I had a leaking toilet for awhile now. Two other plumbers failed to find the source. San Jose Drain and Main discovered a partially clogged line to the sewer, snaked the line and the nasty leak is finally gone. Thank you!

I don't know if I am unfortunate, but abatement company which Mike recommends can't be chosen as reliable or trusted partner.  Their estimate guy left for family emergency without work handover and I lost a more than a week waiting for estimate.

I've been using roto rooters for my drainage issues previously, but I wanted the same person to assist me each time. I looked online and found Khoa. He's only come out once for me so far, but looks to be a great choice. Seems to be straightforward, and easy to work with. He's on time and pleasant. I'll ask him to help me again in the future.

Used Yelp to contact Duy who replied almost instantly.  Since I didnt have an emergency, we scheduled the morning next day.  Duy arrived on time, gave an initial estimate and started addressing the issue.  He dug to discover the issue, repaired the corroded galvanized section and filled in the area.  Estimate stayed the same and I would absolutely recommend him.  Thanks Duy!

I contacted Todd on a Friday evening at 6pm with two clogged toilets and by 7pm my toilets and main line were unclogged and all water was running smoothly. The price was reasonable, particularly for the speed and the time of day. He offered great information and I'm very glad that I decided to contact him. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Drain Rooter Service in the future.

It must be that time in my houses life but I have needed to call the plumber twice in 2 weeks. We ended up calling this business twice and they were great. First a water heater and today J.R. came quickly and flushed out a clogged drain and then did such a great job cleaning I couldn't tell he was even there. And J.R. Was super nice and wore his mask and glove and was super sweet  to my excited puppy who wants everybody to love her. As far as price quite reasonable given the quick response time and the service when he arrived. Definitely going to use them again.

Great plumber and very reasonably priced as well.  Saved us by his plumbing expertise in repairing the broken flange on our downstairs toilet and replacing the wax seal. Marlon's expertise saved us from replacing the flange, which would have required tearing up our concrete slab floor and tile.  We highly recommend his service for any of your plumbing projects.

Used uniter plumbing twice. Once to replace a cartridge of a leaky shower and the second to replace a clogger shower heard. Very professional and courteous plumbers and receptionists. Will definitely recommend them.

Had called them to address the issue with the dishwasher (was not draining). I had told him that the very likely issue is clogging, since the dishwasher is new. The guy came and inspected (for 10 mins) and declared there is no clogging and dishwasher is broken (charged 80 dollars). Called the extended warranty guy. He found the same exact problem (clogging) as I had mentioned and fixed the problem. Doesn't look like a competent service to me.

needed someone to help unclog a toliet that is used as a primary bathroom in an all female household. Thankfully I was blessed with this kind gentleman. City of Sewer just completed a job at my mothers home in West San Jose.  Their estimate came in at just over 5k, another company wanted 17k for the same work.  I watched them work, 5 guys came and replaced the sewer line from the house out under the driveway and lawn,  to the sidewalk/street.  They kept the yard clean and were professional.  Nothing sketchy about the company, a rarity these days.

We had a clogged/backed up kitchen sink drain. They were able to schedule a plumber to come out the next morning and snake the drain from an external cleanout.  The plumber arrived on time and got the job done at a reasonable price. Recommended.

They came and worked on copper re-piping our main water line. They came on time. They did the work on time. Their work was clean. They cleaned up the debris after. Professional team. I highly recommend them.

We ended up with a backed up toilet due to a supposedly biodegraeable wipe that got stuck in the line. Called Ed, who then sent his guy Ceasar to come out to clear the drain. Ed said they would be out within the hour and to his word Ceasar came out within the hour.

Ceasar gave us some feedback on how to avoid this issue in the future and even showed me how to auger the line if I wanted to do this myself in the future. He even gave me brand options to choose from. I thought this was a nice touch in customer service!

Based on this experience I would highly recommend Drain Masters based on their level of customer service provided.
