Best Plumbing Services in San Jose, CA
Like many things in life, even when there are so many plumbers around, there are very few reliable ones. Dan and his team of plumbing contractors are those reliable ones. I highly recommend them.
I called Quy on a Saturday morning, he readily agreed to come in the afternoon. He came in with his team, examined everything thoroughly and fixed my clogged bathtub in a few minutes. He showed me the loads of hair that he removed. As an indicator of good work ethic, cleaned up after the job. As an added bonus, gave me a 40% discount on a weekend and I was done under $80 (cash)!

These guys are really doing a great job, from the copper repipe to patching the walls. Copper installation is great, Patching is seamless, they even removed the old galvanized pipes (not everyone does). Both repipe guys and patching guys are nice. Pricing is the best in the Bay Area (I can tell, I had 15+ estimates from different plumbers before proceeding).
Keep in mind that these guys are busy, really busy, so you have to work with their schedule too.

George is amazing! I was quoted an exorbitant fee by another plumbing company. Thank goodness I found George. He explained the problems and quoted me a reasonable price. He came on a Saturday and did quick an thorough work. I highly recommend George for any plumbing issues you might have.

We had a leak under the sink. Ed came out, fixed the problem, and didn't even charge us because the leak was an easy fix. Needless to say, we will be using Plumbing Solutions again!

Lee and his son Dakota came a few months ago to install a new kitchen faucet. This may sound like no big deal, but it was the first home improvement project I had ever undertaken so it was quite exciting.
Not only were they punctual, efficient, and friendly, but they also happily answered many paranoid-new-homeowner questions about various plumbing-related things around my house. I learned what a sewer cleanout is, where the main water shutoff is located, why certain items flagged in my home inspection were no big deal, and what items I should keep an eye on like leaks from my instahot.
Communication was a breeze via text - I sent Lee photos of my existing faucet set-up and my new faucet, and he confirmed that he had installed many similar faucets and that I wouldn't need to buy any additional parts in advance (except something to cover the extra hole in the countertop). He also told me his hourly rate and gave me an estimate of how much time it would take (which was very accurate). I would not hesitate to call the Kratzers for any of my plumbing needs in the future.

First impressions matter. I contacted Bellows via telephone to inquire about some service work on our furnace & gas fireplace. The lady that answered the phone very quickly advised me they were booked out & couldn't do anything for us. She gave me every reason to believe that they were far too busy & somehow annoyed by being bothered with answering the telephone. Very matter of factly abrupt, with no referral. Pretty cold phone call (just like our home is right now). I'm glad Bellows has such a great customer base that they feel no need to try & obtain future customers, or at least work with a caller on a referral. Not a great way to run a business Bellows. I wonder how many business owners realize how important that initial contact with a potential customer can be? Like I said, first impressions matter. We'll be finding someone else.

I had a bathroom sink with a minor leak, and called Wilmar to take a look. 2 plumbers came, they speak english, but didn't seem to speak fluently. but could communicate well enough. Did they fix the leak? Yes. They replaced the pop up assembly and applied silicone to the faucet. However, my sink is Venetian bronze and the replacement pop up assembly is chrome; they don't match and it looks ugly. The silicone applied is something you cannot see from afar, but notice if you inspect the faucet and countertop surface, and it's kinda ugly. I would hire a different plumber if I had a problem in the future.

Bellows is an overly expensive Company with poor customer service. They charge you excessive fees to fix things that are under warranty and do a pretty poor job if it. I like Costco and got in touch with Bellows through there. They make Costco look bad.

I have used this company for 40 yrs. and have never been disappointed. I left for the holidays and arriving home, found that my water softener was continually running. I called and within 30 min. Jason was out and repaired it. Also, advised me that I really needed a new one as this one was over 20 yrs. old and out of date. I did order a new one. He arrived on time, installed it and cleaned up on the scheduled date. He was very professional and answered all questions. I definitely reccommend this company.

I had actually first called Frank's, who was too busy(good problem to have) to fix my semi-urgent shower issue, but he suggested I call Sullivan Plumbing, and even gave me the number.
I am so glad that he did! Sullivan Plumbing was able to come out this morning, and totally took care of the problem, cleaned up like they were never there, and charged a good price for the service.
I wish all problems with this old house were as easily handled.

