My water heater broken and started leaking. I contact few contractors and asked for quotation. one was fully booked and cannot coming at the same day. One willing to do but don't want to do permit, even you pay him and he just don't want to do it.

He asked me sent the picture and gave me a quote. Fixed rate. I agreed. He showing up early and took me with him to Lowes to shop the materials we need for this project.

He is very nice and patient. answering any questions I have and explain why he want to this. like why some materials looks new but he don't want to re-use.

He finished the job at around 7pm and tell me this job required the permit. He told me I can go online to apply the permit, he is very confident everything is up to code.

I went online to apply the permit and schedule it. the inspector said he did a excellent  job and pass the inspection without any problem.

Are you kidding me? This company cant even answer their phone. How in the world can you trust them to show up at your house to work on your plumbing? Seriously. All these comments are paid employee's commenting on Yelp. Beware

George came out to fix a stoppage on Saturday night. He finished the work in a very professional manner. I also had him install a water filter which was done well. Overall, had a great experience and would hire him again.

I've had PS out twice, once to install a toilet and the other time to help us identify a leak. The first time, I called them around 7:30 AM. They answered the phone right away (amazing!). The rep was super nice and helpful. He arranged to have a plumber at my house at 8:30 AM. The Plumber (Ed) showed up right on time, installed my toilet and was done by 9:30 AM. Wow! I had the same experience the 2nd time I called regarding the leak. Plumber came out right on time. He was professional, competent and really nice. Very impressive service. Unfortunately, you don't see this very often here in the Bay Area. I would highly recommend Plumbing Solutions. They're responsive, nice, competent, and provide exceptional service.

Holy smokes!  I had no idea that hiring a plumber could be this easy, straightforward and inexpensive.

Lee diagnosed the problem promptly, went out of his way to find the easiest way to resolve it, and charged us for only one hour of his time. And all on a Sunday afternoon, no less.  I couldn't be more thrilled.

Thank you Lee.  You made what could have been a real downer of a weekend into something else entirely.

So, summary:  if you need a plumber, call Kratzer Plumbing. He'll get it done.

I just edited my review of Bellows. Yes, their install of my new faucet and garbage disposal was more expensive than anticipated, but the work was done with excellent quality and in timely fashion. I decided to give them 5 stars instead of 4 because since then I have had dealings with various contractors who were very expensive and gave poor results. Will use Bellows again.

Wilmar and Joseph did a great job.  The job entailed more  than just a faucet change.  The house is old and had rusted pipes.  They did a great job of taking care of all the problems.  Wilmar is very  easy and pleasant  to work with. His knowledge of what needed to be done gave me confidence in his work. His pricing is reasonable and I will be using him again.   I would highly recommend  him!

We had a new AC system installed in June last year. For some reason, it was interrupting our furnace system and shutting down the power. After several visits over six months, Jeff was finally able to fix it. Turns out, our furnace filter was restricting air flow and causing the problem.  We really appreciate the time and effort it took to diagnose and remedy the problem. Thank you everyone who helped, from the lovely people in dispatch being patient with me and the team that came to help us out! We highly recommend Bellows for any and all of your projects! Wonderful people to work with!

I have used this company for 40 yrs. and have never been disappointed.  I left for the holidays and arriving home, found that my water softener was continually running.   I called and within 30 min. Jason was out and repaired it.   Also,  advised me that I really needed a new one as this one was over 20 yrs. old and out of date.  I did order a new one.  He arrived on time,  installed it and cleaned up on the scheduled date.   He was very professional and answered all questions.   I definitely reccommend this company.

Is there less than one star? I waited for 6 (+) Hours and they still did not show up.  I was scheduled for 11-1, they requested to be bumped to 2-4, it is 5:15 and no one is here. When requesting my appointment I specifically ask for Saturday availability and I was assured they could accommodate. (Even the hold music said they can be anywhere within an hour.) I cannot be home during the week. Around 4 PM they told me that the plumber was held up, I talk to the plumber  where he then said that the supply stores were now closed.  He indicated that at 11 he may have been able to help me but now that it's 4, no matter how they looked at it they would have to come back. Again the hold music (which I've experienced quite a bit of) indicates that they can save time by not needing to do supply runs.

The only bright spot of this entire encounter was a friendly receptionist named Minerva. I actually feel quite bad for her because no managers are allegedly available on the weekends,  so, even though they could take seven hours of my day a manager could not be bothered to get on the phone for 15 minutes.

Truly appalling service.  So bad in fact,  I went to another plumber.

Brian came out today to replace a broken gate valve on our main line.  He replaced it with a new ball valve which should not break as easily as the previous gate valve.  He was on time, quick, and very nice.  Price was reasonable too.

I definitely recommend Dave's. I called on a Saturday and they answered right away, and were able to quickly come and give an estimate. Reasonable prices! Very happy

This review is for Jacob. He was early, respectful , covid ready (which is important to my family and I) and super knowledgeable. I was shopping around for a company that can help with several issues I was having at home and am so happy I found preferred plumbing and drain! Thanks so much for taking such caution and care of my situation. Will definitely be using this company again in the future!

Busted a pipe in my front yard. They came out very quickly to turn off the water, access the issue, and fix it all within a couple hours

I would give these guys 6 stars if I could.  We had an issue with a drain blockage as a result of some remodeling work in our Eichler.  Eichler's are notoriously tricky for plumbing issues given that they are built on a slab.  When our remodeling contractors couldn't fix the problem, we called another plumbing company who couldn't either.  They told us we needed to find someone who would hydrojet the line to fix the problem.  James from Golden State Plumber came out promptly and came up with a creative solution to fix the problem.  He spent several hours over multiple visits diagnosing and fixing the blockage.  We could not be more impressed with his level of customer focus.  He and his brother are the real deal.   Highly recommend.

Vlad is fantastic.  His response time, initial assessment, and skill set is fantastic.  Additionally the price was very fair. I had two issues that I had been going back and forth to the hardware store for ~3 weeks and after finally deciding this was way past my humble skill set, I dropped vlad a line and he was able to sort it out in ~1hr time. Wish i would have called him earlier because it would have saved me tons of time, money, and moderate frustration.

Richard heard the phrase 'bathtub drain clogging'. gave us a $135 quote on the phone (and a discount on top of it), came and fixed it in a jiffy, gave us a 90 day warranty. Hassle-free.

I think I've written one other review besides this one, but these guys deserve much kudos as they are absolutely awesome! We worked with Adam, and he was super down to earth, flexible, accommodating and helpful! We will definitely use this company, and ask for Adam when possible, for all of our plumbing needs in the future!

I called because my toilet was stopped up.  It was 9 at night and my boyfriend called out to me in a panic that the toilet was overflowing nasty water all over the floor.  He was plunging away to no avail!  More poo water was flowing onto my clean tiles!

I went to yelp and looked up emergency plumber and this guy came up.  He advised me to turn off the water to the toilet and then he just talked my bf through the crisis on how to plunge the toilet correctly.  After about 5 minutes of correct plunging, the toilet unclogged!

I didn't get the dude's name, but boy am I thankful! It would have cost extra on top of the regular fee as it was after hours which I was totally willing to pay if I needed to, but he saved me the bucks and my toilet now flushes!

I do need a toilet replacement soon.. I think I know who I'm going to call.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
