I had water coming out from underneath my toilet. I called a few places, but Juan answered right away and was at my house within an hour. He figured out the problem right away and his price was decent. He also gave me advice on preventative measures.

I will definitely be using him again and I will recommend him to everyone I know that has plumbing issues.

Had a different plumbing company out to help me with a noisy plumbing problem. They diagnosed it as a faulty water pressure regulator, and gave me a verbal estimate of about $575.00. I also asked about changing the stopper in my guest bathtub. He said they would need to cut a hole in the wall (since I am on a slab) to replace it. This would be very expensive, and include drywall repair, texture and paint. I told them I was going to get another estimate, and he left.

I called Simply Green Plumbing, Jennifer dispatched Michael Silviera to my home, and he found the noise to be my toilet fill valve. He was also able to replace the bathtub stopper without cutting into the wall. All this done in about an hour and MUCH less $.

Kevin is amazing! I had some plumbing issues, because the house is old and needs a lot of attention. He took the time to carefully explain everything to me, took pictures of the rusted pipes, and helped fix the plumbing in the kitchen and bathroom area. I found him to be very reliable and knowledgeable about his craft. I highly recommend reaching out to him! He also worked on several houses in our area that are being remodeled and was referred to me by my neighbor across the street.

Fast, responsive, and got the job done! I called today to have my garbage disposal checked out. The technician was able to come within a few hours and replaced the disposal.

had a clog issue in my bathroom with water backup. it was late evening and when I called gater rooter I got a quick response. they asked me some details on the call, explained what they need to do and the pricing upfront. then within 30 mins they came and resolved the issue by snaking it out. they also helped us understand the source of the clog and what steps we can take to address it long term with estimates. overall very professional and timely help! thank you!

Asyl helped us with bathroom vanity top installation over the holiday weekend. He is very professional, quick response, good communication, quality job and reasonable price. I'd hire him again for future projects and highly recommend his work.

My toilet exploded, and after reading the Yelp reviews, Art seemed like a pretty good choice to help fix it.  He came immediately, unclogged it, carefully tested to make sure the job was well done, and even left behind the brand new plunger he used to replace my crummy one for a reasonable charge.  Very friendly, professional, and punctual--would call again!

From the second he answered the phone until he left the house, Tyler was attentive, professional and helpful. He listened carefully to what I saw as my problem, made an independent assessment of what the problem was, and offered me his professional view of what my short and long term options were. Plummer technician max jr was awesome! Gave them a call in the morning to see if they can swing by to check my non heating water heater and came thru at a convenient time for me later that day. Fast and friendly service. Came checked my water heater found out what was wrong and 30mins later fixed! So glad I got running hot water again! Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again! If I could give 10 stars I would.

i got a new washer and gas dryer then realized i needed all the water and gas pipes done. i called josh and his crew they came out on date on time as expected ready to work. very friendly and professional. i am how you can say a little ocd and i was amazed how centered and level everything was when i came out and i think my yard was cleaner than when they got there. i trust these guys to do all my plumbing work home and business  and know that it will be done up and above normal standards.

Scheduled within 2 days from our initial phone call. Showed up on time in their clean, recognizable work van. The Technicians found & repaired an additional problem we didn't know about & repaired them promptly. Very polite & professional Technicians (& wore face masks). We highly recommend Henry's Plumbing & we will call again for any future plumbing issues.

Could not have been worse. They are dishonest, disorganized, and unethical.

Dishonest - Technician missed scheduled window. I was told I would be first appt of the day. When I called I was told he was stuck in traffic and would be there within 45 mins. There was no traffic. When I called an hour later I was told it would be another 30 mins and that he was stuck in traffic. Again no traffic. When I spoke with the supervisor I finally got the truth

Disorganized - The truth was that they had assigned an electrician for my service call and I needed HVAC (their mistake, I clearly told them I needed help wiring my new thermostat to my furnace).

Unethical - when the technician finally showed up (3 hours late), he quoted me $1,100 to run 30 feet of wire. I threw him out of my house. I have to wonder how many people this company has taken to the cleaners with outrageous quotes like this.

I ended up figuring out how to do it myself in about 3 hours. It wasn't pretty but it's done.

Don't ever do business with this company!

