We had issues with our back shower and front shower, every six months had some kind of back up.  We contacted NG and they assessed what needed to be done and they were on time, reliable and very upfront with what they were going to do.  We had to have 60 feet of old corrosive pipe replaced and their pricing was very fair and they got it done in one day!  They also replaced out toilet in our back shower.  Please give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

Nick is not just a handyman, he is a licensed electrician and plumber. Having all this knowledge and years of experience in a single contractor makes him a time saver and unique professional in this business. Everything that's sometimes wrong with contractors he got it right: 1) He communicates by txt and is very responsive. 2) Once you're on his schedule you can count that he will be at your home by the time he promised or you will get a txt in advance if his prior job is taking a bit longer. 3) Although he charges by the hour he is super good at estimating how long it would take and therefore you won't run into surprises at the time of paying him. 4) He drives a big van full of supplies, so he is not one of those that either use time during the job to buy what he needs or requires you to provide it unless you want to. 5) He is very thorough and pays a lot of attention to details. He will clean everything after he finishes and he will ensure you're happy with the job before he leaves. If not, he will rework it until you're happy.

At my house he fixed leaking toilets, fixed patio doors that were misaligned and stuck, patched and re-attached a towel rack, fixed a back yard gate, sealed a bath tub and a shower and finally re-grouted a bathroom floor.

I hired Russell and his crew to extend a natural gas line into a new patio and also do some outdoor and indoor water plumbing work. Out of all the contractors I interviewed, Russell was the most detailed and took took the time to explain every aspect of the install, the various options and reasons why he recommended different approaches, even before I hired him. He also recommended a few changes and additions to my initial request, but wasn't pushy. I ended up doing some but not all of the suggestions and I'm very happy with how everything turned out. There was a slight delay in completion, but even though there were some unforeseen complications, he stuck to the original price he quoted. I got cheaper bids for the same project, but Simply Green was not much more expensive, they seemed way more experienced at the type of plumbing they were doing, and did much more due diligence before making an estimate. I worked with four different contractors for different parts of the same larger project, and Russell was definitely the best out of all of them at communicating and educating me so I could make decisions about what exactly I wanted. Unlike some other crews I've worked with over the years, I got the sense that the whole crew was firing on all cylinders the whole day, every day they were out here.  The work passed inspection without a hitch. I would definitely recommend Simply Green Plumbing.

I was having an issue with our washing machine backing up into the bath tub and then the bath tub not draining.  Kevin arrived on time and was very professional throughout his time working in the house.  He wore a mask and shoe protectors and nicely folded my bathroom rugs and put his own work mat down.  Snaked the drain thoroughly and then cleaned up after himself, replacing my rugs when finished.
I'd highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing service.  I've definitely got his card at the top of my stack now!

Johnny's the man!  He just came by and fixed our warehouses leaking toilet.  We had another plumber come out and attempt to fix this toilet about 6 months ago, but with no results.  Johnny quickly diagnosed what the issue was and explained the solution to us in detail.  He did exactly what he said he would do, and now the toilet is as good as new.  I found Citywide Plumbing on Yelp, so I feel inclined to leave another great 5 star review.  It's well deserved.  Thanks again Johnny & Citywide Plumbing.

You get what you pay for.   Professional, courteous, experienced plumbers, excellent workmanship, materials that meet national and local code and standards.  This was a not a major repair of rather clearing stoppage another company was unable to.

 As the daughter, sister, niece, cousin, ex-wife, of qualified licensed (& unlicensed) plumbing contractors (who chastised me for not getting a professional initially)..  I was left to locate a reasonable and competent plumbing concern.  My homegrown retired & out-of-state plumbers were not readily available   Previously, another local company misdiagnosed

WOOOOOOOOOOOW!   20 stars for this company.  I can see now why this company has so many 5-star reviews.  All well-deserved. They helped me replace a broken sump pump in the basement and they earn five stars each for timeliness, communication, value, and service.

First off, it's really hard to find a company that replaces sump pumps; not every plumber does it.  My normal plumber was not available for three weeks so I did a Yelp search.  The first two plumbers didn't do them.  So I tried searching Sump Pump instead.  I found a company that replaced them but they wanted to charge me up to $1700 for parts and labor and they couldn't come until tomorrow.

This company charged me $837.50 out the door.  And they showed up today!
I called them at 10 am and they were here with parts by 12:45!  They even went to Cal Steam to buy a brand new part with accessories right after I called and showed up at my door with the parts and everything needed. Amazing!   Andy answered the phone and I think runs the show.  Nestor did all the labor and was super professional, kind, and skilled...in and out in 1.5 hours.  Everything was cleaned up, too, and no mess.  

Continued to success to this company. I will certainly use them again in the future.

Abdu was spectacular. Super responsive, timely and did great work for a very reasonable cost. Our front loading washer needed the gasket replaced and was frankly just gross. The part I ordered was missing a component. Abdu tried to make it work but couldn't so he went to a local store to get the part and came back the next morning. Dryer looks completely new, clean, the door shuts with a good seal now. Thank you Abdu!!

Art came over to help with a leaking sink in a house we rent. He didn't solve the problem, left a puddle of water on our things underneath the sink and wouldn't answer my questions.  He was also quite rude to me in person and to my landlord on the phone- he repeatedly interrupted me when I tried to ask basic questions about what information he needed and next steps, said to me yes you already said that, and to my (female) landlord, I'm going to repeat myself again so-and-so, and seemed angry with her. He seems to have a problem working with female customers if I had to guess the discrepancy in experiences posted here.  Send the male of your household if you have to deal with him. When I asked him to calm down, he didn't apologize. He picked up his wrench. So I asked him to leave. The leak remains.

