Juan called me back right away, gave me the best quote, and showed up a few hours later. He was in and out, in less than an hour. I had a clogged main line, he used the pressure jet to not only clear the clog but cleaned out all of the piping. We used a camera to see that it was done correctly and that there were no other issues. Really great service, very satisfied customer. I'll be sure to refer my family and friends!

I've had really good  experiences with KVN plumbing. They come when they say, The work is done professionally and I never have to wait around for them. The customer service is amazing and they are always friendly. I have had multiple problems in the past  year when I have requested their service and they have always done an excellent job. Loved that Marco our worker showed up wearing a mask as this is important as far as safety goes particularly now. We also were very thankful that he called about an hour or so before our actual appointment time as our window was from 1-3pm today. Marco showed up at around 12:30. He was all prepared in doing the job & too, was quite efficient. He also cleaned up afterwards which is a plus in my book!
Steve, my fiancé was pleased to say the least & too, thought that the price was reasonable considering what needed to be done. He worked on our bathroom sink area as our pipes were rotted to say the least...actually falling apart so we now have new plumbing/pipes there.
He wasn't there long & we will definitely be looking to using this company once again if ever the time arises.

Contact a few plumbing companies in the morning for a kitchen sink back up. Gator Rooter and Plumbing responded instantly and was able to send someone out the same day. When Robert arrived, I explained to him the situation. He grabbed his tool and went to work instantly. Robert was in and out in less than an hour and the issue was resolved!

Abdu responded quickly to my Yelp Project looking for re-caulking and grouting in a pinch. I needed less than 24 Hr. turnaround and he was able to do it. Great work, nice friendly guy, and the biggest compliment of all is that I would use his services again.

Art answered the phone and was able to be at my house within an hour! He quickly identified the issue and went to work. An hour later the backup in our line was cleared and he was on his way. He was prompt, courteous, clean and efficient. Highly recommended.

I had a problem with the water filter on my refrigerator that popped off and caused a flood in our kitchen. Palo Alto Plumbing sent Joe Sanchez  who is hands off the BEST at what he does. He actually tethered the filter to the wall so it doesn't move when the fridge is moved and put in a flexible line. But in addition to being really knowledgeable and good at what he does, he's a great and friendly guy - superb customer service - and I highly recommend him (and Palo Alto Plumbing) for any plumbing, heating or air job.

J Fisher was referred to me by another plumber. I ways very impressed with their response and their knowledge. Jim was sent to my house to replace some Kohler faucet parts. Jim was knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. I was quoted one hour and he was finished in exactly one hour. I highly recommend these guys - they are now go-plumbers!

Warning. Long review incoming.

I was in talks with a few people for a 2 unit mini-split system, and got a few quotes. I chose Pacific Coast because they said they had a WiFi unit for the price I was looking to spend.

I made an install appointment and told them that I work 60-70 hours a week and asked if they can do the install in 1 day, since I don't have a lot of free time. They said yes.

Install day came and I noticed they only brought in 1 unit. I asked them if they are installing both. They said they are only installing one unit that day and will come back another day to install the second unit. I was a little frustrated. I asked if that unit would be up and running when they were done and they said yes.

By the end of that day they said that they were done with the install. I asked if I could use the unit. They said no because the electrician has to come out and run power to it. A little bit more frustrated.

They asked me if I wanted the electrician to come out the next day. I said no because I had to rest in the morning for my upcoming 16 hour shift in the afternoon. I asked to be scheduled the next week on my next day off.

The next morning at 7am my doorbell rings and it's the electrician. My frustration level is continuing to rise. I tell the electrician he can go ahead and work and to call me if he had any issues. I go back to sleep and he calls me about an hour later. He tells me my power line coming in from the street is bad. It's frayed and burned through its housing. He said it's a fire hazard. He gives me a quote on it, and of course after hearing that, I agree to have it replaced. He also says my main electrical circuit panel is old and I should upgrade it. I agreed to it. He said he would come back out on the day the mini-split team was working. He said he would finish all the electrical that day.

Second install day is here. So both the installers and the electrician are there. I asked the installers if the second unit will be finished by that day. Their response was, I'm not sure. I hope so. Unacceptable answer. It was supposed to be a one day install. I also asked them if this unit would be able to connect to WiFi in order for me to control in from my phone. The installers looked confused and began asking each other if the unit was able to do that. The electrician was working on the main power line and the main electrical circuit panel. I asked him if he would also be running power to the mini split system. He seemed confused and told me no. He said he was only there for the main power line and circuit panel.

At this point I am extremely frustrated. This company seems as if they will tell you anything you want to hear to acquire your business. The lack of communication and professionalism is astounding.

