I contacted Team Contractors on Yelp early in the morning due to a major leak under our kitchen sink which flooded the cabinet and a clog in my bathroom sink.  Dan responded quickly and came out the same evening.  The problems were bigger than we first thought so he had to come back the next day.  Dan quickly replaced the line from the dishwasher to the hot water.  Then he had to crawl under the house and replace some pipes down there.  Overall, his service was quick, friendly, thorough and reasonably priced.  I was very pleased with his work and would definitely call him again!

Completed a repipe job for me and did an excellent job. My water pressure is amazing! They adhered to the timeline, did a nice clean job where they covered everything, and were helpful and answered all my questions. Even after the job was complete, I had an issue with my kitchen sink water pressure due to a clogged fixture (not related to their work). They came back out and fixed the problem and ensured it was not an issue with the repipe job. Excellent service all around and strong communication from manager Julio

George is amazing! I was quoted an exorbitant fee by another plumbing company. Thank goodness I found George.  He explained the problems and quoted me a reasonable price. He came on a Saturday and did quick an thorough work. I highly recommend George for any plumbing issues you might have.

I put a lot of trust in yelp reviews which is the sole reason I called Plumbing Solutions, and it certainly worked in our favor. Mike, the technician was on time, extremely friendly, professional and certainly knew his stuff. He diagnosed the problem to our leaky sink & toilet in 2mins, and fixed it within the hour. I'm thrilled I finally found an experienced plumber for any future plumbing issues, and confident enough to give 5 stars.

It's always tricky giving service recommendations to friends but in this case, I have zero hesitation in recommending Mike at Plumbing Solutions to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

You couldn't find a better plumbing service.    Their pre-job communications are excellent.  
Their work is a step above other services I have had in the past.   This time, Luis was sent to my home.  Luis was excellent and seemed to be very knowledgeable.

I had a similar situation as Mike B. where they quoted a price that was extremely high (and this after they failed to fix my wall heater the first time they came.) First they put in a new thermocouple generator.  They said the prob. wasn't the generator after all but the gas valve. They quoted me either $800 for the new gas valve they wanted to put in or $1800 for a whole new heater.  I said  that if the costs were that high I needed to get quotes (though they did offer a $170 for the first service call.)  I calleda store to check the part of the valve - retail was $109 and the heater was $442. Given Bellowssaid it was a 1 hr. job to install  the valve and 2-3 hrs  for the heater, I called them back & asked the office it they were mistaken on their price (as although I'm willing to have everyone make a fair profit, that seemed a bit greedy.) They said sorry those are our prices, so I told them I'd be hiring someone else.  I got quotes that were less than half and I had the valve replaced for $165 vs. their $800.  I got quotes to replace the whole heater for $1100 (vs $1800.) So, if you get a bid from them GET OTHER QUOTES too before you have them do work for you.  Better yet, call someone else.

We had issues with our kitchen sink not draining.  Wilmar was quick to answer our call and made it out the same day.  He was wonderful to work with and did an excellent job.  I would highly recommend him.

I contacted Bellows for a quote on air conditioning in my new house.  They are very responsive and professional.  Gave me different options without being pushy.  I chose Bellows to do the work and they responded quickly.  They took precautions to protect floors and carpets while accessing the attic.  Workers were polite and hard working.  Best of all, they followed COVID 19 precautions while doing their work.  Everything was finished on budget and under time!  I selected Bellows for our annual preventive maintenance on air conditioning, heater, and tankless water heater.  I'm sure they will deliver!  Strongest recommendation!

I have been using Ser-All company for eighteen years. They just put a new one in for me yesterday and did a fine job. My installer Stevie was wonderful. Did a clean job and was a very nice installer. What a super good company. Thank you Jason for coming over and making sure everything was A OK after Stevie installed the system. Your company rocks!

I had an Excellent experience with Discount Plumbing.   It all started with the nicest receptionist who was so polite and friendly. The plumber was on time and very professional .  We had a problem under our sink and he pulled everything out and fixed the leak . He made sure to clean under the cabinet before he put everything back.  He was very Polite.  I would recommend this company to everyone.

I had actually first called Frank's, who was too busy(good problem to have) to fix my semi-urgent shower issue, but he suggested I call Sullivan Plumbing, and even gave me the number.
I am so glad that he did! Sullivan Plumbing was able to come out this morning, and totally took care of the problem, cleaned up like they were never there, and charged a good price for the service.
I wish all problems with this old house were as easily handled.

I called in a bit of a panic and they sent someone right over.

Julio was remarkable! He replaced my water softener and in doing so showed a creativity and ingenuity to complete the job well. I purchased a smaller than previous unit and the shorter height caused a problem with the connectors. The longest (24) pipes were too short to reach the new unit. The picture shows how he solved the issue. I was able to save money and avoid the trouble of having to return the new unit for a larger one that I don't need.

Vlad came out late in the Corona-virus lock-down and fixed a broken drain pipe that ran from inside my kitchen wall and into the crawlspace beneath my kitchen. He was prompt, professional, and adept at diagnosing my problem and fixing it.

For the record, I had some other estimates before Vlad came out. I'm going to state why I went with Vlad because it might help others make a similar decision. The two other crews who came out before Vlad were not plumbers, but were technicians who were really sales-driven, minimally-engaged employees of a plumber who didn't bother to come out themselves. Neither of the technicians who came out seemed interested in the leak as a problem to solve. Vlad did. While he is a plumbing handyman, he was familiar with the plumbing in the houses in my development, and he had a very good idea of what he was going to encounter when he opened up the wall. Which he fixed very nicely. The previous technicians did not want to get on the ground to look at the problem, and did not care about any relevant details that I had taken note of. They only wanted to charge me nearly a $1000, with no guarantee it would not go up, and with no real knowledge of what they would encounter under my house.

Vlad, on the other hand, got dirty looking at my plumbing, quickly identified the nature of the leak (Crack on the 45 degree pipe in my wall) gave me a maximum price, and told me he would take the personal risk and do the work if things turned out to be a worse case scenario.

In the end, he convinced me that he was an ethical, credible person and he fixed my complex leak nicely and at a hundred dollars less than the other technicians had offered to do it for.

I'll hire him again if I have further plumbing problems.

This gentleman came to my house today(on behalf of my landlord) I was cleaning my shower and the water turn on handle came off in my hand... He fixed our issue and was out in about ten minutes. Thank APS

Our Takagi tankless water heater wasn't firing up anymore and it's the middle of January, so no hot water is a terrible nuisance.  Prior to calling Adam, I had another plumbing company come out to check out the issue but was not satisfied at the service I received.  Called Good Guys and got in touch with Adam and was so helpful at advising me what my options were.  The other guy's just did not give me the confidence that they knew what they were doing but once I spoke with Adam, you could hear that working on tankless WH's was no problem.  He came in the next day and was able to replace my Takagi quickly and at a reasonable cost.

Called them to fix a VPB at my house, but no one called me back.  I assumed the job was too small for them or they are just too busy.  I like to support Sunnyvale businesses so maybe I will try them next time...

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
