My dish washer had clogged. I called John, and he came in about one hour. He fixed the problem quickly and professionally. His charge for service was reasonable. Will call him again, if I have plumbing service needs.

Jaime one of the owners made himself available within 24 hours of our call. Other plumbers quoted us days or weeks before they could visit our home and give us an estimate. We had​ at times 5 servicemen​ working at our house for 3 days replacing the​ main water line which was leaking along with a major break in a sprinkler line. All of the workmen were extremely courteous, explained the challenges and continued to work so that our lives were not going to inconvenienced any longer than necessary.
They replaced all of the dirt and plants and we did a final walk through before they departed to insure all the replacement lines were working as expected.
I would highly recommend Fantastic Rooter. Wish there were more contractors like this group.

Able Sewage has worked with our building to repair its 100 year old sewage system. They're amazing! We located the faults (damaged catch basin and a pipe that had root infiltration) and quickly repaired them. All for a price much less than what a national chain had suggested; i am so glad my BS detector went off and I reached out to Able Sewerage. Every time I see their red truck in the neighborhood, I go up and thank them. Excellent work!

Update on 2014.0519:  We had a stopped up main sewer line today.  (Symptoms: downstairs toilet started bubbling and then overflowing, and downstairs shower filled with water.  Fortunately, it was just grey water drained from the washing machine).

I called the quaintly misnamed $15 sewer service (I have used them several times before), and they promptly answered the phone. After explaining the symptoms, a service man was scheduled for about 45 minutes later.  The price quoted was $88 (for a main sewer line when a 4 cleanout port is available).  Justin arrived on schedule and began work.   In relatively short order he completed the cleanout of the main line, finding that the blockage was caused by tree roots where the pipe leaves our property and goes under the street.  Quick, professional, and fairly priced.

Had their service this morning for drain cleaning. Prompt on time and very efficient on the job. Friendly and helpful. Reasonable charge. Recommended!

John was good and very honest .. he helped replace our leaking shower knob with a new one including going to Home Depot and getting the part all done within an hour. Happy with the service.

Just wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with Plumbtree, my tenants called me in a panic explaining there was water everywhere throughout the kitchen, (I live out of state and my tenants needed help sooner than later) after calling Plumbtree I was alerted via text that my technician Anthony was in route, no more than 20 minutes after his arrival, I received a call from Anthony with an explanation as to what was happening,  he even texted me photos, when I asked, how much will this cost to fix? his response was well, there are a few different ways we can go about it, and proceeded to explain different remedy options, he then emailed me a breakdown of all of the options, I really appreciate him giving me options rather than telling me what NEEDS to be done, I never once felt as if I was being upsold, let me be clear, Plumbtree is no budget plumbing company, I'm confident I could have had this work done less expensive by many other companies, I did however, decide to go with Plumbtree, it's clear they very much care about their customers, and that they hold themselves to very high standards, I own other rental homes throughout the S Bay Area, and while I hope to not need their services again anytime soon, I won't hesitate to use them again, thank you Plumbtree for the excellent service

Used Jeremy for pool leak detection.  Was prompt showing up, explained the process, then quickly inspected my pool and gave recommendations on how to fix the leaks.  Would definitely recommend!

Entire experience was excellent.  Tony was fast to respond to my message.  We scheduled an appointment, and he was on time (wow!).  Tony and his crew completed the job quickly (replaced a burst pipe).  Very friendly, good listeners, and they wasted no time.

Came the same day I called and got the job done. Kinda pricey, $165 to switch out a kitchen faucet and it took 2 hours. They estimated they'd come at 5 and didn't get there till 8. Nice guys though, and now my faucet works with my portable dishwasher. Worth it.

From first contact and at every step along the way to completion of the work required Bernard was communicative, professional and even took time to educate about the issue I had with my Rheem water heater.  Respectful, trustworthy and nice, personable man.  He will absolutely be my first and only call for needs related to my water heater as well as gladly recommended him to anyone that ask.  The time he took to educate me which could eliminate the need for additional service/work for him speaks volumes for how he conducts his business and treats his clients.  Absolute 5 star with a strong added +

The two guys from Mario's who came out were professional, courteous, and got the job done to repair bathroom sink trap and re-set toilet. Scheduling was a little tricky by phone and text, but once we got it worked out they were great. Honored their phone quote for price, although had to confirm with the office.

I called two other people prior to calling plumbing connection and the other two guys could not fix my leak in my salon. I spoke to BK and he said he would come right away. They fixed my problem now I'm back in business and am very pleased with their work. I will definitely be using plumbing connection for any future problems and refer them to anyone in need of plumbimg. kudos!

Unlike your typical plumber, Chris came out and told me exactly what I needed rather than up selling me on things I don't need and got the job done in little to no time. Definitely using them again on my next plumbing issue.

These guys are good. We needed to replace our water main after we bought our home. We scheduled them while we were at work and when I came home I first though they did not show up because there was absolutely no dirt around the driveway and the flower beds looked undisturbed. On closer look however, I noticed the new copper pipe peaking out the ground. The connections looked very professional and clean.

I hope to not need them anytime soon again, but if the situation arose, I would call them in a heartbeat.

Abel was extremely responsive and out of 6 other vendors I contacted he offered the most competitive rate. He confirmed availability right away and his team was nothing but professional, proficient, and extremely pleasant to work with. They replaced 2 toilets with new ones and we're done in less than an hour. Bonus point- wore booties without us even asking. 10/10 would 100% recommend and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

My gardener accidentally damaged a cooper pipe while doing yard work. I found Mike on nextdoor.com and decided to contact him given the excellent recommendations from the neighbors. He responded to my voicemail promptly and was able to come out before the day ends to repair the pipe.  I'm very satisfied with the work he did and would contact him him again for all future plumbing needs!

Water heater sprung a leak over the weekend. Called several places. Some said it would cost just to come look at it. Others gave me estimates. Bayshore told me exactly what it would cost me. At it was within a few dollars of the estimates I had received.
Two guys came out within an hour. They were nice, professional. They installed the new water heater, removed the old one, and even rinsed down the driveway where they had worked.
Then, they didn't ask for payment but told me the boss would call. They called two days later and dropped off the invoice which matched the agreed upon price.
All in all, an excellent experience. Great job guys!
