Best Plumbing Services in San Jose, CA

The cold water pipe under my kitchen sink leaks, and I have to call few number that I got from yelp to see who can be available in a short time. I don't know who pick up the phone, but it was actually already off hours. However, they still took my order and come on time. They really did a fine job there and also help me to fix something else under the sink without the charge. Later on, I found I mistakenly used an expired check, and called them again. they are very nice and understandful. Overall, they looks very profession, the whole process is clear and easy to communicate with them. They are on time, with good customer service. Nice job. If there are future plumbing work to do, I'd surely ask them.

Update: After posting a complaint, EJ Plumbing Followed up immediately and waived their fee and sent their Tech, Luis to save the Day. Luis was great, helpful and fixed the issue in 8 minutes.

It was an improper install by EJ Plumbing done back in April that was the issue.

I hope the phone/text customer service end with your new hire is improves, and can be more understanding and would give a customer the benefit of doubt if they're calling with a service issue that was done by EJ Plubming--you need to stand by your work.  It was upsetting to called a liar by your company rep...that can cost companies customers.  

As a repeat customer, I loved the service and professionalism demonstrated by your techs and staff time and time again, but after this experience with your First Point of Contact Staff Member--I don't think I would use you guys again.

They do not stand by their own work--think twice about hiring them and inspect their work throughly before they leave.  Had a disposal replacement from them back in April and only found out 8 months later that the bypass drain was no installed correctly and there was a quarter inch Gap between the connector and the drain pipe.  This would cause food and water to occasionally leak onto the floor pan when the disposal was turned on.

-Talking to another plumber, turns out EJ did not install this correctly and used the wrong drainage pipe connection (they needed to use a longer one and not a shorter one--which is obvious to the plumber on his assesment).  

I contacted EJ Plumbing and was told that I am 90 days past and warranty and that it would be a $150 charge to fix their improper install.  I told them that this was an improper install and was still told that if I want them out to fix it I would be charged $150.  They will not stand by the work they have done, which is a shame.

Not a great way to treat a repeat customer--I will never use them again and will let my HOA know of the issues I've had with EJ Plumbing and to not recommend them to others in this area.

Hire them at your own risk.

We called for an appointment about a leaking pipe and Handy Rooter showed up within 90 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem. Prompt, friendly, expert service. So nice to work with true professionals!

Mike responded quickly, reviewed photos and gave a reasonable estimate, scheduled the job. I need a tool was not immediately available so he came back to finish the job. Faucet is working great now.

My dishwasher drainage is clogged & I asked quote to fix it. Khoa gave me quote in just a couple of minutes after I ask quote through yelp . Then he asked me when I want it to be fixed. I said ASAP & he stopped by in a hour! What a quick response. After arrival, he checked all drain pipes & it's OK & the problem is identified as Motor pump failure which is out of his specialty. He gave me good advice what to do next.  He didn't charge me anything even though it's not his fault. What a professional & honest person. Will definitely call him in the future if I have actual plumbing problem! Strongly recommended! Good price, quick response &  very honest

Martin came within 30 min. and was extremely speedy and efficient in un clogging my drains.   Highly recommended and would be using them again.

Todd has done a great job resolving a sewer concern just now, one year after we hired him last time.

We suspected that sewer water was flowing out of our planter, and we contacted him through Yelp to ask for guidance, as we didn't really witness a leakage on our own. He instructed us to reproduce the problem, and as soon as we were able to reproduce the sewer leakage he arrived at our house within 30 minutes.

It turned out our issue was a combination of a clogged sewer line and a missing cap on a clear out that we don't know actually existed underneath the planter, so that when the flow in the drain is large enough, water gets released from the clear out. He unclogged the drain and then replaced the cap. All was done within an hour.

Junior and Ismael were so great. They came on time and fixed everything in one hour. My high-end shower is restored and the two outdoor faucets are in great shape. I am a happy customer.

Joe replaced my broken water heater, upgraded my kitchen faucet, fixed a whistling toilet, and replaced some leaking spigots. He was very prompt, professional and worked quickly. The quality of his work was great and he cleaned up everything before leaving.

Our water heater was leaking and Always Rescue Plumbing was the only business we contacted that provided services to fix this. They came out that same day on a Saturday (wow!) and replaced a valve for us. But we ended up having to replace the whole thing. It was past its prime. I contacted them again Monday morning and they came during their time window with a new water heater. The crew was professional, courteous and clean. Messaging via Yelp was great. They were quick to respond. It's nice to have hot water again!

We would very highly recommend Steve Khuong Sy and his Local Local Plumbing. We had an emergency on a Friday evening and Steve came right out and did what he could and returned on Saturday to get materials and finish the job. He was super conscientious and pleasant. He really went out of his way and his bill was reasonable. We would certainly use Steve's service again.

They helped to replace our water heater in a very short notice and for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend their services.

I just called a bunch of plumbers like 10+ and after speaking to Eddie, I think he really is an honest plumber! Super nice guy, gave alot of helpful information, even though I'm out of his service area (I'm too far north closer to SF), but I really appreciate the time he took to give me advice on my sewer lateral replacement issue. He does the work, but I'm just to far away. Thank you Eddie for being such a nice and helpful human. It's rare, and refreshing!

ED was super nice guy and professional I did hire him for the replacement of a toilet I did collect three more quotes but the lowest with same day installation just got from Safety Plumbing that really works safe and safe the life of our plumbing equipment. I did really appreciate there clean work and honesty . I recommend to all.

Kiet from All Go was prompt, knowledgeable, and super courteous on both of his visits, coming out on short notice on both occasions. We've had lots of plumbers up here, but we'll keep going back to Kiet from now on.
