Juan called me back right away, gave me the best quote, and showed up a few hours later. He was in and out, in less than an hour. I had a clogged main line, he used the pressure jet to not only clear the clog but cleaned out all of the piping. We used a camera to see that it was done correctly and that there were no other issues. Really great service, very satisfied customer. I'll be sure to refer my family and friends!

Excellent communication and attention to detail. I scheduled an emergency visit from Nick. He was able to squeeze me into schedule. I was afraid he might rush but he took his time, provided advice, asked that a call back is I saw any issues. It's been several weeks and everything working perfect.

Ridiculously overpriced plumbers. I trusted them because of the good reviews online and my neighbor recommended them. I now feel completely ripped off as I realize I was charged about 5x the price of other plumbers. On top of that, they swapped out the wrong type of pump which failed a few months later. Do more research on other sites and you will find other people have recently had similar experiences as I've had. Most of the good reviews on here are old reviews, not new ones. You've been warned!

Professional and friendly service

KVN Plumbing did a good job helping me replace my tub spout. Kevin responded to me within hours on a Sunday and serviced my tub spout the next day. He was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. I would work with KVN Plumbing again

Johnny was on time and very professional. He quickly determined that the leak in my ceiling was coming from above the cast iron pipe. He poured some water down a drain above to see if that was the source, but it wasn't. He informed us that we need a water proofing specialist rather than a plumber. He could have done what other plumbers did--quote me a few hundred bucks to replace the pipe coupler, but he was honest to advise us that plumbing wouldn't fix this leak and to never accept estimates or hire plumbers without onsite inspection.  I will call them for any future plumbing needs!

We were very happy with the service we received from Reed Plumbing. Maria in the office was helpful and kept us informed along the way. Marco called when he said he would, arrived when he said he would,
and did a great and professional job. We will definitely be calling them again if we ever need plumbing work done in the future.

Abdu was amazingly fast, professional, and ... clean! Before he replaced our exhaust fan, he taped up the area to collect debris. I didn't even need to clean up. Amazing.

Art's the best. I was in panic mode when my six-year old water heater started leaking water. I did a quick google search, only to find an eHow article describing the steps to DIY-ing. I read  the word solder and got the hell out of there. I'm not what you (or anyone else) would call a 'handyman', so I went down the Yelp list of plumbers, only to find the water heating biz is a task many don't seem too specialized in.

Art of AG Plumbing obliged and  came to inspect and diagnose. He returned next day with the appropriate parts. The total procedure took less than an hour. He was extremely professional and thorough and also took a quick look at my uncooperative kitchen faucet (side problem). Art even followed up with a courtesy call to see if things were working right (which they were) so I would definitely do business with again!

It's true, Cedric is the number one plumber in Monterey County!  I had water coming down through the ceiling in my kitchen.  After calling my insurance, I called Cedric.  He followed the water back to a water hose in the upstairs bathroom and replaced it.  This was a lot of work to follow that water.  He had to move a lot to get there.  Plus, I had a second problem.  I asked Cedric to fix another leaking water hose, in our third bathroom.  Immediately, Cedric turned off the water main, replaced the hose and knob, turned the water back on, no problem.  This man is professional, courteous, and polite.  His bill was more than reasonable.  Cedric is the best!  But don't take my word for it, read the other reviews.

My fiance's parents' home was having issues with the water temperature and pressure. Within the same day Max came and tweaked the water heater a bit to see if that solved the issue. But it turned out that we needed a new water heater! Max confirmed that that was the case, and then Matt came not too much later to install a new one for us! He was quick and friendly and I am very happy with the service. Christine was also a pleasure to speak with over the phone. Will be calling again if anything else is needed! Thank you!

i got a new washer and gas dryer then realized i needed all the water and gas pipes done. i called josh and his crew they came out on date on time as expected ready to work. very friendly and professional. i am how you can say a little ocd and i was amazed how centered and level everything was when i came out and i think my yard was cleaner than when they got there. i trust these guys to do all my plumbing work home and business  and know that it will be done up and above normal standards.

I called Henry's Plumbing for the first time since my usual plumber didn't seem available. I had a toilet leak problem. They came to my house in a few hours after I called and fixed the problem in 15 minutes! The price was reasonable and I was so relieved. I would highly recommend Henry's Plumbing.

Our house had an old Bay Alarm system and, out of the blue, promptly began going off at 6:30am every other day. Since we had no account with Bay Alarm anymore they suggested calling an electrician. We were really lucky to get Pacific Coast Homes who came out on an emergency basis - arriving in 1 hour from when I called - and Wally completely took care of the problem in 15 minutes. They charged a very reasonable price too!

I highly recommend Eldridge & Sons Plumbing.  Wade Eldridge, the owner, is an excellent plumber, both in technical competence and customer service.  I've called on him twice and have been more than pleased on each occasion.  In the first, which involved a home drainage issue, Wade & his employee Alan conducted a detailed and exhaustive evaluation of the problem (which turned out to be much more complex than expected) and cleared the drain line.  In the second, he replaced my stubborn, nearly stuck shower control knob in no time flat.

As a small locally owned business, Eldridge is far more responsive than my previous plumber, which has a considerably larger customer base and can't always provide same-day service (at least that's been my experience).  Another bonus -- Eldridge's hourly rate is much more affordable than my previous plumber's.

I am very glad that I chose VIP Plumbing to do my water softener and reverse osmosis installation!  Vince came out to my house and did an amazing job on the install.

He went above and beyond in the amount of care that he put into the system, as well as coming up with solutions that worked around some tight space challenges in the garage and under-sink area.

I am actually going to use him again for a bidet installation, because I trust his work very well and will continue to use VIP Plumbing for all my serviceable needs!

Highly recommended plumbing company especially if you have a high end product in your house. We were looking for someone to fix the Porcelanosa shower cartridge some companies refused to touch the product since they might break it. I was able to find Guy Plumbing and Dan easily fixed the shower cartridge. We are also planning to replace a toilet too.

GREAT customer service.  I needed to get three quotes to change our clay sewer pipes, and I called 24/7 last week and they were able to send someone right away on Monday.  So one star for being available.  Then Kay called me yesterday (Tuesday) to follow up, which is awesome!

Jerry updated a gas valve and expertly finished installing a slide in new range, leveling it and making sure it fit perfectly with the kitchen countertops. I appreciated Jerry's  professionalism and excellent customer skills.

Had an appointment scheduled for Saturday and they canceled my appointment that morning with no alternatives but to wait a few days.   I don't know why I decided to try this company but I thought why not, my mistake.  I decided to contact Mr. Rooter who I had used in the past and they came out that day and completed the job quickly.  I will never call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again.