I called my project manager and told her what the installers and the electrician told me. She said she would call me back. She called me back and told me she was sending out a second electrician to run power to the mini split system and that the mini split units had an adaptor that can be installed for the WiFi, but the adaptors are out of stock. I asked when they would be back in stock and they said they had no idea.

Everything got done that day and they said they would let me know when the WiFi adaptors were back in stock.

I got a call shortly after and they said the WiFi adaptors were in stock and I scheduled an install. The installer came and said he never installed the adaptor and looked very confused and spent a lot of time reading the install manual.

A month or 2 later, I noticed that my mini split unit in the living room was leaking water. Someone came out and said my pump was leaking. He said he fixed the problem.

Fast forward again and the unit was leaking again. This time they sealed the roof where they drilled in to install the unit.

Fast forward again and I found a leak in my garage. This time it's where they drilled a new hole to run the electrical down from the main power line to my new circuit panel. They sealed the roof.

Fast forward again and now I had a screeching noise coming from my unit in the bedroom. Someone came out and could not recreate the noise. He said next time it happens to record a video of it and text it to him directly. I texted him the video. No response. I gave up on that issue and am just living with it.

Fast forward again. The living area unit is leaking again. The guy they sent out said the last guy that sealed the roof did it wrong and that he had to re-do it.

Fast forward about a year. I get an error code and both units stop working. Guy comes out and says all the refrigerant leaked into my wall because of a bad install.

Fast forward another year and I notice the AC is cold, but not as cold as it should be. I figure the AC unit just needs to be serviced. Guy comes out and guess what? Another refrigerant leak!

Do yourself a favor and go with another company.

Great service today from Eldridge Plumbers.  Needed to install a new faucet in the kitchen.  David arrived promptly, placed a protective cover on the floor, brought his own bucket to capture water and installed our faucet quickly.  And the best part, charged lower than quoted.   I highly recommend this company.

Did a great job! And a honest price what more can I say! They fitted me that day I had a clogged sink so I was very happy! I didn't have to play the song and dance to get a estimate first and wait 2 weeks later like other companies, nope he came and worked on my sink and gave me a great price! I will defiantly use these guys again!

This is my first review I have written, but I was so impressed by the service that Troy provided, I thought it worth signing up to yelp to report it. He did a great job on my faucet repair and was a wealth of knowledge about other miscellaneous plumbing questions I had. On top of that he was super polite, which is always appreciated!

Technician was friendly and operator was very responsive.  Even though they don't have any technician that night but they scheduled me a service visit next morning.  It's $85 charge to travel but will credit it toward the work if  done by them.  The technician look at my garbage disposal for 5 mins and agree with my diagnostic it need to replaced.  He gave me a quote of $995 to replace the exact same or $885 for something similar but not exact.  I was little shocked it's that high.  We all know and expect mark up by the vendor but come on.  Isn't that that in the price gouging territory. I show the tech home depot average price for garbage disposal is around $150 (Same brand and same HP) and the most expensive one is around $400 (Fancy 2x the HP).   I understand it's a business and business can charge what they want. it's up to the customer to use the service or not.  I declined the service and i told him  i will pay for the trip charge. He advised his boss of my decision and his boss offered me $50 off if I do the work.  I gave 3 stars because of the tech was nice and operator were very responsive and as for the business practice and price quote; it will be a -1 star.

Cody, the plumper from Thomas Plumbing was a credit to his profession and to his company!!! He was professional and he had great people skills. He explained every step of what he was doing. When I asked for his recommendations he gave them clearly, then left the decisions up to me. He worked with diligence and efficiency while maintaining a cheerful attitude. When he was finished he double checked his work. I was very grateful to have my plumbing problems fixed. The price was fair too.
The bonus for me was that I have used Thomas Plumbing a number of times and I have been very happy with them EVERY TIME!!!

Web site shows 24 hour emergency service and even gives a 800 number to call for EMERGENCY help.  

Call the number and the woman on the end of the phone sounds like i woke her up. After 5 minutes of not being able to understand her I hang up and call back.

I get a different lady and she is very pleasant and goes over how they will be able to fix the issue, gets all of my information.  Let me restart and say I explained from the very beginning all our toilets and sinks are backed up, i need someone out ASAP.. i actually said it twice because she told me she understood how difficult it is not having a working bathroom and I responded with we have three non working bathrooms now.

So i give her all of my information, street address, etc..  it's 11pm Sunday night and she says ok, our technician will be out on Tuesday...    HUH????   24/7 emergency service as long as you need us on Tuesday i guess.

Needless to say I went with a different plumber since I have this annoying habit of needing to use the bathroom and shower more than once every 3 days.
