I am very satisfied with the work that was done by this company on my home.  I needed the kitchen sink faucet replaced.  I called Emerson and texted him a copy of the existing faucet.  He arranged for a new one to be purchased and their employee showed up at the appointment time and removed the old faucet, installed the new one (which was of good quality), cleaned up and tested the new faucet.  A great job overall for a reasonable price!

Nick was so helpful! He's exactly the person to hire for a list of household issues, and if he can't do something himself he knows who to ask. He arrived exactly on time with his truck loaded up with everything who could need. I was able to run out and pick up some parts while he worked, and the whole process was very efficient. If you need a professional, well-rounded, experienced handyman, Nick is your guy.

They didn't even come to my house, but I still give them 5 stars.  I had a compression fitting that I couldn't get off, and I called asking how much it would cost to have someone come and cut it off so that I could finish my hose bib replacement and turn the water back on.

The guy who answered was great to listen, question what I was trying to do, then give recommendations on how to fix it myself.  He could have just given a price, instead, he gave multiple tips, a shopping list for Home Depot, and the willingness to come out if I couldn't get it to work.  Ironically, at Home Depot, I ran into a plumber in the pipe aisle who validated everything I had just been told, so I know these guys know their stuff.

He saved me $129 for a weekend service call, which unfortunately they lost, but it really showed the integrity of the company.  I was able to fix the issue myself in reasonable time, and I'll definitely call on them first if I ever need future work.

It was an emergency! My neighbor's waste water was being back-flowed into my kitchen and it was flooding!! We turned off all the water in the condo building, everyone had no water, I called a dozen plumbing places and they were all booked and everyone could not come out until the next afternoon!!  I went down the list, called Kevin, he came out 30 mins later, unclogged, talked to my neighbors, explained everything, clean up my kitchen, and gave me a very reasonable price!!  I can't believe I found him, thank you Kevin!!

Very prompt and professional service. Reasonably priced. Johnny came up within an hour on Sunday call, while other companies promised to call back and never did. Will call him again when needed

Quick and clear communication! They were able to come out in a timely manner to help us with some plumbing issues during our bathroom remodel. They worked fast, kept things clean, and were courteous. We'll be using them again in the future for our plumbing needs.

Andres  and team helped us completely replace my main sewer lateral pipes, using the trenchless sewer method.   He provided an estimate that explained the cost and possible additional costs.  Throughout the process, he kept me informed of what was happening.  His team arrived early to perform the job, which was completed within 1 and 1/2 days.  Part of the process involved breaking concrete and then replacing it.  Once completed, you couldn't tell any work had been done at the site.  

The company displayed great professionalism and appeared to know exactly what they were doing. They also helped with replacing  piping under the house and his team did an amazing job. I will certainly use them again in the future.

I would recommend everyone who has a drain problem to this business. His team is super efficient, considerate, thorough and delivers high quality work.

Asylbek gave me a very competitive rate and was able to squeeze me in with short notice due to urgency on my side. He was very diligent as the house is the brand new construction in Palo Alto and we were very sensitive to ensure minimal wall intrusion. He hanged two wall mounts inside and outside with new outlet in both locations. He also hanged about 8-9 various wall decors. Highly recommend.

I've used Art Hansen twice and  he was excellent both times.
He is available and on time. He really knows what he's doing. He does a very good job. His prices are very fair and reasonable.

He is a very honest, fair, skilled person. Whatever he says needs  to be done that's what needs to be  done  and whatever price he charges is a fair price.

I can't actually rate them as they didn't respond to my phone calls or emails.  Disappointing, since they had such good reviews.

I just wanted to update that Palo Alto Plumbing later contacted me and helped fix the faucet leaks and the water damage via another company. The process was not easy though. I am adding stars as I know it's not easy for both sides.

Josh is fantastic! I've had him/his team put in plumbing for a new shower and come out to fix a leaking kitchen sink faucet (separate occasion). As others have said, the fees are quite reasonable. I also appreciate that he and Jim are both on time, and that Josh is quite communicative, whether by email or text (and probably by phone, but I didn't try that). I can't imagine looking for another plumber now that I've found these guys!

Had an urgent issue with leaking pipes and he was able to see me same day. Arrived right on time, extremely professional, and knew exactly what to do. He was very clear and concise, accessed the situation and went over the financials and got to work. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing work.

We had a great experience with Joshua Glover who was efficient, polite, and was able to take credit card payment on site. Our dryer works like a charm now with the new electric hook-up

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would.  From Nicole in the office to Nick and Alex who did the work at our house on the 4th of July..... they were professional, courteous, knowledgable and took pride in their work.   They were also honest and reasonable in their pricing.  I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and refer to my friends and neighbors.   It's so refreshing to know there are still companies like this out there.

Vince did a great job replacing my garbage disposal. He arrived right on time and got the job done in a timely manner.

24/7 rooter and plumbing responded quickly and coordinated an appointment when it was convenient for us.  Dave showed up on time, was very communicative about the cause of the issue, and quickly resolved the issue. Compared to another company I have used in the past, a 6 pm - 8 pm time slot was a non issue and I appreciated their flexibility!  We will use 24/7 rooter and plumbing again.

Doug was great. He understood the problem and how to solve it immediately. Unfortunately my outside shutoff valve was a commercial size and a new one had to be obtained from the supplier. He was back the next morning with the part and installed it quickly.

We had Frank from Benjamin Franklin plumbing come out to fix our dish washer and he was great, fast, and wonderful to work with. We also happened to ask about this terrible noise that our pipes were making, and he fixed it quickly (and cheaply). We also appreciated that Frank came quickly to our house to fix everything. We had first called other plumbers in the area but were either cancelled on or they didn't show up. I did read the other reviews and see there might be some problems with the company itself, but Frank was great!!
