We had a toilet that was leaking, so I removed it. The replacement toilet was a single piece, about 100 pounds, way too much for me to install myself.

We contacted  EJ plumbing. They responded quickly and came out the same day to give us an estimate for putting in the toilet.

They were very prompt and installed the toilet quite quickly with no mess.

I would particularly like to call our Jose Luis Montes for being very polite and doing a quick job. No mess no problems.

I will use them again when I need a plumber. Highly recommended.

We've used Trieu for two years and I can't say enough great stuff about Trieu. He's a hard worker and good man who is very knowledgeable! On top of dealing with my back up today, he explained a manifold leak he saw and how to repair it on our own. Previously he put in a clean out over flow, resealed our toilet and fixed a leak. He's amazing!! You should stop at looking for a plumber and use Handy Rooter & Plumbing today! Trieu is honest, forthright and trustworthy!
Two years ago Trieu worked for five hours to fix my drainage issues and even dealt with me crying everywhere because I had the flu and my husband had just been through surgery. He literally had to drag his whole truck worth of equipment in my house and at the end of the day you would not have even noticed he was there. He is a small business owner and a good man!

Plugged kitchen sink, leaking drain pipe just as it went into a wall, both fixed and working well within a couple hrs of calling.
Brought great experience and ingenuity to fix the leak, pipe fitting was cracked off right at the wall entry, but he was to do a rock solid fix without tearing up the wall.  Great Job that saved time and money on the long run.

Got a toilet backed up and in need of a plumber urgently.  Found Local Rooter & Plumbing on yelp and gave them a call.  

Despite his busy schedule, Duy was at my house in 1 hour.  He was friendly and professional.  He was very good at his job and took care of the problem in no time.  He was also very knowledgeable in general plumbing as I had a few other issues in the house and he was quick in providing the root cause and available solutions.  

Since his schedule was very packed and I did not book time for the additional items, I will be making an appointment with him to come back to work on the other items.  

Overall, a very pleasant experience.

My garbage disposal wasn't working. Todd came out the next morning, a Sunday, to take a look. He made a couple quick tweaks and fixed it. He told me why it was acting up and that I'll eventually need to replace it. He was very helpful and friendly.

Responsive in terms of coming over for the free estimate - on time for the appointment. Their quote was way to high in comparison to the other quotes / vendors. Non competitive bid from Handy Man in the Los Altos, CA with respect to my outdoor, preventive hydro-jet job. Disqualified them from the process.

On Super Bowl Sunday, the 7.5 year old water heater in my house was heavily leaking (of course the warranty expired after 6 years).  Even worse, the contractor that previously installed the water heater did not put a drain pan, so needless to say that all the water was creating a big mess in the surrounding sheet rock.
I called J&K Plumbing, and they were able to come out and inspect the damage within the hour.  They disconnected the water heater immediately and Joe reassured me that the water in the walls and support plank would dry up overnight.  Our neighbors borrowed us some fans to help with the drying process.  Indeed, within a couple of hours all of the wetness in the support plank and surrounding walls was rapidly disappearing.  The next day Joe and his crew came back and installed the new heater with drain pan in no time!
Let's hope this time the water heater will last a little longer and beyond the 6 years warranty.  At least now I have the insurance of the drain pan, so if it fails again (and it will at some point in time), it will not cause this mess again.

Marlon and his team were excellent!  I needed to replace a few toilets in my house and I was so impressed by the professionalism and how personalable Marlon was throughout the process. The work was superb and they left the house spotless.  I highly recommend :)

My toilets had clogged the main was backing up in the shower. I called United Plumbing and they came out the next morning.  They were timely and professional.  Cleared the issue up in about an hour. Price was fair, I will definitely use them again when we have an issue.

Professional, fast, and friendly services. Price is a bit steep for a small job but alas that could be the market standard today. It was a job well done. Will call for their services again when needed.

