We needed to replace a 15-yr-old kitchen faucet and garbage disposal and NG was recommended by our next-door neighbor. They didn't disappoint! They made an appointment within 24 hours and were right on time. The old piping was a jigsaw of twists and turns and Juan cleaned that all up to install the new disposal. Great guys, very responsive, very clean during the work and when finished! Will use them again soon for our water heater.

Downspouts clogged after rain-- Nick cleaned them all on short notice so we're ready for the next downpour.

I've been in the property management industry for couple years and these guys try to RIP me off folks.

I had a job that should be $100 to $125 to simply do a toilet repair/maintenance. These guys wanted a whopping $415. I was stunned to say the least.

I didn't even bother for them to write up the official quote because it was so bad.

I was having an issue with our washing machine backing up into the bath tub and then the bath tub not draining.  Kevin arrived on time and was very professional throughout his time working in the house.  He wore a mask and shoe protectors and nicely folded my bathroom rugs and put his own work mat down.  Snaked the drain thoroughly and then cleaned up after himself, replacing my rugs when finished.
I'd highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing service.  I've definitely got his card at the top of my stack now!

Very satisfied. Their guy came out and ID'ed my problem (banging sound that I thought was old pipes or loose pipes) and essentially gave me a fix in like 10 minutes. Super easy.

We sold our house and on moving out day our fridge line would not stop leaking after the movers disconnected it. Because we needed to hand over the keys on the following day, I reached out to my realtor in a panic. We've never needed a plumber before and didn't know a reliable person/company to get help from.

Marco was able to squeeze us in at 8:30 the next morning, after I'd contacted him the night before around 10:30 PM. In the morning rush, we'd forgotten our keys to the home and couldn't actually get into our place to have Marco fix the issue. He had to leave to get to other appointments, but we were really lucky to have Raul come to our rescue a few hours later.

What was really awesome is that Raul explained the options for fixing the issue (from temporary fix to the right way to fix it) and provided his recommendation. Raul went to the store to purchase the necessary parts and fixed the issue within an hour of his original inspection. After he left, I put paper towel under the valve just to make sure there were no more leaks -- and it stayed completely dry for the next 5 hours until we moved out.

Marco and Raul did an awesome job and totally saved the day. I'm already planning to ask them to connect the water lines for the fridge and laundry machine when we move to our new house. I'd definitely recommend them!

Robert is the man! He did an excellent and thorough job of cleaning my storm drain. Fast, friendly and at a very reasonable cost. He got the job done just in time before the upcoming storm. I highly recommend him and Gator Plumbing!

Tegene Handyman Service helped me out so much I one hundred percent recommend these guys to do whatever you need! We submitted a Yelp request and he quickly responded, and came in for everything done and more in such a short amount of time

We called Palo Alto Plumbing Heating & Air tonight, a Sunday at 5 pm. We needed the thermocouple replaced on our water heater. The owner answered the phone and came out and fixed the problem all within 90 minutes. I really appreciated the quick service. And the price was reasonable, too. I always like to pick a locally-based company whenever I can and I will definitely call this company again based on our service tonight.

Josh Fisher just finished Plumbing my house. His price was good, he was extremely respectful and professional, he and his guys were fantastic start to finish. I am a contractor, and I base my business around quality work and service. I am not easily impressed with other contractors. Josh communicated every detail of what he was going to do and how he was going to do it, and delivered everything exactly the way he said he would. I looked over the entire job start to finish. Needed a plumber nearby Watsonville, to fix a leak from our washing machine. Called Henry's Plumbing from online google, Enrique told us Leo was coming first thing in the morning, was early, rooted out our whole line, but the leak continued on the next load, called Enrique at Henry's again, they came out the next morning early, analyzed the problem and fixed it with no further cost. I had a great experience with Pacific Coast Electricians. I called in on short notice and managed to get an electrician out the same day. Eric was our technician and he was really awesome. He listened to our needs, and made 5 options for the project we called him out for. We chose the safety upgrade. The price was reasonable and the work was beyond our expectation.

Highly recommend VIP plumbing. We had a broken hot water heater on a Saturday that Vince was not working and he came over anyway to check it out. Quickly diagnosed the problems we were having, grabbed the parts and fixed it first thing Sunday morning. We could not be happier with his commitment to his customers and service.

We had a terrible experience with Guy Plumbing.  Our garbage disposal had stopped working.  Someone from Guy came out and found a dime in the disposal in less than 5 minutes.  I was charged for a full hour service call at $156 and the plumber packed up and left before I could have him look at our leaky shower or anything else.  We live within 1 mile from Guy Plumbing.  I offered to pay the plumber on the service day and he refused payment indicating that we would be billed.  When I called to discuss the $156 charge for less than 5 minutes, Guy reduced it to $99.  Again, I offered to pay over the phone and was told I would be billed.   Now a few months later when going through our mail, I find a notice that Guy turned the $99 bill over to a collection company (I guess we never received the original statement in the mail).  Guy never called us or anything before turning our account over to collection even though we've worked with them on several plumbing projects without any issues throughout the years and I had already offered to pay the bill twice.

Appalling service. Repeatedly lied to me about the time they'd be there, ended up over six hours late for an appointment and refused me the opportunity to speak to a manager or even discuss the issue. Worst experience i've had with a company like this in my life. Would avoid at all costs.

Awesome service! They were able to come out the next day. They gave us a time frame and called 30 minutes before their estimated arrival. Patrick arrived and had shoe protectors on ready to get the job done. We had a small leak on our master bathroom toilet. With the holidays, we just shut it off and then it sat for two months. So of course, our issue did not appear to be an issue when help finally arrived as the leaking could not be seen. Patrick went ahead and took everything apart to check and make sure there was no water damage underneath. He replaced the seal and put everything back together in a timely fashion. Highly recommend this company and love the fact we can support local businesses!

We had Frank from Benjamin Franklin plumbing come out to fix our dish washer and he was great, fast, and wonderful to work with. We also happened to ask about this terrible noise that our pipes were making, and he fixed it quickly (and cheaply). We also appreciated that Frank came quickly to our house to fix everything. We had first called other plumbers in the area but were either cancelled on or they didn't show up. I did read the other reviews and see there might be some problems with the company itself, but Frank was great!!
