We had old main water supply line between the water meter to outside of garage repiped in June this year.  Among the contractors we talked to, we picked All Pro Repipe.

The work was done in one day, using L-type copper pipe.  The water was shut off for about 3 - 4 hours.

All Pro Repipe team is easy to work with; and they did a great job.  It has been roughly three months since, and there has been no issues.  We really enjoy the improved water flow.

I had one of the best experiences today with the plumber that came out, Mike. I called Plumbing Solutions to make an appointment to get our clear out from our house to the street snaked. I did this on the recommendation from another company to get this done annually because we have clay pipes that may annually get roots going through the system, at least that's what the other company said. Turns out Mike checked out our system and told us it wasn't neccessary. Instead, he showed me a couple of DIY tricks that would not only save money from getting having a plumber come out once a year, but it would also help to maintain every part of our system to lower the chances of anything catastrophic happening. I just got a lesson about plumbing, which included ways to keep the plumber AWAY, and all for free! I'm sure I wasted Mike's time, but he was so nice about it and was so enthusiastic to give me knowledge. But as a result, I won't be going to any other plumbing company from now on. Thank you Mike! Best plumber Ive ever used. Ive built and remodeled over 10 houses.

Expensive but the quality of work is poor.  The cost is a moving target and you will get no written proposal.  They charge you $149 to show up and then give you a high verbal quote for the work. Now you have already paid Bellows and are given an unreasonable bid so your choice is to call another plumber or just suck it up.  My advice, call any other plumber.

Our kitchen drain was plugged,   We called on Sun they came on Mon am.   Fixed it and charged a reasonable few.  I highly recommend Wilmar Plumbing.

I contacted Bellows Soquel to replace my aging Lennox Pulse and Lennox air conditioner, as well as the ducting in my crawlspace and attic. Everyone from Carl the initial salesman to Russel the project manager to the office staff was friendly, professional and willing to answer the many questions I had. Mikey, the install manager was an outstanding leader of his crew, including Brian, Jamie, Alvie and Rudy.  All of them were efficient and hard working professionals.  My new Lennox system is up and running.  I'm amazed at how they were able to tackle a complicated job and perform at such a high level.  They left my garage and home looking like they'd never been here. Everything is carefully and precisely installed. I'd give each of them ten stars if I could.  All of my questions were thoughtfully and thoroughly explained.  Bellows is a top notch company and you won't go wrong by choosing them.  One happy customer here.

I called Serv-All after ditching another company that we had been renting a water softener from for many years.  Jason came promptly and spent time with us discussing options and prices.  We selected a unit that was a good value and promised to save us both water and salt.  It took less than a week to get the new unit installed and they did not charge us for uninstalling the old unit.  We are delighted with our new water softener.  It regenerates a LOT less frequently than did the old unit, delivering on the promises of reduced water and salt use.  And the water is softer than ever.

Last November of 2021, our home's outside front gutter's drain began to stop draining. We also noticed that the above ground fittings began to leak water. We had no other indoor plumbing issues and thought that the drain needed to be cleared using power pressure. LB from Discount Plumbing tried to give us every kind of discount available to minimize our out-of-pocket costs.  The issue was bigger and required his team to come out the following weekend, dig up our garage cement floor  and a partial part of our driveway cement in order to insert new pipes since the old ones had slipped perhapsdue to past ground moverment. . .our home's almost 98 years old. We also got the drain's underground pipe replaced since it seemed to be totally clogged  with mortar from our last roof replacement. LB had his crew work from early morning till nightfall to make sure the job was completely finished and the drain was working.

I would not hesitate using Discount Plumbing in the future for any plumbing problems.  LB clearly told us how much it would cost and when it would be completed. Job well done! Sorry for the extremely late review but the pandemic's to-do list was long.

This is one of the best experiences I've ever had with a business. The tech (Michael) was prompt, and professional. Wrote up an estimate, worked quickly and did the job in half of what he thought it would take!  Even stopped the clock right away.

Two hours ago (noon on a Sunday), we discovered that two toilets and a bathtub were backed up.  An hour and a half ago we called Oakland Rooter, based on the reviews on Yelp.  Fifteen or so minutes later Ignacio showed up (admittedly our timing had been good; he was in the vicinity).  Now our problems are solved and I'm writing this well-deserved five star review.

