I had a slow leak coming from the Water Heater. Called for an appt and they were able to come out on the same day. I called later afternoon 2:30pm'ish and the technician (Jeff) arrived at my place 1 hour later. He confirmed the leak is coming from the water heater as expected and began work on it. It only took him an hour to replace the thing and by about 4:30pm the pilot light was lit and I was only hours away from hot water.

I recommend this company because they are responsive and definitely knew what they were doing. They were accommodating, being able to squeeze me in so late in the day.

My garbage disposal in the kitchen stopped working a few weeks ago. I'm so glad I found Vic on yelp. He answered my call the first time I called. I described the problem. He told me what to get in the store. literally two hours after the call, he was at my door to do the work. One hour later, the newly installed garbage disposal was up running. He helped clean up after the job as well. I also had a couple of other small problems in the house. Even though he couldn't fix them on site because he didn't have the parts needed, Vic kindly looked through the problems and gave me helpful suggestions on what/where to get in order to fix them.

I'll definitely call Vic again for any of my future plumbing problems.

Theses guys are super responsive. Danny Came out to look at the broken water heater in our new home. Replaced it on the spot, in a Saturday for a very reasonable price.  Gregg came the next week and unclogged our kitchen sick and notice a cracked pipe in our garbage disposal.  I call these guys for all my plumbing repair needs

Bueno plumbing was very responsive and prompt. I had a shower valve leaking and it wasn't supposed to and he fixed it after having this issue over a month. He saved me money and very affordable ! Will definitely recommend for his knowledge and expertise !!

The water main coming into my building (commercial project) was leaking quite badly.  The two handymen who were working on my premises tried to fix it but made the problem worse.

It was a Sunday afternoon so I looked at Craigslist listings.  For whatever reason, among the hundreds of listings I chose this service, expecting to pay an arm and a leg for weekend work.

They quoted me $200 plus parts.  I accepted their quote and as it turned out, both of them had to work 4-5 hours that evening, well into darkness.  It turned out to be a messy job.

It remained messy and unfixed until Monday morning, when they needed to return again.  They spent a few more hours and fixed the problem.

I felt badly that they made so little on my job but a deal is a deal.  

Today, another leak formed.  (The job showed continued complications, like a crimp deeper inside the building pipe.)  They came right out and fixed it, 3 hours later.

They were always a pleasure to deal with, punctual, and kept their word.  They are good guys, with families to support, trying to grow their business.

This is my second experience with Tino.
This time, kitchen sink/pipe was leaking and Tino came to the rescue.
He came with short notice and figure out the problem and rebuilt the kitchen plumbing pipes for a very good pricing.

into the house from the main, and replaced some fittings, everything he has
done has been excellent, I would highly recommend him to anyone, he is very reliable, honest and he knows what he doing!

I got several bids for a small gas pipe relocation job, and theirs was the lowest by about 20%. They arrived on time, did a thorough and competent job, and cleaned up afterward.  Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Excellent work -- 6 plus stars!  I am so thankful that a friend told me about this great plumber she found.  He is now my plumber too.  Experienced, professional, efficient, thorough, polite, honest and just one of the nicest people you could ever meet.

(1)  George from All Pipes Plumbing replaced my old sewer line last year.  After vetting several other plumbers, he was definitely the right choice.  All the other plumbers said they would start by digging next to the sidewalk to search for the sewer line.  He located the line first, then dug which minimized the amount of trenching done to my lawn.  I asked all the plumbers about saving the grass that they would remove so that it could be put back after the work was done.  Not all the other plumbers wanted to do this, but George said he assumed that was what I wanted.  The grass was placed in a tarp; a few days later George neatly put it back and watered it after the job was completed.  Now the lawn looks great and you cannot even see where the trenching was done.  After he tamped down the ground there was a small pile of leftover dirt so he hauled it away. Then he hosed off the sidewalk so the job site was neat and clean.  George took care of the permitting process with the city and gave me the permit after everything was done.  (One of the other plumbers I vetted told me he would handle everything with the city but I would never need to see the permit; this sounded sketchy to me.)

