John just finished unclogging our sink.  He came in an hour as promised; his work is excellent, fast and clean.  I highly recommend his service, his price is very reasonable, overall an excellent job!

I have had 2 experiences with Eduardo, Jaime and Fantastic Rooter so far, both times have been exceptional.  As noted by many other reviewers, calls are answered and appointments are scheduled promptly, the technicians protect your area, they are very respectful and friendly.  They are happy to give advice and talk about your issue.  You can tell they really value relationships and value their customers, which seems to be rare in the trade industry.  Also, on one of the service calls my technician was going to be late, but the office called to let me know and kept me posted with status updates - very good service.

One plumber told me I would have to re-plumb my entire shower, but Jaime laughed and said no; a short visit later he had replaced the faulty part and repaired my shower for a fraction of the cost.  

I really value the honesty and integrity displayed by everyone so far at Fantastic Rooter.  I will absolutely use them for all of my plumbing needs going forward, and continue to recommend them to my friends.

This review is for the ladies that answer the phone. I spoke with Amanda and she said she's going to email me with things that need to be done. I waited the whole day and I didn't received any email from her. The next day I called again and another female receptionist answered and she said Amanda is still on the other line but assured me she will call back. After a couple of hours later I still haven't received a call so I called back again. This time Amanda is on lunch and assured me again that she will call me after. The sun set and still  haven't received a call or email from them. Very unprofessional front office. Fix it, Able Septic! Please.....

We had a problem with a clogged kitchen sink drain on a rainy Friday night.  So based on the Yelp reviews, we chose Fifteen Dollar Sewer & Drain.

Positive:
- Plumber was nice, professional & knowledgable.
- Was able to assess the situation quickly.
- He provided some helpful tips to avoid future clogged drains.
- Completed & cleaned up within 50 minutes.

Negative:
- We called at 8:24pm and provided the required info.
- When we did not receive a confirmation call, we had to follow up.
- We called again at 10:04pm and provided our info again.
- We got call from the plumber at 10:25pm and he arrived 10 min later.
- Not sure what happened to our first request.

I have a large tree in my front yard and roots cause blocking in the main sewer line almost every year. I found Khan and his service of Plumbing connection on Yelp and used several times. The service is very friendly and quick (within 45min after your call), it's much better comparing other companies I used before, plus they also offer great deal for the customer, the price is also good.

John came over within an hour to fix a leaking kitchen faucet, and replaced the whole thing very quickly, with very reasonable rates.  He is honest, professional, and courteous.  Highly recommended, and will definitely be my first contact for any plumbing or general handyman work in the future.

I had to find a plumber to repair corroded connections before installing a new washer. Since I had active leaking, I needed someone out the same day and Mario at Plumbtree was able to come within an hour and repair and replace the fixtures. Professional, friendly and a reasonable price for the last-minute call. I can definitely recommend Plumbtree Plumbing!

I had Jeremy from Bullseye Leak take a look at my townhouse. He was on time, professional. I had told him that I had a another leak detection company take a look at the water leak that had occurred 3 times in 2 months. The other detection company came in 3 times and every time gave a different prognosis of what the leak is. I had to spend quite some money to fix what the other leak detection company recommended. But it was of no use since the water started leaked from exactly the same area as before. Jeremy was honest and he recommended either a structural slab company to take a look or do the repiping. He recommended a great repiping company which I signed the contract to start work in a week.
There are a very few honest companies that would give their time and opinion and not charge me to come and Jeremy was one of them. I give them 5 stars for being professional and more importantly honest.

No fuss, quick, quality work. The guy was in and out for 2 jobs (leaking pipe and shower head replacement) in about 30 minutes.

Ricky and Tony are excellent to work with.  I needed my pressure regulator changed out according to my soft water company.  I called around but decided to use them because they had come to my house last year for a heat valve replacement in my water heater (long story).    Last year they had to come more than once because the part the water heater company sent was broken.  And of course this was around Thanksgiving - nonetheless, they cheerfully came back the following day after I had the water heater company send me a replacement and they didn't charge me extra for coming back!  I don't think there is any other plumbing company that wouldn't charge for making a repeat trip.

This time they quoted me after I texted them photos of what needed changing.  They came out and had to make a trip to get a 1 part instead of the 3/4 part they thought I had after they looked at the text photo.  They finished replacing the pressure regulator in 1 hour and didn't charge extra for the trip - they charged exactly what they had quoted.

I also had them look at a garbage disposal hookup where the pipe had been closed off by a clamp.  This had come off a few days earlier but had been installed by a handyman so I thought perhaps a plumber would connect it differently.  They could have charged me extra but were very honest and said they would have done the same thing.  

Honesty, timeliness, friendliness and integrity - what more does anyone want?

They were very prompt and responsive. Got us out of trouble on the long weekend. Good skilled team. Solved my problem, but I think the prices were very high like 100% higher than my other regular plumbing companies. The bigger job was not on long weekend. e.g. the regular rate for snaking a drain is 2X the price of other rooters charging on a regular business day.

I'd recommend him for the job if you're willing to pay the extra $$ for (hopefully) peace of mind.

Matt (I think) from Marti's plumbing did a great job repairing the leaking pipes under my kitchen sink. Very fast work and a really nice guy. He seemed very competent and I totally trusted him in my house.

Noah had the parts in stock and fixed my Rheem in 30 min. He scheduled the visit for the next day. He answered all my text messages quickly. I would use him again and recommend him to whoever has issues with their water heater.

My kitchen sink developed a leak so I called Mario's Plumbing and Drains.
I am so happy I did. Kevin and Issac came by within 10 minutes of me contacting the office and they did a FANTASTIC job identifying the underlying issue and changing out the faulty fixtures under my sink.  They were fast and professional. I will definitely be calling them again if I have home issues and business needs. Thank you 1000x!

We found a water leaks around water main initially and hired someone else and thought the problem was fixed.  Later the water bill was still too high.  We did not know where the other leaks were.  Then we called TrenchFree and Carlos showed up quickly.  After some investigation he concluded it was the water main but there was no visible evidence where the leak was and did not know how many leaks were there.  He recommended replacing the water main and at the end we went for it.  During the time we had communication with Carlos and he always responded to our concerns.  The workers (Jacob ...) just completed the work in 1.5 days and looks pretty good.  There are some loose ends Carlos promises will come back and take care of it.  So overall we are very pleased with their services.

Abel is very knowledgable and accommodating. He does a thorough and clean job. His staff is efficient and professional. They did a great job changing our softener and doing some of the crawl space plumbing.

I just did a main shut off replacement with water pressure regulator. The process was pretty smooth. Communication and the cleanup after the installation. I tested the water pressure afterwards and the long lasting water hammering is gone. So happy with it. If you are on the market for plumbing works. Definitely recommend to call Mike first.

I called Bayshore Plumbing with an emergency on a Saturday night - sewer line under the house had burst. They arrived within 1 hour, and started the job at 8AM the next day (a Sunday), finishing on Monday and giving the house back to my family.  Menny and Baldo were honest, professional, and ensured the proper permits were pulled (with successful inspection) prior to finishing the job. As you can imagine, this was a messy job with two big holes in the ground and mud tracked everywhere. Menny and Baldo left the area cleaner than when they arrived...!  From what I was able to find out, their pricing on this job was very competitive, and they answered all of my questions.  

I would not hesitate to use Bayshore Plumbers, particularly Menny and Baldo, for all of my future plumbing needs..
