Had a plumbing issue at my home in Gilroy. Called the number and spoke to a seemingly nice lady. I explained my issue and she said she would find a tech in the area and call me back. Well that was 5 hours ago and I'm still waiting. I moved on to another plumber. I don't recommend these guys if you expect a call back or service in general.

Evan arrived promptly at our scheduled appointment. He actually beat me there!

We were having an issue with our toilet and Evan immediately identified the root cause of the problem. Of course he had a high quality part on-hand and quickly replaced the faulty plug.

He is very thorough at preventative measures, so he spent extra time not only fixing the problem, but identifying anything else that might be an issue. He performed the dye test and observed every component of the mechanism, making minor tweaks and adjustments each time.

Evan is a true professional, courteous, and really walks you through what he is doing so you learn a bit along the way. Highly recommended!

They came out right away and he fixed  the drainage problem in less then a hour. The price was very reasonable.  We had another company out before 15 Dollar and they spent 2 hours walking around and never fixed anything.  I would recommend 15 Dollar every time.

They are very nice. I was about to change the water pipeline, and they told me it's not necessary, which saved me lot of money. They are so honest and think of the customers! Will definitely find them again if anything comes up next time.

John Wakefield saved the day!  The entire innards of my toilet tank disintegrated, practically overnight.  John replaced everything, including the inlet valve.  (I thought it might take a re-pipe (very costly), but John rebuilt my toilet in an hour. The tank now fills in 30 seconds, instead of 3 minutes! He is pleasant, honest, respectful, and very detail oriented.  I know that no one will see his work on the inside of my toilet tank, but, trust me, it's beautiful!

WOW! what a great service. Anthony was our technician. I would give Anthony 10 stars if I can. I had issues with my toilet, Anthony assessed the problem, he gave me some options, I decided to go with a new toilet. He picked up the new toilet and install it within 3 yours (very efficient!). Anthony is super polite and very professional. I love that they keep every clean for you (WOW!!). No other service provider that comes into my house does that. They have the house dirty when they leave. What an amazing service Plumbtree Plumbing and Rooter provides, and thanks to Anthony. He came in the house with booties and gloves on, and after he finished the work, he wiped my floor and sanitizes the area he had contacted with. Normally after I had any service done, I would have to clean after them. The next day Anthony called to check-in (wow!!), I've never had such an amazing service. He is amazing!! He will be my go-to plumbing guy!!

Robert and Ramez fixed two bathroom leaking problems for us. The bathrooms both leaked to the crawl space not easy to be fixed. We had some other companies did the work for us but not done correctly. They did a great job and charged only at a very good cost to us. Their professional manners impressed us very much during the work. We are happy with their work.

Tony was on time and very nice and down to earth.  He fixed the clogged drain and explained what he found. He cleaned up and departed.  I would recommend his service to everyone.  Top Knotch!!

We asked Tony and Rick to do some critical work for us in an effort to prepare our house to be listed.  They found a pretty bad leak and took care of several other issues.  Tony even braced our oven and that is not something a plumber normally would do. They cleaned up afterwards and had a positive attitude. Use Tony as your plumber and you will be happy with the results.

SCAMMERS!!! SCAMMERS!!! SCAMMERS!!! OMG! Do not use these guys!  They came out to hook my up dishwasher & install a sink.  TheY FLOODED MY KITCHEN THREE TIMES!  They would supposedly finish the job and the next day something would be leaking.  I paid them over $1500 for INCOMPETENCE. In fact, I had someone come out to access my flooring and it was soaked full of water underneath the floor.  They also partially flooded my garage and told me it was the washer hook up and it would cost me over $1000 to redo the plumbing.  It WAS NOT the washer plumbing, it was their incompetence that was not even related to my washer and they were trying to SCAM me. The damage was that my wall, floor and cupboards were soaked and need to be removed. These guys are totally incompetent and never apologized for anything.  AND HAD THE NERVE TO BILL ME! I was so stupid I PAID them.  I will never get my money back.

