Giovani and Sam are real professionals, and polite!  We called them, on Sunday afternoon, to leave a message about a broken fitting on our kitchen sink drain.  Giovanni called pack shortly thereafter to request we text him a picture of the problem.  Two texts later we had an estimate, a promise they would come the next day, and that they would give us an arrival time after Giovani had spoken to Sam.  Monday morning we get a text they would be by sometime between 1:00 and 3:00.  They called 12:15 to ask to come at 12:30 because their earlier job was done.
At 12:30 they arrived, introduced themselves, neatly opened the wall under the sink and explained how they would repair the drain pipe.  They cut out the broken fittings, snaked out the clogged pipe, and put new parts in.  They cleaned up nicely and were out by 2:30.  What a relief!  We had a neatly plumbed sink that drained really well, in a kitchen returned to normal.  All of their work done in the time they promised and at the price they quoted.  Wow!  That went smoothly.

I contacted my home warranty company for a leaking boiler, was promised to have a contractor called me within 24 hours.  After repeated calls to the insurance company and the contractors I was assigned to for four days without a contractor showing up or a call back, I decided to look for a contractor on my own.  

I called EJ Plumbing at 8:00 this morning, got a call back from Daniel in less than an hour with some sound advice and an estimate. He told me that I was going to have hot water TODAY!  Sure enough, Issac and Sam showed up at scheduled time. I had a brand new boiler installed in less than an hour.  They did an excellent job on the installation, clean, professional and courteous. With good people like these who needs an insurance. From now on, EJ are the people I would go to for all my plumbing problems.

These guys are absolutely the best. Extremely efficient, quick and organized. We had a complicated plumbing stoppage, and they quickly identified and fixed the issue. They are very well-equipped, having a truck with various drain cleaner machines, sewer camera etc. Can't recommend them high enough.

Mike's stellar reviews on Yelp were the main reason I decided to go with him to service my garbage disposal and am sure glad I did. He responded quickly to my inquiry with service quotes, came out the next day and did a great job! I will definitely be using his services for future plumbing needs.

Finding Khoa and his partner was a true blessing. Our sewer pipe was backed up and our bathroom was flooded and it continued to spew out water all night and morning. We tried desperately to try to fix it ourselves with no luck. We even rented a 75 ft snake and it still didn't help. I decided it was time to let a professional take care of it. I didn't know any plumbers nor did any of my family members or friends so I went on Yelp. As usual I looked for ones with the best reviews. I found a few, one of which said they were busy and couldn't help today and another that didn't answer the phone. I finally tried Capitol Plumbing as they had a lot of great reviews, and now I know why.

Khoa and his partner came out right away as I informed him that this was sort of an emergency. He looked around the outside of the house to look for our Clean Out which every home has. We couldn't find it ourselves and we looked everywhere. Khoa even looked around our neighbors' yards to see where there's was located because the houses around our street were built with the same plans. Unfortunately, he couldn't find it. He offered a solution that he would try and if it didn't work he wouldn't charge me. That alone was amazing. Most plumbers would charge you just for coming out and looking around. Khoa offered his services free of charge if it didn't work.

He tried three times to unclog our sewer drain. On the 3rd attempt he did it! We were so happy because we knew if all else failed we would have to resort to drastic and costly measures. Thanks to Khoa and his partner we averted that and everything worked out and at such a very reasonable price. They even cleaned our flooded bathroom and wiped the floors. Amazing!!

I would give Khoa and his partner 10 stars if I could. I'm definitely keeping his number in my address book. I highly recommend Khoa and the Capitol Plumbing team. Best work and even better service!

5:00 am visit to the bathroom turned into a dip into lake Titi- CACA. Called these guys and they were able to come out a few hours later. David was awesome, he worked so hard to clear the clog and was also very informative as to what his process was to resolve the problem .

We had two backed up bath tubs and two overflowing and leaking toilets. It took several hours, two snakes and a jetter(sp) to clear the mess, but my goodness were we grateful.

Overall, these people were great and so was their service and pricing. I hope to never need these services again, but if so, I highly recommend this company. 5 star review well deserved and earned.

