I called them and actually I was just one guy. A honest friend to friend interaction, if you want to talk straight to someone who makes it like you're talking to a friend who values his time. Compared to a business that has a receptionist and wants a 80 dollar inspection fee. He went to say, Oh... okay I can be over there in 1 hour. Do you know the problem? You could go with the warranty of your unit, because if I don't fix it it'll be a waste of my time to come over.

I wanted him to come to my house ASAP for a water heater malfunction, and he made it happen on his free time. I was his last job of the day, and he had everything in the truck. Straightforward solution that he described that he had. The price was right for how quick he got it done. The only thing that slowed him down was the pace of the weather turning bad and admiration for a new car some day.

Work with this guy on straight deals that don't rely on scheduling and inspection fees. Make a deal over the phone and if he has the time he will tell you he can do it.

Julio and Christopher are the best at repipe!! If you are looking for a repipe at a good cost, give them a call.
I contacted 4 companies for my repipe job. Julio came in for the quote from All pro repipe and told me that he would provide a good quote upfront rather than quote high and then offer discounts. It worked out exactly that way. Julio's quote was the lowest and the others were ready to offer discounts from their initial high quotes. Obviously, i chose Julio for being upfront and honest in his quotes.
Julio was able to get me in for an appointment a week later. On the day of the work, Julio's brother Christopher was leading their 5 man army on the job. They were polite, hard working and ensured we were kept up to date of the progress. They also installed new faucets and shower heads at no extra cost for me. They finished on time and were very accommodating of all my last minute requests.
Inspection passed with flying colors and both Julio and Christopher have been super with after job support.

OMG! What a find! Honest, personable, knowledgeable, reliable and quick to respond. After a sewer backup we were told by another reputable company we needed all lines replaced to the tune of 20k!! They seemed so pushy we felt we needed to get a second opinion and so thankful we did! After lengthy inspection, climbing on the roof  and thorough camera inspection , George concluded it was just a simple clog that had needed to be cleaned. George explained every step and what we were seeing on the camera. Wow! Being an old house there will always be a need for a good plumber and so grateful we found this wonderful tradesman. Don't use anyone else...he is the best!

Joel contacted me after my original review and offered to reimburse me for the money I paid and to fix the irrigation piping that was left undone by his technician. Since Joel stands by his workers work in this fashion then I would definitely recommend him if I had other work due to the fact that even if it's done improperly or poor craftsmanship he will come and fix it and do it the right way. He was very professional and apologized for what his worker did and fixed the issue and that's worth its weight in gold

He is the BEST!  We have known him and his family for years.  He did a couple of jobs for us years ago and each time we were very pleased. Then we switched to another plumbing company because Lee was busy.  Recently we ran into an issue that was not fixed by the other plumber after we paid $$, so I called Lee.  He came... knew exactly what to look for... fixed several places that would help solve the problem.

Lee is honest, experienced and reasonably priced, everything you are looking for in a professional.

I used to be a fan of Bellows, but not any more.  I had to have my sewer lateral replaced.  It took them 4 days to dig it out and replace the pipe, which is great.  Then nothing happened for a week, until they schedule both the asphalt and sidewalk concrete on the same day.  The concrete sub-contractor said they could not access the sidewalk due to the asphalt work, and left.  They are supposed to show up next week.  Because the concrete removal was directly in front of my driveway, it means I'll be at least 3 weeks without access to my driveway, as it takes 5 days to set the concrete for a vehicle.

I've spent a lot of money with Bellows over the years (furnace retrofit in a victorian, tankless water heater, gas pipe work, gas meter move, water pipe work, and this sewer lateral).   You'd think they would have at least tried to get this done right.  I had to call 4 times just to get them to give me a fixed date for the concrete, which then didn't even work out.

I highly recommend Wilmar Plumbing!  We had a dishwasher that wasn't draining properly b/c the hose was connecting to the garbage disposal.  Wilmar and his colleague Andres, fixed the hose and put in an air gap so that the water would now properly flow and not backup in the dishwasher.  Wilmar and and Andres are courteous, kind, smart, and do a good job of prep and clean-up.   Responsive and trustworthy. Building a family business so Wilmar takes his work seriously and cares deeply about doing a high quality job!  Thank you!!!

