NG Rooter & Plumbing has been my go to since moving into my new Condo. The Condo itself is from the 80's and seems to need fixups here and there quite often in these beginning stages. Juan has been extremely helpful the multiple times he has been out to the property and always fixes the issues up quickly. he always has great knowledge and ability to do the work. He is also very honest and trustworthy when giving opinions on a project or issue. Fair prices and great work. Would highly recommend NG Rooter & Plumbing and ask for Juan!

KVN Plumbing did a good job helping me replace my tub spout. Kevin responded to me within hours on a Sunday and serviced my tub spout the next day. He was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. I would work with KVN Plumbing again

Our toilet was clogged for three days and I tried everything from plunging to hot water and soap but noting help. So I decided to send a message to CityWide Plumbing and request a quote. I told them the situation about the clog and leak coming out from the base of the toilet and they gave me a quote to remove the toilet and place a new seal and reinstall. Johnny came in but because of the small space he couldn't lift the toilet but instead just unclog the toilet to which I was grateful. He ended up charging me half of the original price and suggested a new toilet installation because the current toilet was in bad shape. Overall, he was friendly, knew the COVID protocol even wore booties inside the home. Normally you would imagine I would give less than 5 stars because of the unfulfilled work but because of the situation he still managed to get half the job done and charged me a fair price. I will more likely hire them again for the new toilet installation. #fivestars

Marco did excellent work at my parents house. I am in the trades and can spot a good company from bad and I have to say, reed plumbing is a legitimate place where they offer excellent customer service, quick response, effective communication and quality work. My parents felt good about having him in their home and they are elderly.

We had a kitchen sink draining issue on Saturday morning over the thanksgiving weekend. After some search and calls around Noon time, Nester from Gator plumbing came to us on the same day afternoon. He quickly fixed the issue and gave us a very reasonable price. We are super satisfied and highly recommended Gator and Nester!

My tenants had a handful of issues that popped up - toilet valve had an issue where the toilet kept running, a leak in the dishwasher vent causing water to go under and above, and an issue with the microwave range hood not delivering ventilation. I reached out to a number of handyman services and this one was quick, responsive, and able to address all three of them. They provided availability and quickly coordinated with my tenants to pick schedule. On the day of, they gave my tenants a one-hour window, were prompt, and had two repairmen show up. They finished in 45 minutes and since they were able to finish quicker than they anticipated, they actually discounted the price that they initially quoted me. All three issues were taken care of quickly, my tenants were pleased, and I would definitely use them again for future repair needs.

After I got off the phone with Guy Plumbing I went out to my water heater and found A. G. Hansen sticker on it and called him to see if I could get my water heater working again.

Art was great and since I got to him early he could order the parts after I gave him the model and serial number.

Art was out the next day and was excellent to update the status of when he would arrive.

Art replaced what he thought was the failure of the thermocouple but after a quick test found out that was not the problem.

He figured out the gas valve had failed and found a replacement part the same day and had it fixed.

He gave me a break on the labor since the first part he replaced did not fix the problem.

They did a terrific job! Price was competitive. They were friendly and informative! The crew went above and beyond to get the job completed on time! Definitely will use again for other jobs!

Our family has relied on Palo Alto Plumbing for all our heating and plumbing needs for fifteen years.  The owner, Max, is friendly, competent, and trustworthy.  He used to come over himself, but now we mostly see his sons and the other excellent employees.  They always show up at the scheduled time, explain the problem thoroughly, fix it reliably, and clean up everything.  We have had a myriad of plumbing issues over the years, and Palo Alto Plumbing has always come through - everything from replacing faucets and clearing clogged pipes, to major issues such as this week when they had to dig up and replace an outdoor sewer line.  They have also repaired my heaters several times.  It is such a blessing to have a plumber I can trust!!

I was in need of a plumber to fix a broken sink drain and replace my laundry hookups and was referred to Josh Fisher. We called him this morning and he was here by this afternoon! His pricing was fair and he was incredibly respectful and professional. So glad that I found Fisher Plumbing and I will definitely use them in the future!

Used Enrique once again for a  2nd floor shower leaking into the 1st floor... I texted Enrique right away, and he texted me right back and was on the job first thing... he diagnosed the problem asap and now we're in the repair process.... And while he was dealing with that major issue, he solved like 5 other medium issues while he was there!

He does excellent work, he's very fast, organized and has fair prices... plus I love it how he's very conscientious about detailing all his work on a digital invoice, which he emails to you, and then you just click a link and pay the bill... done, and done!

I contacted them through Yelp, and got a response the next morning asking me to call them.  They wanted to charge $89 (which would be discounted from any work they actually did) to have someone come out and give me an estimate.  I declined, as there are many other businesses which will give free estimates.

Used to be good, but my last experience was really bad. It is a shame after many years of being a customer.

We called Vince to fix a leak in our bathtub. He came the same day and diagnosed the problem with the bathtub and also fixed a problem with our dishwasher - all without charge!

Later, after the part that he needed for our bathtub arrived, he fixed our bathtub quickly and to our satisfaction.

The plumbing service was fine.  But the plumber spent at least 20-30 minutes telling me about his childhood days playing sports in Northern California, from the Bay Area to Clear Lake, budding football star who was discriminated against by the coaches.  I complained that I was charged for the full-time that the plumber was there, even though I am sure that they could have done the job much faster without all of the storytelling, which I had to endure through.  At $146/hr, 15 minutes is worth $36.50, so this is what I believe to have been overcharged for, and I told them so at their office. I had been waiting for the new bill, to be reduced by $36.50, it just arrived, but disappointingly, with no change to the amount, no reduction.  This is my reason for writing this review, I believe I was over-charged.  Needless to say, I will be looking for another plumber in the future.

John was on time, informative and diagnosed my problem as well as helped me find a solution in a timely manner.

I have been using Thomas Plumbing for a while for all of my heating and plumbing needs. Dave Thomas and his team are very knowledgeable and recommend what is needed and no more. They have done some complicated HVAC work for me, fixed my heater and performed the more mundane work of unclogging pipes. Great to work with them!

We had Frank from Benjamin Franklin plumbing come out to fix our dish washer and he was great, fast, and wonderful to work with. We also happened to ask about this terrible noise that our pipes were making, and he fixed it quickly (and cheaply). We also appreciated that Frank came quickly to our house to fix everything. We had first called other plumbers in the area but were either cancelled on or they didn't show up. I did read the other reviews and see there might be some problems with the company itself, but Frank was great!!
