Juan and his crew fixed my problem with the sink. Also suggested to fix my pipes in the craw space to prevent future problems. Thanks!

We're so happy with the work that Nick did for us! We couldn't have found a more professional and exceptional contractor to help us out with some work in our home.
He was able to install a complicated light fixture in much less time than I would've guessed. He's an absolute pro, and also an excellent communicator and extremely nice to work with.

Simply Green is simply great. We were a little concerned when our kitchen sink started draining very slowly but when one of the toilets started acting clogged too we thought we might have a crushed sewer pipe (our pipe is over 60 years old). The first place we called couldn't get anyone out to us in a hurry, so we called Simply Green. They said they had someone who would be available in about an hour, then called back later to let us know he would be later than promised because the job he was on was more complex than expected - awesome communication! I don't mind if they are late, as long as we are told in advance!
Wilver handled the job. He looked at the sink & the toilet and immediately figured out that they were probably unrelated - just a freaky coincidence that they both started acting up with a day of each other. He was able to unclog the toilet first (our toilet snake just wasn't long enough). Then he began working on the sink. The last person who constructed the trap was apparently an M.C. Escher fan armed with Elmer's glue, plumber's putty, and no working knowledge of plumbing. Wilver was appalled. Anyway, after pulling the mess apart, Wilver ran his 100-foot auger through the pipe and broke through at least 3 different blockages. Then he rebuilt the trap under the sink and it looks soooo much better. Now we can wash dishes again!
The price was very reasonable for solving three different issues (toilet, sink, trap) on a same-day call. Wilver did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done and provided some advice on how to help prevent future blockages. We will definitely be asking Simply Green to come back to provide a quote when we do replace the ancient sewer line.

Professional and friendly service
KVN Plumbing did a good job helping me replace my tub spout. Kevin responded to me within hours on a Sunday and serviced my tub spout the next day. He was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. I would work with KVN Plumbing again

professional courteous and fair price. I needed to change an angle stop vlave for the refrigerator to be replaced. My own plumber said it take him 20 minutes to fix it and then failed to make an schedual for doing the job. He did not answers my text. My second plumber told me Friday 11, will come to my condo, and then again said I meant next friday. I called Citywide Plumbing and within two hours their Plumber by name Justin came and fix the valve. He was polite corteous and profesional. Thank you Justin.

Reed Plumbing did a wonderful job to help with our plumbing issue + sewer clean out installation.
We had a flooding issue in our shower whenever we used our washer machine. Reed Plumbing members were very fast to respond, they came out in the same day late afternoon (one day faster than original scheduled time).
The team members are very professional and patient in going over with us possible issues, inspecting different areas of the house, and cleaning these partial blocks in sewer lines (also helped us resolve kitchen drain issues along the way).
Due to our house pipe setup + no usable cleanout, so they could not use the normal way with a snake tool, the crew needed to climb up to the roof to drop the camera from the air intake pipe.
They were also very accommodating and gave a quick date to install the clean out. They did a wonderful job with the cleanout installation (also recommendation on location + why only need one and future maintenance) + more detailed clean/inspection after the cleanout installation to ensure no further issue on main sewer line.
The crew members ensured areas were restored and cleaned after their tasks.
Will definitely contact them if we have plumbing related issues.

Had a great experience with Gator rooter. Andres reached out promptly after I submitted my quote and promised something to come within an hour, with parts in hand. Nestor arrived, was very professional and did a great job. Payment was processed via Venmo, super easy for me! Would happily call this company again, there's nothing like great service and a complete job in under two hours! Thanks Nestor!

They did such a great job replacing my old range hood with a new one and I couldn't be happier! Very reasonable quote and responded very quickly. I highly recommend these guys! Will use them again for other jobs in the future.

Art has been our plumber for many years, and he has done major and minor plumbing projects for us. He is the BEST -- honest, skilled and dependable. He responds quickly to phone calls and always goes the extra mile to help you, especially when you have an emergency situation. He also follows up after the job is complete to make sure everything is working to your satisfaction.
I recommend him highly!

They came right away, diagnosed the problem and came back the next day and fixed the problem. I called 2 other plumbers before them and they both did not call back. The gentleman did not fix the drain plug all the way and had to come back the next day to fix. Otherwise, they would have gotten 5 stars. Call them first and they will access your problem and tell you the price.

We called Palo Alto Plumbing for a leaky kitchen faucet. Joe arrived early (1st star!), figured out the problem in about 2 minutes (2nd star), replaced the faucet in about 45 minutes (3rd star), was extremely professional (4th star) and neat (5th star). We'll definitely call again if we have any more issues.

