Excellent service timely and professional! Our main drain line was clogged. John did a great job clearing the blockage by running heavy duty snake from roof air vent and then tested thoroughly to confirm good water drainage by running water from two bathroom showers, toilet and even washer at the same time. I have highly recommended Midas Plumbing to a friend and will definitely use his very reliable service again in the future.

These people are not only unethical, they are as rude as they come. After speaking to Glen, the owner, it was obvious why the the office people are incredibly rude. Glen was not only rude, he was downright combative. They will take days or weeks to return your calls with issues related to work or overcharges but will call incessantly to collect an unpaid bill. Stay away from this company.

Robert came over within an hour and was able to unclog a huge root growth in our main sewer line. Another company was unable to clear the clog 2 days beforehand.   Robert worked diligently, carefully & then cleaned everything up afterwards.  He did an awesome job & with a great attitude - he really knows his job!  I'm happy to recommend this company & especially Robert.

I am pretty happy with their service. We got a kitchen sink clog. So we sent a quote email and got the reply in 5 mins... and then the team arrived after 1 hour on Sunday afternoon! After 45 mins, the problem solved! Super fast and smooth!

John was absolutely great. He installed two toilets and got my sinks draining better while he was at it. He is really nice and his pricing is extremely reasonable. I'll definitely be calling him for future projects.

Still 5-stars!  Had a termite inspector come across a pool of water under the house. I contacted Jeremy since he did our leak inspection a month prior and he was quick to find a time to come back and inspect.  He found the cause to be drainage related due to the intermittent pool of water and refered me to a plumber and pool specialist.  He even called them when here to make sure they understood the issue.  Jeremy is a great business owner!

We were renovating our closet space and needed to move the existing water pipes that ran to our bathroom.  Once we opened up some of the walls, we saw that the pipes were old rusty/corroded galvanized pipes that were just an accident waiting to happen.  We had a few companies bid on re-piping with copper and ultimately choose Quality Plus Plumbing.  

First of all, I was able to reach someone by telephone right away (I had called many companies and left many messages, of which only some calls were returned).  Second, they were able to schedule me very quickly.  Rob and Shibli arrived very promptly.  They were very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and I did not feel like they were trying to sell me (as I felt with previous contractors).  Lastly, they quoted a very reasonable price as compared to my other quotes, they were able to start work quickly (within 2 days), and they had good YELP reviews to back them up.  And yes, they are licensed, bonded, and insured.

After we had already agreed to the contract, I phoned up Rob to ask if he could also re-pipe the hallway that led up to our bathroom as well (about an extra 7 feet).  Rob not only agreed to my last minute request but also offered to do the work without extra labor charge (I would only have to pay the extra cost of the copper pipes).  

On the scheduled work day, Rob and his crew arrived 15 minutes early.  They brought drop clothes and lined their work path.  They were well organized and started work right away.  After cutting out drywall and exposing more pipes they informed me that the section already had copper plumbing and the old galvanized pipes that were there were no longer in use but just left there.  So, all they charged me a nominal fee for the time they were there to cut and remove the old pipes.  I felt terrible that I wasted all their time (scheduling their whole day for our job, bringing their crew for a job that 1 person could have done, etc.) but Rob and Shibli were so pleasant and thought it was great news that we found out that the whole house had copper pipes.  Rob even checked over the exposed copper pipes just to make sure that the work was done correctly (and thankfully, he said that they did a good job).  They vacuumed up all the debris and left the house pretty much the way they found it (minus the drywall they removed to expose the pipes).  

So glad that we decided to go with this company, even though it ended up that there really was not much work to do.  We will definitely use them again for any plumbing services and would highly recommend them to our friends and fellow YELPERS.

I had a urgent problem where the gas line running to my house from the PG&E meter was leaking. I needed it fixed ASAP so I called Tony. Turns out he couldn't get to me that day but gave me some valuable information that allowed me to resolve the issue much cheaper than I was originally quoted. He actually took my call while on his way to another job. He didn't make a cent off of my situation but was able to same me money.

Henry, Auggie, and Troy did a remarkable job with an assortment of tasks I wanted to handle at the same time as addressing a leak. (I also appreciated Henry teaching his son Issac the family trade.)

For my leak, they uncovered a nonstandard installation, found a replacement gasket, and bound the pipe into place. I'm optimistic that this repair will last.

Henry was also the only plumber I talked to that inspected my water heater and shower in detail and that I felt confident in maintaining the water heater and installing a new shower panel.

They showed up ahead of the scheduled window.  My problem was fixed promptly without needing any parts. The service man was professional and polite.  Unfortunately I did not get a quote before they sent the people and did not ask for the price before they started the service. I was shocked when I was told how much the charge was.  I am not a haggler and did not feel I have any other option, so I paid.  But I have to vent it out in Yelp.  I was surprised when Kristena reached out to me to discuss and address my concern  In the future, I hope they can make pricing more clear upfront to avoid any misunderstanding.  But with the management who really cares about customer feedback and rights the wrongs, I will be more than happy to use their service again if the need arises.

Maybe I'm the one had not satisfied experience with him. Nice talk on the phone conversation, somehow his behavior was like I don't want to take care of your case, it's not my problem. when he visited my house.

Minus one star; he suggested anti-legal modification: later I figured out there is the legal requirement.

Minus one star: didn't cleanup after checking, set up the temp at the most highest point (which manual states human will get burning in less than 1 sec).

Minus one star: You want to blame someone I don't read a manual of water heater These are sentences he was saying to me. I felt he doesn't want to help me, It disappointed me.

So I'm giving him two Stars.

Mario and his team are fabulous  I highly recommend them. They are professional, responsive, helpful, efficient, reasonably priced, kind and friendly. They had our kitchen faucet and leaking shut off valve fixed and replaced in no time at all and did an amazing job cleaning up after they were done. They left my kitchen sink area cleaner than they found it
Also, their Covid protocols are outstanding. I felt very safe with them in the house at all times.

Highly recommended. Great communication, very knowledgeable, on time, very clean, fair pricing. Our toilet was acting up and Chris came the next day to check it out after giving an estimate over the phone. Coordinating a time was easy, he was very communicative. The job was completed professionally and in a timely manner. He answered all questions I had about other plumbing issues. My toilet is now silent and I will definitely be reaching out to him for any other plumbing needs.

Carlos came over today and inspected my sewer, which gets clogged every month. He inspected the sewer line and I have to say, he exactly does what I would appreciate a consultant should do. He noticed what the problem is, but it is not something his companies' solution can resolve. NOW that is an awesome recommendation, apparently the configuration of my piping is as such that his advise is to put in new piping because there are some turns and joints that cause the build up. there are plenty of companies who would sell you their services and solutions and the problem is still not fixed and you spent money but the problem does not go away. Carlos was very elaborate on the solutions they can provide and I am happy to know now, because I will use them next time

Abel is very knowledgable and accommodating. He does a thorough and clean job. His staff is efficient and professional. They did a great job changing our softener and doing some of the crawl space plumbing.

We called on a Saturday for a sewer issue he was at our house in a little over an hour. Fixed the issue, in and out.
Didn't gouge us because it was on the weekend.

It's too bad there's some negative reviews on here, because I thought they were great. We had a standard plumbing emergency & were told someone could come between 2 & 4. Juan & another guy (name?) arrived at 2:30 & proceeded to snake the drain while I did my work at my desk. Juan was very helpful in assessing what was wrong & needed to be fixed & he provided a quote for a fix we might want to make in the future without pressuring me in any way. We were quoted a very good price (basically the same as a competitor's except ours included the video as well) & that's what we were charged. I have no complaints & would call Bayshore again.
