John was amazing on the phone and even tried to help me fix it on my own without a plumber!  When I realized I really did need someone who knew what they were doing, I called him back and he was there the next morning.  Fixed it.  Friendly.  Professional.  Awesome.  I highly recommend and will call again anytime I need a fantastic plumber!

I had a leaky hose valve. The water was coming from a very corroded nipple that I was hesitant to try repairing myself, because if it broke or was made worse, no water for the entire house until a plumber comes. Fantastic Rooter gave me a bid about half of the other companies and showed up on time. They easily fixed it and the REDUCED my quoted price because it was a quick fix. I likely could have done it, but didn't care to risk it and was quite happy with their work...and I am keeping their business card.

Made an appointment to have septic tank (of unknown location) pumped a couple days ago. Was quoted $425 to pump septic tank plus additional $75  for each half hour of pumping....The guys poked around my backyard for 20-30 minutes but were unable to locate the tank.  According to the invoice, they pumped out 2 cleanouts something that we could have done with a shop vac.  After about 30 minutes of work these guys sat in the van for awhile and then gave me a 500 dollar invoice for 40 mins of supposed work --NOT PUMPING THE TANK.  They did do something though, they damaged something because now there a large pond of stinky water in our backyard, which wasn't there before they came. If anyone owes anyone $500 Able owes me for damage to my yard.

I've been using these guys for many many years. They always get the job done. I had a small incident the last time they were out, so when I had another problem, I called someone else. Someone with a 5-star yelp rating. Huge mistake. The guy had no clue what he was doing and damaged my drain. I ended up calling $15 Sewer. They came out the next day, were on time, super friendly and professional, and most important... they got my drain working again! I told them what the other guy did and they seemed as horrified as I was that he does business as a plumber. Lesson learned. When I have a drain problem, I'm sticking with $15 Sewer.

I had a great experience with the Plumbing Connection. Israr was very quick to respond to my inquiry. He came in the next day to look at my faucet and he let me know that it was time to replace it. I went to Home Depot and bought a new faucet and he came in later that week for installation. I would highly recommend Israr and his crew for any plumbing needs!

John is an honest, hardworking guy who can be depended on to get the job done right. Our toilet was leaking from its base due to the wax ring leaking and then having the steel ring corrode away. This ended up being a lot more than we had originally anticipated and involved needing to go to Home Depot twice, but John persevered and made sure we had a working toilet by the time he left. It's been working well for the past 2 months now.

John charges a reasonable rate and guarantees his work for 1 year.

Plumtree has been exceptional so far, though I haven't hired them to do any work yet. Anthony had come out twice to review our desire to have some fixtures moved around and Glenn, the owner, joined him once to offer a second opinion. Their responsiveness, honesty, customer service, and overall professionalism are outstanding and hard to find around here.

Jeremy was just great.  He communicates well,  arrived on time, and quickly found the problem. He was very thorough and checked everything rather than just stop at the first issue found.  I highly recommend him. I will definitely call him from now on. Nancy

I can 't say more good thing about this place.! Ramez and Robert are super friendly , professional, knowledgable , honest, punctual. Their price is super super reasonable.  I called for a drain clog repair this morning , they came to the house in the afternoon (same day appointment no extra cost), took a look, fixed the problem in minutes . They didn't even charge me bc the thing is so minor ! (It turned out our guest accidentally close the drainer valve and the water cannot go down) Ramez is so nice , he gave me suggestions how to take care the drain in the future and didn't charge me anything for his time and travel :) I super super recommend quality plus.! They earn my business, Customer for life ! :) highly recommend !

had a concern that the water system might be leaking due to high costs.  Tony came and checked, no leaks and no charge.  i would use him first for any future plumbing need.

Dudeeee, I just called them like an hour ago. And the sewer problem had just occurred right after I showered so I had no make up, blah blah blah, just like what every chick would say! But anyway, Marti's got the job done like right away!  Super, super nice. And I thought it was cute how he took off his shoes prior to coming into the house. :) ( Not because I'm Asian) LOL!  The price was fair and since it was 155 because my main sewer thing was jammed I just gave him 160. It was worth the extra $5. Compared to other plumber's, these guys' prices are definitely better.  I agree with William R, Marti's wasn't the first thing to pop up on Yelp but I'm super glad I chose them. Overall, friggin awesome! Will call again if anything else happens! So if anyone reads this, CHOOSE MARTI'S!

Fixed my GE Water Heater efficiently and reasonably priced. Took the time to educate me about tankless water heaters which they didn't have to do. Will definitely use again!!!

Our condo complex sewage piping backed up on a Friday night.  I reached out at 9:00 pm and Mario responded right away.  They came out to diagnose the problem with a camera and snaked it so the problem was cleared.  They also cleaned up afterwards.

Mario was very professional and very thoroughly investigated and explained the issue was which caused the backup.  Would definitely recommend him and his company.

We found Chris on Yelp. After a botched up job by a handyman, we needed a licensed plumber to fix our faucet leaks. Chris responded immediately and was very understanding of our situation. He came over and did a wonderful job fixing the faucets. He also checked all the other plumbing connections that were faulty. We are thrilled with the experience and by the high quality of his work. His rates are pretty reasonable. I would strongly recommend Chris.

Diego and his team worked hard and delivered.  Couldn't have asked for a better crew.  I'm impressed by the way he kept me informed throughout the job.  They met some obstacles and challenges, but ultimately finished the job and I'm happy with the results.  Carlos was also excellent at communicating the scope of the work and providing assurance.  I highly recommend working with TrenchFree.

Abel was extremely responsive and out of 6 other vendors I contacted he offered the most competitive rate. He confirmed availability right away and his team was nothing but professional, proficient, and extremely pleasant to work with. They replaced 2 toilets with new ones and we're done in less than an hour. Bonus point- wore booties without us even asking. 10/10 would 100% recommend and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Transparent, quick and competent. Called for a slow draining toilet, they were able to come within a promised 2-hour window the same day. This was the only plumber out of 3 total that I called that would quote me any kind of estimate over the phone. A crew of 2 plumbers and an apprentice arrived, checked my drains, snaked my sewer lines, and cleared the problem as best they could, at the price they promised. $120 to clear my main line from the cleanout - they quoted me about $100 if the problem is in the toilet itself.  My only gripe is that it seemed like they were looking for other work to sell me on, which diminishes my trust somewhat. He recommended upgrading my pipes (which we know are 100 years old and not in good condition), and a cleanout closer to the street. He even looked at our water heater and noticed it didn't have a water filter installed at the main input line which he said would shorten its life span. Still, since they weren't pushy about it - and their services were peformed well, and cost effecively - I would use them again.
