We cannot say enough good things about Dan at Team Contractors. We had a clogged toilet that our usual plumber could not fix. After paying them $155.00 to be told they couldn't do the job, I headed to Yelp to find someone that could. That is when I found Dan! I saw that he had great views but it was talking to him on the phone that convinced me. He was honest, very informative and he definitely seem to know what he was talking about. I called him at 11:30 and he was at our home in less than an hour.

Dan and his partner were so thorough. They checked all the toilets, went under the house to see how the pipes ran. He even took a video and showed it to us and explained everything in detail how he would fix our issue. They used a hydro jetting method and cleared the line from the roof. They warranty their work. The even discussed an additional clean out at some point.

I would highly recommend Dan. I think you will be so happy with his honest and educational approach. We will happily refer to anyone.

All pro repipe did a great job on my house prior to listing it to sell. Julio was very responsive and they fit me into a tight schedule. The job was done in one day and the work was excellent. I will comment about another yelper complaining they don't answer the phone. Well, that's because Julio is busy on job sites during the day and returns calls or emails in the evenings. All pro is a new business and they are gaining a solid reputation. Any business is hard when you start. I've already referred All pro to a friend and he had a great experience too. I will be using them again at my current house.

George came out to fix a stoppage on Saturday night. He finished the work in a very professional manner. I also had him install a water filter which was done well. Overall, had a great experience and would hire him again.

We recently purchased our first home and hired PS retrofit the hookup for the washer in the garage. The washer had previously drained to an old, crumbling concrete wash basin. They removed the basin and tied the washing machine drainage into the existing drain line.

They were quick to come to our home to provide an estimate and very quick to begin the work the next day. The young technician was very friendly and communicative.  

After reading all the glowing reviews online, we decided to hire PS. After completing the work and processing our payment, the technician said that they accidentally made a 'boo boo' and switched the sides for the hot/cold water. The technician was a younger man and had an older, presumably more senior plumber with him during the work, so I am not sure how the 'boo boo' could have occurred. Not knowing much about plumbing, we said that it was okay, thanked him for letting us know and he left.

10 minutes later we thought to ourselves that this really was not right and we paid a lot of money and it should be fixed/done right. We called them back and they said they would come out the next day to fix it. Five minutes later they said they would come back asap the same day.

The technician came back and made the corrections to his work. He did it without a dispute or excuses, which I commend. However, I would suggest the company employ more experienced workers or have senior staff with them to ensure the work is done properly.

I would not hire this company again. It was too pricey ($1200...yes, I should have gotten more estimates), and I don't have much faith in the expertise level of the staff.

The three stars are for attitude (owned up to the mistake and fixed it without excuses), and responsiveness.

I too called Surf City plumbing and they referred me to Bellow's.  I called in the am and they had someone come out the same day.  Jon was on time, very personable & professional.  I felt comfortable having him here and he was very good with my dog (always a plus).  Of course with plumbing, one thing lead to another but when he finished on day 1, he made sure everything was in working order for us to use the kitchen until he returned for day 2.  Highly recommend, only gave 4 stars because I though the price wasn't the lowest but it was definitely worth it.  Will use Bellow's again in the future.

Wilmar and Joseph did a great job.  The job entailed more  than just a faucet change.  The house is old and had rusted pipes.  They did a great job of taking care of all the problems.  Wilmar is very  easy and pleasant  to work with. His knowledge of what needed to be done gave me confidence in his work. His pricing is reasonable and I will be using him again.   I would highly recommend  him!

Michael fixed our AC problem! Finally called Bellows after the guy who installed for us could not get things fully working on our mini split. Michael worked quickly and got it figured out. Thank you!

I called Serv-All after ditching another company that we had been renting a water softener from for many years.  Jason came promptly and spent time with us discussing options and prices.  We selected a unit that was a good value and promised to save us both water and salt.  It took less than a week to get the new unit installed and they did not charge us for uninstalling the old unit.  We are delighted with our new water softener.  It regenerates a LOT less frequently than did the old unit, delivering on the promises of reduced water and salt use.  And the water is softer than ever.

Connor and Simon are really professional and helpful.
My dishwasher had draining issues and they soon locate the problem, and resolve the issue.
And they fix the problem very quick and clean, and everything is put back to the original place.
Really good experience!

Brian came out today to replace a broken gate valve on our main line.  He replaced it with a new ball valve which should not break as easily as the previous gate valve.  He was on time, quick, and very nice.  Price was reasonable too.

Dave was very responsive and able to schedule fixing a clogged sink on short notice. He explained what was wrong and very efficient! I'll definitely use him in the future for any plumbing issues!

Vince came over today to help the water pressure problem we hade on one of our sinks. He works super efficiently!! First he spent within 10 mins to diagnose the problem. He explained to me and my husband and provided an estimate. He then went to buy the part and came back saying the part has been obsolete and what he can do to fix the water pressure other than changing the whole faucets. The whole process took about an hour and is super transparent and efficient. Thanks Vince!!

Oakland Rooter and Plumbing are very responsive and through. I have called them twice and both times came same day to service my kitchen sink. Very professional and quick! Great prices, too! I will not call any other plumber service than Oakland Rooter and Plumbing!

I would give these guys 6 stars if I could.  We had an issue with a drain blockage as a result of some remodeling work in our Eichler.  Eichler's are notoriously tricky for plumbing issues given that they are built on a slab.  When our remodeling contractors couldn't fix the problem, we called another plumbing company who couldn't either.  They told us we needed to find someone who would hydrojet the line to fix the problem.  James from Golden State Plumber came out promptly and came up with a creative solution to fix the problem.  He spent several hours over multiple visits diagnosing and fixing the blockage.  We could not be more impressed with his level of customer focus.  He and his brother are the real deal.   Highly recommend.

I have used Richard from Affordable Plumbing multiple times for drain issues at my house.  He has always gone above and beyond with his service to ensure my issue was properly taken care of.  My house has crazy plumbing and he has always found a way to take of the problem even when it seems like the problem is un-fixable.  I have worked with plumbers in the east bay that were not nearly as trustworthy or capable as he is.  I would recommend Richard every time.

Don't bother calling this guy, he does not return phone calls or emails. I don't think it is unreasonable to expect a return call after leaving two messages and sending an email.

Mike and his crew have rescued me several times with plumbing and heating problems and needs.  Also, Mike installed a furnace, a reverse osmosis water filter and a tankless water heater, all of which work perfectly.  He is quick to respond to phone messages, explains things thoroughly, and has a crew of expert plumbers who also are very nice guys.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
