Hired Team Contractors to install water softener. Khoa is very responsive and. Ice to work with. I am glad that I find them on Yelp. The first time they came and pointed out that my house is not suitable for salt type water softener, and recommend me to get a filter type, because my main water supply is not in the garage, plus salt water type waste a lot of water. I got another one and they charged me with fair price for installation. Khoa and his colleague are polite, knowledgeable and nice. I Highly recommend them and will for sure use them in the future.

Just can't say enough about All Pro Re-Pipes.  Professional, experience and can get the job done in one day.   Talk about man power, a crew of seven showed up in the morning, on time and was able to re-pipe a 3-unit property in one day including replacing 100 gallon water heater.  I was really impressed, the tenants had water by end of the day.   After it passed inspection, they were able to patch the wall in one day.  They took care of all the permit and inspection.  

The pricing was very competitive.  I was able to get an estimate on the same day.  You can go with PEX which is cheaper or copper.  I went with PEX and was impressed with the quality of work.  They do things the right way.  

It can be nerve racking trying to find a good contractor.  After talking to All Pro Re-Pipes, I felt calm and knew they were the one.  They were able  answer all my questions and explain the whole process.

Wow! George is one of the best Plumbers that I've had the pleasure to hire! He made quick work of replacing a corroded copper pipe in my garage, along with suggesting a better way to run my water recirculation device to save energy and $$. While he was at it, he also checked the salt level in my water softener and filled it for me. George provided me with an explanation of his work beforehand, his estimate and was very neat and tidy with his work. And to top it all off he is a polite and positive person who loves his work! I highly recommend George's Plumbing Service.

Called Plumbing Solutions to fix a link in my kitchen sink.  He came & tighten the garbage disposal.  Took 15 minutes to do & the best news was that he didn't even charge me!!!  What a nice guy!!!!  

Needless to say - Plumbing Solution just got a new customer!  I got 3 properties & I always need a GOOD plumber.

This is my second review for Kratzer Plumbing, the first being last year. Both reviews are 5-stars. It's a pleasure to find such skilled and honest people to repair my plumbing, and let me know how to best maintain it. In this case, it was fixing faucets and faucet handles that were poorly installed by the builders, and are now breaking because the 10-year warranty is up, of course. The Kratzers had suggested that I contact the manufacturer for many of the issues, because they would either send a free repair kit or replacement faucet assemblies. Who knew? That alone saved me a bucket of money. Just like last time, the quality of the work, the customer service, and the costs, were excellent. I've owned homes for 30 years and have never had such great plumbers.

John Costales was excellent.  Obviously a professional who knew what he was doing.  Came the next day after I called and serviced our ancient furnace.  We decided to buy a complete new system and John gave us advice as to which was a system to match our needs.  Could not have better service.

Our bathroom sink was clogging up for a good 3 months. Andres and Frankie did a great job fixing it. They were courteous and friendly, wearing shoe covers. Andres also took the time to explain why green gobbler didn't work on our sink and what we can do in the future to troubleshoot. The whole process took less than 30 minutes.

Michael fixed our AC problem! Finally called Bellows after the guy who installed for us could not get things fully working on our mini split. Michael worked quickly and got it figured out. Thank you!

I had a new water softener installed, my old softener was not a Serv-All product. However, after Jason came out and spoke to me about a water softener unit there was no question in my mind about having Serv-All install my new unit. Jason answered all of my questions thoroughly and honestly and made me feel very confident about using Serv-All. They were prompt in making an appointment for the new installation. The installer showed up on time, did a great job on the install, and was very clean, no mess. They removed the old softener,  and again, answered any questions I had about the new unit and how it works and the programming along with being very courteous and very nice.
I will recommend Serv-All and their product, as I was very pleased from the beginning to the end of the process. Great company and people to work with besides having a great product.

We had an excellent experience with San Francisco Plumbing.  Our matter was urgent and a plumber was sent the day we called--on a Sunday no less. Our plumber was polite and professional. He had to pull out our dishwasher and he left no marks or dirt on the floor. We will definitely use the service again.

Brian and his father are an amazing team! They installed a water heater the same day that I called! They are fast, efficient and they get the job done! I will def be back for other services in the future!

Great service from Jose and Fernando!  Jose came out to diagnose a plumbing leak, showed us the source of the issue and the damage that had been done by the leak.  He quickly followed up with a quote to repair the issue, and we scheduled a return visit.  Jose and Fernando came back, on time, and were communicative throughout the process.  They both did excellent work, and were careful and conscientious, leaving the space clean when they were done.  Oakland Rooter and Plumbing will now be our first call when we need plumbing work done.  Highly recommended!

Julio came out to my house to check out a water leak coming from my ceiling in the kitchen area. He was able to diagnose and repair the leak in the same day and set up my Sheetrock appointment for the next day. Julio was very polite, professional and worked quickly to take care of my issue. It was a messy job, but he cleaned up very well. Highly recommend Golden State!

Vlad made quick work of an old garbage disposal that needed to be changed out.  Very impressed with how fast he responded to my inquiry, and after his posted business hours, so I really appreciate that.  Would highly recommend this professional for your plumbing needs!  Thank you!

I have called Richard two times now and he is extremely sincere and honest. When I called him this Sunday about a problem under the kitchen sink, he promised to come at 7pm after his busy day on Monday. He did arrive right on time and took care of the issue. Very dependable and a true professional who cares for his customers. I recommend him highly.

Adam is very knowledgeable on Takagi tankless water heater. We had a problem to produce hot water.  Adam diagnosed the tank and figured out that it was not tank problem.  Finally he found that it was shower valve which was installed opposite way.  Adam re-installed valve and now it works.  Adam is polite, on time, and skilled. He is very busy, but it worth to wait for him. He charges the reasonable price.

I called because my toilet was stopped up.  It was 9 at night and my boyfriend called out to me in a panic that the toilet was overflowing nasty water all over the floor.  He was plunging away to no avail!  More poo water was flowing onto my clean tiles!

I went to yelp and looked up emergency plumber and this guy came up.  He advised me to turn off the water to the toilet and then he just talked my bf through the crisis on how to plunge the toilet correctly.  After about 5 minutes of correct plunging, the toilet unclogged!

I didn't get the dude's name, but boy am I thankful! It would have cost extra on top of the regular fee as it was after hours which I was totally willing to pay if I needed to, but he saved me the bucks and my toilet now flushes!

I do need a toilet replacement soon.. I think I know who I'm going to call.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
