NG Rooter & Plumbing has been my go to since moving into my new Condo. The Condo itself is from the 80's and seems to need fixups here and there quite often in these beginning stages. Juan has been extremely helpful the multiple times he has been out to the property and always fixes the issues up quickly. he always has great knowledge and ability to do the work. He is also very honest and trustworthy when giving opinions on a project or issue. Fair prices and great work. Would highly recommend NG Rooter & Plumbing and ask for Juan!

He was able to install a complicated light fixture in much less time than I would've guessed. He's an absolute pro, and also an excellent communicator and extremely nice to work with.

We've had Simply Green out to the house to do various small projects and one big one - an emergency reroute of our sewer line. Their front desk is ridiculously friendly and very professional. They show up when they say they will, quote quickly and honestly and complete the work on time and on budget. They've come back several times to make small adjustments without charge. I wish those small adjustments weren't necessary but I think that's the nature of the beast. I highly recommend them.

It was an emergency! My neighbor's waste water was being back-flowed into my kitchen and it was flooding!! We turned off all the water in the condo building, everyone had no water, I called a dozen plumbing places and they were all booked and everyone could not come out until the next afternoon!!  I went down the list, called Kevin, he came out 30 mins later, unclogged, talked to my neighbors, explained everything, clean up my kitchen, and gave me a very reasonable price!!  I can't believe I found him, thank you Kevin!!

I needed a dryer vent installed for my gas dryer (in garage, very long distance to travel to the outside) and part of my gas line replaced--Johnny and his team did a fantastic job at a really fair price!
Johnny was the only plumber I talked to who recommended that I get a booster fan to help with venting and condensation build up since the vent pipe is way longer than standard due to where my laundry hook ups are in the garage. Such a good idea as it turns out!
The installation was well done, good materials used, and everything was neat and tidy when they left. Johnny was incredibly responsive via phone and email, and was on time for both the estimate and subsequent work.
I'm incredibly pleased and Citywide Plumbing will be my go-to company for any future plumbing work.

P.S. There was a small issue with the fan (a fluke manufacturing issue, nothing to do with Citywide's work), and Johnny came out to replace it and fix the problem. I really appreciated his conscientiousness and quality of service.

Had them out to put in a new shower valve and cooper pipe to fit a new shower head with control valve. Marco was on time with great customer service and advise as needed.

Responded promptly to my request. Next day appointment. Problems solved. Robert took good before and after photos so that I knew what happened remotely. Will use them again.

Our house has a water leak from ceiling and the dry wall was damaged. We contacted Abdu for repairing the dry wall. Abdu is very responsive and provided a very good price quote. He stopped by our house and finished the project within 1.5 hours (dry wall repair, finish painting). He is friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely reach out to Abdu again for any other house project we may have.

This guy is great!!!  I called Art Hansen early one Sunday morning in November, 2014, when my husband was away on business,  to ask if he could come to stop a wildly running toilet that could not be turned off at the wall.  I was more than pleased that Art answered the phone himself and agreed to come on the spur of the moment to help. He arrived promptly, quickly assessed the situation, and called the water company to turn the water off at the street, since it was not possible to turn it off otherwise.  He explained everything that he was doing that day and then the next day in great detail.   His charge for the 2-part/2-day work was very reasonable, and I was happy to pay it.  Art Hansen is a competent plumber and conducts himself in a very professional manner.  I will DEFINITELY call Art again, should dreaded plumbing issues arise.

Great Service, prompt to respond even on weekends. I will certainly be calling these guys back for future needs.

Earlier this month, Palo Alto Plumbing repaired our shower faucet cartridge.  The charge: $315.00.  There were two screw covers the plumber had a hard time replacing so he suggested that he order new ones.  

In the meantime, the shower faucet began to intermittently groan when we turned on the water.  I called to ask that someone come out to check the problem and asked whether the screw covers had come in.  Turned out they were unavailable so the dispatcher suggested that they just be put back on.

I said, great, when the plumber comes out to check the problem with the shower, he can replace those covers.  Long story short, the shower made no noise when he tried to duplicate the problem we were having.  He replaced the plastic screw covers and I got a bill for $27.50.

I've had many, many dealings with plumbers, appliance repair people, electricians.  In my experience, the screw covers would have been replaced as part of the original job.  No new bill.  No new charge.  And we would have been encouraged to call again if we continued to have problems with the shower.

I will have to work with them to fix the original repair, but I will not call them for anything else.  Nickel and dime-ing customers makes no sense in the long run.

i got a new washer and gas dryer then realized i needed all the water and gas pipes done. i called josh and his crew they came out on date on time as expected ready to work. very friendly and professional. i am how you can say a little ocd and i was amazed how centered and level everything was when i came out and i think my yard was cleaner than when they got there. i trust these guys to do all my plumbing work home and business  and know that it will be done up and above normal standards.

Highly recommend!!! With my first call, Enrique answered on the first ring.  I needed a toilet to be replaced, so he asked that I text him photos of the old one and the one I bought, and he replied back within minutes with a fair quote. The next morning at 8:15am, Leo and Ben showed up in a very professional truck.  They wore shoe covers, explained things about the plumbing, and did excellent work.  They also gave advice on other questions I had, which was very helpful. They noticed that I had high water pressure, and we found that the pressure reducing valve was broken.  They had the spare part, and stayed to replace that too.  Thank you!!!

