Dan and Khoa came out today to replace my main value. They were on time and was very fast. I have talked to at least 4 other companies before I called Team Contractors. They gave me the best price and didn't try to BS me and was very honest from start to end. They even went above and beyond and cut out an ugly piece of an old pipe that has been sticking out of the ground for years.

I think the best part was I sent them a picture of what needed to be worked on and they were able to give me a quote through text message. The appointment was all set up through text and it was such an ease.

Highly recommend them.

Wow! George is one of the best Plumbers that I've had the pleasure to hire! He made quick work of replacing a corroded copper pipe in my garage, along with suggesting a better way to run my water recirculation device to save energy and $$. While he was at it, he also checked the salt level in my water softener and filled it for me. George provided me with an explanation of his work beforehand, his estimate and was very neat and tidy with his work. And to top it all off he is a polite and positive person who loves his work! In October 2014, the sewer pipe in our home was backed up. Home warranty contract vendor came out to clear the sewer pipe, and told us there's something wrong with your sewer pipe. Not the kind of news anyone wants to hear.

I contacted Plumbing Solutions to schedule a video inspection of the sewer pipe. Big Mike came out to the house, sent the camera down the pipe, and couldn't get the camera to go more than halfway through the pipe. Big Mike told us the only way to figure out what was wrong with the sewer pipe was to break up a section of the sidewalk and dig down to the pipe.

We gave the okay and Mike discovered a section of the sewer pipe was broken. It was the original sewer pipe built in 1952, along with the house itself. The elm tree in our front yard was planted directly above the sewer pipe, so no trenchless work was possible.

Mike and the guys at Plumbing Solutions took care of all the city permits to break up asphalt on the street, then dig a trench 6 feet down. Mike and his team replaced the sewer pipe, filled in the trench, and repaved the street--all in one day! And they got the city inspector to come out that same day to sign off on the work!

We spent $9,800 on a s---t pipe replacement (this includes the $600 we paid to have a 4' x 4' piece of sidewalk concrete re-done). Big Mike explained everything during the entire job, which was great because the Mister always has a lot of questions when it comes to home repair/construction.

This week, the bathtub was really slow to drain. You can imagine the cursing. Called Big Mike to come out for a video inspection; he checked things out and told us we only had a blockage in the pipe. No video inspection necessary, and he didn't charge us a penny for the visit. Mike did tell us to begin saving to replace the rest of our sewer pipe (from the front yard to the house), because that damn elm tree has top roots that penetrate the sewer pipe.

Honest company with honest employees and excellent work done quickly and at a fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Plumbing Solutions to anyone looking for a top-notch company.

Recently Lee and Dakota showed up, wearing virus masks, and took out our old tankless water heater and installed a new commercial one.  They had to work in fairly cramped quarters but never complained and did a very professional installation.  As a former engineer I am a fanatic on high quality parts and labor.  I watched closely as Dakota, the son, did some very intricate soldering and it was perfect.  When they were finished they cleaned up the area completely.  I highly recommend these gentlemen for your plumbing needs.

I had Bellows come out after I got two other companies replacement quotes for a supposedly non repairable furnace. They sent out Tom Magsam who was very knowledgeable on every aspect of my system! He explained to me the order of operational function of my equipment. He shut the unit of and started it back up only listening to the order of the system! He went to his truck and returned with a new inducer motor. Replace my system I don't think so! Bellows saved me a ton of money I didn't have to spare. Thanks to Tom and Bellows my family is now warm at night.

If you have a problem with your heating unit talk to bellows first!

Our bathroom sink was clogging up for a good 3 months. Andres and Frankie did a great job fixing it. They were courteous and friendly, wearing shoe covers. Andres also took the time to explain why green gobbler didn't work on our sink and what we can do in the future to troubleshoot. The whole process took less than 30 minutes.

I wanted to wait until our permit was approved before leaving a review and it happened today.

I met Bellows through the Costco Services program when I requested a quote to replace our 30+ year old furnace and to add a/c.  Carl came around about two weeks later and spent a good amount of time looking over our house and then explaining our options.  I felt he was very knowledgeable and trusted his suggestions.  Normally, I always get at least three quotes, but by the end of his presentation, I was comfortable enough to sign the agreement.  Due to their backlog, I was warned that our installation wouldn't happen for another six weeks, but we were okay with that.
 
