Just had Fantastic Rooter come over to do some kitchen sink repair.  Gerardo was the plumber and got the job done excellently.  Also, bonus points for coming over late in the evening to bring back a required part!!  Very professional service and will use again!

We contacted Able when we noticed a leak in our water line from the street to the house.  Because the pipes are under a concrete driveway we knew it could be an expensive fix. We had already paid to have a leak detection company find the leak so we had a good idea where it was.  We called on Friday, Glen the owner came out on Saturday and quoted us a good price for what they would have to do.  On Monday two workers came out and broke up the concrete, found the leak fairly quickly although the pipe was very deep, and replaced the broken pipe.  They had to wait for a while to make sure the new pipe was good, then refilled the hole.  Several days later they returned to patch the concrete.  We were relieved that they fixed the leak so quickly.

James was very efficient, quick and courteous.  I had an issue with my existing water filtration system and he was able to come out within 2 days of calling him. He explained the issue to me and how he would fix it. I would recommend him to fix any sewer or drain problem.

John responded to my phone call within minutes (on a Saturday!) and came over a half-hour later to install a toilet float which (just barely, but completely) exceeded my own ability. We used Marti's Plumbing Service for an emergency water heater change-out in June. We also asked that they apply for a building permit on our behalf, and Marti's agreed.

The technician sent by Marti's did not install all of the necessary parts for the water heater. He also cut the line between the water heater and the washer and caused a leak. Only after multiple conversations did Marti's compensate us for the amount that we had paid to repair the leak.

Marti's also refused to apply for a building permit after their initial promise, so I applied for a water heater change-out permit on my own. I received the following list of corrections from the City of Cupertino's building inspector. I called Marti's many times to bring the water heater up to code, because they provide a one-year warranty with their services, but it was very difficult to reach them to schedule a follow-up visit.

City of Cupertino's List of Required Corrections:

1. Single wall vent connector for water heater requires 6 min clearance to combustibles ( Sheetrock ) and single wall connector not approved for penetrating rated assembly.
2. Provide access to vent flue to verify B-vent or install new for water heater flue.
3. Provide insulation on first 5'ft of water lines at water heater
4. T&P piping at termination to not be threaded and to terminate 6-24 off garage floor or pipe to exterior and maintain same termination clearance off ground surface
5. Water heater to be fully blocked and braced
6. Water heater bracing at lower brace to be located within bottom 1/3 and 4 above control valve
7. Tighten water heater bracing
8. Provide water bond hot to cold and to gas line.
9. Provide approved expansion tank brace and install per manufactures installation instructions
10. Provide sediment trap on gas line after the valve and before the flex

I was in need of a plumbing service that could install a new toilet. I called around San Mateo county. I had 2 different company's come out to give me a quote, also requesting that they send a plumber who has been vaccinated.
The first company came out, the plumber had not been vaccinated. I let him in the house just to give me a quote, way over priced.
The second company was the exact same situation, over priced and the plumber not vaccinated.
I looked on Yelp, found Marios Plumbing Services in Redwood City. Called their office was assured that Mario had a vaccination.  I was also quoted a reasonable price, and further, was able to set an appointment for a few hours from when I called.
Mario was right on time, did a perfect job of installing the new toilet. Was neat, careful about cleaning up, took him no time at all to do a very professional plumbing job.

Very professional and a great company to do business with-- so much that I used them twice in one week!

First experience with them was to clean out the landscape drains in my backyard.  Most places I called either charged by the hour or would not even give me a price over the phone.  Khan quoted me a reasonable price for the whole job and was there within a couple of hours and got it done quickly and effectively.

A few days later I had a problem with my dishwasher clogging up and I knew exactly who to call.  It was a Sunday morning and Khan was still ready to go and showed up again within a couple of hours and took care of the problem.

WOW! This company has Morals and respect for their customers. One of the scariest things I was facing my rental property in San Jose had sewer line problems my tenants cannot flush their toilets I called Roto router out to clear the line they were unable to clear the line and was quoting me a ridiculous amount of money I looked at the reviews for trench free the reviews were so good so I was willing to just spend whatever it took to fix the problem with this reputable company I had no idea that when I called the higher then they would advise me that this was a city problem they referred me to the city the city came out and fixed it for free trench free could've charged me up to $20,000 for the work that needed to be done. But Felipe treated me like I was family said he would be happy to come out and give me a quote if the city didn't do what they were supposed to do he said it's not about the money it's about making sure you have what you need in this day and age where everybody is taking advantage of everybody it was so refreshing to be able to trust somebody to do the right thing.

Was in a bind and needed some plumbing done to hook up my kitchen island sink, osmosis, garbage disposal and plumbing to our fridge. Andy Telez just completed a technical job installing a custom-designed sink drain line for a remodel job. Andy had to work in confined space and re-rout the drain line and water supply lines around new heater vent pipes.
Andy also configured and installed new drain lines for a double-sink vanity. The new vanity was larger than the old vanity so the old drain line connections would not work. Andy modified the back side of the vanity to allow drain-pipe access and finished the entire plumbing job in one day.
