John was recommended by a friend for an emergency hot water heater tank leak. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue over the phone, and gave me a reasonable quote after sending him some pictures. Thankfully he was available the same day and arrived at the time he specified. He patiently explained what he was going to do and was also conscious about the surroundings, and asked me to move certain things in the garage that could be in the way/at risk. He cleaned the water leak around the old tank and hauled it off, and left no mess after his work. He came highly-recommended and I would hire him again for any future issues; he was thoughtful, sincere, honest, kind  and reliable. Thank you again, John!

Worst customer service ever. Michelle is extremely unprofessional stated are you really calling  15 mins before i leave just for a quote Um most people shop around for services like these. Just based off a 45 second phone call i will never recommend

After multiple unsuccessful attempts to clear our sewer pipe by Cabrillo and American Leak Detection, I found these guys. They were able to get someone out within within the hour and he was respectful, clean and honest. Best thing of all was the price- $87 to snake the pipe, then camera was free! This was only a third of the cost that Cabrillo charged and they didn't even put the camera in! $15 Sewer and Drain found the issue and gave us an unbeatable price for repair. Don't go anywhere else for your sewer issues!!

I urgently wanted to replace water heater due to loud popping sounds.

I had tried HomeDepot guys first, they came and said we cannot take out old heater due to not enough space and asked us to reach out HOA to break wall which would have been very costly, that job was cancelled.

Then I reached out multiple plumbers by seeing reviews on yelp, Mr. Khan responded quickly among all. He was very reasonable, explained us reasons in details and provided all possible options and gave me next day appointment.  I told about space constrain to fit new heater, Mr Khan addressed that by getting exact size heater needed.

Installation went on time and very smooth. Two guys handled everything in about 2 hours, they replaced heater without any problem
The new heater is very efficient and quite and comes with led indicators for easy inspection.

John is an honest, hardworking guy who can be depended on to get the job done right. Our toilet was leaking from its base due to the wax ring leaking and then having the steel ring corrode away. This ended up being a lot more than we had originally anticipated and involved needing to go to Home Depot twice, but John persevered and made sure we had a working toilet by the time he left. It's been working well for the past 2 months now.

John charges a reasonable rate and guarantees his work for 1 year.

We called Plumbtree because of a leak coming through our kitchen ceiling.  Based on its location and other evidence I was pretty sure it was a problem with a toilet wax seal on the second floor.  Anthony was dispatched to our house, and was incredibly courteous and polite.  He took a look at things and agreed that the wax seal was the probably culprit but promised that he'd get to the bottom of it regardless.  

He offered two choices - either replace the seal or replace the toilet; we chose the latter, because our toilet was very old and we wanted one with a different height anyway.  

He offered to check our pressure regulator and showed us that it was broken.  Since he had to turn off the water to the house to make some of the repairs, he also checked our water heater to make sure there was no recirculating pump.  He noticed that when I hired different plumbers 6 years ago to replace the water heater, they hadn't installed the overflow tank according to code, and that there was a leak caused by their use of galvanized parts.  

He dealt with the toilet in a couple of hours, including going and retrieving a new one, but Plumbtree had to send two plumbers back the next day to deal with the pressure regulator and the water heater. They also fixed a leaky delta tub faucet for us - I supplied the parts, and he did the labor for a reasonable price.  Finally, they found a small gas leak from a joint where tape had worn down coming into the water heater, and fixed that at no charge.  They even replaced some valves with quarter-turn valves for us and reversed the order of the main water shutoff and the pressure regulator, which had been installed backwards when the house was built.

Their price was quite reasonable (for the Bay Area, at least), and they through in some freebies (including a 10% Yelp discount that had just expired and an upgrade on the toilet).  They were all very respectful of our property and time, and were careful not to let the dog out or soil anything.  Anthony even cleaned and sanitized our bathroom floor when he was done.

I will definitely use them again the next time I have a plumbing problem.

This is the second time that I have hired Jeremy to detect leaks. He continues to do an excellent job. He is very precise and fast in finding leaks. I highly recommend Jeremy to anyone looking for a reliable leak-detection service.

After hours of trying, Quality Plus Plumbing was the only plumbing service I could get to promptly return my call, offer to service my neighborhood, and make an appointment. After explaining the issue on the phone, Quality Plus explained the various options to fix the problem, and what it would cost for each, letting me know ahead of time what to expect. The issue ended up resolving itself, but I really appreciated Quality Plus's quick turn around time and the communication. If any problems arise in the future we will be calling Quality Plus again.

I've called on Tony and his partner on 3 separate occasions and he's always been honest and helpful and would recommend him hands down!

We have had a clog in our shower for over a year. I kept trying to fix it myself by pouring drano to clear things up. It would work for a couple months and it would clog back up again. I finally called around and located Chris. He came out the next day and was able to snake the drain. He pulled out 12 in clog of hair that had clogged up the pipes. He was so good and explained everything to me. Went above and beyond.

TrenchFree replaced my sewer line and drainage Fall 2022. Three months later, heavy rain hit bay area and my crawl space had water. Carlos came and evaluated the problem and promised me that they will fix it. They did in two weeks.

I worked with them a few days, they are friendly and hardworking crew. They come on time, quiet and clean up every day.

We had just put our home on the market, and the next day the Takagi natural gas tankless water heater we've had since 2002 stopped working. We have the wired remote that normally gives diagnostic info, but it suddenly wasn't powered any longer and the display was blank.

I tried several things after opening up the heater's case, but only one time did I get everything powered up and then everything shot down within 5 seconds, so I was afraid it was a problem with the computer board, or a sensor or the power controller inside the TK2.

I called Bayshore Plumbers on Tue afternoon and they said they'd have someone come out between 9:30 and 11:30 on Thu. At 11:30 on Thu, I called and asked if they had a new ETA for my appointment, and they told me that for some reason, I didn't show up in their system.

Obviously that's a problem, but the good news was that they told me they were going to send their tech, Alex Gonzalez, out within the next two hours. The better news was that I got texts from that point on alerting me of the appointment and when he was en route to my house. In the future, I'll know to expect these texts as soon as I make an appointment!

Alex arrived as scheduled and quickly went through a series of checks. Within a couple minutes he determined that the system was actually fine but that there might be an issue with the outdoor GFCI outlet the system was plugged into.

When he left, everything was working perfectly with it plugged into the other outlet. He also determined that the TK2 didn't need any additional work or testing so this whole situation is behind me now.

While my overall first experience with Bayshore Plumbers might have been 2 or 3 stars due to the scheduling snafu, I will give them 5 stars for handling the situation quickly and for sending out such a competent and experienced tech. Alex definitely earned this 5 star rating!
