I had an issue with my fridge (The French door was not locking/closing properly), As soon as I contacted Fuse there were able to send the technician the very next day despite of the COVID-19 situation. Fuse was the first to answer my phone also.
The technician Chirill was very handy and efficient and he quickly found the problem and told me pro and con for repairing and buy etc. Gave me all the options.

The Short: Nick from Plumbing 911 is the nicest, most honest and professional plumber! I would highly recommend his work.

Called Plumbing 911 to get a second opinion about low hot water flow my kitchen faucet. Previous plumber said that the water heater and piping was full of calcium build up and I needed to replace both the water heater and the piping to the kitchen for $1450.

I had already spoken to several plumbers over the phone to get secondary estimates and none of them questioned the diagnosis of the first plumber who said I needed a new water heater and piping.

After speaking to Nick on the phone for just two minutes he said that he doubted the water heater needed to be replaced and that the problem was probably in my faucet. It was the end of the day and Nick was at my house within an hour of speaking with him (6pm), within 20 minutes Nick had my faucet disassembled and cleaned, low and behold there was a small piece of rubber washer that had come loose somewhere and lodged itself in the faucet valve. Nick was in and out within an hour and only charged me his $125 service fee, saving me $1325 from what the other guys wanted to do!

I just bought a new home and, in the process of getting it ready to move in, I had the opportunity to meet Steve Davis.  While the home was new for me, it itself wasn't brand new.  So, there were several items that needed attention.  The home inspection reports detailed some of these.  But, in the process of reviewing the home myself, I found several more issues.

Steve worked with me to address the items originally detailed in the inspections.  But, as I found new issues, he came out and addressed each of the new items, too.

There were plumbing as well as grouting and caulking issues that needed to be addressed.  Steve made everything he worked on look brand new.  I'm very pleased with all of his work.  In fact, I'm glad I now know someone whom I can turn to when an inevitable plumbing problem arises.

Company does good work. Responsive, fast, respectful and reasonably priced. We had Kevin at our home and him and his partner did a nice job.  Diagnosed the problem, worked diligently to fix it and cleaned up after themselves. ensured I didn't have any more questions and explained warranty and further maintenance. we will have them out again if something happens. When I expressed my concern about the job, he had the owner come so they could talk it over and modify the work so I would be more comfortable - and saved me some money there. Yes I'm a fan and would recommend them. They just finished a complete repipe of our entire home. The water was off on the 1st day from around 9 am and back on around 6 pm. Our house is only 11 years old but we never got almost instant hot water until this company replace and insulated all the hot water pipes. Now it's nearly instant hot water all the time. They recommended new valves for our washing machine and had to reroute an outdoor faucet which was completed in a timely manner. There were a couple of minor delays in the complete job but Veronica in their office was pleasant to deal with and kept us well informed. And by the way, the total price was approx. $3500.00 less than 2 other bids we had acquired.

Total plumbing service was a pleasure to work with! I contacted them through yelp and William responded to me very fast. They were even able to reschedule my appointment in very short notice. They were upfront about what they needed to do. Their technician Roberto was very patient with me and took his time to answer any question i had. Recently had some work done because of some leaking showers.  I called and was greeted by friendly staff who were able to get me an appointment relatively quickly.  Received a time window and plumber showed up within that time frame.  Very nice gentleman arrived and was able to tell me what needed to be done and what it would cost.  Price was pretty comparable to most in the area so really no surprise there.  Plumber went out to get the parts (you will be charged for that time) and returned fairly quickly and was able to complete the job.  Plumber cleaned up the work area and made sure that the problems were fixed.  I would of given 5 stars however when I was given the invoice I was told that if I pay with credit card there would be a 3% charge.  Basically the company passes on the charges they receive for processing credit cards.  I understand why they are doing as it can be pretty expensive however I think at the time of booking the appointment that should be explained to the customer but that's partially on me as well for not asking, lesson learned.  Besides the payment surprise, work was completed timely and staff were friendly.  I would recommend to family and friends.  Thank you.

I was in the middle of hosting my son's 5th birthday party and my tenant calls about an emergency leaking water heater.    I call Ivan who was just finishing up a job and he rushed over to the rescue.  He arrived, diagnosed, fixed and invoiced me all within a couple hours.   Speed and convenience!

Very highly recommended. And I don't do that very often. These guys got me out of a jam, my tankless water heater stopped working after the memorial day weekend. They stepped up to the plate, found a replacement and had it installed the very same day. ALL of this at a really reasonable price! I don't believe I ever made a bad review about a company that I was involved with. This plumbing company is in the list of certified contractors of American Home Shield, my home warranty company,  that they sent to look at my stoppage on my kitchen sewer line to the main line after paying $100. They did the usual snake process twice and reported that they found mud on the snake and requested AHS the use a camera to find the problem. AHS did not approve it saying it was my responsibility since it's not part of my contract. It was an emergency so I contacted another plumbing company, Gasca Plumbing, who did the identical procedure and they were able to clear the stoppage. They went down the crawl space to inspect and found my sewer pipe intact.
The report that Rock's Plumbing wrote to AHS was there was a SLAB LEAK. How can there be a slab leak if my house is NOT built on a SLAB but rather have a crawl space. I read a consumer review about Rocky's and some one advice that check on their license if it is active.
