They were fantastic! My garbage disposal broke and was leaking water everywhere.
I sent them a message via yelp and the owner responded in about 15 minutes.
Luckily they had an appointment the following day and I took it.
I believe the techs name was Mike, he was super nice and easy to talk to. He looked at the problem and said  that my disposal was at the end of its life, 10+ years old. Mike installed a new garbage disposal in about 30 minutes. Runs like a charm and is super quiet than my old one.
You guys are amazing and will be using you in the future and definitely referring your business.

I panicked when I saw my water heater spouting water everywhere!  A friend recommended Kratzer. I called and they came within the hour.  I was expecting to replace the whole water heater, but it was just a small pipe that needed to be replaced. Lee was fast and professional, and also talked me through the different options I'll need to consider when the time does come to replace the water heater.  I'll definitely be calling them for all my plumbing jobs.

We have searched many HVAC business and what we wanted, including the big box stores.  Out of several requests for bids, Bellows responded quickly to our requested time, the others were too busy to give us a bid, but one. The other bid was to say the least outrageous. Add for this add for that.
Carl came out and measured showed us his recommendations, and all inclusive installed bid, which was over half of the prior bid.
We signed on the spot.
Scheduling was a breeze, they actually came earlier to start, and finished under time.
The crew that came out, Michael, Nick, Steven, Sal were tops, they all introduced themselves, were open and communicative, and explained the process, neat and tidy, drops clothes, vacuumed every night.
This crew actually used a level and square when installing new registers.  No eye balling!
I would recommend Bellows for all needs in the house, call them first and avoid the anguish.

This is my second time working with Discount Plumbing, and they'll be my first call when I need a plumber again.  At 8am this morning I started calling plumbers for an urgent problem.  The scheduling/logistics team had LB headed to my place within an hour of my call. LB arrived, we did a quick walk-through and he listened when I described the issue.  He did a great job identifying and solving the immediate issue, and explained to me the conditions which created it.  He provided estimates for the larger issue, but I didn't feel pressured to make a big purchase today.  Painless, affordable, and I'm now well informed.

Brian and his father are an amazing team! They installed a water heater the same day that I called! They are fast, efficient and they get the job done! I will def be back for other services in the future!

Our kitchen sink was clogged, I didn't want to cause any further damage so I contacted Dave's Plumbing Services. They arrived and within minutes they were able to fix the issue and even replaced my kitchen sink pipes. I appreciated them taking the time to walk me through the process and answering any questions we had. They definitely appreciate their clients and discounted me 10% for being a first time client which was a nice bonus, I was very happy with the results and will definitely contact them in the future!

I had a clogged drain pipe earlier this week and needed someone who could come as soon as possible. I requested a quote from multiple plumbers on Yelp with the best reviews.  Preferred Plumbing & Drain was the first one responded which was way faster than what they said (20 minutes) on Yelp. Then I called them and a nice lady picked up the phone quickly and told me their technician can come today while that time was already later in the afternoon. She told me that their dispatcher will call me and give me an ETA in 10 minutes and the dispatcher did! Brian the technician came shortly.  He found the issue and solved the problem. More than that is he tried very hard to make it very clean even though he had to use a big motorized snake.

In the same week, I had another water leakage issue with a water pipe which also needs immediate help. Of course, I called Preferred Plumbing & Drain and they sent Brian to help quickly. The leakage is under the kitchen sink where there are a lot of water pipes go to water supplies and faucet outlets. Brian was able to find the leaking quickly and replaced it with a new pipe.

Thank Preferred Plumbing & Drain, and Brian for helping me twice in one week and in a very responsive and professional way! Highly recommend them to anyone who needs some plumbing or drain service.

What a stroke of luck to find a reliable and competent plumber!  I've hired Oakland Rooter since they started in business.  Firstly, they are a hometown plumbing company.  That's important to me as a property manager, because fast and competent service means a lot to us.  Secondly, they do just about everything.  I've had new sewer line connections, water lines, and they even installed gas appliances and a high-efficiency hot water heater.  Most recent job: Floor drain installed for a workshop.  The finish work was great.  Prices are always more than fair, and the work crew is professional and clean.  What more can you ask for in a plumber?  That is why we keep Oakland Rooter on our speed dial.

