I am very satisfied with the work that was done by this company on my home.  I needed the kitchen sink faucet replaced.  I called Emerson and texted him a copy of the existing faucet.  He arranged for a new one to be purchased and their employee showed up at the appointment time and removed the old faucet, installed the new one (which was of good quality), cleaned up and tested the new faucet.  A great job overall for a reasonable price!

Nick has been extremely helpful with our home repairs. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and takes pride in his work. He's always willing to take the time to explain things and offer helpful suggestions or ideas. I will continue to use him for any needs moving forward and highly recommend his expertise.

Backed up pipe. Russell (the owner) returned my Saturday call. Although he was the only one working and on a job he promised to get back to me. He did - estimated he could be here at 4:30.  He kept that promise, too.

SimplyGreen had been out before, two years ago, for the same issue. At the time they left the drain pipe at the clean out open. Thanks to that the backup occurred in the driveway and not in my house.  Small thing but it made a big difference.

Russell looked it over and noticed that I had another clean out at the property line. This one had a damaged cap.  He opened it, cleaned out the rubble of the broken cap, and realized that block wasn't in my property but in county property.  He walked me through calling the county and told me that they would respond quickly.  Shortly after the county truck pulled up.  The county guy (Mark) cleaned out the pipe and fixed the problem.

Russell could have skipped telling me about the county - I had no clue - and charged me more than double. But he did the right thing even though it meant I only paid for the consolation visit. More than the one time savings for me it means I no longer worry about this reoccurring and, worse, eventually having to spend thousands to replace something.  Its a county issue - I know how to get it fixed quickly for free now - and eventually the county will deal with any pipes that need to be replaced.

Besides doing honest work Russell was also friendly and very helpful, even seeing to it that the  damaged cap got replaced.

I've had really good  experiences with KVN plumbing. They come when they say, The work is done professionally and I never have to wait around for them. The customer service is amazing and they are always friendly. I have had multiple problems in the past  year when I have requested their service and they have always done an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone in the area!

Totally appreciate CityWide (Johnny) for his prompt response to my call for assistance in hooking up some gifted appliances, and replacing an old rusted gas pipe from the meter to the house. The work was done quickly, efficiently, professionally, and priced reasonably. Johnny is a good guy, too, very friendly, as is his assistant Joey. This is the 2nd time over the years I've needed a plumber, and I will be calling CityWide again for future needs!

Marco plus his two helpers just installed an electric heat-pump water heater in place of my gas water heater. The plumbing is quite different, plus I have a circulating pump. I was able to schedule the work ahead of time, and they arrived promptly. Everything was done very professionally and to code. The cost was as estimated and very fair. All the old stuff was hauled off. I am very happy.

So we came home to a slow leak from our water heater and after calling around we find out that we have to replace it.  I create a quote request on Yelp and get responses from a bunch of different plumbers, including my regular plumber.  Gator, by far, gave me the best quote and could fix it the next day.  I even get a call Andres - the owner - and we hammer out the details of the replacement for the next day.  His guy was supposed to arrive at 10am, but I got a call from Andres saying his plumber was finishing up another job and would be there a little after 11.  The guy arrives - looks at the job and gets straight to work.  A few hours later and I've got hot water again.  Please note if you pay by credit card there's a nominal surcharge, but they can take check and Venmo.  Work is clean, they take away the old tank, plumber is skilled and friendly, and I really have no complaints.  Great job, Gator!  I highly recommend their work!

They did such a great job replacing my old range hood with a new one and I couldn't be happier! Very reasonable quote and responded very quickly. I highly recommend these guys! Will use them again for other jobs in the future.

Art's the best. I was in panic mode when my six-year old water heater started leaking water. I did a quick google search, only to find an eHow article describing the steps to DIY-ing. I read  the word solder and got the hell out of there. I'm not what you (or anyone else) would call a 'handyman', so I went down the Yelp list of plumbers, only to find the water heating biz is a task many don't seem too specialized in.

