NG Rooter & Plumbing has been my go to since moving into my new Condo. The Condo itself is from the 80's and seems to need fixups here and there quite often in these beginning stages. Juan has been extremely helpful the multiple times he has been out to the property and always fixes the issues up quickly. he always has great knowledge and ability to do the work. He is also very honest and trustworthy when giving opinions on a project or issue. Fair prices and great work. Would highly recommend NG Rooter & Plumbing and ask for Juan!

It's nice to finally find someone who I can depend on for household maintenance issues. I requested an estimate to clear our dryer vents. Nick was quick to respond. Even though his schedule was full for over a month, he squeezed in an after-hours appointment knowing that I haven't cleared our vent for over 5 years so as to avoid a possible fire hazard. While discussing my dryer concerns, he requested detailed information so that he could be well-prepared and bring the appropriate equipment and tools. I got an estimated arrival time within a short 30 minute window. Nick texted when he was on the way and arrived on time. He got the job done efficiently and resolved an additional issue that I didn't even anticipate (there was a kink in the dryer duct that created a tear). He charges by the hour and since he didn't take up an entire hour, he offered to do other mini-jobs. I asked him to balance my washer and clear my shower drain too.

He finished the hour and I started to ask him to do other mini-jobs but he was honest about his after-hours rates and advised that I reschedule with him during regular hours so that I'm not paying too much for such simple jobs.

I appreciate the kind, honest and professional work he did. I've permanently added him to my services contact list. Thanks Nick!

I had a faucet that kept coming loose despite my best efforts to tighten it.  I called Simply Green and a very pleasant dispatcher named Jessica sent Wilver Castillo out to have a look within 90 minutes.  He said he could tighten the existing faucet, but it would work itself loose again based upon the faucet's age (14 years) and prior installation.  

Long story short: Wilver had a couple of nice Kohler faucets in his truck.  My wife picked one and within a hour we had a better faucet than before.  He cleaned everything up under the sink and we couldn't be happier.

It was an emergency! My neighbor's waste water was being back-flowed into my kitchen and it was flooding!! We turned off all the water in the condo building, everyone had no water, I called a dozen plumbing places and they were all booked and everyone could not come out until the next afternoon!!  I went down the list, called Kevin, he came out 30 mins later, unclogged, talked to my neighbors, explained everything, clean up my kitchen, and gave me a very reasonable price!!  I can't believe I found him, thank you Kevin!!

Johnny is the best. Honest, friendly, professional, and works hard. He has unclogged my kitchen sink twice, and also installed a water heater for us. Both times that he unclogged our kitchen sink went smoothly and quickly; he ran his snake twice to ensure the clogs were clear both times and cleaned up after himself.  When our water heater started to leak, I called him up on a weekend just to leave a voicemail and get on his schedule the following week to install a new water heater. He called me back within an hour even though it was the weekend and got me scheduled. Johnny ended up having to return two of the water heaters he picked up from Home Depot because they were dented (!!!!) but once he picked up the third water heater, he installed it quickly. His prices are fair, he's always prompt, wears boot covers when he enters your house, and is an absolute professional.

Our old water heater was leaking and doing a very poor job of heating water.  I called Reed plumbing, based on all these great Yelp reviews, he had an available appointment two days later. Our brand new water heater was up and working in no time.  Reed plumbing is very easy to work with, efficient staff, Marco is very professional, and answers all questions and provides options.  Would call them again without hesitation for any other plumbing needs.

I had a problem with water leaking which I did not know where from. Just seeing higher bills and then seeing my counter counting even when all the valves were closed. I called Gator from a recommendation from a friend and they sent a rep Nestor Soto for inspection. Nestor was committed to find the problem step by step and fixed our main valve first and interestingly still leaking was there. While another plumber had given me a big work and telling me that replacement of the pipes under the ground was needed, Nestor after being curious and trying to solve the problem, noticed some water in areas that I thought were due to a recent rain. However he asked if I had a sprinkler system and I said yes and interestingly enough the leak were from two of the sprinklers! A much cheaper to solve the problem. Nestor saved me of a lot of trouble and expensive repairs. I was glad with the service and hope they can keep the good work and saving their customers from expensive repairs.

The only reason I gave him 1 star is because I cant give him a zero. Asyl is big big liar and cheater who was never honest with us even a single day. He cheated us with 6500$. I need to give the complete details of what happened to us in the 3 weeks of Nov to believe me. I have the messages/conversations as a proof for all the below.

1) Oct 19 - I met him to get an estimate for a complete kitchen and floor remodel for our newly bought house. I told him the house should be ready by Nov 19 for us to move in on Nov 20.

2) Oct 24 - I confirmed to him that I will give him the job. He was not the cheapest but I trusted him. He told me the job can be done in 13-17 days.

3) Oct 29 and Oct 30 - Two college kids came home and started the demo.

4) Nov 03 to Nov 14 -   No one came half the days and on remaining days 1 or 2 college kids will come to do the flooring. I kept asking Asyl about the delay and he kept promising me that he will complete the job by Nov 19 as he will put 4 people during the last week which never happenned.

