Julio and his team did a great job in repiping my house. They were on time and very efficient.  The whole team looks very experienced and they are very polite. Our project was done in one day. And they came back to patch up the openings after city inspection on next day.
After a few months, we found an opening under our garage sink that was left unpatched. I contacted Julio without expecting to get his reply. But he did! He sent his guy back to patch the hole. I appreciate that they care their customers. And the best of all, the price is unbeatable. Highly recommend.

Mike from Plumbing Solutions arrived on time, actually he was able to show up earlier and phoned ahead to confirm.  We had a backed up sewer line which was fixed and he showed us the causes of said backup and offered several solutions to help resolve said issue.  I liked the usage of the camera snake which pin pointed the problem.  Excellent service.

Lee is now my go to plumber.  He just came and snaked my clean out because our pipes were backed up from tree roots.  This was the second time I used his service, first time was two years ago also for tree roots. This time it turns out the tree roots problem is pass our property and actually in the city pipes where it connects to our property.  He told us anytime we have this problem, we should contact the city first so we can save money.  How awesome is that?  He also cleaned up nicely after the job.  He even sanitized the side wall of the house where the snake spattered.

Lee is great at what he does and very knowledgeable.  Many plumbers I contacted through Yelp don't have an hourly rate and they just say it's job/situation dependent.  He charges an hourly rate of $150.00, which is one of the cheapest rates I have found.  I highly recommend his service.

They were organized kept the area clean and did good work. Alan was friendly and knowledgeable. I had them install a new PRV, riser and a smart leak detector / auto shutoff valve. I can't speak to price because I didn't do multiple quotes. But so far they have been pretty up front and transparent.

We had issues with our kitchen sink not draining.  Wilmar was quick to answer our call and made it out the same day.  He was wonderful to work with and did an excellent job.  I would highly recommend him.

We were pretty unsatisfied with this install. We booked a new HVAC through Costco but were pretty disappointed in the execution. It's been two months since the day they started, and we are still having them come fix things before we can get the inspection. We were without heat for days during a heat wave, because they didn't have parts they needed. (Why didn't they know what they needed before they started?) Then they needed more parts and we had to wait another month. They cut the wiring to our drip irrigation/landscaping and put it back together wrong, which we didn't figure out until half of our garden died from not getting watered. They put the metal pieces on our artificial turf while they were installing which burned parts of the grass which now looks awful. They've taken no responsibility for any of these errors, and claimed they couldn't have been responsible for the burned grass even though it wasn't there the day before the install and then it was. They put the thermostat in a new and very odd place without calling me at work to discuss it first (in between a picture frame and a door jam in a very visible area) and said they'd move it but of course it would damage the wall.. Ugh. Just overall very not slick, not responsive, not responsible for their screw-ups, and not competent.
I'm not sure why Costco uses them. :(

I recently had a new soft water conditioner installed at my house. I called  Serv - All  because I have been a client of theirs for many years. They installed my previous conditioner approximately 16 years ago. My new unit was installed promptly and very professionally. No mess everything cleaned up nicely. I'm very pleased with the work and install. The technicians for Service - All and Water Quality are very professional, knowledgable and courteous. I would recommend Serv - All to anyone in this area.

WOW... for the amazing experience today. This is exactly what great service should be. They were highly recommended by appliance techs as being super competent and fair. So I decided to give them a try for a very tricky plumbing issue.
From the first contact, Barbara at the main office handled my call and query with patience and professionalism. Then Sean, the business owner, went out of his way to pre-screen our problem via phone and email before coming out. He was eager to provide free honest and expert advice which was appreciated. Therefore I proceeded with scheduling and sure enough, they showed up right on time, deploying extra care and patience evaluating and handling the issue. The scary plumbing problem was fixed in no time to much of my relief and the fee was even super fair and to the point. This company is a true delight to work with and I will not hesitate to call upon them in the future.

It's been a couple of years that I had my disposal replaced I just want to say it's running great and I couldn't be happier. It was a pleasure to do business with Sullivan's trusting, honest and professional.

I had a plumbing emergency.  Preferred plumbing was able to get someone out right away to accommodate my needs.
The technician they sent was Adolfo. He was COVID ready which was a concern of mine during this pandemic. However he was tremendously knowledgeable. I had so many questions throughout the time he was here at my home. He never once got irritated it annoyed.  He was so friendly and answered all my questions.  He definitely put me at ease!
I would definitely recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.  I will surely only reach out to them in the future.

I called Oakland Rooter for another plumbing job, and they reworked their schedule so Daniel and Juan could come out the same day -- who does that?! Well -- these guys do. They came during the window they said they would, completed the job, and then at 5pm left my place to go to another job that was on their schedule for that day. Daniel also took the time to fix a minor kitchen faucet issue even though they were constrained for time. Pretty impressed with these guys.

Julio was remarkable! He replaced my water softener and in doing so showed a creativity and ingenuity to complete the job well. I purchased a smaller than previous unit and the shorter height caused a problem with the connectors. The longest (24) pipes were too short to reach the new unit. The picture shows how he solved the issue. I was able to save money and avoid the trouble of having to return the new unit for a larger one that I don't need.

I submitted an inquiry via Yelp and received a response from Vlad very quickly.  We set up a 2-hour window for an estimate on a shower repair, and he showed up as promised.  

When he arrived, he took a look at the shower, took apart the handle to look at the issue, and then gave me a price for the work.  We agreed and he started the work.  Within 30 minutes, he was done, and the shower was working perfectly again.  We spoke about some other potential plumbing-related projects around the house, which he estimated for us.

I appreciate how quickly he responded and took care of the repair so quickly.  I would certainly use Just Plumbing Handyman again and support a local small business!

This is by far the greatest service I've received.   A+ in service and repair...It's snowing outside and Eddie still came out to fix my hot water heater.   I applaud Eddie for his hard work and dedication.

Very professional and extremely responsive!  I had a number of smaller jobs I needed done throughout my home and everything was taken care of perfectly and reasonably!  Because of the fast response time and care I used Good Guys again for a bathroom faucet and sink install.  
Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs someone they can trust and be thorough!

My returning pipe of the swimming pool was leaking. I spent $345 to let this company check and identify the problem. Then the technician from the company give me the quotation which is $1490 to fix a leaking pipe.Does anybody think it is too much expensive? The worst thing is they charge me another $200 for cutting a small root on the top of the leaking pipe. I am so angry about them. This company asked for your credit card information before they begin to work. After this experience, I understood the reason they did this because they are too much expensive and charge the customer without any reasons. They got your credit and charge you whatever they want to. And you cannot do anything. So, do not give them any business! I did not let them to put the concrete back which should be deduct $200, they should charge me $1290, but they still charge me $1490 even they did not put the concrete back and they said that $200 is for cutting root.

So , do not trust them and do not give them any business unless they change.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
