We needed to replace a 15-yr-old kitchen faucet and garbage disposal and NG was recommended by our next-door neighbor. They didn't disappoint! They made an appointment within 24 hours and were right on time. The old piping was a jigsaw of twists and turns and Juan cleaned that all up to install the new disposal. Great guys, very responsive, very clean during the work and when finished! Will use them again soon for our water heater.

We were without hot water until we could get some drywall up in our external water heater closet.  I contacted Ye Old Handyman for a quote and I got a response minutes later from Nick.  Compared to the several others I reached out to, his cost was more reasonable, and I also appreciate his expertise.  He was able to schedule us even with his busy schedule, knowing we were without hot water and have a newborn!

Nick arrived on time.  Again, since we have a newborn, I had to be precise about how to contact us upon his arrival because didn't want to wake the baby!  He was extra considerate on that point.  After looking at what we needed, he even recognized what the restoration people missed (more mold in the wall) and removed it.  He also straightened and cleaned up the work the restoration people did (they did a poor job).  I was able to go about my business while he went working away, and did do the job quickly and efficiently.  

Overall Nick was knowledgable, trustworthy, explained the process the entire way, and did an amazing job!  I recommend him for any handyman needs!  He also is a Cal State Fire volunteer, and since the drywall was meant for fire safety, I was happy to have him working on it for my family's safety.

Really, No stars. Worst service ever. Left us with a leaky basement cuz he really doesn't know what to do to reseal entrances after he's installed new pipe leading to the outside egress line. Ghosted us for 3 days then he shows up with rocks (?) to seal the hole. Not even smart enough or helpful enough to either offer us a partial refund or help us sand bag the area before the next storm. Do NOT use this business. Not all small businesses have integrity. Lesson learned. My 68 year old husband  and I have been dealing with the considerable fallout !! Basement soaked two times since this work was completed . Now wondering why or how he's managed to get  such good reviews. Have u all looked to see if your crawl space is dry ?

JOHNNY CAME TO MY RESCUE!
The water heater for my 7 unit apartment building is located in my office/ workshop.  The bottom had rusted through and flooded half the room.  I called Johnny in need of a quick installation.  He came over within 45 minutes, gave me an estimate and then waited until I got an estimate from the other plumber, which was higher.  Johnny was able to get a new Rheem water heater for me that day and install it.  They cleaned up after themselves and even vacuumed up most of the water in the carpeting.  Johnny is the best!  I finally have a great plumber to call on when necessary.  His prices are reasonable, he is reliable, skilled, knowledgeable, honest, a pleasure to work with and fair.  Best of all, when he tells you he's going to do something, he actually does it.   WOW!  What a concept - keeping your word.  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOHNNY AND CITYWIDE PLUMBING FOR YOUR PLUMBING WORK!

Had a re-pipe completed. Marco and his crew were efficient and professional. Did such an amazing job!  He cares about his work, customer service and reputation. Look no further....this is the plumber you should be using!

Gator was the third plumber I called in one day. We had a major clog between two back to back bathrooms on a single pipe line.  He worked so hard several hours and didn't give up.  All that hard work paid off.  They also recommended to install a second clean out to help prevent that major clog again in the future. Very professional and price was reasonable.

Asyl was very professional and polite. We hired him to do a drywall fixture, vinyl flooring, sink vanity install. He did a great job with fair pricing. Good service, will hire him again.

My dishwasher was getting clogged, and I called to schedule an appointment. Over the phone, he gave me a quick thing I could check on my own at home (pipe to sink clogging), which did the trick. Really appreciated him being focused on solving the problem in the quickest way possible, rather than coming by for an appointment (even though that would have made him money). Thanks!

Thought the main line was clogged because that happens in this house every 6-8 mos. Happened on a Fri. afternoon (the clogs always wait until the weekend). Dispatcher said she had someone in Santa Cruz who could be down here in around 1 hour. Ivan (the guy she was talking about) shows up, checks the sewer trap, checks the main line and then, literally, provides over-the-top service. Ivan got up on the roof (never saw that one before) and cleared the clog through one of the rooftop vents. Job Done! Turns out the clog was isolated in 2 adjacent bathrooms, inaccessible by the main clean-outs.

Max serviced my furnace and noticed issues with my water heater. Phil was here today and serviced my water heater. All this within one week, the office staff is responsive to calls for appointments, they have pleasant talented service techs and do clean, quality repairs. I have them on my calendar for an annual service next year!

i got a new washer and gas dryer then realized i needed all the water and gas pipes done. i called josh and his crew they came out on date on time as expected ready to work. very friendly and professional. i am how you can say a little ocd and i was amazed how centered and level everything was when i came out and i think my yard was cleaner than when they got there. i trust these guys to do all my plumbing work home and business  and know that it will be done up and above normal standards.

Enrique got back to me within. Instead on a Saturday night with a quick convenient appointment time, further he doesn't charge 398 an hour just to come out as assess the issue. He will assess and then give a quote which to me is much more fair and reasonable at least in my case with leaky faucets. Thanks Enrique

Our wall heaters broke down and we decided to get ductless mini-splits system. The electricians they sent were awesome. Omar and Eric did a great job! Every day they explained to me what they were going to do. Then, at the end of the day, they showed me videos of the work they did,  they would clean up everything neatly and leave. Both of them were very respectful and professional.

5 star for sure. Desperately needed a plumber on Saturday morning to fix a broken water line under my home. I used Yelp to contact Eldridge & Sons and was more than pleased with the professional service I received from Nick. I have already booked another appointment for him to return in a couple weeks to work on my kitchen sink.

Walked into HomeDepot to put in a request in pro services as the water pipe in the backyard of my home broke.  As soon as the phone number was entered, within seconds I got a call from Vince, which was simply amazing and scheduled a time right that day (Sunday).

Vince came in at the said time and was able to fix the broken pipe with ease and also went one step further to fix an additional leak.  Thanks so much Vince.

I will be engaging him for additional plumbing projects that I have in my mind.

Highly recommended plumbing company especially if you have a high end product in your house. We were looking for someone to fix the Porcelanosa shower cartridge some companies refused to touch the product since they might break it. I was able to find Guy Plumbing and Dan easily fixed the shower cartridge. We are also planning to replace a toilet too.

The plumber who arrived was nice and did a good job, but I am still suffering from sticker shock.  $870 to fix a leaky faucet.  I needed the work done that day, so I went ahead and paid but if I had more time I'd look elsewhere.

Jerry updated a gas valve and expertly finished installing a slide in new range, leveling it and making sure it fit perfectly with the kitchen countertops. I appreciated Jerry's  professionalism and excellent customer skills.

They quoted me $450 for seismic strapping of a water heater.
Another plummer, Marc Morrow, did the job for $100.
I don't know what they were thinking, I guess they thought I must be some kind of idiot to accept that quote.
