Khoa did a great job replacing our ancient kitchen faucet.  The old faucet was really hard to reach from underneath, and it was locked in from hard water buildup (Willow Glen water).  He came out on a Sunday, cut out the old faucet and put in the new one.  Very friendly and professional.  We are already planning to use Khoa on the next plumbing project, installing a water softener.  Highly recommend him and his company, Team Contractors.

The guy came in to look at the items but did not provide the complete quote and said that his brother who is the owner of the company will provide the complete quote later today. Never heard from his brother. Called several times but could not reach him. We finally got the work done from another plumbing company but wasted 2 days for the work to start. Will never do business with this guy.

George was responsive, clear, honest, and hard-working. When my dishwasher was leaking he showed up fast, fixed the problem, and talked me through the rest of the water damage. When my sewer pipe was blocked, he responded quickly with a rotor and camera to show me what happened, clear the blockage, and explain what to look out for in the future. I'm working with him on quotes for larger projects. Great to have a reliable plumber.

Joel did a great job and was as stubborn about getting the clog as the clog was in staying in the pipes.

He got creative and I really appreciate that as it saved me $140.00.

We contacted Kratzer Plumbing today about fixing a problem with the plumbing outside of the house. They were highly recommended by another tradesperson. Excellent communications via text message. They came over and were able to fix the problem. They were tremendously courteous and responsive.  We will be using them for future plumbing repairs.

Of course, my roof A/C would die during the 95+ degrees week in mid-June.  Thru Yelp, I sent request for quote to about 10 A/C repair companies.  Most responded that they were fully booked thru end of June, but the Bellows office promptly called me to arrange for a visit 3 days later.  
On the day of the visit, the office & the tech (Steve) called me to let me know that he was on the way.  I even got a text message that the tech was en-route.  At first, I was a bit concerned that this company's name had plumbing before the air, but everything turned out great.  Steve showed up early for the appointment, made his way up to the roof, and after some troubleshooting and detective work, he found the main problem and also a hidden intermittent problem that was causing the A/C unit to shut-off.  Thanks Again Steve!!
Also, kudos to this company for using technology for communicating and servicing customers.  As I mentioned, I received a text when the tech was en-route.  The repair work and the estimate was clearly explained to me by Steve, on a tablet.  After the work was completed and the payment made, I was sent an electronic receipt for my records.   Later that day, I received a followup text to ensure that the repair work was completed to my satisfaction.
As I sit in my cool house today, I'm reminded again of the excellent experience that I had with this truly professional group of people.

Super unreliable,  and his price cost and arm and a leg. This company screwed shower head in a such a way that it's impossible to unscrew. I have to call another plumber. Do not waste your time

The thermostate had died over the weekend, and it was too chilly during the nights for any comfort even when wearing the house robe.
 
I called the company on Monday for an appointment, made for Tuesday  between 8 AM and 10 AM.
Got a phone call at 7:30 AM on Tuesday that left a message that the man is on his way, and a few minutes before 8 he is knocking at my door.

Jeff was the man of the hour!  He explained everything that he was doing, and whatever he would do as he went along.  I was provided with the latest
model of thermostate, and how to use it for home comfort with energy savings. I was always getting email notices from PG&E as to saving energy,
and reducing billings.
For the time, effort and arrangements for future needs, the cost was very
reasonable.

Their price was a bit high @ $175, but the soft water was returned to service by this firm for the second time in 6 months. It appears my attempts to fix the conditioner did not work.

Looking back over the year I was thinking about who was this year's hero...And I've got to say, Brian Sanchez of Discount Plumbing was my hero.   In my very old house with very old plumbing and with a complicated problem Brian got it right.  Brian delivered the bad news as well as any social worker could.  Understanding, empathetic... The job involved days of dirty work. It wasn't an inexpensive fix by any means but the service was stellar.

