Had a pipe break in our front yard (underground) on July 30. I called a local, well known plumbing company twice and each time was told the person I needed to speak with was not at her desk.  I looked up plumbing services on Yelp, found Midas Plumbing and read that they had excellent reviews. I called and someone was out in less than 45 minutes. The tech finished the repair job in about 3 hours. Very good experience with Midas Plumbing.

These guys are best. If there were more stars to add I would! Cant say enough about how incredible EVAN is. I recently had a clogged toilet and EVAN did a excellent job fixing it. I will be definitely using his service next time and would greatly recommend his service.

Be very very careful about the job that you are engaging with them. If you don't know some fundamental of your plumbing issues, then you are running a very high risk of having a technician doesn't have adequate knowledge and training. Other than the owner Mark who is very experience and knowledgeable, the rest of crew's professional knowledge and judgment varies in huge degree. You have to bear your own costs of their efficiency and incorrect judgement. As an owner of an old house and three other old rental properties, I engaged them on and off in the past 7 years. For an easy snake job, it is fine to engage them. You have to be very careful when your plumbing issue turns into a bigger project such as sewer pipe rebuild. I learned my lesson the hard way when I was out of the town and cannot present at the job spot. I have to pay a big price for the crew's inefficiency. I know they don't have to do any technical training program or quality control as there are thousands of old houses in the Bay Area which can keep them very busy in billings without maintaining or protecting their professional reputation. Well, you get what you pay for.

The sink in my master bathroom was clogged so I call and got a service within 40 min , he fix the problem fast and also change some part .
The price was very reasonable and the service was quickly and clean.
Now I have a friend in the plumbing business.

John was on time, professional and did good work for us.  We had an urgent water leak issue at the water meter.  We called a few plumbers and handy men, they were either too busy or wanted to charge us an arm and leg for some basic plumbing work.   We finally found John via Yelp, he returned our call right away.  

He arrived promptly with appropriate tools, and was able to assess the issue quickly.   He did a good job fixing the pipe, removed some roots, and gave the pipe a good angel to help alleviate some future pressure that may come from a nearby tree.  Since he was already there, we asked if he could help take a look at our broken sprinkler system.  He fixed those for us too.  I would definitely recommend him not only because he is a honest guy with a great attitude, but also he does excellent plumbing work.  And the price is very reasonable.  I would call him again.

Had a great experience with Plumbtree yesterday. I started a bathroom faucet replacement but ran into problems. It was a 15 year old faucet that apparently had some frozen nuts below. Axel from Plumbtree was able to come out the same day I called. He was on time, polite, and best of all...he did a great job...working in that small vanity space!

Mario's Plumbing is super fast, efficient and professional. They replaced a toilet in one of my units and did an excellent job and was able to come out within the same day as I called. They also were extremely helpful for another issue that occurred in another unit at my apartments with their shower and was able to be out within 2 hours. I really appreciate them and all that they did to help me and my tenants. I highly recommend them, and I will definitely be using them as my plumbing service moving forward.

I just called in today on a Saturday afternoon for a water heater and they came out immediately and got it replaced in a just a little over an hour. Really appreciate the work these guys did.

Highly recommended. Great communication, very knowledgeable, on time, very clean, fair pricing. Our toilet was acting up and Chris came the next day to check it out after giving an estimate over the phone. Coordinating a time was easy, he was very communicative. The job was completed professionally and in a timely manner. He answered all questions I had about other plumbing issues. Our main water line broke the day after Thanksgiving.  I was a little panicked given it was a holiday weekend, the kids and I had no water AND I was headed out of the country the next day.  TrenchFree was recommended by our realtor.  I called and got Ernie on the third ring.  Despite being over an hour away visiting family, Ernie promised he would come and help us.  True to his word Ernie and his team arrived and fixed the main line. They were cordial, professional, timely and kind to inquisitive children. They saved us!

I reached out to Best Bay Plumbing and Rooter, and Abel promptly responded to my inquiry.  I needed to replace my water heater and called around for a few quotes -- Abel's pricing was most competitive and based on his professionalism, I chose to work with him and his team.

Abel and one of his guys arrived the next day on our agreed appointment time.  He assisted me with selecting the most cost and energy efficient water heater suitable for my small home.  They replaced the unit and ensured everything was compliantly secured.  He walked me through step by step around the replacement process, and happily answered all my questions (and trust me, I had a lot! haha).   Both of them were incredibly knowledgeable and courteous to work with.  Once the replacement was done, they cleaned up everything and took my old water heater with them.  

The process was quick, painless, and most importantly -- affordable.  In this day and age, it can be challenging to find quality specialized service companies for competitive pricing.

Mike and the team completed a house re-pipe job.  We have a 1939 house in Willow Glen with plenty of galvanized pipe going all the way out to the city water main.  They completed the job efficiently and at a competitive price.  I highly recommend these guys and plan to work with them again on some other plumbing upgrades.
