Julio and his team did a great job in repiping my house. They were on time and very efficient.  The whole team looks very experienced and they are very polite. Our project was done in one day. And they came back to patch up the openings after city inspection on next day.
After a few months, we found an opening under our garage sink that was left unpatched. I contacted Julio without expecting to get his reply. But he did! He sent his guy back to patch the hole. I appreciate that they care their customers. And the best of all, the price is unbeatable. Highly recommend.

George is amazing! I was quoted an exorbitant fee by another plumbing company. Thank goodness I found George.  He explained the problems and quoted me a reasonable price. He came on a Saturday and did quick an thorough work. I highly recommend George for any plumbing issues you might have.

We had Bellows retrofit a forced air furnace into a 50-yr old home with a wall heater. They did a great job. Kevin and his crew came out for 3 days and cleaned up after themselves throughout the day as well as at each day's end. I expected a big mess but was pleasantly surprised. The new system works great, no funny noises or problems. No extra charges and the quote was lower than a competitor by about 10%. The workers are polite and seem to be very skillful at their trade.

I highly recommend Wilmar Plumbing!  We had a dishwasher that wasn't draining properly b/c the hose was connecting to the garbage disposal.  Wilmar and his colleague Andres, fixed the hose and put in an air gap so that the water would now properly flow and not backup in the dishwasher.  Wilmar and and Andres are courteous, kind, smart, and do a good job of prep and clean-up.   Responsive and trustworthy. Building a family business so Wilmar takes his work seriously and cares deeply about doing a high quality job!  Thank you!!!

I ordered 3 mini splits for our home and were suppose to be basiclly plug and go.
After spending several hours with the manufactures service technicians and absolutemy unknowledgeabl, i decided to call Bellows.
They sent me Two technicians and were able to find the problem.
Mike and Jeff were very professional and got the job done in a highly efficiant time.
And as for thier cost, i can tell you they are very reasonable in thier fees.
They will be my go to ser ice company if ever needed! That said i would higly recommend you call for your needs.

I have used this company for 40 yrs. and have never been disappointed.  I left for the holidays and arriving home, found that my water softener was continually running.   I called and within 30 min. Jason was out and repaired it.   Also,  advised me that I really needed a new one as this one was over 20 yrs. old and out of date.  I did order a new one.  He arrived on time,  installed it and cleaned up on the scheduled date.   He was very professional and answered all questions.   I definitely reccommend this company.

WOW... for the amazing experience today. This is exactly what great service should be. They were highly recommended by appliance techs as being super competent and fair. So I decided to give them a try for a very tricky plumbing issue.
From the first contact, Barbara at the main office handled my call and query with patience and professionalism. Then Sean, the business owner, went out of his way to pre-screen our problem via phone and email before coming out. He was eager to provide free honest and expert advice which was appreciated. Therefore I proceeded with scheduling and sure enough, they showed up right on time, deploying extra care and patience evaluating and handling the issue. The scary plumbing problem was fixed in no time to much of my relief and the fee was even super fair and to the point. This company is a true delight to work with and I will not hesitate to call upon them in the future.

I called several local plumbers and they all wanted to charge me a service call charge of $110-$150 just to come and look at my faucet replacement. Sullivan plumbing said they would swing by to check it out.  They made the fixes and adjustments during that initial visit and didn't charge me for a service call or an outrageous price for my 20 min. fix.  I highly recommend them and I will use them again.

I called because of a plumbing concern.  Paul was put on the line and I explained my situation.  He is knowledgeable and with an explanation of his reasoning, assured me that the situation sounded like it wasn't an issue.  I felt like he was right but wanted the peace of mind of an inspection.  Michael Rivera Tech17 arrived on the same day.  He is personable, respectful of my property and explained all he was doing.  It wasn't a pleasant task because he had to crawl under the house in a small crawl space.  He showed me pictures of everything and made some recommendations for future work.  Everything was okay as Paul already knew.  It was worth the money for me to feel comfortable that there were no leaks.  I will always call Preferred Plumbing for any issues.  Their customer service is excellent!

Sergio came at 9am on a Sunday after I contacted him late the night before.  Because it turned out to be only a pilot light re-light with no repair required, he charged me less than the quoted amount.  However, he had come prepared with a new thermocouple if that repair was required.  Courteous, prompt and personable, I highly recommend him.

Julio was remarkable! He replaced my water softener and in doing so showed a creativity and ingenuity to complete the job well. I purchased a smaller than previous unit and the shorter height caused a problem with the connectors. The longest (24) pipes were too short to reach the new unit. The picture shows how he solved the issue. I was able to save money and avoid the trouble of having to return the new unit for a larger one that I don't need.

Meticulous, polite, effective and priced right.  Perfect .  Came in with mask, in time and fixed everything that was requested with professionalism

Richard is very professional.  I had contracted with him to fix my leaking drain underneath my vanity sink, and unclog my clean-out which my laundry drain and kitchen sink drain shared.

He easily returned my calls, showed up when he promised,  called and confirmed our appointment on the day of.  He is very knowledgeable and his rates are affordable and competitive.

I bought a house with old galvanized iron pipes and leaks in many of the drain pipes (found in the home inspection). I had a few companies coming over and giving me quotes for copper re-piping and fixing all the issues in the report. Some seemed unprofessional, some tried to intimidate me about awful things in the crawlspace. And then, Adam came. He assured he could do everything and gave me a very competitive quote. I read the reviews on Yelp and decided to hire him. He went to the City hall and brought the permits. He has completed the work in a timely manner, and he did an excellent work and up to code - so said the City inspector! All the old pipes and dirt were cleaned up and my garage was left clean.

Adam is not only a professional plumber, but also a very reliable and honest person, he is always available and responsive.

I would certainly recommend Good Guys plumbing company for such big projects.

Dave and Will just left after completing the two minor repairs that I had to be done.   One was replacing a shower arm (the pipe above the shower head) with a new threaded arm, the other was just taking care of a slow drain sink.   Mike (the owner) gave me a verbal NTE (not to exceed) on the phone of $200.00....   These guys were awesome.   Job came in at $159.00.   Will was apprenticing, he seemed very personable and eager to learn.  Dave was awesome.  Knowledgable and friendly.   He took time to inform me of best practices to save a call and save me money.   He showed me how to clear hair out of the drain.   Told me the thin (Scott) tissue we use will save us a main back up (much better for the plumbing).   He also advised they charge extra for Draino on the job.... Seriously- due to corrosive nature of it on their tools, and hands.... When I initiated the call the week prior I was advised they were booked through the end of the week.   They are a 3 truck operation but worth the wait if you have a non-urgent matter.   Office is family run.  Great way to support local tradesmen!

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
