My sink has been clogged for over 3 weeks, and I tried a lot of things to fix this. Draino didn't do it, called another plumber and they companies snake broke in the pipes. I was so fed up with this situation, and luckily we found them through a referral. My goodness, they are punctual, polite, bilingual, and patient with everything, took there time to explain what the issue was and how they manage to fix it. I was floored with how fast they fixed the issue. Would use again and would gladly recommend them to everyone.

I definitely recommend the Ye Olde Handyman. He has a lot of knowledge about so many things when it come to the repairs you need. I first used Ye Olde Handyman to install electrical for my new hot tub. Ye Olde Handyman has also taken care of the repairs of rotted roof along with the removal of the chimney. Now that the roof is patched any chimney gone time to have him tear out the fire place and patch the floor.

Simply Green Plumbing did an amazing job of re-piping my entire house with new copper piping.  It was a huge job, and they did it in one day with a minimum of inconvenience to me and my family.  John Moniz and his crew were professional, courteous, and very efficient, cleaning up after the job was complete so my house looked better than when they got there.  John even came back the following week to put in some finishing touches for me!  Their prices are competitive and fair, and I would definitely use them again for any pluming issues.

It was an emergency! My neighbor's waste water was being back-flowed into my kitchen and it was flooding!! We turned off all the water in the condo building, everyone had no water, I called a dozen plumbing places and they were all booked and everyone could not come out until the next afternoon!!  I went down the list, called Kevin, he came out 30 mins later, unclogged, talked to my neighbors, explained everything, clean up my kitchen, and gave me a very reasonable price!!  I can't believe I found him, thank you Kevin!!

The typical emergency call for a plumber where we are at their mercy. Our elderly parents needed a water heater in very short order. Johnny was on site within 3 hours, was crystal clear on the needs and cost. He was friendly, helpful and well received by our parents. He did the job quickly and efficiently. Can't ask for more from a blind search on Yelp. Thanks!!

Need to thank Robert for his assessment of my problem.  A strong odor was emanating from my master bath for the last 10 days.  Robert made the trip out  and determined it was not sewer gas or a broken pipe.  He could have easily changed the toilet ring or ran a line to clean my drain lines charging me a-lot.  His assessment was the odor was from a decaying animal in the wall or attic. Recommended a rodent removal company if the smell persist after 2 weeks. His honest assessment is much appreciated.  He will be my future stand by plumber!

Art's the best. I was in panic mode when my six-year old water heater started leaking water. I did a quick google search, only to find an eHow article describing the steps to DIY-ing. I read  the word solder and got the hell out of there. I'm not what you (or anyone else) would call a 'handyman', so I went down the Yelp list of plumbers, only to find the water heating biz is a task many don't seem too specialized in.

Art of AG Plumbing obliged and  came to inspect and diagnose. He returned next day with the appropriate parts. The total procedure took less than an hour. He was extremely professional and thorough and also took a quick look at my uncooperative kitchen faucet (side problem). Art even followed up with a courtesy call to see if things were working right (which they were) so I would definitely do business with again!

Our pipes were backed up to our tub and shower! We called Cedric and he arrived within 30 mins and fixed everything to like new within 1 hr! He even cleaned up our mess. Super friendly, reliable, and helpful!  He is our go to plumber now! So happy we found him.

They are amazingly good and honest. I am a landlord with multiple properties. I had used my fair share of plumbers. I worked with three of their technicians with different jobs. I found out they are all very knowledgeable and experienced at their assigned jobs. The owner must selected and trained his crew carefully and care about his business reputation very much. The only thing is they are very busy. Typically, you have to wait for a couple of days for an appointment. But I will say, it definitely worth the wait if your issue is not urgent.

Josh Fisher just finished Plumbing my house. His price was good, he was extremely respectful and professional, he and his guys were fantastic start to finish. I am a contractor, and I base my business around quality work and service. I am not easily impressed with other contractors. Josh communicated every detail of what he was going to do and how he was going to do it, and delivered everything exactly the way he said he would. I looked over the entire job start to finish. No one could have possibly done a better job. I now have a plumber to recommend to my customers that I can count on to keep up my good name. Excellent work Josh and crew!

These guys are the real deal.   Had a stoppage in my cast iron main sewage line.   The team showed up on time as promised, worked tirelessly to snake and hydro clean the line - and we are up and running again.   Enrique suggested that I consider replacing the cast iron lines with PVC at some point to avoid problems associated with aging cast iron.    Will definitely hire these folks again for any plumbing related needs or replacements.  