Sullivan Plumbing was responsive, professional,  and knowledgeable. I noticed a leak in my water heater and they were able to install a replacement (an upgrade) the next day ... and in about 1.5 hours. It was by far the simplest and most efficient experience I've had with a plumber.

Called Dave's Specialized Rooter & plumbing . For a leaking water heater, made and appointment he came same day to take care my old water heater . He was on time , he recommended for a new installation , I was happy to have my hot water back I will recommend  Dave's to all my friends and relatives he was clean and professional all the way to complete the work and going the extra mile to finish in the same day.

I wasn't going to write this review thinking that of course mix ups happen. But after receiving exceptional service today from a different plumber. I want to prevent future service seekers from experiencing the same. I was given a time from of 1-2 and the plumber did not show up until 2:20 after I called to cancel. He did a quote and quoted me 65 dollars for parts. He said he can do the repair now in under an hour and then went to Home Depot for parts. Meaning he had no parts available. Home Depot is just across the street and he was gone for 45 minutes. I called the company and was told what he meant to quote me was 130 including parts. The part being flapper and concrete and seal? And chain. I wrote a check for 130 then Justin called me back to say the parts should be 160. At this point it's 4pm and the technician is no where in sight. I said I am not interested. At which point I was told that I had given a verbal agreement and would be sent a bill, I said I didn't appreciate his attitude and he hung up on me. I called back to clarify that I felt badgered to go through with a repair which the quote was inconsistent and the time frame had exceeded the original agreement by well over 3 hours and the technician is no where to be found. He said tech was right outside. I waited outside for another 20 minutes before being called and advised that apparently the tech went home because he was advised that the job was cancelled. So. I followed the instructions online to troubleshoot the toilet. Turns out it needed a fill valve and not concrete or flapper. Another company came and did the repair and they were on time with parts ready to go.  While I am glad Justin and I worked through our differences despite being hung up on. And everyone had bad days. However I really think that it is important for companies to respect our time and keep the quote transparent and consistent. Proper and accurate troubleshooting would go a long way too since plumbing repairs are expwns

I called them based on their yelp reviews and the reviews are well deserved. Oakland Rooter & Plumbing saved the day for us. I sent them a message through Yelp and Ygnacio called me soon after to set up an appointment. They offered a number of appointments that same day and communicated well throughout. Alex sent me images of the problem, resolved it and reset everything back to working order. Total heroes. I've already referred them to two other friends. Great company to work with!

Julio was remarkable! He replaced my water softener and in doing so showed a creativity and ingenuity to complete the job well. I purchased a smaller than previous unit and the shorter height caused a problem with the connectors. The longest (24) pipes were too short to reach the new unit. The picture shows how he solved the issue. I was able to save money and avoid the trouble of having to return the new unit for a larger one that I don't need.

Earlier today I decided I would look for a plumber to fix a leaking shower head. I looked in Next Door to get a few recommendations and then went to Yelp to request a few estimates.  Vlad was the first one to respond and I recognized his name from many positive Next Door recommendations.   He was nice enough to schedule a time today and by 3 pm my shower was no longer leaking. He was super friendly, did great work and was competitively priced. I would definitely use Just Plumbing Handyman again.

We needed a plumber to install a water line to our refrigerator, and chose APS after researching on Yelp.  Scheduling an appointment for the no-charge estimate was quick and easy.

The estimate was very reasonable and Richard's explanation of the options available was easy to understand.  High-quality parts were used, and the installation was very neat, clean, and maintainable.

Richard arrived early for both the estimate and work appointments.  He displays a very neat and professional appearance, and both he and his wife are very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Adam is professional, courteous and did a great job installing a new tankless heater. Thank you!

This is what I love about Yelp - the reviews lead you to some GREAT service people - and after reading the reviews on A&A - we decided to give them a shot at a leak that our 'other' plumber said was unsolvable and refused to come back the third time to make it right.

A&A were here on time - diagnosed the problem - left - returned with the correct parts - fixed it - and WALLA - no more leak!!

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
