hired Khoa to repipe the gas pipes due to their quick response & very reasonable quote. They did a very good job to make sure the everything is up to city code in one day. They also pointed out some layout issues of the old pipes & explained me why it's an issue & they fix it with my permission. I am very satisfied with their professional work. Highly recommended!

All pro repipe did a great job on my house prior to listing it to sell. Julio was very responsive and they fit me into a tight schedule. The job was done in one day and the work was excellent. I will comment about another yelper complaining they don't answer the phone. Well, that's because Julio is busy on job sites during the day and returns calls or emails in the evenings. All pro is a new business and they are gaining a solid reputation. Any business is hard when you start. I've already referred All pro to a friend and he had a great experience too. I will be using them again at my current house.

George was responsive, clear, honest, and hard-working. When my dishwasher was leaking he showed up fast, fixed the problem, and talked me through the rest of the water damage. When my sewer pipe was blocked, he responded quickly with a rotor and camera to show me what happened, clear the blockage, and explain what to look out for in the future. I'm working with him on quotes for larger projects. Great to have a reliable plumber.

Wow.  I called and spoke to Lee on 3 separate occasions.  Each time, he patiently helped me SOLVE MY OWN PLUMBING PROBLEM without cost.  I am blown away, this company has certainly earned my loyalty.  If you have plumbing issues, do not hesitate to call them!

A big thank you to Paul from Bellows Plumbing!  Our sink was backed up and none of our basic fixes were doing the trick.  He came out and when his first attempt to roto didn't solve it he became a detective, trying to determine the source of the problem.  We have some wacky plumbing, but Paul was able to move the clog along the line from the sink to the bathroom and clear it out from there.  So glad he kept at it, and thankful to have a fully functioning house again!

Wilmar was scheduled to come to do a free estimate between 1:00 & 3:00 and never showed up. I called him and he said he would text me, but never did. This plumbing company started off on the wrong foot. If you can't even show up for the estimate how can someone rely on your work!!

Had a good experience with Bellows when we had a sewer project in the Santa Cruz area. Called them for another project in the South Bay where we had sewer water overflowing in the front yard. Was able to get an appointment for inspection/evaluation in a matter of a couple of days. However, even before showing up for the in-person appointment, the Tech called ahead to clarify what we were experiencing and told me that it might be an issue covered by the city and I should consult them first before having a paid service call by Bellows -- as it was likely a lateral drain/sewer line blockage covered by the city. Sure enough, the city Sanitary District Dept came out to take a look and said it was in fact their job to clear the blockage close to the main. Thanks Bellows for the excellent customer service!

Their price was a bit high @ $175, but the soft water was returned to service by this firm for the second time in 6 months. It appears my attempts to fix the conditioner did not work.

These guys are in high demand and I understand why. I thought I was going to get an estimate and have to wait a day or so for them to schedule an appointment but NOOOO! They came PREPARED and at a price that was extremely fair. They not only fixed my issue the day of the estimate they also handled my last minute add-ons. They were honest and very accommodating. I'm sooooo happy with the work and price. They will definitely be my plumbers from here on out.

This is my 2nd review for this excellent company. Water heater was leaking, texted Marco and gave me a temporary solution and also setup an appointment for the next day to fix the leaking issue. He came on time and as always very professional and friendly. He took care of the problem very efficiently. Do not hesitate to call them for you next job.

Julio was remarkable! He replaced my water softener and in doing so showed a creativity and ingenuity to complete the job well. I purchased a smaller than previous unit and the shorter height caused a problem with the connectors. The longest (24) pipes were too short to reach the new unit. The picture shows how he solved the issue. I was able to save money and avoid the trouble of having to return the new unit for a larger one that I don't need.

Vlad made an urgent visit to fix a major leak in our plumbing. Looking at the photos he knew what to do and gave me a price. On site, at home, he had all the tools needed to fix the problem very well - including overcoming some of the deficiencies created by the previous plumber. Highly recommended.

Found Richard on Yelp! as I find all my contractors now, and he was a definite saviour. He was able to make an appointment for a quote the next day after my initial call. He called me 20 minutes before arriving at my house, so I could leave work and meet him there, rather than waiting for a 2 or 4 hour window like some plumbers schedule. When he got there, he gave me a run down on all the items I wanted to go over in our (very old) new house. He told me about problem areas I wasn't aware of, but also put my mind at ease about stuff I was concerned about that I need not be. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a good timeline for things, such as I would replace that in the next year or this should be replaced right away or else this is what will happen and was always fair about his estimates. He even showed me why stuff needed to be replaced rather than just telling me. I decided to get the most important stuff fixed right away (leaky sink, clogged drains, and disposal replacement) and he came out and took care of that within a day of me scheduling. I just called him to schedule more work that he originally quoted us (and I hoped we may have time to do ourselves, but we don't) which is to install our washer and dryer and set up a vent system since there is none for the dryer yet in the garage. I am happy with the work he has done so far and will use him again in the future. Thanks Yelp!! Again, you've helped me. Can I do a Yelp review for Yelp? 5 stars for all you reviewers!!

Very professional and extremely responsive!  I had a number of smaller jobs I needed done throughout my home and everything was taken care of perfectly and reasonably!  Because of the fast response time and care I used Good Guys again for a bathroom faucet and sink install.  
Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs someone they can trust and be thorough!

24+ hours no callback. Bad sign.

This is the 2d or 3d time i've called a service company based on good yelp reviews and gotten no callback. I think for services (plumbing, dishwasher repair, realtor, etc) stick to angies list.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
