this morning, my husband found out the two toilets and one bathroom got clogged. I checked yelp and called some numbers. I finally decided to have John to fix the problem for us. He came and fix the problem, charged the fee we agreed on the phone, and cleaned up afterwards. He also gave us his honest opinion. I would like to recommend John to other people who need help.

I had a dual flush toilet that needed installing. His price quote was comparable to others I called, but what impressed me is that he knew the model, and gave specific feedback about it before accepting the job. He came out, was friendly and efficient, and made sure I knew where to find all the serial numbers for replacement parts for it before he left, as this model parts will not be found at a local hardware store. Would use again in a heartbeat.

What great service!  The guys were right on time, very friendly and professional. And the best part was Albert had no problem driving up our steep, windy driveway.  Three other outfits wouldn't even come out and Able got the job done and did a great work!  Can't recommend highly enough. Call them and they will get it done!

This company is very unprofessional and rude!!!!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!! Please do not use this company!!!!! They came to give me a quote and actually made my shower worse then it was before they looked at it!!!!!! I tried to call and explain what had happened to see if the guy could come back to check it real quick, but i was basically told NO!!!! Unless i paid for it to be fixed! I understand that work needed to be done but come on your guy made it worse then it was before he came!!!!!! I hung up on the guy cause he was being rude. Then about 15 minutes later a guy called me and asked what the problem was, i tried to explain to him and he was cutting me off being very rude so i calmly asked him whats up with the attitude? And he then says to me why are you being an A-hole! Really your gonna call me that when your guy comes and makes the problem worse!!!!! Come on now at least have some respect!!!!! This business is rude and the owners dont care about their customers!!!! They are greedy and do not know what they are doing!!!!

Thanks to Mr.Khan for the quick response and efficient work. We had a faulty stop valve bothering us for a long time. I dare not to replace it because of high water pressure. They not only replaced the stop valve, but also other leaking issues. We would definitely call him again in the future.

John did an excellent plumbing repair job for us.  He gave us and estimate and explained what needed to be done. He arrived on-time and finished the job. I would definitely recommend him.  I will use him again in the near future.

Axel and Edgar did excellent work fixing my leaking sink as well as broken water pipe.  They were swift, friendly, and professional; they took time to explain the problem (and solution) and educate me a bit about proper preventative maintenance for my sink pipes/valves.  I highly recommend this service.

Jeremy did an amazing job for us. We had a leak in our pool filtration system. Jeremy came and detected the leak. He then had his crew come and open the concrete and fixed all leaks. He had to come days later because we still weren't getting water through to the filter. He then sent another expert to make sure that the filtration was working and got it fixed.
It's a pleasure working w someone that guarantees his work and makes sure things are fixed and functional even after payment. I highly recommend him

it was my first time using Tony's plumbing and by far they are the best. First of all, he was punctual and on time, secondly he was very professional, honest and good sense of humor!  I had a leak in the main valve. He gave me few options to solve the problem, but he recommended to go with the least expensive one. Wow, that's something that you would hardly hear from other companies! Tony and his assistant rick( I think that was his name) were very pleasant to work with. Not only he fixed my problem in few minutes, he also spent more time to take care of few other plumbing problems I had. By the way Tony charged me very resealable price. Definitely my go to plumbing company from now on.

NEVER USE HR Silicon Valley Plumbers--they did a SMALL plumbing repair for me. I then had problems with my sewer line and asked them if they could repair it.  They returned and literally traumatized me.  The sewer line was in need of immediate repair, and I trusted them from the last small job they did earlier.  They shot water down the line, then used a camera to show me there was water in the line...I questioned them---Of course there's water, you just shot gallons of water into the sewer line.  They insisted the water was already there but wasn't able to show me proof when I asked for it (my insurance carrier told me, if your sewer line is under water and they used a camera, they should be able to show you proof).  I guess they figured they had a 'stupid, vulnerable customer'.  The camera and water they shot down the line was NEVER pre-approved or QUOTED.  What they did quote was an astronomical amount of money to repair the sewer line.  $50,000 to $60,000 and said, But it'll be just like having a new home We'll have to jack-hammer your patio and tear up the cement, dig up your backyard and dig up your floors in your house to get to the sewer line and replace it....I was traumatized!! and scared and literally trembling--my blood pressure was through the roof.  Then they shoved a piece of paper in my face saying I could get the charges financed.  Luckily, I had the wherewithal to call my son.  They feed him the same cock-and-bull story; he asked them a lot of details about the quote they gave me, said 'thank you we'll call you back if we decide to use you.'  We used another plumbing service with an impeccable reputation, that has done work in San Jose for more than 20 years.  The repair was less than $5,000, they located the damage to the sewer line in the front yard, and only excavated a six-foot hole in the front yard.  And guess what, there was NEVER any Standing Water in the line!!  
HR Silicon Valley Plumbers are SCHIESTERS who prey on vulnerable people in order to pump up their prices!!  Read their reviews CAREFULLY and Use them at your own risk!

Came the same day I called and got the job done. Kinda pricey, $165 to switch out a kitchen faucet and it took 2 hours. They estimated they'd come at 5 and didn't get there till 8. Nice guys though, and now my faucet works with my portable dishwasher. Worth it.

My 1st experience with Noah's plumbing was last year when we needed a repair to our Rheem water heater. We'd had several plumbers come out to fix it but no one had figured out what was wrong. I went back and forth with Bernard by text for a couple of days. Sending videos of the lights and sounds of our water heater. With that he knew what he needed to do and was able to get it repaired. Flash forward a year later again having problems with this water heater. I called him and he walked me through possible causes over the phone. When I asked him if he would do the work. He referred me back to our original plumber. Bernards work ethic, integrity and knowledge makes him a true expert. Thank you for all your help!

It was nice to get a live person when I called. They said they would come at 3:30 and at 3:29 they pulled into the driveway. I give them 5 stars already and they haven't even started the job. Khan was younger than I thought but as soon as he started the jobs his vast experience showed. The problem was identified and fixed (and hopefully will not re-occur). Although the job took only about 30 mins we did have to pay the minimum charge :-(  ... but I guess that's the norm. Overall a very good experience.

I had a clogged and leaking sink in the kitchen and luckily yelp matches Chris with me. Honest and genuine guy, who provides all inclusive quotes for fixing the issue & beyond. I like his overall approach, transperant quote, fixing the leaking problem and make sure the problem is fixed. He is even provided with 1year warranty on the workmenship, which is awesome and peace of mind for me. What else I can ask? Thanks a lot Chris.

Said the problem was worse than it actually was so my estimate was over $15k to replace a 30ft sewage line to the city. Got an assessment and quote from another company and ended up only needing spot treatment totaling $3k.

Thanks to Abel and his team, they did great job replacing few toilets and faucets. I would hire them again if I need any plumbing.

My kitchen sink was stopped up but luckily still draining. Pure plumbing was recommend by a friend so I called them. My problem was not an emergency so we scheduled the appointment for the next afternoon. Nathan came over to work on the sink. He got the job done, cleaned up and all was good. When one of the ancient drain pipes in our house bit the dust, I contacted several plumbers to get quotes on replacing all our drains. Jose from Bayshore not only gave us a very competitive quote, he also gave us a very thorough explanation of what our drain issues were (as well as other plumbing issues he noticed) and what their solution was. When they came to replace the drain, they finished within the time estimated and were very respectful of our property during repairs. The team always wore masks, and Jose was very easy to communicate with and updated me often on progress. I'm very happy with the service we received, and I will definitely be contacting them for any future plumbing projects we may have.