5) Nov 15 - Only one person came for job. Only half the flooring was done and no kitchen work. Me and my wife asked about this but he still lied to us that kitchen installation is only 3 hrs job and he can do it easily before 19th.

6) Nov 17 - 10pm in the night he moved the first cabinet from garage to the kitchen. He called me and asked me to come to the house and says that the drain system is not good and so he needs to break two cabinets and make big holes for the drain pipe in the cabinets. My wife got so upset and couldn't control her tears for the way he lied to us. After going back and forth for long, at 1.30am in the night we decided to replace him with someone else for kitchen and asked him to at least complete the flooring.

7) Nov 18 - We couldn't sleep the whole night and next day morning I called 2 other contractors to come on the same day for kitchen estimate. My neighbor who had good experience in remodeling also came. All three of them told us that it's a sloppy, bad job done for flooring. Everything was disconnected, no planning, unnecessary cuts and so the flooring should be redone completely. We were heartbroken to hear that. Asyl took 3 weeks only for half the house flooring and that too a bad job.
Asyl came later that day. For any questions we ask him abt flooring he said he know about it already and planning to change it. We got so upset and asked him to leave the house immediately. We never wanted to see him again.

Because of all this confusion, we had to cancel the function/party. Our new house happiness was ruined because of him.
So please don't choose him for any job just because of way he lies to everyone with no care for their feelings. He took 6500$ from us and just did the demo. He cheated us on the money and both our planning, happiness got completely ruined because of him.

Art answered the phone and was able to be at my house within an hour! He quickly identified the issue and went to work. An hour later the backup in our line was cleared and he was on his way. He was prompt, courteous, clean and efficient. Highly recommended.

I came home after work to a flooded garaged and backyard. My water heater had broke sometime during the day and was gushing, yes gushing water out of the bottom. Cedric showed up in about 30 mins to assess the situation and put in the new water heater with a co-worker the next day at my convenience. Great work, quick service, and they were friendly.

I want to tell you that this company is a gem.  The quality of their work is very high, very thorough and reasonably priced.  From the guy who owns the show, Max, to his able office manager, to the men doing the work, their performance is a first rate, and in my experience, rare.  They are responsive, amazingly helpful, well trained and nice to work with.  From a small repair of a sink drain to the replacement of my 400 pound HVAC system, with specialty crane and a team of men, they were great from start to finish.  I can't recommend them highly enough.

I was referred to Josh by a friend for our plumbing needs. I work in a small office in Los Altos and hired J. Fisher Plumbing to take care of the plumbing in our office. I was very satisfied with the prompt service we received and the quality of the work done. Josh is very responsive via email and phone and he really is an expert in his field. I would definitely recommend J. Fisher Plumbing for any office or home needs. He makes you feel valued as a customer and cares about cleaning up after a job. For the great quality of work done, his prices are very reasonable.

Excellent service.  Enrique answered phone immediately and arrived in about 1 hour.  Main water line to house was leaking adjacent to water meter.  He gave a $500 estimate if the entire line did not need to be replaced.  Was able to complete the job within a couple hours for the estimated price.  Extremely happy with everything.  Definitely calling him first for any future plumbing needs.  Highly recommend.

Set a time for a call on my job and never called. Did not pursue.

These are my go-to plumbers.  I've used them many times over the years.  They accomplish their work professionally and charge fairly.  I highly recommend them!

Our kitchen sink is clogged. Vince did an excellent job at fixing it. He answered my call right away and came immediately the next morning. The job was done well and he is efficient as well. He is also friendly and very on time.

How can I NOT write a 5 star!! I called with toilet problems...wouldn't flush, no tank water, etc. I have zero plumbing skills, etc. I called, she asked a few questions, suggested I do a few things while she waited on the phone with me...my toilet is fixed!  How often does that happen?  NOT! So they deserve 5 plus stars.

Our toilet stopped working this morning and amid all the shelter in place laws in San Mateo county we were worried that we wouldn't be able to get anyone to come in and fix it.  But I called 24/7 rooter and plumbing. The call was answered promptly and a service tech came within the hour as promised.  The tech was very courteous, diagnosed, provided pricing and fixed the issue within half an hour.

5/13/22 Installer: Jerry

Jerry updated a gas valve and expertly finished installing a slide in new range, leveling it and making sure it fit perfectly with the kitchen countertops. I appreciated Jerry's  professionalism and excellent customer skills.

One word for them - Terrible. I called them a day ahead to setup an appointment for my kitchen sink faucet.. They gave me 3 hour window from 2-5PM the next day. Right then I was impressed at first at how prompt they were.

Then the next day I took my afternoon off from work from 2-5PM and came home to wait for them to show up. In the middle of this timing window provided by them, their office calls me up saying that they can't send anyone over for the next 2 days because some of their guys didn't show up.

What I'm disgusted about is not even that they could not send someone over for an appointment they agreed on, but that they waited till during the timing window, wasted my day and then bailed on me.

I would give them 0 stars if i could.