Josh Fisher just finished Plumbing my house. His price was good, he was extremely respectful and professional, he and his guys were fantastic start to finish. I am a contractor, and I base my business around quality work and service. I am not easily impressed with other contractors. Josh communicated every detail of what he was going to do and how he was going to do it, and delivered everything exactly the way he said he would. I looked over the entire job start to finish. No one could have possibly done a better job. I now have a plumber to recommend to my customers that I can count on to keep up my good name. Excellent work Josh and crew!

I had a water heater installed. I called Henry's Plumbing to get a quote. It was the best quote. So I went to Yelp nothing but great reviews. So they were the best price and great reviews. Of course I had to go with Henry's Plumbing. They came the very next morning and within 2 hours I had a new water heater installed. Ben and Leo were super friendly. knowledgeable and thorough . They explained everything they did and how it works and what to do if I need to change or take care of something with my new water heater, if need be. Bottom line I am sooooooo happy I had gone with Henry's Plumbing if I ever need there services again I won't hesitate to call them and if anyone needs any type of plumbing service these are the people to call , You won't regret it! That's why I'm writing this review. I always love to share great experiences!!!

I own a lounge and it was flooding, and business was being interrupted. Eldridge & Sons came out to the business to determine what steps needed to be done. Each time they came out, they were very punctual. Keith and Wade explained every detail and showed me what was going on every step of the way. They told me they'd rarely seen a pipe with such corrosion. Bottom line, I would highly recommend their service based on efficiency and dependability.

This company was able to help us with multiple plumbing projects/issues, from replacing our toilets, faucets, upgrading our new house plumbing and replacing a broken pool water fountain supply pipe. Always responsive, friendly, and professional. Vince is the man! Thank you!

Alan Guy came out right away, gave me an estimate of $650 to install a gas line to my new range. He thought of all issues i had to address, had his team show up on time, gave them instructions and did the project when they said they would for exactly the quote. It was really a great experience.

Prompt, reliable and reasonable. I called them to clear a clog which turned out to be a broken main sewer line. They did the work promptly and professionally from start to finish.

Benjamin Franklin plumbing sold us an on-demand water heater 7 years ago which recently started leaking. We contacted that manufacturer of the unit who provided us with the new heat exchanger which was covered under warranty. Unfortunately, labor was not included in the warranty coverage so we contacted BF plumbing to have a service person come to our house and replace the part. Here is a summary of our experience:
I asked the person on the telephone if BF has experience servicing this make/model water heater and she responded, Oh yes absolutely!. I then made an appointment to have a service person come out two working days later, between the hours of 8 AM - noon.
On the day of the appointment, having taken a day off work, nobody had arrived by noon so I called them and the person I spoke to told me that they had a scheduling error. So much for the company that advertises itself as The Punctual Plumber. To their credit, they apologized and told me they would have a technician out by 2:00 PM and the technician arrived shortly before 2:00. I thought that everything would be back on track, but this was when things got ugly....
The technician told me that the unit was installed incorrectly and offered to fix everything for me. When I told him that the unit had been installed by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, he told me that the company was under different ownership previously and that they were not responsible for what the company had done when it was under prior ownership. Even if that was a true statement, I would think that a company with an ounce of integrity would stand behind an installation that has their name attached to it. When I told him that I only wanted the leaking part fixed, he hum-hawed around, telling me how difficult it would be to repair, and then stated that he thinks someone back at the shop knows something about these units but that it is too difficult to fix while is it hanging on the wall and would need to be completely disconnected and taken back to the shop (not true according to the manufacturer of the unit).
He then told me he could get me hot water the same day be installing a new unit at a discounted price of FOUR-THOUSAND-FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!! We paid 3,500 for the original unit which had included all of the conversion costs to switch to a tankless water heater.
I sent him away (thankfully he did not charge for the service visit...he was clearly embarrassed) and referring to the instructions that came with the replacement heat exchanger, successfully changed out the part myself, having had no prior experience, and without removing it from the wall, in about four hours simply by carefully following the instructions provided by the manufacturer of the unit.
Pretty sad when a company misrepresents its experience, arrives late, does not stand behind its prior installation and tries to take advantage of the situation by selling us an even more expensive unit. Also pretty sad that they are unable to service a unit that they sold us. On the positive side though, if the dang thing ever leaks again, I will know how to fix it myself (it really wasn't that difficult).
I gave them one star only because zero stars is not an option.....
