Just got my faucet fixed. I call a couple company but end up to chosed Team Contractors and I was very pleased with their services. It didnt take much time for Mr. Nguyen to detected the problem and fixed it with a fair prices. Thanks to Nguyen and Team Contractors for your services.

All pro just re piped our home in Hayward. Their bid was the lowest and they installed a new water heater and shower and tub fixtures that we provided at no additional charge. They came on time and did a great job. The 5 man crew was done in about 7 hours including running a new line to the street. It was raining on and off but they had put down drop cloths so when they left you could hardly tell they had been here. We would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Wow! George is one of the best Plumbers that I've had the pleasure to hire! He made quick work of replacing a corroded copper pipe in my garage, along with suggesting a better way to run my water recirculation device to save energy and $$. While he was at it, he also checked the salt level in my water softener and filled it for me. George provided me with an explanation of his work beforehand, his estimate and was very neat and tidy with his work. And to top it all off he is a polite and positive person who loves his work! I highly recommend George's Plumbing Service.

These guys saved the day ! YEAH !! Usually this is a plumbing issue I can fix, after the wife clogs up the drain. However, I have too busy of a day to even attempt to unclog this pipe. I called this company and they were out to our home in literally less then 10 minutes. Probably not the normal, but it just happened that they had a no show customer, so it worked to our advantage!! All 5 stars here !!!

Lee is smart, capable and a good problem solver. He figured out a complex water heater issue (that was created, and repairs subsequently botched by another company) and fixed it promptly. What a pleasure to work with folks like this!

My gas wall heater (Cozy brand) has been a real pain for the last couple of years.  It was getting towards the end of its shelf life.  Bellows has serviced for me a few times and I decided to go with their quote for a replacement.  Spencer and Alexis had the old heater out and the new one in and working less than 2 hours.  Yeah!  Highly recommended.

Our bathroom sink was clogging up for a good 3 months. Andres and Frankie did a great job fixing it. They were courteous and friendly, wearing shoe covers. Andres also took the time to explain why green gobbler didn't work on our sink and what we can do in the future to troubleshoot. The whole process took less than 30 minutes.

Bellows is an overly expensive Company with poor customer service. They charge you excessive fees to fix things that are under warranty and do a pretty poor job if it. I like Costco and got in touch with Bellows through there. They make Costco look bad.

I had a new water softener installed, my old softener was not a Serv-All product. However, after Jason came out and spoke to me about a water softener unit there was no question in my mind about having Serv-All install my new unit. Jason answered all of my questions thoroughly and honestly and made me feel very confident about using Serv-All. They were prompt in making an appointment for the new installation. The installer showed up on time, did a great job on the install, and was very clean, no mess. They removed the old softener,  and again, answered any questions I had about the new unit and how it works and the programming along with being very courteous and very nice.
I will recommend Serv-All and their product, as I was very pleased from the beginning to the end of the process. Great company and people to work with besides having a great product.

Connor and Simon are really professional and helpful.
My dishwasher had draining issues and they soon locate the problem, and resolve the issue.
And they fix the problem very quick and clean, and everything is put back to the original place.

Brian and his father are an amazing team! They installed a water heater the same day that I called! They are fast, efficient and they get the job done! I will def be back for other services in the future!

Dave was very responsive and able to schedule fixing a clogged sink on short notice. He explained what was wrong and very efficient! I'll definitely use him in the future for any plumbing issues!

Let's face it, no one really wants to call a plumber. Had planned to put in a new toilet, but found a nasty leak under the house involving the toilet elbow joint. I did a search for Oakland Plumbing, and the reviews for Oakland Rooter & Plumbing are impressive. Called, left a message and received a call back within 5-minutes. Scheduled an appointment for an estimate for the following day. Marco - on time, incredibly personable and competent, explained exactly what the problem was, what was required to fix the problem and provided a quote within approximately 15-mintues.

I'll be frank, I did very little further investigation for other bids, as my plumbing issue was somewhat urgent (only 1-bathroom!). Scheduled the repair for Thursday, 5/2/19 (yesterday). Marco was scheduled to arrive between 9:00 am and 10:00, but called me to let me know he would be running a little late because he was assisting another plumber with a job - ETA: 9:30 am. Ok, still in the window I was given, we're good!

Marco arrived, sure enough at 9:30 am, and banged out what I would consider a fairly major plumbing job in 3-hours, all while my Shepherd/Cattle Dog mix was peering over his shoulder inspecting his work. Piping under the house fixed, new toilet installed - back in business. ;) I've added Oakland Rooter & Plumbing to my phone, as well as Marco's cell. No hesitation, like a lot of others, to recommend Oakland Rooter & Plumbing.

I just had the privilege of working with Julio from Golden State Plumber (he just left about 10 minutes ago). I am getting my house ready to rent and the water valves under the kitchen sink needed to be upgraded. Julio was fast, friendly and professional. He even left the space under the sink cleaner than he found it! He is returning to update the gas line for the stove. After the nightmare I had with the last contractor ( repeated call backs to fix mistakes which led me to firing them); It is nice to have someone who does it right the first time. Below are some before and after pictures of his work.

I had called to get my kitchen drain unclogged. He was very professional, really fast and also reasonable with his charges. I would recommend him without hesitation for any plumbing needs.

Call - no pick up. In 1.5 hours: you called this number? -- in a hurried voice. Yes, hi Richard, how are you?-- Ok.... I'd like to see if you can come by and fix a PVC pipe that broke underneath the concrete. -- I don't do irrigation. Followed by hang-up faster than I could say a word of thanks. Should you love Richard -- your choice.

I was having problems with water heater shutting off continuously.  After having several plumbing companies come out and do their fixes I continued to have problems.  I finally called Good Guys Plumbing and they sure have the proper name for their company.  Adam, the owner operator, was like a doctor  diagnosing an illness.  He thought things out methodically and gave me several options.  I of course had to make the decision but based on Adam's thoroughness in evaluating the issues I decided to buy a new water heater and based on Adam's experience with many brands of heaters I went with the one he suggested.  He and an employee  removed the old water heater and installed the new one and were meticulous in their work.  All I can conclude with is you can't go wrong with the Good Guys.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough, I have used them three times and every time has been a great success. They installed an elaborate Japanese style toilet/bidet, also a standard toilet and took care of a minor plumbing issue. The first two were quite tricky as I live in an old Eichler and Mike did an excellent job. The last was an urgent fix needed to install at dish washer. They came over and fixed it within an hour of my call to them.

I would never use anyone else.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
