John was great - easy to schedule, punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and fast. He even picked up a non-plumbing item for me during his run to the hardware store. I'd definitely call him again.

Jaime is very knowledgeable , does a great job, very clean and has great prices. He will find the problem fix it and your done.  I always recommend him to anyone needing to complete a big job. He goes out of his way to recommend or make suggestions for your particular need.

We had them put to replace a portion of our drain line from the kitchen when it corroded over the years and were initially pleased.

We called them back to replace a different portion recently that they replaced.

They said the whole line needed to be replaced. 60 feet in a crawl space.

They gave us a quote that didn't quite make sense. We knew the lengths they'd replaced before and what they cost and their quote was way over what we were anticipating for a full line replacement.

But we called them anyway, and asked them to come back.

They promised a return call, but we didn't hear from them for days and still haven't two weeks later, even after me calling back a few times.

We went with a different plumber who took pictures and video of our crawl space. What became perfectly clear was the following:

To get to the clogged part of our drain, Able would have either needed to disconnect our air ducts or would have smashed them. They were near perfect, untouched, and had no evidence of detachment and reattachment. I don't know what part of the pipe they replaced when they came out the second time, but it wasn't the part causing our issues. Our issues were nearer the sink, and they never touched that area.

The portion they did replace was not angled in a way to prevent future clogs. They were angled in a way that actually created more. They basically stuffed new pipe into old pipe in an upwards angle. Our clogs were caused by this.

The plumbing company we finally trusted for this job was impeccable, taking video under our house, showing where the issues came from (Able!), and fixing them.

They replaced the whole line for $900 less than what Able originally quoted us the last time they were at our house, and guaranteed their work for two years.

We are out nearly $1000 with Able for a situation that only created more problems. Seriously thinking about taking them to small claims court while I finally am doing laundry without fear.

Did great job fixing an issue.  I was pretty happy.
Within a month was double-charged.
During the call the issue was resolved, although apologies had to be extracted.
So make sure to check you CC statement!

John did an excellent plumbing repair job for us.  He gave us and estimate and explained what needed to be done. He arrived on-time and finished the job. I would definitely recommend him.  I will use him again in the near future.

Glenn and Josh from Plumbtree arrived within the time they allotted on a same day call and very professional upon arrival and wearing masks.  They quickly resolved my rooter issue and cleaned up well after the work. I will definitely invite Plumbtree back for any future plumbing needs!

I referred Quality Plus Plumbing to a neighbor, He had his water heater replaced with a tankless water heater, mounted outside. The name of this company epitomizes the work that is completed. They are absolutely the most responsive, professional, courteous and thorough with everything that they do to satisfy their customer. I would not hesitate to recommend them for all plumbing needs.

These guys are GREAT!  I arrived home from a vacation trip to find my water main from the meter to the house had broken and was bubbling up under the front yard pavers. I was able to shut off the water at the meter for the night, and found Tony's plumbing through Google the next morning. The good reviews here on Yelp convinced me to give them a try.

They came out that day and made a temporary connection above ground with a hose to get service restored.until the permanent repairs could be scheduled.

I was worried about the potential damage to my front yard landscaping, plants, and pavers if the line had to be replaced with an open trench, but these guys did it with only 3 small open pits and pushed the rest of it through underground, avoiding the damage!

They were respectful of the property, avoided damage, and worked quickly and efficiently They thoroughly cleaned up when they were done, and left the front yard looking like there had never even been a problem.

I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to a friend! Tony and Rick are GREAT - 5 stars for sure!!!!

Our boiler was replaced pretty promptly. It was replaced within 2 hrs.  Thanks HR Plumbers!!

Had a problem in our bathroom running the sink and flushing the toilet would come out of the bath tub. We poured 3 bottles of drano and 1 full bottle of liquid fire down the tub. Then spent 4 hours snaking the tub thinking thats where the problem was. After a weekend of no toilet we gave up and decided to call a professional. So happy we did. Called early monday morning at 9 am and was given an eta of between 11am and 1pm. At 11am ...the plumber was at the door and 46 min later we were able to use the toilet sink and tub without any back ups.

Bernard very quickly and efficiently unclogged our drains for us.  He is   polite, friendly, and shows up on time.  We were very happy with his service and would hire him again.

A+ service. Arrived on time, advised on toilet installation steps. Added double wax rings, caulked correctly and checked that everything works.

My garbage disposal stopped working and the day that I reached out to the business, they were able to get someone out to me within a couple of hours! The repair was super quick and the price was extremely reasonable. Would definitely use them again for any plumbing issues!

We had the kitchen sink clogged and found Pure Flow Plumbing through Yelp, Chris replied instantly and provided a very resonable flat fee. We made an appointment and Chris arrived on time. We are living in a townhouse, and it is not easy to fix the clog issue. Chris had to do the snake multiple times. The quality of work is excellent, and the kitchen sink drains perfectly after the fix. Chris also gave us advices on how to maintain the sink to avoid clogging the drain in the future. Highly recommend Pure Flow Plumbing to everyone who needs the plumbing service.

These guys are good.  I got quotes from several providers.  They were the most reliable, good cost, and were timely to schedule.

I contacted Best Bay Plumbing few months ago for our irrigation pipe leak, Abel came next day and gave me honest suggestion of not fixing it as I'll be doing landscape renovation soon.

Few months later I needed plumber to install aquasana water softener & replace our gas heater with electric hybrid heater, Abel gave me fairly reasonable labor quote, and came quickly once my water heater arrives. He came with 2 of his workers on time and performed installation with care. For example he used better connector then the one came with softener. Also took care of condensation line requirement for the new heater. Worth mention they kept the job site clean and hauls away all garbage including the old heater and packaging materials.

We didn't put a drain pan at first place, but later when I decided to get it in they came again and installed it cleanly, without additional charge!

I'd highly recommend Best Bay Plumbing to anyone.

Michael installed a new 75g Bradford White gas water heater inside our house and changed out our leaking pressure regulator.  He was responsive, on time, pleasant, transparent, resourceful and cleaned up.  Michael and his crew have all the right tools, good attitudes, left no water mess and he even followed up with me the next day. Quote had to be readjusted based on unforeseen deteriorated wall behind the water heater and a larger pipe size. Would recommend using again.

DO NOT HIRE these guys. They will easily charge you at least double (if not more) than what other plumbers in the area charge. Read through the 1 and 2 star reviews and you will find this is a recurring theme.
I feel really ripped off. We needed a washer and dryer hooked up - and quickly. It's hard to operate a household with kids and no washer/dryer.
We booked them over the weekend and they said they would call back with a quote. They called my husband this morning (day of job) and told him the cost of the job, but it was too late to find someone else, as we needed the job to be completed ASAP. They knew we were in a bind and took advantage of the situation to charge us a ridiculous price of $265 for about 30 minutes of work. I wish we had gone with the plumber off of Thumbtack who offered to complete the job for $80 an hour. $40 for the job would have been more economical than $265. That is insanely high.
My advice would be to search around to find the right price. Had we known when we booked the job over the weekend that this would be the cost, we would not have booked with them.
On the positive side, they finished the job quickly and the service was good, but the crazy price negates the positive.
