No response to my email and phone call. Does this company really deserve all these good reviews?

I was recommended to All pro repipe by a friend. I called for a quote and spoke to Julio he was extremely nice and professional. All other companies who'd give me a quote were rude or would ask me to call when I'm ready to set an appointment after I'd try negotiating their quote but not Julio. He highlighted why I should go to them and assured me that I'd be happy with their service. He booked me for the following day. Julio and his crew did the whole repiping in my house. They finished in one day and the following day the inspection and patching. They were clean and fast. I used their services a month ago and got a follow up call from Julio a few days ago. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. I will definitely recommend them and do business with them again

George is amazing! I was quoted an exorbitant fee by another plumbing company. Thank goodness I found George.  He explained the problems and quoted me a reasonable price. He came on a Saturday and did quick an thorough work. I highly recommend George for any plumbing issues you might have.

I am the tenant of the review below by Wendy K.  Our plumbing backed up on Father's Day.  Our landlord placed a call to Mr. Diaz and he committed to a time-frame to arrive.  He showed up exactly on time, as promised.  He was very friendly, courteous, professional and extremely helpful.  He took the time to answer all of my husband's questions.  

We truly were grateful that he not only committed to a time-frame, but showed up as early as he could within the time promised.  He helped turn around our Father's Day quickly and we were able to go on with our plans as scheduled! :)

Lee is smart, capable and a good problem solver. He figured out a complex water heater issue (that was created, and repairs subsequently botched by another company) and fixed it promptly. What a pleasure to work with folks like this!

Marcos Escobar communicated well, arrived on time, and was very clear and efficient with his diagnosis. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional in his work. Marcos completed his task in a timely manner and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I appreciate that he honestly explained what was necessary to solve the problem. Our bathroom sink was clogging up for a good 3 months. Andres and Frankie did a great job fixing it. They were courteous and friendly, wearing shoe covers. Andres also took the time to explain why green gobbler didn't work on our sink and what we can do in the future to troubleshoot. The whole process took less than 30 minutes.

We had a new AC system installed in June last year. For some reason, it was interrupting our furnace system and shutting down the power. After several visits over six months, Jeff was finally able to fix it. Turns out, our furnace filter was restricting air flow and causing the problem.  We really appreciate the time and effort it took to diagnose and remedy the problem. I recently had a new soft water conditioner installed at my house. I called  Serv - All  because I have been a client of theirs for many years. They installed my previous conditioner approximately 16 years ago. My new unit was installed promptly and very professionally. No mess everything cleaned up nicely. I'm very pleased with the work and install. The technicians for Service - All and Water Quality are very professional, knowledgable and courteous. I would recommend Serv - All to anyone in this area.

Called discount plumbing and within an hour I had a plumber at my door. Efrain followed his covid PPE showed him the problem and solved my problem. Thank you Efrain. You're a cutie

Sullivan Plumbing was responsive, professional,  and knowledgeable. I noticed a leak in my water heater and they were able to install a replacement (an upgrade) the next day ... and in about 1.5 hours. It was by far the simplest and most efficient experience I've had with a plumber.

Called Dave's Specialized Rooter & plumbing . For a leaking water heater, made and appointment he came same day to take care my old water heater . He was on time , he recommended for a new installation , I was happy to have my hot water back I will recommend  Dave's to all my friends and relatives he was clean and professional all the way to complete the work and going the extra mile to finish in the same day.

Came home early this morning from an ER trip to our water heater leaking out from the top. :( Just great. Another first world battle during COVID! I remembered my cousin referred me to Preferred Plumbing & Drain so I called the first number I found on Yelp. Britney was friendly, took all my information & told me to get some rest and someone would be on their way soon enough. Took a couple hours nap, woke up thinking it was all a dream but then I received a call from Darren saying Seth & Ronnie were on their way. 15 minutes later, they arrived & found that our 18 year old heater had an internal leak & was done for. They gave me some options of which kind of water heater I could replace it with and I decided to go with the same brand, no questions asked. They left and about an hour later, came back, uninstalled our old water heater & installed the new one with new parts & lines. Darren went ahead & finished the transaction over the phone and now we have running hot water again! Yay! Thank you Preferred Plumbing, Britney, Darren, Seth & Ronnie. We really appreciate you guys during these unprecedented times.

I just had the privilege of working with Julio from Golden State Plumber (he just left about 10 minutes ago). I am getting my house ready to rent and the water valves under the kitchen sink needed to be upgraded. Julio was fast, friendly and professional. He even left the space under the sink cleaner than he found it! He is returning to update the gas line for the stove. After the nightmare I had with the last contractor ( repeated call backs to fix mistakes which led me to firing them); It is nice to have someone who does it right the first time. Below are some before and after pictures of his work.

This was the third time Just Plumbing helped me with plumbing issue. Came on time, diagnosed and fixed the leaking very quickly. Very honest and highly skilled plumber indeed!

I have used Affordable Plumbing for a number of years, and yesterday was no exception--Richard came and fixed the leak under my sink.  He is prompt, reasonably priced, a very nice guy, and very knowledgeable about plumbing.  I recommend him without question!

I am beyond picky and have very high expectations when I call someone to help with any kind of work on my home. We've used Good Guys twice now and both times I've been beyond impressed. The last job we had, I was out of town and we needed an emergency water heater replacement. Adam is the only person I could imagine calling to do a job like that and know without a doubt the work will be right, thorough, and better than I could have imagined. I have 100% confidence in calling him for any plumbing needs knowing he will go above and beyond in the quality of work and attention to detail.

Re-piped my house and took care to clean up after all adjustments in walls. Excellent staff and did everything I requested.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
