Called them out on Saturday for an emergency. It took the technician about 3 hours to get back to me regarding whether he could come out. I was about to call other plumbing companies when he finally called back  as I didn't want be left high and dry. He did come out and fix my problem. However 2 days later the cap to the clean out came off and as a result I had fried egg and chili remnants from the garbage disposal all over my back patio.  I wasn't sure if I had another problem or if the plumber didn't put on the cap correctly.  I had to experiment myself because they would have charged me at least another $70 to come out and check and see if they mad a mistake or if I had a new problem.  But I got the cap on tighter than the plumber did and now I just have to clean up the mess on my patio.

Takai at Hightop Plumbing did an outstanding job installing a new water heater for us.  I discussed with him the job at 5PM and by 3PM the next day he was onsite working on the installation.  He discussed with me all of the work that would take place to get our 30 year old heater replaced.  His work was high quality and we are very happy with his communication throughout the whole job.  We will be looking forward to hiring Hightop Plumbing for future projects.

We saw the dishwasher keep draining from the air gap and contacted Agilis plumbing on a Sunday late afternoon. We got response within 10 minutes and they sent a plumber to diagnose very next day. The communication is super smooth. They arrived on time, quickly found the potential issue, gave a very reasonable quote and fixed it. They also gave us a receipt with clear notes about what has been done.

I know its April and I am JUST writing the review now, but I called All Pipes Plumbing back in December while visiting my moms house in San Jose and received amazing service. I don't remember the owners name, but he was the one who came out. He was super nice, honest and sincere! I would definitely recommend APP to anyone needing a plumber.  We have some improvement plans and definitely plan on having them come our for us again!!! This is the one you need to call!

Sewage is blocked at 9 pm at night. Panicked. The wife digs out the contact for Super Plumber Rooter Service. Alex has helped us with blocked sewage a year ago in another property. And I remember that he did a really good job and help me try out two cleanouts until the blockage is cleared.

Alex arrives within 15mins, I am lucky that he has just finish a job and is ready to move immediately.

Alex help me search for a cleanout and found only one small one for the kitchen sink. Alex is kind to try this out and he really genuinely attempt to fix my problem, instead of pushing me to install a new toilet cleanout that would cost me $2K.

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

Sean made sure to reply to each one of my voicemails. We were both very busy so I kept missing Sean's calls, but he made sure that we got in touch. I really appreciated that.

Great Service:
The supply lines under my bathroom sink were leaking and had been misdiagnosed by other plumbers, but Sean managed to figure out and repair the problem. Afterwards, he left my bathroom in a better condition than when he came. He dried everything under the sink including the bowl used to catch the water so that if the leak continued, we can detect it right away and give him a call back. Not to mention, he has a good eye for detail and he seems like a friendly, good-hearted guy who cares about what he does.

Great Price:
Sean's price was lower than the quotes I got from a few other plumbers.

Overall:
I would definitely call Sean back for any of my home's plumbing problems.

We called Charles to come out and look at our toilets at our commercial building.  Our landlord, and San Jose Water Co. had told us that the water bill was very high.  The meter was turning way faster than it should be, and it might have to do with a bad flapper valve or leaky toilet.  So Charles isolated which toilet it was by running se simple tests, and come to find out that a few toilets needed new flappers and fill valves.
Charles and his helper new exactly what to do and how to do it.  They had got the necessary parts and had done the repair a fair amount of time.
