Simply put, Simply Green is amazing! Russell (the owner) takes customer service to a new level. We have used Simply Green for many home plumbing projects...new toilets, new valves, new water softener ... just to name a few. His team of technicians are always so polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. Just last week, Jonathan and Jose were sent to our house because we were remodeling our kitchen and needed our Reverse Osmosis system to be moved. Jonathan did a great job explaining the steps and taking his time to ensure everything was done correctly. Russell himself takes personal ownership over many projects, going so far as to stop by and inspect the work himself on many occasions. They always do their best to fit us into their busy schedule and have come over super fast when we faced a couple of plumbing emergencies. Highly recommend!

Kevin is amazing! I had some plumbing issues, because the house is old and needs a lot of attention. He took the time to carefully explain everything to me, took pictures of the rusted pipes, and helped fix the plumbing in the kitchen and bathroom area. I found him to be very reliable and knowledgeable about his craft. I highly recommend reaching out to him! He also worked on several houses in our area that are being remodeled and was referred to me by my neighbor across the street.

I found Johnny right here on Yelp. I was worried because we had quite a large job - definitely large for us and we never worked with him before.

Thanks for all your detailed reviews because it helped me decide on giving him a call and getting an estimate. He was super prompt, his estimate was well received between a few others and very cost effective. He promised me all along that we would be happy with his work. The truth is, one never knows.

Fast forward a couple of weeks later and Johnny started the job. We needed to install new pipes for a washer and dryer - moving them to a separate new location. A new utility sink and remove our current water heater and replace it with an outdoor tankless water heater. Again, completely new plumbing/pipes, new location, etc.

Johnny was super punctual, clean and flexible on the job. He worked hard, very receptive to our needs,  our input and where we needed things to be located despite of being a difficult location within the house and crawling space. He never complained, he just went to work and figured things out.  He was super respectful and a joy to work with.

Marco came out to our place early since we had no hot water.  Got our hot water heater (thermocouple problem) up and running quickly - no more cold showers!  Great company to work with - great response and a very fair price. Will definitely use Reed again.

He and his partner responded very quickly to my need to replace the water valve leading to my refrigerator, including the necessity to solder the pipe, and cut and patch the dry wall.  All was done super-well...AND with a warm, professional manner...AND at a very fair price, relative to the quotes from others!

Art was extremely helpful. I called b/c my garbage disposal was no longer working. He walked me through the steps to fix it on my own to save me the cost of having him come and fix it. I got it working in 5 minutes, which saved me approximately $130.00.  He was patient with me over the phone and spent time on a Saturday night to help me with this.  VERY HONEST and HELPFUL!!  Will definitely use him in the future.  I highly recommend him.

After hour was incredibly professional and reliable. We had to replace our sewer lateral line and they gave us the best quote and were available immediately. They showed up when they said and finished when they said. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and clients.

Finally I had to use him for my own house to correct a plumbing line with a monumental amount of tree roots. His team worked hard, and long days, to get things completed. He did a wonderful job and I liked all of his employees.

Keith, Danny, and the rest of the boys were wonderful people and I was comfortable with them all at my house with my family.

Our water heater burst and after reading all the great reviews we decided to call VIP plumbing. Vince was nothing short of amazing; he came by, inspected, and did a same day install (even working after normal business hours). He was professional throughout and had us ready to go in no time. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Vince at all.

Minor calamities arise at every business - the test is how they respond, and, for me, Guy Plumbing gets five stars.
The water pressure regulator at our house began to fail a week ago, causing slow water flow throughout the house.  I made an appointment with Guy to replace the unit, but on the morning they were scheduled to arrive, Toby called to report that their employee was out sick and they had to cancel and re-book for next week.
Unfortunately, the pressure regulator had gradually deteriorated, reducing our water flow to a trickle.  I explained to Toby that we were in a bit of a bind, and I'd really appreciate if they could keep me on the priority list in case of cancellation, but I resigned myself to a few more days of inconvenience.
Guy Plumbing called back a few minutes later - Toby had cleared a slot on his schedule and was on his way with a replacement valve.  We were up and running 100% a couple hours later.
It's unpredictable when an employee can't make it to work, or when another calamity interferes with business-as-usual.  But when the business owners and managers step up to fill in for employees out sick, you know they care about getting things right for the customer.  So, thank you Toby!

I had two toilets that were not working.  Mark came out and did a great job  of fixing both of them.  He gave me 3 estimates and I picked the one best suited for me.  He was professional, came on time and finished in a timely matter.  I would recommend 24/7 plumbing for all  your plumbing needs.

I can't begin to tell you how happy I was this morning when this Company squeezed me in
in a very busy schedule since we're in the middle of a long, hot heat wave.  My air conditioner went out suddenly, early afternoon yesterday. The company who put in my system, Valley Heating & Cooling could not get me in for three weeks, July 13!  I never thought to get somebody local so I started making calls via Yelp. I made some 10 calls, most companies had the same 2-3 wk wait while anothers didn't answer their phone at all.
The HVAC person they hired recently is Gary, he was SO professional, polite, clean and
honest.  He was in and out of my job in about one hour.  The bill seemed very reasonable and fair.

I have use this company many times for plumbing services within the last 15 years, but I did not know they did heating and air-conditioning and it did not coming up in Yelp under A/C and heating.  
I was referred to them by another company that did not do residential work named Duerr A/C and Heating. The gentleman there was very helpful, he told me how much he liked Dave Thomas, that he was always a fair, nice business owner.  Thank goodness I called Duerr's to get Dave's name and number!

Thanks a million Dave & Gary.  My house is now cooling off.  I would recommend them if anybody needed air conditioning work.

One word for them - Terrible. I called them a day ahead to setup an appointment for my kitchen sink faucet.. They gave me 3 hour window from 2-5PM the next day. Right then I was impressed at first at how prompt they were.

Then the next day I took my afternoon off from work from 2-5PM and came home to wait for them to show up. In the middle of this timing window provided by them, their office calls me up saying that they can't send anyone over for the next 2 days because some of their guys didn't show up.

What I'm disgusted about is not even that they could not send someone over for an appointment they agreed on, but that they waited till during the timing window, wasted my day and then bailed on me.

I would give them 0 stars if i could.
