Juan called me back right away, gave me the best quote, and showed up a few hours later. He was in and out, in less than an hour. I had a clogged main line, he used the pressure jet to not only clear the clog but cleaned out all of the piping. We used a camera to see that it was done correctly and that there were no other issues. Really great service, very satisfied customer. I'll be sure to refer my family and friends!

Nick is really amazing! Our dish washer starts to pop water out of the air gap for a long time. We tried ourselves to diagnose the issue and replace the lines without success. Nick get it fixed super quickly. He is a real expert and answered many of our questions and why our attempts didn't work. I will definitely recommend him and call him again next time.

This is an overdue review.  Simply Green came to our rescue about 3 years ago when on Halloween night (Saturday around 10pm)  they came over to clean our sewer line.  The sewer line was completely clogged and water in the house was standing in every sink and toilet... I called several companies in the area and they were the only one that were able to come within half an hour and gave us a good price (considering it was Saturday late at night).

The second part of this review is for their customer service. We got into a sticky situation with our constructor who is finishing up or big project and I needed a second opinion on the price.  They did not have to do that, I told them upfront that the job is done and this was just a second opinion call. Russell talked to  me and spend a good amount of time on the phone explaining how they would go around doing the job and what the price would be. Thanks again Simply Green!

KVN Plumbing did a good job helping me replace my tub spout. Kevin responded to me within hours on a Sunday and serviced my tub spout the next day. He was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. I would work with KVN Plumbing again

I used Marco and the team at Reed Plumbing to re-pipe my house and install a new water and I am very satisfied with the finished product.  The quality of the work was great and the pricing was extremely competitive.  The team showed up on time and finished on schedule.  Additionally, Marco served an excellent communicator throughout the entire process.  I will definitely reach out to Marco and his team for any future plumbing needs and will also recommend him to friends and family.

I used Gator plumbing to fix my broken water pipes under the sinks. The reason I'm giving 1 star is because of their service. To be honest, from the beginning the whole process seems strange.

First they directly quote me a super high charge of $325 based on the image I sent them, once I told them the other company was charging way less then they change the price to $250. So one lesson learnt was that NEVER TRUST their first quote.

Second, they subcontracted the work to someone else. After accepting the price, they actually sent someone that's totally not related to the company to fix the water (not sure if the person even had license). This will become an issue if you ever try to reach out back to them in the future because the person who did the actual work wasn't under this company hence no work warranty.

Third, they never sent me a receipt afterward. I need the receipt for reimbursement so I kept asking but they just keep delaying on send me the receipt hence at the end I just had to give up.

Overall the whole process was so awful that I had to write this post to tell people what to expect. And I'd highly suggest to check for other company who will offer more professional help.

Abdu was spectacular. Super responsive, timely and did great work for a very reasonable cost. Our front loading washer needed the gasket replaced and was frankly just gross. The part I ordered was missing a component. Abdu tried to make it work but couldn't so he went to a local store to get the part and came back the next morning. Dryer looks completely new, clean, the door shuts with a good seal now. Thank you Abdu!!

We had a leak in a built-in tub faucet that had suddenly had spouted into a stream. The great thing about them was that they were at my doorstep within 20 minutes. He figured out what was wrong with my faucet but needed a special ceramic stem from that manufacture. He didn't have that part on hand but was able to go to his supplier and be back to fix the faucet within an hour.

He had a problem getting the handles on. It seemed the fitting-washers for this faucet had to  be put on just right. He didn't charge for the extra time needed to figure this out. It seemed that the installed stems were about a millimeter too short. We were able to get it all installed but took the extra trouble to call me back the next day to let me know that he had checked with the manufacture of the faucet to see if they had a longer stem to fit this fixture and they didn't.

Service was all around great. Taylor called back with quotes and updates on dispatch. Cedric, Sam, and Miah did an incredible job with my parents house in Salinas. We are happy to support a family owned business. We will recommend to friends and family and use them if needed in the future. We had to do main valve clean out and had a sewer valve outlet installed as well. Thanks

J Fisher was referred to me by another plumber. I ways very impressed with their response and their knowledge. Jim was sent to my house to replace some Kohler faucet parts. Jim was knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. I was quoted one hour and he was finished in exactly one hour. I highly recommend these guys - they are now go-plumbers!

