Very honest contractors. I had another company fix a leak and told me that my water pressure was too high at over 100 psi.  I called  Team Contractors to install a pressure regulator.  They were very professional and answered all of my concerns via texts and phone calls.  We set up a time for the service and they came on time.  They checked the issue and showed me that my water pressure was only 80 psi and I did not need a pressure regulator.  Saved me a lot of money.  I will always use them as my plumbing conctrator in the future.  I would give them 6 Stars if I could.

Are you kidding me? This company cant even answer their phone. How in the world can you trust them to show up at your house to work on your plumbing? Seriously. All these comments are paid employee's commenting on Yelp. Beware

I recently had the pleasure of hiring George for a plumbing job, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I reached out, George was nothing short of phenomenal. Jacob was able to begin the work ahead of schedule after notifying us he was available, and he completed repairs on two bathtub faucets, plus he helped us with a minor issue we had with our kitchen faucet at no extra charge.  He worked professionally and answered all of our questions in the process, and he continually kept us informed on the progress he was making along the way.  We would certainly consider hiring this company again for future plumbing projects.

Excellent all around service. From the enthusiasm when then answer the phone promptly, to being early in the time window they provided to the finished product my experience was excellent! I had what I thought was a minor sink leak in the crawl space our our home. Turned out that it was old galvanized pipe, our house was built in the 50's,  that had rusted thru in multiple small locations. I was quoted a fair price for replacing over 40 feet of pipe, cleaning up the mess from the leakage and leaving the area better than when they started. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any plumbing related service.

Bellows is simply the best.  Refreshingly professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous.  I called Bellows to service my systems and repair a problem with my dehumidifier.  Miguel arrived on time and got right to work.  However, before starting, he went over what he was going to do and explained why he was doing it.  When he found some minor problems, he showed them to me and explained so I fully understood.  It was a pleasure having him service my systems.  Moreover, Miguel explained Bellows' SERVICE CLUB to me.  It was a no-brainer.  For significantly less than I had been quoted, I could join their SERVICE CLUB and get two additional services per year, as well as some other perks, for significantly less money that the current service would have cost (and the current service was included in the SERVICE CLUB price).  Yes, with Bellows, it is truly as good as it gets.  I cannot give a higher recommendation.  This company has the old fashioned view of what customer service should be, and it is wonderfully refreshing.  We need more companies like Bellows.

We had issues with our kitchen sink not draining.  Wilmar was quick to answer our call and made it out the same day.  He was wonderful to work with and did an excellent job.  I would highly recommend him.

I wanted to wait until our permit was approved before leaving a review and it happened today.

I met Bellows through the Costco Services program when I requested a quote to replace our 30+ year old furnace and to add a/c.  Carl came around about two weeks later and spent a good amount of time looking over our house and then explaining our options.  I felt he was very knowledgeable and trusted his suggestions.  Normally, I always get at least three quotes, but by the end of his presentation, I was comfortable enough to sign the agreement.  Due to their backlog, I was warned that our installation wouldn't happen for another six weeks, but we were okay with that.
 
About a week after the consultation, Russell, the project manager, came to our house to check out the logistics as we were moving the furnace from a closet to the attic.  He answered all of my husband's questions to the point that my husband also felt Bellows knew what they were talking about.
 
When the installation date arrived, a team of four worked three and a half days to complete the work.  Each day, they arrived promptly and left the house super clean at the end of the day.  Bellows arranged for another company to do the HERS test which is required for the permit and we passed with no issues.

Today, the city inspector came and Bellows sent a technician to answer any questions he may have and our permit was approved!

Bellows has been very responsive and supportive every step of the way and now that we've used both our new furnace and a/c without issues, we can vouch for their knowledge and skills.

I have already recommended Bellows to two friends and would not hesitate recommending them to you!

After looking around with many companies we finally settled with serv-all. They get the job done and the price is fair. Jason has also been friendly and patient with our questions. Overall good company so we recommend it.

