My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

Extremely happy with Joe and the service call he just finished for me. Not only did he show up just an hour after I called but he showed me how to clean out two of the my sinks that were backing up so i wouldn't have to call them again next time it happened. They also replaced a leaking kitchen faucet and bathroom fixed a bathroom sink leak. Quickly and at a super reasonable price. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

This is who I call when the hot water bursts on a Saturday night with company over for dinner! I can be confident Mark will answer, give me good advice - even if he's out for dinner with his family on a weekend - and come out quickly. More importantly though, I know he'll take the time to do the job right, so it doesn't have to be done again later!

I originally gave four star because it is considered good. However, Paul responded rudely telling me I never booked him and he never confirmed. He even lied I did not reply to his question. I have attached part of our conversation's screenshot and you judge it yourself. I can post our whole conversation how responsive I am if necessary -- always within 24 hours if not same-day.

Just hired Mr Repair for the new bathroom  caulking and he did very good job , prompt response and delivered good service.

Not sure what to say; They replay to my initial contact, scheduled appointment to come and give estimate for some plumbing work (installing main valve and adding one more valve). They came with 15 min delay (from 2h window they provided). My wife meet them and explain what we need. They told her they can come next day and do it. However, my wife asked them to submit quote by email. They left and since then we never heard from them anything. Strange?! Or they do not like to provide quote?

My husband trying to do a DIY project to replace the spout with diverter in the bathroom tub. In doing so he broke the faucet along with the piping inside the wall. At that point he didn't know what to do. He called Best Bay Plumbing and Russell the owner came out right away. He saw the problem and he cut open the wall and repaired the piping along with the faucet. He was very professional and he charged me a fair price. I am very pleased with his quality of work and I recommend his company.

Everything was great! Our water heater started leaking on a Tuesday night - Eric came out Wednesday morning for a free estimate and completed the install later that day.

I used to hire plumbers from a much larger plumbing company, but after a few visits that ended up being repeat visits without fixing the issue (and you know plumbers charge per visit plus time), and after recommendations from neighbors on Nextdoor, I gave Leo a try. So far at another house, he has replaced a leaky part on the pipes connected to the water heater, and cleared and capped an old trap that was improperly installed. He also attempted to replace my broken water heater at my house on a Sunday. His work was fast, clean, and quite frankly flawless if he's able to get the parts. But it was when I called him on a Saturday re: broken water heater and he came over on Sunday morning that impressed me. And he didn't even replace it himself. So why was I impressed? Because he didn't leave me hanging. He called his network of plumbing associates and searched for someone who has the correct water heater and can do the job on Sunday. Leo cleanly disconnected and removed my old water heater, and told me to wait for another plumber, who came a little while later, right on time, and to pay the other plumber what he had quoted me, not a penny more. Leo didn't accept payment from me. Turns out the other plumber was his mentor, and I'll save my review of them under their business, but it makes me feel very secure to know that Leo has a network of professional, capable plumbers who help each other out, that I won't be left helpless. If you don't have that same secure feeling about your plumber, you should consider giving Leo a try.

I give them zero stars since they never attempted to make it over here after missing three scheduled two hour blocks of me waiting plus another three hours on top of that waiting for them to either call or show up.  I missed work today to take care of this.  I'm sure they have scheduled as well.  But don't book an appointment if you can't make it.  So apparently they get a freebie since you can't give a zero star review.  They get 1 Star for the dispatcher trying to get a plumber over.  

I had an appointment scheduled yesterday Sunday from 8pm-10pm.  I was called at 8:59pm and was told he would be over before 12:00am.  No call no show.  Left a message on yelp after the missed appointment and was told the plumber had to leave and was not able to show up.  So I called back 6:30am and scheduled from 9:00am-11:00am since they have a whole new shift of plumbers I was told.  2:00pm and still no one showed.  I did get a phone call at 2:10pm I answered.  Heard something for a second and then click.  They hung up on me.  A minute later another phone call.  But click, the same thing.  They hung up on me.  I give up.

