They were professional but friendly and clearly communicated what was going to be done. When finished they cleaned the area and made sure that everything was back in its place. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

We would definitely use Simply Green Plumbing again. Gary and his team did an amazing job on a copper re-pipe in our house. They patiently explained what needs to be done, quoted a fair price, and made sure everything works correctly.

It was an emergency! My neighbor's waste water was being back-flowed into my kitchen and it was flooding!! We turned off all the water in the condo building, everyone had no water, I called a dozen plumbing places and they were all booked and everyone could not come out until the next afternoon!!  I went down the list, called Kevin, he came out 30 mins later, unclogged, talked to my neighbors, explained everything, clean up my kitchen, and gave me a very reasonable price!!  I can't believe I found him, thank you Kevin!!

Johnny from Citywide has come through in the clutch!  Citywide, for the win, again!  Had a water heater leak, and the home warranty insurance would not cover replacement until I replaced some old, single walled venting that connected to the water heater.  Johnny came out, scoped the project, and he and a co-worker, came out to fix it quickly, even though the necessary sized piping was tough to find.  He got finished with the job an hour earlier than estimated, cleaned up quickly, and when my water heater installer that was assigned by my insurance company came to install the water heater, he said that my plumber did a perfect job!  Johnny even left an extre pipe piece for the water heater installer.  Doesn't get any better than that.  Thanks Johnny!

Marco with Reed Plumbing is absolutely amazing! He was really kind and walked me through resolving my water heater issue over the phone (as it's a Sunday and so was unavailable) and didn't even charge for it. I'm so glad I found this company because it's obvious they are genuine, know their work, and are not all about making money and care about others. I will not be using another plumbing company ever again.

Service 10/10, Sato came in to help change the water shutoff valve( not sure if it is the right term) he has done everything what we asked for. He paid a lot attention to details and got the work done fast. Not to mention he took off his shoes when he entered our house without me asking, very considerate.

Overall very pleasant experience and will use them again.

Our house has a water leak from ceiling and the dry wall was damaged. We contacted Abdu for repairing the dry wall. Abdu is very responsive and provided a very good price quote. He stopped by our house and finished the project within 1.5 hours (dry wall repair, finish painting). He is friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely reach out to Abdu again for any other house project we may have.

I called just before 7:00 am and Mr Hansen answered. He had figured out my issue, had a replacement part and was at my home and had the water heater repaired by 11:00 am.  A thoroughly professional and competent service person. I will definitely call him again when I have a need. Thank you!

I only turn to After Hour Plumbing and Drain whenever I have a plumbing issue. I cannot recommend his company enough! All the staff have been so kind, reliable, honest, and quick to respond. I've had several different plumbing issues within the past year (my house is quite old) and Cedric and his team were able to help with all of those issues. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. They have been able to help me with bathroom pipes, gas pipes, underground water leaks, and even updating my old plumbing system to a newer and more reliable one.  I feel comfort in knowing that should any more issues arise, help is available with this team!

Our furnace stopped working a bit before 5 PM on this cold Friday afternoon.  I called two companies that took a long time to say they could come next week.  Then found Palo Alto Plumbing on the web.  The woman who answered the phone was intelligent, polite and understood my problem.  She quickly came back to say they could have a technician come to our home within the hour.  The technician was extremely professional and obviously very skilled.  He found and fixed the problem (a faulty transformer) quickly.  He also made the effort  to make sure everything was working properly.  I am really grateful for the top notch service and could not recommend them more highly.

I was referred to Josh by a friend for our plumbing needs. I work in a small office in Los Altos and hired J. Fisher Plumbing to take care of the plumbing in our office. I was very satisfied with the prompt service we received and the quality of the work done. Josh is very responsive via email and phone and he really is an expert in his field. I would definitely recommend J. Fisher Plumbing for any office or home needs. He makes you feel valued as a customer and cares about cleaning up after a job. For the great quality of work done, his prices are very reasonable.

I have found my plumber and I will never go back! I have tried many plumbers in Santa Cruz and never have I experienced such professional, kind, hard working, honest and skilled plumbers before. Their quote was plenty fair and the price even dropped as they did the work and discovered ways to make the job cheaper. They installed a new line from the meter to the first shut off, a big job, and they did it seamlessly. When they called me out to take a look the job was super clean, as if there had never been a leak. They even patched the concrete and raked the landscape so that it looked nice and tidy when they left. Our last plumbers left a mess in our kitchen that we had to clean up so this was a pleasant surprise. I give Garcia Plumbing my highest recommendation.

