Fantastic experience with Giovanni today - had clogged toilet and reached out to San Jose Drain and Main (based on the experience from a prior visit by them around a couple of years ago). Giovanni managed to come around on the same evening and got us to the point where the immediate issue of the clogged toilet was somewhat mitigated. It turned out that the drain pipe to the city sewage system was blocked. Giovanni turned up the next day as promised and ran the snake from our clean-out to the junction where it meets the city sewage system. We have three clean-outs on our lot, and Giovanni checked the other one too - it also was somewhat blocked! Giovanni got that issue resolved too. It looks like we will need some heavy duty repair/replace work in the future to take care of what appear to be really old/broken drain pipes - but for now we are good. Couldn't be happier with the service provided by Giovanni at such short notice.

Alex the plumber was well-mannered and showed respect to me as a senior.  He was knowledgeable and did a good job explaining to me what needed to be done before I gave him my OK to start the job. He replaced the water line that is connected to the wall and toilet which had to be replaced because it was old and leaking. He also had to replace the water ring under the toilet which was also causing the base of my toilet to leak because it was worn out. He showed me the worn out parts that he was replacing.  He also showed me which way to turn off and on the toilet water line as well as the outside main water line because I didn't know. This was beyond the call of duty to go out of his way to explain this to me a senior female. He arrived promptly as scheduled, wore shoe covers and did his job in a timely and efficient way plus did a good job of cleaning up the mess on my bathroom floor. Thank you Alex, job well-done and will ask for you for any other future plumbing jobs.  Lastly, I highly recommend E J Plumbing for any plumbing jobs that needs to be done.

As soon as I submitted a quote request through Yelp, Trieu called me right after to discuss details. During the call, he gave me some suggestions to reduce the cost of my project, which I appreciated - I don't think most other folks would do that. He gave me a competitive quote and said he'd be available to come by for the install the next day.

On the day of installation, Trieu and his teammate were prompt, very responsive and texted me their ETA beforehand to let me know they're on their way. My toilet and faucet installation only took an hour, they cleaned up nicely afterwards and overall the process was easy.

I will see how his work holds up as time goes on but for now, I will definitely keep Trieu in mind for future home projects. He seems very knowledgable about the whole process.

Very fast response, Michael came the same evening and fixed shower. He also recommended mold removal company.

I don't know if I am unfortunate, but abatement company which Mike recommends can't be chosen as reliable or trusted partner.  Their estimate guy left for family emergency without work handover and I lost a more than a week waiting for estimate.

I have found my go to plumber!!! Capitol plumbing is responsive, hard working, HONEST, reasonably priced, friendly, explains the process excellently, and just downright great. After having a few bad experiences with other plumbers, Capitol has restored my faith that there are a few honest plumbers out there. They created a much needed sewer clean out access and cleared out my sewer lines. They also explained what is the city's responsibility vs. mine.  Thank you Capitol Plumbing for your services!!! I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing any plumbing services!

They came promptly, didn't leave me hanging with a water leak, got things fixed in a good timely manner and were great to work with, reasonably priced as well!!!  Tai Thai was great to work with!

I would give more than 5 stars for Javed for coming out to my parents' house to find the plumbing  problem. He came over within 15 minutes. When the problem wasn't going to be easy to fix, he was very determined to find it. He went in front of the house, top of the roof, under the sink, anywhere there was a pipe in order to find what was clogging the pipe/drain. I would recommend him to anyone who are in need of a plumber.

I needed my pressure regulator replaced. Integrity Plumbing responded promptly and did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I will use them again.

Super fast response via Yelp.  Scheduled next day on a Sunday to fix a sink.  Reasonable prices.  Tony was great and thorough.  Will use them in the future.

I like Daniel and his team, and i will explain why i gave 3 stars. Use your own judgement to see if you want to hire them.

We had ARP coming for entire house repipe + meter to house repipe + water heater replacement. Daniel and his team was very friendly and was able to answer most of my questions. Due to the age of my house, we got from galvanized pipe to copper. I got couple of quotes from different venders and some of the provided lower quotes but I eventually went with ARP.

