in how to clean it and avoid future  clogging. The intent of Nate and Michael Brewer is to be the best Neighborhood business and by tutoring me on how to clean the shower pane was to save me future cost, which could in turn result their revenue NOT EVERY BUSINESS DOES THIS.

We had Bayshore plumbers out to snake out sewer line.  Their price ($290) seemed high.  They charged another $185 to do a video inspection. They found roots and estimated $2300 to replace some sewer pipe.  It was hard to understand the plumber's English. We had the work done by another plumber who came out and gave a free video inspection and estimate of $1200 for the same job.
