hired Khoa to repipe the gas pipes due to their quick response & very reasonable quote. They did a very good job to make sure the everything is up to city code in one day. They also pointed out some layout issues of the old pipes & explained me why it's an issue & they fix it with my permission. I am very satisfied with their professional work. Highly recommended!

Prompt and courteous service to fix a pipe break on one of my outdoor lines..  Spoke to Lee who explained his rates clearly and he sent over Chuck to fix the problem.  After a rapid diagnosis Chuck isolated the line and fixed the problem.

Our kitchen drain was plugged,   We called on Sun they came on Mon am.   Fixed it and charged a reasonable few.  I highly recommend Wilmar Plumbing.

Had a good experience with Bellows when we had a sewer project in the Santa Cruz area. Called them for another project in the South Bay where we had sewer water overflowing in the front yard. Was able to get an appointment for inspection/evaluation in a matter of a couple of days. However, even before showing up for the in-person appointment, the Tech called ahead to clarify what we were experiencing and told me that it might be an issue covered by the city and I should consult them first before having a paid service call by Bellows -- as it was likely a lateral drain/sewer line blockage covered by the city. Sure enough, the city Sanitary District Dept came out to take a look and said it was in fact their job to clear the blockage close to the main. Thanks Bellows for the excellent customer service!

After looking around with many companies we finally settled with serv-all. They get the job done and the price is fair. Jason has also been friendly and patient with our questions. Overall good company so we recommend it.

Discount Plumbing installed my tankless hot water heater on the same day I called them. My old style hot water heater was irreparable and I decided it was a good time to upgrade. LB was great! He is knowledgeable, reliable, and friendly. Pricing was very good as well! Now that it's been a few months since installation I wonder how I managed so many years without a tankless heater! These guys are amazing and totally lived up to all the help reviews. Had an urgent plumbing issue, and as a working mom with twin toddlers at home very little bandwidth to deal. They were super responsive and easy to communicate with (spoke with the owner himself), and Eddie arrived promptly, fixed the problem, all the while explaining what he was doing and answering my pesky questions. Very professional, courteous, and extremely fair. I've had to deal with a number of other plumbers and these guys are just head and shoulders above. I only wish I found them sooner!!

Julio came out to my house to check out a water leak coming from my ceiling in the kitchen area. He was able to diagnose and repair the leak in the same day and set up my Sheetrock appointment for the next day. Julio was very polite, professional and worked quickly to take care of my issue. I am very happy with Just Plumbing. Compared to other experiences i have had with plumbers - this one was the best. Vlad responded very quickly and arrived to my house promptly. He diagnosed the problem and told me exactly how much it will cost to repair and even drove to Home Depot to buy the part without charging me extra for his extra time. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. Other plumbers in the past charged us by the hour and cost us a lot more. I will keep Just Plumbing on my favourites list and use Vlad in the future for sure !

I finally found a plumbing service I can believe in.  Affordable plumbing is honest, competent and reliable. Richard was able to solve a clogging problem by reworking poorly placed pipes and charged me less than other plumbers have charged just for snaking the lines. He also resolved several other plumbing issues at a fair price.

Adam is hands down the best man for the job. I've used him to repipe a few of my rental properties as well as basic drain service or simple plumbing side jobs.

Every tenant that has met him has called me immediately afterwards to express how professional and knowledgeable he was about the job.  He gets in, gets it done, all the while very polite and cleans up afterwards.

For the repipe projects, he pulls out the old rusty galvanized pipe rather than just leave it under the house for the next guy.  All copper is layed out, soldered, and strapped much better than the jobs of any of the previous plumbers I've hired in the past.

Cost wise, he is very reasonable and can get out to your site right away.  

He's done such a great job on the properties that I manage, that he is now my go-to man for my own home.  

Call him first, and you won't need anybody else.  Ever.

While I was visiting my parents in Sunnyvale, we called about their toilet that was flushing slow we were told we probably wouldn't get a visit until the next day, but that they'd try to come the day we called.  Dave showed up in 20 minutes of the call!  He was knowledgeable, courteous and patient with us all.  We tried a home remedy of CLR while we were waiting and Dave checked the toilet for buildup but didn't find much.  Between the Dave and us we seemed to make the problem better.  Time will tell, but I was very impressed by his customer service and timeliness to our call!

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
