The main water valve of my rental property started spraying water due to a cracked nut.  The plumber I usually use was on a job in another city. I checked YELP and saw so many good reviews for John Hong that convinced me to call him. He came over 40 minutes later after finishing the job he was working on at the time. He decided to fix the valve by trying to replace the internal mechanism rather than replacing the valve. Replacing the whole valve was a big job due to limited space around it to work with. I was impressed by the effort he put forth to try to replace the internal parts. After these efforts failed and replacement of the entire valve became the only option, he did a high quality job fast. The entire job took less than 1/2 day and at a very reasonable price of $350.

Fantastic Rooter came out after hours on 20 minute notice to help us with a plumbing emergency.  Eduardo fixed it on the spot, and it wasn't a simple fix.  The area where he worked was cleaner after he left than before.  All in all, very professional job!  The company actually has a person who answers the phone, not voicemail.  And she was extremely helpful in tracking getting someone out to help us!  We found our new go-to plumber!

What great service!  The guys were right on time, very friendly and professional. And the best part was Albert had no problem driving up our steep, windy driveway.  Three other outfits wouldn't even come out and Able got the job done and did a great work!  Can't recommend highly enough. We had a plumbing mishap on a Sunday morning, and within 40 minutes of our call to $15 Dollar Sewer and Drain, their plumber (Sergio) was in our home fixing the issue.

These guys are Awesome . I had what I thought was a major issue with my shower , it wasn't closing properly and hence was leaking . I called 3 different plumbers . The first one came , inspected and quoted $400 for the work. He told me it was very complicated work . Second one quoted $700 after inspection . Israr and his team came for inspection , fixed it within 10minutes, taught me how to fix it myself if the issue every resurfaces and refused to take any money . They said it's too small a job for them to charge

John came over and fixed the leak under my kitchen sink. I located John on my iPhone Map App. I'm in Campbell so I chose him since he is located in Campbell and his rates are very reasonable! I highly recommend John if you have a plumbing problem!

Mario responded to the house call and he's absolutely great - efficient, polite and super nice.

He got my issue resolved in less than an hour upon arrival, and the arrival was within an hour of me putting in the service request on their website. Super easy to schedule and so quick to respond - I will definitely use this service again!

I had a problem with a water leak and Jeremy came out very fast. He is friendly and cooperative and was able to find the leak and even tell  me what needed to be done to fix it. If you have a leak or suspect a leak have him come out....

Called for an appointment and we set a 2-3pm time slot.  Tyler showed up at 2:05, great timing.

I showed him the sink that was having issues with low water pressure and also asked if he could check out a slow draining tub.  He was very clear before he started with the quote and went straight to work.

Finished both jobs quickly and successfully, so I asked if he could also unclog a sink (which had been showing signs of draining slow, but not crucial), since he was there.  Piece of cake.

He was friendly, professional, and honest with the job and the additional advice he gave for maintenance.  Everything completed within an hour.

Had a leaky shower faucet on second bath.  Very old DIY plumbing from who knows how long ago & done incorrectly!  Tony fixed the problem quickly and professionally!!

Henry, Auggie, and Troy did a remarkable job with an assortment of tasks I wanted to handle at the same time as addressing a leak. (I also appreciated Henry teaching his son Issac the family trade.)

For my leak, they uncovered a nonstandard installation, found a replacement gasket, and bound the pipe into place. I'm optimistic that this repair will last.

Henry was also the only plumber I talked to that inspected my water heater and shower in detail and that I felt confident in maintaining the water heater and installing a new shower panel.

Dean came by within the hour on a Sunday and took care of my clogged bath sink - he talked me through the steps he took so I learned what and why he was doing the different steps - when he left, he made sure the area was clean - I will definitely call him for more future work

Noah had the parts in stock and fixed my Rheem in 30 min. He scheduled the visit for the next day. He answered all my text messages quickly. I would use him again and recommend him to whoever has issues with their water heater.

Mario, himself, showed up within his quoted window 4-6pm on a Holiday-Weekend-Sunday for a kitchen sink clog. Turned out, Mario had actually installed our hot water heater years back when he was with another plumbing company. After chatting, Mario has made the steps to have his own business-- getting his contractors license, sweet truck, and a few good associates. Mario snapped on his booties and efficiently fixed the clog which was further down the line than expected. Mario is an earnest fellow who is developing a business of accountable, nimble and economic size. Don't hesitate to give him a call for your next plumbing adventure.

I called on a Sunday and Khan came as promised. We had water gushing in our  downstairs bathroom with the shower running upstairs. He fixed the problem as promised. He's very courteous and professional about it. Will definitely recommend  to friends. Thanks, Khan.

Our garbage disposal get clogged since yesterday morning and Chris came to fix within just 30 minutes! We are surprised with his expertise and efficiency. We will definitely ask for his help if we need any plumbing service next time.
