We recently had to upgrade the main valve to our house because it was too old and corroded to support new irrigation lines that we were putting in. Khoa responded to my request for a quote right away and showed up the next day to give me an estimate. Khoa was able to answer all my questions, and since his quote was competitive, I decided to give Team Contractors my business. The day of the job, one of the workers and Dan, the other partner, showed up to supervise the work. They were courteous and the work was done right on time. Dan even fixed a leak with a water filtration system that my husband attempted to install unsuccessfully (ha ha). In fairness to my husband, Dan pointed out that one of the adapters was incompatible with our quarter-turn valve.

Overall we were very pleased and will be using Team Contractors the next time we need a plumber!

Early this year we had a significant leak issue on our property and we were desperately trying to find someone to help us fix it.
It's an older home with a good sized crawl space but a few plumbers that we spoke to before refused to even bother figure out where the leak is.. We ended up in a weekend, making us wonder what to do next. Luckily, found All Pro on yelp and gave it a shot!! We are so glad we did, Julio came by to check on it on saturday!  figured where the problem could be, told us what he was going to try and bingo, there was no leak after that fix. Now, he had to cut off supply to a cottage at the back since the buried line had deteriorated.  He gave us a reasonable quote to come by and repipe it. He took his sunday break along with one of his buddies and had everything back on by the end of the day next day. We were amazed by his professionalism, his honesty and sincerity.

We knew that our rather long supply to main house also was going to show a leak again... and seeing Julio's work, we decided to pre-empt that issue. Julio and his team worked again with the same amount of commitment and had us up and running on new supply pipe by end of day! Inspection was done and then they came back and closed refilled the dirt. We have a property with trees and it's not an easy job. This team did a great job with copper repiping!

Wow! George is one of the best Plumbers that I've had the pleasure to hire! He made quick work of replacing a corroded copper pipe in my garage, along with suggesting a better way to run my water recirculation device to save energy and $$. While he was at it, he also checked the salt level in my water softener and filled it for me. George provided me with an explanation of his work beforehand, his estimate and was very neat and tidy with his work. And to top it all off he is a polite and positive person who loves his work! All I can say is wow.  These guys are the best.  They have helped me out with two separate plumbing emergencies.  In 2019 my hot water heater exploded and they came out to replace it.   Both of the plumbers that came were very knowledgeable.  They explained my options, what the costs were, and what the trade offs were.  Last week a pipe in my foundation sprung a leak and also soaked through my neighbors foundation.  A team of four plumbers, including the two who came in 2019 came and rerouted my plumbing.  The pipes in the concrete foundation are no longer used so they won't cause another difficult leak.  Everyone from the plumbing team to the receptionist to the night emergency contact are wonderful to work with.  Best customer service ever.

We have used Kratzer Plumbing for repairs and new installations over the past decade or more, and they have alway delivered 5-star work.

Just yesterday the Katzer team repaired a leak in our 20+ year old radiant heating plumbing -- not a common repair. The leak sprung from a copper pipe welded to a flange that screwed onto a small pump. Thanks to their handy repair (see photo below), we now have heat in our family room and kitchen.

Happily, Lee Kratzer is joined by his son, Dakota, on most calls -- and Dakota is a chip off the old block. He has emerged as an outstanding plumber, and like his Dad, his repair work is done both skillfully and beautifully. We had a Sewer back up disaster and Mike Murrow came by at the end of the day and was great, he worked with us and actually showed us what was going on with the camera.  He gave us an estimate upfront and was honest about what needs to be done long term to fix our sewer back up.  
He advised us on what we can do to save money for the big repairs needed and yes he fixed the problem at 6PM

Super unreliable,  and his price cost and arm and a leg. This company screwed shower head in a such a way that it's impossible to unscrew. I have to call another plumber. Do not waste your time

I contacted Bellows Soquel to replace my aging Lennox Pulse and Lennox air conditioner, as well as the ducting in my crawlspace and attic. Everyone from Carl the initial salesman to Russel the project manager to the office staff was friendly, professional and willing to answer the many questions I had. Mikey, the install manager was an outstanding leader of his crew, including Brian, Jamie, Alvie and Rudy.  All of them were efficient and hard working professionals.  My new Lennox system is up and running.  I'm amazed at how they were able to tackle a complicated job and perform at such a high level.  They left my garage and home looking like they'd never been here. Everything is carefully and precisely installed. They arrived and within minutes they were able to fix the issue and even replaced my kitchen sink pipes. I would give these guys 6 stars if I could.  We had an issue with a drain blockage as a result of some remodeling work in our Eichler.  Eichler's are notoriously tricky for plumbing issues given that they are built on a slab.  When our remodeling contractors couldn't fix the problem, we called another plumbing company who couldn't either.  They told us we needed to find someone who would hydrojet the line to fix the problem.  James from Golden State Plumber came out promptly and came up with a creative solution to fix the problem.  He spent several hours over multiple visits diagnosing and fixing the blockage.  We could not be more impressed with his level of customer focus.  He and his brother are the real deal.   Highly recommend.

Vlad came out late in the Corona-virus lock-down and fixed a broken drain pipe that ran from inside my kitchen wall and into the crawlspace beneath my kitchen. He was prompt, professional, and adept at diagnosing my problem and fixing it.

For the record, I had some other estimates before Vlad came out. I'm going to state why I went with Vlad because it might help others make a similar decision. The two other crews who came out before Vlad were not plumbers, but were technicians who were really sales-driven, minimally-engaged employees of a plumber who didn't bother to come out themselves. Neither of the technicians who came out seemed interested in the leak as a problem to solve. Vlad did. While he is a plumbing handyman, he was familiar with the plumbing in the houses in my development, and he had a very good idea of what he was going to encounter when he opened up the wall. Which he fixed very nicely. The previous technicians did not want to get on the ground to look at the problem, and did not care about any relevant details that I had taken note of. They only wanted to charge me nearly a $1000, with no guarantee it would not go up, and with no real knowledge of what they would encounter under my house.

Vlad, on the other hand, got dirty looking at my plumbing, quickly identified the nature of the leak (Crack on the 45 degree pipe in my wall) gave me a maximum price, and told me he would take the personal risk and do the work if things turned out to be a worse case scenario.

In the end, he convinced me that he was an ethical, credible person and he fixed my complex leak nicely and at a hundred dollars less than the other technicians had offered to do it for.

I'll hire him again if I have further plumbing problems.

We had a leaky shower/tub so we called Affordable Plumbing Solutions. Richard immediately identified the problem and he had the cartridge to fix the leak. The price was reasonable and he also gave a first-time customer discount. Fast, friendly and quality service.

We were having issues with our Takagi Tankless Water Heater. Adam was extremely knowledgeable about Takagi on the phone so we hired him. He did a great job getting the repair done at a very reasonable price.

While he was at my house I asked him to do a few random plumbing fixes we've had for a while and he handled everything with ease.

He's my new go-to plumber.

I had a simple blocked sewer line.  Mike answered the phone last night after business hours and offered to send someone out early this morning.  I gave Mike directions (my house is tricky to find) and he didn't pass those on to the service technician who called saying he couldn't find the house.  That aside, the technician was polite and friendly and did his work efficiently and also informed me to check the site for a service coupon.  Because this was a relatively simple job, I'm not ready to give out 5 stars, but certainly today's service was a positive experience.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
