My sink has been clogged for over 3 weeks, and I tried a lot of things to fix this. Draino didn't do it, called another plumber and they companies snake broke in the pipes. I was so fed up with this situation, and luckily we found them through a referral. My goodness, they are punctual, polite, bilingual, and patient with everything, took there time to explain what the issue was and how they manage to fix it. I was floored with how fast they fixed the issue. Would use again and would gladly recommend them to everyone.

I was looking for a handyman to replace my kitchen faucet because it was leaking underneath the sink.  Nick from Ye Olde Handyman responded quickly and was able to squeeze me into his schedule.  Nick has excellent communication regarding what was needed before, during and after the job.  He is extremely knowledgeable and shares his expertise and opinions freely which I greatly appreciated.  He did a great job on my kitchen faucet and will be returning to tackle another job in my kitchen.  I highly recommend Nick if you need any type of handyman service.

KVN Plumbing did a good job helping me replace my tub spout. Kevin responded to me within hours on a Sunday and serviced my tub spout the next day. He was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. I would work with KVN Plumbing again

I had Citywide come out and take a look at a leak I was having.  They said there were two problems which would cost a total of almost $1,700 together. I got a second opinion from another plumber who determined the leak had a completely different cause and fixed it for $250.

I can't say anything one way or another about their plumbing skill, but their estimating and evaluation need some work.

Reed Plumbing came in clutch. Our shop toilet broke and flooded the restroom on the Friday before Memorial Day weekend. I called to schedule an appointment with Reed Plumbing and Pepe and Angel were here in a timely fashion. They were quick and professional and had us back on the ceramic throne that same day. Thank you!

Our bathroom sink was clogged for several days and we did what we could, without much success to unclog it.  We had to call the professionals at Gator Rooter and Plumbing.  The staff was great and their plumber was awesome.  He explain what the suggestions was and followed through with ease.   Robert was great and I would highly recommend him to any of your associates/friends of  the service we received from Gator Rooter and Plumbing.

This guy is great!!!  I called Art Hansen early one Sunday morning in November, 2014, when my husband was away on business,  to ask if he could come to stop a wildly running toilet that could not be turned off at the wall.  I was more than pleased that Art answered the phone himself and agreed to come on the spur of the moment to help. He arrived promptly, quickly assessed the situation, and called the water company to turn the water off at the street, since it was not possible to turn it off otherwise.  He explained everything that he was doing that day and then the next day in great detail.   His charge for the 2-part/2-day work was very reasonable, and I was happy to pay it.  Art Hansen is a competent plumber and conducts himself in a very professional manner.  I will DEFINITELY call Art again, should dreaded plumbing issues arise.

I had an excellent experience with After Hour Plumbing and Drain when the plumber came to fix a clogged sink and a water leak in our kitchen. After contacting several other plumbers, I found his pricing to be very reasonable.

He came in with a 25-foot snake device to clear the sink, but when that didn't work, he quickly brought in a 75-foot snake device and got the job done. He also discovered that the leak was from a poorly sealed ptrap, and he took care of that as well. Overall, I was very impressed with the professionalism and expertise. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled plumber.

We've had these guys come out to look at our heating system twice already. They claimed to have fixed it both times, charging for different things, and the heater has stopped working again. To be clear, the heat was working both times when they left, but started malfunctioning again around 2 months after. They also said they had a 3 month warranty, which turns out not to be exactly true, because if the malfunctioning isn't due to the exact same part as they replaced last time they will still charge for a service call ($125/hr, 1 hr minimum) and the repair, even if it is the same issue (malfunctioning heat). This strikes me as unsatisfactory because it should be their responsibility to identify the root cause and repair the system on the first call. Instead, their repairs seem to have fixed the problem only temporarily.

Their customer service on the phone also leaves much to be desired -- their agent berated me for not calling them sooner for letting them know our heat was malfunctioning, as I was explaining that the heat stopped working again after two months. The service technicians were nice and on time, and the heater did work for a short period of time after they came, which is why I'm giving two stars.

