Wow!  I just wanted to say a big Thank You to John for coming out to my mother-in-law's home this morning on short notice.  She had a toilet supply valve that was leaking and needed replacing.  He came right out, had the necessary part, and fixed the valve without issue.  She said she will use Midas Plumbing whenever she has a need and will recommend his services to all of her friends.  Thank you again John.

Eduardo showed up promptly and was very courteous and polite. Was able to remedy the problem quickly, whereas we were both very satisfied with the outcome. Would very much recommend Fantastic Rooter Plumbing.

We noticed some insects and sewage smell from the crawl space vents. Jordan, the service technician who was assigned to inspect was on time, extremely patient and thorough in root causing the issue to be a broken pipe from the kitchen drain. Just to be proactive I requested him to check couple of other drain outlets which he did. The professionalism he showed in patiently explaining and drawing out the issue and what needs to be fixed was extremely helpful. The estimate was reasonable and he provided breakdown for labor and material. Based on how he conducted the inspection, explained patiently and answered all my question, he most certainly gained our trust.

Super fast service, a plumber showed up within the hour for a clogged kitchen sink. He went to work, got it unclogged and put back together very quickly. Very professional and a competitive price too. We'll definitely consider them next time!

We had a leak in the main water supply line, not a big leak, but enough to cause a puddle of water, and obviously not a good thing in this drought.

Plumbing Connection is fairly busy, but we got an appointment 3 days from the day we called. The quote was reasonable. They were very efficient - came down with the right tool, did a few tests, and then immediately jumped on the fix. The supervisor/owner explained the issue and the fix well, and also gave us some timeframe when we couldn't use water (again, this is the main supply line). There was slightly more work than expected, which delayed the original estimate half-hour or so, but the owner was very good at explaining that as well (with no extra charge either).

Fast forward, pretty much on time, the fix was dry enough in the early afternoon to test. The test passed (no more leak), and we lived happily ever after  :)

Anyway, after our experience with Plumbing Connection, we aren't that worried about future plumbing issue anymore as we now have a trusted plumber (knock on wood we don't have anymore plumbing issue though).

John is FANTASTIC!  Communication is great and he's very professional.  We had a pin hole in our copper line going to the water heater.  He was the first to respond back and scheduled an appointment immediately.  Great guy and very fair.  Definitely will use him for any future plumbing issues. Called to get my leaky toilet fixed. Hannah helped schedule an appointment just two days later. Anthony was the technician that came over and did an awesome job fixing the issue in less than an hour. Would highly recommend this company

Update to the review. Jeremy did reach out to me about the situation and that he did have phone issues at the time I hired him and he did resolve the issue.  He also was courteous to refund the fees for the leak inspection.  Thanks Jeremy!

We have a Grohe shower fixture that needed a new cartridge.  It was beyond my skill set, but not QQP's.  Ramez returned my call, scheduled a time, arrived and fixed it.  No more drips!

To be fair, my initial contact with Tony was great.   First time I called, he answered and scheduled the appointment for the very next day - excellent!  On the day of the appointment, he was right on time.  He had another person helping him and fixed the job right away.  

Minus 2 stars for the following reasons, and I feel that I'm being generous in my review:

- When he gave me the pricing, I mentioned that I saw the discount on Yelp, at which time he said the discount was already included, but when I saw the paperwork, there wasn't any note about a discount, but what can I do? So I just agreed to the quoted amount. He said his work was guaranteed for 30 days.

- 5 days later, we heard a loud POP and something busted in the toilet.  I called him that evening, then the following morning and then the following evening after that - NOTHING. Out of frustration, I gave him a quick negative review here on yelp.  Then he called me right away.  He explained that he had a huge job that took a huge chunk of his time.  I'm not trying to be insensitive and I know that fires come up in all our businesses, but a simple call, I'm really busy right now, but I received your messages and I promise to get back to you by _____ date would have been great. It wasn't an emergency, so it could have waited a couple of days - no problem.

- Finally, after the toilet was fixed I received SEVERAL text messages, asking me to change my review on yelp, so.. here is my review.

Overall, Tony is not bad - maybe he just had a bad week that landed during the time that I needed him - just my opinion.

