Very reliable and efficient!!!!! Trieu will be my go to from now on if we have a problem in our house. I called yesterday because we have a leak that needs an immediate intervention. Trieu came in less than 20 min of calling unlike other plumbers' response will get back to you. He came to see the problem FREE of Charge and gave us an estimate right there and then.  Fix the problem less than 24 hours!!!! Treated our home like it was his. My flush tank was leaking where water was running from tank into toilet and water wouldn't fill up in flush tank. I sent out a yelp request for quote to bunch of business, few including Mike from Affordable Plumbing Services got back to me instantaneously asking for a picture of the tank. I sent out the pictures, I got a quote from another plumber for 200-280$. Mike looked at the picture carefully and messaged me back suggesting to untangle the chain that was accidentally tangled up in the handle. I applied that simple fix and that resolved the problem right away. It was literally a 2 second fix that saved me couple hundred dollars. Really appreciate the honestly and thoroughness that this service provided!

My home had pretty bad backups in both bathrooms.  So I had an emergency situation in the midst of our Shelter-In- Place orders.  I was freaking out!  Khoa was my third plumber call and I was so lucky that he said he was still working and doing business for the day.  

Khoa arrived on time, and ready to assess the situation. Actually,  he asked me all the right questions over the phone to make a good assessment, but he was more than willing to check out the issue in person.  Turns out, my little old house doesn't have an accessible clean-out system in order to fix the back-up problem inside the house. Khoa gave me different scenarios to get a somewhat big project done. It was daunting to think about how much work needed to be done in this emergency situation. However, I recalled many mild back-ups in the past... we just quick fixed it by snaking the drains, using Draino, etc... I now realize that I need a major fix to prevent the problem from happening again.  

In this case, Khoa really took his time to explain the pros and cons of the different scenarios to me. He really educated me on basic plumbing and sewage requirements, and I felt confident with the decision we made. He consulted me properly and I'm so glad I rolled with it because I have major peace of mind knowing we have a solution to the ongoing problem now!  

A+ to Khoa and his team for getting the job done in a quick amount of time! We were able to use our bathrooms in just a few hours!! ;)

Leaving this review for Jaime. We unfortunately had a clogged line and everything backed up. Literally everything! Jaime initially came on a weekend and cleared the line but unfortunately there were other previous issues that caused a back up again. He came back the day before Thanksgiving and it was later in the evening. Each time Jaime was very professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and kind. He was very respectful of the property and being as quiet as he could and efficient. I mentioned the quiet part because we have a baby and dog in the home. Our baby was sleeping/napping both times Jaime came but she never woke from any noises. Similar to what another reviewer wrote, they clean up after themselves. I was around after the first initial visit and I could hear Jaime cleaning up thoroughly and rinsing things down. I appreciate that more than anything. That's service!! It was a clogged line and back up from toilet and sinks and other gross stuff coming up and just sat there but Jaime took care of and cleaned it up and after as just a professional and kind person. Really appreciate the quick and efficient service and kindness especially when we have an infant at home!

AMAZING!! Todd definitely has our business FOR LIFE! He checked all the boxes necessary when needing a professional immediately - polite, friendly, respectful, efficient and clear communication. From the time I called at 8:00pm, he was done in about an hour. I was calling around in a panic because sewage was in the tub and a toilet was threatening to overflow.

Todd was great on the phone, asked questions and explained what was happening to someone who has no idea about plumbing. We had a sewage blockage!! I appreciated his patience and friendliness on the phone. He also added he doesn't have overnight rates - GREAT! He asked me to text him my address and he was at the door in no time. He explained the problem, walked us through what he'd do and assured me that he'd clean up as much as he could. He was right! I thought we'd have to clean up the grossness that came up but Todd made sure he took care of that. THANK YOU SO MUCH TODD!!

Overall, we couldn't be happier with the service (customer service, expertise, price, efficiency) he provided and I haven't stopped raving about him to friends and family. The incident was a pain but I'm glad we met an amazing plumber in the process. Again, he has our business FOR LIFE!

We needed a gas line for our new firepit and Marco and team delivered. They were very responsive on the phone and then did great work. It's clear that Marco cares about the project he works on and wants to make sure that he does a great job for his customers.

Javeed came to the rescue once again immediately when my kitchen sink got clogged on both sides. We tried stupidly to handle it ourselves by watching You Tube videos, but that a was a no go. It was time to call the best professional plumber out here. He came the next day and snaked my clog from the roof and as a bonus he even had a faucet with him (mine was leaking but I didn't tell him that). So he installed this too! Fast, affordable, what more could you ask for?

I posted a wanted help via Yelp to fix an error in water heater. It's a 6/7 year old Rheem Water heater. Marlon reached out to me via Yelp, explain what to expect and his fees structure.

He came by the following day, quickly asses the problem (the PG&E person gave the wrong assessment) and started calling his supplier for parts. He went to pick up his parts, come back, and 10 minutes later, we have hot water!

