I would give Adam and his Fuse Appliance Repair a six star if the website allows. It is very hot this week and my AC stopped working. I made many calls to a few AC repair companies but couldn't get any appointment soon. Then I tried the quote on Yelp. Fuse Appliance called me and was able to come at the same night! I checked on Yelp and found so many good comments about Adam. He showed up on time, very polite, professional, knowledgeable and patient. He soon found the root cause and replaced the bad capacitors. After that, he checked the vents to make sure the AC is blowing cool air. He also gave me a lot of knowledge about what are the purposes for those capacitors and what went wrong when those capacitors are bad.  He also told me the potential impact to other parts of the AC. I would highly recommend Adam!

I've found the owner to be honest, skilled, punctual and knowledgeable in the field. George has met our plumbing needs many times, always with good result.  He provided same-day service today for a clogged kitchen drain, putting our kitchen back in service.  We always ask for George.

Had a plumbing emergency over the holidays and the guys came out and fixed the problem right away. I have some additional work that needs fixing and today they came out and fixed the outdoor pipes.  They were wonderful!  I will be calling them to for any plumbing issues that may come up (I really hope I don't see them soon)

Giving these guys our highest rating since they quickly came out on a holiday weekend, diagnosed and fixed a slab leak (using a jack hammer, then repairing pipe and the concrete), and they replaced our old hot water heater. We were back to normal in less than a day, and they didn't charge us extra for the new tank, or for working on a holiday. Edwin Rivera and his team are the best.

Steve did a great job installing the water filtration system in our basement.  He is up front with the customer on all issues.  He and his crew were diligent in their work.  The finished product was clean and professional.  Steve also took the extra step to tie down some equipment with straps to guard against damage from earthquakes.  That in itself showed me the guy cares about his work and goes the extra mile to make sure it's done right.

My kitchen faucet was leaking and would not stop. I called 6 different places...4 of them still have not called me back! I called On Time and was told someone would be out in 30-45 minutes. I admit I was skeptical, but I said, ok! Send him on over. And sure enough...20 minutes later there is Luis at my door ready to help! He was super friendly, professional, and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem (my faucet needed replacing). He had a new one in his truck and 30 minutes later...problem was fixed! I was so impressed. He cleaned up after himself and stayed to make sure the water was running and not leaking. I am very impressed, especially with Luis. He's the best!

Reallly great service. Came out same day and came back at my convenience 2 days later. Did the job in less than hour. Victor was very polite and I will call him again if I have plumbing needs.

The work was impeccably done.  Could not even tell where the walls were cut out.  Plus my house is 4600 sq ft and it was done in just a few days.  Ramiro and Advanced Repipe Specialists were great to work with.  Would definitely recommend.

If dependable is what you want, then Adrian at Dependable Water Heaters is the only call you need to make. He took my after hours call on a weekend, shared some photos of the problem, and I had a new Water Heater Thermal Expansion Tank installed in less than 24 hours. The current more than 10 years old water tank got water leak to floor. Looking for quick service in the market, Alex is one response and offer same day service with tank purchased from home Depot. Arrived on time and detail description to whole process and out-of-order parts replacement suggestion. He performs the state of the art skill and also fixed the previous incorrect installation. Within 3 hours, the new water tank was replaced and back to working status. Highly recommend to use the service.

Fast response, reliable and family owned. I like supporting local businesses and especially family owned Billy and his brother Carlos handled an emergency within a day. My water tank was leaking and needed to be replaced. They offered options, quotes, and flexible to fit our needs.

Kevin has helped on multiple plumbing issues on two of my houses, he's always prompt, professional, knowledgeable, fixed all issues at reasonable prices.

Not impressed.
This company was utilized my my HOA to work on my pipe.
Take them 4 + days to get it wrong. I open the cabinets, it is all wet and mildewed inside.
2 young men who appeared high school age did all the work, I honestly don't think they knew what they were doing.
No uniforms, and they came in an old beat up truck. I don't have a lot of faith in them.

Very highly recommended. And I don't do that very often. These guys got me out of a jam, my tankless water heater stopped working after the memorial day weekend. They stepped up to the plate, found a replacement and had it installed the very same day. ALL of this at a really reasonable price! Tyler was extremely polite and professional, very easy to work with. I can't say it enough, if you have plumbing needs give these guys a call.

Karmonte was absolutely fantastic! I had a challenging issue with my leaking toilet pipe, but he tackled it with expertise and efficiency. Despite the difficulty, he managed to complete the job on time, showcasing his remarkable skills. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also went above and beyond by meticulously cleaning up the job site. I was truly impressed with how tidy everything was when he finished.
