This is the guy you need to call when you have a plumbing problem. Dan came to my place to unclog the sink. Within an hour, problem solved.  Highly recommended to friends or anyone who needs plumbing  service.

Are you kidding me? This company cant even answer their phone. How in the world can you trust them to show up at your house to work on your plumbing? Seriously. All these comments are paid employee's commenting on Yelp. Beware

George came out to fix a stoppage on Saturday night. He finished the work in a very professional manner. I also had him install a water filter which was done well. Overall, had a great experience and would hire him again.

We've used Plumbing Solutions twice and will use them again if we need more help. The first time was for cutoff valves (angle stops) under our master bath sink. The second time was the cutoff valve for our second bath toilet and a float replacement in the same unit.

Both times the work was done super fast and efficiently. No mess for me to clean up. No drips for me to worry about. Joel even had a great personality and sense of humor!

While they may not be the absolute cheapest plumber on the block, you know you're going to get high quality performance for a reasonable price.

We've found our go-to plumber!

We needed to redo our water service entrance and main feed lines under the house.  Sam took a look at our situation and immediately knew what to do.  It is obvious that he has pride in his work and wants to make sure a job gets done right.  He said that he refuses to do work if the customer or GC asks him to cut corners, and I really value that mindset.

Kratzer Plumbing was a tad more expensive than some competing bids, but we decided to go with them because of their attitude and professionalism.  I'm very glad we did.  They are 100% worth it.  There was one minor issue with something not being done to contract, and they came back immediately to make the change and even went beyond what was required by our contract.

As an out of town landlord, I really appreciate the prompt and professional service provided by Bellows.  I own 3  houses on the west side of Santa Cruz that I rent to students during the school year.  Bellows Plumbing, Heating, & Sewer is there when I need them to resolve plumbing or heating issues.  Fast & reliable!

Wilmar and his team have always been so responsive and timely. They have come through for us in a pinch quite a few times. I would 100% recommend this company. They are respectful and knowledgeable. Again, quality business!

Told us they could have us scheduled and installed within a month. When the instalation date was getting close I called them and they didn't even have us on the schedule. They had forgotten about us for two weeks and whos knows how much longer if I never called.

Two weeks after the initial agreed upon start date they actually scheduled us for an inspection, not an installation like we were promised. Some one had already come out to look and recommend a system but I guess that person was just for show?

It's been 2 months and we were just told a DAY before installation that they don't have our AC unit. It'll be a minimum of an additional 2 weeks before they can install the unit. They charged us last week insisting it needed to be done prior to installation.

I am so disappointed in the scheduling department and the communication we should have received.  I get it, things take longer with these services but telling us the day before you didn't have our unit is unacceptable. This should have been communicated sooner.

Who knows when we will get our AC unit? They clearly dont.

I recently had a new soft water conditioner installed at my house. I called  Serv - All  because I have been a client of theirs for many years. They installed my previous conditioner approximately 16 years ago. My new unit was installed promptly and very professionally. No mess everything cleaned up nicely. I'm very pleased with the work and install. The technicians for Service - All and Water Quality are very professional, knowledgable and courteous. I would recommend Serv - All to anyone in this area.

Not really impressed. I had a straightforward job and when I asked for a ballpark figure, couldn't get even an order of magnitude.

The work appeared to be done well but...

The plumber was 40 minutes late and disappeared for a 45 minute part run. So, he spent three hours in my house working and the bill was 1400 dollars.

If you're considering a career in law or medicine, save yourself about 8 years of education. You can command comparably ridiculous rates as a plumber.

It's hard to competitively shop with plumbing needs and I think they know it. Buyer beware.

For the past 3 years that we've been in our home, we always default to the local plumber who does a fine job.  However, on a recent issue with the new Toto toilet, I received a quote for $600 to fix it.  This just didn't seem right.

My husband suggested we try the plubmer he uses for his business in Gilroy.  At first, I was hesistant to have someone come all the way from San Martin to help us on what I believed to be a basic fix but upon speaking with Brian, he was more than happy to help and do the drive to see what he could do.

