This is the second time I have used their service. They are prompt, professional and focus on their job. The work is clean, and the pride in their plumbing shows.

Plumbing, under ground construction, concrete, confined space, hydro cleaning, septic pumping, septic installs, clean outs, cctv video inspections... you name it, they do it. Top of the line work with guys that know what they are doing. Office staff are friendly and as helpful as it gets. Read what one post says about them and was just confused as my experience over the phone and in the office was great. Good communication and no guess work on my part. Santos came out to take care of my kitchen drain.  He was fast, efficient, unclogged the drain in one easy step and offered advice on how to prevent the drain from clogging again.  No complaints about the quality and service.  He was very nice to my son who had a ton of questions to ask about the drain, the tools, and everything that he was doing.  

From making the appointment to actually getting the drain done took a day, but it was Valentines day Monday and they were short staffed.  I totally understand that and not that big of a deal, everyone is entitled to a holiday.

All in all the service, the job done, and the price was right.

Reliable, prompt service and good communication. He gave us an exact estimate on yelp and arrived right on time. During his visit, we asked him for an additional job, he gave us a price and was able to complete it at the same time. Highly recommend.

John was very good.  Fixed our problem and we will call him again if we have any  plumbing issues in the future.

Completed the remaining amount of charge a few days ago, it was a long project, mainly because inspection, everything else has been settled way before that.

I talked with Austin and he gladly answered a lot of question about this job on my site, it's very clear and straightforward. I absolutely like their way of working and thinking.

I was referred to Quality Plus from a friend and was so pleased with the professional work! I purchased a new house and wanted my faucets swapped out. He was able to successfully swap my kitchen faucet as well as 3 bathroom faucets. He also found some pipes that weren't installed correctly and was able to change those for me to prevent leaks in the future. Quality first will be my go-to plumbing company for all my future needs. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends!

Tony saves the day again.  :-)  Needed him again for the same problem as down below.  2.5 years later.  Ha ha, and back then, he told me, we'd have to have him do it again.  Yup!

He was busy the 1st day, had a hydrojet person out, and they couldn't clear our main drain clog.  Had a 2nd person out, he tried, but he didn't know how to use the big rig up on the roof through that vent line.  (He did clear it for 2 days, but then the clog came back, probably further down the line this time, he came back and did the same exact thing, and didn't work).  Fail #2.  I tried Tony again (he can be hard to get a hold of, but be persistent, he's worth it), and I didn't time it, but in probably less than an hour, he fix our clogged main drain problem again.

[This time?  I will hit it harder with the root killer stuff, that's our problem.  Tree roots in the drain line.]

Love this guy.  Had a main drain line problem.  Had another plumber scheduled to come out, and took a day off for that.  The guy texts 20 min before the appt, that he won't make it.  Crap.  Clogged drain, took a day off of work, and now I have a no-show.  So called Tony, and he said he'd try to squeeze me in after his current job.  Didn't hear anything, didn't hear anything, went to get my kids from school, telling myself I'd give him a call when I got back.  When we did get back though, he and his buddy were already at work, snaking through the vent line on the roof.  I was so happy.  I have hand snaked my two house drain lines into the main line, multiple times over the years.  So I know how it's done.  I could see pretty quickly, they knew what they were doing too.  They just have a bigger, longer snake, that's electric powered (and in this case, with a cutter at the end, to hack through the tree roots that were the problem).  Yaay!  Didn't take them long, and the drain was cleared.  Wouldn't hesitate at all to use these guys again.

Ryan and Gary were professionals. They did great job installing new gas pipeline. Made sure everything was safe and secure after they were done. Highly recommend 10/10.

I had a disaster on my hands this morning when I was doing the laundry and all my toilets backed up and overflowed. It was absolutely the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. I called Marti's Plumbing because of the reviews here on Yelp. Erica showed up during the appointment window and immediately got to work. The problem was a clogged main line, and it was causing the toilets to overflow because when the washing machine drained the water had nowhere to go. Erica explained the problem to me and got everything resolved in under 2 hours. I found Erica to be very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I will definitely use Marti's Plumbing again if the need ever arises

I had a hunch based on the warning signs that I likely had a blockage in the main sewage drain that went out to the street.  After speaking with a few plumbers on the phone who weren't able or willing to tackle this task I got in touch with Bernard at Noah's Plumbing.

