We needed to replace a 15-yr-old kitchen faucet and garbage disposal and NG was recommended by our next-door neighbor. They didn't disappoint! They made an appointment within 24 hours and were right on time. The old piping was a jigsaw of twists and turns and Juan cleaned that all up to install the new disposal. Great guys, very responsive, very clean during the work and when finished! Will use them again soon for our water heater.

Originally I contacted Nick to fix/adjust a stuck frameless shower door.  My son found Nick on YELP and he had good reviews. Nick fixed the shower door quickly but noticed the larger issue was that the tile flooring had areas of missing grout so he came back another day to re-grout and clean things up in our master bedroom shower stall.  He was very professional and did a detailed job as the job took about a half a day.  He cleaned up nicely and now
we can take a nice shower for years to come without worrying that the tile flooring leaks water underneath.  I will definitely keep Nick in mind if I have a list of future work!

Going forward I will always make Simply Green my 1st phone call when it comes to sewer or plumbing.  

I called another highly rated plumber on yelp to come and fix a clogged sewer line.  The person I called initially was unable to snake the line and wanted to trench - which would have cost thousands of dollars by his estimate.  I called in Simply Green for a second option, and guess what...within minutes of putting their snake down the line they unclogged it.  

Calling Simply Green was money well spent if you want the job done right.

KVN Plumbing did a good job helping me replace my tub spout. Kevin responded to me within hours on a Sunday and serviced my tub spout the next day. He was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. I would work with KVN Plumbing again

Citywide Plumbing was the only plumbing company that was able to send out a technician the very next morning - I put in a request for a quote the night before at 7pm - all other plumbing companies couldn't be available until the day after.

I had a leaky kitchen sink and had no clue why or what the fix was. Justin came over at 10:30am the next morning, assessed the problem, and was able to get it fixed within 20 mins. Granted it was an easy fix, I'm just not a handy person lol. He even cleaned all the water under my sink and dried everything.

This place did a great job ! I have fidelity home insurance and the people they sent was horrible. Left me without be able to use the kitchen for two weeks. Called daily without any respond. I was extremely pissed off cancelled home warranty disputed the charge with credit card company. Then I called gator to do the job. The guy came 2 hours after the initial call, fixed my sink stoppage . Fixed the sink and saved me from non stop nagging from my wife. Life safer ! Best 250 bucks spent

My tenants had a handful of issues that popped up - toilet valve had an issue where the toilet kept running, a leak in the dishwasher vent causing water to go under and above, and an issue with the microwave range hood not delivering ventilation. I reached out to a number of handyman services and this one was quick, responsive, and able to address all three of them. They provided availability and quickly coordinated with my tenants to pick schedule. On the day of, they gave my tenants a one-hour window, were prompt, and had two repairmen show up. They finished in 45 minutes and since they were able to finish quicker than they anticipated, they actually discounted the price that they initially quoted me. All three issues were taken care of quickly, my tenants were pleased, and I would definitely use them again for future repair needs.

I woke up to a plumbing emergency in my kitchen and needed help clearing the line. After reviewing the YELP reviews I called Art who called me back within an hour and came out to the house immediately. He not only cleared up the problem but talked me through the procedure so I would know what to do should it happen again.

He gets my enthusiastic recommendation.

Cedric, Jeremiah, and Ivan came to check out a persistent clog I had. Not only were they able to come in a relatively short timeframe, they were all exceptionally friendly. They were able to quickly clear the issue at a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, including my own family. Hopefully I do not need to call a plumber any time soon, but if I do I would definitely call these fine folks!

Palo Alto Plumbing did an excellent job including the  removal of the old system and the installation of the new HVAC components, from quote to the final inspection. No complaints.

Josh is fantastic! I've had him/his team put in plumbing for a new shower and come out to fix a leaking kitchen sink faucet (separate occasion). As others have said, the fees are quite reasonable. I also appreciate that he and Jim are both on time, and that Josh is quite communicative, whether by email or text (and probably by phone, but I didn't try that). I can't imagine looking for another plumber now that I've found these guys!

