We just moved into a house when we had a problem with the downstairs bathroom. It seemed to be a drain issue. Unfortunately, we relied on the Internet, which led us to Elite Rooter. They sent someone right away, but this technician was apparently trained to scare customers into paying for unnecessary work. The technician did not address the drain out in the back, only one in the front. Then he said that his snake was blocked and that some kind of flap was broken or missing. We were told that there was probably a collapsed pipe. He even called his manager, who gave us an estimate of over $1200 to send a camera in. We are only renting, so we contacted the landlord. Thankfully, we were referred to John. John came in less than an hour and addressed two of our issues for less than half the price we were quoted (for just having a camera sent in). John was professional, quick, and personable. He also gave us lots of advice to prevent future issues. Thanks so much, John! We will refer you to all of our friends.

I just want to say if you don't have a big project. Don't call Them. My property manager called them to solve my shower draining slow problem. They got a pink straw from the pipe. And it is from last tenant. Then Manager sent the bill to me and asked me to pay it. 5 mins work. They asked to charge me a full hour payment. So they don't have 30 mins range and some project price. I even didn't hear any quote from them before they came. Compared the service and price I got from another company before, they are disappointing me. Btw, when the person came to my apt to fix the problem. He even didn't bring his shoe covers in this pandemic time.

Mr. Serapio came today to fix the clog for my kitchen and shower. He did a great job and answered all my questions regading the clog and clean-out. Thanks for your service.

Five star for sure -- prompt, quick, thorough and tidy.  We had a clogged kitchen sink, and it was pretty bad.  Considering what came out, they left the area quite tidy, which was a big plus.  Would definitely use them again.

John is friendly, professional, responsive and trustworthy. He responded right away and we were able to schedule an appointment to replace a faucet and toilet. Jeremy showed up within 3 hours of my calling, since I have an active leak. He knew exactly how to search for the sounds of water leakage and quickly found the leak in the main line near the water meter. After I asked if he could recommend a repair person, he called a plumber who will arrive within 2 hours. We were so fortunate to find Jeremy. Hire him!!

Quality Plus Plumbing replaced our main water line from the meter to the house, which was leaking. They suggested to use a subcontractor for using trenchless technology, which avoided removing plants and pavements between the meter and the house. They did an excellent job with the replacement. They were very responsive, did the job very soon after calling them, and the price was reasonable.

Quick, Courteous, and great price. I was not home when they showed up due to traffic, so they went to another job and came back. Awesome!

Michael was great.  Timely, polite, masked, and helpful.  He even tolerated me helping him while I stood around with my headset on for business calls.  New toilet looks great and was installed perfectly.

We used this plumbing company for he first time on a Saturday afternoon to unclog the main drain.  Their voicemail said someone would contact us within an hour or so.  They did.  Derek called to give an estimated time of arrival but he was off by an hour because of the work on the previous job.  He arrived and was able to resolve the clog.  He suggested that we might want to consider adding a clean out somewhere closer to the street to make it easier for future access. Estimate was spot on.

BTW - we call 4 businesses who's Yelp information said they offer 24/7 service.  Marti's was the only one who called us back.

We're very happy with the service we received and will definitely call Marti's Plumging for our future plumbing needs.

My Rheem water heater was under warranty, but when I call Rheem to schedule a service when there is no hot water, they give us a service company that cannot come out until two weeks later.
I complained to Rheem and they send us Noah plumbing, they came out the next day, it was a long drive for Burnard,  he has to come out again because we did not explain what was wrong, or he would had bought the part with him. I was very grateful that he came with the part next day and fixed the problem, please call him if you have any water heater problem.

Someone working on cleaning our gutters managed to completely break an outdoor spigot on a Saturday afternoon. Water was pouring out. Desperately I called plumber after plumber, and everyone was booked. Got to Mario's and they told me they'd be here within an hour. 45 minutes later they were here - and within 15 minutes we had a new spigot installed and everything was great. Fast, efficient service with a reasonable price for the area and the time. Great job!

Working with Khan has been a great experience! I would recommend any homeowners to support his 20 year old business. Tbh I wasn't sure what to expect because I found this business on Yelp. Since my last experience with contractors on Yelp, I've always been skeptical about the reviews since it can be rigged.

To my surprise, the process went smoothly. My Rheem water heater stopped working and I accidentally pulled out the thermocouple wire from its socket this morning. I called Khan, left a voicemail and he called me back within 5 mins!!! In a couple of hours, he showed up and saved the day! He also gave us some tips about water heater maintenance moving forward.

Overall super happy with Khan. He was super responsive, reliable and offers a fair price for the service!

Chris did a great job helping to clear a blockage in our sewer line. He tried multiple solutions until one finally worked. We also had him install a two way clean out so we won't have issues in the future. His prices are reasonable and he is very helpful and responsive!

Mike and his team were super professional and responsive. I was rate shopping around for an installation of water softener and RO system and there were some plumbers that gave sky high quotes and some crazy pipe/parts replacement plans because the P trap of my kitchen sink area has very limited space. Mike came and checked out my house and gave me a very reasonably priced quote and a solution that made sense.

I made an appointment right away without any long wait phone calls. And they finished the job in a little more than an hour. Very efficient and so far it looks perfect. Not only did the installation went well, they also cleaned up and took time to explain to me how the system works. Patiently answered a few of my questions as well.
