All pro just re piped our home in Hayward. Their bid was the lowest and they installed a new water heater and shower and tub fixtures that we provided at no additional charge. They came on time and did a great job. The 5 man crew was done in about 7 hours including running a new line to the street. It was raining on and off but they had put down drop cloths so when they left you could hardly tell they had been here. We would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Lee and his son routed out my pipe from the kitchen sink to the main sewer line via roof top access. This was the second time, the last being 4 years ago. As always, they were professional, efficient, fairly priced and enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend them.

These guys have been great. Matt has helped us numerous times and is a wealth of knowledge for issues we had with plumbing and heating. We had an older wall unit heater that other companies had told us was impossible to fix due to dated parts. Matt fixed the offending issue in the manner of minutes. Great job, I'll be using Bellows again!

Our bathroom sink was clogging up for a good 3 months. Andres and Frankie did a great job fixing it. They were courteous and friendly, wearing shoe covers. Andres also took the time to explain why green gobbler didn't work on our sink and what we can do in the future to troubleshoot. The whole process took less than 30 minutes.

Our furnace was out and after a number of calls to HVAC service providers in the area we made a call to Bellows.  

Not only did Bellows show up the same day (now that's great service!) but the technician, John Costales, was professional, courteous, and knew his stuff.  

John was able to diagnose the problem and suggest how to most economically repair our system.  

Would certainly recommend if you need HVAC service. We are a Bellows customer now.

I have been using Ser-All company for eighteen years. They just put a new one in for me yesterday and did a fine job. My installer Stevie was wonderful. Did a clean job and was a very nice installer. What a super good company. Thank you Jason for coming over and making sure everything was A OK after Stevie installed the system. Your company rocks!

Not really impressed. I had a straightforward job and when I asked for a ballpark figure, couldn't get even an order of magnitude.

The work appeared to be done well but...

The plumber was 40 minutes late and disappeared for a 45 minute part run. So, he spent three hours in my house working and the bill was 1400 dollars.

If you're considering a career in law or medicine, save yourself about 8 years of education. You can command comparably ridiculous rates as a plumber.

It's hard to competitively shop with plumbing needs and I think they know it. Buyer beware.

Fntastic service. Phoned this morning for minor service with my shower. They came almost immediately and repaired the problem at a most reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Dave was very responsive and able to schedule fixing a clogged sink on short notice. He explained what was wrong and very efficient! I'll definitely use him in the future for any plumbing issues!

Plumbing Nightmare (update still ongoing)
Update: two weeks later, there are still back and forth, and juggling about responsibilities. They try to absolve of any issue, but the hard fact is we have clogging on third floor toilet, while second floor and first floor toilets are absolutely fine. They put the snake all the way up to the main sewer line (well beyond the clogging point between 3rd and 2nd floor) and stuck it there.

Update: their director Ronny has reached out the next day and have been really helpful in owning the issue and checking with HOA about the best route to fix the issue. The issue might be a clog in the common area. Ronny and team has done a fantastic job to follow up and alleviate concerns on my side. Fingers crossed on resolving it finally.

I had a clogging in the restroom toilet. Morning at 10am, their technician Henry came over, and I explained to him that I have clog issue between third floor toilet and second floor bathroom sink. Henry proposed removing the toilet on the third floor, and use a snake. Seems like an easy job, so I agreed that he started.

One weird part though, Henry would not immediately start the job, instead he called his advisor for detailed instructions. That raised a bit of concerns to me, so I went over to another room, and talked to my wife that, I don't feel this guy is very confident, should we stop him there. Then we had a bit of discussion and thought that the job would be so simple and no need for replacement.

Turns out, Henry is so inexperienced he put the snake too far. I have explicitly stated that the clogging is between third floor bathroom toilet and second floor sink. Henry would put the snake all the way to the main pipe of the whole neighborhood - 75 feet down!

Henry then reaches out to his advisor. Advisor came and charged me 200 dollars for camera work to find out where the clogging is. Then proposed me to pay them 4500 dollars to dug up the neighborhood road (see the attached photo to see the spot they propose to solve the issue) and remove the clogging at site.

I later asked the opinion of another plumber. He mentioned that the problem is clearly within the house (as I specified that the clogging is only between third floor and second floor, while all other toilets are working fine). But the inexperience of Henry has caused the whole situation to develop into an episode of plumbing nightmare.

I contracted with them for work and they had to put in an incredible amount of overtime, and yet didn't charge me for that overtime. Gabe was one of the more amazing plumbers, finding issues that I didn't even know were a problem. Can't recommend them enough.

Julio was remarkable! He replaced my water softener and in doing so showed a creativity and ingenuity to complete the job well. I purchased a smaller than previous unit and the shorter height caused a problem with the connectors. The longest (24) pipes were too short to reach the new unit. The picture shows how he solved the issue. I was able to save money and avoid the trouble of having to return the new unit for a larger one that I don't need.

Vlad was awesome! He was very quick to respond, and I hired him for two jobs.

The first was to make a separate line for my lawn irrigation and household water. We have soft water and wanted to make sure that the in-house and outside irrigation lines were separate. The whole job took him about 4 hours.

Vlad did such awesome work that we hired him to replace an extremely rusted outside water line/faucet. He completed this within about 2-3 hours.

Very satisfied and will look for him for future jobs.

These guys really live up to their name. After our piping clogged up (think sewage coming up from the tub drain), another plumber with a not-so-great Yelp reputation wanted to replace a section of the piping and the sewer connection along with some pricey hydro-scrubbing. Total estimate: $2,600.

After calling APS for a second estimate (and not revealing the first price quote), Richard was shocked that the first company had recommended so much work -- he said the problem could be fixed with a $150 cleaning.

Richard  was prompt, courteous and fast. I highly recommend the company.

I am beyond picky and have very high expectations when I call someone to help with any kind of work on my home. We've used Good Guys twice now and both times I've been beyond impressed. The last job we had, I was out of town and we needed an emergency water heater replacement. Adam is the only person I could imagine calling to do a job like that and know without a doubt the work will be right, thorough, and better than I could have imagined. I have 100% confidence in calling him for any plumbing needs knowing he will go above and beyond in the quality of work and attention to detail.

Mike and Larry are fantastic. We had a tricky situation where the flame for our water heater would go out. The first time they came out they couldn't replicate the problem and they didn't charge us. They squeezed us in their busy schedule later and was able to address and replaced the part that was causing the problem for a very reasonable price. If you have any kind of plumbing or heater issues give them a call bc they're the best!

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
