I contacted WQP to inquire about an in home est. (After obtaining a few of those) and spoke with Marty Sr. He was very curteous and ask me a few basic questions and gave me a firm quote on the work I needed done, right over the phone (Water heater replacement).  His friendly knowledgable demeanor was very reassuring.  I love the idea of American made products and I love and highly support 3 generation family owned businesses but he also gave me a quote of $500 less than the lowest quote I had gotten.  I called around lunch time and he assured me he could have someone out within an hour or two, which was more than reasonable considering I was still waiting for an additional in home est.  Within half an hour I recieved a call from Jerry, who was also curteous and knowledgeable informing me that he  was minutes away.  When Jerry arrived he was very professional, knwledgeable and pleasant.  I showed him where the unit was and within an hour and a half I had a full on water heater complete with Hot water... These guys are awesome!!!! All that was missing was a super hero cape!! Thanks Marty Sr./Jerry you really saved the day!!! I will deffinetly recommend these guys to everyone I know who has plumbing needs and will use them for all of my future plumbing needs as well.  Very deserving of a 5 star rating.  You Guys Rock!

Vic has been our go-to person for any clogging issue in the house. Our most recent clogging happened both at the main sewer line and inside the house. He was very careful to investigate the problem and got it all cleaned out. He even took his time to educate me about the plumbing in and around house. Vic, thank you!

I had a mystery leak in my garage that happened about once a month and always at night while I was asleep. Nothing obvious. Ivan looked at the pictures I had taken, looked at the hoses/pipes/appliances, and said water softener. The narrow discharge hose (if that's the right term) had come out of the big drain hose on the wall and when the softener regenerated (about once a month, at night), it would spray a whole lot of water everywhere. Ivan was friendly, showed up on time, didn't make me feel like an idiot, and explained exactly what was happening. Bless him for a 15-minute visit and an end to my watery mystery! I'll absolutely call these guys in the future if I need help with plumbing.

Wizard installed a water heater for us a few years ago. Recently, we had a small issue with it and we couldn't get hot water. I called Wizard and they told me someone could come by at 8PM. I told them we had a little baby girl and 8PM would be too late. The lady I spoke to on the phone said they'd do their best to come earlier. Within 20 minutes Miguel was at our house. He came in, was wearing a mask and respecting social distancing, which we really appreciated. He then resolved the issue super quickly and by 7PM we had the issue resolved. Miguel was great, respectful, timely and answered all my questions.

This is the third time we have used Wizard. The first one was when we replaced the water heater. The second time was when we installed a toilet. And now with this small issue that Miguel quickly fixed.

Honestly, Wizard has been incredible! Cannot recommend them enough! Thank you Miguel for the awesome service!

We called Northstar Plumbing to help us with a couple leaks we found around the house that needed attention. Man, they came through, Anthony was super responsive and I'm so glad we could communicate through text- very convenient! Both of the leaks we had were quite difficult to access, but they did a great job. I'm thrilled with the result, we'll be coming back with any future plumbing problems, these guys are fantastic!

5 stars for quality work and fair price. My front water service was a nightmare of previous owner's mishmash of galvanized steel and PVC. Another plumbing company had tried to remedy the system by adding some copper piping and a ball valve. The result was unsatisfactory. My relationship with Mission City Plumbing did not start smoothly. I got canceled due to an emergency on another job. Tino kindly rescheduled me for the next day, Saturday which I think would normally be a day off. He analyzed what was going on and listened to what I wanted. I am very happy with the end result. BTW his price was significantly lower than another company popular on Yelp. Definitely worth giving these guys a call.

Takai at Hightop Plumbing did an outstanding job installing a new water heater for us.  I discussed with him the job at 5PM and by 3PM the next day he was onsite working on the installation.  He discussed with me all of the work that would take place to get our 30 year old heater replaced.  His work was high quality and we are very happy with his communication throughout the whole job.  We will be looking forward to hiring Hightop Plumbing for future projects.