Installed new water softener and reverse osmosis great service exceeded my expectations

I had a new water softener installed, my old softener was not a Serv-All product. However, after Jason came out and spoke to me about a water softener unit there was no question in my mind about having Serv-All install my new unit. Jason answered all of my questions thoroughly and honestly and made me feel very confident about using Serv-All. They were prompt in making an appointment for the new installation. The installer showed up on time, did a great job on the install, and was very clean, no mess. They removed the old softener,  and again, answered any questions I had about the new unit and how it works and the programming along with being very courteous and very nice.
I will recommend Serv-All and their product, as I was very pleased from the beginning to the end of the process. Great company and people to work with besides having a great product.

Joseph and Cody (not sure i spelled that right) were able to come by our apartment late last night (around 11:00) to help us with an issue we were having with our washing machine. They were super nice and did their best to resolve the issue...unfortunately they have to come back with more tools, but it was really cool that they came out so late on such short notice and did the best they could with what they had...will write in again when they come back!

Fntastic service. Phoned this morning for minor service with my shower. They came almost immediately and repaired the problem at a most reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I can not remember the gentlemen's name, but he came around 9:30pm-11pm Friday 3/8/19 from a stonestown location. Much faster then expected considering how late it was.

At our Serramonte location we had to leave at 11pm, which he was able to work super quick and have time to explain what to look out for when it came to our restroom issues.

This team has exceeded my expectations, not once, but twice! These guys extended their service by simply making adjustments to their schedule to ensure that one of their members could respond to a last minute call, a non working water heater. Upon arrival, I had the pleasure of meeting Ignacio, a service worker who was extremely professional and simply  displayed his knowledge by quickly diagnosing the problem, already having the needed parts in hand, and repairing the issue all within an hour. In essence, the biggest incentive was that their price was much cheaper than their competitors!

Anyone looking for a fast, and professional repair, please look no further, these guys will exceed your expectations as they have for my family and I. I will continue to rely on this company as long as they are around!

I would give these guys 6 stars if I could.  We had an issue with a drain blockage as a result of some remodeling work in our Eichler.  Eichler's are notoriously tricky for plumbing issues given that they are built on a slab.  When our remodeling contractors couldn't fix the problem, we called another plumbing company who couldn't either.  They told us we needed to find someone who would hydrojet the line to fix the problem.  James from Golden State Plumber came out promptly and came up with a creative solution to fix the problem.  He spent several hours over multiple visits diagnosing and fixing the blockage.  We could not be more impressed with his level of customer focus.  He and his brother are the real deal.   Highly recommend.

I had a dripping showerhead, so I requested a quote via yelp. Vlad was the first one to replied and told me he could come and take a look in half an hour. He showed up with a mask, quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave me an affordable and competitive price. Within 2 hours, the dripping was gone, and everything is fixed! I will go with just plumbing for future plumbing issues. 10/10 will recommend.

I was having some problems with my dishwasher leaking.  Richard came by, quoted me a very fair price, did great work and gave me some advice on my future hardware purchases.  I have no reason to use any plumber other than Richard!

They really are the good guys. After getting several bids for work we didn't need, Good Guys Plumbing showed up and gave us an honest assessment.

They told us why we did not need some of the extras that had been recommended by other plumbers and then took the time to explain it all.

When all was said and done they came in with a lower bid and top notch service. They were professional, courteous and punctual. Adam was great at getting right back to us via text and phone anytime we had questions or concerns. I am so happy to have discovered the most honest plumber around.

I wanted to warn others calling A&A plumbing in Sunnyvale to be careful as we gave a detailed description of the work that needed to be done on our toilet and got a price range of $129 to $149 for the job.  Then the plumber that arrived (Dave) told us it would be $189.  He also asked us what is the problem, it is just $40?.  We decided against them doing the job since this instilled a lack of trust.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
