Just got my under-sink RO filter installed by Khao from Team contractors. I had contacted them 3 days back to get a quote. Khao asked me some pictures of my sink area and the granite that needed a hole to be drilled. He then gave me an appointment and turned up at the exact time.

I was amazed to see him and his partner work like thorough professionals. Within an hour they had set up the work area, drilled the hole in the granite, installed the filter, did a demo, cleaned up the place and DONE! They both knew exactly what they need to do and the job was done flawlessly.

Had some repipe work done by Julio, Christopher and crew. They did an amazing job. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Very courteous and their work is excellent. They laid down tarps to help protect new flooring and cleaned up well after finished!

George is one-of-a-kind. I ran into a snag trying to replace a garbage disposal. George picked up right away. He knew right away what the issue was, happened to be in the area, and was at my door within 15 minutes and solved it in minutes. The other guys I called still haven't even called back. I'll definitely be coming back to George for my plumbing needs.

Plumbing Solutions,  Mark was awesome! Today was one of those days BART was really delayed and Plumbing Solutions was flexible with my schedule because my husband was stuck on BART. Mark came over and unclogged our kitchen drain line quickly!  He also gave us ideas on how to make sure this problem doesn't happen again. I really hope we don't need a plumber again, but if we do we will use them.

Called twice for important service, got an answering machine where a male voice aggressively said something like --- text me, I only return text messages.  I'm old school and I call & send e-mails and can't text.  Left polite voicemail messages twice with phone and e-mail contact info and they never called or e-mailed back.  Dead silence, Terrible Disrespect.

We called Bellows on a Tuesday of what was one of the coldest weeks of the year, as our wall heater wasn't functioning. Surprisingly and thankfully, Bellows was able to schedule us the same week. Found the issue to be a minor one, which was addressed immediately. And Sal cleaned the filter as well, then called to report his findings (as I was unable to be on site when he did the work). This is our second dealing with Bellows, and we've found them to be professional, friendly and efficient. Will be calling them again when future issues arise.

Wilmar and Joseph did a great job.  The job entailed more  than just a faucet change.  The house is old and had rusted pipes.  They did a great job of taking care of all the problems.  Wilmar is very  easy and pleasant  to work with. His knowledge of what needed to be done gave me confidence in his work. His pricing is reasonable and I will be using him again.   I would highly recommend  him!

Installed new water softener and reverse osmosis great service exceeded my expectations

I have been using Ser-All company for eighteen years. They just put a new one in for me yesterday and did a fine job. My installer Stevie was wonderful. Did a clean job and was a very nice installer. WOW... for the amazing experience today. This is exactly what great service should be. They were highly recommended by appliance techs as being super competent and fair. So I decided to give them a try for a very tricky plumbing issue.
From the first contact, Barbara at the main office handled my call and query with patience and professionalism. Then Sean, the business owner, went out of his way to pre-screen our problem via phone and email before coming out. He was eager to provide free honest and expert advice which was appreciated. Therefore I proceeded with scheduling and sure enough, they showed up right on time, deploying extra care and patience evaluating and handling the issue. The scary plumbing problem was fixed in no time to much of my relief and the fee was even super fair and to the point. This company is a true delight to work with and I will not hesitate to call upon them in the future.

Fntastic service. Phoned this morning for minor service with my shower. They came almost immediately and repaired the problem at a most reasonable price. Highly recommend.

This review is for the estimate that Jose and Juan made on a leaky drainage pipe. They were prompt, professional, and diagnosed the problem expertly. I will definitely call these guys again for future plumbing issues.

I would give these guys 6 stars if I could.  We had an issue with a drain blockage as a result of some remodeling work in our Eichler.  Eichler's are notoriously tricky for plumbing issues given that they are built on a slab.  When our remodeling contractors couldn't fix the problem, we called another plumbing company who couldn't either.  They told us we needed to find someone who would hydrojet the line to fix the problem.  James from Golden State Plumber came out promptly and came up with a creative solution to fix the problem.  He spent several hours over multiple visits diagnosing and fixing the blockage.  We could not be more impressed with his level of customer focus.  He and his brother are the real deal.   Highly recommend.

The job was quick, maybe took 10-15 minutes. I did some research online and the average pricing for this job is $90-120, well I was charged $300. Do your research ahead of time!

Edit: I was refunded after the above review. They are quick to correct their mistake so I'd give them another try in the future.

Edit: I don't think the national average for installing a refrigerator water line is anywhere near $300, I attached a google search with $70-130 as the result in year 2021.

I have used Richard from Affordable Plumbing multiple times for drain issues at my house.  He has always gone above and beyond with his service to ensure my issue was properly taken care of.  My house has crazy plumbing and he has always found a way to take of the problem even when it seems like the problem is un-fixable.  I have worked with plumbers in the east bay that were not nearly as trustworthy or capable as he is.  I would recommend Richard every time.

Our Takagi tankless water heater wasn't firing up anymore and it's the middle of January, so no hot water is a terrible nuisance.  Prior to calling Adam, I had another plumbing company come out to check out the issue but was not satisfied at the service I received.  Called Good Guys and got in touch with Adam and was so helpful at advising me what my options were.  The other guy's just did not give me the confidence that they knew what they were doing but once I spoke with Adam, you could hear that working on tankless WH's was no problem.  He came in the next day and was able to replace my Takagi quickly and at a reasonable cost.

Called for an Appointment and they offered to come and quote a price for washout installation. It was no emergency and they offered an appointment same day. But they never showed up, I called  again but no response and no call back after leaving them a message.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
