My sink has been clogged for over 3 weeks, and I tried a lot of things to fix this. Draino didn't do it, called another plumber and they companies snake broke in the pipes. I was so fed up with this situation, and luckily we found them through a referral. My goodness, they are punctual, polite, bilingual, and patient with everything, took there time to explain what the issue was and how they manage to fix it. I was floored with how fast they fixed the issue. Would use again and would gladly recommend them to everyone.

Our Andersen bathroom window, awning type, needed a new crank operator.  Besides the parts which we were able to order, there was a tricky operation involving a 36 in. piece of trim wood.  Nick was familiar with the problem we were facing and was able to remove and replace this fragile piece of wood as part of exchanging the old operator parts with the new ones.  His work was clean and efficient.  I highly recommend Nick both for jobs he has done before (there are many types) and ones that he has to learn how to do freshly.  If you have a household problem, call Ye Olde Handyman!

Simply Green came to my rescue again.  All of Russell's employees are courteous and professional.  I get a live person on the line when I call.  This is Rene, who is very pleasant & helpful.  The laborers work hard and take the time to explain what they are doing.  They also clean up their mess.  Whatever estimate is given, that is what Simply Green sticks by.

I was having an issue with our washing machine backing up into the bath tub and then the bath tub not draining.  Kevin arrived on time and was very professional throughout his time working in the house.  He wore a mask and shoe protectors and nicely folded my bathroom rugs and put his own work mat down.  Snaked the drain thoroughly and then cleaned up after himself, replacing my rugs when finished.
I'd highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing service.  I've definitely got his card at the top of my stack now!

Johnny did a great job fixing our drain problem. I was quoted $295.00 to unclog our drain. When he couldn't get it unclogged he had to open the wall. He said that would cost more. He proceeded to open the wall and fixed the problem. Cost more! $675.00 for 1 hours work. You are correct. Two other people came out and couldn't get it unclogged.

Excellent company. Our water heater was starting to fail so I called Reed plumbing to inquire about our options. We had an AO Smith water heater and it had lasted for so long (19 years ) we wanted another one. I talked with Marco and he laid it out plain and simple. He and Raul came out the next day and an hour later my water heater was in. They replaced old fittings, valves and added a new drip pan. Great guys I highly recommend this Company.

Contact a few plumbing companies in the morning for a kitchen sink back up. Gator Rooter and Plumbing responded instantly and was able to send someone out the same day. When Robert arrived, I explained to him the situation. He grabbed his tool and went to work instantly. Robert was in and out in less than an hour and the issue was resolved!

Adu helped me replace the toilet and took care some small repairs without charge. He is very responsive and helpful. He sent me pictures after his work. His price was very reasonable and he provided good quality of work. I have a few more projects and definitely will work with him. I really appreciated his help and highly recommended him.

This is a repeat of what I wrote on another occasion. We recently again had need of Art's capable hands for a home plumbing problem. Everything I wrote before applies, so I am gratefully resubmitting this review: I wouldn't hesitate for one minute to recommend Art Hansen for a plumbing job.  We are a senior couple who had put off some plumbing repairs in our 1924 Palo Alto home until we could ignore them no longer. Not knowing where to turn, I looked at the reference page of Yelp and I was convinced immediately that he was our guy. Art was everything a professional plumber should be and so much more. He's thoroughly professional, responsive, diligent and highly skilled. Understanding what some of our plumbing issues were (past tense) with our vintage fixtures, he went about remedying our long standing problems. He took pains to explain the nature of the problems and the possible remedies. Had I known how  little effort it should take to flush a toilet or to stop a faucet from dripping, we would have called him long ago. I want to add that our problems were not trivial. This was not a question of a washer here or there. Parts (difficult to find) were required, and Art had to return several times to complete the job. He did all work neatly and cheerfully, actually working with my husband to find sources for the parts. We recommend him with confidence.

From the first call till the end of the job, service was outstanding. Cedric was polite and got the job done. I would call them again and recommend to anyone looking to get the job done.

