I have a drain that runs the length of the house that carries water from the washer and the kitchen sink.  I couldn't clear it myself with the methods I've used before (hose and bladder, Draino) so I called San Jose Drain and Main.  They were able to come the same afternoon.  The clog was pretty far down the line, and they needed to switch to a heavier duty machine - but they cleared it in under half an hour.  I'm so grateful to be able to use my sink and washer again, and to know who to call in the future for courteous and professional service at a reasonable price.

This organization is a fine tuned machine.  Gary arrived on time, was incredibly polite and got the job done quickly and left my house clean.  I will always use this company.  Thought their pricing was competitive.

This review is about two weeks over due. Great service! Setup an appt for the next day after contacting. He was very good to let me know the job before me was taking longer than expected and gave me updates when he would arrive. Cleaned my kitchen line for me. Very covid safe considering the times. The price was great! Cheaper than other companies I have had out before. I will definitely use again! He was even kind enough to give me two brand new stainers for my kitchen sink to help keep the small pieces of food out of the line. I thought that was a class act and icing on the cake. Services also come with a 30 day guarantee in case the lines back up again in that time.

We had been experiencing high pressure issues in our water line and got a few estimates from plumbers in our area for installing a pressure reducing valve on our mainline. Mike came out for inspection quickly, gave the MOST competitive quote and scheduled the work right away. He did an impeccable job installing the PRV in a rather tight, difficult to work area and also replaced a hose bib connecting to a pvc line in the back yard. He is knowledgable, professional and patiently explains each step. Plumbing needs in a house, big or small, never seem to end... Mike is a hard working local in my area and he earned my business. I will not hesitate to call him again or recommend his services to all my neighbors!

Khoa and his helper did a fantastic job. Very good texting communication prior to the actual on site visit was helpful.  We've been having drain blockages requiring snaking every few months. Once on site he took his time to thoroughly evaluate the problem to determine the best way to fix it for the long term.  I'm pretty sure our cast iron clean out had not been opened since the house was built in 1955. It was in a very awkward location and near impossible to open. Khoa said the best solution would be to cut out the cast iron cap and replace it with an extension of ABS pipe and clean out cap. After some discussion with Khoa I chose to have the pipes cleaned by Hydro-Jetting rather than snaking. After that I'm pretty sure we now have the cleanest pipes on the block! . I would recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Johnny came out to service our sewer line back up on a Sunday morning. Water was running out of toilet and shower drain. I called several plumbers and got a range of $275 per hour to per job rate from Local Rooter and Plumbers. Johnny was courteous and patient in explaining our problem. He systematically narrowed down to two major problems, main sewer line within house running to street was clogged and there was a leak in the toilet wax seal, leaking into crawl space.  He took pictures of the leak to show us. He suggested using hydro water to unclogged sewer line which is suppose to be less damaging to pipes than router. It did the job quickly.  He showed us on the front yard cleanout water was running freely again. For the toilet leak, He took out the toilet and replace with double wax ring. Johnny was very neat and cleaned up after himself. We also had him changed out two fill valve for our Toto toilets. Everything works great!  Thank you Johnny and Local Rooter and Plumbers

I am very thankful for Todd's responsiveness and professionalism. I called on an evening, he came right away and unclogged my kitchen drain. He was here until after sundown. I didn't expect anyone to solve my problem so quickly.

Marvin Gonzalez did a fantastic job for us.  He removed an old water filtration system and got us back up and running again.  Very quick and easy to work with.  Would definitely recommend.

We had a leaking water heater  that was not repairable. It happened late in the evening. Called Javed right away and he said he will take care of it first thing in the morning. He bought the new water heater that we wanted and took it to the house. He replaced the old water heater with the new one and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. He called me to tell me it was done and brought the invoice and the pictures of the installed water heater to my house, He was very fast and the job was done properly. The fact that I'm writing this review is to say Javed is very honest, gets the job done right and he makes sure that customer is happy with his work. I will highly recommend him to anyone who need plumbing or water heater issues.

Marlon promptly responded to my concern regarding a drained clog in my bathroom sink. He came out next day and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He put on shoe covers before coming into my home, and cleaned up any mess that was made. He also addressed a slow drain concern we had in our kitchen sink the same day. Overall, I had a great experience with Marlon and I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing services!

Dimitry came on time. He found that, because the way our toilet seat was placed, he didn't have access to the screws to remove the faulty faucet. Therefore, for a reasonable increase in the agreed cost, he actually removed the whole seat, fixed the faucet and put the seat back. He did all of this without making a mess, and very efficiently too. Would recommend this business.

[TL;DR]
- Great overall customer experience, prompt service, and fair pricing. (They don't hustle you like other places)
- They will literally do what you ask of them. Which is great, but make sure YOU know what you want exactly as well.

I don't always review professional service companies, but when i do, it's something very notable [Insert Most Interesting Man meme]. Initially, when i was looking for a plumber on Yelp, I noticed Always Rescue Plumbing at the top of the list with a ton of 5 star reviews.

My entire experience with them has been great and we ended up using them for multiple plumbing work around our house.  Overall, It's the little things they do to show that they care:
- Straight forward pricing (Offered a fair price also the most competitive among about 10 other plumbing companies i called)
- When they entered my house to do an estimate, all of them put on shoe coverings.
- Very informative of the process.
- When they arrived to do the work, they confirmed what needed to be done and did exactly what they said they were gonna do.
- Didn't try to upsell and BS some other charge.  
- Flexible payment options, we paid through Zelle.
- Great customer service and prompt service. (Took just one week from initial call to completed work).

The specific work that I got done were the following:
- Relocate washer dryer from second floor home into the garage (New water lines and p trap for the waste water)
- cap the existing waterline and drainage from the second floor laundry.
- Install new P trap for the kitchen sink.
- Rotate and install new gas value for the kitchen stove.

One bit of advice though, make sure you know exactly what you want and where. In hindsight, I was a little vague in my instructions for changing a gas pipe for my new kitchen stove, I ended up having to make a minor cut in my cabinet in the back to make it fit. (That was my fault)

On time, courteous, and won't rip you off! The first faucet purchased had a factory defect. He returned it and put in another brand , for no extra charge. So now it works good.

I had two bathroom faucets that were leaking and needed repair. I requested a quote and Steven got back to me within a few minutes. He came the next day and provided a free estimate. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. The guy who did the repairs was respectful and took his shoes off when coming inside the house. The faucets were fixed and price was very reasonable!

We had a bathroom disaster early Saturday morning, and we needed someone to come out quickly to deal with a clogged drain. We had a reply to a request to quote within 10 minutes, and he was looking at our drains within the hour. After a thorough clean out and cutting out roots from the main line sewer, we were back in business. Would definitely recommend.

Just used Crown to replace toilet  .

Crown gave me solid quote & Total Info over the Phone.

Their guy, Sal,  came on Time, installed a new top end Kohler... And used waterproof bags  to haul away old toilet , etc.

-- His installation of new toilet was perfect,  He also showed me the interior of the tank & explained how it worked.

He then cleaned up the floor , completely.

He had the hand held credit card  thing  & we paid the quoted amount.

Nice guys. They arrived on time and cleared the drain.  We tested to make sure water was flowing freely. They are not the cheapest, but I did not want to mess around with the low-ball companies. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