I would recommend him 150% because :
1. I appreciate his approach, he came to assess the problem instead of just telling me that I need a new water heater (almost all the other guy did this)
2. He is thorough! He can just reset the error code in the water heater but he doesn't do it because he doesn't want the tank to blow up later because the problem persist (it was an error code on flame vapor sensor)

Job well done! I'm definitely going to call

We had a broken garbage disposal for the sink and clogged pipe. The technician came, fixed the problem, and installed the new disposal in 20 minutes. Everything was cleared and clean. Thank you Alexander and United Plumbing!

Love that they gave three price points, and love that they went under the house and took a video of the problem to show me.  They did a great job replacing what needed to be replaced, at a fair price.  They cleaned up, and disinfected the area afterwards, and later down new plastic under the house!

Fantastic work, they came out and checked the plumbing and the sewers on both sides of the house so that we needed work done to one which meant that our washing machine stopped backing up and flooding. Very reliable great service and we haven't had a problem since the rest of the plumbers kept just suggesting snaking which was doing nothing to really help

Steven was fast punctual very professional usually they give you a time frame of 5 hours on when they would be able to arrive he gave me an exact time and he was early amazing I loved that I dont have 5 hours to wait for a plumber anyways like I said 5 stars very clean and professional

First, Ed showed up on time for the appointment and did a thorough inspection to find a cracked pipe in the crawl space.  He provided a detailed explanation of work that needed to be done before giving me an estimate.  He was able to complete the work the same day even though he had other appointments to juggle.

I posted my review on another site. They moved their office. Same company. We live in. House that was built in 1954, The house's foundation is a cement slab. Embedded in the slab is the still working radiant heating. I knew the sewer lines were old. A number of neighbors had already replaced their sewer lines. Every time I used the washing machine an odor came up from the drain  in both bath rooms shower and tub drains. I contacted our regular plumber and he stated it was a big job and recommended Crown Plumbing. After testing was done. Bad news was all our under the slab sewer lines had to be replaced. Two methods. First method doesn't relocate the sewer lines, it replaces them. But to access the lines in this method would have to Jack Hammer in the Kitchen, laundry room ( between both bath rooms ) and large areas in the bath rooms. The radiant heat pipes in this method would more than likely be cut, ( even with locating all of them). Second method would be to relocate the pipes from under the slab. No inside the kitchen Jack Hammering. Still would have yo Jack hammer laundry area areas through both toilets. Checked out the methods and our good friend who builds homes from the ground up highly recommended the second option. Crown Plumbing strongly recommended the second method. This method is less messy in the inside. But if need will have easier axcess to the sewer lines. They did a great job. It was s huge job. We moved into a hotel from 5/30' until 6/24. With all major work there is going to be a little cosmetic
Work that needs follow up, Nothing to do with the plumbing. The tile person didn't add a transition from the bathroom yo the hall. Crown plumbing is correcting the tile persons error. The owner of Crown Plumbing is a wonderful person. He is 100% responsive to any issue. Little issues that came up ( all cosmetic ) he is taking care of.   Abram is one of the best owners of a Company I have ever dealt with. All the Plumbers were knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Crown Plumbing. See picture  of the house. When the trenches were first dug. All trenches were repaired. I didn't take a picture of the side of the yard or the work fond inside

My guy Eddie showed up at my house at 11 pm , My father was stressing cause he usually the one who fix stuff around the house , but he called quits on this one . Called Eddie and he latterly showed up in 20 min . I highly appreciate his service .

These guys are awesome! I found them to be responsive and courteous. They helped in the removal and exchange of a defective water heater for a new one, and transported it to and from Home Depot. Their estimate seemed reasonable, although in full disclosure, I did not obtain quotes from anyone else. I didn't feel I needed to because of their professionalism. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

This was my first time to use AAA Plumbing.  After my experience it will certainly not be the last time I call them. My kitchen drain was all clogged up and not even draining at all.  So it's the day after a holiday and I need a plumber to fix my drain.  While everyone else is busy and not answering phone calls, I browse thru and see AAA Plumbing on Yelp and send out a cry for help.  Khan says give me your address and I'll be there.  Although it was already late in the day, Khan showed up with Matt ready to bang out the job.  He assessed the problem, brought in the beast of a machine and unclogged my drain.  

After my piping was reinstalled and Khan and Matt left to attend to the next emergency, I noticed there was a leak from the piping.  I called Khan and he said he will drop by again after he finishes his current job.  Khan and Matt showed up around 7:00pm to check my leak.  Khan also noticed the drains didn't sound like they were draining properly.  He brought the drain machine back in and re-snaked the drain line himself.  At the end, my drains were clear, and there were no more piping leaks!  

Throughout this entire process, Khan and Matt were focused and eager to correct my problem.  Even when they had a long day, they were determined to resolve my problem before they went home.  Now that's dedication!
