John has fixed a couple of problems for me over the years. I am satisfied with his work as he provides quick and affordable plumbing services. I just had him install new pipes under my badly leaking kitchen sink. He came quickly and went to work, and now I don't have to worry about further water damage.

Two of the outdoor water shut-off valves in my house broke. I sent a request at 9:45pm, Jaime replied in 10 minutes! Next morning Eduardo came and replaced the valves. Extremely fast and efficient!

These people are not only unethical, they are as rude as they come. After speaking to Glen, the owner, it was obvious why the the office people are incredibly rude. Glen was not only rude, he was downright combative. They will take days or weeks to return your calls with issues related to work or overcharges but will call incessantly to collect an unpaid bill. Stay away from this company.

Snaked it myself from the main clean-out but my 25ft snake didn't hit it.

Called at 9:00 am, gave me a 2 hour window 10-12.  They were there by 11:00 and were able to clear the main drain clog within 30 minutes.

Flat fee at ~$85 for this job isn't bad.  I've done this before and it costs ~$45 to rent a capable auger for 50ft+ runs.  Money well spent not to haul one of those beast around in the SUV after a job like this.

Our kitchen faucet was leaking and we needed to call in someone to replace the cartridges. I found Plumbtree on yelp, and impressed with the 5 star reviews, called to schedule an appointment for a technician to come in the next day. When Anthony came in to assess the situation, he was extremely thorough and made sure that he checked and eliminated all other potential causes of the leak. Given that our faucet is already a little more than 10 years old, he recommended that replacing it would be most ideal. Replacing the parts would only be a temporary fix, but would go with whatever we decide. He also looked into our bathroom faucet, and gave us an honest assessment of the potential work that needs to be done. He then put together several options for us, and included estimates and a comprehensive description of the scope of the work/problem. Anthony was extremely professional and friendly - it was definitely a very constructive meeting and we now have the necessary information to make an informed decision! Thank you, Anthony!

We had a pipe burst under our slab floor and were told by the plumber I would need a leak detector to come out and locate it. After calling the big leak detection companys who couldn't come out. I came across Bullseye on Yelp. I called Jeremy and he said he would be here in 45 min. He came by and found the location of the leak. When the plumber came out and opened the floor the damaged pipe was right where Jeremy said it was. I will recommend Jeremy at Bullseye to my family and friends.

Shibli was on time and reliable.  Price was very reasonable!  We might have our pipes redone by him as well.  Stay posted!

Had a very bad clog in the kitchen sink and tried everything to fix it, including the use of a 50' drain snake.    Tony came quickly, in fact, just a few hours after we had talked on the phone and I could tell he worked hard to schedule my work into his day.   He was able to fix the clog quickly.    The final cost was exactly as quoted.    I will definitely call Tony for his help again!

We had our water heater go out and I got a few folks who called to give us quotes. Henry the owner called and walked me through what the work entailed. Not only did he explain the work but also explained the value of getting it inspected. He was able to get me up to speed with what I should expect from any plumbers who would come out and things required to meet code. This helped gauge if the other companies where doing the right thing or where just doing a quick job. Swapping a water heater can be cheap, but doing it right and getting it up to code is important because I don't want reoccurring issues.

While HR Silicon Valley wasn't the cheapest, they were also not the most expensive. The difference in the level of work was clear though. Henry has a high standard and the fact that getting things up to code + inspection is the start made me feel like they were the right company.

Abel came out and was extremely professional. He was able to show up to the job early which was great. He explained what the course of action was and after agreeing, he got to work. Our setup was particularly difficult but Abel got everything setup and up to code. A few days later he was present to get his work signed off by an inspector. I look forward to calling HR Silicon Valley Plumbers in the future.

Two days ago I had some issues with the kitchen faucet and the water was not coming out and being a newbi I didn't know what was going on. I called Richie again to ask him some questions over the phone and he gave me some pointers. In the end, I figured out it was a bad faucet.

I'm writing this review because the day after he called to see if I had the issue resolved. Thanks for looking out. :)

Brand new Rheem 40gal gas water heater from Home Depot wouldn't light; it is the model that lights the pilot when it needs to heat (pilot isn't on all the time). Had Bernard from Noah's Plumbing (referred by Rheem customer service) come out and he quickly confirmed it was a defective pilot assembly (probably a blockage in the tiny feeder tube). He verified proper operation with a 50gal pilot assembly he had on his truck but didn't have a replacement 40gal unit. After finding out Rheem was out of stock on the 40gal. pilot assembly, I found one in So. Cal. and had it shipped. When it arrived, Bernard picked it up at my office and went over and installed it. Water heater finally fixed. On a positive note, Rheem did reimburse me the cost of the replacement pilot assembly.

