NG Rooter & Plumbing has been my go to since moving into my new Condo. The Condo itself is from the 80's and seems to need fixups here and there quite often in these beginning stages. Juan has been extremely helpful the multiple times he has been out to the property and always fixes the issues up quickly. he always has great knowledge and ability to do the work. He is also very honest and trustworthy when giving opinions on a project or issue. Fair prices and great work. Would highly recommend NG Rooter & Plumbing and ask for Juan!

We would definitely use Simply Green Plumbing again. Gary and his team did an amazing job on a copper re-pipe in our house. They patiently explained what needs to be done, quoted a fair price, and made sure everything works correctly.

My shower valve broke and needed to be with the new shower set. The plumber was very knowledgeable and provided me with a couple reasonable and affordable options. Once I selected and option he got started right away and completed the job fairly quickly. Excellent service!!

Marco didn't try to oversell me on something I didn't need that would have cost an additional $250 in parts alone. I appreciate his honesty, especially after another plumber told me I needed it. Marco and his colleague performed the repair very quickly, and he adjusted his charges down a bit lower. Really going beyond, I think!! Would definitely call Reed Plumbing again! Give them a try; I don't think you'll be disappointed!

Asylbek gave me a very competitive rate and was able to squeeze me in with short notice due to urgency on my side. He was very diligent as the house is the brand new construction in Palo Alto and we were very sensitive to ensure minimal wall intrusion. He hanged two wall mounts inside and outside with new outlet in both locations. He also hanged about 8-9 various wall decors. Highly recommend.

This is a repeat of what I wrote on another occasion. We recently again had need of Art's capable hands for a home plumbing problem. Everything I wrote before applies, so I am gratefully resubmitting this review: I wouldn't hesitate for one minute to recommend Art Hansen for a plumbing job.  We are a senior couple who had put off some plumbing repairs in our 1924 Palo Alto home until we could ignore them no longer. Not knowing where to turn, I looked at the reference page of Yelp and I was convinced immediately that he was our guy. Art was everything a professional plumber should be and so much more. He's thoroughly professional, responsive, diligent and highly skilled. Understanding what some of our plumbing issues were (past tense) with our vintage fixtures, he went about remedying our long standing problems. He took pains to explain the nature of the problems and the possible remedies. Had I known how  little effort it should take to flush a toilet or to stop a faucet from dripping, we would have called him long ago. I want to add that our problems were not trivial. This was not a question of a washer here or there. Parts (difficult to find) were required, and Art had to return several times to complete the job. He did all work neatly and cheerfully, actually working with my husband to find sources for the parts. We recommend him with confidence.

As a first time home buyer, I didn't know what to think when the house inspector suggested I have a licensed plumber come out to assess the pipes and HVAC.  On the recommendation from my realtor, I called Palo Alto Plumbing.  Max (the owner) came out.  He clearly knows code, and he gave me a very straight forward, honest assessment of various plumbing concerns.  He pointed out positives, too, though it turns out there were far more negatives than positives for the property.  He was personable, and he seemed to want to help me. Ultimately, he helped us make the decision not to buy the house, and I couldn't be more grateful.

J Fisher was referred to me by another plumber. I ways very impressed with their response and their knowledge. Jim was sent to my house to replace some Kohler faucet parts. Jim was knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. I was quoted one hour and he was finished in exactly one hour. I highly recommend these guys - they are now go-plumbers!

We had a clog under the kitchen sink, and the pipes were not setup to be easily taken apart (by a non-plumber). I tried to fix it myself using all the ways I could Google, but I couldn't do it. Enrique and his partner came out and did a wonderful job fixing the problem. He took out the old PVC, ran a snake through to clear the whole pipe length, and they left me with a new pipe setup under the sink that is much more user friendly. In the future, I should be able to fix a similar problem myself due to the new setup. So they were here under an hour, gave a free estimate, then did the work immediately, did a great job, and were very friendly. Thank you!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars.  Our experience with Pacific Coast was fabulous from start to finish.  Francis came to the house to walk through our project (replacing outdoor lights, replacing the transformer, and adding additional landscape lights) and was thorough, professional, and thoughtful.  The entire project was completed a week later.  Levi was our technician and was amazing.  He was on time, polite, professional and did an exceptional job.  He walked me through everything twice, and completely cleaned up and removed all debris (boxes, old lights, etc.).  

I highly recommend Pacific Coast.

Knowledgeable, friendly, knocked out multiple problems in one visit. 3 drain snake, clogged dishwasher pipe, faulty clean out cap, clogged bathroom sink and flooded drawers and floor. Would recommend to anyone!

Was in the market for a new water heater and called around and got various quotes over the phone. Called Vince at VIP plumbing and he wanted to come see the issue before giving me a quote. He came by to diagnose and confirmed I needed a new water heater and would replace gas, water lines, put in a drip pan, etc etc and beat all the other various quotes.

Set a date and time and he and his team installed the water heater without a hitch and also recommended to replace the main water outlet as the shut off was seized so if I had any water emergency I wouldn't be able to turn off the water main! That would've been bad!

Thanks to Vince we have a new and improved water heater safely installed and a new water main :).

Appreciate the insight and help, would definitely use and recommend  him and his team again if plumbing issues come up in the future for myself or others.

These folks were very rude to my elderly mother over the phone. All we needed was her kitchen faucet replaced, and she was informed that A) they don't really do small jobs like that, and B) if they do, she'd have to buy the faucet directly from them. My parents have used Guy Plumbing for over 30 years, but no more. We'll be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

I would HIGHLY recommend this service to anyone who needs a plumber to respond quickly, professionally, and do a great job. Our toilet was clogged and I was able to call and schedule an appointment for someone to come and fix it that same day at 7:45 pm. Jeff B. was the plumber who helped us, and he arrived at our place at 7:45 pm on the dot. I totally appreciated his timeliness.

He fixed our problem and was very friendly and personable while he did it! Who knew that getting plumbing problems fixed could be so easy?!

Thank you for sending Cody to repair my kitchen (under sink)  plumbing leak.  He did a great job.  He located, repaired the leak and additionally replaced several deteriorated plumbing connections plus a garbage disposal unit  - all on their  way to cause problems.
I felt he did a great job - kept me informed as to the repair progress and when finished - left a cleared work area.  For any future plumbing needs -I would certainly contact Thomas Plumbing.

Routine service, annual check with these guys who are contractor for one hour service plan. The plan charge is 20 per month. Using a power wrench, the one guy stripped the top cathode bolt and kept going until every speck of rust in the heater was let loose and completely clogged hot water system for house and required immediate replacement of water heater. Expecting two people the next day but only one shows up? Took entire day and 3400 dollars. I was suckered and don't want the same thing to happen to another senior.
