Giovanni and Sam were here on time, reasonably priced and pleasant to have in my house.  Would recommend and hire them in a second!!!  Fixed my clogged drain and plumbing is good as new again.  Thank you guys for a great experience!!!

Thank goodness for EJ Plumbing. I live in new construction and somehow the builders thought it was a great idea to install a tankless water heater in our ATTIC. I had a very difficult time finding someone who would service a tankless water heater, and to have to go into the attic no less. Not my fault it was put up there! I agree that it's completely idiotic!

Anyway - our showers were fluctuating between hot and cold throughout the showers and we had low water pressure in our kitchen. We moved into the house two years ago and realized quickly that hard water is a huge problem in San Jose. We never thought about having to get our tankless water heater flushed, but now we know. There was a significant amount of calcification that had to be removed (and the plumber we worked with make sure we understood that was the worst calcification he'd ever seen). Since their visit we haven't had a single issue with our water pressure and temperature.

I'd be happy to call them again when my tankless is in need of another service, but the plumber asked me not to since it's so hard to access. Hopefully he was joking, cause there's no one else out there!

Our main line was backing up into the house - in other words, a downstairs shower had sewage backing up into it. Khoa got back to me within minutes, and was able to get out to us to clear the line in less that two hours. Unlike the previous plumber we used (who had to drag his rooting equipment upstairs and unmount a toilet) Khoa was able to do all the work through a small cleanout outside our house. Much MUCH less mess, time, and headache. Because he had the right equipment to clear the problem the bill was much, much more reasonable as well. Actually much lower than I anticipated. Very, very, (very) happy!

I called this afternoon told them my issue. Got a quote.
Then I called again after 4 pm  to let them know my status of my clogged bathtub. Reasonable price. Tech Trieu came and assess the situation. He went to check main sewer all good . Crawled under the the house to assess. Came out and let me know what he saw. Shocking pictures of warnings but very good on analyzing. Did not find no root cause under the house. Gave his price and was very reasonable. Trieu is very good and entertaining. He gets the job done. Thank you very much. A 5   rating from me.

We have used Drain Rooter Service a number of times. They are always incredibly fast to respond, usually come out that same day, are efficient, clean and get the job done at a reasonable cost. Can't ask for much more.

Rafael and his team are wonderful! Super responsive (my sewer line backed up--nothing was working) and within a couple hours they identified the issue (roots clogging my corroded pipes) and had a plan to fix everything. Rafael showed me the line camera so I could see the issues myself. They came back the following day to replace the 30 feet of corroded metal pipes with PVC. These guys work hard and left my property clean. Very professional work.

Our pipes were backed up so I called J&K plumbing based on the reviews and so glad I did.  He came to our house within 2 hours of  calling and completely cleaned out our pipes.  He ran the snake about 5 times to ensure it was completely cleaned out!

He was super nice and professional and even unclogged our bathtub (my hair is guilty of that).  That was something he didn't have to do but did it anyway and I can't thank him enough.  

We were also given a 30 day gurantee so that's a plus.  I'll definitely call them again if I have any more plumbing needs.

We had a broken tankless water heater and Marlon Gomez from Integrity came out the very next morning with a new tankless solution to our problems. He is competent, experienced, honest and easy to work with. I thought I knew quite a bit about tankless water heaters having had one for over ten years until I met him. He knows a lot about them and that was very reassuring. He will be our plumber for everything else in our house from now on.

Called Ben up Friday night and scheduled replacement of 2 toilets on Sunday.  The day before (Saturday), I bought new toilets on my own locally.  
On Sunday Eugene showed up and the whole thing including removal of old toilets (on second floor no less), installation of new ones, and taking the old toilets away (including the packing materials of the new ones) took about two hours.  Professional service; a beautiful job done.  Well worth the money!

[TL;DR]
- Great overall customer experience, prompt service, and fair pricing. (They don't hustle you like other places)
- They will literally do what you ask of them. Which is great, but make sure YOU know what you want exactly as well.
- Highly Recommend!. I found my future plumbers.
 
I don't always review professional service companies, but when i do, it's something very notable [Insert Most Interesting Man meme]. Initially, when i was looking for a plumber on Yelp, I noticed Always Rescue Plumbing at the top of the list with a ton of 5 star reviews.

My entire experience with them has been great and we ended up using them for multiple plumbing work around our house.  Overall, It's the little things they do to show that they care:
- Straight forward pricing (Offered a fair price also the most competitive among about 10 other plumbing companies i called)
- When they entered my house to do an estimate, all of them put on shoe coverings.
- Very informative of the process.
- When they arrived to do the work, they confirmed what needed to be done and did exactly what they said they were gonna do.
- Didn't try to upsell and BS some other charge.  
- Flexible payment options, we paid through Zelle.
- Great customer service and prompt service. (Took just one week from initial call to completed work).

The specific work that I got done were the following:
- Relocate washer dryer from second floor home into the garage (New water lines and p trap for the waste water)
- cap the existing waterline and drainage from the second floor laundry.
- Install new P trap for the kitchen sink.
- Rotate and install new gas value for the kitchen stove.

One bit of advice though, make sure you know exactly what you want and where. In hindsight, I was a little vague in my instructions for changing a gas pipe for my new kitchen stove, I ended up having to make a minor cut in my cabinet in the back to make it fit. (That was my fault)

Overall, I highly recommend Always Rescue Plumbing.

I needed a sewer drain unclogged, on New Year's Eve.   He came out in under an hour on the same day, got it done faster than I've ever experienced with a plumber, from need to completion!   Rates were lower than almost all the other quotes from Yelp too!   Nice guy, wore a mask, never had to step into the house to get the job done.

Our shower drain was clogged and we used yelp quote and found king kong plumbing offered best price and once i saw 5 star reviews i booked an appointment. the plumber came on time and fix the problem.. very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend for any plumbing issues!

Kiet is awesome.  I had a clogged clean out line in the kitchen that I needed repaired asap.  Kiet came right away and fixed it in no time at a very reasonable cost.  He's friendly and was helpful in explaining the issue to me.  Will definitely call them again for any other future plumbing issues.

Khan is AMAZING!!! I have been talking with several plumbing companies and plumbers, only Khan really knows what problem I have.  My water heater is a very rare one, with power direct vent. Most plumbers know power vent or direct vent, but not familiar with power direct vent. Even Lowes gave me a wrong one. After Khan looked at the heater pictures I sent to him, he immediately said it is power direct vent!! He is the BEST! And most impressive thing is that he came over next day with a brand new heater while other plumbers don't know where to find the right product! His team also did a fantastic and professional job. They replaced heater in very professional way, no garbage left behind. His team rocks! I would highly recommend him to anyone in need. He is the best!!!

Ed and Dave are super nice and professional! They are the most knowledgeable in this field and I've never encountered a company in my area (I'm in West San Jose) that is both fast in responding phone calls and efficient in the works they do.  They installed a cleanout for me and when there was a minor issue with the cleanout, they came to fix it the problem the same day phone call request was made! I an impressive with their efficiency and kind attitude! I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone I know!
