Stevie, from Water Quality Plumbing, came out today to fix our non-draining laundry sink and he was fantastic.  I got a same-day appointment and Stevie arrived in good time and was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.  He got the line cleared for us quickly and had good advice to help keep it clear in the future and answered all my questions about other projects.  There was no upselling from him or the office staff which I really appreciated; they did the job that we asked them to do.

Two days previously we had had a different company come out to fix our slow-draining laundry sink but after removing the sink and rooting it twice they had left it worse than before since it stopped draining altogether and was full of black water. They had also tried to suggest that we needed our whole water line replaced, at great cost, to fix the problem.  We didn't want them back and so Water Quality Plumbing was recommended by a neighbor and I'm so glad that we found them to fix the problem.

We will definitely use and recommend Water Quality Plumbing in future!

Vic was super-responsive, got back to my initial message at 11pm on a Saturday over a long weekend! He was able to fit me into his schedule the next day (again, it was a long weekend), and did a thorough job diagnosing the issue we had (clogged kitchen sink), and getting it fixed. It turned out to be more complicated than originally expected, but Vic got it fixed in good time nonetheless.

I received great customer service from them! I called them at 8:30 am regarding our clogged toilet (I live right around the corner from them fortunately), and the guy arrived within 15 minutes of me calling them. He had to snake the toilet and he was done and out of my house by 9 am. He was nice, friendly, and gave me a discount if I paid cash. Highly recommend.

We received great service this week. The first visit was made by Danny who knew right away our showers weren't heating water due to old faucet valves we had ... he left saying he would get back to us ASAP with a solution ... 10 minutes later Gregg and Kyle arrived at our house to confirm we needed new valves and since it was after hours of the part store they confimed they would have the new parts and be back the next day to install the parts ... well they showed up with the new parts and were in and out of house within 30 minutes!!!  All three gentlemen were courteous, wore masks, explained everything as they went along fixing our hot water and were so kind to our new puppy ... what a relief it was to have people who cared to fix our problem so fast and with great service ... would highly recommend them!

I asked him over the phone for a range of what it would cost to snake a tub drain which was a very simple job. Just a hairball in the P-trap they said between $160 to about $220 but when they got out there they said it be $240.   Took all of about 10-15 minutes to snake the drain. I understand, travel costs, and everything but still find the cost expensive for the amount of work involved.

I came home from work and found that I had no hot water. My water heater is less than 4 years old but it's a GE Model # PG38T09AXK00 and apparently the first thing that goes is the thermocouple which requires a pilot assembly replacement kit PN SP20789
After calling over a dozen various plumbers in the bay area, Home Depot, Sears and GE themselves, I found Anthony.  Not only did he have the part, he said he could replace it immediately so I packed my things up at the office and headed home. Naturally he beat me but was not upset nor did he make me feel bad for being late. He had my water heater working in less than 10 minutes, charged a reasonable rate and was on his way. Minutes later my invoice was emailed to me and I can take a hot shower now! I could not have had a better experience.  Quick, efficient, reasonable rates and nice. You can't beat that in a plumber.

Reached out to several different plumbers for an emergency repair for a leak in my crawl space that I needed to get repaired ASAP. After my primary choice flaked out on me, Hightop Plumbing was extremely responsive. I normally am skeptical with providers with low reviews, but made an exception in this case and extremely glad I did.

Takai is the owner and arrived later in the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the issue and warned me it was a fairly complex fix in my crawl space. He worked well into the evening, but got the job done. He even looked into a dishwasher leak issue I'd been having and resolved that issue as well.

John and one of his employee came in on Monday replaced the toilet which I provided. They perform a very professional job to our total satisfaction. They kept everything very clean and when they left you would never guess they were there. From now on they are for sure our guys to go for every plumbing work we need. Thanks!

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

Shawn is very good! He's intelligent, interesting to talk with, and has very good old-fashioned values!  He'll call you to ask you about your plumbing requirements and estimate, and when he's leaving for your place and about what time he'll be there, instead of just texting. He shows up on time, is clean, respectful, and wears protective booties on his shoes. As he was doing the plumbing job, he explained what he was doing and showed me little tips, since I'm a homeowner who likes to learn so I can do any repairs myself that I feel confident in handling. But I'll definitely call on Shawn again for plumbing repairs in the future!  I'm glad I found him!!

Our garbage disposal started leaking steadily and slightly flooding the kitchen. We needed someone right away - found Charley's from a Nextdoor recommendation after trying a few plumbers, he was the one of two that answered quickly, and the only one that could come over right away (it was after hours, past 8:30 in the evening). He was upfront about his charges - he came within the hour inspected the leak (said we needed a new garbage disposal - which we expected - this one was old and has been giving us issues for a while now) and replaced it (we got him a replacement from home-depot while he was working on the old one). Given the slight emergency, we did not have a chance to shop around or compare rates - but he was super responsive - communicated via txt, honest and upfront about his charges and took care of the situation quickly and professionally. Thumbs up!
