this morning, my husband found out the two toilets and one bathroom got clogged. I checked yelp and called some numbers. I finally decided to have John to fix the problem for us. He came and fix the problem, charged the fee we agreed on the phone, and cleaned up afterwards. He also gave us his honest opinion. I would like to recommend John to other people who need help.

The water supply control for a toilet was dripping and I needed someone to fix it quickly. We also needed to install a new toilet. From the time of my phone call to having a new toilet installed and fixing the flush mechanism of two other toilets was done in under two hours. Jaime had fantastic attention to detail and went the extra mile; he fixed a broken toilet paper holder without me mentioning it. He also changed another water control valve because he noticed it was weak for no additional charge.

So far, if I could give them 10 stars, I would!  It hadn't been more than a week that we had been in the new house (well, new old house) when the toilets, bathtub & shower in 2 bathrooms started backing up & overflowing.  The house is still on septic and we were going to start work to tie in to the sewer once we had fully settled in, until that happened! Of course this all went down on Saturday morning.  With an elderly parent, we just couldn't see going without proper plumbing for 2-3 days.  Able was one of the companies that had bid on the septic-sewer work & had just pumped the tank in April, for the previous owner. I pulled up the paperwork & gave them a call.

I spoke with Mike, if I remember correctly, who told me that if the tank had been pumped in April, there was little to no chance that it was the tank. He asked me if I knew where the tank was, which I did since it had just been inspected & was freshly dug & recovered. He asked if the ground was at all soaked, which it wasn't.  He said that it wasn't a septic issue, but a plumbing one instead and that one of their plumbers would be contacting us shortly.  It wasn't even 15 minutes later that Jordan called and said that he could be there within 2-3 hours.  He called about 1-1/2 hours later to say that he was leaving Los Gatos on his way to us.

When he arrived he surveyed the scene & asked some background questions.  He explained what he suspected, as well as what he was planning to do in detail.  He also gave us several options along with the respective cost estimates, pros & cons of each.  He was extremely professional, right down to the boot covers he put on before entering the house, AND he knew what he was doing!  The only lag was when we were looking for the clean-out, which we did not find at the time.  What impressed us the most was the way he actually cleaned up the area he was working in and left it even better than it was before!  

Fast forward a couple weeks to today.  We just gave the deposit for the septic-sewer work yesterday and this morning, one of the toilets backs up and the bathtub started filling with sewage, Uuugh!  I call Serina at Able, who said she would send someone out within the hour.  Jordan arrives to save the day, yet again!  This time, though, we located the clean-out before he had to climb onto the tile roof to go through the vent. Yay!  This time, he pulled a bunch of stuff that probably been in the pipes for a while, including a rock!  A rock? Seriously? Wow!

So, I can say with confidence that the plumbing division, or at the very least, Jordan in the plumbing division is fabulous!  We will see how it goes with the Underground division, once they start work next week.

Have always come through, last minute for a drain clear - even in our old 2 access pipes! Love these guys!

Israr has always been my go to guy for all our plumbing needs, his services are prompt and he is very responsive. Excellent workmanship and quality. I highly recommend Israr.

John is friendly and explains everything he is doing.  His prices are very reasonable and we are so happy with him that we will call him any time we have a plumbing issue, and gladly recommend him to all our friends.

Mario and Kyle were great.  I needed a gas line capped and they were able to do that quickly, at a reasonable price.  They were also able to answer all my questions regarding some other projects.  

The company is tech savvy, communication was clear; I would use this company again.

We also had a skimmer leak.  Jeremy came up from San Jose to Fremont to detect the leak.  We had him and his workers repair the leak within just a day or two.  The job involved going thru our flagstone deck, removing the old and broken skimmer/pipe, put in a modern skimmer and re-install the flagstone.  Everything looks great, and we no longer have a leak in our pool and the pump is no longer just sucking in air bubbles.

Shibli comes through again with an excellent repair!  Quality Plus has fixed my shower and another toilet before, so I knew to expect the usual quality service.
I called this morning to ask if they could come out to fix a leaking toilet and they made arrangements to come at 11am since I wanted it fixed same day.  Shibli even came 20 minutes earlier, inspected my toilet, identified a problem and replaced with the part he had in stock in his truck.  The entire process was done in under 30 minutes and my toilet is as good as new :-)

These guys are the best! They are fast and do high quality work.   The communication is great, too, easy to text and phone.   I have used them more than once.  They are my go to guys for plumbing.

They were very prompt and responsive. Got us out of trouble on the long weekend. Good skilled team. Solved my problem, but I think the prices were very high like 100% higher than my other regular plumbing companies. The bigger job was not on long weekend. e.g. the regular rate for snaking a drain is 2X the price of other rooters charging on a regular business day.

I'd recommend him for the job if you're willing to pay the extra $$ for (hopefully) peace of mind.

I HIGHLY recommend Mario's Plumbing Service. It seems all water heaters break on Friday afternoon.....I had to work on both Friday and Sat morning. SO I called Mario on Saturday afternoon and he had a technician to my house in 15 minutes. Total customer service and his pricing is very reasonable. His technician, Manuel, was amazing - fast and a VERY HARD worker. I will call them for everything plumbing, you should too.

We were having issues with water backing up in the tub.  Called Fremont Plumbing Connection and they came out right away.  Khan and his assistant were very friendly and helped me understand the issue we were having.  He even spoke to our landlord and explained what repairs needed to be done.  

I'm hoping we won't have any more issues, but if we do I'm definitely going to call Fremont Plumbing Connection!

Super happy with Chris' service! He fixed my leaking toilet and installed a bidet. Very reasonable rate, plus he was early. I know who I'm going to call next time I have a plumbing problem.

My contractor said he was so pissed at Trenchfree's crews when they work at the house because the crews make my contractor looks bad and lazy. The crews work nonstop from 8-430ish, no break, maybe 15-20 lunch at the job site, those guys are beast! I, homeowner, watched them  do the heavy digging, pulling, shoveling, 4 ft and 7 ft deep of digging to fine the sewage line..hands down!!!!

Had our toilet installed by Best Bay Plumbing and Rooter, it was great.
The owner responded to our request for a quote within minutes and was straight to the point,  a price and length of warranty - I appreciate that. They were available the next day, and I contacted them at around 4pm, so the turnaround is amazing.

The day of the installation came, they came on time, was polite, professional, and fast. The toiled was installed well, gave us a quick rundown of the toilet and off they went.

I'll go again to them for other projects for sure.

Found Pure Plumbing Solutions on yelp. We needed to replace a cartridge of a faucet. It is a small but tricky job because most faucets are stuck with years old deposits and calcium. So it is hard to remove without damaging. Contacted other plumbers and they refused to do it , they only replace the whole faucet.

Contacted Mike at Pure Plumbing and he  was willing to come work on it the next day and the price qouted was  reasonable.

On the day of appointment Mike was running late but he messaged me letting me know the new time which was appreciated.

They came with masks and shoe covers on and were very respectful to the property. They were able to fix my problem efficiently without damaging the faucet or making a mess.

They accept all multiple modern  mobile  payments and emailed me an official receipt.

My overall impression is very positive.  Will give them a call for future work.

Jose and team did a great job replacing our water heater! Incredibly responsive, very friendly, great work, cleaned up everything after too. He even fixed a clogged sink and installed a new shower head. Very happy with the service and will continue to use Jose and team at Bayshore!
