I've been using Midas Plumber for over 10 years. John (the owner) is an amazing plumber that gets the job done honestly and with amazing quality.

Very professional and knowledgable. I have a tankless water heater which stopped working. They serviced water heater and also fixed loose faucet in kitchen sink at no extra cost.

I bought a house with a septic tank of unknown location that services a small backyard cottage.  My mom came to help with my newborn and stayed there, and the plumbing backed up almost immediately.  I called and told able it was on septic and plumbing backed up. First they sent a guy to snake the toilet - he refused to and said tank needed to be located and pumped.  He wasnt aware it was on septic until he showed up. Wasted four hours waiting for him, Able charged me for service call.

A second appointment waiting another day for camera guy to show up and locate tank.  Charged again for that.  I had to wait for camera inspection to finish before able would schedule further work like digging and pumping.

Third appointment waiting another 4 hours for digging crew to dig where camera beacon had stopped.  One guy dug, another fixed a pipe and then stood around.  I was charged for all their time.  They dug up one tank which was full and called it a day, although later able people (including owner) speculated there could be another tank that they now want me to have them dig for.  (When I later complained about charge for lazy guy, I was told I'd be refunded for the lazy guys time - when no refund came through in called again and was told it would have to be a credit against future services, gee thanks since this was after pumping and I was done) The one digger piled all the dirt against an old wood fence whose only support was the tree it leaned on - please think, people.

Fourth appointment waiting way more than 4 hours for the pump truck to pump the now dug-up tank. Was told it would be $375.  Then I was later told $375 for first half hour and more per hour after that.  They never told me they were running incredibly late and would arrive in late evening - until i finally called them at 5 pm.  I told them to reschedule, they were grateful.  Another 4 hour window of waiting a second time.  Luckily it took 1/2 hour when they finally pumped it, so the additional charges were not an issue.

There were no shows/ rescheduling /unannounced running late among these appointments so I actually spent at least six days sitting home waiting for this company that is not presently set up to perform a locate, dig, pump job without sending umpteen different crews that are not well coordinated.  All this with an infant at home and mom flooded out of where she was supposed to stay.

Fifth appointment for estimator to discuss hooking up to sewer. He ( incorrectly) told me my town would charge sewer hookup fee in the thousands, possibly 15000 and he knew of one at 40000 for a regular sized house.  Between his jerk personality and frustration with this company and now this (incorrect which I didn't know at the time) fee, I started to cry.  He made much fanfare of not charging me to come do an estimate.  His ballpark for doing the work was very high. Instead I got the permit myself and used people recommended by a contractor friend to hook me up to sewer and the town gave me a permit with no connection fee, which he should have known is the case with a second living unit.

Abating the old abandoned septic  tank proved tricky for site specific reasons. It also needed to be pumped out again because a leaking toilet had filled it with water despite our not using the plumbing.  I decided to call able one last time, where I was transferred to owner Glenn.  I asked about pumping (375+ again) and abatement which he priced what I thought was high at about 800 to punch holes in the bottom and fill with concrete.  He asked why I didn't hire them to hook up to sewer and I truthfully told him their estimate was three times others.  He said then my file said i was a complainer and to have my plumber do the abatement and hung up on me!

I called back to tell him I had paid his company thousands of dollars and was livid to be treated like this. He explained the abatement fee in greater detail as requiring an OSHA permit and seemed genuinely interested in hearing about my experience with able as detailed above. He offered me a discount on pumping and abatement (more than the credit I was already promised above for the lazy guy who it turns out got fired).   Glenn said he'd come by personally on Saturday morning to look at the situation and make sure abatement is done right. It is now 2:50 pm, I have been waiting all day at home and Glenn was a no show. I have no contact number for him.  

Fool me once, shame on you.  Fool me several times, shame on me.

Called  and requested someone to clear the drain from my toilet.  They were here within an hour, snaked the main line and finished in half an hour.  Great job, thanks Sergio.  The work was completed for the quoted price from my initial phone call.

Mr. Khan did a great job!  I had a stopped up sink they picked up the phone right away in the evening when I called.  We scheduled an appointment for the next morning on 10/21/14.  I live in Union City.  They were on time and fixed the problem within 30min and cleaned everything up.  The estimate via phone was what I was charged.  I will definitely call Plumbing Connection Inc again the next time I need a plumber.

John was friendly and courteous on the phone. He arrived clean, prepared, on time (!) and completed the job in the time-frame we anticipated. He mentioned he has experience in woodworking and does other handyman jobs as well. I would definitely call John again for both small and large jobs.

Great service and always quick to reply. I contacted Jeremy about getting a skimmer replace, he gave me some recommendations on what needed to be done. He finally finished the job yesterday and the work looks clean. He guaranteed 1 year of workmanship which is nice. I will definitely use Bullseye again in the future. With my busy work schedule Jeremy was able to accommodate. Great work!

