I needed a quick fix to a door problem and contacted Nick after looking for local handymen in the area. While he was busy he kindly squeezed me into his schedule after talking about the door issue. Really nice and explained what he was doing every step of the way. I was pleasantly surprised that he is a licensed contractor, not all handymen are, so his knowledge base/skill set is vast. His rates were fair and he has a really cool mobile work station with all the tools one could ever need for a job. I'm definitely hiring him again for future projects. A dependable knowledgeable handyman with good communication skills is a rare find these days so he's a keeper for home issues. He was pretty local to me but actually services a wide area in the Bay Area from the east bay to southbay.

We have been working twice with them.
About a year ago they installed a new water heater and did a wonderful job.
So, when it was time to renew our pipes they were the first plumbing company we contacted and also the one we chose for the job. The project ended up to be way bigger than we initially thought. They exchanged water pipes and the waste lines inside and outside of the house. They installed a whole house water filtration system and softener as well as an osmosis filter for the kitchen sink.
Again they have been doing a wonderful job, working clean and  always listening patiently to our needs along the way. The project hasn't been as smooth as we experienced it a year ago, but it's also way bigger and times are a lot different then they used to be.
In the beginning David gave us a good idea what to expect and how to optimize the project. Then Russel stepped in, offering  advise along the way. Luis works clean and very attentive to the details, he also explains very well the task of the day and is very reliable if there's an issue. Hugo has also done a wonderful job and so did their other technicians.
But the absolute star of the company is Hilary. She's the nicest person, always a pleasure to talk to and always listening carefully. Hilary reliable supports us, communicates with us and quickly became our project manager.  
Although there had been some hiccups along the way, in the end things are done to our satisfaction.
We would recommend Simply Green plumbing for your plumbing needs and are going to hire them again.

KVN Plumbing did a good job helping me replace my tub spout. Kevin responded to me within hours on a Sunday and serviced my tub spout the next day. He was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. I would work with KVN Plumbing again

J. Tawasha was very professional and courteous.  He explained the pricing and got right to work,  he was able to resolve the issue within a 1/2 hour.  Speedy and efficient.  The pricing was very reasonable.  I highly recommend.

Used these guys on the advice of a contractor friend.  Needed someone to install a gas line to our washer/dryer room in our house, built in 1977. They got it done in less than 2 hours and went out of their way to clean up, make the inlet look nice, re-lit our pilot lights, and even installed the clothes drier FOR me!  All of this for $200 less than they quoted to just do the line.  Marco and Pepe were polite,  efficient, and knowledgeable.

Reached out over Yelp about a clogged sink and these guys were quick to respond and fix the issue! Gave us a great price compared to other places and were very fast! Highly recommend to anyone unsure of who to call for a plumbing job.

Another great job by Tegene Handyman. I had about 35' of fence come down in the last storm. Asked for quotes from fencing places and they were all a lot and not able to do the job for weeks. He gave us a reasonable price and came out in a few days to complete the project. Highly recommend this business and will use again

My toilet exploded, and after reading the Yelp reviews, Art seemed like a pretty good choice to help fix it.  He came immediately, unclogged it, carefully tested to make sure the job was well done, and even left behind the brand new plunger he used to replace my crummy one for a reasonable charge.  Very friendly, professional, and punctual--would call again!

Long overdue. Cedric and his crew have been amazing. I've had so many sewer blockage issues in the last year that it was just silly to not do some major sewer pipe replacing. Then Cedric comes along and says there is this newer technology that  allows lining of old pipes so that we wouldn't have to replace them. So he showed me some stuff and explained how it works. We ended up lining 70-ish feet of our sewer pipes and ended up not having to tear out our driveway and the asphalt road just to replace our pipes and not have blockages every two months. He was a life saver. From start to end, he and his crew did a wonderful job. They were respectful and clean and left the place spotless. We haven't had any issues for months and months now. Also, they sent us a video of what the finished pipe looks like and it is incredible. Highly highly highly recommend.

Our plumbing began backing up Saturday morning. I called Palo Alto Plumbing and Max sent Phil out to work on our problem. Max stopped by to see how things were going as it seemed like a two man job. They were here most of the day and finally determined we needed to check with the City to see if the blockage was out by the street. It was determined that we needed more to find the blockage and get the plumbing back in working order. Monday morning first thing Carlos, Edgar and Mo were at the house to determine what needed to be done. They all worked together to get us back in  the house as quickly as possible. From Charlotte , their receptionist to all the guys that were here they were couteous, and so helpful and did a wonderful job! They are the only company I will use for all my plumbing needs.

Josh Fisher just finished Plumbing my house. His price was good, he was extremely respectful and professional, he and his guys were fantastic start to finish. I am a contractor, and I base my business around quality work and service. I am not easily impressed with other contractors. Josh communicated every detail of what he was going to do and how he was going to do it, and delivered everything exactly the way he said he would. I looked over the entire job start to finish. No one could have possibly done a better job. I now have a plumber to recommend to my customers that I can count on to keep up my good name. Excellent work Josh and crew!

Had an urgent issue with leaking pipes and he was able to see me same day. Arrived right on time, extremely professional, and knew exactly what to do. He was very clear and concise, accessed the situation and went over the financials and got to work. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing work.

Pacific coast provided us with the initial estimate service. The booking  and scheduling process was very easy and also reasonably priced compared to other service providers in the area. Before the the technician came in, they sent a small bio of the the technician. I really liked that as it helps knowing who is coming at your door.

I have used Eldridge and Sons Plumbing for many problems over the last 8 years.   From a water heater replacement to replacing a faulty back flow valve, they have always been punctual, professional, and reasonably priced.

I reached out to Vince for a water softener and reverse osmosis system installation, based upon a Nextdoor review. He replied promptly and came in for an estimate. His estimate was very fair and I could tell that he really knew his stuff. He came in for the installation at 9am and stayed at my place for over 10 hours to complete the install. He worked very patiently and did an awesome job. Turns out that the Carbon tank that I purchased from Amazon was faulty. I had the manufacturer ship me a new one. Vince came back a week later and replaced the faulty tank for no extra cost. I highly recommend him for all plumbing needs!

Jake Guy came to our home to install 3 new toilets that my husband had picked out in their showroom.  On time, professional and just plain nice.  Jake told us he is fourth generation.  Would highly recommend.

Our family uses this company for our multiple plumbing needs, but recently, I was forced to call their weekend emergency line.  Within the given time, I had a call back from Dave.  He patiently walked us through shutting off the leaking water heater (sensor problem),  so I wouldn't have to shut off the main.  Many thanks to this reliable company for their help!

Call the number and the woman on the end of the phone sounds like i woke her up. After 5 minutes of not being able to understand her I hang up and call back.

I get a different lady and she is very pleasant and goes over how they will be able to fix the issue, gets all of my information.  Let me restart and say I explained from the very beginning all our toilets and sinks are backed up, i need someone out ASAP.. i actually said it twice because she told me she understood how difficult it is not having a working bathroom and I responded with we have three non working bathrooms now.

So i give her all of my information, street address, etc..  it's 11pm Sunday night and she says ok, our technician will be out on Tuesday...    HUH????   24/7 emergency service as long as you need us on Tuesday i guess.

Needless to say I went with a different plumber since I have this annoying habit of needing to use the bathroom and shower more than once every 3 days.
