I had a leaky 1.5 inch galvanized pipe that is feeding the water tank in my house.
After agreeing on the estimates based on the picture, Danh, Khoa and the crew showed up
on time to get the job done. Ended up replacing the entire 17 inch long pipeline based on the recommendation, but that was a good decision after seeing what the inside of the pipe looks like (lots of deposits, and threads are rusting).
After all, the crew got the job done in a very professional manner, and in time. They stayed late to check the job was done without any problem, and stopped by the next day to confirm there is no problem. Great and reliable crew!

We had old main water supply line between the water meter to outside of garage repiped in June this year.  Among the contractors we talked to, we picked All Pro Repipe.

The work was done in one day, using L-type copper pipe.  The water was shut off for about 3 - 4 hours.

All Pro Repipe team is easy to work with; and they did a great job.  It has been roughly three months since, and there has been no issues.  We really enjoy the improved water flow.

Huge shout out to Ed for helping us figure out what is going on with our sewer lines. Two weeks ago, another national chain came out to clean out the lines and although they claimed to have used cameras, didn't find the problem. The toilets all backed up again. Today Ed showed us exactly what was going on and gave us three options to resolve the issue. Thank you very much for helping us out, Ed! Highly recommended.

Lee is awesome. He made time even though he was busy that day. Called me before getting to my house; was very thorough in his work. Explained to me what was going on, as well as why some other plumbers would quote large amounts for small problems (we just had to clean our shower head but he was thorough to even go in our crawl space to check for leaks!) Absolutely loved his honesty and dedication. Strongly recommended.

I usually go with Surf City Plumbing but when they were too busy, they recommended these guys.

We were really hoping to get our dishwasher working for the weekend so we called on Friday. They weren't able to schedule anything for Friday but could be there on Saturday between 11-2. Great! Well, we waited around and around 4pm got a message saying they wouldn't be able to make it until Tuesday. Saturday wasted. Doh!

On the upside, they were very apologetic and gave us a discount for our troubles. When Tim arrived, he bent over backwards (literally) to make sure everything was done right, and even did a small bit of extra work that he could have easily charged extra for but didn't. He also stuck around long enough to make sure the dishwasher was draining right (and made some adjustments when it wasn't).

Overall, a very good experience. I'd go with them again in a heartbeat.

Wilmar and his team have always been so responsive and timely. They have come through for us in a pinch quite a few times. I would 100% recommend this company. They are respectful and knowledgeable. Again, quality business!

Our furnace was out and after a number of calls to HVAC service providers in the area we made a call to Bellows.  

Not only did Bellows show up the same day (now that's great service!) but the technician, John Costales, was professional, courteous, and knew his stuff.  

John was able to diagnose the problem and suggest how to most economically repair our system.  

Would certainly recommend if you need HVAC service. We are a Bellows customer now.

I had a new water softener installed, my old softener was not a Serv-All product. However, after Jason came out and spoke to me about a water softener unit there was no question in my mind about having Serv-All install my new unit. Jason answered all of my questions thoroughly and honestly and made me feel very confident about using Serv-All. They were prompt in making an appointment for the new installation. The installer showed up on time, did a great job on the install, and was very clean, no mess. They removed the old softener,  and again, answered any questions I had about the new unit and how it works and the programming along with being very courteous and very nice.
I will recommend Serv-All and their product, as I was very pleased from the beginning to the end of the process. Great company and people to work with besides having a great product.

I had an Excellent experience with Discount Plumbing.   It all started with the nicest receptionist who was so polite and friendly. The plumber was on time and very professional .  We had a problem under our sink and he pulled everything out and fixed the leak . He made sure to clean under the cabinet before he put everything back.  He was very Polite.  I would recommend this company to everyone.

For the past 3 years that we've been in our home, we always default to the local plumber who does a fine job.  However, on a recent issue with the new Toto toilet, I received a quote for $600 to fix it.  This just didn't seem right.

