Great service! I called San Jose Drain and Main and they gave me a quote when I sent them pictures of the problem pipe. They came when they said they would, and fixed a pretty complicated issue in a timely way. They are knowledgeable and their workmanship was stellar. Very nice guys and great customer service. I will definitely call them when we are in need of a plumber.

We had a main line backup. Two plumbers had already been to look at it, but one didn't have the right equipment, and the other wanted to jump straight to replacement instead of running a snake. I wanted to get a second opinion, and was very happy to have found EJ Plumbing. They came out the next day, and the estimate was less than half of what the other plumber had provided! The entire process was surprisingly easy. Will definitely call these guys the next time I need a plumber!

They provide excellent service and help me find root cause of my clogged pipes, repair it quickly and complete all services within 2 hours, amazing!

1. Previous I spent hundreds of dollars on the clogged pipes by asking two different groups of plumbers, all they do is put in snake and only temporarily fix the problem, a few months later problems came back.

2. Trieu is so experienced and found the root cause within 5 mins, he was willing to crawl under the floor, examine the pipes and found out that one pipe is bended and things could easily pile up there. He then proposed the fix and got the job done in one hour, and double checked everything is fine through the camera.

3. Handy rooter also charges much more reasonable price compared to other places.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink, a backup of water in both sides of our double sink,  and a nonfunctioning garbage disposal. I called Capitol Plumbing late yesterday  based on the yelp score and was thrilled with the quick and professional response. Khoa arrived this morning as promised and not only repaired all three problems but also explained the origin of the problems and everything that was needed to rectify them before we committed to the cost. We will definitely be using Capitol Plumbing again and be referring him to all our friends. Thank you Khoa!

Overall a great experience with Miles from Local Rooter fixing a badly clogged kitchen sink on a Sunday! He showed up early, gave me a quick, very up front estimate of the cost and potential problem areas. I was particularly impressed with his dedication to solving the problem, as the clog was really bad. But in the end the problem was fixed and I'm happy with the service I got. Will definitely recommend and use again!

Our kitchen drain was clogged on a Friday afternoon and they arrived within 45 minutes of me calling. They quickly resolved the issue and also found an issue with the faucet and resolved that quickly too.

I was having an issue with water pressure and temperature and Handy Plumbing Man responded almost instantly to schedule an appointment writhing a couple days. Marvin Gonzalez called before arrival and was right on time. He was super efficient, educated me on what the problem was and suggested a few options to repair the issue with estimates. He was very clear, concise, responsive and ensured all the areas he worked on were clean when he left. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Additional review from my side for other Yelp users, after emergence service from King Kong team, I tried to turn on my water heater, but keep failing, so I asked help to Steven, he kept supporting, even FaceTime. Finally after two days, my water heater is working again, We can rely on King Kong any plumbing service, he is open mind even small matter. He is the best service provider in Yelp!

We have a guy that does drain cleaning for us and I asked him to quote replacing a sewer basin with a broken pump.  Yes, it's exactly what it sounds like.  It was too big of a job for him so he recommended Kiet.  He couldn't make it for a couple of days, but the place was empty so it wasn't an emergency.  Another place I called couldn't come for 2 weeks.  Original appt was for 4 but he finished early and he came at 1:30 on a Fri.  He quoted the job and we agreed on price and he started work right away.  He quickly got the parts and had his cleaner guy muck it out.  Came back on Sat, and almost had it done but wanted to make sure it was right.  That gave me the chance to reroute some electrical on Sun.  He came back on Mon. and finished the job.  Professional, knowledgeable, and willing to work with me.  I do a lot of my own repairs so I understood what he was doing and he did a first class job.  Definitely would use again and recommend to others.

Mr.Khan and his team were excellent! They were here very fast and fixed the outdoor sprinkler line very quickly! Friendly and efficient team!

We ended up with a backed up toilet due to a supposedly biodegraeable wipe that got stuck in the line. Called Ed, who then sent his guy Ceasar to come out to clear the drain. Ed said they would be out within the hour and to his word Ceasar came out within the hour.

Ceasar gave us some feedback on how to avoid this issue in the future and even showed me how to auger the line if I wanted to do this myself in the future. He even gave me brand options to choose from. I thought this was a nice touch in customer service!

Based on this experience I would highly recommend Drain Masters based on their level of customer service provided.
