My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

Mark is very reasonable and practical and doesn't overdramatize or upsell. When the bathtub was leaking into our living room, I thought we'd have to cut open the drywall to find the leaky pipe. He came out and said we might just need to recaulk the bathtub. He left without charging us and said to call him if that didn't fix it. (It did).

He is skilled and has 40 years experience. He answers your calls right away, and comes to fix your problems right away. He spent a couple of hours here this morning replacing our broken water main valve. It could have gone badly (rush of water right into the garage until he got the building main off) or it could go well (no water rushing and no flood). He let us know, then did the job. The gods (ha) were on our side and it went just great.

I will call him every single time I need plumbing.

My water heater started acting up, suddenly water would come out hot and cold so I wanted to get it checked out right away. I called 5 star plumbing to have them come out to check it out and give me estimate. They were so fast and efficient, right away they knew what the issue was. My water heater was just too old and needed to be changed. I asked if they could do the job the same day and they said yes. Within a couple hours I had a new water heater installed and have had zero issues, I love having nice hot water and not worry about the water heater anymore. Their quick availability, reasonable pricing and professional services are what makes them the only plumbing service I will continue to use in the future I highly recommend them.

Spoke to Mr. Repair! Didnt get any work done but his customer service is awesome. He touched base with me multiple times to see the status of the work i needed completed. I called them for a toilet leak. They diagnosed it to an uneven floor. I paid $1400 to get the floor redone. The leak persisted. The diagnosis was incorrect. I called them to come and check it out. They set up an appointment but they never came. Won't be using them again.

I've had Shane come out twice now. He very professional, honest, and always ask diagnostic questions first . He'll have you send pictures and he will tell you if it's an easy fix that you can do. Keep in mind, he has to make a living and can easily just come out to fix these easy problems, but he is honest. He doesn't take advantage of that. I stumbled  upon him by mere luck and I'm glad I did. I now have a reliable plumber. So far, he's done two jobs for me. He's installed a sink for me; stopped a leak that was the fault of a contractor trying to play plumber. I'm glad that I found a plumber that's honest, good at what he does, and local. Trust me; and go with this guy. You won't be disappointed! An awesome plumber!

We had a badly leaking got water valve in our tub.  I was worried about wasting the water as well as the heating of the water.  This occurred on a Sunday afternoon and trying to find a plumber that could come out the same day proved difficult. They came out later that day and provided a solution.

$400 to turn the pressure valve to high! Wrote 3 page reviews on what's happening. But seriously that just seems a little too much!
They were responsive, called to tell us the time. Hence 2 stars

My last experience with Counsil Plumbing was absolutely terrible - a complete reversal from my first.  I had to wait 1 week for an appointment and then received a the morning of the appointment that a customer decided they wanted more things done - vs. an emergency of some kind.  I had to wait 4 more days for an appointment and then on the morning of the appointment, I received a call at 8:20am asking if the plumber could come in half an hour for a 10am appointment.  I said that wouldn't be convenient, and then was told, Hopefully nobody will call between now and then.  Really.  

Then, Aaron misdiagnosed both issues I had - banging pipes and a showerhead was making a screeching noise.  

Aaron's diagnosis of the banging pipes was that a hanger that was holding a pipe inside the wall had come loose.  Then he said that it was the neighbor's pipes (we live in a townhouse). He said that it wouldn't cause any problems and the only way to fix it was to open up the wall. After he left, I thought about it and decided that it didn't make sense that the problem was with the neighbor's pipes since the only time we heard banging was when we turned on our facets.  I did some research on the Internet and found that this is a common problem and you need to drain all of the water from the pipes.  That worked.  Aaron most definitely should have figured that out.

Then he unscrewed the showerhead, ran some water, and said it was fixed.  It started screeching after he left.  My husband installed a showerhead from our other shower, and it worked fine.  It was simply a faulty showerhead.

I sent an email about all of this to the email address on the Counsil website, but have not received a response after 2 weeks, which is why I am writing this.  So much for the guarantee of 100% satisfaction.

I am so glad so have found myself, a good plumber.  Nathanael installed a new toilet for me, and he did a great job. The rate he charged, was very reasonable. He also a very nice person, worked hard, and cleaned everything up, before he left.  I am recommending Plumbing Point, to any one needing, a good and honest plumbing service.

I found Aaron's Plumbing and Rooter on Thumb Tack very prompt, same day service.   Stephen extremely pleasant, kind did the work I am happy and thankful.

Elite Rooter was great! I requested a quote, and someone came out the next day to talk me through options and what should be done. I thought I'd have to replace my whole sewer line but Elite Rooter suggested a power wash to clear out roots might be enough to keep me running for a while -- which was great because the full replacement would have been VERY expensive.

They were even in the area the next day, and Eddie came out, did the cleaning, and then spent EXTRA time helping me unclog the back sink that hasn't drained in probably two years. I highly recommend Elite Rooter for plumbing needs!

I first saw the excellent reviews for Trevin and Bullet Plumbing on NextDoor and called him for   replacement of our pressure regulator valve and some hose bibs that were stuccoed / painted over from the time we bought the house.

Trevin was on-time, within or even below his initial estimate and the work was excellent. Even other plumbers who came for stuff like hot water installation commented on how good the work was.

Most recently, we needed to cap a gas line and I had a shower where temperature was too cool and flow too weak. He made short work of these.

It's always a pleasure to work with some like Trevin--super competent, honest, prompt and respectful. And if he doesn't pick up your call right away, it's probably because he's in the middle of a job--he'll get back to you soon.

I'd recommend him without hesitation.