I would give these guys 6 stars if I could.  We had an issue with a drain blockage as a result of some remodeling work in our Eichler.  Eichler's are notoriously tricky for plumbing issues given that they are built on a slab.  When our remodeling contractors couldn't fix the problem, we called another plumbing company who couldn't either.  They told us we needed to find someone who would hydrojet the line to fix the problem.  James from Golden State Plumber came out promptly and came up with a creative solution to fix the problem.  He spent several hours over multiple visits diagnosing and fixing the blockage.  We could not be more impressed with his level of customer focus.  He and his brother are the real deal.   Highly recommend.

Groundhog Day. I swear I just had a similar issue a few years ago. I walk into the garage and I'm greeted with a pinhole leak in my 5/8 copper hot water pipe that's attached to my recirculation pump. Arrg!! There goes my morning run on a weekday. I turn off the water. Seems like I just did this...

I made phone calls to all my past plumbers. All three--no one is available. Dang it!  I call Just Plumbing Handyman and Vlad answers the phone, says he can be here in 30 min - he's here in 15!

He examines the problem and gives me a quote of $250, I say it's too much, but he explains what he's going to do. After authorization, he removed the bad piece, showed me the problem and replaced it with a double-wall thickness. Hopefully it'll last longer than the previous pipe, type M, which was thinner than the new one - type L.

Vlad's prices are not low, but he is fast, and provides quality work. I'd hire him to do the same work again.

So, I look at my previous review on this topic. It's only been three years since Barnett Pluming took care of this. Last time it was a pipe above the recirculation pump. This time it's below. Dang it.  If you have a similar leak, make sure the plumber uses type L tubing as the wall thickness is greater, and will hold up better to the water scrubbing wear to the pipe.

I'm going to practice soldering, so I can do this next time!!! I have all the tools. Lol.  No offense Vlad.

I had a seemingly simple bathtub faucet leak but recalled in years past, this job was a little more difficult than I was comfortable doing given my skill-set.  If I made a mistake, I would be without water throughout the house for an unknown period.  After reading Yelp reviews, making a few phone calls, and trying to get someone to call back (this leak was not critical, just persistent and I wanted to get it fixed while my time permitted), Richard  called back and discussed my problem. He had me text a photo of the hardware to him, identified the hardware manufacturer and verified he had the necessary parts.   We scheduled an appointment for that evening. He called a couple hours prior to the scheduled appointment saying he could come earlier -- which was fine with me.   20 minutes later he was at my house and completed the job satisfactory within 90 minutes.  While working, he explained what he was doing and if his fix didn't stop the leak he discussed other potential (more complex and costly) solutions.  In the end, he stopped the leak and it has been fine since.   Cost for the time and parts seemed reasonable.  I was happy to have the job done.

We had an 8 year old Takagi tankless water heater go out on us (hard water buildup).  Good luck finding a company to service Takagi (the Takagi website is not current, most of the plumbers I called on that list either didn't even call me back or didn't service Takagi).  After reading Yelp review on Adam (and how he helped another Yelper with his Takagi water heater), I called Adam.  I had to leave 3 messages before he called me back (caught him at a busy time).  That being said, once he engaged, he did everything he said he would do when he said he would do it.  He showed up at the time he said (not a 2-4 hour window).  I haven't even met him in person and coordinated all of this with him via phone while on vacation.  He was honest and gave it to me straight.  He could have repaired it and saved me some $ but he gave me his opinion as to why he would recommend replacing and a soliton for the hard water problem (filter).  In the end, I took his recommendation.  I would recommend him highly and just suggest you be persistent if he doesn't call back.

I still have steel piping in my house, 20 year-old faucets and a 10 year-old Carrier furnace.  The shower water was slow, the furnace had the musty smell when it was on and I finally threw in the towel and called a plumber rather than try to play home handyman.
A&A answered the call the first time, made an appointment, was at my house in Redwood City five minutes early.  While fixing the shower faucet, he took a picture of the hot water faucet cartridge (because the old gasket was getting decrepit) and promised to try to find me a new one before the thing blew completely. Mike, the owner, had the rust out of the hot water faucets throughout the house in five minutes, had flushed our lines in 10 and had the furnace inspected in 20.  Within 30 minutes, he gave me an estimate (no pressure) for re-piping the house to copper, and looked at a drainage issue I have in the back yard, making a suggestion as to how to rectify the problem--- myself if I wanted to try.  All the while, my dog followed him around.
Quick responsiveness, polite demeanor around my family, knowledgeable about drainage, pressure piping, fixtures, and furnaces and a reasonable price for his time and effort. What more could any reasonable person ask?  I give this business a Five - star.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
