I've used this company twice (once to fix my leaking pipes in the crawl space and to troubleshoot water heater) and they are very responsive. Today, Juan came by and taught me how to troubleshoot my water heater as I wasn't receiving hot water. He was very nice and informative. I will use them again.

Nick is really amazing! Our dish washer starts to pop water out of the air gap for a long time. We tried ourselves to diagnose the issue and replace the lines without success. Nick get it fixed super quickly. He is a real expert and answered many of our questions and why our attempts didn't work. I will definitely recommend him and call him again next time.

Our upstairs jacuzzi/tub was leaking by one of the jets, leaking water which was dripping through the downstairs smoke detector.  We've had some bad experiences with other contractors, so my wife's coworker suggested Simply Green, and we took a chance.  John arrived to give us an estimate, then did an A1 repair job a few days later (he had to order the right parts, which took time).  He did have to cut into the downstairs ceiling to access the leak, however John went above and beyond and replaced 2 jets and the drain pipe all for the original estimate, which was very fair in our minds.  His nephew, Adolfo (not a Simply Green employee, but hey...I'm good with family connections), patched up the ceiling and also did a great job - the original cut is unnoticeable.  A month later, we decided to purchase a whole-house water filtration system from Pure Water Essentials, but we needed a competent plumber to install the entire system.  This was going to be a work intensive job and we wanted to have the water heater completely replaced, as well (it was 13 yrs old).  Given the high quality results and professionalism with the jacuzzi, we specifically asked for John to do our whole house install.  John & Gary came out to assess my piping and come up with the best solution for our home.  No thanks to the original homebuilder, Lennar, the piping ran diagonally through the home along the 1st and 2nd floor.  We ended up cutting the main water supply at the front of the house, ran new copper pipe along the side toward the rear of the house, drilled a hole into the garage, then snake the new pipe into the water filtration system, which then flowed into the newly installed water heater (provided by Simply Green).  120' of copper pipe, new 75-gal water heater, programming of the 3 control valves, etc.  They did an outstanding job - and even painted the outside portion of the exposed copper pipe to match the house (thanks, Joshua) - I bought the paint, of course.  It took 3 days, and yes, it was very expensive (well within our anticipated target price range), but well worth it because we wanted a quality job by a highly competent plumbing service - thank you, Simply Green.  Also, Jessica - you're WAY too positive on the phone!  Keep it up!  Simply Green is our go to company for any and all (future) plumbing issues.

I was having an issue with our washing machine backing up into the bath tub and then the bath tub not draining.  Kevin arrived on time and was very professional throughout his time working in the house.  He wore a mask and shoe protectors and nicely folded my bathroom rugs and put his own work mat down.  Snaked the drain thoroughly and then cleaned up after himself, replacing my rugs when finished.
I'd highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing service.  I've definitely got his card at the top of my stack now!

Sadly, Citywide does not serve Montara.  I'm not sure why, since it is less than a twenty minute drive from Montara to the Daly City BART, and parts of Citywide's service area are much further than that.  Be that as it may, Johnny was polite and apologetic in explaining his business policy.

Marco was very professional; the work was done neatly and on a timely basis - we were charged lower than the original quote since they took less time to work on the project; something of a rarity these days - I would look no further for any of my plumbing needs in the future.

We called Hansen plumbing the morning after Thanksgiving when the sink was clogged from the huge prep work the day before. We called 5 plumbers and didnt expect anyone to call us back that morning. Art called us back within 10 minutes of our message, and came out one hour later. He did an outstanding job, was very honest , very professional and was very appropriately priced. We would highly recommend him and look forward to calling him for the next crisis.

I was in need of a plumber to fix a broken sink drain and replace my laundry hookups and was referred to Josh Fisher. We called him this morning and he was here by this afternoon! His pricing was fair and he was incredibly respectful and professional. So glad that I found Fisher Plumbing and I will definitely use them in the future!

My heater stopped working and Pacific Coast & Heating we're able to come out the same day and diagnosed my problem and came back the next day to install the part I needed and had my heating back up and running within 24 hrs of my call for help. The technician( Caleb) was courteous and kind he explained everything in detail for me. I cannot say enough about him and his Co. and the professionalism he showed.

I needed new shut-off valves in my bathroom installed as they were old and one wouldn't close all the way. I am pretty good at basic plumbing, but I was concerned about the poor condition of the hot side -- that the part might not remove properly or other complication would come up if I tried to do it myself.
I called Eldridge & Son due to good reviews. I described the situation to Nick and he said he could come later the same day. He provided a good estimate of the cost of his time and parts on the phone. He arrived right on time. After an inspection he confirmed the cost and thought there would be no problem.
He did a great job on the replacement and cleaned up afterward.  His estimate was perfect. Nick answered all my questions and provided great information for when I am installing my new vanity and sink... he couldn't do that because I have to paint first. :-)

I needed two plumbing problems fixed. The repairman came on time, fully masked and exercising every COVID precaution. Both problems were fixed. The bill was sent electronically a few days later to avoid any direct handling of credit cards. Great service at a great price.

On Valentine's Day I discovered a big leak under my kitchen sink.  With company coming the next day I knew I needed to get it repaired today!  After calling 2 other plumbers unsuccessfully, Thomas came to my rescue that afternoon.  Patrick quickly ascertained that I needed a new faucet.  While I went to Home Depot to buy one he removed the leaking faucet and was ready to quickly install the new one.  In spite of having to go to the store, the job only took one hour!  Patrick was efficient, clean and confident, and he gave us the senior discount.  I was both relieved and very pleased.

Called BFP, via their 800 number that advertises 24/7 emergency services, on a Friday night. I tell them i need a plumber to come by and install a new toilet and toilet flange. The Old one was wobbly and water started leaking from the base.

The person on the line said they can have someone out on Sunday from 10am to 2pm. Kinda odd that it would be (3) days for emergency work. She did say it was pretty busy after the holidays and i have a spare bathroom i can use anyways, so i agreed to the appointment. I gave her my name, address, cell phone number and email address. She said she would be sending me a confirmation email shortly. Never arrived. Please note that during the call, i ask her a few times that it will be on sunday from10 to 2.

Sunday comes around and i wait all day for the plumber... No one shows up or calls to inform that no one is arriving. So now i am scrambling to find a plumber.

I finally find someone that is local and schedules work to be done on Tuesday. While i am at a dentist appointment on Monday, someone from BFP calls and leaves a voicemail that they have a plumber in the area and they can be there at 11am.

Hmmm, my appointment was for Sunday from 10am to 2 pm and they call the next day and say they can come by.... Sorry buddy, a no show / no call on Sunday, there is no way i am going to trust what you say anymore....

Wish i could leave ( 0 ) stars instead because no work was done.
