We called several of the big boy companies - one said on the answering machine that they were not booking anything for 3 weeks; one never answered; the other one has yet to return our call. So we remembered about Home Depot referrals. We called 2 of the electricians on their site and Dace returned our call first. And he said he could be at the house at 2 PM - which he was (maybe a few minutes early!). He took care of the job - showed and explained to my husband what the issue was - took time to answer questions. Instead of trying to recruit more work for himself he even talked himself out of some work! If we need an electrician we will definitely be calling this local company again - and I recommend that you do also!

Wanted NEMA 14-50 install. Jason was super nice and went above and beyond. He did an excellent install. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased a Tesla Model S and needed to install a NEMA 14-50 240 volt outlet in my garage.  Tesla recommended Willow Glen Electric and I spoke with Matt.  He asked me to take a few pictures of the install location, electrical panel, and sub-panel.  Based on these pictures, he didn't believe my home could support 40 amps, but after arriving at my home and evaluating, Matt and his team determined it was feasible and installed the outlet right then and there.  The installation went smoothly.  Willow Glen coordinated with my city to arrange for the permit sign-off and showed up for the meeting/review which took place the following week.  I have the signed permit, a clean outlet installation, and am a happy customer.  Thanks Matt and team!

He was upfront about not doing any digging/trench work himself, which ultimately ended up being why we didn't select him for our project as we're still considering doing some trench work and didn't want to do the coordination ourselves, but we'll certainly consider him in the future :)

I called Absolute Power with some minor concerns about my electrical system, and Julio took the time to call me to talk through my concerns and answer my questions. We had our electric service upgraded to 200 Amps (200 Amps is the minimum recommended service panel size in full size modern homes) by Formosa Electric. We also have our main (relocated) and sub panels replaced and everything finished within a day. Roger's team showed up on time, coordinated with PG&E and finished the entire project effectively and efficiently. We would recommend Formosa Electric to anyone who needs electrical services in the SF Bay Area.

The ultimate professional in the electric business.  He fixed many of my electrical problems in my home including, non-working outlets, led fixtures, ceiling fans, and blinking lights. The guy knows his business and is thorough. You tell him what you need fixed and he just gets the job done. Where else can you have the owner of a business come out to your residence and complete the job for you in a timely manner nowadays? Duke Electric for all your residential needs. I will be referring him more business in the near future.  By the way he came out two days before Christmas!!!  Did I mention his prices are highly competitive? These guys are absolutely amazing. They made an initial visit to assess the problem and then squeezed us in to find and do the repair. They were in and out in just over 40 minutes. On the initial visit the possible bad receptacles were marked so they came in and checked until they found the problem which involved putting in a new outlet. Easy peasy.

I used Adary Electric back 2020 at my old townhouse to replace the old
CFL bulb housing with ballast with the led ones. The electrician was knowledgeable came on time and was able to complete the job of replacing 6 bulb housing in 90mins. The pricing is reasonable for per hour billing and we were happy with the service we got

Needed some new outlets and lighting fixtures in my home. Electric heroes to the rescue. We did a virtual estimate and scheduled the work to be done. Brayan arrived promptly and got right to work. Dan was on time, professional, (even started to remove his shoes when he saw we didn't wear shoes in house) and finished in timely manner.  Would hire again!  Will most likely be calling him to install some more lights and fans.

Jim, the owner is simply awesome.  Jim installed recessed ceiling lights in the living room where we were remodeling.  He did a fantastic job.  He is very knowledgeable, quick, and super friendly.  I will definitely call him again for my next remodeling job.  It is hard to find a contractor like Jim.  Highly recommended.

Interesting...2 phone numbers listed and no returned call after voicemail left. Called the phone number listed on Yelp as well as the phone number listed on the actual website. vague outgoing message didn't identify the business name. On to the next electrician on the list. :(

David was great.  He was on time did the work we talked about in a quick and efficient manner which included installing a number of overhead bucket lights and rewiring some other problematic lights.  He also found a potentially dangerous uncovered live wire left by a previous electrician.  I would recommend him highly!

They did good work to repair my fridge but probably charged me a lot more to repair my refrigerator compressor starter (a part that costed $18) than needed.  Tech was there for not even an hour and it cost me $275 for diagnosis and repair.   On the pricier side but the work was good.

Caio was efficient and punctual. Gave us a quote over FaceTime, showed up on time and completed the task. Will definitely reuse his services when needed again.

Jack did the recessed lighting and various electrical work on our house. He was extremely responsive and responsible. Within a week of reaching out, he was able to coach me for a list of things to prepare for and come out with his crew on time in the morning to get the work done. He did a great job and went above and beyond, even helping install an outdoor power outlet receptacle when his crew took longer than expected. Jack responded instantly to any questions and gave us a competitive price. I can't think of any other electrician to come back to when I have any electrical work that needs to be done.

Carlos Velo responded promptly to my request for quote on electric panel upgrade from 100 amp to 200 amp; gave a good quote; told me what to expect in terms of timing from PGE,city permitting, and his schedule; arrived when he said he would; and completed work in highly professional manner. I'm generally not the easiest grader, but he earned five stars or more!  I couldn't be happier.
