There was a slight water pressure problem after our new water heater was installed by Team Contractors, but a technician was sent out to respond to the problem quickly as part as their 180 day labor warranty. Great service as always!

All Pro Repipe repiped my pre-1904 earthquake apartment house on California Street in San Francisco, both hot and cold lines.  Originally an historic Victorian mansion, now a fully occupied 17 unit apartment building, it was in need of major plumbing updating.  All Pro Repipe completed the job quickly, efficiently and with minimal inconvenience to the tenants.  New piping areas were patched and new faucets, showerheads and toilets were installed to code.  

This was not an easy task.  We contacted seventeen plumbing and repiping companies, interviewed four plumbing companies and four repipers, and received only three bids.  We are more than happy with our decision to use All Pro Repipe.   J.C.

Wow! George is one of the best Plumbers that I've had the pleasure to hire! He made quick work of replacing a corroded copper pipe in my garage, along with suggesting a better way to run my water recirculation device to save energy and $$. While he was at it, he also checked the salt level in my water softener and filled it for me. George provided me with an explanation of his work beforehand, his estimate and was very neat and tidy with his work. And to top it all off he is a polite and positive person who loves his work! We had a problem with our toilet not flushing correctly... after trying our hand at plunging and clearing the line without success, we called them on a Sunday and (as planned) they were at the house first thing Monday morning. Mike was personable, professional, and very direct and upfront with services needed. He handled the issue swiftly and with ease. He even gave us tips on preventing and resolving this problem in the future. It's so refreshing to find a company still committed to customer care.

We found Plumbing Solutions on yelp, because the plumber we've been using told us (over the phone) to call Roto Rooter since it seemed to be related to the sewer line... What?? We consider ourselves very fortunate to find an honest and competent plumbing service--we will be calling them again!

Great response. Came out and professionally took care of my broken shower.

My sewer line was clogged so I called Bellows.  Andrew was here within a half hour. He snaked it, unplugged it, and did a video scope to verify the line was clean. He showed me there was a rough spot in the line that was susceptible to clogging, and advised me not to flush anything other than toilet paper.

Fast, professional, and thorough.  The bill was $190.

While we didn't go with Wilmar plumbing this time, they were super responsive in coming out to give an estimate, followed Covid-19 protocols and quickly turned around a quote for acceptance.  The quote was comparable the other 4 quotes we received for installation of faucet, garbage disposal, new plumbing for a new sink and gas hookup for a new range top.  We had a few options and went with the plumber who could come out and do our install sooner.

We had a new AC system installed in June last year. For some reason, it was interrupting our furnace system and shutting down the power. After several visits over six months, Jeff was finally able to fix it. Turns out, our furnace filter was restricting air flow and causing the problem.  We really appreciate the time and effort it took to diagnose and remedy the problem. Thank you everyone who helped, from the lovely people in dispatch being patient with me and the team that came to help us out! We highly recommend Bellows for any and all of your projects! I have used this company for 40 yrs. and have never been disappointed.  I left for the holidays and arriving home, found that my water softener was continually running.   I called and within 30 min. Jason was out and repaired it.   Also,  advised me that I really needed a new one as this one was over 20 yrs. old and out of date.  I did order a new one.  He arrived on time,  installed it and cleaned up on the scheduled date.   He was very professional and answered all questions.   I definitely reccommend this company.

Hard to reach. Rude service and poor workmanship.

Sullivan Plumbing was responsive, professional,  and knowledgeable. I noticed a leak in my water heater and they were able to install a replacement (an upgrade) the next day ... and in about 1.5 hours. It was by far the simplest and most efficient experience I've had with a plumber.

Dave was very responsive and able to schedule fixing a clogged sink on short notice. He explained what was wrong and very efficient! I'll definitely use him in the future for any plumbing issues!

Two hours ago (noon on a Sunday), we discovered that two toilets and a bathtub were backed up.  An hour and a half ago we called Oakland Rooter, based on the reviews on Yelp.  Fifteen or so minutes later Ignacio showed up (admittedly our timing had been good; he was in the vicinity).  Now our problems are solved and I'm writing this well-deserved five star review.

I don't know much about plumbing, but I do recognize competence, conscientiousness, professionalism, and good problem solving skills, and Ignacio demonstrated all of these in abundance in dealing with our situation in the most effective and least intrusive way.

Never thought I'd be saying this about backed-up plumbing, but the whole thing ended up being a pretty pleasant experience, given how much better things turned out than what we'd anticipated when we discovered the problem.  We enjoyed meeting and talking with Ignacio, and while we hope we won't have to see him again for a long time, we'll definitely be calling him (well, Oakland Rooter) the next time we're in need of plumbing services.

I just had the privilege of working with Julio from Golden State Plumber (he just left about 10 minutes ago). I am getting my house ready to rent and the water valves under the kitchen sink needed to be upgraded. Julio was fast, friendly and professional. He even left the space under the sink cleaner than he found it! He is returning to update the gas line for the stove. After the nightmare I had with the last contractor ( repeated call backs to fix mistakes which led me to firing them); It is nice to have someone who does it right the first time. I had Just Plumbing come check out our fireplace which stopped working.  It had turned out that the company that did swimming pool removal earlier this year capped the gas line to the fireplace inadvertently.  Vlad was super professional and courteous.  He brought in a new jumpsuit and a separate pair of shoes to wear to access the crawl space.  He explained exactly what needed to be done and the price he offered was very reasonable.  He showed me the result of the pressure testing to confirm and proceeded to install the piping parts.  Excited to be able to fire up my fireplace again!

I will definitely call Just Plumbing again should a need arises in the future.   Highly recommended!

I was having problems with water heater shutting off continuously.  After having several plumbing companies come out and do their fixes I continued to have problems.  I finally called Good Guys Plumbing and they sure have the proper name for their company.  Adam, the owner operator, was like a doctor  diagnosing an illness.  He thought things out methodically and gave me several options.  I of course had to make the decision but based on Adam's thoroughness in evaluating the issues I decided to buy a new water heater and based on Adam's experience with many brands of heaters I went with the one he suggested.  He and an employee  removed the old water heater and installed the new one and were meticulous in their work.  All I can conclude with is you can't go wrong with the Good Guys.

I had used A & A Plumbing before when my heater wasn't working in December. They were one of the only people who could help because of the type of system we have and everything went smoothly with that interaction.

Fast forward to now, when my air conditioner needs attention and I decide to call them again since everything went so well last time. On Tuesday I called in the morning and left a voicemail because no one answered. I called later in the afternoon and still no one picked up. I called Wednesday and still no one answered the phone. On Thursday, the phone was finally answered but I was told only the owner of the business works on air conditioners and he is booked out for the week. Before she could quickly disconnect me, I informed her that it wasn't an emergency and I wouldn't mind scheduling for whenever he could come out. She politely took down my information and proceeded to tell me there was a problem with their computers and would call me back to schedule the service. Now whether that was a lie or not, I sit here +24 hours later with no phone call.

I'm taking my business elsewhere; I'm tired of playing phone tag with a company who clearly doesn't want my money or repeat business.

Update: I received a call and apology for forgetting to call me back at the end of the week. I've got work scheduled for next week so I'll update my review after this and I've updated my current star review from 1 to 3 stars because they did eventually call back and were very apologetic.

Update 2: I believe he showed up either right on time or a little early for our appointment which was great. He had a little trouble finding where the condensation should be draining to but ultimately was very thorough in checking all possiblities and we both think he was able to flush any clog there might have been forcing the condensation out of the secondary pipe over our front door. Even though it had been hard to get our call in, I'd probably call this company again because both times the problems were fixed promptly and professionally.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
