I called up Water Quality to come out to the apartment complex that my grandmother owns and that I help handle property management at. She was interested in getting a water softener set up in the building where the previous system had been set up many years before and was no longer in service. After making the call, we set up a time where Jason came out to look at the old setup and assess the needs and capabilities of the complex as well as what could work logistically with the service room on the property. After taking into account the measurements in the room, size of the complex, and the needs of our tenants, we discussed the options and decided on putting in a new water softener system. Having the knowledge of an expert was incredibly helpful because I would not have known where to begin and felt like they kept our needs, interests, and budget in mind when finding a solution.

When the crew from Water Quality came out to install the new water softener and tanks, they were prompt, thorough and incredibly friendly. They got right on the job and began the installation. They were hard-working and were very diligent in making sure the installation was being done right every step of the way. After the initial setup, another employee of Water Quality came to inspect the work and ensure that it was ready to be put to use. After doing so, they even took away the old tank and disposed of it for us. They gave us information on where and how to get the salt and we did just that, we even set up an area in the storage room to keep the salt. There have been no issues with the system since but I know that we would call Water Quality first thing if there had been any. My grandmother is very happy with the service and not having to deal with the old eyesore that used to be in its place. Our tenants are very appreciative of the change and we are glad to be able to provide this to them.

I had a major plumbing issue with my house that needed immediate repairing. However, none of the plumbers were able to identify the issue with the eye (nor a camera) since my underground pipes were clogged with dirt, etc. After speaking with 6 plumbers, ONLY 2 provided me with a SMART, creative simple affordable solution to clear my piping (pumping from the front of the house to the toilet pipes = versus = pumping from the toilet to the sewer). This solution clear my pipes for a camera to enter and identify the real issues with my plumbing which we discovered was not under my house.  The issue had to do with the plumbing on the side of my house.

Got a person on the first call unlike others. Called me back after I passed on my initial call. I had already planned to call them back. They gave their price and warranty info for a drain cleanout upfront and clearly spelled out. Service was friendly, courteous, fast and effective.

My plumbing presented an unusual challenge and Jose needed to call in reinforcements in the form of the owner, Ivan Patterson.  We live in an older home (1940) and the clog appeared to be over 35 feet from the kitchen sink and was resistant to snake efforts.  Ivan arrived with another snake and the team finally found the problem...a very good thing as I am hosting a holiday party for 40+ people in 4 hours!  The service was very professional, confident and knowledgable.  I was given an estimate for the job upon Jose's arrival and it did not increase even though it took two of them and they were here almost 2 hours.  I definitely found myself a new plumber!

Alex did a great job cleaning my drain and replacing my sewage pipe. Fast and friendly!

We had to replace our water heater. It's a power vent type. These are not easily available at your local Lowe's.

I called around several plumbing places to get quotes for the water heater + installation. SPS Plumbing was the best with their quick response, service over the phone, and price.

During the day of the installation, their technicians let me know when they will be arriving. They did an excellent job.

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

Shawn did a great job fixing our slow-running drain. Nice down-to-earth guy, who knows his stuff. He even gave us free advice on other plumbing questions we had.

We called Charles to come out and look at our toilets at our commercial building.  Our landlord, and San Jose Water Co. had told us that the water bill was very high.  The meter was turning way faster than it should be, and it might have to do with a bad flapper valve or leaky toilet.  So Charles isolated which toilet it was by running se simple tests, and come to find out that a few toilets needed new flappers and fill valves.
Charles and his helper new exactly what to do and how to do it.  They had got the necessary parts and had done the repair a fair amount of time.
