I had water coming out from underneath my toilet. I called a few places, but Juan answered right away and was at my house within an hour. He figured out the problem right away and his price was decent. He also gave me advice on preventative measures.

I will definitely be using him again and I will recommend him to everyone I know that has plumbing issues.

they were on site in minutes, and had the problem solved quickly. john snaked our first floor shower out (mid century plumbing ya know), and we were good to go. simple green worked with our home warranty folks to get it covered, and are now on point for future work with said entity. not the cheapest in town, but if you shop by price, you often shop twice.

Kevin is amazing! I had some plumbing issues, because the house is old and needs a lot of attention. He took the time to carefully explain everything to me, took pictures of the rusted pipes, and helped fix the plumbing in the kitchen and bathroom area. I found him to be very reliable and knowledgeable about his craft. I highly recommend reaching out to him! He also worked on several houses in our area that are being remodeled and was referred to me by my neighbor across the street.

I asked them for a quote to replace our sewer line and their estimate was $18k. I got other much lower estimates and went with a company that charged only $7k for the same exact service. They never replied to my email asking for explanation for why their price was SO much higher.

Reed Plumbing came in clutch. Our shop toilet broke and flooded the restroom on the Friday before Memorial Day weekend. I called to schedule an appointment with Reed Plumbing and Pepe and Angel were here in a timely fashion. They were quick and professional and had us back on the ceramic throne that same day. I came home after work to a flooded garaged and backyard. My water heater had broke sometime during the day and was gushing, yes gushing water out of the bottom. Cedric showed up in about 30 mins to assess the situation and put in the new water heater with a co-worker the next day at my convenience. Great work, quick service, and they were friendly.

I had sold a home and ran into a last minute problem that occurred in the home inspection.  I called Palo Alto Plumbing & Heating and Max, on a Thursday at 6:30 pm, was there on time.  He was able to diagnose the problem that night.

Josh is fantastic! I've had him/his team put in plumbing for a new shower and come out to fix a leaking kitchen sink faucet (separate occasion). As others have said, the fees are quite reasonable. I also appreciate that he and Jim are both on time, and that Josh is quite communicative, whether by email or text (and probably by phone, but I didn't try that). I can't imagine looking for another plumber now that I've found these guys!

I had a few questions regarding future maintenance of my new water heater and he enthusiastically answered all of them. I've always wanted to hire Guy Plumbing & Heating because friends and acquaintances have recommended them.  

Recently, our toilet tank was not filling up quickly.  I was able to schedule an appointment for the following week.  The service was amazing (from the scheduling to the job itself).  I even shared pictures of the toilet and tank beforehand to ensure the service person would come with the proper parts.

Troy finished the job in 30mins (would have taken even less time but I was so curious and asked him a lot of questions).  He replaced one rubber ring and the replaced another small part to the troubled toilet.  Along the way, he explained what he was doing.  Then without prompting, Troy offered to replace the ring and small part on the toilet in our second bath.  He left me the packages so I know which part numbers fit my toilet since he saw that I was keen to learn (and potentially fix the issue myself the next time it happens).

An honest, professional business through and through.  Would definitely hire Guy Plumbing & Heating again!  Thank you!
