I called them and actually I was just one guy. A honest friend to friend interaction, if you want to talk straight to someone who makes it like you're talking to a friend who values his time. Compared to a business that has a receptionist and wants a 80 dollar inspection fee. He went to say, Oh... okay I can be over there in 1 hour. Do you know the problem? You could go with the warranty of your unit, because if I don't fix it it'll be a waste of my time to come over.

I wanted him to come to my house ASAP for a water heater malfunction, and he made it happen on his free time. I was his last job of the day, and he had everything in the truck. Straightforward solution that he described that he had. The price was right for how quick he got it done. The only thing that slowed him down was the pace of the weather turning bad and admiration for a new car some day.

Work with this guy on straight deals that don't rely on scheduling and inspection fees. Make a deal over the phone and if he has the time he will tell you he can do it.

Julio was fast, reliable, and kind. His crew performed the job extremely fast, efficiently and professionally.  They cleaned up their work and patched up all the drywall they needed to cut. Their prices were also significantly lower than all the larger plumbing companies we got quotes from, and stayed competitive against smaller plumbers' prices. We're very happy we went with them.

We had a plumbing emergency at my father's home on a Friday morning. Eduardo arrived promptly and searched for the sewer clean out under the house and all around and finally found it buried in front.  He explained our options for repair and the costs for each very clearly.  He then called and got an emergency permit and quickly and efficiently excavated and installed a new clean out and fixed the problem.  They put everything back the way it was and were very kind and helpful.  Recommend this company and would use them again.

Lee Kratzer is the best plumber we have ever found.  My wife called him tonight at 6:00 p.m. when we discovered a leaking pipe spraying water above our water heater.  He was at our home within an hour and promptly fixed the problem.  This is the second time Lee has come to our home.   His fees are reasonable and he really takes the time to explain the issue with you.  Lee is the only plumber we will call in the future.  We found him on Yelp and he lives up to the wonderful reviews he has received.

I recently started looking for a new HVAC system.  I got bids via CostCo from Bellows.   Frankly, they did not even to proper review of my needs and gave me a bid of ~$10000 (without heater or ductwork).  I then got a recommendation from a friend of mine for different company.  Not only they were a heck lot more economical but they moved installed a new heater in the Attic and install all new duct and vent along with nest controller.
Bellow recommendation would have created a mismatched system and created more expenses in future.   He did even check my ducts.
Bellow quoted a Heater @ about $8000 while online for that exact heater was just above $2000!!   I gave the Bellow sale guy to explain but he never got back to me.  These guys are jacking their price up just because CostCo cash back policy.   It is a scam but feel free to waste your money!  Can I give less than one star?

AFTER I POSTED THIS REVIEW, BELLOWS DID CALL ME TO UNDERSTAND WHAT HAPPENED.  I PROVIDED FEEDBACK.  I DO GIVE THEM CREDIT FOR TAKING THIS SERIOUSLY.  THAT DOES NOT CHANGE MY EXPERIENCE.  BELLOWS PLAN TO RETRAIN THAT PARTICULAR SALES PERSON AND ENSURE HE FOLLOWS UP.

Super unreliable,  and his price cost and arm and a leg. This company screwed shower head in a such a way that it's impossible to unscrew. I have to call another plumber. Do not waste your time

I have used this company for 40 yrs. and have never been disappointed.  I left for the holidays and arriving home, found that my water softener was continually running.   I called and within 30 min. Jason was out and repaired it.   Also,  advised me that I really needed a new one as this one was over 20 yrs. old and out of date.  I did order a new one.  He arrived on time,  installed it and cleaned up on the scheduled date.   He was very professional and answered all questions.   I definitely reccommend this company.

We had an excellent experience with San Francisco Plumbing.  Our matter was urgent and a plumber was sent the day we called--on a Sunday no less. Our plumber was polite and professional. He had to pull out our dishwasher and he left no marks or dirt on the floor. We will definitely use the service again.

I highly recommend Sullivan Plumbing.   We experienced a pipe break off the main and Sullivan Plumbing was quick to respond and did a great job getting us back up with running water.    Good service at a fair price.   Thumbs up.

Called Dave's Specialized Rooter & plumbing . For a leaking water heater, made and appointment he came same day to take care my old water heater . He was on time , he recommended for a new installation , I was happy to have my hot water back I will recommend  Dave's to all my friends and relatives he was clean and professional all the way to complete the work and going the extra mile to finish in the same day.

