It's so hard to find honest professionals and I'm very glad to find John from Midas Plumbing. John saved us from being without a sink for a few days. We originally had another plumber come fix our kitchen sink but after many hours of going at it, nothing seemed to fix the sink. The original plumber says he needed to wait a few days to come back for another attempt. This is when John saved me from my frustration. Found John from all the positive reviews from Yelp. So glad I gave him a call. He was very knowledgeable  and explained all the plumbing logic to me that was easy to understand.

Long story short - John came and fixed our sink problem in ample time. Charged less then I would expect for job that someone else had a difficult time fixing. Explained all the work done and suggested ways to keep the sink running healthy. He is my go-to plumber from now!

Gerardo arrived at my home on time and as scheduled he was very cordial.  He made me feel comfortable and advised that he was going to have a couple guys come and help him later on.  Gerardo is very knowledgeable on plumbing codes and he does not take any shortcuts you can count on him to do it right.  Fantastic gets the permit I did not have to worry about it they scheduled inspection with city I don't have to worry about it.  Gerardo and his crew make sure the house is picked up and that all appliances are working properly. Last but not least Gerardo meet with me and discussed all that was done explained the paperwork and and warranty.  I had three bids and Fantastic was very competitively priced.  I feel real good about my gas line replacement job thanks to Fantastic I will recommend them to family and friends.

I needed some help extracting septic tank risers. I realize its a fairly simple task, but I hadn't done it before, so I wanted some professional knowhow. The guys who came out were awesome, and did the job pretty quickly. What I was unaware of was that Able requires a 4 hour minimum for any job. This was not clear to me when I was scheduling the appointment on the phone. I was only given estimates. As a result, the bill was an incredible $1200 for a job that really should have only cost half that at most. 2 stars only because of the lack of clarity initially on what the job entailed, and for a 4 hour minimum requirement. Although the work was solid, what I was being asked to pay felt like extortion at its finest. I fought it and got to pay less, but I shouldn't have had to do that.

I continue to use Fifteen Dollar Sewer and Drain for my home and a rental property because of Roman Bandy.  He is awesome!  Every time he comes, he is conscientious, hard working, and always explains what he found and what he recommends.  He is SO honest!  I have been so unhappy with the owner of the company Mark and the office staff are extremely rude and unprofessional.  If you need a GREAT plumber call Fifteen Dollar Sewer and Drain and ask for Roman.  If he's not available, call another company.

Israr responded in a few min once I sent him an SOS msg. Then I asked when are they available ASAP and Israr told in 30 min! And boom the technician is here and got the problem investigated and fixed. All within an hour from I contacted them till the job is done! I also learned a few tips from the technician on how to maintain the drain pipe more proactively especially now we all stay home and the sink drain just is being under heavy duty. Now, my kitchen sink just got back to normal and everyone is happy in the house! I really appreciate Plumbing connection's professionalism, responsiveness and great help! And I will definitely recommend Israr and his team to my friends and use their service again next time.

I had a drain leak under the kitchen sink that another plumber wanted $650 to repair for an estimated 3 hr job.  Thats over $200/hr so i hired John through yelp based on yelp reviews. John was very professional did exactly what the licensed plumber recommended but he came in at a much more reasonable rate.  Definitely give John a call if you have plumbing issues.  He does excellent work and I would definitely use him again for future plumbing needs.  Thanks John for your service.

So, this is more informational. The service i received was good, but it was not what I was expecting, as it did not detect the leak close to the leak. I had a leak above my garage (the house main water line follows the sloping garage roof line upward (found this out afterwards). I called a plumber to fix the leak and two told me i needed to get a leak detection specialist out first to pinpoint the leak so as not to cause unnecessary damage (cuts in the wrong place) to the drywall. Jeremy came out as planned and was prompt.

Leak detection involves detecting sound using a sensing wand (like a microphone on a wand that plugs into a unit with headphones attached). Jeremy put on headphones and proceeded to probe different spots on the garage ceiling to determine where the leak was. After a short time, he marked a spot on the ceiling signifying the location. And this is where this type of leak detection falls short. Sensing sound in the walls does not necessarily tell you where the leak is; it only tells you where the water is the loudest. When the plumber came out and cut through the dry wall to find the leak (the water had been turned off for a while), the spot was approximately 13 feet (horizontally) from the actual leak (yes, 13 feet). This is because the water ran down the pipe and dumped onto the garage ceiling in a different location than the spot where the leak actually was. Plus since the pipe followed the roof pitch upward, the leak was 5 ft above the garage ceiling and since sound falls off as the inverse square of distance (for you physics types), it makes sense that what he heard was not near the leak.

So for me, the leak detection didn't do what I had expected. If the pipe had been horizontal or right next to the ceiling, the results may have been different. The service was not bad, just not what I thought leak detection would determine. Another interesting note is the guy who did the roof had guessed where he thought the leak was and with no equipment he was spot on. To his credit, Jeremy did offer to refund some of the cost.

Called three places and Quality Plus was the only one where I actually got to talk to someone.  Not even a call back from the other two.  Excellent communication, arrived only a few minutes later than scheduled, but the work was done quickly and I was able to move along with the rest of my day.

Just had Tony come over and clear two lines that were clogged.  Tony gave me a time window of 11~1, arrived at 11!  Got straight to work and in no time my water was running with no back ups!  Tony is very personable and a joy to work with!

Great job he will be my go to guy for plumbing!

Excellent service! TrenchFree is very responsive to email and phone calls. TrenchFree came out and inspected our sewer pipe system, showed us the problems and gave us an estimate all in the same day. Permits were pulled and the work was done 3 days after we approved the work. The entire process was top notch, communication was clear and easy, very professional! Thank you!

I first contacted Best Bay Plumbing when the tenant leaving my rental property had jammed up the kitchen sink garbage disposal with coffee grounds. I had a new tenant moving in soon and needed the system fixed urgently.
Abel, the owner showed up the next day, discussed options and provided clear pricing. He did a great job replacing the unit and also went the extra step of educating the new tenant on properly operating the garbage disposal.
Since then I've used his team several times - to install water softener/filtration systems, bidets in toilets and fix issues in showers. Each time the quality of work has been excellent and the pricing fair.

Nate  showed up on time and cleaned out the water pan and ensured the shower  is draining. Gave me a tutorial in how to clean it and avoid future  clogging. The intent of Nate and Michael Brewer is to be the best Neighborhood business and by tutoring me on how to clean the shower pane was to save me future cost, which could in turn result their revenue NOT EVERY BUSINESS DOES THIS.
