John came to our house and worked for 2.5 hours to clear a clog that was really stumping him.  He ran 130' feet of snake through our sewer pipe and still would not work.  He said my clog was making him mad and he would keep attacking it.  He never stopped working and eventually went on the roof and put a garden hose down the air vent pipe and voila, clog cleared!!  He was telling me all about my plumbing and that I don't need a new sewer pipe that another company said would cost $10k!  I would call John again in a heartbeat. He gave me some tips to make sure my sewer line would not clog like that again.  He also got to my house at 7:30 pm within an hour of calling him.

We had our entire house repiped and they did an excellent job, very reasonably price, were extremely clean, and always polite.   We are very happy to finally have good water pressure at home now!  The person they use to repatch the sheet rock in the places they had to cut through the walls also was very clean and did a great job.

1-17-2020  Last and final update, after many days they finally did return the call and apologized that the guy that did the work is no longer with them and why he did not recommend replacement of more of the line. They did a new quote and asked for more money, more than double the first charge. I grudgingly agreed with them, signed the work order and they never showed up. Called few times again and still no response. So finally I gave up and will find someone else to fix their mess.
Not really sure how people run their business in this fashion.

I had called 3 other plumbers prior to $15, one didn't service my area anymore and the other two didn't respond within a 2 hour span. I saw someone recommend $15 on Nextdoor so gave them a call. I got a live person on the 2nd ring, and a scheduled technician within an hour. He showed up 10 minutes early after texting he was on the way, he quickly assessed the problem with my sink, showed me the cause, told me how he would fix it, and within 20 minutes, the sink was clear and I was very happy.

The tech, Angel, was courteous and professional in addition to knowledgeable. We will definitely call them again should the need arise.

These guys were great!  I called yesterday with an urgent, but non-emergency request.  They gave me an appointment at 9 am today and showed up at 8:45.  Nery not only fixed the main issue, but took care of two other less urgent plumbing issues I had.  He was neat, efficient, friendly, and the prices were reasonable.  I would definitely use them again.

Lost a retainer, found a plumber! My kid's retainer got flushed down the toilet, and we couldn't retrieve it -- we considered the appliance a lost cause, but we worried it would harm the plumbing, so we went in search of a plumber/rooter, and Plumbtree was able to offer us someone the very next morning. Thomas showed up on time, was friendly, courteous, and professional, diagnosed our issue quickly, and gave good advice for what to look out for in the future. We're very glad there was no real issue today, and the silver lining is that we know who to call if we need someone again! (Also: Hannah, on the phone, was great -- so nice to speak to a real person, and one who understands the business and is eager to help -- thanks, Hannah!)

Jeremy was great. Super friendly and professional. I could tell he had a full day of appointments already scheduled, but when I told him it would be hard to miss another day of work he fit me in to that day's schedule. He showed up exactly when he said he would. Can't beat that kind of punctuality. Price was more than fair, and he was quick about his work. Highly recommend.

Our washer drain pipe was completely clogged with dirt and silt deposited over many years.  Shibli gave me a free estimate over the phone and came on time.   He was very courteous and professional.  He first assessed the scope of work and methodically worked to clear the pipe.   It turned out tougher than initially thought but he kept at it with different tools and finally after 45 minutes, got it done.  Overall, I am happy with his work.  His price seemed reasonable (With all the extra work and new pipes, he only charged $75 more than his initial quote)  I would definitely recommend him to others.

Tony's Plumbing replaced some pipes in my kitchen when I suddenly started getting a leak under the sink. They were able to come out pretty soon and fixed up everything quite quickly. They also explained what was wrong with the old setup under the sink and why it caused a problem eventually.

Ryan and Romeo did a great repair job fixing a serious drain pipe leak in our garage. Very professional and responsive. Highly recommend it!

Having replaced the kitchen faucet a couple of months ago, I guess I'm getting lazy in my old age.  

I set up an appointment to find out why there is no cold water going to the tub/shower faucet that had been replaced in the house we just inherited.

After they failed to for the appointment and never bothered to call, I suspect that they may be the ones that did the original job.

Having been in the building trades as a carpenter for decades, I have done most common plumbing jobs like replace toilets, water heaters, and faucets. They are jobs that anyone with half a brain can figure out. How hard is running a snake to remove a clog?

Seems like the good reviews are all for these types of jobs. I guess a real plumbing job is too much for them to handle.

More than that, he has people to call when in need to harness 30+ more years of experience. A place to turn for that kind of resources is very valuable, because time is money and he gets results. I had a very positive experience working with him on replacing a water heater, he went above and beyond the call of duty because of my unique circumstances. I would definitely recommend Noah's Plumbing for ANY plumbing job small or large.

We noticed a leak under our kitchen sink on the Saturday of 4th of July weekend. We didn't have much hope for finding someone to fix it on a holiday weekend, but Mario's took our call and scheduled a same day appointment. They came out and replaced the p-trap, and they didn't over-charge us. We were happy with their reasonably priced weekend service.

We had kitchen drain clogged. Chris was 2nd plumber we got and he fixed the problem. The 1st plumber we got is from another company and he couldn't make it but Chris did it. Great job Chris! Chris also told us a few tips to avoid the problem for longer time. We strongly recommend the service.

TrenchFree came in this morning to re-pipe the main water line from the meter to the outside of the house. They used the trenchfree technique, which was fast and clean - no dig up a big trench. The staff was a good team-work. They knew what they were doing. They started at 8:30 am. and completed the work by noon. The clean-up after work was excellent.

I highly recommend TrenchFree (JD Plumbing). Juan, the owner, is prompt, courtesy, and professional. The staff is well-trained, polite, and considered on maintaining high quality work. I got much more than I had expected.

My main water pipe was broken, so I need to repipe the water line from the city's meter to my house. I started with the other old-name plumbing company with a result of big disappointment!

I searched the Internet and found TrenchFree aka JD Plumbing. Had no idea about TrenchFree, but started reading the reviews. Juan called me within about 15 minutes of my search. With his sound courtesy, eagerly to work, and sincerely, I decided to meet with him at my house. He was there in half an hour as he said he would. He explained to me in sufficient details on how he would re-pipe, the product used, the technique, timeline (in one day!), and price. Within about 15 minutes talking to him, I had pretty good idea how I could expect on this re-piping job. After we parted, Juan email me an invoice describing the procedure and material in details, including a price, of course, which was very reasonable!

At the beginning, I was hesitate a bit though because I had never heard about TrenchFree technique and how people did the re-pipe without digging a trench. I did some research on the Internet about trenchfree technique and the material used - HDPE pipe. Got quite good idea!

Getting so fade up with that big, old-named company, I cancelled that company and contacted TrenchFree to take the re-piping job. It was my best decision this week, and today when TrenchFree came in and completed the job professionally and beautifully, it was one of the best days in my life. I was so happy and highly satisfied with TrenchFree' s work.
