My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

Jose and his team were very responsive, friendly, and thorough in their work. When we had a water main leak, I called Pipe-Thru and Jose came right away and gave a competitive quote to replace the water main. His team showed up on time, experienced and replaced the water main quickly. I am thankful for their service and expertise. Would highly recommend calling them!

My water heater started acting up, suddenly water would come out hot and cold so I wanted to get it checked out right away. I called 5 star plumbing to have them come out to check it out and give me estimate. They were so fast and efficient, right away they knew what the issue was. My water heater was just too old and needed to be changed. I asked if they could do the job the same day and they said yes. Within a couple hours I had a new water heater installed and have had zero issues, I love having nice hot water and not worry about the water heater anymore. Their quick availability, reasonable pricing and professional services are what makes them the only plumbing service I will continue to use in the future I highly recommend them.

I needed an under sink water filter installed and didn't feel comfortable drilling through my quartz countertop myself. Paul asked the right questions about the installation, made sure I was happy with where it was going to go before drilling, and did a great job installing it. He also helped re-hang a door in my home that wouldn't stay in position.
Would highly recommend him as a handyperson for his great communication and work.

I should have taken the day off, and watched the work being done. They did a decent job mounting and framing the front door, so I thought they could mount and frame the bathroom door, and stain the front door frame.

I was wrong. The top edges of the bathroom door frame don't line up. They were filled with some sort of caulk to join the edges, which failed on the right side. (See photos.) The wrong nails were used, so the nail heads stick out, even after a couple of coats of paint.

The front door frame was stained with a transparent deck stain, instead of the same wood stain that was used for the front door. The numbers printed on the wood are still visible (See photos.)

I'm giving three stars because they came on time and did some good work, but also did some very sloppy work that will need to be redone.

Used RPS a couple times, this last visit was tub waste assembly replacement, new valve to fix tub to shower water pressure, and new tub faucet fixtures etc. It looks good, works well, and appreciate their patience and expectation setting while I tried to coordinate with another company that only does tub refinishing. I saw David initially and worked the most with Jonothan and Thomas. Appreciate the thorough explanations, cost quoting, and review of the crawlspace etc. as part of scoping. Only note, if you are coordinating with a separate non-plumbing company, don't mix the emails. The other company attachments somehow filter your emails out so I had to call the mainline to get back in touch and figure out why no one was replying lol. Anyway they are great though.

Everything was great! Our water heater started leaking on a Tuesday night - Eric came out Wednesday morning for a free estimate and completed the install later that day.

Leo came out and finished swapping out my cartridge and shower trim in 20 minutes. Fast and efficient.

We've used Rooter Hero twice.  The 1st time was a clogged bathtub and the gentleman (is this politically correct?) worked on it for about an hour.  It was a stubborn clog.  We were pleased.
2nd time Julio came out and he was amazing.  Main sewer was clogged.  He tried from an entry point in backyard and the snake would not go far enough, it was being stopped by something.  He climbed under the house and found where it was stopping.  The snake would not go past that point.  Julio next climbed on the roof and checked the venting.  No go.  Next I pulled up the downstairs toilet and Julio routed it as far as he could go.  Still plugged.  Julio went to the sewer access point in the front yard and he determined it was a clog on the city side.  I called the city and meantime Julio routed the city line and got it cleared.  The city came out and just flushed water down the drain (which did not clear it any more).  Julio then put a camera down the line and inspected the pipes under the house.  Super pleased with Julio and Rooter Hero and the fact that even though it took hours they did not charge for extra time.  Highly highly recommend Julio and Rooter Hero.

Come and look at a leak under the sink.  Besmir and his assistant arrived right on time, identified the problem quickly and offered me several options With pricing to consider.

Once I decided what I wanted they began. They wore shoes covers to protect my floor and put down a mat so their tools never touched my floors. The job was completed to my complete satisfaction. They even cleaned under the sink before they left.  Amazingly professional.

I will use them again and highly recommend them.  Well done.

To wake up to water on the floor is a nightmare. I called, set up a time and they came in and handled things right away. They wore all covid protective gear and took care of my situation with no problem. They were detailed about everything and are very transparent in all they were doing. I will never go else where. Bullet plumbing did a great job replacing my water softener. I got a bit over my head with the project and they came out quickly to save the day. I got a fair estimate and a couple options to consider. They even evaluated another potential job while on site and didn't pressure me to tackle it right away. Good local small biz team that I'll hire again.
