Thanks again to these guys for saving the day and trying to find an economical way to make repairs!    This is my 3rd time calling them for a new problem in my home- they are my go to plumbers :).  This time I had a shower leak - they were prompt, efficient, very professional, and saved me from having to replace the whole fixture.

We've had a shower drain clogged and waste water backed up to another bathroom. My husband called Handy Rooter & Plumbing around 8am on Monday, and he showed up with all his equipment at 10am on the same day. He assessed the problem quickly, and started working with Hydro-Jet. Our drain was cleared in less than 40 min.

He is prompt (he even called back to tell us he could arrive earlier), really knows his stuff and explains his process and very reasonably priced. He gave us the most straight forward answer and offered several options with no pressures. He is very knowledgeable, skilled and honest. We have found our go-to for all plumbing jobs going forward. Had a leaky faucet, turned out had to replace the shut-off valves also.  Mike was very responsive and fixed the problem quickly.  Reasonably priced.

Friendly and fast, cool camera technology. They tried to snake from outside first, which I appreciated but ended up having to go from in the house. No more clog and I got piece of mind seeing the sewage line was clear of clogs.

My parents house had clogged drain in both bathrooms. This happened in the evening and I called more than 10 plumbers most of them claiming to provide 24 hours service. Only 3 of them answered their phone and all 3 said they couldn't come until the next day. When I contacted Thai, he was there in an hour and was able to clear the drain very quickly. He explained the problem and gave some recommendations. Very reasonable price. Highly recommend him.

We had sewer backup and Miguel came to give us an estimate for the job. He communicated very well and was very thorough in examining and evaluating the scope of the work.

First off, the only one among several handymen who actually answered the phone! He arrived on time, finished the job quickly and thoroughly, professional all the way. Can't ask for anything else!

I like Daniel and his team, and i will explain why i gave 3 stars. Use your own judgement to see if you want to hire them.

We had ARP coming for entire house repipe + meter to house repipe + water heater replacement. Daniel and his team was very friendly and was able to answer most of my questions. Due to the age of my house, we got from galvanized pipe to copper. I got couple of quotes from different venders and some of the provided lower quotes but I eventually went with ARP.

Two days later, they came in on time around 7.30 am with 6-8 ppl, and surprisedly finished the job in JUST ONE DAY!!! I was very happy about the work.

another two days later, and here comes the reasons why i choose to give 3 stars and not full stars review. I started noticing slightly water hammer issues in the pipe. With all the motor-driven faucets got arrestor installed, whenever I shutoff the faucet/toilet (everywhere in my house), there is a water hammer noise in my bathroom. I called Daniel and he sent someone to come and drained my entire house and spent couple of hours with no improvement. They ended up telling me, this is very normal (which it shouldn't) they will try to come back later. Since then, I try to contact them, but no response at all. (call, yelp message...etc)  I am a bit regret that I paid them too quickly and without a full check and inspect the noise. (and even recommend ARP to one of my friend which ARP done

The issue now is resolved, but I had to actually call and pay other plumbing company to resolve that issue while waiting for ARP's response.

Overall, i think they are good company, they will do whatever you asked them to do, but you kinda on you own after you paid them. To me, its not a long-term relationship I am looking for my house plumbing. Its more like one time deal. If you want to avoid my situation, i suggest wait few days and do whatever you need to do to test them before you really paid them.

These guys were professional, honest and timely. They worked around our schedule and got our sink drained and line cleared quickly.  No fuss and no last minute up charge. I'd even recommend them to my mother.

Ed was exceptionally helpful. He came over on Sunday on a short notice and quickly fixed the clogging problem we had. He also gave some good advice about other non-urgent plumbing issue we have in the house. Additionally, he is the first plumber I ever saw who charged less then the original estimate!

Such a nice people and their customer service is excellent we called them today for our toilet repair they were in my house in less than an hour.. he quickly noticed the problem..compared to all other places there prices are completely low and reasonable...we are facing the water leaking problem from long time and we tried so many plumber and none of them have cleared the issue but these people are awesome at their work..very friendly and best work they have done.

I highly recommd this place  and i really appreciate their work..

Fast service on a Saturday! I needed a new water heater and the owner delivered and installed it in no time.  Very helpful and knowledgeable!

Our water heater was leaking after 10+ years of use and Khan and Nanu saved us today!
They went extra miles and came to help us change the unit at 7pm even today was their day off!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I called for a simple service which probably would not have taken a long time at all. Since it was so easy, I believe that's the reason they were willing to come... Until he found out that I lived in a condo building. At that point, he rejected my business and told me to call someone else! Wow! They should probably state that they don't like to do business with condos on their website so people don't bother to call them.

Don't believe their website either when they say they are open 24-7. I called last night and didn't get a call back until the morning after. How does a business claim to be open 24-7? False advertising.

Good thing I didn't hire them because he was going to charge me $125 for something so simple!!!
