Best Plumbing Services in San Jose, CA
I called Midas in the morning about a plumbing problem in the kitchen. He was able to schedule me for an early afternoon visit. He cleared the main line that was backed up, and then explained to us why running the disposal was causing blow-back on the other side of the kitchen sink. It turns out we have a smaller pipe. He was honest about the issue and explained that changing the pipe was not worth the cost. I probably could have save him a trip and our cost, but at least we got the main line cleaned out. I see it as regular maintenance--yes, homes need that too! Overall, I recommend Midas wholeheartedly.

Just had Fantastic Rooter come over to do some kitchen sink repair. Gerardo was the plumber and got the job done excellently. Also, bonus points for coming over late in the evening to bring back a required part!! Very professional service and will use again!

We had some water work in our house to be done! Mr. Evan did a super job and plus he went way beyond his task (after approval) and fixed all the issues related to the sink and bathtub! We are very satisfied! Mr. Evan is a hard working and reliable person that knows how to do and complete the job in a timely manner! Also Mr. Evan was talking about many things during the work and we laughed a lot! This told me that Mr. Evan enjoys his work and really puts his heart into it! We can't thank Mr. Evan and Able Underground Construction enough! I highly recommend Mr. Evan! Thank you very much!

Had a problem with my bathroom faucet and decided it was time to call someone since i couldn't fix it and it was leaking like crazy.
I called their office and they said someone would be out within the hour, half an hour later Robert showed up on my door step.
It would have been a huge project but Robert helped me out just by providing me a temporary solution which was exactly what i needed. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me some advice and was on his way.
Since it was more advice than anything i was charged 16.50. They told me over the phone service per hour would be 86 dollars, at least they were clear.
Overrall very good company upon first impression, can't wait to consult and have them do all my plumbing in my bathroom.

Israr responded in a few min once I sent him an SOS msg. Then I asked when are they available ASAP and Israr told in 30 min! And boom the technician is here and got the problem investigated and fixed. All within an hour from I contacted them till the job is done! I also learned a few tips from the technician on how to maintain the drain pipe more proactively especially now we all stay home and the sink drain just is being under heavy duty. Now, my kitchen sink just got back to normal and everyone is happy in the house! I really appreciate Plumbing connection's professionalism, responsiveness and great help! And I will definitely recommend Israr and his team to my friends and use their service again next time.

John came over within an hour to fix a leaking kitchen faucet, and replaced the whole thing very quickly, with very reasonable rates. He is honest, professional, and courteous. Highly recommended, and will definitely be my first contact for any plumbing or general handyman work in the future.

first let me start by saying that I am a plumber. I recently moved out of state and away from my family. My mom called me the other day saying that she had some plumbing issues. I called Plumbtree plumbing. I called and was greated by a friendly voice. I explained my moms situation, and gave them all the information. Shortly after tbey arrived at my moms the technician called me to go over what was happening and what needed to be done. (Really appreciated him going the extra mile). After he was done and left my mom called me and let me know how appreciative she was and how much she loved the service. i will definitely refer them to family members.
Thanks Plumbtree for making me her favorite child again.

Let me start with the bottom line, which most of you are interested in anyway. The long details follow.
Jeremy of Bullseye Leak Detection did a great job for me. he was prompt, honest, professional, competent and instilled confidence. That's exactly what I look for when I need to hire someone to correct a problem. Bottom line:
1 - Did he do a good job = YES
2 - Would I hire him again? = YES
3 - Would I recommend him to friends? = YES
the details:
I had a water leak somewhere between the meter and my house. I live on a hillside which complicates finding a water pipe leak much more difficult.
Not knowing where to start, I started digging around where i thought the leak was originating based on wetness and water patterns until I thought I found the leak location. I had several plumbers give an estimate based on where I suspected the leak was. One plumber gave a quick estimate, another immediately suggested I replace the whole line and one gave an estimate but strongly suggested I hire a leak detection service to verify the location. He recommended Jeremy at Bullseye Leak Detection. As it turned out, it was a good suggestion. Jeremy found the leak in a completely different location and it probably saved me a lot of time, frustration and money.
.... more details (long and boring) ....
I called Jeremy late Wed evening and he called me back promptly. We discussed service and price and he arrived on time the next morning. we spent a few hours searching and digging for the leak and found some possible locations but he had a prior appointment he had to go to. He promised he'd come back as soon as he could and gave me an estimated time. When he returned, he resumed the search and found an entirely different location that was he was sure was the problem. Some digging confirmed the leak location.
I think Jeremy went far beyond his initial and primary responsibilities. it was a hot day and the hillside was pretty messy with mud. Jeremy helped me dig till we finally located the leak. Jeremy also helped me fill in the many trenches we dug earlier. I would have paid more than double or triple his fee if I would have repaired my initial leak location.
After the plumber returned and examined the location, he was confident Jeremy had located the leak. The plumber repaired the pipe and turned the water back on. It's now been a week and there are no more signs of any water leaking anywhere on the hillside.
For what it's worth, I've read many reviews before selecting a contractor. I especially focus on the 1 star reviews. Many times, it seems that the 1 star reviews are the result of miscommunication and missed expectations of unrealisitic costs and time frames.

They quickly responded to my voicemail and called me back within 30 minutes. When I told them I need help fixing my clogged toilet, they gave an estimate over the phone and came home within an hour to fix it. They were very professional, and fixed the toilet in 10 minutes. If you are looking for a good plumber, I recommend them.

Following up on my previous review on 2014. I had a clogged laundry line. Fortunately for me, I was able to remember Tony's service. ( The yelp ranking really sucks)
Tony came on time and got right into the problem and unclog the pipeline shortly. He is super friendly and we talked about things outside the plumbing as well. The price is also reasonable.
Highly recommend.

