Our outdoor garden faucet pipe was leaking so I called NG Rooter & Plumbing.  Juan was recommended by my Aunt.  I called Juan & he asked me to text my residence address . Right away he replied & came right away.  He changed pipe & gave recommendations.  We are satisfied with his job & recommendations. He did a great job. I highly recommend Juan from NG Rooter & Plumbing.  He is honest with his suggestions.  Juan deserves 5 stars.

Nick repaired the front door and fire door going from the kitchen to the garage in my mom's house.  I submitted a quote request on Yelp to 4-5 handymen, and Nick was the first to respond.  Both doors in my mom's house are quite old and did not close properly.  Nick did an amazing job and gave me options we could take along the way.  When he was done, both doors were completely fixed to my satisfaction.  

Additionally, I asked him for guidance on maintaining the doors and he provided some great tips for me while he was doing the work.  Nick is very friendly and personable as well.  Nick obviously has a broad set of skills and I would highly recommend him for handyman work.  In fact, before he left, I booked time for him to do some work on my house in Pacifica pertaining to evaluation of mold in a wall in one of my bathrooms.    Thanks Nick!

These guys found the leak and repaired our water line. Yea! I can was clothes again. Reasonable service and prices.

My shower valve broke and needed to be with the new shower set. The plumber was very knowledgeable and provided me with a couple reasonable and affordable options. Once I selected and option he got started right away and completed the job fairly quickly. Excellent service!!

After calling a plumbing contractor I had used in the past with no success in terms of receiving a call-back, and after reading all of the positive yelp reviews, I decided to try Citywide Plumbing. Johnny Tawasha responded and was at my home in under two hours. He was quick and efficient and the price was fair and reasonable. My husband and I who have a home in Carmel Valley,  found out we had a water leak somewhere between the water meter and the house, somewhere under the ground.  We called a local plumber to first locate the leak, and then give us an estimate for the cost of repair.  Because it was underground, and the property is big, we OK'd the initial plumbing company spending $620, to make an intelligent guess as to where it was, but with no success.  They then said it could cost up to almost $10,000.00 to find it and fix it.  We declined that estimate to go a different route.

We found out that there is a local company, called Leak Detection Specialist, who has specialized equipment which locates the source of leaks under the ground in a very fast and efficient way.  They located it the same day they came out,, and put a stake in the ground to mark the exact spot from where it originated.  Because the company  who found the leak does not do plumbing, we contacted a plumbing service, After Hours Plumbing and Drain, who came the next day.  They dug down 2 feet, saw the leak, and gave us an estimate for the repair which was significantly less than the    estimate we got from the first company. We OK'd that estimate and it was repaired the next day.

My husband and I felt very lucky to have discovered After Hours Plumbing and Drain, and  Leak Detection Specialist. and recommend both of them to find and fix water leaks in Monterey County.

Realizing we had no hot water after hours, I called Palo Alto Plumbing.   I was willing to accept the overtime charge, and someone came immediately and showed up wearing a mask during Covid and standing at a safe distance, which I really appreciated for starters.  Turns out the problem could not be fixed that night, so I was not charged the overtime and the problem was fixed the next day.  24 hours later we had no hot water.  Turns out we needed to replace the water heater - again, PA Plumbing was super prompt, responsive and courteous.  In the end we were only charged for one visit, no overtime and a very fair price on the water heater.  It was clear PA Plumbing wanted to resolve our issue in the most fair and efficient way possible.  I would definitely call on PA Plumbing in the future.

Josh Fisher just finished Plumbing my house. His price was good, he was extremely respectful and professional, he and his guys were fantastic start to finish. I am a contractor, and I base my business around quality work and service. I am not easily impressed with other contractors. Josh communicated every detail of what he was going to do and how he was going to do it, and delivered everything exactly the way he said he would. I looked over the entire job start to finish. No one could have possibly done a better job. I now have a plumber to recommend to my customers that I can count on to keep up my good name. Excellent work Josh and crew!

These guys are the real deal.   Had a stoppage in my cast iron main sewage line.   The team showed up on time as promised, worked tirelessly to snake and hydro clean the line - and we are up and running again.   Enrique suggested that I consider replacing the cast iron lines with PVC at some point to avoid problems associated with aging cast iron.    Will definitely hire these folks again for any plumbing related needs or replacements.  

Invoice received via email with Quickbooks and payment was a breeze.  Pleasure to work with a professional company that has high integrity in all regards and priced fairly.

UPDATE 9/25/2020:  Enrique and his team came back to do a few more jobs for me in the last few days, including adding a secondary cleanout for the main line in front of the house; great idea and it was done flawlessly with total regard to quality and asthetics.   These guys totally rock and stick to their firm quotes.   Can't go wrong with this operation, give them a try.

Our refrigerator and everything on its circuit went down.  We called and were able to et an appointment for the next morning.  Levi showed up on time with a smile and helpful attitude.  He put in a separate circuit for the refrigerator and fixed some outlets also, all with a continuing helpful attitude.  He even helped us throw out the machine that caused the circuit to break.
I told him that we are considering getting more electrical work done, and because of his service, Pacific Coast Electricians are the first people we've called.

I needed new shut-off valves in my bathroom installed as they were old and one wouldn't close all the way. I am pretty good at basic plumbing, but I was concerned about the poor condition of the hot side -- that the part might not remove properly or other complication would come up if I tried to do it myself.
I called Eldridge & Son due to good reviews. I described the situation to Nick and he said he could come later the same day. He provided a good estimate of the cost of his time and parts on the phone. He arrived right on time. After an inspection he confirmed the cost and thought there would be no problem.
He did a great job on the replacement and cleaned up afterward.  His estimate was perfect. Nick answered all my questions and provided great information for when I am installing my new vanity and sink... he couldn't do that because I have to paint first. :-)

This was my second time using this company.  I cannot say enough good things about them. They showed up quickly and stayed until job was done. Work was done outside and even though they had to dig up part of yard, they put everything back and no evidence of problem. Titus was wonderfu.

Web site shows 24 hour emergency service and even gives a 800 number to call for EMERGENCY help.  

Call the number and the woman on the end of the phone sounds like i woke her up. After 5 minutes of not being able to understand her I hang up and call back.

I get a different lady and she is very pleasant and goes over how they will be able to fix the issue, gets all of my information.  Let me restart and say I explained from the very beginning all our toilets and sinks are backed up, i need someone out ASAP.. i actually said it twice because she told me she understood how difficult it is not having a working bathroom and I responded with we have three non working bathrooms now.

So i give her all of my information, street address, etc..  it's 11pm Sunday night and she says ok, our technician will be out on Tuesday...    HUH????   24/7 emergency service as long as you need us on Tuesday i guess.

Needless to say I went with a different plumber since I have this annoying habit of needing to use the bathroom and shower more than once every 3 days.
