Worst customer service ever! The woman who answered the phone today was so rude, hanging up on me while on a call while I was asking a question. I think her name was Trina. Secondly, the plumbers who came out today suggested they didn't need to wear booties after I asked them because according to them my carpets were not clean. I told them, this wasn't there home to make that choice. How dare they suggest and even say that...Rude! The plumbers are out here changing the gas line and from what I can hear, they don't seem to know what they're doing. I heard him say, he was confused as to the proper gas line he needs to work on. Oh my! Will make sure I have PG&E come out before they leave to ensure all has been properly done.

This is not the first time we've had this company out here. Not by choice as we live in an apartment complex. All experiences with this company have been unfavorable.

We needed a kitchen faucet replaced . Andy came and did the job very professionally and timely . Great job !

I requested a quote on a Friday night, heard back within about ten minutes, and we scheduled some work for early Saturday morning. Vic gave me a great quote that he stuck to, accurately predicted the work that would be required, and, most importantly, did a great job! He is now my go-to guy, and he'll probably become yours as well.

I am very glad I shopped around for a plumber, as Santos ended up being priced fairly, very friendly, and did a great job. To top it all he was willing to also teach me tips and tricks so that I can smaller stuff myself in the future. I definitely highly recommend working with him.

We had a problem that seemed insurmountable with old pipes under the slab foundation in an aging house.  Manny and crew came in and innovated a solution to fix the problem once and for all with minimal impact to the house.  They then got to work cutting concrete, digging trenches, and laying pipe.  They ran a clean and organized work zone and paid attention to getting the job done while staying sensitive to having a minimal impact to the house and yard.  In the end it was done fast (early even) and exactly as planned.  Great communication and they went over and above to make sure I was happy.  Huge kudos to Manny and the crew for a great job!

We called Bueno Plumbing because the shower pan in our main bathroom was clogged. They are very responsive and were able to come within a day. They also have a nice text msg system for appointment reminders and ability to confirm the time. Kevin called us before reaching our home on time and quickly got to work. The machine that he hauled to the bathroom was padded to prevent any damage to the hardwood floors. He was able to snake the drain and restore water flow quickly to our bathroom. He also patiently answered our questions and provided advice about other plumbing related items around our house. We will definitely call them again for their plumbing services.

My mother had a clogged kitchen sink this afternoon and on such short notice, Anthony was able to come to the rescue. He was very polite,  professional and was able to fix the issue within an hours time. His rates are reasonably priced unlike most other places I've contacted that charge by the hour and tag on crazy additional rates.  I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family for any plumbing issues.

5 stars for quality work and fair price. My front water service was a nightmare of previous owner's mishmash of galvanized steel and PVC. Another plumbing company had tried to remedy the system by adding some copper piping and a ball valve. The result was unsatisfactory. My relationship with Mission City Plumbing did not start smoothly. I got canceled due to an emergency on another job. Tino kindly rescheduled me for the next day, Saturday which I think would normally be a day off. He analyzed what was going on and listened to what I wanted. I am very happy with the end result. BTW his price was significantly lower than another company popular on Yelp. Definitely worth giving these guys a call.

Reached out to several different plumbers for an emergency repair for a leak in my crawl space that I needed to get repaired ASAP. After my primary choice flaked out on me, Hightop Plumbing was extremely responsive. I normally am skeptical with providers with low reviews, but made an exception in this case and extremely glad I did.

Takai is the owner and arrived later in the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the issue and warned me it was a fairly complex fix in my crawl space. He worked well into the evening, but got the job done. He even looked into a dishwasher leak issue I'd been having and resolved that issue as well.

Takai is very professional, courteous, personable, and thorough. I've continued to leverage him for any plumbing needs I encounter and would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs

They just went to my elderly dad's house today to replace water heater, and handled his situation with great care. Can't recommend enough.

Very responsive and honest. Won't try to scam you like so many others. Were able to provide tips for solving my issue and whom to contact to enable the resolution I was looking for in my project.

I called Patterson Plumbing on a Tuesday because I needed a copper waterline run for my new barbeque .   Wednesday Jose came to my home to quote the project. He gave me a quote and scheduled the work for Thursday at 1PM.

He arrived right on time and got right to work. Very personable and explained what he was doing and why.  He listened to my requests and finished up in  two hours.

I would use this company, and request Jose , for any plumbing problem in the future.

Alex was great. He had an opening the next day we called and came out to clear the kitchen drain.  Very professional with mask, gloves and shoe booties to protect our floors.  He went with the smaller drain snake option to start but when it wasn't good enough switches to the larger roller drain snake.  Rolled out a mat to make so no stains from the wheels were on the floors.  Did a clean up afterwards to make sure any drips and spills were gone.  Price matched quoted price, no up charges or add on fees.  I would recommend.

I have used SPS Plumbers about four times now and I've been very happy with the results on each occasion. My dad, who has been a general contractor for decades and has very high standards, recommended them. He's never wrong! Steven was professional, communicative and I felt confident I was getting a fair price and high quality work. I will definitely use them again and again.

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

Shawn is an honest dude.  He came out to look at a water leak that I have temporary fixed but thought might need a more permanent solution.  He said what I did should last for a while so no need to spend extra money.  
He also gave me advice on my sewer line which another plumber suggested that I should replace the entire line.  He gave me a quote on cleaning out the sewer line.  I'll be calling him back soon for an appointment.

We have used Charley's Plumbing on several occasions and have never been disappointed!  Charles and Matt are professional, honest, thorough, and have always been willing to rescue us in plumbing emergencies!
