Called within a minute after requesting a quote and so punctual he gives the exact time instead of a time bracket. He arrived before the time he promised and unclogged the main sewer line through the cleanout. He's friendly, wasn't in a rush to finish up and leave ASAP and charged the quoted price. He cleaned up the scene (outdoors) so you don't have to worry about it. He's been in the business for a while and recently started his own business. I would definitely recommend him.

Our building was having multiple issues with the sewer line backing up into our tenants space.  We called Wizard Plumbing and worked with Christian to schedule the replacement of the sewer line.  It was important to our tenant that their store stayed open during the work.  Christian worked with us and the city to get permission to have the trenching done after hours. Christian was very helpful throughout the process and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy.  I recommend them and Christian for your plumbing needs.

We bought a new refrigerator, but when the old refrigerator was disconnected we had an initial leakage problem from disconnected icemaker from old refrigerator and we didn't know what to do. Furthermore the old refrigerator had copper wire for icemaker and we were having trouble getting it connected ourselves. When we called Bueno Plumbing they picked up the call immediately and through phone call was able to talk us through to locate the icemaker valve under the sink and close that so that the water won't be further leaked from disconnected icemaker from previous refrigerator. Then Kevin came over the next day and installed the copper wire for us - super fast! Throughout the process Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable, honest about the quotes and prices, answered all the questions we had about refrigerator plumbing in general, and we have the 1-year guarantee where if the installation / fix didn't work in the next 1 year we would get the subsequent fix for free. Thanks Kevin for the wonderful job, we have our brand new refrigerator working well!

After calling and left messages to other plumbing companies, I finally got an answer from Anthony. I had a problem with my bathroom tub. There was a hole that pass through the drain pipe and all the water went under the basement. It was awful. I did not know how long the problem was.  Antony and Sam came on time and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He even purchased the parts himself with no extra cost. He showed me the receipts and also show me the damaged parts that he replaced. They are a great team.

Few weeks later I have a washing machine problem with my client. I called him and he came and diagnose the problem. It was the 40 year old machine that gave up. He was honest enough to inform me that they are not the expert in fixing the washing machine so he did not charge me anything. Not even for the time and gas that he spent just to go my client's place.

Tino is a professional.  He fixed both my upstairs and downstairs showers because they weren't giving any hot water only lukewarm water. He takes pride in what he does and makes sure the job is done right. I don't usually have plumbing needs but if I do I would go to Tino again, he's the man!

Quick response and very efficient! Takai came in the next morning and did the job very smoothly on a leak from one of the outdoor valves. Was very professional with the work and easy to communicate with.

Replaced p-trap under kitchen sink. William did not finish the job by sealing the pipe. Just placed one pipe inside another. We didn't notice the gallons of water that leaked under the cabinets and down to subfloor for months. Beware of this company. I had another professional plumber come fix it. He could not believe the incompetence!

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

My very old water heater began leaking this past weekend. I contacted Charley who was very responsive, and we were able to identify that the water heater needed to be replaced over text/photos. Just a couple days later, he replaced it, working fairly late, all for a competitive price. He also diagnosed an unrelated minor issue in the process and gave me some advice about maintenance that was helpful. All in all, another job well done.