He was on another job when I called but came over within an hour and quickly assessed the situation.  Throughout his time at my home he communicated clearly on all the things he was doing, the charges involved and was able to keep my house clean and tidy while dealing with the muck.

In the end he pulled some roots out of my sewer pipe with his fantastical sewer snake machine and now all is well again.

5 stars for prompt service, a genuinely nice guy to deal with and he solved my plumbing problem for what I thought was a very reasonable price given it is the Thanksgiving holiday.

Mario is a great plumber and the owner of his company.  I quoted several companies on a 8 spread lavatory replacement for my bathroom sink.  Most were closely priced but after talking to 3 potential suppliers, I chose Mario's company as he was very responsive and he willing to work on the price since I was very flexible on the appointment.  

When he arrived, he was very professional and put on booties to protect the floor and also put down coverings on the floor.  Then I gave him the lavatory box and he went to work.  As with most replacements, the old drain plug was stuck and rusted and he completed the upgrade easily.  What was also nice is that before he installed the new faucet, he gave me time to remove the rust from the sink.
Mario completed the job easily but he did not rush as the entire process was about 3 hours since he also ended up replacing the drain pipes also due to an existing small crack in the drain pipe.  

And this is why you want a pro like Mario to be there.  I could have replaced all the plumbing, but I would have had to go to the store a few times in order to get all the ancillary parts.

Thanks for the great work and upgrade to my bathroom. I have 2 more bathrooms and will not hesitate to call Mario again.  Thanks Mario!

Khan and Leo are reliable, efficient, transparent and will go above and beyond to solve your problem.

I have a dishwasher needs to be connected, however the air gap was covered by the faucet due to a mistake made couple years ago. So instead of replacing the old faucet with the new one, Khan and Leo simply connected the dishwasher pipe to the disposal to bypass the air gap. Water flows from dishwasher and go into the disposal directly. A much efficient and simply solution!

I've known Khan for couple years and he has always been very responsive and efficient in getting the job done, regardless of the job size.  I've experienced being turned down by couple other contractors due to job size or potential complications, but never by Khan and Leo.

We have had a clog in our shower for over a year. I kept trying to fix it myself by pouring drano to clear things up. It would work for a couple months and it would clog back up again. I finally called around and located Chris. He came out the next day and was able to snake the drain. He pulled out 12 in clog of hair that had clogged up the pipes. He was so good and explained everything to me. Went above and beyond.

WOW! This company has Morals and respect for their customers. One of the scariest things I was facing my rental property in San Jose had sewer line problems my tenants cannot flush their toilets I called Roto router out to clear the line they were unable to clear the line and was quoting me a ridiculous amount of money I looked at the reviews for trench free the reviews were so good so I was willing to just spend whatever it took to fix the problem with this reputable company I had no idea that when I called the higher then they would advise me that this was a city problem they referred me to the city the city came out and fixed it for free trench free could've charged me up to $20,000 for the work that needed to be done. But Felipe treated me like I was family said he would be happy to come out and give me a quote if the city didn't do what they were supposed to do he said it's not about the money it's about making sure you have what you need in this day and age where everybody is taking advantage of everybody it was so refreshing to be able to trust somebody to do the right thing.
This restored my faith in humanity I would recommend this company whole heartedly!

Abel is the owner. He was the only one that offered a free estimate. He was available an hour earlier since he was in the area. He came and quickly saw the problem and it was a simple fix that I could've easily made it worse with me over tightening and breaking the copper line and requiring a new faucet. He didn't even charge me for the visit. I don't trust many repair service people but he quickly earned my trust.
Turns out I was in the market for a new tankless water heater and water softener system. He will be installing both next week. I highly recommend Abel and Best Bay Plumbing.

My gardener accidentally damaged a cooper pipe while doing yard work. I found Mike on nextdoor.com and decided to contact him given the excellent recommendations from the neighbors. He responded to my voicemail promptly and was able to come out before the day ends to repair the pipe.  I'm very satisfied with the work he did and would contact him him again for all future plumbing needs!

We started out requesting a bid for hot water recirculating pump and learned our water heaters were ready for replacement. Alex gave us fair alternatives and delivered promptly, with quality products and great results. Courteous, competent and fair.
