Eric did a fabulous job in installing a laundry in my garage. I am very impressed that he delivered a such neat job in a professional and efficient manner. I will definitely to call him for any plumbing work in a near future!

The owner, Jaime, came right away and did a great job cleaning out our clogged kitchen sink drain pipe, and explaining the cause, and how to prevent it in the future. He was very friendly and professional, and his assistant was great as well. He bent over backwards to fit us into the schedule right away and help us out. We ended up hiring him to do a plumbing repair job shortly thereafter and again he went above and beyond,  creating something better than we had to begin with, instead of just fixing a leak. We would highly recommend Fantastic Rooter for any type of plumbing needs to anyone. You'll be glad that you called him.

This place is a rip off. The manager Mark threatened to put a lien on my property after I refused to pay $150+ (for something that cost $50 at home depot) for a tiny plastic cartridge for my shower knob valve.

They also charge a credit card surcharge of a couple percent

Their guy messed up w the installation of the cartridge and billed me for their mistake as well.

They told my property mgmt that they'd shut down the water between specific hours. (Full day) We're still without water --passed the stated time.

Our bathroom sink has been backing up, sporadically, for months.  We tried drano a couple times to no avail.  Sunday night it completely stopped up, so Monday after work my husband spent HOURS trying to clear the drain with a snake, but no dice.  So I call $15 Sewer & Drain because I liked their yelp reviews.  

Right up front, they say is the charge for clearing a clogged sink is $80.  I confirm that I'm fine with that.  Santos arrives 30 minutes later, instantly determines that the condo next door is sharing our problem, helps coordinate between condos to make sure his snake goes down the drain not up into a neighbor's sink and clears out the clog.  Santos is a rock star.  

Further discussion and testing confirms Santos' guess that all four condos share the same sewer line.  Bummer!  But I'm SO glad we found out!  Santos went above and beyond any expectations we had.  He was personable, knowledgeable and took a little extra time to help us better understand the plumbing in our home. Ask for Santos and tip him well, he's worth it!

Plumbing connection is the most professional, affordable and dependable plumbing company I have ever worked with!  We had a stoppage and we received the same day service for fixing it with clean out.  In addition given the deteriorated sewer line pipe we also had the clean out to USD's main sewer line.  The lateral sewer line was installed with state of the art trench less method.  No issues on the front yard lawn and no hassles of digging!  Excellent job done by Mr. Khan and his crew!  Highly recommend Mr. Khan for all plumbing needs!

John came over within an hour to fix a leaking kitchen faucet, and replaced the whole thing very quickly, with very reasonable rates.  He is honest, professional, and courteous.  Highly recommended, and will definitely be my first contact for any plumbing or general handyman work in the future.

Jeremy did a great job of finding and repairing a tricky underground pool leak, as well as an irrigation supply leak, at our rental property in Los Gatos.  At first we thought there was only a small sprinkler line leak that wasn't too big a deal, but after the pool lost a foot of water in 24 hours, we realized there was much more going on than we thought.  Jeremy came out right away to assess the situation, and he started the repairs immediately after finishing at another client.  Finding the cause required jackhammering through concrete in several places, but using his leak detection gear and his experience, he worked methodically to mimimize the amount of cutting required.  He bypassed a leaking suction line, replaced the skimmer, and redid the aggregate deck so nicely you could barely tell a repair had been made.  He replaced the leaking irrigation lines, and he also used scuba gear to replace the drain cover at the bottom of the pool with a safer anti-vortex cover.  He kept us fully informed along the way, and the final cost was reasonable.  He was professional and a pleasure to work with.  Highly recommended!

During my remodel, contractors did a subpar plumbing job. Called Quality Plus Plumbing and Ramez was available next day. He came on-time, was honest about what job he would not do because it could damage my bathtub, re-installed my faucet and adjusted hot water. Highly recommend this business for honesty, quality work, punctuality and communication.

My kitchen sink was not draining, Tony came right way and resolved the issue in a short time.   100% recommended.

