My water heater needed replacement and I had to go back and forth several times between the warranty company and the manufacturer to fix it. All this while we had to have cold showers for over a week after diagnosing the problem which was an internal leak.

I looked up yelp and found Dan who promptly agreed to come by and fix the issue. The quote I got from Dan was literally half of what the manufacturer was quoting me.
He showed up the same afternoon, an hour after we spoke and worked his way towards removing the heater, driving up to Home Depot to find a replacement and even making a detour to the ATM since I had to draw out some money to pay him.

He is honest, knowledgeable and hard working and his quotes are beyond reasonable. He is very respectful and prompt and knows what he is doing. Definitely look him up if you ever have a problem with your heater and need a repair or replacement. I'm glad I did.

I was dreading re-piping to copper a duplex.  I got several quotes and Julio was the most knowledgeable and professional.  He actually went under house to look and checked main line feed to home.  Pricing was great too. The job could not have gone smoother.  One day a team descended on duplex and did the re-pipe.  I set up a time in advance and they were there the day I needed them. They took all the old pipe out and did a good job of cleaning up.  They were very coordinated and punctual with all inspections to get the final in a timely manner.  Their sheetrock tapers repaired all walls opened up (small holes) so honestly, you could not see at all where the patch was.  And the office support person was an awesome communicator.  I have a lot of experience in construction and I know a quality team when I see it.

George was responsive, clear, honest, and hard-working. When my dishwasher was leaking he showed up fast, fixed the problem, and talked me through the rest of the water damage. When my sewer pipe was blocked, he responded quickly with a rotor and camera to show me what happened, clear the blockage, and explain what to look out for in the future. I'm working with him on quotes for larger projects. Great to have a reliable plumber.

My bathtub was backed up and we called Plumbing Solutions and they came right out. Jacob Newens was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We needed a new pipe and drain. He went above and beyond to make sure we would not have another plumbing problem. Great guy. Great company! A lot cheaper than the competition too!! Will definitely use again if anything else comes up.

Sometimes, it just all works out.  Our 20+ year old garbage disposal finally bit the dust and I needed to have it replaced with a new one that I bought.  Yes, you have to text to communicate with Lee, but as long as you know that upfront and it doesn't bother you, then you will be rewarded with great work.  It turned out that he had an opening the very same afternoon that I contacted him and both he and his son arrived on the earlier end of the time slot (perfect for me) and proceeded to install the new garbage disposal and also replace the sink flange.  An hour and a half later, all was done and working like it should.  I couldn't be happier!  I think my only advice, though, would be to get his opinion on which garbage disposal to get before buying it yourself.  Ended up the model I got was a little bit more difficult to install than expected.

Best plumbers in the area! After working with another company that was always late and did horrible work, I am so happy I found Bellows. They installed a new water softener and now I have my water pressure back. Thanks Bellows!

Wilmar and his team have always been so responsive and timely. They have come through for us in a pinch quite a few times. I would 100% recommend this company. They are respectful and knowledgeable. Again, quality business!

Installed new water softener and reverse osmosis great service exceeded my expectations

I called Serv-All after ditching another company that we had been renting a water softener from for many years.  Jason came promptly and spent time with us discussing options and prices.  We selected a unit that was a good value and promised to save us both water and salt.  It took less than a week to get the new unit installed and they did not charge us for uninstalling the old unit.  We are delighted with our new water softener.  It regenerates a LOT less frequently than did the old unit, delivering on the promises of reduced water and salt use.  And the water is softer than ever.

My dishwasher had draining issues and they soon locate the problem, and resolve the issue.
And they fix the problem very quick and clean, and everything is put back to the original place.

Dave was very responsive and able to schedule fixing a clogged sink on short notice. He explained what was wrong and very efficient! I'll definitely use him in the future for any plumbing issues!

Jerry came out today to fix my shower. He did a great job, and was very professional. Totally COVID compliant.  I will use this company for all of my future plumbing needs.

I called Oakland Rooter regarding a large water heater.  It services 3 apartments and was leaking and had stopped working on Labor Day. Within an hour I received a message that they arrive 9 am the next morning.  They were on time Jaime replaced the water heater and explained the job and when complete did a great clean up job.  I highly recommend Jaime and Oakland Rooter.

I would give these guys 6 stars if I could.  We had an issue with a drain blockage as a result of some remodeling work in our Eichler.  Eichler's are notoriously tricky for plumbing issues given that they are built on a slab.  When our remodeling contractors couldn't fix the problem, we called another plumbing company who couldn't either.  They told us we needed to find someone who would hydrojet the line to fix the problem.  James from Golden State Plumber came out promptly and came up with a creative solution to fix the problem.  He spent several hours over multiple visits diagnosing and fixing the blockage.  We could not be more impressed with his level of customer focus.  He and his brother are the real deal.   Highly recommend.

We had Vladi with Just Plumbing Handyman helped us to replace a shower valve a few days ago.
He was prompt to respond to our message on Yelp, gave us a reasonable quote and stoped by in the same day.
He did a great job within the time frame he gave us.

Richard ROCKS!  I called him for an estimate on Monday, late afternoon.  He apologized for not being able to come until the next day, and then he fixed both of my plumbing problems that night for such a great price.  I hired him because of the reviews on this site, and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.

Adam is hands down the best man for the job. I've used him to repipe a few of my rental properties as well as basic drain service or simple plumbing side jobs.

Every tenant that has met him has called me immediately afterwards to express how professional and knowledgeable he was about the job.  He gets in, gets it done, all the while very polite and cleans up afterwards.

For the repipe projects, he pulls out the old rusty galvanized pipe rather than just leave it under the house for the next guy.  All copper is layed out, soldered, and strapped much better than the jobs of any of the previous plumbers I've hired in the past.

Cost wise, he is very reasonable and can get out to your site right away.  

He's done such a great job on the properties that I manage, that he is now my go-to man for my own home.  

Call him first, and you won't need anybody else.  Ever.

Mike and his staff are professional, efficient and on time.  We have used A&A for over a decade now and they have always been honest and thorough.  Most recently, today, they came only a day after we called at the appointed time.  They came in and replaced the failed faucet, no issues at all.

Now they may not be the lowest cost option but they do the work right the first time and never try and sell you more than you really need.  I highly recommend A&A Plumbing.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
