Perhaps if John himself came out to do the work, our toilet would function properly now.  Instead he advised his employee to come out.  Despite our subsequent to complaints to John himself, we are left with a dysfunctional toilet that does not flush sporadically.  When it does, we often must keep the handle depressed for a long time before it works.  John said this a hard water issue???!!  Are you kidding me???  I will gladly delete this post and re-post a positive review if John were to reconsider his analysis and MAKE IT RIGHT (please!).

Had a shower drain issue, and our neighbors had used Able for a much bigger job and I was impressed, so I gave them a call.  Evan came out and immediately got to work addressing the problem.  He was friendly, worked hard, and had a great attitude.  After a lot of persistence, he got the clog cleared and recommended some future work to minimize any future issues.  I couldn't be happier and would recommend Able to anyone, job big or small.

The time at the moment is 10:12pm on Thursday night, THE CITY PLUMBING/SEWER TRUCK JUST LEFT, PROBLEM FIXED IN ABOUT 2HRS...IF I COULD GIVE A HIGHER STAR RATING, I WOULD GIVE FDSD AT LEAST A 10 STARS RATING!!!

Our tubs & toilets started to back up around 7:30-8pm. We called a few plumbing companies & explained the situation. All of them wanted $225-$300 to snake the pipes. FDSD quoted us half that.. a way cheaper & better rate, so we went with them. Plumber was here within an hour looked at the situation & told us the problem was coming from the property sewer line & it was a city issue. He called the city to come out & only charged us a very small fee for coming out himself.
I had to at least tip him to buy dinner or lunch.

The city came out within 20-30 minutes & had the problem fixed in 15mins....F*^$ ING AWESOME!!!!

I personally work with a lot of  people on a daily bases & I truly believe honesty & courtesy carries you a long way, FDSD plumber saved us a couple hundred dollars for his honesty & courtesy. I will definitely be using FDSD in the future for our plumbing needs, THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

I called The Plumber's Handyman to help me fix a cracked terrazzo shower pan, and they turned down the job because the work it would require (tile, etc) was out of their area of expertise. Instead, they recommended we hire a general contractor.

I wanted to write a good review for them because I think a lot of handymen would have said they could do the job because they wanted the work, and those other guys would have left me with a botched or half-finished job when it turned out to be beyond them.

I will definitely call The Plumber's Handyman with other jobs in the future.

Wish I could give them 10 stars!  I wish all businesses had the same amazing customer service, care, professionalism and quality of work that Plumbtree has.  Anthony is awesome!  He came over and gave a full assessment of the plumbing issues at my parents' house.  He was very patient and explained what potentially needed to be done now and what might need to be done at a later date.  There was no hard sell to do more than what our budget would allow.  The final cost was exactly what was on the estimate sheet - no hidden fees or added items.  Anthony & Josh came to do the actual work and they did a great job - again, very polite & professional, and everything was done really well.  And they cleaned up afterward.  I will definitely be using Plumbtree again and recommending them to friends & family.

My review is long overdue. I called Jeremy to come to come due to a pool leak. I have a big 33,000 gallons in ground gunite pool. My leak was really difficult to locate so Jeremy spent hours to search for the leaks. He dived under the pool and pretty much searched all angles to find that there were leaks in my skimmers. After I fixed the leak by a different contractor, Jeremy came back to inspect the work to see if the leak has been properly fixed; he didn't charge extra for this service. For the reasonable price, Jeremy spent a lot of time to ensure that he resolve my leak issue. I was so satisfied with Jeremy that he referred him to my neighbor who had a leak in his irrigation system. My neighbor also became a satisfied customer. If you have a leak, call Jeremy, because integrity and quality from someone you hire is really hard to find.

No fuss, quick, quality work. The guy was in and out for 2 jobs (leaking pipe and shower head replacement) in about 30 minutes.

Hired them to replace an ancient mess of iron pipes in a section of my house.  Their quote was a bit higher but they had a more thorough check that I trusted more.

Work progressed as expected and they were a pleasure to work with.  It's brutal work in a tiny crawlspace yet they keep level heads.  Plumbing was usable at the end of each day.  They filed permits and passed inspection.

Maybe I'm being mean, but -1 star for some rushed cleanup at the end of the day.  My bathroom almost flooded and I spent more time than expected cleaning up dust, toilet seal wax, and shattered iron.

I'd hire them again.  The end result is that they were always dedicated to finishing the job correctly and making my plumbing nightmare go away.

I have had many plumbing issues and many problems with other plumbers. I got in touch with Victor and never has anyone been so helpful or efficient. Excellent service excellent prices and they are always on time. Everything was done so quickly and at my convenience. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends or family.

I had a clogged drain that needed to be cleared and was referred to Noah's Plumbing by another plumber who was too booked. I called and after my name and number were taken, Bernard called back promptly. I was hoping to have the drain fixed that day but Bernard said his schedule was crazy so he wasn't sure. But later that day, Bernard called and was able to fit me in to his schedule. He cleared the drain and was very informative about the process. He did an absolutely fantastic job and was very friendly. I would highly recommend Noah's Plumbing.

Mario and his team are great.  Had a leak under my kitchen sink and the pump in my crawl space checked.  Mario came out, took a look at it and gave us an estimate to do the work.
The leak was coming from the kitchen facet and needed to be replaced.  Mario suggested that they would need to remove the garbage disposal to do the work and this being the case he suggested we replace the other hoses.  We've never had the hoses replaced so we said good idea do it.  He said he would send some guys over to take care of the facet and hoses and after they finished that they would check the pump in the crawl space.  About 2 hours later everything was done.  The guys cleaned up everything and my husband and I were happy.  Mario and his guys deserve 5+ stars because they were on time, took care of our needs, and were the nicest guys.  Mario's Plumbing is my go to plumber.

I called on a Sunday and Khan came as promised. We had water gushing in our  downstairs bathroom with the shower running upstairs. He fixed the problem as promised. He's very courteous and professional about it. Will definitely recommend  to friends. Thanks, Khan.

We had two major projects for our residence: 1) CIPP ( Cured in place Pipe)...put in a 40 foot  pipe liner inside the current sewer pipe, that lies  below our concrete slab foundation and 2)install 45 feet of continuous
4 inch sewer pipe from our house under all the shrubbery toward the street. (  a trenchless  installation that breaks up the pre-existing cast iron pipe while pulling a replacement pipe behind it

TrenchFree did both of these projects in 4 1/2 days....

with minimal disturbance to the yard. Both involved the use of experienced personnel,
who were personable, knowledgeable, and diligent. They were careful to protect both the house and shrubbery and to clean the work area and return it as they found it. Eric , the appraiser , was very thorough in his analysis and Diego , the head of the CIPP team, was very detailed in
completing both the installation and connection of secondary feed lines to the main pipe.
All teams worked well together toward the completion of these two projects.
I would highly recommend their use with any major sewer/plumbing work.

I had dropped my wedding ring in the washroom sink and could not get it out. The only way was to open the pipes below and get it out.  I request Abel to come and take a look (it was a free quote visit) He looked at it and smiled and then just took the ring out by quickly opening pipes. He also cleaned the pipes and made sure there was no leakage. Asked him, how much did I owe? He said Nothing  Wow, I could not believe it, He said it was a simple job and he won't charge for that.

He was on time, kept me posted about his visit and was prompt in his response as well.

We had some issues with the water pressure and hot water and called Bayshore. They sent Christian out to us and he diagnosed a couple of issues quickly and was back the next day to complete the service. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything he was checking. We couldn't have been more satisfied.