Tony came out on short notice to help us with a backed-up kitchen/shower drain problem. He's awesome! In, out, figured out the issue, got it sorted out neat as you please, even showed us what was what.

He's a nice, friendly guy who's GREAT at what he does. He also just became my go-to plumber for the south bay!

Two days ago I had some issues with the kitchen faucet and the water was not coming out and being a newbi I didn't know what was going on. I called Richie again to ask him some questions over the phone and he gave me some pointers. In the end, I figured out it was a bad faucet.

I'm writing this review because the day after he called to see if I had the issue resolved. Thanks for looking out. :)

I had a hunch based on the warning signs that I likely had a blockage in the main sewage drain that went out to the street.  After speaking with a few plumbers on the phone who weren't able or willing to tackle this task I got in touch with Bernard at Noah's Plumbing.

He was on another job when I called but came over within an hour and quickly assessed the situation.  Throughout his time at my home he communicated clearly on all the things he was doing, the charges involved and was able to keep my house clean and tidy while dealing with the muck.

In the end he pulled some roots out of my sewer pipe with his fantastical sewer snake machine and now all is well again.

5 stars for prompt service, a genuinely nice guy to deal with and he solved my plumbing problem for what I thought was a very reasonable price given it is the Thanksgiving holiday.

We worked with Anthony and Francisco to get some cleaning and replace our old water main valve.

We got quick responses and quotes, they respected the work schedule and were fair with their pricing.

The job was performed well and they cleaned up any mess. Wore shoe covers and masks while inside the house.

Kahn did an ABSOLUTELY GREAT JOB!  He came out on a moment's notice on Saturday and got the entire job done by noon so we could make it to an appointment we had.  Great price, solid quality, on a moment's notice - you can't ask for more.

I had a clogged and leaking sink in the kitchen and luckily yelp matches Chris with me. Honest and genuine guy, who provides all inclusive quotes for fixing the issue & beyond. I like his overall approach, transperant quote, fixing the leaking problem and make sure the problem is fixed. He is even provided with 1year warranty on the workmenship, which is awesome and peace of mind for me. What else I can ask? Thanks a lot Chris.

I reached out to several companies for quotes to replace the water main line for my parents' house. Eric from TrenchFree went onsite right away and provided a quote without needing me to be present. TrenchFree's quote was reasonable and comparable to another quote I got (this other company didn't have availability for two weeks!), but there was one thing that I needed to clarify: matching concrete after the work is done. Eric was willing to do the best they can and I expressed that I understood even the same concrete may look different simply because it's new, and the job was on! The crew identified a need for a pressure regulator and an external tank which would cost extra. They walked me through the reasoning and showed me the readings as I requested. Everyone from the office operator to the front line was professional throughout the whole process. Everything went well and the new concrete turned out pretty well, but the gardener called the next day that the sprinklers were not connected. Eric sent the crew to get that fixed immediately. There was another twist: after the connections were made, the sprinkler valve was having issues and the lawn wasn't getting water. The gardener alerted me the following week when he was there, and I called Eric in to assess the situation (we met in person for the first time). He realized that a sprinkler specialist is needed, and brought in Jose of Tierra Buena Landscaping to the rescue. Jose was able to figure out the problem, fit us in and fix the problem the very next morning, before he needed to travel. Took a few twists and turns, and we appreciate & recommend TrenchFree (esp. Eric), as well as would be happy to recommend Jose of Tierra Buena Landscaping as well!

I first contacted Best Bay Plumbing when the tenant leaving my rental property had jammed up the kitchen sink garbage disposal with coffee grounds. I had a new tenant moving in soon and needed the system fixed urgently.
Abel, the owner showed up the next day, discussed options and provided clear pricing. He did a great job replacing the unit and also went the extra step of educating the new tenant on properly operating the garbage disposal.
Since then I've used his team several times - to install water softener/filtration systems, bidets in toilets and fix issues in showers. Each time the quality of work has been excellent and the pricing fair.

My kitchen sink was stopped up but luckily still draining. Pure plumbing was recommend by a friend so I called them. My problem was not an emergency so we scheduled the appointment for the next afternoon. Nathan came over to work on the sink. He got the job done, cleaned up and all was good. I had a clogged sewer line due to guests using flushable wipes.  Super fast response from Bayshore Plumbing.  Sadie from dispatch messaged me on Yelp right away with a clear estimate and was very nice on the phone.  Alex, the plumber was out here within 30 minutes.  He was clean, professional and provided clear answers to my questions.  Job was done in 30 minutes and the toilets flush again.  Highly recommended
