I definitely recommend the Ye Olde Handyman. He has a lot of knowledge about so many things when it come to the repairs you need. I first used Ye Olde Handyman to install electrical for my new hot tub. Ye Olde Handyman has also taken care of the repairs of rotted roof along with the removal of the chimney. Now that the roof is patched any chimney gone time to have him tear out the fire place and patch the floor.

Russell was professional, knowledgeable, and took care of us right away.  His follow up and outstanding customer service were much appreciated. I would definitely use Simply Green again.

Really, No stars. Worst service ever. Left us with a leaky basement cuz he really doesn't know what to do to reseal entrances after he's installed new pipe leading to the outside egress line. Ghosted us for 3 days then he shows up with rocks (?) to seal the hole. Not even smart enough or helpful enough to either offer us a partial refund or help us sand bag the area before the next storm. Do NOT use this business. Not all small businesses have integrity. Lesson learned. My 68 year old husband  and I have been dealing with the considerable fallout !! Basement soaked two times since this work was completed . Now wondering why or how he's managed to get  such good reviews. Have u all looked to see if your crawl space is dry ?

A communication issue with another plumber who will remain nameless left us rushing to get a toilet fixed in time for the in-laws' arrival. We contacted Citywide in a bit of a panic. Citywide showed up, fixed the big problem for a fair price, fixed another smaller problem for free, and left everything clean.

Professional. Efficient and honest. I had a leak and had gotten an estimate from a franchise company named after a founding father, claiming a major re-do was necessary. Reed Plumbing fixed it in 2 hours for 5% of the cost. Yep 5%. Thanks to Reed Plumbing, I saved thousands of dollars LITERALLY for what turned out to be a somewhat minor repair.

We had a burst pipe, needed to fix  and clean up the crawlspace. We had to excavate, replace connectors, and old pipes as well on top. Very clean job. They handled everything quickly and promptly for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them for their good and thorough work.

I recommend these service. I had Abdu coming to replace a garbage disposal. Excellent job ! 5 stars for sure !

We called Hansen plumbing the morning after Thanksgiving when the sink was clogged from the huge prep work the day before. We called 5 plumbers and didnt expect anyone to call us back that morning. Art called us back within 10 minutes of our message, and came out one hour later. He did an outstanding job, was very honest , very professional and was very appropriately priced. We would highly recommend him and look forward to calling him for the next crisis.

Thought the main line was clogged because that happens in this house every 6-8 mos. Happened on a Fri. afternoon (the clogs always wait until the weekend). Dispatcher said she had someone in Santa Cruz who could be down here in around 1 hour. Ivan (the guy she was talking about) shows up, checks the sewer trap, checks the main line and then, literally, provides over-the-top service. Ivan got up on the roof (never saw that one before) and cleared the clog through one of the rooftop vents. Job Done! Turns out the clog was isolated in 2 adjacent bathrooms, inaccessible by the main clean-outs.

WORST Customer Service EVER.  We used to use Dahl plumbing and it was bought by this company.  They used to do a good job at a fair rate but after PA plumbing took over, they raised the rates.  We decided to continue using them because of our history and due to the fact that their technician was familiar with our site.  Each year the pricing gets higher and this year is my last experience with them.  
    On site the technician replaced a part for me but didn't tell me I was going to get charged for an additional HOUR ($110) of labor.  I had negotiated a flat rate for the maintenance service  (my own fault), hoping I could save money but I was actually paying them more because he did the job in 2hours (would have cost me $220), but because I had already agreed to the $290 flat fee I was overpaying by $70.  I didn't have a problem with that, because we had agreed on the flate rate.  
    What I had a problem with is they charged me another $110, claiming to change out the control board (which the technician did in the 2 hour time I was already overpaying for), they were going to charge me an additional hour!!  I was NOT told by the tech there was going to be another labor charge on top of our agreed upon flate rate. This is unethical, dishonest, and unfair. When I talked to their owner about it, he had a major attitude and said the extra one hour charge was a minimum.  I can understand if you have a minimum for onsite work, but I am ALREADY PAYING YOU $290, which would be nearly 3 HOURS of work, so his pathetic attempt to justify the $110 as an onsite minimum is ridiculous.  So in short, I am paying $400 for a job that was done in 2 hours.
   I will NEVER use this company again.  Stay away if you don't want to get ripped off.

Josh has done many jobs at my old house.  He is honest, professional, beyond reasonable, and extremely dependable.  By far the BEST plumber in the valley!!!  Thank you Josh:-)

The drain for our bathroom sink and tub was getting tarnished, crusty and corroded. I called Henry's Plumbing because of their great reviews. I was not disappointed! Leo and Ben showed up when they were supposed to wearing masks, gloves and booties. Already huge for me. Then they proceeded to remove the offending drains and luckily had a new sink one on hand. They didn't have one for the tub but cheerfully left to go find me the right one. They came back quickly and installed that as well. Now the bathroom looks terrific and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. They were efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are also very reasonably priced which is always nice. Thanks Henry's Plumbing! You are now my go-to Plumber!

Chris was great! He quickly diagnosed our issue. Explained what he thought was wrong and tested his hypothesis. He kept me updated the whole time, and was fine answering all my random questions while he worked. Not only that, he was actually early for his appointment, which I don't think I've ever experienced!

Used to be good, but my last experience was really bad. It is a shame after many years of being a customer.

My old toilet needs to be replaced. I called them and made an appointment. But unfortunately they are 35 minutes late and did not bring the new toilet as they promised. When they stepped in, I asked them to wear masks and shoes cover. The manager was very mean saying to me: you have to wear the mask too because you asked us to wear masks!! Literally I waited 3 hours and got the answer we did not understand each other well and have to make another appointment. Very very very bad service! I was wondering how could they get 5star review! They should be out of business!!!

My parents always called on Guy Plumbing and always received the best advice and repairs from them.  I have hired them for the past 23 years and they've fixed very difficult problems, given advice that saved me time and money and have always been very honest, professional and expert in their work.  So that makes me a SECOND generation, very happy customer of Guy Plumbing, but that's nothing -- Guy Plumbing is a FOURTH generation, family owned and operated company that has helped people since 1948!  Troy (of Guy Plumbing) came today and once again amazed me with his helpfulness, ability, good humor and efficiency.

I'm an apartment owner and have used 24/7 for the 3rd time now.   I found 24/7 through yelp.  Basically, I've called at odd hours because of the tenant's demand to get their toilet unplugged.   Today's situation was I got a call from the Tenant on Saturday 11:30am, I call 24/7, they said they can be there in an hour.  

They are more expensive ($145-$168)  than probably many of the people off of craigslist but I need timely, responsible, professionals who can get the job done.  

Believe me there are a lot of plumber flakes on craigslist for $45-$125/hr (no shows, don't show on time, don't do the job right, etc).   I don't want to spend any of my time nursing them through access to an apartment, not having the right part, etc.

Fantastic same day service on a weekend! I live in Morgan Hill and I called about an issue within my toilet tank and a back up. In under two hours I had someone out to my home and the repair complete. Beyond satisfied, thank you Thomas Plumbing!

We had Frank from Benjamin Franklin plumbing come out to fix our dish washer and he was great, fast, and wonderful to work with. We also happened to ask about this terrible noise that our pipes were making, and he fixed it quickly (and cheaply). We also appreciated that Frank came quickly to our house to fix everything. We had first called other plumbers in the area but were either cancelled on or they didn't show up. I did read the other reviews and see there might be some problems with the company itself, but Frank was great!!
