Juan was very responsive when I called and was
able to come check out the problem. He recommended getting a new toilet instead of fixing it since it was 20 year old toilet. When I called him next time he came within the hour and installed the new toilet and made sure to check everything twice. Would highly recommend him for plumbing services.

I had Nick out today to do another repair at my house. Once again, he did everything right- communicated before the appointment, showed up on time, did an awesome job with the repairs, cleaned up after the repair, and charged a fair price. He nailed it.  Between my house and my mom's house this is the third time I've used Nick for repairs and he has exceeded my expectations every time. I cannot recommend him highly enough and I will be using him again in the future.

We asked them to diagnose a problem that two other plumbers could not solve. They found the difficulty and were able to fix the problem effectively and reasonably. Edgar was very skilled and personable. Their scheduling was handled well, and they kept us informed about the arrival time when he was held up on another job. I was having an issue with our washing machine backing up into the bath tub and then the bath tub not draining.  Kevin arrived on time and was very professional throughout his time working in the house.  He wore a mask and shoe protectors and nicely folded my bathroom rugs and put his own work mat down.  Snaked the drain thoroughly and then cleaned up after himself, replacing my rugs when finished.
I'd highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing service.  I've definitely got his card at the top of my stack now!

Johnny is a great plumber and very professional.  I just did a bathroom remodel and need a toilet installed right away.  He showed up within hours of calling, gave me a very fair estimate and had the job completed within 2 hours.   He was very professional and knowledgeable.    He has becomes my default plumber to call for anything I need done in my house.

Excellent company. Our water heater was starting to fail so I called Reed plumbing to inquire about our options. We had an AO Smith water heater and it had lasted for so long (19 years ) we wanted another one. I talked with Marco and he laid it out plain and simple. He and Raul came out the next day and an hour later my water heater was in. They replaced old fittings, valves and added a new drip pan. Great guys I highly recommend this Company.

We had a great experience with Gator Plumbing. They were fast, reliable and honest. We had one issue come up again and they came back and fixed it right away... talk about great customer service.

My tenants had a handful of issues that popped up - toilet valve had an issue where the toilet kept running, a leak in the dishwasher vent causing water to go under and above, and an issue with the microwave range hood not delivering ventilation. I reached out to a number of handyman services and this one was quick, responsive, and able to address all three of them. They provided availability and quickly coordinated with my tenants to pick schedule. On the day of, they gave my tenants a one-hour window, were prompt, and had two repairmen show up. They finished in 45 minutes and since they were able to finish quicker than they anticipated, they actually discounted the price that they initially quoted me. All three issues were taken care of quickly, my tenants were pleased, and I would definitely use them again for future repair needs.

Had a problem with the plumbing under the waste disposal.
Art came within 1.5h of calling. Great and friendly service and he took time to explain all the steps. Decent price. I will call Art again if I have a plumbing need.

I double checked everything with Cedric at the office 2 hours before the appointment. I was at work with the credit card. My husband would meet the guy at the house and they would email me the bill.  Easy peasy...right?
Jeremiah arrived and as my husband was about to sign the digital invoice, he said he needed to be paid before he left today. My husband told him that wasn't what I had arranged with the office. Husband called me, I talked to Jeremiah, and then Taylor at their office and texted with Cedric (all while I was supposed to be working). It seemed that all was resolved. Jeremiah said it wouldn't take long to fix and said was going to the truck to get his snake. When he didn't come back for a while, my husband went out front...guy was on the phone. My husband asked him if everything was ok. Jeremiah said oh yeah, I'm just using the phone. Then a little while later, he just drove away.
Then the lies began. Taylor said that my husband had refused to sign the invoice and that's why Jeremiah left. This is 100% not true! Cedric cited red flags and safety concerns as to why Jeremiah took off...what??
The only red flag was that the pre-arranged billing by email was never communicated to the plumber.
The staff at After Hours Plumbing are unfamiliar with their own policies and would rather concoct lies than be held accountable for their mistakes.
This is the most unprofessional company that we have dealt with in decades.
Thankfully, we called another guy and he arrived in 20 minutes....Had the drain clear in 15 minutes.

