Like many things in life, even when there are so many plumbers around, there are very few reliable ones. Dan and his team of plumbing contractors are those reliable ones. I highly recommend them.

I called Quy on a Saturday morning, he readily agreed to come in the afternoon. He came in with his team, examined everything thoroughly and fixed my clogged bathtub in a few minutes. He showed me the loads of hair that he removed. As an indicator of good work ethic, cleaned up after the job. As an added bonus, gave me a 40% discount on a weekend and I was done under $80 (cash)!

Julio and his crew came and knocked out our repipe in one day(minus the backfill which had to be inspected first). We had both our main to entry and inside house re-done. The price was great and done in a reasonable time from when we received the quote. They did an awesome job and I would highly recommend them. They even came back free of charge to relocate a shower valve that needed a custom measurement.

George is a great plumber. very knowledgeabl, clean and Reliable.

I had a slab leak under the house. My water meter was running with no appliances on. My house is relatively new, but had bad track home plumbing installed years back.

Joel came out and found the leak location. He was able to make the patch in the garage by capping the old pipe and running a new one under the water heater and tying it to the other half of the house. So it's barely visible. I didn't have to bust up my floors which I was very happy about. The price was extremely fair and I used to work with plumbers so I know what they charge sometimes. He even fixed a clogged faucet free of charge. I would use this company again for sure.

Lee has done various basic repairs at our home in Redwood City on several occasions. He is always on time, quick to find/fix problems, very reasonable rate and perfect clean-up (not to mention, a really nice guy!). Today he came out as I thought a toilet was leaking. After running several tests he pretty much figured out it was urine!  Then he didn't even charge me for his time and the service call. That was WAY BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY!  Call on Kratzer Plumbing!

I would like to give Bellows 10 stars but yelp only does 5.

Situation. My mother is elderly lives in Campbell and she had a clogged drain. I'm can usually snake myself or use chemicals. This one was a real challenge and would budge. Had a coupon for a plain rooter company they came, gave up, but wanted to replace all the drain lines, a very expensive job.

Action. My mother is suggested BELLOWS since they are Diamond Certified and have good yelp reviews. Bellows sent Kevin and Shade out for an FREE Evaluation. Shade did the snake machine, while Kevin inspected below the house.

Results After much determination Shade finally got the stubborn clog out, HOORAY... 50 years of gunk, YUCK!! Kevin showed my photos of just the corroded plumbing, He gave us a very competitive bid. He suggested just the corroded parts be replaced within a month or so..... We didn't feel pressured or being sold anything we didn't need. Additionally both were very clean, used jumpsuits under the house, brought their own work mats and were very friendly and professional.

We are scheduling the repairs with Bellows early next week. I have used a number of plumbing services in the past. I will go to Bellows in the future. Thank You Bellows and keep up the Great Work.

Wilmar was scheduled to come to do a free estimate between 1:00 & 3:00 and never showed up. I called him and he said he would text me, but never did. This plumbing company started off on the wrong foot. If you can't even show up for the estimate how can someone rely on your work!!

We had a new AC system installed in June last year. For some reason, it was interrupting our furnace system and shutting down the power. After several visits over six months, Jeff was finally able to fix it. Turns out, our furnace filter was restricting air flow and causing the problem.  We really appreciate the time and effort it took to diagnose and remedy the problem. Thank you everyone who helped, from the lovely people in dispatch being patient with me and the team that came to help us out! We highly recommend Bellows for any and all of your projects! I recently had a new soft water conditioner installed at my house. I called  Serv - All  because I have been a client of theirs for many years. They installed my previous conditioner approximately 16 years ago. My new unit was installed promptly and very professionally. No mess everything cleaned up nicely. I'm very pleased with the work and install. The technicians for Service - All and Water Quality are very professional, knowledgable and courteous. I would recommend Serv - All to anyone in this area.

Brian and his father are an amazing team! They installed a water heater the same day that I called! They are fast, efficient and they get the job done! I will def be back for other services in the future!

Our kitchen sink was clogged, I didn't want to cause any further damage so I contacted Dave's Plumbing Services. They arrived and within minutes they were able to fix the issue and even replaced my kitchen sink pipes. I appreciated them taking the time to walk me through the process and answering any questions we had. They definitely appreciate their clients and discounted me 10% for being a first time client which was a nice bonus, I was very happy with the results and will definitely contact them in the future!

Our daughter's friend flushed a toy in the toilet by mistake and it clogged it. Preferred plumbing responded quickly, were to ready visit same day and  kept me updated about the arrival time and window.
James was the plumber. He was very respectful, honest and suggested the most cost effective solution even though I was thinking of a costlier option. Will definitely call these guys again when I need some plumbing work

I'd been looking for someone to come out and figure out what was happening with the water drainage around our house. I call Oakland Rooter one day and they had someone out there the next day...snake and camera in hand. Within an hour they figured out and fixed a problem that had been plaguing the house for years! As long as I'm the Oakland area they will be my go to plumbers.

I just had the privilege of working with Julio from Golden State Plumber (he just left about 10 minutes ago). I am getting my house ready to rent and the water valves under the kitchen sink needed to be upgraded. Julio was fast, friendly and professional. He even left the space under the sink cleaner than he found it! He is returning to update the gas line for the stove. After the nightmare I had with the last contractor ( repeated call backs to fix mistakes which led me to firing them); It is nice to have someone who does it right the first time. Vlad once again helped me out with my plumbing issue. He was on time, communicated clearly , discussed price prior to work, completed work in reasonable time frame and was clean and neat. I used Richard once before off Yelp and was most impressed. Today I was going to do Thankgiving dinner and went out to my barn to feed the horses...broken pipe meant we had to shut off the water to the whole place. I washed my yams in the swimming pool. Called Richard...he soon called back, was in the middle of a big job but had a referral all set up for me.  He had made sure the guy was available before he called me back.  His referral was great too, very knowledgeable and reasonably priced...great work all around!  Can't say enough good things about good service when it counts!

My Takagi tankless water heater stopped working. Aware of the problem, Andy talked through my options and provided different good/better/best approaches at different price points. He offered guidance to help me decide the best route and he showed up the next day with all the necessary parts for the repair.

He worked diligently for 3.5 hours and the work was completed at the price estimated, which was very fair and significantly less than another plumber I spoke with. My wife reported that he is a super nice guy too!

As with another reviewer, Andy is my new go-to plumber too.

Returning from a 10 day vacation, we found water running under the garage door.  Yikes, our 21 year old hot water heater had given up the ghost.  We contacted  several highly rated YELP plumbers the next morning, and though A&A wasn't the cheapest, their charming operations manager, Rose, made us feel confident they could do the job to our satisfaction.  We scheduled for the next morning, and the plumber she sent, Dave, actually showed up 5 minutes early!

Our old water heater wasn't installed to code, so it was a complicated job..  And to make matters worse, the drain was totally clogged, so Dave had to find a way to empty it before the real work began.  He was up to the challenges, and was pleasant and polite throughout a taxing job.  By early afternoon, the tank was installed, the work area totally clean, and I was able to take a hot shower!  I don't think Mike, the owner, could have done a better job... but he gets the credit for training such an apt apprentice.  Thanks, A&A, for a first class job.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
