These guys are great. They did a wonderful job fixing 2 different drains at our property. One that had a full break at the T joint in the wall and the other that they needed to break out part of an exterior wall to fix. I will definitely call them back if I have any other plumbing problems!

Where is the option for more than five stars?!? Tino answered our call late on a Sunday night.

My husband and I tried to fix a leaking toilet and discovered the lock nut (the part underneath the that tightens the fill valve to the flex line- I think that's the name). That piece was stuck to the main piece and no YouTube video was going to save us. We went to Home Depot, bought all the things and found ourselves shutting all the water off to the house to avoid a massive water bill and possibly protesters at our front door for our water usage.

Tino arrived about 30 minutes after we called and set us at ease telling us we did not have the tools to fix the problem. He had everything he needed in his truck to fix our problem. He even fixed our flex line leak that we didn't call about because he knew that was also going to be an issue for us. We had it on our list to fix and appreciated he was willing to fix it on an emergency call.

Takai at Hightop Plumbing did an outstanding job installing a new water heater for us.  I discussed with him the job at 5PM and by 3PM the next day he was onsite working on the installation.  He discussed with me all of the work that would take place to get our 30 year old heater replaced.  His work was high quality and we are very happy with his communication throughout the whole job.  We will be looking forward to hiring Hightop Plumbing for future projects.

I had a great experience with John of Agilis Plumbing. When he came to my house we discussed my needs which included a new water heater that just started to leak, a new garbage disposal, repair of a Toto toilet which resulted in a low-flow plunger, and a last-minute installation of a new faucet to the bar area that happened to start to leak two days before he was scheduled to come. I am thoroughly pleased with everything that he installed.
The cost was reasonable. I will definitely call him again and I highly recommend him.

We had to re-pipe our entire house ; almost all the pipes were rusted. We took quotes from several companies but at the end we settled with Allpipes. George has several decades of experience in plumbing and the moment you speak to him, you'll notice this. He's direct, honest and passionate about his work.

Not only did he repipe our house, we asked him to help us out in replacing the damaged wood flooring, gas line and several other things and he did an inch perfect job in everything.

He charged us a very reasonable price and didn't charge us penny for tiny little surprises that came along during re-piping. I really love his professionalism and work ethics !

Right now all our plumbing problems are solved, gas works great, the wood flooring he replaced is wonderful and I can't complain about anything.

We are also very good friends with him. We now take his opinion for any doubts we may have regarding home improvement.

Ivan was wonderful. Came out to deal with a bathroom sink with a plug that finally broke, and that is always getting slow and backed up. He replaced the plug with a new one, helped get the sink draining again, and helped figure out what we could do to have it quit draining. Will definitely try him first for any future needs.

Alex has been our plumber for almost 1.5 years. He is great, always in a fast response mode and does everything nicely and quickly. Highly recommend him!

Steve is great.  My mother's water heater went out and I had to go through two other plumbers before I could find one that was reliable and honest (before I found Steve).

The first plumber we called came, and said he could repair.  He said he had ordered the part from his supplier.  Day two, he said the part did not come, day three, he was sick and didn't bother to tell us.  I called the Plumbing outfits owner, and he said that the unit could not be repaired.  It's an AO Smith 30 gallon, installed in 2005.  I gave up on that plumber and called another one (now day 4 without hot water).

The second plumber who came (also a high rating on Yelp), said the unit could not be repaired and that it would have to be replaced:  100% markup on a new water heater as well as just as much for installation.  Yikes! Bye-bye.

Now we are on day 5 without hot water.  I decided to research why a water heater fails, found common reason, and called the AO Smith factory in Tennessee.  Surprisingly, there was someone who answers the phones at 6am PST on a Saturday.  I asked if they still made replacement parts for my model and they do.  They were able to provide me with plumbers who had been through training on AO Smith Water Heaters in my area.  Of the list they provided, Steve at SPS had the highest ratings on Yelp.  I immediately called and he had an answering service who took my message,.  I also  submitted a request for quote online.  Within an hour, he phoned me back.  Yes he could come Monday morning between 8 and 9 am.  Yes he arrived on time.  Yes he fixed the problem with a repair THAT DAY. Yes, his price was fair.

I will definitely use Steve again and HIGHLY recommend him.  He is dependable and honest!

Cardinal Plumbing Solution has saved me big time! My water heater was not working so I called in and had two previous plumbers come in to take a look to see what they could do. I was quoted thousands of dollars and another one who even told me to change the entire system. Hai was very honest, extremely patient and hardworking. Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

Shawn was great about calling back and giving us plumbing advice.  Very professional and will be using him in the future.

Amazing service from these guys! They fixed a leak at our water main. I was impressed at how hard they worked to solve the problem and how friendly they were. Super nice guys and took the time to look at some other unrelated issues we were having with our plumbing. Would absolutely recommend them and have them on my list now as the first plumbers I would call next time I need one.