My garbage disposal broke and the kitchen sink clogged up. Not a good thing! I called several plumbers and Agilis Plumbing gave me the most reasonable quote. They were also available the very next day. I went to Home Depot and bought a new Insinkerator garbage disposal unit. John and William came out on time as scheduled. They promptly disassembled the old unit and installed the new one. They also identified a small leak in the pipe and fixed it at no extra charge. The garbage disposal works great now. And I can use the kitchen sink again. What a relief! I really appreciated the promptness, attention to detail, friendly service, and professionalism of Agilis Plumbing. I would definitely use them again.

Not only did Ivan come out on a Saturday to replace a water heater, but he showed up promptly within the 30 minutes he promised.  Excellent communication, knows his stuff, professional, considerate, super nice guy.  I'll call him again when we have a need for an excellent plumber.

3 days pass since Alex initially snaked the main sewer line and I noticed that it's backing up again. I give Alex a call. He comes out and resnakes the line at no charge. Great customer service!

I'm happy to see that most people have had a good experience with these folks.  I felt like I was in for a really good experience at first but I was wrong. I called them to get my AO Smith water heater fixed.  They diagnosed it as broken and remarkably, had a new unit ready to install the next day.  That should have been my first red flag as these units don't just magically appear. New unit was installed, labor charges were charged and about a day or two later it was obvious that the newly installed unit was not working either.  I called them to have them come back and they could only get to me 4 days later as a result of an end of week request and a lack of bodies on their end.  I cut ties right there. I paid them a lot of money and got nowhere, lost faith in them.  
If you can micromanage the job, advocate for yourself and you have some sense of what to expect from a plumbing repair situation, you might have a good experience. I was just too exhausted from chasing them down and feeling like they had been deceptive with me.

Honest and dependable. Did what he said he was going to do and when he would do it. Glad to have found him.

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

Disclaimer I have not used The Handyman Plumber but found his listing and have been reading the comments while I look for another plumber to replace the one who 1) forgot my appointment, 2) did not honor the price he quoted (In my Bathroom!) and renigged on picking up the toilets I bought for him to install.  Also the office maiden is officious and unpleasant.

So I take exception to those few who gave poor ratings to the Handyman because he was not immediately available, was too busy to take on new work, and could not provide service because he could not park his trailer and truck near the job site.

This gentleman seems to be kind, helpful and polite, does not owe anyone anything.  He is not our servant, and he is a human, an excellent worker who clearly is a good Samaritan.  He has gone out of his way to do more than the job requires.  Teaching people to help themselves and fix their own problems is a great thing.   So where do we come from that we deliberately try to hurt him and his business reputation when he is not able to race to our rescue and solve all our problems.  

This place and the people in Silly Valley are waaay out of line.  Do you demean your Doctor if he is not immediately available at your beck and call. Do you leave snarky messages when your boss is not available. The irrational self centered and just mean attitudes I read on the very few bad reviews are unjustified and seem intentionally cruel,  like a child throwing a tantrum.  

Give the man his dignity, respect his hours, time, schedule and humanity. Thank him and make him feel welcome when he comes to rescue you.  And be the type of person he wants to help. And for god sake, negotiate the price up front and then do not cry he upsold you or over charged you.  Handle it, take it or leave it, man up and keep on looking if you do not like the price. Just be glad you did not reach the double dealing ad disappointing plumber that stood me up.

Our garbage disposal started leaking steadily and slightly flooding the kitchen. We needed someone right away - found Charley's from a Nextdoor recommendation after trying a few plumbers, he was the one of two that answered quickly, and the only one that could come over right away (it was after hours, past 8:30 in the evening). He was upfront about his charges - he came within the hour inspected the leak (said we needed a new garbage disposal - which we expected - this one was old and has been giving us issues for a while now) and replaced it (we got him a replacement from home-depot while he was working on the old one). Given the slight emergency, we did not have a chance to shop around or compare rates - but he was super responsive - communicated via txt, honest and upfront about his charges and took care of the situation quickly and professionally. Thumbs up!