Fred was fast, friendly and fastidious! I called at 1:30pm on a Saturday with an overflowing kitchen sink and by 4, Fred was onsite and fixing the problem. He even put on booties before coming in, which I didn't realize I would appreciate. 30min later my evening and weekend are saved.

They got back to me right away. Came the following day and fixed the problem (while the three other plumbers that I called never got back to me). Very friendly. I am very pleased with their service. I highly recommend them.

I just had the privilege of working with Julio from Golden State Plumber (he just left about 10 minutes ago). I am getting my house ready to rent and the water valves under the kitchen sink needed to be upgraded. Julio was fast, friendly and professional. He even left the space under the sink cleaner than he found it! He is returning to update the gas line for the stove. After the nightmare I had with the last contractor ( repeated call backs to fix mistakes which led me to firing them); It is nice to have someone who does it right the first time. Had a recirculation pump and water heater suddenly spring a massive midnight leak.  Pipes had failed and connections gone bad - most likely from substandard work by earlier plumbers.

Just Plumbing came out within two hours of my morning call and had everything squared away perfectly by 11:45AM!

I'm older and not normally a review-writer but this experience was exceptional!

It's a Friday night in summer, grandchidren are visiting, there are 13 people in the house and water is discivered coming from the wall behind the kitchen sink. This is a problem that must be resolved and the first plumbing company I spoke with said I had to wash all the dishes in the bathroom sink (remember ... 13 people!) until Monday. That is so not going to work! Other companies didn't retun my call (and some still haven't). I turned to my online neighborhood website, asked for recommendations and Affordable Plumbing was mentioned three times. Kerry Harris, a plumber working for Affordable Plumbing was recommended by name twice. Called his number and left a message - he returned my call within 15 minutes and made arrangements to come over right then! On a Friday night! He came over, assessed the problem (a suspected leaking drain line from the kitchen sink) and scheduled to come the next morning to open up the wall and, hopefully fix it.

Kerry came over on time Saturday morning, cut through my stucco from outside (easiest access to the pipe) found the problem (a cracked drain pipe), repaired it and closed up the hole with a stuuco patch all in under three hours. He said he would come back later when the patch was dry to put on the stucco top coat. Kerry was very efficient, professional and knowledgable throughout his time here. He worked hard and he worked fast. And - he was kind! Maybe not the first quality you look for in a plumber, but when someone has to come out and see the places in your home no one else EVER sees, that are embarrassing, it is appreciated. Kerry was ably assisted in his work by his nephew, which I liked seeing. As a mother of four boys myself (all adults now) I value someone who takes the time to train the next generation how to work.

True to the name of the company, the bill was VERY affordable! After everything was cleaned up Kerry then cleaned out my drain (I didn't know that needed to be done!) I just can't get over how concerned I was last night when the leak was discovered on the start of a weekend and now, less than 24 hours later, it is completely resolved at a price I could manage! Just wow.

I was having problems with water heater shutting off continuously.  After having several plumbing companies come out and do their fixes I continued to have problems.  I finally called Good Guys Plumbing and they sure have the proper name for their company.  Adam, the owner operator, was like a doctor  diagnosing an illness.  He thought things out methodically and gave me several options.  I of course had to make the decision but based on Adam's thoroughness in evaluating the issues I decided to buy a new water heater and based on Adam's experience with many brands of heaters I went with the one he suggested.  He and an employee  removed the old water heater and installed the new one and were meticulous in their work.  All I can conclude with is you can't go wrong with the Good Guys.

This is a great Plumbing company fully deserving of the top rating Yelp. I had an emergency gas pipe plumbing problem when installing a new cooktop and got this name from Yelp. Jessie from A&A was excellent. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and thoughtful too. He figured out a few options and discussed the most optimal way of solving the problem and saved me nearly $175 in the process. I greatly recommend A&A for their work - they truly deserve the 5 star rating! ..and yes, he puts on his booties every time he enters the house saving the carpet.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
