I called them and actually I was just one guy. A honest friend to friend interaction, if you want to talk straight to someone who makes it like you're talking to a friend who values his time. Compared to a business that has a receptionist and wants a 80 dollar inspection fee. He went to say, Oh... okay I can be over there in 1 hour. Do you know the problem? You could go with the warranty of your unit, because if I don't fix it it'll be a waste of my time to come over.

I wanted him to come to my house ASAP for a water heater malfunction, and he made it happen on his free time. I was his last job of the day, and he had everything in the truck. Straightforward solution that he described that he had. The price was right for how quick he got it done. The only thing that slowed him down was the pace of the weather turning bad and admiration for a new car some day.

Work with this guy on straight deals that don't rely on scheduling and inspection fees. Make a deal over the phone and if he has the time he will tell you he can do it.

George came out to fix a stoppage on Saturday night. He finished the work in a very professional manner. I also had him install a water filter which was done well. Overall, had a great experience and would hire him again.

This was one of the smoothest and most hassle-free home repair experiences we have had.  We have not had good luck in the past with the repair people sent by our home warranty company, so I looked on Yelp and called top-rated Plumbing Solutions.  Mike is one of the most honest, professional, and forthright people we have ever worked with, and he and Tavi and Joel did a fast and thorough job of diagnosing a toilet leak and fixing it, and explaining the next steps we would need to take with HVAC repair and carpentry to repair the damage that the leak had caused.  Most amazing of all, they arrived to do the job within an hour of my call.  Mike and the team from Plumbing Solutions are our new go-to friends for any plumbing issues in the future.

When our plumbing started giving us trouble, we decided to have it checked before it clogged completely.  We chose Kratzer in large part based on Yelp reviews.  Lee and his assistant showed up within a half hour of the beginning of the 2 hour window we were given.  Lee diagnosed our problem and was able to fix it.  He also recommended adding another clean out valve when we have additional work done in a few months.  We will definitely be calling Lee for his help on that project.

An update to a previous review: After the water heater install a few weeks ago, I noticed the heater would make a strange chirping sound every now and then. Concerned, I called Bellows back and they scheduled a tech to come back out to take a look right away. It turned out to be Anthony, the gentleman who did the original install. It was great that he was already familiar with the setup. While he couldn't immediately identify the issue, he didn't try to excuse away the issue. Rather, he called the manufacturer and even went so far as to go to the hardware store to buy additional tools to help him track down the issue! In the end, it turned out to be a minor adjustment to the overflow tank pressure (or so we think). While the original install was very expensive, the fact that they were so responsive to an issue speaks to the quality of and dedication to their work. I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for and I believe this is true when working with Bellows.

While we didn't go with Wilmar plumbing this time, they were super responsive in coming out to give an estimate, followed Covid-19 protocols and quickly turned around a quote for acceptance.  The quote was comparable the other 4 quotes we received for installation of faucet, garbage disposal, new plumbing for a new sink and gas hookup for a new range top.  We had a few options and went with the plumber who could come out and do our install sooner.

After looking around with many companies we finally settled with serv-all. They get the job done and the price is fair. Jason has also been friendly and patient with our questions. Overall good company so we recommend it.

I had an Excellent experience with Discount Plumbing.   It all started with the nicest receptionist who was so polite and friendly. The plumber was on time and very professional .  We had a problem under our sink and he pulled everything out and fixed the leak . He made sure to clean under the cabinet before he put everything back.  He was very Polite.  I would recommend this company to everyone.

Sullivan Plumbing was responsive, professional,  and knowledgeable. I noticed a leak in my water heater and they were able to install a replacement (an upgrade) the next day ... and in about 1.5 hours. It was by far the simplest and most efficient experience I've had with a plumber.

I just had the privilege of working with Julio from Golden State Plumber (he just left about 10 minutes ago). I am getting my house ready to rent and the water valves under the kitchen sink needed to be upgraded. Julio was fast, friendly and professional. He even left the space under the sink cleaner than he found it! He is returning to update the gas line for the stove. After the nightmare I had with the last contractor ( repeated call backs to fix mistakes which led me to firing them); It is nice to have someone who does it right the first time. Great communication. Showed up when they said they would. Showed up wearing a mask. Couldn't be happier with the repair.  Very fair prices.

Richard was amazing.  He came out and assessed the bathroom odor.  Said that it was not sewage, but a dead animal probably in the wall. He did not charge me to come out.  I then hired somebody (who did charge a $75 assessment fee) and he took care of the job.  A couple of weeks after Richard came to my home, he called me.  He said that he had been wondering what happened.  What kind of workers do that?  Especially someone who didn't even get a paid job.  The only reason I am not giving him 5 stars is because although I know he provides excellent customer service, I really have not had him do any work, but with the quality of his customer service, I'm pretty sure his work is pretty good.  I would definitely hire him in the future.  Thank you Richard!

Our Takagi hot water heater stopped functioning. Adam worked out to get someone in to look at it immediately even though I said we could wait a few days as we have a functioning heater for the showers. He was concerned given our heater was older, he might have to order a part. Turned out that the sensor needed to be cleaned and he was done within a hour.   Great service. Happy customer.

I am very pleased with their swift scheduling of appt snd their timeliness showing up on time.  Determined the issue with toilet and remedied immediately. I'll call them again if/when I have a plumbing issue snd will personally recommend them to my friends and neighbors

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