Invoice received via email with Quickbooks and payment was a breeze.  Pleasure to work with a professional company that has high integrity in all regards and priced fairly.

UPDATE 9/25/2020:  Enrique and his team came back to do a few more jobs for me in the last few days, including adding a secondary cleanout for the main line in front of the house; great idea and it was done flawlessly with total regard to quality and asthetics.   These guys totally rock and stick to their firm quotes.   Can't go wrong with this operation, give them a try.

We have used Pacific Coast previously for electrical work and were extremely pleased so we contracted with them to tune up our furnaces (we have two) and do a complete cleaning of all the duct work (we recently finished some major renovations). The work performed by Eduardo and Jesus was outstanding; both were professional, courteous and the neatest technicians I have ever seen.  They arrived right on time and kept me informed of their progress, they even put new vent covers on for me.

I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of work performed by and staff  at Pacific Coast Electric, Heating and Air - everyone I have spoken to,or worked with has been amazing.  I highly recommend them

I called the plumbing company on Thursday afternoon (02/22) and they sent Tom over around 8:30am the next morning.  The dispatcher, Nicole, had asked for some photos of the bathroom tub/shower faucet (old Delta faucet, over 40 years old) that was causing the problem (very little hot water dispensed; cold water had plenty of water pressure).  Tom knows his stuff, and tried to use a trick to force water pressure to try and clear the possible clog in the faucet value.  It did not solve it.  Tom said that it seemed a little more hot water was coming through, but still not acceptable (according to him).  The only solution was to have an entire new faucet, value, spout and shower head replaced, as well as replacing some copper piping that handles the water pressure up to the shower head.  I gave my OK for the job to be done, and he immediately left  (gone less than 1/2 hour) to go to his supplier in Campbell, who had all the needed parts to fix my faucet.  He had originally quoted me 5-6 hours to fix this, but in actuality, he spent about 3:15 to do this job.  A new Delta faucet system now has strong cold AND hot water coming through.  Through his boss, Tom was also able to get me a courtesy discount on this job, which I did not expect.  Tom is an excellent plumber (he told me he has been doing this for over 30 years), and has the best demeanor and customer service focus that is rarely found in many service trades.  I am sold on Tom and Eldridge & Sons Plumbing.  Solid 5 stars... nothing less.

One morning noticed some leaks from the pipe joints on my water heater
and called a couple of places before hitting on VIP Plumbing. Luckily,
Vince was free and came over right away and did a quick assesment and
recommended changing the WH which was 16 years old. It took him just under three hours to replace the entire WH and all the connections. I was lucky to get same day service for the WH replacement. He replaced my old WH with a new 50g American Standard WH which works great.

He is very professional, explained the whole process before starting work and very knowledgable about WH and plumbing. His pricing is also reasonable for the amount of work done. I would totally recommend VIP Plumbing.

We needed 2 replacement toilets.  Camille was very helpful and knowledgeable about the TOTO toilets and we were able to have them installed the same day we bought them since there was some room in their schedule!  Overall, we couldn't have been more pleased with the experience!

These people should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. A 50 gallon water heater only costs about 500-600 dollars. They quoted over $3000 to install and dispose of an existing water heater. No one should ever pay that much. Do not use them. They are obviously taking advantage of people.
They charge $65 dollars to come out and inspect and put you on the hook for the $65 bucks then give a quote for a service they know that no one in their right mind would pay for.

This review is LONG overdue, but the guy they sent out was responsive, patient, and knowledgeable :-). He educated me and my husband about our water softening tech and advised us regarding our hot water tank. Would definitely recommend these guys. They're smart, reasonably priced, and prompt - what more could you ask for?

One word for them - Terrible. I called them a day ahead to setup an appointment for my kitchen sink faucet.. They gave me 3 hour window from 2-5PM the next day. Right then I was impressed at first at how prompt they were.

Then the next day I took my afternoon off from work from 2-5PM and came home to wait for them to show up. In the middle of this timing window provided by them, their office calls me up saying that they can't send anyone over for the next 2 days because some of their guys didn't show up.

What I'm disgusted about is not even that they could not send someone over for an appointment they agreed on, but that they waited till during the timing window, wasted my day and then bailed on me.

I would give them 0 stars if i could.