I have utilized the services of Pacific Coast Electric, Heating & Air twice over the past year.  I found the service to be reliable and prompt  All staff and were technicians I interacted with were friendly and professional.  My first interaction was with James during an evening when my circuit breaker tripped and I could not get it back in service.  James came out the same evening I called and fixed the problem promptly.  James also gave me a quote to replace my sub-panel.

My second interaction was with AJ when I called to have the sub-panel replaced.  The process to schedule the work was easy.  AJ came out and explained the scope of work and pricing.  The work was scheduled for a few days later.

My third interaction was with Reggie and Jonathan replace my existing sub-panel.  I cannot commend Reggie enough for his attention to detail, precision workmanship, and patience.  Both Reggie and Jonathan were professional and answered my questions and concerns.  I definitely will make Pacific Coast Electric, Heating & Air my go-to company for my electrical needs.

Honestly, I wanted to give 4.5 stars, due to a detail that was missed (see below). These guys replaced the 40-ft main from the house to the city cleanout for us, to solve recurring issues with backups caused by root intrusion. their estimate was reasonable, and they completed the job quickly and stuck to the budget. they had to haul in some extra equipment due to unanticipated problems, but the minor increase in time and cost was fair and justified.

Overall the communication was good. the only issue was a couple of pvc irrigation pipes that were cut during the trenching were not repaired afterward, and were just buried. It wasn't a big job for me to dig them up and repair them myself, but it would have been easier for them to do it before backfilling and compacting everything, or just to not bury them so I could repair them without digging them up and cleaning them out.

I'd highly recommend Eldridge & Sons, and will definitely call them for any future work.

During the COVID-19 stay-at-home order, we noticed our single/handled bathroom sink was unable to be completely shut off; hot water was constantly leaking into the sink and down the drain. I shut the hot water under the sink but with all the hand-washing required, we were really missing the ability to use this bathroom. Guy Plumbing had replaced a similar faucet in another bathroom years ago, but I was reluctant to invite someone into my house during the social distancing order. I called them anyway and was told their repair service was still operating, and that they wear masks, gloves, and shoe coverings and that I could open the door, get out if the way, and that they would do the repair, clean up, and leave. I said I wanted the same faucet they replaced in the other bathroom years ago; she looked it up by my address and said it was in stock, and that the plumber was just finishing another job in the area.  I put blue tape arrows pointing the way to the bathroom on the floor before the plumber arrived; he arrived within 15 minutes (!), installed the new faucet, and left. Guy invoices by mail so this was entirely a contactless transaction.  These guys really rock!  It's great to have them in the neighborhood.

They were the only business I could find to come out and handle my situation on a Sunday night. From the time I called they were at my door within an hour, they send you a notice when the technician is on the way with a pic of the person as well.
I will admit they def do overcharge. I was quoted 225 by another company that, unfortunately couldn't make it out until the next day and ended up being charged 375 by them for the same job. I was too exhausted from trying to find someone to come out that at that point I didn't feel like trying to negotiate so I kept it to myself but did think of the pricing reviews on here. Other than that they're really organized well in having someone out to you as quick as possible with updates. The technician was very knowledgeable, clean and quick. Other than the pricing I would def recommend their service.

We usually use another plumbing company in Morgan Hill but they were not doing home service due to Covid, so we had to look for another plumber and decided to try Thomas plumbing -Morgan Hill. First time experience and it was a very poor quality service. Took 2 trips and 4 phone calls for the work to be properly completed.
I purchased a faucet for my parents house, and contacted Thomas plumbing -Morgen Hill, to remove the old one and replace it with the new one. Their technician came in at 1:31 pm, installed the new faucet , texted me at 2:46pm that he was done. And we were sent a bill for $296.
I went over my parents and saw the faucet  was loosely installed , water leaking down into the vanity drawers and under the sink. I called Thomas plumbing to report the leak issue and requested fix. I was  put through Dave, who appeared to be the owner . he denied any workmanship issue then accused me of trying not to pay.  I send him video and pictures, of the loose faucet handles and water under sink. Then called Dave back on to follow up, he agreed to sent the technician back to fix it. This was while no apologies made or empathy for the inconvenience. After they corrected the faucet and when I went there to pay, I asked for a breakdown of charges . They stated $296 was for 2 hours of labor. I informed them that their technician was there for a total 1&1/2 hr . They referred me to Dave. So I Called Dave the next day, I told him that my parents are elderly and on fixed income so I want to make sure they pay a fair charge. Dave insisted that we must pay for 2 hours despite proof i had via Ring camera and technician time of text. Dave said that tech spent 2 hours and part of it was the paperwork he was doing while in his truck.
I agreed to pay the due bill but I won't do business with them again. Thomas plumbing Morgan Hill is poor workmanship Quality, poor customer service, and were dishonest about the charges.

Routine service, annual check with these guys who are contractor for one hour service plan. The plan charge is 20 per month. Using a power wrench, the one guy stripped the top cathode bolt and kept going until every speck of rust in the heater was let loose and completely clogged hot water system for house and required immediate replacement of water heater. Expecting two people the next day but only one shows up? Took entire day and 3400 dollars. I was suckered and don't want the same thing to happen to another senior.
