George is one-of-a-kind. I ran into a snag trying to replace a garbage disposal. George picked up right away. He knew right away what the issue was, happened to be in the area, and was at my door within 15 minutes and solved it in minutes. The other guys I called still haven't even called back. I'll definitely be coming back to George for my plumbing needs.

We had a tiny leak that ended up soaking through our son's room. After a contractor, a restoration company and American Leaks all could not find the issue, Plumbing Solutions (Mike) did a preassure test and found the problem within 30 min. He was patient and walked me through each step of the process so that I understood everything. It turned out that the leak was coming through the slab foundation from a hot water line. Once the issue was determined, Plumbing Solutions gave us the options of spot repairing the damage (drilling into the concrete), a partial re-route of the single line issue or full re-route of all the plumbing of the house so that they are all above ground and no water will be coming through the pipes in the slab foundation. We chose the partial and the next time they came over, Mike and Joel were able to fix the issue within 3 hrs!
To sum up, Plumbing Solutions were fast, easy to work with, super nice and great at their jobs! They found our leak when no one else could. I would not hesitate to call them again. Thanks Mike and Joel!

My water heater died and I called around to get a few estimates. After reading the Yelp reviews I decided to give Kratzer's a try. They came out on time, gave me a bid that was well below the competition, and finished the job within a few hours of providing the estimate. Overall a very good experience.

I've never had a favorite plumbing/heating company until I called this one.  Quick service and always surprised with the reasonable prices.  They will also take the time to talk through options if any are available for what you need done.  They've gone the extra mile when providing service.

Super unreliable,  and his price cost and arm and a leg. This company screwed shower head in a such a way that it's impossible to unscrew. I have to call another plumber. Do not waste your time

I ordered 3 mini splits for our home and were suppose to be basiclly plug and go.
After spending several hours with the manufactures service technicians and absolutemy unknowledgeabl, i decided to call Bellows.
They sent me Two technicians and were able to find the problem.
Mike and Jeff were very professional and got the job done in a highly efficiant time.
And as for thier cost, i can tell you they are very reasonable in thier fees.
They will be my go to ser ice company if ever needed! That said i would higly recommend you call for your needs.

I have been using Ser-All company for eighteen years. They just put a new one in for me yesterday and did a fine job. My installer Stevie was wonderful. Did a clean job and was a very nice installer. Called Dave's Specialized Rooter & plumbing . For a leaking water heater, made and appointment he came same day to take care my old water heater . He was on time , he recommended for a new installation , I was happy to have my hot water back I will recommend  Dave's to all my friends and relatives he was clean and professional all the way to complete the work and going the extra mile to finish in the same day.

I had a drain block which they solved efficiently by using a 50ft snake. Prices were quite affordable. And the person who attended was very professional and made sure home is clean after the fix.

These guys were fast. Like super-duper fast. Upfront about pricing and very professional. They dealt with my immediate problem(roots in the main sewer line), and gave a more than fair estimate for a bigger repair that needs to be done in the future.

I would give these guys 6 stars if I could.  We had an issue with a drain blockage as a result of some remodeling work in our Eichler.  Eichler's are notoriously tricky for plumbing issues given that they are built on a slab.  When our remodeling contractors couldn't fix the problem, we called another plumbing company who couldn't either.  They told us we needed to find someone who would hydrojet the line to fix the problem.  James from Golden State Plumber came out promptly and came up with a creative solution to fix the problem.  He spent several hours over multiple visits diagnosing and fixing the blockage.  We could not be more impressed with his level of customer focus.  He and his brother are the real deal.   Highly recommend.

I had a seemingly simple bathtub faucet leak but recalled in years past, this job was a little more difficult than I was comfortable doing given my skill-set.  If I made a mistake, I would be without water throughout the house for an unknown period.  After reading Yelp reviews, making a few phone calls, and trying to get someone to call back (this leak was not critical, just persistent and I wanted to get it fixed while my time permitted), Richard  called back and discussed my problem. He had me text a photo of the hardware to him, identified the hardware manufacturer and verified he had the necessary parts.   We scheduled an appointment for that evening. He called a couple hours prior to the scheduled appointment saying he could come earlier -- which was fine with me.   20 minutes later he was at my house and completed the job satisfactory within 90 minutes.  While working, he explained what he was doing and if his fix didn't stop the leak he discussed other potential (more complex and costly) solutions.  In the end, he stopped the leak and it has been fine since.   Cost for the time and parts seemed reasonable.  I was happy to have the job done.

Our Takagi hot water heater stopped functioning. Adam worked out to get someone in to look at it immediately even though I said we could wait a few days as we have a functioning heater for the showers. He was concerned given our heater was older, he might have to order a part. Turned out that the sensor needed to be cleaned and he was done within a hour.   Great service. Happy customer.

Mike and his crew have rescued me several times with plumbing and heating problems and needs.  Also, Mike installed a furnace, a reverse osmosis water filter and a tankless water heater, all of which work perfectly.  He is quick to respond to phone messages, explains things thoroughly, and has a crew of expert plumbers who also are very nice guys.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