(2)  A couple of months ago I hired All Pipes Plumbing for another major plumbing project to replace all the original outgoing pipes/drains under my house which have been a problem for years.  He took photos and showed me the poor condition of the corroded and clogged pipes which I already knew needed replacing.  I also had him replace the bathroom sinks, faucets and vanities.  My second Sears water softener was broken and George recommended a Pelican combination filter and water softener.  I really like the Pelican combo system plus it is salt-free and better for the environment.  George was so considerate in coordinating and minimizing the downtime when the plumbing would be unavailable.  He and his son, Anthony, did an outstanding job from demolition, installation, haul away and clean up.

Unlike the other business that came earlier and asked almost 40% more (i.e., Pacific Coast Home Srvcs), Ivan was quite professional, kind and efficient to get the job done. He went to the roof vent and solved the problem. The other business had called the job: Stoppage Clearing - Kit/Lav - Through Strainer / Single Pass.  Thanks Ivan.

Sewage is blocked at 9 pm at night. Panicked. The wife digs out the contact for Super Plumber Rooter Service. Alex has helped us with blocked sewage a year ago in another property. And I remember that he did a really good job and help me try out two cleanouts until the blockage is cleared.

Alex arrives within 15mins, I am lucky that he has just finish a job and is ready to move immediately.

Alex help me search for a cleanout and found only one small one for the kitchen sink. Alex is kind to try this out and he really genuinely attempt to fix my problem, instead of pushing me to install a new toilet cleanout that would cost me $2K.

Steve is great.  My mother's water heater went out and I had to go through two other plumbers before I could find one that was reliable and honest (before I found Steve).

The first plumber we called came, and said he could repair.  He said he had ordered the part from his supplier.  Day two, he said the part did not come, day three, he was sick and didn't bother to tell us.  I called the Plumbing outfits owner, and he said that the unit could not be repaired.  It's an AO Smith 30 gallon, installed in 2005.  I gave up on that plumber and called another one (now day 4 without hot water).

The second plumber who came (also a high rating on Yelp), said the unit could not be repaired and that it would have to be replaced:  100% markup on a new water heater as well as just as much for installation.  Yikes! Bye-bye.

Now we are on day 5 without hot water.  I decided to research why a water heater fails, found common reason, and called the AO Smith factory in Tennessee.  Surprisingly, there was someone who answers the phones at 6am PST on a Saturday.  I asked if they still made replacement parts for my model and they do.  They were able to provide me with plumbers who had been through training on AO Smith Water Heaters in my area.  Of the list they provided, Steve at SPS had the highest ratings on Yelp.  I immediately called and he had an answering service who took my message,.  I also  submitted a request for quote online.  Within an hour, he phoned me back.  Yes he could come Monday morning between 8 and 9 am.  Yes he arrived on time.  Yes he fixed the problem with a repair THAT DAY. Yes, his price was fair.

I will definitely use Steve again and HIGHLY recommend him.  He is dependable and honest!

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

I needed some plumbing work done and decided to call Shawn from all of the Yelp recommendations.  Since all of the reviews were so glowing, I was a little concerned that the reviews might be stacked with false reviews. But I called anyway, left him a message, and he returned my call the same day.  I explained the work that I needed - work on a toilet, garbage disposal, and kitchen faucet sprayer. Shawn listened, we discussed possible causes, and he gave estimates for the various solutions.  We set an appointment time for him to do the work.  He arrived during the time window promised, and immediately started work.  The garbage disposal needed replacing, and the kit I purchased did not have all of the needed plugs.  He went to his truck, and made the necessary adjustments with the materials he had on his truck.  All problems were fixed, and at the prices quoted.  He was professional, friendly, and even took time to provide tips to avoid having the same issues in the future.   I would definitely call Shawn for any plumbing issues in the future, and would recommend him to anyone looking for help with plumbing issues.

1st time i contacted him I had a pipe that crumbled he gave me options on what can be done.  

2nd project i had a toilet that was rocking and scrapes the door when closing, again he gave me options and best pricing.  

Will call Charles next time i have another plumbing project.  Very satisfied customer, he kept me updated with what he needed to do.
