Wow!  I just wanted to say a big Thank You to John for coming out to my mother-in-law's home this morning on short notice.  She had a toilet supply valve that was leaking and needed replacing.  He came right out, had the necessary part, and fixed the valve without issue.  She said she will use Midas Plumbing whenever she has a need and will recommend his services to all of her friends.  Thank you again John.

I had a leaky hose valve. The water was coming from a very corroded nipple that I was hesitant to try repairing myself, because if it broke or was made worse, no water for the entire house until a plumber comes. Fantastic Rooter gave me a bid about half of the other companies and showed up on time. They easily fixed it and the REDUCED my quoted price because it was a quick fix. I likely could have done it, but didn't care to risk it and was quite happy with their work...and I am keeping their business card.

Made an appointment to have septic tank (of unknown location) pumped a couple days ago. Was quoted $425 to pump septic tank plus additional $75  for each half hour of pumping....The guys poked around my backyard for 20-30 minutes but were unable to locate the tank.  According to the invoice, they pumped out 2 cleanouts something that we could have done with a shop vac.  After about 30 minutes of work these guys sat in the van for awhile and then gave me a 500 dollar invoice for 40 mins of supposed work --NOT PUMPING THE TANK.  They did do something though, they damaged something because now there a large pond of stinky water in our backyard, which wasn't there before they came. If anyone owes anyone $500 Able owes me for damage to my yard.

Luzinski installed a new shower and bathroom faucets for me.  He did an excellent job and it was clear that he was extremely concerned about giving good customer service which is something I highly value.  There was an innocent misunderstanding in communication at one point and I was willing to let it go; however, he and his manager went the extra mile to deliver exactly what I really wanted.  It just took a little more time.  I am thrilled with my beautiful shower.  Five stars on this one!

Derrick fixed two toilets and installed new parts on one of them.  The part was defective but he came back and installed another part at no extra cost to me.  Five stars here as well.

Both service men were clean cut and courteous.

Response was quick and an appointment was made within 10 minutes of contacting the business.

The tech that showed up worked quickly and didn't leave a mess behind. Answered all questions that I had and also explained what had to be done before doing anything.

Respected no shoes in the house.

John was absolutely great. He installed two toilets and got my sinks draining better while he was at it. He is really nice and his pricing is extremely reasonable. I'll definitely be calling him for future projects.

Mario and Kyle were great.  I needed a gas line capped and they were able to do that quickly, at a reasonable price.  They were also able to answer all my questions regarding some other projects.  

The company is tech savvy, communication was clear; I would use this company again.

The owner Jeremy is dishonest and irresponsible. I called for the service in August and Jeremy charged comparable fee as the other well known underground detection service such as American Leak Detection. Jeremy hired an unlicensed handyman to do the work while he was not present on site while his handyman was doing the work. After 3-4 months, the plumbing patch/repair broke and we experienced the same underground leak. Jeremy refused to standby his work. So another licensed plumbing service came and opened the leak area. They found the second leak was caused by the repair Jeremy's unlicensed handyman did in August and it was poorly done with cheap plastic materials for the sprinklers instead of the appropriate stronger and more sturdy materials needed to patch and seal the underground pipe leak. Jeremy is not a licensed plumber himself. Therefore, he does not have the knowledge and experience as he should. He refused to be responsible for his handyman's poor job but he was the one who hired him, brought him in to do the job and collected the fee for the entire job !

My water heater was not working last two days, I called quality plus plumbing and Ramez and team came over immediately with in an hour to check it. They are very genuine and professional. Even, they called the water heater manufacturer to check the warranty. Manufacturer agreed to send the new part and they were able to fix the water heater on the same day. It was a huge relief for me. Finally I had to pay only labor charge to quality plus plumbing.

I would definitely call them again if I wanted any help. They are very good and they know what they are doing.

We had our water heater go out and I got a few folks who called to give us quotes. Henry the owner called and walked me through what the work entailed. Not only did he explain the work but also explained the value of getting it inspected. He was able to get me up to speed with what I should expect from any plumbers who would come out and things required to meet code. This helped gauge if the other companies where doing the right thing or where just doing a quick job. Swapping a water heater can be cheap, but doing it right and getting it up to code is important because I don't want reoccurring issues.