Great folks! They will not nickel-and-dime you. They found the issue with my drain line and fixed it for very good value. They also helped find fix issues with the shower head clogging due to sedimentation for free - they told me to just do it and save the money as it was a simple job. Overall great experience!

Just moved and water main broke. This is a complicated area with business unit around, and hard to identify the leaking source. James came to rescue on the night of calling, and started to search for the source. Excellent work and communication skills through out the process. When job finished, broken cement was put back to its state and really worrisome experience for me. Definitely recommend James for complicated job like this

I'm so glad that the folks at the GE Water Heater support line referred me to Bernard at Noah's Plumbing when my water heater failed and needed to be replaced. Bernard made the whole experience as painless as it could possibly be. After providing a very reasonable quote that I accepted, we scheduled a date for the work. He and his helper arrived right on time and pulled out the failed water heater, then trucked it back to Home Depot for me so I could get reimbursement for it (since it was within the warranty period). Then they trucked the new water heater that I selected back to my house and installed it. When everything was done, they cleaned up the area nicely. Seriously, I can't imagine a water heater replacement being less stressful. I will definitely call Noah's Plumbing next time I need help with my water heater.

The water heater started making 'funny sounds' in the middle of the night- which ended up being a leak in the tank itself.   Mario picked up the phone at 3am when I gave him a call, and had me check a few troubleshooting steps to make sure the problem is contained for the night. Communication was good through text and picture exchanges to make sure the right replacement tank was being used (Dimensional requirements and access questions). He came first thing in the morning and doublechecked his work before he left (had to replace a leaky valve).   Great service, professional, and responsive.

I've been stuck with a stopped up kitchen sink for about a week. Yesterday evening I finally made a call to Plumbing Connection. I should have called sooner. Even though the business is based out of Fremont, they made an appointment to come to my apartment in Oakland and fix my drains at 10AM this morning. Khan (plumber) arrived on schedule, in a marked van, and well-dressed. He got straight to work while I went back to work in my home office. I felt just fine leaving him to do his own thing. Within about 15 minutes I could hear the water running through the sink pipes!

When I asked him if I could be any more gentle on the pipes (because they get clogged every couple of years), Khan assured me that old pipes just get stopped up sometimes. Since my apartment is in a 1912 craftsman home, he explained to me how all the old plumbing works....twists and turns, narrow copper pipes, etc. He also gave me some pointers on how to avoid future problems.

When my landlord came up to see the work Khan had done, Khan let him know that these kind of plumbing problems typically occur much more frequently and that my spouse and I appeared to take good care of the sink - which we do! He assured my landlord that we weren't causing the clogs. If you are a renter, you can only imagine how that would help your landlord-tenant relationship.

This is a very professional service. Khan treated me with respect and courtesy. I appreciate a professional who treats a female customer no differently than a male customer. He was in and out in about 30 minutes, he chatted with my landlord AND my sink works perfectly.

I live in a condo. Had what I thought would be a straight forward plumbing issue...a clogged kitchen drain. Come to find out the clog was almost 30 feet deep. Chris came to the rescue. This fairly straight forward job ended up being close to 3 hours long to resolve. He was persistent by resolving the issue and ensured that no leaked were evident after repairing pipes. Don't hesitate and hire Chris, you won't regret it.

After two flooding incidents over Thanksgiving, I knew it was finally time to replace our old sewer lateral (damaged by roots from the city tree). Abel and his crew were able to help us when we found huge pipe leak under our house. They quickly cleaned out the debris/sewage and showed us the problem (our old pipes) he was able to give us a quote on the spot and was able to come the next day to fix everything. They're fantastic to work with and I will definitely keep them in mind for our future plumbing projects

Mike at Pure Plumbing Solutions is great at what he does. Very professional and straightforward in his dealings, usually available on phone or calls back as soon as he can. I used his service a couple of times and am happy to recommend him for all household plumbing jobs.

Jose and team did a great job replacing our water heater! Incredibly responsive, very friendly, great work, cleaned up everything after too. He even fixed a clogged sink and installed a new shower head. Very happy with the service and will continue to use Jose and team at Bayshore!
