My dish washer had clogged. I called John, and he came in about one hour. He fixed the problem quickly and professionally. His charge for service was reasonable. Will call him again, if I have plumbing service needs.

I have to say things are getting better.  I continue to use Fantastic Rooter for my family's plunbing needs.   ALL good.

I just want to say if you don't have a big project. Don't call Them. My property manager called them to solve my shower draining slow problem. They got a pink straw from the pipe. And it is from last tenant. Then Manager sent the bill to me and asked me to pay it. 5 mins work. They asked to charge me a full hour payment. So they don't have 30 mins range and some project price. I even didn't hear any quote from them before they came. Compared the service and price I got from another company before, they are disappointing me. Btw, when the person came to my apt to fix the problem. He even didn't bring his shoe covers in this pandemic time.

Martin did an excellent job of solving my slow draining washing machine drain. He was quick efficient and confident in his repair. I'm very grateful it went really smooth thanks .

One of our tenants water heater stopped working.  Kahn was called and promptly went out to investigate.  After first replacing the thermocoupler, that didn't fix the problem so he ended up replacing the water heater.  

He was prompt, courteous and took care of the job in a few hours!

These guys are true professionals! I was really impressed with their knowledge, skill set, and communication skills. They explained everything to me plainly but without making me feel dumb. They may be a touch more pricey than other companies, but you absolutely get your money's worth with them. Hopefully I won't need their services again any time soon, but I know who to call if I do!

I found Jeremy a pleasure to work with. I called Bullseye at noon, spoke to Jeremy about my need for leak detection and repair on my pool. Lucky for me, he had a cancellation and said he could be out in 45 minutes. Over the phone, he explained his charges and the process he would work through to detect the leak. He came to my home and found the leak within 30 minutes. Using dye, he was able to show me the leak, and it was very obvious it existed. He offered quotes for a temporary fix and a permanent fix. I opted for the temporary fix which he was able to complete on the spot. He was very clear in communicating he couldn't promise how long the temp fix would last, but I decided to go with it since my husband wasn't home and I felt the permanent fix was a discussion we needed to have. When I relayed this to Jeremy, he was very understanding, and I felt absolutely no pressure from him to book a repair date. I absolutely hate a hard sell, so I appreciated this about his manner. I will definitely call Jeremy when we are ready for the permanent fix. His quote for the job (considering what needs to be done) sounded very reasonable. Thank you, Jeremy!

Wow these guys are great! We had two showers leaking and the hard water made it impossible for my DIY hubby to fix them.  They are locked in there so tight from hard water and many years of use. Our water bill is so high. These guys worked around our schedule and Robert, Tyler and Remez are just great. They are always on time and so friendly and helpful. We are so pleased with the work they did. We have decided from now on they are our plumbers. Their prices are so reasonable and they are so timely. They know this business and you can be assured they know what they are doing. We asked questions about new toilets and they were happy to help us out with a good choice. We plan to get them to install. It is one less worry to have  good honest reasonable plumbers to count on. We are happy campers. They do not need this review but excellent workers should be given the credit they deserve.

Tony was busy last week, so I had a handyman waste my 3 day long weekend in unsuccessfully trying to unblock my kitchen drain.
I decided to call Tony again, and this pleasant guy showed up next day on time and fixed my problem in less than 15 minutes. I was so happy with the professionalism, service, and cost that I did not even ask Tony to apply any coupon. Tony also offered me a guarantee and said he will come and unblock again if things get blocked in 30 days or a little bit more also.
Credit card payment was easy... he brings a square reader!
From now on, I will solely rely on Tony for all my plumbing issues at my home and in my rental unit!

I used the service to install a new toilet. The Home Depot store recomended several service peoviders. We randomly chose HR Silicon Valley Plumbers.
Their quality of work was bad. They improperly installed the toilet. That caused odor in our bathroom. After some back and forth over the phone, they had to reinstall the toilet completely. The whole process took 3 weeks and wasted my time.

Great service. I had some blocked pipes and although they were busy, they could squeeze me in and actually came on time in the late afternoon. Problem was fixed and the guys were friendly.

He really know how to fix problem instead of just replacing the whole water heater. Have the parts in hands and well knowledge about the system. Fixed my issue in 30 minutes.

Trenchfree did a great job.  Over six days, they replaced 250 ft of sewer line that had been problematic for a number of years.  They were able to quickly overcome problem areas, such as low spots (bellies), tree roots, and hard, compacted soil.  The workers were pleasant and were patient in answering my questions about the process and status of the project.  Despite some difficulties that were difficult to foresee, they came in at the quoted price, which was significantly less than the other quotes I received.

Abel came and installed us a new water heater in our rental unit. He was responsive on text and came on time. So all is normal, many new vendors will do just that and happy to do the first job. But what makes him a 5 star is his reliability after the job is done.  Very few vendors do that nowadays and for that, he is highly recommended. A+

He gave us 6 year warranty and about 9 mo into it the pilot doesn't work well, keep going off maybe like 2-3 times/week. He came to repair it once and after that, he came again and this time, replaced our entire defective unit with a brand new unit under warranty.

I just did a main shut off replacement with water pressure regulator. The process was pretty smooth. Communication and the cleanup after the installation. I tested the water pressure afterwards and the long lasting water hammering is gone. So happy with it. If you are on the market for plumbing works. Definitely recommend to call Mike first.

These guys are awesome. Both our tubs were backed up late yesterday afternoon. I spoke with Jose who came out to the house in less than 30 minutes. He spent awhile snaking out the tub in the front bathroom and even got up on the roof in search of vent access. In the end he could not get the tub to drain effectively. He charged me nothing and said he would send someone out the next morning between 800-9:00 with another piece of equipment that could access the tub in the master bathroom (a very small bathroom with limited access). Jesus was at our house by 7:50am. He was able to clear the clog and advised me of where to go to purchase product that would help prevent future problems. I will never use another plumber and will recommend Bayshore to anyone I know. The price was very reasonable and both Juan and Jesus were friendly and professional. I wish I could give them more than five stars!
