Our outdoor garden faucet pipe was leaking so I called NG Rooter & Plumbing.  Juan was recommended by my Aunt.  I called Juan & he asked me to text my residence address . Right away he replied & came right away.  He changed pipe & gave recommendations.  We are satisfied with his job & recommendations. He did a great job. I highly recommend Juan from NG Rooter & Plumbing.  He is honest with his suggestions.  Juan deserves 5 stars.

We had a pipe burst under the house and needed a repiping. Russell has his crew were quickly out and matched another offer from the company that burst the pipes when they snaked under our home. They had 9 people out at our house working underneath, inside and outside working for a couple days.

Simply Green did way more than they needed to and exceeded our expectations. They protected the floors and walls first before getting going. Plus afterwards for little fixes they were responsive and thorough and took cares of those.

Great team. Great owner. He's the best in his field. If you want to do the job right and trust the service and get it done with a permit to get it right these guys should be your plumbers. I'd give them 10 stars!

Kevin is amazing! I had some plumbing issues, because the house is old and needs a lot of attention. He took the time to carefully explain everything to me, took pictures of the rusted pipes, and helped fix the plumbing in the kitchen and bathroom area. I found him to be very reliable and knowledgeable about his craft. I highly recommend reaching out to him! He also worked on several houses in our area that are being remodeled and was referred to me by my neighbor across the street.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. They came out to give me a free estimate and proceeded to work on my old leaking water heater by putting a hose on it, making me think this job had started. I had a couple other quotes from people for $1900 to do the work. The tech, Tung, told me it was a shorty water heater and would cost more money. I asked repeatedly for him to break out the cost of the parts/heater, the labor and tax but he never did. I signed for it because the work was done but then I saw that they put two sticks under my new water heater. I've called and asked them to explain their total charges at $2175 and they offered me a token $100 refund. Then they phoned me to call me a liar because I later signed the paperwork on the job, and reneged on the refund offer. I'm not sure how I can trust a business that a) started work without my permission, b) never broke out the cost of what I was paying for, c) never explained why they used two sticks below the heater and if that is their permanent solution to the problem. This heater is not rare, and costs $589 at Home Depot. All I want is an explanation and breakdown of costs that is honest.

UPDATE (Feb. 13): Response to the comment below. Please don't try to distort reality and lie here on Yelp to potential customers. I was there and he used my hose to take water out of the old water heater before a price was given and before I signed documents. Not at any time was the price broken down for me, and this is the very first time anyone said I was charged for an extra person. The work order shows absolutely no breakdown of cost, nor does it mention a cost for an extra worker. This is a classic case of sales pressure while I am in a bind with a leaking water heater. They started the work right away, never gave me a clear breakdown of cost, and are now trying to change reality after the fact. I am attaching the work order so you can see that pricing is anything but clear. Finally, I looked at the model number of the water heater that was installed and it is EXACTLY the same model as the one at Home Depot.

You get what you pay for.   Professional, courteous, experienced plumbers, excellent workmanship, materials that meet national and local code and standards.  This was a not a major repair of rather clearing stoppage another company was unable to.

Doing the dishes on a Sunday evening and, suddenly, the water won't drain.  The drain pipe was clogged and we couldn't wait until Monday to get it fixed.  I search Yelp to find a rooter/plumber (with good reviews) who was still open - there aren't many to choose from and they aren't easy to find.  Luckily, Gator Rooter answered the phone and  he was here within 35 minutes.  He went straight to work, cleaned our drain, and gave us helpful hints to avoid this problem in the future.  Plus,  the price was very reasonable.

He did a fine job at a good price.  Showed up on time and was very nice and respectful as well.

After I got off the phone with Guy Plumbing I went out to my water heater and found A. G. Hansen sticker on it and called him to see if I could get my water heater working again.

Art was great and since I got to him early he could order the parts after I gave him the model and serial number.

Art was out the next day and was excellent to update the status of when he would arrive.

Art replaced what he thought was the failure of the thermocouple but after a quick test found out that was not the problem.

He figured out the gas valve had failed and found a replacement part the same day and had it fixed.

He gave me a break on the labor since the first part he replaced did not fix the problem.

I highly recommend A. G. Hansen for your plumbing needs!

Excellent customer service!

This dude is awesome! My neighbor's spigot broke at 10pm and no other 24 hour plumber could come out and fix it. Even though I called so late he picked up with a great attitude and assured me even though the store was closed, he'd do what he could with what was on the truck. He showed up 45 min later and within 30 minutes fixed the issue. I couldn't recommend anyone better when you need fast and efficient service.