I definitely recommend Dave's. I called on a Saturday and they answered right away, and were able to quickly come and give an estimate. Reasonable prices! Very happy

We had a few issues with our toilet and Bryan was out in the earlier half of his predicted time. He was incredibly polite and had a great personality. He informed us he could finish a good-enough fix for a very low rate because it was only a 30-minute fix, but there were other issues (which I was aware of so I know he was being genuine) and we decided to have him fix everything which he anticipated would take 60-90 minutes.
He left after almost two hours, including about 45 minutes where he had to run to Home Depot, which is about a 5-minute drive, for a part. We were charged for 90 minutes and the part for a bit over $300 total (including about $40 for the part and admin fee)
Only two small things keep this from being perfect. After 40 minutes of him being gone to Home Depot, I looked outside and saw his truck sitting out front. I opened the door to look around and didn't see him coming. A few minutes later I went and checked again and after opening the door to look around a second time, he got out of the car. He could have been doing something productive, but it was several minutes in the driver's seat that just seemed odd when he made it seem like it would be a super quick trip out. The other small thing is he didn't have any kind of foot coverings like I've seen used before and his dirty shoes with the previously flooded bathroom left a bit of a muddy mess, but it only took 2-3 minutes to clean.
The leak has stopped and we can now turn off the water to the toilet instead of the whole house, and he was a very sweet guy, and I would use this service again. He was prompt and thorough and met his time estimates pretty accurately. He was masked and patient. Thanks Bryan!

My toilet was clogged and I tried to pump it myself but it didn't work. Jose Sanchez was my technician and he was very friendly and punctual for the appointment. He had done an amazing job to unclog my toilet, which took around an hour to fix. Before he left, Jose also pointed out some of the potential issues that may be causing problem. Will use their service again!

I would give these guys 6 stars if I could. We had an issue with a drain blockage as a result of some remodeling work in our Eichler. Eichler's are notoriously tricky for plumbing issues given that they are built on a slab. When our remodeling contractors couldn't fix the problem, we called another plumbing company who couldn't either. They told us we needed to find someone who would hydrojet the line to fix the problem. James from Golden State Plumber came out promptly and came up with a creative solution to fix the problem. He spent several hours over multiple visits diagnosing and fixing the blockage. We could not be more impressed with his level of customer focus. He and his brother are the real deal. Highly recommend.

We wanted to fix the water line to the refrigerator because the old water line was not installed correctly. Mr. Vladi not only fixed the water line but also installed the new line the correct way. Everything was smooth all the way from the estimate to the finish of the work. I had other companies provide an estimate, they did not even look at the old connection. Mr. Vladi took the time to look at the old connection and gave a reasonable estimate compared to other companies so we hired him for the job. It is rare to get an honest estimate nowadays and he is the one to contact to get the right estimate for the job. He was on time for the appointment and also let us know an hour in advance with the time he would arrive. He did a clean and professional job both inside the house and in the crawl space. He fixed the leaks and installed the new water line for the refrigerator the right way with the stop valve and a box in the wall. With the current COVID situation, he was compliant with the county's mask policy. We had a great experience working with Mr Vladi and would certainly recommend him.

I had a leaking saddle valve (Icemaker tap) the day before Christmas. I frantically called all of the paces on yelp. Most of them said they'd call back (they didn't) and everyone else was booked. I was about to take my chances with a ripoff 24 hour plumber when I got Richard. He said he wasn't available but walked me through some steps to stop the leaking myself.
He made no money on this deal, but the honesty, promptness, and genuine care for even potential future customers has made me a customer. I will be hiring him for the permanent fix, and he has already laid out 3 or 4 options with various cost/benefit points rather than just pushing me into an expensive solution like some plumbers might.
I will update this review once he does the final work, but it is refreshing to have a plumber that cares about his work and customer relations.

Adam and his team did a great job, my wife and I have used him before doing small repairs. But when it came to doing the full-scale movement and replacement of our hot water heater. He was our first call, the work was done on time, on budget, and the quality exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend him to anyone my friends or family.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
