Nick repaired the front door and fire door going from the kitchen to the garage in my mom's house.  I submitted a quote request on Yelp to 4-5 handymen, and Nick was the first to respond.  Both doors in my mom's house are quite old and did not close properly.  Nick did an amazing job and gave me options we could take along the way.  When he was done, both doors were completely fixed to my satisfaction.  

Additionally, I asked him for guidance on maintaining the doors and he provided some great tips for me while he was doing the work.  Nick is very friendly and personable as well.  Nick obviously has a broad set of skills and I would highly recommend him for handyman work.  In fact, before he left, I booked time for him to do some work on my house in Pacifica pertaining to evaluation of mold in a wall in one of my bathrooms.    Thanks Nick!

I've been pulling my hair out lately dealing with my landscaper and roofer, which only made me appreciate how good Simply Green Plumbing is. I woke up one day to one drain clogged and another pipe leaking. Called SimplyGreen, they actually answered the phone and scheduled an appointment right away. Wish my roofer would do that! When they were running a tiny bit late, I got a call to let me know. Wish my landscaper were that courteous! They came out and did exactly what I asked, and took the time to teach me a few things to prevent it happening again. Very professional. I would strongly recommend.

I've had really good  experiences with KVN plumbing. They come when they say, The work is done professionally and I never have to wait around for them. The customer service is amazing and they are always friendly. I have had multiple problems in the past  year when I have requested their service and they have always done an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone in the area!

Johnny is the best. I had destroyed my garbage disposal by putting Drano in it for ten years (yes, I'm an idiot) and water was leaking all over my kitchen floor. Johnny was on-the-spot literally within a couple of hours and fixed me up with a brand new disposal in a flash. While he was there, he even ungunked our bathroom sink (free of charge) and showed me how to do it myself with a cheap zipper snake you can get on Amazon for a couple of bucks. Now that's great customer service!

Called Marco at Reed Plumbing to have both the hot and cold water pipes in my bathroom replaced, as I had absolutely no water pressure. Marco came by and gave me a quoted, which I felt was reasonable. He estimated it would take two days to complete the job. They were to begin work the next week. Marco and Raoul showed up right on time and began work immediately, which I really appreciated as they quoted a price based on time and materials. They took great care in protecting my hardwood floors, by promptly placing down protective tarps. When I returned home that evening, I found that they had actually completed the job in 1 long day. Not only do I now have great water pressure, Marco actually came in under the quoted price.  I am very thankful to Marco and Raoul and would not hesitate to call them again.

Really responsive and got to my place to fix the garbage disposal next day after a night time quote request. Team was delayed but it was easy to reach them by phone and get updates on when they would arrive. Responsive to my request on the type of equipment to buy and use. Thank you!

I had a small leak in my irrigation line. I was messaging with Adu around 4pm, and he came over that night and worked on repairing it. Ended up coming back the next day to finish. Great service!

My dishwasher was getting clogged, and I called to schedule an appointment. Over the phone, he gave me a quick thing I could check on my own at home (pipe to sink clogging), which did the trick. Really appreciated him being focused on solving the problem in the quickest way possible, rather than coming by for an appointment (even though that would have made him money). Thanks!

Thought the main line was clogged because that happens in this house every 6-8 mos. Happened on a Fri. afternoon (the clogs always wait until the weekend). Dispatcher said she had someone in Santa Cruz who could be down here in around 1 hour. Ivan (the guy she was talking about) shows up, checks the sewer trap, checks the main line and then, literally, provides over-the-top service. Ivan got up on the roof (never saw that one before) and cleared the clog through one of the rooftop vents. Job Done! Turns out the clog was isolated in 2 adjacent bathrooms, inaccessible by the main clean-outs.

Palo Alto Plumbing has worked inside our home on our heaters and AC units, and now has replaced our main sewer line.  Their work is always good, Charlotte does a great job with scheduling, Max has kept us warm with his work on our heaters, and Moe, Ben and Rico were terrific with replacing the sewer line.  They were very careful in working inside our landscaping, including putting our landscape lights back properly.  They even finished a day early!  Their prices are very fair, especially when I consider how reliable and trustworthy they are.  I will continue to use them as needs arise.

J Fisher was referred to me by another plumber. I ways very impressed with their response and their knowledge. Jim was sent to my house to replace some Kohler faucet parts. Jim was knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. I was quoted one hour and he was finished in exactly one hour. I highly recommend these guys - they are now go-plumbers!

Highly recommend!!! With my first call, Enrique answered on the first ring.  I needed a toilet to be replaced, so he asked that I text him photos of the old one and the one I bought, and he replied back within minutes with a fair quote. The next morning at 8:15am, Leo and Ben showed up in a very professional truck.  They wore shoe covers, explained things about the plumbing, and did excellent work.  They also gave advice on other questions I had, which was very helpful. They noticed that I had high water pressure, and we found that the pressure reducing valve was broken.  They had the spare part, and stayed to replace that too.  Thank you!!!

We had some outlets that did not work, and PCHS was really helpful in identifying and fixing the issue with our electric system. Both Jaime and Eddie were great: professional and knowledgeable . They communicated clearly and welcomed our questions. Eddie was able to fix the issue we had with ease and with minimal disruption (we were WFH while he was working). He also put back all the stuff that we had to move for him to reach the outlets. We are extremely happy with their work.

We called Eldridge and Sons after finding out we had a leak in the waste line under our kitchen. Keith came out on a Friday, looked at the issue, explained clearly what was going on (with photos) and gave us a reasonable quote. He returned on Monday and fixed it! Our experience with Eldridge and Sons is that they are knowledgeable, professional and reasonable!

Did a great job! And a honest price what more can I say! They fitted me that day I had a clogged sink so I was very happy! I didn't have to play the song and dance to get a estimate first and wait 2 weeks later like other companies, nope he came and worked on my sink and gave me a great price! I will defiantly use these guys again!

Guy Plumbing installed a seismic gas shut-off valve at our home. Their charge of $480 seemed high to me, and even moreso when I subsequently smelled gas in the area of our meter and found that the valve had been poorly installed. PG&E found a leaking connection to the valve and not only tightened it, but painted the bare pipe installed at the same time as the valve (as recommended by the valve manufacturer but deemed unnecessary by the plumbing company and not included in their $480).

Can't vouch for everyone there, but Paul was terrific. Came right away the first day, got a temporary fix in place, got everything fixed. Plus being the nicest guy ever.

I was very impressed with the work done by Dick, the Thomas Plumbing plumber who diagnosed and fixed a water leak problem at my home. Dick showed up just a few hours after we called. He quickly theorized we had a broken drain pipe in the wall behind our sink. He carefully cut into the wall and found that was indeed the case. The broken joint was in a difficult spot, just above the concrete footing of an outer wall of our home. Despite the difficult position of the break and the cramped space under the counter he had to work in, Dick was able to replace the pipe and fittings there and fix the problem in less than two hours from the time he arrived. And he cut into the wall so carefully it was not too difficult for me to replace the sheet rock he had to remove. I really appreciate the good work he did and the pleasant, positive attitude he had the entire time he was here. I highly recommend Dick and Thomas Plumbing.

Had an appointment scheduled for Saturday and they canceled my appointment that morning with no alternatives but to wait a few days.   I don't know why I decided to try this company but I thought why not, my mistake.  I decided to contact Mr. Rooter who I had used in the past and they came out that day and completed the job quickly.  I will never call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again.