Two days later, they came in on time around 7.30 am with 6-8 ppl, and surprisedly finished the job in JUST ONE DAY!!! I was very happy about the work.

another two days later, and here comes the reasons why i choose to give 3 stars and not full stars review. I started noticing slightly water hammer issues in the pipe. With all the motor-driven faucets got arrestor installed, whenever I shutoff the faucet/toilet (everywhere in my house), there is a water hammer noise in my bathroom. I called Daniel and he sent someone to come and drained my entire house and spent couple of hours with no improvement. They ended up telling me, this is very normal (which it shouldn't) they will try to come back later. Since then, I try to contact them, but no response at all. (call, yelp message...etc)  I am a bit regret that I paid them too quickly and without a full check and inspect the noise. (and even recommend ARP to one of my friend which ARP done

The issue now is resolved, but I had to actually call and pay other plumbing company to resolve that issue while waiting for ARP's response.

Overall, i think they are good company, they will do whatever you asked them to do, but you kinda on you own after you paid them. To me, its not a long-term relationship I am looking for my house plumbing. Its more like one time deal. If you want to avoid my situation, i suggest wait few days and do whatever you need to do to test them before you really paid them.

We discovered the dishwasher on our rental property did not have an air gap properly installed and no hole existed in the the granite counter top. Additionally the water pressure regulator had failed and needed to be replaced.

I contacted Steve (Khuong) on Friday and by Saturday 9 am he was on site to begin repairs.  By lunch time he was done.  He is professional, prompt and fair on his pricing.  

Highly recommend and will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs.

Worked with Steven Ho to replace our sewer line and move the city cleanout closer to the sidewalk. Stephen fully handled the entire process and made sure I was kept up to date with each step. The actual replacement took one day and the yard was cleaned up right after inspection was completed, all for a competitive fee. Will definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Had a broken shower handle last night and called Eddy. He answered the call and had patience to ask a few questions and made good suggestions.  However, he is fully booked for the day and I cannot wait. So I called someone else. Anyway what he did impressed me, and I believe I would call him first next time.

It's been impossible for me to find a plumber I could afford and trust.  Two very important things for me when deciding who to let into my home and my business.  Crown Plumbing was referred to me by a friend of mine also in the restaurant business.  I've called them for door repairs, leaking toilets, clogged toilets, calcium buildup, and full toilet replacements.

I appreciate every aspect of their business from start to finish.  The service calls are  seamless, the plumbers are knowledgeable, safe and friendly, and the payments/invoices are effortless.  You'll get a text when they are on their way and after the work is done, you get a text message explaining everything in detail; parts, labor, and services completed.  AND-the price is always less than the number I've worked out in my head.  When have you ever hired someone and the price is less than what you thought?  I've used their service more than 5 times now and I will never go back to their competitors.

We run into sudden and very complicated failures with toilet water running due to a broken part, incoming water switch for toilet not working and the main water switch not working that were just identified after the running water. We called Right Plumbing Services and Eddie answered the call right away and promised to be on site within 30 mins. Eddie came in time and fixed all issues. We are happy with Eddie's job and would use Right Plumbing Services again for future issue.

On October 07, 2021 Our kitchen sink and laundry drain pipes got clogged. I was looking for a professional and came across AGPR, read the reviews had great things said about the service provided. I called and made an appointment that evening around 6-6:30pm. Kiet showed up on time and got the clogged pipes cleared and cleaned up in less than an hour. Kiet was Friendly and professional. I would recommend AGPR to anyone that needs plumbing service.

I called this company this morning and they were rude for no reason.  I called to get a quote on how much they charge to run the snake and do a video cam to verify what was wrong with the pipe.  I advised that my house was in Oakland and the response was we are in Union city please call a plumber in your local area and then he hung up.  I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.  If there customer service is this AWFUL over the phone I can only imagine there service..

Came out same day I called to get our septic snaked. He did a great job, was done right the first time.