About a week after the consultation, Russell, the project manager, came to our house to check out the logistics as we were moving the furnace from a closet to the attic.  He answered all of my husband's questions to the point that my husband also felt Bellows knew what they were talking about.
 
When the installation date arrived, a team of four worked three and a half days to complete the work.  Each day, they arrived promptly and left the house super clean at the end of the day.  Bellows arranged for another company to do the HERS test which is required for the permit and we passed with no issues.

Today, the city inspector came and Bellows sent a technician to answer any questions he may have and our permit was approved!

Bellows has been very responsive and supportive every step of the way and now that we've used both our new furnace and a/c without issues, we can vouch for their knowledge and skills.

I have already recommended Bellows to two friends and would not hesitate recommending them to you!

After looking around with many companies we finally settled with serv-all. They get the job done and the price is fair. Jason has also been friendly and patient with our questions. Overall good company so we recommend it.

Called Dave's Specialized Rooter & plumbing . For a leaking water heater, made and appointment he came same day to take care my old water heater . He was on time , he recommended for a new installation , I was happy to have my hot water back I will recommend  Dave's to all my friends and relatives he was clean and professional all the way to complete the work and going the extra mile to finish in the same day.

Effective, not to expensive. Had them redo my garbage disposal. Didn't know the first thing when it came to stuff like this. They did a great job. Took no more than two hours. Quick, clean, efficient

Responsive, fast, professional service, with nice people to boot. The storm water drains from our front deck (concrete over a garage) were both blocked and not draining at all, resulting in a 2 flood on the deck, and water running through the garage roof timbers and drywall. I messaged Oakland Rooter and a few others via Yelp. The guys here called me within literally one minute, and said they'd have someone here within the hour. Sure enough, within the hour a friendly plumber posted at the door. We looked over the drains and he then adeptly routed the drain snake a couple of ways down both of them, eventually getting down into the storm drain. Sure enough, up came a fat wad of tree roots, clearing the drains for now and diagnosing the real issue. We'll have to scope and replace the drain eventually, a job for which I'll be calling Oakland Rooter again.

Julio was remarkable! He replaced my water softener and in doing so showed a creativity and ingenuity to complete the job well. I purchased a smaller than previous unit and the shorter height caused a problem with the connectors. The longest (24) pipes were too short to reach the new unit. The picture shows how he solved the issue. I was able to save money and avoid the trouble of having to return the new unit for a larger one that I don't need.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Vladislav and Just Plumbing Handyman. Our kitchen faucet needed replacement. We didn't really want to do it right now, but it needed to be done. Vladislav was recommended to us and I gave him a call. He arrived in less than two hours, gave us a good price and did everything very quickly. He came well prepared wearing a mask, gloves, etc. for both our and his protection. Thank you so much for working in these difficult times. I highly recommend him.

called on sunday about a kitchen sink needing to be unclogged. Richard gave me a time to come on monday at 11:00am. Its now 12:00pm and i have not heard from him and i have left him 2 voice mails. No return calls back and had taken the day off from work to be here at home. And Nothing. Not Reliable at all and i even called him based on is reviews here.

Ok he called me back and explained to me his reason which was reasonable to me. Will change my review and will let everyone know how it went with his work.

We had an 8 year old Takagi tankless water heater go out on us (hard water buildup).  Good luck finding a company to service Takagi (the Takagi website is not current, most of the plumbers I called on that list either didn't even call me back or didn't service Takagi).  After reading Yelp review on Adam (and how he helped another Yelper with his Takagi water heater), I called Adam.  I had to leave 3 messages before he called me back (caught him at a busy time).  That being said, once he engaged, he did everything he said he would do when he said he would do it.  He showed up at the time he said (not a 2-4 hour window).  I haven't even met him in person and coordinated all of this with him via phone while on vacation.  He was honest and gave it to me straight.  He could have repaired it and saved me some $ but he gave me his opinion as to why he would recommend replacing and a soliton for the hard water problem (filter).  In the end, I took his recommendation.  I would recommend him highly and just suggest you be persistent if he doesn't call back.

Had an appointment from 2 to 3. The guy was a no show and when I called they said the tech was running an hour behind. I told him to come back around 4:30. He was a no-show. When I called to reschedule they didn't even have the courtesy to call me back.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
