Great Service!  I woke up one day only to find we no hot water.  Not knowing who to call I took a chance on Fantastic Rooter based on the Yelp reviews.  My call to them was immediately answered and Jaime was at my house within 1.5 hours of placing the call.  Jaime was very pleasant and was able to diagnose and fix the problem within 30 minutes of arriving.  We will definitely use them again in the future without hesitation!

Able plumbing is a great business. Jacob was here and worked efficiently and was friendly, neat, and answered all my questions.

To say that I was apprehensive to call any drain cleaning company would be an understatement ...  Our kitchen sink drain began to drain very slowly.  After reviewing several companies, I decided to call Fifteen Dollar Sewer & Drain, because there were so many positive reviews.

I don't usually write reviews, but I am writing this only an hour and a half after the service call, because I was so impressed.

Called them around noon, they promised to send someone over between 2-4pm.  Perhaps I got lucky, because the guy who showed up was Santos, who is mentioned in several other reviews.  

Santos came as promised before 4pm and took care of the problem in under 20 min.  He was exactly as others described him: friendly, courteous, competent and honest.  

I would definitely call these guys again if I need drain/sewer service in the future and would recommend them to anyone.   Ask for Santos :-)

Called multiple plumbers , most busy or can't come on Sunday. Our main toilet can't flush. Chain got stuck , loose and can't fix it myself. They come in an hour!, and then fixed it in minutes! Yeah, they on my speed dial now. Thanks Khan!

Ramez, Robert, and the rest of their team are great to work with.  They've done three projects for us, and did a great job.  First, they repaired an old Delta in-wall shower valve that was damaged, thus saving us a wall tearout and valve replacement.  The second project was installing a new gas line for a new gas stove.  Most recently, they replaced a very old drain line under our house which was constantly plugging up.  They are friendly, honest, professional, and reasonably priced.  I would definitely recommend them to anyone for their plumbing needs.

I was given an itemized list/receipt, and my charges explained to me. I found this company through Yelp! Plus the phone book, but Loria's review on here is what sold me! Anytime I need a plumber, Tony is the one I'm calling.

SCAMMERS!!! SCAMMERS!!! SCAMMERS!!! OMG! Do not use these guys!  They came out to hook my up dishwasher & install a sink.  TheY FLOODED MY KITCHEN THREE TIMES!  They would supposedly finish the job and the next day something would be leaking.  I paid them over $1500 for INCOMPETENCE. In fact, I had someone come out to access my flooring and it was soaked full of water underneath the floor.  They also partially flooded my garage and told me it was the washer hook up and it would cost me over $1000 to redo the plumbing.  It WAS NOT the washer plumbing, it was their incompetence that was not even related to my washer and they were trying to SCAM me. The damage was that my wall, floor and cupboards were soaked and need to be removed. These guys are totally incompetent and never apologized for anything.  AND HAD THE NERVE TO BILL ME! I was so stupid I PAID them.  I will never get my money back.

AND ....saga continues, they were suppose to hook up my gas line to my new stove.  They said they had to check for gas leaks in the pipeline due to federal regulations.  Upon assessment, they told me I had a gas leak and that it was not that bad.  REALLY? A gas leak that was not that bad??? THEN they wanted me to sign a contract for repairing the gas line and hooking up my stove for approximately $1200!! really?!!  I called PG&E they told me that for FREE they would immediately come out because there was a gas leak.  PG&E was at my house in 15 minutes, and tested for leaks,  thank you PG&E.   AND THERE WERE NONE!  Im so glad I didn't sign the contract with the HR Silicon Valley Plumbers for $1200.  The PGE guy was furious with the plumbers that were at my house when he came out. and because it was the day before Xmas, he was so nice (Erin) he hooked up my stove for free!!!! yes FREE!!!   Thank you Erin and PG&E!    First of all, there are NO FED REGULATIONS stating plumbers need to inspect my gas lines and second of all THERE WERE NO GAS LEAKS!  These bozos flooded my kitchen and screwed up plumbing under my sink.  I was even so stupid as to give them Xmas cookies when they were here...Do not mix these guys up with Silicon Valley Plumbing in San Jose. They have 5 star review and when I went to check reviews for HR Silicon Valley , I thought they were Silicon Valley & mixed them up and got a bunch of SCAMMERS.  BEWARE OUT THERE!