Went with Marti's based on reviews on Yelp. Dean called ahead and let us know he was on his way. We have a persistent problem with our downstairs toilet which backs up once in a couple of months. He was able to clear it but was concerned about some noise he heard while clearing the pipe. Since we have this persistent issue with it, we went with his recommendation to send a camera down the pipe. He did not have the camera with him and promised to show up two days later in the afternoon after his days off. Since the toilet was working properly, we agreed to the schedule.

Two days later Dean called again ahead of the appointment and showed up as scheduled. We sent the camera down and was able to identify an area where gunk had built up. He was able to locate the exact spot of this buildup. Thankfully it is not under our house. It was actually right under a clean out valve. He blasted the area with water and was able to clear the gunk out. Unfortunately the gunk buildup is due to the poor installation done by the builder. It will take a lot more $ to fix.

Overall great experience with this company. Although they are not the cheapest. Dean was much more thorough than the typical 'franchise' guy if you know what I mean. It was worth every penny.

I'm so glad that the folks at the GE Water Heater support line referred me to Bernard at Noah's Plumbing when my water heater failed and needed to be replaced. Bernard made the whole experience as painless as it could possibly be. After providing a very reasonable quote that I accepted, we scheduled a date for the work. He and his helper arrived right on time and pulled out the failed water heater, then trucked it back to Home Depot for me so I could get reimbursement for it (since it was within the warranty period). Then they trucked the new water heater that I selected back to my house and installed it. When everything was done, they cleaned up the area nicely. Seriously, I can't imagine a water heater replacement being less stressful. I will definitely call Noah's Plumbing next time I need help with my water heater.

Kevin did a great job helping me with a sump pump issue I had.  He was very informative and helpful!

Khan came as promised on Sunday morning to replace my water heater which bit the dust on Saturday evening.  He and his helper arrived at the appointed time, took the old unit out, installed the new one and cleaned up as well.  Couldn't be happier.

Chris did a great job helping to clear a blockage in our sewer line. He tried multiple solutions until one finally worked. We also had him install a two way clean out so we won't have issues in the future. His prices are reasonable and he is very helpful and responsive!

My elderly nextdoor neighbor needed his water main replaced - it was leaking 166 gals an hour and it was too old to be worth trying to fix. We got four quotes.  Three of them wanted to trench the entire distance (something like 230 feet) which involved tearing up the driveway, cutting lots of roots on some very old and valuable oak trees, three days of work, and a huge mess.  Those quotes ranged from $14,000 to over $25,000.

Carlos came and looked at it and said he could do it with just a small hole at each end, no damage to the trees or driveway, etc.  He was super nice and answered all of my and my neighbor's questions.  The quote was about $8000 including an upgrade to a larger line in case a future remodel forces sprinkler installation.

They had a crew out a few days later.  Again, really nice guys, super respectful toward my neighbor.  They were there less than a day.  They replaced all the mess of old galvanized pipes, and multiple valves and a hose spigot at the front of the house with a nice neat, clean, all copper (type-k!) manifold.  They cleaned up really well and checked back a few days later to make sure all was well.  

I can't think of a single thing I would want them to have done differently.

Mike and his team were super professional and responsive. I was rate shopping around for an installation of water softener and RO system and there were some plumbers that gave sky high quotes and some crazy pipe/parts replacement plans because the P trap of my kitchen sink area has very limited space. Mike came and checked out my house and gave me a very reasonably priced quote and a solution that made sense.

I made an appointment right away without any long wait phone calls. And they finished the job in a little more than an hour. Very efficient and so far it looks perfect. Not only did the installation went well, they also cleaned up and took time to explain to me how the system works. Patiently answered a few of my questions as well.

I needed a new water heater. They came the same day, although the problem was not an emergency. They were very professional, and the work was done quickly and correctly, as far as I can tell.

My only concern is that I feel like the price was pretty high. I didn't get any other quotes to compare, but it was more than twice the price of water heaters I found on the web. And then there was an additional cost, above the initial quite, to bring the installation up to code. I can't say for certain that any of this is out of line, but I would feel better if I had gotten another quote.
