NG Rooter & Plumbing has been my go to since moving into my new Condo. The Condo itself is from the 80's and seems to need fixups here and there quite often in these beginning stages. Juan has been extremely helpful the multiple times he has been out to the property and always fixes the issues up quickly. he always has great knowledge and ability to do the work. He is also very honest and trustworthy when giving opinions on a project or issue. Fair prices and great work. Would highly recommend NG Rooter & Plumbing and ask for Juan!

Originally I contacted Nick to fix/adjust a stuck frameless shower door.  My son found Nick on YELP and he had good reviews. Nick fixed the shower door quickly but noticed the larger issue was that the tile flooring had areas of missing grout so he came back another day to re-grout and clean things up in our master bedroom shower stall.  He was very professional and did a detailed job as the job took about a half a day.  He cleaned up nicely and now
we can take a nice shower for years to come without worrying that the tile flooring leaks water underneath.  I will definitely keep Nick in mind if I have a list of future work!

Simply Green has done at lot of work for me at my San Jose home over the 8 years we've been here. They installed a water re-circulation line for faster hot water service around the perimeter of the underside of the house, they replumbed all of the inherited plumbing hacks from someone's uncle under my house since the 50s, they installed a new hot water heater and troubleshooted lack of water pressure from the street.

When the water heater had some issues 5 years later, Russell didn't just insist that I needed to buy a new one for several thousand dollars plus labor - they called around and worked with the manufacturer to fit the failed componentry into an existing warranty recall for the unit and even found me a contractor to do the warranty recall part install, at no cost to me! That repair is happening while I sit here writing this review and it's being fixed as we speak, not even two hours after I called Simply Green!

Really, No stars. Worst service ever. Left us with a leaky basement cuz he really doesn't know what to do to reseal entrances after he's installed new pipe leading to the outside egress line. Ghosted us for 3 days then he shows up with rocks (?) to seal the hole. Not even smart enough or helpful enough to either offer us a partial refund or help us sand bag the area before the next storm. Do NOT use this business. Not all small businesses have integrity. Lesson learned. My 68 year old husband  and I have been dealing with the considerable fallout !! Basement soaked two times since this work was completed . Now wondering why or how he's managed to get  such good reviews. Have u all looked to see if your crawl space is dry ?

Excellent work. We have lived in many different places and have worked with many plumbers. But we have never had a plumber that provides the type of quality and service that Citywide Plumbing ha provided. Everyday he was on time... right on the dot.

The work that we needed to be done was pretty intense. We had them install a tankless water heater, run all new, larger,  gas piping, and run all new copper pipes for the two new bathrooms, renovated kitchen and renovated laundry room. The amount of work was tremendous, but the end results were better than expected.

The best part is that they contact you after the work has been completed to make sure that their work is working properly. If there is a problem that comes up, they make sure that it is fixed promptly.

I would recommend these guys to anyone who is in need to a plumber. For the quality and price, they are the best.

Marco did a great job installing three faucets and sink.  I noticed a few small leaks after they left; Marco came back and fixed them promptly.

Very great experience with this company. We realized our kitchen sink was clogged and wouldn't drain water one night. I messaged a few companies through Yelp and this was one of the first to respond. We got on the phone and scheduled an appointment for the following morning at 11. They actually called the next morning saying they can arrive earlier, around 8:30. They came with proper COVID-19 precautions and did a very prompt job. The sink is officially unclogged! They were very knowledgeable and professional as well. They got the job done within 30 - 45 min. Highly recommend!

Art is a wonderful plumber.  We needed a last minute copper pipe soldering job and after searching Yelp, I stumbled across Art.  I gave him a call at 4:45pm and he came within 30 minutes.  Very professional and good at his craft.  Very fair pricing and he explains exactly what he is doing.  Highly recommend and I look forward to using Art again in the future for any plumbing project.

I only turn to After Hour Plumbing and Drain whenever I have a plumbing issue. I cannot recommend his company enough! All the staff have been so kind, reliable, honest, and quick to respond. I've had several different plumbing issues within the past year (my house is quite old) and Cedric and his team were able to help with all of those issues. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. They have been able to help me with bathroom pipes, gas pipes, underground water leaks, and even updating my old plumbing system to a newer and more reliable one.  I feel comfort in knowing that should any more issues arise, help is available with this team!

These guys are great to call. We had an emergency and they came right out to help fix the issue. Very respectful, honest and kind! Definitely would recommend.

Jim was knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. I was quoted one hour and he was finished in exactly one hour. I highly recommend these guys - they are now go-plumbers!

Had an urgent issue with leaking pipes and he was able to see me same day. Arrived right on time, extremely professional, and knew exactly what to do. He was very clear and concise, accessed the situation and went over the financials and got to work. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing work.

Tripped a circuit breaker and couldn't flip it back. Called the Pacific Coast Electricians and they were able to send someone out within 2 days. Andrew was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and was able to fix the issue during the appointment. He also performed a full diagnostic and recommended ways to avoid future issues. Will definitely call them for all additional electrical works!

I'll be using Eldridge & Sons again. My house is a rental, and communicating from afar can be tough. You have to trust the plumber. I called Nick on a Saturday, and he picked-up. It was a non-emergency issue (a slow leak under the bathroom sink), but he got to the house on Monday. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and fixed it right away -- the p-trap had a hole in it. Nick seems fair and honest. Thanks Yelp for the informative reviews.

Vince came in in less than 90 minutes (traffic at 5 pm ) for fixing a bathtub issue.
Trip lever was broken and water not draining out of the tub.
WOW, this man is AMAZING, he kept using his snake 6 or surely 7 times for pulling out hair sitting there for decades, very gross.
When others would have given up after 2 times.
He kept doing the job till all went clean and perfect on high level of work.
Never complaing.
I highly recommend him for any work.

Love Guy Plumbing. They have been my designated plumber for the last 30 years. Everyone I have dealt with there is professional and knowledgeable. If there's a job that is out of their scope, they are honest about it and will refer me to someone who can. Great people at Guy. They are the ones that make the different.

30 minutes after calling 24/7 Rooter about our blocked kitchen sink, James arrived on time, exactly as promised. He gave a reasonable quote and honored the 10% Yelp discount being offered at the time.

What should have been a quick snake job turned into a bit of a nightmare, but throughout James was friendly, patient and explained our options. Basically, our drain wouldn't unblock (50+ years of grease build-up) and because of the multiple previous repairs and bends in the pipe he had trouble getting the snake to work effectively. After struggling for an hour or so he ended up cutting out a section of old pipe in our garage (which was full of gunk), installed an access point and tried again (giving us a very reasonable quote again with 10% Yelp discount).

Still no luck, so he had to resort to the hydro-jet which pressure-washes you pipes from inside. Finally the drain was clear, he installed a new section of pipe in the garage, replaced a damaged piece of pipe under the sink, even tightened one of the supply hoses under the sink and all was good.

I've used a variety of plumbing/router services in the past, from now on I'll just stick to 24/7. James was by far the easiest to deal with, didn't get stressed out and worked through finding solutions to the various problems faced along the way to getting our drain fixed. Oh, and after struggling for a long time to snake the drain myself with no success, I'll call the pros in earlier next time...

Had an appointment scheduled for Saturday and they canceled my appointment that morning with no alternatives but to wait a few days.   I don't know why I decided to try this company but I thought why not, my mistake.  I decided to contact Mr. Rooter who I had used in the past and they came out that day and completed the job quickly.  I will never call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again.
