We recently had to upgrade the main valve to our house because it was too old and corroded to support new irrigation lines that we were putting in. Khoa responded to my request for a quote right away and showed up the next day to give me an estimate. Khoa was able to answer all my questions, and since his quote was competitive, I decided to give Team Contractors my business. The day of the job, one of the workers and Dan, the other partner, showed up to supervise the work. They were courteous and the work was done right on time. Dan even fixed a leak with a water filtration system that my husband attempted to install unsuccessfully (ha ha). In fairness to my husband, Dan pointed out that one of the adapters was incompatible with our quarter-turn valve.

Overall we were very pleased and will be using Team Contractors the next time we need a plumber!

Highly recommend! I can't say enough great things about this company. Great customer service, Francielle is always there to assist and help with any questions. Julio and Christopher, owners were hands on. When they arrived to begin my repipe they explained what they were doing, even added a new pipe outside. They all worked together like an orchestra, and everyone was so happy and friendly. This is more like a family. The job was done on time. They cleaned up. When the inspector came to inspect job for permit, it passed without issue and after all pro came and did the patching, which looked great, the same inspector came back and said it was a really nice job. I definitely would hire them again! This is a company you can trust and these days that's hard to find!

Although I'm fairly comfortable with the tech world, when it comes to the analog side of things - for example, household repair! - count me clueless. Plumbing problems easily fall into the clueless side of things. In the past we have tried a hodgepodge of solutions ranging from friend contacts to brand-name commercial plumbers with varying degrees of success and cost.

We needed to upgrade faucets for our front bedroom sink, as well as the showerhead. We had bought the new equipment on Amazon, but who to do the installation?  Yelp to the rescue: Plumbing Solutions looked promising.

We called, explained what we needed, and got a same day appointment. Shortly thereafter, they called to say a prior job had finished earlier than expected, and they could be there in 40 minutes if that was OK. Loved the responsiveness.

Mark and an associate showed up right on time. They quickly tackled both jobs and were done in under an hour! As a bonus, Mark looked at a crack in our master bedroom sink, said it was fixable, and recommended we seek out a refinisher.  He also mentioned that he liked Moen, the maker of our new additions, and that they offered a lifetime warranty on parts, so it would be good for us to register our purchase.

It's great to know there is a local, reliable plumber we can use for any future plumbing needs.

My first Yelp review and happy to have a nice experience to write about. I was half done with a toilet replace/install and ran into some unexpected trouble half way through.  I gave Lee Kratzer a call based on these Yelp reviews...he first gave me tips on the phone to help me complete the project on my own, but I asked him to come out anyway.  He was professional (wore booties in the house) and knowledgeable but equally as important he is a nice guy who does a great job at reasonable rates.  I have some other projects and will give him a call again.  Note:  he owns his business...I'll always go with someone for whom it's more than just a job.

Super unreliable,  and his price cost and arm and a leg. This company screwed shower head in a such a way that it's impossible to unscrew. I have to call another plumber. Do not waste your time

We had a major problem with our water softener tank, and Marcos Escobar, a Bellows Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical representative, came to our home in Santa Cruz County to help fix it.  Not only was he punctual, he was polite and very knowledgeable with our unit and our problem. He also called with a follow-up the following day with further information as promised. I highly recommend this professional company who is also organized with retuning telephone calls or emails.

Their price was a bit high @ $175, but the soft water was returned to service by this firm for the second time in 6 months. It appears my attempts to fix the conditioner did not work.

Looking back over the year I was thinking about who was this year's hero...And I've got to say, Brian Sanchez of Discount Plumbing was my hero.   In my very old house with very old plumbing and with a complicated problem Brian got it right.  Brian delivered the bad news as well as any social worker could.  Understanding, empathetic... The job involved days of dirty work. It wasn't an inexpensive fix by any means but the service was stellar.

I called several local plumbers and they all wanted to charge me a service call charge of $110-$150 just to come and look at my faucet replacement. Sullivan plumbing said they would swing by to check it out.  They made the fixes and adjustments during that initial visit and didn't charge me for a service call or an outrageous price for my 20 min. fix.  I highly recommend them and I will use them again.

Called Dave's Specialized Rooter & plumbing . For a leaking water heater, made and appointment he came same day to take care my old water heater . He was on time , he recommended for a new installation , I was happy to have my hot water back I will recommend  Dave's to all my friends and relatives he was clean and professional all the way to complete the work and going the extra mile to finish in the same day.

Marcos was great at taking care of our flooded bathroom.. he handled professionally and efficiently! Will definitely be calling him again with any problems!

Fernando was great. Showed up early. Polite, efficient, even quiet! They seem to run a tight ship at the front office as well.

Julio was remarkable! He replaced my water softener and in doing so showed a creativity and ingenuity to complete the job well. I purchased a smaller than previous unit and the shorter height caused a problem with the connectors. The longest (24) pipes were too short to reach the new unit. The picture shows how he solved the issue. I was able to save money and avoid the trouble of having to return the new unit for a larger one that I don't need.

I broke some piping during a messed up outdoor spigot replacement project late Monday morning. I texted a photo of the wreckage to Vlad about 11am. He was here by 12pm, and finished by 1:15, including a second spigot that was frozen in place. Fast, friendly, efficient.

This gentleman came to my house today(on behalf of my landlord) I was cleaning my shower and the water turn on handle came off in my hand... He fixed our issue and was out in about ten minutes. Thank APS

We had had Adam out three separate times now for three separate jobs. He has replaced our hot water heater under and the pipes leading to it when we had a broken pipe situation. He has replaced the valves under both master bathroom sinks, and finally Adam added an additional water shut off valve to make it easier for us to changed the water filleted for the house water filtration system. On all three jobs Adam was exceptional! His work was excellent, he is tidy, as other reviewers have mentioned he will explain as much or little as you want, he is very forthcoming and honest, his prices are very fair and on top of everything he is a super nice guy. We will call him again without hesitation!

Woke up on a Saturday morning to a toilet that won't flush, and a bunch of yuck backed up into the shower. Did I mention we only have one bathroom? Panic time. A&A had someone out here in less than an hour. Mike was friendly and awesome. He had to remove the toilet to snake everything out. He had us back in business in less than two hours. Now I can go pee. Life is good. Thank you A&A!

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