I cannot recommend them highly enough! Responded promptly, came out quickly and made the necessary repairs to our water heater without charging a fortune. Will absolutely refer them to anyone in need of a quality plumber!!

We requested a quote to replace a kitchen fumehood. The technican came out was professional and responsive. No problem there. The dispatch fee of $89 is fixed. Technicans have little ability to negotiate pricing. I am dissatisfied with the quote given for one hour of work for a basic DIY level job which was $365. Positively, the dispatch fee is subtracted from work done. However, I am dissatisifed in the fact that not a lot of background information is requested to determine the price, ie., no question as to whether the system was duct-connected or not. In my opinion (from my limited one-time experience) the evaluation process is too simplfied, with the outcome being a high price. It was unfortunately not possible to discuss a range of possible prices with customer service by phone beforehand.

Accordingly, you may wish to take the time to request quotes from a range of operators first, unless you really value the convenience of PCE's centralized phone or internet based booking.

I like dealing with family-owned businesses and, based on the recommendation of a friend,  called Eldridge Plumbing at about 2:00 on a Friday regarding a stopped utility/kitchen drain.  My call was answered promptly and courteously, a plumber (Allan, I think) was at the house by 3:45 and the problem solved by 4:30.  He went above-and-beyond by hosing off the patio where the clean-out gunk ended up and doing a quick maintenance on an annoying toilet noise we'd been putting up with (at no extra charge).  Nice!  

I highly recommend Eldridge & Sons and will certainly call them for our plumbing needs in the future.

This company was able to help us with multiple plumbing projects/issues, from replacing our toilets, faucets, upgrading our new house plumbing and replacing a broken pool water fountain supply pipe. Always responsive, friendly, and professional. Vince is the man! Thank you!

Guy Plumbing replaced our toilet and kitchen faucet this morning. The plumber came 10 minutes early (!) and was extremely courteous, efficient, friendly and helpful. In the run-up to making the appointment, the office and showroom staff were equally helpful and cooperative.  They even had the products I wanted in stock.

The good: Good customer service; competent people answer the phone quickly, send guys around quickly, they call when they're on the way and come when they say they will.
The bad: first guy charged a lot but the problem (toilet leak and back-up) recurred even worse after a couple of days; second guy came, said the city line was at fault, did some kind of high-pressure line cleaning. I am now over $1000 into this.  Then the problem recurs even worse and the toilet backs up and leaks again, through the wax seal the first guy supposedly replaced!
The good again: they sent out another guy, clearly sharp and competent in a way the first two weren't, he pointed out and fixed a problem the first guys hadn't even noticed, and didn't charge me. Said it was on the other guys.  I think he's a supervisor so he had the power. So, if you get the right guy, they're fine, but one out of three is not acceptable. Maybe I got unlucky. All I can say is, ask for Mike!

I was so desperate for a water heater after ours started leaking all over our garage floor. They installed a new water heater the next day-wow. So thankful that I found such a nice family owned company.

Called BFP, via their 800 number that advertises 24/7 emergency services, on a Friday night. I tell them i need a plumber to come by and install a new toilet and toilet flange. The Old one was wobbly and water started leaking from the base.

The person on the line said they can have someone out on Sunday from 10am to 2pm. Kinda odd that it would be (3) days for emergency work. She did say it was pretty busy after the holidays and i have a spare bathroom i can use anyways, so i agreed to the appointment. I gave her my name, address, cell phone number and email address. She said she would be sending me a confirmation email shortly. Never arrived. Please note that during the call, i ask her a few times that it will be on sunday from10 to 2.

Sunday comes around and i wait all day for the plumber... No one shows up or calls to inform that no one is arriving. So now i am scrambling to find a plumber.

I finally find someone that is local and schedules work to be done on Tuesday. While i am at a dentist appointment on Monday, someone from BFP calls and leaves a voicemail that they have a plumber in the area and they can be there at 11am.

Hmmm, my appointment was for Sunday from 10am to 2 pm and they call the next day and say they can come by.... Sorry buddy, a no show / no call on Sunday, there is no way i am going to trust what you say anymore....

Wish i could leave ( 0 ) stars instead because no work was done.
