Juan called me back right away, gave me the best quote, and showed up a few hours later. He was in and out, in less than an hour. I had a clogged main line, he used the pressure jet to not only clear the clog but cleaned out all of the piping. We used a camera to see that it was done correctly and that there were no other issues. Really great service, very satisfied customer. I'll be sure to refer my family and friends!

I reached out to Nick for help with a jammed garbage disposal. Nick for extremely responsive throughout our interaction. He managed to remotely troubleshoot and fix the disposal. If you have anything that needs fixing, Nick's the man!

had a pipe burst under my porch and it was a Friday night. Couldn't find anyone to come out that night, but did get a hold of Russell who would send someone out between 10-12 the next morning.  Surprisingly they were able to make it out by 8:30, but called first to be sure that was ok.  By that afternoon the pipe was fixed without having to tear up my porch to do so. Unfortunately when turning the water back on another portion of the old pipe burst. Sadness.  Fortunately Wilver found a way to run water to the house until he could get back on Monday to replace entire line to the street.  They were so great and treated me and my property with care and the total price came in not great, but certainly reasonable.  Wonderful company to work with and I certainly recommend them.

Kevin is amazing! I had some plumbing issues, because the house is old and needs a lot of attention. He took the time to carefully explain everything to me, took pictures of the rusted pipes, and helped fix the plumbing in the kitchen and bathroom area. I found him to be very reliable and knowledgeable about his craft. I highly recommend reaching out to him! He also worked on several houses in our area that are being remodeled and was referred to me by my neighbor across the street.

Man, Johnny came through again!!!  Just installed a new hot water heater for my parents. Called him in the morning, he came out earlier than what he told me, picked up the water heater, and installed it in a matter of hours! Again, highly recommended to all family and friends! My entire experience with this company was great.  From the time Maria answered the phone to take my information and book an appointment to the time that Marco finished the repairs everything went smoothly.  Both were cordial, helpful, professional and friendly.  Marco showed up on time, was experienced, and completed the repairs quickly, all for a fair price.  I highly recommend them.

sent messages out at 6 am this morning .......my main sewer line feeds the big ass tree out front so  ya clogged ...........we made our arraingements the guy showed at 830 with the cutter ........30 min later all done  ..happy flushing

Cedric and his apprentice arrived on time to replace our propane water heater.  They both worked four hours without a break to finish the job.  They were courteous, kept us informed of their progress and time needed to finish.  Cedric let us know when he was on his way to start the job.  He adjusted the time of start to match our schedule.  His price was competitive, a bit lower than our other two bids.  His work was excellent and he followed through with his itemized bid and the receipt for money received via email immediately.  He left our property clean and as he found it.  Excellent work and friendly demeanor.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars!! This time, I needed to have a water line installed for my  new refrigerator. Jacob came over and did great work with all safety protocols in place. I'm so appreciative of this company. They always come through. I couldn't be more happy. Thank you!!!

Wade's son Nick came over to install my Grundfos Comfort Series recirculating hot water pump.  He was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with and was able to complete the job in 1 hour.  Most importantly, he did not overcharge me like most plumbers that I have dealt with in the past!  I will for sure call Nick again to work on any plumbing issues I have in the future!

One of our sprinkler pipe burst during labor day weekend and Vince is the only plumber that willing to come and fix it at reasonable price.  Vince is very knowledgeable and really great on what he is doing.  I ended up called him again to install my reverse osmosis and replace some of or old pipe. Overall i have great experience with him.

Recommend by every local friend. They replaced the garbage disposal for us and explained my question related or unrelated patiently. Will use again definitely.

I was so desperate for a water heater after ours started leaking all over our garage floor. They installed a new water heater the next day-wow. So thankful that I found such a nice family owned company.

Had an appointment scheduled for Saturday and they canceled my appointment that morning with no alternatives but to wait a few days.   I don't know why I decided to try this company but I thought why not, my mistake.  I decided to contact Mr. Rooter who I had used in the past and they came out that day and completed the job quickly.  I will never call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again.
