Professional, honest, and efficient. It took a few days for them to be able to come out and diagnose a problem with the water temperature in my shower, but, otherwise, I was very pleased with their work. I described the problem in a text message and was given an estimate, but no guarantee that this would fix the problem. I felt that this was a very honest approach. Their work was thorough and reasonable. I will definitely use them again and recommend to my friends.

We had a 75 gal gas traditional tank installed as a replacement in our Palo Alto home.  We obtained three bids.

The bid process was the best of the three (most detailed and descriptive / educational).  It also happened to be the lowest price, but that was not our primary objective.  Theirs was the only bid we had from a Yelp search as the other two were recommended from others who have worked at our home.

The installation was great.  Jairo and Jesus were thorough, professional and a pleasure to have in our home.  They did a nice installation, provided a walk through of all they did and operations of the new tank and accessories, cleaned up and removed absolutely everything (hey, not a big deal to do clean up, but so nice when someone is professional and does everything professionally), and were a pleasure to have in our home.

I would highly recommend EJ Plumbing and expect they will be our go-to plumbers going forward.  I rarely write Yelp reviews, but this experience demanded doing right by those who do you right.  These guys are superb.

After my husband and I replaced a faucet in our kitchen sink, we inadvertently broke the pipe leading to the garbage disposal and needed to replace the whole unit.  We decided to hire a plumber to install it and after shopping around, found Handy Rooter's pricing and the fact that he could come out the next morning to be deal breakers.

Treiu was a few minutes early, installed the garbage disposal in a much shorter time than we would have done, and showed us how to do a couple of quick fixes if there is ever a clog in it.  He has a one-year warranty on his work, and was very professional.  I also appreciated that he cleaned up everything and made sure we were pleased with his work before he left.  We will definitely use this company in the future for plumbing work.

Michael was great! He came out to our house and before he even knocked on the door, he had gloves and a mask on and then put on booties to come in the house. He knows his way around everything plumbing. Even though he was working on a brand of kitchen faucet he hasn't worked on before (hard to believe), he was able to find the problem quickly and fix it. He even had enough spare parts in his van to fix a problem we didn't realize we had (legit problem, nothing he created like some other plumbers).

I found Khoa thru Yelp. I sent for a quote after hour and he responded right away. He was true to his quote no hidden cost. He arrive on time and very nice. He completed the job right away. It took less than an hour, clearing the kitchen clog thru backyard external drain. My husband said his equipment is really powerful and good. We went for the Hydro-Jetting clean. Thanks again Khoa!

I've scored this in the middle because the work done was fine, but the plumber tried  initially to sell me an $1,800 job and finally did the necessary work for $450. It took almost as much discussion as the actual work. It feels like he tried to take advantage of me (I'm a senior person).

Joe responded immediately to our issue with kitchen and water heaters. He's courteous, on time and gets the work done! I'd highly recommend his team for minor to major jobs.

Marlon was prompt in coming for assessment of the problem and providing a free quote. Subsequently, we scheduled an appointment for the job, which he didn't show. He contacted stating that he came by but no one answered the door. There was someone waiting for him at that time, sitting about 5 feet from the front door, but I gave Marlon the benefit of the doubt and agreed to reschedule. He again did not show up, and again stated that no one answered the door. My family member saw the truck with his company logo pulled up, stopped for a minute without anyone getting out, and drove off. So I decided to get another quote from another company after a whole week was wasted waiting for Marlon. That was when I finally understood why he didn't want to do the job. He misdiagnosed the problem. The other company fixed the real problem, which would've persisted with the solution that Marlon had suggested. I have to give him credit in perhaps realizing the misdiagnosis, and not wanting to do the job wrong, hence I gave the 2 stars instead of minimum 1. However, he should have been honest about it. There was no need to mislead me and wasted so much time. I had to take additional time of from work because of the wasted week.

Our kitchen sink was clogged. I tried plunging, drain cleaner, and P-trap cleaning, but no luck. I called United Plumbing after reading the good reviews on Yelp and Google, and they kindly quoted and scheduled the drain cleaning service. Then, Alex came just in 30min, and completed the job in an hour! He was professional and very careful in his job. He also kindly explained the cause and how to prevent this. He cleaned up the site, no mess. The final price was the same as quoted. I highly recommend United Plumbing and Alex!

My sink started backing up which I thought was my annual problem where my tree trunk roots needed to be removed.  It was not.  It was worse!  My entire sewer line needed to be replaced.  Wow!  Wtf was I going to do.  I had to bite the bullet!  Long story short, ARP set me up with a reasonable rate and had the job done within a day and a half!  The pipes were disgusting.  The main sewer line was so clogged, you could barely fit a finger in the only hole left in the pipe.  The rest were just as bad and old and corroded.  They were like busy bees.  Very professional,  courteous, considerate and didn't waste any time!  From the owner, Daniel, to the accounting staff, this company's work ethic and professionalism was incredible!  Thank you all at ARP!!!!

Eddie and his team are the best plumbing team we have ever worked with. We had several issues with our toilets and kitchen - leaky faucets, slow drains, backups, etc. Eddie and his team were very responsive. I had issues with my kitchen Saturday with clogging in the clean out. It became a all day event with me trying to fix it. Around 10 PM I looked at yelp and saw really good reviews and decided to contact Khan and he would be out the next day. He arrived with his crew and found a clog and had to snake out the lines. Then he found that my sink had a leak in the faucet and had that replaced with high quality parts. Khan's craftsmanship and prices are very good I recommend him to anybody way better prices and good work. I've had band aid jobs from well known companies. Khan really looks out for his customers and great advice