Todd was extremely helpful!!!  I had a simple fix for my faucet replacement, and was prepared to pay him for his services. Instead of taking my money for an easy fix, Todd asked for me to send him pictures. He then asked me to call him. I called him and he explained how to do it over the phone. He could have taken advantage of the situation, but instead he responded quickly, honestly and took time  out of his busy day to help instead. Thanks Drain Rooter Service. Thanks Todd!!!

This will be my third 5-start review for Handy Plumbing Man and I can honestly say that contacting them for any of your plumbing needs is a MUST DO. Marco and his team are fantastic and super efficient. They literally replaced my mom's water heater just now (after it leaked out overnight all over the garage without her knowing), on Christmas Eve (of all days) and the person Marco sent out to do it (Ismael Mijanos) was thorough and very professional. I was able to communicate with him with my limited broken Spanish and he provided great customer service and he was super quick in assessing the issue and just knew what to do to fix it. Time and time again, Marco and his team have come to our rescue and I highly recommend that they are your first call because their ability to save the day on plumbing issues is second to none! Truly top-notch! Thank you as always Handy Plumbing Man! =0)

Called on a Sunday morning when garbage disposal won't work any more. They came in 30 mins and fixed in 10 minutes. Very pleasant to work with and no nonsense spirit :) price was not steep and everything was a breeze. If you have plumbing issues this is the company to call..

Marion walks his talk. He gave me the lowest estimate of 4. He replaced my kitchen sink plumbing. He did exactly what I wanted to do in less time he said it would take. Our old water heater stopped working during one of the coldest days so far this year. We shopped around and found not only a more affordable quote, but also got the new tankless water heater installed the same day. Very positive experience.

I needed a hose changed from the garbage disposal to the vent on the sink. As well as having the vent replaced. They charged me $225 for a 30 minute job. Pricey but the job was done well.

The main shut-off valve coming into the house had a leak and needed to be replaced. I put out request for quote via Yelp, and had several replies back via the application. Kuong and local-local-plumbing was the first to reply (literally within 5 mins), called me to understand the problem, and after I texted a picture of the scope of work, he immediately called me back with a quote and a next day appointment. He arrived early (texted me that he was on his way), quickly explained what he was going to do, and got to work, finishing efficiently and doing a nice-clean job.  The cost was exactly what was quoted. He cleaned up and put everything back in its place before leaving, always being very friendly and attentive to my questions.

Two days later I noticed that one of the connections had a tiny, almost not even noticeable, drip. I called Kuong, and he came out immediately to correct it. That's when you know you have someone that stands behind their work, values customer service, and takes pride in what they do. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs, and will use him again for sure!

My kitchen faucet began to leak.  Luis from Crown Plumbing correctlly diagnosed the problem, told me I needed to obtain a part from the manufacturer, and then returned to complete the job after I received the part.  He was on time and worked quickly each visit.  I have used Crown several times before and they were always competent and cost-effective.

I called very late after regular typical business hours not expecting my call to be answered. To my surprise, they picked up and listened to me explain that my current water heater was leaking and without hot water. He asked for the basic info of what tank I had currently and gave me a negotiable quote with and appointment for the next morning. That was a win already. The crew showed up as promised, got to work, and finished timely. They answered all questions, gave their word to stand by their work, and very responsive throughout the experience.

Kiet has now come 3 times to our house - same day, on short notice. He works efficiently and gets the problem fixed. He's fixed our clogged sink, washer, and most recently our tub. He's a nice guy and wears a mask to be safe. I'd hire him again.

So our shower was leaking and making dripping noises all day and it was driving us nuts! After doing some quick googling, it seemed more difficult than we can self repair. I sent out a quote request from several businesses at like 8:30 on a Saturday night and Khan responded within 15 minutes!

He came right out the next morning and took a look at our shower and gave us a reasonable quote. We agreed to the price and he fixed it for us right away! The process was quick, easy, and efficient. Khan is definitely someone I will recommend to family and friends. Makes me wonder why I didn't find someone sooner to save those countless nights of sleep...