Art of AG Plumbing obliged and  came to inspect and diagnose. He returned next day with the appropriate parts. The total procedure took less than an hour. He was extremely professional and thorough and also took a quick look at my uncooperative kitchen faucet (side problem). Art even followed up with a courtesy call to see if things were working right (which they were) so I would definitely do business with again!

I had a back up in my kitchen plumbing and these guys were prompt in not only responding to my call, they kept me updated the whole time of when they would arrive, how long it would take, who would be the person to come and help, and respectful/professional the whole time. They knew exactly what was wrong by my terrible description over the phone and fixed my problem in under an hour; haven't had any problems since! 10/10 would recommend to anyone and glad I found a plumber I can trust

Our furnace stopped working a bit before 5 PM on this cold Friday afternoon.  I called two companies that took a long time to say they could come next week.  Then found Palo Alto Plumbing on the web.  The woman who answered the phone was intelligent, polite and understood my problem.  She quickly came back to say they could have a technician come to our home within the hour.  The technician was extremely professional and obviously very skilled.  He found and fixed the problem (a faulty transformer) quickly.  He also made the effort  to make sure everything was working properly.  I am really grateful for the top notch service and could not recommend them more highly.

i got a new washer and gas dryer then realized i needed all the water and gas pipes done. i called josh and his crew they came out on date on time as expected ready to work. very friendly and professional. i am how you can say a little ocd and i was amazed how centered and level everything was when i came out and i think my yard was cleaner than when they got there. i trust these guys to do all my plumbing work home and business  and know that it will be done up and above normal standards.

Highly recommend!!! With my first call, Enrique answered on the first ring.  I needed a toilet to be replaced, so he asked that I text him photos of the old one and the one I bought, and he replied back within minutes with a fair quote. The next morning at 8:15am, Leo and Ben showed up in a very professional truck.  They wore shoe covers, explained things about the plumbing, and did excellent work.  They also gave advice on other questions I had, which was very helpful. They noticed that I had high water pressure, and we found that the pressure reducing valve was broken.  They had the spare part, and stayed to replace that too.  Thank you!!!

These guys are amazing! Very very honest, knowledgeable and professional. Quick workers who are very careful when in your home. They spent more then half the day at our house replacing drain pipe and they did an incredible job. Chris, Nick, Wade- they are  all great. They patiently took the time to answer all my questions. I have had a re- occurring drain problem for years, usually plumbers come in, and just put a band aid on it, charge too much, and don't actually fix the problem. These guys have patience and knowledge and took the time to actually fix the problem at a reasonable price. These guys are really on the ball! I  absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to all my family and friends.

We had a water heater problem at home recently. We are glad we hired Vince from VIP Plumbing and Water Heaters to fix the problem for us. Vince has a 5-star quality in every professional aspect. We were having problems with our shower. Turns out most plumbers don't want to work on Grohe products. We called Guy Plumbing who said they would send Troy over the next day who was very good with the Grohe line. We were given a 9-12pm window. Troy arrived about 10 am, cleaned out a clogged water valve and advised us a new $300 valve may be required in the future. He said to keep using the current valve for a while. So far, the old valve is working great! Thanks Troy and Guy Plumbing for the great service.

Fantastic same day service on a weekend! I live in Morgan Hill and I called about an issue within my toilet tank and a back up. In under two hours I had someone out to my home and the repair complete. Beyond satisfied, thank you Thomas Plumbing!

Routine service, annual check with these guys who are contractor for one hour service plan. The plan charge is 20 per month. Using a power wrench, the one guy stripped the top cathode bolt and kept going until every speck of rust in the heater was let loose and completely clogged hot water system for house and required immediate replacement of water heater. Expecting two people the next day but only one shows up? Took entire day and 3400 dollars. I was suckered and don't want the same thing to happen to another senior.
