Khoa and Dan explained the job, the pros and cons of various options, and how to care for the equipment post install.

For one of the jobs, they even brought various off-the-shelf solutions from the store, made modifications since those off-the-shelf solutions did not work out, and helped solved our problem.

I called them for 3 jobs in a span of a week and am highly satisfied with their work. I recommended them to my friends already. :)

Lee is the real deal- a man who knows his trade and who treats his customers fairly. I've worked with Kratzer Plumbing for the last four years. Some new installation for the bathroom, a new disposal for the kitchen, and the backups that occur with a 50 year old house. Every job was professional and he always showed up when he promised. My gas wall heater (Cozy brand) has been a real pain for the last couple of years.  It was getting towards the end of its shelf life.  Bellows has serviced for me a few times and I decided to go with their quote for a replacement.  Spencer and Alexis had the old heater out and the new one in and working less than 2 hours.  Yeah!  Highly recommended.

We had issues with our kitchen sink not draining.  Wilmar was quick to answer our call and made it out the same day.  He was wonderful to work with and did an excellent job.  I would highly recommend him.

Told us they could have us scheduled and installed within a month. When the instalation date was getting close I called them and they didn't even have us on the schedule. They had forgotten about us for two weeks and whos knows how much longer if I never called.

Two weeks after the initial agreed upon start date they actually scheduled us for an inspection, not an installation like we were promised. Some one had already come out to look and recommend a system but I guess that person was just for show?

It's been 2 months and we were just told a DAY before installation that they don't have our AC unit. It'll be a minimum of an additional 2 weeks before they can install the unit. They charged us last week insisting it needed to be done prior to installation.

I am so disappointed in the scheduling department and the communication we should have received.  I get it, things take longer with these services but telling us the day before you didn't have our unit is unacceptable. This should have been communicated sooner.

Who knows when we will get our AC unit? They clearly dont.

Their price was a bit high @ $175, but the soft water was returned to service by this firm for the second time in 6 months. It appears my attempts to fix the conditioner did not work.

Brian came out today to replace a broken gate valve on our main line.  He replaced it with a new ball valve which should not break as easily as the previous gate valve.  He was on time, quick, and very nice.  Price was reasonable too.

Called Dave's Specialized Rooter & plumbing . For a leaking water heater, made and appointment he came same day to take care my old water heater . He was on time , he recommended for a new installation , I was happy to have my hot water back I will recommend  Dave's to all my friends and relatives he was clean and professional all the way to complete the work and going the extra mile to finish in the same day.

BenJamin Williams was amazing! He was able to find and solve the problem quick and efficiently, and was super friendly!

I submitted an online yelp estimate request very early in the morning outside of business hours and was responded to very quickly! They scheduled a same day appointment and their on-site estimates are free. And overall pricing from what he was explaining seemed really reasonable.

While we weren't able to identify the issue they happily checked everything I asked. They were very experienced in explaining potential scenarios and in a way someone with no knowledge could understand!

I insisted on them opening up my wall (piece of mind for me) since there was no visible water damage, they provided alternatives and continued to check things throughly before opening anything up. Which I very much appreciate. While they found the pipe I was speaking about that made a sound - thankfully there was no leak!

Julio was remarkable! He replaced my water softener and in doing so showed a creativity and ingenuity to complete the job well. I purchased a smaller than previous unit and the shorter height caused a problem with the connectors. The longest (24) pipes were too short to reach the new unit. The picture shows how he solved the issue. I was able to save money and avoid the trouble of having to return the new unit for a larger one that I don't need.

I got a toilet leakage problem, called Vlad in the early morning and he was able to come in the afternoon in a timely manner.
I can tell Vlad is a very detailed person, he cleaned up wherever he could and put his customer first.  

The toilet was fixed and I am very satisfied. Highly recommended and will use him again.

Richard was awesome.  I had called so many companies over the weekend and Richard was the only one who returned my call.  He showed up the next day and fix my issue.  Thank you Richard and I will recommend you to others.

I bought a house with old galvanized iron pipes and leaks in many of the drain pipes (found in the home inspection). I had a few companies coming over and giving me quotes for copper re-piping and fixing all the issues in the report. Some seemed unprofessional, some tried to intimidate me about awful things in the crawlspace. And then, Adam came. He assured he could do everything and gave me a very competitive quote. I read the reviews on Yelp and decided to hire him. He went to the City hall and brought the permits. He has completed the work in a timely manner, and he did an excellent work and up to code - so said the City inspector! All the old pipes and dirt were cleaned up and my garage was left clean.

Adam is not only a professional plumber, but also a very reliable and honest person, he is always available and responsive.

I would certainly recommend Good Guys plumbing company for such big projects.

Our upstairs ensuite has 2 sinks, and neither one would drain. If you poured water into one, it would come up in the other sink. I removed both traps, and they were clear. Each sink pipe disappears at an angle into the wall underneath the sink, so you cannot access the area where they join the down pipe. We tried the Home Depot Grease and Hair Remover drain cleaner, and vinegar and baking soda, but these made no difference. I also tried a drain snake, but because of the bends, when I pushed it into one pipe under sink 1, it reappeared in the pipe for sink 2 and would not go down the down pipe to clear it.

I even shoved a broom handle down the pipe under sink one hoping that the end of it would divert the snake into the downpipe when I pushed it into the pipe under sink 2, but no luck. I also tried putting a shop vac into pipe 2 while I sealed up pipe one but that didn't do anything either! Also tried a toilet plunger when there was standing water in both sinks while we plugged up the holes and drain in the sink that wasn't being plunged. I ran out of ideas!

The toilet and shower in the same bathroom were draining just fine.

We called A&A plumbing at 11:35 Monday morning. Jaime arrived at 1PM. He tried to snake the drain several times, but had the same issue- the snake reappeared in the pipe from the other sink. He finally had to bend the end of the snake to get it to go down the down pipe. Once he did this, he plunged several times with his rotating motorized snake and had to go down a long ways into the down pipe, but was able to clear the blockage.

The bill was $189 including a 1 year warranty.  We were very pleased with A&A's responsiveness, and Jaime's result. The price seemed quite fair, since it costs $100 these days to get someone just to come to your house.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
