My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

My water heater was not keeping the water hot for more than 5 minutes... Reached out to gladiator Plumbing and repipe and they were able to get the problem resolved within 6 hours of my reaching out to their company... I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the individual that came out to service my business and I was extremely pleased with their pricing... We had an emergency with main water supply pipe broken in kitchen on Saturday evening.  Mark provided quick response, came up and fixed asap. Prices are reasonable too. He was explaining everything he did and provided handy tips too. We are very satisfied with his service and would recommended always.

Amazing team! I had a sewer pipe that kept backing up and overflowing into my front yard. I called 4 contractors: 3 of them said i simply needed to reline the pipe. Pipe-Thru Trenchless said the pipe had sunk in one part on the yard due to settling and had probably gotten partly cracked. Being an engineer myself, something told me to go with this company. They quoted also half the price of the other companies! When we dug up the pipe it turned out Pipe-Thru Trenchless was 100% correct. The pipe had cracked due to settling. If i had used any of the other plumbing companies that offered to fix it via pipe relining, my sewer pipe would still be backing up. My two cents: if you have some serious pipe repairs, dont use plumbers - go with a company that specializes in pipeline repairs

My water heater started acting up, suddenly water would come out hot and cold so I wanted to get it checked out right away. I called 5 star plumbing to have them come out to check it out and give me estimate. They were so fast and efficient, right away they knew what the issue was. My water heater was just too old and needed to be changed. I asked if they could do the job the same day and they said yes. Within a couple hours I had a new water heater installed and have had zero issues, I love having nice hot water and not worry about the water heater anymore. Their quick availability, reasonable pricing and professional services are what makes them the only plumbing service I will continue to use in the future I highly recommend them.

One of our smoke alarms was beeping due to low battery and had to be replaced. It would have been a simple fix had it not been mounted on a 20-foot ceiling. We didn't have a ladder that would reach that high so we called a few handymen around the area. Ricardo responded the fastest and was able to fit us into his schedule.

He was able to not only replace the one with the low battery but six other ones as well and was all done in less than an hour.

I would reach out to him again for future work!

Update 1/3/17: Great service again by Dave, Ernie and Brandon! They replaced the faucet and handles for the shower in my bathroom this time, quickly and efficiently. I'm very happy with the service this company provides.

Started out positive. They showed up at 11 pm. I was grateful. They were unable to fix the issue and around 1am said it was a broken line under the house. $375 and they left saying they would call back Tuesday. If you're reading this Rooter Hero's, don't bother!
My regular plumber came today, 20 minutes it was fixed. Just needed to be snaked. My plumber said if Rooter is in the name they work on commission. Hope this is helpful and best of luck with plumbers.

Had a problem with tree roots intertwined in drain. This company charged me triple what I have paid in the past. Then they wanted to go under house to check piping... Never again. Good Luck.

Got a recommendation and it proved pretty bad. Did things half way, installed the toilet on our remodel and said he'd come back to caulk it, never showed. At the same time he put in the tub and the super nice faucet needed a washer, he ordered it and it was on my invoice, didn't bring that back either. This guy and his wife are struggling and she, I'm sure takes a lot of the heat when people call back. Forget this guy, and find a plumber who is in it for plumbing not to prove something to his father.

Nathaniel was amazing. He went above and beyond. Wasn't able to fix the issue right away so investigated further and come up with an alternative solution that worked even better. Super nice guy and great communicator too. Highly recommend.

The drain outside my house was clogged. For $79, the plumber cleaned some roots through the cleanout, which is very reasonable.  The plumber then stopped and said he would recommend a camera check-up to see the rest of the pipe. Another crew member, who was a manager,  came and stuck a camera inside the drain.  The manager said the pipe had a crack and needed to be repaired. He quoted me about $5000 to do the job with a city permit. I decided it was too much to handle the root issue. I will try some root killers first. So $79 is the bait to get a $5000 business.

The crew and the managers are very courteous throughout the process, though. So I gave them a 4 star.

Trevin and AJ were able to arrive a day after I called to have a malfunctioning sump pump in a crawl space replaced. Their work was professional, clean, and fast. I'll definitely keep them in my contacts list.
