I have had the guys from San Jose Drain and Main come out to my house several times already, and each time I have never been disappointed.

I am very impressed and pleased with their professionalism, dedication, and the level of care they put into their work.

So far they have helped me fix leaking toilets, replace 1 toilet, as well as replace water heater, and all the jobs were done fast and done right. They know what they are doing and it shows in their work.

On top of it all, they are a group of friendly guys (Sam, Giovanni, Nick, Jofer) who really care about doing everything right by their customers.

I'm very satisfied with the work of EJ Plumbing. I needed some drainage assistance in a pinch and EJ Plumbing was able to add me to their schedule same-day. Cristian P. was our plumber he was fast and efficient. He also followed the Covid Protocol by wearing face masks/shields and maintaining a 6 foot distance at all times. They have this awesome process where I was able to get text notifications and a picture of the person who would be my plumber for the day. I really value this focus on security as I was the only one in the house at the time and letting strangers in can sometimes be a bit nerve wrecking. This service was also highly affordable in comparison to many other San Jose plumbing companies.

Handy Rooter and Plumbing was quick to respond to my need to change out a gas valve for my dryer.  The delivery/installation team would not finish the job until the valve was changed out.  Handy Rooter and Plumbing was able to fit me into their schedule near the end of their day and had the job finished promptly. As a result, I was able to schedule the team to come back within a day to get my dryer hooked up.

Glad I contacted them and they will go into my short list of Service Companies I will contact to do work for me.

Ok. We called him this afternoon and he came by this afternoon to clear our kitchen stoppage. Diagnosed. So quick. Super nice. Best plumbing experience ever.

Amazing service -- and on a weekend with just one day notice!  When I called in the morning, Khoa said he could come out that very afternoon.  That was surprising since normally it takes a few days to get a plumber out.  Khoa unclogged our shower drain quickly and at a very reasonable price.  He's very professional and easy to work with.  We plan to call him for our future plumbing jobs.  Highly recommended!

I've used their services twice and find the team very responsive, reasonable priced, did a quality job, polite, and good to work with.

Called Todd to provide plumbing inspection for new house purchased. Requested him to pls let me know where all pipes needed to be replaced. He did inspection and took $150 and said that  plumbing required for the whole 2 stories and it costs $10K. I asked, does whole house need plumbing and he confirmed it costs no less than above price. I was not convinced as the seller had told some plumbing was replaced recently. So, i hired another plumber and did inspection to find out that 2nd floor related pipes were copper pipes   in good condition and does not need any replacement. And they eventually charged  4K for replacing the old pipes. I felt very cheated by Todd's dishonest quote. The one star is for providing input that there was misalignment wrt drainage connection.

Reply: I'm not worried about the Inspection money you charged but the Report you provided. You could have simply provided HONEST opinion that we don't have install any pipes on the second as it copper pipes and was in a great condition.

Our toilet backed up and when we called Marvin and Jose responded and cleaned out the sewer line quickly. They were professional and helped us understand the problem and how to fix it ourselves in the future.

Update: turns out the problem was much worse than we thought. The sewer backed up again and turns out our old cast iron pipes were completely broken with roots penetrating through the pipes. Marvin, Gustavo & Thomas completely replaced our upper lateral with brand new piping.

Once again, javed came and saved my garbage disposal. Lol he is the only person I trust with fixing anything from toilet to garbage disposal to kitchen faucet. Thank you once again!!

They were easy to work with, did a great job and were less expensive than the other quotes. The person who came was wonderful, he came on time, explained the process, had everything he needed and was in and out quickly. Very satisfied!

I had 2 slow draining tubs and these guys figured it out in mins and took care of the job. But I think what's most important is how they treated us a customers.

1. They listened and understood the problem
2. They were sensitive to our safety (wore masks and shoe covers)
3. They recapped the issue and walked us through the payment process.

Also kudos to the gentleman who played with my nosy 3 year old son. He's a handful but appreciate that you didn't lose your cool.

They did a great job with repipe our house from galvanized to copper
They changed the main line and also drain under our house . We also got heater replaced and softener and under sink RO installed

Amazing service and our expectations were not just met, but surpassed! We had a leak under our kitchen sink and at first thought it could be the disposer, but running the dishwasher also caused water to leak. There was also water spraying onto our backyard. This happened on Saturday night and every plumber that responded said their earliest availability was Monday, but Steve with Local Local said he would come Sunday morning. We were relieved when he showed up promptly at the time he said he would and he was very professional and respectful and followed Covid-19 guidelines. Turns out our plumbing issues were pretty bad-our p-trap had to be replaced and part of the ABS pipe outside the kitchen, as well as snaking to the sewer line.

Steve went above and beyond. He took the time to troubleshoot thoroughly and test different possible repair options to save us money, but was very thoroughly to also ensure he got to the root of the problem. Rather than just giving up, he spent hours and left only when he was sure he had fixed all of the different issues we had. He had to cut thru the outside wall to replace the abs pipe and was very careful to keep the damage to exterior wall to a minimum and no damage anywhere else. He even took the time to explain everything to our landlord and ensure he was satisfied and pleased with the service, as well.

I hope to never have any other issues with plumbing again, but if anything else in our house needs it, we will definitely hire Steve again. I absolutely recommend Local Local to anyone experiencing plumbing issues.

I was looking for a plumber as my sewage line was broken. King Kong was ready to serve and they sent a crew in less than an hour on a holiday.  After various investigations, they identified the problem area.  Work started in two days after the holiday.  On the day of work, two crews came and worked for over six hours.  The job was no small potato as the sewage pipe was a big cobweb of roots from trees!  They got the repair done and also had the plants restored in the damaged area.  Everybody was happy!  Thanks for the hard work and fast service!

Water flows out of the drain when our washer runs. Calling Eddie, he offered a reasonable price and next morning fix. Arrived on time, had a great quick fix along with a good chat. Eddie nicely offered 30 day warranty offering me peace of mind. Eddie is a great guy, definitely honest and reliable plumber, and I will reach out to him again for help in future.

Thanks Luis Perez from Crown Plumbing for coming out late night to fix a leaky pipe in my front yard. The leak was so significant if not fixed my family and I would have not been able to shower and clean dishes until it was addressed lol. Appreciate the help!
