I had water coming out from underneath my toilet. I called a few places, but Juan answered right away and was at my house within an hour. He figured out the problem right away and his price was decent. He also gave me advice on preventative measures.

I will definitely be using him again and I will recommend him to everyone I know that has plumbing issues.

Nick repaired the front door and fire door going from the kitchen to the garage in my mom's house.  I submitted a quote request on Yelp to 4-5 handymen, and Nick was the first to respond.  Both doors in my mom's house are quite old and did not close properly.  Nick did an amazing job and gave me options we could take along the way.  When he was done, both doors were completely fixed to my satisfaction.  

Additionally, I asked him for guidance on maintaining the doors and he provided some great tips for me while he was doing the work.  Nick is very friendly and personable as well.  Nick obviously has a broad set of skills and I would highly recommend him for handyman work.  In fact, before he left, I booked time for him to do some work on my house in Pacifica pertaining to evaluation of mold in a wall in one of my bathrooms.    Thanks Nick!

I had a main sewer line that needed to be replaced. Called Simply Green for quote and Russell came out the same day! Russell went above and beyond just a basic quote, taking the time to explain what the real problem was. Although I did not go with Simply Green to do the job, I was very impressed by Russell's customer service and professionalism. I will definitely use Simply Green in the future.

I was having an issue with our washing machine backing up into the bath tub and then the bath tub not draining.  Kevin arrived on time and was very professional throughout his time working in the house.  He wore a mask and shoe protectors and nicely folded my bathroom rugs and put his own work mat down.  Snaked the drain thoroughly and then cleaned up after himself, replacing my rugs when finished.
I'd highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing service.  I've definitely got his card at the top of my stack now!

Johnny showed up on time and installed a new kitchen faucet for me.
He also located and repaired a slow leak I had noticed but hadn't been able to fix under the sink. He was very polite and pleasant to work with.

After Hours Plumbing always comes thru for me. Yesterday, I thought I had a minor problem, and it came back bigger than I thought. Not very bad though- Ivan came out and fixed it up pretty quickly. I'm happy to see Cedric has grown his business since I started using him. He is my go to plumber. Reasonable rates and always a satisfied customer.

They tried to charge me $7240 for a $500 repair. They claimed my existing heating system was improperly installed, leaking carbon monoxide into my house, needed $2000 in repairs, and had fundamental design flaws that would continue to give me problems. They recommended complete replacement and wrote up a $7240 quote on the spot.

I called in William Lipp Hydronics (Redwood City) for a second opinion. Lipp fixed my system for $500 (I highly recommend them!) and said NOTHING Palo Alto Plumbing told me was true. After I filed a Better Business Bureau claim, Palo Alto Plumbing refunded the service call charge. I can only conclude from my experience that they are totally incompetent and corrupt.

i got a new washer and gas dryer then realized i needed all the water and gas pipes done. i called josh and his crew they came out on date on time as expected ready to work. very friendly and professional. i am how you can say a little ocd and i was amazed how centered and level everything was when i came out and i think my yard was cleaner than when they got there. i trust these guys to do all my plumbing work home and business  and know that it will be done up and above normal standards.

These guys are awesome. They were fast, efficient and honest. Our water heater needed replacing back in July. I originally called Mr Rooter after our neighbor recommended them. They came out and quoted me $2500 to replace our water heater and haul away the old one. We knew after doing research that it should only be $1300 -1600. Our house is only 1600 sq ft.
Anyhow, I ended up contacting Henry's and texted him some pictures of our current water heater, he quoted me $1450. They came out within an hour to start the job. They were professional, knowledgeable and worked super fast and were fair in price. We will definitely use them again.

I called to get a free estimate for a Tesla Wall Connector installation. I was told there would be a $89 dispatch charge that will roll over into my payment if I chose them to do the job. I was able to get the fee waive, stating other companies are giving free estimates. Little did I know... because this estimate was offered for free... they sent someone with probably zero idea of what needed to be done and was not even able to give us a quote. All he did was took a bunch of pictures on his ipad to upload and send it to a technician that could give us a quote. We spent more than 30 minutes trying to get the pictures to upload with no success. He promised a quote will be sent to us that same day in 1-2hrs after he left. We waited... No quote given. I left Patricia, the owner, a message on yelp to see if she could help. She said she will get a quote sent out. Days later... no quote whatsoever. It is obvious that they did not want my business nor cared to explain why I didn't get an estimate. Wonder if because it was a free estimate they didn't bother with it. I am glad to bring my business elsewhere... Waste of 30 minutes that I cannot get back. Unprofessional, Unreliable, complete disregard for the customer. I would NEVER do business with this type of establishment.

I had a backed up shower/tub drain and decided to go with Eldridge and Sons Plumbing since they were so close to my home and are family owned and run, which I like.  I called and within 30 minutes Keith arrived and quickly and professionally unclogged my main sewer line for a very reasonable price.  

I'm extremely satisfied with the service I got from Eldridge and Sons Plumbing and recommend this business.

We had a water heater problem at home recently. We are glad we hired Vince from VIP Plumbing and Water Heaters to fix the problem for us. Vince has a 5-star quality in every professional aspect. This is the third time I called 24/7 Rooter and Plumbing for repairs.
Each time, they were able to dispatch someone in a reasonable amount of time.
Yesterday morning, I got a call from my mom who told me her water heater was leaking badly. I called 24/7 and Dave came over in less than an hour after I called. He was very courteous and friendly.
Obviously, we needed to replace the water heater. He gave me an estimate for the work and said he would be back the next day to do the job. Before he left the the leak was contained.
He did the replacement in a very thorough and professional manner. He also explained the control mechanisms and how to shut the system in a emergency.
Replacing a water heater is not cheap but as long the work is done properly, that's where you need someone like Dave.

Wow! If i could give a negative I would. Stay far away from this company. After 3 visits to install a reverse osmosis system and fix a tub that had only hot water, the tub was fixed, I have to call another plumber for the reverse osmosis system, and I had to fork over $600.00!! The kid they sent me didn't know what he was doing and even said that he looked up on utube how to fix the tub, and yet on the 3rd day his boss had to come with him to walk him through how to fix it. Never ever again. Beware!  Update:  So, after speaking with the owner, very nice man,  the charge is reduce to a 1 1/2hr labor charge, very resonable.  Family run business,  son in law comes out to return my check, once again very freindly and apologetic, all I can really say is, I'm very happy that they show true concern for their clients, but they need to send experienced plumbers with the unexperienced ones so that this doesn't happen.  Crazy, maybe, but I'm considering having them back for the reverse osmosis on the condition that  they send an experienced plumber!  Will return for another update.

They quoted me $450 for seismic strapping of a water heater.
Another plummer, Marc Morrow, did the job for $100.
I don't know what they were thinking, I guess they thought I must be some kind of idiot to accept that quote.