AND ....saga continues, they were suppose to hook up my gas line to my new stove.  They said they had to check for gas leaks in the pipeline due to federal regulations.  Upon assessment, they told me I had a gas leak and that it was not that bad.  REALLY? A gas leak that was not that bad??? THEN they wanted me to sign a contract for repairing the gas line and hooking up my stove for approximately $1200!! really?!!  I called PG&E they told me that for FREE they would immediately come out because there was a gas leak.  PG&E was at my house in 15 minutes, and tested for leaks,  thank you PG&E.   AND THERE WERE NONE!  Im so glad I didn't sign the contract with the HR Silicon Valley Plumbers for $1200.  The PGE guy was furious with the plumbers that were at my house when he came out. and because it was the day before Xmas, he was so nice (Erin) he hooked up my stove for free!!!! yes FREE!!!   Thank you Erin and PG&E!    First of all, there are NO FED REGULATIONS stating plumbers need to inspect my gas lines and second of all THERE WERE NO GAS LEAKS!  These bozos flooded my kitchen and screwed up plumbing under my sink.  I was even so stupid as to give them Xmas cookies when they were here...Do not mix these guys up with Silicon Valley Plumbing in San Jose. They have 5 star review and when I went to check reviews for HR Silicon Valley , I thought they were Silicon Valley & mixed them up and got a bunch of SCAMMERS.  BEWARE OUT THERE!

Original situation wasn't great - plumber didn't fix a clog   and said that nothing can be done. ( yet I got an invoice). When followed up they tried to send the same guy, and of course I refused :)

The two people who showed up next fixed the issue entirely, so I will definitely hire again. I just wish it didn't start in this way, I was just about to call someone else and pay a lot ;)

Signed up on yelp just to vote for Bernard.  Absolutely fantastic person and brutally honest.  There should be an extra star you can buy for a couple bucks on yelp, to vote for people like him.

A great experience! Fast availability for scheduling, showed up right on time within their window, wore masks, and listened carefully to the issue. Helped troubleshoot our tankless water heater, which smelled like unburned gas when we turned our hot water on. They examined the whole thing, identified the problem, fixed it - and it also ended up improving our hot water pressure! Ensured I understood the problem and how they were going to solve it; they even took the time to wipe clean the heater, which was covered in who-knows-what outdoor debris. Will definitely be using Mario's Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Our main water pipe broke so we call them they came over and 4hrs later we back up and running.

Chris was incredibly kind, patient, and friendly in regard to providing us with our plumbing services estimate. It was clear through our brief conversations that he has expert knowledge of the project we had in mind (Full plumbing replacement and clean-out installations) and was great at relaying it to us in layman's terms.

We recently ran into sewer problem that might require some replacement. Felipe from TrenchFree came to the site and did some investigation. He took his time and patience to investigate the situation also to explain it to our concerning neighbors. He was professional, knowledgeable and patient. Our sewer structure is a bit complicated than others. We ended up will probably not have to do replacement at the moment since the problem might be city's. But, we are so grateful with Felipe from TrenchFree. Will definitely call them up if we need to do any sewer projects down the road!

Best Bay was referred to me thru Home Depot, where I purchased the toilet to replace the old one which was leaking for some time.  I had some concerns about the sub-floor, Abel went underneath the house to check.  Floor was ok, but the old pipes had a crack in it.  Found out bathtub line was also leaking. :(  

Abel gave me a competitive quote and came the next day to complete the entire job.  He used quality material and took extra care to do the job right, as if it were his own house.  Overall experience was great, Abel is very knowledgeable about his craft and took time to explain what he did and provided many pictures.  Highly recommended for honest and quality work at competitive price.

It is one thing when a job goes right, but it doesn't always play out that way. Things didn't go as expected on a small plumbing job at my home, but Michael Brewer stood behind his work and went the extra mile to provide a remedy that left me with 5-star satisfaction. That showed integrity and concern for the customer, which is not so easy to find. I am sure to go back to Pure Plumbing Solutions in the future.

I had a clogged sewer line due to guests using flushable wipes.  Super fast response from Bayshore Plumbing.  Sadie from dispatch messaged me on Yelp right away with a clear estimate and was very nice on the phone.  Alex, the plumber was out here within 30 minutes.  He was clean, professional and provided clear answers to my questions.  Job was done in 30 minutes and the toilets flush again.  Highly recommended
