Giavani provided a great service.  I called in the morning and he showed up around 6:00 afternoon.  He was supposed to show up around 5:00 but got caught up with an unexpected situation at another job site.  He fixed the drain clog within 20 minutes and return to previous job site which his partner had been working on the problem.  I liked his service and very honest.  I will definitely ask him to come back with another project.

Sewer lateral from 1950s finally collapsed.  EJ Plumbing ran a camera and showed me the problem.  They gave a fair quote and were able to run a liner inside the old lateral location without digging up the street.  Completed the job in a day and we were without sewer connection for only 6-7 hours (stayed at a friends home).  Excellent crew, well coordinated, had all the special equipment needed.  This is clearly a specialty of theirs.

Quick response and great work. Had 2 toy cars stuck in the toilet and they got it out in a few minutes.

I had an issue of no hot water in my shower. I called Michael from Affordable Plumbing services this morning. He was able to fit me in his schedule this afternoon - and he solved the problem quickly and efficiently.
Michael is very upfront and honest. He'll let you know if something might be a really big issue.

First time using Capitol Plumbing. Mr.Khoa was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He was on time, advised me on the issue with my toilet and fixed it immediately.

Quick response and professional service sums it up.  I had two leaks (service water valve and shower faucets) that needed repairing and called several plumbers that were rated 5 stars on Yelp...I became a bit frustrated over a couple of days with lack of response, being on vacation with no backup or going back and forth by e-mail/text with no real action.  I have read other reviews on Yelp that expressed similar frustrations so I was managing my expectations in that direction.

I called Local Rooter & Plumbing in the early afternoon (about 2 pm) and Duy picked up right away and promised someone would stop by the same day before 6 pm.  Sure enough, Kim and Thai arrived, inspected both leaks and gave a prompt estimate at no charge (one of the other highly rated Yelp plumbers wanted to charge me $125 just to give an estimate (huh? nope.)).  Kim clearly explained what needed to be done and had everything needed to repair the main service water valve the same evening and to follow up on the shower leak the next day (since plumbing store was closed).

They replaced the aging, leaking main service valve in about 1.5 hrs with an amazing array of high end tools and ingenious contraptions to do the job right.  They also recommended to add a valve feeding to the irrigation line and tapped in an additional valve for a garden hose...pretty slick.  Next day, they completed the job for the shower and everything is working perfectly.  Excellent labor warranty as well.

They were both very engaging and professional and you can see they are passionate about their work and making the customer happy.  The other tidbit is their truck was tricked out not only with some high end tools/accessories but also had a customized solar panel array that provided independent power to not only recharge all of their tools but also with inverter to operate their heavy duty snakes and other tools.  They are self-contained so no need to rely on any external power sources...they are definitely ready for a zombie apocalypse  :).

In summary, their fantastic service is what will make me a repeat customer and also motivated me to write up this detailed review.  Their insane work ethic and hours (you can see they are listed as '24 hours' under hrs of operation on Yelp) while charging a very fair price and most importantly, fixed the problems quickly are unparalleled!  Many thanks to the Local Rooter & Plumbing team as they absolutely deserve the business where others can't fulfill!

My kitchen sinks were all backed up last night. After reading some of the positive reviews of the company at midnight, I decided to call Todd first thing in the morning. Todd said he would arrive at the house between 1 and 2, but he and his partner arrived about 20 minutes early, before 1. Todd and his partner went to work right away, they flushed the drain pipe by snaked through the cleanout, and did the hydro jetting, which I thought made lot of sense to do. They completed all the work in about 30 minutes. Todd is very professional, extremely service oriented, no B.S., and his rate is reasonable. I would give him 10 or more stars if Yelp would allow it. Marvin Gonzalez and Jose Rodriguez installed a new water heater for us. They arrived on time, were friendly and very efficient and neat with the install. I would highly recommend their services!

J&K Plumbing was the first company, in any capacity, to show up on the same day as my call. Granted, I had a small project, but it was still fabulous. Javed came over and fixed my toilet it 20 minutes. When I have any other plumbing project, I will be calling him.

Day before New Year's Eve and my toilet is clogged and overflowing. So gross. I looked on Yelp and found this place. Called and talked to Marlon and he was able to come by within 1-2 hours and fix my issue! He and his employee snaked my toilet and figured out the issue and I was back in business in about 15 mins. So grateful he was able to come by on such short notice, I don't know what I would've done. He charged a very reasonable price of $135 and accepts cash/check. It's a cringey/embarrassing situation and both guys were super friendly and professional, will definitely use these guys again in the future!

From initial contact with Sam on the phone to Alexander who did the excellent work to Oscar on consulting for extra work, all was a good experience. Replaced a compression fit toilet shut-off and supply line and bidet line. In addition replaced a faulty house main shut-off valve. It was very timely as well. From initial phone call to completed work, it all happened within ~2 hours! Will use them again for any plumbing needs.