I messaged Local Local on Yelp, and got a prompt response from them. They suggested a few different times (all sooner than I expected they could do!), and came promptly as scheduled. They were professional and courteous, giving an honest explanation of the situation and the work they were doing. They were efficient at the work, and Steve inspected the affected pipe to check for any other issues while the technician cleaned up after doing the rooting work.

All in all, they did great work, and I'd recommend them to anybody in need of a prompt and reliable plumber!

It was a wonderful experience working with Crown Plumbing! I had a water heater leakage and called early in the morning. The receptionist was very courteous and was able to schedule someone to come within one hour. After inspection and recommendation I decided to get a new unit. Michael S. was able to get a second person to gather all needed parts and finished the job within two hours. During the process I have received several texts for updates on the status. I really appreciate the great communication, their professionalism and friendliness. Highly recommend!

The sump pump in the basement stopped working, and we needed a plumber in a hurry to restore our ability to do laundry.  All Go was an excellent experience.  Communication was fast and via text.  The quote came quickly.  Scheduling was easy. When an earlier day opened up, it was offered.  Sat slots are available.   The repairman showed up on time.  The work was done right and quickly.  Two thumbs up.

I called Khan when the water heater of my rental property failed and needed to be urgently replaced. Khan picked up immediately, which was the only positive thing that came out of my interaction with him. I described that my water heater was leaking and about to burst (according to PG&E who came to check out the gas leak from the heater's pilot going out). He cut me off, told me to send him pictures, and abruptly hung up. I sent him photos. Khan didn't bother to respond to my text messages nor call me back, so I called him instead. He told me that he could do the work if I provided the water heater. I asked if he provided water heaters in emergency situations. He was annoyed and reluctantly complied. Of course, the day I had this water heater issue, there was a terrible storm throughout the Bay. Khan absolutely capitalized off of this and told me that he was VERY busy due to the storm. That being the case, he quoted me $2,400 for the water heater replacement, delivery, and installation. He then proceeded to tell me that if I wanted him to do the work, I had to tell him in the next 30 mins because he had a lot of demand that day. I told him I'd consult with my husband and I'd call him back. He told me if I called him back after 30 mins, he wouldn't do the work. Up to this point, Khan provided horrible customer service but I was desperate to get the water heater fixed that day. Plus, the several other plumbers I called was sending me to voicemail or could only perform the job the next day.

After I consulted my husband, and no more than 15 mins go by, we called Khan back. He was much more cordial and professional this time. We asked him about the work required and details of the replacement water heater. He then quoted us $2,450--an additional $50 shamelessly tacked on. We asked him for the breakdown of the time and material, to which he only addressed that there's an additional 20% added on to the cost of the replacement water heater (the water heater is a Bradford White 50 gallon, which can't be more than $1,000, if even that). When we asked again for the cost breakdown of the time and material, Khan told us that he needed to put us on hold momentarily because he was driving and a police officer was next to him. We waited on hold for 3-4 minutes. Khan dropped our call. No callback. All seemed very intentional.

I ended up finding a credible plumbing service and was able to get same-day service, including a quality water heater replacement, for $800 less than what Khan quoted. Terrible customer experience with AAA Affordable Plumbing & Trenchless Sewer. The worst is the price gouging! If you do decide to call Khan, make sure to get multiple quotes for reference on how far off he is when it comes to being affordable!

Made an appointment and was given a time slot of 3-5pm. Rushed him from work to get there by 3. At about 5:10  no show and no call. I called and then he found my name and said it had gotten lost in his books. The only good thing was he came straight over then. We had a leaky toilet. My husband thought he could probably fix it but doesn't really have time to mess around with stuff like that during the week and we were going to have a guest. The plumber showed me the part that was the problem and said he could order it, and that if we tried to get it at Home Depot they wouldn't have the right fit. He said the part would be about $60 and labor something like $150. He then basically tried to tell me I should just get a whole new toilet from them. When my husband came home I showed him the part, and he ended up ordering it online and fixing it himself... for a whopping $16! So glad we avoided being ripped off. Luckily there was no charge for the visit. I don't know if that's the norm or because of screwing up the appointment.