Mike was called out to our house for a leaking pipe, ended up convincing my family member that the entire bathroom needed to be gutted and replaced. What should have been a fairly quick fix ended up costing tens of thousands of dollars, and the job was never complete. Additionally, the new sink backs up spewing water all over the floor and the new toilet runs. Avoid MC Plumbing at all costs- it's certainly cheaper than choosing them.

I know the owner will be in here shortly, accusing me of lying or not seeing the value of their integrity (like he does for all of the MANY other one-star reviews they receive), but these guys are running an incredibly shady business and I am utterly disgusted with the way my family was robbed by them.

A band of guardian angels landed on my doorstep late Friday afternoon. Their names were Jesse, Luis and Charles. This plumbing trio fixed a worn out valve, explained everything there were doing without talking down to me and finished up the job quickly. And the price they quoted to me was affordable. My worst fears were soothed and the water was back running into the house for the weekend and the upcoming holidays. What's more, this heavenly trio showed me what I need to do in the upcoming months to make make sure the plumbing is running smoothly and efficiently. Thank you. Now I have a preferred plumbing company and a preferred plumbing team.

I had a whooshing noise that wouldn't stop from the crawlspace in my home. I found Plumbing Point on Yelp and decided to give them a try since they seemed responsive and honest. Nathaniel and Armando diagnosed the bad leak in my crawlspace and over three days we got all the pipes in our crawlspace replaced. Nathaniel explained that the folks who installed my pipes didn't clean the flux off properly and so the copper pipes corroded after a decade. They offer a 5-year warranty on their work and they were professional, on time, responsive (e,g. Let me know asap when two of their workers couldn't show up) and cleaned up very well daily. Will call them again if I ever get plumbing issues again (knock wood!)

My old house was built in 1970's. The sewer line cleanout was buried underground.

I got estimation from multiple plumbers. Arizona form Aaron's Plumbing is friendly and honest and best plumber I have ever meet. He gave me multiple estimate for each situations. It requires City permit and he get it done in a day! Some plumber said it takes 6 months to get permit...

Job is so quick they get done in 3 days include city inspection.
I highly recommend Aaron's Plumbing & Rooter service.

I hade some problems with my Plumming so I called this company. They came out as soon as possible and where very professional I really appreciated Antonio for being very informative, after he was done working he picked up after himself. I have had experience in the past where Plummer's been really ify looking and have left a mess after they finished. I recommend this company all the way. I had someone who had already agreed to come out but I got a reply to my request from this business saying estimate: $80 and availability: [today's date 12-2pm].  So I canceled the person I had coming out and booked this one through Yelp, receiving a confirmed appointment.  Then I got this message: You need to call me for pricing and availability. Yelp makes me put a price down before I can reply. I just put 80 dollars.

I called and he said he put down a random price and a random availability and said he didn't even know where I lived and whether he could help (despite that I'd put down my address on my service request.)  I replied that those aren't supposed to be random and took them at face value, then gave the phone to my husband so he could explain the plumbing situation.    The plumber said Hey bro, I don't work for $80, at which point my husband said that we'd decline his service.

He told my husband Go fuck yourself, bitch. Lol we couldn't believe it.  After we got off the phone we just laughed.  Still don't have a plumbing appointment, though.

Edit:  The plumber claims I tried to blackmail him.  This is not the case.  I believe my exact words were I would hope you'd honor the price you quoted me because I already cancelled another appointment based on your estimate.  Never mentioned reviews on the phone whatsoever.  This is an honest review of what happened with direct quotes where possible.  Trying to say you said Have a good day when I clearly heard you curse at my husband through the phone is something else.  I almost never post reviews but only did so in this case due to the exceptional experience.

I'll provide a screenshot of the conversation so you all can see that, yes he says to call him for pricing and availability, but also clearly provides a price estimate and availability which allowed me to book and confirm, so I'm not sure why I wouldn't take that at face value.  He later said on the phone those were random numbers.  The reader can decide whether that's an honest way to do business.
