My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

We had an emergency with main water supply pipe broken in kitchen on Saturday evening.  Mark provided quick response, came up and fixed asap. Prices are reasonable too. He was explaining everything he did and provided handy tips too. We are very satisfied with his service and would recommended always.

Jose and his team are very professional and responsible! Showed up on time to replace water heater and did a clean job to remove abandoned water boiler for floor radiant heat and even the stand. They also found that the main water regulator was broken and the pressure was way too high. Then they help me fix it with new regulator. The second day, one of the toilet fill valve stopped working due to the metal debris from the old pipe, Jose was so kind to take time cleaning it for me without charge. I would definitely recommend their business!

My water heater started acting up, suddenly water would come out hot and cold so I wanted to get it checked out right away. I called 5 star plumbing to have them come out to check it out and give me estimate. They were so fast and efficient, right away they knew what the issue was. My water heater was just too old and needed to be changed. I asked if they could do the job the same day and they said yes. Within a couple hours I had a new water heater installed and have had zero issues, I love having nice hot water and not worry about the water heater anymore. Their quick availability, reasonable pricing and professional services are what makes them the only plumbing service I will continue to use in the future I highly recommend them.

Our towel rack and cabinet broke. I'm relatively new to the area and know how hard it can be to find a trustworthy and professional handyman. Paul was honest/fair on prices, fixed the issue in no time, and even came back to fix a small problem we had in a timely manner. I appreciate and will definitely be using/referring him out to the people in my area.

I had to replace an exterior window trim that was rotted. I specifically asked for treated lumber to avoid the same problem. Ricardo acknowledged but ended up installing untreated lumber (Douglas Fir) instead.

Ricardo gave me an estimate of $265 + parts. He suggested mold treatment so I agreed to have him buy the spray. Since he's going to do some caulking, I asked him to caulk a few cracks along the windows (as a courtesy). These extra work only took a few minutes & I expected it to be included in the labor estimate of $265. However, I was caught by surprise that he charged me an extra $45. So, at the end I was charged $310 for a job that only took 1 hr. An hour job would only cost $125 with 3 Brothers Handyman.

I am not happy that I didn't get what I expected & had to pay more than I expected. I will not being using his service again.

Johnathan and Thomas did a great job quoting and installing a water softener I had purchased from Amazon into my home that hadn't had a softener system previously. They ran dedicated water lines through the crawlspace to my hose outputs and irrigation lines and installed the system and drainage line in a way that worked best with my needs and the layout of the house. Overall they were very professional, kept me in the loop with the activity going on, and did high quality work. Will be using them again for anything I need!

Working with Russell and his team was an absolute pleasure through an incredibly stressful situation. As someone who does not know about plumbing, he took the time to ensure I understood everything. Got a robot call from the city that we were constantly running water,  possible leak.  Even though Shane was busy with an emergency call at another home, he made sure to stop by and assess our problem, diagnosed it quickly- burst landscaping pipe and valve.  Overall great experience, nice guy, highly recommend.

Leaking water from my tub valve that is chronic and persistent. After Ytubes and Google to try and figure it out myself, I callled due to high rating. Mario and Alfonso came out. I received a call in the morning for eta. They called when on their way. After evaluating the problem, Mario gave me a written estimate. It was fixed. Very happy.

When a different plumber wanted to charge us $3000 to dig up our driveway and replace the sewer main, Mike showed us how the other plumber had mis-diagnosed the problem, and that work wasn't needed at all.  He saved us $3000 and didn't charge us.

Later, we had Mike return to install two toilets.  On his recommendation, we had ordered the toilets ourselves directly from the retailer to save on the price; one of them turned out to have been damaged in shipping, and Mike took it and had it exchanged without charging us for his trouble.

The work was done well and professionally, and Mike is a pleasure to deal with.

He was very professional and open to taking up a project where so many other plumbing companies were so unresponsive. I would highly recommend Nathaniel for any of your plumbing needs. Aaron worked as lead contractor for a major bathroom remodel and plumbing repairs throughout our home. We became acutely aware of the fact that our problem with several leaks was a major one when an ugly stain appeared on the downstairs ceiling of our dining room. We chose Aaron's Plumbing and Rooter, after receiving several estimates on the repairs, because he was well-connected with other construction workers affiliated with his business who were able to accomplish the entire scope of the necessary work beyond plumbing (like replacing walls and floors, damaged by several long-term hidden leaks). His own workers were amazing! Reliable, knowledgeable, friendly and completely cooperative. A few small problems arose with the sub-contractor (not unusual with a big job). What was unusual was the level of responsibility Aaron accepted when addressing the problems. His response was immediate. Anything we were not entirely happy with was resolved, immediately. In the end, we were highly satisfied with the work, and especially with Aaron as an individual and Aaron's Plumbing & Rooter as a company. We ended up hiring them to work on several other areas of the house, because we trust him, as a person, an expert in his field and a business owner. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend this business.

Bullet Plumbing was great. I called in the morning and Trevin said they had two jobs booked, but they could do our job as well. Xavier arrived at 4:30 and looked at both of our problems. The bathroom needed a new toilet shutoff valve and water line. The kitchen also needed to have the leaking sink faucet replaced. Xavier went to the store to buy the parts and returned to install everything. So both the bathroom and kitchen look great and work like a charm.
