Our outdoor garden faucet pipe was leaking so I called NG Rooter & Plumbing.  Juan was recommended by my Aunt.  I called Juan & he asked me to text my residence address . Right away he replied & came right away.  He changed pipe & gave recommendations.  We are satisfied with his job & recommendations. He did a great job. I highly recommend Juan from NG Rooter & Plumbing.  He is honest with his suggestions.  Juan deserves 5 stars.

A plumber who really show up in a good time frame.  Had my rumbling toilet fixed and even
installed a new shut off valve.  Recently, i got my water bill, my usage went up from
3,000 gallons to 8,000 gallons, I went on a panic mode.  Came on time like they
said.  Now i know i can depend on city wide plumbing and not wondering if they
are coming or not.  Seeing the photos of their works tells me what they are capable
of doing, very impressive.

After not getting a call back from another plumber, I called Reed. I based this on the other yelp reviews. I got an answering machine that said to call Marco's cell if I didn't want to leave a message. Marco answered and said he could be here the following am between 8:30 and 9. He arrived at ~8:45 and was done in an hour and a half, totally replacing the plumbing under my kitchen sink with the correct materials (which wasn't done correctly when we remodeled), and replaced the old garbage disposal with a new Insinkerator- all for under $300! And what a polite and nice guy! We will definitely call Reed when we get ready to re-do our bathroom.

Andrew is a nice guy. He responded my request with short and straight answer and came to my house promptly for a sewer job. He was very good at what he does and finished the job quickly. He also used a camera to check the sewer pipe to make sure it's all cleaned and explained the issue to me. I will hire him again next time when I have any clogging issues.

Abdu and team were very professional with my bath sink replacement! I am happy with their work and would hire them again for any handyman needs!

Art was extremely helpful. I called b/c my garbage disposal was no longer working. He walked me through the steps to fix it on my own to save me the cost of having him come and fix it. I got it working in 5 minutes, which saved me approximately $130.00.  He was patient with me over the phone and spent time on a Saturday night to help me with this.  VERY HONEST and HELPFUL!!  Will definitely use him in the future.  I highly recommend him.

Needing to call a plumbing company always seems so stressful. Especially when, like me, you are a remote landlord. After hours Plumbing has relieved me of my stress. I have used them for my rental several times and everytime it is so easy. They are professional, friendly and efficient. I call, they show up, fix the issue and call me when they are leaving, result is happy tenants. If only everything were this easy.

Our neighbors recommended we call Palo Alto Plumbing when our house was red tagged for a gas leak.  They came out the same day, pulled a city permit and quickly estimated the work.  It was a pretty big job and everyone we met with was professional, wore masks and were careful to ensure the work was done well.  Jakob, Zack, Roman, Junior and Mark all came by at different times to redo our home's gas lines.  Their excellent work passed the city inspection on the first visit.  Charlotte has also been very helpful every time I call with questions.  Thank you Palo Alto Plumbing Team for getting our gas working safely again!

i got a new washer and gas dryer then realized i needed all the water and gas pipes done. i called josh and his crew they came out on date on time as expected ready to work. very friendly and professional. i am how you can say a little ocd and i was amazed how centered and level everything was when i came out and i think my yard was cleaner than when they got there. i trust these guys to do all my plumbing work home and business  and know that it will be done up and above normal standards.

I had a new toilet installed and it works great. The plumber arrived on time and was courteous, skilled, and professional, and the invoice arrived promptly. I would definitely use Henry's again.

Before this project, I knew nothing about installing an Electrical Panel in a house. Now I can tell you what it takes to install a proper panel. The reason is that Pacific Coast Electricians (PCE) has essentially forced me to do all the project planning, coordination, and quality control for them because they assigned us ill prepared technicians and paid no attention to permits and inspections. I have had to understand the difference between a flush and surface mount panel and the differing requirements for the stucco process and the City and PG&E permit processes. Why us? We paid an exorbitant amount. I believe that they assigned their weakest technicians because our home is in Alum Rock, San Jose.

I am updating my review... After 4 months, this project was finally completed to my satisfaction.

I like dealing with family-owned businesses and, based on the recommendation of a friend,  called Eldridge Plumbing at about 2:00 on a Friday regarding a stopped utility/kitchen drain.  My call was answered promptly and courteously, a plumber (Allan, I think) was at the house by 3:45 and the problem solved by 4:30.  He went above-and-beyond by hosing off the patio where the clean-out gunk ended up and doing a quick maintenance on an annoying toilet noise we'd been putting up with (at no extra charge).  Nice!  

I highly recommend Eldridge & Sons and will certainly call them for our plumbing needs in the future.

Our water heater went down on a Sunday evening. Vince came out the next morning and installed a new heater. He was very courteous, professional and thorough.  His pricing was very fair.  We are happy with his work and appreciate his service. I would not hesitate to call him again.

I had Troy from Guy plumbing out to my house to install a pressure regulator.  They gave me a quote over the phone after I e-mailed a photo showing the job was straightforward.  This was the first awesome part of the experience.  Other plumbers wanted to see the work first, and the end result is the uncomfortable experience of having to tell them to go away so I can get a second quote, rather than just having them do the job right then.  I'm sure some plumbers rely on that pressure to get people to agree to higher prices.

The second awesome part of that experience was Troy:  He was super nice, and was cool with me watching him work and asking questions.  He did great work, and even answered plumbing questions unrelated to the regulator while he worked.

The third awesome part was when, after I questioned the price they put on the invoice for the part itself, they called and confirmed that it had been an error and had been corrected with no hassle.  Super pleasant to work with.

Guy is now my go to plumbing company.

They were here in the middle of the night when my toilet was flooding. They were so nice and super quick. It only lasted a good 5 minutes. They were her in less then 10mins. They weren't grumpy, they had a smile and they were really nice. The main part is they were really considerate of my house and didn't make a mess.

Awesome service! They were able to come out the next day. They gave us a time frame and called 30 minutes before their estimated arrival. Patrick arrived and had shoe protectors on ready to get the job done. We had a small leak on our master bathroom toilet. With the holidays, we just shut it off and then it sat for two months. So of course, our issue did not appear to be an issue when help finally arrived as the leaking could not be seen. Patrick went ahead and took everything apart to check and make sure there was no water damage underneath. He replaced the seal and put everything back together in a timely fashion. Highly recommend this company and love the fact we can support local businesses!

Routine service, annual check with these guys who are contractor for one hour service plan. The plan charge is 20 per month. Using a power wrench, the one guy stripped the top cathode bolt and kept going until every speck of rust in the heater was let loose and completely clogged hot water system for house and required immediate replacement of water heater. Expecting two people the next day but only one shows up? Took entire day and 3400 dollars. I was suckered and don't want the same thing to happen to another senior.
