The Situation: When we turned on the upstairs shower there was a leak and the water would seep through and drip from the lighting fixture on the first floor. Obviously concerned, I called couple of plumbers hoping someone would come and fix this quick.

The Problem: The first person to respond and show up was from Water Quality Plumbing. He (forget his name) looks at the shower and without touching it - tells me that for him to fix it - he would need the tiles removed around the shower head. I am all for it - and ask him to proceed. At that point he tells me that I will have to call someone else who would remove the tiles (another company) and then give him a call back. Once he has fixed the problem - I will have to get the tile company back to get that hole patched up. He then leaves without doing ANYTHING.

Shortly after (an hour later) another plumber shows up. He looks at it with a flash light and decides that its something right behind the shower head. Goes on to fix it - all done in less than 30 minutes for a $75 charge. I was happy and that was that.

The issue: After couple of months - I get a bill from Water Quality Plumbing. They are looking for $125 (or something like that) for the visit. Are you serious. Not only did you not fix anything, you diagonized it wrong and if I had followed your recommendation be out of 300-400$ and more importantly would have taken weeks before coming back to normal.

The issue gets bigger: I then start getting calls from these guys - leaving messages - pay us. Most recently - I get a threat that they will take me to small claims court. Are you guys for real? I would welcome that but I wont get bullied into paying for something you didnt fix or help with.

We returned from a 3-week vacation to find all of our plumbing stopped up: 2 showers and 2 toilets. We had just had the pipe cleaned out 2 months earlier but it was stopped up again. I called Vic on Saturday morning and left a message. He responded within 1/2 hour and was at our house an hour later. He did a thorough job, running his snake all the way to the street, and offered me a 1-year guarantee on his work. I was completely satisfied and will use Vic again.

solid work! sewer line backed at night. the guys showed first thing in the morning. cleaned it and showed with the camera where the issue with roots is. will call again!

I discovered my water heater was leaking, and they were out the next morning to check-it out, and ultimately replace it (my unit was quite old). They were very accommodating to my schedule, while offering prompt service. Antonio Velasco was the technician/plumber who came out and he was very helpful, courteous, and efficient.

Excellent knowledge and professionalism. Anthony was the 2nd plumber to attempt to fix a problem with my kitchen sink drain and he was way more thorough than the first guy and spotted things the other plumber didn't. Thanks Anthony!

Tino replaced the leaking valves of the faucets in both of our bathrooms as well as replacing the shower regulators in both bathrooms, which had corroded over 20 years of use. Besides being an expert plumber, Tino was honest and straightforward, clearly communicating what he thought he could and could not do. He was a pleasure to work with, and I would recommend him highly for any plumbing needs. I know who I will call the next time I need a plumber.

Reached out to several different plumbers for an emergency repair for a leak in my crawl space that I needed to get repaired ASAP. After my primary choice flaked out on me, Hightop Plumbing was extremely responsive. I normally am skeptical with providers with low reviews, but made an exception in this case and extremely glad I did.

Takai is the owner and arrived later in the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the issue and warned me it was a fairly complex fix in my crawl space. He worked well into the evening, but got the job done. He even looked into a dishwasher leak issue I'd been having and resolved that issue as well.

Takai is very professional, courteous, personable, and thorough. I've continued to leverage him for any plumbing needs I encounter and would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs

I got several bids for a small gas pipe relocation job, and theirs was the lowest by about 20%. They arrived on time, did a thorough and competent job, and cleaned up afterward.  Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

George was awesome. Fixed a leaky pipe in our kitchen that was preventing us from having running water as well as causing a leak into the downstairs guest room. He explained clearly what the problem was and that there was an 'easy' solution that might not work, and a hard solution that would be more expensive. Luckily his 'easy' fix worked! He explained that it's not a great long term solution, and told us what we might want to do in the future to fix the issue properly with ALL our pipes due to shoddy construction by the home builder, but didn't place any pressure on us whatsoever to actually do it. He definitely gave us something to think about for the future, and we'll know who to call when we want the job done. :)

will use Ivan again.  Was very fast to come out and fix my shower faucet.  Will call Ivan when I have my next plumbing needs.  Was fast and reasonable.

Alex was great when I had a non-working garbage disposal.  He answered my call, came in an hour, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in half an hour for a reasonable price.  Highly recommended!

Kudos to Rubin and SPS plumbers.
We have a 5 year old tankless water heater. Recently it started having wild fluctuations in water temperature. I did some maintenance stuff myself that did not seem to fix the problem. After talking to customer support, it was recommended that I clean the combustion box. I looked at the instructions and determined it was a little beyond my comfort level. Customer support gave me SPS Plumbers name as an approved service partner. I emailed them and after a little email tag we got them scheduled the next day. Rubin came out and let me tell you, I could not have been more impressed with his competence and professionalism. I asked if could I watch him do the job I thought was too hard for me. It was a good call to not do it myself. Rubin had the job done and buttoned up within an hour while at the same time explaining what he was doing and issues he was dealing with.

Another perfect recovery of a poorly installed wax ring and bath tub leak from previous contractor. I am glad I found Cardinal. 5 stars !

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

Excellent service, dedicated to solve our problems as his only aim. I'd give 6 stars if available!

Instead of a long soliloquy I'll just note what was awesome.

1) arrives on time-for all appointments he and Matt were very prompt

2) honest-did not try to sell me a false set of problems

3) clean-as soon as he showed up for the initial meeting they put on shoe covers, while not that important it showed how they respect their potential customer's homes.  

4) thorough-unlike all the others who showed up to bid my project and just peeked under my house.  Charles suited up and crawled around under my house for 10 minutes, then told me what he was going to do to fix the issue.  

5) communication-there was never any problem, I knew what he was planning on doing and he updated me along the way with pictures and updates.

Overall, a total 5 star company and one we will be calling in the future for the next big job.
