Wish Yelp offered10 stars. I had Edgar and Juan from Handy Rooter & Plumbing arriving right on time. Edgar was here to find a water leak... which he found in 10 minutes. Edgar could have drawn this out for hours, but his integrity and superior training and company ethics did not allow him to cheat me. I paid $100 plus tips to Edgar and Juan for their expertise.
Thank you Handy Rooter for making my Thanksgiving week happy. I hope this honest review gets you loads of work. You deserve it.

I have found my go to plumber!!! Capitol plumbing is responsive, hard working, HONEST, reasonably priced, friendly, explains the process excellently, and just downright great. After having a few bad experiences with other plumbers, Capitol has restored my faith that there are a few honest plumbers out there. They created a much needed sewer clean out access and cleared out my sewer lines. They also explained what is the city's responsibility vs. mine. Thank you Capitol Plumbing for your services!!! I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing any plumbing services!

I called Huey late evening and informed him I had a slow water leak from the ceiling. He informed me he could have someone come over after 2:00pm the next day. Since I was very busy at work I didn't have any time to do research on costs or ask for bids from other plumbers.
Paul came over and explained what he will do and charge for opening the ceiling ($250.00) and fixing the small copper pipe ($200.00). He took only 47 minutes in total which included the time to open the ceiling in 2 sections (1 section was about 13 x 30 and another section 18 x 24) , find the leak, and then replace the ~24 length copper pipe. This did not include repairing the ceiling drywall. Paul was a nice guy, very clean, and thorough in fixing the copper pipe.
Unfortunately, I later found out that my total payment of $450.00 for 47 minutes (including removing 2 small sections of ceiling) was about double what most plumbers charge in California for the same work.

We came to visit my mom for a week and just prior to our arrival, my poor mom realized that her sewer line was backed up. She felt horrible and it was too late to call anyone. The next morning we called Drain Rooter and they were there within an hour and cleared the line in less than an hour! Much much cheaper from other companies too. My mom (or myself) won't use anyone else! Highly recommend! Thanks again

Marvin and Christian fixed a major problem in our master bathroom. We called them back after they installed a new water heater. Last year they also installed our new sewer line. Obviously, we trust their work and have recommended them to others.

Loved the service! I called today to ask for a quote since my garbage disposal and upstairs toilet wasn't working. He came today, wore a mask, left his shoes outside, and quickly fixed both garbage disposal and upstairs toilet.

Wow, this company is amazing! My tenants let me know there was water heater leak around 7pm so I jumped on Yelp to look up plumbers. I read the reviews on Integrity Plumbing & Drain Service and gave the company a call instead of requesting a quote...and the owner of the company...picked...up... the...phone! I explained my situation and sent him a picture. He instructed me to turn off the water heater and that he would stop by in the morning on his way to a scheduled job to find out what he would need, get it ordered and then return in the early evening to get my water heater up and running. What customer service! The job was done quickly, professionally and I couldn't have asked for the whole experience to go any smoother! I gave this company's information to my stepmom and a friend too, that's how impressed I was by Marlon and his company.

Two weeks ago I never had the chance to post. I found this company and ask for quote. Little bit hard to trust so I gave this company a try. Told him my situation that I'm having trouble with disposal that didn't work. Was told that he will able to come and take a look right away. Very fast and on time. Found out my disposal is very old and broken so he went to his van. Grab his brand new and replaced it within an hour or so due to small box underneath which is bit harder for him to get it done. If it bigger then he'll probably done little bit faster. Thanks for all the work. Give this guy a try.

Had called them to address the issue with the dishwasher (was not draining). I had told him that the very likely issue is clogging, since the dishwasher is new. The guy came and inspected (for 10 mins) and declared there is no clogging and dishwasher is broken (charged 80 dollars). Called the extended warranty guy. He found the same exact problem (clogging) as I had mentioned and fixed the problem. Doesn't look like a competent service to me.

I contacted Ed regarding issues with my dishwasher (water was not draining properly) and pipes were leaking under the sink. He came to inspect the problem 30 min after I contacted him. It turned out my husband did not install new garbage disposal correctly, which caused the problem with draining. Ed coached my husband on how to fix it easily and he did not even charge us for the inspection.
Overall, the service was very fast, professional, and friendly I will definitely contact him in the future regarding any plumbing issues. Thanks, Ed!

Our neighbor downstairs was complaining that water was leaking to his garage while we were using the shower upstairs. It's a tricky issue, as we did not see any leak in our bathroom, but we thought something was wrong, maybe the pipes burst inside the wall ?! We called around couple places, and Right Plumbing was the most responsive and came with the most reasonable quote to investigate into the problem.
Ed first came and had to cut open a small area of the garage ceiling of our neighbor, and confirmed the shower in our upstairs unit was causing the leak. As we did not see any leak in the bathroom, he suggested ways to fix the problem by cutting open the wall behind the bathroom so he could see the pipes and fix the problem from the back. This was before the Christmas holidays, and we told Ed we would call him back in the New Year to fix the problem as we would be away for the holidays.
When we contacted Ed in the New Year, he remembered us and the exact issue, and we were able to set up an appointment the very next day. He did cut open a hole in the wall from the back of the shower, which is actually the wall inside the closet in the bedroom. But the problem was trickier than we thought. The pipes were in good condition and showed no leak, and Ed patiently traced the source and finally figured out there are multiple areas of the leak, from the shower spout and the shower head, as well as the shower wall where the caulking had worn off. He then went to Home Depot to get the new parts, and also re-do the caulking around the tub, and confirmed there's no more leak. All these took the entire afternoon, but Ed still charged us the initial estimate despite the problem being more complicated than initially thought, and he also had to buy additional parts.
And he asked us to wait till the caulking dry out the next day before using the shower, and to double check for leaks before asking him to return to patch the wall. And thankfully we don't see any more leaks, but there are some water dripping from the spout when we used the shower head. Ed came with the tools and materials to patch up the wall, he kept saying he's only an expert in plumbing but not the wall repair, but we think he did an excellent job. As this is the wall inside the closet, we did not bother to re-paint it. Ed also fixed the dripping from the spout problem for us.
We will definitely be using Ed for any future plumbing needs, hard to find anyone who's so friendly as well as thorough in the work.

The kitchen garbage disposal was clogged and extremely slow to drain. Both sides of the sink were draining very slowly. I called Drain Masters on Wed around lunchtime and Ed came the very next morning. Ed was very courteous and professional. He took the pipes out, showed me exactly what was causing the clog (butternut squash skins, guilty as charged!), cleared it and told me to avoid putting large scraps in the disposal in the future . He was done in less than 25mins. Charged me the same price as what he quoted on the phone. No fuss, just straight up honest service! Highly recommend!
