Pre COVID had them out twice to fix a leaking toilet. Still leaking and still got charged

If you have a residential plumbing problem, this is the guy, Khoa, to contact. He is very responsive. Quick reply to your questions. Don't be fooled by the short history of the business, he has many years of experience. I just needed a water line for my new refrigerator. Most other plumbers were too busy and/or expensive (flat rate). After sending pictures and discussing the layout, I was given a fare quote (under $200). He seemed honest and trustworthy.

There comes a time in every mother's life where she just needs to call a professional. After 3 days of my kitchen sink being backed up, trying everything I could think of, I had to throw in the towel and call someone to help save me from myself. I called about 15 services, had one no-show appointment, and got a call back from maybe 3 places, with no availability. When your home is in chaos, it's really frustrating to have to find some reliable help.

Local Rooter picked up my call, and sent a service man within the hour. Alex was prompt, professional, respectful and really, really nice. My kitchen was up and running in less than hour, and I was so greatful to have called Local Rooter. Alex also gave me pointers to avoid this situation in the future, and gave me advice on how to make a better-flowing set up.

If you have a clogged drain and need help ASAP call Drain Rooter. They will come in my case the same day. The other places I looked at were some day in May. They have the tools to do the job and will not try and upsell you. Again a great job.

Joe is great! He answered right away, was able to schedule me within three days. And a weekend appointment so I didn't have to miss work. We were in need of a new water heater and had a backed up sink. Joe and his guy were able to address the clogged sink, remove and install a new water heater within 1.25 hours! He came within the scheduled window and called with an ETA and was there exactly when he said. He was easy to talk over the phone with and accepted texts.
Joe did a water heater for us at a different property a few years ago and his work continues to be impeccable. Would highly recommend Joe and his team at J&K Plumbing!

Had a huge flooding emergency--literal sh** came out of our backyard drain pipe. It was fudging disgusting.... Found this company and they sent a technician by the next hour.

He couldn't clear the drain the 1st time after 2 hrs (main sewer drain was solidly clogged). So he went back to his shop, got what he needed and came back. 2nd round...poop boom! He got it cleared!!! Holy sh**...no more!! I forgot the technician's name but he's a stand-up guy...did not charge extra and offered his advice to keep it unclogged.

It all started with replacing a garbage disposal and Steve's pricing was exceptional. I got 5 bids and everything was all over the places. Chose to go with Steve (owner of Local Local Plumbing).  Steve is extremely responsive and on-time.  We also had him install a high end faucet and went great as well. Our house does not have a sewer cleanout and in the middle of the night, the sewer got backed up! Steve came out the very next morning to diagnose, used a camera to locate the clogs and installed a cleanout for us to be able to use the snake and clear the clogs.  The price was exceptional as well. We have found the plumber for live and will be referring him to everyone we know!  In the next couple years, we will need Steve's help for installing a city sewer cleanout.  Thank you Steve, you save us from the mess!

Amazing service for our plumbing catastrophe.  We had a big leak in the water line to the house that ran under a big concrete slab.  The house was flooded underneath.  Shane was out right away on a Friday to get a hose set up around the problem so we could have water service, then got a restoration company out that afternoon to pump out under the house and put in fans to dry it out.  The Crown crew came on Saturday to bore under the concrete without breaking any of it; they put in the new line that day.  

In the mean time, Shane found and diagnosed a problem with the flooring beneath one of the toilets, then came out Tuesday and fixed it all neatly without damaging the flooring.  We are thrilled with their service!

Kiet and his colleague were nice, friendly, awesome and quick! He answered my call regarding my water heater leaking and he told me he was in the area and would come right over to give me a quote. He was at my house in 30 mins took a look at my water heater and told me I needed a new one due to how old it was and that it looks to have been leaking for awhile. The leak was so bad that the plywood was bowing and mushrooms started growing. The water heater I had was 30 years old. He then proceeded to tell me what needed to get done and provided me with a quote which I agreed on. He drained the water tank and left to get the supplies. He came back with his colleague and got straight to work. They had my water heater installed in no time. They kept the work area clean and cleaned up the water from the leak. I am so happy with the work they did!

Khan. I feel like these reviews are about HIM first and his business second.  However,  nobody will ever care more about the business than the one who owns it. We had a water heater burn out within the first 3 years of owning it and Khan mentioned that this brand seems to have gazillions of issues.  He undertook the complicated process and even called a couple of his employees over from nearby jobs  to use it as a teachable moment for when this comes up again. As a teacher, I recognize the value he demonstrates to train others and help to solve my problem at the same time. He's kind, respectful, informative and even gave me tips on contacting the manufacturer of the unit to let them know it should be recalled.  Khan, thank you.  Your company is the only one I will use and ever recommend.

Yes, folks, I did a stupid thing and put stuff in the disposal I shouldn't have.  I called Ed because of the two prior reviews on here, and left him a message to call me back.  Within 30 minutes, he returned my call, told me he'd be here in about an hour, and sure enough, he showed up.

He unclogged the main drain in less than 10 minutes, which I'd tried to do for three hours on my own.  He gave me a 60 day warranty (I've never received anything more than a 30 day), and he charged $125.

Compared to the other quote I'd gotten ($182 just to come out), I thought this was quite reasonable.  He was professional, friendly and obviously knowledgeable.  

I hope I don't need him again, but if I do, he's the only one I will call.
