Juan was very responsive when I called and was
able to come check out the problem. He recommended getting a new toilet instead of fixing it since it was 20 year old toilet. When I called him next time he came within the hour and installed the new toilet and made sure to check everything twice. Would highly recommend him for plumbing services.

Nick is a very friendly and experienced handyman. He came to my house earlier than scheduled. Went through all the details and made sure we're aligned on everything before doing any work. He's got all the tools and materials ready in his van so it was zero work for me. It was super awesome, and I would definitely work with him again in the future

Update: Russell called the next day, very concerned about what had happened. Although he could not changed the fact that the leaks had occurred he offered to do whatever he could to make things right. He offered to refund the amount paid for the original repair. I consider this extremely generous and it shows a real commitment to customer satisfaction.

Kevin is amazing! I had some plumbing issues, because the house is old and needs a lot of attention. He took the time to carefully explain everything to me, took pictures of the rusted pipes, and helped fix the plumbing in the kitchen and bathroom area. I found him to be very reliable and knowledgeable about his craft. I highly recommend reaching out to him! He also worked on several houses in our area that are being remodeled and was referred to me by my neighbor across the street.

I feel like I found my personal plumber! lol Johnny is very helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. We had a leak from our toilet and he came out quickly to give us a free estimate. After some time of lagging on my part, I finally contacted him to do the work. He did an awesome job fixing the leak, and guess what, I paid 1/3 of the price he originally quoted me for. I also had him check the other leaks in the bathroom and he happily helped me.

I am now texting (and bugging) him about replacing my old tub/shower fixtures. Glad to have found a reliable plumber I can trust. I highly recommend him!

Andy, quickly responded after being contacted to completely replace my main sewer lateral pipes, using the trenchless sewer method.  He met with me and explained in detail what the trenchless method entailed.  He provided an estimate that explained the cost and possible additional costs.  Throughout the process, he kept me informed of what was happening.  His team
arrived early to perform the job, which was completed within 1 and 1/2 days.  Part of the process, involved breaking concrete and then, replacing it.  Once completed, you couldn't tell any work had been done at the site.  The company displayed great professionalism and appeared to know exactly what they were doing.  I will be contacting this company for all of my future plumbing issues.

He did a fine job at a good price.  Showed up on time and was very nice and respectful as well.

Art answered the phone and was able to be at my house within an hour! He quickly identified the issue and went to work. An hour later the backup in our line was cleared and he was on his way. He was prompt, courteous, clean and efficient. Highly recommended.

Cedric and his apprentice arrived on time to replace our propane water heater.  They both worked four hours without a break to finish the job.  They were courteous, kept us informed of their progress and time needed to finish.  Cedric let us know when he was on his way to start the job.  He adjusted the time of start to match our schedule.  His price was competitive, a bit lower than our other two bids.  His work was excellent and he followed through with his itemized bid and the receipt for money received via email immediately.  He left our property clean and as he found it.  Excellent work and friendly demeanor.

My furnace stopped working.  Called and spoke to Charlotte.  She sent Junior out to the house to inspect the furnace.  Super nice folks.  Knowledgeable, professional and friendly.  Jacob & Carlos showed up to remove the old furnace and install the new one.  They showed up on time, worked their butt's off and were very professional & courteous.

i got a new washer and gas dryer then realized i needed all the water and gas pipes done. i called josh and his crew they came out on date on time as expected ready to work. very friendly and professional. i am how you can say a little ocd and i was amazed how centered and level everything was when i came out and i think my yard was cleaner than when they got there. i trust these guys to do all my plumbing work home and business  and know that it will be done up and above normal standards.

It's a month later, and my project is done. Overall it's been a good experience working with PCHM. Carlos, Christian and Kenneth were meticulous and dedicated in their work. Again, they were respectful of the elders and a toddler crying in the house. Christian suggested good places to add the new circuit wires that are solely used for our space heaters. My mom enjoyed talking with Kenneth who ended up introducing himself in our Ilokano dialect. He ended crawling all over our attic to add new circuit wires. Carlos ended up returning to add the circuit breakers and attach the wires.

Overall, I appreciate the warmth, honesty, and professionalism of the electricians. I felt comfortable asking questions and clarifying any concerns regarding next steps with Jaime via text. I also appreciate the customer service representatives I called weekly as requested updates regarding fee updates and adjustments.

I'd definitely use them again if I had a plumbing problem.  Had Nick give me an estimate which was fine with me and then I scheduled a time for the work to be done and no problems.  Personable, knowledgeable and did what he said he'd do.

Vince helped fix my water heater and he was able to stop by on a holiday in the evening. Very friendly, informative guy and fixed the problem quickly.

The plumbing service was fine.  But the plumber spent at least 20-30 minutes telling me about his childhood days playing sports in Northern California, from the Bay Area to Clear Lake, budding football star who was discriminated against by the coaches.  I complained that I was charged for the full-time that the plumber was there, even though I am sure that they could have done the job much faster without all of the storytelling, which I had to endure through.  At $146/hr, 15 minutes is worth $36.50, so this is what I believe to have been overcharged for, and I told them so at their office. I had been waiting for the new bill, to be reduced by $36.50, it just arrived, but disappointingly, with no change to the amount, no reduction.  This is my reason for writing this review, I believe I was over-charged.  Needless to say, I will be looking for another plumber in the future.

Awesome service! They were able to come out the next day. They gave us a time frame and called 30 minutes before their estimated arrival. Patrick arrived and had shoe protectors on ready to get the job done. We had a small leak on our master bathroom toilet. With the holidays, we just shut it off and then it sat for two months. So of course, our issue did not appear to be an issue when help finally arrived as the leaking could not be seen. Patrick went ahead and took everything apart to check and make sure there was no water damage underneath. He replaced the seal and put everything back together in a timely fashion. Highly recommend this company and love the fact we can support local businesses!

Had an appointment scheduled for Saturday and they canceled my appointment that morning with no alternatives but to wait a few days.   I don't know why I decided to try this company but I thought why not, my mistake.  I decided to contact Mr. Rooter who I had used in the past and they came out that day and completed the job quickly.  I will never call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again.