I don't know much about plumbing, but I do recognize competence, conscientiousness, professionalism, and good problem solving skills, and Ignacio demonstrated all of these in abundance in dealing with our situation in the most effective and least intrusive way.

Never thought I'd be saying this about backed-up plumbing, but the whole thing ended up being a pretty pleasant experience, given how much better things turned out than what we'd anticipated when we discovered the problem.  We enjoyed meeting and talking with Ignacio, and while we hope we won't have to see him again for a long time, we'll definitely be calling him (well, Oakland Rooter) the next time we're in need of plumbing services.

I just had the privilege of working with Julio from Golden State Plumber (he just left about 10 minutes ago). I am getting my house ready to rent and the water valves under the kitchen sink needed to be upgraded. Julio was fast, friendly and professional. He even left the space under the sink cleaner than he found it! He is returning to update the gas line for the stove. After the nightmare I had with the last contractor ( repeated call backs to fix mistakes which led me to firing them); It is nice to have someone who does it right the first time. We had a presure valve that failed at the main in front of our house. Vlad came quickly, had the exact matching replacement part in his truck, and fixed the issue in 20 minutes. The estimate was not cheap, but I consider it fair given the service was highly professional, and timely. Vlad was also very flexible with payment that I couldn't do before the next day. We'll call and recommend Vlad for future work.

I'm older and not normally a review-writer but this experience was exceptional!

It's a Friday night in summer, grandchidren are visiting, there are 13 people in the house and water is discivered coming from the wall behind the kitchen sink. This is a problem that must be resolved and the first plumbing company I spoke with said I had to wash all the dishes in the bathroom sink (remember ... 13 people!) until Monday. That is so not going to work! Other companies didn't retun my call (and some still haven't). I turned to my online neighborhood website, asked for recommendations and Affordable Plumbing was mentioned three times. Kerry Harris, a plumber working for Affordable Plumbing was recommended by name twice. Called his number and left a message - he returned my call within 15 minutes and made arrangements to come over right then! On a Friday night! He came over, assessed the problem (a suspected leaking drain line from the kitchen sink) and scheduled to come the next morning to open up the wall and, hopefully fix it.

Kerry came over on time Saturday morning, cut through my stucco from outside (easiest access to the pipe) found the problem (a cracked drain pipe), repaired it and closed up the hole with a stuuco patch all in under three hours. He said he would come back later when the patch was dry to put on the stucco top coat. Kerry was very efficient, professional and knowledgable throughout his time here. He worked hard and he worked fast. And - he was kind! Maybe not the first quality you look for in a plumber, but when someone has to come out and see the places in your home no one else EVER sees, that are embarrassing, it is appreciated. Kerry was ably assisted in his work by his nephew, which I liked seeing. As a mother of four boys myself (all adults now) I value someone who takes the time to train the next generation how to work.

True to the name of the company, the bill was VERY affordable! After everything was cleaned up Kerry then cleaned out my drain (I didn't know that needed to be done!) I just can't get over how concerned I was last night when the leak was discovered on the start of a weekend and now, less than 24 hours later, it is completely resolved at a price I could manage! Just wow.

Our Takagi tankless water heater, installed 11 years ago, would not start and won't produce hot water. Adam came out per our appointment. After a brief diagnosis, he determined it was the ignitor was not working properly. He cleaned up the contact and the unit was working again, producing steaming hot water.

In addition to fixing the problem promptly, Adam is one of the most HONEST plumber around. I recommend him highly without any reservation. 5-start all the way.

Short summary - these is the most thorough, detail-oriented plumbers you'll find.

First used A&A pluming in 2015 when my house had a very tricky-to-solve plumbing issue. Two previous plumbers had bailed on helping me solve it, but the folks from A&A were super sharp and found a crafty way to get it resolved.

In 2016, I had another plumbing issue: a clog to my main line, but this required having the cleanout converted to a two-way cleanout to be able to properly snake the line. First, Mike came and found a way to temporarily fix the clog so our house was usable. Then, a few days later, Jaime came and started working on replacing the cleanout. It was a big job, but he worked through it quickly. He then came back 3-4 times with a powerful snake + camera and made sure the main line was completely clear, all the way to the house and to the street. They kept me very well updated throughout this process and I'm extremely happy with the results.

They ended up doing this job for less than they had initially quoted me, and everything is working great. My only wish was that I had asked for them to e-mail me a few clips of the camera footage of the drain, but I never heard back on that request.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
