John was awesome! Not only did he do a great job solving our bathroom problems, he also gave us options to save money - like suggesting we buy some replacement items ourselves, and giving us the option to put off some fixes or do them now and save a second service call in the future. His schedule was also flexible enough to work around our other activities, and he was great about calling ahead to say exactly when he would arrive. He was also just a nice guy to have in the house - I enjoyed chatting with him while he worked!

Left a phone message to John this early morning for toilet water tank problem, he returned my phone less than 30 minutes. John gave me his pricing in details and showed up in the afternoon as promised. After his diagnosis , he went to Home Depot for the right part, the problem was fixed right away, and the fee is very reasonable. John is a very skillful with good experience and honest man. We had a mainline blockage late Friday afternoon and called Plumbtree plumbing. They responded to my emergency call promptly, and Anthony arrived with half-hour. He explained the details of our problem by using the diagram and his real-case pictures. He worked hard and got our problem solved quickly. Besides, he also noticed our water heater problem while passing by it and gave us some good suggestions. Anthony is very professional, and I highly recommend Plumbtree.

It was very difficult to get ahold of Jeremy from Bullseye. His response with Yelp was very slow and his phone was usually full so impossible to get him. When I finally did reach him we set up an appointment. He never showed for the visit. This caused me precious time in finding someone else. Stay away from this business.

Quality service: on time, quality work, honest, knowledgeable friendly service.  Shibli explains the problem and solution,  He isn't pushy.  He doesn't upsell. He covered his shoes to protect my carpet and flooring.  He cleans up after his work.  I have used his services twice in the past couple of months: 1) replace garbage disposal and bathroom sink. 2) unclog my bathroom sink and tub.  I highly recommend him. I manage multiple buildings and deal with lots of vendors.
I try to balance the overly optimistic Yelp reviews, with reviews from Angie's List which has too few to gauge well.

1) The job involved a leaking 2 inch sewer pipe in the crawl space.
2) New copper piping for washing machines, removing galvanized pipes
3) Installing new copper pipes for a Hot water heater (removing galvanized piping)

I found often the phone gets answered by plumbing techs and not office staff. Just depends when you call and how the information is handled.

After calling in the the job, I had Bernardo provide a bid for the work that we had in mind.
Bid was ready for me within 2 days. The detail was minimal, what was to be done, the materials, the actual plan.(I had received very specific plans from other vendors) However Bernardo seemed like a terrific guy that understood my needs, so we moved ahead because he assured us that he would take care of us. My understanding is that he is not a licensed plumber by trade, however he has sufficient experience in the field and he certainly knows how to solder pipes. (This is typical for most company's)

I micromanaged the project and told him exactly where every pipe had to go. The situation demanded that since I had multiple bids, and felt that I probably knew more about where shut-off valves should be installed and what the future reason I had for extending pipes beyond what was there.

To make a long story short, everything worked out well.  I will use them again for my projects.  I had $4,000+ worth of business but never spoke to management at Marti's, was not a problem for me since I was technically prepared for what was needed.

Here is my list of improvements for this company:

1) An experienced and Licensed plumber should be giving bids and writing the proposals.
2)  Detailed work should be overseen by actual Plumber, especially for commercial (non homeowner) work.(not toilet changes and clogged drains)
3) Office help must pickup all calls, 9am to 4pm
4) Most importantly, never send anyone under a crawl space, without a backup man supporting your plumber.

Our water heater broke and the guys from the manufacturer I called made us do some troubleshooting steps on the phone and we even called PG&E to isolate the problem. Then I got to contact Bernard from Noah's Plumbing and at just one look, he already knew what causes the problem! Which was of course not the ones that the tech support on the phone figured out.  He even gave me 90 days warranty for the repair in case something goes wrong again and I bet it wont happen again. He gave full information and details on what is happening and how is he addressing the concern, and what causes it to happen why it wont work, in a way we can understand. It was really quick for him to make the appliance up and working , and give us hot water again!  Really the best and the nicest guy to do the job!

Kevin and the team were a delight to work with- extremely professional, on time, and did amazing work. We had two very old water heaters (one was dead, one was about to go). Kevin made time for us immediately in the schedule and got the work done in a matter of hours. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the equipment installed and the work performed. This was all done at a very competitive price. The team even fixed our laundry room sink that was broken for three years as an added bonus for no additional charge. My kitchen sink, dishwasher, and laundry are all connected to the same drain and has been getting clogged regularly, culminating in a complete stoppage yesterday. I also had a toilet that was out of commission.

So I called Plumbing Connection yesterday after finding them on Yelp. Khan came down with another guy, who assessed the drain and snaked it for me. We found out that the pipe was broken (snake pulled up roots). Khan carefully explained to me how we could fix this and gave me an estimate on installing new pipes that bypassed the broken ones. The next day, they dug up the dirt, broke up the concrete, installed the new piping, connected it to the sewer pipes, put all of the dirt back, and poured concrete to replace the concrete that had to be broken up by the time I got home from work.

Khan also fixed the broken toilet for me. After the initial repair, I noticed that the toilet ran every few minutes. So when he came down to install the bypass pipe, I let him know and he went in and replaced the parts without any additional charge!

Plumbing Connection is a honest business with excellent customer service, great response time, and reasonable prices. Khan was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient as he explained the problem I had and everything that they would be doing. I would call them again for any other plumbing work in a heartbeat!!!

We had kitchen drain clogged. Chris was 2nd plumber we got and he fixed the problem. The 1st plumber we got is from another company and he couldn't make it but Chris did it. Great job Chris! Chris also told us a few tips to avoid the problem for longer time. We strongly recommend the service.

I needed a Sewer Line replacement. Trenchfree's quote was ~30% cheaper than the quote given by a well known rooter company. While, Trenchfree was slightly higher (~5%) than the third local plumbing company, but Trenchfree was by far the most professional of three companies I reached out.

Felipe was the sales person and he answered all of my questions before I signed the contract. Raul from Trenchfree kept me in loop through the process (of getting permits etc.,). They also provided all the information that my insurance company requested to approve the loss claim.

Their work was good. Eric from Trenchfree coordinated well with the City and the sanitary district. They cleaned up nicely once the work was done.

Called Mike on Monday afternoon and inquired about getting a water heater replaced that was now leaking. He asked if I needed immediate service. I said no, and they were out at the house replacing the water heater the next afternoon. They hauled a really old water heater out and now everything is working great.
