John was amazing. First scheduled  appt at 2-3 pm on Sat. He called at 11ish to see if he could come at 1pm. He came on time and provided me with a detailed, honest opinion. I thought he could of totally tried to upsold me on unnecessary repairs but he did not. I think he is honest, friendly and clean. I am glad I used Yelp. Thank you fellow yelpers for your reviews....He was in and out in about 1hr.
I will definitely recommend and I will definitely use Midas whenever I have plumb help....

This place was referred to me after I used roter rooter and received horrible diagnostics and an insane quote. I am beyond happy to say that they showed up within an hour, did some legitimate digging and found the culprit. They were here half the time and the price was far worth it. Rooter has quoted me 30k to fix the leaky pipes while able actually fixed the problem within 2 hours. I was shocked. The problem was my washer was leaking, but we couldn't find the clogged area, my husband tried a snake and so did rooter. We were going in the wrong area. Able showed up and explained it all and fixed it! I have a newborn and a toddler and I can't believe I am saying this but I can't wait to do laundry:) thank you able!!!!

For snaking out a household sewer line these guys are the cheapest around. Some of the plumbers are great and professional, while others have something to be desired. (And the less competent ones are often the guys that try to suggest all sorts of additional service.)
We usually call them first for clogged lines, but stick to other plumbers for other plumbing work.

Prompt response, quick service and reliable rates.
We had couple of leaky faucets, technician was knowledgable, didnt mislead and did a quick service.

John was good and very honest .. he helped replace our leaking shower knob with a new one including going to Home Depot and getting the part all done within an hour. Happy with the service.

The overall service experience was outstanding! Ann who answered the phone was quick and efficient getting Axel the tech out to our house in less than 2 hours. Axel was fast and efficient, explaining 3 options and his recommendation. The technology they used in real time to text updates, email quotes, obtain authorization, collect signatures , payment and receipts was the best I have seen and well integrated into their very professional process. Everything was easily done from my phone as I was out of town.

Don't bother calling anyone else. These folks are fantastic!

When my water bill was far higher than it should have been, I narrowed the problem to a leak in our irrigation plumbing, but couldn't locate the leak. I called Jeremy, who quickly identified exactly where the leak was. After digging down a foot or so, I found a leaking PVC joint, exactly where he said it would be. I'd definitely use him again, and recommend him to others.

Ramez is the most efficient, knowledgeable, honest, well mannered, generally awesome plumber ever. Quality plus is the only place I will go. He even helped me capture my dog that got out of the yard! Ha!

Entire experience was excellent.  Tony was fast to respond to my message.  We scheduled an appointment, and he was on time (wow!).  Tony and his crew completed the job quickly (replaced a burst pipe).  Very friendly, good listeners, and they wasted no time.

Romeo did a hydrojet cleaning. He was quick, responsive and clear in explaining what was being done. Overall he did a great job.

Cleary, as you can see from the owners response to not only me, but to other customers, their service is horrible.

1. I apologize that my expectation to fix leaks was unreasonable.

2. I was rude and made him feel uncomfortable. But yet he was willing to come back and fix the sink, just wanted to charge more and more money.

3. And I guess in the spirit of rudeness, it's ok to not respond to calls / emails / texts from customers? I see that as a pattern on this page.

4. Lastly, I didn't realize that local plumbing companies (like the one I used after you) weren't considered small businesses...

I have called mario several times now for various issues around the house. Every time I had excellent service and he always left our house clean and safe from any debris.

Plumbing Connection actually answered the phone when I called.....anyone who has called a plumber knows how unusual that is.  They were able to come out the same day and were here on time.  They cleared my sewer line, put a camera down and showed me some trouble spots and let me know that further repairs would need to be done soon without trying to upsell me.  I will use them again.

We had a clogged kitchen sink, so I was looking for plumbers on Yelp. What made me choose Chris out of the local plumbers nearby was that 1. he had a flat fee, so if you have a really serious problem, at least you have a piece of mind that you don't need to haggle while the plumbing issue is not fixed, and 2. over the phone, Chris was able to clearly explain the entire plumbing process, as well as plan B, etc., while other plumbers just said trust me, I got this -- (which may be ok w/ others, but that's not my cup of tea).

Chris arrived promptly at the promised time, and gave me a text message when he was on the way. Thankfully, this was an easier job (took ~30 minutes total), and he did not leave a mess behind. Throughout the process, Chris answered any technical questions I had (like, why did my own drain snake not work? probably that it was too small and hand-powered).

Overall, would recommend, just be aware that he doesn't take credit card.

Really happy with this company. I needed my sewer line replaced and learned about TrenchFree's method. It was much cheaper than the quote I got from a traditional plumber. They were patient explaining the process to me and it was clear that they were a better option than a traditional plumber.

Once my appointment was booked, TrenchFree took care of getting the permit with the city and then the crew came out and excavated my front yard. I have artificial turf, so I had to pull it up before they excavated. Honestly, the huge pile of dirt in my front yard was very intimidating. I was worried there was no way that it would all get put back in place. All of the dirt came from just two small-ish (about 3' x 3') holes.

After the excavation, the old pipe was removed and the new pipe was put in. I have full basement, so I'm hoping that made their job a little easier for this hard working crew.

They came back the following day to backfill and to have the city inspect their work.

I was so impressed with the work they did to backfill and put my artificial turf back into place - you'd have to look really, really closely to even notice that anything had changed. Naturally, the project passed inspection.

Getting a sewer line replaced is one of the more expensive and less fun things a homeowner will have to deal with. TrenchFree made it much more tolerable.

They arrived at my house with 2 big vans/truck at 7:45am and left around 10:15am. It's a one man job that should have taken less than 45mins. One employee dug up the dirt that was already dug, which took him less than 10mins. The owner had 2 large vehicles on site with no parts to replace the leaking pipe. So, he went on an errand for a little over an hour while his employee waits at my water meter twiddling his fingers. When he returned with the correct part, it took him less than 30mins to install. I will say he is polite, completed the job and cleaned up after.

I tried to recommend his business to a friend that was looking for a plumber. After I told my friend what he did and how much he charged, my friend told me I got RIPPED OFF and would pass on my recommendation! How embarrassing and stupid I felt. My friend said he would not even pay half of what I paid and could have got that done cheaper and faster!

Originally was recommended to me by a friend and now I'm NOT recommending this place to anyone. He RIPPED ME OFF and took advantage of my situation even through a friend. Never ever again!

I just did a main shut off replacement with water pressure regulator. The process was pretty smooth. Communication and the cleanup after the installation. I tested the water pressure afterwards and the long lasting water hammering is gone. So happy with it. If you are on the market for plumbing works. Definitely recommend to call Mike first.

My sewer line was plogged.  I called Bayshore at 7:15am this morning.  Spoke with Juan and he said a plumber could be by our house between 8-10am but closer to 8am.  Victor showed up at 8am, snaked the sewer drain, cleaned up everything and was done by 8:20am.  Everything works fine now.  Very professional and timely.  I highly reccomend the Bayshore Plumbing team.
