I scheduled an appointment with John to look at a bathtub drain leak with water seeping through the kitchen ceiling (lighting fixture) below. He provided some estimates on the phone based on what the problem could be, showed up on time, and did some troubleshooting one by one to isolate the problem. Without cutting through the ceiling, he was able to figure out the problem with the drain hole seal and overflow valve - and re-sealed everything with a high-grade seal. In fact he found that there was no seal put in place on the drain before, which seems to be the root cause. Everything seems to be fine now, but he said that if anything leaks again to call him and at that point we might have to cut a hole in the ceiling to see what's happening with the drain pipes. I am happy he found the obvious problem without going through any unnecessary destructive or complicated route, saving me money. FYI - the ceiling does not have any damage or mold in case you're wondering. His rates are very reasonable, as others have mentioned. I will be calling him for future needs as well.

Called Fantastic Rooter on labor day for shower leak, Eduardo called me back shortly, he figured out the problem and quoted upfront cost, and he got the particular shower valve needed before arriving.  My problem was solved quickly, good job done!

Do not use these guys for anything.  My apartment complex has some huge contract with Able to do all plumbing work outside of most in-unit stuff.  On this most recent visit three guys have been looking at the same hole in the ground and the same two inches of broken pipe for two hours.  I guarantee they'll knock off in ten minutes and go to lunch for an hour and a half.  See, with Able they'll always make any work take at least four hours.  They don't give a rat's ass about getting the job done correctly or promptly.  Now on this visit they actually have some tarps down to protect the landscaping but that's only because of the havoc they caused the last time they were here.

Last time they serviced the complex they changed the shut off valves inside each unit - as well as did a bunch of unnecessary work.  How do I know this?  Well when they bailed for lunch I came home from work and saw their entire worklist on the floor in front of my front door.  As for my unit?  Rusty and debris filled pipes all over my carpet and rugs.  Tools on the floor throughout the apartment.  When the worker came back over an hour later, it took him another hour to finish up two valves.  Replace the pipes?  No way!  Not when you can stab the debris out all over my carpet with a screwdriver.  Bleed the lines to knock all the debris out before reconnecting to my faucets?  Of course not!  If they did that then they couldn't come back and tell me know my plumbing sucks because my faucets are running slow - which I later fixed myself by disassembling my faucets and cleaning all the fresh debris and sediment out.  And I'm still trying to clean threadlock off my toilet - thanks for that, dude!  Let's also not forget how they left many people's apartments unlocked with the doors open while they were completely MIA - probably off screwing around or taking another two hour lunch.

Employees of this company just stand around and shoot their mouths off.  One hand on the cell phone on a personal call, one hand on the wrench - that's Able Plumbing.  MAYBE if you have a septic issue they know what they're doing but I have yet to see a single service event where Able has appeared to be even the slightest bit competent.  I have the suspicion that half the positive reviews here are shills for the boss as that's all they talk about.

If you can find a way to get passed Alicia's unbelievably rude manner at the front desk, they do really good work.  She will likely stretch your patience to its limit and leave you wondering why she has a job in customer service, but fear not, if you get on their schedule they are timely, affordable and efficient.  My advice, have a good sense of humor and ignore her hatred of the very customers who pay her salary.  Zero stars for Alicia, 5 Stars for their service rep.

Plumbing connection is really trustable. We had a tricky case and not knew where is the leaking. We thought it was the problem of main water line and already decided to replace it, which would cost a lot. However, after some digging and active investigation, they found the problem is actually coming from a single point leak that got easily fixed. We saved a lot of money. They could have replaced the main water line any way but they were so responsible to solve our problem. We will come back to Plumbing connection in the future if needed.

John took the time to talk me through a basic repair over the phone. That didn't work so he fit me into his schedule that day. He was prompt on arrival, fixed my bathroom leak and his charge was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

My daugher used their service to fix a kitchen faucet that was loose. So loose you could pull it in the air. Antony identified and fixed the problem. The fixture was broken but he replaced it by one of a similar design (did not have to come back). My daughter pointed out some dampness in the floor of a bathroom and he identified a leak and was able to fix it. All done in a very friendly manner. We will be using them again.