My husband suggested we try the plubmer he uses for his business in Gilroy.  At first, I was hesistant to have someone come all the way from San Martin to help us on what I believed to be a basic fix but upon speaking with Brian, he was more than happy to help and do the drive to see what he could do.

(1) First off, Brian was PUNCTUAL - something that normally isn't a virtue with the contractors and plumbers we've used.  Having an infant at home, this was so appreciated and just plain respectful of our time - thank you!

(2) Brian quickly UNDERSTOOD the issue, had the correct parts to fix it in less than an hour.

(3) Brian was RESPECTFUL of our home, making sure to keep clean the area he worked in.

(4) Finally, he charged us a very FAIR PRICE, especially considering his commute - just $200 to complete the work!

In addition, a left over issue from a past job by our former plubmer to fix the kitchen sink still acts up from time to time.  Brian had a look and quickly understood the issue and is going to come again to fix it.

What I appreciate so much is that the team at Sullivan isn't green to plumbing issues.  Clearly, Brian has grown up around the trade and can quickly and effectively address the issues without wasting time and our money.

Called them to repair our shower that won't shut off. They were very responsive and they were able to send someone to us within the same day. Technician Marco was very good and polite and wore a mask the entire time he was doing the repair, and wore shoe covers as well. We will definitely definitely hire them again for future plumbing needs!

1/20/19 - My tenant called with a toilet/shower stoppage.  Marco was great in clearing the shower and made several recommendations to replace the toilet in the future with brands he felt would be good for easily getting any needed parts.  He was on time, knew what he was doing, and tenants were very pleased by his pleasant attitude and knowledge.  HIGHLY recommend Oakland Rooter and will definitely refer to all of my property management friends.

Julio came out to my house to check out a water leak coming from my ceiling in the kitchen area. He was able to diagnose and repair the leak in the same day and set up my Sheetrock appointment for the next day. Julio was very polite, professional and worked quickly to take care of my issue. It was a messy job, but he cleaned up very well. Highly recommend Golden State!

We had a busted pipe late Saturday evening. Having 2 little ones and no water would have been problematic. Messaged a few plumbers to check availability and Vladislav was first to respond within a few mins.
He was happy to come, gave us an estimate and started work.
He explained the issue properly and the steps to fix and cost.

I called Affordable Plumbing at 4 p.m. on a Friday afternoon - they were here within the hour!  My teenage kids had fully clogged their shower/tub drain, in fact my daughter had lodged a toothpaste cap in the drain!  Richard was able to get us up and running (and draining ;-) ) in no time.... he did have to crawl under the house (not a fun job) so I thought I was looking at a hefty tab - but felt price was extremely reasonable.  Very pleased with responsiveness, service and price!

I was having problems with water heater shutting off continuously.  After having several plumbing companies come out and do their fixes I continued to have problems.  I finally called Good Guys Plumbing and they sure have the proper name for their company.  Adam, the owner operator, was like a doctor  diagnosing an illness.  He thought things out methodically and gave me several options.  I of course had to make the decision but based on Adam's thoroughness in evaluating the issues I decided to buy a new water heater and based on Adam's experience with many brands of heaters I went with the one he suggested.  He and an employee  removed the old water heater and installed the new one and were meticulous in their work.  All I can conclude with is you can't go wrong with the Good Guys.

My water heater started leaking and I was afraid the wood platform it was sitting on would give way and I would have a disaster!
When my 10+ year plumber did not make time for me I followed a recommendation from a neighbor on Next door and called them.
Dominique was wonderful! She told me they were busy and gave me an appointment a few days later - I explained my concern for the water damaged wood that the tank was sitting on and she understood the urgency. She sent Jaime,  who diagnosed that I needed a water heater NOW!
within hours he came back with Mike and together they installed it.
I can't be more thankful and grateful to all of them for  for their outstanding service.
P'S there was a  discount coupon on their website for new water heater install, I did not use it, they were well worth what they charged.
I will recommend them to my friends but most of all I hope we give them enough business so they can continue to service the bay area! : )

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
