My sink has been clogged for over 3 weeks, and I tried a lot of things to fix this. Draino didn't do it, called another plumber and they companies snake broke in the pipes. I was so fed up with this situation, and luckily we found them through a referral. My goodness, they are punctual, polite, bilingual, and patient with everything, took there time to explain what the issue was and how they manage to fix it. I was floored with how fast they fixed the issue. Would use again and would gladly recommend them to everyone.

Nick was so helpful! He's exactly the person to hire for a list of household issues, and if he can't do something himself he knows who to ask. He arrived exactly on time with his truck loaded up with everything who could need. I was able to run out and pick up some parts while he worked, and the whole process was very efficient. If you need a professional, well-rounded, experienced handyman, Nick is your guy.

The good: They went way out of their way to try to help us out over the phone with our semi-urgent weekend problem.

The bad: When we scheduled an appointment for a 2-hour window, they showed up after the window had closed... 1 hour and 45 minutes *after the end* of the window, to be exact.  (At that point, we decided to go with someone else for the job.)

KVN Plumbing did a good job helping me replace my tub spout. Kevin responded to me within hours on a Sunday and serviced my tub spout the next day. He was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. I would work with KVN Plumbing again

A plumber who really show up in a good time frame.  Had my rumbling toilet fixed and even
installed a new shut off valve.  Recently, i got my water bill, my usage went up from
3,000 gallons to 8,000 gallons, I went on a panic mode.  Came on time like they
said.  Now i know i can depend on city wide plumbing and not wondering if they
are coming or not.  Seeing the photos of their works tells me what they are capable
of doing, very impressive.

We were very happy with the service we received from Reed Plumbing. Maria in the office was helpful and kept us informed along the way. Marco called when he said he would, arrived when he said he would,
and did a great and professional job. We will definitely be calling them again if we ever need plumbing work done in the future.

We were quoted 1650 for a drain and vent re-route (we did all the demo ourselves), so it was just a matter of cutting and gluing ABS piping). Ended up having our regular plumber do the work for 300.

Abdu did a great job by fixing my kitchen lights. He arrived on time, very polite as well. He quickly diagnosed it and went to buy some small parts. He came back and fixed it quickly! Thanks, will hire him again,

Had a problem with the plumbing under the waste disposal.
Art came within 1.5h of calling. Great and friendly service and he took time to explain all the steps. Decent price. I will call Art again if I have a plumbing need.

We called for a leak that we couldn't seem to fix and he fixed it right away. He was prompt, friendly and even cleaned up after he was done. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my sphere.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars!! This time, I needed to have a water line installed for my  new refrigerator. Jacob came over and did great work with all safety protocols in place. I'm so appreciative of this company. They always come through. I couldn't be more happy. Thank you!!!

I was in need of a plumber to fix a broken sink drain and replace my laundry hookups and was referred to Josh Fisher. We called him this morning and he was here by this afternoon! His pricing was fair and he was incredibly respectful and professional. So glad that I found Fisher Plumbing and I will definitely use them in the future!

Scheduled within 2 days from our initial phone call. Showed up on time in their clean, recognizable work van. The Technicians found & repaired an additional problem we didn't know about & repaired them promptly. Very polite & professional Technicians (& wore face masks). We highly recommend Henry's Plumbing & we will call again for any future plumbing issues.

Pacific coast provided us with the initial estimate service. The booking  and scheduling process was very easy and also reasonably priced compared to other service providers in the area. Before the the technician came in, they sent a small bio of the the technician. I really liked that as it helps knowing who is coming at your door.

Today we had Arturo come out. Even though we had an appointment time slot he called to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived he was friendly and willing to explain to me in detail what he thought was going on with our plumbing.
I appreciate that they are never pushy. Since our house is a little older they do make recommendations for what we should do in the future which is nice so we can be proactive.

Konrad came and quickly fixed my clog. He was fast, courteous, and very reasonably priced. I sincerely appreciate his follow-up and regular communication with me. I would highly recommend him!!

This review is for my parents.  They are 87 and 95 years old so it is hard for them to change.

Parents trust Guys plumbing because they have a record of my parents for the past 25 years. They know the house and the history of issues of the house.  As long are my parents are at ease I will call this shop.

This is a scam plain and simple.

They pretend to be a different company, take your money, never show and will decline the service afterwards.

Benjamin Franklin plumbing sold us an on-demand water heater 7 years ago which recently started leaking.  We contacted that manufacturer of the unit who provided us with the new heat exchanger which was covered under warranty.  Unfortunately, labor was not included in the warranty coverage so we contacted BF plumbing to have a service person come to our house and replace the part.  Here is a summary of our experience:

I asked the person on the telephone if BF has experience servicing this make/model water heater and she responded, Oh yes absolutely!.  I then made an appointment to have a service person come out two working days later, between the hours of 8 AM - noon.

On the day of the appointment, having taken a day off work, nobody had arrived by noon so I called them and the person I spoke to told me that they had a scheduling error.  So much for the company that advertises itself as The Punctual Plumber.  To their credit, they apologized and told me they would have a technician out by 2:00 PM and the technician arrived shortly before 2:00.  I thought that everything would be back on track, but this was when things got ugly....

The technician told me that the unit was installed incorrectly and offered to fix everything for me.  When I told him that the unit had been installed by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, he told me that the company was under different ownership previously and that they were not responsible for what the company had done when it was under prior ownership.  Even if that was a true statement, I would think that a company with an ounce of integrity would stand behind an installation that has their name attached to it.  When I told him that I only wanted the leaking part fixed, he hum-hawed around, telling me how difficult it would be to repair, and then stated that he thinks someone back at the shop knows something about these units but that it is too difficult to fix while is it hanging on the wall and would need to be completely disconnected and taken back to the shop (not true according to the manufacturer of the unit).

He then told me he could get me hot water the same day be installing a new unit at a discounted price of FOUR-THOUSAND-FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!!  We paid 3,500 for the original unit which had included all of the conversion costs to switch to a tankless water heater.

I sent him away (thankfully he did not charge for the service visit...he was clearly embarrassed) and referring to the instructions that came with the replacement heat exchanger, successfully changed out the part myself, having had no prior experience, and without removing it from the wall, in about four hours simply by carefully following the instructions provided by the manufacturer of the unit.

Pretty sad when a company misrepresents its experience, arrives late, does not stand behind its prior installation and tries to take advantage of the situation by selling us an even more expensive unit.  Also pretty sad that they are unable to service a unit that they sold us.  On the positive side though, if the dang thing ever leaks again, I will know how to fix it myself (it really wasn't that difficult).

I gave them one star only because zero stars is not an option.....
