Everything I needed when my old hot water heater started leaking. Juan was exceptionally professional as he explained and discussed in detail what options- tankless vs. tank, costs, including additional piping and permits that might be required. He advised me without upsale as I live on SSDI. The price was fair and exact with no hidden fees. He used higher quality straps and a pan that hadn't existed before. I'm highly recommend this business.

Our Andersen bathroom window, awning type, needed a new crank operator.  Besides the parts which we were able to order, there was a tricky operation involving a 36 in. piece of trim wood.  Nick was familiar with the problem we were facing and was able to remove and replace this fragile piece of wood as part of exchanging the old operator parts with the new ones.  His work was clean and efficient.  I highly recommend Nick both for jobs he has done before (there are many types) and ones that he has to learn how to do freshly.  If you have a household problem, call Ye Olde Handyman!

I need to have my house re-piped and decided to call Simply Green based on the excellent reviews. I was told that they could send out a technician to give me a free quote, but there would be a $79 travel charge. Having the audacity to call something free that clearly is not (I don't care if you say the charge is not for the quote but the travel, it is a charge I need to pay to get the quote) and charging me to sell me a service is enough to make me not trust this company.

I was having an issue with our washing machine backing up into the bath tub and then the bath tub not draining.  Kevin arrived on time and was very professional throughout his time working in the house.  He wore a mask and shoe protectors and nicely folded my bathroom rugs and put his own work mat down.  Snaked the drain thoroughly and then cleaned up after himself, replacing my rugs when finished.
I'd highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing service.  I've definitely got his card at the top of my stack now!

So we had a bunch of fixture issues in our house last week and we called reed to come out. Marco showed up on time, made his repairs quick and efficient. He had some concerns and properly relayed them to myself over the phone and to my wife on site. Would call them out for any plumbing issue we had in the future. They were a great recommendation, excellent customer service and the prices are right! Good job guys!

Art is a wonderful plumber.  We needed a last minute copper pipe soldering job and after searching Yelp, I stumbled across Art.  I gave him a call at 4:45pm and he came within 30 minutes.  Very professional and good at his craft.  Very fair pricing and he explains exactly what he is doing.  Highly recommend and I look forward to using Art again in the future for any plumbing project.

Wow.  This was such a pleasant surprise.  We called in a pinch in the evening because our shower and toilets were backed up. I randomly looked up on google After hours plumbing and they're the first one's that popped up - go figure.  I looked at their Yelp reviews and I gave them a shot.  What a lifesaver they were!  Cedric came within an hour and was very fast and professional.  He got the job done and we were very pleased.  We will be using them in the future. I have a fairly complex A/C installation at my house (some specialty cooling and some general-purpose heat-pumps). Three separate systems. Palo Alto Plumbing stayed on top of what ultimately turned out to be a manufacturing defect in one of the outdoor units, not giving up until it was fixed (by replacing it under warranty). I am deeply impressed by their level of commitment and the amount of effort and thought that they put into finding and fixing a very difficult and unusual problem. At this point I would never even consider calling any other company for A/C or plumbing work. Also they are nice people.

I was in need of a plumber to fix a broken sink drain and replace my laundry hookups and was referred to Josh Fisher. We called him this morning and he was here by this afternoon! His pricing was fair and he was incredibly respectful and professional. So glad that I found Fisher Plumbing and I will definitely use them in the future!

These guys are the most friendly and honest people I have ever come out to my home. I have had them pull my wife's hair out of the drain for years but when 2020 had one last thing to throw at us New Years eve, they really came through. New Years eve night my sewer line decided to have a  massive backup and they came over as soon as they could. Unfortunately this time they could not unclog my pipes without a clean out being installed. Long story short they had the clean out installed and my pipes cleared by early Saturday and their bill didn't break the bank. I highly recommend you give these guys a call.

I used VIP plumbing to install an RO filter that I bought on Amazon back in October. Vince was very prompt in responding to my request and was on time for the job. Right from the start seeing his work, it was clear he was highly experienced. His work was extremely neat and professional. Vince is a really friendly person too.. Our main sewage line flooded and we couldn't locate our main clean out. We called Roto Rooter and they weren't equipped to figure out the problem... our general contractor referred us to 24-7... Sean was knowledgeable and very professional. Within two hours our main line was cleared out and we were up and running! I highly recommend this business and Sean! We were so grateful because this happened on a Sunday!

My water heater leaked all over the garage and under my house, eeek!  Called Thomas Plumbing and they sent someone out right away, found  the problem and recommended that I get a new water heater.  They did the fix that afternoon.  They were very pleasant to work with and I would recommend calling them for plumbing issues.  I will be calling them again!  Thanks!

We had Frank from Benjamin Franklin plumbing come out to fix our dish washer and he was great, fast, and wonderful to work with. We also happened to ask about this terrible noise that our pipes were making, and he fixed it quickly (and cheaply). We also appreciated that Frank came quickly to our house to fix everything. We had first called other plumbers in the area but were either cancelled on or they didn't show up. I did read the other reviews and see there might be some problems with the company itself, but Frank was great!!
