I had water coming out from underneath my toilet. I called a few places, but Juan answered right away and was at my house within an hour. He figured out the problem right away and his price was decent. He also gave me advice on preventative measures.

I will definitely be using him again and I will recommend him to everyone I know that has plumbing issues.

Nick was very easy to setup an appointment with and helped me with out electrical issues around the house. He was very effective in teaching me how to fish, talking through the troubleshooting techniques we went through along the way. I won't need help on similar projects since he's helped me out...but for anything else, I'll be reaching out to him for help.

Kevin is amazing! I had some plumbing issues, because the house is old and needs a lot of attention. He took the time to carefully explain everything to me, took pictures of the rusted pipes, and helped fix the plumbing in the kitchen and bathroom area. I contacted them for a gas line installation at my home as we wanted to replace the electric stove with Gas Stove. Marco showed up promptly for an estimate. I did take estimates from 3 other plumbing companies in the area and he gave the best quote of all. He sounded like he knows his job and we decided to go with him. He showed up on time with his helper on the day of installation and did a very clean job. We didn't have the gas stove when he installed the hose the second time he came back to complete the job after the city inspection, so the direction of the connector was obstructing the gas stove from going all the way in when lowes installed the tubing. We informed him about it and he came back and fixed it for us at no extra cost. Overall he is prompt, professional, knows his job and does very clean work. It is very easy getting in touch with him or his office staff Maria. I highly recommend him for any kind of plumbing needs.

These guys are great, very reasonable pricing, and very prompt. Called them for an emergency installation of a Tankless Water Heater, and they gave the estimate the same day, and did a great job installing the next day. They finished the work very fast, and good quality work and very friendly to work with. Would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Abdu and his partner were fantastic. Most of the other handymen didn't know how to fix my fan speed control, but Abdu knew how to do this and he quoted a great price. Would definitely work with him again.

Art answered the phone and was able to be at my house within an hour! He quickly identified the issue and went to work. An hour later the backup in our line was cleared and he was on his way. He was prompt, courteous, clean and efficient. Highly recommended.

Thought the main line was clogged because that happens in this house every 6-8 mos. Happened on a Fri. afternoon (the clogs always wait until the weekend). Dispatcher said she had someone in Santa Cruz who could be down here in around 1 hour. Ivan (the guy she was talking about) shows up, checks the sewer trap, checks the main line and then, literally, provides over-the-top service. Ivan got up on the roof (never saw that one before) and cleared the clog through one of the rooftop vents. Job Done! Turns out the clog was isolated in 2 adjacent bathrooms, inaccessible by the main clean-outs.

I had an old furnace replaced by Moe from Palo Alto Plumbing. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing clearly when he ran into unexpected issues with my apartment's really old setup. He seemed very knowledgeable and experienced in what he was doing and also avoided additional construction work.

I had a great experience working with this company, from scheduling the appointment to finally having a heater that works!

I was in need of a plumber to fix a broken sink drain and replace my laundry hookups and was referred to Josh Fisher. We called him this morning and he was here by this afternoon! Used them to take care of some long-delayed household issues like leaky sinks and toilets and replacing kitchen faucet. Leo and Jose arrived as scheduled and were diligent, careful, thorough, and courteous. Their colorful, well-equipped van is like a mobile hardware store and carried all the necessary parts. Removed all packaging and trash when done. Competitive pricing and good communications. Happy to recommend this  honest, well-run local small business.

I'm very impressed with this company. I had an emergency, was freaking out, and ended up with this company at my house. I'm almost, almost, glad my plumbing exploded. From the lady who answered the phone to the crew at my house, I was happy with the service. Nick and Adam came out twice, over a 2 day job, and made sure I knew everything that was happening as well as reassuring me that they would fix it / find the problem. They were very respectful, personable, and professional. They cleaned up after themselves really well, no evidence left behind. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again and / or recommend them to others.

Vince was great.  Great communication and arrived in the agreed upon timeframe.   We had an issue with one of our toilets.  Vince arrived, identified  the issue and fixed it right away.  I would highly recommend Vince for any of your plumbing needs!

Excellent service for generations. Had an old Grohe kitchen faucet that I wanted to save though the handle, sprayer, and cartridge had failed. Most plumbers would have given up and said , buy a new one!

However, Troy came out and solved the issues. He worked extremely hard to remove the old cartridge...replaced the cartridge, handle and sprayer. The faucet has been born again...works beautifully.  

I don't think many plumbing companies have staff that are knowledgeable, hard-working, and skilled enough to bring old fixtures back to life. Most would prefer to chuck the old and install new...a much easier fix.

Troy went above and beyond to resurrect my ailing fixture!  Thank you once again, Guy Plumbing,  for your prompt, efficient, beyond capable, and reasonable service.

I callled 24/7 Rooter & Plumbing because my toilet had overflowed. They checked it out and came back the next morning to hydrojet our sewer line. I asked why they could not snake the line and they said that our terra-cotta tile would crack if they snaked it. The job ended up costing $695 and I have since checked with other companies that charge closer to $475 for hydrojetting or jettying the line and that terra-cotta lines can be snaked. I now have the same toilet stopped up again after several months and they quoted me an additional $175 to snake the same toilet. I thought the $695 was excessive, but to have to pay an additional charge to snake the toilet seems like insult to injury. I will not return at these charges.

My water heater leaked all over the garage and under my house, eeek!  Called Thomas Plumbing and they sent someone out right away, found  the problem and recommended that I get a new water heater.  They did the fix that afternoon.  They were very pleasant to work with and I would recommend calling them for plumbing issues.  I will be calling them again!  Thanks!

We had Frank from Benjamin Franklin plumbing come out to fix our dish washer and he was great, fast, and wonderful to work with. We also happened to ask about this terrible noise that our pipes were making, and he fixed it quickly (and cheaply). We also appreciated that Frank came quickly to our house to fix everything. We had first called other plumbers in the area but were either cancelled on or they didn't show up. I did read the other reviews and see there might be some problems with the company itself, but Frank was great!!
