Sam and Giovanni were great.  Communication was great from the moment I first called about my broken water heater.  They normally don't start work until 10am but Sam offered to come by early and start draining my water heater just to get things going and speed up the process.  Great service.  Highly recommended.  Will definitely use again the next time I need plumbing services.

Fantastic company with superb service! I had contacted EJ Plumbing to report a broken hot water heater recirculator. Sammy & Guillermo came out within the appointed time & immediately proceeded to diagnose the problem. Sammy had literally just touched one of the valves on my water heater & it fell off into his hand! Thank goodness it was discovered while they were there. They were both very courteous ,friendly & professional & answered all of my questions & concerns. In the end they replaced the  broken valve, installed a new recirculating pump & also replaced a hose that was leaking. I would certainly call them again for any future plumbing problems & will highly recommend them to all my friends. & family. Great job!!

I had a leaky pipe that was causing water to go through the ceiling.  

I got contacted from Trieu first out of all the plumbers.  He was quick and came to my house hours after posting.  After a little investigating we found the leak.

Because the leak was behind the wall in upstairs bathroom he had to do some cutting to get to the leak.  But all was covered up and you wouldn't even know it was worked on after.

He was very friendly and fair.  I'm happy with the service I got from him and I would recommend him for anyone who has any issues with plumbing.

Michael was on time and got the job done! Installed a kitchen faucet and fixed an issue in our bathroom, even threw in an extra a no cost, class act! Covid safe and just a nice guy. We will use him again!

On 11/24/20 Khoa came to my father's house to clean 2 bathroom and kitchen drains that were draining slow. Very clean and professional. My father was very happy.

Steve, Tony and team did a great job replacing my water main line.  I have a huge camphor tree that grew around the meter box and damaged the main line.  Steve was quick to respond and was ready to negotiate a reasonable deal if you had another quote.  We closed the deal same day and the following day, Tony arrived and started the work.  They chopped off 15 years of root growth over my main line.  Installed one inch copper pipe from meter to house, protected the copper with thick PVC in the root area and plastic sheathing for the rest.  I insisted (and provided) root barrier to slow down the tree roots from growing back fast.  Done by 2pm.  Great job!

I can't say enough about the guys from Drain Rooter Service. We had a severe clog that was backing up out our shower. It is two days before Christmas and the guys were out here within an hour of my call and had it all done and cleaned up within 2 hours. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very skilled. I will use them moving forward for all my plumbing needs.

Joe and his team absolutely deserves 5 stars today. Our kitchen drainage pipe has experienced blockage every now and then over the course of last 5 years. As my family used kitchen so prequently everyday, we hated so much to see water stuck in the sink four to five times a day. Today Joe and his team fixed it once and for all. They went into the crawl space and replaced the entire kitchen pipe. You can see from the pictures that they replaced so many sections of pipe.  Look at the grease we found from the replaced pipes! We were so pleased to see the quality of their work. Joe also upgrade the pipes under the sink and now it looks so much more sturdy. The price was competitive. Thumbs up, Joe!

I received a referral from a large Bay Area plumbing supply company to use INTEGRITY plumbing. Marlin was very responsive and able to come out and assess a job within a few days. I needed a tankless water heater installed. His quote was reasonable and installation was completed as expected. His understanding of the job was thorough and he was able to communicate to me what needed to be done. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing job.

I don't usually write a review. But I need to write a review for 5 start plumbing. Their system is well organized. We had a technician (Ben Nag) who came on the same day to give us the estimate. And he didn't force us to do any big change or purchase to make money which most of the construction-related companies do. He figured the possible issue and asked us to wait another day to double-check if the issue is correct or not.

After a few days, we decided to fix the problem with 5-star plumbing and the other technician (Yri Murga) came. I worried that if the technician doesn't know what the issue is since he wasn't there. But there was NO confusion or misunderstanding about the work. They are well communicated company. Also, they use an app they save the schedule and information and share it between the technicians. So when the technician came, he knew what he exactly needs to do.

And he had all the tools and parts he needs to change. And he changed pipes really fast but carefully. He kept double-checking and telling me how the work works and the process. The work was tidy and nice. And the brown water issue we had is completely gone. I highly recommend them to everyone! Best experience!

I had a leak in the pipe. I needed to fix it urgently.  The Always Rescue Plumbing reacted very quickly and after 2 hours a plumber arrived. Thanks a lot to Hugo who fixed the pipe and also replaced the water pump, since the basement was flooded because the current pump was not working. Hugo did a great job.

Steve was able to help on short notice and fix our broken garbage disposal. He was very professional, wore a mask, and was thorough in his work. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

We had what appeared to be a leak under the bathroom sink, after doing a lot of cleaning that day. There were new water and moisture spots in the wood that we never saw or paid attention to, before.

I broadcasted for requests/help via Yelp in the late afternoon, and I quickly found myself in conversation with Steven who was prompt to reply and get something scheduled. He came by the following morning exactly when we planned and identified the issue with the faucet. I asked a lot of basic questions, to learn myself, while Steven was here and he gave me clear instructions on what next steps should be and how I can even replace the part myself.

These guys live up to their name. They are responsive and honest. They came out for two separate jobs and fixed the issue both times. I highly recommend them.

I always call Crown Plumbing for all my plumbing needs .... Big and small! I have never been disappointed. The most recent job was last week. They  replaced my washing machine hook ups. The hot water was leaking.

What a life saver!  We had an issue with our hot water valve in the shower. For some reason it would not turn off no matter how hard we tried.
We called at 5:45pm and a wonderful gentleman named Kiet was here within 45min.

Kiet was very knowledgeable and explained all of our options with our outdated valves.  He had us back up and running within an hour.

Would definitely recommend to anyone with any plumbing needs.  Again, they saved us... I provide care for my 97 year old grandfather and was worried on how I would manage the night with hot water running all night long and all the issues that cause later with the hot water heater etc.... We had called 3 other mobile plumbers but none had any availability for tonight.

We needed a life saver and AllGo and Kiet really saved us tonight.

Khan really goes above and beyond to provide great customer service and to get the job done right. We called him late on Sunday afternoon because our toilets and several drains were backing up; he called back that evening to schedule us for late the next morning.  He showed up as scheduled and quickly assessed the issue. He snaked the pipes and within 15 minutes, everything appeared to be running smoothly.  Unfortunately, around 9 pm that night, we discovered some of the same problems were cropping up. I texted Khan after 9 that night. He was immediately responsive and gave me advice on what to do to keep the toilets functioning for the night (while 9 house guests were visiting) and said he would come back at 10 the next morning. He did exactly that. With some additional snaking, he was able to fully resolve the issue. His rates seemed reasonable for the first issue. And he didn't charge us a thing for the second visit, or the late consultations.  In addition to being really hardworking, Khan is friendly and really nice to work with.  If we weren't moving out of state, we would use his company for every future plumbing issue.

These guys are real solid!  For everyone that complains about paying $125 to clean out a blocked drain please remember their experience, equipment and business costs are all apart of their cost structure.  They stand behind their work, have been prompt and in this mornings case showed up and got my household back up and running. In today's day and age finding guys like this that know their trade, show up on time and are accountable for their work is priceless.  I don't write reviews often so this is a testament to the work and the kind of business they run.  Thanks guys....as the next coffee is on me.
