Found this guy on craigslist, and checked his reviews on yelp, let me just say they are all correct, he is honest, very timely, and does good work. I had a toilet problem and he fixed it fast, gave me the best options, and did good work. I would recommend this guy as well as do business again.

Gerardo arrived at my home on time and as scheduled he was very cordial.  He made me feel comfortable and advised that he was going to have a couple guys come and help him later on.  Gerardo is very knowledgeable on plumbing codes and he does not take any shortcuts you can count on him to do it right.  Fantastic gets the permit I did not have to worry about it they scheduled inspection with city I don't have to worry about it.  Gerardo and his crew make sure the house is picked up and that all appliances are working properly. Last but not least Gerardo meet with me and discussed all that was done explained the paperwork and and warranty.  I had three bids and Fantastic was very competitively priced.  I feel real good about my gas line replacement job thanks to Fantastic I will recommend them to family and friends.

I needed some help extracting septic tank risers. I realize its a fairly simple task, but I hadn't done it before, so I wanted some professional knowhow. The guys who came out were awesome, and did the job pretty quickly. What I was unaware of was that Able requires a 4 hour minimum for any job. This was not clear to me when I was scheduling the appointment on the phone. I was only given estimates. As a result, the bill was an incredible $1200 for a job that really should have only cost half that at most. 2 stars only because of the lack of clarity initially on what the job entailed, and for a 4 hour minimum requirement. Although the work was solid, what I was being asked to pay felt like extortion at its finest. I fought it and got to pay less, but I shouldn't have had to do that.

Based on overall good reviews on Yelp, I called these guys. The office person was very pleasant and professional. She later called to tell me the guy (Zeek?) was on his way. Response was great - came within an hour of my call. When he arrived, he put my trap back together to verify that I had a clogged bathroom sink (I already told him that I did). Anyway, tied to snake the pipe thru the re-taken apart trap..After about 45 minutes and lots of splashed black gunk all over my bathroom, he decided to try the vent outside (I mentioned that there was a VENT when he  arrived).

So, just snaking down the vent took 5 minutes and clog was removed.
I would have given a better rating if he had used the vent first instead of screwing up my bathroom - he did do a half-hearted attempt to clean up but I had to re-clean and will now have to re-paint the vanity..He left tired, hurt and sweaty but my sink is now open.

My toilet has been serviced last December 2022 because it was clogged fast forward in less than a month problem seems to reappeared again. I sent multiple quotes in yelp with descriptions and pictures of my clogged toilet. Israr is the only who stands out with his professional opinion, his recommendations. He is very honest . He was very prompt in answering all my inquiries. ISrar gave me options on how to proceed. Today my new toilet was installed and he discovered the source of the clog. Israr  will be my go to plumbing person to any future plumbing needs in my home. Thank you so much. A++++ for a great work ethics and all your positive reviews. Helps me decide to find you.

John was on time, professional and did good work for us.  We had an urgent water leak issue at the water meter.  We called a few plumbers and handy men, they were either too busy or wanted to charge us an arm and leg for some basic plumbing work.   We finally found John via Yelp, he returned our call right away.  

He arrived promptly with appropriate tools, and was able to assess the issue quickly.   He did a good job fixing the pipe, removed some roots, and gave the pipe a good angel to help alleviate some future pressure that may come from a nearby tree.  Since he was already there, we asked if he could help take a look at our broken sprinkler system.  He fixed those for us too.  I would definitely recommend him not only because he is a honest guy with a great attitude, but also he does excellent plumbing work.  And the price is very reasonable.  I would call him again.

Anthony and Kyle just came to fix my bathtub clocking. They showed very professIonal and warm attitude.  Recommend.

We have a water leak issue in the backyard, and we were not sure where it came from. Thanks to Jeremy , he is very professional, attention to detail , he helped us spot the leak . We were able to fix it at a reasonable price . Jeremy's charge was very reasonable. No hiding cost . Very straight forward

Fast forward, we have Jeremy came detect the water leak back in Early March . You know, since it was the raining season, we didn't turn on the irrigation system until June . Then we noticed our water bill went up significantly!!!!