Bernard not only knew the Rheem water heater inside and out, I was especially impressed with his troubleshooting skills; fast and efficient. He, without a doubt, saved Rheem from a costly warranty replacement in this case. If you have a Rheem water heater with a problem, don't call anyone else, call Noah's Plumbing and ask for Bernard.

Had a sink clog emergency causing both kitchen and bathroom sink to have disgusting water back flow. Called Mario Plumbing at 7:30pm at night and he picked up right away. He was responsive and got to my place in half and hour. He checked everything sink to see what is the most efficient way to fix it. He drained the dirty water, snaked the pipes, and put everything back together. It's like he never touched it. Mario was efficient, fast, and knowledgeable with his job! He even help me clean up the nasty stuff left behind by the back flow in the sink(never had any plumber even offer to do that).

Mario Plumbing is the one the call for any type of plumbing related services! Nobody can beat him!

This is the second time we've used Khan at Plumbing Connection to help us.  Both times, they have done excellent work, left the place clean, and didn't overcharge us.

This time we had a slow drain problem in our main sewer line, so the whole house was backed up.  I called Plumbing Connection on Saturday afternoon.  I asked if they could come on Sunday morning, and they did!

One of the things I like about Khan is that he promised to not charge me unless he could fix the problem.  Over the years, I've had this problem before and had drain cleaning services that couldn't fix the problem, but still insisted on charging us for their time.  So I was much more willing to use Khan.  Maybe because he promised to fix it or not get paid motivated him to solve the problem.  Or maybe he's just better, so he can make a promise like that!

I will use Plumbing Connection again.

Such a Great plumber call him for all your plumbing needs you won't be disappointed he is very reasonable as well. If I can give him more stars I would.

We had a complicated job that required almost all of our sewer lines to be completely replaced. Luis, Carlos, and many crew members got the job done without tearing up our house's slab and meeting our city's inspector's demands. We are happy to be able to get back to our daily lives with everything moving in the right direction.

I contacted Best Bay Plumbing few months ago for our irrigation pipe leak, Abel came next day and gave me honest suggestion of not fixing it as I'll be doing landscape renovation soon.

Few months later I needed plumber to install aquasana water softener & replace our gas heater with electric hybrid heater, Abel gave me fairly reasonable labor quote, and came quickly once my water heater arrives. He came with 2 of his workers on time and performed installation with care. For example he used better connector then the one came with softener. Also took care of condensation line requirement for the new heater. Worth mention they kept the job site clean and hauls away all garbage including the old heater and packaging materials.

We didn't put a drain pan at first place, but later when I decided to get it in they came again and installed it cleanly, without additional charge!

It is one thing when a job goes right, but it doesn't always play out that way. Things didn't go as expected on a small plumbing job at my home, but Michael Brewer stood behind his work and went the extra mile to provide a remedy that left me with 5-star satisfaction. That showed integrity and concern for the customer, which is not so easy to find. I am sure to go back to Pure Plumbing Solutions in the future.

We had just bought a house when couple months later one of the sprinkler system pipes broke. We found out the pipe from the house to the main was all pvc, not copper. the sprinkler system was between both and there was no system isolating it.

on top of that, it was labor day, the pipe was broken and we needed water in the house. We called bayshore plumbers and were pleased they would come on a holiday emergency. Though prices ran a slightly higher on holidays than on a regular day, we didnt mind as the difference was small and we were in a bit of a trouble.

We decided to continue with the temporary fix as the proper repair with a copper pipe seemed high. Work was done in about an hour.

We definitely needed a permanent fix. I researched for other plumbers and got ridiculously high quotes. So i called Bayshore Plumbers back.

Finally the permanent repair was completed to code and within 4 hours. We were very pleased with the result, especially for the yard not having been destroyed....it was a nice surprise as we were totally expecting to have to redo the yard and maybe even the fence in their way.

I absolutely recommend Bayshore Plumbers for the quality of the work, their great attitude, promptness in completing the work and just being plain reasonable in their pricing!!
