We needed to replace a 15-yr-old kitchen faucet and garbage disposal and NG was recommended by our next-door neighbor. They didn't disappoint! They made an appointment within 24 hours and were right on time. The old piping was a jigsaw of twists and turns and Juan cleaned that all up to install the new disposal. Great guys, very responsive, very clean during the work and when finished! Will use them again soon for our water heater.

He was able to install a complicated light fixture in much less time than I would've guessed. He's an absolute pro, and also an excellent communicator and extremely nice to work with.

We had contacted Simply Green Plumbing due to backed up sewers. They came and cleaned a part of the system (we could not locate the main cleaner outlet). However, the problem happened again the very next day -- we called them again and after some discussions, they came back and fixed the problem right, identifying where the main cleaning opening is located. We very happy they stayed with us to fix the problem correctly.

It was an emergency! My neighbor's waste water was being back-flowed into my kitchen and it was flooding!! We turned off all the water in the condo building, everyone had no water, I called a dozen plumbing places and they were all booked and everyone could not come out until the next afternoon!!  I went down the list, called Kevin, he came out 30 mins later, unclogged, talked to my neighbors, explained everything, clean up my kitchen, and gave me a very reasonable price!!  I can't believe I found him, thank you Kevin!!

Have used them twice, both times had flexibility in scheduling, and great communication which was the key factor. Can't comment on pricing, since they were available when others weren't.

What a great team!  I had a problem with a shower valve.  Maria gathered information before the team came over, and arranged to have the valve replaced under warranty.  Even better, they had a replacement on hand, so they didn't have to wait for suppliers to ship the warranty replacement.  Pepe and Daniel were all done in an hour, and educated me along the way.  Highly recommended!

Awesome service at a great price. My kitchen sink was flooded and Gator provided the cheapest quote. I took a chance based on their yelp reviews and they didn't disappoint. Robert showed up next morning and not only unclogged the drain, he put in a camera to show me what the issue was. Basically the oil used in cooking had caused a lot of gunk. Will use these guys to hydrojet the gunk away next time the sink clogs up. Robert was super friendly and nice.

Asylbek gave me a very competitive rate and was able to squeeze me in with short notice due to urgency on my side. He was very diligent as the house is the brand new construction in Palo Alto and we were very sensitive to ensure minimal wall intrusion. He hanged two wall mounts inside and outside with new outlet in both locations. He also hanged about 8-9 various wall decors. Highly recommend.

Art was extremely helpful. I called b/c my garbage disposal was no longer working. He walked me through the steps to fix it on my own to save me the cost of having him come and fix it. I got it working in 5 minutes, which saved me approximately $130.00.  He was patient with me over the phone and spent time on a Saturday night to help me with this.  VERY HONEST and HELPFUL!!  Will definitely use him in the future.  I highly recommend him.

Our underground drainage from downspouts was blocked and backed up in recent storms. After Hour Plumbing sent Tyler to clear it and he did a great job of  Hydro-Jetting roots that had entered from the street and cleared the problem in less than an hour. He was friendly and easy to work with. After Hours Plumbing makes smart use of customer friendly technology throughout the engagement. I found it easy to reach out and connect with them quickly, schedule service, approve work and pay our invoice. We're very satisfied and would use them again.

I've used Palo Alto Plumbing for some 5 years now with good success.  They have repaired 2 plumbing problems over the years and installed a hot water heater at my home.
I had to call them back on one of the plumbing problems since the water pressure had to be also adjusted which they kind of missed.  They returned promptly to solve the problem.
I understand that they have acquired Dahl plumbing's old phone number.  I hope that they will continue with good service.

Josh is fantastic! I've had him/his team put in plumbing for a new shower and come out to fix a leaking kitchen sink faucet (separate occasion). As others have said, the fees are quite reasonable. I also appreciate that he and Jim are both on time, and that Josh is quite communicative, whether by email or text (and probably by phone, but I didn't try that). I can't imagine looking for another plumber now that I've found these guys!

Night before last I woke up @ 3 a.m. to go to the bathroom and heard water running....no faucets open and toilet was not running.  I went downstairs and the noise was louder in the closet but no water in the house that I could see at 3 a.m. Turned the water off outside at the main valve and the water running sound stopped.  When it got light I looked at the meter to see if it was spinning and it wasn't moving which means it isn't an outside pipe break in the yard....WHEW!!  I then went to the room under the house where the hot water heater is and no water puddles or water leaks anywhere under the front part of the house....WHEW! I then turned the water valve on and went back up to the meter and it was moving but slowly.  I had to shut off the water to the house which was a complete bummer because I am 3 weeks post hip replacement surgery and NEED water. Yesterday I looked again in the closet where the loud water sound was and yep...when the water was on it had been seeping in on the closet wood floor and wall was wet.  I called Henry's Plumbing today, they came out this afternoon and :
Cut open the drywall in the downstairs bedroom closet.
Exposed pipe leak.
Found old corroded galvanized water pipe leaking in inaccessible area causing water damage to walls and floors.
Cut and removed old corroded cold water line.
Cap off and removed other old water lines.
Turned water on and flushed system.

I will definitely will call them again if I need them.  They are professional, polite and got the job done. Thank you Henry's Plumbing!

So, Juan came over today to fix the power, as both the living room and bathroom lights weren't working. He checked the breaker in my unit, then went to the main power outlet and flipped the breaker back on to fix my issue, then he showed me how to do it if something like this happened again. He explained that running the oven and computer at same time could flip the breaker off, and to be careful about using too many electrical devices at once. I thanked him and he was on his way to his next appointment. Professional, prompt service, would recommend and would definitely use their services again. Thank you, Juan/Pacific Coast Home Services!

I have used Eldridge and Sons Plumbing for many problems over the last 8 years.   From a water heater replacement to replacing a faulty back flow valve, they have always been punctual, professional, and reasonably priced.

Vince came in in less than 90 minutes (traffic at 5 pm ) for fixing a bathtub issue.
Trip lever was broken and water not draining out of the tub.
WOW, this man is AMAZING, he kept using his snake 6 or surely 7 times for pulling out hair sitting there for decades, very gross.
When others would have given up after 2 times.
He kept doing the job till all went clean and perfect on high level of work.
Never complaing.
I highly recommend him for any work.

This is my first review I have written, but I was so impressed by the service that Troy provided, I thought it worth signing up to yelp to report it. He did a great job on my faucet repair and was a wealth of knowledge about other miscellaneous plumbing questions I had. On top of that he was super polite, which is always appreciated!

Mike D did a great job - and diagnosed abs solved the problem quickly.  He also did a great job explaining what was happening and why.

We've had Thomas do other projects in the past with great results, they installed a heating system and a water heater. We recently had a major water leak in the upstairs bath and under the house in the main drain, they were prompt to respond and very reasonable with their pricing. We cannot recommend them any higher than 5 STARS, if we could we would. Thanks for the great service guys.
