After reading YELP reviews, contacted Midas plumbing to get an estimate for replacing a pedestal sink and faucet.  I got a live person who answered the phone and was easily able to set up an appointment for my preferred date/time and the over the phone estimate was reasonable.  

On the day of the appointment, Eric arrived right on time, was courteous, knowledgeable and checked out  the materials making sure we had everything needed. He made a quick trip to Home Depot to get a missing part and got to work on the job.  He worked quickly, efficiently and got everything done without any problems.  PLUS, he came in under the estimate and left everything neat and cleaned up. Very pleased with the service and highly recommend Midas for plumbing services. I'll definitely use them again when I have a plumbing job!

Great Service!  I woke up one day only to find we no hot water.  Not knowing who to call I took a chance on Fantastic Rooter based on the Yelp reviews.  My call to them was immediately answered and Jaime was at my house within 1.5 hours of placing the call.  Jaime was very pleasant and was able to diagnose and fix the problem within 30 minutes of arriving.  We will definitely use them again in the future without hesitation!

Able came out to send a camera down to inspect the main sewer to the street, cost $260. The tech couldn't get the camera to make the turn through the toilet drain (toilet removed) so went on the roof. Told me the sewer line had a large bow in it and that was the reason for my backup. They suggested I have the main replaced, house was built in 1959 so seemed reasonable. I was supposed to get an estimate but no one ever called me back, even after I called them to enquire - two weeks later. Ended up calling Roto-Rooter. They cleared the sewer and re-ran the camera, no bow in the sewer but clearly sewer line needed to be replaced. Oh, and roto-rooter was able to send the camera through the open toilet drain.

15 dollar is not at all what is implied.  What needs to be said is poor service. I called for help in the morning and thy show up at 3pm. The job would be less then a hr. The minimum is $175/hr. Not what was stated on the phone. The worker, a guy named Steve decided he could not do the job because of the faca gutters I asked him not to dent. To much risk so he says he can't do the job of cleaning out the clogged main line unless I except the liability of denting the gutter. My question, isn't there a way to clean out a main without entering through the vent system?  The guy just wasted everyone's time. He just didn't wont to work any more that day.
To summaries lazy, poor work ethics, equals poor service and a low rating.

Fixed the issue in 30 minutes. Smooth fix and process.

John was friendly and courteous on the phone. He arrived clean, prepared, on time (!) and completed the job in the time-frame we anticipated. He mentioned he has experience in woodworking and does other handyman jobs as well. I would definitely call John again for both small and large jobs.

Thomas and Anthony stopped by to assist with our water heater issue. We had shopped around for quotes, and they were the only ones that gave us an honest and fair assessment. They worked to remedy the issue, rather than just upsell. Aside from honest business practice, they were both super friendly (have fun at the Red Hot Chili Peppers concert ! )

I got a call from the water company and had a huge leak.  I called Bullseye Leak Detection and could only get an appointment 2 days away.   But the following morning, Jeremy texted me telling me he had a cancellation so he could come that morning.  He is very good at what he does, finding the leak very quickly.  He is professional and very helpful, giving advice and referrals for repairing the leaks.  I would recommend him to friends and family.

Fantastic group of guys! Always clean and on time! Been using them for about 3 years now and always do the job efficiently. The first job, I had a horrible annoying drip come from the bathroom sink in my room and couldn't sleep because of the noise that made its way through the night. Gave them a call and that same day they came, they saw, they conquered.

I should write this review a month ago. The two bathrooms in my parents house was flooded with water. I called one plumbing  company, the operator said they could not send anyone there because they were busy that day. The earliest time would be next morning. Then I called Tony. It was the end of the day, I can tell he was tired over the phone. But he still came over. Once he saw that there is no way to wait in that situation, he started doing the clean out right away. He saved us that day. He is very efficient, hornest, friendly. I owe him a big thank you!

Our sink was plugged up and it was taking my husband over four days to fix. I decided to go through yelp and found this plumbing agency. I used Marti's Plumbing for the first time this past week and I couldn't be more pleased. I was getting our home remodeled and ran into a problem with rust in our pipes which caused a low water flow in the bathroom faucets. We we're only 4 days away from an open house to sell our home when the problem arose. Hot Water heater replacement

We were out of town for the Thanksgiving week, returning Saturday morning, to find water flowing from the garage onto the driveway.
The water heater located in the garage busted and was leaking and flooding the garage.
I searched yelp for a plumber, but most plumbers insisted on installing a Bradford White water heater.  The last 2 water heater I had were Bradford White, and both failed after 7 and 8 years, and I was not about to install another one. 

Mario returned my Yelp quote request and said that I could buy my own water heater and he'll install it for me. 
I agreed to his quote and together we went in his truck to home depot where I bought a Rheem (12 yrs warranty) water heater. 

Mario is the ultimate professional, he's proud of his trade and a very good communicator, there were no ambiguities, he did what he said he'll do, and he did it well. 

We landed in SFO on Thanksgiving Saturday at 9:00 am, and by 9:00 pm we had hot water.
I would highly recommend Mario's services.

Efficient, polite and reasonable, what more could you want from a plumber? I called at 9:00 on saturday night and got a return call in 40 minutes. khan came Sunday morning and , loped over my garbage disposal, went out to get a replacement and had it put in within an hour.  Highly recommend him and will definitely use him for my next plumbing need.

We had a major backup in our home's sewage system, and Chris was able to respond quickly and came first thing in the morning to our house. He quickly identified the problem, found the location of our pipes, and got to work with the snake. After some effort, he broke through the clog and got our system to work again. He was upfront about the flat fee and also provided an estimate to repair pipes that were damaged due to the tree roots from the tree in our front yard.

Overall I'd recommend his service. It's transparent and he got the job done, whereas others might have given up trying to break through the roots in the pipe. Very professional.

Our main water line broke the day after Thanksgiving.  I was a little panicked given it was a holiday weekend, the kids and I had no water AND I was headed out of the country the next day.  TrenchFree was recommended by our realtor.  I called and got Ernie on the third ring.  Despite being over an hour away visiting family, Ernie promised he would come and help us.  True to his word Ernie and his team arrived and fixed the main line. They were cordial, professional, timely and kind to inquisitive children. They saved us!

Our garbage disposal began leaking and within a days notice Abel was able to come out and assess the situation. Within less than 24 hrs we had it replaced and a functioning sink again. He understood the importance of the turnaround and helped get us back up and running. Great communication and quick, through work. Much appreciated and would recommend to others looking for honest help.

Called Mike on Monday afternoon and inquired about getting a water heater replaced that was now leaking. He asked if I needed immediate service. I said no, and they were out at the house replacing the water heater the next afternoon. They hauled a really old water heater out and now everything is working great.

I have been using Bayshore Plumbers for many years and they have always delivered excellent service. They worked in my house on a lot of small things and a couple of large project. The most recent one was a trenchless installation of a sewer line. I liked how well they explain to me in advance what the process will be and I loved the quality of their work.