(1) First off, Brian was PUNCTUAL - something that normally isn't a virtue with the contractors and plumbers we've used.  Having an infant at home, this was so appreciated and just plain respectful of our time - thank you!

(2) Brian quickly UNDERSTOOD the issue, had the correct parts to fix it in less than an hour.

(3) Brian was RESPECTFUL of our home, making sure to keep clean the area he worked in.

(4) Finally, he charged us a very FAIR PRICE, especially considering his commute - just $200 to complete the work!

In addition, a left over issue from a past job by our former plubmer to fix the kitchen sink still acts up from time to time.  Brian had a look and quickly understood the issue and is going to come again to fix it.

What I appreciate so much is that the team at Sullivan isn't green to plumbing issues.  Clearly, Brian has grown up around the trade and can quickly and effectively address the issues without wasting time and our money.

Our kitchen sink was clogged, I didn't want to cause any further damage so I contacted Dave's Plumbing Services. They arrived and within minutes they were able to fix the issue and even replaced my kitchen sink pipes. I appreciated them taking the time to walk me through the process and answering any questions we had. They definitely appreciate their clients and discounted me 10% for being a first time client which was a nice bonus, I was very happy with the results and will definitely contact them in the future!

Brian & Vince are true professionals! Fast, efficient, and clearly puts the customers needs first. The job was fast and easy and the two shared some expert knowledge on how to prevent my kitchen sink form clogging up again. Happy to add our experience to the list of positive reviews.  After having the genius idea of putting a large amount of ant covered dog food down the garbage disposal, we found that our sink was clogged.  After hours of trying ourselves to snake out the cemented dog food, I called Oakland Rooter and Plumbing.  This was Saturday at 2:30pm.  I was sure we would be out of luck since they closed at 6pm, but that wasnt the case at all.  Ignacio, the owner, answered and got someone out by 3pm.  Alex spent 2 hours with the snake but the clog was too far down, and they had to go under the house and install a new clean out.  They offered to come back first thing Sunday morning (even though they are closed Sunday), but we said Monday is fine.  Ignacio called first thing Monday to let me know they were picking up parts and on their way.  Alex showed up at the expected time, cleaned up, and did a great job for a reasonable price.

This is a really well run business.  Very professional.  We couldn't be happier with the service.  We will definitely call them again if anything else comes up.

I just had the privilege of working with Julio from Golden State Plumber (he just left about 10 minutes ago). I am getting my house ready to rent and the water valves under the kitchen sink needed to be upgraded. Julio was fast, friendly and professional. He even left the space under the sink cleaner than he found it! He is returning to update the gas line for the stove. After the nightmare I had with the last contractor ( repeated call backs to fix mistakes which led me to firing them); It is nice to have someone who does it right the first time. Adam and his team did a great job, my wife and I have used him before doing small repairs. But when it came to doing the full-scale movement and replacement of our hot water heater. He was our first call, the work was done on time, on budget, and the quality exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend him to anyone my friends or family.

From Mike to Dave these plumbers are the only ones I will EVER use.  Let me start from the begining.  My father took a spill and fell in the bathroom, hitting the toilet and breaking the tank right off the bowl. (dad is okay :) ) I called Mike at 6pm on a Sunday, left a message for him to call me Monday Morning, he called me back 10 min later, listened to me bemoan my broken tank, and worry about the cost. Talked with me gave me a good idea as to cost from repair to replacement. (it was actually less), then said he would have his lads out Monday morning at 9am.  Monday morning at 9am two WONDERFUL young men showed up and replaced the commode. These guys, Dave and WIll were just fantastic and as nice as they come.  Fast forward to today, backed up sewer drain, who do I call, Mike at A&A?, who comes out at the scheduled time?, Dave. It is fixed in a short time with his usual nice self.  If you need a plumber who is GOOD, NICE, PROFESSIONAL, and inexpensive then A&A Plumbers are the ones to call.  Dave and Mike and Will and Jesse, you guys are amazing!!! No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