Jeremy is the guy to go to, he's very responsive, answers your questions and concerns in a professional way. He detected our leak was from the skimmers and had his team work on it quickly, at times when they are late or can't make it, he always make sure to call or text me ahead of time to update me on the progress. After fixing the skimmers our leak seems to still exist, he still comes out at no charge to check on it and found a few more small leaks in the spa and fixed it right away. Very down to earth guy, I usually have bad experiences with contractors disappears after they get paid, but Jeremy is very trustworthy and I would highly recommend Bullseye Leak.

I always like to find good, reliable help, with a trusting relationship. I don't like to shop around every time I need assistance. I have used Quality Plus Plumbing for over 4 times now and have found a plumbing service that I can count on. They always return calls promptly, on time for appointments, and always a fair price. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful service!!!  Tony is really nice, professional and experienced. He fixed in one visit, what another plumber couldn't fix in 4 visits.  Great price too!!!  I am recommending him to everyone I know.

Using Martin's plumbing again, for a very difficult fix of underground water leak. Ed and Patrick fixed it. Very clean job!

My brand new Rheem water heater was DOA.  After I installed it, the pilot light would not stay on.  Rheem technical support tried to troubleshoot the problem over the phone, said they would send me a replacement part, shipping the next day, and an installer would be contacting me to replace the part.  I called back early the next morning to confirm the part was shipped only to find that part was out of stock!  The Rheem tech said he would authorize a replacement work order and put me in touch with a local plumber to handle it.  This is where Bernard comes in.  He's the Rheem man for the South Bay.  Rheem gave me the number for Noah's Plumbing (Noah is his eldest son, BTW) and said they would contact me within 24 hours.  I IMMEDIATELY called Noah's Plumbing after getting off the phone with Rheem and luckily Bernard was able to squeeze me in 3 hours later.  Now how lucky is that!

Bernard started by troubleshooting the problem and found the pilot light does light but it doesn't stay on, nor does the blue light in the front of the control unit light up.  He could have waited for the part to ship and leave me without hot water for a few days, but since Rheem authorized a replacement, we took that route.  I called Home Depot to confirm they had my model on the floor.  Bernard detached the unit, put it on his truck, and he and I went to Home Depot to get the replacement.  

Within 2 hours from Bernard arriving to my house, I had a brand new, WORKING water heater in place.  The speed of service was better than I expected.  Sure my DOA Rheem tank really pissed me off, but in the end I was happy to be without hot water for only a day.

Bernard was knowledgable, personable, and just seemed like a cool dude!  He's the owner and the technician so you deal directly with the CEO, CFO, COO, and the guy that sweeps up after the job.  No BS.  Not sure if charges an arm and a leg, but at least you know you're working directly with the guy in charge.

