I received a notification of excessive water use and potential leak via email and text. Checked and observed for a few days and, sure enough, the amount of water used was triple the average we normally see. After checking the house and ruling out the sprinkler system, I suspected an underground leak in the pool plumbing.
Contacted the folks at The Leak Detection Company and from the first interaction on the phone I was impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism exhibited by this company.
After setting the appointment, they showed up right on time, brought some sophisticated equipment and took the time to explain everything they intended to do and how this equipment detects leaks. After performing their magic, they located the problem area and offered several solutions. I took them on the offer to fix the leak, which they did, demonstrating excellent knowledge of their trait.
More importantly, these are really nice people that take pride in what they do. They are very reasonably priced and truly care, which is something we do not see very often these days. If I ever need such services in the future, The Leak Detection Company will be my Go To company.

I would highly recommend this company.  We are in the middle of a total remodel and could not count on the previous plumber to show up.  These guys stepped in, were totally professional and did what we needed, basically re-ran everything and hooked up our tankless water heater and scaler, in the time frame they had quoted.

These guys are true gentlemen.  I called at 6pm with a broken water heater and crying babies and husband gone at work and ... and... freaking out.  They stopped by and diagnosed the issue, made some knowledgeable recommendations, and generally calmed me down.  They said they could come the next afternoon and replace my water heater for $1400.  It turned out I found a lower quote from a friend of a friend who could come much earlier, so I called and offered to pay 911 Plumbing for the time they took to visit the evening before.  Get this: They wouldn't take my money.  Good men.  Of course, this review is probably worth more than the money they would have charged, anyhow.

If you have a problem with your plumbing, I'd trust these guys to fix it and not rip you off.

I posted my plumbing needs on Yelp and the response was immediate.  Unfortunately, I spoke to another company who also responded quickly. They were very gracious about my dilemma.

I called Steve at 830 after discovering that my hot water heater had blown up...  I called Steve Davis. Got right a hold of him. Him came right over confirmed the cost of new heater, did not try to talk me into higher priced model, only what we needed. He left to get the new Hot water heater and came right back. Got everything back up earlier than he had promised. Then for no charge he fixed the dryer venting on my dryer and made a few suggestions and it has really cut my drying time down. I would recommend Steve Davis Plumbing to anyone. Thanks Steve.......  Nice Guy too....

I have had occasion to need a plumber(s) a few times recently (for different issues). Communicating with Marie in the office was easy either through phone or email. Luis and Eddie were the technicians sent out and both are personable, hardworking, knowledgeable, and thorough in their work. I appreciated the promptness as they arrived early or on time for each of the appointments. They determined the work needing to be done and got the jobs completed quickly and with quality. Their price was fair as I am a senior on a fixed income which helped a lot. If needed, I will definitely use again and will recommend to family and friends. Thank you Luis and Eddie and Marie.

I needed a new water heater and fast! So I called Commando Plumbing. Sam showed up within an hour, who I might say is very handsome, buff and very professional. Service was quick and flawless. Sam was not only helpful but also very charming.

i was very impressed with this company.  We had our entire house re-piped from pex pipes to copper due to many leaks we had with the pex pipes.  Ramiro was very professional and gave us an accurate quote and realistic timeline for the job.  They were excellent and stayed on schedule.  They were also very neat while doing the work (protected floors, etc).  Once the job was complete, they quickly patched up the walls and re-textured perfectly.  The staff were all very professional and polite.  During the process, they offered to change our shower faucets since the walls were opened up, as it would be a good time for that if we wanted it.  We now have new shower faucets and pipes that provide immediate hot water and are thrilled with the work done.  I can't recommend them enough.

Every time when we use our hot water from the sink or bathtub, there would be an extremely low pressure coming out from the faucet. I decided to get a brand new water heater after I installed a water softener in the backyard. I look thru yelp and found Dependable Water Heaters. After reading few of the comments, I decided to give Adrian a call. I love how I can give him a few pictures of my old water heater and he could tell which gallon size can fit. I decided to go with a 50 gallon compare to my old 38 gallon water heater from GE.

Adrian came on time as promise. Everything was done quick and very professional. It turns out the reason why I'm getting such low pressure when I use hot water was because the regulator inside the pipe from the old water heater got blown out from it's original spot. I always thought it was because of buildups, hence why I wanted a new water heater.

I definitely recommend Dependable Water Heaters and Adrian. Adrian is the most knowledge guy in this field. Best guy for your water heater in my opinion!

When I got to the garage this morning, our water heater started leaking...I found this company on Thumbtack and they offered to come on the same day to fix it! He also provides a quote right away, very straightforward and transparent pricing. After quoting a few others we chose them because they offer the most reasonable price. Oleskii definitely knows his stuff - he told us the problem right away, the material cost, and overall itemized cost. All very clear and specific. He got the job done with no issue. Def highly recommended!

Total Plumbing Services was great.  They promptly returned my call and scheduled someone to come out and repair my leaky toilet.  Roberto showed up when they said he would.  Roberto was super friendly, professional/knowledgeable and quick.  I would definitely use Total Plumbing Services again.

Been using San Jose Plumbing for over 10 years.  The past week, Kevin Garza made two visits to each of two homes (1st was no charge) to investigate old toilets that were leaking around the base.  On his second visit, he brought everything required to replace with affordably priced,  American Standard Cadet 3.   He also professionally adjusts the flush flow rate.  Due to his tuning, the toilets flush better than higher priced models.   Great price and, again, excellent job.

I had a couple of great experiences with Plumb Tech recently.   They were very helpful when I called late in the afternoon when I was in a jam.  They came out the next day while I was at work. My wife was home and the tech was very helpful and courteous.  They came back a couple weeks later and we had the same great experience.  The tech took the time to help my wife re-arrange the washer - dryer.

Great plumbers , however the dispatcher lady is so rude need to work on her social skills.

I had a great experience with Rocky's Plumbing and Rooter.  A previous company had left me in a terrible situation and unhooked my hot water tank, leaving me with no heat. Rocky's came out and diagnosed the problem again, got my heat started and made a follow up appointment to do minor repairs. I am with American Home Shield and he worked with them to get my water heater working but didn't try to upsell me on a costly replacement when it wasn't needed.  He advised me on what to look for and when it would need to be replaced.  I will definitely be calling Rocky's Plumbing and Rooter for all of my future plumbing needs.  I found them easy to work with, reliable and quick to respond, plus great service at excellent prices.  And very efficient at working with my home warranty coverage which is most important since that's what I'm paying for to not have these costly repairs.