Excellent service.  Enrique answered phone immediately and arrived in about 1 hour.  Main water line to house was leaking adjacent to water meter.  He gave a $500 estimate if the entire line did not need to be replaced.  Was able to complete the job within a couple hours for the estimated price.  Extremely happy with everything.  Definitely calling him first for any future plumbing needs.  Highly recommend.

Richard Castaneda was very professional. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. The cost was reasonable and fair. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

I highly recommend Eldridge & Sons Plumbing.  Wade Eldridge, the owner, is an excellent plumber, both in technical competence and customer service.  I've called on him twice and have been more than pleased on each occasion.  In the first, which involved a home drainage issue, Wade & his employee Alan conducted a detailed and exhaustive evaluation of the problem (which turned out to be much more complex than expected) and cleared the drain line.  In the second, he replaced my stubborn, nearly stuck shower control knob in no time flat.

As a small locally owned business, Eldridge is far more responsive than my previous plumber, which has a considerably larger customer base and can't always provide same-day service (at least that's been my experience).  Another bonus -- Eldridge's hourly rate is much more affordable than my previous plumber's.

Our Rinnai tankless water  heater was leaking. I called VIP plumbing and left message  and within minutes, I got a text back. Vince did the diagnostic and immediately told the problem. I was stress free because Vince did all the work  from calling the manufacturer for the replacement part that was under warranty, updating me,installation, and even  texted me the next day to follow up if everything works. The price was reasonable and he really did a good job.I would highly recommend this company. Again thank you Vince!

We've had several excellent experiences with this company.  Mostly recently, they replaced the pilot light assembly on our hot water heater.  As other folks have stated, fast & friendly service with very high ethical standards (e.g. lady on phone counseled me to try re-light procedure on pilot  before incurring cost of service call, clearly stated cost estimates for work to be performed, stated min work time, etc.). I completely trust these guys.  Bonus points for being a local business!  And for the Guy Plumbing pencils they give you after a visit - old school! :-). Highly recommend.

This was terrible experience. Will not use again. I do not recommend. The technician came timely which is why the one star.

But he went to wrong house; then he gave me a random estimate to unclog drain with 1 second visual look at an empty tub with no explanation of what he was doing; then he came out to collect the fee saying there was no hair balls but the tenant had given him a diverter to replace (saying it had been broken before) and he replaced it which make the tub drain normal.

When I went into the bathroom to inspect, the pipe was fully open and exposed with the new unfitting diverter too long for the fixtures. All he repeatedly said was that's not my fault; the diverter thing is not my job and that he is only a drain guy. I will now have to call a real plumber to fix this.

Awesome service! They were able to come out the next day. They gave us a time frame and called 30 minutes before their estimated arrival. Patrick arrived and had shoe protectors on ready to get the job done. We had a small leak on our master bathroom toilet. With the holidays, we just shut it off and then it sat for two months. So of course, our issue did not appear to be an issue when help finally arrived as the leaking could not be seen. Patrick went ahead and took everything apart to check and make sure there was no water damage underneath. He replaced the seal and put everything back together in a timely fashion. Highly recommend this company and love the fact we can support local businesses!

One word for them - Terrible. I called them a day ahead to setup an appointment for my kitchen sink faucet.. They gave me 3 hour window from 2-5PM the next day. Right then I was impressed at first at how prompt they were.

Then the next day I took my afternoon off from work from 2-5PM and came home to wait for them to show up. In the middle of this timing window provided by them, their office calls me up saying that they can't send anyone over for the next 2 days because some of their guys didn't show up.

What I'm disgusted about is not even that they could not send someone over for an appointment they agreed on, but that they waited till during the timing window, wasted my day and then bailed on me.

I would give them 0 stars if i could.
