Thank you Yelpers for the great reviews! You all were right. We had a great experience with EJ Plumbing as well. Sam came out to assess the situation last week and Manny gave us a quote the next day. We took 3 bids and these guys were the lowest of the three, so we picked them based on the Yelp reviews and the quote. Sam was in charge of the job site, they arrived at the house on time, and got to work immediately. They re-piped almost the entire house in one day. The placement of the pipes looks very clean, orderly, and well thought through. We are very impressed with these guys. Overall, an excellent job!

UPDATE: Again, Manny and his team are life savers. I have an old toilet which was leaking and needed replacement. We made an appointment with them to have a new Toto Ultramax II installed. I bought the new toilet online and when it was opened today, the tank was cracked in half. They were very patient and tried to help find a plumbing supply store that carried it in stock. To top it off, the old toilet (Standard Compact from 1950's) wasn't installed the way toilet installations work today. There was no flange. They had to widen the hole, replace part of the sewer line, and place the flange before the toilet can go in. They were great! I am so very grateful for them because it's never easy dealing with very old houses and these guys adapt pretty fast to the environment. Even more so than before, I would absolutely recommend them.

Based on the Yelp reviews, I gave Trieu a call and he was very quick to call back. We discussed some of our plumbing issues and he managed to come in a day or two once we agreed on an estimate.

Trieu came out and within a few hours, quickly managed to go through my list of needs, he repaired a number of toilets, replaced a kitchen faucet and fixed leaky taps.

Metal pipe at our front yard was broken and I had several plumbers came to let us know how to fix it. All plumbers said they have to cut driveway and put new pipe in. We don't want to do that because it is very expensive and takes too much time. Then we called Capitol Plumbing, Khoa of Capital Plumbing drove to see us immediately after the call. He checked carefully and said he will dig a tunnel next to our bushes and put new copper pipe in. The cost was about 50% cheaper than cutting driveway!!! And it took him (and his people ) one day to have it completely done. He even sent us a follow-up text to check if everything works well!!!

Marvin and Christian came out to move a water line to a new fridge and fix some piping under the crawlspace. Quoted on Friday and did the work Monday morning. They did great work, communicated well, and were efficient and fast. Nothing but great things to say about them and the work. Good experience...definitely would recommend them.

Joe did a great job. We had a water leak and he did not oversell anything or over charge.  We decided and replaced both the toilets. He even picked them up from home Depot and  completed the work on Sunday to fit our time.
If we ever need plumbing service..  He will be our guy.

We had an emergency with broken toilet flush system that would permanently leak water so we had to shut off water supply and coincidentally food disposal stopped working the same day.

My pipeline was clogged, and waste coming back to the bathtub and I need this issue to resolved ASAP so I went on Yelp to find a plumber that can help me fix the issue on the same day. I message 7 (Yelp helps by emailing to other plumbers as well). Steven from City Of Sewer was the quickest to respond. Given a decent quote that I felt reasonable, I requested them to come out to fix the clogged.

Thanh from City Of Sewer was able to unclog the pipe, but mention that the pipe from the house to the Main Sewer is offset/broken, which caused the clogged. I asked them for a quote, and ask them when can they start. After receiving the written quote from Steven, I requested them to start the project. Steven was able to submit the permit and have it ready to go on the same day. The team started the project on 5/23 and it finished within 5-6 hours timeframe, today (5/24/2021) we are just waiting for the City Inspector to come and pass the project so that we can close the holes.

Overall, great experience, very fast response time, getting permit and having inspector comes out fairly quickly, good price, and bunch of friendly workers.

Work City Of Sewer Did: Install 2 cleanouts, and replace the damaged pipe starting from the garage to the gate. Roughly 15-20 foot long.

Ed was terrific. On a busy holiday (Thanksgiving) he squeezed me in for a flooded kitchen. He was great in assessing the situation and fixing a part that would help stop the flooding. Would definitely hire again!

I would highly recommend Crown Plumbing.  We noticed our water heater kept displaying an error message stating the burner needed replacing.  They recommended we obtain the part from the manufacturer as the unit was still under warranty.  We reached out but had no luck getting a response from the manufacturer.  When we called Crown Plumbing back they had a direct number for us and success we got the part!  Shane from Crown Plumbing replaced our water heater burner in under an hour.  He was on time, professional, wore protective gear and we are so happy with the work.

Fabulous work by Mesbah & team! We had a leak in our kitchen sink which could potentially cause water damage to our kitchen floors & cabinets. The team here responded quickly. They diagnosed the problem - a broken sink, broken drain pipe & a leaky kitchen faucet. They replaced the drain pipe & faucet then applied glue to the sink to repair the issue. They went to Home Depot to get the faucet & communicated great! Sending pictures to select from. They also guaranteed the work saying they'll do a free repair if the leak occurs again.
5 star service! Highly recommend this fabulous team :)

They misdiagnosed our issue, did work that they thought might be the problem and charged 1300 for it. When I said the problem was not fixed, he came out again, scratched his head and couldn't figure out the problem, and said he'd try to follow up with the manufacturer for me and then... nothing. Need to try another plumber I guess.

I found this company on yelp and called them 1 hour ago.  They came 10 mins after I called them and now my kitchen sink and drain pipe are fixed! Fixed within 30 mins! Excellent service!
