Nick is really amazing! Our dish washer starts to pop water out of the air gap for a long time. We tried ourselves to diagnose the issue and replace the lines without success. Nick get it fixed super quickly. He is a real expert and answered many of our questions and why our attempts didn't work. I will definitely recommend him and call him again next time.

In the process of listing our house, the drain system was and has been my biggest issue with the house that I lived in for over 30 years. I was referred to Simply Green and spoke with Russell who assured me they could take care of my issues worry free. He said he would send one of his guys to give an estimate. Wilver to the rescue! He came the next day and sent one of his workers under the house to investigate the problem. In less than an hour he showed me pictures and had a quote. He said they could start the next day. This was the three days before Christmas. Being a homeowner, I got another quote with another local company who had good ratings. They were less expensive but did not explain what was to be done to correct the issues as well as Wilver and didn't even take a look, just took my word.

So I called Wilver the next day and he was on it. He came with a crew the following day and they did the prep work. Wilver made plans to come the day after Christmas to come with his crew and said they would be done in one day. Amazing! They showed up as promised and with a crew of at least six removed exsiting and corroded pipes, replaced all with new ABS. Tested the drains from the kitchen sink all the way to two full bathrooms and out to the street. He showed me their work with his high tech camera and even gave me a copy of the video. Clean up was very thorough and the next day when the City inspector showed, he was happy with the job and signed it off.

I am very pleased and satisfied with Wilver and his crew and if I ever needed a home repair issue, he would be the one to call.

I've had really good  experiences with KVN plumbing. They come when they say, The work is done professionally and I never have to wait around for them. The customer service is amazing and they are always friendly. I have had multiple problems in the past  year when I have requested their service and they have always done an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone in the area!

A couple of days ago, I was having difficulty igniting the water heater pilot light.  I called Johnny and he said that he would come by the house to inspect the water heater within an hour.  Fortunately, I was able to ignite the pilot light.  This is typical of the service and responsiveness characterized by Johnny and his company.

Quick and clear communication! They were able to come out in a timely manner to help us with some plumbing issues during our bathroom remodel. They worked fast, kept things clean, and were courteous. We'll be using them again in the future for our plumbing needs.

I reached out on a Saturday morning, Andy replied back right away. My water heater broke and was old and needed replacing. He sent a couple of co-workers over on Monday and boom.. done! Easy process, ordered the part over the telephone from a store they use which he set up, they picked it up and now no more cold showers. Yay! Thank you!

Tegene Handyman Service helped me out so much I one hundred percent recommend these guys to do whatever you need! We submitted a Yelp request and he quickly responded, and came in for everything done and more in such a short amount of time

They work hard and are very reliable. If u have anything u need fixed they will fix it!

Art was extremely helpful. I called b/c my garbage disposal was no longer working. He walked me through the steps to fix it on my own to save me the cost of having him come and fix it. I got it working in 5 minutes, which saved me approximately $130.00.  He was patient with me over the phone and spent time on a Saturday night to help me with this.  VERY HONEST and HELPFUL!!  Will definitely use him in the future.  I highly recommend him.

Cedric, Jeremiah, and Ivan came to check out a persistent clog I had. Not only were they able to come in a relatively short timeframe, they were all exceptionally friendly. They were able to quickly clear the issue at a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, including my own family. Hopefully I do not need to call a plumber any time soon, but if I do I would definitely call these fine folks!

Shout out to Taylor in the office as well. Every service business should have someone like Taylor on staff!

I had an outstanding experience this afternoon with one of the plumbers from this company - Jake. My 94 year old great grandma is one of the pestiest and most stubborn people to work with, and he nicely dealt with her questions and criticisms as he worked on our 2 plumbing issues. Every 10 minutes, she questioned what he was doing and why. He not only fixed our plumbing issues, but made her happy! A truly impossible thing to do, so thank you. Keep up the great work!

Josh has done many jobs at my old house.  He is honest, professional, beyond reasonable, and extremely dependable.  By far the BEST plumber in the valley!!!  Thank you Josh:-)

I had a new toilet installed and it works great. The plumber arrived on time and was courteous, skilled, and professional, and the invoice arrived promptly. I would definitely use Henry's again.

I had the worst experience with this company.  I asked for a quote on installation of smoke detectors back in December of 2017.  They sent a technician out named Ryan who meet me at my home and decided he needed to look at my fuse box and start tightening screws without turning off the power, of course this caused a power surge and which damaged property in my home.  After the incident Ryan was very apologetic and promised to have all items damaged replaced.  The replacement check was sent to me 7 months later and with that I needed to get an attorney.  Terrible customer service with many calls to the people in charge and never a return call, wait one return call from David Glover Jr the day after the incident where he told me to purchase all items that were damaged and send receipts.  After his call to me in December, I
never heard from anyone again from this company until i hired an attorney.  When the incident happened I asked David to come out to my property so he could see the damage himself, but he declined.  So if you are in need of electrical work, DO NOT hire Pacific Coast Electricians, they made this fiasco so much worse than it needed to be.

These guys are amazing! Very very honest, knowledgeable and professional. Quick workers who are very careful when in your home. They spent more then half the day at our house replacing drain pipe and they did an incredible job. Chris, Nick, Wade- they are  all great. They patiently took the time to answer all my questions. I have had a re- occurring drain problem for years, usually plumbers come in, and just put a band aid on it, charge too much, and don't actually fix the problem. These guys have patience and knowledge and took the time to actually fix the problem at a reasonable price. These guys are really on the ball! I  absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to all my family and friends.

My old toilet needs to be replaced. I called them and made an appointment. But unfortunately they are 35 minutes late and did not bring the new toilet as they promised. When they stepped in, I asked them to wear masks and shoes cover. The manager was very mean saying to me: you have to wear the mask too because you asked us to wear masks!! Literally I waited 3 hours and got the answer we did not understand each other well and have to make another appointment. Very very very bad service! I was wondering how could they get 5star review! They should be out of business!!!

I had Troy from Guy plumbing out to my house to install a pressure regulator.  They gave me a quote over the phone after I e-mailed a photo showing the job was straightforward.  This was the first awesome part of the experience.  Other plumbers wanted to see the work first, and the end result is the uncomfortable experience of having to tell them to go away so I can get a second quote, rather than just having them do the job right then.  I'm sure some plumbers rely on that pressure to get people to agree to higher prices.

The second awesome part of that experience was Troy:  He was super nice, and was cool with me watching him work and asking questions.  He did great work, and even answered plumbing questions unrelated to the regulator while he worked.

The third awesome part was when, after I questioned the price they put on the invoice for the part itself, they called and confirmed that it had been an error and had been corrected with no hassle.  Super pleasant to work with.

Guy is now my go to plumbing company.

Have called them out a couple of times in the last 5 years or so. It's not cheap but they show up when they say they will and they fix your problem (and service has been very good with patient explanations of what they thought they need to do and how it went).

Everyone at Thomas Plumbing and Heating has been very kind and personable. I feel that the price and quality of my new furnace are excellent.  My house feels much more evenly heated and comfortable with the Bryant  unit they installed.

Thomas Garlick, the technician is very dedicated to his customers. He's a hard worker and great at his job.

Had an appointment scheduled for Saturday and they canceled my appointment that morning with no alternatives but to wait a few days.   I don't know why I decided to try this company but I thought why not, my mistake.  I decided to contact Mr. Rooter who I had used in the past and they came out that day and completed the job quickly.  I will never call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again.