Great plumbing company. Came out right away and handle our issue for us at our home. The prices were fair.

In 2009 we purchased a new Carrier heating system from John F. Dahl, which is no longer in business.  We are very happy with the heating new system.  In Fall 2010 we needed to change out the air filter, so I turned to the heating company which assumed the Dahl phone number, Palo Alto Plumbing, Heating and Air.  I ordered the filter over the phone and went to pick it up.  I nearly fell over when I heard the price (knowing it was essentially made of inexpensive materials and mass produced).  I asked how one air filter could possibly cost $65.60 and did not get a satisfactory answer.  This year I went in search of a new source online. Yippee!  I found them for $17 each.   The lesson is ALWAYS look online before ordering anything, and NEVER order a filter from this company.

Josh Fisher just finished Plumbing my house. His price was good, he was extremely respectful and professional, he and his guys were fantastic start to finish. I am a contractor, and I base my business around quality work and service. I am not easily impressed with other contractors. Josh communicated every detail of what he was going to do and how he was going to do it, and delivered everything exactly the way he said he would. I looked over the entire job start to finish. No one could have possibly done a better job. I now have a plumber to recommend to my customers that I can count on to keep up my good name. Excellent work Josh and crew!

Night before last I woke up @ 3 a.m. to go to the bathroom and heard water running....no faucets open and toilet was not running.  I went downstairs and the noise was louder in the closet but no water in the house that I could see at 3 a.m. Turned the water off outside at the main valve and the water running sound stopped.  When it got light I looked at the meter to see if it was spinning and it wasn't moving which means it isn't an outside pipe break in the yard....WHEW!!  I then went to the room under the house where the hot water heater is and no water puddles or water leaks anywhere under the front part of the house....WHEW! I then turned the water valve on and went back up to the meter and it was moving but slowly.  I had to shut off the water to the house which was a complete bummer because I am 3 weeks post hip replacement surgery and NEED water. Yesterday I looked again in the closet where the loud water sound was and yep...when the water was on it had been seeping in on the closet wood floor and wall was wet.  I called Henry's Plumbing today, they came out this afternoon and :
Cut open the drywall in the downstairs bedroom closet.
Exposed pipe leak.
Found old corroded galvanized water pipe leaking in inaccessible area causing water damage to walls and floors.
Cut and removed old corroded cold water line.
Cap off and removed other old water lines.
Turned water on and flushed system.

Our problem was a simple one that I could have addressed. Decided not too since I had a business to run instead. James Glover and a trainee arrived on schedule and ready to work. Oh and did I mention this was a young lady trainee. Well James took her and explained what needed to be done, which the trainee then discussed with me in a professional manner. A little over an hour later they had all buttoned up and were ready to head to their next job. Since I'm an inspector it is good to see a company take the time to bring someone new into to the trades with a professional program.

These guys are amazing! Very very honest, knowledgeable and professional. Quick workers who are very careful when in your home. They spent more then half the day at our house replacing drain pipe and they did an incredible job. Chris, Nick, Wade- they are  all great. They patiently took the time to answer all my questions. I have had a re- occurring drain problem for years, usually plumbers come in, and just put a band aid on it, charge too much, and don't actually fix the problem. These guys have patience and knowledge and took the time to actually fix the problem at a reasonable price. These guys are really on the ball! I  absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to all my family and friends.

I asked multiple businesses for quotes on Yelp. Vince was the only one that actually read my message and answered my questions adequately from the first message instead of giving some generic response to call them. That was a good sign and it was the right choice. He gave me a fair price and was very professional and did the job cleanly and quickly. I already recommended him to a friend and would hire him again for future needs.

We had a leaking pipe in the shower so I called the Guy plumbing.They responded right away and sent someone over within a few hours. Not only did they fix my leaking pipe, they also tightened my shower heads and checked other potential leakages, I am very pleased with their service. Next time when I have a plumbing issue, I know who to call now.

Planned my day around their arrival window just to get canceled 40 minutes into the arrival window. No solution offered by them, not even an attempt to reschedule. Unbelievaby unprofessional.

My water heater leaked all over the garage and under my house, eeek!  Called Thomas Plumbing and they sent someone out right away, found  the problem and recommended that I get a new water heater.  They did the fix that afternoon.  They were very pleasant to work with and I would recommend calling them for plumbing issues.  I will be calling them again!  Thanks!

Web site shows 24 hour emergency service and even gives a 800 number to call for EMERGENCY help.  

Call the number and the woman on the end of the phone sounds like i woke her up. After 5 minutes of not being able to understand her I hang up and call back.

I get a different lady and she is very pleasant and goes over how they will be able to fix the issue, gets all of my information.  Let me restart and say I explained from the very beginning all our toilets and sinks are backed up, i need someone out ASAP.. i actually said it twice because she told me she understood how difficult it is not having a working bathroom and I responded with we have three non working bathrooms now.

So i give her all of my information, street address, etc..  it's 11pm Sunday night and she says ok, our technician will be out on Tuesday...    HUH????   24/7 emergency service as long as you need us on Tuesday i guess.

Needless to say I went with a different plumber since I have this annoying habit of needing to use the bathroom and shower more than once every 3 days.
