These guys are as good as the reviews say. I had a broken sewer pipe (thanks to Verizon crashing through it) and had Plumbing Solutions out twice for it. Mark came out once to snake the line and send a video camera down to find the problem. He was nice, friendly, helpful, and explained everything going on. In addition he showed up early on a friday afternoon as I had a school event to attend. He arranged for the repair to be done asap, which was the following Tuesday morning. This morning the repair guys came early and were done by 2pm including fixing my sprinkler line. Edwin was in charge of the job today and he was just as great as Mark. Friendly, helpful, efficient crew. Price was reasonable and service cannot be beat. Highly recommend.  Have not met Joel, the owner, however he provided great communication and I have no complaints.

Lee is great.  Helpful, friendly, showed up exactly when scheduled, did a great job.  Only negative is he's so good he's very busy, so plan ahead!

Highly professional, maybe the best experience I've had working with contractors through a painful process (broken sewer lateral). Lowest of three bids, and when unexpected s*** hit the fan, they cheerfully dealt with it without missing a beat. Just awesome.

Our kitchen drain was plugged,   We called on Sun they came on Mon am.   Fixed it and charged a reasonable few.  I highly recommend Wilmar Plumbing.

If you're looking for a reliable company to fix your AC unit, this company will be the last company you should consider, period.
(1) The initial diagnosis fee is Not cheap, more then the other company.
(2) The technician didn't give you the estimate until you got the bill. $5 fuse, he'll charge you $179.
(3) After 4 days, system broke down, technician didn't know what to do, proposed more Expensive solutions...the system never got fixed...I have to hire the other five stars company & fixed it.

I have been using Ser-All company for eighteen years. They just put a new one in for me yesterday and did a fine job. My installer Stevie was wonderful. Did a clean job and was a very nice installer. What a super good company. Thank you Jason for coming over and making sure everything was A OK after Stevie installed the system. Your company rocks!

We had an excellent experience with San Francisco Plumbing.  Our matter was urgent and a plumber was sent the day we called--on a Sunday no less. Our plumber was polite and professional. He had to pull out our dishwasher and he left no marks or dirt on the floor. We will definitely use the service again.

I called several local plumbers and they all wanted to charge me a service call charge of $110-$150 just to come and look at my faucet replacement. Sullivan plumbing said they would swing by to check it out.  They made the fixes and adjustments during that initial visit and didn't charge me for a service call or an outrageous price for my 20 min. fix.  I highly recommend them and I will use them again.

I definitely recommend Dave's. I called on a Saturday and they answered right away, and were able to quickly come and give an estimate. Reasonable prices! Very happy

Sewer line needed to be snaked. I called at 11am confirmed that I had my request booked at 11:41am no one called until 4pm when they asked if anyone had come out. Nope still needed someone to come out. They called me back around 5:15pm saying they could send someone between 6:30-7:30pm well the guy who came was useless looking for a reason not to do the work probably because he wanted to go home. Our past good experience with this company must have been luck because this time is was crap...

I've used these guys twice.

First time, I had 2 clogged sinks. They were able to come by within a half hour and power snake for quick resolution.

Second time they removed an old faucet and replaced it with a new one. As before, they were punctual, courteous, reasonably priced and did a solid job.

Highly recommend!!

Julio was remarkable! He replaced my water softener and in doing so showed a creativity and ingenuity to complete the job well. I purchased a smaller than previous unit and the shorter height caused a problem with the connectors. The longest (24) pipes were too short to reach the new unit. The picture shows how he solved the issue. I was able to save money and avoid the trouble of having to return the new unit for a larger one that I don't need.

Vlad came by within the time frame. He assessed the situation and listened to what I was saying and he actually said that the problem was not a problem at all and doesn't recommend any repairs.
With that said, he didn't charge me for the time he was at my home and completely understood that most of us are well, not plumbers =)

Wished all service people could be like him: shows up on time, honest and doesn't rip you off

I'm older and not normally a review-writer but this experience was exceptional!

It's a Friday night in summer, grandchidren are visiting, there are 13 people in the house and water is discivered coming from the wall behind the kitchen sink. This is a problem that must be resolved and the first plumbing company I spoke with said I had to wash all the dishes in the bathroom sink (remember ... 13 people!) until Monday. That is so not going to work! Other companies didn't retun my call (and some still haven't). I turned to my online neighborhood website, asked for recommendations and Affordable Plumbing was mentioned three times. Kerry Harris, a plumber working for Affordable Plumbing was recommended by name twice. Called his number and left a message - he returned my call within 15 minutes and made arrangements to come over right then! On a Friday night! He came over, assessed the problem (a suspected leaking drain line from the kitchen sink) and scheduled to come the next morning to open up the wall and, hopefully fix it.

Kerry came over on time Saturday morning, cut through my stucco from outside (easiest access to the pipe) found the problem (a cracked drain pipe), repaired it and closed up the hole with a stuuco patch all in under three hours. He said he would come back later when the patch was dry to put on the stucco top coat. Kerry was very efficient, professional and knowledgable throughout his time here. He worked hard and he worked fast. And - he was kind! Maybe not the first quality you look for in a plumber, but when someone has to come out and see the places in your home no one else EVER sees, that are embarrassing, it is appreciated. Kerry was ably assisted in his work by his nephew, which I liked seeing. As a mother of four boys myself (all adults now) I value someone who takes the time to train the next generation how to work.

True to the name of the company, the bill was VERY affordable! After everything was cleaned up Kerry then cleaned out my drain (I didn't know that needed to be done!) I just can't get over how concerned I was last night when the leak was discovered on the start of a weekend and now, less than 24 hours later, it is completely resolved at a price I could manage! Just wow.

Our Takagi tankless water heater, installed 11 years ago, would not start and won't produce hot water. Adam came out per our appointment. After a brief diagnosis, he determined it was the ignitor was not working properly. He cleaned up the contact and the unit was working again, producing steaming hot water.

In addition to fixing the problem promptly, Adam is one of the most HONEST plumber around. I recommend him highly without any reservation. 5-start all the way.

We had the water heater installed back at 2018 by A&A Plumbing.  It is an American Standard.
We also install a earthquake device long time ago, it had turn off our gas when workers did something.  This past sunday, we had something done on the roof and sure enough the worker trigger the device to shut off the gas.  We are able to turn it on but not able to pilot the water heater.
We called the city and they could not light it up.  We called our regular handyman , he cannot light it up neither.  So at 6pm I call the store and left a voice mail.  Mike called me back in 15 minutes and with a short conversation, he asked I call again tomorrow first thing in the Moring at 7.30am. At this point, there is really not much can be done in a evening of sunday....  I called around 7:45am the next morning feeling a bit guilty it was so early but Mike answered the phone and told me someone will come by 11am.   My husband and I try so many times following the instruction but can not get it light up.  A nice man came around 11ish and is able to light it up in a 2nd.  We are floored.  He also show us how to light it up. The key is to hold it for 2 to 3 minutes of the pilot knob.....  
We are thrill with the service and support.  Thank you for the good old fashion service.  We appreciate it!

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
