In the last few weeks I've had to fix various plumbing issues between several homes.  My daughter-in-law recommended SJDM and raved how great Sam & team were so I had to call them to make the repairs.  What I really like about Sam is that he was super responsive to my texts and even followed up with me when there was a delay in making an appointment. They fixed the issues within the hour so quick, reliable and very reasonable.  Thanks Sam & team - you're on my go to list!

I was very impressed with EJ Plumbing. I had called to have a kitchen faucet installed and was booked an appointment for the next day.  Isaac showed up on time, was very professional and offered me alternatives when my new faucet would not fit the existing piping. I now have a wonderful new faucet thanks to EJ Plumbing and Isaac!

Our shower and toilet was backing up last night and I tried using some Drano to fix the problem. When I got up this morning everything was still very slow to drain, so I called Handy Rooter and Plumbing and spoke to Trieu and we set up an appointment for later that day between 3 and 4 PM.

I got home about 2 PM and flushed the toilet and ran the shower to see how they were doing, and they seemed to be working fine. I texted Trieu to cancel the appointment and he recommended that I run the shower for several minutes and then flush the toilet. Sure enough, the toilet started to back up again, so I texted Trieu again to let him know the problem was back and that I'd like for him to come and check out the problem.

Trieu immediately went to work on identifying the problem and finding the solution. Because my house does not have a clean out, Trieu let me know that he would have to go to the roof to do the clean out, and this would cost $250. Given how much extra work this was and the equipment involved, I thought this was a fair price. He let me know what caused the problem, and was very thorough in Keeping me informed every step of the way, and even alerted me to a potential future problem. This potential problem wasn't something that needed to be done today but given his thorough explanation, I feel like I'm better prepared to make a decision, if I have any future problems.

I give Handy Rooter and Plumbing my highest recommendation.

Mike responded quickly, reviewed photos and gave a reasonable estimate, scheduled the job. I need a tool was not immediately available so he came back to finish the job. Faucet is working great now.

Had a kitchen sink clog and needed it fixed quick. He was able to come out quickly on a Saturday and cleared the clog.  Very professional and does a good job of communicating expectations and explaining his process. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

The guy shows up with a big truck, and says I don't wanna park in downtown, and he will tell me what to do, and just leaves.

I had a water heater issue and Steve was very responsive and showed up at  the promised time. He provided his hones assessment and infact also volunteered to to pick up replacement parts from a local store. His quite was reasonable and he completed the work in a timely manner. We had a clogged/backed up kitchen sink drain. They were able to schedule a plumber to come out the next morning and snake the drain from an external cleanout.  The plumber arrived on time and got the job done at a reasonable price. Recommended.

Good customer service over the phone. Estimate/inspection was done the next mid morning (I called after 4pm the day before). Shane (the person that came out to look at the issue(s) was professional. He listened to my concerns, evaluated the situation and I did not feel any kind of pressure for him or the company to complete any kind of work. He was honest and upfront. He was able to give me the quote within minutes. Upon deciding to proceed, he immediately contacted the office to coordinate the work with our kitchen demo. I'll update once the work is completed.

The experience we had with Kiet was excellent. Our water pressure and pipe problems were quickly understood and fixed by him in a timely manner. Our pipe was clogged and Kiet was able to figure out the problem and solution for us. We were very pleased with the results. The pipe near the water pressure regulator on the outside of our house was slowly leaking water. I got several recommendations from my coworker for a great plumbing company. Had an issue with the washing machine leaking into the drain pipe.  Dave came out and fixed it in no time.  Awesome service and great work!