I had plumbers come and put a bandaid on what the root problem was with my plumbing. The day we were to leave town I was faced with sewage coming up through the shower drain. I called Always Rescue Plumbing at 6am and they said they'd be at the house by 8am. They showed up on time and tried to snake the drain with a 100 foot snake.

The problem was with the main drain and I needed a clean out. This was something I had heard before. I had to bite the bullet and get it done. I was so impressed with the transparency, explaining of things and cleanliness of their work. I was given a detailed email/text with a summary of the problem and what the solution and warranty would be. I was so relieved. Plumbers in the past gave me a barely legible carbon copy of something they wrote on sloppily. And the other plumbers in the past would snake the drain and leave a big mess.

I would probably only use Always Rescue Plumbing from now on. Daniel and the other workers were all so friendly and helpful. They were careful to protect the bathroom with plastic to make for easy clean up when they were done. The front yard was tore up, but when they were done, you never knew that any work was even done. Very grateful!

Called at 8 am and got a appointment for 9:30 am. Fixed toilet that was leaking at the base by replacing the wax ring. Price was fair and Kuong removed his shoes before entering and cleaned up as needed. Overall a very good job, will use in future.

Steven and crew followed all covid guidelines and made sure to wear shoe booties.  They cured my toilet's leak and repaired the wax ring!  They even checked out the basement for leaks!  They even adjusted a couple small things that were not in the scope of work!

Ed arrived before the appointment time and I got home to find that he has already surveyd my curbside drain outlets which were clogged. He managed to unclog 2 of the 3 outlets which drains my koi pond and the yard in 1.5 hrs. He hit a dead block in the thrid one and was not able to clear it. But all these drains are tied together so now my pond can drain smoothly again. What he charged was reasonable. I would recommend him.

Our plumber and one of his plumbing contractors (Giovanni)  tried ran a snake from the back of my house to the main sewer line (from my sewer to the street is 135 ft). After spending ours in trying to clear the line, our plumber Giovanni called Crown Plumbing to do a 2 hour Hydro flush. The initial hydro flush yielded poor results. They took out their own automated snake and went about 125 ft. And, they stuck their own camera down the drain. Still tough going. I paid for an additional 2 hours of hydro flush this time with hot water. During the next hour and 15 minutes, Moises Contreras of Crown Plumbing and Luis continued  flushing a lot of water down my drain, a lot of oil and other raw sewage backed up from my newly constructed clean out and filled my back yard.  I asked Moises is the clog cleared up? He replied that the clog is broken but not yet cleared. Looking frustrated his said let's go out to the street. Our sewer line runs across my neighbor's property on the side of our respective house. Moises and his associate then opened up the 2 manholes where my sewer line was in between these 2 manholes. He told me something is wrong because he didn't see any water down the primary sewer line. He then took our his camera and conducted a visual inspection of the sewer line. Moises concluded that there wasn't a tap or a connection  between my sewer line and the City's primary line. This is the reason why my sewer was backing up into my 3 bathroom, shower/tub/toilets. Moises suggested contacted the City of San Jose and asking them for a visual inspection to confirm or disaffirm his findings.

Armed with this information, I started a 2 week dialogue with the City of San Jose which resulted in the City of San Jose agreeing to a visual inspection and eventually concluding that my line simply wasn't connected with the City's primary line. This error occurred when the City replaced the primary line during the late spring, 2022.

Ultimately, fixing my sewer was a result of Moises and Crown Plumbing ascertaining the real problem and their dedication to provide a best in class service. I wholeheartedly endorse Crown Plumbing for your plumping needs.

Khan came through again! My mother in law (this time) had problems with her kitchen sink leaking above and below under the cabinet. She was notified by the city because of excessive water usage and couldn't figure out the problem. Come to find out the toilet in the guest bathroom was continuously trying to fill the tank after flushing the lever.

With all these problems, I knew Khan was the right person to reach out to because of his stellar service and quality work he provides to his customers. I texted him in the evening and he was quick to call me. I explained the issues and he immediately setup a time for the following morning to check it out.

He showed up on time and was able to fix the leak below the kitchen sink. Khan also re-caulked the seal surrounding the sink because the original had deteriorated over time. He also replaced the entire toilet with a traditional flush lever and a more water efficient model.

My mother in law was very satisfied with his work which he completed in less than 2 hours. Khan also cleaned up after himself and the surrounding areas as a courtesy. He priced the job at a very reasonable price and my mother in law didn't hesitate to pay him in cash.

My kitchen sink clogged up on Friday night so the next morning I called my usual plumber but he was completely booked...so I do what I always do...I Yelped for help! I called, Edward answered right away, gave me a steadfast quote for the problem, gave me a window of time for his arrival...he came within that time frame, fixed the problem and charged me what he said he would.
