My home's main shut off valve is leaking and reached out to them on friday night around 10:30pm and confirmed the appointment on next day and leak has fixed. They stand behind their work and deserve 5 stars!

Had some repipe work done by Julio, Christopher and crew. They did an amazing job. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Very courteous and their work is excellent. They laid down tarps to help protect new flooring and cleaned up well after finished!

Mark @ Plumbing Solutions was wonderful.  We had a sever clogged tub.  Another plumbing company came and tried to fix it.  He couldn't figure it out and said I needed to get someone else.  @ 8:00 p.m. last night I sent a note about our problem via Yelp.  Within 5 mins I had a response saying they had an opening today.  I took it.  Mark showed up, tried to fix our problem.  Found the blockage, but couldn't figure out how to get to it.  He suggested we get a contractor to open up our house to see where the plumbing was.  Mark was frustrated because he couldn't figure it out.  We talked a bit and walked around the house trying to figure it out.  When all of a sudden, he suggested we turn on the kitchen sink.  This caused water to go into the bathtub.  He knew then what needed to be done.  He was able to clear the line thru the kitchen.  The problem is now fixed and I am a happy camper.  I'll definitely use Plumbing Solutions again.

My insink erator had a problme and I called. A gentleman (named Lee, I think) gave a very honest opinion on what could be the problem and he suggest me to try first, along with a tip link on youtube. I tried and indeed the problem was solved in a couple of minutes.
In contrast, I actually called another plumber in Palo Alto (who got a 5 star review too) first, and he told me he could come and fix it, with a minimum charge of $240, with a possible extra material charge.
It's good that I called Kratzer Plumbing. Thank you. I will use your service if I have problems later.

Jason did a great job of quickly and efficiently flushing my hot water heater.  He tested all our plumbing and gave our house a clean bill of health.  We talked about several potential issues and he gave me good honest advice.  None of the issues were in need of repair at the current time.  Best of all he didn't try to upsell me on fixes I didn't need.  Thanks Jason.

Wilmar and his team have always been so responsive and timely. They have come through for us in a pinch quite a few times. I would 100% recommend this company. They are respectful and knowledgeable. Again, quality business!

If you're looking for a reliable company to fix your AC unit, this company will be the last company you should consider, period.
(1) The initial diagnosis fee is Not cheap, more then the other company.
(2) The technician didn't give you the estimate until you got the bill. $5 fuse, he'll charge you $179.
(3) After 4 days, system broke down, technician didn't know what to do, proposed more Expensive solutions...the system never got fixed...I have to hire the other five stars company & fixed it.

I had a new water softener installed, my old softener was not a Serv-All product. However, after Jason came out and spoke to me about a water softener unit there was no question in my mind about having Serv-All install my new unit. Jason answered all of my questions thoroughly and honestly and made me feel very confident about using Serv-All. They were prompt in making an appointment for the new installation. The installer showed up on time, did a great job on the install, and was very clean, no mess. They removed the old softener,  and again, answered any questions I had about the new unit and how it works and the programming along with being very courteous and very nice.
I will recommend Serv-All and their product, as I was very pleased from the beginning to the end of the process. Great company and people to work with besides having a great product.

Discount Plumbing installed my tankless hot water heater on the same day I called them. My old style hot water heater was irreparable and I decided it was a good time to upgrade. LB was great! He is knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly. Pricing was very good as well! Now that it's been a few months since installation I wonder how I managed so many years without a tankless heater! I highly recommend Discount Plumbing!

I was hesitant to call a plumber in with the Shelter in Place.. I'm a bit of a germaphobe as it is, but after reading the reviews, I decided to try Preferred.

The girl on the phone was patient with all my questions and assured me of the safety precautions the company was taking. When Brian showed up, he was wearing gloves, kept a safe distance, and kept things clean as he changed out my garbage disposal. The entire job was finished quickly and properly.  

I recommend this company and will use them in the future.

Alberto provided excellent work, customer service, and communication. I could not ask for more. Prices were reasonable too given my emergency situation.

Julio came out to my house to check out a water leak coming from my ceiling in the kitchen area. He was able to diagnose and repair the leak in the same day and set up my Sheetrock appointment for the next day. Julio was very polite, professional and worked quickly to take care of my issue. It was a messy job, but he cleaned up very well. Highly recommend Golden State!

Vlad responded quickly after 730pm when my kitchen sink was leaking a lot of water.  He was wearing a mask and quickly identified the problem as well as another one I hadn't noticed.  He fixed the leak and fixed the other leaky pipe and then quickly left out the front door wishing me a good night. He would not take my money.  I tried to chase him down and he refused any payment.  A true gentleman and a professional.  Thank you.

I called Affordable Plumbing after reading other Yelp reviews and was very pleased. I had a pretty major leak (water poured through my dining room ceiling when upstairs toilet was flushed) and I was terrified at how expensive something like that would be. Not to mention that my husband was out of the country all week, and was also nervous about getting ripped off due to my lack of plumbing knowledge (and let's face it- being a woman).

I called 2 places to get estimates, and Richard came in way under the other plumber (Crown Plumbing- also had decent yelp reviews). Richard was very prompt, and arrived exactly when he promised. He wasn't able to give me a firm price b/c there were some unknowns in the equation, but did give me a range. He completed the job in about 4 hours and charged me the low end of the estimate. I highly recommend using him and would absolutely call him again (although I hope I don't have to!)

I had called them Good Guys for a faucet installation and change out of water valves in my home.  Ernie Escobar came early and was very good in explaining what I should do and was very friendly.  I He was very thorough in how he methodically did his work and kept work area nice and clean.
Based on my work amount and a first time customer discount, the price was very reasonable.
I will use them from now on and will always ask for Ernie!!

Called them to fix a VPB at my house, but no one called me back.  I assumed the job was too small for them or they are just too busy.  I like to support Sunnyvale businesses so maybe I will try them next time...

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
