Wow I can not say enough about this company. John came out to are house and had our water heater fixed in about an hour. Another company came and tried to get my business but my spouse was set on this guy. So happy I waited!!!!The other company came by trying to sell me a new water heater telling me how fast they could install it and how old mine was. They only wanted about 1500. I told them I was already waiting for someone to come out. So glad I did. John was very honest and fair. He saved us so much money and I found out we have a great water heater and its not even that old! Thank you so much John!! Loved having hot water tonight. I would recommend this man to anyone who wanted a fair, honest, hard working man. Did I mention it was 7:30pm and he was still working. Thanks again!

Our household highly recommends Fantastic Rooter for any plumbing job!  We have a dual-sink in our kitchen that was backed up with a slow drain for over a week.  We tried everything on our own to clear it - drano, disconnecting the pipes and manually cleaning them, etc. and nothing seemed to work.  In fact, the slow drain got WORSE!  Finally we decided to just get some professional help, which led us to Fantastic Rooter.  It is definitely slim pickings out in the Gilroy area.  

The customer service was perfect and the technician was able to squeeze us into his schedule right away.  After calling their office the technician showed up at our house a couple of hours later!  Eduardo was extremely polite, very helpful and professional.  He got to the root of the problem right away and was in and out in no more than 30 minutes!  He not only gave us some tips on inexpensive monthly maintenance but he also was kind enough to give us a discount since my mom (who is a senior citizen) was paying for the service.

Our household definitely considers Fantastic Rooter our go-to plumbing contact and are happy to know that they are licensed to perform a wide array of plumbing services!  If you are in the Gilroy area and are in need of a plumber give Fanatastic Rooter a call, you won't be disappointed!

Able plumbing is a great business. Jacob was here and worked efficiently and was friendly, neat, and answered all my questions.

Roman just left.  He did unclog the toilet, using your basic snake.  It was $87 for ten minutes' work.  I thought I could use the other 50 minutes to have him take a look at a leaky faucet in the kitchen but no, --  another project means the clock resets to zero and it would be another $75 or so.  At that rate, they could stay here and do four or five small projectS in less than one hour for a total of around $400!  Now I see why their (initial) rates are lower than others.

Excellent service and reasonable. Mr. Khan and his team are very professional and pleasant. We called them to fix an issue in our kitchen but the way the technician approached and fixed the issue I was confident that they will do an excellent job if we give them an opportunity to fix few other issues in our bathrooms. Sure enough they not only fixed the issues but changed the parts  at no additional charge. Will highly recommend them.

Yes, I used John again, this time to paint my crown moulding. He did a great job. He cleaned up after himself and he repaied a spot that wasn't right. He has a nail gun so he offered to hang more and some base boards too.

He also came on last minute notice to help me with this before my party. I would call him again.

Had a leak in the recirculating hot water line. Mario's crew came _quickly_, were courteous, saw not only the problem for which I had called but also another nearby location that would leak sooner than later, repaired everything nicely, and were tidy, careful, and efficient. Excellent service!

I called them and they were out in under 2 hours for a clogged drain and fixed it in less than 30 minutes.

We had a clogged kitchen sink, so I was looking for plumbers on Yelp. What made me choose Chris out of the local plumbers nearby was that 1. he had a flat fee, so if you have a really serious problem, at least you have a piece of mind that you don't need to haggle while the plumbing issue is not fixed, and 2. over the phone, Chris was able to clearly explain the entire plumbing process, as well as plan B, etc., while other plumbers just said trust me, I got this -- (which may be ok w/ others, but that's not my cup of tea).

Chris arrived promptly at the promised time, and gave me a text message when he was on the way. Thankfully, this was an easier job (took ~30 minutes total), and he did not leave a mess behind. Throughout the process, Chris answered any technical questions I had (like, why did my own drain snake not work? probably that it was too small and hand-powered).

Overall, would recommend, just be aware that he doesn't take credit card.

Awful service. THE absolute slowest business we've ever dealt with. We had to call them many times just to beg them to do their job. Unreal. Never hire this company. There are plenty others out there who actually want to work.

They responded quickly, provided full investigation and offered solution to replace my toilet as well as the tube which is rusted.
The replacement work work quick, secure and stable. This is the second time I used their service. I will definitely recommend to my neighborhood.