Once again, they came to our rescue! Joe came out to fix our tricky garbage disposal. He's a great guy -- personable, responsible, competent like all the PA Plumbing folks. They always do great work for us.

Josh Fisher just finished Plumbing my house. His price was good, he was extremely respectful and professional, he and his guys were fantastic start to finish. I am a contractor, and I base my business around quality work and service. I am not easily impressed with other contractors. Josh communicated every detail of what he was going to do and how he was going to do it, and delivered everything exactly the way he said he would. I looked over the entire job start to finish. No one could have possibly done a better job. I now have a plumber to recommend to my customers that I can count on to keep up my good name. Excellent work Josh and crew!

We have worked with PCE for several years now (our house was built in the 60s and has needed LOTS of electrical work) including one project to rewire so we could put in an electric port for our electric prius.  They are fantastic.  The last service they had to investigate in a tiny crawl space and noticed several problems right away, one being some faulty plumbing that was causing a puddle we had no idea was there.  Rats had chewed through wires and were causing our kitchen appliances to blow fuses rendering them useless.  We spent several days trouble shooting and finally fixing the problem with rewiring.  They also work with the best dry wall guy in the industry - Ronnie, at Hole in the Wall drywall.
PCE schedules right away, communicates very well, and looks for ways to provide the best services.  The company seems cohesive and actually caring to their employees as well as customers.  We will continue to have them on speed dial as we navigate all things electric in our house.  Thank you!

These are my go-to plumbers.  I've used them many times over the years.  They accomplish their work professionally and charge fairly.  I highly recommend them!

Our water heater was broken on Sunday.  The water was coming out of the heater unit and it has started to flow through the garage.  I had the suspicious that the unit is broken and it turn out to be true as well.  We then closed the gas pipe and water inflow to the heater unit.  This unit (Bradford white) was replaced in 2014 by Advanced plumbing.  However, it has broken in less than 7 years.  I was thinking that Bradford was a reliable brand and can run for atleast 10 years.  So, called up the same company (Advanced plumbing) for a quote to replace this unit again.  But their quote was way way too much as compared to other companies that I had talked to.  One of my friend referred me Vince from VIP plumbing.  So, I have called up Vince on Sunday itself.  Since Vince doesn't work on Sundays, he asked me to send the pictures of the unit and he would come on Monday to replace the new unit and also mentioned that he would lower the price if I get a quote from other companies.  I had also called up Plumbing Care Inc and they showed up to look at the heater unit and provided me quote for three different heater units.  I felt that their price was ok but wanted to check with Vince to see if he can lower the price.  So, Vince was kind enough to lower the price compared to the quote given by Plumbing Care.  Vince came over today (Monday) and replaced the heater unit and made the system up and running.

I am really happy with the way Vince installed the unit and the professionalism.  I would highly recommend Vince to all my friends.

The plumbing service was fine.  But the plumber spent at least 20-30 minutes telling me about his childhood days playing sports in Northern California, from the Bay Area to Clear Lake, budding football star who was discriminated against by the coaches.  I complained that I was charged for the full-time that the plumber was there, even though I am sure that they could have done the job much faster without all of the storytelling, which I had to endure through.  At $146/hr, 15 minutes is worth $36.50, so this is what I believe to have been overcharged for, and I told them so at their office. I had been waiting for the new bill, to be reduced by $36.50, it just arrived, but disappointingly, with no change to the amount, no reduction.  This is my reason for writing this review, I believe I was over-charged.  Needless to say, I will be looking for another plumber in the future.

This review is in response to an encounter with the plumber sent to my house.The plumber that arrived at my house to repair my garbage disposal was named John. He commented during the repair saying Oh you must be rich, only rich people have garbage disposals. John was able to repair the disposal and we were just finishing up signing off on the bill when he said an abrupt racial micro aggression directed towards my partner who is Black. John asked my partner why are they getting rid of Aunt Jemima? I liked her. Mind you this was completely out of nowhere and he would have never said this if my partner wasn't Black. This left a very bad taste for both my partner and myself and I will not plan on using 24/7 Rooter Plumber again if we are going to be subject to racial insensitivity like we experienced during this service.

They quoted me $450 for seismic strapping of a water heater.
Another plummer, Marc Morrow, did the job for $100.
I don't know what they were thinking, I guess they thought I must be some kind of idiot to accept that quote.
