I had issues with my boiler, got information about Dan from Yelp, called him, explained the situation and scheduled for next morning. He came on time, inspected the boiler and gave an estimate which was half price compared to other quotes I was getting.
Before fixing he explained me the issue and mentioned that if he will not able to fix it then he won't charge anything.

Based on number of reviews I thought that this guy might be less experienced but I was wrong. He did the job pretty good at a fair price on time.

Highly recommend! I can't say enough great things about this company. Great customer service, Francielle is always there to assist and help with any questions. Julio and Christopher, owners were hands on. When they arrived to begin my repipe they explained what they were doing, even added a new pipe outside. They all worked together like an orchestra, and everyone was so happy and friendly. This is more like a family. The job was done on time. They cleaned up. When the inspector came to inspect job for permit, it passed without issue and after all pro came and did the patching, which looked great, the same inspector came back and said it was a really nice job. I definitely would hire them again! This is a company you can trust and these days that's hard to find!

OMG! What a find! Honest, personable, knowledgeable, reliable and quick to respond. After a sewer backup we were told by another reputable company we needed all lines replaced to the tune of 20k!! They seemed so pushy we felt we needed to get a second opinion and so thankful we did! After lengthy inspection, climbing on the roof  and thorough camera inspection , George concluded it was just a simple clog that had needed to be cleaned. George explained every step and what we were seeing on the camera. Wow! Being an old house there will always be a need for a good plumber and so grateful we found this wonderful tradesman. Don't use anyone else...he is the best!

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes connected to our kitchen sink. I found Plumbing solution on yelp and called them and Mike came on the same day and fixed the pipe for me. The leak was at a very tricky place and the original pipe was not in a good shape. So the first repair didn't fully work. Mike came again a day after, and spend whole 3 hours to have a perfect repair on our pipes. Mike is a very honest hardworking man, and very easygoing. I strongly recommend to work with Mike when you have a plumbing need.

Lee & Mary came to our house three times to try to fix an issue with our bathroom sink. Lee & Mary were always prompt and very professional. Unfortunately, the problem could not be fixed without shutting off the water in our building (and the valve was broken so it could not be shut off). Lee & Mary refunded us what we paid them for their first two visits and did not charge us for the third because they could not fully resolve our problem. There are few service providers out there with this much integrity. I highly recommenced that you use Kratzer Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

Bellows responded to my plumbing emergency ,  they responded quick replaced my shower and a damaged gas line,  installed a new water heater for a lot of $$$.  They left flange under the toilet damaged and I thought it was obvious they would repair it.  They also did not replace service valves in the bath that they cut off.  I was charged $129.00 to move which is on wheels only needed the plug pulled.  

I feel worked by Bellows but the work they did do was good, shoulder joints were excellent.  

I would use Bellows again but I would shop around first.

Our bathroom sink was clogging up for a good 3 months. Andres and Frankie did a great job fixing it. They were courteous and friendly, wearing shoe covers. Andres also took the time to explain why green gobbler didn't work on our sink and what we can do in the future to troubleshoot. The whole process took less than 30 minutes.

Their price was a bit high @ $175, but the soft water was returned to service by this firm for the second time in 6 months. It appears my attempts to fix the conditioner did not work.

This is my second time working with Discount Plumbing, and they'll be my first call when I need a plumber again.  At 8am this morning I started calling plumbers for an urgent problem.  The scheduling/logistics team had LB headed to my place within an hour of my call. LB arrived, we did a quick walk-through and he listened when I described the issue.  He did a great job identifying and solving the immediate issue, and explained to me the conditions which created it.  He provided estimates for the larger issue, but I didn't feel pressured to make a big purchase today.  Painless, affordable, and I'm now well informed.

Our kitchen sink was clogged, I didn't want to cause any further damage so I contacted Dave's Plumbing Services. They arrived and within minutes they were able to fix the issue and even replaced my kitchen sink pipes. I appreciated them taking the time to walk me through the process and answering any questions we had. They definitely appreciate their clients and discounted me 10% for being a first time client which was a nice bonus, I was very happy with the results and will definitely contact them in the future!

Eduardo is by far the best plumber I have ever had work for me and I have had quite a few as I own several rental properties.  He is thorough, courteous, competent, hard working and extremely talented in finding and fixing everything and anything to do with plumbing. Also, the office is great. They send someone out very quickly.  But Eduardo, he's a star!

I would give these guys 6 stars if I could.  We had an issue with a drain blockage as a result of some remodeling work in our Eichler.  Eichler's are notoriously tricky for plumbing issues given that they are built on a slab.  When our remodeling contractors couldn't fix the problem, we called another plumbing company who couldn't either.  They told us we needed to find someone who would hydrojet the line to fix the problem.  James from Golden State Plumber came out promptly and came up with a creative solution to fix the problem.  He spent several hours over multiple visits diagnosing and fixing the blockage.  We could not be more impressed with his level of customer focus.  He and his brother are the real deal.   Highly recommend.

Our outdoor valve was leaking I called and Vlad was here in one hour. I live in San Ramon he was courteous quoted a price and stayed at the price

This was the 4th plumbing company I called after hours on a weekday regarding my garbage disposal not working and my sink flooding. Richard answered and told me that the next available appointment was 2 days away and I told him that's not going to work for me.

Rather than letting me hang up, he asked me some questions to troubleshoot the issue by phone. With his guidance I was able to restore power to the garbage disposal, manually rotate the garbage disposal to drain the water, and dislodge a chicken bone which was preventing the blades from rotating. I flipped the switch and everything was fully functional again! These guys seem very customer service focused and assisted me when they had nothing to gain from it. I'll be calling them again if any issues come up in the future.

Adam and his team did a great job, my wife and I have used him before doing small repairs. But when it came to doing the full-scale movement and replacement of our hot water heater. He was our first call, the work was done on time, on budget, and the quality exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend him to anyone my friends or family.

I made an appointment with Mike from A&A plumbing.  He showed up on time and did a back flow test at a reasonable price.  He had to order some parts.  The service was friendly and efficient enough. Dominique, the receptionist very helpful over the phone.  I will use his service again.  I will refer him to friends and neighbors.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