Marcos was great at taking care of our flooded bathroom.. he handled professionally and efficiently! Will definitely be calling him again with any problems!

Highly recommend Jose from Oakland Rooter. He went out of his way to detect a difficult underground leak in our neighbor's yard, spending several hours turning on and off various irrigation system branches. While ultimately unsuccessful in finding the leak, his patience and attention to detail was noted. Also did a great job in fixing a more ordinary plumbing leak.

I would give these guys 6 stars if I could.  We had an issue with a drain blockage as a result of some remodeling work in our Eichler.  Eichler's are notoriously tricky for plumbing issues given that they are built on a slab.  When our remodeling contractors couldn't fix the problem, we called another plumbing company who couldn't either.  They told us we needed to find someone who would hydrojet the line to fix the problem.  James from Golden State Plumber came out promptly and came up with a creative solution to fix the problem.  He spent several hours over multiple visits diagnosing and fixing the blockage.  We could not be more impressed with his level of customer focus.  He and his brother are the real deal.   Highly recommend.

I don't usually give the review but this time i have to help people like me looking for a very reliable service. I had a plumbing issue at my house, water running through the spot of the copper pipe behind the wall. Thank god i found the issue right away and I called Just Plumbing. Mr Vlad came in 30 min. He figured out and repaired the pipe in an hour. Then explained me how to prevent the wet wall from the mold instead of replacing the new one. He is very professional and knows what he is doing. His price is right and reasonable. I called one plumbing care ahead of Mr Vlad and got appointment for tomorrow. Also the price for just to find out the problem is about the same as the final cost of Mr Vlad charged me. So Just Plumbing Mr Vlad is my plumbing care provider for the future. I am very happy with his professional service and the cost. I recommend him for everyone who has a plumbing issue. Thank you so much Mr Vlad!

Richard was very close to perfection.  He was my second quote for the copper repipe, he was the most affordable and he was very fast with his work.  He gave me the quote of $6,500 and he even upgraded me to a 50 gal tank for free when he found out I was a military Veteran and willing to write a review on Yelp.  It took about 2 weeks from the quote date until he started because he was on other projects, but he was upfront and precise with his timeline.  

A bit overenthusiastic, he stayed until 9pm the first day of work and then he was done by 4pm the second day!  He had one partner the first day and finished the job the second day by himself.  He wasn't the most professional of my selection pool but he was the most charismatic and approachable.  Richard and his Apprentice were extremely hard working the first day and I couldn't imagine Richard returning that early the next day, but he was there at 6:45 am just like the day prior.

He does not file permits for his work but I did not desire that additional hassle and cost.  Richard also confirmed my suspicion of a drain issue under one of my bathrooms.  He was so good with his work we decided to accept his $1,400 bid on a main drain line replace without seeking alternative bids.

I fully recommend Richard for his friendliness, fairness, and affordability.

Don't bother calling this guy, he does not return phone calls or emails. I don't think it is unreasonable to expect a return call after leaving two messages and sending an email.

Called the business to unclog a kitchen sink. They told me over the phone that they would send people to take a look and give me a quote. Two people showed up at my house and started taking tools out of their vans. I asked them to give me a quote before they start. They said since they could not find sewer cleanout in the yard, it costs $225 to clean the pipe through roof, and it would be $189 if they don't need to do it through the roof.

They put snake in the pipe through the roof but it did not work. Then they came in kitchen, removed the p-trap, put snake in the drain and that worked. However, the p-trap started leaking when they put it back on. That p-trap never leaked before. I asked them why the p-trap is broken after cleaning. They said the p-trap is old and easily to break after they used snake to clean the pipe. Then they went to their vans, got a new p-trap and put it on. In the bill they charged $252 for replacing the p-trap, a work took them less than 5 minutes (screw a few slip nuts), on top of charging $225 for unclogging the drain. And they said they will give me $100 discount because two projects are combined. I googled the p-trap model they wrote on the bill and showed them the market price is about $30. They said their p-trap is from professional store and much more expensive. They threatened that if I do not pay the price they asked, they would remove the p-trap. I ended up paying $377 for unclogging a kitchen drain and a p-trap.  

DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES. FIND SOMEONE ELSE.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
