Great plumbering service with reasonable price, high quality! Khoa is a very patient guy, and he explains everything before doing, which is very helpful.

We had old main water supply line between the water meter to outside of garage repiped in June this year.  Among the contractors we talked to, we picked All Pro Repipe.

The work was done in one day, using L-type copper pipe.  The water was shut off for about 3 - 4 hours.

All Pro Repipe team is easy to work with; and they did a great job.  It has been roughly three months since, and there has been no issues.  We really enjoy the improved water flow.

George came out to fix a stoppage on Saturday night. He finished the work in a very professional manner. I also had him install a water filter which was done well. Overall, had a great experience and would hire him again.

I must admit some skepticism with all the 5 star yelp ratings but the folks I first talked with were so responsive and helpful. Wow, was I glad that I followed through! Timely scheduling, early start, total clean up, sparkling job, and fair price. Needed to replace old galvanized iron pipe drains, Mark was patient, explanatory, and very efficient. Joel dropped by for some finishing help and, then, off they went ahead of schedule. Plumbing Solutions is my go to company now and it's hard to imagine a more comfortable group to work with.

Lee is great!  He and his son fixed our leaking kitchen faucet and they did a very good job.  Highly recommended!

Recently we had to replace old pipes under a long ago addition, problem was the pipes were clay and tar as it turns out, and located under a huge pepper tree. As you can imagine figuring out what and most importantly where we were dealing with was frustrating, add that to the fact I am home for a few months undergoing medical treatments and my husband works from home and you have the makings for a disaster! John with Bellows Plumbing along with Jeremy and their coworkers doing digging and concrete work, were godsends. John's clear long term knowledge helped us understand the internal parts of our home better and helped to save time overall with the project. His scheduling and communication really helped me to deal with the few days of continual work in our backyard, but most importantly all of them were so friendly and polite and left the area clean and put back together perfectly. We were extremely comfortable while they were working and now both bathrooms work perfectly and simultaneously which is a first for this old house. We can not recommend Bellows highly enough.

We had issues with our kitchen sink not draining.  Wilmar was quick to answer our call and made it out the same day.  He was wonderful to work with and did an excellent job.  I would highly recommend him.

I wanted to wait until our permit was approved before leaving a review and it happened today.

I met Bellows through the Costco Services program when I requested a quote to replace our 30+ year old furnace and to add a/c.  Carl came around about two weeks later and spent a good amount of time looking over our house and then explaining our options.  I felt he was very knowledgeable and trusted his suggestions.  Normally, I always get at least three quotes, but by the end of his presentation, I was comfortable enough to sign the agreement.  Due to their backlog, I was warned that our installation wouldn't happen for another six weeks, but we were okay with that.
 
About a week after the consultation, Russell, the project manager, came to our house to check out the logistics as we were moving the furnace from a closet to the attic.  He answered all of my husband's questions to the point that my husband also felt Bellows knew what they were talking about.
 
When the installation date arrived, a team of four worked three and a half days to complete the work.  Each day, they arrived promptly and left the house super clean at the end of the day.  Bellows arranged for another company to do the HERS test which is required for the permit and we passed with no issues.

Today, the city inspector came and Bellows sent a technician to answer any questions he may have and our permit was approved!

Bellows has been very responsive and supportive every step of the way and now that we've used both our new furnace and a/c without issues, we can vouch for their knowledge and skills.

I have already recommended Bellows to two friends and would not hesitate recommending them to you!

I called Serv-All after ditching another company that we had been renting a water softener from for many years.  Jason came promptly and spent time with us discussing options and prices.  We selected a unit that was a good value and promised to save us both water and salt.  It took less than a week to get the new unit installed and they did not charge us for uninstalling the old unit.  We are delighted with our new water softener.  It regenerates a LOT less frequently than did the old unit, delivering on the promises of reduced water and salt use.  And the water is softer than ever.

We had an excellent experience with San Francisco Plumbing.  Our matter was urgent and a plumber was sent the day we called--on a Sunday no less. Our plumber was polite and professional. He had to pull out our dishwasher and he left no marks or dirt on the floor. We will definitely use the service again.

Brian came out today to replace a broken gate valve on our main line.  He replaced it with a new ball valve which should not break as easily as the previous gate valve.  He was on time, quick, and very nice.  Price was reasonable too.

Our kitchen sink was clogged, I didn't want to cause any further damage so I contacted Dave's Plumbing Services. They arrived and within minutes they were able to fix the issue and even replaced my kitchen sink pipes. I appreciated them taking the time to walk me through the process and answering any questions we had. They definitely appreciate their clients and discounted me 10% for being a first time client which was a nice bonus, I was very happy with the results and will definitely contact them in the future!

Robert arrived a few hours after we called with a water heater issue. What a professional, polite, knowledge young man. He always had a smile and he exhibited such a love for what he does and has an amazing work ethic. He walked me through the process of what our next step would be in purchasing a new water heater since the current one was not fixable. He really cared about us as his customer. He completed the work in a timely manner and when he finished the job it looked so good and everything was done with an expert touch. If I ever need further plumbing work I will call this company and request Robert to come out. Very happy!!!

Our renter's house had a running tub that couldn't be shut off.  I had a good experience with Jose Moreno at Oakland Rooter and Plumbing.  So I called them and got another Jose, who was able to come on a late Friday night and replace the knobs on both sides, as well as the knobs on the other renter's house also.  Jose was very good and helpful, especially since it turned out to be more complicated than originally thought.  He had to go back to the office to get another part, and wasn't done until 7:30 pm.  Thank you VERY much for staying and finishing the job.  Awesome!

Julio came out to my house to check out a water leak coming from my ceiling in the kitchen area. He was able to diagnose and repair the leak in the same day and set up my Sheetrock appointment for the next day. Julio was very polite, professional and worked quickly to take care of my issue. It was a messy job, but he cleaned up very well. Highly recommend Golden State!

I had leak under my kitchen sink. I was able to get an appointment later that same day. He was easy to communicate with and was responsive to both calls and texts. I was provided with what I thought was a very fair and reasonable quote for the job. He identified the issue quickly and was able to fix the leak in an efficient manner and with attention to detail. He answered any questions/concerns I may have had. Very positive experience and I'd definitely give him a call again if I have any plumbing issues.

Three years later I tried to reach him again for another job and he never returned any calls. Not sure if he's still active as a business.

We were having issues with our Takagi Tankless Water Heater. Adam was extremely knowledgeable about Takagi on the phone so we hired him. He did a great job getting the repair done at a very reasonable price.

While he was at my house I asked him to do a few random plumbing fixes we've had for a while and he handled everything with ease.

He's my new go-to plumber.

Mike and his crew have rescued me several times with plumbing and heating problems and needs.  Also, Mike installed a furnace, a reverse osmosis water filter and a tankless water heater, all of which work perfectly.  He is quick to respond to phone messages, explains things thoroughly, and has a crew of expert plumbers who also are very nice guys.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
