Just incredible.

These guys were punctual, professional, and fast! I usually dread having to deal with service calls since you usually get some window of time where they might show up, but even the window of time I was given (2 hours) was reasonable. They showed up right at the beginning of the time slot when they said they would, and finished in half an hour. This was despite the fact that *I* was late, I told them I have a (sewer) clean out, when I don't (got it confused with the kitchen clean out), and they had all the equipment to take care of the problem regardless of the situation.

I would definitely hire them again!

Yay! An honest, professional plumber! Today was the second time Luis came to our home to fix minor plumbing issues. Both times he was quick, efficient and clean. I agree with Elizabeth - why call anyone else when EJ plumbing is available?

We strongly recommend Handy Rooter & Plumbing! Trieu is very knowledgeable and efficient. He has helped us out with two different plumbing problems we've had. He is reliable, dependable, and fair in his pricing. He works quickly and cleans up, which I though was really nice. We will always call Trieu for any future plumbing needs we may have!!

We have been using Mike for our plumbing needs for years. Skilled, reliable, friendly. Knowledgeable about high-end faucets such as Grohe, KWC, etc.

I have been very satisfied with Khoa's services. He is easy to communicate. He is extremely professional and he is always on time. Koha helped me multiple times, repaired leaking kitchen sink, fixed leaking underground water pipe, replaced garbage disposal. He never let me disappointed.

This guy got to my house cleaned out our kitchen sink with only an hour notice right before our party   Thank you so much very professional and clean.

When I went looking for a company to take care of replacing one of our toilets, Todd was the first to respond and he provided a very reasonable estimate.  He was also very easy to work with the schedule a visit that worked with my schedule.  On the day of, he showed up a couple minutes early wearing a mask, took off his shoes before entering the house, and proceeded to quickly and efficiently get the job done, doing a nice job of clean-up after he and his colleague were finished.  That already earned him a 5-star review from me.

Fast forward 3 days - I realize that I should have asked him to caulk the base of the newly installed toilet when he installed it, and that my kitchen sink suddenly won't drain - both my fault.  I sent him a message at 7:49am asking if he could come back to take care of the former and provide a quote for the latter.  He responded within 10 minutes and was at my house by 9:45am the same day.  He lowered his price for the sink after seeing that our house has a trap, and finished both jobs within 45 minutes of arriving.  That would have earned him a second 5-star review if that was an option.

Todd lives in the area, is very professional, is fair with his pricing and does good work.  I would recommend him to anybody, and he'll definitely be my first call for future plumbing needs.

I can't say enough about the quality, responsive and the honest business Marco runs. We've used Handy Plumbing Man a few times since we moved to our home in Redwood City. We have always been extremely happy with the work and know exactly who to call for any plumbing work. You name the plumbing-related work and he's done it for us:

- major sewer work between property and city line
- water heater replacement
- main water line issues fix
- toilet installation
- and a few other things

He also rescued us a couple of times from bad/urgent situations. No Mickey Mouse job and all the work done correctly the first time. Thanks Marco and team! Keep it up!

Joe came out this morning for a leak in our bathroom shower.  We couldn't get the stem and cartridge to come out so he was able to get it out.  We contacted him late last night and he was able to come out early this morning.  He was able to fix the problem.  Excellent customer service!  We highly recommend him!!

My short review would be, he is my designated plumber.
Marion walks his talk. He gave me the lowest estimate of 4. He replaced my kitchen sink plumbing. He did exactly what I wanted to do in less time he said it would take. Fun guy to talk to explaining exactly what he was doing. If you want an honest, fast, do it right plumber, he is your guy. Aww just go with the short review

Needed service right away and they were so responsive! They were able to come same day- on a Sunday! Fee quote was lower than the other 5 places I was looking into.  They were very professional and friendly. Will definitely recommend!

I needed a hose changed from the garbage disposal to the vent on the sink. As well as having the vent replaced. They charged me $225 for a 30 minute job. Pricey but the job was done well.

Steve is a super great guy.  He is very responsive, does great work and very helpful while problem solving all plumbing issues.

We have used him for a couple of jobs and will use him for all plumbing services moving forward.  We had initially called Roto-Rooter and it was a stark difference is service, value and accountability to their work.

Can not recommend Steve and Local Local Plumbing enough.

Projects he helped us with:

-Kitchen sink---- new piping under sink and new plumbing to main line, installed new kitchen clean-out drain (we did not have one)
-Install and removal of new Water Heater

My experience with City of Sewer was best in class!  The garbage disposal at my rental property stopped working, Steven T quickly responded with  a quote for both repair and replacement, scheduled an appointment over text, arrived on time the next day, completed quality work quickly and accepted payment remotely.  If you are seeking quality, no fuss service look no further!

I love that Eddie always takes time out to explain everything to me so that I know what's going on with my plumbing system, and exactly what he is doing to fix it. Though Eddie's guarantee is for a full 6 months, I've never had cause to call back on any if his exceptional work. Eddie continues to be my go-to plumber. Thank you, Eddie!!

These guys are great. I've had two interactions with them recently. They're now in my address book for future needs!
1. I put an offer on a house & had them come out for a detailed plumbing inspection. They found that the copper piping was bad and needed to be replaced. They were professional, friendly, and drew up a cost estimate immediately. Upon careful consideration, I decided to withdraw the offer and saved a ton of money as well as a big headache.
2. More recently, they came out to investigate a leak in my kitchen sink. Found the leak quickly and advised how I could fix it myself quickly and pretty easily. Of course, they said that they'd be happy to come out and do it themselves, if I'd prefer. I was impressed with their transparency.

Such a nice people and their customer service is excellent we called them today for our toilet repair they were in my house in less than an hour.. he quickly noticed the problem..compared to all other places there prices are completely low and reasonable...we are facing the water leaking problem from long time and we tried so many plumber and none of them have cleared the issue but these people are awesome at their work..very friendly and best work they have done.

I was in search of a local plumber we to replace some drainage pipes for a clogged bathroom sink and a leaky garbage disposal. Another plumber at Lucky Rooter and Plumbing responded to my inquiry, and I was fortunate enough to have them partner up with Kiet and his crew to do the job - a great two for one deal! Kiet was very professional, knowledgeable, honest, transparent, and all-around helpful and trustworthy. He knew exactly was he was talking about and was able to effectively communicate the progress with me throughout the 6-hour job. I was thoroughly impressed with his work and would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing job, big or small!

We had a sewage back up and overflow yesterday. Kahn came out on time today and said it was a temporary problem and we didn't need his services. He did not charge us for his time. I will surely call AAA Affordable Plumbing and Trenchless Sewer again should we have another problem. I highly recommend this ethical company. Thank YOU!

When I saw the multitude of 5-Star reviews Drain Masters had received on Yelp, I decided to give these guys a job of fixing a leaking kitchen sink.
While the plumber showed up on time and  workmanship seems fine, I feel the $158.00 charged to replace a gasket and locknut assembly was just far too steep.

Seeing that the entire repair process took only 15 minutes, one might think that my inquiry about including snaking out the line for that price might have made it a more equitable deal.
No, that would be extra.