Had them put in a hot water heater which was fine. Then sched 2 other jobs and they called to cancel right when they were to be here, Once maybe, but 2x NO WAY. Done.

I was referred to Josh by a friend for our plumbing needs. I work in a small office in Los Altos and hired J. Fisher Plumbing to take care of the plumbing in our office. Henry's Plumbing recently repaired a damaged sewer lateral for a client in Santa Cruz. Their pricing was very competitive. Once on the job site, they handled every aspect of the job professionally and with due care. If you're looking for a plumbing contractor, this group is the one to hire.

Very good experience. The technician, Caleb, was very friendly and helpful. Really happy with his way of trying to be helpful all the while.

The job took longer than he had initially anticipated, when he started working he found some issue which he had not expected with the HVAC. But he immediately got an appointment scheduled for the next day early morning. Showed up on time, and completed the job.

The people at the office answering the phone are also very polite and helpful.

I've used Wade and his team for years on small projects with my company.

Finally I had to use him for my own house to correct a plumbing line with a monumental amount of tree roots. His team worked hard, and long days, to get things completed. He did a wonderful job and I liked all of his employees.

Keith, Danny, and the rest of the boys were wonderful people and I was comfortable with them all at my house with my family.

Vince responded promptly when I told him our water heater failed.  He was friendly and easy to talk with about the various options available to get the hot water going.  He provided detailed information which was very helpful. Bottom line he repaired the unit in short order. I highly recommend him if you have any plumbing issues.

We had a terrible experience with Guy Plumbing.  Our garbage disposal had stopped working.  Someone from Guy came out and found a dime in the disposal in less than 5 minutes.  I was charged for a full hour service call at $156 and the plumber packed up and left before I could have him look at our leaky shower or anything else.  We live within 1 mile from Guy Plumbing.  I offered to pay the plumber on the service day and he refused payment indicating that we would be billed.  When I called to discuss the $156 charge for less than 5 minutes, Guy reduced it to $99.  Again, I offered to pay over the phone and was told I would be billed.   Now a few months later when going through our mail, I find a notice that Guy turned the $99 bill over to a collection company (I guess we never received the original statement in the mail).  Guy never called us or anything before turning our account over to collection even though we've worked with them on several plumbing projects without any issues throughout the years and I had already offered to pay the bill twice.

Great service all around.  They picked up the call right away and arrived when they said they would in 45-min to one hour.  I got text update to confirm the appt and arrival time and could track that via a mobile app that they linked in the text message.

Sean was very credible and honest.  My husband is a general contractor so knows when a plumber is on the up and up and Sean was absolutely that.  I should add that all this occurred Late afternoon on a Sunday and we were able to sit down to a nice dinner by 7.

5/13/22 Installer: Jerry

Jerry updated a gas valve and expertly finished installing a slide in new range, leveling it and making sure it fit perfectly with the kitchen countertops. I appreciated Jerry's  professionalism and excellent customer skills.

Called BFP, via their 800 number that advertises 24/7 emergency services, on a Friday night. I tell them i need a plumber to come by and install a new toilet and toilet flange. The Old one was wobbly and water started leaking from the base.

The person on the line said they can have someone out on Sunday from 10am to 2pm. Kinda odd that it would be (3) days for emergency work. She did say it was pretty busy after the holidays and i have a spare bathroom i can use anyways, so i agreed to the appointment. I gave her my name, address, cell phone number and email address. She said she would be sending me a confirmation email shortly. Never arrived. Please note that during the call, i ask her a few times that it will be on sunday from10 to 2.

Sunday comes around and i wait all day for the plumber... No one shows up or calls to inform that no one is arriving. So now i am scrambling to find a plumber.

I finally find someone that is local and schedules work to be done on Tuesday. While i am at a dentist appointment on Monday, someone from BFP calls and leaves a voicemail that they have a plumber in the area and they can be there at 11am.

Hmmm, my appointment was for Sunday from 10am to 2 pm and they call the next day and say they can come by.... Sorry buddy, a no show / no call on Sunday, there is no way i am going to trust what you say anymore....

Wish i could leave ( 0 ) stars instead because no work was done.
