The guys in San Jose Drain and Main really take care of their customers. We had a dirty water backing up problem.  They came to fix the issue and gave us a 90 day warranty. A week later, the dirty water was backing up again.  After I called them, they honored the warranty and came to  fix the problem again.  They are friendly and honest, no BS. I will definitely work with them again when I am ready to have a clean-out installed!

I've used EJ Plumbing for numerous jobs over the past 5 years.  They have replaced shower heads, toilets, cleaned out shower drains and replaced kitchen faucets.  The last visit, the technician Mike, went the extra step to macgyver a cardboard cover over protruding pipe valves so that my kitchen sprayer hose wouldn't get stuck underneath.  Two previous plumbers (one who installed initially, and another who fixed/replaced the broken the spray hose) did not notice that the hose was breaking because it was constantly getting stuck under the nozzles under the sink.   Kudos to Mike 1. for noticing and 2. for going out of his way to prevent it from happening again.

Our old house has quite a bit of plumbing issues. When these issues arise, Trieu is our go-to guy. He is very responsive, scheduling is always a breeze. He or his team always arrive on time, works very efficiently, and very clean in the house. Rate is also very reasonable, and provides one year warranty on the work. We would highly recommend Trieu and Handy Rooter!

Our master bedroom showering set had been malfunctioning for a few years and we finally decide to fix it. We asked around and not many plumbers had the expertise to fix the set until we reached Michael. He suggested that we order a spare part from Rohl, and gave us a very reasonable quote for the cost of fixing.

Two months later, once the spare part arrived, Michael fixed the showering set quickly and smoothly within an hour, honoring the original quote. He was very polite and professional, wearing shoe cover, padding bathroom floor with soft towel, and always keep his mask on indoor. In addition, he kept necessary spare parts and tools for me just incase they are needed in the future. He also pointed out potential risk factors in my piping system and made some very good suggestions. Most importantly, Michael is very honest about what he observes, and even admit his misjudgment when the measurement does not agree with his original intuition.

I high recommend Michael and his business, and thank him for his great service.

He was very nice, excellent communication, and so very helpful. He sent Tai to our house to help our issue. Tai came to our house and cleaned out our shower drain. So amazing to work with Marco and Miguel at Handy Plumbing Man! I reached out to them for preventative drain snaking for our local non-profit school and Marco responded within the day. He was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. Marco gave me a 2-hr service window, and I even received text updates when Miguel was on his way. Miguel was knowledgeable and quick to set up and completed our preventative drain-snaking within the hour. Marco even called me later the same day to ask how our service went. Our Redwood City non-profit school is ready for the new school year thanks to Marco and Miguel! Love a business that cares about their local community!

I had a banging noise coming from the pipes of my master bedroom toilet every time I flushed it. So I called J&K to come check it out, free estimate. When he got here and I showed him the problem he clearly knew the problem which was to much pressure and he did some quick magic and fixed it within 5 mins at no charge. Such a good individual who knows his craft well. The next day or two he had called just to make sure everything was still working properly. Great customer service and will now handle any plumbing needs with J&K. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Eugene was great, honest, and thorough! He came out, diagnosed, knew exactly the problem and installed the new toilet and put a thicker wax ring. Previous plumber tried to upsell me on the source of the issue (potentially damaged flanged, etc) and they even sent out a restoration company where they wanted to replace subfloor with a starting cost of $3K!. Will use United Plumbing Again!

I'm a  little late on this but,  Hugo did a great job.  This is my third time at needing a professional to get me out of trouble with my wife.  I used to do all this type stuff myself but I'm getting too old and these guys all get the job done and for a lot less than I expected to pay.  Hoping to not have any more emergencies but I know who to call if I have one.

Sent out my request on Yelp - Local Local plumbing responded right away. I talked to Steve over the phone and explained my issue. He arrive later that day and fixed my leaky angle bracket under the sink. Very professional - shoe coverings in the home also went to local hardware store to pickup an extra part to get the job done today.  Super fast service . I'll be going back to them to fix other plumbing issues. Nice job!

My kitchen sink was clogged and I sent in a quote request at midnight. They responded immediately and sent a technician out early morning and fixed my sink.  Would highly recommend.

Ed came very quickly for a water leak. He did careful inspection, but concluded that he was not able to do the job. Then he referred the right person, and walked me through the steps I need to take before the fix comes. In the end, he did not charge me for all the consultation. It is great to have Ed in the neighborhood!

We've used Crown Plumbing a few times, always reliable, come within the time frame scheduled and the work very professional - prices are very reasonable. More recently this past year Shane & Fernando assisted us with a clogged drain we had been battling for at least 3 days. Crown Plumbing is always our go to, so glad we found them on yelp!

Ed was really helpful and fixed our plumbing problems! He provided me with options and suggestions for fixing our slow drainage across the toilet and sink . He didn't rush through and did the job diligently . I highly recommend his services

As a former QA manager, I tend to pay careful attention to details. They exceeded expectations in every respect: prompt communication, arrived quickly and ahead of promised time, fixed the blocked sewer line, tested confirmed that the problem was fixed, and educated me on some aspects to prevent future problems. They went above and beyond in cleaning up the repair site. The price was competitive as well.

Will have them back to handle some additional work.

We had a plumbing backup at the house, and had arranged for another company to come out to deal with it in the morning.  They didn't show.  They told me they were 'on their way'.  Then two hours later texted 'Sorry, I'm almost done here'.  And then silence.  After a couple of more hours and no replies to my voicemails/texts, I cut the first company loose and called Drain Masters.  And I'm really glad I did!

Ed picked up the phone, asked a few questions, and then was knocking on my front door thirty minutes later.  Wow.

He knew the neighborhood too - he and his brother were raised in Almaden Valley.  He'd done work for one of my neighbors.  He knew where the pipe runs were laid out in these houses.  He knew his stuff.

Our problem was in our sewer line, but it was far, far down the line.  So far down that Ed had to call his brother to bring over the truck with the bigger machine.  And his brother was here in about fifteen minutes.

Both of them were a pleasure to work with.  Respectful, easy going, and they listen well.  I'd hire them again in a minute.