Our toilet had a rust stain on the tile floor, indicating a leak.  I called Mario's plumbing about 4:30PM.  Mario answered the phone. I explained the leak indication and asked if he could schedule someone to come out and check/repair it the next day.  He was very courteous and said he had a man working in our area and he could be there in the next couple of hours.  I was happy to hear this and said great.  About 40 minutes went by and I got a call from his guy saying he was on the way.  I was favorably impressed.  He arrived in approximately 15 minutes, put on his booties and mask and took a look at the rust stain.  He explained the problem clearly, noting that the bolts holding the tank were rusted and this was causing the leak between the tank and basin.  He then said that this would require the toilet to be replaced.  He noted that the toilet was a Glacier Bay and that these toilets could not be repaired and that he would install a new toilet for around $500.00.  I asked if this included the toilet. He said it did not and that I would have to obtain one and once I did to call them and Mario's would install it for $500.00. He explained that it would take two people to do the install.  He then said I should obtain a better quality toilet and recommended a Kohler or American Standard as they were better brands.  I said that I'd had these Glacier Bay low-flow toilets installed in our 3 bathrooms about 4 years ago so was surprised that they could not be repaired.  I was further surprised that they could not supply a Toilet.  He explained that they would have to mark it up and charge much more for it so they decided not to supply it.  I said I would investigate getting a new toilet and think about the offer and thanked him for coming so promptly.  He left.  About 10 minutes later the guy called back and asked if I would accept the offer if they also supplied the toilet.  By this time I was skeptical about the whole issue and decided to look deeper into it; so I said that I would think about the offer and call them back if I decided to go with it  I then went to Utube and looked up Tank to Basin repair.  It turns out that it is a simple job to repair this kind of leak, even for the unrepairable Glacier Bay toilets!  I watched two video's on how to do it. Then went to Home Depot, bought a $20 universal repair kit and repaired the problem by expending 3 hours of work.  I bet a pro could have done it in under an hour.  I would have happily paid $200 or more to have solved the problem, but come-on, $500 plus a new toilet for a leak on a 4 year old toilet!  
In summary these guys are courteous, prompt to show up and accurate in their diagnosis.  But you can expect to pay a very high price for repairs that you don't need.  Caveat Emptor!

Fremont Plumbing Connection really came through tonight for me. Here's my story:
Our faucet broke in the bathroom, then the shutoff valve under the bathroom sink broke. As water is spraying up and all over the bathroom I had to rush outside to turn off the main valve. I contacted the first plumber ( different company) was given an hour window which turned into a 2 hour wait then was called back saying plumber is on the  way to fix my water heater....WHAT? so ultimately cancelled that one then found Fremont Plumbing Connection and spoke with Rameez Khan.  Abdul came out in an hour assessed what we wanted to be fix and had the job completed in about 15 minutes. He was extremely polite and assured us that he would take care of us. I take care of my mom and we could not go without water until the next day.  Thank you so much Abdul!

Chris just became my go-to guy for plumbing/repair services. I had several work requests in my home, including a broken kitchen garbage disposal, clogged shower sinks and a broken shower head. Not only did Chris complete them very efficiently, he offered a reasonable price for the entire work. On top of that, he gave me very good tips on maintenance.

If you are looking for a plumber who knows what he is doing, fix your problems without overcharging, and presents a humble and friendly personality, Chris is your guy.

I scheduled TrenchFree on short notice to evaluate a prospective home purchase. It was an old home where the clay sewer is nearing the end of its useful life (50+ years), and we were concerned about whether we would be hit with a big repair cost in the near future. The technician (Carlos) came out on time (early, actually), called me immediately after the visit to clearly explain what he found - some roots in the line, but nothing critical requiring immediate service - and provided the very honest assessment that no work was needed right away, unless a problem arose. I hope to never need their service, but if I do need sewer work, they'll be at the top of my list. Appreciate the quick turnaround, professionalism, and honesty.

Abel and his associates at Best Bay Plumbing did a fantastic job! Affordable pricing close to their quoted cost of the repair and even offered a special discount! Abel thoroughly explained the job that needed to be done and even included before and after pictures. He and his associates were respectful and wore all correct PPE to protect my household members and his associates. Overall great customer service by the company with a quick turn around time. Would highly recommend!

Our kitchen sink had a major leak. I found a reference for Pure Plumbing Solutions on Nextoor in my neighborhood. I left a message with Mike, and he responded within 30 minutes or so. An hour later Nate was at the house diagnosing the problem. He explained everything to me, and he repaired our plumbing problem the same day. Overall, Nate was super professional and friendly. I will definitely give them a call next time our home needs service.

Over the past 3 months I've had to call Bayshore Plumbers with a lower sewer lateral issue.  Both experiences have been very positive in that Bayshore has a good practice of quickly setting up an appointment for a visit and keeping me updated on the team's arrival by text.  When the team shows up, they get to work.  I have had a few questions at both visits, and the  team is patient and takes the time to explain to me what is going on, and recommending what should happen next.  I'm very pleased with the service and the responsiveness!
