I've used this company twice (once to fix my leaking pipes in the crawl space and to troubleshoot water heater) and they are very responsive. Today, Juan came by and taught me how to troubleshoot my water heater as I wasn't receiving hot water. He was very nice and informative. I will use them again.

Nick was very professional and thoughtful of the client's situation.  It is reassuring to find an all around fixer who can handle a variety of projects.  We plan to hire him every time there's a need.

I spoke with Russell and he sent Wilver to take care of us. From start to finish, these guys provided excellent customer service -- attentive, knowledgeable and timely. Wilver took the time to properly diagnose then explain to me the issue, including a demonstration and logic walkthrough. I'm impressed.

My shower valve broke and needed to be with the new shower set. The plumber was very knowledgeable and provided me with a couple reasonable and affordable options. Once I selected and option he got started right away and completed the job fairly quickly. Excellent service!!

J. Tawasha was very professional and courteous.  He explained the pricing and got right to work,  he was able to resolve the issue within a 1/2 hour.  Speedy and efficient.  The pricing was very reasonable.  I highly recommend.

I am so appreciative of Marco and Reed Plumbing.  We've been using them for a few years now and are very satisfied.  Late yesterday afternoon I called as our toilet stopped working ( fortunately we have another, but still).  He got someone out there first thing this morning and now it's fine.  Thanks Reed!

Really responsive and got to my place to fix the garbage disposal next day after a night time quote request. Team was delayed but it was easy to reach them by phone and get updates on when they would arrive. Responsive to my request on the type of equipment to buy and use. Thank you!

Abdu is very polite and professional. He fixed the broken rod very quickly. The work is neat and clean. I would come back to him for sure.

Our underground drainage from downspouts was blocked and backed up in recent storms. After Hour Plumbing sent Tyler to clear it and he did a great job of  Hydro-Jetting roots that had entered from the street and cleared the problem in less than an hour. He was friendly and easy to work with. After Hours Plumbing makes smart use of customer friendly technology throughout the engagement. I found it easy to reach out and connect with them quickly, schedule service, approve work and pay our invoice. We're very satisfied and would use them again.

In the past two weeks, we have had Max, Junior and Joe out for various furnace, thermostat and plumbing issues.  Palo Alto Plumbing is THE BEST!  We have been using them for many years, and have always been happy with the work.  They are friendly, competent, always on time, and their prices are extremely reasonable.  I would heartily recommend them to anyone - they are great!  I would also add that Charlotte who answers the phone and Mark are very helpful - they found me appointments even though they are always very busy.

J Fisher was referred to me by another plumber. I ways very impressed with their response and their knowledge. Jim was sent to my house to replace some Kohler faucet parts. Jim was knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. I was quoted one hour and he was finished in exactly one hour. I highly recommend these guys - they are now go-plumbers!

Had an urgent issue with leaking pipes and he was able to see me same day. Arrived right on time, extremely professional, and knew exactly what to do. He was very clear and concise, accessed the situation and went over the financials and got to work. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing work.

I can't believe this.  I read all the comments and figured out I couldn't go wrong with hiring this company.  We needed a fan/light installed in a living room and a light fixture repaired in the kitchen.  I took time off work to wait for the electricians.  My husband has repaired both of these lights before and he's not even an electrician.  He's so swamped at work he asked me to hire someone this time. The fan/light took no more then 2 hours when he repaired it  and the kitchen light no time at all.  I had planned to go to work that day after the work was done. It ended up taking all day so I lost a whole day of work then the electrician dropped the cover of the kitchen light and broke it.  I was never told by the company but our caregiver heard it drop and took a picture of it cracked  and sent me a picture.  The electrician just put the cracked cover back on without a word.  I had to contact the company.  The best part is there were two electricians at our house and they even stopped to go to lunch while I was waiting for the job to be done so I could get to work.  The whole experience was horrifying. The first time they wired the kitchen light wrong and had to come back the next day.  Not a good experience for us at all.

Finally I had to use him for my own house to correct a plumbing line with a monumental amount of tree roots. His team worked hard, and long days, to get things completed. He did a wonderful job and I liked all of his employees.

Keith, Danny, and the rest of the boys were wonderful people and I was comfortable with them all at my house with my family.

Vince from VIP Plumbing did a great job installing a tankless water heater.  His estimate was reasonable and he even lowered the final charge when the materials used were  less than estimated. Vince and his assistant arrived promptly and worked all day. I love this new tankless water heater and would recommend VIP for any plumbing needs.

Troy came to replace a Hansgrohe thermostatic cartridge in my shower. Other plumbers said it would be a minimum charge (and it was high). I asked what if it only takes 15 minutes? They said it would still be the minimum. Troy came from Guy plumbing, cleaned the shower parts and then tested the hot water. He found that the cartridge needed to be replaced. He called it in and in a matter of minutes, it was delivered. He installed it and it works great.
He was neat, thorough and very friendly. The price was VERY REASONABLE. I highly recommend them.

Great, fast work. David was communicative, effective, and a pleasure to work with. The price was a little high at first glance, but the value of the unclogged pipe made it all worth it.

Doug was great. He understood the problem and how to solve it immediately. Unfortunately my outside shutoff valve was a commercial size and a new one had to be obtained from the supplier. He was back the next morning with the part and installed it quickly.

I gave this plumbing service a try since all of the others were either charging a ridiculous fee just to come out or not returning my calls.

I'm glad that I did! BFP waived the service call & they're contractor, Javier exceeded my expectations...