I had the worst experience with this company.  I asked for a quote on installation of smoke detectors back in December of 2017.  They sent a technician out named Ryan who meet me at my home and decided he needed to look at my fuse box and start tightening screws without turning off the power, of course this caused a power surge and which damaged property in my home.  After the incident Ryan was very apologetic and promised to have all items damaged replaced.  The replacement check was sent to me 7 months later and with that I needed to get an attorney.  Terrible customer service with many calls to the people in charge and never a return call, wait one return call from David Glover Jr the day after the incident where he told me to purchase all items that were damaged and send receipts.  After his call to me in December, I
never heard from anyone again from this company until i hired an attorney.  When the incident happened I asked David to come out to my property so he could see the damage himself, but he declined.  So if you are in need of electrical work, DO NOT hire Pacific Coast Electricians, they made this fiasco so much worse than it needed to be.

I had a backed up shower/tub drain and decided to go with Eldridge and Sons Plumbing since they were so close to my home and are family owned and run, which I like.  I called and within 30 minutes Keith arrived and quickly and professionally unclogged my main sewer line for a very reasonable price.  

I'm extremely satisfied with the service I got from Eldridge and Sons Plumbing and recommend this business.

Our Rinnai R85 tankless water heater started to leak water. We didn't notice it until Monday late afternoon when the garage door was wet. The water dripped from water heater, went through the dry wall, then flowed through garage. I talked to my neighbor and he recommended Vince as Vince did some good work for him before. I called Vince and he said that he will come to check the second day between 8-10am. Meanwhile he said that we could still use the water heater temporarily which was a relief.

On Tuesday Vince texted me the update and notify me when he will come. He checked and told me that I need a new tankless water heater. No surprise as the current one came from the builder more than 10 years ago. He suggested 2 replacement options from Rinnai and we chose the one with the bigger output. The price is a total price including the unit and labor which looks reasonable.

Vince contacted the supplier right away. Luckily that model was in stock. Vince came back that afternoon and started to work on the replacement right away. He was a certified Rinnai technician and he was very knowledgeable. He wrapped up the work right before the hail came down. He also explained options to save energy by setting up the water heater temperature for different scenarios. We really appreciated his quick turnaround time and his good work.

Last week I had a toilet badly in need of attention. It had clogged, and when I tried to plunge it myself, it overflowed all over the bathroom. Eww. I've never actually needed to call a plumber before, but I know when I'm out of my depth. So I turned to Yelp.

When I called they picked up right away. I explained the situation and they said they could have someone there within the next two hours. Hallelujah! In truth, a plumber and his helper/trainee arrived in less then an hour (with a phone call first to let me know they were on the way).

Fortunately they didn't even cringe at the disgusting situation in the bathroom, and got right to work. They used an auger to clear the clog, made sure the toilet was all clear, and were in and out in under 15 minutes. They were both polite and professional.

I got the bill in the mail a few days later. It seemed a bit steep to me - $146 for less than 15 minutes of toilet snaking - but I really can't complain. They swiftly rescued my only toilet in its hour of need!

They were great!  My sewer line to the street was blocked.  Sean showed up in less 30 minutes and fixed it fast.   Great service all around.

Awesome service! They were able to come out the next day. They gave us a time frame and called 30 minutes before their estimated arrival. Patrick arrived and had shoe protectors on ready to get the job done. We had a small leak on our master bathroom toilet. With the holidays, we just shut it off and then it sat for two months. So of course, our issue did not appear to be an issue when help finally arrived as the leaking could not be seen. Patrick went ahead and took everything apart to check and make sure there was no water damage underneath. He replaced the seal and put everything back together in a timely fashion. Highly recommend this company and love the fact we can support local businesses!

We had Frank from Benjamin Franklin plumbing come out to fix our dish washer and he was great, fast, and wonderful to work with. We also happened to ask about this terrible noise that our pipes were making, and he fixed it quickly (and cheaply). We also appreciated that Frank came quickly to our house to fix everything. We had first called other plumbers in the area but were either cancelled on or they didn't show up. I did read the other reviews and see there might be some problems with the company itself, but Frank was great!!
