Giovanni is _amazing_.  Professional, timely, reasonable but most importantly highly competent.  I called him second time because of a different drain (I live in a 3-storey town home).  I wish we had more service providers like him in other areas of our life.

We had a clogging in the bath tub. A plumber from EJ plumbing tried to open it, but a snake didn't do the job, and he said that they'd need to open the wall and do a bigger job. I asked for an estimate, and the estimate said $1200-$1500. They explained to me that the range is because they can't know for sure before they open the wall.

A few days later, a crew of 4 plumbers from EJ plumbing arrived at our home. The moment they opened up the wall, they said that it will cost $1700. Given that the wall was already open and we had guests, I said yes.

They did a good job. However, when an estimate has a range, I expect that that range be respected. Our house is a standard Eichler, so I find it hard to believe that there was something that unforeseeable inside.

My takeaway: This company did a good job, but take their estimates with a grain of salt when you're comparing to others. Even when the estimate states a range with a maximum price, it doesn't mean much.

I would not hesitate to recommend Handy Rooter & Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. Trieu was professional, friendly, responsive, and scheduled an appointment in a timely fashion. His rates are reasonable and he is clear in communicating what needs to be done in order to fix the plumbing issue. He is now my go to plumber!

We'd been having issues with the volume and pressure of our water after having some pipes replaced. We thought the main problem was with the kitchen sink faucet since the water was just trickling out compared to the rest of the house.  We checked for plumbers in our area, and we came across Affordable Plumbing Services. Lucky us. We called and spoke with Mike. He pretty much knew what our issue might be and although he was pretty much booked at the time, he said he would get us in between his other calls. He showed up sooner than expected, got to work and was able to fix the issue quickly because he was right,,,he knew exactly what the problem was. He is hands down the BEST plumber we have ever had. If you call him, trust what he says because he's very knowledgeable about what he does. He is a very personable guy. It will feel like you've got a friend over to help. Thanks Mike!

Khoa and his team helped me made a sewer clean-out and replaced drainage pipes in the crawl space. The team of 3 finished the jobs within 1 day, clean up, neat and tidy. The best plumber I ever had.  Make sure you ask for David.  He was super thorough and made sure that the fix was permanent.  He tested the leak several times.  Extremely considerate and did an awesome job cleaning up afterwards.

Very responsive. Had immediate availability to check out a leak from the ceiling and diagnosed the problem quickly after cutting open the drywall in two places.

These reviews are legit.  I called and Sebastian came out and replaced our comfort valve professionally.  He also programmed the time on our pump.   Sebastian is very friendly, and even took care of another issue with no extra charge.  We are very pleased with Handy Plumbing Mn.

My toilet, tub AND shower were all backed up.  It started with the toilet and then all hell broke loose.  I called my stupid ass First American Home Warranty Waste of Money Bullshit Company and they sent a plumber who came ill-equipped and unable to do his goddamn job.  

Cut to two days later and I called Joe.  This is the first time I've ever used Joe.  I called at 11:22, he came BEFORE the promised time of 12:30.  He figured out what happened and fixed it.  He did have to remove the toilet, but he did it so quickly!!  He finished before 1:00. The total job cost $300.  I know that sounds like a lot for 30 minutes of work, but it was totally worth it.  I'm not going to remove the damn toilet.  I'm sure as hell not going to stick my anything down there to get it whatever monstrosity is down there.  Even if someone ELSE got the clog out, I wouldn't even walk it to the garbage can.  Use Joe.

We had a broken tankless water heater and Marlon Gomez from Integrity came out the very next morning with a new tankless solution to our problems. He is competent, experienced, honest and easy to work with. I thought I knew quite a bit about tankless water heaters having had one for over ten years until I met him. He knows a lot about them and that was very reassuring. He will be our plumber for everything else in our house from now on.

Our guy replaced the water faucet at the back of the house and finally it isn' leaking!