I had leakage from the the water pressure regulator and needed replace the main valve of the waterline outside of the house. I reached out to HR Silicon Valley Plumbers and got the response from them immediately. Dominick came in as scheduled. He is very professional and quickly help me to decide what to fix and replace with reasonable cost comparing with out companies I received from Yelp. He finished the job very nicely and cleaned up areas afterwards. I am very happy about the job Dominick was done and would like to recommend him to anyone who need to find an excellent plumber.

Had a problem in our bathroom running the sink and flushing the toilet would come out of the bath tub. We poured 3 bottles of drano and 1 full bottle of liquid fire down the tub. Then spent 4 hours snaking the tub thinking thats where the problem was. After a weekend of no toilet we gave up and decided to call a professional. So happy we did. Called early monday morning at 9 am and was given an eta of between 11am and 1pm. At 11am ...the plumber was at the door and 46 min later we were able to use the toilet sink and tub without any back ups.

These guys helped us out of a broken water heater jam. Nice people, competent plumbers and not trying to sell you stuff you don't need. We needed a warranty repair on a 5-year-old water heater. It was still in pretty good shape but needed a new pilot/burner unit. We called another plumber first who seemed to have one goal in mind: Sell us a brand new water heater so we didn't have to hassle with the warranty repair. It would have cost $1600 for the standard installation and $2600 for the deluxe deal that sounded like it included an extended warranty (for $1000!).
So we called manufacturer and they confirmed we're under warranty and gave us Noah's Plumbing info. We called and he had the part in stock and came that same day to do the repair. Total cost to us: $225 for the labor (warranty covered only parts).
Noah's is a small shop--just the owner and maybe a few others. He really cares about his customers--personal commitment to satisfaction. VERY different from the big guys (Mike Counsil, for example). Only possible issue is availability. If he's the only guy, then if he gets behind on another job before you he's going to be late. That happened to us, but in the end we couldn't have been happier.

I accidentally cracked my main water line when digging in my yard. Water was spraying 20ft in the air on a Sunday night. Mario sent someone out within 30min and fixed the problem right away. The experience and quality of work was very good.

I'm a pretty easy guy to please. All I expect is for someone to show up on time and do the job right the first time for the price quoted. Khan's crew installed my water main shutoff valve in just over an hour for about the same price as I could have done it (if I had the proper tools which I would have to purchase). Thanks guys - good job. I will use you again!

Carlos came over today and inspected my sewer, which gets clogged every month. He inspected the sewer line and I have to say, he exactly does what I would appreciate a consultant should do. He noticed what the problem is, but it is not something his companies' solution can resolve. NOW that is an awesome recommendation, apparently the configuration of my piping is as such that his advise is to put in new piping because there are some turns and joints that cause the build up. there are plenty of companies who would sell you their services and solutions and the problem is still not fixed and you spent money but the problem does not go away. Carlos was very elaborate on the solutions they can provide and I am happy to know now, because I will use them next time
I highly recommend them and will use them hands-down for any issue

Abel was very professional, punctual and explained the entire process of having my bathroom shower remodeled very clearly. Unfortunately due to other circumstances I was not able to move forward with the job but would definitely recommend Best Bay Plumbing for the way they run the business!

We had a underground pipe leak last night and Michael and his crews showed up first thing in the morning to help us fix it. Michael and his entire team are so approachable and professional. The work flow is very smooth - Michael scheduled an appointment confirmation via text, came to assess the issue, explained the solutions, sent out the estimate in writing, completed the job, cleaned up the site and then sent out the invoice. Having plumbing issue is unpleasant but knowing that I have a team of reliable professionals to reach out to when problems arise is just reassuring.

One of the most responsive plumbers I've encountered in years. I own several laundromats in the Bay Area, so I'm no stranger to plumbing problems. Over the years I've worked with over 45 different plumbing firms and by far, Bayshore Plumbers is the best I've worked with.
It was almost 5 pm one recent afternoon, and I had to shut off the water supply to my laundromat because a broken valve was flooding the store. Without any water to wash their clothes, I was forced to turn away quite a few unhappy customers. My usual go-to plumber wasn't available and I was growing desperate.
A friend suggested I call Bayshore Plumbing and I am thrilled that I did. When I called their number, it was only a minute or two before closing and I expected I would reach the answering service. Since I wasn't an existing account I was certain my call wouldn't be returned until the next day. I was completely wrong -- the call was answered by one the owners / managers after just a few rings and he seem interested in hearing about my problem.
He patiently listened as I explained my situation and how much I needed help that night. Even though I was just a random stranger on the phone calling after hours and he didn't owe me any favors, he agreed to send someone out. I told him that all of the parts and materials needed for the repair on hand, so the plumber could save time and come directly to my location instead of going to their office for supplies first. Within 15 minutes, Alex, one of his senior plumbers, arrived at my location ready to work.
Within minutes Alex assessed the situation and started the repairs. Even though my aging pipes kept throwing up road blocks and challenges, Alex wasn't deterred and solved each one quickly. It wasn't until the very end when it became apparent that I did not, in fact, have all or the material needed for the repair. Alex rushed out and returned with the extra pipe and couplings required within 20 minutes and had the repairs completed shortly afterwards. In total it was only 2 hours from the time I called until I was back in business -- that is amazing service.
Even after the job was finished he stayed behind an extra half hour to check the rest of my plumbing and point out items that i could fix my self that would prevent future failures. As he left, he gave me his number to call in case I a problem appeared overnight. What kind of plumber does that any more?
The kind of service, customer focus and attention to detail is rarely found these days. If you are a business owner and in need of a plumber that understands your needs and cares about their work, then look no further than Bayshore Plumbers. They are now my new go-to plumber.
