John came over and didn't even look at the spot I asked for. I don't understand what he did. I think he doesn't know what to do.
Also, I called for asking to redo or fixing that I already told him, he rejected it.
He is very unprofessional.

This is the second time I have used their service. They are prompt, professional and focus on their job. The work is clean, and the pride in their plumbing shows.

John has done an excellent plumbing work. I called him during the Memorial weekend, and while he was very busy he did make time for our urgent plumbing problem. He gave an approx quote upfront and explained it well. He arrived promptly and finished the job quickly and cleaned up after. I would definitely recommend him.

We have a shower over tub set up and the tap No longer worked properly. Turn in the direction to turn off and the water would instead come on. Turn in the other direction and the water would turn off instead of turning on.

Worrying, right? We thought so.

Called these guys and Juan came out and agreed with the diagnosis I had figured from YouTube, that the cartridge needed replacing.

Happily I had bought one and Juan took things apart and it fit. Hooray!

Having done some research on cost and time, I can say both were in the ballpark for this job. Not too high, nor too low.

My pool problem was tough since the suction line leaks in multiple locations. Jeremy had to come back after the skimmer is replaced. He finally found the major leak. After we fixed that, another nearby leak was discovered by the plumber based on Jeremy's suspected points.

I could not be happier with my decision to hire Quality Plus Plumbing.  Ramez showed up on time to my appointment and was extremely professional.  He installed and set up my new water softener quickly and adjusted it to minimize the amount of space it took up.  In casual conversation, I mentioned I had a leaking faucet in my yard.  Without being asked, Ramez took it upon himself to fix it while I was inside.  Quality Plus Plumbing has made me a customer for life!!

They did it again! This time, the water was backing up and they came, they got the work done, and snaked the whole drain system outside. They even cleaned/hosed the back up sewer water outside. They are my go-to guy for any water problems! Thank you!

Ed Ramirez dealt with an early life failure in our water heater quickly & painlessly. Got parts lined up while I checked warranty and then picked up the parts late on his Friday night. Reasonable parts markup and fair prices.

Maybe I'm the one had not satisfied experience with him. Nice talk on the phone conversation, somehow his behavior was like I don't want to take care of your case, it's not my problem. when he visited my house.

Minus one star; he suggested anti-legal modification: later I figured out there is the legal requirement.

Minus one star: didn't cleanup after checking, set up the temp at the most highest point (which manual states human will get burning in less than 1 sec).

Minus one star: You want to blame someone I don't read a manual of water heater These are sentences he was saying to me. I felt he doesn't want to help me, It disappointed me.

So I'm giving him two Stars.

Professional, efficient, and punctual. My kitchen sink was clogged; I tried all kinds of drain openers but nothing helped. The plumber came exactly at the scheduled time and fixed it in 30 minutes. Price was fair.

A clogged toilet is about the worst problem you can have when it comes to plumbing. OK, maybe not the worst, but it certainly ranks up there on the list.

When my toilet clogged last night, I tried over and over to clear it with a plunger, but had no success. After I tried again a few times this morning, I conceded defeat and called to schedule a time for the plumber to fix it.

When Khan arrived, wouldn't you know it, the toilet flushed without any problems. And, it flushed over and over without any problems. (Side note: I felt like it was intentionally taunting me. Seriously, you pick *now* to decide to work?)

Anyway, I was concerned that I'd now be on the hook for the cost of the service call even though the problem was fixed and no work was done. I was delighted when Khan said that there would be no charge. This is the second time I've used this company. I would love to have no plumbing problems ever again, but if I do, I'll be calling them again.

Chris is great! We originally hired him in November for finding a leak at my parents house. Quick response, honest, and efficient.
My house, our toilet starting leaking in December, days before the holiday. He was knowledgeable on our options. Great work replacing our toilet. We will definitely contact him again on all our plumbing needs.

These guys are good. We needed to replace our water main after we bought our home. We scheduled them while we were at work and when I came home I first though they did not show up because there was absolutely no dirt around the driveway and the flower beds looked undisturbed. On closer look however, I noticed the new copper pipe peaking out the ground. The connections looked very professional and clean.

I hope to not need them anytime soon again, but if the situation arose, I would call them in a heartbeat.

Abel and his crew were able to help us when we found huge pipe leak under our house. They quickly cleaned out the debris/sewage and showed us the problem (our old pipes) he was able to give us a quote on the spot and was able to come the next day to fix everything. They're fantastic to work with and I will definitely keep them in mind for our future plumbing projects

Was in a bind and needed some plumbing done to hook up my kitchen island sink, osmosis, garbage disposal and plumbing to our fridge. I contacted Michael at Pure Plumbing around 9pm one evening and he got back to me within minutes to confirm he could take on the job the next day. He spent about 2 hours onsite and connected everything. All works great. Very timely and efficient.