I hired Palo Alto Plumbing to fix my heater and they did great.  JAIME was amazing; he ordered the part then came back to install it.  Heater works great now.

i got a new washer and gas dryer then realized i needed all the water and gas pipes done. i called josh and his crew they came out on date on time as expected ready to work. very friendly and professional. i am how you can say a little ocd and i was amazed how centered and level everything was when i came out and i think my yard was cleaner than when they got there. i trust these guys to do all my plumbing work home and business  and know that it will be done up and above normal standards.

Our water heater suddenly stopped working the pilot light went out and we were unable to relight it. It was a 12 year old tank. I put the job out on Yelp and Enrique responded very quickly. His reviews were good and his quote was very reasonable against others. He fit us in the next day, he arrived on time (wearing a mask) and got the job done smoothly and efficiently. He fitted a top of the line water heater. While he was here he helped us out with another small plumbing job which was very much appreciated. I will definitely call upon Enrique with any future plumbing needs.

I had  some electrical problems in my house and called a electrician to come and check it out but he just kept changing things and nothing worked. So I found PC and They sent Eric out and he found the problem right away. He was super nice and explained everything was doing I will definitely use them in the future.

My tenant reported a water heater leak @ 8:00am.  I called Wade Eldridge and they (Chris & Nick) were out that afternoon, on time.  They brought a lighthearted attitude with them, and worked efficiently & resourcefully, as a team,  -  which counts, because they just charge you by the hour. Luckily, we had easy access to the unit, but I was also able to save some money by clearing the work zone and draining the heater prior to their arrival.   New 40 gal heater, new flex lines, pipe cutting & soldering, new earthquake strapping, old heater gone - $762.

Vince is very professional at his work and 24*7 approachable guy for any plumbing issue at your house.

We had an issue with the  garbage disposal and pit trap twice.  
He was so responsive and prompt to come and solve the issue on the very next day.

He was very patient and took the time to explain us the source of the problem and  everything he was doing to fix it.
He answered all my questions and gave some precautionary measures to follow which were really helpful.

He only charged the basic service fee.
He is a very friendly and well natured person with always a smile on his face.

He is the go to person for any plumbing service in our house.

Also, Vince offers a reliable warranty and he stands by it.

It was Christmas season and we noticed in the night time that our pit trap was broken .

He came the very next day and replaced it with a new pipe for free!!

My parents always called on Guy Plumbing and always received the best advice and repairs from them.  I have hired them for the past 23 years and they've fixed very difficult problems, given advice that saved me time and money and have always been very honest, professional and expert in their work.  So that makes me a SECOND generation, very happy customer of Guy Plumbing, but that's nothing -- Guy Plumbing is a FOURTH generation, family owned and operated company that has helped people since 1948!  Troy (of Guy Plumbing) came today and once again amazed me with his helpfulness, ability, good humor and efficiency.

Unfortunately I must add to what the other negative reviews said. Was the man who came in to fix a clogged bathtub drain friendly? Yes. And I truly believe he tried his best. However, he couldn't unclog it with the tools he had, so he said someone else would come with the necessary tools. Unfortunately, he left my tub and bathroom in general covered in toxic smelling sludge. No attempt to clean anything, so I can't use the bathroom much at all.

I have to wait until the following day for the person with the correct tools to come by, they said. So I'll update this when that happens. As it is now, I'm left at home for quite a while with a bathroom in much worse state than it was to begin with, after paying $325 for something that wasn't done. Truly hoping nothing was permanently damaged, or it'll come out of my deposit.

I have been using Thomas Plumbing for a while for all of my heating and plumbing needs. Dave Thomas and his team are very knowledgeable and recommend what is needed and no more. They have done some complicated HVAC work for me, fixed my heater and performed the more mundane work of unclogging pipes. Great to work with them!

We had Frank from Benjamin Franklin plumbing come out to fix our dish washer and he was great, fast, and wonderful to work with. We also happened to ask about this terrible noise that our pipes were making, and he fixed it quickly (and cheaply). We also appreciated that Frank came quickly to our house to fix everything. We had first called other plumbers in the area but were either cancelled on or they didn't show up. I did read the other reviews and see there might be some problems with the company itself, but Frank was great!!
