We contacted Team Contractors on a Sunday morning because our water heater was leaking badly and we knew it needed to be replaced.  Within a few minutes, Khoa called us back and we made arrangements to have a new water heater installed that afternoon.  Khoa was knowledgeable, courteous and went above and beyond to provide great service at a very fair price.  We would not hesitate to call on Team Contractors for future jobs and we would definitely recommend their services.

Best contractors ever! We needed to have our homes pipes replaced as our water was coming out orange and the pipes were very old. We had multiple company's come out to provide quotes. Julio and his team were sent out by Repipe Specialists to replace our homes pipes. They showed up on time the day of the scheduled job, Julio reviewed all of the work that would be done and answered all of my questions. He even added an additional shut of valve to an area of pipes I wanted to keep in our back yard in case they ever break (I use them for watering the garden). They went above and beyond to lay plastic and floor coverings to keep my home clean as possible during the work. They replaced all of the pipes in one day and were very respectful of our home. The following day again they showed up on time, waited for the inspector and patched up all of the areas that had to be opened for the re piping. They did an amazing job with all of the patchwork and again we're extremely respectful of our home. They cleaned up any messes they made and locked up behind themselves. It's like they were never here! It's extremely difficult to find a team this good. I highly recommend All Pro Pipes and am thankful for the work they did.

Wow! George is one of the best Plumbers that I've had the pleasure to hire! He made quick work of replacing a corroded copper pipe in my garage, along with suggesting a better way to run my water recirculation device to save energy and $$. While he was at it, he also checked the salt level in my water softener and filled it for me. George provided me with an explanation of his work beforehand, his estimate and was very neat and tidy with his work. And to top it all off he is a polite and positive person who loves his work! I highly recommend George's Plumbing Service.

They answered the phone, they were able to come out in the morning. They came on time! And Mike fixed our problem in less than an hour. He was very pleasant and professional! Great people!

We've found our go-to plumber!

We needed to redo our water service entrance and main feed lines under the house.  Sam took a look at our situation and immediately knew what to do.  It is obvious that he has pride in his work and wants to make sure a job gets done right.  He said that he refuses to do work if the customer or GC asks him to cut corners, and I really value that mindset.

Kratzer Plumbing was a tad more expensive than some competing bids, but we decided to go with them because of their attitude and professionalism.  I'm very glad we did.  They are 100% worth it.  There was one minor issue with something not being done to contract, and they came back immediately to make the change and even went beyond what was required by our contract.

Heater was working on Wednesday, stopped heating on Thurs.  Called Bellows and got an appointment for Fri morning.  Sonny showed up shortly after 9:00 AM and had the heater working again by 10:00.  Did a diagnostic on the heater controller and made some observations about probable cause and what to look for if there was a repeat (related to overheat cutoff switch).  These guys are good...really professional and totally compliant with masking and proper Covid19 precautions.

I highly recommend Wilmar Plumbing!  We had a dishwasher that wasn't draining properly b/c the hose was connecting to the garbage disposal.  Wilmar and his colleague Andres, fixed the hose and put in an air gap so that the water would now properly flow and not backup in the dishwasher.  Wilmar and and Andres are courteous, kind, smart, and do a good job of prep and clean-up.   Responsive and trustworthy. Building a family business so Wilmar takes his work seriously and cares deeply about doing a high quality job!  Thank you!!!

Our furnace was out and after a number of calls to HVAC service providers in the area we made a call to Bellows.  

Not only did Bellows show up the same day (now that's great service!) but the technician, John Costales, was professional, courteous, and knew his stuff.  

John was able to diagnose the problem and suggest how to most economically repair our system.  

Would certainly recommend if you need HVAC service. We are a Bellows customer now.

I called Serv-All after ditching another company that we had been renting a water softener from for many years.  Jason came promptly and spent time with us discussing options and prices.  We selected a unit that was a good value and promised to save us both water and salt.  It took less than a week to get the new unit installed and they did not charge us for uninstalling the old unit.  We are delighted with our new water softener.  It regenerates a LOT less frequently than did the old unit, delivering on the promises of reduced water and salt use.  And the water is softer than ever.

Called discount plumbing and within an hour I had a plumber at my door. Efrain followed his covid PPE showed him the problem and solved my problem. Thank you Efrain. You're a cutie

They (Brian and a colleague) came out today to fix a few random bathroom faucet and tub  issues around my house. They were friendly, worked fast and did a great job. They divided the work up between the two of them and got it done really fast. I'm very happy! Also very reasonably priced. I'll totally trust these guys in the future.

I definitely recommend Dave's. I called on a Saturday and they answered right away, and were able to quickly come and give an estimate. Reasonable prices! Very happy

Called Oakland Rooter for a toilet leak. Got someone on the job within 1h. Jose S. was very professional, nice, and fast. Did a great job.

Julio came out to my house to check out a water leak coming from my ceiling in the kitchen area. He was able to diagnose and repair the leak in the same day and set up my Sheetrock appointment for the next day. Julio was very polite, professional and worked quickly to take care of my issue. It was a messy job, but he cleaned up very well. Highly recommend Golden State!

We had Vladi with Just Plumbing Handyman helped us to replace a shower valve a few days ago.
He was prompt to respond to our message on Yelp, gave us a reasonable quote and stoped by in the same day.
He did a great job within the time frame he gave us.

Richard ROCKS!  I called him for an estimate on Monday, late afternoon.  He apologized for not being able to come until the next day, and then he fixed both of my plumbing problems that night for such a great price.  I hired him because of the reviews on this site, and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.

Adam is very knowledgeable on Takagi tankless water heater. We had a problem to produce hot water.  Adam diagnosed the tank and figured out that it was not tank problem.  Finally he found that it was shower valve which was installed opposite way.  Adam re-installed valve and now it works.  Adam is polite, on time, and skilled. He is very busy, but it worth to wait for him. He charges the reasonable price.

24+ hours no callback. Bad sign.

This is the 2d or 3d time i've called a service company based on good yelp reviews and gotten no callback. I think for services (plumbing, dishwasher repair, realtor, etc) stick to angies list.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