Erica came promptly to our house on Thu, 1/23 to unplug a clogged garbage disposal.  She was very knowledgeable, professional and did an excellent job in very little time.  I would highly recommend her for any other job.  Great job, Erica

Noah had the parts in stock and fixed my Rheem in 30 min. He scheduled the visit for the next day. He answered all my text messages quickly. I would use him again and recommend him to whoever has issues with their water heater.

We were out of town for the Thanksgiving week, returning Saturday morning, to find water flowing from the garage onto the driveway.
The water heater located in the garage busted and was leaking and flooding the garage.
I searched yelp for a plumber, but most plumbers insisted on installing a Bradford White water heater.  The last 2 water heater I had were Bradford White, and both failed after 7 and 8 years, and I was not about to install another one. 

Mario returned my Yelp quote request and said that I could buy my own water heater and he'll install it for me. 
I agreed to his quote and together we went in his truck to home depot where I bought a Rheem (12 yrs warranty) water heater. 

Mario is the ultimate professional, he's proud of his trade and a very good communicator, there were no ambiguities, he did what he said he'll do, and he did it well. 

We landed in SFO on Thanksgiving Saturday at 9:00 am, and by 9:00 pm we had hot water.
I would highly recommend Mario's services.

Efficient, polite and reasonable, what more could you want from a plumber? I called at 9:00 on saturday night and got a return call in 40 minutes. khan came Sunday morning and , loped over my garbage disposal, went out to get a replacement and had it put in within an hour.  Highly recommend him and will definitely use him for my next plumbing need.

Chris is really helpful to detect a major leak in the crawlspace! He is very knowledgeable and friendly, and willing to take DIRTY jobs. He is the only plumber who is willing to go down the crawlspace to confirm the leak. While other plumbers just use flashlight and try to see and guess the problem.

I will strongly recommend Pure Flow and Chris for any plumbing needs. And will use Chris again if I have any plumbing installation and repair.

Abel is the owner. He was the only one that offered a free estimate. He was available an hour earlier since he was in the area. He came and quickly saw the problem and it was a simple fix that I could've easily made it worse with me over tightening and breaking the copper line and requiring a new faucet. He didn't even charge me for the visit. I don't trust many repair service people but he quickly earned my trust.
Turns out I was in the market for a new tankless water heater and water softener system. He will be installing both next week. I highly recommend Abel and Best Bay Plumbing.

I found Mike at Pure Plumbing Solutions on NextDoor, and SO glad I did. Called him one evening regarding some work I needed on my water heater as well as wanting it flushed to remove any sediments. He gave me a quote over the phone, and was able to come out the very next day. When he was running a few minutes late, Mike was great at communicating and letting me know exactly what time he would arrive.

Both Mike and his worker arrived wearing masks. Both were very pleasant and did the job very quickly and efficiently. Within in an hour, my water heater was flushed out, and had new and improved piping. He realized the job was quicker than first thought and ended up charging me less than was first quoted. I appreciate his honesty, and the top QUALITY work.

There was water under the kichen sink this Saturday morning. Appears the metal p-trap broke. To us this was an emergency, so I requested quotes on Yelp. Only Bayshore Plumbers was available today, so I contracted with them. The dispatcher kept me informed of when their plumber Ivan will arrive. Ivan even called me to tell me when he'll be arriving and to get pictures of the broken pipe. Ivan arrived on time and replaced all the metal pipe under the sink with PVC. He even showed me where another part of the metal piping system was about to failed/rupture. After water testing to make sure there were no leaks, Ivan cleaned up before leaving. We are very pleased with Ivan's work and will be calling on Bayshore Plumbers for future plumbing needs.
