Called John for a blocked drain. It turned out to be an issue that he could not handle so the was no charge. I'll be sure to call on him next time!

We had a problem with our septic tank and made calls to find a company to repair it.  Able Septic Tank Service said that they were experts in septic systems.  They sent two different plumbers and charged me a few hundred dollars.  I had the affected area dug up and called them back.  They told me that I needed a concrete distribution box and promised to give me a price estimate but never called me back.  I am very glad, because it turns out that concrete distribution boxes are the old way that nobody uses anymore.  In addition, their two experts and the supervisor did not even recognize my broken part; they kept looking at it and wondering what it was.  It turned out to be a diversion valve.  Later, I found professionals who really knew septic systems; they all told me that the broken part was a diversion valve and all said that a distribution box would have been the wrong solution.  The owner of Able seemed like an honest man and the people who came did not seem dishonest either; however, I don't believe they knew residential septic systems at all.  They money I spent on them was a complete waste.  Able may be good at something else, but certainly not residential septic systems.  If you have a residential septic tank problem, find someone who really knows.  One of the best septic tank experts in the Bay Area is Pat Dempsey.  He is incredibly knowledgeable.  He gave me accurate information and did not charge me a penny.

I had a slow draining bathroom sink. Called a 5* rated plumber from yelp, he came, made rude remarks and fully clogged my bathroom sink and left a messy bathroom. (The only saving grace was he did not charge me for clogging my sink.). Then came checked my neighborhood reviews and called 15$ sewer and drain. They came in with in 30 minutes after my call. Ramiro was the service person who came, he was very courteous, resourceful. Tried to use the cable from roof, but since my bathroom didn't have a roof access, he tried the cable via the P-Trap. After 4 tries, the clog was removed. The sink was draining. Within 45 - 60 minutes, the job was done.

I wish I had called them first. If I had, I would have saved myself from bad plumber, 2 hours of cleaning the bathroom, 2 hours of plunging and covered in sewage water, and 24 hours of pure agony. I will use them anytime.

These guys r the best in their service. I asked them to look into my broken sink and they fixed it 10 minutes and did not charge a penny for their smart work. I really appreciate their service.

I had a drain leak under the kitchen sink that another plumber wanted $650 to repair for an estimated 3 hr job.  Thats over $200/hr so i hired John through yelp based on yelp reviews. John was very professional did exactly what the licensed plumber recommended but he came in at a much more reasonable rate.  Definitely give John a call if you have plumbing issues.  He does excellent work and I would definitely use him again for future plumbing needs.  Thanks John for your service.

I had a problem with a kitchen sink that clogged and backed up.  I made an appointment and Tony arrived as scheduled.  He determined that the clogged pipe appeared to have cleared and checked that the water appeared to be flowing properly underground.  He did not charge me for his effort.  I'm certain if I hired a large plumbing company, I would have been charged for the services provided.

I had them snake my secondary drain and when he left, I was told I have a 30 day warranty on the work. The very next day, the same drain backed up again and Henry (owner) called me and said there is no warranty but would do this as a favor. They also told me I should replace my secondary line as the slope was great enough for the water to drain. I asked for a quote and a timeline but never heard back. Maybe it's a good thing. DO NOT USE

Is it normal for your toilets to bubble?  Oh no, they won't flush either!  The joy of a new home never ends.  We contacted the plumber that we've hired to install our copper piping and she referred us to Bernard from Noah's Plumbing.  He was out the next day (while we were also getting or new A/C installed) and had to climb up on our roof to snake out the system.  Unfortunately the normal size snake didn't reach the problem area and he needed to call in his brother-in-law to bring another snake to reach.  With his help, the problem was taken care of.  Thank goodness!  No more bubbling and the flushing has been consistent since.  Whew!  Thank you, Bernard!  You were awesome!

Now... onto the next project - why don't the lights come on in the guestroom like they use to and when you throw the fuse does it not come back on?

This is the service you should call first!  I called them because, after another plumber had been here just a few months prior, we had a leak in the upstairs shower - it was bad!  Khan arrived very promptly with his assistant, took a look, and then offered to fix it right there and then.  Wouldn't you know it?  There were other issues.  He took a look and told me up-front why the last repair was no good.  This time, It got done right.  It was major work, and it took hours, but I've now got something I didn't have with regards to this issue - peace of mind!  If I had called this service months ago, I would have saved a ton of time, money and hassles.

I live in a condo. Had what I thought would be a straight forward plumbing issue...a clogged kitchen drain. Come to find out the clog was almost 30 feet deep. Chris came to the rescue. This fairly straight forward job ended up being close to 3 hours long to resolve. He was persistent by resolving the issue and ensured that no leaked were evident after repairing pipes. Don't hesitate and hire Chris, you won't regret it.

We had Trench free replaced our 30+ years old water line as well as sewer line. Both were done professionally and did though cleaning afterwards.  I would highly recommend their services.

I contacted Best Bay Plumbing few months ago for our irrigation pipe leak, Abel came next day and gave me honest suggestion of not fixing it as I'll be doing landscape renovation soon.

Few months later I needed plumber to install aquasana water softener & replace our gas heater with electric hybrid heater, Abel gave me fairly reasonable labor quote, and came quickly once my water heater arrives. He came with 2 of his workers on time and performed installation with care. For example he used better connector then the one came with softener. Also took care of condensation line requirement for the new heater. Worth mention they kept the job site clean and hauls away all garbage including the old heater and packaging materials.

We didn't put a drain pan at first place, but later when I decided to get it in they came again and installed it cleanly, without additional charge!
