John is wonderful!   We've been using him for various plumbing jobs over the years.   He has replaced bathroom and kitchen faucets, repaired leaks, replaced toilets, etc...   He's always prompt, professional, quick and fair.   Today, I called about a leak under our kitchen sink and decided to finally replace the faucet. He came later in the afternoon and was in and out in 30 minutes.  He even offered to pick up the faucet on his way, but I figured I would want to see it before buying it. I ended up getting exactly what he suggested so I could have just let him pick up the part.  Really great  guy!

Jaime and his company have been our go-to plumbers for many years. Always prompt and great communication. Brian came out today and was terrific, solved our issue and explained what we might need to deal with in the future with an old house with old pipes. Super knowledgeable and friendly, he's ordering a parts for us for another fix and will replace our bathroom sink at that time as well. Fantastic Rooter can't be beat!

These guys are fantastic.  Needed emergency repair and the plumber showed up an hour early and finished the job efficiently and with excellent workmanship.  I was in a bind with a cracked galvanized main water pipe downhill from the house, and the leak meant homeowner did not have water pressure and sufficient water at the house for horses.

Plumbers are always pricey (unless you want to risk having more problems down the road).  I called FDS&D a day before I needed them to come out and they were able to fit me in.  They said they'd come between 10 and 2 pm and that they'd give me a call before the plumber was going to come.

Sure enough, 30 minutes before the plumber came out, they called me to let me know he was on his way.  The plumber and his colleague were both very polite, friendly, and considerate.  They fixed my clogged sink drain in 15-20 minutes, doing so in a way that did not make any mess at all in my apartment.  Granted, it cost $88, but it was nice that it was fixed so easily.  They provided me with an invoice (and later, a mailed receipt) that I was able to provide to my landlord so I could deduct it from my rent.

Bonus: their work has a 30 day warranty.

I'd definitely consider using them again.  The only downside really (besides plumbing problems just always being expensive by nature): A four hour window is a long window of time.  A smaller window would be good, though at least they gave me that call ahead of the plumber showing up.

Great experience. Requested a quote through yelp on Sunday, they replied super quickly that they could come the next day with a very affordable estimate. Came on time the next day (early actually), had the problem fixed within an hour. Great price, great service. Highly recommend.

John has performed several jobs for us, including plumbing repairs, installing a closet system and fixing our broken pocket doors. Plumbing is his specialty but he was willing to tackle the other jobs as well and did great work. He is punctual, polite and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him.

This is the second time that I have hired Jeremy to detect leaks. He continues to do an excellent job. He is very precise and fast in finding leaks. I highly recommend Jeremy to anyone looking for a reliable leak-detection service.

Ramez came out to fix a leaky toilet today.  He showed up on time, was fast, clean, professional, and took care of the problem.  He also used shoe covers which we appreciate.

Tony was busy last week, so I had a handyman waste my 3 day long weekend in unsuccessfully trying to unblock my kitchen drain.
I decided to call Tony again, and this pleasant guy showed up next day on time and fixed my problem in less than 15 minutes. I was so happy with the professionalism, service, and cost that I did not even ask Tony to apply any coupon. Tony also offered me a guarantee and said he will come and unblock again if things get blocked in 30 days or a little bit more also.
Credit card payment was easy... he brings a square reader!
From now on, I will solely rely on Tony for all my plumbing issues at my home and in my rental unit!

They have completed the job, but will think twice before calling them again.
They didn't use boot/dirt protectors and left my house very dirty.
Usually plumbers clean their mess before they leave. HR Silicon Valley just left the worksite very dirty behind them.

Our plumbing work we need at our newly remodeled bathroom is very sample and clear, I asked for the phone estimate, they insisted to come to our house  for in home estimate.

We need the estimate to install two sample sink, two faucet, one toilet. , a shower head and a handle, we have all the materials, no leaks, no problems.  The guy comes back with the estimate over $1800, I asked him why? He said because it's about 4 hours of work. How much does the plumbers charge for an hour?

The owner of the company just email me and apologized for his new employee's high bit and his bit is still over the $1000. I am not willing to spend a $1000 for a job that I already has an estimate for less than half.

Marti's second estimate is almost 3 times as much as other companies. I will keep you all posted on how it goes.

He really know how to fix problem instead of just replacing the whole water heater. Have the parts in hands and well knowledge about the system. Fixed my issue in 30 minutes.

I just had an incredible experience with a contractor which is a rarity in the Bay Area. I purchased a dishwasher from Home Depot and their installation crew said it was too complicated to install because of an adjunct washer/dryer unit as well as limited electrical service. Mario was able to show up the same day and complete the installation. Mario was efficient, easy to communicate with and reasonably priced. And yes, I am so happy about the whole experience that I am writing a review something I haven't done in years! If you need a contractor with many skill sets, you should call Mario, you will not be disappointed.

GARBAGE DISPOSAL BUSTED!  Found Khan on Yelp and it was great that he was able to meet with me on a Saturday with little advance notice.  He came on-time and was able to diagnose and replace the unit all within 30 minutes.  SOOO FAST, SOOO GOOD!  I was very impressed with his work.  I will definitely call him again if there are any more plumbing related issues.

Chris knocked it out of the park with a bath tub blocked drain and slow flowing kitchen faucet fix where he installed a brand new faucet. Responsive, professional, punctual, personable.

Where do I begin? ... Abel and his crew were able to help us when we found huge pipe leak under our house. They quickly cleaned out the debris/sewage and showed us the problem (our old pipes) he was able to give us a quote on the spot and was able to come the next day to fix everything. It is one thing when a job goes right, but it doesn't always play out that way. Things didn't go as expected on a small plumbing job at my home, but Michael Brewer stood behind his work and went the extra mile to provide a remedy that left me with 5-star satisfaction. Alex Gonzalez with Bayshore Plumbers saved the day after another plumbing company couldn't fix my broken water heater. The other company wanted to replace the entire thermostat system, which didn't sound right to me since it seemed like the problem was just a failed flammable vapor sensor. Alex correctly diagnosed the problem, ordered a vapor sensor, and got the water heater working again. This saved me at least $500 compared to what the other company was going to charge.
