Juan called me back right away, gave me the best quote, and showed up a few hours later. He was in and out, in less than an hour. I had a clogged main line, he used the pressure jet to not only clear the clog but cleaned out all of the piping. We used a camera to see that it was done correctly and that there were no other issues. Really great service, very satisfied customer. I'll be sure to refer my family and friends!

Johnny was very professional, responsive, efficient and friendly.  His schedule was flexible to work around my busy day.  He was able to resolve a nasty clog in my spider-web pipping situation in a short period of time.  What's grateful is he would minimize/prevent any mess within that area and would clean up afterwards (if any) .  His recommendations to prevent any future pipping issues was much appreciated.

We had a kitchen sink draining issue on Saturday morning over the thanksgiving weekend. After some search and calls around Noon time, Nester from Gator plumbing came to us on the same day afternoon. He quickly fixed the issue and gave us a very reasonable price. We are super satisfied and highly recommended Gator and Nester!

He did a fine job at a good price.  Showed up on time and was very nice and respectful as well.

My toilet exploded, and after reading the Yelp reviews, Art seemed like a pretty good choice to help fix it.  He came immediately, unclogged it, carefully tested to make sure the job was well done, and even left behind the brand new plunger he used to replace my crummy one for a reasonable charge.  Very friendly, professional, and punctual--would call again!

I had an excellent experience with After Hour Plumbing and Drain when the plumber came to fix a clogged sink and a water leak in our kitchen. After contacting several other plumbers, I found his pricing to be very reasonable.

He came in with a 25-foot snake device to clear the sink, but when that didn't work, he quickly brought in a 75-foot snake device and got the job done. He also discovered that the leak was from a poorly sealed ptrap, and he took care of that as well. Overall, I was very impressed with the professionalism and expertise. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled plumber.

Palo Alto Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend whose family has literally used them for decades.  They've helped me with a number of plumbing issues over the last few years and I finally decided to give them a plug here.  Yesterday, Joe came out to fix a few things for us.  He was terrific - extremely professional and pleasant, taking the time to explain everything to me, and taking care of it all quickly and efficiently.  It's so nice to have someone to call when things break, and to feel confident that they will know what they are doing and will be nice and professional in the process.

I was in need of a plumber to fix a broken sink drain and replace my laundry hookups and was referred to Josh Fisher. We called him this morning and he was here by this afternoon! Wade's son Nick came over to install my Grundfos Comfort Series recirculating hot water pump.  He was knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with and was able to complete the job in 1 hour.  Most importantly, he did not overcharge me like most plumbers that I have dealt with in the past!  I will for sure call Nick again to work on any plumbing issues I have in the future!

Chalk up another slam dunk experience with Guy Plumbing.  We've had a increasingly loud rattle coming from our water pipes whenever a large load was going; whether the rare instances we can run our sprinklers, our washing machine, or flushing a toilet.  It sounded like it was coming from the wall between our bedroom and garage.. and I feared that it would require opening up the wall to resolve the issue.

Troy came out, and spent a good hour troubleshooting, and narrowed the issue down to the water meter out by the sidewalk!  It was older and starting to fail, generating a lot of noise and vibrations that went all the way into the house.

Money for a professional diagnosis well-spent, as armed with that knowledge I was able to call the city to have them replace the meter.  They were skeptical at first, but after giving exactly all the steps Troy followed to troubleshoot, they agreed that we did our due diligence before blaming the meter.  Replaced meter, and now everything is nice and quiet in the house.

Extremely high pricing.  Wanted almost $2k to replace a washer hookup with a stuck valve.  $750 of that was just to put the washer back and test it.  Another $750 of that was to wait about an hour for the water to drain from the pipes.  Wanted almost $300 to replace a water filter.  And didn't show up on the day of appointment, was 27 hours later.  Avoid, there are no free estimates, it costs you $85 just to have them show up at your door.

I can't begin to tell you how happy I was this morning when this Company squeezed me in
in a very busy schedule since we're in the middle of a long, hot heat wave.  My air conditioner went out suddenly, early afternoon yesterday. The company who put in my system, Valley Heating & Cooling could not get me in for three weeks, July 13!  I never thought to get somebody local so I started making calls via Yelp. I made some 10 calls, most companies had the same 2-3 wk wait while anothers didn't answer their phone at all.
The HVAC person they hired recently is Gary, he was SO professional, polite, clean and
honest.  He was in and out of my job in about one hour.  The bill seemed very reasonable and fair.

I have use this company many times for plumbing services within the last 15 years, but I did not know they did heating and air-conditioning and it did not coming up in Yelp under A/C and heating.  
I was referred to them by another company that did not do residential work named Duerr A/C and Heating. The gentleman there was very helpful, he told me how much he liked Dave Thomas, that he was always a fair, nice business owner.  Thank goodness I called Duerr's to get Dave's name and number!

Thanks a million Dave & Gary.  My house is now cooling off.  I would recommend them if anybody needed air conditioning work.

Benjamin Franklin plumbing sold us an on-demand water heater 7 years ago which recently started leaking.  We contacted that manufacturer of the unit who provided us with the new heat exchanger which was covered under warranty.  Unfortunately, labor was not included in the warranty coverage so we contacted BF plumbing to have a service person come to our house and replace the part.  Here is a summary of our experience:

I asked the person on the telephone if BF has experience servicing this make/model water heater and she responded, Oh yes absolutely!.  I then made an appointment to have a service person come out two working days later, between the hours of 8 AM - noon.

On the day of the appointment, having taken a day off work, nobody had arrived by noon so I called them and the person I spoke to told me that they had a scheduling error.  So much for the company that advertises itself as The Punctual Plumber.  To their credit, they apologized and told me they would have a technician out by 2:00 PM and the technician arrived shortly before 2:00.  I thought that everything would be back on track, but this was when things got ugly....

The technician told me that the unit was installed incorrectly and offered to fix everything for me.  When I told him that the unit had been installed by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, he told me that the company was under different ownership previously and that they were not responsible for what the company had done when it was under prior ownership.  Even if that was a true statement, I would think that a company with an ounce of integrity would stand behind an installation that has their name attached to it.  When I told him that I only wanted the leaking part fixed, he hum-hawed around, telling me how difficult it would be to repair, and then stated that he thinks someone back at the shop knows something about these units but that it is too difficult to fix while is it hanging on the wall and would need to be completely disconnected and taken back to the shop (not true according to the manufacturer of the unit).

He then told me he could get me hot water the same day be installing a new unit at a discounted price of FOUR-THOUSAND-FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!!  We paid 3,500 for the original unit which had included all of the conversion costs to switch to a tankless water heater.

I sent him away (thankfully he did not charge for the service visit...he was clearly embarrassed) and referring to the instructions that came with the replacement heat exchanger, successfully changed out the part myself, having had no prior experience, and without removing it from the wall, in about four hours simply by carefully following the instructions provided by the manufacturer of the unit.

Pretty sad when a company misrepresents its experience, arrives late, does not stand behind its prior installation and tries to take advantage of the situation by selling us an even more expensive unit.  Also pretty sad that they are unable to service a unit that they sold us.  On the positive side though, if the dang thing ever leaks again, I will know how to fix it myself (it really wasn't that difficult).

I gave them one star only because zero stars is not an option.....