What a team! This is by far the best service experience I've had. Daniel came home and looked at the problem, his first approach was to put a camera down the line which others would charge $200+. He took his time to diagnose the problem and is a super honest guy who is genuinely there to help.

We had a big blockage and his team worked nonstop to replace our drain lines. The guys were super careful about not creating a mess, extremely polite and respectful of our home and not even a scratch anywhere. Think of it - they took 30mins to put paper, mats, painters plastic in all areas and even swept away everyday of the job.

Hugo, Alex, Antonio and Daniel himself worked tirelessly on the job. It's the best team we could have asked for. He knows his profession really really well and was the best priced by far. And top that off - his work comes with a 3yr warranty included. Simply incredible.

We would very highly recommend Steve Khuong Sy and his Local Local Plumbing. We had an emergency on a Friday evening and Steve came right out and did what he could and returned on Saturday to get materials and finish the job. He was super conscientious and pleasant. He really went out of his way and his bill was reasonable. We would certainly use Steve's service again.

Steven was very responsive and professional in fixing our drain pipe leak under the kitchen. Our pipeline's rubber fitting was bit by mouse which caused leakage. Steven was able to tell we can change the rubber fitting from my pictures while plumbers from other companies were all suggesting cutting the pipe onsite which has huge cost. Steven and his crew were able to change our rubber fitting and wrap it with mental cover in less than one hour the next day with very reasonable pricing. Highly recommended and will definitely use King Kong plumbing in the future.

I hired Eddie of #1 Honest Plumber to unclog a kitchen drain. I could tell Eddie would be honest and be cost-effective from the first call. He picked up the phone personally, unlike several other plumbers that use call agents who don't have domain expertise. After I described the issue, Eddie gave me a reasonable quote that reflected his expertise.

I scheduled an appointment for two days after the phone call. Eddie arrived at my home one hour early. He inspected my kitchen drain and used a 50-ft snake, the best tool for the job. Unfortunately this did not solve the issue. Eddie said that the clog was inside the condo building, not in my unit, and recommended I work with my HOA. Eddie didn't charge a dime since he couldn't solve my problem.

The HOA ended up repairing the issue. Sure enough, it was deep inside the building, and it was gnarly. (Black gunk sprayed out of a release point and thoroughly soiled the commercial plumber.)

Thanks Eddie for being fair and honest. I will call him again for a future plumbing problem.

Elderly instant water heater gave out after its full decade lifespan. Our family was in urgent need of a replacement. Crown answered the phone, nicely, we had an appointment within a day, they came on time, and replaced the unit with an upgraded model that same week. We are highly satisfied. Crown plumbing is excellent!

The service is great. Did a excellent job in fixing our shower valve and toilet base leaking issues.

One of our faucets/shower in the bathroom was leaking. Kiet was very responsive and came in today to review the issue. He suggested a few alternatives. Got the parts from the store and fixed the issue really fast and we can use the bathroom now. No mess. Really clean job. Thanks a lot! I recommend Kiet strongly.

Update 04/08/2019:
My water heater was leaking during the weekend, so I called Khan on Saturday morning. Khan was able to come in an hour and he gave a very reasonable estimate. I am happy with the quote so he started removing the old heater while calling to get the new one. It was a lot of work, but Khan didn't bump up the estimate. I am very happy with the job. Finally our home got hot water!

My water bill was too high for last two months for my usage but I always fear a huge plumbing bill. Finally I decided to call a few plumbers around town and see what they offer. AAA was the first one I called. Khan was polite and he said he can come in the afternoon the same day. This was on Saturday! He arrived early and gave an estimate based on the job needed. He and his crew immediately work on the job. They even explained to me each step of the job. I like the transparency! It took about 1 hour for the job and little more for the glue to dry. I am so happy with the job!

Quick response time, good sense of humor, reasonable prices. They fix the problem the first time and they're very pleasant to be around. I wish I could call them for everything that needs to be repaired around the house.
