My dish washer had clogged. I called John, and he came in about one hour. He fixed the problem quickly and professionally. His charge for service was reasonable. Will call him again, if I have plumbing service needs.

I had a leaky hose valve. The water was coming from a very corroded nipple that I was hesitant to try repairing myself, because if it broke or was made worse, no water for the entire house until a plumber comes. Fantastic Rooter gave me a bid about half of the other companies and showed up on time. They easily fixed it and the REDUCED my quoted price because it was a quick fix. I likely could have done it, but didn't care to risk it and was quite happy with their work...and I am keeping their business card.

Just wanted to take a second to give Evan a shout out! He came out a couple of months ago and snaked the pipe-have not had any trouble since then. He was so informative and kind--wanted to make sure I let other customers and Able management know.  Thx for the great customer service!

Baked a chicken with stuffing, some potatoes with gravy, roasted veggies, & rounded out the meal with a delightful clog in my kitchen sink. After 2 bottles of Drano and 24 hours I decided to call a plumber. Of course my first stop was YELP, thank you very much!

New to plumbing problems & the costs they incurred, I was somewhat skeptical of the $80/hr rate I received upon calling $15 Sewer, I called around. It was in the ballpark, plus, $15 could be out within the hour. This was Friday night at 4:30.

Tim showed up 20 minutes after I called and fixed the drain withing 30 minutes, the whole time giving me handy tips like never put anything starchy down the garbage disposal and use Simple Green and some water to clear out your drains once a month to prevent grease build-up. All with a patient, cheerful demeanor--he couldn't have been more pleasant.

Over all, Woohoo As good as it gets! Hire this company.

When I think of the name Axel, I think rockstar. Axel Mendez did not disappoint! Axel was so friendly and communicated so well! He even made the effort to learn how to pronounce my uncommon name, which he pronounced flawlessly.

My whole interaction with Plumbtree was outstanding. Glenn answered my initial phone call. He was really easy to talk to and I told him everything about my situation. Once an appointment was arranged, I received an email confirmation.

On the day of the appointment, I received a text that Axel was on his way. When he arrived, I was happy to see he was wearing a mask. Then, I spent a good ten minutes telling him the backstory of how a handyman tried to fix my tub faucet issue where the hot and cold pipes were backwards but the handyman caused a leak instead.

Before entering my home, Axel put on booties for his boots. I really, really appreciated that as the handyman mentioned above did not and left a mess for me to clean up.

Axel assessed the situation and quoted me a price from his tablet. I accepted and then he drew up the contract, again on his tablet.

After signing the contract, Axel went to work. When he was done, he fixed both the leak and reversed my hot and cold water!

I paid with my credit card which Axel processed through his tablet.

We had discovered a leak and had 2 plumbers (including one leak detection guy) come out and no one could find it. Bullseye came to the rescue. Not only was he professional and timely, but he had all the equipment and found the leak and pin pointed the location accurately. He even recommended a plumber who came out and it was repaired same day. Highly recommend and will use again.

Tony and Rick installed a gas line extension for a back yard BBQ in our home.  These guys were a pleasure to work with from the initial contact all the way to the end.  Whenever I would call Tony always picked up the phone and was patiently answering my questions and addressing my concerns.   When the work day came, they showed up on time, asked me where I want the lines to come out of the wall, and got to work.  They were clean, very pleasant, prompt, and professional.  I highly recommend these guys for any plumbing needs in your home.

I had a water leak in my kitchen. The wood floor was collecting water. I checked with a few plumbing companies and got quotes for thousands of dollars and all kinds of possible problems. Dominick Dahbour from HR silicon valley also stopped by to give me a quick quote. After initial inspection he ran a quick paper towel test underneath the dishwasher and within 10 minutes he figured out that nothing is wrong with plumbing or foundation it's a leaky dishwasher which is dripping water and that is flowing through the wood floor. My 1st experience with Noah's plumbing was last year when we needed a repair to our Rheem water heater. We'd had several plumbers come out to fix it but no one had figured out what was wrong. I went back and forth with Bernard by text for a couple of days. Sending videos of the lights and sounds of our water heater. With that he knew what he needed to do and was able to get it repaired. Flash forward a year later again having problems with this water heater. I called him and he walked me through possible causes over the phone. When I asked him if he would do the work. He referred me back to our original plumber. Bernards work ethic, integrity and knowledge makes him a true expert. Thank you for all your help!

I called Kevin and he immediately dispatch Christian to my mother's home.( he arrived less than an hour) And with less than 15mins the problem was fixed! Chris has helped us on several issues with the plumbing  system of the house. He is fast, quick to respond, and top notch. He is also very knowledgeable and provided us valuable advise on how to do minor repairs ourselves and maintain the system. We really enjoyed working with him and highly recommend him to anyone who needs help on the plumbing system.

I first contacted Best Bay Plumbing when the tenant leaving my rental property had jammed up the kitchen sink garbage disposal with coffee grounds. I had a new tenant moving in soon and needed the system fixed urgently.
Abel, the owner showed up the next day, discussed options and provided clear pricing. He did a great job replacing the unit and also went the extra step of educating the new tenant on properly operating the garbage disposal.
Since then I've used his team several times - to install water softener/filtration systems, bidets in toilets and fix issues in showers. Each time the quality of work has been excellent and the pricing fair.

On Sunday afternoon one of the toilets seemed to have a blockage. It wasn't until I plunged it a dozen times that I discovered the plunging forced nasty water into the tub in the other bathroom. I knew this was a bigger problem.

My regular plumber told me they don't do sewer line clean outs and referred me to Pure Plumbing. My call went to voice mail but Mike texted to say he'd call in a few minutes.

Long story short, Mike sent Nate, who arrived less than 30 minutes after my call. He assessed the problem, explained the process and gave me an estimate before any work was done. After he cleared the blockage 40' down the line, he waited 10-15 minutes while the water ran and everything got tested, cleaning up and remounting the toilet. The bathroom looked better after he left than it did when he arrived. He then spent extra time answering my questions about what needs to be done to keep this from happening again.

I hope you don't have this happen to you but if it does, you can't go wrong with these guys.

Baldo and Meny came and promptly fixed a broken toilet and descaled my tankless water heater.  Not only did they do great work, they arrived at the beginning of the time window, were super friendly with my pets, and very polite and respectful to me and my husband.  I was so relieved to get the toilet fixed before company arrived for the holidays!  Bayshore Plumbers saw to it that that would happen for us!
