while doing some home repairs, I accidentally hit a copper pipe in my wall with a nail. As soon as I heard the hiss (of water) coming from the wall, I shut off the the main water line and went to Yelp to find a plumber.  I saw Midas Plumbing was 24 hour.  I called at 6:00pm and was told he could be there in about an hour.  He came around 7pm and was out before 8pm.  he work was excellent with very reasonable rates.  I hope to not need a plumber for quite sometime, but when I do I know who I will be calling.

Our garbage disposal locked up and I was thinking the motor was dead. I was quoted a fair price for a new disposal and the labor involved in replacing it, and they had someone over to my house the same day. Turns out the disposal didn't need to be replaced - Eduardo knew exactly what was going on and how to fix it, and gave me a break on the cost because it was such an easy fix. He was polite, kind, and professional. If I ever need more plumbing work done, I will definitely be calling these guys again. Thank you!

This place was referred to me after I used roter rooter and received horrible diagnostics and an insane quote. I am beyond happy to say that they showed up within an hour, did some legitimate digging and found the culprit. They were here half the time and the price was far worth it. Rooter has quoted me 30k to fix the leaky pipes while able actually fixed the problem within 2 hours. I was shocked. The problem was my washer was leaking, but we couldn't find the clogged area, my husband tried a snake and so did rooter. We were going in the wrong area. Able showed up and explained it all and fixed it! I have a newborn and a toddler and I can't believe I am saying this but I can't wait to do laundry:) thank you able!!!!

My kitchen sinks were not draining at all. I rented a 100' rooter and ran it through a few times, no luck.

Called $15 Sewer and Drain at 9 AM, and John came out within a couple of hours as promised. After unsuccessfully running his snake through the line a few times, he MacGyvered a large head on the end of the snake to try to break up what he concluded was a giant grease clog. He then patiently and persistently kept running the snake through until the clog broke up and flushed through to the sewer.

Most importantly, he didn't stop there. Convinced that this kind of clog shouldn't happen with my relatively new system, he threw on a jumper and crawled underneath the house. He identified the problem: the drain pipes in one section had an upward slope to go over an unfortunately located HVAC duct. John adjusted the pipe to correct the slope and hopefully avoid future problems.

Throughout the experience, John was friendly and courteous and explained what he was trying to accomplish. All of this was done for a normal 2-hour charge, great value for the service that he completed.

Before I contacted him, I had a previously confirmed appointment with a popular plumber (based on Yelp reviews) and it did not work out for what I see as unprofessionalism on the part of that plumber. I told them I was cancelling the job and returned to Yelp to research. This is where I decided to take a chance on Israr and contacted him. Response was quick. He wanted to see pictures of the problem. We made an appointment for him to come out and review. He came out and then we made a follow up appointment to get the work done. It was completed over 2 separate days because I was replacing a number of shutoff valves in my bathrooms and under the kitchen sink. His team performed the work the first day. Israr joined them on the 2nd day.  They are a  professional,m and skilled team. Thanks to you and the team Israr. I also appreciate the advice  about not getting freaked out about the water heater  . In the process you saved me some money. As long as Plumbing Connection remains in business, they will be my official plumbing team.

Yes, I used John again, this time to paint my crown moulding. He did a great job. He cleaned up after himself and he repaied a spot that wasn't right. He has a nail gun so he offered to hang more and some base boards too.

He also came on last minute notice to help me with this before my party. I would call him again.

I referred Quality Plus Plumbing to a neighbor, He had his water heater replaced with a tankless water heater, mounted outside. The name of this company epitomizes the work that is completed. They are absolutely the most responsive, professional, courteous and thorough with everything that they do to satisfy their customer. I would not hesitate to recommend them for all plumbing needs.

With in 20 minutes of arriving  at my house Henry recommended a simple fix for our showers. Am hour later everything was running normally. Henry was friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using him again!

I saw a big water spot in the formal dining room and realized that the water leak was from the upstairs master bedroom toilet.

I called Marti's Plumbing and they sent Glenn in an hour or so.

Glenn looked at the toilet and the water stain and was upfront in his assessment.  He found that the base of the toilet was not installed completely.  He had to cut through the sheetrock to check for water leaks, and luckily it turned out to be the wax ring.

I liked how Glenn explained what could be the problem and how he was planning to address it.  He did a very clean job as well.

While I still have to fix the sheetrock, I was very pleased at how the leak was fixed by Glenn - five stars!!

Mario has done work for me over the past 7 years. The first time was to help install an energy efficient toilet. Turns out the contractor I had used to remodel my bathroom had not done it properly and there was a slight leak under my house too! Mario installed the toilet and fixed the leak. He has installed the sink in my remodeled kitchen, and most recently got rid of my leaking water heater and replaced it with a tankless water heater that will be good for years to come. Highly recommend this service to anyone need plumbing service. Very appreciate Khan's  prompt response to my last minute emergency call. My heater broke & leaked over the night on Saturday. I found E-Z. A man came & claimed that he had shut down the water valve & left. Water continued to leak for 8 hrs until Khan responded to my call. He & Leo replaced the heater in two hours. I hired them based on the reviews here and they did not disappoint... they're real professionals... everyone from the person who gave the estimate to each crew member... they were courteous, prompt and professional. They took their time to get the job done correctly. Very impressed!!! **Ernie, the one who came out to give me the estimate, is not a salesperson... He is genuine. He gave me a very fair price without trying oversell... Really nice guy.

Update - I believe a true measure of a company's commitment to quality and service is how they treat you after they've been paid. I had a couple of issues about a month after the job was done. I really appreciated the fact that they promptly sent someone to fix the problem both time.

Abel came and installed us a new water heater in our rental unit. He was responsive on text and came on time. So all is normal, many new vendors will do just that and happy to do the first job. But what makes him a 5 star is his reliability after the job is done.  Very few vendors do that nowadays and for that, he is highly recommended. A+

He gave us 6 year warranty and about 9 mo into it the pilot doesn't work well, keep going off maybe like 2-3 times/week. He came to repair it once and after that, he came again and this time, replaced our entire defective unit with a brand new unit under warranty.

Mike and his team were super professional and responsive. I was rate shopping around for an installation of water softener and RO system and there were some plumbers that gave sky high quotes and some crazy pipe/parts replacement plans because the P trap of my kitchen sink area has very limited space. Mike came and checked out my house and gave me a very reasonably priced quote and a solution that made sense.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work that Bayshore did for us.  We had a gas leak and PGE shut off our gas late on Sunday night.  Bayshore came out early Monday morning, did a thorough inspection and gave us a quote about an hour later.  After waiting for other quotes, we selected Bayshore at the end of the day Wednesday.  Frank and his team arrived at 8am Thursday morning and went straight to work re-trenching a new gas line.  They worked all day and we had our gas turned back on that night.  I was so impressed with their work and the PGE technician who restored our gas service confirmed the great job they did as he kept commenting on the thorough and very clean work done by Bayshore!