While HR Silicon Valley wasn't the cheapest, they were also not the most expensive. The difference in the level of work was clear though. Henry has a high standard and the fact that getting things up to code + inspection is the start made me feel like they were the right company.

Abel came out and was extremely professional. He was able to show up to the job early which was great. He explained what the course of action was and after agreeing, he got to work. Our setup was particularly difficult but Abel got everything setup and up to code. A few days later he was present to get his work signed off by an inspector. I look forward to calling HR Silicon Valley Plumbers in the future.

First off, ignore the 1 poor review by the lady below. She had no business even writing a review, since this company did not work for her. She can give the guy who finally did her work a poor yelp review in about 5 years when the mixed copper/steel piping starts the electrolysis process and clogs up. Cheap doesn't pay in the long run..

I rent at a house in Foster City, and my home owner agreed to replace all the piping in the house with copper, as it had galvanized steel from the 70's. Victor, Richie?, and his team replaced everything with copper. I mean everything, including outside hose taps, nothing skipped. The copper weld work was masterful and experienced. You never know what a maze it is behind the walls until you actually see it for yourself. Marti's attacks every little issue relentlessly until it is resolved, they are always pursuing perfection. They like to leave a house with bonus additional improvements also, so it's even better than just a piping job. They threw in a bonus under sink floor for us, and did a way better job than the existing one. Then, to the patching and painting. I can't even tell there was any work done, the painted walls are invisible now, down to the correct texture. These guys are not just plumbers, they are really experts on all house work. I would use them again for any of my plumbing needs.

Called around 9am regarding my water heater. Seems the thermocouple went defective overnight. Result, no hot water! Bernard was on another job and called back promptly. He mentioned he probably had the part and would text me when he was on the way. An hour and a half later I received the text and within 20 minutes he had arrived. Service was friendly, quick and professional. Cost was reasonable. It doesn't get much better than that. Highly recommended!

Mario gave me same day appointment...He agreed to stop by late in the evening after regular working hours...Showed up on time...
His charges were very reasonable...way better than quotes i received thru yelp messages...Didn't upsell...He let me buy the replacement unit & told me exactly all the things needed...waited patiently while I went to buy one...Was willing to get the job completed the same visit, unlike others who would've suggested coming back another day...Great working with Mario...will hire again...

I called with a sprung a leak emergency at 6 PM Saturday and they offered to come right away so that I didn't have to go without water all night. I opted for the morning though. They arrived on time and we're thorough and fairly quick. I loved that their work van was like a mini home depot. Everything they needed was on-site. I would definitely ask them back if needed.

I am a real estate agent that had the pleasure of using Chris for one of my client's plumbing issues. There was a leak that wouldn't stop and within hours, Chris fixed the issue. I called him and thankfully he picked up quickly and clearly described what would need to happen with a price that my client happily agreed to.

Chris gathered materials and his tools and went to work on the pipe. He took his time and did not rush the job which I really appreciate.

Trenchfree did a great job.  Over six days, they replaced 250 ft of sewer line that had been problematic for a number of years.  They were able to quickly overcome problem areas, such as low spots (bellies), tree roots, and hard, compacted soil.  The workers were pleasant and were patient in answering my questions about the process and status of the project.  Despite some difficulties that were difficult to foresee, they came in at the quoted price, which was significantly less than the other quotes I received.

Had our toilet installed by Best Bay Plumbing and Rooter, it was great.
The owner responded to our request for a quote within minutes and was straight to the point,  a price and length of warranty - I appreciate that. They were available the next day, and I contacted them at around 4pm, so the turnaround is amazing.

The day of the installation came, they came on time, was polite, professional, and fast. The toiled was installed well, gave us a quick rundown of the toilet and off they went.

I'll go again to them for other projects for sure.

It is one thing when a job goes right, but it doesn't always play out that way. Things didn't go as expected on a small plumbing job at my home, but Michael Brewer stood behind his work and went the extra mile to provide a remedy that left me with 5-star satisfaction. That showed integrity and concern for the customer, which is not so easy to find. I am sure to go back to Pure Plumbing Solutions in the future.

I meant to write a review for these guys earlier. They are the best! I had an issue with my property in Menlo Park. Called them based on good reviews, and they didn't disappoint! They came out right away to look at a broken water heater. Found the problem immediately and came back the next day to fix it. These guys are honest and hardworking, very professional and prompt. Highly recommend!
