Found Team Contractors on yelp, they were able to provide me a quick quote and was able to fit me in before their holiday shutdown. Dan and Khoa were very professional and was able to resolve my issue quickly. Would definitely recommend them. Thanks again Ken

Julio and his team are extremely competitive in their prices and we are definitely satisfied with the results . My wife and I had 2 other estimates and theirs were by far the lowest.. but don't confuse this for low quality work. In an industry where name brand, big companies sub-contract companies like Julio's.. they basically pay Julio's price, and then they gouge their prices to you, the customer, and finesse their product to justify their ridiculous prices. Julio is a very humble and modest person who's work speaks for itself in volumes! He was at times a little hard to get a hold of, but this is understandable with the amount of work and different jobs he's handling at once. However, with a little patience, he will get back to you and answer your questions. On top of the Re-piping of the house, he replaced our Water Heater, removed and disposed one of our vanities, and was able to accommodate a few miscellaneous requests we had around the house. He is local and we are proud to support somebody like him. We wish him and his business the best!

I recently had the pleasure of hiring George for a plumbing job, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I reached out, George was nothing short of phenomenal. He promptly responded to my inquiry within minutes, and his communication was clear and professional throughout the entire process.
Upon providing me with a very fair and transparent estimate, George arrived punctually at the scheduled time. He demonstrated exceptional expertise in his work, completing the job efficiently and effectively. What truly set him apart, however, was his genuine care for maintaining cleanliness and respecting our home. He went the extra mile to ensure that the work area was spotless once the job was completed.
George's warm demeanor and friendly nature made it an absolute pleasure to have him in our home. He greeted my family with a smile and even took the time to give our dog some well-received pets. Furthermore, he thoughtfully pointed out potential issues that could have arisen in the future, providing us with invaluable advice and peace of mind.
In summary, George is an expert in his trade and an exceptional human being. I wholeheartedly recommend him for any plumbing needs and will undoubtedly hire him again in the future. Thank you, George, for your outstanding service!

Mike Pagsolingan arrived promptly at the scheduled time to replace a cracked toilet with a Kohler 1 piece toilet that I had purchased for our condo in Walnut Creek. Mike was very professional and had the new toilet installed in no time! I had requested that he install new SS braided hoses for the toilet in the master bathroom in addition to the new one, which he promptly did. With over 30 years of experience under his belt, Mike is a wealth of information when it comes to plumbing issues! Oh, I forgot to mention that their prices are extremely reasonable too! Will definitely be calling Plumbing Solutions in the future and asking for Mike. I just hope that he's not retired when I do!

Lee's the best! It's about time I wrote a review -- we've used him for just about everything. Things tend to happen around here late in the day, but Lee always fits us in. When our main drain backed up late one night, he showed up at 10:00 to see if there was any way he could fix it (There wasn't), then showed up early in the morning to find our buried line, repair it and clean out all the roots in the line.
In addition, l we've known Lee long enough and well enough that we'd leave him a key or leave the house while he's working. He's completely trustworthy.

This is a really well run business. We found them through Costco. We needed a central air unit swapped out. Scheduling was smooth. My wife had all her questions answered quickly via email&phone. Also smooth paperwork wrt the contract. All the work was very professionally done. Any issues we encountered were due to the 24yo prev unit/furnace. All the new work done was very good quality no mistakes.

Our bathroom sink was clogging up for a good 3 months. Andres and Frankie did a great job fixing it. They were courteous and friendly, wearing shoe covers. Andres also took the time to explain why green gobbler didn't work on our sink and what we can do in the future to troubleshoot. The whole process took less than 30 minutes.

I contacted Bellows Soquel to replace my aging Lennox Pulse and Lennox air conditioner, as well as the ducting in my crawlspace and attic. Everyone from Carl the initial salesman to Russel the project manager to the office staff was friendly, professional and willing to answer the many questions I had. Mikey, the install manager was an outstanding leader of his crew, including Brian, Jamie, Alvie and Rudy. All of them were efficient and hard working professionals. My new Lennox system is up and running. I'm amazed at how they were able to tackle a complicated job and perform at such a high level. They left my garage and home looking like they'd never been here. Everything is carefully and precisely installed. I'd give each of them ten stars if I could. All of my questions were thoughtfully and thoroughly explained. Bellows is a top notch company and you won't go wrong by choosing them. One happy customer here.

I had a new water softener installed, my old softener was not a Serv-All product. However, after Jason came out and spoke to me about a water softener unit there was no question in my mind about having Serv-All install my new unit. Jason answered all of my questions thoroughly and honestly and made me feel very confident about using Serv-All. They were prompt in making an appointment for the new installation. The installer showed up on time, did a great job on the install, and was very clean, no mess. They removed the old softener, and again, answered any questions I had about the new unit and how it works and the programming along with being very courteous and very nice.
I will recommend Serv-All and their product, as I was very pleased from the beginning to the end of the process. Great company and people to work with besides having a great product.

