My son had just purchased a large 30 year old house, and the extensive landscape lighting had been left in a serious state of disarray. Several landscape and electrical contractors wanted no part of the job. Once Matt understood that I was willing to pay for diagnostic work, he gave an estimate of what his workers' time would cost. Ruben did an outstanding job in sorting out the various problems in an old and disorganized lighting system. When they left, in less time than I had arranged for, all of the various systems had been made functional and understandable. I can easily see why they have garnered such sterling reviews. They will be my go-to company for any future electrical work.

I called Jason to fix a breaker that was supposedly the source of my nonoperative hot tub. It a rare part apparently - Jason helped to locate before I even booked him for the job.

Jason arrived they day after I got the part. He replaced it within 10 minutes of arrival. He had obviously done this a few times.

Unfortunately the breaker was not the source of the hot tub problem.

To my surprise, Jason then offered to check out the hot tub itself. He unscrewed the panel and proceeded to disconnect various wires, isolating the cause of the failing circuitry within the hot tub itself!

Nothing extra charged for his debugging wizardry.

Jason obviously has a breadth of electrical knowledge, confidence and an excellent work ethic. We have an kitchen remodel coming up and I'll definitely be reaching out to him in the future.

These guys are awesome.  A friend recommended Willow Glen Electric after having them install a dryer circuit to charge an electric car, so I followed suit when moving to an Electric car myself.  The service could not have been better.  They guided me on uploading a few pictures of my garage and I had an estimate in hand in a couple hours. They were out and had the circuit installed a few days later having done a great job to keep the wall work to a minimum and near invisible.  To my surprise,  this was done well ahead of taking possession of the car.  They also worked directly with the city to file the necessary permit and met the city inspector when they came out.  A hearty recommendation all the way around!

Minh's craft and attention to detail is superb. It's for this reason that I didn't hesitate hiring him again, once in 2019 and now in 2021. When he installed  our living room recessed lighting in 2019, he warned me that he'd need to make small cuts on the wall that the painters would need to touch up. When he was finished, I could barely tell that any work was needed. Recently, when I asked him to install a NEMA 14-50 outlet in our garage; he helped me select parts that could withstand the higher load per Tesla's recommendation. What impresses my wife most: He comes and leaves our home clean. Yes, after he completes his tasks, he vacuums his work area and takes away all garbage with him. I give Minh my highest recommendation (if you can get on his busy calendar).

We recently ordered an indoor sauna / steam room and needed to run a new 30A hard wire from the main panel directly to the heater in an upstairs location. Julio identified a very clean path for the metal conduit inside the garage, and then used flex directly from the wall to the heater for minimal visual distraction.

He and his crew were professional, friendly, and also very importantly great at communication and response times. We received an on-site quote right away and were able to schedule the actual work very shortly thereafter.

Roger deserves a high rating. I came home and part of my bedroom had no power, the breakers and ground faults were all fine. He first told me over the phone what to check myself so I wouldn't have to pay for him to come out. After three try's, I told him to come over if possible, it was already 4:30. He arrived 20 minutes later and began working. Thirty minutes later it was fixed, loose connection in the attic- I would never have found that myself. Thank God it wasn't anything major - Roger was so prompt and no nonsense, and reasonable price also. I'll be calling Formosa next time for sure !!

This is a follow up on the previous review which was posted last Friday. After posting a one star review on hearing no response from Duke a couple days ago, he responded immediately and set up an appointment the very next day-today.
He gave us an honest opinion for our rental and advised us to get 2 other estimates before deciding on which way we want to do.
Appreciate his understanding and honesty in considering our budget for a rental. This is a fair advice.

If you appreciate high-quality work, attention to detail and a commitment to resolve your issues completely, I would highly recommend Henry and Doug from CPL. Of the several 4/5 star-rated electricians on Yelp in our area, Henry not only was the only one that answered when I called, he also arranged the appointment, showed up on time and finished the work before I even heard back from anyone else. Could not be more satisfied and guys like this deserve to be singled out. Five stars!

We hired the Adary team to troubleshoot our faulty electrical outlets. They were very timely in having the assistant coming out for the initial inspection. We agreed for the owner to take a second look; he set the expectation of letting us know ASAP and never followed up.

I texted him again reminding him of this request and I received no reply.  We subsequently went with Simpson electric after waiting for a few days.

Nick with Electrica was very responsive to my need for someone to replace my hardwired smoke detectors that were malfunctioning. He was professional and prompt. I recommend him for your electrical needs.

I contacted Electric Heroes after getting many quotes from other Bay Area electricians. From my first virtual consultation to my final inspection (beware San Jose residents...scheduling inspections is the worst), Electric Heroes was great to work with! Mynor and Roberto did great work replacing my Zinsco panel and added a new circuit for my electric water heater. Ana and Zoe were also very responsive to all my questions. Would recommend and would use again!

Dan came out the same day that we called, was able to give us a best guess estimate over the phone. Was super knowledgeable, able to figure out and fix the problem pretty quickly. His estimate was right on, and he took all types of payment.

Jim is a very nice guy.  His  works are  very professional and  efficiency,  highly  recommend  him.

Edwin and his crew at Fast Handy Electric did a couple of jobs for us. One job was to route new wiring and install a 240 VAC electrical outlet in the back bedroom. The second was to install 2 outdoor outlets and a switch onto a gazebo that we had just installed in our backyard patio.

Fast Handy Electric did a very good job. They are efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. They use high quality materials. Both jobs were performed quickly, within 2 days of the initial quote. Their price is very competitive.

Came down to give me a quote. I Spent about 40 min showing him everything. Was supposed to get back to me with a quote. Contacted him after a month and he was sorry that his phone had been acting up and he is busy for the next 6 weeks now.
Being nice and knocking only 1 star off. I have to get back and do this all over now.

Communication very good. Showed up and assessed and did repair. Reliable. Would call again. It does remain shocking that a simple repair and part ends up being $280. This might be the industry standard, but has one wonder if a new appliance would be a reasonable option at some point. If had to have another appliance repair, would call FUSE.

Caio diagnosed my electric fixture issue quickly and efficiently. His extremely professional, polite and no nonsense attitude made things even easier. I called him for one of the bulb fixtures that was out. But while he was here I remembered my doorbell was out as well, and he offered to check that and fixed that one as well. All with one flat rate. I've saved his number now for all my future electric needs.

We reached out to Jack to add recess lighting in our living room. Jack and his partner did an incredible job and I'm very happy with the final outcome. We had contacted a few other electricians but they refused because of our wooden ceiling. Jack and his team did an incredible job. The cutting in the wood was precise and no damage was done. He also took precautions to make sure the floor did not get dirty/ damaged while they were working.

The entire communication with him was smooth and easy! I highly recommend his work. You won't be disappointed.

Contacted Velo for an estimate and Carlos was quick to answer. He was tentative and responsive of any and all questions and concerns I had. On day of service he was prompt and provided confirmation when he was on his was. He was on time and provided the necessary services I requested as well as providing me with further options for down the road projects I was looking to complete. All without being pushy. Overall he installed my Tesla wall charger within 2-3 hours. I highly recommend Velo Electric. He is the best in the business for quality and pricing. Carlos is very honest and trustworthy, for sure he just won a repeating customer! I will without a doubt be dealing more business with him and recommending him to all of my family and friends.
