Highly recommend! I can't say enough great things about this company. Great customer service, Francielle is always there to assist and help with any questions. Julio and Christopher, owners were hands on. When they arrived to begin my repipe they explained what they were doing, even added a new pipe outside. They all worked together like an orchestra, and everyone was so happy and friendly. This is more like a family. The job was done on time. They cleaned up. When the inspector came to inspect job for permit, it passed without issue and after all pro came and did the patching, which looked great, the same inspector came back and said it was a really nice job. I definitely would hire them again! This is a company you can trust and these days that's hard to find!

I called about a leaky toilet on and they repaired it the next day (after apologizing for the delay - I'd tolerated the leakiness for months so this still seemed pretty fast to me!).  Jacob gave a 3-hour window and was very communicative and professional; I really appreciated his flexibility when I mentioned I was running behind due to an unexpected errand.  The repair took about 20 minutes, and now our toilet is far less annoying :)  Thanks!

After literally 30 years of working with plumbers, I can tell you that Kratzer Plumbing is one of the best. Reasonable rates. Quick response. Prompt arrival at the promised time. Cooperative and helpful. Came in, did the job, and was done. 90 day warranty on the work. Everything you want from a plumber doing a repair in your home.

Left the tool (that came in the new faucet box) and showed me how to repair myself if it comes loose, which it often does. It's hard to find professionals you can trust - Kratzer Plumbing is one of them.

An update to a previous review: After the water heater install a few weeks ago, I noticed the heater would make a strange chirping sound every now and then. Concerned, I called Bellows back and they scheduled a tech to come back out to take a look right away. It turned out to be Anthony, the gentleman who did the original install. It was great that he was already familiar with the setup. While he couldn't immediately identify the issue, he didn't try to excuse away the issue. Rather, he called the manufacturer and even went so far as to go to the hardware store to buy additional tools to help him track down the issue! In the end, it turned out to be a minor adjustment to the overflow tank pressure (or so we think). While the original install was very expensive, the fact that they were so responsive to an issue speaks to the quality of and dedication to their work. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for and I believe this is true when working with Bellows.

Our bathroom sink was clogging up for a good 3 months. Andres and Frankie did a great job fixing it. They were courteous and friendly, wearing shoe covers. Andres also took the time to explain why green gobbler didn't work on our sink and what we can do in the future to troubleshoot. The whole process took less than 30 minutes.

We had a new AC system installed in June last year. For some reason, it was interrupting our furnace system and shutting down the power. After several visits over six months, Jeff was finally able to fix it. Turns out, our furnace filter was restricting air flow and causing the problem.  We really appreciate the time and effort it took to diagnose and remedy the problem. This is my second time working with Discount Plumbing, and they'll be my first call when I need a plumber again.  At 8am this morning I started calling plumbers for an urgent problem.  The scheduling/logistics team had LB headed to my place within an hour of my call. LB arrived, we did a quick walk-through and he listened when I described the issue.  He did a great job identifying and solving the immediate issue, and explained to me the conditions which created it.  He provided estimates for the larger issue, but I didn't feel pressured to make a big purchase today.  Painless, affordable, and I'm now well informed.

For the past 3 years that we've been in our home, we always default to the local plumber who does a fine job.  However, on a recent issue with the new Toto toilet, I received a quote for $600 to fix it.  This just didn't seem right.

My husband suggested we try the plubmer he uses for his business in Gilroy.  At first, I was hesistant to have someone come all the way from San Martin to help us on what I believed to be a basic fix but upon speaking with Brian, he was more than happy to help and do the drive to see what he could do.

(1) First off, Brian was PUNCTUAL - something that normally isn't a virtue with the contractors and plumbers we've used.  Having an infant at home, this was so appreciated and just plain respectful of our time - thank you!

(2) Brian quickly UNDERSTOOD the issue, had the correct parts to fix it in less than an hour.

(3) Brian was RESPECTFUL of our home, making sure to keep clean the area he worked in.

