I cannot really say anything that has not already been said.

We have called upon him twice now for a clogged waste pipe - icky business.

He has come over same day and even earlier than was expected so he could help us out. Removed toilet because we have no easy access clear out. He cleared the waste pipe of tree roots and debris, replaced toilet, caulked the base, and cleaned up. All in under an hour.

Rate is very reasonable.  He is quick, polite, cleans up after his work, and best of all, honest. I can talk with him about whether it would cost effective to do further work with the pipes or not. Greatly appreciate his services.

We'll probably be calling for a third time again, once that darn tree blocks our pipes again. :) But at least we know we can count on John!

Very high price quoted, did not hse the services. It is hard to get people with reasonable price these days

Ismael came out on relatively short notice to check on an issue I was having with sewer line odor in my house. He quickly determined that our issue was bad seals on our toilets and promptly changed out the o-rings and resealed. I appreciated his quick assessment and ability to get the job done cleanly. He wore a mask the whole time and was in and out in just over 1 hour.

I called  a few minutes after 7am and was surprised that someone answered the phone. I mentioned the issue that we were having with our main sewer line and Yvonne immediately put us on schedule the same morning and gave me a quote. She followed up with a phone call at 8:15 am to let me know who's coming. By 9:30am problem fixed and Jason is on his way to his next appointment. These are the people that you would want to be part of your business. Friendly, efficient and professional. By the way, the price is very resonable. Highly recommended!!!

John is a great guy. Hard working and knows his stuff. He fixed my difficult to work on sink to wall drain pipe that had disintegrated. I had expected to pay much more.

Plumbtree Plumbing and Rooter easily earned five stars across the board from our family, especially our technician, Mario.

Our ancient bathroom sink decided to leak (on a Saturday, of course). Despite the fact that it was a weekend and he was about to view The Blue Angels with his family, Glen, the owner, answered the call. Glen was very patient and listened to my struggles in trying to explain the issue - It's a 50 year old sink with the knobs built-in to the counter and on opposite sides of the basin. After sending a few photos, Glen understood exactly what was going wrong and said that he would send out a technician, despite the fact that he only had two technicians working that day and they were pretty much booked. Fortunately, there was a technician working another job fairly close by. The technician's name is Mario and he is terrific! He arrived within the time window that Plumbtree's automated servicing tool had texted to me, wore a mask the entire time, and even put on booties to avoid any scuffs on our flooring. Mario took the time to confirm what the issue was, even showing me the defective parts and then outlined each option from least to most expensive. Since we plan to renovate this bathroom, Mario recommended the most practical and functional option. The price seemed pretty reasonable, especially considering it was a Saturday afternoon.

Because he was one of two technicians working that day and Glen squeezed us in between jobs, Mario had to leave as soon as he could. However, he never left us feeling like he was rushing or cutting corners. He was very efficient, professional, and kind. Mario even went to Home Depot to procure a replacement faucet because he did not want to leave our family of six down a bathroom sink for the weekend. He also saved us some money because he found that the valves that I had thought were broken actually were perfectly fine and did not need to be replaced. Mario installed the replacement faucet, cleaned up, and said that he would be back the following Tuesday to finish up (it was some very minor work - removing the old faucet's hot and cold knobs and then installing caps in their places). True to his word, I received a text from Plumbtree's service system on Tuesday and, yet again, Mario showed up well within the time window indicated on Tuesday.

Based on our family's experience with Plumbtree, it was easy to tell why they have such high scoring reviews... they earn it! Will not hesitate to call on Plumbtree (and Mario) in the future... HIGHLY recommended!

Such a shame.  Jeremy was very responsive at first but then cancelled because his dad got sick (fair enough right), then I am chasing and chasing him with text after text and then more cancellations because jobs took him longer than expected.  
I said I would call someone else as am having to truck water in to fill the pool and he finally agreed to come round.  He did arrive but was in a really bad mood as couldn't find the place though I have had so many contractors find it with the same directions straight away and then charged me $50 extra than the $300 he quoted on the phone and never actually detailed exactly which cracks were leaking more must that they all were.  
I asked for a quote for resurfacing and he said he would forward one the following week (yep you can guess that never happened) and then I texted 3 months later and he said he would check and get back to me (crickets............... silence!!!!)  Hate giving bad reviews but its been months now and still not resolved

We have a Grohe shower fixture that needed a new cartridge.  It was beyond my skill set, but not QQP's.  Ramez returned my call, scheduled a time, arrived and fixed it.  No more drips!

I had an amazing experience working with them right from scheduling to getting the task completed. We had issues with our hot water tap in the shower which couple of other plumbers couldn't fix. Henry  listened to the issue professionally and addressed it with skill. Fixed and cleaned it to normal. I highly recommend their services

Also I would like to thank Mark the plumber who came to my house to fix a minor issue I had with my water heater. Marti's plumbing went above and beyond my expectations. I will use them whenever I have Plumbing issues.

An absolute life-saver!  I had a two month old new RUUD water heater fail in my disabled mother and father in law's home and Bernard took time out of his schedule to stop by on his way back from another job to take a look.  If you have elderly or disabled family members, you know how big of a problem this can be.  In 35-45 minutes Bernard had the problem fixed and we were up and running.  This was after a complete meltdown by the original so-called licensed company that installed it last November.  They sent a tech out the day before and he said what I already new, yeah, the pilot doesn't ingite, I'll place a service order with the manufacturer.  He just passed the buck off to the manufacturer and said basically that's all we can do here.  

If you ever need a new water heater, or service on an existing one, this is your guy.  He had the part in his truck, knew what was wrong and found two other things the original company had done wrong on the installation!    I can't thank Bernard enough, he actually took the time out of his busy dayt to listen to me describe my problem.  5 stars many times over.

We had a drainage backup in the kitchen and wash machine area. Mario Plumbing saved our day.  They responded quick and gave a two-hour window for the plumber's arrival with no delay.  The service was thorough, not messy, and solve the problem. The price was reasonable giving the quality of the job.  Highly recommended!

My garbage disposal / sink was clogged. They responded to my quote almost immediately and came by the next morning. I couldn't ask for an easier translation! If you need any plumbing done, I highly recommend Fremont plumbing!

Chris has helped us on several issues with the plumbing  system of the house. He is fast, quick to respond, and top notch. He is also very knowledgeable and provided us valuable advise on how to do minor repairs ourselves and maintain the system. We really enjoyed working with him and highly recommend him to anyone who needs help on the plumbing system.

These guys were awesome. I needed my sewer lateral replaced so they did the pipe bursting method. I had several companies out to look at the situation and bid the job and they were by far the least expensive. They arrived on time did a awesome job and when they were finished you could not even tell they were there. I would highly recommend this company and will use them on all my properties. Ernie the estimator guy was awesome to.. He came the first day for the estimate and then came back on the work day to make sure his guys new what was to be done. These guys were almost two good to be true.

Abel came out to my house to check a water flow issue and immediately checked the crawl space to find water everywhere, he immediately pointed me to a company that handles those issues. Following a successful cleanup he went under the house an found the busted pipes. He fixed those in addition to making some other important recommendations. He and his team got my plumbing issues back to normal in just a few days and probably saved me from future issues. He and his team are extremely professional, while showing genuine concern. They show up at the time agreed upon which I really appreciate.  I hate time windows..others should take note. They go above and beyond. After the emergency I had and how fast it was handled...Abel earned my loyalty from here on out!! I'd highly recommend them.

He is extremely responsive, works to solve the problem and has very reasonable pricing.
Called on Friday and since it wasn't urgent he cam out on Monday and in less than 1 hour the issue was resolved.