- Nothing in your response disputes the content of my review. In fact, you pretty much confirmed that everything I stated was factually accurate
- I wasn't looking for cheap. I was looking for a reasonable price. I ended up doing the wiring myself in a little over an hour, without any training. Your price was obscene. I wonder how many people you have ripped off with that kind of pricing
- You will never have the opportunity for my business in the future

Got the emergency of bathroom overflow, and contacted Eldridge & Sons this noon. Shortly, Chris showed up and identified the problem. Went back for the tool, and back within 20 mins. Ten more minutes later, done!

We are very pleased with the professional and prompt service Chris provided. Chris is very knowledgeable, and nice. He did his job efficiently, and neatly. The disaster of the bathroom is gone with Chris' help.

I highly recommend Eldridge & Sons Plumbing. If anything plumbing related happens later (I hope not), I have their phone #.

VIP Plumbing is A+++++ and I highly recommend.  Vince is very knowledgeable in what he does and an expert in installing water softener/filter system.
He designed and installed the water softener/filter system including 3 bypass valves and a hose bib.  The work he does is truly professional and so far everything has been running smoothly.
Overall, I'm very happy with his service and won't be hesitant to hire Vince again

Had a wonderful experience with this company! Technician was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Service was quick and reasonably priced. Tech came in to fix a broken spout diverter and I appreciated that he did a quick check on everything else in the bathroom to check for any other minor adjustments. Would highly recommend for anyone in need of a plumber!

Our water heater was leaking this past Monday, and got an appointment on Tuesday. Jerry and Titus came out and they were great. They prepped everything, lining the carpet up and down the stairs. Did I mention our water heater is on 3rd floor of townhouse. Our water heater was not easy to replace, taking it out proved to be difficult, and then when they were filling up the tank it was leaking due to crack in pipe leading into it. Jerry knew exactly what part was needed and replaced it. It took 8 hours to complete. Am sure this job is one they won't soon forget!

Benjamin Franklin plumbing sold us an on-demand water heater 7 years ago which recently started leaking.  We contacted that manufacturer of the unit who provided us with the new heat exchanger which was covered under warranty.  Unfortunately, labor was not included in the warranty coverage so we contacted BF plumbing to have a service person come to our house and replace the part.  Here is a summary of our experience:

I asked the person on the telephone if BF has experience servicing this make/model water heater and she responded, Oh yes absolutely!.  I then made an appointment to have a service person come out two working days later, between the hours of 8 AM - noon.

On the day of the appointment, having taken a day off work, nobody had arrived by noon so I called them and the person I spoke to told me that they had a scheduling error.  So much for the company that advertises itself as The Punctual Plumber.  To their credit, they apologized and told me they would have a technician out by 2:00 PM and the technician arrived shortly before 2:00.  I thought that everything would be back on track, but this was when things got ugly....

The technician told me that the unit was installed incorrectly and offered to fix everything for me.  When I told him that the unit had been installed by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, he told me that the company was under different ownership previously and that they were not responsible for what the company had done when it was under prior ownership.  Even if that was a true statement, I would think that a company with an ounce of integrity would stand behind an installation that has their name attached to it.  When I told him that I only wanted the leaking part fixed, he hum-hawed around, telling me how difficult it would be to repair, and then stated that he thinks someone back at the shop knows something about these units but that it is too difficult to fix while is it hanging on the wall and would need to be completely disconnected and taken back to the shop (not true according to the manufacturer of the unit).

He then told me he could get me hot water the same day be installing a new unit at a discounted price of FOUR-THOUSAND-FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!!  We paid 3,500 for the original unit which had included all of the conversion costs to switch to a tankless water heater.

I sent him away (thankfully he did not charge for the service visit...he was clearly embarrassed) and referring to the instructions that came with the replacement heat exchanger, successfully changed out the part myself, having had no prior experience, and without removing it from the wall, in about four hours simply by carefully following the instructions provided by the manufacturer of the unit.

Pretty sad when a company misrepresents its experience, arrives late, does not stand behind its prior installation and tries to take advantage of the situation by selling us an even more expensive unit.  Also pretty sad that they are unable to service a unit that they sold us.  On the positive side though, if the dang thing ever leaks again, I will know how to fix it myself (it really wasn't that difficult).

I gave them one star only because zero stars is not an option.....
