Giovani and Nick are both very professional and responsive.  We called this morning in need of a plumber and although short handed, the owner Giovani made sure to show up today to address our emergency.  They quoted fixed rates on the phone and stuck to their pricing when they showed up.  When they showed up as scheduled, they promptly assessed the situation and resolved our problem.  We recommend San Jose Drain and Main to anyone in need of a professional plumber.

We had EJ Plumbing replace our sewer line.  Eddie was in charge of the project and we had absolutely no problems at all. They worked with the city to get the permit.

Trieu at Handy Rooter is a true professional you can trust. He has helped us out with multiple plumbing issues. He explains the situation in terms I can understand, identifying the issue and fixing everything right the first time.

Plumbing can be messy, and Trieu always prepares the work area to protect your house, and finishes the job clean and dry. He is polite, and even changes out of his outside shoes before stepping into your house. I can't tell you how many other service workers will walk all over your floors and carpets with their dirty outside shoes without considering the cleanliness of your house or whether you are OK with outside shoes inside your home. Trieu puts your concerns first.

Every time I've used Handy Rooter, Trieu would first try to understand the issue over the phone, and then set expectations so I knew how long things would take and what it would cost. He will ask for photos so he can come prepared with the right parts. It's all the little things combined that make for a great experience, which you need because plumbing issues usually make for a bad day.

The couple times I did not go with Handy Rooter & Plumbing I have regretted it. Trieu at Handy Rooter is the only plumber I call on for plumbing issues now.

Today morning 06/03 I called Khoa for help in unclogging the kitchen sink, he immediately responded and given appointment. Khoa showed up on time and did excellent job to unclog and he is true professional.the amazing thing after fixing the issue he went a head and cleaned the work area. Explain the problem and guided me on how to avoid such problem in future. I am really happy with his services and I highly recommend him. Thanks a lot Khoa for your help really appreciate it.

In looking for bids, I was impressed with Joe's rapid response and professional communication.  I also appreciated his willingness to come quickly even though my situation was not urgent.  

We had a toilet that was driving us nuts with arbitrary failure to fill followed by relentless filling with a gusty leak.  It was super annoying and we were running in to adjust it as a part time job!  Seriously, it was irritating.  So you get the idea.  

Anyway, I described the situation and gave Joe an idea of what we wanted in a replacement toilet.  He purchased a decent toilet (not a lot of frills) but solid and highly efficient.  He bought the kind that has bilevel water efficiencies (not sure if this is standard for water conservation now?)  However, we were really pleased.  

We actually had him replace the second toilet because it had a leak and was very old.  So now our bathrooms should be set for several years.  Happy campers.  :-)

Their name truly says it all-- INTEGRITY!!   My kitchen sink drained slowly for months. Regular plumbers do the basic snaking and that really didn't help much at all. Marlon at Integrity is a whole different breed of plumbers. He's a perfectionist. He is a problem solver. He is very thorough in his job. Double checks and triple checks to make sure problem solved with his drain camera. Some plumbers are just out to do the job but I observed Marlon and he took the challenge personally. He was determined to solve it and he did. He used a hydro jet process to break down many months of hardened stubborn grease. I am so pleased to have found him on here!!

Called to check on a slow draining toilet and to replace a kitchen faucet and fix a leak. They scheduled a repair within 24 hours. Made their appointment window and had the necessary parts to assist with a new issue. Were not able to assist with the toilet but did not charge me for the time spent and did a great job with the faucet. Used foot coverings in the the home and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend.

It never fails that when it's the weekend, something always goes wrong.  The shower handle broke off and we couldn't get the water to stop.  Had to fully shut the water down in the house.  Reached out to Always Rescue close to midnight and they agreed to come out first thing at 8 AM.  The technician was on time, identified the issue, went to the store to purchase the replacement valve that we needed for the shower handle and we were back in business in about 1.5 hours.  Service was great and I appreciated it that someone answered the phone when it was close to midnight.  Definitely will use them again for any other issues that may come up.

needed someone to help unclog a toliet that is used as a primary bathroom in an all female household. Thankfully I was blessed with this kind gentleman. He arrived with a mask and gloves on during this time.  I really appreciated that and how quickly the work was done. I highly reccommend his servuces to anyone that needs a little extra help. Steven was fast punctual very professional usually they give you a time frame of 5 hours on when they would be able to arrive he gave me an exact time and he was early amazing I loved that I dont have 5 hours to wait for a plumber anyways like I said 5 stars very clean and professional

Ed arrived before the appointment time and I got home to find that he has already surveyd my curbside drain outlets which were clogged. He managed to unclog 2 of the 3 outlets which drains my koi pond and the yard in 1.5 hrs. He hit a dead block in the thrid one and was not able to clear it. But all these drains are tied together so now my pond can drain smoothly again. What he charged was reasonable. I would recommend him.

This review is for a commercial space. Crown Plumbing was referred to me by San Jose Drain and Main as they don't do commercial. I have a backed up pipe that every time a toilet gets flushed, it is coming out at the floor drain (eew).

I called them today, 11noon, Shane arrived within the hour, told him the run down in 2 mins then he started working. Got it going in about an hour. He told me what the issue was (someone flushed a bunch of wipes- previous tenant, we are new).

So basically, all it took was 2 hours. I started for a plumber since last Friday and with the shelter in place order, it was quite difficult to get a hold of someone. I will be using them again, their number definitely will get plastered on the wall who to call in case of plumbing issue.

This is a messy job but Shane made it professional. Thank you kindly, you get my recommendation.

After my water heater went out, I called my warranty and they arranged a service call with Right plumbing . Had a technician in my house within a days and a replacement water heater within couple of hours. I can't say how grateful I am. With the cold weather approaching, no more cold showers. Technicians were very professional and quick. The whole process was extremely fast from start to finish and very convenient. Definitely made The right decision to give the business to right plumbing.

Khan is the man and I owe him a great review! I recently purchased a property in Hayward and one night there was a leakage from the garage ceiling that scared the hell out of me. Since I am new to the area so my first reaction was to look for a reputable plumbing service on yelp. That's how I found Khan. I called him up the next morning to schedule an appointment at his earliest available time. He came on time as promised and found out there is a backup from the sewage pipe that's causing the leakage. He then ran a snake from the problematic toilet, TWICE, and found a bunch of baby wipe stuck in the pipe. After 30 mins, he fixed the backup and problem was gone!

After a week, I found the same toilet is backed up again and I texted Khan the same night. He said he'll stop by the next day. He came on time and ran the the snake again and found more of the baby wipes. The best thing is that he did this job for me for free of charge! Yes....FREE!

He also suggested me to change the coupling and a better toilet which I already scheduled the appointment with him to do them done this weekend.

I really appreciate his hard work and give me everything he's got. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and he's doing his best to provide a peace of mind to the customer. He's the guy you can trust and definitely the go-to person if you have any plumbing issue.

Had Kitchen drain clogged during cold week in December/January .. Called drain Master and told me someone would be out between 3-5 guys cost estimate over  the phone was $125-158. Guys  (Dave and nephew) showed up at 5pm and got to work.
Struggled for over an hour and was not able to free clog. Need to consider doing serious plumbing job to add an outside clean out in the line as their snakes can't get beyond the drop in the line. Dave was very conscious and caring and apologized for not being able to clean the clog. I was not charged anything and felt they did appropriate service given the circumstances. Thanks