Not really impressed. I had a straightforward job and when I asked for a ballpark figure, couldn't get even an order of magnitude.
The work appeared to be done well but...
The plumber was 40 minutes late and disappeared for a 45 minute part run. So, he spent three hours in my house working and the bill was 1400 dollars.
If you're considering a career in law or medicine, save yourself about 8 years of education. You can command comparably ridiculous rates as a plumber.
It's hard to competitively shop with plumbing needs and I think they know it. Buyer beware.

I initially called them to come out to the restaurant I work at to look at a SMALL leak in our ladies bathroom. I asked them to come out and look and give me a quote. Someone showed up at about dinner time and looked at the bathroom and then had dinner with his wife. Didn't leave a quote and I was never given one via email or phone.
The next day a technician showed up at about 11:00 (when we open) and just started working on the bathroom. I didn't approve any work and I only wanted work to be done on one of the three toilets. I didn't even know he was here for a good hour! At one point we had to shut down the restaurant for about 2 hours because we had no water, or VERY little water pressure and we couldn't use our ladies restroom. At that point I went and asked the technician for his supervisors phone number. After about an hour a supervisor or field representative showed and tried to help. He was very helpful and understood our frustration. Told me the technician was new and just picked up the paperwork thinking he was cleared to start working.
Two weeks go by and we started having MORE issues. Water coming up out of the drain covers outside of the restaurant and toilets backing up. Try getting a hold of someone on the phone....yea right!! It took 4 phone calls before I talked to an actual person. I called on a Sunday. One number just rang and rang and rang. Another number told me I was calling a different office location. I finally got a hold of someone and told them the situation and that I needed a tech out ASAP but that it had to be early in the morning before we open for business. Initially I told them Tuesday at 8am because they couldn't be here before 10 on Monday. After seeing the progression of the plumbing issue I called them back and said to come ASAP, even if it was 10am on Monday. NO show. So I called them back. Got an apology and they confirmed my initial appointment for 8am on Tuesday. At 8:15 I called asking where my plumbers was. They told me he was scheduled for 10am. I told them that per my conversation the day before, someone should have been here at 8am (today) Tuesday and that the 10am appointment was for yesterday but nobody showed up. I get oh let me talk to a manager and the call ends. 45 mins later I call back again asking where the plumber is. Oh he's on the schedule and we have a call out to him now. Around 9:15 I get a call back and they tell me the technician is on his way and he should be there by 9:45 depending on traffic. 10:30 rolls around and STILL NO PLUMBER! The whole point of an early morning appointment is to get things taken care of before our customers show up! At about 11 or 11:15 the plumber asks to speak to a manager so review his quote. FINALLY!!! Only 3 hours later than expected!!! Turns out the work isn't covered under warranty from the work done 2 weeks ago. If I'd known that I would have gone with someone else in the first place!
Going forward, we're going to be calling and using other plumbers. We're running a restaurant here and can't be without water or having water backing up anywhere.

I would give these guys 6 stars if I could. We had an issue with a drain blockage as a result of some remodeling work in our Eichler. Eichler's are notoriously tricky for plumbing issues given that they are built on a slab. When our remodeling contractors couldn't fix the problem, we called another plumbing company who couldn't either. They told us we needed to find someone who would hydrojet the line to fix the problem. James from Golden State Plumber came out promptly and came up with a creative solution to fix the problem. He spent several hours over multiple visits diagnosing and fixing the blockage. We could not be more impressed with his level of customer focus. He and his brother are the real deal. Highly recommend.

Richard was amazing. Professional job. He came and cleared a clocked sewer line from our front clean out to the street. He got the job done ( may I admit? ) where one plumber failed a few weeks before. He referred me to a person who repairs off-set pipes and gave me expert tips on what to expect. My wife and I are pleased and Richard will be a regular plumber from this day forward.

Good Guys Plumbing is a reliable and no nonsense plumbing service that we used at our rental property. We had a leaking tankless water heater and called up several plumbing companies that were unable to diagnose the problem and finally we found GGP. They were able to get the whole unit replaced within a few hours at a very reasonable price. In addition, GGP is honest and values its customers. In our area, hard water is a huge problem and Adam consulted us about having filters installed. He was not pushy like other salesmen but said to call him up when we were ready because we wanted to try magnetic descaling before going to filters. After installing the filters, one of the magnetic descalers were missing. Adam were happy to order new magnets! A+ service and communications! We know were to call for our next service!

Today is the 3rd or 4th time I have used A&A Plumbing and I have been impressed each time. The recent repair was a leaky faucet under my sink. I called up, made and appointment and they arrived on time. They fixed it in short order and the price was fine. I would recommend them and I will use them again.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
