Very poor English, was unable to comprehend the job I wanted doing. Then told me his company was too small to handle putting in 4 copper water pipes : |

Julio an Chris run a great team at All Pro.
After researching repipe companies here and as many places as I could find reviews, I found they and Repipe had been mentioned under the positive reviews from some of the other 'big' companies.
Julio scheduled the estimate inspection promptly and walked me through options, from where I wanted the main, to how or if I planned for Water filter/softener systems, and the pros/cons of different piping options (Copper, PEX, combo, etc).
Chris showed up with the team and they were very careful, very professional and incredible efficient. Our 1200sqft house was repiped (waterlines only) by 2pm. I immediately noticed the water pressure difference (70 year old pipes). Inspections came like clockwork the following day, and the wall repair just 2 days after the pipes were completed. I was very impressed with how unnoticeable it was, that they had opened any walls at all.
Additional notes: The city had a leak in the street and Chris/Julio took care of ensuring the city came out. I noticed an uptick in my water bill - Julio inspected the house, and come to find out, it had nothing to do with their work - I had a bad solenoid on one of my sprinkler lines (stayed on). Yet, I wasn't charged a visit, service fee or anything. They stand by their work - I am happy to recommend All Pro to my neighbors (already have) and others.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring George for a plumbing job, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I reached out, George was nothing short of phenomenal. He promptly responded to my inquiry within minutes, and his communication was clear and professional throughout the entire process.
Upon providing me with a very fair and transparent estimate, George arrived punctually at the scheduled time. He demonstrated exceptional expertise in his work, completing the job efficiently and effectively. What truly set him apart, however, was his genuine care for maintaining cleanliness and respecting our home. He went the extra mile to ensure that the work area was spotless once the job was completed.
George's warm demeanor and friendly nature made it an absolute pleasure to have him in our home. He greeted my family with a smile and even took the time to give our dog some well-received pets. Furthermore, he thoughtfully pointed out potential issues that could have arisen in the future, providing us with invaluable advice and peace of mind.
In summary, George is an expert in his trade and an exceptional human being. I wholeheartedly recommend him for any plumbing needs and will undoubtedly hire him again in the future. Thank you, George, for your outstanding service!

Plumbing Solutions was awesome. Our water heater sprung a fatal leak on a Friday evening. We called Plumbing Solutions based on the Yelp reviews. They set up an appointment for Saturday morning. After they arrived, they laid out a few options and we had a new water heater by noon. Great work!

We've called Lee Kratzer for two different plumbing issues. They are easy to communicate with and responsive. Lee and his son have solved the problem each time - one of them a tough one to fix. They are both nice to have in the house. Good plumbers are hard to find. These guys are our new go-to plumbers.

Had issues with our tub filler and bathroom faucet. Had another quote from another company and they recommended we replace it all... cut a hole in our drywall and then sent us a proposal for over $2500....
Rafael came out and looked closely at everything - he was able to fix it on the spot. No new faucets needed.

Our bathroom sink was clogging up for a good 3 months. Andres and Frankie did a great job fixing it. They were courteous and friendly, wearing shoe covers. Andres also took the time to explain why green gobbler didn't work on our sink and what we can do in the future to troubleshoot. The whole process took less than 30 minutes.

I wanted to wait until our permit was approved before leaving a review and it happened today.
I met Bellows through the Costco Services program when I requested a quote to replace our 30+ year old furnace and to add a/c. Carl came around about two weeks later and spent a good amount of time looking over our house and then explaining our options. I felt he was very knowledgeable and trusted his suggestions. Normally, I always get at least three quotes, but by the end of his presentation, I was comfortable enough to sign the agreement. Due to their backlog, I was warned that our installation wouldn't happen for another six weeks, but we were okay with that.
About a week after the consultation, Russell, the project manager, came to our house to check out the logistics as we were moving the furnace from a closet to the attic. He answered all of my husband's questions to the point that my husband also felt Bellows knew what they were talking about.
When the installation date arrived, a team of four worked three and a half days to complete the work. Each day, they arrived promptly and left the house super clean at the end of the day. Bellows arranged for another company to do the HERS test which is required for the permit and we passed with no issues.
Today, the city inspector came and Bellows sent a technician to answer any questions he may have and our permit was approved!
Bellows has been very responsive and supportive every step of the way and now that we've used both our new furnace and a/c without issues, we can vouch for their knowledge and skills.
I have already recommended Bellows to two friends and would not hesitate recommending them to you!

I have used this company for 40 yrs. and have never been disappointed. I left for the holidays and arriving home, found that my water softener was continually running. I called and within 30 min. Jason was out and repaired it. Also, advised me that I really needed a new one as this one was over 20 yrs. old and out of date. I did order a new one. He arrived on time, installed it and cleaned up on the scheduled date. He was very professional and answered all questions. I definitely reccommend this company.

