Called Sam for an urgent sewer line problem. He told me that Sunnyvale actually has free sewer service. What a nice and honest person! I would definitely go back to Sam for help if I have plumbing problems in future.

I called EJ's Plumbing late afternoon yesterday as our kitchen sink at work was backed up and the garbage disposal wouldn't work. I asked them to come out this morning if possible and they gave me a window of 10am-12pm. I receieved a call from who I believe is the owner at 10:45am to let me know that he had someone on their way. The plumber showed up in less than 15 minutes and was friendly and professional. He fixed the problem and actually charged us exactly what they said they would. No funny business here!

I called several other plumber to get estimates and quoted me a price of $125 - $175 an hour and said the job would take at least 2 hours. EJ Plumbing said they'd charge a flat rate of betweem $98 - $150, based on what I told them on the phone.The plumber arrived promptly and was finished in 30 minutes.

I have to give EJ Plumbing 5 stars!!!

Trieu was amazing and extremely flexible, especially on a Saturday afternoon when several other companies refused to call back or have their plumbers accept an emergency request.  The main valve burst right outside the house so I had to shut off the water from the city line as well as main line into the home.  Trieu agreed to show up and work for the next few hours replacing the damaged pipe, replacing with a brand new one. With two young kids, the last minute rescue job was absolutely essential and it was top-notch work.  I have a go-to plumber moving forward and recommend the workmanship and work product!

Mike responded, provided estimate and set up the appt to fix our rental toilet quickly via txt messages. The quoted price is reasonable. I did not get to meet him, but my tenant has no complaint on his service. Would definitely hire him again for other plumbing jobs.

Khoa was responsive and honest from the get go. I called Khoa for a second opinion because another plumber I had called to clear out a clog recommended i replace my drain pipes to permanently remove an object that was causing an 80% clog... which was going to cost several thousands of dollars (the pipes are old and probably have a few years left in them). When Khoa came out to check out the issue he said he could replace the section of the drain pipe that had the clog which costed only a fraction and was able to complete the job the next day. It was very refreshing to find an honest person who won't just try to take your money. I would 100% recommend Khoa and his team and they will be the first people I call if I have any future plumbing needs.

Great customer service! Kitchen sink started to make foul smell when water drains then one day overflow without any warning. Reached out by email and was able to make an appointment right away. The plumber tried snaking it several times but couldn't fix it, went underneath my house and realized it was caused by the old pipe system. Gave me option to switch out section of the pipe or just clear it without changing. Decided to switch out old pipe and the plumber gave me a fair and affordable price! Definitely recommended! Within 2 hours of requesting a quote on Yelp, Todd and his crew were at my door to provide an estimate.  Todd was so quick that by time he arrived I had only received one other quote and was in touch with 2 other companies.  Since Todd's quote sounded fair (and echoed other Yelp reviews that his rate was reasonable) I decided stop looking any further and gave him the go-ahead to clean out my backed-up main line.  I couldn't be happier with that decision.  He and his colleague worked very efficiently, were done within 10 minutes, and cleaned up the area when they were done.   I would definitely recommend Todd to anyone in need of rooter service.

Our swage line was blocked and water flow was very slow, we called Marco and he gave us the best quote we could get, his team showed up on the next Monday, helped replace the entire line for us.

We had a drainage issue in our bathrooms. Was afraid there would be no plumbers working during the holiday. Javeed's shop was open and for a very reasonable price resolved the issue promptly. Would recommend his services to our friends.

Amazing same day service with water heater and main replacement.  Engineer arrived prepared with top of the line fittings, hoses, and hardware (other providers needed multiple trips to the hardware  store).  Easy to work with, highly recommended!

Very happy and impressed from start to finish. Managed to replace an old shower fixture, toilet and supply inlet valve, hose bibb, kitchen sink/dishwasher inlet valves, and bathroom sink inlet valves all in one day. And the shower was very difficult - no back access, pipes stuck in a door frame, tiles and grout in the way. Excellent pricing that matched the estimate.

Plumbing problems can be a nightmare. After procrastinating far too long, I checked Yelp and last night found this wonderful company. By 10:00 this morning, new parts installed and everything is perfect.

Local Local Plumbing cleared a kitchen drain clog for me.  They replied quickly to my request for service on Yelp, arrived the same day, and took care of the problem quickly.

I messaged King Kong Public about an urgent leak on my property and Steven messaged me back immediately.

He came out the next morning exactly when he said he would. He identified the issue quickly and in fact, the leak was related to my neighbor's water line vs ours so I didn't even get the chance to work with him further but I am absolutely referring him to my neighbor.

Not only was he responsive and kind but he wouldn't let me pay him for the assessment even though I offered!

I would highly recommend King Kong!

Eddie truly lives up to the name of the company. He was honest and transparent about the work he would need to do and the cost. This was the first time I called a Plumber, and I was super worried I'd be overcharged bc of all the stories I hear, so I let him know right away that I wasn't trying to pay an arm and leg; however, when I met him, I could see he was a good guy and wasn't the type of guy to overcharge, and he didn't (haha whew) which was relieving!
When I called him, I gave him a description of my situation and he gave me a quote over the phone and was very clear about my options and the pricing and let me know there would be no hidden fees etc. He is obviously very experienced because he knew exactly what I was talking about and provided a solution and quote over the phone. He also voluntarily provided quotes from other companies to let me know that he wasn't charging me some arbitrary amount which was nice.
He was very kind, professional, honest, transparent, funny, and just a joy to be around.  He even voluntarily fixed my sink afterwards for no additional cost! He came the same day I called and arrived at the time he agreed to be at my home, which was nice because my problem was resolved right away so I had the rest of my Saturday to enjoy. I respect his honesty, punctuality, and professionalism. I also like that the company provides a receipt and a 30day warranty on the services. I will definitely not hesitate to call Eddie again! Not sure how many employees this company has, but I vouch for Eddie for sure! Thanks Eddie!

Great experience with Crown Plumbing. I had a broken hose spigot (wouldn't shut off) and I also couldn't shut off my water main. I called Crown and they sent out Luis Perez that afternoon. Luis texted me to let me know that he was on his way and he showed up in the time window. He was friendly and professional. He fixed the problems and also showed me a tip so my water main valve wouldn't freeze up again. Fees were reasonable and my problem was fixed. Thank you Luis! When I have another plumbing issue (and I know I will some day), I'll call Crown again.

Called them twice and both time they were very professional and helpful, and provided all the possibilities and recommendations I needed for the job to be done well. Their work was super clean and high quality. I didn't have to clear the area after them. I positively recommend them for anyone who needs help with plumbing.

Kiet has now come 3 times to our house - same day, on short notice. He works efficiently and gets the problem fixed. He's fixed our clogged sink, washer, and most recently our tub. He's a nice guy and wears a mask to be safe. I'd hire him again.

Very quick response, called in morning and arrived to fix clogged pipe within a few hours. Very efficient, great work, got everything working in a timely manner. Very reasonable as well, will not hesitate to call again in the future.

I called Drain Masters after trying to tackle the issue myself, but to no avail I was not able to correct it. I called on Friday morning, received a quote of $125 over the phone and received same day service. I was told service time would be between 2-3 and he showed up at 2:00PM - nice!

Service was thorough, friendly, and relatively quick. Within 30 minutes my washing machine was back to washing clothes and my dishwasher washing dishes! Yay for our household!

I would call them again in a heartbeat.