Dependable gentleman. Hardworking and honest. Hes busy and that is a good thing. If he wasn't busy, I'd be worried when calling.

Definitely give him a shout for all your water pipe doubts.

Night before last I woke up @ 3 a.m. to go to the bathroom and heard water running....no faucets open and toilet was not running.  I went downstairs and the noise was louder in the closet but no water in the house that I could see at 3 a.m. Turned the water off outside at the main valve and the water running sound stopped.  When it got light I looked at the meter to see if it was spinning and it wasn't moving which means it isn't an outside pipe break in the yard....WHEW!!  I then went to the room under the house where the hot water heater is and no water puddles or water leaks anywhere under the front part of the house....WHEW! I then turned the water valve on and went back up to the meter and it was moving but slowly.  I had to shut off the water to the house which was a complete bummer because I am 3 weeks post hip replacement surgery and NEED water. Yesterday I looked again in the closet where the loud water sound was and yep...when the water was on it had been seeping in on the closet wood floor and wall was wet.  I called Henry's Plumbing today, they came out this afternoon and :
Cut open the drywall in the downstairs bedroom closet.
Exposed pipe leak.
Found old corroded galvanized water pipe leaking in inaccessible area causing water damage to walls and floors.
Cut and removed old corroded cold water line.
Cap off and removed other old water lines.
Turned water on and flushed system.

I will definitely will call them again if I need them.  They are professional, polite and got the job done. Thank you Henry's Plumbing!

Our refrigerator and everything on its circuit went down.  We called and were able to et an appointment for the next morning.  Levi showed up on time with a smile and helpful attitude.  He put in a separate circuit for the refrigerator and fixed some outlets also, all with a continuing helpful attitude.  He even helped us throw out the machine that caused the circuit to break.
I told him that we are considering getting more electrical work done, and because of his service, Pacific Coast Electricians are the first people we've called.

I have used Eldridge and Sons a few times now so this review is long over due. Thank you for your great service.
Today we had Arturo come out. Even though we had an appointment time slot he called to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived he was friendly and willing to explain to me in detail what he thought was going on with our plumbing.
I appreciate that they are never pushy. Since our house is a little older they do make recommendations for what we should do in the future which is nice so we can be proactive.

Vince and Emil (from Polis Plumbing) came on 3/6 to remove and install a replacement freestanding tub in my master bath.  Vince was fast to come out to provide a quote.  During the quote, he seemed thorough to review work required and provided a quote.  He was also fast to schedule work and overall I had a positive experience with them.  They found a few issues with the previous bathtub installation (missing pipe straps, tub stands not leveled to proper height) and fixed as part of replacement.

Vince met his committed price quote and overall both seemed to be professional and knowledgeable and I would recommend either for future work.

We had a problem with our hansgrohe shower, the thermostatic cartridge had gone bad, and it would take forever to get hot water ( and even then, it was warm at best, not hot ).

Troy from Guy Plumbing came out, he had gotten the spare cartridge with him, and after verifying that the problem was with the existing cartridge, he replaced it. That took care of the problem. He also fixed a flow issue we were having with that shower, as well as the shower in the other bathroom. Quick, and excellent service !!

A quick note, they do charge top dollars, $128/hour, the time to get to your place is included in that.

They're amazing! I called them at 8am on a Saturday morning to clear my toilet and they arrived within the hour and did a great job. The price was less than usual as well! Also they send a text with the picture of the plumber and his/her info so you know who's coming to your house. That is an awesome touch. I really appreciate their professionalism and punctuality.

Had an appointment scheduled for Saturday and they canceled my appointment that morning with no alternatives but to wait a few days.   I don't know why I decided to try this company but I thought why not, my mistake.  I decided to contact Mr. Rooter who I had used in the past and they came out that day and completed the job quickly.  I will never call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again.
