Brian from Fantasic Rooter came out to one of my rental properties today. He was very courteous, polite, and respectful of my home and to me. I was very impressed by his knowledge, skill, and efficiency. He did an excellent job replacing my faucet and caulking around my kitchen sink. Thank you Brian and Fantastic Rooter!

1-17-2020  Last and final update, after many days they finally did return the call and apologized that the guy that did the work is no longer with them and why he did not recommend replacement of more of the line. They did a new quote and asked for more money, more than double the first charge. I grudgingly agreed with them, signed the work order and they never showed up. Called few times again and still no response. So finally I gave up and will find someone else to fix their mess.
Not really sure how people run their business in this fashion.

I had a washer that had a pipe leaking water on the floor each time I ran it.  I called a couple of plumbers and $15 Sewer & Drain could come right that same morning.  They said the estimate alone would be $18.  They gave me a window of 8-10AM, and came around 9:00AM.  The plumber was super nice, tested out the pipe, and gave me a quote of $83 to clean the laundry lines, which sounded reasonable to me, so I gave him the go-ahead.  He went up on the roof and cleaned the lines.  Then he rang out the towels I had laying on the floors from the previous day's leak, and even cleaned the bleach filling area of my washer (which I noticed after he was gone).  I was really happy with the service I got from these guys.  And I thought the price was really reasonable and fixed my issue.

Good and prompt Service. Highly recommend them.

John came out to repair a broken drainage pipe under our sink, and although the job was more involved than originally thought, he did a thorough, meticulous job for a very reasonable price. He was polite, honest, prompt, communicative and I would call him again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend him!

Had a great experience with Plumbtree yesterday. I started a bathroom faucet replacement but ran into problems. It was a 15 year old faucet that apparently had some frozen nuts below. Axel from Plumbtree was able to come out the same day I called. He was on time, polite, and best of all...he did a great job...working in that small vanity space!

I would use Plumtree again!

We also had a skimmer leak.  Jeremy came up from San Jose to Fremont to detect the leak.  We had him and his workers repair the leak within just a day or two.  The job involved going thru our flagstone deck, removing the old and broken skimmer/pipe, put in a modern skimmer and re-install the flagstone.  Everything looks great, and we no longer have a leak in our pool and the pump is no longer just sucking in air bubbles.

These guys are awesome! I accidentally dropped my hearing aid down the sink. They were able to come within 10 minutes of my call and got it out for me (and it still works!!). Thanks a million to them!!!!!

These guys rock. Tony arrived when he said he would, quickly and professionally assessed the issue I was having with my shower's P-trap, then got onto fixing it. At every point he explained to me what problem was, what my options were, and what I could expect from each of them. They were in and out in maybe 20 minutes, my P-trap no longer leaks and I'm extremely confident that the fix will last until I'm ready to remodel the whole bathroom next year.

I used the service to install a new toilet. The Home Depot store recomended several service peoviders. We randomly chose HR Silicon Valley Plumbers.
Their quality of work was bad. They improperly installed the toilet. That caused odor in our bathroom. After some back and forth over the phone, they had to reinstall the toilet completely. The whole process took 3 weeks and wasted my time.

Had a problem in our bathroom running the sink and flushing the toilet would come out of the bath tub. We poured 3 bottles of drano and 1 full bottle of liquid fire down the tub. Then spent 4 hours snaking the tub thinking thats where the problem was. After a weekend of no toilet we gave up and decided to call a professional. So happy we did. Called early monday morning at 9 am and was given an eta of between 11am and 1pm. At 11am ...the plumber was at the door and 46 min later we were able to use the toilet sink and tub without any back ups.

Water Heaters now require sensors and valves that are computer controlled all in the name of safety and energy savings. I purchased a new Rheem Water Heater from Home Depot that simply wouldn't light the burner. The gas line was fine, the exhaust vent was open but no burner action. Benard arrived from Noah's Plumbing and isolated the problem. He made the necessary adjustments and the water heater burner now lights correctly. How could something like this ever leave the Rheem factory? Does Rheem test each water heater? I assume NO after this issue.

Clearly, Benard saved Rheem a sale, period. End of Story.

Mario is awesome!  He is professional, courteous, available right away and most of all knows what he is doing.  He replied immediately to my Yelp query and arrived within 30 minutes with booties to keep the house clean which I really appreciate .  He fixed a kitchen sink plumbing issue that occurred with the installation of my new refrigerator.  He also noticed a problem with the water pressure in my kitchen sink, and cleaned the filter for me.  He provides a 30 day warranty so you have peace of mind.  I highly recommend him and will definitely refer him to my friends and neighbors a well.  When you hire Mario, you won't regret it!

Khan and his assistant were on-time and provided me an estimate of when they would arrive. Exceedingly professional, clean, and efficient. I highly recommend them. I hope their business does very, very well so they can expand into other areas. The world (and Silicon Valley) need more honest and hard-working plumbers!

Such a Great plumber call him for all your plumbing needs you won't be disappointed he is very reasonable as well. If I can give him more stars I would.

TrenchFree replaced my original waterline with approximately 40' of new 1 HDPE.

My neighbor discovered a leak at our water meters at the street, and immediately called the water company (The water meters are centrally located between our parcels at the property line we share, and the water lines run diagonally across the yard to both houses).

While I was at work, my neighbor noticed a fast flowing water leak at the sidewalk and immediately contacted San Jose Water Company.  They came out fast, inspected, and determined that it was my line leaking (after the meter), and therefore shut it off.  During their inspection, they determined I was losing 360 gallons per minute! @_@

I arrived back home for lunch at 11:30am, and read the notice left behind by the water company.  I immediately began calling repair services on Yelp, and after getting turned away (We don't do that. or No one can come out, today.) I landed on TrenchFree.  This was a blessing in disguise!

I called TrenchFree, and they dispatched the owner and he arrived in a 30 minute window and immediately presented a solution to my problem.

I've never had to deal with an issue like this before, and Juan@TrenchFree made a complicated repair process a breeze!

The breakdown of events:

Thursday AM:  BIG leak discovered.  12pm:  TrenchFree is on the job and schedules for hidden underground utilities to be identified.

Friday:  Utility workers locate and mark some hidden underground utilities on the surface.

Weekend.

Monday:  Utility workers return, locate and mark the rest of the hidden underground utilities.

Tuesday AM:  The job is started and completed, and we are happy campers!

I found this group to be CROOKS.  I asked for them to fix a leak in my kitchen.  They initially wanted to charge me almost $1k.  I purchased the parts on my own and reduced the cost by almost $200.00.  They didn't correct all of the issues and the leak began again a few weeks later.  They tried to tell me that they did everything correctly.  In having 2 other plumbers come out and a friend (contractor), I have been told that I was duped and none of the other work was necessary.    

Additionally, this group told me that I would have to replace my entire bath/shower set in a bathroom due to a leak.  Their quote was over $800.00.  I had my friend look for the parts and purchased new handles for 1/4 the cost and had his plumber put them on.  The plumber charged me for 1/2 hour of work.  

These are horrible people who lie to make a buck.  I would not recommend them to anyone.