For the past 3 years that we've been in our home, we always default to the local plumber who does a fine job. However, on a recent issue with the new Toto toilet, I received a quote for $600 to fix it. This just didn't seem right.
My husband suggested we try the plubmer he uses for his business in Gilroy. At first, I was hesistant to have someone come all the way from San Martin to help us on what I believed to be a basic fix but upon speaking with Brian, he was more than happy to help and do the drive to see what he could do.
(1) First off, Brian was PUNCTUAL - something that normally isn't a virtue with the contractors and plumbers we've used. Having an infant at home, this was so appreciated and just plain respectful of our time - thank you!
(2) Brian quickly UNDERSTOOD the issue, had the correct parts to fix it in less than an hour.
(3) Brian was RESPECTFUL of our home, making sure to keep clean the area he worked in.
(4) Finally, he charged us a very FAIR PRICE, especially considering his commute - just $200 to complete the work!
In addition, a left over issue from a past job by our former plubmer to fix the kitchen sink still acts up from time to time. Brian had a look and quickly understood the issue and is going to come again to fix it.
What I appreciate so much is that the team at Sullivan isn't green to plumbing issues. Clearly, Brian has grown up around the trade and can quickly and effectively address the issues without wasting time and our money.
We had an excellent experience with Sullivan Plumbing...now how often can you say that about your plumber!? Thank you!

Our kitchen sink was clogged, I didn't want to cause any further damage so I contacted Dave's Plumbing Services. They arrived and within minutes they were able to fix the issue and even replaced my kitchen sink pipes. I appreciated them taking the time to walk me through the process and answering any questions we had. They definitely appreciate their clients and discounted me 10% for being a first time client which was a nice bonus, I was very happy with the results and will definitely contact them in the future!

In my warehouse location, we had a pipe nozzle broken off. Made a call and Vince was here to fix our problem. He explained in very good detail what need to be done. He was very professional and efficient with his job. I satisfied with the work he done for our warehouse. I would recommend Preferred Plumbing & Drain.

Response to owner's comment:
The owner's comment is inaccurate, probably because he wasn't present when I discussed the repair with his plumber. When the plumber said what parts were needed, it was the plumber who suggested ordering OEM parts because my toilet was a Toto. I never refused any parts, and I relied on the plumber to give me advice. The plumber said he would order them, and I never heard back from this business as stated in my original review.
Original review:
It seems my experience might be an outlier, but I was very disappointed with this business. I contacted them to repair a toilet that wasn't fully shutting off. The problem was either the flapper and/or the supply valve. Oakland Rooter's plumber came out the next day after I called and recommended replacing both items with OEM parts and said he would order them. Two weeks passed with no call from the business about the status of the repair, so I called and spoke with the receptionist. She said she would check on the status and another two weeks have passed with no update. A neighbor recommended another plumber and he came out the next day and repaired the toilet. The only positive thing I can say about Oakland Rooter is that the people I dealt with were polite and friendly, but my toilet continued to waste water (I had to shut if off between flushes) while I waited for them to repair it.

I would give these guys 6 stars if I could. We had an issue with a drain blockage as a result of some remodeling work in our Eichler. Eichler's are notoriously tricky for plumbing issues given that they are built on a slab. When our remodeling contractors couldn't fix the problem, we called another plumbing company who couldn't either. They told us we needed to find someone who would hydrojet the line to fix the problem. James from Golden State Plumber came out promptly and came up with a creative solution to fix the problem. He spent several hours over multiple visits diagnosing and fixing the blockage. We could not be more impressed with his level of customer focus. He and his brother are the real deal. Highly recommend.

Sending out so much gratitude to Vlad who saved the day today. Came home to a severe clog that rendered both toilets and showers unusable. Went down the list and couldn't find anyone able to come for days. I found Vlad on here and it worked out that he was able to come the same evening. He worked very hard to fix the problem, was very professional and even took his shoes off to come in our house. Much appreciated. I will be saving his number for the future. Definitely recommend. Thank you!

I finally found a plumbing service I can believe in. Affordable plumbing is honest, competent and reliable. Richard was able to solve a clogging problem by reworking poorly placed pipes and charged me less than other plumbers have charged just for snaking the lines. He also resolved several other plumbing issues at a fair price.

We had had Adam out three separate times now for three separate jobs. He has replaced our hot water heater under and the pipes leading to it when we had a broken pipe situation. He has replaced the valves under both master bathroom sinks, and finally Adam added an additional water shut off valve to make it easier for us to changed the water filleted for the house water filtration system. On all three jobs Adam was exceptional! His work was excellent, he is tidy, as other reviewers have mentioned he will explain as much or little as you want, he is very forthcoming and honest, his prices are very fair and on top of everything he is a super nice guy. We will call him again without hesitation!

Rosendo arrived early! He was friendly and helpful. He looked at the job, and went to work. Needed to cap a pipe that had no threading. 15 minutes and it was solved.
Quick and done. We are Happy.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