I called Jeremy , he came back for a free follow up checking the very next day . I can't thank him enough! I highly recommend his service to anyone !!!! Thanks !

Shibli is truly exceptional.  He's talented, hard-working and honest.  He took an ordinary plumbing job and made it extraordinary by fixing our bathroom sink perfectly and then going above and beyond the scope of the initial repair work, uncovering and fixing unsafe problems with my bathroom plumbing that I hadn't even known about.  His prices are very reasonable, too.  He definitely lives up to his company's name.  I recommend him highly!

Similar to other reviews, I have a Rheem water heater from Home Depot and the pilot went out.  Rheem submitted the service request to Noah's Plumbing and Bernard contacted me even before the part arrived.  Absolutely Great! service and a person you feel is honest, trustworthy and professional.  I will keep his business card handy for any future needs.   Thanks Bernard!

I got in contact with Khan through yelp and within i kid you not 5 minutes he contacted me back asking me what i needed done.

I told him we needed somebody to check our shower knobs and Garbage disposal. He had some time and came to our house within 10 mins after that.

Showed him the work that needed to be done, he replaced out garbage disposal and replaced our shower knobs. The work is great and professional. The speed is amazing. I will definately go back to him for any other jobs i need in the future!

Chris helped us solve the clog issue and give us some more tips how to maintain the kitchen drain line also because of I forget to close gap downstairs , once the clog clear there is a lot of stuff in the drain gets spill out and Chris helps me clean it.

I'm a general contractor and property manager and have used TrenchFree to fix underground leaks several times.  I've been in construction for over 40 years and have worked with many contractors.  TrenchFree has been one of the most professional companies that have worked with.  The management is very responsive, helpful and communicate well  The crews I've worked with have been experienced, polite and clean up after themselves.  I would definitely hire them again.

Abel and his associates at Best Bay Plumbing did a fantastic job! Affordable pricing close to their quoted cost of the repair and even offered a special discount! Abel thoroughly explained the job that needed to be done and even included before and after pictures. He and his associates were respectful and wore all correct PPE to protect my household members and his associates. Overall great customer service by the company with a quick turn around time. Found Pure Plumbing Solutions on yelp. We needed to replace a cartridge of a faucet. It is a small but tricky job because most faucets are stuck with years old deposits and calcium. So it is hard to remove without damaging. Contacted other plumbers and they refused to do it , they only replace the whole faucet.

Contacted Mike at Pure Plumbing and he  was willing to come work on it the next day and the price qouted was  reasonable.

On the day of appointment Mike was running late but he messaged me letting me know the new time which was appreciated.

They came with masks and shoe covers on and were very respectful to the property. They were able to fix my problem efficiently without damaging the faucet or making a mess.

They accept all multiple modern  mobile  payments and emailed me an official receipt.

My overall impression is very positive.  Will give them a call for future work.

Bayshore Plumbing service handled our sewer line issues.  We had several back-up problems over the last 3 years.  Our lateral pipe to the main line was over 60 years old.  After the camera viewing, Andy determined what Bayshore Plumbing would do and gave us an estimate.  He presented us with possible options and tried to keep the replacement/repair work at a fair price.
  After receiving a second estimate from another company, we decided to go with Bayshore Plumbing.  Andy's description of what his plumbing crew would do was the simplest possible solution and the least expensive.  The office staff was able to get the required permits and made arrangements for inspections.  The technician crew started the job within 3 weeks afterthe contract was signed. The crew completed the main work within a week.  Andy and Bayshore Plumbers were able to handle the unforeseen issues that occurred during the repair work.  Andy was still able to keep to the original estimate, not charging more for the extra work.  He was available by cell 24/5, and definitely in charge.  Also, Bayshore  Plumbing office's daily e-mail provided the opportunity to rate the service of its plumbers, from one star to five stars.  The job area was always safe, clean, and ready for work to continue each day.
