My water heater needed replacement and I had to go back and forth several times between the warranty company and the manufacturer to fix it. All this while we had to have cold showers for over a week after diagnosing the problem which was an internal leak.

I looked up yelp and found Dan who promptly agreed to come by and fix the issue. The quote I got from Dan was literally half of what the manufacturer was quoting me.
He showed up the same afternoon, an hour after we spoke and worked his way towards removing the heater, driving up to Home Depot to find a replacement and even making a detour to the ATM since I had to draw out some money to pay him.

He is honest, knowledgeable and hard working and his quotes are beyond reasonable. He is very respectful and prompt and knows what he is doing. Definitely look him up if you ever have a problem with your heater and need a repair or replacement. I'm glad I did.

After researching repipe companies here and as many places as I could find reviews, I found they and Repipe had been mentioned under the positive reviews from some of the other 'big' companies.

Julio scheduled the estimate inspection promptly and walked me through options, from where I wanted the main, to how or if I planned for Water filter/softener systems, and the pros/cons of different piping options (Copper, PEX, combo, etc).

Chris showed up with the team and they were very careful, very professional and incredible efficient. Our 1200sqft house was repiped (waterlines only) by 2pm. I immediately noticed the water pressure difference (70 year old pipes). Inspections came like clockwork the following day, and the wall repair just 2 days after the pipes were completed. I was very impressed with how unnoticeable it was, that they had opened any walls at all.

Additional notes: The city had a leak in the street and Chris/Julio took care of ensuring the city came out. I noticed an uptick in my water bill - Julio inspected the house, and come to find out, it had nothing to do with their work - I had a bad solenoid on one of my sprinkler lines (stayed on). Yet, I wasn't charged a visit, service fee or anything.  They stand by their work - I am happy to recommend All Pro to my neighbors (already have) and others.

Many thanks to Mike Pagsolingan for the tremendous job he did for me. Mike is friendly, courteous and efficient. I'm a disabled senior on oxygen support so replacing the broken and leaking disposal unit under my kitchen sink is crucial to my well being.

Just had a wonderful experience working with this company. I texted Lee and received quote information regarding replacing a toilet. I was given a window of arrival and they showed up within that time frame. Dakota was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, informative, and super polite. The process took about 1.5 hours and he cleaned up the area and removed the old toilet (for a modest charge). So far everything is working smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again in the future.

Finding a reliable service nowadays seems an almost impossible task but Bellows not only has great service but absolutely wonderful people working there. My son has used you in the past and he had a very positive experience with you but I spoke with a young man who had a very professional and very positive attitude on him and did his very best to reassure that you folk could work arround my needs being that I'm stuck in a wheel chair and sometimes my doctor's appointments make it a chore to schedule around them. I met him in the grocery store last week and his name was Carlos or Charles, I can't remember now, While I couldn't schedule anything at that time I will definitely be calling you back for future work. He's a keeper and great for reaching items on high shelves!

Our kitchen drain was plugged,   We called on Sun they came on Mon am.   Fixed it and charged a reasonable few.  I highly recommend Wilmar Plumbing.

This is my second time working with Discount Plumbing, and they'll be my first call when I need a plumber again.  At 8am this morning I started calling plumbers for an urgent problem.  The scheduling/logistics team had LB headed to my place within an hour of my call. LB arrived, we did a quick walk-through and he listened when I described the issue.  He did a great job identifying and solving the immediate issue, and explained to me the conditions which created it.  He provided estimates for the larger issue, but I didn't feel pressured to make a big purchase today.  Painless, affordable, and I'm now well informed.

For the past 3 years that we've been in our home, we always default to the local plumber who does a fine job.  However, on a recent issue with the new Toto toilet, I received a quote for $600 to fix it.  This just didn't seem right.

My husband suggested we try the plubmer he uses for his business in Gilroy.  At first, I was hesistant to have someone come all the way from San Martin to help us on what I believed to be a basic fix but upon speaking with Brian, he was more than happy to help and do the drive to see what he could do.

(1) First off, Brian was PUNCTUAL - something that normally isn't a virtue with the contractors and plumbers we've used.  Having an infant at home, this was so appreciated and just plain respectful of our time - thank you!

(2) Brian quickly UNDERSTOOD the issue, had the correct parts to fix it in less than an hour.

(3) Brian was RESPECTFUL of our home, making sure to keep clean the area he worked in.

(4) Finally, he charged us a very FAIR PRICE, especially considering his commute - just $200 to complete the work!

In addition, a left over issue from a past job by our former plubmer to fix the kitchen sink still acts up from time to time.  Brian had a look and quickly understood the issue and is going to come again to fix it.

What I appreciate so much is that the team at Sullivan isn't green to plumbing issues.  Clearly, Brian has grown up around the trade and can quickly and effectively address the issues without wasting time and our money.

SO I used Affordable plumbing for the second time tonight and I think that their service is fabulous!! Christina took my call both times and scheduled me with an appointment either same or next day. She was super friendly and even called when Richard had a cancellation to see if earlier worked for me!

Richard was prompt and even called to let me know where he was. The first time I used them, he was running late and called me to let me know even though he was only 5 minutes later than the time quoted! Richard explained to me what was going on with my leaky pipe/sink/washer and fixed it quickly! Even 3 months later when I had another issue, he remembered us and fixed the problem.

Richard is nice, friendly and I couldn't ask for better service! The price was very reasonable and I totally recommend him and Affordable plumbing!!

Our Takagi hot water heater stopped functioning. Adam worked out to get someone in to look at it immediately even though I said we could wait a few days as we have a functioning heater for the showers. He was concerned given our heater was older, he might have to order a part. Turned out that the sensor needed to be cleaned and he was done within a hour.   Great service. Happy customer.

Mike and his crew are very skilled, professional and always leave the work area spotless.  And, the price is right.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