(4) Finally, he charged us a very FAIR PRICE, especially considering his commute - just $200 to complete the work!

In addition, a left over issue from a past job by our former plubmer to fix the kitchen sink still acts up from time to time.  Brian had a look and quickly understood the issue and is going to come again to fix it.

What I appreciate so much is that the team at Sullivan isn't green to plumbing issues.  Clearly, Brian has grown up around the trade and can quickly and effectively address the issues without wasting time and our money.

Our kitchen sink was clogged, I didn't want to cause any further damage so I contacted Dave's Plumbing Services. They arrived and within minutes they were able to fix the issue and even replaced my kitchen sink pipes. I appreciated them taking the time to walk me through the process and answering any questions we had. They definitely appreciate their clients and discounted me 10% for being a first time client which was a nice bonus, I was very happy with the results and will definitely contact them in the future!

There was water leak in our bathroom that affected my son's wall towards the base board.  The wall is shared by the shower stall and my son's bedroom.  I never tried online plumbers, but came across Preferred Plumbing & Drain.  I spoke to Darrin on June 5 at 4:02 pm and mentioned that a technician will be at our house at 7pm for an estimate.  Darrin called me at 7:13 pm that there's no technician available & rescheduled June 6 at 3 pm.  Seth called me on June 6 at 9:38 am and confirmed the 3pm appointment but he called again at 12:04 pm that they are running late, probably between 4 to 5 pm.  Brian, the technician called me at 4:28 pm and mentioned that he will arrive at 5 pm, and he did!

With all the fiasco on time changes, you'd think I'd rate Preferred Plumbing & Drain lower than a 5 star, but Brian Olquin saved the day!  Brian came with a mask on and ready to work.  He immediately found the issue, went to Home Depot and replaced the shower cartridge, all done in an hour!

Brian was very professional, polite and direct to the point.  Preferred Plumbing & Drain is very lucky to have Brian on their team!  I'll contact them again in the future for any plumbing issues and hopefully, they'll send Brian again!

Ygnacio has been fantastically helpful to my husband and I after we bought a new house which needed, and continues to need, some work!  Whether it's a big project like installing a kitchen and bathroom or something small like fixing a running toilet he has been able to provide us with efficient, professional and affordable help or recommendations for everything we've encountered.  I highly recommend his services, really nice guy and easy to work with as well!

Julio was remarkable! He replaced my water softener and in doing so showed a creativity and ingenuity to complete the job well. I purchased a smaller than previous unit and the shorter height caused a problem with the connectors. The longest (24) pipes were too short to reach the new unit. The picture shows how he solved the issue. I was able to save money and avoid the trouble of having to return the new unit for a larger one that I don't need.

Vladislav came out and repaired a leaky cracked main line into our unit.  He was very professional and timely and charged a fair price for the service.

Hard water ate through a lot of plumbing in my home, so Richard has been here many times. Over the years, he's replaced a water heater, three toilets, at least one faucet, and all of the shut-off valves throughout the house. And I've never had a problem with his work. Whenever I've called, he's scheduled an appointment quickly and showed up on time. He explains the problems and outlines the potential solutions clearly. He also uses Square, so credit card payments are fast and secure. Highly recommend.

Our Takagi hot water heater stopped functioning. Adam worked out to get someone in to look at it immediately even though I said we could wait a few days as we have a functioning heater for the showers. He was concerned given our heater was older, he might have to order a part. Turned out that the sensor needed to be cleaned and he was done within a hour.   Great service. Happy customer.

Our kitchen sink drain ran slower and slower over the course of a month so I finally bit the bullet and made an appointment with a plumber.

Dave came at the appointed time and got to work right away.  In less than an hour he had my drain cleared.  He also gave me some tips on how to maintain the drain without harming the pipes.  Then he noticed that my faucet which has an extendable nozzle didn't fully retract so he gave me an extra weight that hangs on the flexible tube for free and told me how to install it.

Dave did a professional job quickly and he was very friendly and helpful.  I would definitely use A & A Plumbing again.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
