Hi there. Excellent experience. Responded quickly to my initial request. Came to my house on a Saturday. Polite, respectful and neat. He solved the problem, and his fee was reasonable. I would highly recommend him.

Fast response and very productive. He purchased the parts we needed which made it very convenient. We didn't have to deal with choosing the part and and standing in line at Home Depot.

We had a water pipe break at a commercial building. We received a competitive bid from them. They showed up on time, completed the job per the contract and cleaned up the area before leaving. It doesn't get better than that. We will absolutely use them again.

Mike came to my house today, a day after another plumber from another company quoted us a lot of money to do a diagnostic test for a problem we were having.

Mike arrived and knew exactly what to do. He worked hard to locate a sewer clean out that was covered by many inches of hard packed dirt, as well as a weed mat and pebbles that a prior owner had put down. The job took a combination of ingenuity, tenacity, sweat, muscle, digging, getting on the roof, and hi-tech and low tools (including a metal detector, pipe camera, ladder and a shovel). Amazingly, he left without taking any payment.

We will definitely call Mike for any plumbing issues that involve the sewer pipes in the future.

Bueno Plumbing was awesome. I originally contacted them through the Thumbtack application because I didn't have any Hot Water pressure.

They offered to come out same day. We opted for the next day. They did a water diagnostic and found that my water heater finally died. Edgar was great.

Jimmy came the following Monday. Swapped out the water heater and repaired a valve in the bathroom shower.

Everyone I spoke to was extremely professional, polite, and quick. They aren't the cheapest, not the most expensive, but a bargain for the quality of service.

Anthony and Victor have been awesome. Anthony responds at anytime during the day/night and calls about 30 minutes before coming to make sure there is enough time for me to get back wherever I am. This is within a 4 hour window which is not bad. Anthony really understands that time is valuable not just to him but to his customers as well which I really appreciate. He also followed up with a second visit out of his way in the morning with his busy schedule to help us. I definitely saved his number as my go to guy when it comes to plumbing services. I recently had George/All Pipes Plumbing repiped my whole house. He provided the most comprehensive, competitive bid, explained everything thoroughly, and has been reliable throughout the whole process. His is very knowledgeable and experienced, his work ethic is outstanding, he is friendly and takes great pride in his work. He is also very resourceful and takes all the challenges that come with replacing 70 year old galvanized plumbing in stride! I have never felt compelled to write a review about a plumbing company before, but Ivan Patterson impressed me so much I want to recommend Patterson Plumbing to everyone who needs a plumber.

We had a mystery plumbing problem in one of our bathrooms that no one had been able to fix (we had a different plumber out previously) but I called and Ivan was able to come over within 30 minutes and he sleuthed it out and solved the problem for us once and for all. He is exceptionally competent, friendly, and professional and I told him before he left that he is now our plumber for life! I feel lucky to have found him, as he obviously delivers above and beyond expectations to all of his clients. I highly recommend Patterson Plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

Alex is an honest plumber, a previous plumber told me that there is a leak under my house, so I called Alex for a another quote. After inspection Alex told me there is no leak and I do not need anything fixed. I will hire him again for a few other projects in my house.

We had Ruben came to our house 3 times for 3 separate jobs.  Each job was done in a very efficient and professional manner.   The jobs involve doing a burner replacement on AO Smith water heater recall, installing new kitchen faucet, replacing water regulator valve outside the house, replace old inlet valve on water heater, and installing water sediment filter.   Ruben was very meticulous in checking his work to make sure there are no leaks.   Also told us all work is warrantied against leaks and call him anytime if there is a leak.  So if you are looking for a good and efficient plumber ask for Ruben at SPS

Cardinal Plumbing Solution has saved me big time! My water heater was not working so I called in and had two previous plumbers come in to take a look to see what they could do. I was quoted thousands of dollars and another one who even told me to change the entire system. Hai was very honest, extremely patient and hardworking. Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

Shawn is great and very informative.  I called him because I had a new refrigerator moved to a new location and needed to tap into a water line.  At first I thought I may not even get a call back because it's such a small job, but no way...Shawn called back promptly.  He spent plenty of time on the phone with me answering ALL my questions, which were probably too many, but you would never have known that because he was so gracious and respectful.  I was scheduled right away and the job was done promptly and perfectly at the most cost effective and efficient way.  He also peeked at another issue I had and answered all those questions, never making me feel rushed or ignorant! haha   Since I had to work and I had my Mother there to greet him, he called me that evening to see if everything was ok and that I was satisfied.  That's what I call great customer service!

I had an issue with a leaking pipe in the wall to my master bath shower. Charley and Matt came out and were very engaging, and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, they found the problem was larger than I had realized. Charley immediately had other solutions though they would need to return the next day. They clamped off the pipe to prevent further damage.

What I really appreciated about their service is, later I started having other questions. I emailed him (a bit late) and I was surprised how quickly he emailed back. He answered my queries clearly. He never made me feel bad for asking.

The next day they showed me what they were thinking. I was concerned that in fixing it properly as proposed, how would it look removing the two old knobs in the shower? Would it look very patched?  Well, he had thought of that. He picked a nice fixture with a large enough face plate that covered the old connection points in the tile. Honestly, it looks really nice now as if it was there all the time.

As we are all still dealing with COVID-19, it was nice that Charley and Matt both wore their masks, they had shoe coverings to minimize any dirt on their boots. Those little touches reminded me that they are aware of all aspects of working in people's home.

I will definitely keep Charley's card for any future plumbing issues I have.
