I called earlier in the morning about a clogged bathtub, got a quote over the phone and was told I would get a call about soonest availability. San Jose Drain and Main called about an hour later with an opening to squeeze me in on short notice.

Giovani showed up on time and was professional, he even took off his shoes before coming in. Haha bonus points for that. The entire job took about 30 minutes and Giovani informed me that the bolt for the cover was corroded and I would be needing another one.

After Giovani was able to give me some quotes on other work for the bathroom in the future and gave me the option of receiving my invoice through email. Solid work.

EJ plumbing in Mountain View has made many repairs in our home. They have repaired a touch facet, a frozen gauge in our shower , a leaking washing machine, a stopped up sink in our garage and bathroom, and they repaired our water heater for $200 after another plumbing co. was going to charge us $800.  I would highly recommend EJ Plumbing .  They have repaired difficult jobs for us and are very polite, pleasant and effective.

Trieu and team were extremely courteous and quick with their work. I called with a sink/disposal problem. They were able to quote me a price with replacement for a disposal and without a replacement. He gave his opinion, went with the more cost effective option. He fixed the problem thoroughly and quickly -- also explained what had happened so I could understand for any future problems.  

Trieu texted with me before and after to make sure he understood the job he was coming into and tips for prevention moving forward. Seems to be an honest, reliable company. They will definitely be my go-to from now on.

We had Michael out a few months ago when our VERY OLD SHOWER started not draining.  He managed the clog, talked me through a replacement drain cover for cheap from Amazon so I could reduce the chance of hair clogs in the future.  He asked if there was anything else he could check out and when I mentioned the gues bath shower was slow to have heated water, he checked it out, quoted me a price almost at cost, and then fixed the shower cartridge.  

Both have worked amazingly well since.  Hence the stars.

However, last night I discovered that our hot water heater was leaking.  I called Michael, and he offered to swwing by and give me an opinion.  He doesn't even do water heaters.  He talked me through what I would need to know to talk to people about replacements, helped me drain the tank and turn off the water supply so that we could stop the leak, and he patiently answered my questions.  

He did that all for free, just because he's a man who helps and works with integrity.  

I'd recommend him to anyone for repair or installation plumbing.  I might be wrong, but I think he's a one man show, so I'm not sure about really big jobs. His prices are reasonable and he's really kind.  He also always shows up when he says he will, and he has great communication over text.

Khoa from Capitol Plumbing was very hard working and got my drain working quickly!  I believe he offers a fair price and does quality work.

I thought I had a simple drain problem and got estimates from 10 companies.

Many plumbers wanted to charge just to look or was just asking for a high price.  Capitol Plumbing & Handyman Services gave the most straight forward answer and offered to come out right away!

It turned out the issue was a little bigger, but Khoa worked his butt off and got it working in a day!

Excellent service! They picked up the phone the very first time I called them and came up the very same day. They showed up ahead of time and since I was not yet home, even waited for 10-15minutes till I showed up. Quickly assessed the situation and did the job. On top of it, they  made some recommendations on how to make my water heater last longer. I have their number saved with me.

Our kitchen pull out faucet started leaking late at night but Handy Plumbing Man responded within minutes and was here first thing in the morning. Turned out the shower hose had just come loose so he didn't charge us anything at all for tightening it!

We found our water heater leaking water and called Joe. Joe showed up in less than an hour. He did a wonderful job replacing the water heater in less than three hours including purchasing a new water heater and installing it properly. He is professional and honest. His pricing is fair and reasonable too. I would call Joe again if I need a plumber next time.

These guys are the best local plumbers I've dealt with. Responsive, friendly and honest. Had Marlon replaced a leaky and broken bibb and he was super friendly and lightning fast. Thank you Integrity I will be using you guys again in future I'm sure.

They very prompt, responded fast with a really good quote. Provided details on the process, which water heater unit to be replaced. The technician came on time right next day. They were very professional, knowledgeable and completed the work on time. Very happy with the service.

I found a small leak in the backyard at 4 pm on Sat, but it got worse while examining. There was no other way to stop it besides the main shutoff, so I needed someone to cut the corroded line and install the end cap.

I posted an urgent request on Yelp and Daniel responded in minutes. Their technician arrived in 30 minutes and fixed it by 5:30 pm. The price was very reasonable, it was not like an urgent service price.

Khoung is such a honest gentlemen, we had a snaking job to be done at a kitchen. He recommended replacement of the drain section. Such a good hearted man. So we don't need to snake it every year! Even though it cost us replacement but his right advice well worth the $. he replaced the drain in about 4 hours.

My pipeline was clogged, and waste coming back to the bathtub and I need this issue to resolved ASAP so I went on Yelp to find a plumber that can help me fix the issue on the same day. I message 7 (Yelp helps by emailing to other plumbers as well). Steven from City Of Sewer was the quickest to respond. Given a decent quote that I felt reasonable, I requested them to come out to fix the clogged.

Thanh from City Of Sewer was able to unclog the pipe, but mention that the pipe from the house to the Main Sewer is offset/broken, which caused the clogged. I asked them for a quote, and ask them when can they start. After receiving the written quote from Steven, I requested them to start the project. Steven was able to submit the permit and have it ready to go on the same day. The team started the project on 5/23 and it finished within 5-6 hours timeframe, today (5/24/2021) we are just waiting for the City Inspector to come and pass the project so that we can close the holes.

Overall, great experience, very fast response time, getting permit and having inspector comes out fairly quickly, good price, and bunch of friendly workers.

Work City Of Sewer Did: Install 2 cleanouts, and replace the damaged pipe starting from the garage to the gate. Roughly 15-20 foot long.

Our kitchen sink has draining problem. Water is accumulated when I wash dishes. It is also overflowing to dishwasher, so I look around the plumbing service in my area for help. I am glad that I find #1 Honest plumber. Simon came to my home. He is very professionally on determining where the clogging might be occurred. After fixing the drainage problem, he also provides me the tips how to maintain the drainage in kitchen sink. I really appreciate the service!

Called Abram in the morning regarding a water heater leak. He was able to send out Mike fairly quickly. Mike had good manners, presented everything fairly, shared the technical aspects of his diagnosis, and was easy to talk with.

He offered advice on next steps that should be considered and was not pushy about it. I liked that.

If I have any more plumbing needs, I will be sure to go back to Mike, Abram, and Crown Plumbing.

Called All Go Plumbing on a Friday night (6PM) due to my washer drain leaking and he picked up right away and scheduled me in for Saturday morning between 9-10am. He came at 9:30am. Super friendly and helpful. I told him I was trying to learn as much as I can so I could do things myself and he talked me through every single thing he did. He also noted a slope issue with one of the other drains and he worked on that too.

Overall, he fixed the issue, fixed another issue that was needed, and super friendly at the same time. Could not ask for more and will be calling him for other jobs if needed.

Got a quote from them in 10 minutes. Came over on the weekday and replace the water heater in less than 3 hours.
